Ordering process: I liked that the website walked me through the ordering and paying process. The only complaint I would have is having the actual seating chart to look at in addition to the sections. We are bringing an elderly 88 old women as a last minute birthday present. We knew that the handicap seats Was taken. The actual seat would have helped me find how far we will walk up. We are taking our mother and will get through early to go to our seats.

Very user-friendly and no question about the accuracy or dependability of the site as a whole. Would recommend using this site in the future. First time user and I found it to be a quick process overall. Will look forward to using the site in the future as well.

Wasn't quite sure where the seat was, as it doesn't show the Starlight Suite on map. Also, had to go offline to understand what Starlight Suite seats are about. Also, $50 service fee plus $15 delivery adds a lot. Too much.

Ordered tickets for The Price is Right. This is for a birthday gift and is in response to a suggestion from the recipient who is a Price is Right fan. While the per seat price is reasonable, I think the service charge is too high.

I was very pleased with the seating arranged by price and location, would have been 5-star if individual seats and/or rows themselves were shown to help better identify exactly where the seats would be located. Aside from that I was very pleased with the ease and accessibility of the website and its maps.

I would rather have printed tickets...that I can save & add to my collection of events I've attended. I own a "flip-phone" which cannot access electronic tickets. I must transfer my tickets to my friend, which means I can't surprise her, for whatever event were going to attend... Modern technology SUCKS!

After buying tix for event, the confirmation email said they would be released to me at a later date. Why is this when its an electronic ticket anyways. I didn't like trying to be sold other services from other websites after buying tix.

It was fine except I didn't like the clock running. It was stressful and made me feel rushed. I get that the tickets could sell out, but it wasn't a comfortable shopping experience. I'm new to buying tickets online and I prefer the old fashioned way where you went to the venue, bought them and put them in your pocket.

Took me all of 60 seconds to PayPal my pit tickets to Iron Maiden. I’m not made of time, so the more efficient the better. We will see if delivery on the tickets happens as advertised. I’m not a big fan of the electronic tickets thing. It would be nice to have something tangible for >$300.

My complaint is that I have to be sent through various promo sites as well as this equally annoying review in order to complete my purchase!?!?! What is up with this? It is so frustrating that I am tempted to just forego buying them damn tickets.

It was very easy to look for the tickets online, the only thing is it doesn't let you actually look at the seats that you are paying for like the arenas do. So, in other words, you may be in the middle of the row.

I went to the Tarrytown Music Hall site to purchase my tickets and did not see any indication that I was actually buying from a third party source, which more than doubled the price. This may have been buried within the text as the dreaded "fine print" and I simply missed it. Obviously I paid the amount but I would have preferred a little more transparency and honesty in the transaction.

First time buying tickets online. It was simple. Site didn't let us know which seats though, only the section and row. It did say it would be 2 seats together. Hopefully it turns out that way. Otherwise ticket buying experience seemed easy enough. If there is a way to add the seat numbers too, that would be great.

I'm extremely disappointed in the online purchase using Event Ticket Center. The upper righthand box included the cost of the ticket but did not include the $25 per ticket fee as well as the $15 delivery charge. An extra $65 for a $75 ticket is more than ridiculous. I called two minutes after making the purchase and they refused to refund the tickets. More than that, I don't believe they work to be transparent. Will definitely work to ensure others don't use this service and make the same mistake.

Everything was easy and clear to follow. The web design was pleasing to the eye, containing a great visual representation of the stage setup. This made the decision process of which tickets to purchase for the best price, as well as, with the best view a breeze. Overall, an amazing experience!

Quick and accurate. Easy to see where the seats will be. Concern is the fringe costs. The seats cost $200 and the with all of the extras that are not revealed the total costs was $273. Did not have the luxury of time to find other sources for tickets.

This was the purchase of tickets to go see Casting Crowns & Hillsong Worship at Bridgestone Arena on Sunday, November 17th, 2019 in Nashville, TN. The process was very easy and convenient for me and my family.

Straightforward, some difficulty finding delivery. Excellent view of available seating and price breakdown. Ticket insurance was a nice option. Description does not necessarily require a word count. Fees for delivery and taxes were too high. Will use site again, if there is an event I wish to attend.

User friendly and not tedious to complete, Did not take a lot of time to complete. Easy to understand referring to wording, instructions and directing the user to the next step, security of pay method is also a plus. Letting the user know that everything is complete with a friendly message. Order number and view of what was accurately ordered is a good addition to the end of completion of the order.

To whom it may concern: The fees are extremely high. It makes Ticketmaster seem cheap. Everything else is ok so far. The electronic transfer fee is a total rip off. For that price, I should get hard copies thru physical delivery. I should not have to worry about ticket security after paying with a credit card. In any case, laugh your way to the bank.

I do like the low price of $15 for lawn seats, HOWEVER you charged me $10 for some operating fee and another $9 for delivery. Delivery fee? When they are online tickets....what a joke! Why I am paying $19 in fees when the cost of the ticket was $15. Very UNHAPPY.

Easy to use site. Fees were high. When I first looked on this site ticket prices were listed from $50.00 to $80.00. When I booked the tickets the lowest priced ticket was $96.00 and went up into the $400.00 plus range.

I am highly disappointed with the service fee. I have never had to pay a service fee for a concert before today. I had to get cheaper seating because the amount was outrageous! Very displeased! Having a service charge pop up at check out that is a third of the price of an already expensive ticket pissed me off. If it was not for a band I love and that rarely tours near me I would have canceled immediately. Playing games like this it total **.

