I’ve ordered 4 packages and I’ve only gotten 2 of them I looked at the reviews for the facility my packages are being held at and they both have reviews about them losing the package. How do you lose a package when it’s your entire job to not do that. The people at the church hill Tennessee USPS facility and the Smyrna Tennessee usps facility should be fired. If the people they hired after them did the job half way would still be doing more to get your package to you than the people who actually work there. It’s sad people get paid to do a job that they still don’t do.

I mailed a package from Bluffton Indiana on 12/14/24 and paid extra for priority mail to send 24 miles to Roll Indiana. I was told it would arrive on 12/16/24. The package travelled from Bluffton, to Fort Wayne, to Indianapolis and has been in the Indianapolis distribution for 2 days. There is no expected delivery date when I look up the tracking number. The only statement is "arriving late"....Ridiculous! The box states perishable. I assume the cookies I baked for my granddaughter will be stale by the time they arrive. This is not the first time a package of mine has been stalled. I believe I will have to stop using USPS and try Fed Ex instead.

This phone system is beyond infuriating. I would say yes and hear sOrRy I dIDnT CatCh ThAT over and over. Then I was told to hold for the next agent and it hung up after fighting with it for nearly 10 minutes. The one time I got through to an actual person they lied over and over and continuously told me one thing and immediately contradicted the information in the next sentence.
I’ve had better interactions with a colic ridden infant. This is pathetic and HORRIBLE SERVICE. My package was returned to sender without any notice given even though they claim to have left notice. It was also supposed to have a 30 day window before it returned to sender and they returned it within 15. This isn’t rocket science. Do better and stop wasting everyone’s time.

I have mailed several packages over the years and it seems like the post office is getting worse and worse! Instead of getting better. They have lost my packages more than I care to count and the 75.00 insurance they offer is only there to sucker you in....try to collect it. I always mail my stuff 3 day priority and the post office cannot understand what that means, and frankly they will tell you your package will get there when it gets there!... Very rude and hateful people.

If you want your packages to arrive on time and to the correct address DO NOT USE THE USPS. They will deliver your packages to the incorrect address and then give you the runaround about being reimbursed. They also inform you that a delivery will be on a certain day. Saturday and you wait all day and they do not deliver the package and when you check the site that night after 9:00 pm it says the package will be delivered on Monday meanwhile the package gets delivered on Sunday and left downstairs in the mail room, not in your mail box. I am getting ready to ship some Christmas gifts to Maryland and I am using UPS. I rather pay a little extra and make sure my packages arrive on time and at the correct location.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the apparent inefficiency of the Downtown Lake Worth postal service. My recent experience has been marked by significant delays and the loss of several packages, including one that has been stalled at the USPS Regional Facility since November 20th. While I understand that high volumes can create challenges, the current situation seems to be causing considerable frustration for many customers, as evidenced by the long lines and the general atmosphere of dissatisfaction.
I have initiated an investigation into the whereabouts of my missing package. However, I would like to bring this broader issue to your attention in the hope that improvements can be made to address the staffing and operational challenges impacting the Downtown Lake Worth facility. A review of staffing levels and operational procedures would, I believe, be beneficial in resolving these concerns and improving service for the community.

As a United States veteran who uses the VA for my medical needs, USPS is responsible for delivering my necessary medications. This is not the first time I have had delivery issues with USPS but this is the most concerning delivery miss I have had with them and hopefully this review prompts them to look at their process and improve as there are thousands of vets around the US that use their services for life saving medication delivery. USPS lost my medication and failed to deliver it and put my life in danger, grossly failed to provide sufficient support, resulting in inconvenience to me and putting my life at risk because I had to go without my medication until I was able to make the drive to get more from the VA.
My journey began with a tracking notification that there was a failed attempt at delivery. I got mail that day so I know the postman was able to deliver to my box. I spent an hour online trying to figure out how to get help and finally found a link to a 1-800 number. The automated system refused to register my numerical entries and hung up on me for not providing a response despite the fact that I had in fact entered the requested information. After several attempts over multiple days I finally got through to a point when I could request a call back. I was excited because person meant I wouldn’t need to numerical entries which had been failing to function, alas I was wrong… When I finally was able to get through the call back again required a numerical entry “1” which again refused to register and the call ended again despite my entry of the number “1”.
Thankfully I got another call back a few minutes later and behold the number worker this time. I spoke with a very kind man (only positive interaction) who unfortunately couldn’t really do much to assist me other than give me a case number and phone number to my local post office which as usual only has limited hours and no support for people who work 3rd shift. The local number has a ridiculous wait time both times I have called and unfortunately I don’t have the option to wait on hold all day as I require sleep. Since I can’t get my medication I had to drive over an hour to pickup my prescription at VA. Thanks for being unreliable as usual USPS please fix your support, please fix your system, if Amazon can reliably deliver me packages in 24 hours why can’t you. Maybe the VA should start using Amazon pharmacy not only would I trust them to get me my packages on time but they have 24-7 support that is reliable and prompt and user friendly.

