It was easy to get through website. The only thing that I was concerned about was why you needed $7 more dollars a ticket when this should already be a secure site. And there was no indication on how and when I was going to get the tickets.

My wife really likes the B52's, so I purchased 2 tickets for us to attended but because of the service/handling fee I purchased higher up seats because the fee was way too high. Why when the tickets are better seats do they have to extort us?

The organization took precautions with our method of payment. The venue or provider of tickets in question wanted to make certain that I was the person on the account. I was assured that our new change of address was reflected when making the purchase.

All went smoothly. no problems. Tickets were pricey. Looking forward to concert. Hopefully good seats. Guitar players rock. If things go well with concert will probably order tickets again from you folks.

The order process was very efficient, quick and nice! My husband wanted to be an astronaut and went to the Manned Spacecraft Center on July 20, 1969! He and I are looking forward to seeing, hearing, and experiencing the Lunar 11 show!

Was my first time on sight the tickets are a gift but it was very easy to order. The only thing is I really would have wanted printed tickets mailed to me. It would have been a nicer looking ticket for a gift.

This was an easy and great experience. A little confusing with all of the questions at the end to unlock different rewards. Also didn't understand why general admission was so many different prices and there was no seat map.

I think the service fee is astronomical - and there's no mention of it until you reach the very end and have suffered through the ordeal already. That's pretty tricky to wait until the end and just slip it in.

The website was very user friendly, went directly to the event I was looking for. The location of seating and associated ticket prices proved to be extremely helpful. I would recommend using the website for Event Tickets to my family and friends.

Fast and easy -- But the handling cost was pretty expensive! It cost roughly 25% of the cost of the ticket -- That is very high. Other than that cost the tickets were reasonable and hope to have a good time at the concert.

Easy to select tickets and seats. The quickest I have ever been able to get tickets to a concert. Very fast, efficient, simple to complete the form. Map was easy to read. Surprised by the 67.00 dollar service fee at the end however, but we want to see Norah so I guess we have no choice.

It was very easy to find seats and place an order. The only thing I didn't care for was the "offers" that were either free or discounted. I really didn't want to consider them at all and it was a waste of time for me.

The process was easy to follow on the internet. It did not give you loopholes to try and figure out to complete the order. Tickets on the phone is a new experience for me and hope all works out. I really don't have anything else left to say.

This went well enough. However I am put off by having to write this review. I also wish I could just print off my tickets instead of having to show them on a mobile phone. A paper ticket is always safer.

I purchased 3 tickets @ 96.00 per ticket. 3x96= 288.00. Then I proceed to check out to find service fee of 90.72 and a delivery fee of 8.95. Now my question is what is the service fee for? That’s 70.00 per ticket. What do I get for that? My total was 387.67. I call this false advertisement. And your delivery fee, come on 8.95 for a reply and a receipt for my money paid to you. I hope to hear back from someone.

Good experience, I like the convenience of the order and how fast the process went. I especially like paying thru Paypal. If there is anything else I can say, I am very pleased and happy that this service is out there and I will tell my friends.

My experience was great and operator was wonderful and very helpful. The operator was kind and considerate and was able to answer all my questions. Though I was told that the parking pass wasn't available while I spoke with the agent I was able to get the parking pass online myself.

A very easy and super quick to get tickets for my sister's birthday present which is seeing Cake. I have never been to Marymoor park for a concert so I am personally exited too, not only see the venue but see Cake.

Ordering tickets to the Mavericks concert was quick. The site was easy to follow and understand. The only issue I have is related to the cost of the service fee. I did consider canceling the order due to the fee, which seems a bit excessive.

The servicing fee is way too high. Also, it should have been given at once, along with the ticket prices. I thought the price would be 126 dollars, but the service fee, mentioned later, means the fee is really 184 dollars.

The process was fast and easy, but the fees were outrageous! $140.50 in fees for 2 tickets, that is crazy. That was not clear when ordering and I am a little disappointed. If I would have know that, I would not have purchased the tickets.

The service charges and delivery prices for the ONE ticket is WAY TOO MUCH! The total price is almost 50% of the ticket value. Are you trying to bankrupt me?? Chris Tomlin tickets. You have a very high amount of HIDDEN FEES, that don't show up until you are ready to pay for and process your order! We reserved two $79 tickets, and paid $218, not more like $160!!!! People should be aware of this sooner in the order process!

The online service was easy, but a $30 per ticket service fee for an automated service is ridiculous. I can not understand the need for this service. I would think a single service fee per ticket would be more than appropriate.

Website was use friendly, easy to follow and clear. Stadium map and section selection showing on the map was a nice feature. It lets have a picture were you'll be sitting. eTickets were also easy to print. Overall experience was great. Would like to get discounts for future events in the Miami, Tampa and Orlando area.

It was easy enough. But feel that the triplicate service charge is too much. I mean the computer did all the work, and it processed everything in one step. Seems unfair to charge it 3 times. I was pleased, however, I did not like the $15.44 per ticket added on for something, which I have no idea what it was and the other additional $7.00 to "protect our tickets". You should just put a price on the tickets and not have all these add ons. This was a disappointment.

