Nice that the seating finder is very clear. Not great that there is no clear explanation of the $38 fees on top of what the initial ticket price was. I'd appreciate a bit more transparency here. 196 becomes 260 and no explanation of what I'm paying for.

The process to purchase the tickets was very easy. I would have preferred to pick out the seats as we prefer to have an aisle seat. Ticket ordering very easy and no problems - great to see where the seats are on seating chart. Processing fees are exorbitant - $58 for processing, $15 for mailing (so what is processing?) - and if you order electronically the fee increases about 50% for each ticket - a bit steep in my opinion.

Your processing fees are robbery IMHO. I recently purchased tickets from another provider for a much larger event and venue and they were actually reasonable in what they charged. I'm even providing the ink and paper the tickets are on. The tickets were high enough, but your fees made the purchase feel like a gouge.

John Prine concert tickets - The site is set up to walk the consumer through a purchase quite easily. The costs are a bit steep but I do appreciate this location, such a great entertainer! I imagine all the other extra costs seem necessary by the ticket seller but it does seem a bit too much for my taste.

Moscow Ballet Nutcracker - The service charge of $21.00 per ticket is ridiculous. Plus the $7.95 delivery fee is a ripoff. It is all computerized and I use my ink and paper just to print. Tickets are expensive enough without all the add on fees. Most venues are much more expensive so I appreciate this venue.

I purchased concert tickets from Events Tickets Center by mistake. I did not know that these were presale tickets that were not even available yet. I thought I was purchasing them from the concert arena. I called that same day to get my money back and was told that I could not. I later learned that I could not use the tickets. My wife and daughter were going to be out of town that evening. I called again to try and get my money refunded. I was told that there is a no refund policy even though the concert was more than 3 months away. I also learned that I had been charged an $83 service fee for these tickets. This is a ridiculous fee to charge for tickets that are still widely available. This company makes their money on these high service fees and are not willing to work with you. I'd advise you to exhaust all other options to buy tickets.

Purchasing Garth Brooks tickets. I waited on Ticketmaster for 5 hours and never got a ticket. This site is quick. No waiting forever like on Ticketmaster. I always have issues with Ticketmaster. I highly recommend this site. It even shows where the seats will be.

I purchased 5 tickets for Cirque de Soleil for my son's family in Baton Rouge Jan 3. He got the confirmation email, but as the person who spent the money, I would have liked a duplicate confirmation. But that wasn't an option.

I purchased tickets for Thom Yorke a few weeks before the concert date of 12/5/18. I was emailed stating that the tickets would be sent to my email no later than December 1st. The 1st came and went with no email with the tickets. I called customer service and was told that there was a 24-48 hour window of release. After the 48 hours was up, I still had not received my tickets. It was then stated to me, after another chat with customer service, that the 24-48 hour window was 24-48 hours BEFORE the show. That made sense, although the original email did say I would receive them no later than the 1st.

A $16+ service fee is absolutely unreasonable. I produce shows for a local theatre and am well aware of ticket fees associated with a ticketing service. Your service fee is outrageous. I will absolutely think twice before, again, purchasing tickets through "Event Tickets."

Shopping for seats was easy with the highlighter feature. I was unhappy with additional fees above the ticket price. Cost 1/3 more again... outrageous! All fees should be included in ticket price so one is aware of the total when shopping and estimating total cost.

I purchased tickets that were 6 rows from the stage only to be sent a confirmation email stating I would receive tickets 21 rows from the stage. I called customer service only to be told that this had to of been my error and that I would not be refunded. It was very easy to find the right tickets. Map was clear and link to the respective price class as well. The handling fee to receive on-line tickets seems to be quite high. The ticket purchase insurance to refund the tickets by 100% is a good service as unforeseen events can always happen.

We thought this was a legitimate website to purchase these $20.00 tickets for which we paid $16.13 plus insurance. We cannot find out any information about how to use the insurance or even what the name of it is or even if there really was any. Considering what has happened, it is my opinion that there is an excellent chance we didn't even get the insurance and it was a manner of obtaining more funds. This clearly is a scalping company that misled us and was a foreign person making me think this company is not even in the US. I will not recommend this company or you might end up with the same experience. Of course, this is an evidence based opinion and not slanderous in any manner.

