My Nintendo Switch is expensive and when it didn't charge anymore, I filed a claim. The process was quick and easy. SquareTrade always lets me know what happened. My Nintendo Switch was fixed.

The protection plan was for the iPhone XR. Max did what he had to do and the phone was returned. So, it was good. I just need to call Costco and get them to send me the money back.

The plan is a little complicated. This is the second time I sent a claim in and they needed so much information. I'm not one to keep a lot of receipts and not very well-organized so this made the process a little difficult. I got somebody to help me but we did spend a long time on the phones with different people trying to get all the information. Other than that, the service is good.

We bought a TV that came with the SquareTrade bundle and we've had SquareTrade for years on other TVs. We've filed claims and have had great service from them. The process that you go through when you file a claim is a pain but it's worth everything that you go through because they cover it.
Two years ago, we had a lightning strike and the charge came through the cable and blew out a VIZIO TV which was a 50-inch flat screen. It had the SquareTrade protection plan on it and I called them. I know we offshore a lot of stuff but I got very exasperated. I worked for a telephone company for 30 years and when I can't understand somebody, it drives me nuts. But after going through this explanation, taking pictures and doing this and doing that, we got a check for the exact amount that we paid for the TV, less the tax. I was able to go buy another television set to replace it. The same thing happened with this 75-inch VIZIO that we just replaced. They sent us a check for exactly what we paid for it, less the tax, and we went and bought the new one.

I got a protection plan for a 70-inch Vizio TV from Costco because of the size of it. When we bought it, Costco said there was an extended warranty and it was with SquareTrade. It was pretty good and they were fast to respond to the emails, if I email them. I also liked SquareTrade because they got right back to me and when they said they had to replace the TV, they had this new TV to us within three days.

I am so impressed with this company. Everyone is professional and polite. Very prompt, I had my claim processed within a week. Within a few days I am getting a new gaming chair and I will only get it with Square Trade as my coverage. I do appreciate this company.

My grandma bought an iPad for my son and I had to have it fixed because it wasn't turning on. I got it back and it works. The only thing I could complain about is that when I try to click the home button, it's so loose that it barely catches. Other than that, everything came back okay with it.

I tried to set up an account to set up a claim. I did everything many, many times but I wasn't allowed to get past-SETUP AN ACCOUNT. However, when I was able to talk to a person, I was passed on to a technician who ran us through the steps to fix the problem: Problem solved by a very efficient technician. Well pleased.

In explaining the issue of my Apple watch, the staff was patient, very helpful in getting the needed information and lastly caring. A return label was sent out immediately so that the watch could be sent out for repair. I would recommend Square Trade.

We got SquareTrade for our TV. It was cheap, an extra added, and no-questions-asked kind of warranty. Then there was something mechanical on the TV. I placed the claim and once I was able to call in, they were able to give me my information. It was the fastest call I've ever had compared to others, less than 20 minutes. We were able to replace the TV. For the price, it’s all worth it.

I had a TV that broke down and I had a protection plan for that. SquareTrade could not fix that so they gave me a new one. The only thing is I didn't get the same quality of TV which I had before. Other than that, this is the second TV I have with SquareTrade. My previous one was also with them. Having the protection plan is valuable. My experience with SquareTrade was good. I also paid $32 to have four-year protection for a vacuum cleaner.

I've used SquareTrade with several of my purchases from Costco over the years and it has been wonderful. I've purchased a TV and I had some problems with it. After a few phone calls and discussions and a visit, they finally replaced the TV because they said they probably wouldn't be able to repair it.

The TV started to shadow from the bottom up. The shadow just kept growing and it was about halfway up the screen of the TV so I called SquareTrade. They wanted pictures. After they got those, it was about 24 hours or so, they said that the TV was faulty. They sent a check and off I went. I was impressed. I've dealt with other insurance companies over items and have not been happy. I would warranty with SquareTrade again. They did a very good job.

I purchased SquareTrade on several items. Any time I've had an issue, they absolutely either replaced the item or replaced the funds to repurchase the item. So, I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely manner. Very satisfied, a great company to protect my purchases.

I haven't been happy with SquareTrade. I got an email that said to call this person who would service my TV and I did but that person said they couldn't do the job. I got back to SquareTrade on the email and asked them to provide another person. They did and I called that person. He has a daytime job and he could do the job when he gets off work but it wasn't gonna work. I emailed SquareTrade back and said I need another. They finally gave me a good one and he came out very diligently. But the TV has a problem that the parts weren't sent for.
SquareTrade was gonna send another technician out and the people that they designated didn't have an idea what they were coming out for. I reached back out to the other technician that had put in the parts that SquareTrade sent and he said he was gonna resend his report. Then, SquareTrade contacted me back and said my TV was not gonna be repairable and that they would replace it with a new TV. They gave me a Westinghouse TV for an option and I asked for other options. They said they would have to have another department look up some stuff and get me another option. I almost am not gonna buy things from Costco because I don't want the warranty to come through SquareTrade. It's disappointing. The first time I've ever had them was on a little tablet and it was good but the service has gone down. My experience this time wasn't what I expected.

When the internal circuit boards my Vizio 65-inch TV ended up having an issue and it kept power cycling, I called the Costco concierge. They created a claim number then they forwarded everything over to SquareTrade and put me in touch with them. From there, I just called SquareTrade any time I had any questions. When SquareTrade gave me a call, I had to go through the troubleshooting steps before they would finish processing the claim. Once we went through the troubleshooting steps, and they were able to confirm the problem then they put in a request for replacement parts.
Everything only takes one to two business days. However, they couldn't get replacement parts, so they offered me some replacement TVs, which did not meet the specifications of the TV they were replacing. Now, we'd gone to reimbursement. Having SquareTrade is very valuable, considering I had my last TV for 10 years with no problems, and then I finally decided to upgrade to something more modern versus this television that had a problem within its first three years. I'm very grateful that I purchased the protection program.

I did a claim on our game controller and then on the futon couch, ‘cause it had broken, and then on one of the TVs. All of them came from Walmart and I had no idea I had the protection plan on them until I went back and checked over something. They said, “Well, no, if you can't return it, then you can do that ‘cause you got the protection plan.” They were non-replaceable things, so SquareTrade just sent me a refund. It was good overall, really easy to use and quick.

Great solution to dead TV. Solution with credit given to buy a new TV. Wish credit was total I paid for Sanyo but bought it on a Black Friday event thus had to pay over $250 to get a replacement TV. WAS NOT TOLD WHEN BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY.

