    The packages I send out are taking forever to get to their destinations. Also, some packages have gotten lost and never found! I am going to have to switch to UPS and FedEx. What is going on with USPS?

    Liars...mailbox full. They take contracts on large packages. Manager told me outright..."We hire the elderly and women and they can't lift that. It never even made the truck..." Manager admitted it. Then why take the contract. $20 extra in gas to find my package. What a crock of **.

    We use informed delivery through the USPS. In February, we received notice our new license plate registrations for 2 vehicles were out for delivery. We did not receive any of that day's mail. We waited a few more days and did not receive it still. After contacting customer service, they opened an investigation and stated the local manager would contact us within 3 business days. We received a call on the third day from a manager in a different state. After explaining to him what happened, he said he would try to call the local office.

    The local office still has not reached out after a month. I called the customer service line and gave them the reference number, to which she was very rude and cut me off to tell me the case was already closed and she cannot do anything further. The Department of Transportation wants me to purchase new tags although the Post Office lost them. After going to the office directly, they told me they are too busy to talk about it and will not look into it further.

    This is the second time in one year where I had 2 disagreeable experiences with USPS. One, they didn't deliver the overnight letter in a timely manner. It took over a week. Funny, the other letter mailed at the same time to the same place arrived within one day. Second, I mailed a package and when it arrived it looked like it was used for soccer practice. When I made a claim. The claim adjuster made the process so hard that I stopped.

    Yesterday the USPS person took extra care and knocked hard and rang bell twice. This was very important package and I would have missed it had the USPS not gone the extra steps to ensure package delivered. The package contains live animals so it was critical to get shelter and care for them ASAP. High praise and thank you for professional work!

    How the crap my customers package who lives in NJ went from TX to NJ and now is in Seattle WA. The coupled with the less than standard service USPS gives. I have to ask are you racist, do you just not like me? How do you ** up so bad to send my customers product all the way across the country. I am going to Lawyer up on you for damages to my company. Ship any way but USPS.

    Purchased expedited first class delivery to NV @$39.95 for delivery before 6pm. Parcel was held at PO, which was understood to be delivered. Client went twice, waiting an hour each time, to be told they did not know whereabouts of item. Said following day it was undeliverable. 3rd day, client picked up, after inconvenienced, and discriminated against. Contacted my local PO for refund, but told no! Filed a claim, to be denied. Had another employee from another PO harassing me with messages. No one at local PO'S are accountable, honest, or professional. We are all very disappointed and will be doing business with alt. delivery services. Money well spent for an education in BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!

    On 18 Oct 2021, a package of mine was shipped in hopes that it would reach my address with USPS priority mail. This package contains roughly 350$ in computer racing simulator equipment. Its last update was that it departed Chicago USPS Regional Facility on 21 Oct 21. It still has not arrived after 4 months. I've

    contacted USPS multiple times to try and find this package and started a missing mail search on 16 Nov 21. I've had multiple support cases opened, the case numbers are **, **, and **. The first case was closed and USPS told me to wait longer. The second case was closed and told me to wait longer if it didn't show up to file a claim. I don't want to file a claim. And the last case number ** was closed within three days and USPS did not contact me to tell me why.

    The item was being shipped to my APO (Overseas Military) address. I contacted the Military Postal Service Agency and they have no additional tracking on their end, meaning it was not handed over to the military. A USPS employee either stole this package, or it's still sitting somewhere in a sort facility. Crazy to pay over 40$ for shipping a package and it can't make it to its destination because of the incompetence of the USPS. So much for "Priority Mail."

    I spent two weeks making a care package for someone special just for USPS deliver to the wrong address and when I did the claim they say it was delivered to the right address but when I called the hotline it say that the address did not match to the address it was supposed to go so I filed a second claim and they it was not a good enough evidence to get my refund back and I don’t know how it was not. I called to speak with someone and they said they wanted receipts of what I had purchased in the care package but that was not the explanation they had put in the letter until after the third claim which at that point it was too late. I called the number that deals with the final claims over 20 times and no one answered. I left voicemails still gotten nothing back. Never received the refund, the person I made the care package for never received it and I put a lot of money and time into it. Worst experience ever.

    Our mail deliverer either delivers our packages/mail to the wrong address, opens our mail or flat out steals it on a regular basis. Most recently, I signed up for the tracking service and it stopped updating me halfway through the transfer. My package is missing, our Ring camera picked no one up delivering the package and our neighbors don't have it. USPS are basically thieves with a license.

    How do these people find their way to work in the morning? Maybe the mail system would work better if they didn't! This is 3 out of 4 of my Priority Mail and Express packages you lost. USPS, I really don't know what to say other than YOU COMPLETELY SUCK. You are failures and do not deserve your jobs since you obviously can't do them correctly. I guess if people want things done right, we will have to pay a little more and go with UPS or FedEx. The US Mail is useless...completely useless.

    I've order multiple items this year and it seems like they don't deliver the packages we order anymore. Both times with priority mail I had to wait 2 days for them them to leave me a note which I need so I can go to their facility and pick it up there. We pay for the deliveries and still get our packages late, wtf is wrong with USPS.

    I sent a very critical envelope to a loved one through priority express mail. It did not arrive as promised. I was frantic. I had been trying to track it but it kept saying the same thing, at point of origin. Finally I called, the wait was worth it. A very kind and patient customer service lady took down all my details and told me I would be contacted within a few days. Early the next morning I was contacted, my envelope was found and in the same day hand delivered! Thank you USPS!

    I'm not sure the mail carrier is qualified to deliver mail. You need to be able to read and understand addresses. For example, checking my mail and there is a bundle with a rubber band, I'm like uh oh those darn bills. Nope! Wasn't even my mail! Was for the building I'm in but for different apartments. Four other apartments mail. One was a small package. The other was an IRS letter. Even a neighbor from a different building brought me my mail (IRS letter). I have complained several times and nothing gets done. It should be a federal offense for mail carriers to constantly deliver wrong mail to others. I'm not getting paid to give others their mail because someone chose a profession that requires them to be able to read.

    I posted a check overnight mail, on the 02 of February, targeted deliver on the 03, Feb, 06 PM. Inside the US. On 6, the tracking showed, in the possession of the USPS, but zero information if left the origins or where it can be. I personally asked the post office at the origin on the 07 and on the 08 of February where the mail is, and they said, they don't where it is, lost. So on the 09 of the morning I made stop payment and requested a new check. I had the drive twice for that for an hour to check issuer location. On the 09 of the evening the tracking showed, the check was delivered. Horrible. It was already stopped because the USPS reputedly said the info that was lost. The new check was deliver oaring with one day delay too.. Incredible, they should go to bankruptcy.

    I need to have my passport updated for an upcoming international trip. When I went to my local post office on January 27, I told the individual it was time sensitive and wanted to pay for expedited shipping, even wrote on the outside of the package "expedite" in black sharpie. Apparently he didn't understand that request. I live in Colorado and the national passport department is in Philadelphia. My package finally arrived to the Philadelphia USPS distribution center on February 3. For who knows what reason, those people sent it to the Denver USPS distribution Center, in which it arrived there on February 7. Mind you, what I had ended up paying for is priority mailing and an up charge to the Passport Department to expedite the processing of my passport. Had the Passport Department received my package in a timely manner, I would have met the time requirement for their expedited processing.

    When I noticed my package was for whatever reason back in Denver, I called the unhelpful USPS customer service 800 number. The woman put in a customer service request ticket for me and said someone would get back with me by the next day. NEVER happened. I went back to my local post office to ask if there was a way to get my package back since it was in Denver. After waiting in line for 45 minutes, the woman at the counter told me I could go online and submit a request to intercept my package and have it returned to me. I went home, submitted the request online and paid an extra $15 for this service. Check the status of my package for the next two days and on February 9 see that my package is now back in Philadelphia at the distribution center.

    Call the customer service number again and speak to two different women, the second allegedly a manager. Explained to her that this is a time sensitive package and that because of their failure to deliver my package in a timely manner, I need my package returned to me so I can utilize the local passport agency when my trip is within 5 days of departure. The manager told me she needs to have a "good reason" for me to request my package to be returned. How about it's my property and I paid extra money to have it returned to me. Finally get an email from another manager today, February 14, acknowledging the service ticket that was put in on February 7. They tell me my package is going to be picked up by an individual from the Passport Department today and explaining the timeline for the Passport Department to process passport requests.

    I immediately email the manager back telling them I do not want my package picked up and called the manager at the number they provided and requested that I be called back as soon as possible. Still have not received a response from Ciju Chacko. Now on my tracking it says the package has been "successfully" delivered and picked up by an individual. So nice that it only took you 2.5 weeks to deliver a priority mail and you've completely screwed me with my passport update for my travels coming up in a month. USPS is HORRIBLE!! Garbage service. So much incompetence. Will never use their service again. Thank God FedEx and other mail delivery services exist.

    I've been filing complaints for a long time on the USPS as they DO NOT DELIVER! I work at home and cannot get out to the Post Office to pick stuff up, which is WHY I HAVE THINGS SHIPPED TO MY FRONT DOOR!! The people at the USPS obviously cannot be bothered to do the job they are PAID to do with taxpayer's dollars, they cannot READ either, as I have asked a million or more times (literally) to deliver to my front door because I cannot get out....and they REFUSE!

    A lot of people around where I live are a lot older than me and do not drive anymore, and depend on shippers to get their meds and stuff to their front door....but it DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH THE USPS!!! Once again, another package I've ordered has NOT been delivered to my front door! Once again I've had to ask for a refund from the company I ordered from and once again, had to explain that the USPS DOES NOT DELIVER!!! And yet, nobody gets it! They wonder why customers despise them so much.... Geez, I wonder WHY we do?!!! This complaint refers to the USPS specifically in Plano, Texas on Parker and Coit Roads.

    Northeastern Ohio USPS delivery is horrendous! Their tracking, which is the only thing that works, allows me to follow the stupidity of their delivery attempts. I’m amazed at my package being shipped back and forth between post offices that are in the wrong direction to me. Example: My post office is Bolivar Ohio, package from Kansas goes to Warrendale, Pa. then to Akron, Ohio, then to Alliance, Ohio, back to Akron then to Cleveland then back to Akron then to Canton then back to Akron. This is not a one time occurrence. Happens all the time. Often packages will end up going through my post office to another post office where I have had them hold the package for me to pickup. The level of incompetence is unbelievable. Increased handling often causes damage or losing the package. I only write this in hopes that a postal service representative, management, will read. All you vendors should opt to use FedEx, UPS or some other delivery systems.

    USPS is a complete fail. Avoid at all cost. They have mishandled multiple click / ship packaged. Lost several. Customer service computer will not connect to human. What a complete and utter failure. Multiple times I have called to no avail. My package is missing again....

    I live in Saegertown PA which is a small town in the Northwest region, and have a mailbox at the edge of the road at the end of my walk. Anyway, we have had a lot of snow here, and I keep my mailbox as clear as possible given the conditions. Saturday I was able to move the snow away so that there is only 1.5 feet from the road (which is always very quiet with hardly any traffic). My mail was delivered on Saturday 2-5-22, but they refused to deliver today on Monday 2-7-22 even though the conditions were exactly the same. They tagged one of my expected small packages "undeliverable" because of no access & the result was that I received no mail at all. I've been here 6 years & I have never had a problem receiving my mail regardless of weather related conditions. Pure & simple laziness of the particular carrier today is clearly the reason for not delivering my mail!!!

    It doesn’t matter where or when I send packages using USPS. They never show up on time. I pay for 2nd day, it takes over a week. Informed delivery is never up to date. It will go from providing a delivery date to listing delivery date not known. It will show arriving at a facility an hour away and taking two days to get to the delivery area. Customer svc is a joke. If you can get through to them, They are NEVER helpful not mention ALWAYS extremely rude. I don’t understand how they are still in business. I’m sure posting this will accomplish nothing but if you have a choice, I would avoid using USPS at all cost. Pay extra and use another carrier. Usps is a complete joke.

    My package was mailed on 1/3/2022 from Tennessee. The package went from TN, to AZ, to Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo and Metro NY. WHY?? None of these are close to Houston! Obviously we need to have a geography lesson. My package is lost, I have opened a claim, but they don't care to help. I just called in again since opening my claim 2 days ago. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes, the "customer service rep" couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough. No service, no help! The USPS is awful! The employees don't care, so much dead weight and laziness. SAD! We would all be better off if they went out of business.

    In the past USPS has lost our Priority Mail packages. USPS representatives told us there is no delivery guarantee for Priority Mail--that if we need a guaranteed delivery, we must use Priority Mail EXPRESS. So when we had to mail out some critical legal documents for an upcoming out-of-state court case, we sent them Priority Mail Express (PME). We even spoke with the supervisor of our local post office about how confident he was the documents would get to their destination on time. He assured us PME is a much more rigorous delivery option and offers both accurate tracking info and guarantees delivery by a certain time.

