They do not deserve even one star. Rude, lazy, inconsiderate, does not care about your package, leaves it in the rain and at the end of the driveway. Drops the package over the gate. NEVER able to speak to a HUMAN. Packages are always delayed, something that should have been delivered 2 days later, is IT more like 2 weeks later. The package just sits in their hub for weeks.

We have had packages sitting for 5 days in their distribution center. We have contacted FedEx several times. They are missing one or more of our packages. They can only tells where they were at last scan. They have lost packages before and we had to file claims and wait to get them resolved or money back. Fedex is the worst delivery company.

I placed an order before Black Friday. FedEx got the package in New York, then went to New Jersey. Finally made it to Cleveland then to Twinsburg. I got a notice last Friday morning my package was on the truck. Wasn't delivered. Then got a noticed that it was out for delivery on Saturday morning. Wasn't delivered. I saw they deliver on Sundays so for the 3th day, I sat here waiting on it. Yesterday I called because it was suppose to be delivered. Then in the evening, I called again and was told that the guy didn't feel he had to deliver because his day was over.
So called this morning and it was for sure going to be delivered today by 8 pm. It wasn't. Why the hell is my package sitting on the truck for 4 days and not delivered. For the most part, no one I spoke to had any idea of anything. Then I saw on the Cleveland News how the Twinsburg Station is all backed up. But my package is on the truck. No one there is doing their job and after the 1st of the year they all need to be fired.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! Never again will I order anything that uses FedEx as their shipping company! EVERY SINGLE time I use fedex I have issues and end up missing several days of work! This time I was supposed to receive my item on the 13th and signature was required so I missed work to be home for it to never show up! Then it says it'll be here on the 16th today between 9:30am-11:30am. I literally spend hours outside because countless times on other packages they try to say they attempted delivery but I know they didn't! So I made sure I was outside! 1pm rolls around still not here! Then it says between 11:30am and 2:30pm it would be here again 4,5,6 rolls around still nothing! At this point I'm boiling mad I have missed 2 days work now going to miss 3 days if it even comes on the next scheduled delivery date! BTW it said out for delivery all day and Craig was the driver! Craig you're a horrible driver and unprofessional!
I shouldn't have to miss 3 days or possibly more for something I paid 600 dollars for! I expect it on time especially when yall say I have to be here in order to deliver it! Now it says it'll let me know when my package starts moving on a date! Are you kidding me!? I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER buy anything that uses dedex for shipping again! Y'all are the most unprofessional and crapiest shipping company I have ever seen! Y'all should be put out of business with how bad y'all are! This is every SINGLE TIME I get ANYTHING shipped from y'all!
I will not stop complaining until something is done. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and I hope everyone else that has these same issues does as well because apparently it's everyone! Maybe if everyone does something will be done about it because call fedex and complaining is a joke. They don't do a dang thing! If everyone stops using them or buying anything that uses them maybe other companies will finally stop using them and they'll go out of business!

IF I could put up a Minus Star count, I would. My last week of dealing with FedEx is turning into a SNL skit...or Parks & Rec episode. I have no idea how these creeps stay in business. They've lied to me repeatedly daily and act like it's not an issue. I've been told since last Thursday that my 5 packages that were shipped overnight would be delivered. Each day the same..."my packages were picked up...they're out for delivery". That started on Thursday last week. Each day, I get an email saying they would be delivered between 10:20am - 2:20pm...the first couple of days...I'd then get an update saying delivery would be between 2pm and the end of the day...by the end of the day...still getting notices it was on the way. So, I call and I finally figured out how to get someone on the phone...and then they say...it's now scheduled for delivery tomorrow!!! Each day the same.
Today, I just hung up the phone after asking them...to stop lying to me and just let me come pick up the packages instead of them lying saying tomorrow they'd deliver. But, I was told they're not set up for pick up. All the while, they're apparently not set up for delivery..even though it an over night shipment last week. Was ready for pickup on Monday. 8 days ago!!! Unbelievable their lack of professional customer service. All the while their attitude is pretty uppity and condescending that..."Why would I expect Fed Ex to do what they're paid to do?" What a waste of energy, time, money these company is. If this is the example their CEO sets for the company....why on earth would anyone expect this guy to run USPS and make them any better?

I ordered some shelving from Home Depot for delivery next day, unfortunately the delivery was delayed, not uncommon during a busy Christmas season. Day 2 FedEx still showed package delayed with no further reason given. Day 3 FedEx informed the package was on truck and would deliver by 3pm. No package at end of day. Day 4 Once again FedEx informed package was out for delivery on truck. No package by end of day. Day 5 FedEx inform delivery was attempted but no one home. Actually wife was home. No doorbell, we check video and there was no delivery. Finally called FedEx and spoke with Bruce I believe and was informed the package was damage and would be returned to vendor. FedEx was unable to handle my frustration so they just hung up. (No cursing or name calling, however there was a negative attitude towards FedEx honesty and capabilities from me.)

Driver never came to my house. What a dummy, he takes a picture of his knee .. How does a big company like this, allow this to happen. Hope driver gets reprimanded better yet, fired.. Package was suppose to come the 15th, they changes it to today (16th).. Stayed at my house 2 days so I don't miss package and he never came.. Shame on you FedEx.

This is not the first negative review I have left for FedEx. The first one was because they delivered my package to a completely different building and street, but claimed it had to do with the unit number. How does a unit number confuse a delivery person enough to take them three streets away? This review is about my recent so far, non-delivery. On their website, I had the message saying out for delivery on Friday, December 13, 2024 and it didn't arrive. It was then out for delivery on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Again, no delivery. After getting the runaround for over an hour, I contacted the shipper to see if they would compensate me for the inconvenience as FedEx refused to do so.
I spend almost another hour with the shipper and being hung up on several times (as was the case with FedEx). When I finally was able to speak with the manager, Damon, he talked me down and offered me not only a partial refund for the item; but also put in the notes that if I chose to return the item; there would be no charge to do so.
So today, it was out for delivery, and I saw on their site that they attempted delivery. They did not as I did not receive a call saying they were at my building. I think this person had to be either blind to not see the building call panel next to the door or too stupid to know how to use it. I'm thinking maybe a bit of both. I'm also thinking it may be an actual employee and not a subcontractor. Subcontractors seem to know the concept of the building buzzer panel. I will say the young lady I spoke with today at FedEx was a sweetheart, although I did mention to her that repeating the "I understand" mantra will tick off more people than it will ease.

I ordered my family photo Christmas cards from Walmart on November 29th. On December 7th I received an email that my cards were shipped. I have since received 7 emails and each one tells me my order will be delivered on that day. I received an email again today and am still sitting here this evening waiting on my order. I'm starting to think they won't arrive in time to mail them. I do not know why Walmart would use such an unreliable company!!!!

Worst delivery company in the US. I try to avoid businesses that use them for shipping. 9 times out of 10, I have to send back due to damages during the shipping process. They never deliver to my door, always in some random spot after they dragged it through the mud. Fragile means nothing to Fedex.

Had a package delayed every day for a week. Every time it would give a time frame for delivery for that day, then once it got past that end time, it would state the delivery was by 8pm. EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK!!! THEN, Amazon (I'm guessing they are short staff) used Fedex for my Amazon delivery... It is now going on the third day of the same (above) delays. In the last three times before this, 2 of 3 deliveries have done the same thing. You don't know it's going FedEx until you purchase the product. I really don't know how they stay in business!!!

The Customer support is terrible. Impossible to speak to human. They constantly redirect my package to a location and claim they attempted to deliver. That is always untrue because I work from home. UPS is way better.

I have had notifications that my package was on the truck for delivery 5 times. The first day I got notification that my delivery was delayed at 11:42 at night. The rest of the notifications came at a decent time but were still non delivery notifications. I have another delivery notification for the same package tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath. Every time I order something and it is shipped FedEx I can't count on delivery as promised. I wish my shippers would just quit FedEx and ship it any other way.

I don't know if FedEx drivers are lazy or just incompetent, they deliver packages to the wrong addresses or don't deliver on time. I had a large package delivered to the wrong address and after riding around the neighborhood, I found it and now I realize why the driver didn't take a picture of the door and only a corner of the package, because the address didn't match at all SMH not one number! So it wasn't an honest mistake! I called because I can't move the package myself and no one has returned to correct the mistake, the owner had to pull it inside their garage until someone comes to pick it up. And another package was supposed to arrived on Friday the 13th as well, it's now Sunday and the package has been on the truck on it's way since the 10th. This is unacceptable! These companies need to stop using FedEx before they lose out on business.

I placed an order online for an attachment for a machine I own and it was shipped using FEDEX. At first things moved right along. Then when the shipment got to Pooler GA (about 35 miles from us) it stopped. It has sat in this warehouse for 6 days now even though the tracking states it’s out for delivery. We have left our gate open with our property exposed to threat of theft because we are expecting a shipment. Even after speaking with a person from FedEx on the phone who confirmed on two different days that my package would be delivered by 8pm on two different days we still have no package, now we are looking at another new week of lies and property being exposed for promises that won’t be fulfilled by FedEx.

I was supposed to receive a package delivery time was 11-2 pm on 12/14/24. This package has a medicine that needs to be refrigerated. So I know I have to wait for my package. I was tracking my package all day to make sure I didn’t miss it because the main door to the building needs a key fob to get in. I live on the 1st floor of the building and can see when drivers pull up. I had a call telling me that the driver couldn’t deliver because the main door was locked. To Which I said. "Yes, I know." They normally call me to let me know they are at the main entrance. Well whoever tried to deliver my package never called and just left. So I got another notification.
This time it said that my package that needs to be refrigerated the same day will not be delivered till Monday. I called Fedex and demanded to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor William was no help at all. His response was as that everyone had gone home for the day and package will not be delivered till Monday. A package that I said several times that it was medicine and needs to be refrigerated 😡😡😡. So Fedex had 3 chances to make it right the 1st time. 1st call before you leave the building to see HOW you can deliver the package. 2nd we also have a mailroom or an Amazon room in the main building that packages can be left and 3rd they could have gone back after I gave them specific instructions on where to leave package if all else fails. Supervisor William was no help at all. All he kept saying is that I can file a claim with the company that send me the medication. WOW. THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HONESTLY RUDE.