On the 9th I was to receive a package. The postal carrier tried to deliver the package within 3 minutes within each other. If I didn't answer the first time, what made the postal worker think I would answer the second time. I wasn't at home. My redeliver notice was on the ground in the corner of my porch. When I came home. I saw the postal worker driving out the parking lot. I followed the the instructions of the form for a redelivery on the 10th. Never received my package yesterday. Called customer service and it say that my package was to be delivered by 8 o'clock. I waited all day for the redelivery. I feel like the postal worker didn't want to redeliver my package. That's why the person tried to redeliver it within minutes.
Now I don't know when I'm getting my package. The website is delayed which is super annoying for person waiting and wanting their package. I also have an electronic signature on my account for things like this. I had to physically apply it for the package. I want to know where my package is. Their process should ensure at a minimum, double checking the address for the correct place of delivery but I don't think they care at all. I continually receive the wrong mail so I'm sure my mail is going somewhere else as well.
This is our government postal service who is just like our legislature government, they don't care as long as they get their money. And the staff have a total lack of respect for the people when attempting to find a lost package. USPS raises the cost of stamps yet can't deliver mail in an efficient way, why? I have worked with dozens of USPS, FedEx and UPS pickup drivers over the years. USPS was the only one that consistently told me their organization was behind the times and a mess. Basically it's a miracle anything actually gets delivered. And there's no accountability within the organization and the customer has not recourse at all. USPS loses more packages than any of of the other carriers combined due to it being a government subsidized entity and not private. Private entities would go out of business with such poor management.
I'm writing this because of my recent missing packages worth about $115. I filled out the USPS form and immediately got an automated response that my inquiry was resolved to their satisfaction. The package stated delivered but of course the package isn't here or in my locker. Now I'm going to spend about $500 worth of time trying to find this package, driving to the USPS office to wait in line for 30 minutes to have them tell me sorry, then I'll hassle the vendor here in Spokane that shipped the items using USPS (an obviously untrustworthy delivery method). I'll try and hold them accountable since they are a private entity but in the end I'm going to have to give up, lose my $115, and reorder the items and specify FedEx/UPS which are actually ACCOUNTABLE non-government entities. This is why government does is worst every time. Abolish the USPS as a government entity and privatize it, the poor performance would stop overnight.

Never a good experience when dealing with packages and USPS. They honestly shouldn’t be allowed to handle anything other than small letters and daily mail. Just this year alone I’ve had 3 issues with packages. I’m pretty sure by now our packages just get pushed back into a semi trailer for weeks possibly months for some. All three times I’ve had to file for a lost package claim because tracking just stops. One time they literally sent one package across the US and back for no reason. It finally came but the extra mileage took its toll on the contents inside and even being well wrapped it didn’t survive the “Ooopps” from USPS.
Currently I’m waiting on another delayed delivery, it’s the 29th of November, package was sent from California to Missouri on the 18th. Last physical scan was the 20th and no one has any idea where it could be. My opinion is if they are going to keep handing packages they need a new tracking system. Either gps each package for us and them too or just handle daily mail. UPS and FedEx you guys are awesome.

When I complained what they told me was it was my fault that it was left out there for 3 days not theirs and wouldn't listen at all as I tried to explain that it didn't matter if it was 3 days, 3 months or 1 hour the fact that it was left out in the open for someone to take is beyond baffling to me.

We shouldn’t have to pay $40 $50 to FedEx just for a letter to be mailed. We should be able to trust our local post office. Why does the mail need to leave Gainesville to go to Jacksonville and then to wherever? But I will not sit down on this.

