I am a first time customer and just purchased two lawn seating tickets to the Lynard Skynyrd, Grand Funk and Georgia Satellites concert for Aug.17th in Wheatland Ca. The process was quick and easy and I would definitely use this service again.

Very easy to order and pretty good pricing compared to others. Thank you very much. This is my kids' first concert and they are extremely excited. Have a good night and thanks again. Now we just have to wait for October 17th to get here.

Buying tickets was very easy - directions were very straightforward. I didn't appreciate all the discount ads I had to decline at the end of my purchase. Overall, the experience was OK. Could be improved by adding just one question - Do you want to view more discounts? A "NO" answer would bypass all.

The biggest problem was simply a fight in my head on buying the tickets or not. Otherwise, the process was very easy and had a variety of different options to pay in case you didn't have your credit card on you at that very moment.

The ticket service charges are a bit high. It would be preferred if they were at a lower cost to make the tickets more reasonably priced. I haven't received the tickets yet so I can't say more at the current time.

Easy to use and determine price and method of delivery... quick and not too many popups to deal with. Enough info to determine quickly where the parking would be located. I would use this method again to get tickets or a pass.

Did not particularly like a quote that changed once the "service" fee was added. Bait & Switch is not necessary. The page explained the additional fee which helped. But, for a first time purchaser it would be nice to get the bottom line up front.

Fast and no hassle and it was easy as can be, would recommend to friends and family, hope they will keep it up this way and convenient as can be. This is really great for those who are using such apps and etc.

Easy ticket purchase. This ticket was purchased using a P.C. The process is a bit different from how it was done a generation ago, however it seemed easy and valid. I have purchase event tickets before using a computer and always enjoyed the convenience.

I have always had a good time at the center and the shows have thrill us every time coming there. Sometimes it is a little hard to get a parking spot on the lot, however we have to look for a parking spot in the street.

This was a little more involved than in prior ticket purchases! Why all the offers for other events everywhere? It complicated the purchase. Normally, we are simply looking to purchase the tickets and nothing extra. It just made the purchase more involved.

It was very easy to purchase my ticket, but during the purchase, I didn't see where I could have either picked my seat or see where my seat was located before I paid. I'm taking a chance on if I'll even be able to see the stage.

I love the convenience of ordering online, but the fees have gotten outrageous. A $22 service fee PER TICKET, plus a $9 delivery fee just to have my tickets emailed? I'm trying to take my kids to their first concert, the ticket prices alone aren't cheap... to add that much in fees on top of the tickets... Damn...

I do not understand an $8 delivery fee for tickets that will be on my smart phone!?! I also do not like that they show the row but not the seat numbers. I would like to know exactly what seats I am going to be in. I will be incredibly angry if my seats are split!

Not visited venue yet, but buying tickets is easy and liked by me. We are looking forward to visiting Warner theater for the first time. We intend to get a hotel room for after the service through Experian. If we enjoy our evening, will check on future events at this site.

The total for my 3 tickets was $198.00 when I put in my credit card number but when I printed my receipt it was $269.32... a $71.32 difference. I called the ticket company and they said to contact the seller so I called the seller and they said contact the ticket company... a joke. Then on top of that the Venue where the event is held has number rows but yet my receipt shows that we are on Row N??? I immediately called my bank to stop the transaction bc nothing about this site is right!!!!

Order was quick and easy. Wish there were actual tickets to be had. Email carrier does not have a download app so I have to go to a library or a Staples to made downloads. Actual tickets would make experience more enjoyable.

Everything was great. Site is easy to use. The only complaint so far, is I got an email saying "I would receive more information on how to get the actual tickets". This is clumsy, why don't you just send an email with a link to the tickets immediately?

It is aggravating to think you are purchasing $58 tickets but then end up paying $83 per ticket due to the processing fee. The advertised price is more than $60 less than the final fee. It would be nice to see the extraneous charges included in the true advertised price.

I was looking at the arena website and wanted to sit close to friends that had already purchased tickets. However the seats were in the upper $300. On Event Tickets Center I got the tickets for $126 each. I am very pleased with the price and the seats are close to the stage!!!

Did not receive a receipt via email. However, I made a copy of receipt before leaving site. The site was very user friendly and I would use it again. I thought service charges was a little on the high side.

I contacted customer service to apply a discount code that didn't go through when I placed order. The rep Maria, helped as much as she could, now Im just waiting for someone to contact me back. Easy to decide on performance by price. Diagram of theater very helpful. Will definitely use this website in the future. The prices were much better than those sold directly from the theater website. It would have been helpful to include parking costs as an included cost.

It was easy to get through website. The only thing that I was concerned about was why you needed $7 more dollars a ticket when this should already be a secure site. And there was no indication on how and when I was going to get the tickets.