I ordered tires for my wife's car. I was actually working at my wife’s family mechanic shop doing some electrical work all day on a Friday when the shop is closed. FedEx driver claimed no one was there, more like a drive by without knocking on the door. Then I call dispatch asking them to delay delivery till Monday. The lady said she can't. She doesn't have authority. So i sign up for alerts and never receive them. I know fedex delivers often to the shop. They probably should have a system in place to know when businesses are open and closed.

I cannot understand how Fedex is still in business!!! I want to repeat that - I do NOT understand how Fedex is still in business. I do not receive a great deal of merchandise via Fedex. Generally, it is USPS or Amazon or UPS...anytime a shipper uses Fedex I know that I may or may not receive the product ordered nor can I rely on the expected delivery date or the website providing tracking information. I do NOT make this statement lightly...nor do I exaggerate. In my limited experience, they NEVER deliver on the promised delivery date...Tracking is generally unavailable 90% of the time and when provided - it is totally unreliable and inaccurate.
As I write this, one delivery was picked up at 8:37 am yesterday and supposed to be delivered yesterday - it is 7:16 PM the next day and I have not received it nor gotten an update when it may arrive. Another delivery was supposed to be delivered today and I have not received it nor can I get an update on when it may arrive as the provided tracking delivers "our system is down - check back later". Seriously, how can a company operate in this fashion??? Why is such incompetence tolerated? I live in a rural area and saw a Fedex ground truck drive by today around 4:00 pm without slowing down... For the love of God, would companies STOP using Fedex!!!

Was waiting for my Blue Apron 150-dollar perishable items which always were delivered by Tuesday. The delivery was rescheduled 5 times and finally arrived to me house in the late afternoon Saturday, Dec 14, 2024. All food items were thrown out in the garbage as the thick ice has melted sitting in a warm warehouse and truck and insulation wrapper was barely cold. Then I called FedEx to ask if my package can be brought up to the local FedEx store in Redmond, 15 miles away from my place, so I can pick it, the answer was: "No, only Vendor can call us and instruct us to do so".
Obviously, Blue Apron wouldn't bother doing so. They just refunded me my money and issued a credit for future use, for all the inconvenience I have endured. I communicated to Blue Apron that unless they change their delivery provider from FedEx to reputable company, all orders will not be placed. Avoid FedEx for your Christmas delivery at all costs!! This is not the same company I used to know.

By far the worst delivery experience I’ve ever experienced, they tried to deliver on Wednesday I’m at work so they left a notice that no one was home, and then called me that evening, I said I will be home tomorrow but have to leave by 1:30 pm, well at 3:30 pm they tried to deliver again, they left another notice this one saying the package would be at the depot after 4:00 pm that day.
The next day I drove in rush hour traffic to the depot only to have them tell me my package wasn’t there but was with the driver, I was visibly upset so I left and my wife dealt with them, they told her they will redeliver on Saturday. Friday evening they called and told us our package wasn’t at the depot now and we could pick it up tomorrow, we told them we already drove out there once, now they can deliver it on Saturday, they said no problem. Well it’s Saturday now and I’m stuck at home waiting for the incompetent Fedex to deliver, so now I’ve had time to think and this sham of a company has now wasted a Friday night and a entire Saturday afternoon of my time. Do not use this company under any circumstances if you value your customers.

Just another story of FedEx's abysmal logistics. The 3 years I've lived at my current address I can count on probably 2 fingers how many times FedEx didn't delay or lose my package for days or weeks on end. I used to think USPS was terrible, but FedEx has really outdone themselves with how useless their service is. FedEx rakes in a lot empty promises of delivery times only for customers to find out literally none of what they say is binding or a guarantee. So they get to promise the world to get our money and have literally zero obligation to follow through, because they're not legally obligated to.

So far I have been waiting a week and a half for two packages to be delivered. Every day I receive emails saying my packages will be delivered that day but the packages never come. I have called Fedex twice but that was just a waste of time because apparently their "customer service" people don't have any more information than I have. My packages always come from the Lebanon, Ohio location. I don't know if this location is the only one that's unable to deliver packages or if the problem is system wide. I don't understand why they call themselves a delivery company when, apparently, they can't deliver packages in a reasonable amount of time!

6 days to deliver a 2 day express package, their excuse heavy package volume. Online representative not helpful, but I can apply for a refund on shipping charges. I would not recommend them for any time sensitive package.

I was trying to send a package to Canada for work. I was charged $250. The package was held up at customs because we needed to have a customs broker to receive it, though we were not warned about that by the Fed Ex agent. With not enough time to secure a customs broker, the package was sent back. I tried calling FedEx multiple times, holding for hours on end, just to try to redirect the package to somewhere near the US/Canadian border where our recipient could claim the package. Was told by the Fed Ex customs agent and multiple Fed Ex other agents that it was possible. However, ultimately no employee could change the address and it is being sent back to me with no refund. At every turn with these people, they shuffled us along to the next agent, with no one actually helping to rectify the situation. Sad waste of time and money and I will never again consider shipping through FedEx.

I've been talking in circles with people trying their best but who I could often not understand. I have video of a FedEx driver who misdelivered two packages in the pouring rain to the very edge of my covered porch, leaving two packages (not mine) out in the rain to be ruined. The driver did not ring the doorbell -- I was home -- and I could've tried yelling for him that the packages were not mine. Thankfully this shady driver is not all of the drivers, but this one didn't care. After lengthy wait times for the only FedEx phone number posted anywhere, I've made 3 calls now to complain about packages that are now a ruined mess of food people ordered to cook that have been sitting here for over 48 hours. No resolution in sight as of yet. I've been thanked for my consideration -- which didn't sound like much of anything to me except a cop-out.

I have been promised delivery three days in a row. I am waiting for a very high tech thermostat. It is in the teens outside and I see the package being thrown from truck to truck. It was first to be delivered Wednesday by 5:15PM. Didn't want to leave it outside in the cold or available for porch pirates. Made myself available all day. It didn't show up. Thursday AM the Internet told me by end of day 5:15. Once again it didn't show up. Friday morning FedEx showed delivery between 10:15 and 12:15. At 12:30 they showed by end of day. I am writing this Friday afternoon. If it does not show today I will refuse shipment. I am not sure even if I get it today there may not be residual damage that may show up later. FedEx used to be a great company. I owned a small business many years ago that used them to ship globally with no problems. Then they became WOKE praying at the altar of DEI. The results are obvious.

1. I currently have six packages at the local (one hour away) FedEx hub waiting to be delivered to me. I have received emails daily telling me that they are due to be delivered, then at the end of the day they are rescheduled for the next day. The pattern repeats itself daily. Many of these items were needed before Christmas and ordered well in advance. I have called FedEx twice and each time they have promised delivery that day or the next. They failed to deliver both times. They have asked me to be patient because it is the Holiday season. I respect that. I understand that their deliveries skyrocket at this time of year. However, I receive UPS packages daily and as scheduled. The busy shopping season has not seemed to delay their competitor. From now on, I will inquire which shipping company they use. I will not purchase from them if they use FedEx.
2. The drivers who have delivered prior to this have refused to follow my delivery instructions of placing the packages inside the garage door. I have lost several items to dogs chewing them up. UPS follows this without argument.

FedEx sucks. When my package didn't arrive 2 after it was supposed to I contacted FedEx to understand who filed the delivery exception to excuse my still undelivered package. FedEx customer service representative informed me that FedEx delivery drivers are lazy and they filed delivery exceptions to avoid 'late' delivery by making documentation appear as though customer postponed or rescheduled delivery.

Absolutely awful automated system. Won’t let you explain any problems or talk to anyone without a tracking number. Part of the problem was I didn’t get one. Just talks in circles and then hangs up on you with no direction or help at all. I know it’s designed to limit agents hired but it is beyond cheap and pathetic to no let any cases past an automated system

FedEx just surpassed the U S Postal Service by leaps and bounds in their failure to perform even close to acceptable degrees. Package mailed last Friday for 1 day service. After 6 days has still not arrived. After repeated calls with various reports, we are advised our shipment is in Las Vegas, for delivery here in Arizona some time today??? My response? You inept, incompetent, low life jerks suck! Don't waste your money. They won't perform, not worth it.

It would be nice that a representative could not repeat themselves over and over and then hang up on you, for a wrong delivery that Fedex driver did, not the shipper, during holiday shipping they hire the most incompetent people, idiot people. Especially ground service. I love my usps a lot better. At least they help you, instead of hiring people from other countries where they asleep just waking up. My package was delivered to the wrong address and fedex can't help, and people are not HONEST THESE DAYS TO RETURN IT.

So FedEx delivered my package to the wrong place. Then it was big pointing finger game. It was the shipper put wrong address down this and that. Now they say as long they deliver in the area it’s considered delivered. If it’s missing, you have to claim it through your credit card company. So it's never fedex fault.

I just shudder when I learn FedEx is delivering my package. Yesterday my package was simply thrown out in my driveway in the rain, The box was soaked but fortunately the contents were waterproof. Twice this year they have claimed no one was home to sign for a delivery. Of course they left no door tag and on one of the occasions I spent the entire day working near my front door. On the other occasion, it took me a month to finally get my new iPhone. When it was finally delivered, it was placed illegally in our mailbox rather than placing it on the front porch. I ordered expensive cheese which was rated the best in the world and I tracked it online for 4 days as they trucked it out from the terminal and back again until it spoiled. I have learned from my friends that I am not the only one experiencing problems. I guess FedEx simply does not like us folks in Western North Carolina.

