    From experience I'm finding that FEDEX delivery personnel screw up quite often. There is nothing more aggravating than getting an email saying your parcel was delivered and finding out you didn't get it. On Saturday 2/22/2025 I received an email saying the parcel was delivered but I didn't have it. The supposed proof of delivery photo proved that the delivery was to a different location, not my apartment. The apartment numbers where I live are conspicuously displayed. I don't see how the delivery person could fail to notice he was at the wrong apartment. At another time a FEDEX delivery person failed to post a notice at my apartment door saying that delivery was attempted but that a signature was required. I can't know this if you don't tell me.

    While I would imagine all the carriers are doing the same thing as FedEx, it still is extremely frustrating when you are awaiting delivery on a particular day at a particular time and they claim with zero basis in reality, that they tried to deliver your package and no one was available or the business was closed. It is obvious that they were simply unable to meet their delivery schedule and faked their attempt to cover up their failure. They then push your delivery to the following day. I have had this happen on multiple occasions and since this service is paid very well to get your packages there on time, this is simply outrageous behavior.

    FedEx Claims mission statement is 'Deny and delay, deny and delay till the claim goes away’. 1. In Oct 2024 I paid FedEx to package and ship an expensive film scanner to a buyer in Canada. The Scanner was damaged while in the complete custody, possession and control of FedEx. Specifically, the buyer said the front end of the scanner fell apart into his hands when he unwrapped it and the case was dented. He sent photos of the broken and dented scanner.

    2. I filed a claims report, 10/19/24, with FedEx including photos of the broken/dented scanner. FedEx responded it received the claim and there would be a delay processing the claim. 3. FedEx then sent another email requesting photos. I replied to that email that I was out of town on travel, reminded FedEx that I had already provided photos but that I would re-send the photos on my return. 4. Before I returned, FedEx denied the claim on 11/04/24 for lack of photo documentation. 5. When I returned home, I refiled the claim. 6. FedEx denied the claim because the 21 day filing time limit had expired.

    7. I refiled the claim. No response from FedEx. 8. I called FedEx Claims and a rep took all my claims information and said an agent would be in contact. 9. No response after a week. 10. I called again, and again I was told an agent would be in touch. 11. No response. 12. I called a third time. The rep requested I re-submit all of the shipping info, a new claims report, photos and proof of value. I sent 3 references of scanners exactly like mine currently being sold. The rep assured me he personally talked to an agent who was waiting for my submittal and would contact me quickly. 13. No response, again. Is there a pattern here?

    14. I called again and requested to talk with a manager. The rep told me managers don’t talk to customers. The rep said I would be denied because I didn’t have a photo of the box. She said FedEx is responsible only if the box is damaged. I explained the buyer did not take pictures of the box. The rep told me to send AGAIN all the claims info and the manager would look at it. 15. Two weeks later, Denied again. The reason, I failed to provide a copy of the original purchase receipt from 25 years ago. Therefore, FedEx could not determine the value of the scanner. A bogus reason as the scanners are still sold over the internet. FedEx Claims was disingenuous and, frankly, un-ethical in its treatment of my claim. They make the health insurance industry look like saints.

    Absolutely the worst out there, broken items, late delivery. Absolutely NO customer service. I wouldn't even give them a rating. One driver shows up and reeks of **. He was so high; he dropped my package....

    I'm extremely frustrated! I ordered a humidifier from Lowe's on February 11, 2025, but my package has not arrived as of today, February 22, 2025. It reached Cumberland, Maryland, on February 15 and has been stuck there for seven days due to alleged weather delays. However, the weather warranted this claim only for two days. Today, it's 41 degrees Fahrenheit in Cumberland, MD, and 32 degrees Fahrenheit in Davis, WV. The roads have been clear and dry for days, but still, there are weather delays.

    Our FedEx driver informed us that they closed the WV facility, and now all shipments to Davis must come from Cumberland. As a result, timely deliveries are impossible because drivers are reluctant to take the WV routes. It seems that the weather is only an issue for FedEx. This situation is particularly disappointing because we try to support local businesses. The humidifier was also available on Amazon for the same price with free shipping, so I could have had it by February 13, 2025.

    However, I chose to buy locally, and now I've had to cancel my order because FedEx continues to claim weather delays. It's been 11 days, and they still cannot estimate delivery. Meanwhile, during this same timeframe, we received numerous deliveries from UPS, Amazon, and the US Post Office without claims of weather delays. Sadly, this experience has made us reconsider our support for Lowe's, as their choice of FedEx as a shipper has disappointed us.

    Driver was 3 hours late for package that required signature on Friday. Now I can't get my package until Monday. Will never use this service again. Unacceptable that this was not my fault but I still can't even go to the facility for pick up.

    You get 1 star cause 0 stars isn't an option. I paid $10 for 2-day air shipping. It's been 3 days and I try to contact customer service only to have a robot hang up on me. Can't find office hours anywhere. All FedEx locations are dollar general. I think one of the wonderful FedEx employees stole my package. Or everyone there is extremely incompetent. Will be disputing and demanding a refund for paying the highest amount available for shipping only to be shafted.

    I paid for 2 day shipping and it has been 4 days with no package, no answers from an open ticket, tracking showed it has departed Chicago and that is it. What a lazy incompetent company. Will not use any company that ships with them again.

    Literally an OUTRAGE that no matter what you do, you cannot speak to a live agent about an issue with a package. I am FURIOUS at the amount of wasted time and effort I've put in trying to figure out what's going on with a package that, according to their tracking website has been sitting at their facility for an entire WEEK with no movement. I would NEVER use this company for shipments EVER for any reason. Absolute TRASH.

    On Friday I paid for an overnight delivery. It's seven days later and I still haven't received my delivery. I guess I should've specified WHICH night overnight it was to be done on. If you have the option of FedEx or ANYTHING else, choose anything else.

    If there has been -ve star, I would give Fedex a -ve for the worst customer service. My package was not delivered and continued to show "Out for Delivery" till I called customer care, who created ticket but for next 4 days no response at all. After 6 days, status was changed to delivered and then ticket was also closed... Wasting 5-6 hours in tracking my package and not getting any help from customer care, they are suggesting me to refresh the browser to check the latest status...These guys are ridiculously stupid and doing fraud..Lost package marked as delivered ..

    If you really need something overnighted avoid FedEx. They will take your money and then claim due to circumstances beyond their control it's delayed. To avoid refunding you for a service you didn't get. Priority overnight is not a priority for them. Even after being a day late they couldn't make the 12:00 pm cut off. They will lie saying it will be 45 mins. late. Then it's by the end of the day. That then becomes late evening like 9 pm. This will happen over and over again with each delivery. It's as though their solution for failing their customers regularly is to blame the weather and lie. Avoid FedEx if you can.

    Been waiting on a 2 day ship that is now 4 days and they do not know where the package is. We need our package. From now on when we buy something I will ask who is the shipper and if FedEx and they don't use other shippers we will not buy and go elsewhere. This company needs to go out of business.

    Recently was the fourth time FedEx delivered my package to the wrong house. The previous three times I was able to locate the package at a neighbor's house. This time I have no idea where they left it. The photo in the delivery confirmation is obviously not my front door and I drove up and down the road I live on trying to find that door and was unable to do so. I contacted FedEx and started a claim for a missing package in which they told me that the package was not retrievable case closed and they would send info to the shipper and send me an email. I never received that email and the shipper never received that info either. After a week of playing tag with both companies I finally got a representative from the company that shipped the item who did a three-way call with FedEx only to be hung up on by their rep. I have spent hours trying to get this issue resolved and get a refund for the package I never received.

    FedEx not only did not do what they told me they were going to do they denied any responsibility and claimed the package was delivered. Luckily the representative from the shipper who was on the phone with me for an hour trying to resolve the issue saw how Shady FedEx customer service was being and got his supervisor to authorize a refund for the item. I will no longer order from any company that uses FedEx to ship their packages. I really hope that companies will start paying attention to all of these negative customer reviews of FedEx and stop using them at all!

    Delivery driver left 1300 dollars worth of tire out in the street 6 inches from my gate. Too lazy to put them in the gate. Had someone try to steal them and had a gun pulled on me. This could have been avoided if FedEx was doing their jobs. HORRIBLE!!!

    Updated on 02/24/2025: FedEx is unreliable, lacks integrity, and cannot be trusted to deliver when you pay for overnight service, don't count on it. Their tracking app is window dressing. It kept promising delivery....The documents I was waiting for were 3 days late. Everyone I talked to couldn't care less. No apologies, no real answers, just handed me off hoping that I would shut up and go away. In the end, I am owed a refund for service not rendered. Do I believe that anyone at Fedex has enough integrity to do the right thing? Absolutely not.

    Original review: If you need something delivered on time do not use FedEx. We paid for overnight or next day delivery. If it gets here today, it will be 24 hours late. Fedex used to be an industry benchmark that all others tried to measure up to. Now FedEx is a pathetic joke.

    Our dog can only eat prescription food that's not available locally, so we have it delivered every month. Somehow, FedEx lost this month's shipment, though marked it as delivered (we've been at the same address for a long time now and this is a monthly delivery). Our dog is out of food and will now have to go days without eating (because the claim process with FedEx and their search for the package took days to "complete") until a new shipment can arrive which unfortunately has to go through FedEx again *ARGH* since apparently they're the only carrier the company uses.