I bought two tickets to a local show, paying $115 each. There was no indication of service charge until AFTER I entered my CC # and submitted my order. The service charge and "delivery charge" (there's no delivery with electronic instant ticket) was over $92.00. I immediately cancelled and they refused to remove my charge. My CC company, Chase Preferred immediately revoked the charge. The service and admin fees should be EASILY VISIBLE in BROKEN DOWN itemized form BEFORE executing the order.

Great ease of use in ordering Hamilton tix. Hamilton tickets were reasonably priced. We are looking forward to our visit. It was great until I paid and saw a 32.00 charge per ticket. That should be shown upfront. Very disappointed. That may make a difference to someone who only had 102.00. Waiting on an email to confirm my tickets so hopefully I will have no problem with that.

The site didn't show me where my seats are located. General admission event. Sure to me means first in best dressed, but there was no information about when the event is open?.. Carparking? Food trucks? Nothing. Now I have to search google for the answers. Not happy.

Ordering the tickets was easy and fast. Within a couple of minutes, I had tickets to the 3 Dog Night Concert that I have been wanting to see for years. The site made it easy to select the tickets in the section I wanted at a price that was fair.

I find it very hard to deal with $30 in charges plus a service fee. That is almost a tenth of the overall cost! While your ticket prices were affordable, I find it insulting that your fees can be so costly. I believe it is a deceptive practice.

Concert event. One positive aspect about this site, it provides an insurance coverage on your ticket order. Unlike another site that I used to find a ticket on for this event, this site provided more seating options. On the side note, this purchase was pretty quick and simple, and didn't require me to create an account with this site.

The online experience was fine, but I always chafe at paying an additional 30% for a service fee. How do you justify $287 for tickets that cost $212? Feel free to call or e-mail me with an explanation that would both acknowledge that my frustration is legitimate, and logically explain why the 30% fee is necessary. I'm envisioning one low paid office staff making a couple mouse clicks, and banking $70 for company execs. Am I wrong?

I purchased tickets for my husband and I to attend the Train concert at the Pavilion in NH. Sometimes you just need a reliable, fast and convenient way of purchasing tickets -- this met all three! You may pay a bit more for your tickets, but this site was effortless and very easy to maneuver through. Excited we have a good spot for this concert!!

This was the very first time I used this service. The experience was pretty nice. It took me a minute to make the decision on which tickets would be best for me. The site is very easy to use. I was taken aback with the thirty dollars fee.

Great with ease of buying tickets but the fee charged extra is too much I think as we are getting only email tickets. Why would you charge more than 30% commission? That is not very fair, but convenience is great in buying online.

The ordering went great, with great prices. However, when I received my tickets to download, I noticed it was issued to a different person! I had emailed customer service about this, and had not yet heard back from them. The concert is this Saturday, so I hope I get the correct tickets before then.

It would be helpful if all resellers would put their fees upfront vs at the check out. Seems like there is a bait and switch game going on. We've seen some great variation in fees and sometimes will pay more for better seats or experience, but navigating the sites is frustrating.

The order was easy to do, however the fees shocked me as I didn't expect another 150 as part of the cost. I also am not sure where the tickets will be sent. Not sure is there is handicap access but my guest and I are both handicap.

Got better tickets cheaper through ETC than I could have through Live Nation and finding seats and placing the order was easy. For future concerts and events, I will always compare ETC prices to Ticket Master and Live Nation going forward.

Chicago - The Band Tickets. I was shocked to find out I could purchase the tickets on this site when everywhere else said they wouldn't go on sale until June 21 at 10 a.m. So glad I got my tickets and in the area I love to sit!

The experience was fine except that there are numerous price points for General Admission tickets with no description of why the GA ticket prices vary so widely. It's unfortunate that we have to think we are going to get something less than a GA experience when other GA tickets are 40+ dollars more expensive. The website should explain why GA has different price points.

THE SPEED, maneuverability, execution ease, GREAT... but must reserve satisfaction with resultant privacy breech. If I get calls, ads, unsolicited crap which indicates HERE - it's DONE. Will never repeat purchase - however, I am local and would love to attend functions and not pay BAY area ticket mongers...

I did not see exactly which tickets I bought in the box containing 8 tickets. Also, there was no final receipt to appear at the end of the transaction. I would like to see which seats I purchased and to see the final receipt upon completion of my order.

Waimanalo Rodeo Tickets. Directions were clear but was surprised to see the final total for 4 tickets ($328.00) to all of a sudden ($440.27). I don't know if I will do this again. It is a little expensive for being a resident of Hawaii!!

All good but paying $7 fee per ticket seems very high. I did like the checkout. It seemed easy. It would have been nice to have an option to choose your price limit rather than scroll through until you found what you are looking for.

Great. Last time I went I need handicapped area for myself and I have a caregiver that comes with me. I have a wheelchair and I can transfer out of it if have to to be able to sit in chair. My son is very excited to go again this year.