This is my third delivery, that I am aware of, from Briahanna and I can say that her service is far greater than exemplary. Today, after my delivery was not completed by another deliverer, Briahanna went out of her way to retrieve my package and personally brought it to me after I had been waiting months for this special arrival. Briahanna is an excellent communicator, a professional and delivers with compassion and respect for consumers. I am truly grateful for her dedication to her work and integrity. Again, thank you Briahanna for being an excellent example of work ethic and I want FedEx to know that they’ve made a wise choice and that you are a pillar of what ‘community’ means.

All of my items coming via FedEx were delayed several days and one isn’t even here yet. I’ve watched the tracking as it’s been recorded “arriving at the facility” and “on the delivery truck” off and on at the same site (about 45 minutes away from my house) for almost a week. Ridiculous.

This company stole 5 packages, overcharged my small business to over $7000+ in damages and has done NOTHING to remediate this damage both financial and to the reputation of the company. I've called over 50 times and spent an entire 40 hour work week speaking to over 6 different departments trying to help to ZERO resolve. This is honestly theft. I'm outraged. FedEx recently delivered $600 worth of tires to me and stated that they were left by the door when actually they were kicked out by the dirt road in the middle of nowhere where I live. Lucky enough I made it home before the thieves came through. The picture I left as proof was taken outside my front door from my deck.

Zero Stars! Worst delivery experience every time. No customer service option to actually speak to someone when your package is lost. I tried to create an account and they had the wrong email address on file for me and there was no way to change it. This company needs to go out of business, horrible service.

Something has happened to FEDEX! 4 shipments in the last 4 weeks not delivered. I received numerous emails from FEDEX that package was on delivery vehicle for that day, NO SHOW! Next day the same up to 5 times each package. Then email that item was sent back to shipper. I normally see FEDEX trucks on my road 1-2 times a day. Have not seen a single one in the last 3 weeks (Granite Falls, NC). Currently waiting on 2 deliveries (Home Depot and Wayfair). It's Christmas, get your stuff together FEDEX! Stop sending "excuse" emails.

Problem #1 I made a purchase from BedBath&Beyond. They shipped the packed on time but after two weeks I still had no package. FedEx claimed they lost the package. BB&B replaced the order twice. I never got any of them and was told all three were lost. 2 1/2 months later I arrived home with all 3 packages sitting on my porch!
Problem #2 I ordered from Target. The shipment was split into three packages. Two of the packages showed they were on the truck for delivery. Later that night the packaged said they were rescheduled for the next day. Next day arrived and no delivery with it again saying it was rescheduled for the next day. Same thing the next day and pushed back for a 3rd day. I contacted Target and they refunded two items in the order because they showed they were lost in transit. The 3rd item from the order showed delivered but it wasn't. I contacted FedEx and they sent me a picture of my package sitting on the porch of a house that wasn't my house! I could not make contact with FedEx. I had to dispute this charge with my credit card because it showed it had been delivered.

I have received numerous notifications with conflicting delivery dates/times for a shipment ...It keeps changing ...Moved up...Delayed...Moved up...Some notifications are 10 minutes apart with different dates! Tried using their automated system...WORTHLESS!! KEPT DISCONNECTING ME!! Tried calling their customer service and they disconnect me! Tried calling back and they transfer me...but instead they disconnect me!! Tried calling the local FedEx store - from where the delivery will be coming from...NO HELP THERE EITHER!! Tried asking if they could hold my shipment and I WILL PICK IT UP MYSELF, since they can't make up their mind as to when they will deliver...I got told that I will have to ask customer service... You mean the one I called several times and got no help from at all and kept getting disconnected?? That customer service!?..
I got told that it is the holiday season and they are busy...I understand...I am trying to make sure someone is home for the delivery!! Make a flipping decision for a delay date and stick to it!! What the hell!!?? What was FedEx' excuse on the previous delayed messed up deliveries that were not during the holidays!!?? FedEx has gone downhill the last few years!! FedEx means "If a customer calls, hang up...Don't answer their calls...If you do pick up, promptly disconnect them!!"

I never receive anything that is shipped to me by FedEx (FedUp). Call them or email and they always say they will, 'check with the driver '. Obvious picture of misdelivered items to the wrong address. Even other excuses like checking with neighbors or expect you to contact the shipper. They in turn expect you to deal with FedEx who are supposed to insure the items and won't return the money.

Horrible Horrible company. The ceo needs to be fired. The leadership at FedEx no longer cares about the company or the reputation. Nothing arrives on time. Nothing ships on time. And what's worst of all is that no one cares. They outsource the call center to the Philippines where those people have no control over anything to do with shipping. What a terrible way to run a business. My new prayer is that FedEx finds the end of its journey soon. I hope the CEO is homeless and struggling everyday. Look at your reviews! 1.1 stars? I have 2 different shipments that are suppose to be delivered. I look at FedEx History on one shipment and this is what it says: Dec 4 On the Way, Dec 5 Arrived at FedEx location, On FedEx vehicle for delivery, Delivery Updated, Dec 6 On FedEx vehicle for Delivery, Delivery Updated, Dec 8 At Local FedEx Facility, On FedEx vehicle for delivery. FedEx keeps repeating the same set of information. On the other shipment it says the same thing. I would not recommend FedEx to anyone.

Ordered a package a week ago. FedEx said it was out for delivery three days ago. Still haven’t received it. No way of real tracking businesses. Need to stop using FedEx. They are terrible. This isn’t the first time. They have no clue when my package will be delivered. Yesterday the FedEx guy was in my neighborhood. Walked like a robot and drove off.

Driver threw my package in the snow at road's edge, not even close to my house. Didn't find until next day & package was soaked. After 18 tries I finally got a live agent to speak with & I wasn't pleased with that experience either.

This company is the worst. I submitted a request to have my package rerouted to a pick up location one block away from my house on 11/27. For over a week, the status of my package was "Out for Delivery" and was never updated. Today (12/6), I go to the pickup location to check the status of the package, and they tell me they don't have it because it had arrived more than 5 days ago, so they gave it to a Fedex driver to return to sender. Why was the tracking status never updated???
So I call FedEx Customer Service and the lady tells me that the package was already shipped back to Italy and that they should have the package. Well, so I call the website where I placed the order and they told me that's extremely fishy and that if they DID ship it back to sender, there should be a new tracking provided (which there isn't) and they never received the package. These guys led me around in circles and they obviously have no clue where my package is. Their customer service was lying and rude over the phone. I still have no idea where my package is and I can only hope the website where I made my purchase can help me get an answer out of FedEx. Take your business elsewhere.

On 12/5/2024 FedEx notified me of a delivery that required my direct signature between 11am and 3 pm on 12/6/2024. Tracking the shipment, the updates indicated the package was 4 hours away in Indiana. I am in Ohio. At 2 pm (12/6) I requested an update. The response was the same information with the added terms "by the end of the day" which means 8pm. So for delivery FedEx expects me to be physically present. At this point, 9pm, I have received no further delivery updates. Inevitably I will be notified of another delivery date for me to be present for "direct signature". Will that be another wasted day of my time???? I had no choice in the delivery carrier. I am the recipient and FedEx is has been my least and last choice for many years.

They never bring my mail to my house. They always take it to the local post office. My street address is in bold large letters on my front porch. Easy to see. Easy to read. I was told to make an online account so I could verify my billing and address details. Couldn't make an account because of an error on their website. Called them and got transferred to someone that couldn't help me. Never had a problem with any other mail carrier before.

Package is shipped from the other side of the world to my country in 2 days. But now at local delivery center of FedEx for more than a week. Delivery attempt made without options for another day so it failed. Now it's back to the FedEx point again and I am waiting for days till it goes out for delivery again. FedEx keeps delaying packages, happens every time, they notify you in the morning that it will be delivered that day, signature required so you take the day off and at 6 PM they re-schedule to the next day. They don't care, you will not be able to talk to a human at customer support, their "virtual assistant" will just repeat the same irrelevant information regardless of what you ask. They have no idea when your package will be delivered, not even on the day of delivery. They take zero responsibility. Avoid at all cost, recommend the providers you order from to pick another delivery firm.

Placed an order for four 50 lb bags of deer corn from Walmart. Local store was out, so I got delivery. I was given a date for delivery (yesterday). Tracking on the FedEx site said delivery by 8pm. Driver never showed up. Site updated overnight to state delivery today between 11am and 2pm. No show. Called customer service. They said delivery will happen tomorrow. I now don't believe them. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed the supervisor was getting ready to leave and couldn't come to the phone, so she was going to hang up. If you have to ship something that needs to arrive when you say it will arrive, don't use Fedex, they are dismal. Their customer service department should be run by monkeys in a zoo, I'm sure they'd be better.

WORST Service EVER! The driver for my neighborhood has the worst work ethic imaginable! I cringe every time I learn that a shipper is using FedEx to ship a package to me because I fear that it will take forever to receive, be delivered to the wrong address, or the package will be thrown directly from the truck onto my lawn (I have a video!). This most recent incident happened yesterday. The driver added an exception stating that the package was unable to be delivered because no one was available. The package does not require a signature, so there is no reason that they couldn't leave the package on my doorstep. The driver uploaded an image that was so blurry, you could not see any details. You could only see distorted colors of white and black. My front door is green, so there is no possible way that the distorted picture was of my front door!
I FINALLY got to speak to a real live person when I called customer service, which is a huge achievement in itself since the automated system does everything possible to prevent a customer from talking to a live agent. The automated system hung up on me so many times, but I prevailed! The customer service rep advised that she would submit a support ticket, but I learned today, that she lied and no support ticket was created. I called customer service back today and spoke with Jackie, who sent an email to the distribution center requesting an update because the package was not out for delivery today. She called me back within a couple of hours saying that the package was on the truck and would be delivered to me today.
The webpage was updated to show the package was indeed out for delivery, and it also said "Your driver Edward is on the way." She also said that someone from the local distribution center should call me within 24 hours to discuss the issues I have been having with the driver(s) in my area. I thanked her for her assistance and waited patiently for my package to arrive. However, around 5:09 pm the tracking page was updated to show a status of "Delivery updated" with delivery details "We fixed a delivery issue with your package. We'll deliver it during the next available time." The travel history now shows: "Delivery updated, scheduled for next business day".
I called customer service back to ask why the package wasn't delivered and I was told that the shipper would have to reach out to FedEx to inquire about why the package was delayed and has not been delivered. This is not something the customer can do due to the shipping method selected by the shipper. I asked the customer service rep if she could please go above and beyond for me, but she just repeated herself like a parrot and insisted that there is nothing she can do for me, but she is looking forward to this issue being resolved through me contacting the shipper. Unbelievable! The customer service in India is just as bad as the delivery drivers! Going forward, I will do everything in my power to NOT USE FEDEX... EVER! The service is absolutely horrid! I hope more people write reviews of their experience, and I hope someone of authority at FedEx sees the reviews and takes corrective action.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY. Really, this should be illegal - they just take pictures of your house from their truck now and say they have made a delivery attempt on anything signed. They don't deliver, and if they do it's to throw a package in the yard somewhere. I even have found them in the bushes and in a snow bank. Customer service in India is useless - I asked for redelivery and instead today I find out they shipped it back. Meanwhile, I got a message saying the package was on the way. I spent THREE DAYS at home waiting for this!