    The legal documents are now late, tracking has never been updated, and the court case is in a few hours. Today, the same USPS supervisor who assured us our documents would arrive on time merely said, "Sorry," when he heard they haven't arrived. To make matters worse, USPS is making it hard to process our claim about failed delivery because, according to them, the package COULD still be delivered. USPS should be held legally liable when critical documents are lost or arrive late. Don't offer PME if you can't actually guarantee delivery. But USPS holds a government-sanctioned monopoly on delivery to certain addresses, otherwise we'd have gone with another delivery company that has much better overnight delivery stats. Don't believe the up-selling rhetoric about the PSE delivery guarantee with USPS.

    So, I live in NYC and 3 times I sent a package to my home country and every time I had some problem. Last time (15 days ago) I sent some gifts and PAID EXTRA to make sure that they will arrive before our Orthodox Christmas (01/07). After 13 days since I sent it, the package was still in NYC!!! You cannot reach an agent to speak with. Their customer service is awful. If anyone from the company ever read this "YOU ALL ARE INCOMPETENT IN SO MANY LEVELS!"

    I ordered a couple of items totaling $80. The box arrived looking like it had been stamped on or thrown by staff, the items inside completely destroyed beyond repair. Six months of attempts to speak with staff or claim compensation got me nowhere as they make their claims process as complex and un-user friendly as conceivably possible. $80 down the drain, no apology, no accountability, no replacement from this absolutely horrendous company. Avoid at all costs.

    What is keeping the USPS in business is a mystery to me given their latest screw up. I was notified one day before an address change took effect, went on the web to cancel the change, reaffirmed the addresses for my mail to continue as is, called to reaffirm and was told that my mail will continue to be sent to the wrong address for a "week to ten days." Why didn't the reminder notice come two weeks ago not the day before, if my mail stops EARLY and it continues for two weeks. Go out of business USPS, we'll be better off.

    Their basic service is poor, they often fail to get what I send where it needs to go. But their recent antics at delivering to my house have been the worst so far. They suddenly decided they were not going to press the button that opens my gate to deliver the packages, even though they have been doing this for a year. Then they mark the account as "undeliverable"! I raise a ticket, they don't call me or email me, they just close the ticket and say it's undeliverable at my address. We really would be better off if this terrible organization was simply closed, let the private sector fill in the gap. It would be impossible to do a worse job!

    It's important for us to mail an application on the 1st day of the month. It goes 25 miles. It cannot be delivered by hand. It must go via USPS. It must arrive in 1 day or we lose an important benefit worth $495. USPS Priority Mail 9"x12" envelope. We track it. This is now the second time this year that USPS Priority Mail has failed us. Mailed from Dobbs Ferry 10am 12/1/2021, destination Queens in New York City using USPS Online label creation system. The 1st failure, they routed the package to Washington, DC; and it took over a week to arrive in Queens! This month's failure, they routed the package to NJ Transit Center overnight, and now it's languishing at the NY Transit Center day 2, and the package has still not been delivered. USPS Priority Mail has failed us again.

    Sent injectors across the country to be rebuilt. Tightly packed the box as instructed by postal worker. Paid insurance (based on past experience) on the package and only 1 of 8 made it to destination. When I filed the claim it was denied based on the value I gave them. (Though an email from rebuilding and picture of the work order were given on value of core fee) when I appealed they asked for the box and injector which according to the post master was nowhere to be found though it had been given back to the postmaster. Need I mention this took 4 months to only get another denial because they couldn't find the box they lost. Needless to say this wasn't the first time this had happened but it will be the last. Send at your own risk, they will not accept a claim no matter insurance or not. Fedex and UPS have been much better in these circumstances.

    I had many issues with the USPS. I had terrible mail service and when I reach out to the main company to make reports they said they help me. I had issues with getting a package. They said they would resend the package. The next day well nothing. I had to chase down the mail lady then go to the post office. They left my package at the post office and no one told me. It was my son's birthday to boot and that package was for him. I had to wait hours on their mess up phone lines. It's very had to get a real person which is terrible. I had terrible post office drivers and they did nothing about the issues and they lied to cover themselves. Very disappointed with how they treat you and feel they are racist at my main post office.

    I have used USPS many times. Recently, I had a package sent to me. It had quite a bit of expensive cloths. Guess what? It got lost. They told you it was delivered on such and such. But I was home at such time and my video system never showed any boxes or USPS mail truck. Then I filed a search and they gave you a case number. You got a email. Then after two weeks, they updated the system by clicking issue resolved. Then I went further and filed an elevated something. I got an email two weeks later and said it was resolved. Nobody ever contacted me with anything before they all got resolved. I think they must have only robots working at USPS and resolve these issues. My guess is that somebody USPS must have taken the package.

    Mailed sensitive info via certified mail with USPS several days ago from Oregon - traveled in short amount of days from Oregon to CA - seems to be STUCK in Sacramento!!! For several days! When accessed USPS web site "help me with this" selection and filled in the form with details and tried to submit got response "not USPS" whatever could not send!!!!

    The USPS at 4001 Southwest Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX refuses to deliver my packages to the front door of my address. Furthermore, they insist that I pick up my packages at the renting office which is two blocks away. Some packages are quite heavy to lift. I requested ** Manager of the renting office at 5248 Professional Dr., Wichita Falls, TX not to accept my packages, stating that I did not authorize them to do so. However, ** became arrogant and uncooperative and stated in a memo to all residents that they don't have to inform me whenever my package/packages are delivered to their office.

    The US postal service needs systematic reform. The USPS lacks transparency, integrity, and professionalism and ends up undermining its customer satisfaction at the basic level. The Customer Service agents cannot help you. When you ask a question using its online chat service, the agents provide irrelevant answers. The USPS had almost lost an international EMS package with a 10-day delay, and now it just lost my order that is worth $120. I just don't understand how apathetic they can be toward their job of shipping goods when they are paid for a gruesomely overpriced service. It is an absolute pity that a 1-star rating is the worst I could give. I shouldn't have expected more.

    They have lost 3 packages in 2 months. Finally was able to get 2 of them but one being worth $165 has been lost since the beginning of October and they refuse to pay more than $64. Several claims have been opened as well as a missing package search with 0 results. It is not my fault they are completely incompetent and can't do their job. Do not use this company. They do not care about your packages or you and you will be out a lot of money.

I was immediately accused of claiming that the carrier was stealing my mail. James thought because I said he needed to check and make sure his carriers were delivering the mail every day. Furthermore I said the carriers were probably sandbagging the mail NOT stealing it. James was extremely rude,, condescending and lecturing me about something I never said.

    Oh James US Postal worker you are by far the worst human being I have come across in quite a long time. It's not nice to call your customers liars and put words into their mouths. This guy has serious anger issues and would not let me speak while I had him on the phone. I kept asking him to transfer me to the Postmaster or the person in charge. Not only did he yell at me he kept hanging up without resolving the issue. But hey, what can you expect from a federal worker and an organization that has ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY...

    Dealing with USPS claims department has been a nightmare. I am an online seller that spends thousands of dollars a month on shipping my products. Two products that I sent via USPS Priority Mail never received a delivered scan, and both customers inquired about receiving a refund for these products. I submitted a claim for both packages, which included all the information they required. Marketplace name, seller name, purchaser name, amount paid, item name, date of transaction, and payment status = refunded (due to the item never being delivered). USPS said that it approved it on the first claim, and allegedly a check was sent to my address. I never received the check.

    I inquire about the check, and they tell me that I have to mail them a request to re-issue the check. Are you kidding me? So all communication can be done online minus a request for my check?!? I had to pay $8.00 postage to send the letter, which defeats the purpose of getting any money paid on a claim if you also have to pay the postage to get responses. Weeks later, they responded that upon review, the claim was reversed and was denied. Wait...what? USPS lost the package, therefore, it was never delivered. I paid for Priority Mail and sent them a receipt that shows the customer's name and address, item, the amount paid, date, and everything else they asked for, which match the same address that the package was going to, and then all of a sudden it was denied? The best part is that they sent the denial by mail, which amazingly got delivered, but the first check they supposedly sent never got delivered. I appealed online, and I am still waiting for the check to be re-issued.

    In the second package, the claim was accepted, and again they supposedly sent a check that never arrived. Mind you, the address on file is USPS verified, and all their denials and everything else but the checks arrive. I had to send another letter of $8.00 waisted again so they could re-issue the check. This has been a nightmare, and it seems they are avoiding being in compliance with their policy. I am very much thinking of taking them to small claims court to be responsible for taking care of their loyal customers and following their own policy regarding USPS Priority Mail lost packages.

    I had priority mailed shipped out on a Tuesday, delivery date was supposed to be Friday, call customer service and the automated states it will be delivered on the 3, which is a Sunday. I’m the connected to a customer service rep that stated it will not be delivered on Sunday, but maybe Monday, and that if it’s not delivered to Florida by then to call back, thing is it was shipped from Florida to Nebraska, and she kept saying it’s not a guaranteed service even though it’s a service that is paid for, try to support this service, but the nonchalant attitude along with vague answers make people not want to, you got to do A LOT better.

    PRIORITY MAIL MY **!!! Sadly this is not my first horrible experience with this company so I felt I should let others know that this point. I wish I could upload an image of the box I just received on my front porch. I don’t even know how it happens it looks like it was throw down 100 flights of stairs and there are puncture holes in the box. It seriously looks like someone stuck their thumb in it. I’m extremely disappointed, not only was it really late MY ISSUE IS THE BOX AND HOW IT WAS HANDLED.

    If I would’ve known I was going to receive my package in these conditions I would’ve driven across the country to get it myself.     Updated on 10/01/2021: I got denied my request for mail delivery to my home after I submitted a doctor's notes they requested but was over two weeks later was told by the person (supervisor - Juan) who failed to tell me I needed a form to fill out has declined to assist me in continuing my mail delivery to home. So I went ahead to fill out the form and submitted, via email, was told by the local Henderson staff's other supervisor to email him and when I did, I never heard from him but to file a complaint; and then today I got an email disapproving my request after all. This is how they treat their disable military veterans because maybe they didn't serve or don't understand their veterans but only care for themselves. They're either underpaid, overworked, or understaffed. What a bad post office staffs. They don't care for their customers and if you check their reviews online, there are some that are not good.

    Original: Case #**. I last reported this Tues, Sept 28, 2021 and spoke to a rep at the US Postal. I need to know what's going on with my mail to my home as I submitted a doctor's letter directly to Juan, via email, as he said he was okay to take it and it has been happening since Aug 31, 2021; then on till Sep 25, 2021 I emailed back to Juan ** and asked him what happened to my mail that was misdelivered to my door so anyone can steal my mail. Him and I had some disagreement and he was rude with me after I sent him the photo and all. Then he declines to continue mail to my home till I can get the mailbox installed when HOA has an issue of doing this for me. I have not gotten my mail in two days and I can't keep walking up there to the mailroom daily with my medical condition.

    I will be getting my scooter in a few weeks then I will take off the request mail delivery to my home. I tried to get a hold of a Scott ** with a form to fill out that Juan ** NEVER told me to do from the beginning before all this mess happened.     I had a package sent to my sister from Utah to Ohio on Sep. 04th, 2021. I provided all sender and receiver's addresses. However, the local USPS employee somehow didn't apply address details on the shipping label because it had been coding as she said. After 10 days, I found the package hadn't been delivered. The local manager told me that the package didn't have the sender and receiver's addresses, so they couldn't deliver it. Then, I provided all address details again for him to update. I hope it would be delivered, but nothing changed. I called usps customer service, they said my package was at recover mail center, but no sender's address so they couldn't returned it. I put a mail recovery center search request with all addressee details one more time, and they called me next day and told me that your package was at Atlanta Recovery Mail Center for returning to sender but not sender's address again. WTH...

    I went to claim the missing package on usps website, it stated that your package is processing for delivery inquiry, and couldn't complete my claim. I don't know what is going on with my package. Usps system always shows your package in transit for a week. Does anyone know what I have to do? It is so so so... frustrated about the usps service.

    I ship a lot and experienced all the worst only - lost packages, 1 out of 3 broken and a lot of other fun things. But the best part is their insurance... Actually, by the law, they don't have the right to claim that their mail is insured as they don't pay it. In fact, their rate of payment is approximately 1 out of 10 broken items paid. My experience was super negative - I had 10 parcels' contents broken (in spite of the fact they were packed very well and even double-boxed) and my insurance claims were all declined. Then finally they approved one but not for 100 dollars, but for 19.99!!! I still wonder where that amount came from...

    One of the latest amazing things was that they managed to break... I still don't believe it... Silverplate teapot!!!! Imagine, they manage even to break metal!!! And nobody is protected and can do nothing. They ignore your complaints, there is no way to prove your rights or receive compensation. For insurance, they ask you to present the box to the postal office and even if you do so, they will decline it finding a million reasons, like there is no damage to the box or just stating that you put a damaged item in the box already (yes, they stated so once even though I attached the picture of the teapot with no damage how it was before shipping). My advice is... Better pay more for shipping, but sleep strong knowing that your parcel is not in the hands of vandals!