I have a protection plan for my stove, refrigerator and washer and dryer. Right now, I have an issue with my stove. I called through SquareTrade to send a technician to come and repair my stove, but nobody has shown up yet.

SquareTrade was offered when I bought the phone at Costco and the plan had a reasonable price for a two-year coverage. To me, it's worth the price. I took the phone to the store and they put the wrong part color and the phone was not working properly as it used to. But I got contacted by yesterday. They're willing to fix the errors that they've made in the shop.

I submitted a claim on 2/18/21 for my TP-Link router which kept dropping the wi-fi signal. My claim was reviewed and approved within a couple of hours. I was advised that I would receive payment to cover the inoperative router and that it usually takes about 5 days for the payment to process. I received a check in the mail 6 business days later. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Square Trade and would definitely recommend them.

Square Trade was very good at solving my problem. They wanted me to ship our tv to them but as elderly people, we were not able to so they reimbursed us for the purchase price of the tv. You can't ask for better service than that. I would definitely buy another warranty thru them.

While the main problem is the USPS and PA mail in particular, the phone number goes to a conference call queue that requires a PIN and the form keeps returning an error. My mail is being returned and I just need a person to help me.

I've purchased a lot of protection plans from SquareTrade. The most recent item I got it for was for a gaming chair. On the consumer's website, they only showed me one protection plan. In that protection plan, not the entirety of the chair was covered. It was just the wires. When I called in, the gentleman said I didn't buy the other protection plan which covers the whole thing. If I would have known that, I would have bought the other one. When retailers explain the policy, they don't explain it correctly but when SquareTrade employees explain it, they explain it thoroughly.

The microphone went out on my right airpod. Filling a claim was fast. Received authorization to take it to be repaired. The airpod was not able to be repaired therefore had to buy a replacement. Uploaded the receipt and received a notification that my reimbursement payment will be mailed out. I'm tremendous satisfied with my experience.

I had trouble filling out the forms. I called the customer representative and she assisted me by resetting something. It worked and I filled out the form. She was nice. I had some confusion and they took the time to speak to their supervisor to make sure that I could process the transaction. I was one day over the two-year warranty but they gave me a one-time forgiveness thing and I was very thankful for that. Before even submitting the claim, it suggested whether or not I wanted a reimbursement which was cool and I got the reimbursement.

The pneumatic piston of the Big Boy’s office chair gave out. It stopped being able to bring it up and it would gradually drop down and be too low. Eventually, it stopped working altogether and that was when we called about the insurance on it. We called the store and they told us to call the number in our little pamphlet they gave us. We got ahold of a representative and he asked us to send them pictures, which was like asking us to cross the Danube, because we're dinosaurs. But we finally managed to get a picture to him. SquareTrade got the picture and the copy of the receipt, and they said they would get back to us in a day or two.
After two weeks, they didn't get back to us and we had to call them. They looked it up and said, “We have everything. Give us a chance to process it.” After that, it took about two days for them to say we were approved. They called us and said everything was approved, and that they would send us an email. As soon as they got everything else approved, we got a check. The whole process took about a month.

I bought a set of Nintendos for my twin grandchildren and one of theirs quit working. So, I got online and got through to somebody at SquareTrade and the rep was very nice and very thorough. He assured me that everything would be fine and told me exactly step-by-step what was going to happen. It was a very good experience. I'm now just waiting for the last parts of the process for it to be sent back.

I had a protection plan on the iPhone 6s Plus and I sent it back to SquareTrade. I got that two years ago and when I was trying to put insurance back on it at the store, they wouldn't allow me to do it. They said I would have to do it through SquareTrade, which was something that was monthly, and that was going to be a little more expensive. I also got SquareTrade on a TV, my watch, on another phone I have. I gotta give them some credit and the plan is great because at least you get a second chance to obtain something, and hopefully you can do better with it this time around.
But the unfortunate thing is that if you got something from them and it’s 91 days out, things would start getting rough. For example, I got a 50-inch Philips TV from them that's still in the box and if it goes out again in 91 days, they'd use the same criteria they did for the phone, if it applies the same way to the television, so that means I paid three years worth of warranty but, with the refurbished TV, I could only get 90 days on it unless I decide to go out of my pocket. Other than that, I’m satisfied with SquareTrade and I know it can’t always be the way you want it sometimes. The recovering process was also very easy and I'm happy with them.

I am generally skeptical of insurance plans. My son is hard on electronics so we purchased. After a drop that cracked the hinge and a battery that would not hold a charge I went online to start a claim. There was a problem with their link so I initiated a chat and then started the claim on the phone. The process was exceedingly simple. No hard questions trying to invalidate warranty - they just emailed me the mailing label. I put the package in the mail and quickly received confirmation of its en route status.
Within a couple of days, we received a package in the mail. It was the repaired computer, with a "laptop repair summary" and a "laptop inspection checklist" signed by a technician and a final inspector. Wow - they not only repaired the items I identified but also repaired peripheral items (that I did not know to mention), and explained every one of their repairs in the parts repaired/replaced section. I was blown away - this is how customer service is supposed to be - I am a believer now.

The TV wouldn’t turn on. The light would just keep blinking. I had the receipt, so I looked it up under the account. I called SquareTrade and the lady walked me through the process. It was pretty easy. She gave me a check for it because it couldn’t be fixed. She said that was the best option for that.

The process with Allstate took me 15 minutes to do online and then, they contacted me and let me know what they were gonna do to send the iPad back. We had an ice storm so it took about a week later than the original date that they were going to return it. But it wasn’t anybody's fault. It was because of the weather. But even with the ice storm, the turnaround time was good. I was pleased with the process. I didn’t have to talk on the phone to anybody. The protection plan is as valuable as the iPad. I usually don’t want to buy a warranty like that but I'm very happy that I bought it.

I submitted a claim with SquareTrade because the set in the ring was loose and one of the problems was sticking up. They first told me it wasn't covered because it was damaged. But they managed to get it all straightened out for me and everything went well. Their customer service was great. They did not replace it. They sent me money to have it repaired.