    1 Star is too many given that our dog now has to starve. The company we get his food from replaces lost deliveries for free with 1-3 day shipping and is also going to be looking into issues with FedEx. We've had countless issues with FedEx before (delays, lost packages, poor communication and customer service, etc), but now that it's hurting our dog? Well, I'd better just end this review now...

    I will never use or recommend FedEx to anyone looking for a shipping company. For 3 consecutive days my parcels have been "out for delivery" but have not been delivered due to a phantom inclement weather issue.

    I've never had FedEx delivery a package when their tracking software said it was going to be delivered. Also, almost impossible to speak to a human when calling customer support. If you do speak with a human, they do not provide any resolution or updates.

    I used to use FedEx Air Service exclusively for 20 years as VP for a large Telecom company. We shipped so much we had the same rate as American Airlines, shipping at least 50 to over 100 packages a day, every day. They were good and reliable, the best at the time. Ever since they've instigated a Ground service over the last decade, the whole company has suffered from extreme ineptitude, poor performance and lack of service. I can't remember when I received a package that wasn't damaged and poorly handled. Their support is even worst, as they hide behind technology and force you to use it rather than a life person. To file a claim online, they require you to sign up and pay for a document service, which is unconstitutional.

    I can't remember ever receiving a package that didn't show signs of poor handling. But, contacting live support is even a worse experience! They are consistently rude, condescending, and they like to berate you for any interruption to correct their monotone canned answers that they read to you, while they constantly interrupt you when trying to explain the issue and why you're calling. I suppose I would be miserable, too, if I had to listen to the large number of upset customers the package people cause for support, but they need to realize we didn't cause this, you did! They simply don't care and seem to be going through the motions, wishing they were somewhere else.

    It's gotten to the point that I will not do business with or start a business relationship with anyone who uses FedEx Ground, period! It's not worth the troubles, the insults, and the heartaches. Simply find someone else. You'll be happier in the long run with not having to deal with and potentially accept damaged and rattled equipment from their ineptitude and lack of respect for your business..

    I used FedEx Same Day Shipping to send a parcel from California to New Jersey overnight on a Saturday. They quoted me on the phone for a total amount of $360. After placing the order they said it would take several months to receive an invoice. When I finally got the invoice months later, it was for $707. Overcharges included services they originally said were included in the price. I will never use FedEx again.

    Fedex is definitely not the courier to use "If it absolutely has to be there overnight." This is not the first time this has happened, but it is the last time that I will be using FedEx for a time sensitive shipment. Case in point: I sent an overnight priority envelope on Monday, March 10. Tracking number: **. I knew it wouldn't get delivered on Tuesday, but rather on Wednesday due to where it was going. Wednesday I get an update that it is our for delivery. Not delivered. Each day I would check and it would show "Out for delivery". It didn't get delivered until Tuesday, March 18. A week late. USPS may be bad, but they are not that bad.

    Since so many packages are being stolen, I requested that the Package be sent to a secure FedEx location inside of a grocery store. Tracking stated 2/11/2025 package delivered and would be held for 5 days. Went to pick up Saturday 2/15/2025. No package. Called FedEx while in the location. Opened case. Monday 2/17/2025, case closed stating package was delivered 2/17/2025, ready for pick up. I Called to make sure it was there; it was not. Automated system still said it was there. Called FedEx again to escalate it and Jose in Problem Resolution said he’s the highest person to talk to; he spelled his name to make sure that I understood who he was. He said package was in or on a Trailer in another City and I have to go there to pick up my package. This package contains items I need for work as I work in a Dental office and need this item for work on a daily basis.

    Jose told me they will not deliver to the Paid for originally scheduled pick up secured location; I have to go pick it up from the location he told me even though that’s not the location I paid for. They closed my case assuming I have my package and then asked for a Survey! Customer service is not about the Customer it seems; it’s about a Survey. As of 8:30 am 2/18/2025 I am heading to work and still no response or status update on my package that I need to work with. Do better FedEx and give Customers what they pay for.

    Here in the Dothan, Alabama, market, FedEx routinely posts a missed delivery by claiming that no one was home when I was home the entire time. It happened again today. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for my package. They knock so softly that I can't hear anyone at the door unless I stay in the living room for hours, wasting my time, waiting for them, instead of getting any work done. It is costly! All they have to do is knock on the door for real! How hard is that?

    I was expecting a delivery today I had to sign for because of the high value of the contents. I waited all day and tracked the driver online via the real-time delivery map. He was in my area all afternoon. At 1608 on 2.15.2025, the status suddenly changed to delivery attempted with a photo to prove this however, it was not my house. This is a huge issue when the package you are expecting is worth a few thousand dollars. Now someone else has the delivery attempt sticker on their door which opens up the opportunity for fraud.

    These drivers do not ask for ID so if someone would have accepted the package, I would have been out thousands of dollars. Extremely irresponsible. I called and filed a complaint but all they do is submit a ticket. Very upset about this due to the value of the package. I want my package delivered to me. Not to mention, waiting all day and not being able to leave to get nothing.

    Constant delivery delays. Tracking says it's out for delivery, but Every time the package never gets delivered... And drivers know they can use the excuse of "weather delay"... Because they don't like driving down a long gravel road to my place. No accountant of the driver's. I have called and complained to Pakistan several times now. Constantly get different drivers, so they don't know my place and where it's at. FedEx is a joke the way it's run. I don't know how they stay in business! I cringe Every time I see a business use FedEx to send me my purchases.

    FedEx Ground in the Des Moines area stinks. I always have difficulty getting packages delivered to me. Last night received an email saying a package would be delivered between 9:40 and 11:40 on Saturday. So I changed my plans to be home. In the morning, got an email stating it would be there between 1:00 and 3:00. My security camera notified me of someone in the driveway so I go to the front door to see the truck driving off. The driver didn't even ring the doorbell. Then I try to call through their computer maze to try and talk to a human being. After 45 minutes, I am told that I can not pick up this package at their location and will have to call the shipper to have redirected. I have already called the vendor and told them if they do not fix this and hire a professional shipping company, I will find a new vendor. Regular FedEx has always been good but FedEx ground is the worst.

    FedEx is the absolute worst shipping/logistics company in the world. I have NEVER received a FedEx package on the date that they initially promise to deliver it. It is consistently 2 to 3 days late. Always weather related issues - year round. Every other delivery company has it figured out. How is FedEx so incompetent?

    The fact that faster shipping is listed as one of the pros on this website is some kind of sick joke. USPS and UPS always come through in flying colors especially on next day and second day. If you choose expedited shipping and it happens to come through FedEx it is a guarantee that it will be delayed. No flowers for Valentine's Day. A few months back we got a perishable item that was spoiled by the time it finally showed up. Businesses that still ship to their customers via FedEx should pull their heads out of their... and start focusing on customer service!

    Worst company to trust. Second package delivered to the wrong house and address. Picture snap by employee shows a house that is not mine. After they deliver your package they don’t care if you received it or not… You cannot even talk to a customer service representative. There goes almost 400 dollars lost because of FedEx. Please if you read this review don’t use this company. Irresponsible and don't care about anything, they don’t even reach out to you. Use any other company except FedEx. Is management aware of this, or do they already know by the kind of people they hired to deliver packages? 0 stars should be their rating. My house has a red door and they delivered to a grey door different house wrong address. Wow!!! Great job fedex. ✍🏼

    FedEx used to be great. Now, I hesitate before I buy from companies that use it. I live in a rural area, and the drivers have taken to leaving packages on the ground out on the county road next to the line of mailboxes instead of delivering to my home. Can you guess what happens to boxes left on the ground on a county road? Yeah, you guessed it... the stuff gets stolen unless you get the notice and leap into action to leave the subdivision and rush down to the mailboxes. This is despicable and LAZY. The drivers should be disciplined for this lack of service. And, no, there is nothing wrong with our subdivision road and it is perfectly passable by any other service, apparently, just not FedEx. X on FedEx!

    When the FedEx App specifies a delivery window, don't believe it for a minute. Today FedEx attempted to deliver a package over two hours before the beginning of the window specified in the estimated delivery time within the FedEx app -- and will not attempt to deliver the package again for another day at least. This means that FedEx failed to meet the expectations of either the shipper or the receiver because they failed to properly estimate delivery time. Unacceptable!

    Updated on 02/19/2025: Follow up on 2/12/25 post. Package arrived via USPS today 2/19/25. Package was mailed and in possession of Fedex 01/30 2025. Was not handed of to USPS until 2/17/25/. Spent 15 days total in GA mostly at Ellenwood hub. Despite claims that FEDEX renamed Smartpost to Ground Economy this package was labeled Smartpost - so it still exists .The USPS did its job efficiently but FEDEX was not even as fast as the pony express. Fedex is hijacking commerce and hiding behind software induced fake delivery estimates that cycle periodically and have no bearing on reality. Fedex on its website says Smartpost is 2-7 business days . Mine was over 14. I understand that mistakes can be made or weather can be a factor. it was not here.

    The only factor was the incompetence of Fedex . Its CEO Subramanian makes over 13 million a year, 269 times the compensation of its average worker who is underpaid and often forced to work in sweatshop conditions. Fedex deserves scrutiny by the government for its dishonesty and its incompetence. It has brought 3rd world efficiency to a once great company and its employees are part of a Caste system which the Indian CEO certainly understands.

