I hope this will be a good experience. I could not afford a thousand dollars to see (of all bands) the Dead. I paid 133 dollars a piece and fear they are going to be bad seats... We'll see. I want to see the pomp. David

So far so good. We will see once we have tickets in hand, mobile wise that is. This is the first time using your service, it went very easily, I think the service charge is a bit steep, however that's how things go with popular events.

Easy as pie!!! I went on a couple other sites to get tickets but had difficulty doing so. I later went to Ticketmaster and it said to use another device to order my tickets. This site was so easy I plan on using it in the future. Oh, ya, the cost was even less than the two sites I tried previously.

No problems at all. It was quick and easy. I'm not sure how the digital tickets are going to get to me though, it wasn't explained. Hopefully once I can exit this stupid review I will get to a screen that will tell me.

It was about what I expected. The ticket price was ok, extra charges are too much. Someone is making out like a bandit. This is all done electronically, untouched by human hands, so why such a lot extra?

Tickets for grand daughter birthday to see Dear Evan Hansen. She wants to see this play. She is seeing Hamilton this weekend in Chicago, Illinois. Too long a wait to see Hamilton here. When in New York there was not enough time.

I would have liked being able to see where my tickets were specifically as I purchased them. Otherwise better than most ticket purchasing systems I’ve used. I really loathe Ticketmaster. The additional fees here weren’t better, but I like Hershey well enough to muddle past it.

I am a little unhappy not knowing the actual seat numbers and that there is no real verification that our seats will be together. This is a feature that should be added by seeing actual open available seats and being able to select the seats you want.

It was very easy to order the tickets. Form was not at all complicated. Seats were easy to select and pay for. My friend and I are excited to see and hear our favorite music band Earth Wind and Fire. It will be our first time visiting the Toledo area.

Need more deeply discounted seats instead in the nosebleed section. The pricing does not hold long enough before the premium price goes into effect. Site should have seat numbers visible before purchasing. The flashing color availability is confusing when flashing it appears to look like more is available than the actual amount.

I haven’t received my tickets yet. I just ordered them a minute ago though. I used flash seats last time and I was really confused and worried I wasn’t going to be able to see the show. I don’t have a smart phone... So I had to borrow my moms phone to use the flash seats app. I think it's nice to be able to directly have a pdf or printable ticket for a show. I like to ride my bike and just have cash. Instead of having to use a phone or device that requires you to be connected to the internet. Thanks!

Easy, straightforward process. Will do business with again in the future. Picking seats could have been a little bit clearer but overall not a bad experience. Easier than other places I tried. Looking forward to making the trip and watching the game with friends and family.

They should have told you upfront about the $150.00 per ticket servicing charge. That's ridiculous in my opinion but I am happy to be seeing Madonna as she is my favorite stars of all time. It was without a doubt a great shopping experience. It was a smooth transition from screen to screen and very user friendly. It would have been nice to get a military discount or some sort of discount considering how much it costs in taxes and fees. Other than that I would have given this experience a better rating.

I know you are running a business but why don't you just put the entire ticket fee at the beginning instead of adding service fees, delivery fees, protection fees and any other fee you can think of??? It is very discouraging to start with a $92 ticket and end up paying $124.95. Very discouraging!!!

Order was easy. Was surprised after fees and mailing it was an extra $60. A bit high. No way it cost $15 to mail. It’s tickets and a stamp is not much. $50 for fees is ok. Guess but could be around $25.00.

I had no problems placing the order, but I don't understand why there was an additional fee to email our tickets. I did not think that was appropriate. I believe that the transaction fee would have been sufficient. I think think twice in the future before using this service.

A service fee of $43.00 per ticket is ridiculous. Not to mention a delivery fee, even though the tickets are electronically delivered. One of the positive points regarding the site, was that the system was quite easy to navigate. If and or when I use eventticketcenter.com again, I would look for other options first, due to the high service fee.