8 Mar 20 bought a new coffee maker from an Ebay merchant for $22. Ticked the box to buy a 2-year warranty from Square Trade for another $2. It stopped working near the end of Jan. So it lasted 10 months, and 3 of those it was in deep storage, so it lasted only 7 months of actual use. 2 Feb I registered a claim with the manufacturer (Bella-Sensio) as it was still under a 1-year warranty. They requested a string of data from me, including a photograph of the bottom of the unit, which I returned the same day. 15 Feb It was clear they blew this off, so I filed a claim with Square Trade-Allstate. Again I had to submit a string of data, which I returned the same day. A rep said they needed 2 hrs to make a decision.
20 Feb I followed up with Square Trade. It was clear to me they had lost the email I submitted, because I was asked again to submit a receipt. (Square Trade is a company actively selling extended warranties in Ebay and Amazon.) I had to explain again that online purchases do not have receipts, that I provided instead a scan of my credit card statement showing the date of purchase, the merchant identity, and the amount I paid, (not to mention the Square Trade warranty purchase next to it). End result was rejection. So after buying a Square Trade warranty for maybe a dozen things over the years, and finally registering a claim, I come to find their service is a scam.

Thrilled it was easy to call. Exceptionally blessed that the technician was kind, patient and well-informed. Couldn't have gone better. Printing the label, shipping, quick service, quick return could not have been better. However, it would have been nice to receive a bit more feedback on what the problem was. Also, I was never assured that my info was 1) kept safe, and, 2) was immediately permanently deleted after the repair was complete (I did receive the old HD back after the repair). While it is a personal computer, my employer IT was -not- thrilled I didn't wipe the HD before sending it in.

The submission process was very easy. They instructed me to box up the printer and ship it out by FedEx at no expense to me. Three days later the printer was returned to me and fully operational. Great service, would definitely recommend this extended warranty service.

SquareTrade is worth getting and the process, in my experience, was quick and easy. I submitted a claim because there was an inner lining within the microwave that, every time we use it, it would spark, and then it caught on fire. I called in and I spoke to a rep and he asked what was wrong and then went through the process from there. They asked for a serial number, the model number, what issues and when I noticed the issue. They reimbursed it. They said we could get the store credit or check and we just did it by check.

I purchased a protection plan for the projector screen. I liked the fact that it was a warranty for what I purchased and it is very valuable because I thought I had to buy another projector. At the time, I didn't even realize I had bought the insurance. But when I got in touch with them, they said they were going to replace it. The claims process was very quick and easy. My HP printer was 22 months into a 24 month contract. SquareTrade responded very promptly to my claim and offered two good options for me to select from. I chose the cash option and I didn’t have to box my old printer up and send it to them. How many people would keep a printer box for 22 months?

I got SquareTrade for two items - a desk and a chair. When I was at Staples, they pitched it and it seemed like a really good idea in case something happened, so I bought it. The customer service of SquareTrade was fantastic. The whole procedure was very easy to do, to upload pictures and show them what happened to the damage. I was reimbursed within a week and I highly recommend them. It was the best customer service I've ever received.

The keys on the board of the laptop had an issue. I called SquareTrade to submit the claim and it was pretty easy. They fixed it the first time but it was not a complete fix. We sent the laptop in the second time. They asked me to print a label, then I printed and delivered the laptop to FedEx. Later on, FedEx texted me and said that I had a shipment coming and to make sure someone was home. Then, they delivered it to my home. When I opened it, I checked again if the laptop keys were fixed or not, and they fixed it completely. All in all, I was very satisfied with my experience and I like that they made everything very smooth. The protection plan also eased all the concerns for using the laptop.

I couldn't even get the TV to set up. It wouldn't go past where you do the start with the English. So we went through all the steps of resetting it. AllState even sent me to the tech people on the Onn company. I talked to them and they tried to go all technical stuff. They concluded that it was something malfunctioning in the TV. They found it was better to refund my money because I had gotten it really at a good deal at Walmart. The rep informed me that it would cost extremely a lot having a repairman come to me because he said they charge $100 an hour. They refunded my money and everything was taken care of. They did a very good job doing it. They were very kind about everything. They tried every troubleshooting thing they could to get it to go. I had a good experience. As far as the warranty goes, they did what they were supposed to do and I was pretty satisfied with it. For the price, it’s worth getting.
AllState tried their best to help me. But it was difficult doing the claim online. So I had to call and talk to them. They seemed to not be bothered with any question I asked them. They weren't bothered to deal with me or to make sure that I had everything clear in my mind. When I said I'd like to get the TV repaired instead of my money back, the rep explained how they paid you back. They made everything clear to my understanding.

I purchased a television from Wal-Mart and was asked to purchase the insurance they offered because UT was a television. Thought it was a good idea but it was a mistake. They don't inform you that the insurance is only good for 30 days and it covers nothing.

I could access my internet Square Trade account so called the Company Number. I was treated respectfully and courteously while the problem was resolved and the next day I was able to file my claim for a cracked air fryer door. My computer blacked out and I forgot that I had the warranty on it. When I logged into my account, I’d seen that I had coverage from SquareTrade. My claim got approved and they sent out a check. It worked out great because I wasn’t gonna pay that much for a repair and I didn't have to buy a new computer either. Overall, SquareTrade is easy to work with and it's highly recommended.

We submitted a claim because the TV was intermittently blacking out. I contacted Costco and they gave me a number for SquareTrade. I contacted that number. The representative I spoke to started to do a couple of tests on the TV and he started to process a claim. I received an email and they asked me to send some pictures of the problem. After that, I spoke to a supervisor and then he was the one that contacted or set up a service call. Somebody came out and serviced it and he did a report. After the report was complete, they suggested that we get another TV. They sent me an email letting me know that they were going to give us another TV. They sent one that was comparable to the one we had. I selected the one that they told me and then they arranged the delivery time. I would recommend having a protection plan.

My husband bought a cellphone and then he had gotten some earplugs. He got the warranty for them. But the cellphone wasn't working well so he took it back to the store. The personnel there said, “Oh, no. We cannot exchange it for you. You gotta call this other number. You let them know what's going on so they could exchange it for you,” which my husband did. He called them and one of the representatives said, “I'm gonna give you this number, and they could go ahead and replace it for you right there and then at the stores.” So we went back. It was back and forth several times. It was a very bad experience and very upsetting.
Then at first, one of the managers that we spoke to at that time, told my husband, “I can do this for you. But I only need you to bring me the back of the cellphone.” So we came back home but we weren't able to find it. By the time that we went back to the store, that manager was off of her shift. So it was this different manager and she was just denying everything. She was like, “No, there's no way that she could’ve told you that because we can't do that.” I even told her, “No, we were here. This is her name.” I told her how she looks.
She said, “I know who she is. But it's off of her shift already and I don’t know. There's no way that she could have told you this because we can't do that, and she knows that.” We were like, “Wait a minute. We ain’t playing games right here.” Why am I gonna be back and forth from one site to another based on a lie like this? We had a very bad experience with her. They need to have other personnel that will provide good customer service for customers. Supposedly, they were also gonna mail another cellphone but my husband hasn’t received anything.