    Original Review: My packaged was shipped on Jan 30 with the dreaded FedEx Ground Economy. I live in Ocala FL. Made it to GA in 4 days and has been sitting in Ellenwood Georgia for 8 days. I have never dealt with such a poor shipping service in my life. There is no customer service other than a bot. They treat their handlers poorly and it shows in the inefficiency and high theft rates at their facilities. Fedex needs to go as a company. A horse could have gotten here faster from Ga.

    The item was returned to the shipper. I was told that the address was wrong. However, the tracking confirmed that this was false. Then, I was told that no one was there to sign for the item at 5 AM. They deliver to the Old Navy here thousands of times a year. We were here and did sign for the items when they came, much later than the 5 AM claim. This was just completely incompetent. I called customer service. They did everything they could to stick up for the incompetent driver. The facts prove the incompetence. This was on February 3, 2025.

    Three times Fed-Ex has left deliveries outside our business when there is EXPLICIT NOTIFICATION ON THE LABELS AND OUR DOOR THAT ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE SIGNATURES!!!! UPS has NEVER left a package outside but FED-EX just doesn't care that they are leaving THOUSANDS of dollars worth of products outside to be rained on or stolen.     FedEx is HORRIBLE! On Feb 5, 2025, the delivery person placed a sticker, said that we were not home (I was napping) and they delivered it tomorrow. So I waited... for 2 days and FedEx NEVER SHOWED UP. I looked up my number and package was now in FedEx facilities at Twinsburg, Ohio. Then, it stayed there. On Monday, FedEx that they were not available to my home (LIES) and returning it to the shipper (LIES). I called the FedEx # and it's automated. I tried EVERYTHING and they kept hanging up. After the seventh time, a customer service rep was on the phone. I complained to him about how FedEx delivery LIED to me. In the 1990s, FedEx was the BEST. Now, it's the WORST! Btw... The package was 125 pounds and I don't know why.

    I am upset. 3 phone calls, still no package. This company delayed delivery of FRESH PERISHABLE food 1 day. OK, I would think as long as it was kept appropriately it may last. They said they'd deliver next day. They called me at 6pm the next day, Friday, to state the label had the wrong address, but I informed them I could show them the receipt of correct address, but she refused to provide an email and said that I'd get the package 3 days later on Monday. I asked for it to be refrigerated at least in hopes this fresh food would last. Monday came and no package. It wasn't even attempted to be delivered per their tracking information.

    I call. I speak to a woman who made it so I receive alerts of every move of this package. I ask to speak to a manger in the middle of the conversation and she said yes, only to end the conversation a few minutes later and put me on a survey of the call. I hung up and called back requesting a manager. I asked the manager how they will rectify the delivery of the perishable food items I ordered from my hometown. She said multiple times that the shipment will come tomorrow. I asked again, what do I do with rotten food that's delayed because of fedex 5 days???? Do they give me the money back because they delayed it? The "manager" said she didn't understand my question and my package will be delivered tomorrow. What a joke of a company. I wish I had the option of alternative delivery service, but it was only fedex because of "fast shipping speed". Not what they advertise and their staff leaves a lot to be desired.

    I'm in day 5 of a guaranteed overnight delivery and they still don't know where the package is. Don't ever use their drop boxes. Probably like the post office guys dumping the mail but in this case the driver just drives around all day and doesn't pick up from the boxes. I'll never do business with them again.

    The delivery driver did an excellent job, however, someplace along the transport from California to Texas, the box was literally cut open with the inside of the box exposed. Had it not been for the ceramic candle holders being packed in styrofoam forms, it would have arrived in a million pieces. This is the second poor experience with FedEx. Previously, a new scanner and printer were left by the side of the HIGHWAY in front of our property!!! Right by our mailbox!!!

    If I could give FedEx a zero star I would. Terrible customer service when you pay for expedited two day shipping and it still takes a week for the package to arrive at its destination. A refund ought to be offered, but FedEx just pockets that money and snubs the customer. What a sham! I will not be shipping with fedex ever again.     TRY TRY TRY everything you can to use and carrier besides FEDEX. I have never had a good experience with them. IF you can get them on the phone and explain my package has been stuck at the same facility for 8 days, their response contact the shipper, it's their fault. How if I pay a carrier to deliver a package how is it the seller's responsibility that you lost it? This is a poorly ran company and anything I order from now on I will try my hardest to use any other carrier or I will not order the merchandise from them. FEDEX SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS. Today is 2/6/2025 on the way to Charleston, WV since 1/29/2025.

    Whatever you do, pick any delivery service over this place. Wow they became terrible! Second chance and package is just stuck at the Hagerstown facility and they can't seem to get them on the phone 🤳 and say, "Hey, this package has been sitting here, we have an open case on that." Nope, and there will be no 3rd time because it will not be a charm. I'm actually wondering if everyone absolutely positively had to get laid off overnight! Do yourself a favor and use USPS or UPS or a carrier pigeon if your package is small enough. One thing is for sure, just believe the reviews.

    Today, I got a text that I had package being delivered tomorrow, and that it needs a signature - at an address I will not be at. I tried many times, unsuccessfully, to arrange for the delivery at an address I will be at, but their online system wouldn't complete the task. It kept telling me to try later. I went out for the rest of the day, and when I came home (in the evening), I tried again. It got farther along, but the same thing happened. So I tried calling, several times, each time being intercepted and ultimately cut off by a bot.

    I was never allowed to speak to the representative it asked me if I wanted. Each time, the conversation varied, but the end result - I have a package arriving at an address I will not be at (ANY day this week, or next, or... during the day) and that I need to sign for, and while it was theoretically possible to just change the address, all I accomplished was wasting a lot of time, and becoming very frustrated. Fedex's customer service, and website, are a bad joke!

    I was suppose to get my delivery on 2-3-25, I waited all day. Then I checked my emails and I received an email that said it was delivered. I check online and I saw the picture, that was not my house in the picture. I called them up and at first they gave me a hard time telling me to check with everyone in the house and a thousand other things. Finally they decided to open a claim. Through Google Maps I figured out where they delivered it to, the house is 3 streets away from me. The address is not even close. I gave them the address that I found. 2 days later, they emailed me and said that they concluded that the package was delivered correctly. Not only are the drivers idiots, the customer service representatives barely speak English so when you are trying to explain something they don't understand. Fedex is the worse, everyone should stop using them. I have never had these issues with UPS.

    This is the second time in a row that my Fedex package was not delivered. The fed ex app said it was delivered, but the truck never showed up. The driver must have took a picture that was purposely a white blur to fake they delivered the package. Each time I called customer service they said they will track the package and get back to me, they never did. Fed ex used to be great, the postal service is now better than Fed ex. When I order something I will insist the company does not use Fed ex, if they do, I will not place an order with that company. I myself will never use Fed ex for shipping, only UPS or USPS from now on.

    FedEx is the worst company to have any product you order offline deliver your shipment to you. 1st they give you the day your package is supposed to arrive and 2 times your package is supposed to be delivered example I had a package that was supposed to be delivered 2-4-25 between 11:10-3:10. On my tracking app it said fedex got it in lewisberry pa at 2-2-25 at 12:48 pm. Then at 5:11 pm it departed the FedEx location in on 2-2-25. Then it was to be delivered to my address on 2-4-25 between 11:10-2:10 pm on 2-4-25 so they had plenty of time to get it here by today 1-4-25., But it's always the same excuse every month and it stresses me out. Iv has been diagnosed with stress seizures and what FedEx is doing is not helping and the package they do this with every month is from Chew and it's like they don't care about nothing.

    When my husband corporate office shipped him a package, it was overnighted with signature required. It was supposedly out for delivery and at 2 pm today (Jan 31st) it was stated it was headed back to the warehouse as they tried to deliver it… opened a support ticket with a supervisor as the call center person was total incompetent. Made sure address was totally correct with the supervisor. When ticket was updated with a picture of someone’s mobile home. If all the other shippers can find our building ( no mobile homes around) why can’t they? The entrance can be seen from his desk and FedEx never even drove by let alone drove in the entrance at all. Now because it’s Friday, he either must try to drive almost two hours to the warehouse, before they close or wait until Monday, to maybe get it delivered. Guaranteed overnight delivery? What a joke! Not the first time we have had issues with them.

    We ordered totes from Lowes which somehow had to be shipped (for some reason and not by us) through FedEx. What should have been a 2-3 day delivery became 2 weeks of pure hell. Every day they were out for delivery and ended up by 2 pm back on the docks. We weren’t even given an option of picking them up.

    Not that we would have been able to get there in a timely manner. It took the lowes manager spending over 2 hours on phone with them. All of a sudden we had the totes on a Sunday morning before 10:00 am. Hmmm guess they can deliver on the weekend if forced to. I can’t believe the incompetence of this company and its delivery drivers… And that’s just two instances! We also have all receipts of proof of all of that has been mentioned above in the two instances listed

    FedEx 2nd Day Air is a complete joke. I have this expedited shipping, yet my package is delayed with no clear explanation. To make matters worse, they won’t even let me pick it up myself! I rearranged my entire schedule, missed work, and waited at home for nothing. Their so-called “service” is unreliable and frustrating. If they can’t meet their own delivery guarantees, the least they could do is provide better customer support and allow customers to retrieve their own packages. Absolutely unacceptable.

    Went to FedEx after visiting UPS as I needed to have a package of medication overnighted to FLA. UPS was not running services due to inclement weather from the mid USA to the East Coast. However FedEx was and the clerk assured me that paying for overnight service would basically guarantee it being there by 5pm the next day. It did not show up till 48 hrs later. Now Fedex is not willing to refund for the late delivery because it was an act of g-d. BUT if I was a business they would consider giving me credit. As I am just a walk in customer, no compensation is offered for me. I will never do business with FedEx - they are a dishonorable business.

