My experience was simple and quick. I paid for ticket insurance and would like to be refunded due to an unforeseen emergency. This service and site was easy to use and in the future will be an option, thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

This was very fast and easy to use. I would prefer to have chosen my seats, but I am assured three seats are together unless otherwise noted. I do think the service fees are a bit exorbitant, so is the shipping fee.

Have seen Kris Kristofferson in concert one other time in California and been a fan for a long time. Looking forward to the concert in November. Have never purchased event tickets this way. Hope all goes well! Will be there!

The man helping me found two tickets for me that I thought were unavailable for purchase. He stayed on the phone with me calm and composed even though I asked him a billion questions. I'll be using this site again!

It was very easy to purchase these tickets, and they were cheaper than on the Paramount Theater site! Done in under 2 minutes. I would recommend Event Tickets Center to anyone. Now I just need parking.

Meadowbrook Theater. I bought two tickets for Murder on the Oriental Express to be held on Oct 27, 2019 at 2pm for $70 each. Looking forward to the show. This will be a part of my daughter's Christmas present this year. We try to make memories instead of purchase gifts that get regifted.

No seat number chart given, in order to choose if we want that section or not. It would be helpful if we knew where we were sitting. Just a general vague idea. We have used this service many times and have always had good experiences just not sure about the seating. I don't have any more words or anything else to say but you have to have at least 40 words for it to submit, ugghhh....

Get with the program. Email the tickets - NO cost. And if you are personally not handling my purchase, I cannot FATHOM why you would get $92 in fees for a transaction that took me less than 10 minutes to complete, start to finish. I will be sharing this on social media as well. You are raping people who are looking to attend a show. If you want to charge me nearly $200 per ticket - then say that! I would like to have stayed withing my budget - but you shot that out of the water. I am a nice person, but THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Not too sure about the added fees after the purchase price. I guess it is just the cost of doing business, but it does cut down on the number of shows that we attend. Overall we do love to attend and this is our 5th show to attend. We would attend more if not for the added almost $50.00 in fees.

Easy. However I cannot download and print ticket on my computer so I had to send to my son. I am a senior citizen like Jeff Beck. The directions were self explanatory and I look forward to attending this concert.

Green Day Tickets. I am fine with my shopping experience. I just worry that since this tour just announced, that these tickets may not be accurate yet. Sorry. I don't usually worry about that and have been to many concerts! Just making sure. :)

Locating and purchasing tickets was very convenient. Was a little frustrated with all the ads then became dissatisfied when I was required to complete a survey and go to a different device to find my order number. I am at work. Do not have time to play these games and now I have to write at least 40 words so my review lowered even more.

Casting Crowns. Easy, fast and PRAY I get them on time, says mailed out on the 10? Concert is 11th Oct? Did not like I had to pay to get them delivered. Would much rather go to the venue and pick up or print out the tickets.

Disney on Ice. It is easy until I get to all of the questions at end of order. It would be easier to just check out. I just want to purchase tickets and get with my personal life. This makes people without a lot of computer skills have a hard time with purchase.

Fast. Would've liked to be able to print my tickets instead of having them mailed. Or if we could have picked them up at will call. I didn't like all the added fees that were calculated in at the end. But the service was fast and didn't take much time to purchase.

Easy to use site. Everything was laid out so it was easy to see and get around in. The boxes were very responsive. I don't know if I like being given all the boxes with offers in them that I had to click.

Dwight Yoakam Concert, Norfolk, VA, Aug 16, 2019. Bought 4 tickets from Events Ticket Center for $707. Turns out my seats had been resold several times and my tickets were not valid. They will not refund payment. Beware and buy your tickets from Ticketmaster. If you buy from here, you may be sorry. My seats were on row 4. The venue accommodated me with seats on 4th row from the back.