I lost the documentation to do an online claim. I could not find a telephone number in order to contact Square Trade customer service. In order to get Square Trade to contact me I disputed the charge for my insurance. Square Trade just refunded the money without contacting me. After a couple of days passed, I found a customer service number. All went well after that. I was satisfied and pleased by the quality and ease of the process to get my cell phone repaired.

Cant say enough about the service that SQUARE TRADE provides. Never have I had warranty service so easy to make claim and have returned within a week. Superior to service that FITBIT company provides. Next time I buy something needing an extended warranty, if not choice thru seller, I will contact Square trade as if purchased with their timeframe, you can purchase SQUARE TRADE warranty. The first part of the submission of my claim went okay. I was able to find the old email, clicked in. When I began to enter the claim, I put the wrong model. The claim was on a Fitbit and I put the wrong model of Fitbit on there and was unable to change it. So, I chatted with a representative. That representative went into the system and said he changed it. I went through, finished the claim and filed the claim. Then, went back to readdress the claim but it was still on the wrong model and that happened two more times. So that was three different representatives who changed it and then it still was not reflected in the system. But I received the correct model. My expectations were not quite met because it added stress to the process to the point that I decided not to purchase the coverage on the new product. But the representatives were helpful and responsive. I did everything over chat and that was easy enough. It just wasn't very successful.

Square Trade pays for itself when needed. All of my electronic purchases are covered. My Wife dropped and cracked her screen to her Galaxy S8 plus and I filed a claim with Square Trade and they approved my claim within 24 hours. They gave me locations of their repair shops and I got the screen replaced with no deductibles which is common with other insurance plans. Highly recommend

She just threw the TV away and got another one when she got the check. Luckily we got it before the three years was up. People should do the protection plan 'cause they were very helpful.

The Razor scooter was fully charged but it wouldn't run. I went on Walmart online and put in the receipt number and then I started the claims process. It was pretty easy. I had an okay experience with them. But they need to let the consumer know more information on what exactly is the warranty for instead of just asking if you want to purchase a warranty. Because when the Xbox controller stopped working, they said it wasn't in the plan coverage. So they sent me back the $5 for the warranty. That was part of what it was for. But they didn't say nothing about that when I purchased the warranty for the Xbox controller.

I recently had a claim for the bread machine. The central pan where the ingredients are put has a pin in the middle and that came loose. The pin went all the way down and it crushed the pan as well. When it's spinning, the whole thing is scratching everything and it's messy and impossible to bake. The machine is working, but not the pan. SquareTrade sent me an email and I replied to that with the survey. I got an instant refund for the price of the machine, which I had to choose if I wanted a check or a Walmart gift card. I got an electronic Walmart gift card. It was nice. I had another problem with the popcorn machine about two or three months ago and it was fast and quick as well.

I don't usually buy a warranty, but when Costco offered an essentially 'free' extended warranty with Square Trade, I signed up. I am glad I did. My LG OLED TV had a bad panel and LG offered to replace the panel, but I would have to pay for the labor. Square Trade extended warranty paid for the labor cost in full. I certainly recommend getting the Square Trade warranty.

I bought a laptop from Office Depot and put the warranty on it. They didn't give me the opportunity to talk to SquareTrade but they gave me a brochure on the warranty options I had. My problem is that this is the second time I've had to send the computer under the same warranty for the same two problems. I don't get why the computer itself wasn't replaced after twice it had to have the hinges repaired and the plastic around the screen had to be replaced a second time. I'm beginning to question the quality of the repair when it was done the first time on the computer.

My son's Razor electric scooter broke down and we started doing the claim, which was no problem. I sent an email and I filled out a form. They gave offers like either cashback or bringing it to a person to have it fixed. I would have appreciated it if they told us who to bring it to but they just said to bring it to somebody. I asked my son which option he wanted and he said the check back and we'd fix it ourselves. Everything went okay but I haven't received the check that was promised yet. Also, the thing is I never got an actual SquareTrade contract, which is something I would prefer, and on the contract, it should state where to go to exercise the warranty. It took me quite a lot of research until I figured out where to exercise the warranty.

I bought a Square Trade warranty on eBay to cover a drone part I bought from an individual on ebay. The drone part was listed as new but appeared to be used and was defective. When I tried to use the ST warranty they rejected my claim and told me I had to go to the manufacturer of the part for a refund. SO WHAT DID I PAY square trade FOR? Then when I tried to close my account they refused and said I had to go to ebay for a refund. When I called ebay they told me I had to go to square trade for my refund. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Square trade you should be ashamed of yourself. WORST BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Two months ago, I submitted a claim for my TV and it was a hard experience because it's hard to follow up. They said I had to talk to a specialist and I had to call them. I waited for a long time to get a specialist on the line. Then, they kept on asking for more proof. I kept on sending and the claim finally went through. They approved it. They gave me options like fixing it or giving me money for the value on today's market. I picked the latter because I just got a newborn in my house so I don't want anyone to come to my house to fix it.

I have a protection plan for an 18-inch herringbone chain. I was trying to get another herringbone and I saw the difference between what mine looks like and the one that was on display. I hadn't had mine over a year but it was already kinked up and the shine wasn't there. Even when I tried to clean it, it didn't look good. It didn't look like it was a good quality piece of jewelry. I went online and Allstate told me that they will email me a package to mail the claim in. About two weeks later, they emailed me back and said they had made a mistake. They said I should just send the package in and I could download the shipping stuff. I had to wait about two weeks for them to get back in touch with me to let me know that they weren't sending me a package so I could return it to them. But when I sent the necklace back, it was fine. They tried to get the kinks out and the necklace was ready within a week.