    I ordered a couch and asked for the pieces to be delivered to my front door. They decided to deliver to my mail room and I can't fit the pieces in my car. They told me they can do nothing for me. I asked why do they have delivery instructions if they don't have to be followed and I couldn't get an answer.     I have been waiting for a package since 1/25/25, it is now 1/30/25. Each day I receive a text/email indicating my package is out for delivery with the current date and a specified time. Then around 6:30-7:30pm, I check status and it indicates it will update when a new delivery date is available. Next day I receive text/email, cycle repeats. I am told they guarantee it will be here and it never does. This location cites weather, even when there is no weather elements to cause delay. Then, to top if off, they leave it by our mailbox instead of at our house. While I am rural, there are other places to place packages that are more discreet rather than the side of a road just waiting for someone to take it. FedEx does not care about their customers. They are the worst shipping company there is.

    I had a Ring video of a Fedex delivery driver tossing my package about 6-8 feet to my front door "area". When I complained, they said it was forwarded to the terminal of the driver; when I called for an update, they said someone from the driver's terminal left a v-mail for me asking for the video and the problem ticket was closed. I NEVER received such v-mail. The support agent re-opened the ticket but I hadn't heard from anyone for another week. I called again and after several calls, I requested escalation. I was given an email address to send the video and other required info. They replied they had forwarded the video to the terminal and I would be hearing from someone soon. NEVER was contacted. I then wrote again to fedexassist@fedex.com requesting escalation ABOVE that terminal...and have not heard back at all. This tells me Fedex does not care. I now HATE FEDEX and will do everything I can to discredit Fedex.

This delivery driver literally came to a sliding stop in the truck in front of my house before rushing my package to the door while I was working in the garage, and for good reason. He probably wanted to get away before I saw the package that he left... FedEx needs to an overhaul. Unfortunately this review website doesn't allow for photos over 5mb to be uploaded (kinda weird), but I will upload the images of my damaged product I ordered as well as the damaged box on social media if you want to see the destruction that Fedex employees treat packages with. I ordered my item on 12/21/2024. 12/22/2024 my package arrived at the Orlando Facility at 8:49 pm. 12/23/2024 it arrived in Ellenwood Ga at 8:30 pm which is my state and near to my house. 12/27/2024 they sent it to Austell, Ga farther from my house. 1/23/2025 they sent it back to Ellenwood and as of 1/27/2026 my package has yet to be delivered. 0 stars.

    In Dec. 12, 2024, since Canada Post was on strike. I have sent cheques from Whitby FedEx outlet to be delivered in Belleville, these were for a legal matters highly important. I kept receiving emails that the shipment was being delivered but never received anything, I contacted customer several times and not much came out of it. Today I was told the envelope need to be cleared at custom and that I have to pay fees so it clears customs. Never again with FedEx... They are losing their touch..!!

My delivery status said they were delivered and the "reference photo" had ZERO details to let me know where I could even try looking for it.     Fedex and shipper shows it was delivered. The problem is that it was not delivered to my house. The delivery picture shows the package delivered on someone else porch. I contacted them 3 times and they promised a refund. The next day I receive an email that the claims department denied my claim because they stated that my package was delivered, even though the driver delivered my package to the wrong house. (Picture proves that!) NEVER trust any promises that Fedex tells you. They will do anything to not have to pay out a claim.

    Wish I could give negative stars! Waited all day Friday for a signature required package which did not show. Last update was 2:18 a.m. on Friday so it should have easily made it or FedEx could be courteous enough to let me know as soon as they did. Saturday a.m. I got 2 emails indicating that my package would be delivered by either 1:30 or 1:40 p.m. 4 p.m., still haven’t received package, called customer service and was assured it would arrive by end of day which is 8 p.m. 8:10 p.m. nobody answers and no update to tracking.

    Website won’t start a trouble case. Sunday, it’s 2:00 p.m., customer service has no new information and no tracking updates. This has happened many times with every “signature required" package, despite never getting any indication that they attempted to deliver I eventually got a final notice telling me I have to drive 30+ miles and pick it up within 24 hours or it’ll be sent back! This is a dishonest company that has no respect for their customers!

    Our delivery has been changed three times. It was supposed to arrive yesterday morning, then it was changed to today 11:30 to 1:30 and now it will be "at end of day" whatever time that is, if it even arrives then. The furniture I am waiting for was loaded on the truck at 5:22 AM this morning. I only live 15 miles from the loading plant. The driver is Carlos. At no time can you talk to anyone. The phone number FedEx advertised is only informational, no personal contact at all... This is completely unacceptable. We have to wait for the delivery because it is too big to be left at the front door unattended. With UPS you can talk to a person, and they contact the driver and find out what is happening. You cannot do that with FedEx. I never want a delivery from them again.

    I paid for a package overnight. After three days of nothing I started calling supervisors. One supervisor said it was an "operational error" that it didn't ship on time. Another one said they don't ship on Suns. OK I'll give them an extra day. Every day for five days I was told it would be delivered "today". One supervisor gave me a location it would be before delivery and I could go pick it up. After circling a Walgreens three times I called another supervisor. She said, "rest assured it's on its way..."...Are you kidding me? Why was I given this address by a supervisor if there's no FedEx there??! She had no answer. The worst part is that the agents have very thick accents and I can't understand Them!! Horrific customer service!!

    FedEx need to educate ignorant delivery drivers before putting them on the road. I had their drive blocking my driveway so I couldn't get in on my motorcycle. That is not legal.     I am extremely disappointed with FedEx's service. I ordered a package on January 11th, and I have been waiting ever since. According to their tracking system, the package has been "out for delivery" since January 15th, but it has never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the package has not even left their facility, despite what their tracking system says. Each time I call, I am told that it will be delivered the "next day" and to monitor their online system—which is clearly unreliable. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I expected far better service from a company of FedEx's reputation, and I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience.

    I ordered a snow blower from Walmart with 2 day shipping. They shipped via FedEx. A week later and not only do I not have it, no attempt made, but it's not moving. I called Walmart customer service, and they reshipped it, also via FedEx. A week later and the same thing happens. No attempt at delivery and the package isn't moving. I called Walmart customer service again. They can't reship it, they're out of stock. So FedEx cost me an amazing deal on a snowblower. They couldn't be bothered to deliver as quoted.

    I only wish I could leave zero stars. Driver has held our packages hostage for days and days on end. Lazy person simply sticks a tag on our mailbox and drives away. We have an old Coke machine out next to our front door we converted to a package drop with a lock on it specifically for deliveries, with a sign on it stating its purpose for UPS, FedEx, and Amazon. Isaac won't bother to simply place the item in the metal box and lock the padlock. Their so called, "Customer service" line is less than worthless, as this is not the first time I've experienced problems with the company not doing their job, and even though I was assured by a person in management that my delivery would be there on a certain date, that it still didn't happen, and I had a pretty heated confrontation with the driver as I was home sick one day as he tried to honk and run.

    Guy told me he tried to call the number that's on my front door, and I called him out on it. My phone was in my hand and it never rang. He claimed he dialed wrong. I understand these drivers have a crazy amount of deliveries to make, and work long hours. But it is their job to get the product to the consumer, period. I should have had the part to fix my car on Monday, but Isaac just created a "delivery exception" and never stopped by. On Tuesday, at 5am as I was leaving for work, the tracking info said it was on the truck for delivery... Tuesday at 9:14 am... four hours later than it was! I figured Isaac wasn't planning on stopping by, and I was right. It's now Wednesday and it snowed here, which isn't common for this area. Doubt I'll see the part today.

    I shouldn't have to drive 30 to 40 minutes to the FedEx facility to pick my stuff up that I already paid to have shipped here. My fiancée still hasn't gotten her order after two weeks of waiting. It made it from Ohio to Waycross, Georgia in two days, and it's been in their possession for 13 days. Do your job, or quit and let someone who is competent take over!!! And who ever is in charge of this facility should be reprimanded or terminated too! This has been an ongoing thing over the last few years, but the last few weeks is almost comical. To say I'm beyond frustrated and irate with the lack of professionalism trying to deal with this company would be an epic understatement.

    Waited for a package all day from Chewy.com that was to be delivered via FedEx. I can see who comes and goes and not only did I not see a FedEx truck pull up, but nobody came to my door. Nobody rang a bell or knocked. Nobody left a door tag. And yet my package was not delivered. The reason given was that a delivery attempt was made which is a flat-out lie. Nobody attempted to deliver the package.

    Chewy should stop using FedEx. I buy a LOT of pet food and won't order from them again and canceled my autoships. FedEx might have legitimate reasons for not delivering, but to lie and say an attempt was made when it wasn't is highly dishonest and unethical. FedEx gets away with this because there is zero accountability. Chewy lost our business over this. More people need to vote with their dollars or nothing will change...and it will continue to get worse. I called FedEx and they were rude and nasty as they always are. Nobody gave me helpful info and in fact they told me I could wait a few days and pick the package up 30 miles from my home (nope, not doing that). They do not care about their customers.

    Chewy uses FedEx for delivery. When the delivery driver came to the house there was one dog barking in the yard. I came out to tell him I was coming to take the package or he can just drop the package over the fence. The FedEx delivery driver with all his might through the package on the sidewalk down to the neighbor's house and everything inside was damaged. The delivery driver also called me a **. But this behavior is accepted.