Purchased 4 tickets online, not realizing they are a seller of a seller of a seller. Tickets in my cart were $101 + 17.50 fees. Total $474. Opened another browser to find cheaper seats, pop-up appears "Flash sale 40% off". I buy same seats for $354. Then I print the tickets, not in the zone I paid for. Two 10 min. chats, "Someone will email or call you". Today I call, 45 min. on the phone, told the same thing. I called the venue. Bought better seats for $212 total. The most expensive seats are $60. I called my credit card to file a dispute. Fortunately, I printed documentation. BTW they sent tickets priced $35 + 7.25 fee, total 169. That's $185 tacked on for them.

Fast, easy, and very quick. Loved that it showed where exactly the sections were. Made it easy to purchase the tickets (JoJo Concert). Wish there was live seat view we could access to make sure that is the section we would like to sit in.

I ordered tickets for a concert in Charleston, South Carolina and this process was fairly straightforward but the reason for such a high service fee should be better explained and the ability to see the placement of the seats you ordered should also be an option. Very vague when ordering seats.

DWTS tickets - Has an interactive venue seating chart which is a huge advantage. You know exactly where your seat is going to be in relation to the stage before deciding on the purchase. Easy sorting, scrolling, and filtering for desired seats. Much easier to utilize than other ticket websites.

I had never used Event Tickets but the site access was Quick, Easy and Secure. I would recommend using the site for future ticket purchases towards concerts of your flavor and pocket book. So giddy up and get an ear full.

I chose section 205 on this website but when I got my confirmation, it was for section 303. Not what I chose. Call Event Tickets Center customer service and they said that they were the 3rd party and I needed to contact the 2nd party. Guess what? I contacted them and of course they said that they couldn’t help me. So here I am with a ticket NOT in the section that I chose. Never again will I use this company. They didn’t even try to correct the situation.

Tickets for Pentatonix. You say you will ship the ticket "by" the date 4 days before the concert with a weekend in between. That's not enough time to guarantee mail delivery. If you're going to mail them you should really guarantee more time.

The fees at the end of the order suck. Just put those in the price and don't add them on at the end. That's going to tick a lot of people off (myself included), especially millennials lol. I know how the internet works and baking in an extra "$15-20" per ticket is the equivalent to the old "shipping and handling" fees. Knock that crap out before someone comes along and starts offering a better service.

I would have liked to have a clearer view of our seats, since we are not so familiar with the Theater. I do not like having to guess where our seats are located just by showing us a shaded area. I would be nice to see them more specifically

I don't understand why I should be charged over $7 for a ticket that was being sent electronically. Moreover I was charged 13.98 for "travel insurance" which I will now have to notify my bank about and stop that payment and obtain a new card. I just moved to FL and this is a great inconvenience to me since I don't know that area and will now have to find my back to pick up a new card. I was happy to treat my son and fiancé for Christmas until this happened. I will NOT be using this site again.

I just downloaded the tickets I paid almost $90 a piece for to find out they are $39.50 GA seats. Similar to other negative reviews, I was charged a gross amount for service fees. The ticket information presented the section to be in a spot closer to the stage, but upon downloading the actual tickets, I learned this was not true- whatsoever. Event Tickets provided a misleading and wasteful experience.

This website charged $149 service fees and $7.95 for delivery of 2 e-tickets (that is free at Ticketmaster) for 2 tickets at $236/ea and asked for your credit cards without showing these charges, just gave a total charged at the end with a "Place order" to click on. They tried to distract you by only showing you the fees for tickets' insurance, not their fees. My husband felt into their trap because he didn't pay attention to the math. Once you click on Place order, it's too late. We are VERY unhappy!!!

REO Speedway on tickets - The 'handling costs' are the most expensive I've ever seen. $34.95 per ticket is highway robbery. This is all done electronically. No people are involved in the "handling" of these tickets. I'm printing them up myself. At least when I get laid, I get kissed!

Il Divo Dallas Ticket purchase - The seating map made it simple to access seats I was interested in. I think the service fee is a bit steep, as it seems that one service fee charge on an order for 2 tickets should suffice, rather than 2 service fee charges (as the tickets were not individual, separate purchase transactions).

I got the ticket insurance which is important to me just in case that the weather is bad, there is a medical emergency (which in our case could very well happen) or whatever. At least we will not lose our money on the tickets.

Your service charge is a crime and ridiculous. I believe that Lawmakers and congress should review the policies of ALL ticket sellers and put a stop to all these crazy and straight out, "rip you off" prices. But until then, there is nothing I can do but buy them. That is all.