Delivery driver couldn’t find where to drop my package. Called me to ask. Delivery driver spoke no English. None. Other than the name of my street and the word “deliver”. I spent $603 to ship a string instrument overnight, with a very specific delivery time (12 noon) so that it would arrive at the shop during business hours, and not get left outside or in a chilly warehouse in Chicago. It arrived at 6:30 pm, was SIGNED BY THE DELIVERY PERSON and left outside the shop overnight! Then when I called customer service to get a shipping refund, the agent, whose accent is almost impossible to understand, said I have to wait 48-72 hours after delivery for an invoice to be created!
This makes no sense. I shipped two days ago, so there should be an easy-to-find record of the transaction in their system NOW, not in two or three days. The only conclusion I can draw is that FedEx doesn’t want to pay the refund, so they hope that with this bogus “invoice delay” most people will give up or forget to call back later. What a garbage way to treat your customers. They should be ashamed.

SCAM RIPOFF COMPANY. I printed a shipping label for a tire, cost was 29.83. After it was delivered FedEx came back and charged an additional $36.92 irregular size charge. Never again will I use FED EX for anything. ALSO eBay needs to remove FEDEX as a shipper off their website.

Been waiting over 6 days to receive a package that was a 2nd day delivery, It's been on the truck 3 times for delivery, they never attempted the delivery. Now my package is back in Buffalo NY, reason unknown. I called the 1 800 number to file a complaint, they gave me a reference # big deal. FedEx in my area is not a company route.

Non existent to outright rude customer service, useless mobile app if you need to complain about a driver not following delivery instructions, which none of them ever do, no help from anyone online or on phone, avoid using at all costs, I would rather pay more to use UPS which at least answers your phone calls and tries to rectify the situation, Fedex policy is to say, "** and die."

FedEx Experience Review: A Complete Disappointment. If I could rate my experience with FedEx lower than zero, I would. From start to finish, it has been an infuriating ordeal that has consumed countless hours of my time. It would genuinely be more efficient to drive 16 hours to pick up my package myself than to rely on FedEx.
Delivery Issues: The delivery process is an absolute disaster. My package was delayed without explanation, and the tracking information was either inaccurate or nonexistent. Multiple delivery attempts were "made," according to FedEx, yet I received no notification or evidence of these attempts. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
Customer Service Nightmare: If you think customer service might help, prepare yourself for endless frustration. I've spent hours on the phone, being redirected, hung up on, and given contradictory information. The representatives I spoke with seemed untrained, uninterested, and completely incapable of resolving even the simplest issues. On one call, I was transferred five times, only to be disconnected at the end without any resolution.
Time Wasted: The sheer amount of time and energy I've lost trying to resolve this situation is staggering. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt dismissed and ignored. It’s as if FedEx’s primary goal is to make the process as convoluted and frustrating as possible.
Bottom Line: FedEx has completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations of delivery and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and stress—use another carrier or, honestly, just go get it yourself. It will be faster, easier, and far less aggravating.

Fedex has become my provider of last resort. Truly they could learn volumes about customer service from the DMV. Their online system seems to exist to only waste the callers time until you just give up. If you don't give up it hangs up on you. The USPS, as bad as it is, is head and shoulders above FEDEX when it comes to customer service. Cost savings idea for you FEDEX, fire everyone in your customer service department and shut down your 800 number because neither is doing anything other than turning your current customers into UPS customers and getting you named smeared with those companies that still use you to ship their products. If I get lied to tomorrow about my package again I will be calling the vendor and canceling my order and they can deal with you about getting their product back.
Last year one of your drivers stole a $1,500.00 sonar transducer that I had ordered. It required a signature, it was checked onto the truck for delivery, they never even stopped at my home, didn't even say that they attempted delivery, but when the truck got back to your center my transducer was not on it. The package was 5' x 12" x 12" so hard to imagine it got lost behind another package. Your drivers are as bad as your customer no service department. I look forward to seeing that FEDEX has gone bankrupt and that DHL has bought their assets and fired all their employees.

Had a simple order from Amazon 3rd party. Fed-Ex showed delivery Friday and claimed weather would not allow delivery. The weather here at the time the delivery "supposedly" took place, was light drizzle. Called Fed-Ex that evening and was promised delivery Saturday (following day). App showed on the truck all day but no delivery. By 6pm I was again on the phone with Fed-Ex (non US support BTW), just to be told they don't deliver on weekends. So someone was feeding me false information. This is the WORST company in shipping history. Even the USPS is making FedEx look bad. I will no longer purchase any items that use FedEx as a delivery method. Not worth the high blood pressure.

The deliveryman parked his large track in the middle of the street in front of our house, blocking all other cars. He walked out the truck and shortcut towards our door through our garden, stepping over our flowerbed, bushes, and grass area. He dropped a package and immediately started shouting at the wife that she must not open the door until he leaves since he saw a dog in the house. The dog was not outside during the time the deliveryman was ruining our garden. He left the house walking back on our flowers, bushes, and grass areas instead of the driveway. He made a few other drops in the street and came back to our house and shouted more towards us cursing the wife and husband.
A deliveryman shall not peek into the privacy of clients’ homes, shall not break into private gardens, shall not shout at clients, and shall not even tell clients what to do at their properties. Instead, this deliveryman shall go to a psychiatrist to handle his mental disorder with pets and people and learn how to control his excessive anxiety and impulsive aggression.
Clearly, FedEx and LAST MILE DELIVERY SOLUTIONS completely failed to address the deliveryman’s misbehavior and its wrong-choosing of employees. FedEx manager has lied to us that the matter was addressed, dishonoring himself and FedEx together. Therefore, we are left with confronting FedEx and LAST MILE DELIVERY SOLUSIONS directly. We have started legal procedures for taking the companies to court and making sure this delivery-boy and his lying manager both lose their jobs. We, with our attorney, seek a restrain order for this criminal delivery-boy. We have filed a police report on this third incident and put a ‘no-trespassing to all FedEx deliverymen’ sign in front of our lot. Any FedEx deliveryman entering our property will be cleared away from our property and prosecuted. See you in social media and in court soon!

I ordered a bed through Wayfair and the original delivery date was Nov. 28, 2024. It did not arrive on this date and the next date listed was Nov. 29, bewteen 9 and 13:00. My son stayed home to get the delivery and it did not arrive. At 10 AM on this date, I used the function that required you to put in your email for an update. Not a word as of 1800 on November 29. I phoned customer service, and ALAS, they have contracted this out to a third party service and are not responsible. I have taken ownership of a new home today and have no bed... No worries as per customer service. FedEx is going to put a tracking ticket on my bed and they will get right back to me in 24 HOURS. Wow. What a stellar organization, with their customer service reps gong through the little flow chart with customers, saying "I am sorry" every few minutes. So USELESS!!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid for express shipping so I could get my package early, but that didn’t happen. The first attempt was during the day (around 12-1 PM), which is impossible for me since I work night shifts. That alone would’ve been fine if they hadn’t completely ignored the updated delivery instructions I provided when I called to create a ticket. I included multiple fail-safes, yet two days later, they ignored every single one.
When I called customer service 35 minutes after the missed delivery, I was passed around with long waits and empty promises, only to be told the driver was already back at the facility—over an hour away. For that to be true, they would’ve had to break traffic laws or not attempt delivery at all. Now I have to wait another two days for another delivery attempt or drive over an hour to pick up a package I paid express shipping for. The first missed delivery was partially my fault, but ignoring clear instructions after I called to resolve the issue? That’s unacceptable. If you're a company considering this service for your customers, DON’T. They don’t care about you or your problems.

I order a very important item for Thanksgiving on November 14. My item has sit in the Fletcher facility since November 23. Today is Thanksgiving November 28. My package is still sitting in the same place. I am very disappointed that my package didn’t arrive in time for the residence at the nursing home. It’s just a package right. NO. It’s the small things that bring happiness to residents that have no one but the employees to brighten their day. So because of my very important package that was lefted sitting in the Fletcher facility I will not be able to provide that small happiness to my residence at to help make their Thanksgiving a little easier a little brighter. Feeling let down.

We ordered some stuff from a store to be delivered to my place in Florida. As soon as we received notice of delivery from the store we called Fedex for vacation hold. They confirmed it. We called several times as we even had a confirmation code for the hold. Each time they confirmed 100% no problem it would only be delivered on our requested date. Both shipments were dropped off in front of the door several days earlier. We had to hire someone to go both times and give them a code to get in.

Today FedEx driver left 4 - cardboard boxes of dishes at the end of our driveway, next to a busy road, several hundred feet away from our front door. It was also raining. The driver did put a plastic bag over the top of two of the boxes that were on top of the other two boxes that were placed in the wet grass. Just sheer laziness by the driver. This is not the first time this has occurred. Their driver have left a large box leaning against our mailbox pole on the opposite side of the road, left a box at the end of our driveway and once tossed a package under a pine tree towards the top of our driveway. They placed it under the tree presumably because it was also raining that day as well. I have NEVER had any experience like these with UPS.