    If I could leave them Zero Stars I would. Absolutely the worst shipping company now. I have ordered the same item twice the first time it made it to the Twinsburg Ohio hub and they claim the box was empty do not know how something that weighed 26 pounds would not have been noticed as a empty box before it made it from PA to Twinsburg. The company I ordered the item from re-shipped the same item out to me again the Item made it to that same Twinsburg Ohio hub and they stick it on the wrong trailer and sent it to Colorado so now my Pkg is in Colorado and I am still waiting to get it the item. It was ordered on January 8th. I was supposed to receive it by January 15th. Now I will be looking at another week or more today is the 21st so Maybe I will get it by February. Absolutely horrible service.

    This is by far the slowest delivery service I’ve experienced. Multiple packages from different parts of the country at various times, all days later than promised. Tracking isn’t updated in a timely manner. I hate it when I see a retailer is shipping by FedEx. I would never choose them of my own accord.

    Order coffee from Sam's in Canton, Oh. Said it would be here in two days so 2nd day didn't show up even though it was 45 miles from me in Akron, Oh at 8 am but now on the 3rd day it's in Canton, Oh, 30 miles from me and it's going to be 4th day before I get it, if then Fedex sucks on on-time delivery but UPS isn't any better.

    If I could give 0 stars, that would be the selection. Nothing but problems from Fedex delivery for most of my deliveries. I try to avoid any company that uses Fedex. My current 20+ lb package has been out for delivery for 5 days now. The first 2 days the weather was beautiful sunshine days and the delivery office is only 40 miles away. Customer service says (likely an AI generated email) that the delay is weather related. Again they say it arrived at delivery unit 40 miles away-out for delivery for 5 days and counting. No weather related issues in GA for the last five days. A few weeks ago they delivered two packages on different days. The package was left at the end of my driveway 15 feet from the road for anyone to quickly steal. My house is about 100 Yards from the road. I called after the first incident and they did it again a few days later. AVOID FedEx when possible.

    Horrible company. Parcels show up very late and when they say out for delivery they change the date to the next day. I called and she says well the driver if finished shift will ship next day. It’s only 3 o’clock. Finish delivering. Everyone else is getting g parcels out. Canpar, Purolator, etc. best route to take.

    Today when I came home from an appointment there was eleven of packages at my apartment door! Five of them were mine. But the other six were not. It appeared that they belonged to residents in the building. My immediate thought was that the delivery person was lazy! I checked the tracking numbers of each package that was not mine. They all showed with my email and a photo of them in front of my door. That is absolutely ridiculous! I called FedEx to let them know and to file a complaint. Last month my packages were even brought in the building! They were stacked outside near the entry way of the building. FedEx does is NOT dependable! Some of the people they have hired don't even have common sense.

    Less than 3 months ago, one of their Fedex Drivers made a delivery at a Home Address. After delivery, the driver exited the property and hit the custom mailbox in front. Major damage to the mailbox and also damage to the Fedex vehicle. This was captured on the Security camera. The driver did not stop and sped away. I was able to file a claim and Fedex did compensate for the damage to the property. However, the process took about 2 months to complete. Don't know if the driver was reprimanded or not. I should have filed a police report, but I assumed Fedex would resolve the issue.

    Now for the second issue. In December, I ordered a product from a Vendor of ours. Couple days later, I received tracking email from fedex that package was on vehicle and scheduled to arrive on 1/9. The product never arrived. Filed a claim with Fedex. They asked me to send them Order information, cost, receipts, etc. Subsequently, Fedex provided no updates on the claim until today (over 4 weeks). Fedex response: "Sorry, we can't find the shipment. Contact your shipper." I had already contacted the shipper and they are sending replacement. However, Fedex doesn't say "We are sorry, We screwed up." They just say contact your shipper. As for me, I will never ship with Fedex again. Because their lack of customer empathy and unresponsiveness, I have also authorized the company I own to stop using Fedex. I would not want my customers to be subjected to a company who has lost customer focus.

    I'm not an experienced shipper and decided to use FedEx to ship an $800 pre-labeled package to a vendor for warranty claim. Vendor provided the shipping label to attach and drop off, around Christmas time(very hectic and busy in the drop location). FedEx lost the package, agent never discussed or offered extra coverage, claims department covered bare minimum ($100) "as per policy". Cannot contact claims agent to dispute resolution, won't return calls, "he's not available" is always the answer. No response to emails. It feels as if their policy is "avoid and deflect and they'll go away eventually". Not even willing to meet a customer in the middle on cost for resolution. It appears as if packages that have bare minimum coverage get put in a pile of "who gives a damn about these packages, because we lose them all the time so might as well be these ones". What a horrible FedEx experience. Will avoid them with every effort if possible.

    Received a notice on the FedEx app that a shipment coming from Tokyo Japan required a toxic substances certification. No information given as to how to complete such certification or how to submit it. Google finally got me the answers and after waiting 10 minutes on hold to FedEx and talking to someone who was barely understandable I got a FedEx email address to which I could submit the required useless form.

    It’s not FedEx‘s fault that US EPA requires the stupid certification for a shipment of a Tiffany silver frame that couldn’t possibly trigger the requirements of the act, but it is their fault that they cannot provide a clear and understandable way for their customers to comply with the requirement, despite warnings that failure to comply timely may result in very expensive return shipment to the seller or destruction of the goods - really unbelievable. What on earth happened to FedEx which used to be a by word for reliability and competence?

    My order was suppose to come in 2-5 days and the date when it reached my city was 4 days ago. Each day it gave me a time estimate of 10:30-3. Each of those days and the day after each of them at 5am it says it would be delayed which I already knew because it's already the next day. It's not a weather thing either because all of the snow has been plowed and melted. It's just ridiculous.

    ⁹Then I will see the FedEx truck parked almost on my grass in front of my house with three packages expected to be delivered, one of the three items is part of another ship date that is already late. But only one package is delivered and the merry go round with fed ex starts yet again. They will give a later time in the same day. For the two that are left but I already know that driver isn't coming back and I get some weird excuse or system message "we will give new date when available." The next day one...of the two packages left was delivered but not the third and last one. And again given a second time for that day for final third delivery. No. Again no delivery and again the fed ex system states another delivery day and time. Still waiting today for my purchase.

    One more of many stories. Was expecting a package on Wednesday the 15th and no item was delivered but the fed ex driver was in front of my house delivering to neighbors. In another instance a "extra" driver came and brought a package that was five days overdue for delivery and I asked him about my other two packages and he said I don't know I am just cleaning up what your regular driver left behind yesterday.

    I too have learned my lesson and will never use Fed Ex again. Have a package stuck in St Louis, 60 miles from the recipient. It arrived there on the 8th at 1:20 in the morning. They marked it as a "weather delay" but the US weather service shows there was no weather until 2 days later on the 10th when it snowed 2 inches. Since the 10th the highs have been in the 40s so all snow is gone. The package still has not moved as of today, the 17th. Fed ex refuses to say why they called it a weather delay when the snow did not come until 2 days later, or why they have not moved it since. All they say is they are "backed up" and offer no date when it will be moved again. The package is late, there is no information, and their explanation is nonsense. They are incompetent.

    If a rating of no stars were possible, I would give it to FedEx. Paid a premium for overnight door-step delivery and received tragic service. My package from Washington to Atlanta containing a sensitive document kept being serially delayed without explanation. All I could see through tracking on the website is that it is in Maryland one day or Tennessee the next. Then I get email updates only after the previous deadline, informing me that the package would be delivered the next day "BEFORE 8 PM AND REQUIRES A SIGNATURE." They conveniently do not provide a customer service email address on their site. You have to call or use the chat service, which wastes many minutes with AI agents that aren't even helpful.

    The straw that broke the camel's back was receiving a voicemail on a Wednesday evening from one of the male service personnel stating that the nature of my delivery address meant I have a 48-hour window to pick up the package myself at their far away facility or they will return the package to the shipper! This same guy, who didn't mention his name, was also extremely rude on the phone with my friend, who shares the same address expecting a delivery as well, and scheduled her package to be returned to the shipper immediately after the unpleasant call WITHOUT her authorization. It's truly ludicrous.

    For a global courier service of its stature, my utter disappointment with FedEx's incompetence and lack of customer support doesn't even begin to describe my irritation. I had to go to their facility for the pick up as that was the only option they provided despite editing the delivery address to a different convenient residential address on their website as customer service initially suggested. Couldn't file a complaint or claim at the facility. Only the shipper (an embassy) can. What a joke! All I can advise anyone when they hear this company's name is to RUN!!!! There's no way I'm dealing with them after this encounter. UPS and all others are so much better.

    FedEx has been absolutely terrible over the last few yrs. My delivery updates from FedEx were just plain lies. I’d track the delivery & it would say out for delivery between 6:00 - 9:00pm then around 9:00 you’d get an update saying, "Sorry your package was delayed." Then on the same pkg you would get updates once again saying it was out for delivery & then FedEx says once again it will be tomorrow. This has happened in every delivery except for two over the last few years. FedEx is horrible!!! I will never ship another item through FEDEX!!!