Not only did it come in the mail late but it was also severely torn and it came in a USPS envelope apologizing for the damage that the post office caused. I called USPS and they told me that they can't replace anything like a birth certificate that is torn up even though it was their fault unless I had insurance. However, insurance was not offered to me at the time I ordered the birth certificate. So, the USPS can tear your mail all up to hell and then they don't have to do anything about it or compensate you in any way.

Absolutely the worst post office location that I’ve ever had to deal with! There’s way too many negative interactions with this place just for me but I’ll detail the most recent which is still ongoing…, Two days of not delivering my package due to lies that the postman, who “delivers” to my home, has put as the reasons. First day it was because of blocked entry, look at the photos to see the entry. Second day was because the business was closed! It’s NOT a business, it’s my home! And this is a package that can be left at the door without anyone home.
Call up my local PO, but nope, their phone is always not accepting calls and it hangs up on you. But after hours, it’ll ring when there’s no one to answer. So now I’m emailing and calling the actual government USPS and filling out any review that’ll be seen! Hopefully someone who can do something about all the horrible reviews from this location, will finally get something done. It’s been years of these experiences from other reviewers on multiple sites!

The USPS is the worst delivery service in the USA. Twice, I caught my postal carrier not delivering my package in my apartment mailbox, that indicated it was delivered in. Twice, my local post office sent the mail carrier back to actually deliver my packages. The third time this happened, my local post office refused to send the postal carrier back. I filed a case with the USPS Office of The Inspector general, and their office did absolutely nothing. In December 2023, I ordered a laptop.
On December 7, 2023, the postal carrier came down the hallway, carrying my laptop box like it was a pizza. The seal on the top of the box was intact. The seal on the bottom of the box had been cut, except for the manufacturer's "check seal tape", and the box clearly had damage. The only thing inside of the box my laptop was supposed to be in was the power supply adapter to the laptop. I filed another case of theft with the USPS Office of the Inspector General, and once again, they utterly refused to investigate the theft whatsoever. I even sent the USPS Office of Consumer Affairs a packet containing information on the thefts, the attempted thefts, and Incident Report from the Fontan CA Police Department, and screenshots for the confirmation on the two (2) cases I filed.
The USPS Office of Consumer Affairs sent back a letter stating that the package had been delivered, and closed the case. As a former sworn police officer, I must recommend that everyone find another method of sending products, or having products shipped. From the top of the USPS, to the bottom, all USPS personnel involved have utterly failed this 30 year soldier.

I filed a missing mail search on October 7, 2024.
I called the USPS customer service number and had to jump through a lot of red tape with their automated customer service system, just to talk to an agent, the agent filled out a form on his computer terminal, filing in all of the blank spaces, my address and the customers address, all of the information, at the end he gave me a request for lost mail number, I thought that everything was ok, only to find out a couple of days latter that I needed to login to my USPS account and fill out another form that requested the number that the agent gave to me, after filling out the form, I received another number, the second number consisted of letters and numbers. I waited a few days and I called customer service again and I was told that the issue had been resolved, case closed. Wrong answer!!!
The package is still missing, the customer is still waiting on his purchase, so how the hell is the issue resolved, the file should still be active and I want the package delivered. The promise was that the parcel would arrive the next day for overnight parcels and within 10 days for international parcels. The overnight parcel took 3 days, even though I was just a few miles from Boston, and the international parcel (to Australia) took 12 days just to leave the United States, and now it has been 22 days and the parcel still has not arrived at its destination.
We contacted the terrible service of USPS and they said that the parcel had just arrived, but from now on it is the responsibility of the international post office (honestly thanks good 'cause Australia Post Office does its job fabulously). Few weeks ago, the postal person put income tax returns in the wrong person's mailbox, due to laziness, not reading the address to match the house. Few months ago I ordered a $250 tennis racquet, got an email from USPS saying it was just delivered to my door, but no one was in my cul-de-sac. Then saw the postal carrier enter, asked her if she had a package for me since I just got the confirmed delivery email, she said no. Then a stranger from adjacent neighborhood appeared walking with my package. He handed it to me right in front of the carrier.
I checked, the address was mine, clearly. I told her she delivered to wrong address. She nothing, just drove away. More and more of sensitive valuable mail/packages are being misdelivered ONLY due to laziness. Complaints are met with deaf ears, they ignore because they can. I even tried to call police and make a complaint, but the USPS gets away with crimes too...they once ran over my mailbox, a neighbor witnessed it, and after letters, voicemails were ignored, I had to replace it myself. USPS lost a package when it was “Out for Delivery.” I tried to start a claim, but their website was having issues, so I contacted their customer service. It took weeks to hear back and when I was finally able to submit a claim on their website, they told me the deadline to submit a claim of 45 had passed. On their website it says I have up to a year to file a claim, so I appealed the claim and they still denied me my $200 insurance claim. Be careful if you use them to send anything of value. Their insurance policy is as weak as their spine.