My friend & I bought what we thought were tickets to Dead & Company last January for the May 31 & June 1 shows. They were expensive, but we were excited to finally have seats & not be on the lawn. They said we were on row G3. The sheet I printed said they were mobile entry tickets. Imagine our surprise when we couldn’t get into the shows because the tickets were for Fast Lane entry — not admission to the event!! Whoever heard of paying over $300 for fast lane entry? Or anything? We were totally deluded & ripped off. No refund, of course. Don’t ever buy from them. They knew what they were doing. Even the venue personnel couldn’t believe how dirty it was & said we should have been refunded.

Easy and low fuss, using the website made it fast to purchase tickets for a comedian I really want to watch. It is my first time using this website as well so I like how accessible and user friendly it is.

Did not get to review my order summary with fees before my ticket purchase!!! I did not get to confirm my ticket order with the fees that were included so I didn't know I was being charged an additional $115!! Are you serious? where was that page? Also I would like to see a virtual seating chart so I know where I am sitting relative to the stage.

It was good. Tickets were easy to find. Prices were reasonable. I got my tickets cheaper than other websites. I highly recommend this website to get tickets. Getting my tickets was fast and easy. I loved the experience, so if you wanna get tickets fast and easy come to this website.

I got tickets and don't know why I have to write 40 words. The delivery fees and taxes are way higher than I thought they would be or should be. What more could I have to describe. I wish they were cheaper than I paid for the seats I got. My husband is a Viet Nam veteran and I remember I had to send him ZZ top cassettes, (yes, cassettes) and Santana cassettes with whatever food items I could send in the package. Did I say enough yet. It was our 50th anniversary and I knew he would like this venue.

Easy to use website, good prices. I shopped several sites and found this one to be the most intuitive and competitive. It was easy to. See exactly where the potential seats are in the diagram which many sites don’t offer.

Was user friendly, very fast setup for someone that is not so great at using a computer. Was able to move through the setup for information in correct spot. Also let you know if something was incorrected so you could make your right choices. Thanks.

I understand the extra service fee, which $12.60 each is a little HIGH..but I do not understand or AGREE with the $8.95 fee.. I would probably go to more concerts at this location or other locations if I DID NOT have to pay the EXTRA $8.95 FEE.

It was very fast and easy to do/think the additional charge per ticket is too high. Will think if I would use this next time. Easy to find seats and read the map for placement. Check out was also very easy to do. Like choice to have them sent to you.

Use this website to purchase tickets. The site was very user-friendly. Allowed for easy transfer out of unwanted ads out use. Would recommend to others. I was pleased; I really don't have any more comments to offer at this time.

First time here to order tickets. Easy process, very prompt and secure, did not take long to select tickets and appreciate the 10% discount. Yes I will recommend to family and friends. This will be a special event for a special friend who has not been to a concert since the early 70'S.

Tickets for Amy Grant. The ordering process was overall very simple and easy to understand. My complaint is with the very high service fee PER TICKET of over $22.00. When ordering on one transaction, it seems only right that the service fee would be for the transaction, NOT each ticket...

Use of site was fairly straightforward. Ticket prices were good but Service fees and delivery charges border on highway robbery!! There seemed to be a way to purchase a parking pass but no directions were presented and selecting the option wiped out show ticket purchase.

Are you kidding me! And no warning I would be charged! Tried calling but all sales are final. I will never use this site again! $53.56 service fee and $8.95 delivery when the tickets are mobile! Never, ever, ever use this site again and will make sure to post in social networks that you are thieves.

Zero complications. My one complaint is that after purchase, the site inundated me with ads trying to convince me that I had won something when in fact I hadn't won anything and had paid $40 more than expected due to fees and a mysterious "delivery fee" (delivery where? to my inbox?!). So I had already paid more than expected and then a resort, an online meal preparation plan, and something else were harassing me to spend more money. That was a bummer, but whatever.

Tried to purchase through Keller Auditorium's site but could not complete the transaction. We were shown available seats, but we would put in all requested info but could not purchase, reason given is the tickets weren't available. This site was quick easy.

Was pleased with the process. Very easily to find tickets and understand process. Very friendly website. Thanks for being so efficient. Hopefully when we get the email it will be just as smooth. Do we have to present an ID with the email when getting through the gate.