    If there was a way to not order anything from businesses that ship via FedEx I would but there’s no way of knowing because most of the ones I use it depends. I’ve had ongoing battles with them for years because originally it was totally losing packages and having no proof of delivery. I live inside a multi unit condo complex with a video doorbell so my instructions say to leave it there but for a long time they were either dumping it out in front of the building visible from a major street. It’s a rainy geography so frequently they got wet and were often damaged when they arrived. When they do actually bring it inside they usually dump it some random place in the lobby. They don’t walk a few extra feet to my door to follow the instructions. Even though it includes a door code which really is not the best thing to have to do but I am disabled.

    The only time they actually contact me on my cell phone is when they are following up on a BBB complaint where I have specifically asked them not to call but to email me but they refuse to do that. If they leave a drop note they frequently leave a blank one stuck to the front of the building which could apply to almost 100 people. Over the holidays I actually pulled out my back trying to move a damaged package they dumped - another courier had to come and pick it up and return it. Tonight they lied and said that they went by the business and it was closed and no one’s around. They included a blurry picture of a drop tag or slip or whatever it’s called. Again did not appear to have a name on it and when got out outside to look for it not too long afterwards - there was no sign of it so I suspect they took the picture and then didn’t actually leave it.

    So far for four days I have been getting emails from FedEx saying my package is out for delivery. Tomorrow will be day 5 and no package. The worst part is there’s no valid tracking with this company and at the end of each day their technology deletes the out for delivery information on their tracking history so that when you call the senders to inform them you waited and haven’t received package for four days all sender sees is that it will be out for delivery tomorrow (as if Sunday estimated delivery time 8:15-10:20, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday out for delivery didn’t happen) as to hide their incompetence. No valid tracking with FedEx and no customer service. Bad.

    Ashland, VA Distribution Ctr “corrected address”, per Delivery History” online, without calling, texting, or emailing me and delivered to ???? No customer service only Virtual Assistant via text which was a waste of 45 minutes. Case number opened; no human called, text or email me. Called 800 number next day, no human available but I was notified that my case had been closed. 10 years ago I was contacted by FE and requested an alternative address which I provided; received package next day. This experience, no contact, NO package, money spent and ZERO to show for it. FedEx is VILE.

    Trying to get through to a helper who can walk one through a process is IMPOSSIBLE. I needed to change the recipient of an invoice for tax/duty on an overseas package. I had asked for this to he done weeks earlier and even set up an account to do so. The recipient (my cousin) was billed anyway. This was a holiday package and so embarrassing and awful that she was billed at all. Trying to remove this was a DIASTER. First getting through to proper customer service representative, then getting my account number found! This is the WORST mailing experience I have EVER had!!

    This is the worst shipping company I have ever used. Ordered a package to Ontario Canada. The package left Quebec 1 day later, and was local in Ontario the next day. Then the package left Ontario and went to Alberta for god knows what reason. I called to follow up and they rush ordered the package back, it went to Manitoba, came to god knows where in Ontario until it was local to my area again. Now they don’t know where my package is, they can’t tell if it’s on a truck or at a facility. No one is taking accountability and they say they have no ETA for delivery. I keep getting told they are opening a support case. WHAT WILL A SUPPORT CASE DO WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE IS? Literally the worst shipping company. They have no idea what they’re doing, even their automated robot is lost and confused. If I could give them negative stars I would.

    I was notified the item will be delivered on 1/12 between 10:10 am and 2:10 pm, I stayed in house and waited for my order, after 2:10 pm, I checked tracking number again, the delivery time was changed to end of day (not sure what end of day means in Fedex, 5 pm local time or 11:59 pm local time?). Then I called 1-800-GoFedEx, the answer was the item the delivery date has not been set yet, not sure why the text and phone call was not consistent. FedEx shall treat customer time is valuable, I waited for whole day finally gave up (still not sure when item will be delivered). FedEx is one of the biggest delivery companies, its system is really terrible.

    FedEx should find another business and packages or customer service should NEVER be involved. They are absolutely the worst. They have an automated system that screams "We don't care about our customers and your call is a bother!!!" No one likes automated systems but this one is a whole other level of disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and ask the company you buy from if they will ship UPS, Lasership, USPS or ANY other way. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment.

    Horrible. Unacceptable. Uncaring. Unconcerned. That would be drivers and customer service. My home is 1/4 mile from the main highway. Our mailboxes are on the road. We cannot see them from our homes. Other than that it is an open road obvious to all driving down the highway. They will not drive up the hill to my home. My most recent delivery was a 60 lb box.     FedEx usually delivers packages in good condition. However, when you pay for Priority First overnight to get a package by 8:30 am they are very unreliable! We frequently get packages late even when we pay extra for early delivery. According to the tracking website, our package arrived in our state at 5:34 am and in our town at 8:31 am. The package was on the truck for delivery by 8:46 am - already 16 minutes late! Unless all the packages on the truck were priority first with delivery times before 8:30 am, then our package should have been the first stop. Thirty minutes late, although not acceptable when we paid for Priority First, is better than "by end of day" which the tracking is currently telling me.

    Worst delivery service ever, they use every excuse and then blame the seller for not dropping off an item when they absolutely did. They held on to it for 10 days before they decided to send it and blame some Canada strike even though the item is coming from NH to OK. No borders to cross. Usa to USA.     I have problems with every delivery done by FedEx. They lie when update your shipping details and, sometimes, even claim to have delivered packages when they haven't. Then there's all sorts of run around when you try to get answers. It's getting to the point now where I won't shop with certain businesses because they use FedEx. It's insane that FedEx can falsify delivery updates/never update the customer, and there's no repercussions.

    Delivery is absolutely horrible as a now former business customer, we did about $12,000+ per month and use both FedEx and UPS 50/50 but we will NOT be using Fedup a good name for them. As the chairman of CKB, I do make the final decisions and Fedup is OUT. Please read the reviews and make the decision for yourself, I bet it won't be FedEx aka (Fedup) better name right 👍. Does their CEO live in a third-world country, I bet NOT so why not keep the customer service in the USA, they don't even have their delivery people as employees again like their customer service people are NOT company employees.     Under normal circumstances everything works well. Deliveries get made within a four hour window. Five Stars. Here's the rub. My shipped package had signature required because of their stupidly inflexible policy. So I tried to arrange a hold for pickup at a nearby FedEx location that was a Dollar General Store because I could not guarantee I would be home at the estimated delivery time. From the time I submitted that online request, the package location status became totally unknowable. The package stopped movement and when it resumed the actual advertised location made it obvious that it could not be delivered by the estimated delivery date. And then I WOULD be at home to provide a signature, but could no change the delivery back to my residence.

    Long story short, the package was available for pickup three days later than the original estimated delivery date, tracking information online was notably delayed [had to do a telephone discussion with a human agent to make sense of where the package was and where and when the pickup would be available. A total nightmare. Subtract two stars.

    I got charged an additional $146. I had already paid for the original shipment costs. The $146 is for the driver taking too long to deliver my package. There was no obstruction to the road or driveway where this needed to be delivered (I have home video to prove it) so why am I being charged for something I did not impact or have any control over? I'm assuming the driver messed up his logs or ran into traffic or something and didn't want to tell the company he was behind on shipments and blamed me for it.

    It seems the FedEx drivers in Greensboro NC, can not read #’s on buildings. They always take my packages to the building across from me and vice versa. When a signature is required and they go to the wrong building they say it’s the wrong address. Customer service is just as bad. They give wrong information and don’t help you resolve the issues. I was unable to start my 1st day at a new job because they took it to the wrong building and said that I couldn’t pick it up over the weekend. I requested for a 10 am delivery and got it at 5 pm. The worst delivery every!!!

    I am the manager of a local business in Thomson, GA, and we rely on timely delivery of critical parts to keep our operations running smoothly. Unfortunately, FedEx has consistently failed us in the most basic aspect of their service: delivering our packages to the correct address. Time and time again, they have delivered vital shipments—absolutely essential for our business—to a different business on the same street as ours. Despite filing multiple claims and complaints over this recurring issue, FedEx continues to make the same mistake without any resolution or accountability.

    Initially, we were able to retrieve our packages by going to the other business ourselves, which was already inconvenient and unprofessional on FedEx’s part. However, that business understandably stopped allowing us to come in after FedEx’s repeated errors caused them to deal with unnecessary disruptions and security concerns. Now, we are left completely at the mercy of FedEx’s incompetence, with no recourse to resolve the issue ourselves.

    The impact on our business has been severe. Employees have lost hours waiting for parts that never arrive. Customers have become frustrated and angry due to delays caused solely by FedEx’s failure to deliver correctly. These repeated errors have strained our operations, damaged our customer relationships, and hurt our bottom line. To make matters worse, we don’t even have the option to avoid FedEx entirely because some of our vendors and suppliers insist on using them for shipping. If we had a choice, we would never use FedEx again.

    It is utterly unacceptable for a company that claims to specialize in logistics and delivery to fail so consistently, especially when the stakes are so high. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and damaging FedEx’s repeated mistakes have been for our business. FedEx needs to take ownership of this issue, implement better training, and introduce stricter quality control measures to ensure deliveries are made to the correct address. Until they do, I cannot recommend their services to anyone who values reliability and professionalism.

    I actually say out loud NO! WHY!! When I see a merchant shipping through Fedex; rarely is a box not damaged; they NEVER ring the doorbell or knock...     Fedex is definitely one of the worst delivery companies. We had Canada post strike for weeks and even those backlogged packages got to me faster. I had four packages to be delivered, left for delivery on the 31st, never got delivered. Kept going out for delivery every morning at around 5:30am saying that my package will be delivered before 2:50pm. It is 4th of the next month and now there’s another delivery exception with no delivery attempt. Literally says no delivery attempt made. But it went out for delivery 5 days in a row.