    USPS is a great service when it works. I sell on Ebay, and I had a product go missing. Ebay is partnered with USPS, which seems to work out well, i.e, until it doesn't. Anyways, I had a shipment fully insured with a signature required going from Phoenix (Buckeye), Arizona to Palm Springs, California. It was last scanned into the system in the Buckeye facility, and then, there's no more information available as a customer for USPS. I filed an insurance claim, and it was initially rejected because USPS permits both senders and recipients to file insurance claims. I made sure that the buyer's money was refunded, and they released the claim. Then, I filed another claim. I was contacted by an insurance adjuster for USPS and treated like a criminal. I have receipts for everything I purchased, and the items were photographed prior to shipment.

    USPS still will not issue a payment, and God knows what's happening in their facilities. I do care about the money, and I feel violated that I was stolen from. More concerning is now I can't trust USPS, and this seems like a basic service that should be offered in every nation. Usually, USPS is good, but I will definitely think twice before using them again. It's really sad, and it's clearly a disgruntled employee or group of employees that have taken advantage of the pandemic. I am sure that I am not the only one who has lost items from this facility, and it would have been much better to be treated fairly and to have some justice in regards to the theft.

    I manage a developing HOA community in south Fort Worth. Our community is serviced by the Benbrook Post Office (76126). We have CBU's installed in the community but owners cannot get mail because the CBU's are missing the master lock aka arrow locks. We have been to the Benbrook post office every single week to obtain a status update but they give us the same answer every time "there is only one (1) person that services the entire DFW metroplex and we have to wait our turn". They will not provide a work order number, confirm that the work order is in the system, let us know where we are in the queue, or how many are waiting in the queue.

    After 6 months of weekly check-ins they now suggested that we file a report with Consumer Affairs. I have talked with several managers (as that station keeps revolving managers), district managers, and a supervisor to no avail. Since we are in development this problem has plagued us since the beginning and sadly we have several more phases to go. We would like to ensure our current and future residents are able to get their mail and packages instead of having to travel to the post office.

    I used Click n Ship this morning to send a birthday present to my sister in NY.. I haven't used their service in quite a while and was a bit worried that it had changed and become more complicated,,, It did not print a shipping label but a scan code, Called Usps,, one hr wait,, In meantime called my local po,, They were not familiar with the new changes??? ok,,, Finally got a call back from the usps 800#,, She told me to take the scan code to my local post office and they would scan it and it would print the shipping label,,, Took it to my usual cottage po,,, No. They can't scan anything,,, Ok. Went to my post office and she scanned it and only produced a receipt!!,, THEN the postal employee told me to step aside and APOLOGIZED to people waiting behind me (2 minutes) and ignored me!! I asked for my package back and left very upset with my heart beating way fast due to being so upset,,!! What!

    Went home and went on the usps website to file for a refund,,, My sister will NOT be getting her birthday present via usps click & ship,, ALSO there is no discount for using clicknship,,, It is the same price as going to the post office!! NEVER AGAIN... I don't know why but usps employees look down on their customers and if you have an outside the norm problem GOOD LUCK! They look down you as superior!

    USPS playing games again. My carrier lied and said they tried to deliver my pkgs and there were dogs so they could not. I had one order they split into two. Later my other pkg was delivered with no comments. I waited all day for the delivery. Had to look at my security cameras to see no one had attempted to make a delivery at the time stated. My carrier has done this before, refusing to deliver, and has said they delivered things they lost. This is why we want to get a new postal service. Now 1/2 of my order is going on five days late, if I ever get it at all.

    I have had NUMEROUS experiences of ALLEGEDLY "lost" mail through the years even sending it CERTIFIED through the US Postal "Service". Probably the MOST flagrant was several years ago when I submitted a criminal complaint to the FBI here in Washington DC where I live about MAIL THEFT and FORGERY CASHING of my Social Security Disability check and it was "LOST" according to USPS AT THE DELIVERY FACILITY WITHOUT A TRACE even though there was a certified tracking number for it.

    The LATEST incident was certified mailing to the DC Department of Health about a complaint of oral surgery malpractice by a local hospital (which I will ALSO post about) on June 1. I followed the tracking record of it and it showed that after being sent to the sorting and delivery facility here in DC the very next day, it was THEN SENT OUT TO a MARYLAND facility!! It does NOT make sense WHY mail sent from WITHIN DC TO an address IN DC would have to be RErouted OUT of the District!! ESPECIALLY SINCE the intended destination was JUST AROUND THE CORNER and slightly up the street from the post office I was mailing it at!!

    I also saw in the following weeks that there was an INexplicable delay of the package, being recorded as merely "in transit". It took TWO WEEKS for it to (ALLEGEDLY) arrive at the intended address of the Department of Health, not being delivered until mid-month. I decided to go to the DOH on July 1 to see IF they had indeed gotten it because the tracking record showed it had not just been delivered but emphasized "DELIVERY TO THE FRONT DESK/RECEPTION?MAIL ROOM". I thought this SUSPICIOUS since I had NEVER seen a delivery recorded like THAT before and thought MAYBE I was being fooled with. I spoke to an administrator of the DOH and she told me they had NOT received it and she DIDN'T KNOW what had happened to it, but would check with their mail room to see if there was a record of it; which I am STILL WAITING to hear from her about.

    I LOST five bucks on a USELESS certified mailing that I could have delivered there MYSELF, which I DID. I contacted the USPS Consumer "Advocate" office and the response was the local mailing facility for my area would be contacting me. A supervisor named "Carl **" at the "delivery annex" sent me an email that he would be investigating the cause of the delayed delivery AND the apparent LOSS of the packet. He NEVER contacted me subsequently about it despite my efforts to contact him.

    I then submitted a complaint to the Inspector-General's Office to investigate for determination of whether there was mail theft and THAT simply referred me BACK to the local postal office!! There is NO WAY to contact the Postmaster-General himself about this because he apparently DOESN'T want to be bothered with complaints about his Department, which is probably WHY it sucks so much!! I then went myself back to it and obtained a copy of the "signature" scrawl that someone ALLEGEDLY signed for receiving it. I CAN'T tell whether it's genuine OR not and USPS is USELESS with attempting to resolve the issue since it keeps referring me BACK to the origin of the problem!!

    Today is my daughter's birthday. She hasn't been feeling well because of digestive problem. To comfort her I spent almost a week to prepare several kinds of her favorite food. The package was shipped using one day air express mail with dry ice, expected to be delivered today by 6PM, and I specifically used Perishable tag on the shipping box just try to avoid any shipping delay and keep the food fresh. Today I have been checking the tracking information, and waiting for the exciting moment. Unfortunately, around 3:15pm there is an update saying the package is ready for pick up at local post office without making any attempt delivery.

    My daughter couldn't go out to pick up, so her boyfriend went to pick up with my daughter's ID. The local USPS office did not allow to pick up without seeing herself with the ID....Finally, the package was not released even when the local office closed for the day and they said they will deliver the package tomorrow. The dry ice inside the package was prepared only for one day. Tomorrow even the package delivered, the food cannot be eaten, and her birthday was missed.

    I have had delivery issues with the USPS 3 times in the last 6 months. Once the package was too large for the apartment sized box, so rather than put on my patio, they just took it back to the post office. The only way that I knew to contact them was that the shipper was a family member. Filed a claim to locate package. I had to call and follow up to find out where it was.

    More recently, a shipper sent my custom contact lenses to the wrong address. I contacted USPS PRIOR to delivery (same day) to request that the package be held at the USPS customer center for pick up. Package was delivered to the incorrect address 3 hours later. So either customer service did not contact the driver, or the driver disregarded the request. So now I get to go another six weeks without good eyesight while the shipper replaces the order. This could have been avoided if my customer service requested had been fulfilled.

    It is beyond all understanding how an entity that blatantly disregards customers and is beyond incompetent is allowed to continue to exist. The USPS is not a SERVICE organization despite the word service being in their name. Perhaps Amazon should take over the USPS. What I do know is that the USPS needs to done away with and the employees should have to find jobs where they actually have to work and take care of customers.

    In the past year, I have mailed out exactly 3 items via USPS, each processed in person by staff at my local post office branch. NONE have been delivered. One, I mailed documents to the State of Michigan. They were never received by the state. Two, I mailed documents to an appliance company for a recalled item. Again, never delivered. Three, I have now shipped a package to an out of state address, and while tracking shows it quickly reached the destination city, it has been held at the local post office there for four days without attempted delivery, with tracking site claiming "This is at the customer request", which is a lie. Various online complaints which I have read state that this "customer request" lie is commonly used by the post office as generic cover up for failure to deliver. It's no wonder they run at a loss of many billions of dollars every year. Personally, I will never use their services again.

    I have a small female run clothing business. We have a brick and mortar store as well as a busy online website. For months I've been signing up for business pickups with email confirmations. Our driver refuses to stop and pick up our packages even when we have our confirmations printed out. After months of calling USPS and them sending me on wild goose chases I finally got through to the right contact (shout out to Christina!) After Christina spoke with this driver's supervisor about her behavior, the driver barged into our small business. In front of customers she aggressively berated us for "telling on her" threw out numerous curse words. When we explained that she's not doing her job she got so infuriated we were genuinely concerned she would get physical. Eventually she left SLAMMING the door on her way out.

    This is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE and downright DANGEROUS. STAY AWAY FROM USPS FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I will gladly pay whatever financial difference to UPS for friendly and efficient service. I have met some excellent USPS drivers however, when you get stuck with a horrific one there is no accountability.

    I sent my package on July 7th 2021 and I was promised delivery on July/12th/2021. My package has not been delivered up to today July 30th 2021. I have tried to call but I can't get to someone. I went to service center in Waterbury and they gave a number to call Hartford consumer center. I called the number, every time I call no one answers, the recording asks for your number and name and promise to call you back in 24 hours. I have called for 12 days and every time the system will ask you for name and number and no one has ever called me back. My documents had personal information and now I don't know what to do.

    Any summarized rating above a “1” is bogus! I shipped two large flat rate boxes of tractor parts. One arrived in good shape, the other broken open with one part missing. I replacement the part and filed an insurance claim. First denial was “it looks like you purchased the insurance after the postage”. On my first appeal I asked how this could be since $50 of coverage is included in the flat rate postage? No answer except that the appeal was denied because “the proof of value is insufficient”. My second appeal included the question “how can a bill from the company supplying the part and a canceled check for the amount plus shipping be insufficient?” I received no response other than a third and “final” denial via E-Mail with a promised follow up letter I never received. I tried to find a phone number for the claims office to no avail. It seems no one at USPS wants to speak with their customers, including my local office who has an unlisted number.

    I contacted my Congressman’s Office who spoke with their “USPS Liaison” whom told them after final appeal nothing can be done. I next filed a complaint with the Inspector General. They referred me to Customer Service who doesn’t want to talk with you either but I found a number for the St Paul Office. They did their best to help me but said I was no longer in their district and gave me the Milwaukee Office number. This individual was NOT happy to hear from me and reported nothing can be done after the final appeal.

    I then learned from my congressman’s office the Milwaukee Contact was the same person who is their liaison. The St Paul Office then gave me a number for the Consumer Advocate in Washington DC. VERY helpful, service minded and accountable and immediately identified the issue as a couple of my uploaded documents had not been retained on their server! This is almost four months after this started. She approved payment of the claim.

    I will never ship anything with USPS again. No one is accountable to the customer who funds their operation. I called the Milwaukee District manager back who had E-Mailed me that my issue had been resolved to ask why she didn’t refer my congressional office or me to the Consumer Advocate originally. She refused to answer. I filed a complaint against her with a promise of follow up. Guess what? No follow up occurred. For those of you who do use USPS shipping you will eventually be crapped on.     If I could there would be no stars. I sent a return package of a gold necklace to Overstock.com through USPS from California to New York. Everything was running smoothly until it hit Brooklyn, NY. All of a sudden my package was forwarded to a different address and went missing after that. I kept calling and calling to make a report and put a trace on it, but somehow they kept brushing me off. Then one lady said they return packages to Overstock all the time and that it was returned to the company. Then I asked for proof and she changed the story and said she had to call and find out. I talked to many different women that kept saying one thing, but doing another. Now I'm stuck with having to pay for a necklace that went missing from my name, Sobrina **.

    I was in the post office on Washington St today and 1 clerk was doing a passport which takes forever and 1 clerk was helping 1 lady doing I don't know what. 20 minutes we waited. The line grew longer and longer. Tempers got short. Can't they get their act together and maybe have an express line or another clerk. Jean.