I was able to buy my two tickets within 10 minutes for Jidenna's November 9th performance in Dallas's House of Blues. I have never bought tickets so painlessly, and I look forward to using Event Tickets again. I would definitely recommend this site to any of my friends!

Oakland Raiders Kansas City Chiefs. I really do not have much to say other than the website was easy to use and easy to follow. Also, having the seating plan available made it easy to determine the best seating. However, it would help to see which seats are available in the row. Thank you.

So far everything has been alright but I would prefer paper tickets since the last time I had a hard time pulling up my tickets on the day of the event. I went to see Chris Tucker in July and I had to go to the desk so that they could look up my tickets.

Ordering process: I liked that the website walked me through the ordering and paying process. The only complaint I would have is having the actual seating chart to look at in addition to the sections. We are bringing an elderly 88 old women as a last minute birthday present. We knew that the handicap seats Was taken. The actual seat would have helped me find how far we will walk up. We are taking our mother and will get through early to go to our seats.

Wasn't quite sure where the seat was, as it doesn't show the Starlight Suite on map. Also, had to go offline to understand what Starlight Suite seats are about. Also, $50 service fee plus $15 delivery adds a lot. Too much.

Ordered tickets for The Price is Right. This is for a birthday gift and is in response to a suggestion from the recipient who is a Price is Right fan. While the per seat price is reasonable, I think the service charge is too high.

I was very pleased with the seating arranged by price and location, would have been 5-star if individual seats and/or rows themselves were shown to help better identify exactly where the seats would be located. Aside from that I was very pleased with the ease and accessibility of the website and its maps.

I would rather have printed tickets...that I can save & add to my collection of events I've attended. I own a "flip-phone" which cannot access electronic tickets. I must transfer my tickets to my friend, which means I can't surprise her, for whatever event were going to attend... Modern technology SUCKS!

After buying tix for event, the confirmation email said they would be released to me at a later date. Why is this when its an electronic ticket anyways. I didn't like trying to be sold other services from other websites after buying tix.

Took me all of 60 seconds to PayPal my pit tickets to Iron Maiden. I’m not made of time, so the more efficient the better. We will see if delivery on the tickets happens as advertised. I’m not a big fan of the electronic tickets thing. It would be nice to have something tangible for >$300.

It was very easy to look for the tickets online, the only thing is it doesn't let you actually look at the seats that you are paying for like the arenas do. So, in other words, you may be in the middle of the row.

I went to the Tarrytown Music Hall site to purchase my tickets and did not see any indication that I was actually buying from a third party source, which more than doubled the price. This may have been buried within the text as the dreaded "fine print" and I simply missed it. Obviously I paid the amount but I would have preferred a little more transparency and honesty in the transaction.

First time buying tickets online. It was simple. Site didn't let us know which seats though, only the section and row. It did say it would be 2 seats together. Hopefully it turns out that way. Otherwise ticket buying experience seemed easy enough. If there is a way to add the seat numbers too, that would be great.

I'm extremely disappointed in the online purchase using Event Ticket Center. The upper righthand box included the cost of the ticket but did not include the $25 per ticket fee as well as the $15 delivery charge. An extra $65 for a $75 ticket is more than ridiculous. I called two minutes after making the purchase and they refused to refund the tickets. More than that, I don't believe they work to be transparent. Will definitely work to ensure others don't use this service and make the same mistake.

Everything was easy and clear to follow. The web design was pleasing to the eye, containing a great visual representation of the stage setup. This made the decision process of which tickets to purchase for the best price, as well as, with the best view a breeze. Overall, an amazing experience!

Quick and accurate. Easy to see where the seats will be. Concern is the fringe costs. The seats cost $200 and the with all of the extras that are not revealed the total costs was $273. Did not have the luxury of time to find other sources for tickets.

I was surprised at the $45 service charge which seems very high to me. I actually Might decide to use this site again if I ever am tied up and can’t go myself and purchase my tickets in person. It was convenient, though.

This was the purchase of tickets to go see Casting Crowns & Hillsong Worship at Bridgestone Arena on Sunday, November 17th, 2019 in Nashville, TN. The process was very easy and convenient for me and my family.