    I ordered a pair of boots specifically for Thanksgiving Day. I followed the tracking and text messages because I requested the messages. They gave me 3 different delivery dates and when they were delivered they were delivered to the wrong address. The incompetent driver didn’t have enough knowledge to call me to be sure he was at the right place. He took a picture which was BLURRY WITH A BLACK RUG IN FRONT OF THE DOOR, and I’ve NEVER had a rug of any color in front of my door.     This is the second time within a month that I had a furniture delivery expected from FedEx. The first time, I stayed at home all day, only to have them that night update the delivery to the next day. Today, I have been waiting for a delivery that was scheduled for 10am - 2pm. It is now 2pm.     Totally Incompetent. Fedex sent me a notice informing me my furniture from Wayfair would arrive on 29/12/2024 between 10- 2:30. It weighed 70 pounds and I didn't want it sitting in front of my front door so I waited. At 3 I called. I was told it might still come. Zero. I wrote a virtual assistant (machine) which gave me no information, mindlessly saying I would be contacted before delivery (duh!). I called a human employee on Dec 30th. Ditto. On Dec 31st I received a last-minute text informing me it would be delivered 2 hours later. But I was not at home at such short notice and instead of leaving it at my front door they left it in front of the garage, looking on to the street, where anyone could take it.     FEDEX was unable to reschedule delivery of a package. This is the kind of thing a shipping company should be able to handle easily, right? I used all avenues - chatbot, their FEDEX (non) Delivery Manager feature, talking to two Customer (non) Service Representatives. In the end, delivering my package when it worked for me was simply too much for FEDEX. Even in an age of poor customer service, theirs stands out as being particularly awful. Never use them if you have a choice.

    My 86 yo mother sent a package to France, which failed to reach its destination, and was eventually returned to her. FedEx has refused to refund her the $353.11 they charged her, using various excuses.     This shipping company is terrible! It is almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. I paid $5.55 to reschedule a delivery day per their website and instead they took my money and delivered it on the day I was not home even though I left strict instructions for the Driver that he did NOT follow and left a doortag saying he could not deliver it because it required a signature. The package did NOT require a SIGNATURE. I've called 5 times in 24 hours and there is no accountability! The website is horrible as well. The information is not updated regularly and doesn't give current information. They are so big and animated that nobody has a clue what is going on. I would never recommend FedEx to anyone. Like the rest of Corporate America, they are too big to fail.

    I am completely dissatisfied with my service. The package my husband and I were receiving needed to be signed for. We were originally expecting our package between 9am and 1:30pm. Once the package hit Columbus the time was updated to 10:20am -12:20pm. 12:30 came and our tracking was updated to "Today before 8:00PM". I had to completely rearrange my entire schedule because of this. This is not the first time this has happened with FedEx. There has to be a better solution for FedEx customers to get their important documents in a more timely manner.

    I’ve had horrible service from FedEx this month. They have delivered 6 separate packages to wrong addresses. They haven’t been returned to me. Two of the packages were medication.     In May 2024, my manufacturing partner shipped 12 boxes of product to me from China to Minneapolis. The freight charge was slightly over $800. In November my manufacturing partner shipped 10 boxes of the exact same product to me but charged my Fed Ex account. The May 2024 and November 2024 shipments were both Fed Ex International economy. My freight charge for China to Minneapolis when I used my business account was $4,183.51. When I called Fedex customer service, it was extremely difficult to speak to a human as their automated system kept informing me my (May & November) tracking numbers were closed.

    Furthermore, when I finally was able to speak to the customer service representative, he was flippant and laughed about my situation. He explained Asian Fedex customers get a better pricing structure. I am extremely disappointed in their complaint process and appalled at the discrepancy in global pricing. I will avoid Fedex international moving forward. I love their USA service.

    It behooves me how FedEx's stock is able to reach $280 when one considers just how horrible this company actually is. I've rarely had a smooth transaction with this delivery service. For example, and yes I know it's the holiday season, I've received messages in my email regarding updated delivery time no less than five times!!! And keep in mind that I live in a county with less than 12,000 people. It makes me want to tear my hair out and wear a wig. The folks that control Fedex are absolute idiots; they fully realize that deliveries will be backed up during the holiday season, yet they fail to hire extra help to minimize delivery pressure. A nine-year-old could run a company more efficiently than those **.

    I only put one star because I couldn't leave it empty, but they don't even deserve one star! I work for a research laboratory in Chicago. I have requested a pickup for several time sensitive packages, each time I receive a confirmation for the pickup, but no driver ever came to pick up the packages. They don't even send you an email or call to let us know the packages were not picked up. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Our packages are time sensitive and need to be picked up and delivered by a certain time or the contents will be no good. I think we will be using UPS only moving forward since we have never had any issues with them.

    On 12.24.2024 when tracking a delivery the FedEx app stated that delivery attempt had been made at 2:59 pm and 7:41 pm. That is all not true. I was at the location from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE. It would seem that the driver is not stating the truth or his superiors are allowing him to give false info to inflate their positive delivery metrics. The building has four store fronts. My store front was open from 11:00 to 8:00 PM. Either the driver is incompetent or the driver and his FedEx superiors both are incompetent. The package contained Christmas gifts. This feedback was left 3:00 PM 12.25.2024. MERRY CHRISTMAS FEDEX.

    I am absolutely destroyed right now! All I wanted was my caliper for my mini van and they have not delivered! I called repeatedly and was repeatedly fed misinformation on the package delivery! Due to this negligence, I will now have an hour Walk to work and back and who knows when the part will arrive! I could not even go get Christmas gifts for my kids!     Ruined a Christmas present. I had pack being shipped from Maryland to Virginia (a roughly 1.5 hour drive). FedEx found a way to screw it up and ship it halfway across the United States to Memphis Tennessee. Making it a 5 day delivery cycle. Costing way more money in fuel than the item is worth. I could have driven and picked the package up and returned home in roughly 3 hours. Instead of being a convenience FedEx is now an inconvenience. Thank you again for ruining a child’s Christmas!

    FedEx is the only shipping company I use. I have sent and received packages from numerous shipper and have very rarely had any issues with FedEx. When receiving over the border shipment, the duties are already paid because it is always bundled in with the shipment, the packages quite often show up earlier than promised and the cost is a very small amount more than others but well worth it since it’s almost hassle free.

    The shipment of the moving boxes was very delayed. They are real beasts moving the boxes, they treat them worse than the people who move the suitcases at the airport. They broke quite a few things by tremendous blows. The delivery is made without any control or notice, they inform you of the delay and the delivery with very little time.

    I placed an order through Wal Mart. It shows to have delivered today but wasn't at my door. I did my due diligence and went to the other 17 condos where I love and checked and it wasn't there. The picture shown for proof wasn't a picture of this complex. So I contacted Wal Mart customer service. They were great btw. They told me that the proof of delivery was not for my package and it was indeed still in transit. They told me it would arrive this Tuesday. They also told me that Fedex does this all the time to them because they never deliver correctly. So they upload a fictional picture and mark it delivered when in fact it hasn't. I've heard this happens all over town to people's packages. So why lie and have to go through this. I seriously hope they get shut down for fraudulently doing business.

    Package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago by what their tracking said. Never came, now their tracking says it's sitting at a facility and will update as soon as it starts moving again. This was a Christmas present that should have been delivered in plenty of time, now it won't even be here for Christmas.

    If I could leave no stars or negative stars, I would. What has happened to people actually doing their jobs? FedEx delivery drivers dump your packages wherever they feel like it; take a random photo with the box and a little cement. Yet it is nowhere near where it should be, like, uh, THE CORRECT ADDRESS?? It takes much effort to talk to an actual person on the phone about it, and they tell you to contact the place you purchased from because FedEx sucks? Really? I buy a pair of shoes, and FedEx dumps it somewhere on the ground, why is that the shoe company's problem? If you can't do the job right, then go work somewhere else people. Storefronts are closing, so we depend on boxes to be delivered correctly! Especially around Christmas! Your customer service SUCKS, your automated system SUCKS and well, FedEx, you SUCK!

    This is my second time that I am making the mistake to use this company! NEVER AGAIN!!! The service is total failure! The first time my package made quite a trip: Chicago - Texas/delivery destination/and wait! From there it went to Georgia and THEN/finally, got delivered to the address back in Texas! The second time, the package got shipped on time to the town, but not to the address!!! It’s waiting, and waiting for God knows what! Yes, maybe for the weekend to be over! Very sad, disappointing and infuriating! SO, THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE FEDEX AGAIN!

    I ordered 2 ebikes shipped by FedEx for Christmas. One arrived on time. The other one got separated from my order and never got delivered. It has been stuck in Ocala Florida without moving for ten days. I have complained 5 times and they say nothing can be done. I offered to drive to Ocala to pick it up, and they tell me that is not a option. They cannot even give me an explanation why the order was separated. In the future I will not purchase anything that must be delivered by FedEx. It is a horrible company.

    The worst delivery service EVER! My mom paid for 3 day shipping with time sensitive contents. Was to be delivered Dec 19, not delivered. Called customer service, no help whatsoever. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there isn't any. Really! The package with a Will that needed to be post marked by today is nowhere to be found. The package can get transferred to numerous distribution centers, but can't be found. I'm done and if someone uses Fed ex for delivery, I will order from somewhere else.