The Supervisor ** is rude and disrespectful to customers when they ask for their packages. She speaks to customers with a nasty tone as if we don't have a right to want our packages. I advise customers who have these issues to start requesting an investigation when you repeatedly have issues with the postal carrier scanning your packages as delivered, but never actually deliver them. Also, contact a lawyer because it causes customers to have emotional distress when you have to deal with these issues.

No investigation was completed, in fact I was told I was wrong! So the $100.00 insurance is not even a real thing. This happened to me two months ago and nothing has been resolved. To top all of it off, the manager told me my driver was temp and nothing else was ever followed up on. Then the fact that my packages are late EVERY TIME! I sent a package of t-shirts I had made for 2 nurses and a doctor that cared for my mother in appreciation of their care. Once I finally received the shirts and was able to take time off to ship them it had been 2 months. Meanwhile I had alerted the hospital I was doing this and they probably thought I wasn't following through. I finally sent out the package with the USPS. Big mistake. If I wanted to have errors and extremely unhelpful customer service I would have used Fed Ex.
I called customer care and after THREE CALLS was finally able to get connected to an agent whom was very mono-toned, didn't seem to care to help and sounded like they were only capable of reading off of a script. I called to alert them that the package I sent went from the city it's to be delivered in to another state on the opposite coast of the country in hopes of correcting the error and preventing any further issues. The agent had no concern and said I'd have to wait another 3 days before I can file a claim instead of just looking into it and offering an attempt to correct the issue. I tried online and it said the same thing, so I have to wait until my $100 package that I paid an additional $25 delivery fee for and took forever to be able to send out gets lost before I can have the issue "corrected"!? What will that correction be? A refund? That means I'd have to order the shirts AGAIN and have it be FOREVER before I can get them sent out AGAIN?
Next time I'll use UPS! I called the hospital yesterday after 2 months to tell them I finally got the shirts sent out and now it will probably be FOREVER before they get them! Just inconvenience after inconvenience with the USPS, no real concern for customers and no real effort to resolve and prevent further issues. WHAT A WASTE! From now on, UPS it is as they're the ONLY ONES that seem to get it right!

It was sent on Friday and was supposed to have reached its destination on Saturday or Sunday, but here I am the following Thursday getting messaged from the company I sent it to asking where it was and initially there wasn't even a tracking update. Finally almost a week later it shows an update and it's still in transit. The place of delivery was 1/2 hour away so this wasn't even an out of state delivery. I'm not sure how this is even an acceptable way to run a business. I would have been better off putting that money towards gas and driving it there myself. Probably would have saved time and money.