    I gave the Dover Post Office a 1 star because I’ve been having trouble ever since early 2020. My mail is getting opened by another tenant, so a second tenant took it upon herself to take my mail and hand it to me, which was happening, but I never gave her permission to do that. And then I ordered stamps through the website. They were delivered in May. And because I had surgery coming up in June and everything else on my plate, I didn’t realize my stamps were literally handed to another tenant. So I’m assuming it was to the other tenant who is taking upon herself to hold my mail or to give it to me after. Because where I found the bulk envelope was right above her floor, and it fell down on the first floor where I am. And I have pictures of everything. I have documentation of everything, of all this happening. And the tracking notes also state they were hand delivered to an individual. The Dover Post Office refuses, still, to this day, July 13th, to take responsibility. They believed the delivery person, he said he shoved it in my mailbox. My mailbox is very small. The envelope is a bulk envelope. It was not shoved in my mailbox, it was literally handed to another tenant. And she got away with committing a federal offense, which I am pursuing. And [unclear 0:04:33] and ConsumerAffairs is not doing anything.

    This review will not be good at all. For all those people wondering why it was a really bad review is that firstly I used to work with USPS. I have seen what has been happening with how packages are being handled. Second 70% of packages I have been ordering from eBay are being shipped priority with this company and never gets to me on time or never gets to me at all. Plants have a limited life span in a box and in transit. They will not survive in transit without water or heat and freezing weather for 2 weeks being left in the truck. Post master generals do not care whether or not the package is safe as long as it gets to the destination even if the box is all ripped or smashed. They just re-tape it up. I hope they lose business due to improper management handling all these issues.

    I have only received 3 pieces of mail since June 28. None of my first class mail is being delivered. Local PO just tells me their mail volume is down. My neighbors are getting all their mail as usual. My mail is being sent from those l do business with. They're not getting it back, l'm not getting it either. My mail is somewhere.

    The United States postal service is one of the worst postal services ever. Try to avoid them like a plague. They do nothing besides lose your mail, send it to other countries or oh they just can't find it and then they want to charge you extra to do everything else because of their mistakes.     This is insane. They barely deliver the mail then when they do it’s always in the wrong box! You get paid to do a job do it correctly. Nobody should have a to go through this especially when they are trained to deliver this mail! Then coming to deliver mail after 5pm is absolutely unacceptable. I have numerous complaints about this and nothing is getting done about it! Customer service isn’t any help and these mail carriers need to start being penalized for this behavior. It’s a true sign of laziness and a waste of paying them to be lazy on the job. Tighten up USPS. I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining about that the laziness of workers on the job!

    I paid $8 to have a piece of mail sent certified. USPS promised 4 days. Almost 3 weeks later they still haven't delivered it, but they claim it isn't lost. They don't know where it is, but they don't think it's lost. Go figure! Anytime I called to get help, I got the same ** corporate blanket statement about how the "date isn't a guarantee, it's an expected date". I could've walked from Texas to California faster than these morons deliver. I could have single-handedly invaded a country and toppled its government faster!! Do yourself a favor!!! Pay extra, use a reliable service like Fedex or UPS! You don't want to be stuck dealing with these clowns.

    This is the 2nd time in a row I've been scammed by this fraudulent government service (surprise, surprise). 1st time - paid $23 for PM Express letter delivery on Saturday. Was NOT delivered, although local office (Vista, CA Annex office) was so kind to update status as "delivered." THANKS FOR THAT. I contacted mgr at this office Mon a.m. & he did not seem at all surprised, assuring me I would receive that day. Problem here is that I PAID $23 for 1-DAY not 3-DAY delivery (was from AZ to CA, 1 state over!). And bc they FRAUDULENTLY CHANGED STATUS TO "DELIVERED" on Sat, I was not eligible for refund. DENIED. That my friends, is FRAUD.

    2ND OFFENSE - Paid $8 for Priority mail letter 1-3 days from AZ to CA. Ship date - (late) WED, Committed ETA - MON. THURS - left AZ Annex/distr center. SUN - arrives in NORTH CAROLINA? MON - leaves NORTH CAROLINA at almost NOON! YES, AFTER 5 DAYS I find out my Priority Mail 1-3 day letter from AZ to CA JUST LEFT NORTH CAROLINA. That USPS continues to sell services they CLEARLY REPEATEDLY PROVE THEY CANNOT FULFILL is nothing short of CRIMINAL!

    Another FRAUDULENT GOVERNMENT SERVICE who believes they're "above the law" continues STEALING FROM BOTH TAXPAYERS & POSTAL SERVICE CUSTOMERS, who unknowingly continue throwing money at them, entrusting them with vital documents requiring expedited shipping, only to find out afterwards they're just one of money RIPPED OFF & SCREWED OUT OF THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY.     USPS claims delivery was attempted but couldn't be completed due to further address verification. I have an address sign in my front garden that you can't miss. I have HD video cameras that show my entire property in all directions. NO USPS delivery vehicle attempted to deliver any package. They didn't attempt to deliver the next day or the day after. So on day 3, I went to the PO myself and questioned what happened. I was told the station supervisor would look into it. Unfortunately, after a week, I get an apologetic call. He was just made aware of the case I filed. He claims to have questioned the delivery driver but the person couldn't remember the incident. The only thing I can conclude is the item grew legs and walked away. Very sketchy and shady thing going on here. Nothing adds up. They have you running in circles with very nebulous information at best.

    Ignore ALL stars above a 1! This has been and will always be a terrible service to use to ship ANYTHING. Too bad EBAY and other places don't offer an alternative choice to have items sent to you. Every package is always late! A package sent not even 100 miles away takes 3-4 days to get. Do yourself and your customers a service and DON'T use USPS Shipping. Very sad even when out of the country packages can get to the USA in 5 or less days then it takes another 2 weeks to get to the destination. Just a sad service.

    I shipped a package via USPS Priority Mail Express 2 day service. My package did not make it there until after 5 days, and even when it arrived at their facility they did not deliver it to the recipient, and left the package at their office and did not notify anyone. The employees at the post office are not accountable for their ineptitude. They don't have the incentive to deliver any packages on time or compensate the consumers with any loss or damages. Do not use them for any time sensitive packages - period.

    I have had 2 packages damaged by USPS, claims had been filed, documents have be given, proof of insurance provided, all packages were provided to USPS for verification, proof of cost, and damage confirmed. They have spent 4 months denying the claim and now I have written proof of the damage product and package from the post master and they are still denied. Their review process is erroneous in the claims department and they are not only stealing money from us all for insurance they refuse to repair or replace the damaged product once they damage it. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING USPS.

    This is a heads up to remind everyone to insure everything sent through USPS. Due to pandemic I was unable to visit my elderly father in February 2021 who lives in a different state but found a semi rare coin that I paid $75 for in an antique store. I mailed this coin taped inside of greeting card to my elderly father By handing the card directly to the attendant at the Tequesta Florida post office asking her to check my postage which was fine. When the card arrived at my father's home in South Carolina there was a slit in the side of the envelope and the coin had been removed. I realize I should have insured this package, but I thought “what could go wrong” if I hand delivered to the post office and my father has a locked mailbox. Just a warning…

    I'll make this brief. My last seven Priority Express Mail packages in the months of April and May, have all been late by an average of ten days. That's around two hundred and ten dollars I basically just "involuntarily gave" to this inept, one hundred percent failure rate, bad joke of a mail delivery company. Today's "out for delivery" late arrival, was not delivered due to an "address verification". I checked the shipping label and there was absolutely no discrepancy in the address at all. I.... am.... DONE... with the USPS!!! FedEx or UPS only, from now on, for Shipping AND Receiving.

    As an eBay seller I have seen packages mangled that were double packaged for safety and had fragile written on them. USPS won't even refund the money you spent paying them to ensure your package gets there safely. I have another package that was supposed to be 3-4 days and it's been a few weeks and I'm still waiting. If this was a private company they'd be out of business. Let that sink in. If you or I did what they did we'd be sued and out of business.

    I sent legal documents to a law firm in Alabama through USPS certified mail, with tracking, delivery conformation, and signature requirement. It was mailed on April 6, 2021 and it arrived at the destination post office in Alabama on April 10, 2021. And here it is May 5, 2021 and when I check the Tracking number, it just says delivery attempt, it has been saying delivery attempt for a month NOW! How long does it take to deliver a small parcel? I tried to call the post office at the city in Alabama the certified mail went to, no luck, I just get a computer that tells me to call a 1-800 number, and when I call that number all I get is another computer telling me about all the services the postal service offers. The law firm hasn't received the certified mail, the USPS is useless, I should have used FedEx! I don't know what has happened to my mail, where it is, who has it, if it will be returned, or if it was just lost or stolen.

    Since the Covid Pandemic I have been shopping online more. USPS delivery is HORRIBLE. Today waiting for shipment that went from Woodridge, IL to Queens, NY to Edgerton, KS and I live in Central Missouri. I could have driven to Woodridge and back 5 to 10 times since April 23 when the shipping started. How can this be more economical than shipping more directly? Why send it to NY when it originated and is to be delivered in the Midwest? If it is to to the location of the distribution centers, move them, get rid to them or one up with a better solution. No wonder you run out of money. It's the customers and the trustworthy people who are paid pennies to deliver it to your door who suffer. But USPS still asks government for more money? How about going back to Pony Express or Wagon Train!

    There’s a branch of Winter Park, FL that’s been doing unprofessional things for more than five years to customers. People complained and nothing was done. There are strongholds of indirect theft, hindrance, confusion and attempted control. I ordered a pricey item and it took me weeks to obtain it even though it arrived on time. The carrier placed the package in a tight fitting compartment instead of a locker box, gave an incorrect key, and refused to resolve the situation. I went around wasting my time jiggling the key in every locker box. I had to escalate the situation and have the package delivered to my door.

    Another incident was when I ordered a perishable item. The company decided to utilize the USPS instead of delivering the item to my front door. That company advertises on another company’s platform, but ships directly to customers. At the time, I was not aware of that. I am aware that companies do that, however, I just was not aware that that particular company did that since I was ordering a perishable item that needed to be quickly delivered. The carrier repeated a similar offense where an incorrect key was given. I never got that package. Now, I ordered an important item that I need. An incorrect key was given and I do not know where that package is located. That branch needs to be investigated. The unprofessionalism has gone on for far too long.

    The only thing worse than the reliability of the USPS is their ConsumerAffairs 4 star rating. Consistent 1 star reviews for poor customer service, late delivery, and no accountability for delays, just excuses and apathy. I'm currently waiting on a package that's been sitting for 2 days in the source city's distribution facility. There's no one I can call and talk to and no one to give an explanation or provide assistance. Delays can happen but not without cause or resolution. #DefundUSPS

    In trying to get Cremated remains to my niece and nephew I shipped USPS because we have an agent here at work that can get them out for us. He did his job. The remains of my brother-in-law were shipped 04/02/2021 from Des Moines Iowa headed to Sacramento and Chico California and as of today 04/16/2021 He hasn't arrived in California yet. This is very upsetting to our family. One of the Consumer Affairs CSR's told me that I would be amazed at how many boxes of Cremated Remains they've shelved. What in the world are they doing collecting them instead of getting them to where they go? She promised that they would do their best to find him and get him delivered. What's more amazing is that there are two boxes going to two different places and neither have made it to their destination. Praying that this nightmare comes to a end soon. I will never use USPS again. And they want a raise?

    I ordered something from eBay, over a week ago. The seller is in Conyers GA. I live in Jasper GA. That's only 2 hours south of me. The package should have arrived in no more than 3 days. eBay tracking had, and still has it scheduled for April the 8th. The 8th came and went, no package. No update on the tracking for a full day. Finally it updates, and my package that started out 2 hours south of me, is in Memphis Tennessee! Nearly 8 hours north from where I live, in north GA. No updates for another 24 hours. I finally get an update on the tracking today, and my package is now in Springfield Massachusetts! Why??? It makes no sense! I give up. I am done with USPS!

    USPS showed me how incompetent they have become especially in the Lehigh Valley. Fire people who cannot do their jobs! I sent out live plants, insured and they haven't left the hub in 6 days. Why am I paying for priority when it is NOT priority. Rather pay $1 more for FedEx. My label stating 1-2 days for delivery based on address sent and destination. Hasn't left the hub.     I had certified mail sent to me first class tracking number created Feb. 26, 2021. Package arrived at USPS March 4, 2021. Made it to USPS Dallas March 6, 2021 and hasn't been scanned since. I've opened several cases to try to locate my package that keeps saying resolved and then closed. Today is April 1, 2021 and they still haven't located it. Even called consumer affairs several times same outcome. How do you file a complaint against USPS if consumer affairs don't help?

    I bought peacock hatching eggs and they were shipped priority mail with additional insurance purchased with the shipping. The package was declared lost and found later sitting in a warehouse. The package arrived 15 days after the ship date with the eggs ruined by being delivered past the fertile date. The USPS refused to pay the insurance claim. First, they said that they did not insure live animals. After I disputed that with facts, they claimed that they were not broken so they were not responsible.

    They also claimed the 2-3 day priority is a goal and not a guarantee even though they advertise it. (They have now changed it). I involved my US Senators and their offices have had no luck. It took them 90 days to respond in both cases while only giving me 30 days to appeal. This organization is not trustworthy and should be held accountable, and not bailed out during their financial struggles. Produce and better and reliable product, hold to your promises, then you will be successful.