We were disappointed in finding an extra cost at the end of our order for 18+ for each of us. I understand delivery fee but not the other. Secondly my wife has Parkinson's Disease and we prefer to know where the specific seat is located for avoidance of traffic. Therefore handicap convenience and safety.

Website was easy to navigate but the huge upcharge per ticket is excessive. You would be better off increasing the price of the ticket because at the level you are charging it seems like gouging... I just paid an extra $120 in service fees for an old bank from the 80's by buying tickets through your site.. yikes! Lol.

Bought 4 tickets August 2 for August 11 America show at the Pacific Amphitheater. Was on phone with call call center for an excruciating hour + and did not ever get tickets up to the hour of the show. $187.79 needs to be returned to my Visa NOW.

It was easy to make the purchase; however I was unable to pick my seats only the row, and the prices were far more expensive by almost $50 per ticket than on other sites I found after purchasing from this site.

I was looking at tickets that were higher priced, and was going to buy 4, but then because of the Service fee being $58-$68 depending on 2 or 4 tickets, I felt like that was really greedy. On top of that a delivery fee also 8.95 or $15, etc., Why not just build the fees into the price of the tickets? Just charge $10 or $15 more a ticket. GEEZ! Greedy much?

We are going on my birthday 11/24! Was disappointed that there are such limited affordable seats to take my grandchildren. There was recently an ad for a 7 days membership deal. Of course, when I called was led to believe that was so, only to be told there are none left. Also, all of the pop ups and end of purchase offering deals and discounts were totally unnecessary and time consuming.

Super easy getting Enduro Cross tickets. I was able to get good seats. Looking forward to seeing some racing here in Prescott Valley. Tickets were a decent price. This is my 1st event at the arena. Hoping to get some autographs.

Chris Izaak Tickets. Buying the tickets was easy, however, the pop-ups offering me deals before my receipt was posted was somewhat confusing and annoying. The intent is to make one approve joining the various offers when one is just trying to complete the transaction.

I love how fast and easy it was to purchase the tickets. It was simple and I didn't have any problems with it. I will recommend this place with my family and friends. It was the best experience. I love it.

Overall the experience of buying tickets was fine. What made me rethink the purchase was the added $40 per ticket fee to maintain the website. That was unexpected and frankly reminded me of airline tickets. I suggest adding the fee upfront so the purchaser is not surprised at the end.

I paid over $500 including over $130 in fees for 2 seats at a Boston venue for summer 2019 event. Two days later I received an email that they could not provide the tickets I purchased, and they refunded my purchase price. I have purchased many tickets to many events using many different methods, and have never had this happen before. I can't prove it, but suspect they decided they could sell my tickets to someone else for more money, and so broke the deal. Very disappointed, do not recommend doing business with this company.

The site hides the fees in such a way that they're easy to miss, and hiding those fees serves no clear purpose for the customer. Due to this, I never saw the fees that were added on until after submitting the order. Customer service refused to refund the order. Worst experience I've had in years.

If I hadn't had a cell phone, I wouldn't have been able to purchase a ticket. Service fee that is 20% of the ticket price, and then $9.00 to deliver it to me electronically. This is terrible. This is what represents all that is terrible about our modern world. It used to be the case that one could get tickets at the box office. It's terrible and makes me want never to use your service again.

The service fee is a little ridiculous @ 47 for each ticket. It makes it hard for families to go to concerts. The venue is awesome but the fee per ticket is a little steep considering we are buying 4 tickets.

Very easy to use. This was the first time that I used the Event Tickets Center web site, and it was easy to navigate to the concert event that I was looking for. The only disappointment that I had was that I wanted 2 tickets, but was not given the option. I could either purchase one or three, but not two. That was a little odd.

Easy to obtain tickets, however, ticket price increased by $3 each when I first searched orchestra then mezzanine then back to orchestra. I don’t know what would account for the difference in price. I wasn’t shown where the seats were located.

Great Shopping Experience. The website was easy to understand and purchasing the tickets was easy. I do wish that specific seats were shown when the tickets were purchased. We like to sit toward the middle of the stage to take in the awesome band. Theory of a Dead Man is a great band. My wife and I can't wait to watch them perform.

Too many ads. I really don't want to have to go through all this nonsense to get tickets to a concert. Is this what the service charge is for? Please try to trim that down in future so I don't have to have this experience each time I want to buy tickets.

Did not like ad pop ups at time of checkout. As @ broker, your service charge of $27.72 per ticket is quite expensive. The $8.95 delivery fee (to send an email) is also disappointing. Paying fees north of 40% of the ticket price is shocking though no human being was involved at any point of the process. Consumers are taken advantage of so frequently for very little service.

They make their search result appear as if I'm buying direct from Santa Barbara bowl, then when I had tickets for tonight, they make it difficult for me to get those tickets (had to download another app then create an additional account). When purchasing the ticket it will be better to see an actual MAP, so I can now more exactly where and how far I'm from the actual main event. Other than that the experience was easy and really fast, also the purchase went smooth and no problems.

This was the most convenient ticket buying experience I’ve had. The available seating was clearly displayed, pricing was understandable and the checkout was easy. I did not like the special offers that popped up at the end of the experience but was able to quickly dispense with those.