Purchased NCT 127 tickets close to stage. Tickets delivered in different section, far away from stage. Customer support has acknowledged mistake, has committed to resolve by sending equal or better tickets (3Xs), yet no follow-through and no resolution.

Went online looking for tickets to the concert in Costa Mesa Rebelution/Collie Buddz. Found good seats for 2 people. Thought it was going to be 184.00 but when checking out they add about 100.00 for delivery and taxes. Which is a bummer but can't wait to be there.

I appreciated the highlighted seats on the venue map. But I thought the service fee was a little high and predatory but I wanted a good seat. First time that I encountered the ticket insurance. The ads at the end for free stuff was a bit annoying.

I liked working on your site. The information was clear and easy to find. I was not pleased with a couple of things, 1. The tickets were a gift but, Confirmation was sent to my daughter so I will not personally have any information. 2. Fees. I imagine you hear about this a great deal. $6.99 to “protect my tickets” and then $19.88 in service fees, adding another approximately $34-35 to the cost that’s almost the cost-for an additional all ticket. Way to take advantage of an online shopper trying to make a grandchild happy.

Will NEVER use them again. Paid for tickets. They then send you to another site which asks for your credit card. Unable to ever get into the site. No tickets... No concert. No customer service person ever answered phone. Call the box office. Do NOT use these people.

I Googled Daily’s Place (concert venue) planning to purchase tickets to Sara Bareilles, clicked on the link that had “Daily’s Place” in the URL but did not realize I was directed to a 3rd party ticket reseller- EventTicketCenter.com where I purchased 2 tickets. Imagine my surprise when I realized the tickets I had just purchased were marked up 3x and was charged $141 service fee and a $8 delivery fee for tickets I elected to receive electronically. I immediately called Event Tickets Center to cancel.

It was easy to follow and view pricing. Was allowed to review order before purchase. Also, it showed what tickets were available. The ticket protection plan was reasonable even though we didn't get it since we don't feel there was the need. Excited to see Derek.

Do not buy from this ripoff company! I paid $500 in good faith for 2 concert tickets 4 mo before they went on sale to the public on Ticketmaster at $50 for 2 tickets! Yes the real price for available seating was $50 for 2 tickets....not $500 that I paid!!!! These $500 tickets were in row X. The public sale tickets on Ticketmaster had the entire complex seats available and I got 2 front row seats for $50 from Ticketmaster! My seats from this company were up for grabs when tickets went public on Ticketmaster! This company does not reimburse your money nor speak to you! Once your ticket is purchased...good luck! It’s a scam. Complete ripoff! They lie! They don’t refund! Con artists! They charged a thousandth percent upcharge!

These ** sell tickets at 6 times the face value. The way they trap you is they sell tickets to an upcoming event way before they actually go on sale through real legit sites like Ticketmaster. For a astronomical price, leading the consumer that they have great seats for this price. They do WARN you that they sell above face value (like scalp the crap out of you) then when the real tickets go on sale, you realize they charged you 6X the face value PLUS fees. Call it tuition, but never again and I will warn the cyberworld of these thieves.

There is no place to indicate the age of the children to see if I would be able to get a discount for a 4 year old child. That capability would be very helpful for someone who has small children. However, I enjoy the the process of ordering online.

Disney on Ice tickets for April 7, 2019. This was a very quick process. I can't give an evaluation until I receive my tickets and go to the venue. I think that the price of the tickets is reasonable for the seating and the day and time. Now my only concern is the parking.

Kingdom Hearts Orchestra. I liked the fact I could get insurance on my tickets in case I can't make it. The ordering was made very easy. E-tickets are great to have. Usually you would need some help on stuff like this but when using this you don't! I really like how this is is because it's very worded right!

