The seating map was easy to use and ticket selection was easy! Great way to buy tickets. I did it from my couch, it was easy, no hassles and the seat are great. I would recommend this method to anyone wanting to see shows at DPAC.

First time buying tickets online. It was simple. Site didn't let us know which seats though, only the section and row. It did say it would be 2 seats together. Hopefully it turns out that way. Otherwise ticket buying experience seemed easy enough. If there is a way to add the seat numbers too, that would be great.

I'm extremely disappointed in the online purchase using Event Ticket Center. The upper righthand box included the cost of the ticket but did not include the $25 per ticket fee as well as the $15 delivery charge. An extra $65 for a $75 ticket is more than ridiculous. I called two minutes after making the purchase and they refused to refund the tickets. More than that, I don't believe they work to be transparent. Will definitely work to ensure others don't use this service and make the same mistake.

Everything was easy and clear to follow. The web design was pleasing to the eye, containing a great visual representation of the stage setup. This made the decision process of which tickets to purchase for the best price, as well as, with the best view a breeze. Overall, an amazing experience!

Quick and accurate. Easy to see where the seats will be. Concern is the fringe costs. The seats cost $200 and the with all of the extras that are not revealed the total costs was $273. Did not have the luxury of time to find other sources for tickets.

This was the purchase of tickets to go see Casting Crowns & Hillsong Worship at Bridgestone Arena on Sunday, November 17th, 2019 in Nashville, TN. The process was very easy and convenient for me and my family.

Straightforward, some difficulty finding delivery. Excellent view of available seating and price breakdown. Ticket insurance was a nice option. Description does not necessarily require a word count. Fees for delivery and taxes were too high. Will use site again, if there is an event I wish to attend.

When buying the higher priced packages I'd like to have a better idea on where my seats will be rather than somewhere in the 3 sections closest to the stage. User friendly and not tedious to complete, Did not take a lot of time to complete. Easy to understand referring to wording, instructions and directing the user to the next step, security of pay method is also a plus. Letting the user know that everything is complete with a friendly message. Order number and view of what was accurately ordered is a good addition to the end of completion of the order.

To whom it may concern: The fees are extremely high. It makes Ticketmaster seem cheap. Everything else is ok so far. The electronic transfer fee is a total rip off. For that price, I should get hard copies thru physical delivery. I should not have to worry about ticket security after paying with a credit card. In any case, laugh your way to the bank.

I do like the low price of $15 for lawn seats, HOWEVER you charged me $10 for some operating fee and another $9 for delivery. Delivery fee? When they are online tickets....what a joke! Why I am paying $19 in fees when the cost of the ticket was $15. Very UNHAPPY.

Easy to use site. Fees were high. When I first looked on this site ticket prices were listed from $50.00 to $80.00. When I booked the tickets the lowest priced ticket was $96.00 and went up into the $400.00 plus range.

I am highly disappointed with the service fee. I have never had to pay a service fee for a concert before today. I had to get cheaper seating because the amount was outrageous! Very displeased! Having a service charge pop up at check out that is a third of the price of an already expensive ticket pissed me off. If it was not for a band I love and that rarely tours near me I would have canceled immediately. Playing games like this it total **.

We were disappointed in finding an extra cost at the end of our order for 18+ for each of us. I understand delivery fee but not the other. Secondly my wife has Parkinson's Disease and we prefer to know where the specific seat is located for avoidance of traffic. Therefore handicap convenience and safety.

Website was easy to navigate but the huge upcharge per ticket is excessive. You would be better off increasing the price of the ticket because at the level you are charging it seems like gouging... Bought 4 tickets August 2 for August 11 America show at the Pacific Amphitheater. Was on phone with call call center for an excruciating hour + and did not ever get tickets up to the hour of the show. $187.79 needs to be returned to my Visa NOW.

I was looking at tickets that were higher priced, and was going to buy 4, but then because of the Service fee being $58-$68 depending on 2 or 4 tickets, I felt like that was really greedy. On top of that a delivery fee also 8.95 or $15, etc., Why not just build the fees into the price of the tickets? Just charge $10 or $15 more a ticket. GEEZ! Greedy much?

I paid over $500 including over $130 in fees for 2 seats at a Boston venue for summer 2019 event. Two days later I received an email that they could not provide the tickets I purchased, and they refunded my purchase price. I have purchased many tickets to many events using many different methods, and have never had this happen before. I can't prove it, but suspect they decided they could sell my tickets to someone else for more money, and so broke the deal. Very disappointed, do not recommend doing business with this company.

The site hides the fees in such a way that they're easy to miss, and hiding those fees serves no clear purpose for the customer. Due to this, I never saw the fees that were added on until after submitting the order. Customer service refused to refund the order. Worst experience I've had in years.

If I hadn't had a cell phone, I wouldn't have been able to purchase a ticket. Service fee that is 20% of the ticket price, and then $9.00 to deliver it to me electronically. This is terrible. This is what represents all that is terrible about our modern world. It used to be the case that one could get tickets at the box office. The service fee is a little ridiculous @ 47 for each ticket. It makes it hard for families to go to concerts. The venue is awesome but the fee per ticket is a little steep considering we are buying 4 tickets.