FedEx continually delivers our packages to wrong address. UPS and USPS never make this mistake. Have spoken to managers at deliver terminal many times. They read something from a script, and end with, “we’re sorry”. I have no control over which shipping company companies use. The last manager made an excuse that they have frequent turnover with drivers. If you knowingly use FedEx as a preferred delivery service, proceed at your own risk. Horrible customer service.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lost my package for 5 days and then told me they weren't going to deliver it and they would drop it off with Canada Post even though Canada Post is on strike so my medication was in there and now I can't get my meds. Real great FedEx. Plus even when we have a scheduled delivery they will drop it off at the wrong house two blocks away. It's lucky I know my neighbors. Otherwise I probably wouldn't receive any of my packages.

Bought an E-bike on Amazon. It had to be delivered by FedEx. They said it would be delivered on a Monday before 8 o'clock. 8 o'clock came and went and no bike. Checked Amazon App and now it said it would be delivered TUESDAY before 8 o'clock. So now, I've taken TWO days off of work because I HAD to be home to sign for it. At 11:00 am I check the Amazon app again and it says "an attempt to deliver was made at 11:10am"??? I check outside and there's a sticker on my door. No one ever knocked or rang the doorbell. I have a big dog sitting in front of the door. Never barked or made a sound.
I look outside and the FedEx driver is down the street in her truck, so I walk over to her and ask her if I missed her and she says "no, your package was on a Ryder truck..and they're probably out of the area now. They're my overflow". She was nice, and tried to call her supervisor but they, of course, don't answer... So she tells me, "now it'll probably be delivered tomorrow". Did the FedEx in the Ryder truck, TIPTOE up to my door and place the sticker then RUN back to his truck?? Now I will have to miss work AGAIN. What TERRIBLE service.

FedEx screwed up and mistakenly redirected a package back to the shipper (me) rather than the delivery. Mistakes happen, fine. But I then spent 20 minutes on the phone with their alleged customer service department, which included having to call back twice after the call got dropped. I still don't know what's going on with the package or why it was misdirected. When I did speak to an agent, he lied to me by claiming the zip code was wrong, but it's not; I had the label in front of me. Their Website is now showing delivery tomorrow, which is two days late. Funny thing is, I used FedEx because I thought it would be more reliable than the Postal Service.

What happened to this company? Use to be the standard...now I avoid using FedEx whenever I can. I find their employees to be poorly trained and consistently see poor customer service. This company definitely has an internal culture problem. FedEx senior management should go to their store on Manchester Road in Des Peres MO. The rudest and laziest employees. It's actually funny to watch them. How a company lets a consumer-facing store get to that point is hard to understand. Good that we have options.

I have been patiently waiting for a package to be delivered to my address. So today I had an update saying my package would be delivered by 8 pm and so I start watching for FedEx to come by to drop it off. Well by 7:30 pm they still haven't showed up so I go and look and what do I find... I find that supposedly they attempted to deliver around 6:03 pm but no delivery driver ever showed up at my address (makes about the 5th time now). So, I go to look at the tracking updates and seen that the driver attempted to deliver to an address in Augusta (supposedly the business was closed) so I called FedEx to see what is going on with my package and get told that it was delivered to some address in Augusta. So, I get on the FedEx website to file a claim on my package only to find out that my package is being sent back to the shipper. What the heck... FedEx doesn't know what they are doing.
This isn't the first time that my package hasn't been delivered or late being delivered or something else being wrong to where they can't deliver. I have actually had a driver do property damage because he didn't know how to drive. Did FedEx fix what he did... No, they did not. They hum hulled around for so long that even with the claim number they can't find anything about it. So, WE had to put out over $400 to fix what a FedEx driver damaged. FedEx still to this day has not offered to reimburse for it. We have had the drivers throw packages on our vehicles (them knowing good and well it will scratch them). We have had packages get wet because drivers are too lazy to either put them in a bag (that they carry) or on my porch where it won't get wet.
If you want your packages to come in on time, don't want to hunt down your package either by driving or making phone calls, and don't want damage done to your property then when you make an online order make sure you see who the shipper sends packages through or request to have a different carrier to deliver your packages. FedEx is not a good company to be carrying mail. They are sorry, they do not take responsibility for anything that happens. They tell you to file a claim on the website, but they still don't do anything about it. They have poor customer service when you call. You are in the wrong and not them, your complaint doesn't mean anything to them. They cannot understand plain English when they are spoken to. They act like they know everything, and you know nothing even though they were not there when it (whatever happened) happened.
It is a shame that a Mail carrier is so lazy and don't care enough to get someone their package to the right address on the right day undamaged. Too many times does FedEx get away with poor service and poor delivery. FedEx needs to be looked into for everything they do when delivering packages and when it comes to customer service calls.

In my experience, FedEx leaves package(s) where it's the most convenient or easiest for them, regardless of the possible exposure to theft or weather conditions, they drop the package closest to their truck instead of at your front door.

I have always had issues with FedEx starting back in 1997 when they left a letter with my paycheck at an abandoned shack 3 miles from my house in Montana. In Houston, they said they couldn't find me and I had to drive 60 miles both directions to pick up package at their headquarters. The last 3 years or so in Montana they always come up with excuse of weather delays when there was no bad weather. And a package will say out for delivery and never delivered. Tracking says they attempted to deliver which of course they did not.
FedEx knows where I live. I get a package from them about once a week. And no signature required so no excuse. What I would like to know is why it is OK for them to lie. And guess what? UPS never has any of these issues. Even USPS is way better than FedEx. I have no idea how anyone can run a company this way and why they have not gone broke by now. Sure wish someone would buy them out and straighten out this worthless company.

As usual my FEDEX package was delivered to the wrong address. Picture of the floor with the package was taken not showing my door number like Amazon does. I spoke to my neighbor and was told that the delivery drivers will be delivering to thousands of wrong homes intentionally due to the layoffs and cut in overtime this holiday season. FEDEX has issued a statement that they will be laying off this holiday season. Call FEDEX after 12 calls and was able to get customer service. Initially you will get their AI (phone) or Virtual Assistant that is totally useless. Appears upper management could not care less if they were to try the garbage AI service offered to customers to solve problems. A simple "My package was delivered to wrong address" could not be recognized. Finally spoke to customer service that said file a claim with the shipper as they could not care less since layoffs are pending.

Updated on 11/23/2024: Regarding my last review concerning FedEx, I am still waiting for someone from the company to contact me. I was promised an email would arrive to me within 24-48 hours, 72 hours have now passed and still Nothing. After contacting them again since they failed to contact me, FEDEX closed the case the same night of the false delivery and claimed case was resolved. No information was given to me about the outcome. FedEx is so UNPROFESSIONAL it is mind blowing! I seriously wish they GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Their customer service is deplorable. I am still waiting for my REFUND!
They screwed up and leave you to do their leg work. Now I have demanded that if no other carrier is not available on their delivery list except for FEDEX, FEDEX must asked for picture ID if they have to deliver any future package to my home. If IDENTIFICATION of person at my residence does not have same address on package, DO NOT LEAVE MY PACKAGE!!! I will go to their office and pick it up MYSELF. FedEx you ought to be ASHAMED of your bad practice that has now tarnished your reputation.
Original: I was expecting 2 IPhone 16 Promax to be delivered on 11-20-2024 by FedEx from Verizon wireless. A signature was required. I tracked my package while waiting at home all day on my front porch. No FedEx truck nor car showed up on my street that day. The only delivery truck was Amazon and UPS. At 2:23pm Fedex crooked employee claimed that he delivered my packages. I have yet to find out and get answers from FedEx about my bogus delivery. FedEx is aware that their service is no longer valid as before since they are hiring employees that are thieves. This is stressful and I hope FedEx goes out of business. For such a big company they do not hold their employees accountable for theft and bad behaviors. Still waiting to get my refund from Verizon wireless. This sucks. Dish Fedex. They are not reliable nor trustworthy.

Fedex's driver either stole or delivered my package somewhere where I can't find it - the picture they sent was pitch black and didn't show exactly where the delivery was. I submitted a claim - the claim was closed without any notification as to what happened and then there is no number to contact about it that will direct you to figure out why your case got closed for a package that the seller was inept to chose FedEx as the delivery company to be horrible at their actual job. So now your $110 package is just gone and you can't do anything about it.

Most of the time late, throws packages at the end of my driveway rain or shine, customer service non-existent. I avoid FedEx at all costs unless there is no other option from a seller. I don't understand how they are still a business.

I don't count on FedEx for anything, if you don't care when fedex gets your package to you, then ship via fedex. I expect my packages to be delivered on time. Very poor company. I tried to arrange for FedEx pickup of a letter by calling their Customer Service number 1-800-463-3339. I spent more than an hour talking to several agents and a supervisor and was unable to have my request completed. They all were not well trained, spoke peculiar English, and could not understand simple instructions. Everything appeared difficult for them and I was put on hold several times. They couldn't even enter complete address of pickup location as if they were unfamiliar with the format for US addresses. They were trying to be very polite and constantly apologized for everything, but the result was that I wasted more than an hour of my time without accomplishing anything. In the past, it usually took a native speaker of English about 10 minutes to complete a similar request for a pickup. Based on my experience, it definitely is not the same FedEx company that I was using for decades in the past.

I ordered some stuff from Chewy and apparently my stuff is still sitting at the Lowell location even though it says it's out for delivery. l guess Carol either can't find my place or doesn't want to deliver my chewy box here in Decatur. Called chewy customer service and complained if my box isn't delivered by tomorrow morning I will call back and cancel and get my money back. For one I am needing my cat's food and another thing I have never had this problem before.

I just had a recliner delivered from Amazon through Fed Ex and Milaki in Chesapeake, VA was SUPER! Milaki had set the recliner by our garage as the delivery instructed and when I came out the front door he brought it up for me. It's a heavy box and I was so thankful for the extra care he gave---and the fact that he could muscle it in. Too heavy for me!