I have to repeatedly call back with the same results until someone eventually answers. Whoever answers is usually very rude and puts me on hold for 30-40 minutes supposedly to check on my mail that's missing. When they finally get back to me they always say that they have spoke with the carrier and he said that all my mail has been delivered. I get other people's mail regularly that don't even live on my street and I deliver it to them. Evidently my mail is going somewhere as I am not receiving it. Another example of public poverty and private affluence?) on May 29th 2024, confident that the letter and its contents would reach the addressee, my daughter at her college in New Hampshire by June 7th 2024, her graduation day.
Below is the snail paced journey of this important letter. The letter arrived at the Hanover, NH Post Office on June 14th 2024. By that time my daughter had graduated and returned home. She had notified the Hanover College Post Office that the item had to be returned to the sender. It reached my home in Edison on July 17th 2024– the letter took 16 days to get to New Hampshire and the return journey took 32 days. The wandering time was 48 days.
Just as I was filing domestic claims with USPS(another hassle) the postman delivered the letter. He had a look of dismay on his face when he looked at the dates on the worn out envelope. The thick white envelope was battered, bruised, bandaged in brown paper. Its contents including several hundred dollar bills and my letter congratulating my daughter on her achievement was secure. However, the harm was done. Timing is important. The Post Office let me down.It is the duty of the Post Office to investigate the bottlenecks and delays and take corrective measures. Fortunately, the tracking system provides real time empirical evidence. I know the culprits. I know the bottlenecks.
Since I was in the grading business for half a century, I shall give the USPS a big fat F. However, in terms of honesty and securing the severely wounded envelope the service deserves A. And the Dartmouth College post office in New Hampshire, which repeatedly checked the USPS affiliates as to the cause of delay, my deep gratitude. Dartmouth College cares. The wait times on the phone are INSANE! My last call had a wait time of 50mins! And then only to get info. sent to some guy at my local post office who can find his butt with both hands, leading me to have to call back again. Incompetence at its finest...
I ship with USPS all the time myself, but never, ever ship without fully insuring because their screw-ups are beyond belief sometimes and seems to happen more with big things; which in itself is bizarre. Lose a small box among millions of small boxes is understandable, but lose a big 50lbs. box among millions of small box is just idiotic. What's inexcusable, besides the ridiculous wait times to talk to someone, is making up stuff and putting it into the tracking details for a package... Flat-out lying to the customer, meanwhile you have no clue where their package actually is or why it's there when it shouldn't be.
Best screw-up I've experienced... Something sent from northern NY state to southern NY state... Went over to Texas, back to Wisconsin, over to New Jersey, down to Florida, up to Massachusetts, over to northern NY (close to origin), back down to NJ and finally to destination in NY City. Why would you move the package from the designated area and take it into a whole different state then bring it back like I really don’t understand their logic of handling business.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm getting married and went to my local PO for stamps for my invitations. They were ridiculous looking. Cartoon puppies and kittens. Am I 12? So I went online and ordered floral stamps. On May 24th. And they still haven't arrived. It's June 3rd. I guess that's what happens when you live in PA and they ship your stamps from Missouri. I kid you not. Now they're in the Philadelphia black hole and who knows when they will get here. Ridiculous organization, it's no wonder they are so far in the red. And did you ever look at the tracking on a package you sent? Those things travel the country before they get where they are going. Get it together, USPS.

First, my therapist has been striving for years to convince me to take a more positive view on things, so I'm going to try. My review is more from how the USPS affects my job rather than my home. I learned long ago to avoid allowing the USPS to affect my home in any way possible. My bills are paid online and I order through Amazon. It's better that way.
My job though, wow. We get checks from customers three months late. Three months. On the upside (positivity!) I'm always happy when I finally receive a check that I've been waiting on for three months. Customers send cards for Christmas. We get them in February. Christmas cards always make us happy though. Even in February.
My biggest one, all thanks to the glorious USPS, I made a new friend! They've put another business's mail in my box so often, I developed a nice friendship with the lady that always has to come collect the checks that are meant for her business. She's very nice. Thanks USPS for the unexpected surprises, put of season holiday cheer, and expanding my circle of friends. Please do better.

Our local post office in Clear Spring Maryland 21722 is a nightmare. They are lazy, arrogant and the two full-time women that are always there have the worst attitude. They do not deliver mail inside the town proper but will deliver to the outside the town limits. Which forces everyone to use a PO Box of which they don't have enough of. With the amount of elderly who live here it's a huge inconvenience. But yet I see Mail trucks flying down my street daily not abiding by the 25 mph speed limit. They literally in the multiple times I have been in to drop off packages for my customers find some type of problem forcing me to not get the service I need. The absolute worst PO ever. One of the worst unreliable carrier services. Caremark sends their prescriptions through USPS. My medication was sent on 29 April. It is now May 15 and I still do not have my medication! First, it sat five days in Indianapolis, then went to Dallas, then to Fort Worth, and then to NY. Let me stress I’m 45 minutes away from Fort Worth. I have tried for the past three days to contact USPS… Good luck! No one (local or complaint) answers the phone. I have gone 2 days without my medication. Just another government agency. Lazy and incompetent. I also blame Caremark for using USPS for shipping medications. I also hold Aetna responsible for not allowing me to refill this prescription due to a system override not being permitted because the prescription was still en route.