My wife really likes the B52's, so I purchased 2 tickets for us to attended but because of the service/handling fee I purchased higher up seats because the fee was way too high. Why when the tickets are better seats do they have to extort us?

I purchased 3 tickets @ 96.00 per ticket. 3x96= 288.00. Then I proceed to check out to find service fee of 90.72 and a delivery fee of 8.95. Now my question is what is the service fee for? That’s 70.00 per ticket. What do I get for that? My total was 387.67. I call this false advertisement. And your delivery fee, come on 8.95 for a reply and a receipt for my money paid to you. A very easy and super quick to get tickets for my sister's birthday present which is seeing Cake. I have never been to Marymoor park for a concert so I am personally exited too, not only see the venue but see Cake.

Ordering tickets to the Mavericks concert was quick. The site was easy to follow and understand. The only issue I have is related to the cost of the service fee. I did consider canceling the order due to the fee, which seems a bit excessive.

The servicing fee is way too high. Also, it should have been given at once, along with the ticket prices. I thought the price would be 126 dollars, but the service fee, mentioned later, means the fee is really 184 dollars.

Chris Tomlin tickets. You have a very high amount of HIDDEN FEES, that don't show up until you are ready to pay for and process your order! We reserved two $79 tickets, and paid $218, not more like $160!!!! People should be aware of this sooner in the order process!

The online service was easy, but a $30 per ticket service fee for an automated service is ridiculous. I can not understand the need for this service. I would think a single service fee per ticket would be more than appropriate.

Not for profit, or government site. Easy to work with in finding the right number of tickets for that concert.

It was easy enough. But feel that the triplicate service charge is too much. I mean the computer did all the work, and it processed everything in one step. Seems unfair to charge it 3 times. But I know that the show will be worth it. The venue is very nice and always clean and staff is professional.

I was pleased, however, I did not like the $15.44 per ticket added on for something, which I have no idea what it was and the other additional $7.00 to "protect our tickets". You should just put a price on the tickets and not have all these add ons. This was a disappointment.

I bought two tickets to a local show, paying $115 each. There was no indication of service charge until AFTER I entered my CC # and submitted my order. The service charge and "delivery charge" (there's no delivery with electronic instant ticket) was over $92.00. I immediately cancelled and they refused to remove my charge. My CC company, Chase Preferred immediately revoked the charge. The service and admin fees should be EASILY VISIBLE in BROKEN DOWN itemized form BEFORE executing the order.

Great ease of use in ordering Hamilton tix. Hamilton tickets were reasonably priced. We are looking forward to our visit. The ticket selection include variable but included steps at certain locations. Would like key more information regarding upcoming event parking. Would like to be close to the venue.

It was great until I paid and saw a 32.00 charge per ticket. That should be shown upfront. Very disappointed. That may make a difference to someone who only had 102.00. Waiting on an email to confirm my tickets so hopefully I will have no problem with that.

It was fast and easy. There were plenty of tickets and good seats available. I also called and they were helpful. I don't like the idea of the fee as high as it was but if you want tickets, i guess that is the deal.

The site didn't show me where my seats are located. General admission event. Sure to me means first in best dressed, but there was no information about when the event is open?.. Carparking? Food trucks? Nothing. Now I have to search google for the answers. Not happy.

The process was very easy to follow and very quick. I enjoyed my experience and the convenience of being able to purchase my tickets online. I was surprised at the extra fees but I guess that is the cost of doing business.

Ordering the tickets was easy and fast. Within a couple of minutes, I had tickets to the 3 Dog Night Concert that I have been wanting to see for years. The site made it easy to select the tickets in the section I wanted at a price that was fair.

I find it very hard to deal with $30 in charges plus a service fee. That is almost a tenth of the overall cost! While your ticket prices were affordable, I find it insulting that your fees can be so costly. I believe it is a deceptive practice.

Concert event. One positive aspect about this site, it provides an insurance coverage on your ticket order. Unlike another site that I used to find a ticket on for this event, this site provided more seating options. On the side note, this purchase was pretty quick and simple, and didn't require me to create an account with this site.

Seating chart should show seat location not just the obvious section... Parking is crazy high, the vacation discounts are a plus but you should lower prices.

The online experience was fine, but I always chafe at paying an additional 30% for a service fee. How do you justify $287 for tickets that cost $212? Feel free to call or e-mail me with an explanation that would both acknowledge that my frustration is legitimate, and logically explain why the 30% fee is necessary. I'm envisioning one low paid office staff making a couple mouse clicks, and banking $70 for company execs. Am I wrong?

I purchased tickets for my husband and I to attend the Train concert at the Pavilion in NH. Sometimes you just need a reliable, fast and convenient way of purchasing tickets -- this met all three! You may pay a bit more for your tickets, but this site was effortless and very easy to maneuver through. Excited we have a good spot for this concert!!