Actually I rate it a zero! Can’t even follow a simple shipping label. I pay to have an item shipped I want it delivered where the shipping label states not where the driver considers the easiest place to put it. I can’t get around right now, so I put front porch delivery. Where does the driver put the package?, On the other side of my apartment complex, in a room. So much for the paying customers get what they want! Your company sucks!

This service is horrible. Most the time they are late and I pay for like a two day shipping and it takes four days. My packages most of the time come beat up and the majority of that time damaged. I always ask my shipper not to use FedEx and I tell all my friends not to use them either. I’m surprised this company is still in business. It is one of the worst businesses that I’ve ever used.

I would rate FedEx zero if that were an option. Just a terrible experience overall and read the small print. There is no recourse for losing your valuable items and they simply do not care. The customer service was 0/10. Beware and choose an alternative carrier.

My package arrived at final shipping location on Friday. Left on the truck to be delivered on Saturday morning. Never came. Went back to office with no reason given. On Monday package scanned on truck again to be delivered. Went back to office again and not delivered with again no reason given. Called service. All they would say is heavy packages and did not come on time which was clearly was a lie. It had been there since Friday. Said it coming tomorrow. Ha we will see.

Very annoying customer service reps. There is no way that you guys can tell me you have drivers and no access to communicating with the drivers. It is so frustrating asking for a direct answer, I paid $10.95 for shipping to be sooner, estimated time for delivery was originally at 10am- 2:15 pm, now it is estimated for 2:15 pm - 4:15 pm. This answer is crucial to me and my arrangements for the day with my mechanic, and all I need to know is if the delivery is going to be here today before my mechanic closes as to I will have to make another appointment. Irene and Danielle were my customer service reps and all they kept doing was ignoring my request and repeating what I already had told them and all they could do is tell me it would be here by the end of the day.
What is the point of paying extra, and how frustrating to not be able to get a simple direct answer. Mitchell has delivered here for me before and he is GREAT! I am more than sure he would have had no issue being contacted and asked a legit question so I as a human can plan accordingly and not be up in the dark with no answer and my mechanic thinking I will be there today!

Every time I have had something shipped to me through FedEx it has never come to my address. Their drivers just throw the package on the side of the road somewhere. We had a package with a prescription for my father that shipped to the nursing home where he lived, they never received it. The driver lied and said he left it on the porch. A boy riding his bike in the neighborhood found it laying on the side of the road nowhere near the correct address. Apparently the driver just didn't care and threw the package out the window of his truck.
Another recent package with an expensive item was left laying on the ground at the end of our road where someone could have easily stolen it. They obviously don't care. Their drivers lie about delivering a package. They never send delivery confirmation, probably because they never deliver anything. When you call to make a complaint, they never seem to care. If you are having something shipped, don't use FedEx. If you do you will probably never get your package. FedEx should be put out of business for good. Everyone should boycott FedEx!

Fedex is possibly the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to use. After calling in to have duties and taxes prepaid to my Fed Ex account, I have been sent to a collection agency for separate shipments. The latest is a charge that I paid in August with FedEx that was sent to collections. When I tried to pay the amount through the collection agency, they wouldn't accept payment as there was no balance to pay! Fast forward to 2 hours of wasted phone calls later, I will be DECLINING ALL FEDEX SHIPMENTS. The worst client service that I have ever had to deal with. Not helpful, no solutions and no apologies. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Fedex driver forged a signature on our delivery and kept the box. We have a locked private gate and they always have to leave a slip for a local pickup in town. Fedex won't help and closed our case. We have filed a consumer complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Oklahoma.

One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. FedEx claimed they attempted delivery to my house four times, but the story doesn’t add up. The first time, they left a door tag but never logged it in the system, leaving me unable to track the package. On the second attempt, they didn’t even ring the doorbell. The third time, they left a door tag that was finally logged, but we weren’t home. For the supposed ‘fourth’ attempt, they left no door tag, and my Ring cameras show no record of anyone coming to the door. Customer service was no help at all in sorting this out. I’ve always respected FedEx and Fred Smith’s story of how the company was built, but it’s clear the quality and care have vanished. Disappointing doesn’t even cover it.

I returned a Samsung smartwatch to 1450 NW 87th Ave, Doral, 33172 US. When it arrived at Samsung, the product was missing from the box only the packaging was received. Samsung sent an open-box video. I contacted FedEx customer service, but the issue hasn’t been thoroughly investigated. So I don't suggest any return product to FedEx.

I got an electric fireplace insert today and the box was destroyed. The glass was shattered on the fireplace. It was so bad that glass was falling from the holes in the box. Called FedEx to file a complaint and was basically told to call the seller and have them file a complaint. This never should have been delivered. This is ridiculous. This is the worst shipping company. They don’t care for their customers. They don’t care for their employees either, or they would not make it a nightmare for customers. And then the employees have to take the brunt of angry customers. Somehow, they can’t figure out how to get in my complex, unlike UPS, USPS, and Amazon. Then they make it a nightmare to try to redirect your package. Then it’s another fight trying to pick up the package. If a company uses FedEx, I always have to cancel the order.

I needed to get my absentee ballot in for the General Election. I chose FedEx to do so. The ballot still hasn't arrived as of November 11! First, the agent filled in the address correctly but somehow the shipment was sent to a completely different address that had nothing to do with the election. FedEx managed to get the right address on the shipment on the same day that it was given to the for shipment, but the shipment then sat on this side of the border for a week. Only well after the election was the shipment in the US, but as noted: it still hasn't arrived at its destination. I will never use FedEx for any urgent shipment.

I have been trying to receive a package for a solid week from FedEx. The shipper, a retailer, typed an incorrect spelling for the street. They have been calling FedEx and I have been calling FedEx for a solid week trying to change that spelling, knowing that the package would never reach me. FedEx would do nothing! Then I received an email today from FedEx wanting me to call and correct the address; so I did call for the third or fourth time trying to correct the address and they still could not help me. The package has been shipped all around the U.S. and I still have not received it. They just kept giving me the run-a-round. Between that and the absolutely horrible voice menu that only makes you crazy at best, I ended up hanging up and giving up!! FedEx fails!!!

The texts and emails give a delivery date and time…when that passes, they eventually update with a new time, then new delivery date..then another and another. I have to sign for the delivery so I am waiting, waiting, waiting. Totally unacceptable. I wish I could leave negative stars. Why not just text “we don't give a darn, just keep waiting.”

I paid for 2 day delivery for a very important shipment from Florida to North Carolina. 5 days later no one at Fed ex seems to know where my package is or when it will be delivered or if it is lost forever. I so wish I had used anything but Fed ex. Apparently 2 day service doesn't exist. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Wish I had never used them. Lost a valuable item that cannot be replaced.

Every other carrier delivers successfully to my house. For some reason, Fedex gets it wrong 95% of the time and leaves my packages on someone else's property. I have complained several times and provided very clear delivery instructions, but nothing helps. Lazy drivers don't want to go all the way down the road so they toss out the package two houses early.

I work in a welcome center at a gated community. This is a long read but I wanted to share as it happened: (We are located in Florida.) While sitting at my desk I noticed a FedEx driver with 2 boxes, one I recognized as a Hello Fresh box, going into the mailroom. I let him know that 1) not to leave packages at that location (it is posted) and 2) that this was fresh food and that no one would know to look for it there. The driver did not speak English and tried pushing the box into my hands. I told him no, that he had to go into the resort to deliver to the owner’s lots. He left the box on the table and went back to his truck which was parked near the exit gate. The doors and windows were open, and his music was at full volume. I went to the office and grabbed a map of the resort and a black Sharpie marker. As I was returning to speak to him, he had 4 more boxes and was actively scanning them as “delivered”.
Meanwhile, Cathy went into the mail room to retrieve the boxes left there to return them to his truck. It was then discovered that the second box wasn’t even addressed to our address, but to an address further up SR 80. We told him the second box needed to go back on his truck. He kept trying to give it back to us. I walked to the back of his truck where he had the doors open and went through each package and wrote the lot number on the packages that belonged to our location. (Even though it was already on the shipping label) and gave him a map. I pointed to the gate and said that I would let him in. He shook his head yes and tried a third time to give me the package to the other business. Again, I refused the package. I went back to the office to open the gate.
Within about 3 minutes I got a call from an owner. There is yelling and loud music in the background. She says that the FedEx driver is at her lot and is trying to give her a package that doesn’t belong to her and was trying to unload several packages. I told her that I had seen the Hello Fresh box that was supposed to be delivered to her. While on the phone with her I heard her trying to tell him which box was hers and that she wasn’t taking the others. She then hangs up. The phone immediately rings again and it's another owner. Again, there is yelling and loud music in the background. She advises that the FedEx delivery man is at her lot, and he is trying to offload all his packages to her. She is very upset over the language barrier. I told her I will be right there and drive down to her lot.
When I arrived, the Fed Ex truck is blocking another owner’s driveway (he is sitting in his truck waiting to pull in). All doors are open and the music is still blaring. There are now several owners standing in the roadway due to the noise and confusion. The elderly owner is visibly upset and shaking. She tells me that he is trying to give her packages that don’t belong to her and that at one point he became so angry that he took one package (later discovered it was the one that belonged to the other business) and raised it over his head and slammed it down on the roadway. I tell him to turn the music down, which he immediately did. I told him that “I gave you a map, and the lot numbers are on the packages, the lot numbers are on the end of the driveway. Do not try to drop these all at one location, you need to deliver them to the owners on the shipping label.” He kept talking to me in another.
At this point, the owners were becoming visibly upset so I took it upon myself to take all the packages from him and told him to leave the property. He immediately loaded them on my golf cart and left. The owners that were there came up to tell me what had happened prior to my arrival. They tried to use Google Translate to communicate with him prior to throwing the package to the ground and that is when she became fearful that he was turning violent and called me. Many of them expressed their disappointment with FedEx and in this driver in particular, as they have had on-going issues with him leaving packages on the wrong lots, clubhouses where no one is around, and missing packages altogether.
My co-worker later told me that he exited out the entrance way after an owner went through rather than wait for the exit gate to open. I delivered the packages to the owners as they were all on the way back to the office. Incident has been reported to FedEx and as of the writing (5 days later) they have not contacted me. Since this incident, a different driver tried to offload several packages at the office a few mins before closing time. Again, she did not speak English and we spend 20 mins talking back and forth on Google Translate. Nothing was resolved and I relented and took the packages so she wouldn't leave them outside. I know that they are contracted drivers however, they are wearing FedEx uniforms with FedEx marked trucks. Hoping for the best as the holidays approach!