Very easy to use. This was the first time that I used the Event Tickets Center web site, and it was easy to navigate to the concert event that I was looking for. The only disappointment that I had was that I wanted 2 tickets, but was not given the option. I could either purchase one or three, but not two. That was a little odd.

Easy to obtain tickets, however, ticket price increased by $3 each when I first searched orchestra then mezzanine then back to orchestra. I don’t know what would account for the difference in price. I wasn’t shown where the seats were located.

Did not like ad pop ups at time of checkout. As @ broker, your service charge of $27.72 per ticket is quite expensive. The $8.95 delivery fee (to send an email) is also disappointing. Paying fees north of 40% of the ticket price is shocking though no human being was involved at any point of the process. Consumers are taken advantage of so frequently for very little service.

They make their search result appear as if I'm buying direct from Santa Barbara bowl, then when I had tickets for tonight, they make it difficult for me to get those tickets (had to download another app then create an additional account). This company is absolute garbage and adds no value to any experience.

My experience was very good until end. I did not like all the promotions and advertisements offered, I just wanted to purchase tickets. The process itself was simple and quick. I would consider ordering tickets this way again in the future.

Easy website to order tickets. I wish the map of seats would show the exact seats. Although, I can see the row # at least. The Stiefel Theatre is small and every seat is pretty good. I have been to a couple other concerts there. Thank you!

It was easy to order my Jersey Boy tickets. I would use your website to reorder tickets again. I hope the tickets I receive are close to the stage. I do think the fees are a bit high. Hopefully, in the future, the fees will be lowered.

When purchasing the ticket it will be better to see an actual MAP, so I can now more exactly where and how far I'm from the actual main event. Other than that the experience was easy and really fast, also the purchase went smooth and no problems.

This was the most convenient ticket buying experience I’ve had. The available seating was clearly displayed, pricing was understandable and the checkout was easy. I did not like the special offers that popped up at the end of the experience but was able to quickly dispense with those.

You evidently don't accept phone calls. I have been calling since 10:00 this morning and still have not gotten through and even leaving my number, I have not been called back. Fees are way too high. Site was easy to use. I’m not sure why there is a delivery fee when the tickets will be emailed which is free. My two $53 tickets cost almost $150 and that seems ridiculous. Thanks.

Experience online was easy. Main reason for the 3 star rating was the service fee applied to each ticket. Unreasonable! Tickets were close to where we wanted to sit but the service fee way too high. Gosh, even at half the service fee would still be too high.

Excellent experience and was very easy to book Dark Star concert tickets as a surprise for my husband! We are very excited to get away and relax. Very easy to manipulate the process. However, the site would not connect to PayPal, which was somewhat disappointing then I had to use my credit card. I do not like to use my credit card over unfamiliar sites, so your site's inability to accept my PayPal payment was disappointing.

Everything going well until tried to pay with Paypal and it would lock up website and have to recover. Tried to get it to work a couple times and ended up just entering credit card info. I would have rather paid with Paypal, but overall good experience other than that glitch.

When making ticket selection, it was nice to see highlighted seats that were available to purchase. It made the ticket selection very easy and convenient to purchase. I am sorry I waited so long to purchase these tickets as I could have enjoyed being closer to the middle of the orchestra section.

Very Good and easy. The seating charts and prices made picking our seats easy and we were done quickly. The whole process took 10 minutes. Having the seating chart available while ordering the tickets made the process much smoother than other ticket sites.

Purchasing the premier parking pass for the concert was very straightforward and easy. The only issue I had was the promo code offered didn't work when I applied it, which was frustrating since it was a prompted ten percent discount offer. I typed it multiple ways with lower and upper case and it did not work.

Process was easy to understand. Got tickets in the section I wanted. Just curious why for the same section are there different prices? That was a little hard to understand. Boyz II Men & 98 Degrees Concert. Concert event purchased at Puyallup Fair Concert Fairgrounds on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019. Ease of purchase for tickets was easy/fast! I look forward to attend these two concerts on September 12, 2019, as I missed being to see the Boyz II Men concert in Vegas on June 28, 2019.

I was never able to see the different seats available, that would help a lot. All the different options I looked at I was never able to see the seating locations. It would help greatly if you would make the seat choices able to be seen prior to purchasing them.

Buying tickets was very easy - directions were very straightforward. I didn't appreciate all the discount ads I had to decline at the end of my purchase. Overall, the experience was OK. Could be improved by adding just one question - Do you want to view more discounts? A "NO" answer would bypass all.

The biggest problem was simply a fight in my head on buying the tickets or not. Otherwise, the process was very easy and had a variety of different options to pay in case you didn't have your credit card on you at that very moment.

The ticket service charges are a bit high. It would be preferred if they were at a lower cost to make the tickets more reasonably priced. I haven't received the tickets yet so I can't say more at the current time.

Did not particularly like a quote that changed once the "service" fee was added. Bait & Switch is not necessary. The page explained the additional fee which helped. But, for a first time purchaser it would be nice to get the bottom line up front.

Easy ticket purchase. This ticket was purchased using a P.C. The process is a bit different from how it was done a generation ago, however it seemed easy and valid. I have purchase event tickets before using a computer and always enjoyed the convenience.