    Tbh FedEx is the worst I have ever dealt in my entire life. I scheduled my package to be delivered on Friday and it showed it was out for delivery but for some reason the delivery driver did not delivered my package. And now they are telling me that my parcel will be delivered directly on Monday. Seriously, I would try to avoid dealing with companies that ships their package through FedEx. Very bad experience. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

    Second time in a month that FedEx (not my choice) was to deliver a package. The first delivery never arrived at my address. To this day, I don't know where it was delivered. Customer service was no help whatsoever. Second delivery went to the incorrect address. Luckily, it was found by a neighbor and returned to me. If I have a choice for delivery service, it will not be FedEx.

    FedEx has been delivering to my house (2' x 2' x 15" - 40# boxes to my front door) for the same company for four years with no problems until the last 4 months! The last 4 months they've left these heavy, bulky boxes on the ground around my mailbox, raining at least twice! You can't see my mailbox from the house as it's 200' down a curved driveway so I have to either walk or drive down to see if they've delivered. Last month, I didn't notice until late they hadn't delivered. Called the shipper and they said they had again put it on the ground at the mailbox. Since it was raining, I waited until going out the next day and NO BOX THERE. I'm guessing it was stolen, but don't have a clue by who. This month, they can't find my address! Ref the first sentence! I'm about done with FedEx, they SUCK!

    Five stars for the driver who delivered my package, he was friendly and quick and helpful. My previous one star review for this package was entirely for the lousy Fed Ex online tracking system, which is useless, slow and doesn't work well. The online AI assistant is equally useless. Kudos to the poor drivers who have to put up with this.

    I will never purchase anything that uses FedEx again. Their tracking system is trash. Their customer service messaging system is trash. Their customer service phone system is trash. You aren't able to speak to anyone. You can't arrange to just go pick up instead of waiting DAYS for them to deliver something that has been supposedly loaded on a delivery truck every day... You can't do this because you can't talk to anyone and the link online to do so doesn't work. It is day 7 of receiving a notification that my package is out for delivery with "Samuel." And probably around 5 or 6 I'll get another one showing that it arrived at their facility and is set to be delivered tomorrow. This has happened every day for 7 days. Ridiculous.

    I placed this order on 12/15 and it was to be delivered on12/18. It showed it arrived at the FedEx location at 0006 on the 18th and at 0630 it showed arrived at the location again and at 0630 it showed business is closed or the customer is unavailable so no deliver was made. And on the 19th it showed to be out for delivery today but the tracking is showing system failure and on the 20th it says a delivery date will be made when the package starts moving again. I have called 4 times to customer service due to the seller email telling me that FedEx will return the item after 2 or 3 delivery attempts and they will only tell me that they will send it to the warehouse and they will send me a update and today being the the 20th still no update. I most definitely would not recommend FedEx to deliver anything.

    I ordered online and the company shipped my package with FedEx. After my experience with them, I will never use this company to ship anything. My package was shipped on the 14th and was supposed to be delivered by the 17th. It has been sitting at a FedEx location 20 minutes away from the delivery location for 3 days and now it has an estimated delivery date of the 23rd. Customer service is extremely rude and I could have shipped it myself and it would have been there by now.

    I have had multiple negative experiences with FedEx deliveries. Their delivery status is frequently inaccurate, and they often mark deliveries as complete without providing proof, such as a photo. In one instance, our apartment's CCTV footage showed no evidence of a FedEx delivery at the claimed time. When I reported a missing package, their investigation was inadequate, and they insisted the delivery was complete. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me to contact the sender to file a claim, stating that only the sender can initiate such claims. FedEx has lost—or potentially stolen—several packages sent to our apartment, and no other delivery company has caused similar issues. I strongly urge companies to reconsider using FedEx for deliveries.

    One star is too much. It seems all my deliveries this year were via FedEx. Almost every time, it was NEVER delivered on the date they said it would. Right now I'm waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered this past Monday (it's now Thursday). Then on Monday, they changed it to Wednesday. I waited all day Wednesday and late in the day they said they will let me know a new delivery time when the package starts moving.

    This morning, they said it's out for delivery at 1:30AM. My projected delivery time is between 11AM and 1PM. Well, between those two times, tracking showed the delivery truck sitting on a residential street the entire time. NOW they removed the ability to track the truck and say it should be here by the end of day. Don't these people know folks change plans to be at home when they say they're going to deliver something. I am fed up with them. From now on, when I order something for delivery, I'm going to beg the seller to ship with UPS.

    I do not understand why Federal Express is the only carrier that leaves my packages at someone else's address. It was suggested that I drive through the neighborhood searching for my package - when you were PAID TO DELIVER IT! 🤬. I can find no option to file a claim against them! It's not the first time either!

    FedEx had 7 days to deliver a package that was intended to be a Christmas present. The gift was ordered on the 9th, given to FedEx on the 11th of December and when delivery was stated to be the 13th package did not arrive. Called on the 18th for assistance and was given a case number, and the inability to elevate the situation as it "was not a priority package." Also FedEx suspended all pick ups in my area. Not only that, was informed that if not delivered today on the 18th, my package would not be delivered.

    Beverly disappointed in the assistance from FedEx and their customer service. The rep was very dismissive of the concern and frustration of my package that was in a town less than an hour away that I was not able to pick up as it is "a warehouse center." Have reached out to the company for assistance on filing their own claim. In the future I will do further research on what companies are used to ship and do everything I can to avoid FedEx delivery.

    Was told that the package required an adult signature to be delivered. Delivery was scheduled between 9:30–1:30, so I took the time from work to remain home for delivery. Then.... after 1:30 given the update that package will be delivered before 8:00PM. When FedEx started many years ago, there were repercussions for being late. You didn't pay! When they promised a time.... when it HAD to be there.... if it didn't arrive by the time you contracted the item to be delivered. You didn't pay. From now on, I will ask that shippers use UPS. Better reliability.

    Package was delivered to the wrong address. I got a photo of the package sitting on someone else's doorstep. Fed Ex tracks its trucks, and even has an app that allows customers to see the progress of delivery trucks. Determining where the package was delivered should not have been hard, but they seem to have made no effort to locate the house my package was delivered to. I reported the package as lost, but I got no updates. Only text messages asking if I had "found" my package. After two days, I was told the case was "closed" and I should call the shipper, even though they had nothing to do with losing the package and have no way to determine where FedEx delivered it.

    A few weeks ago a FedEx driver drove right through our pad for a new garage. He then got stuck. We put in a claim but we have never heard back. This company does not seem reliable. Our next step is to seek legal counsel.

    We ordered our products from vendors that only uses Fed Ex, so I couldn't opt out a for a different service. Here we are, December 17, and waiting on 2-3 weeks for our packages that were meant to be here in a few days. The first delay was a snowstorm, but 2 days later it was clear. Then they blamed being "overwhelmed" by the Holiday season. Okay, an extra day or 2 is understandable, but not 2 weeks? And every day the goal post is moved another 2-3 days when it is "going to be delivered." You can't get any updates on tracking, and once you think you know where it is, they passed our stuff onto the local USPS, so now it's in God's hands.

    Fed Ex did not give us the new tracking ID, so now who knows where our stuff is? Because USPS won't tell me where it all is without a tracking ID that I don't even possess. Could be 2 towns away, could be on the moon for all we know. There's also NO communication on their online or phone service, only a dead-end AI that will never let you speak to an actual live person. We don't even see Fed Ex trucks on the road for the past week, at least. SOMETHING is going on over there, and they aren't telling us. I suspect a strike or slowdown, or something worse and they don't want to tell the public the truth. Maybe all these new hires aren't even on the level. Maybe it's all a lie. All the businesses that are giving countless refunds due to these MIA packages, need to sue. Thanks, Fed Ex for Grinching up our Christmas!

    My 1st ever shipment. On Friday, I create label and schedule pick-up. After clicking "finalize" and incurring shipping cost I get a message that the pick-up cannot be completed. I call to schedule a p/u and speak with "Henri" who says the tracking # which just printed on the label is invalid. I asked to speak with his manager and he says "no". I asked to s/w someone else and he tells me to hang up and call back (??). I call Corp Cust Serv and without Henri's employee ID, they cannot do anything (despite the call being recorded). I get transferred to someone else who schedules the p/u for after 1:45pm on Mon without a problem.

    On Sun my Mother passed away and I had to meet with the funeral director on Monday so I call to get the p/u time pushed back, guess what, my tracking # is invalid (??). We finally get that worked out and schedule to p/u for the same day but after 4pm. Tues comes and my package was never picked-up. I call and am told the driver was at my house at 2:30 on Mon but no one answered the door (Mad Face!!). We resched and guess what, my tracking # is invalid (???).

    After getting through that AGAIN, she tells me she cannot schedule a pick-up after 1:45pm. I explained I was doing a lot of running around preparing for a funeral and evenings would work better- No, nothing after 1:45. So, I scheduled for 1:45 tomorrow and will have to rearrange my schedule to accommodate FedEx (Who is the customer here??). Not holding my breath that this package gets picked-up and delivered correctly. This very well may be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Thanks FedEx.

    Fedex driver refuse to place or leave my packages at my front door. Driver places packages and parcels at my garage door causing me to back out and run packages over repeatedly. Tried asking driver to leave at front door. Put this request in my FedEx account management online.