    I have not been receiving my package. I have so far open 2 cases with no results. I have informed them that packages keep going to the incorrect address and still I have a problem. Now I have 2 package missing and have to send any further package to a alternative address. I should not have to do this. I am afraid that my cases will fall through the cracks. My 1st was Feb.     Last week I went to the 1617 3Rd Ave New York, NY 10128 post office location to get money orders made to pay my rent. I arrived about 5:45pm and was made to leave by 6:20pm. I gave them the amount of my money orders and they told me to swipe my card. Shortly after the clerk called her coworker over to her and they conversed about whatever it was that was on the screen and after talking and not coming to a conclusion they went and got their supervisor who stated her name was Ms. **. Came over looking pressed. She briefly finagled with the screen before she opened the register and went to the back and emptied out the till. When I asked about how were going to go about finishing the transaction she claimed I was never charged which isn't true cause I looked and the money had been deducted from my account.

    I asked for a money order, receipt or some kind of written form of documentation to be able to get my money back and she went from I was never charged to telling me to, "Dispute it with your bank." I said it was unreasonable cause my rent is due and I could incur late fees. She refused to assist me as they began to close for the day. I asked, "Should I come back and have it taken care of the following day" and she said no cause I wasn't charged. I again tried to show her the deduction from account but she was being unwilling to assist in any way. As of now I'm still due on my rent and the USPS has yet to reimburse me for the theft of my rent money.

    I purchased something online from Illinois on Feb. 14th. I wrote to customer service three separate times about the location of my package. They closed each case without discussion blaming it on COVID-19. I filed a lost package form. I received an email simply saying they will forward the package if they find it. Finally, I filed a claim for the value of the product. Well, what do you know? Four days later they found it in Richmond and it's "out for delivery" today. According to tracking, it had been in Richmond since February 26th! If they'd only taken my first communication seriously it would have saved a lot of time and trouble on my part. I will be using UPS from now on.

Finally, the supervisor tells me I missed them several times, but the only only thing I missed was work. Employees don't speak English, and don't know how to help a customer.     Ordered an item from Amazon on a Thursday and paid extra for 2 day shipping, seller decided to use USPS. Item shipped quickly and ended up departing a facility around 1AM on Friday morning headed towards another facility that is literally in a town 40 minutes away. How do I know? I am familiar with said area. My town is only a four hour drive from the city it was in. Package somehow took an entire 24 hours to reach the town 40 minutes away, when it was finally updated in their system. Ideally (even though ETA of delivery was Sunday) package should be arriving on the Saturday, after all they had plenty of time to make it happen, but it seems it will be in my town on Sunday.

    Now, we all know USPS doesn't deliver on Sundays, so it will most likely be on my doorstep Monday afternoon. Any other carrier would've had it here when expected, but USPS never delivers an item on time, even if you pay them more for expedited shipping. Absolutely horrible carrier service. But what else can you expect from a government funded service?

    2/22/21 In Ohio I’m waiting on one package from NJ and one from Oregon. USPS Tracking for the one from NJ says “Shipping label created waiting to be picked up from seller”. “Estimated delivery 2/20”. The Etsy seller says it was shipped 2/17. 2/22 still no package and no updated tracking info! The USPS tracking for the one from Oregon shows it’s been at the “carrier facility” in Portland for five days. USPS estimated delivery was today 2/22. Just got an email. Estimated delivery now 2/23-2/26 but tracking still shows it in Portland.

    Meanwhile yesterday I got a USPS delivery in my mailbox for the people across the street. They said “They’ve been calling all over trying to find their missing package”. I’ve had two Amazon packages lost by USPS. Tracking showed they had made it to the “carrier facility” here in Dayton but never showed them as delivered. Finally had to get refunds from Amazon. I’m afraid the two I’m waiting on now have suffered the same USPS black hole fate.

    Not the first time. I mailed 8 packages on Monday. 8 Feb. 3 are not delivered yet. Took 4 days to leave Honolulu Hawaii. WHY??? STILL HAVE 1 Package left. Still here. What makes it worst. Their Website even says ON ITS WAY. How can it when it never left. 5 plus days and never left.

    My first experience with USPS was slow with a package shipped from India to Mexico via Amazon. Months went by but it showed up. The latest one got to Mexico City then stopped. Now is considered lost. A better choice for shipping would be anyone else.

    Unfortunately we ordered something sturdy but breakable.. The shipper decided to use USPS, so we got our item came broken... Over the years I have shipped with USPS they do not know how to handle packages... If it says fragile it increases the chances getting broken. If it says do not bend, it gets bent. All I can say they are consistent in the way they handle packages.... I'm truly disappointed and am sad in the USPS has not fixed this issue after 40 years... In this case the Shipper made an error in who to ship with. Unfortunately the item is not easily replaced. It must have been dropped at least 10 feet, but it was not packaged either to drop 10 feet and be unbroken.

    The customer service provided in the lobby of the Post Office located in Paris Illinois is top-notch. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and competent in accepting packages, mail and providing supplies. I understand the current COVID situation has deliveries backed up somewhat and that is not my issue. My issue is the actual delivery of mail and/or packages, and the quality of customer service obtained when having to contact this Post Office in order to have those issues resolved. A year or so ago, I would have said this Post Office went above and beyond in all aspects; however, that opinion has changed drastically since then.

    I have a usual postal carrier that delivers my packages and mail. This postal carrier is sorely lacking in any type of customer relations. He is consistently rude, refusing to acknowledge any pleasant greeting(s) and had a habit of stacking my packages directly in front of the front door making it impossible to get to the packages — without sending them all flying off the front porch. Common sense should have prevailed; however, seeing that it was not I had to contact the Post Master at this facility to have the situation corrected. That situation appears to be resolved even though the carrier continues to push the issue by leaving very little room to access the packages. I receive numerous packages through online ordering which is my preferred method of shopping.

    I have had issues with the delivery of packages when I receive notices from USPS that a package is out for delivery or a package has been delivered when indeed it has not. I am constantly contacting this Post Office regarding delivery issues and it is clear to me that they are more than tired of receiving my calls. The USPS is a federal organization and has the Federal Mentality that as such they can and will handle issues as they see fit. Not on My Watch. I will continue to plague this Post Office with phone calls to have any and all issues resolved.

    If the staff is either unable or unwilling to resolve my issues then may I suggest that those people find employment elsewhere — thereby opening their position to someone who will resolve those issues and do their job accordingly, and in a patient and pleasant manner. Their customers, after all, are human beings just as they. It doesn’t take much to treat each other with a little courtesy. In fact, it is far easier to do the exact opposite. I don’t have much control as to what carrier an online order company will ship with, but when I am provided an option, I will choose UPS. At times UPS may be more expensive than the USPS - but their service is worth it. I also choose UPS for all my outbound shipments due solely to the difficulties I have experienced with this particular Post Office.

    I sent package via USPS, it arrived crushed and wrapped in plastic which I didn't send it like that. The item that I shipped was literally in half, not easy to do to a carpenter's tool. I went to location for recourse and was told by the manager at the Massapequa location that I was lucky it was shipped. He didn’t seem alarmed the box was crushed and destroyed. I showed him photos and he was not fazed. Worst customer service experience of my life. I felt mistreated and disrespected. I would never consider using that service again.

    I shipped a 20lb box to my daughter in VA on Dec 22, 2020. Last update was Dec 29th saying it was in IA & delayed. This is as of Jan 14, 2021. I had a case opened on Jan 6, and received an apology email on Jan 8th "Unfortunately the package is delayed in IA. Due to the extreme volume we experienced it has affected a lot of our expected delivery dates. Until we see that new scan we are unable to provide you with a new expected delivery date."

    The Subject line states that my case was closed!! They hadn't even bothered to actually try to locate the box, which has perishables in it along with my grandson's Christmas gift and some other educational items for him that I cannot get replaced. We did purchase some insurance, but not enough to cover the total cost because I really didn't think this would happen. Today (Jan 14) I called and had my case reopened & stated that someone in IA needs to find my box and update my account. So, we'll see but I recommend at this time to not send packages through USPS because there's a good chance it may not get there. USPS & FedEx would be the best route at this point.

    Mailed several letters through USPS and they are not getting delivered in a timely manner. It took the 1st letter 2 weeks and now the 2nd letter as of today and 3 weeks still has not reached its destination. The USPS is telling me to use mail with a tracking number but just another way to have to spend more money on the cost of delivery. This is unacceptable and really needs to be corrected. Start by getting rid of the General Post Master!!!

    Package not picked up for delivery from official USPS location for over 5 weeks. It has been sitting there idle. Worst government service EVER! The automated phone service is a nightmare and an endless maze. Call wait time for an agent is over 2 hours. Callback featured failed after I tried to press "1" to be connected. It hung up after, "Sorry, I didn't get that." Tried call back, again, and it failed on a different phone. Please, fire whoever is in charge of USPS in Chicago, IL, and hire competent, reliable employees. I've had missing mail, stolen packages, and very late responses from USPS. Yet, Amazon and UPS do a much, much better job with Amazon setting the highest bar. I will never pick USPS over another option. EMS Post needs to reconsider a different carrier. I advise all other businesses reconsider, too.

    My in-laws live in San Antonio and send us Christmas and birthday cards containing money every year. For Christmas 2020 we received an opened tracked insured envelope cut open. The cards were still in the opened envelopes which were inside the once sealed envelope, however more than $175 was missing. There was a stamp on the front of the envelope that read ‘received in damaged condition.’ My mother in law spent $7.75 to ensure that we receive our Christmas gifts for our family. But it didn’t stop a USPS employee from having the audacity to open our mail and steal from us. Here’s some advice maybe do a background check before you hire criminals to deliver our mail!

    I sent a priority package from New York to Utah. They said they will deliver a priority package in 1-3 days (even though they said they don't guarantee it). The tracking information showed my package stayed in New York for three days after it was shipped. Then it disappeared for 6 days without any updated tracking information. Their system automatically sent out a message saying my package was in transit every day. I don't know where my package is now. If they can not make it, why do they cheat their customers by saying they will deliver a priority package in 1-3 days and ask their customers to pay more money for their priority packages??? They ask their customers to pay higher fees for priority packages. It is shamed that they ship the priority packages as first class packages, or even as ground packages with an extremely slow service!!!!

    I wanted to provide an update for this review. Yesterday 1/6/21 my package finally arrived, undamaged. It took 19 days from the date it was shipped. I still find this unacceptable for a service they advertise will take 2-3 days. At least I got the package, so I'm happy about that. I know they are trying but if they can't handle the type of volume of packages and deliver them in a timely manner for what they advertise then they should discontinue the Priority mail service until they can get caught up.

    I had a friend ship a piece of Jewelry to me from Massachusetts to New Hampshire in total approximately 1.5 hour drive each way. Due to the holiday mail being slow I asked her to send it Priority mail. The Postal Service advertises that it will take 2-3 business days for that. It cost $7.75 to ship it. So she shipped it and gave me a copy of the tracking number so I could watch it. The day it was shipped the tracking # showed it was estimated to arrive to me the next day. This was shipped on Dec.18th and scheduled to arrive Dec.19th however it never arrived on the 19th. On the 20th the status was changed to arriving late. I'm still waiting for the package and today is Dec. 30th. 12 days later?

    If I had known this was going to happen I would have drove to MA to pick it up. Nobody at the postal status can tell me where the package is at. They just tell me it got delayed due to COVID and the Holiday mail, they said a lot of employees are out sick due to COVID and they are working on it. That is not good enough for me. Someone at USPS should take ownership of this issue and keep me informed overstep of the way until it gets delivered. I will never use USPS again to ship a package. I'll gladly pay the extra $$ to send it UPS or Fed Ex. This is a disgrace to the consumer. Their attitude is just "oh well, please be patient".

    I ordered some stuff with express 2 day shipping on December 20. It’s now December 29 and I still don’t have my stuff. I’ve received emails stating they would be delivered on December 29 at 9:00pm at the latest. It’s now 9:40pm and no package even though it supposedly left the distribution center at 4:45am! Super ridiculous I understand COVID is pushing things back but don’t give me a date and time to receive my stuff just for it not to be accurate.

    I will never use USPS for international shipping ever again! I sent my package on 12/1. It is now 12/29 and they can't tell me where it is, who has it or when it will arrive. I opened a case to research it location on 12/18 and when I call in today they tell me it will take 32 business days from the date I started my case to complete it. Then they said that if I haven't heard anything back from them in 35 business days for me to call back. What kind of shipping company can't track your package once it leave the US? I will NEVER use them again!!!

    First off I will say I have several packages that are extremely late due to covid and am understanding of that. However, I mailed a letter 2 day priority letter on Dec.1, which was actually a health insurance payment. I was not told that they were not even guaranteeing its delivery. If I would've known that I would've contacted the company to see if I could've paid online or by phone. Now Dec 23 payment never arrived, insurance was cancelled and USPS won't take any responsibility or even give me a refund on the $7.75 I spent to have it 2 day. This is fraud. If they couldn't guarantee it then they should have temporarily stopped offering it! Now I have to cancel my lost check, appeal my dropped health insurance, and fight to get this situated.