Disney on Ice. Ordering tickets was easy and convenient. Hopefully receiving them will be equally convenient. Also being able to see where my seats are was a positive visual experience. Please, lose the ads at the end of the transaction, or reduce them to one only, I had 4 of them and by the third I was getting very irritated. I don't find it appropriate to waste people's time, and also provide some confusion with the ads and the choices, yes or no. I was in a hurry when I made this transaction and at the end immediately thought, as part of the transaction I needed to make a choice to finalize it, and it was a Wells Fargo ad, followed by a food delivery ad, followed by a Travelocity ad. I just really, don't think I'll purchase through this site again. Unless I know the ads are gone.

Three Dog Night Tickets - Very upset at $20.00 service for for each ticket. Higher than any other concert tickets I have ever purchased. Didn’t even include cancellation costs. Not pleased with additional cost!

The added costs for services were not explained. and were not expected. These added charges should be explained before ticket purchase... Have been to multiple concerts and have all charges placed up front before charging credit card... These added charges have made the tickets almost twice the posted cost. You should add the extra costs into the posted cost of the tickets.

Fast once you get to the right screens and not get the runaround from an online person... Frustrating that every phone number you call you get a prerecorded and can never talk to a real person or get a answer for what you are looking for.

This “company” hides their "all sales are final" verbiage in small print that you don’t notice it until after you attempt to call them and it’s pointed out to you. They also never mention anywhere else on their site that they have a no refund policy and the one-line sentence that says they're a reseller is easily hidden by my browser (so I didn’t realize they weren’t an official ticket holder). You think you're buying legitimate tickets, but turns out they're overpriced, and fake. They also falsely advertise that they have tickets when they don't. DON'T USE THEIR SITE. Go to a much more reputable company.

You provided a seating chart but the seats offered did not match the seating chart. I bought our tickets blind--basically I have no idea where we are going to be sitting. The only seats offered were "General Adimssion GA" with various rows. What the heck does GA mean when the seating chart only shows A, B, C, D, E, and G, but no GA? Again, I hope the seats will be nice, but I have absolutely NO IDEA where we will be seated. It would be nice if your ticket offerings actually matched the seating chart.

I find that your services fees are very high. The event is reasonable but it puts it over the top with fees. Reduce your fees and we will purchase more tickets. On top of that there is parking. Again too high.

No order number on charge receipt, also need to buy an extra ticket (I have purchased 3) wondering if they can all be seated next to one another. I know the tickets are for row FF, not sure of seats. My husband and I were unsure if my brother would be able to attend, he has colon cancer. I have the charge receipt for the 2 tickets initially purchased, but no pin number. I have the pin number for the single ticket I purchased, but no charge receipt! I need all my tickets confirmed.

George Strait Concert - Much easier to use and figure out than other websites. This took much less time and was more specific in showing availability. I do think the fee was high but I guess that's the going rate these days. Take me back to the Good 'ol days!!!

Disney on Ice - This is my first experience purchasing tickets online. It was easy and I would do it again. This is my Granddaughters 9th birthday and she loves skating and anything Disney. This will be a surprise and I can't wait to see her face when she discovers what we are doing.

Although ordering online is easy and can be very quick, the amount of fees is outrageous. Since I do accounting for major tours, including those that perform at this venue, the fees for purchasing this ticket are ten times what the band makes per ticket. That is outrageous. We pay to see the band, not to make the ticket selling company rich. Alas, the bands are still starving and underpaid while the corporate entities that manage these venues are making millions.

Process was easy online, but for some reason when using on my cell phone my order would not process? Prices were 30.00 less on this website and appreciate when it's for a children's event. I'm excited to see my grandchildren's faces at the show (Mickey's Search).

Purchase Tickets to P. Frampton at Concord Pavillion. Experience was pleasant except for the service charge on the tickets of $75.00 each! A bit extreme don't you think? Bought the insurance because I figured if I got sick, I'd be taking a $150 loss for service fees alone.

I almost cancelled everything when I seen a $22 service fee, plus if I wanted to protect my tickets an additional 6.99 per ticket? Why is that not included in the $22 fee? If it wasn't for me wanting to make my son happy I would have said forget it.