SquareTrade is a reputable insurance company. It warranties a lot of technology products, especially used ones. That gives a little bit of comfort in case something should go wrong with the product, you'd be able to call them and see what they wanted to do about it, maybe repair it or replace it, or give a couple of bucks back on a used item. Just like insurance, you want to be protected a little bit. It came with some information and you read it, then print it and put it away, and hope you don't have to use it. In some cases, it gives you real peace of mind.
We bought a new Mr. Coffee about a year and a half ago and it gave up a few days ago. We had to get another one. We pulled out the warranty and called SquareTrade. We were transferred to somebody and they said that they wouldn't want to repair it unless we were insistent on that. But they sent us a prorated amount of 20 bucks for the coffee pot. I told them to just take it and we'd go and buy another one. It was as simple as that. When we bought the new coffee pot, we got a two-year warranty with it instead of just the one-year warranty that came with it just in case something would befall it.
I believe in SquareTrade. I've used their warranty processes on several items over the years. This was one of the rare occasions when we actually had to call them about it and it was a very easy and pleasant experience. The people were just the way you would want somebody to say, “Jeez, we're sorry, this happened,” and offered us a couple solutions, one of which was pack it up and send it back.

We're in Hawaii, so it's very hard to find repair people here that are good and honest. On top of it, we don't have a lot of sources for repair. Manufacturers don’t make things last anymore, so it's nice to have a warranty for additional protection on the product we're buying ‘cause things happen and that'll make them last, and so we got SquareTrade for our LG washer and dryer. We've submitted claims and those were handled greatly. They sent in the parts really fast, and then they worked diligently to find the right repair people that would come out where we're at. Usually, they don't wanna come out on the other side of the island. But they were able to do that for us. They did fantastically.

I bought a bathroom vanity through Wayfair and they offered the service on it. It was broken and they replaced it. They sent me a second one. When it got here, I saw a dent and reported it. Then my granddaughter asked if she could put her dollies in there and I agreed. She then told me to look at it. It was literally cracked from the front of it, right straight through. They used paint to cover it up. I have a feeling it's the manufacturer's fault. Wayfair offered a refund, which was fine, but they wouldn't refund via SquareTrade. I was out the 20 bucks, although that was not SquareTrade’s fault. I've been putting insurance on things for years through them and they're great.

I have a pair of Jbuds that I got for my cell phone. The rep from Walmart asked if I wanted the protection plan that came with it and I got one. My Jbuds were working perfectly fine until I put them in the charging case. One day, they just decided not to work anymore. I went through the receipt, it led me to SquareTrade and the claim went very well. Having a protection plan is very valuable for a product like your earbuds or anything else that’s important to you. When they just stop working like that, you have that plan to back you up.

I hope that I did the right decision to get the money back instead of having my earphone fixed. I had good virtual customer help on the app, and it’s worked great. The choices were whether to fix the product, to get money back or a third option. They explained to me I can get the gift card. Eventually, I have to go online and try to print some things. It's gonna be a code that I can use when I come in to the store. All in all, SquareTrade works well, but they have to explain a little more about the options to know what to choose.

The claim was straightforward. I just clicked through the online process on the website, and it told me to find a local Apple Repair Center. I went through them and then submitted a receipt for reimbursement. It was easy. I took a picture of the receipt with my phone, and then I chose a physical check to be sent to me. I'm waiting for that to come through the mail. It took three days from the time I submitted the claim to the time that I got the email back saying that they'll reimburse me. Meanwhile, the repair process for a pair of Apple AirPods only took overnight.

So this time, I just did it on the computer, and it was way easier. I was pretty satisfied.

The Samsung TV I bought on Black Friday was unrepairable. It was a $500 TV that I got for about $130. But because I got it for such a great deal, SquareTrade couldn't honor replacing it. They could replace it with the same size but it would just be a lesser quality TV. I talked to the highest management that I could and all that they could do was refund me the full amount that I paid and left me out of a TV. I couldn't really buy anything for that price at that time. It was pretty bad.
When you go to buy a TV at Walmart and they sell you a warranty, they don't give you the details. They just tell you if the TV can’t be fixed, the warranty will replace it as long as you have the receipt and everything matches up. They don't tell you that because you've purchased this TV on a Black Friday for $100, they won't honor the warranty that you're paying for.

I got a protection plan with Allstate for a bicycle when I purchased it. When my brakes failed, I submitted a claim and the process took a while because no receipt could be found in Walmart. Then, Walmart found it and I submitted it. After that, it didn't take long at all. My interaction with their rep was good as well and the plan is valuable. My bike was fixed independently at a local bike shop and I got a partial reimbursement. I sent in a receipt for that and they paid 95%.

I received a message on how my phone would be looked at and if it could be repaired. Within in 2 days I received another message stating I would receive a refund because my phone was not able to be fixed. I would purchase Square Trade again.

The screen on my friend's Galaxy Note 10 was broken. She was on my account with me. We were thinking of having it fixed locally but we couldn’t find a place locally. I called them up to see if there was a local place. They said there wasn’t a local place that would fix the Note, so we decided to send it in. Then my friend got it back and everything's fine with it. Everything worked fine and smoothly. We're happy with it.

Submitting a claim is a fairly simple process. It's all done on my phone, so I don't even have to call anybody, which is wonderful. I purchased pretty much everything through Walmart. I do it all through the Walmart app, which makes it even easier. The Walmart app directs me to the website, and then I can just chat with somebody, and it's like having a text conversation. But sometimes when they have higher volume of calls, their little app conversation thing freezes. But that's not really their fault. They're always right there to restart the chat if I get kicked out of it or it freezes up. Then I could tell them that I was talking to this person and they would transfer me right back over.
With my last claim, I started it and then Christmas happened, and my life kinda got turned upside down. So I didn't send my laptop in. I never completed the claim, and then the warranty expired. I never got it fixed. But that's not their fault. They've always fixed everything. This is the first thing that I let the warranty run out before I got it fixed.

I contact SquareTrade approximately 2 weeks ago to ask if I could get a warranty for an engine and transmission I was about to purchase from eBay. The representative said yes and that I would just need to purchase the warranty prior to 30 days of purchasing the engine and transmission and also that I should wait until I received them before doing so.
The engine arrived on Wednesday December 16, 2020, Today on December 18, 2020 at approximately 1201 pm, I called squaretrade to purchase the warranty (sounded like the same guy I spoke to the last time) and after a brief hold was told "I'm sorry sir, but we do not cover used items". I said I called you 2 weeks ago and you said you would cover the purchase. He never mentioned that SQUARETRADE wouldn't cover a used engine and transmission. He then said, "I'M SORRY SIR, THERE MUST HAVE BEEN SOME MISCOMMUNICATION". WOW!
The only miscommunication was the deceit used when telling me they could cover it and now saying they won't. I've purchased at least 10 squaretrade warranties between myself, my parents and my sister after talking them into it, for several TV's, gaming systems, phones, a guitar and have only had to use them for one issue. So if consumer affairs wants to confirm the validity to my story, by all means ask me for my phone records and get the recorded call from squaretrade for the date and time I mention. I'm done with squaretrade and their deception.