This is the THIRD TIME FedEx hasn't bothered to deliver our dog's FROZEN food. They didn't lie this time about trying to deliver - just didn't try. FedEx in NW Arkansas SUCKS! But considering their horrible reviews and the number of them, this is normal for FedEx. Unfortunately shippers keep using them.

Utterly Disappointed with Service. I am beyond frustrated with FedEx’s handling of a critical package sent from USCIS, containing essential residency verification documents needed to renew my driver’s license. According to tracking my package arrived at the local facility on 10/18/2024 at 6:10 AM. However, it is now 10/31/2024, and the package still hasn’t been delivered.
Despite contacting customer service and receiving case number **, I have not received any updates or resolution. This delay has had serious consequences – I couldn’t renew my driver’s license on time, which forced me to take leave from my government job due to a lack of valid identification. FedEx’s negligence and lack of accountability have turned what should have been a simple delivery into an incredibly stressful ordeal. I expected better service for such time-sensitive, important documentation. Please ensure this package is delivered promptly, as the impact of this delay has already been substantial. Yesterday I contacted FedEx customer service once again and spoke with a representative who informed me that the package is considered “lost” but then abruptly ended the call. I am now left without any clear information or further assistance regarding this matter.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They delivered the package at wrong address. Then after the complaint they don’t have any clue where my package is. Customer service executives are incompetent. If you call them they have only one answer that “they don’t have any update and you will receive call or email about the update”. That is the only thing they know. Now when package is missing and lost they are asking to file a claim. What a joke.

My husband purchased us 2 new Apple Watches on 27 October. The tracking number was sent showed it was supposed to be delivered on 29 October by 8pm. I tracked the order earlier the morning of delivery and it showed it was on a FedEx vehicle for delivery. My husband could not be at the residence because of military obligations, so I made sure I was home all day. The window of 8pm went by so I tracked the order again and it was mysteriously back at the Pooler, GA facility and showed the watches would be here today between 11am-3pm but the location never updated or changed from the Pooler facility.
After 3pm I checked the items again and it showed will arrive by 8pm. My husband called Best Buy and told them I still haven’t received the products I paid over $1K and the rep said if I did not receive them by today I could get a refund. At or around 5:15pm I received the package from FedEx I signed and went in my residence. When my wife and I opened the watches to our surprise there were no Apple Watches, the bands or chargers in the box. The boxes they came in were dirty and the outer box they were packaged in looked to have been opened and taped back up. These both were the cellular version, but the thing I love about Apple products is when the IMEI number is the identifier for the product and when reported stolen it pops up.
This is the second time FedEx has done something like this to me and they’re a joke when you try to file a claim through them because they want you to reach out to who you bought the product from and see if they could replace the item, refund you or they get very rude when it’s their fault. It’s a shame you can’t even trust mail carriers. I would never choose FedEx and I don’t think anyone should. I patiently waited on these devices just to receive an empty dirty box

I ordered a part on ebay and the shipper used signature required however we cannot provide s.o. at the delivery location during work-hours. Any attempt to change the delivery to 'hold-at-location' and pick it up was denied. The service agents in China were hard to understand and just repeated instructions from a display device. No solution. The delivery will likely be returned to sender or extremely delayed. I will have to cancel and reorder, this time with UPS or even the US Postal Service - they are more flexible than FedEX.

FedEx delivery truck and person in Charlotte, NC has always been terrible, they throw boxes up on our front porch and absolutely will not leave boxes where we ask them to. UPS is excellent and we'll use UPS every chance we get over Fedex.

None of which spoke English. They can’t transfer calls, they can’t call you back, there is no supervisor on site, etc. etc. Just a joke! Oh, and come to find out the balance is 0. THEN WHY HAVE YOU BEEN HARASSING MY SALES TEAM?

But, no matter what it's either the wrong door, apt, or complex entirely. In fact, my package, just today, was dropped off *literally a mile away. It's meds. I need them. I can't immediately get there. Don't go with this company. Your patrons will not receive their package. My 12 year old niece runs a company better than this circus. FedEx continues its degradation in all aspects of its service. No longer reliable, tracking is terrible, can’t meet delivery representations, doesn’t care if they waste people time, automated system is a joke, can’t speak to a live representative, and I can go on and on. This was once a company that you could trust and they cared about customers. They have wasted So much of my time the last few days waiting on a delivery that inmates for. No showed on 10/27 only to change delivery window to 10am - 2 pm the next day. Again a no show.
Waiting two days and still no clue when my package is due to arrive. Is there anyway they can proactively let you know you they ain’t a coming? They seem to pride themselves on telling you there aren’t coming after you have already changed your plans and waited for them all day long. I could not be more disappointed with them and I will no longer use FedEx or buy something that from a vendor that contracts with FedEx as their carrier. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with them, just the first time I’ve reviewed them.

For example they will ding businesses and individuals with brokerage fees and duties on customer returns for no reasons at all. There is no other courier/shipper that does this. Absolute NIGHTMARE!!! These people are total idiots!! I spoke to FIVE different reps and was given 2 different reference numbers and BEGGED them to hold my package while on vacation. I was assured that it would be held until I returned! Lo and behold, the package was delivered early and now it is ruined!! I called again to file a complaint and was told "there is nothing we can do since the package has already been delivered", Excuse me...a package you were supposed to hold idiots!!! This is the second time in two months that I have issues with FedEx. They used to be so reliable now they are the worst. I will stop buying from any shipper that uses them for delivery. The first time they delivered to an entirely different address. The second, was a perishable item to celebrate my anniversary, delayed 4 days so clearly went straight into the trash. Both times called customer service which was entirely useless and whose only advice was to call the shipper.

Every weekly package delivered over the past year has been covered in dirt. Dirt has infiltrate into the product packaging. Our delivery guy is covered in dirt as well. He told me that the seals on the truck need replaced. He also said he has mentioned this to his manager on numerous occasions and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. We are at our wit's end cleaning products after opening the packaging. Not to mention covered in dirt from handling them. The other issue is occasionally our packages come damaged. We receive packages from both FedEx Texarkana and Hot Springs. Hot Springs is the issue. We also get deliveries from UPS. Never a problem with them.

I think FedEx sucks. Their app never updates until the next day. And often, the package is so badly damaged half time I have to return it so they fail to successfully deliver half the time. Why companies still hire the company is unknown to me.

I had an important package that was scheduled to arrive on October 17th, but it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. The delivery driver even sent a picture, which clearly showed the bottom of a door that was not mine. Despite this evidence and the fact that I was home all day (it was my anniversary), the initial customer service representative I spoke with dismissed the situation. They suggested that I simply wasn't home, even though I explained that I had both the emailed photo and footage from my Ring camera proving otherwise.
After much back and forth, I finally convinced them that the package was indeed delivered incorrectly. However, instead of offering a clear solution, I was transferred multiple times and subjected to repetitive questions. It felt like no one wanted to take responsibility. I eventually filed a claim, which was when someone more helpful finally assisted me, explained the next steps, and promised that the package was being located.
The next day, I received a voicemail confirming that my package had been found and returned to their Bedford Heights location, which is only about 10 minutes away from me. Naturally, I expected it to be delivered soon after. However, despite receiving an email promising delivery by October 22nd, no package ever arrived. Today, October 23rd, I called FedEx again and was met with the same frustrating runaround. The representative couldn’t provide any updates and eventually transferred me to their survey without warning, essentially hanging up on me.
At this point, it’s beyond disappointing. Not only was my package mishandled, but the communication and service from FedEx were abysmal. A delivery company in 2024 should be capable of tracking a package and providing accurate updates. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I strongly urge others to reconsider using FedEx for any important deliveries, as my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Fed Ex has terrible service - or maybe it's NO service, I don't have my orders yet. And they are not accountable. Never use this company! I also can no longer order from Wayfair since they use Fed Ex. For three and four days in a row, my orders were on the truck for delivery. Then they changed to "delivery not attempted", one after the other. For one of the orders it then changed to "product damaged" and they are returning to sender. Damage evidently occurred after hanging out with Fed Ex. I live over 90 minutes away from a distribution center as well as communicating with Fed Ex is impossible. I will do everything I can to NEVER use Fed Ex again and to boycott businesses that use Fed Ex. Wow!!

Will never use Fedex again. I asked for overnight at a mailing place. They printed label, all was set, receipt said at the bottom if would be delivered by the end of the next business day. I called, they had no idea where the envelope was. They said it hadn't been scanned properly apparently. They set up a claim and assured me it would be there by end of day. I called back later and someone said it was coded as FedEx Home Delivery. I have never heard of this. I asked for overnight, the place who packaged it thought it was overnight. Every time I called I got a different answer. Totally disappointing experience. It was a very important notarized letter that needed to be there overnight. I will use USPS or UPS.

Fedex lost my package containing ORIGINAL HIGHSCHOOL, DENTAL BACHELORS AND MASTERS DOCUMENTS on 09/24/2024 and they were last scanned at the Memphis, Tn hub on 09/25/2024. I filed a claim, but more than the claim refund I want my documents back. I’ll have to waste my time, money and energy on this. I might lose one academic year. We were not informed about an additional delivery charge with Fedex until we received the bill after delivery. We followed all the guidelines to dispute the charge of $184. After all documents were sent to fedex, as we were advised by phone, we were told to send the documents via email. We followed up and had several exchanges with the company. We feel we were charged unfairly and despite our multiple attempts to dispute the charge, we paid the bill because we were sent threatening letters about legal action against us.