    I sent package on 11-th from St Paul and it was supposed to arrive on 15-th. to Bay City. It was laying in St. Paul for 7 days! USPS cannot take more packages than they can handle and needs to be honest about it! If I only know it will be 2 weeks late I would use FedEx! It was 11 hours away from St Paul and delivery take 3 weeks! That is ridiculous!!! Will not ship with use USPS again. This place needs to be shut down!

    Mailed package priority mail from Ohio to PA on November 30th. Expected delivery date of December 4th. Was scanned into Ohio distribution center on 12-2. Scanned into PA distribution center on 12-12. Scanned again at same PA distribution center 12-16. I have a case number now, too but all anyone can tell me is it is in transit. When it was scanned again on 16th was it put on truck? Is truck sitting someplace? Wish some one could tell me where it is and when it will be delivered. I asked for text messages for all movement and don't get those either.

    I have come to the conclusion that the USPS is a government agency whose mission is to employ hostile, rude, incompetent people that are not employable elsewhere. As a home business owner that ships product every week, I have too many issues to list. I understand delays during the holiday season but that does not explain:

    1) A great majority of the workers are just plain rude, mean and useless.
    2) Zero customer support. If you're patient enough to wait hours to speak with a human, they NEVER are able to answer a question or solve an issue.
    3) The website is flaky, non user friendly and also has Zero support.
    4) Packages arriving completely destroyed.
    5) Packages being lost.
    6) Packages delivered to wrong address.

    7) Pathetic tracking system.

    My biggest complaint is the workers. There is no reason to employ people that seem to hate their customer. No other business would survive with these employees.

    The USPS has been constantly misplacing, or just not moving my packages. This has been going on for quite a while, even before covid. The local post office is great, but the hub in the cities is horrid and even other hubs around the nation. If I pay for faster shipping, shouldn't I receive my packages faster? I've had packages before that went missing for over a week, that is UNACCEPTABLE. The USPS needs a major overhaul, they wonder why UPS and FEDEX are getting more shipping business, well, geeee.. maybe because they deliver on time. I hate that I have to pay a lot extra just to be sure I get my items on time, but at least I get them ON TIME.

    I mailed a package via Priority 2 Day Air from Raleigh, NC to Roanoke, VA (a 3 hour drive) on December 1, 2020 which sat in the Raleigh distribution center for 10 days and has NOT YET been delivered to destination in Roanoke as of Dec. 14th. I mailed nother package priority mail 2 day to the same address on December 8 and just checked the tracking number and find nothing except "in transit" on Dec 15th. Really? Where are they sitting. I can drive to Roanoke in THREE hours.

    Postmaster general should be held accountable for the massive delays of packages since November 2020. The USPS is costing people a lot of money by taking out sorting machines and allowing packages to sit a facilities for weeks. Countless children will be missed gifts this Christmas due to the mis management of this company. I am ashamed more people are not showing their outrage and frustration with this years mail delivery. 2 weeks and 1 package hasn't left my city and 2 weeks 1 package hasn't left the original post office!!!

    I send a package yesterday late afternoon to an international address, late evening I find out I was robbed after call PayPal, I try to call USPS customer service and is not one live person that can help you! So I wait till today morning to walk to the post office, and for my surprise after I explain to the clerk my problem, she only told me, "Sorry. Is nothing I can do, call this number for customs," I call the number and everything is an automated questions and answer, so I have no way to stop this package, this show me all delinquents can rob you and is nothing you can do!     I will no longer use USPS to ship packages. I spent $15 per package to intercept 8 packages that were sent in error. They arrived anyway and they offer no refunds. In summary, they actually charge for a service they failed to perform. If they can't guarantee this service, they should not offer it. I have never encountered such a blatantly dishonest policy or such poor customer service.

    I have bought multiples things online and I get a USPS tracking number and set up text alert and email alert and signed up for informed delivery but they don’t deliver my packages still. They don’t deliver my packages but update the tracking number as delivered. It’s very sad because I have lost a lot of money because of them. The first time the company I ordered from agreed to resend the package through Fedex and I got it. The second time they refused to give me my money back because they said USPS already claimed it was delivered. I was home all day because I’m working from home now. They update my packages as delivered but never deliver them.

    I stopped ordering stuffs online because of them. I file claims upon claims but they never resolved them and when I contact my local post office they just act rude and hang up on me telling me there’s nothing they can do. I have lost more than a $100 worth packages because of them. It’s really annoying. I want to stay indoors as much as possible but they don’t deliver my packages so I’m forced to go outside to buy stuffs myself.

    I mailed my wedding dress at my local USPS in Birmingham, AL on July 8, 2020. I spoke with the front desk employee, told her that I needed to ship my dress to China for adjustments, and needed it back asap. She informed me of the forms I needed to fill out, which box to place my dress in for proper shipping, and told me to come back when that was all completed. I did as instructed and paid over $80 to ship my dress back. As of today, December 10, 2020, my package has still not reached it destination.

    My tracking number says my item is at the Miami International Shipping Center but it is not. I was told to file a claim with the post office 2 months ago, so I did. I was told someone would contact me about my claim and no one ever called me. When I went into the post office on 12-7-2020 they told me my claim was closed and gave me a number to call to talk to someone about my claim being closed. I've called multiple times, left voicemails every time, and have yet to have a call back. I went back up to the post office yesterday on 12-9-2020 and was told the managers were gone for the day and was given yet another number to call. I've now been on the phone on hold for 1 hour and 12 mins. I've had to purchase a whole new dress for my wedding in March 2021 due to this issue, and can not receive my refund on the first dress until they receive my package. I will NEVER ship here AGAIN!!!!

    My package was shipped on 11/27/20 from Damascus MD branch of post office to Marietta Ga. (Tracking #**) It was expected to be delivered on 11/30/20 but it appears USPS have lost my package. This package included an item that is priceless, it is the drawing of a deceased pet. The owner of the pet is the recipient of this package and she is devastated that she lost her dog a second time. I am extremely disappointed at the service of USPS.

    I filed a case on 12/3/20 (#**) to have someone look into this. I received a call finally from Linda from Mableton Ga on 12/9/20 stating that she can see my package was scanned on 12/4/20 at the Atalanta distribution facility and it should have arrived at her facility on 12/5/20 and it never did. So that it appears my package was lost and she said there is no one she can contact at the Atlanta branch since the warehouse is very large and there is no one to call. She told me to send a mail to mail recovery for someone to look into and it may be found months later (125 Villanova Drive Atlanta GA 30336).... a physical piece of mail!

    I cannot believe USPS lost my package. The package is approximately the size of 16x20 to 18x24 of two pieces of flat cardboards with the edges taped with black duck tape, how does USPS lose a package that big? It is not a letter in an envelope, it is a large flat package. Currently the tracking is stuck on 12/8/20, stating "your package will arrive later than expected but is still on its way...." And no further information since 12/8/20. It is extremely important this package is found and I am so disappointed with the service so far.

    It's rare I send packages through USPS. However, I had a return with a pre-paid label for USPS. So Black Friday (November 27th) I walk inside my local Post Office. There were no other customers and one person behind the counter. I handed off my package, they glanced at it, "OK, you're set!" I thank them and head on my way. The following Monday I checked the tracking and noticed it stated "Label Created, not yet in system." I called my local Post Office and was told "this is normal for this time of year. Just give it a few more days."

    I give them another week to find there is still no update to my package. I tried calling once again but was unable to get anyone. I reached out to the vendor and explained my issue. They worked with me and processed the refund. Now, I understand packages get lost now and then. However, when a package is never even scanned in showing it's received, that's completely inexcusable. Not only was the package "lost" (probably sitting in a corner someone) but now there's absolutely no indication I actually dropped it off! I won't say I'll never use USPS again for shipping packages... However, if I do, I will never walk out the store without some confirmation of my drop-off!

    It's been a month since I've sent a package internationally, so I reached out to CS asking what the status was. To my surprise, I was told since I didn't purchase the tracking option, there isn't any way to know whether my package was delivered, and it could possibly be that the package was delivered but stolen. Wow, it's not like they mailed the package for free, shouldn't USPS guarantee all packages be delivered without an additional fee? Or at least include that fee for all options? Further, train your staff to make those that do not send out packages often aware of this scam. I'm not sure if all carriers work this way, but this is the last time I'll be using USPS for anything, I am so disappointed.

    I received an email today that a package was out for delivery. I watched for it all day and not only did I not receive the package but I never saw the mail carrier at all. This is not the first time I haven't received my mail either. I've reported it a few times but nothing is ever done about it. Now I've gotten a new email stating the delivery was delayed and I should receive it tomorrow. I guess it's in a mail truck somewhere. For the past month my mail has not been delivered before 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. every night. One night it was delivered at 9 p.m.

    I understand about them being a little slower due to the Coronavirus however UPS and FedEx don't seem to have a problem getting things to you on time. In the future if I order a product, and see they only use USPS for deliveries, I'll buy it somewhere else that uses another service. I am going to report, again, the fact I'm not receiving my mail but I doubt it will do any good because they simply don't care. I think it's time the post office was privatized and run more like a business.

My package arrived on November 23, and I found a parcel key in the mail, as is usually the case, but the key didn’t fit in one of the parcel locker, I went to the nearest USPS office, they told me that this key couldn’t have been at me, also they told me to go to another office on Mill Plain, I went and said that the key doesn’t working, they took the key and wrote down my address, promising that they would put other one tomorrow, the next day nobody brought the key, and I went to that office again, I told that I need a parcel key, they again wrote down the address and phone number, again promising that they would bring everything tomorrow, and this morning I met the postman and asking to open the parcel locker, but none of them contained my package.

    I wrote to two different emails about my problem. They replied that they could not accept my request, need to write on the site. I did everything on their website but they give me an error for some unknown reason. I decided to call but the automatic voice didn't connect me with the dispatcher. It just doesn't have a function. SO HOW?, after such a HASSLE, USPS can offer me 5 stars FOR DELIVERY.

    This Seminole Orlando distribution center from USPS should be investigated, I paid certified mail that was supposed to be delivered 9 days ago and is still sitting at their irresponsible location, thanks to them my money orders to get an apt won't be there on time and me and my child will lose the apt, I wish they could be shut down!!! I already read bad reviews about them and even one person who didn't received his medicines on time contacted the senator to request this center to be investigated, if you wait for them to deliver your medicines or payments you'll end up either dead or homeless. They are a failure.

    Worst experience, I am currently deployed within the States, I called customer service about not receiving 2 packages from my husband. The representative stated they must've misplaced my package and that's why their tracking system is saying my package is going the opposite way, which it was sent out almost two weeks ago, then he proceeded to say that my husband used ground shipment which takes the longest, ignoring the fact that he stated they lost my packages.     I was scheduled to receive my package on 10/30/2020, I waited all day. So, I tracked my order and it showed that my package had been delivered at 3:31 (in my mailbox). There was no package in my mailbox. I ordered 4 books, and my mailbox can only hold one book.     USPS does not deliver on time as UPS or FedEx do. And the USPS doesn't really care because they think it's normal. Please don't lie to customers, just tell them the estimated delivery time within US is at least 5-10 days and it will be honest.

    Been waiting for Pkg from China. They kept me well informed of all the stops and check points very prideful. Pkg finally got here in America. So one final Avenue of delivery via the carrier and he screwed up delivering to the wrong address. I did all my complaining to the main USPS. They knew where my pkg went. Then told me to file a loss as their answer. I went to the Annex where I was told to go for more help. Appears my zip is not in the Annex jurisdiction but I told them to curtail the runaround I'm getting. So a thoughtful supervisor is going out of his way to investigate but nothing promising yet. My experiences in detail along the way with various employees leave much to be desired in the runaround.

    USPS drivers are not allowed to back up their vehicles and could be disciplined for doing so. I know that sounds ridiculous but it is true. USPS is a mail delivery service NOT A PACKAGE delivery service and they are not set up to do so. I avoid companies that ship via USPS as much as possible. Customer service reps have an archaic mindset and are in no way capable to handle customer issues.

    I was trying to locate a package to see if it was being delivered or was still at the office. I contacted the carrier's supervisor Shane, at the Murray, Utah Office on 9/11/20. He was very rude and made it very clear he was not interested in helping. He wouldn't even look to see if it was on the shelf in the office. He laid all blame on the carrier's feet. He then told me that their agreement with my apartment manager was that if a package didn't fit in the box they would leave it with the management. Which is a lie.

    Management has made it very clear that they don't accept packages, and have not for a least 5 or more years, so it is not a new policy. Management's agreement is that USPS deliver packages to the door if they didn't fit in the box. When I asked to talk to Shane's supervisor he laughed and said, "Yeah I'll get "someone" for you to talk to" and put me on hold. I finally hung up because obviously he wasn't getting his supervisor. I would love to talk to his supervisor directly.