There's been a couple times where I found out that I purchased the warranty but it didn't cover what actually happened to whatever it was. But usually, the claims process is pretty painless. From start to finish, the claim would be resolved in about a week or two. But before purchasing the warranty, they should be more upfront about what is covered and what isn't covered. I bought the warranty for my kids' game controllers and came to find out that if a knob broke off, it wasn't necessarily covered, but if something internal happened, it was covered. I would have bought it more for one than the other.

Insurance coverage very misleading when it comes to filing a claim. Nobody wants to help. Nobody explains to you that there's different types of coverage. All they care about is selling you something and once there is a problem they pretty much just tell you sorry about your luck.

I was frustrated by the online experience creating the claim. The person I spoke to after that was helpful. The computer was fixed pretty quickly and seems to be working well. Computer was sent back with Fed Ex. They said it would be here on a Tuesday and an adult would have to sign. We rearranged our whole week to accommodate, but on Tuesday, found out the computer wouldn’t arrive until Wednesday. (12 hour window. Seriously?) I figured we would have to chase it down at the shipping hub, but they just left the computer on the doorstep.

My Lenovo Yoga laptop, which was less than 3 years old, recently experienced some odd issues. First, the camera was slowly going bad for an unknown reason, and second, the laptop wouldn't charge or hold power without being plugged in (it was in some extremely cold weather, so I suspect that's what caused this issue). I was relieved to discover I had purchased a three-year SquareTrade warranty, otherwise, my nearly $1,000 unit would be a big question mark. After a few back and forths on the phone with the SquareTrade team, I mailed the laptop in, and it was returned within two weeks. Fortunately, I have a PC to use. Although fixed, I'm frustrated that the tech didn't really say what she did to fix the problems, particularly the suspected charging port issue. She only checked off the boxes of the functionality and visual tests she ran. I'm happy to have it repaired and back, but wish I knew how she solved the problems.

When she mentioned I owed it, this was new information to me, she asked her Manager if it could be removed. This was most appreciated! I've only had the computer for about 15 months and it blew the motherboard and the power supply. With SquareTrade, I was able to have it repaired locally and not send it off and have to wait weeks. Submitting a claim to SquareTrade was easy. I went online, registered the item I had, and submitted a request to get it replaced. They were great about it and gave me a couple of options. It didn't take more than 10 minutes. The only tricky part I had was that when I went to use the voucher for credits on the item I purchased, I couldn't use it at the self-checkout counter. I had to have a regular cashier help me out with my order.

I purchased a drone from Sam's Club. It had a lot of moving parts and for only five bucks, SquareTrade's protection plan seemed like it was worth getting. It ended up being important as one of the motors failed. I had to go through the manufacturer's warranty first. When they were not able to resolve and repair the item under the one year warranty, I called SquareTrade. I had to submit evidence of the time that I contacted the manufacturers, send in serial numbers, and evidence of purchase. They gave me a prorated gift card for a decent chunk of the purchase price.

The Allstate rep went and looked over what the transaction total was, and we figured out what it was, and then she made sure to give causal issues. It was pretty good. Submitting a claim to Allstate was really easy. I was surprised how easy it was. I googled Walmart protection plan, and it popped up. Luckily, I registered it and had all that on there. I just clicked on file a claim, answered the question that it provided, and then it gave me a couple different options. I just picked the cash out option. Then, within five minutes or less, I got a gift card emailed to me. The service is really beneficial because I used that claim money to go out and buy my kid a new controller, and I bought the protection plan for it as well.

I had purchased Squaretrade for a tv bought on Amazon a couple years ago. At first, the service was great. They determined my TV needed to be replaced, which they did. After they sent the replacement TV, I noticed that was too was damaged. According to their policy, they would order a new replacement TV once the damaged one had been picked up. Well that was a total LIE. It has been 4 days now since the TV has been picked up by BestBuy per Squaretrade's request, I have contacted Squaretrade 4 times since then, and they keep telling me they are "working on it". Their policies are completely inaccurate or someone is sleeping on the job. It's been days now without a TV that I initially spent thousands on, and the service and lies from Squaretrade has been terrible. At this point, If I don't hear back by end of week I will have to contact someone with higher authority and spread the experience with media. I am very disappointed.

We've had such a history of printers not lasting very long and causing problems. I bought a SquareTrade protection plan through Staples for my son who was in school at the time. I didn't want him to deal with finding another printer when this one went out. When we did a claim, it was very easy. I still had the brochure that I should have read before I went to the store, but I was under the initial impression that it was more store related.
I went back to Staples with the printer expecting it to be a direct exchange, but it wasn't that type of warranty. I found the directions on the brochure and submitted the claim. I got almost same day responses and then they gave me a couple options as to whether to have it fixed, replaced or reimbursed and go out and buy my own. I chose the third option and I got the reimbursement check last week, so it went about a couple weeks. It went smoothly.

I bought a 3-year warranty for a reclining chair in September of 2018. Now, there are some mechanical issues with the chair where sometimes it reclines, and sometimes it doesn’t. When it’s plugged in, it makes a lot and lot of noise and I don’t know if it’s the motor. The chair seems to get very warm in the seats as well, so I filed a claim. The first time, I had difficulty doing it, but they helped me. I was supposed to get an email that somebody was going to reach out to me. I never got the email. It could have went in my junk folder. When I got back in touch with them the second time, the guy said, “Hold on. I’m sending you an email now.”
I searched my email, and it was in my junk folder. That was Thursday that I reached back out to them, and he said somebody would be in touch with me in three days. Thus far, I'm still waiting to hear from SquareTrade. It’s been a while and I may have to end up purchasing a new chair for my mom because she needs it. I bought this warranty, and I was hoping that it was worth something, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

I’m a PC builder and usually, when I buy PC components (and if there is an option), I try to make sure each part is covered. That way, I don't have to go through the long arduous process of RMA, if I had that option. Sometimes I buy my parts used and sometimes the warranty service isn’t available with a used part. I bought a 750 watt power supply from Amazon in 2017 and I purchased a SquareTrade policy through that.
My experience was perfect all around. I had no idea I was going to have an issue with the power supply breaking down on me, so the policy came in handy. At first, I had completely forgotten about it. I was scrolling through my email, and I saw the initial confirmation from when I bought it then I remembered, “Oh, I have this part insured.” I've been thinking about going through and seeing if I can get a policy for either my computer or my phone as well.