Straightforward, some difficulty finding delivery. Excellent view of available seating and price breakdown. Ticket insurance was a nice option. Description does not necessarily require a word count. Fees for delivery and taxes were too high. Will use site again, if there is an event I wish to attend.

When buying the higher priced packages I'd like to have a better idea on where my seats will be rather than somewhere in the 3 sections closest to the stage. I may be pleasantly surprised, hope I will be. Also, a better explanation in the details would be a lot easier to pick exactly what I want. Ticket ordering process was easy to use and easy to navigate through. It was easy to go through the various ticket options available to me to find the seats I wanted. Baked end of ordering tickets was easy to follow. I didn't like the fact that you have the ads at the end of the ordering process.

Was easy to find and buy tickets. Check out was secure and quick. Finding seating was easy. Quick e mail response after buying tickets. Could do without the advertising at the end of the transaction. All over it was a good shopping experience. I will recommend and use this site again.

Iron and Wine concert at Meijer Gardens 9/18/19. I was able to get my order fulfilled that I was hoping to get for my husband's birthday surprise. I had tried to get tickets directly through the venue but they were sold out. This site allowed me to still surprise him for his upcoming birthday.

User friendly and not tedious to complete, Did not take a lot of time to complete. Easy to understand referring to wording, instructions and directing the user to the next step, security of pay method is also a plus. Letting the user know that everything is complete with a friendly message. Order number and view of what was accurately ordered is a good addition to the end of completion of the order.

To whom it may concern: The fees are extremely high. It makes Ticketmaster seem cheap. Everything else is ok so far. The electronic transfer fee is a total rip off. For that price, I should get hard copies thru physical delivery. I should not have to worry about ticket security after paying with a credit card. In any case, laugh your way to the bank.

I do like the low price of $15 for lawn seats, HOWEVER you charged me $10 for some operating fee and another $9 for delivery. Delivery fee? When they are online tickets....what a joke! Why I am paying $19 in fees when the cost of the ticket was $15. Very UNHAPPY.

Easy to use site. Fees were high. When I first looked on this site ticket prices were listed from $50.00 to $80.00. When I booked the tickets the lowest priced ticket was $96.00 and went up into the $400.00 plus range.

I am highly disappointed with the service fee. I have never had to pay a service fee for a concert before today. I had to get cheaper seating because the amount was outrageous! Very displeased! Also, the description of the seating was completely confusing. Usually I am able to see exactly where my seat is placed. This photo just gives you the vicinity.

Having a service charge pop up at check out that is a third of the price of an already expensive ticket pissed me off. If it was not for a band I love and that rarely tours near me I would have canceled immediately. Playing games like this it total **.

My experience with Event Tickets was a very pleasant one. The Instructions were easy to follow and took little time to complete. The section for questions were a welcoming surprise to help clear any misunderstandings. Overall, the experience was a good one.

We were disappointed in finding an extra cost at the end of our order for 18+ for each of us. I understand delivery fee but not the other. Secondly my wife has Parkinson's Disease and we prefer to know where the specific seat is located for avoidance of traffic. Therefore handicap convenience and safety.

Website was easy to navigate but the huge upcharge per ticket is excessive. You would be better off increasing the price of the ticket because at the level you are charging it seems like gouging... I just paid an extra $120 in service fees for an old bank from the 80's by buying tickets through your site.. yikes! Lol.

Bought 4 tickets August 2 for August 11 America show at the Pacific Amphitheater. Was on phone with call call center for an excruciating hour + and did not ever get tickets up to the hour of the show. $187.79 needs to be returned to my Visa NOW.

It was good. We should enjoy Paw Patrol when we go. I have never experienced this site and not sure what else to say. We look forward to taking our grandkids to Paw Patrol in Amarillo Texas. We are coming from Colorado.

I was very happy with the fast and easy service. I had no issues with finding great seat availability or experienced any stress dealing with timed reservations. I have used other sites when ordering tickets and it proved to be very frustrating. By the time I was able to finish placing my order, the seat availability had timed out.