USPS customer service number has me egregiously aggravated because I cannot get to a person and ask why or if issues in Memphis (weather issue is false, hardly a drizzle). I opened support ticket, but terrible customer service. If this were for my health, I'd be gone right now, a postal issue I won't forget.
This is why need to remove the post office bureaucracy and replace with a private service(s) *we have a choice in* with our purchasing decisions. Libertarians are onto this across the board and this year need to move the USPS to the top of the list, with all the rest of the $trillions in bureaucratic waste, bloat, inefficiencies and corruption every year. I opted for the 3-5 days International express delivery service to send a month's supply of disposable contacts to my cousin. However, it's been nearly 9 days, and the package is still stuck in Hague Customs. Trying to seek assistance over the phone was a nightmare. The answering service was atrocious, with truncated options that led to nowhere. After struggling for 30 minutes, I finally connected with someone who only seemed interested in selling stamps. Despite being promised a transfer to International tracking, I found myself back at the main menu. Seeking help from the local post office proved futile as they informed me that even with the more expensive guaranteed service, there's no actual guarantee of delivery. No refunds and no solutions were offered.
Both the staff and manager were indifferent, needing to consult others to answer my queries. Their advice? Read the fine print on the receipt. To add insult to injury, they provided me with a USPS Consumer Affairs number, which turned out to be equally unhelpful. The voicemail was full, no one answered, and leaving a message was impossible. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with USPS express service. It's a perfect example of the worst customer service imaginable.

USPS has lied to me multiple times, and their customer service is second to everyone. I ordered a new transmitter for my headset from Turtle Beach. My original order said it would be there January 19th, and I ordered it on January 8th. I thought to myself, "Huh, that's a long time, but this isn't Amazon; I understand." January 19th comes, and it has not been delivered. I check the app, and it says it is at a facility since January 10th. I call them, and every number sends you to a phone number that is not connected. Once I found the actual number, I call, and they told me the same information that I can see on the app; they had no information besides that. Another couple of days pass, it is still there, so I call again, and they say, "We have never received your order from Turtle Beach." I call TB and and they show me all of the proof they have that they sent it out already.
Long story short, Turtle Beach canceled that order and placed another one using USPS again. Another week goes by, and they cancel that order and place one through UPS, and it showed up two days later. Both of the other ones placed from USPS showed up on March 9th. This experience with them has made me do a class project on them for my quality management class.

I had package that has been "processing" for a week and a half after a failed delivery attempt and my request for redelivery with release to my concierge/front office. I called for the first and only time regarding the issue. Not even 10 seconds into the phone call, the Reddy Dr., Woodbridge, USPS Representative cut me off and scowled "What do you want me to do about it?" As if I was dumb for calling. I don't understand what I said wrong or why this just happened. Having a 10 year history in customer service myself, I've dealt with irate people myself. I get it. But this made no sense to me at all.
I then gathered my composure and continue to explain to her my situation. But I could tell she didn't care. All I got for an answer was basically that it may or may not be delivered and to sign the slip I was originally given. I explained to her again, that I put in a request online for redelivery already and no longer had the slip. But I was cut off and quickly told by her that all because I requested something online (USPS online) doesn't mean it will go through.
Dealing with anxiety/depression (like many of us do, sadly) and being a sensitive sucker (my personal problem), I'm trying to hold back tears because now I'm frustrated about how hard it is to speak to the only individual that can help me. And getting anything answered with just a little humanity rather than beratement is impossible. I then gained a backbone and gently confronted her about why so much attitude and hostility towards me, trying to understand what I did to upset her. She told me that she just wanted me to get to my point of why I called. I asked to speak with someone else. Then, with absolute vindication, she gave me her first name and title as the DELIVERY SUPERVISOR and told me to contact the main USPS number for my issues as if she can't be touched. She then told me to have a great day and hung up.
I gave her common decency when I spoke to her, even when I confronted her about her behavior. I'm still trying to wrap my head around what I did or said to deserve this type of treatment. I feel bad for whoever else has to deal with her. I feel like I was basically berated for calling at all. How can I trust or feel comfortable with my local post office, now? To top it off, I've checked customer reviews for up to a year and So Many people have left bad reviews purely on service experience. No one is doing anything about it. So, the staff continues to mistreat people knowing nothing will happen to them. It's sickening!