I have a baby at home and I know stuff happens with babies around the house. I decided to get a protection plan and SquareTrade offered affordability. I just keep the purchase and it covered the whole television set. When there was a black line running down the screen, I called the concierge service and they transferred us. We went through the whole troubleshooting. The only issue I had, I could tell it was an internet connection phone call because I would talk, I would hear myself, and then they would answer me. Other than that, everything was good. It was an easy and speedy process. The rep I talked to was very professional and knowledgeable. Once I got through to SquareTrade, he didn't make me do the whole troubleshooting again. He's like, "You already done it. Let's just move forward from here." All in all, having the plan is very valuable because if not, I would have been out for $450.

Everything went well. I still needed to get the tablet replaced, but other than that everything's fine. All I had to do was contact Amazon. Amazon told me that I just needed to contact SquareTrade, and that they would first send me an email, and then they are able to call me. The tablet wasn't holding a charge, and I didn't like how slow it would go. I had them return it, and I sent it back. When I said that I didn't care for the product, they were able to give me a full refund. Everything went smoothly. I recommend having a protection plan. They're expensive to not have.

SquareTrade is great. Mostly, I like the ease of being refunded when I have an issue. The only time the process gets complicated is if it recommends to use the manufacturer's warranty first. Getting the policy through the store, I didn’t know that and I don't feel that was explained. I would just like the ease of having to go through SquareTrade instead of having to go through the manufacturer first. Other than that, it's easy to get my items replaced.
I love the freedom of getting the check and being able to pick a new product. The headphones that I replaced, that's the second time I bought the Xbox brand headphones. My son uses them and he's nine, but the headphones are not made well. Once I did the replacement the second time and realized that, I was able to at least purchase a new product instead of having to continuously buy or be sent the same product. I don’t know if SquareTrade would send a check with all products, but that's the experience I've had with every product that I've had to do that with. The only gripe I have is about being aware of the manufacturer's warranty. That's the advice I would give to a friend.

We used SquareTrade on several items we got at Sam's. Recently, there were several things going on with our Vizio TV. You turn it on, and you couldn't get the internet on it. I saw a black screen one time as well. We tried one situation first and went through all the steps, and it wasn't our remote control. SquareTrade said it had to do with something in the TV, so they made right on the claim. Everything went well. They went ahead and gave me 200 plus dollars for the TV.

I put an extended coverage on an Xbox One wireless controller. SquareTrade was offered at the tech stand when I bought it at Target. It was my sixth controller that I've purchased over the years. They usually don't last. The manufacturer's warranty from Microsoft covers 90 days. Their thumbsticks usually go bad after 90 days to where you have a wandering cursor on the screen. I haven't had very good luck with buying one and having it last for beyond that 90-day period.
One of the buttons randomly stopped working the way it's supposed to. It's the right bumper on the controller. You got to push it and it works sometimes. But it's like one out of every four pushes. I tried to submit a claim. It was a couple of months after the original warranty had run out. Then it was telling me that usually these warranties last for a year. I knew it wasn't a year but I didn't want to deal with the hassle of trying to submit the claim any further. Then I got close to a year and I was thinking about it. I haven't used this controller in a long time. I used my kid's small controller that I bought instead. I thought to try to submit a claim again so I went to initiate it. It was a week before that year mark. All I did was click on the chat button and explain to someone I wanted to make a claim on it. He said I couldn't yet but whoever was on the end of the chat helped me go ahead and do that.
The rep was really good. I've had bad experiences with chat representatives and customer service before where they're busy with multiple things and they don't respond quickly. But the rep was incredibly fast. Almost before I'd respond and hit enter, he could type a response within seconds. He knew what I was talking about and how to help me. I got the claim in when I was thinking I'd probably abandon it and try again in a week when it's been past that year mark. In this case, SquareTrade saved me from having to spend the full $70 that these controllers cost. That was valuable.

I bought a pool for my kids which ripped all the way around the bottom of the pool. So I decided to file a claim on July 31st, 2020 and was approved for a refund. But shortly after filing a claim I have had issues after issues and still not receiving the refund. The customer service keeps saying the check was mailed but I have yet to receive anything. It is now November 30, 2020 and I called to follow up with the customer service from Squaretrade which was a waste of time. I only want the refund because I was going to split the money between my kids. Since it is now almost winter they have no use for a pool.

They were courteous, fast and resolved my issue one-two-three within a day. They told me what to do. I'm not real tech-savvy so they walked me through it. It was very simple. They gave me the option. They said I can either send it back and they would repair it or replace it, or they could just refund me. We opted for the refund and I had a check within a week.

I've got several plans with them. One was for a vacuum cleaner. When the hose busted, they gave me a lump sum of money and ended the contract. I also have a pair of headphones and a portable speaker with SquareTrade. I got the plans for the headphones and the vacuum cleaner through the store. Then the plan was included when I bought the refurbished portable speaker on eBay.
When I either register or make a claim, there's a problem with the digital process. You don’t need to input as much as you have to, but it constantly makes you think that you’ve made an error and you need to wait for something. Whenever I’ve spoken to a service representative, they’ve always been like, “You’re fine. It’s okay. The product was registered correctly. You did what you needed to do,” whatever that might be. But on the digital end, it doesn’t give you much feedback. That’s my least favorite thing about it. Going into the contract, I was under the impression that the SquareTrade plan started after the manufacturer warranty. But that was definitely not the case after I saw where they stated the service date starts and ends.

Regarding the start date, our plans run concurrently with the manufacturer's warranty in order to ensure you do not have any gaps in coverage. This provides our customers with additional support if any mechanical or electronic issues occur and the manufacturer's warranty is expired or the manufacturer cannot assist during their warranty period. We had a huge problem with our earbuds. We purchased it some time in July 2019 and a month ago, the right earbud just stopped. When my husband placed it back into the charging kit and decided to use the left only (when he charged the kit), the entire left ear shut off as well. Luckily, it was working if the charging case was open, but the right completely was not working. SquareTrade really helped us in a matter of minutes and it was excellent. They realized they would not have been able to do anything with it, so they told me that they would just have the fund refunded. They gave me an option to email me a gift card and I took that option.