    I spoke to my local post office on 8-28-2020 about a package I paid over 40$ to ship from Ohio to Tampa. As of posting package left Pittsburgh PO and still traveling. When I ask what was going on, I was told the package was marked “ground” and it could be up to 30 days. I asked why did they tell the package would be there by 8-24? They could only say there was nothing they could do. REALLY! If I knew this beforehand, I could have boarded a plane for 50$ and delivered it myself! Find another service if you need a package delivered on time. BTW my package only weighed 21 lbs.

    My husband Roland and I have NOT been receiving mail for some time. Our local post office is on 83rd Ashland in Chicago, Illinois. We have started to receive phone calls concerning some of our bills for the house. My husband renewed his drivers license and has not received the hard copy in the mail. State was contacted and said it was mailed out 2 weeks ago. I receive prescription medication through the mail which I have yet to receive.

    My husband and I took off today to personally stop by our local post office. After waiting 3 hours in line and handing the clerk our identification and tracking numbers for 2 packages, she went to the back for five minutes and came back empty handed. She said there was no mail or packages for us and maybe it’s out with the carrier. We are very close with our neighbors and they have also shared that they have NOT received mail in weeks. This is both frustrating and disheartening, we do not know what’s going on but we do hope it is resolved soon. By the way, this is our third time visiting our office in person and leaving empty handed. Can you please tell us where our mail is.

    Today’s Aug 11th. I filled a claim on April 29th. #** I had been submitted all entail from both parties. Submitted all evidence as well as many photographs. Then again in mailed letters, and emails. I a high numerous levels of evidence and correspondence. Never one response. I had called many times. With them repeating their selfs to send physical evidence to the Supervisor of domestic claims in St Louis. Repeatedly I did so. I even sent it certified with Insurance.

    Now unbelievably 3 months later the website says denied. Never a letter, never an email, never a phone call. It is very clear that no investigation was looked into on this claim. When their own plastic wrap is around the package states, “We care” by the USPS acknowledging that the package was delivered damaged. Regardless if this is read or not. This is my experience only and this will go out existential repeatedly to every contact and availability that is available in social network. Not to pay additional insurance. Mind you the situation was before the pandemic.

    Do not ship anything of value W/ USPS. They are neither fast or efficient, USPS is everything we have come to expect of a bureaucracy. Your package can arrive late and damaged, they take no responsibility for the care or transport of your item. Their tracking is horrible and the customer service is non existent. In my experience UPS, Fedex, DHL, are much better choices. You can at least get a hold of a human being. The post office is a bunch of entitled workers who have no accountability or desire to make their customers happy.... I think the post office's days are numbered... If you don't have customer service you won't stay in business long.

    UP POST OFFICE, MILPITAS, CA. I signed up for a new post office box for 6 months, with a start date two weeks in the future -to align with moving. Six days later, I was laid off work, all my plans changed and I no longer needed the PO box. I never used it or had anything sent to it since I hadn't moved yet. I went in to cancel it and was handed off to FOUR different employees, one being the manger. The employee said I could only get back 50% of my payment and she didn't know how to refund it. She kept asking for help from the employee in the window next to her- who was very busy and not able to provide much help. She had me swipe my card for the 50% refund and had me sign a receipt saying I was closing my account.

    I never received the refund. I called asking for it. The manger could not locate any paperwork showing I ever signed up for a PO box and after several weeks and many phone calls later, he told me that I signed a receipt and I was given cash back so the case is closed. Not only did they not have any record of me signing up for a PO Box, they also said that by signing the receipt I acknowledge I received my deposit in cash. I was LIVID! I have never, ever experienced such incompetence at a post office in my entire life. NEVER, EVER USE THE MILPITAS POST OFFICE.

    I am so dissatisfied with the temporary carrier that has been assigned to my area. This has happened twice. The first time my mail wasn't delivered as I watch the carrier come into my yard and then turn away. I waited for him to come back down the other side of the road. I went to his truck and ask why did he not leave my mail. He stated my dog scared him because she was barking however she was laying inside my home with the full glass storm door locked where she always lays. I ask him for my mail. He actually threw my package at me and drove off. I sent in a complaint and a supervisor called me and ask if my dog was contained. I told him my story. He thanked me and said this was not normal procedure and he would speak to the carrier. That was about 2 months ago.

    I order lots of things off of eBay and chose USPS but on 7-16-2020 I was waiting on 3 packages and I noticed the carrier went by my home, the tracking numbers showed that evening there was no access to my home. So I waited the next day and still no mail. This was on Friday 7-17-2020. I again checked the tracking number and again stated no access to my home. Well on Saturday 7-18-2020 once again no mail so checked again. It stated the same thing. No access to my home. I sent a email to customer service about what was going on. I was given a case number and a fellow called on Tuesday 7-21-2020 and ask if I had received my mail. I told him yes and I noticed the carrier had written on my mail front door was open. He stated that a supervisor would be In Touch by the next day 7-22-2020.

    I ask if he would connect to a supervisor. He said they were busy but promised someone would call the next day from the number shown on my phone. I called this number 8 times the next afternoon and each time it stated to stay on the line and someone would be with me, then the call was dropped each time. Finally a lady named Drew called me and stated if the carrier feels he is in danger he doesn't have to deliver my mail. I told her the dog was contained inside my home and in no way could she get out. She then promised a supervisor would be In Touch on 7-23-2020. Still no one has contacted me. Today I had put a letter out to be picked up and noticed the carrier was going down the other side of the street. I was in my backyard talking with a neighbor and my dog was laying down at my feet in our fenced in backyard. I seen my letter had not been picked up.

    I got in my pickup and found him about a 1/4 of a mile away. I got out with letter in hand and gave it to him, I then ask, "Why are you not delivering my mail". He said, "You live at" my address? I said yes. He then stated my front door was open and started to walk away. I ask if he had any mail for and he never acknowledge me and drove off. I was never confrontational. Just ask why was he scared of my dog and told him she is contained inside my home and in no way could she get out.

    I have been tracking another packaged that I had purchased off of eBay and it stated that package was located at the postal office because of no access to my address. To me it seems he has taken this personal and is trying to prove he will not deliver my mail if the door is open. Ok if I shut my wooden door and my dog starts barking from the window does this mean I have to pull my blinds? Where does this end when a grown man is acting like a child and scared of something that cant harm him. I have also called over 10 times today 7-28-2020. Each time there is no one to answer and I left a message and still not one person has help to rectify this situation.

    There's always a long line at this place and the employees really don't seem to care. Even during normal days of the week there are people standing in long lines. I can totally understand holidays but this place really SUCKS when it comes to getting people in and out. Either they need more worker, or someone needs to take fewer breaks.

    Hello, I run a shoe business and currently I have been waiting on a order to arrive for one of my customers. It has been sitting for at location 75230 for a week and 3 days. I need answers! I have been tracking this order every day and there has been zero movement and no new scans. You can not tell me that this package has been in transit to come down the street to 75287 post office location for a week and 3 days. The United States Postal Services needs to do better at providing better customer services. I want to take to a live representative. This is the 2 time in 2 months that I have had issues with the post office. The first time they destroyed one of my customer’s packages and delivered it in a trash bag. I therefore had to replace it and pay for shipping again. I felt that I should have been reimbursed for shipping the first time and the cost of that product.

    The carriers assigned to my street/building repeatedly either skip it altogether, deliver mail to the incorrect address (even when clearly addressed), or lie about why a delivery could not be made. Most recently, my bell was rung and I went to answer. It took me less than a minute. No one was at the door, no package had been left, there was no delivery truck in sight, and no note on the door saying a delivery attempt had been made.

    I got notification that the "delivery location was unavailable." The carrier clearly simply rang the bell and left. So many people rely on timely deliveries by the post office. If medicine or some other essential item is not delivered as promised, there may be significant consequences for the recipient. I have made a number of complaints about (non) delivery at this location and the issues have NOT been resolved.

    This company is the worst. They will deliver your packages to the wrong address. What do you give them fair warning before it was even put on a truck. They have no care in the world for updating information or fixing mistakes. Nobody can tell me how my address for shipping is different than any other address and why have never been associated with the address that they're going to ship it to but they won't fix it and continue to tell me that unfortunately my packages are going to be delivered to the wrong address. Shame on 'em. It's not hard to stop something before it happens. They are thieves and are probably delivering my package to their own employees.

    I placed an order for father's day and the company only ships to US so I gave my brother's address and thinking that when it'll be delivered he will courier at ease but the postman thinking in mind that it's covid 19 took the parcel back and thought why not the give other people a chance to get infected as well. And get unnecessary travel. My brother is working on the corona vaccine at Houston company. He doesn't have time to follow up on things where their customer service has a waiting of an hour and that wasn't the plan initially with him.

    I have been receiving mail for everyone in my household for almost 2yrs. As of 04/2020 I stop getting mail because according to USPS management the person is not on my lease. I called and complained to customer service 4xs and finally got a called back after 2 weeks from usps consumer affairs and that person was very nasty and rude asking me personal questions. I told her I would not answer because it very personal. USPS consumer affairs person didn't listen to my complain because she cut me off during conversation and got nasty with me because I didn't want to answer her personal questions then rudely hang the phone up in my face without tell me what's the usps policy about refusing mail and didnt give me a solution to my problem.

    The usps don't care about their customers and it seems as if management comes up with their own rules. Plus I still dont receive mail for the people that lives in my household in which who I was getting mail for almost 2yrs. I don't trust them and will be going paperless at this point and will encourage everyone I can tell not do business with them. USPS is sad and shame on them for having unprofessional people working for them who don't give a damn about the consumers.

    I haven't had much bad luck with the USPS for most of my life, but five - count 'em - five times in the last few months when they delivered something to my building and there was nobody in the office to let them in, they didn't ring my apt. number from the lobby keypad so that I could buzz them in, and simply left the premises with my package, with promises (via email) that they would "try again."

    Two of those times the packages disappeared completely and Amazon had to refund my money or replace the item. I have told the post office this information numerous times via phone but they always say there's nothing they can do to fix the problem, which is utter bs. Every other carrier knows to do this and I don't miss any packages from them, so why is the USPS so clueless on the subject? Unfortunately, I never know who the delivery service will be when I purchase online, but if I actually had a choice of who it would be, it would never be the United States Postal Service.

    I was informed by the United States Post Office, Informed Delivery Service, that I would be receiving certified mail from Hamilton County Clerk of Courts. I was told that it would arrive on the 22nd or 23 of June. When it didn't come I went to see the post master and he told me that a clerk had marked it as Not at this address/no forwarding address. I have lived here for thirteen years and would like to know by whose authority this clerk had to falsely mark my mail. The post master said that the clerk should be disciplined but says he has no way to find out who the clerk was. I am sure that mail from the court house is important but do not know what division it came from to find out what it is. It was certified mail. This is outrageous.

    I regret sending my package from United States to Thailand via USPS's First-Class Package International Service. It promised delivery of my package in 10-12 business days. It's been 16 business days and my package is nowhere to be found. The last notification I had was that it had reached the country's capital city Bangkok 4 working days ago. My city is a 2 hour drive away but it is still in transit 4 days later. How can this be the case? It takes less time to send from an airport from the US to Thailand than it takes for the parcel to reach a city 2 hours away in the same city. If you need a parcel to arrive on time, do NOT use this service.

    So the post office has apparently misplaced a package that was mailed to me first class. I reached out several times by phone with no answer. I then wrote them. After a week I received a voice mail stating the package was left at the concierge. I checked with them and they watched recorded video around the time and day the post office claims delivery. Of course there is nothing, no deliveries of any kind. Try reaching back out to the post office and what do you know, no answer. But, I get a request to rate how well they handled my problem. I rated extremely poor and let them know I still do not have a response or a package. No wonder the post office is bankrupt. There is no follow through or customer service. Now I try to have all packages delivered using alternative companies. I no longer have any trust or faith in USPS.

    As a disabled person I physically went into this po to find out what had been happening to my mail & packages. I have a medical hardship & filed paperwork regarding said in April. USPS tracking stated,”Wednesday, Jun 17, 2020
    11:56 AM An address redirection agreement is in place between the customer and the carrier, your pacel will be forwarded to the requested address. The delivery date may have changed from original estimate. Atlanta, GA 11:56 AM Package forwarded to a different delivery address Atlanta, GA US 09:31 AM Out for delivery Atlanta, GA US” I made no such agreement; so I asked where they were. ***** was more concerned about my paperwork. “This is a process. You must go through it.” I asked him if I could get my packages, he did not respond; causing me to get upset because why wouldn’t I be notified of the whereabouts of my own packages? I also asked where they were being forwarded to. I added one had actually said it was “lost & undeliverable.” . All I could think about was how the trip was a waste. I wouldn’t get my packages, my mail, or even start receiving mail tomorrow, & I was never told why.