I sent my laptop in to be repaired. Earlier this year, it came back but it was not repaired correctly. We had so many problems communicating with SquareTrade, getting the runaround, and getting hung up on five times. We got the feeling that SquareTrade was trying to avoid having to take care of our problems since our warranty was expiring. We did get it sent in finally and it did come back. But the only thing they did was change the battery, which was what they did the first time. We are still testing it out right now to make sure that the fix was done correctly. But overall, I'm very disappointed in SquareTrade and in their customer service. I would never get another SquareTrade program again. I do have quite a few of them in my account and I'm going to let them expire and not get another one. I will go with a different company.

There was an option to add SquareTrade to my purchase from Amazon. When my vacuum cleaner became defective, I got online and issued a warranty claim. They sent me a check for the replacement part or replacement item. It was pretty quick and easy. It took a few days.

The plan sounded like a good offer and it was cheap. $10 in three years is pretty good. But I had some difficulty trying to submit my claim online because it asked for my email and I typed my email but it wouldn’t go to the next step. So I called and they helped me with it. It was easy and fast. They approved my claim instantly. So it was good. But they should make sure the website is working good.

I had a warranty on the tablet. I made a claim and the process was all right. It was quick and I was satisfied with that. I didn't have to mail the tablet back to them. But it's just disappointing because the whole idea of having insurance from them is to get it back. I paid for the insurance so they should give me back what I paid for my tablet. They told me that they were gonna give me back the full amount. They didn’t when they mailed the check. It was supposed to have been 59.99 but they only sent me 53 something. I was not satisfied with that part but I haven't spoken to customer service about it since it was too late then. SquareTrade tells you they’re gonna give you something different but they're not gonna give it to you. I wouldn't deal with them again because they’re dishonest.

I enjoy my experiences with SquareTrade. I've had good experience with them in the past. The protection plan was available at the time of purchase at a small added price. If it's something electronic or mechanical, I usually ask for it because repair can be expensive. SquareTrade offers repairs under warranty and also replacement if it's not repairable. It was easy to make a claim and get resolved quickly.

I purchased some appliances through Amazon, and I wanted that extra coverage. I got SquareTrade and I have two claims going on right now. I had a pleasant experience both times that I submitted a claim. I followed the steps and it was super easy. I did it online and verbally with customer service. The only negative thing that I've experienced is the technicians available in my area. That's something that they can't control as much though.
If I was in a city, it’d probably be no problem, but because we're in such a small, rural mountain town, the amount of technicians available for the specific brand of appliance that I have is not so readily available. I had to seek it out. Other than that, I definitely recommend SquareTrade. We've had a great experience with it. I had one of the technicians come out recently and he’s going to submit that in the next day or so. I'm still waiting on the other technician.

They send me a pre-paid return label. It came back today and I called them and a technician assisted me in setting up my email accounts and answered any questions I had. But using Walmart website & preceding the extra warranty I purchased, I was able to contact them so quickly & was given reasonable refund, not enough to get a new one. I purchased Squaretrade from QVC to support an Amazon tablet. The tablet purchase was $119. I bought the warranty to accompany it. Well the device decided to no longer charge and so I contacted Squaretrade to try and find out what they can do to assist me. I have called this company over 5 times to try and resolve this problem. They have placed me on hold for an Extended amount of time. Tonight is my 4th and 5th time calling. It is in regard to claim **. I spoke with Stephanie at 7:20 PM. I remained on the phone with her for a few minutes. I was on the phone for a total of 18 minutes and then the phone disconnected.
Prior to the disconnect she told me she was going to get me some help and she never returned. I called back at 7:55 PM. I navigated through their system and then someone picked up the phone and said hello and then they put me back on hold again, after I said hello. And shortly thereafter by 5 minutes and 5 seconds later the phone disconnected again. At that point I decided I wanted to find any website where I could write a complaint and express my dissatisfaction with the Allstate Squaretrade product. This is a gimmick. Do not purchase it for small electronics. I can tell you for a fact it is not worth the headache. This is an inconvenience.

Got a huge percentage of value of item when I purchased, but cost of replacement is now 50% more than old so kind of poor due to increased price years later. My hopes that this would provide for unending support of the product wasn’t exactly what it was so much as damage control upon lose. The name Square trade sort of made me feel that I would keep the same item. Not a huge deal and glad I bought it.

Pretty much all my items have Square Trade protection for the peace of mind if any of them malfunctions or needs replacement. The first claim I filed was when my TV got damaged. We were moving it and we accidentally bumped it which cracked the screen. They told me to get rid of it and they paid me the difference in the amount of the TV. Everything was perfect. The warranty is worth it.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a "company." Took approximately 6 phone calls, a couple hours on the phone, 2 trips to the Apple store and 3 trips to UPS to send my product to Apple for troubleshooting to get my claim filed. Once I did, I was told to go to a FedEx store, with my pre-packaged label to ship to you. I did EXACTLY that. Again, I never got any follow up from SquareTrade, so I called to check the status. "Somehow" Square Trade or FedEx lost my Apple watch. Seems a little too convenient - I don't believe Square Trade had any intention of refunding my damaged product - I believe it's all a fraud. The customer service is also a joke. No one will help me resolve this issue, instead they just say it's out of their control. This is INCREDIBLY disappointing and I would never recommend your service to anyone.

It took two calls and attempts to reset the TV via instructions from SquareTrade experts, but the TV could not be made to work properly. SquareTrade decided to replace the TV with a new Samsung of about the same capability. The new TV arrived within 9 days. Very satisfied. My only concern was that I was offered only two replacement choices and the choices were almost $1000 less than I paid for the original TV.

Could not believe how quickly they fixed it, was told by another appliance repair firm that they could not even look at it for at least two weeks. My Son hp laptop screen broken. We call SquareTrade and we filed claim after one they cannot find the claim and the box not received to send the broken laptop. In the end they ask us to pay for the box and submit receipt over 3 times and they cannot find the receipt. We track Fedex receipt and they received the laptop. SquareTrade said in the first 2 business days we come back to you. We call the them after 2 business days. They said 5 business days. We call them after 5 business days. They said, "Give us 15 business days." We stuck without laptop forever. And pass 2 weeks and we not received what we pay for the box. We worry to not received our laptop forever. And maybe our laptop go for parts we don’t know just we know when we pay the the warranty for it.

A technician was sent to my home to fix the TV, first of all took almost 2 weeks to get the parts, then a long time to try to fix it so at the end he was not able to fix it and now it does not work! Worst customer service ever.