    I was expecting a package from Orlando, FL to Flint, MI. The package was sent Priority mail, 2-3 day shipping. The first thing I noticed was that the tracking was way off. The first time I got notification that the package had even shipped at all was when it was scanned in Elk Grove, IL, not Orlando, FL. It sat at that facility for almost 2 days then said that it was "traveling" to the next destination. 3 days later with no further updates I finally contacted USPS by email (the only way I could find to reach them at all). 2 hours later I got the first notification that my package had arrived in Detroit at 7:49 pm on 6/19/2020. The second notification that I got about a minute later said "Your package release not successful" and asking me to reschedule delivery... I did some checking at apparently my package DID arrive in Flint at 6:34pm on 6/19/2020.

    Now mind you, it arrived in Detroit only a little more than an hour later, which means that it was promptly shipped to Detroit without even trying to deliver it to me. So now I'm again waiting as they say it won't be here until at least 6/22 and possibly as long as 6/27 now. Three day shipping.... What a joke. Going on a week now. Two if it doesn't get here until the 27th. IF it gets here at all. I will only do business with UPS or FedEx from now on!!! At least their tracking is accurate, and they ship on time, (in many cases early). So very very frustrated, disappointed and angry!

    I am so sick of late deliveries!!! I honestly think at this point that someone is screwing with me!!! Multiple late deliveries, multiple times I have called to try to find out information and the wait is always at the very least an hour and then they don't know anything!!!! If I could give negative stars I would! DON'T USE USPS PERIOD!!!! FOR ANY REASON!!!

    This service is the worst.. I paid for overnight service and the driver makes a mistake and takes my time sensitive package to NJ.. 3 days later it's found still not delivered.. And no refund. The driver is blaming covid 19.. Foh liar you messed up driver and now because of covid 19 no refunds at this time.. USPS????

    My package had the right address, but it was still sent back. They are open Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.- 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. That package was out for delivery at 7:10 a.m., if a business is closed you don't lie to send it back. This is not the first time, this is actually the 4th time this happened. I waited for that face mask, from 9 to 14 days then you lie and send it back. I am literally tired of lazy incompetent carriers. I don't appreciate it, I am totally feed up. Complaints are going to be filed. The post office needs to be sued, on Hughes in Fresno, CA 93705 (559) 222-3138 for LYING. This time I have a copy, of the label and it is correct. I don't have time for the Hughes State Phone, to keep hanging up with no answer. The 1-800- had me waiting as well, for over an hour with no response! I am enclosing a copy, of my sent back package label to them. They are time wasters, getting paid for nothing!

    Since this year, the post office has really gone downhill on service. Way down hill. They barely scan my packages now, and because I sell online I have to be able to confirm delivery just to be paid. Here recently, I spent a lot of money shipping a large package and it "vanished" along the shipping route. When I sent them a complaint, I was informed that it was going by truck and was told, pretty much, that it would take as long as it takes and they "didn't have to have it there by any certain time." Horrible service. Why would I ship a package to have it delivered in months or maybe even, hell, next year? SMH.

    I have a new card for business reasons that I ordered May 15. Took three days to process which isn’t their fault. It is now June 11 and the card keeps getting ship to facilities past my home. As I said it is for business and my job so I am currently going without basically half of my salary waiting for the card to get in. Then contacted customer services. It was a 15 second call where they confirmed who I was. Then said that my package will be there when it gets there. Very unsatisfied.

    If I could give one star I would. I had a really important letter coming in the mail last week. It was scanned at the post office and I could see that it had got to the post office. So, a week went by and still it didn't arrive. I called the USPS and the lady gave me an attitude when I tried to ask what was going on. Turned out they lost my mail. Like seriously! I am beyond pissed! Now, I have to wait another 2 weeks in order for my boss to send my important I forgot back through to me. Really USPS?!

    We have a mail forwarder in Miami that forwards our packages and mail to us overseas. The USPS KNOWS our address is a BUSINESS address. Eight (8) times within the past four weeks we were advised of issues due to no one available to receive deliveries. All were either on Sundays, after 7:30PM or twice at 5:30AM. Covid19 can no be used as a blanket excuse for poor, shoddy service. The USPS does a fantastic job for the volume handled. But one carrier in zip 33195, we're on to you.

    After taking a entire month to deliver a package I ordered, they delivered it to the wrong porch. They have delivered all the packages to the wrong porch even after I called and told them to put it in their system of where to deliver it to. The only time it was delivered correctly is when I seen the USPS truck and got them before they delivered it to the wrong address time and time again. It is only when my back is turned. They get paid to do this. If I had a job in life I would make sure that my job is done correctly.

    Good in the past but late deliveries now. I get the neighbors mail more often than I should. It makes me wonder who might be getting mine... I order items through online services regularly and I've gotten things later than the guaranteed date on occasion. I understand the times we are in and a day here and there does not bother me. Don't guarantee the date if you can't make it. I am now waiting for a package that was supposed to be here three days ago.. According to the tracking system, it has been in transit to the "Next Facility" the actual guaranteed delivery date. I figure that facility is on the opposite side of the world as it has apparently not made it there yet... If "Next" is a contractor used by USPS, then it would only help USPS's reputation to use someone else...

    518 W. 181st Street, New York, NY. 10033. Post Office. The way this place is run by **, the manager, is abhorable as she always has a despicable disposition speaking to customers with utter disrespect. You would never get the fact that customers pay her salary. So the attitude and disposition of this post office is a top-down problem. There are a few people at this Post Office that are helpful and delightful to interact with; the only problem is that they are too few and far between.

    I have a box at this station and when setting up my account I was told that I couldn't get one of the higher boxes due to the laziness of the attendant. She set up P.O. Box with this misinformation. I have a bad back so it is absurd to think of bending over to the floor to get notices and packages daily. Later, I talked to Peter and he was able to resolve this issue for me. The only problem is that this defeats customer service as I had to make (2) trips to take of something that could have been resolved the first time. This inefficiency kind of sums up the experience of professionalism at this branch making it a crap shoot of whether you will be dealt with on a professional level.

    People are saying that you always receive packages from Amazon. This simply isn't true. Recently had a package left in the self-service customer area of the lobby. There is no one in the lobby to assist that people and deliveries go to the right place. So packages get placed anywhere. This is so frustrating as people are ordering more to quarantine properly and to receive necessities for life. Before this my packages from Blick and Saks were left outside the managers door, out of the view of attendants, where anyone could just grab. Luckily, I saw them and was able to tell someone that they were mine but the person did not even ask for identification before releasing.

    The number of people this branch has to serve is a lot; which is why it is **'s job to set her employees up for success with a positive work environment and structured systems that streamline service. None of this takes place at this branch. It has come to be where I am surprised when I am dealt with professionally and I even avoid certain attendants as I have identified that they have years with the P.O. and just waiting for retirement no way placing themselves in a position to serve the public courteously.

    As stated above, not everyone here has a bad disposition but there are too many that do. It seems to come from ** as her level of involvement is never to let the public see her as the face of the branch content with staying in her back office. She would be better served coming from the back demonstrating a positive tone as a leader so that her employees could see her lead by example. The is true management, not the do as I say attitude she exemplifies that in turn has attendants dealing with customers in the same manner.

    I hope this has truly provided some insight into how to change the service for the better as I don't want to ever feel bad about a service that I am paying for. Also, I am understanding that COVID-19 and quarantine has created a difficult situation for all but that makes it even more important to treat people with kindness and compassion. This place needs to be audited for service practices so that the community can be served with the dignity and respect they deserve. Thank you in advance. I write this hoping that somehow things will improve.

    I was expecting a package on May 8th in Longwood Fl. The package was in my Local post office on the 7th getting ready for delivery. The 8th the package didn’t arrive and went to Miami. So why the package been already in Longwood went to Miami and is coming back who knows when. Make no sense to me. Very disappointed.

    Tried to express ship a package of car parts to my home, only to have it bounce around in New York state through multiple USPS facilities, just to ship the day it was supposed to arrive a week later. So not only am I waiting for parts for an extra week, I am now behind on work waiting for these parts. Thanks usps. Never again will I be shipping anything through usps, or even thinking about doing express shipping. Not sure why I cant get a return on the shipping when you overcharged me to begin with, seeing how my package wasnt treated as an express package like I paid for.

    In 7 months 4 of 4 replacement credit cards lost. About 50% of all packages lost it showing up months late. Tracking numbers with no updates. Some tracking numbers show nothing but picked up and the packages get lost. All but one package was lost in or around the Detroit sorting facility. The remaining was was “return to sender” at delivery point. That’s here! It was originally a Michigan to Michigan delivery. A month now of the tracking g showing it made it here but wasn’t delivered, it’s now been over most of the eastern half of the US and still traveling with no end in sight. Try calling the post office and it’s impossible to get any help on the phone. Try contacting them via the web and it’s even more impossible.

    Pages of questions that have no answers and they even want to know what’s in the package. Like that’s any of their business. I can’t believe the government can even ask that without a real valid reason. Finding the tracking number is not a valid reason. Use a different shipper if you actually want packages to get where they are supposed to go in a reasonable timeframe.

    Am so tired of having to use other family members' addresses to receive mail items that cannot/WILL NOT be delivered via USPS to my "free/required" post office box. To make matters worse, said items will also not be delivered using any other mail service which only delivers to the local post office. No surprise that the rationale behind this problem is some outdated agreement made in 1999 requiring those individuals living 1/4 mile from the dilapidated "old town"/rural Colorado post office to receive "free" post office boxes. And, even worse, to get this changed or receive mail boxes like the rest of the town has required some kind of signed petition submitted to the local post office. (So much for social distancing requirements!) Think this town and (which is far from rural now) and all mail services need to wake up to the current century and offer mail and delivery services we need NOW.

    I've never had a problem with getting my international parcels until I moved to an area served by a different post office. I frequently order business supplies from China, and they always arrive to the US in about 2 weeks. Another week passing customs and then they're delivered. But now, I track them all the way to the local post office, and when they normally should be delivered, they're not. They sit at this post office for anywhere between a month or two before someone finally puts them on a truck.

    They think that China parcels can't be tracked so they will blame China for being slow and say they don't have them, but I pay extra for tracking and can see that they're there just sitting. I currently have about 5 parcels sitting at the 85027 post office, they've been there for 2 months. TWO MONTHS. I just need my things. No wonder the USPS is struggling, they've frustrated people so much nobody wants to use them, I absolutely refuse to use them anymore if I can help it. I absolutely would pay more for better service if there was an alternative to the USPS.

    Spoke to Brianna which had absolutely no professionalism for phone conversation and said “yeah I tell Sam to call you back when he off da phone” and hours went by and they closed with no phone call. After tell me that “if yo sender don’t insure it then we ain’t responsible and we will regret yo missing package and ain’t refunding necessary on our part cause even though we had it last don’t mean nothing if you ain’t got insurance.”

    This morning woke up to Sam finally calling me back and asked me a question about the email he sent and I tried to answer and he screamed at me cutting me off while trying to explain myself and threatening to hang up if I didn’t stop telling him what he didn’t want to hear. This is absolutely sickening that not only will you be treated like complete garbage by the USPS they are basically allowed to not actually try to find out what happen as Sam said “your package has disappeared and it could be the label," which I already told him it wasn’t the label. It was checked by the post office and that’s when he started yelling, "Then maybe it was damaged. We don’t know but we aren’t going to keep looking for it” and hung up. How people that even keep jobs at a place like this is beyond me and have absolutely no trust in the USPS anymore.

    I have been placing more orders due to the covid19. Everything shipped USPS has been a nightmare and yet to receive multiple orders. My products that is extremely late and still do not have any updates on are mandatory necessities for my daily life. Every package shipped to me with FedEx or UPS have all come on time so I'm not believing that this pandemic has anything to do with it. I have experienced these problems from USPS for the last 8 months. Thanks USPS for allowing us to count on you in our time of need. Huge mistake shopping with them. Please do yourself the favor and make your retailer ship your products FedEx or ups even if it's a little bit more expensive. At least you will know you have your merchandise when you need it. USPS SHOULD CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND LET THE PROFESSIONALS HANDLE IT. RUN RUN RUN CONSUMERS.

    I send a International Service Package from my own town Wood Dale postal service 60191 on the 3/13/ 2020. End up paying $83 for a small package. I try sending to my Mom natural supplements that she need it badly. Only this pills help her to move little easier. Package was address to Romania. I try to send Joint pills purchased from Walmart.com like: Omega 3, **, **, Turmeric, Aflexil Healthy Joints, 2 sets of $1 Dollar gloves & 8pc of 3M-N95 for my family due to COVID 19.

    After one month 4/14/2020 was returned back to my address. Seen that the package was OPEN & resealed with a note on it: AIR CARRIER REJECTED MAIL BECAUSE IT MAY CONTAIN POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS, PROHIBITED, OR RESTRICTED ITEMS. Also a sticker Surface Transportation Only (I don't know how can be done over the ocean). When I open the package Masks & gloves was missing. When I try to call USPS 1 800-customers complaint, waiting time was 1hr, 9min. I gave up to stay on the line after 15 min. I end up losing $83 plus missing items. Stay away from this USPS.