Fedex is the worst of any major carrier. They constantly give WRONG time frames, you take time off work for packages requiring a sig, they CHANGE the time on you halfway through the day and say it won't be there till end of day. They ALWAYS pull this nonsense. If it was occasional, it would be forgivable. Fedex is always the same and always completely inaccurate. I've received 4 deliveries from Fedex in the last 2 weeks. 3 shipments of screws and a very expensive saw. All were damaged. The first shipment was accidental. The driver accidentally dropped the box the bucket of screws were in. The next two shipments of screws were damaged because the driver was incompetent and lazy. Rather than walk around the rail to deliver the packages he simply threw the boxes over the rail landing on my concrete porch again demolishing the buckets. The 4th shipment the same driver as in shipments 2 and 3 dropped the saw in the middle of the driveway half way to my house. (Literally dropped it. My driveway is only about 40' long.) The outer box was dented and the inside packaging was totally demolished.
I called customer "No Service" and the lady blew me off saying they were doing maintenance on their system. I now have 75 lbs. of screws in cardboard boxes and a possible damaged saw which was already delayed in arrival. I can't test to see if the saw is damaged for several days when I can have time to put it together. One star is way too generous.

I was expecting a delivery from Chewy.com via FedEx on Wednesday, October 9 that never came. FedEx claimed that a delivery was attempted, but not to my address; I was home most of the day. They also lied about the signature requirement. Apparently, the drivers are lazy. This ridiculousness affects the businesses sending packages as well as customers such as myself. I highly recommend that others use the US Postal Service for deliveries.

I'm wondering why the FedEx app tells you an incorrect delivery time over and over again? Why? Do they not know where packages are? First the app told me a yesterday delivery then it stated it's out for delivery today at 945 to 1145 when that past it. Then stated by the end of the day. My package needs a signature and I took 4 hours off work to do just that but now it's the end of the day? When is the end of the day exactly? 8pm, 7pm, 5pm, 4pm! Why is FedEx incompetent on knowing exactly where and when a package that requires a signature is? FedEx causes inconvenience to their customers, I call there and the robot won't let me talk to a representative! I'm wondering how FedEx actually functions? Is it, just say anything. "Who cares? Fedex is a dumpster fire. I bought a set of IEM'S and decided to pay extra to have package delivered the next day. The business shipped from 392 miles from my town. I was notified at 10 pm that night that the package was OTW to Knoxville. Well. Around 12 hours later I received email that package was delayed and would be delivered tomorrow. Package had not moved at all. Went on with my day. Next morning I'm checking my email while drinking coffee and I get another notification.
Package is delayed another day. Would now be Wednesday for my overnight package. Still had not moved 1 mile. So basically FedEx gets paid for fast delivery and then does nothing. Customer service is horrible. I am fed up with these big companies treating their customers like complete garbage. What happened to good customer service, going above and beyond to take care of customers and Taking ownership of mistakes when made??? If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I send 3 packages from the USA to Mexico on Sep 3. FedEx USA never provided Mexican customs forms required in order for the receiver pick up the packages. After 4 weeks back and forth with lawyers, customs agency and 167 emails, 6 different filled forms and $1000 USD paid to the FEDEX team who “help me with the legal process” to get my packages. This is the nightmare of my life! The products I sent weren’t worth more than 200 USD. I paid $700 USD for shipping and the USA and 1000 USD to get my packages. This situation happened only because FedEx don’t provide the right training to their team. I won’t ever use FedEx for the rest of my life. Ok I had a package from Walmart, set up for shipping, which should have been shipped from Kingman store, instead they shipped it Fedex from Litchfield, which should have been delivered on Thursday, it showed out for delivery since Thursday, still nothing Friday, or Saturday, today nothing and it's showing delayed since last Wed, then been showing out for delivery, and I have talked to the online help, they keep giving the runaround, talked on the phone, the assistants block their microphones and saying they can't hear you, they brush it off like it's no big deal.
I have several packages coming Fedex, like one today. It shows out for delivery, but yet I get an email saying it won't be delivered until tomorrow,. As for this package still sitting on the truck in Kingman, AZ, which there is no excuse, what gives, I said this to them on the phone, and they play stupid, and act like they don't know what is going on, this is no way to treat customers, I ask where my package is, they can't give an answer. One person said it's because of the storm, well that sure is funny because the package came from Litchfield Arizona, to Kingman, AZ, not the East Coast or Florida. They lie, and they brush you off.

They didn't update the delivery time or give a GPS locations as they said they would so when they arrived 15 mins earlier than the designated time I had no way of knowing. I walked in to a Fed-Ex store, on Litchfield Rd, Litchfield AZ. To send a computer from AZ to CA. I was asked what was in the box, I was never asked if I would like to insure for more than Fed-Ex basic insurance. When the box was delivered and you can tell by pictures it had been opened, Someone open the packing box, open the computer box, took the computer, left the charging equipment and manual, this is clearly an inside job from someone at the company. To add injury to insult Fed-ex is offering me $100 for the computer. There is no phone number to talk to someone directly, the Litchfield store finally put me through to someone who said they would escalate the case, because I asked to see the security tape at the store. Which did not happen. I am shocked that first of all this could happen when you actually walk something into their store! I am getting no help. Very Frustrating....

Once your package is shipped, they are pretty good getting the package from point A to point B, but if you need help with their packaging and how to, forget it. 2 hours of my life I will never get back. I had a package delivered to Walgreens and when I picked it up it was already opened. Both packing slip and some contents missing. The Manager said the FedEx driver has been a problem multiple times. She has reported the driver but no action has been taken by FedEx to correct the ongoing problem. He's repeatedly opened packages and stolen items. I am just the latest victim.

Terrible! Fedex tracking says package was delivered but it was not. I opened a case and have heard nothing. A picture of the delivery was finally posted with the tracking, so I printed and walked down to my neighbor's home (two doors down) and found the picture was of his front porch at ** instead of **. I rang the door bell and he came to the door. I explained and he said: "Here it is. I put it inside to protect it from rain." It clearly had my address on the package and if it was me, I would have walked it to his home and given it to him. I don't know who to trust these days, Fedex or my neighbor. Employees of these companies just don't seem to care anymore! Anyone who can read with a 1st grade education could have seen this error.

I normally like FedEx. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was not particularly positive. I was expecting a delivery and received tracking email advising my package had arrived. When I went to check, there was no package. The driver took a picture indicating where s/he left my package on a front porch. The picture was not of my front porch. I was left to walk along my street to see if I could identify the house where my package had been delivered. Thankfully, the driver got the right street, but apparently has difficulty getting house number correct. When it comes to deliveries, especially at the prices FedEx charges, close isn't good enough.

I am currently 3 days late for a package that had a delivery exception on the 1st morning, they put that I requested a future delivery on day 2, on day 3, I called to get a physical address to pick up my package, but they wouldn't give me one. I found the address, was told by employee at Dist center that my package is on a trailer that hasn't been unloaded on day 3 now due to nobody wanting to work. I can't even get into the nightmare that is their phone service customer support, not a single person who spoke clear English, absolutely no resolve after repeated calls! I ordered a 116 lb package. FedEx had it to be delivered 08/26/24. I took off work and paid an extra $5.55 to FedEx for evening delivery between 5 & 8 PM so I had help getting it in my house. I am a senior citizen. Tracked package at 8 am and a few minutes past FedEx had it marked as customer requested different delivery date. I did not. Then it stated out for delivery. Then it had delivery attempted at 2:33 PM and no one home. I was home. I also HAVE a ring doorbell and security cameras. No FedEx or any other truck tried to deliver anything. Then it had stated on the tracking customer requested different delivery date again. Which I did not.
So I tracked it again on 09/27 24. When I called FedEx she told me to go pick it up. I told her it is a 116lb package what am I supposed to do carry it on my back plus I paid for delivery and paid extra for evening delivery. VERY rude woman. It is now marked as out for delivery today. We shall see. Oh had to take another day off from work.

Perishable timed delivery schedule was not kept 3 times. First was for delivery by 5:00pm day before, then received e-mail for delivery in am at 9:15 for a 4 hour window. Based on this home Nurse was dispatched for medical infusion for the timed schedule and that was missed. I called for driver delivery and Person answered as could make contact with driver as what was problem, no help! Two hours later, as Nurse was leaving, they probably passed each other up the street. Perishable package delivered with excuse that delivery scheduled for 5:00pm??? No apologies, just here’s your package, no good day, no nothing!!! So much for service as promised?

I get medicine twice a week that needs to be refrigerated and my doctor uses FedEx. I pick a delivery timeframe and I schedule myself at home to receive it because it requires a signature. I am sitting waiting for my delivery now a half hour after the ending delivery window. I tried calling Fedex and that is hopeless. Their help line is designed to not to let you talk to a human. They only give you the same info you get on the website. The website told me the medicine would be delivered by noon (the ending time) until it was 12:01 PM and then the website told me it would be delivered by end of day. There was no info about why. I have no confidence it will be delivered then but I have not choice but to wait. Fedex is not customer focused, it provides no help when things go wrong. I may change doctors to get my medicine a different way.

FedEx is an absolute disaster. My supplier shipped a couple of smart boards, and they were destroyed in transit. I rejected one package during delivery, but their driver was so incompetent he didn’t even know how to mark it as rejected in their system. Now the package has been stuck with them for five days. Given the choice between a root canal and being a FedEx customer, I’d gladly choose a root canal on all my teeth.

Let me say that Fed-Ex has the most asinine and discouraging customer service process ever on phone with their agents as well as delivery service. I have watched my package not come to Tampa not once but twice and one of those facilities is 1.7 miles from my home. Then watched them send my package to Ocala and then to Orlando and state they are not sure why my item has not been delivered and can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to deliver. How is this great service, how this even service at all. Then not to be able to speak to a supervisor or other leadership due to the agent is unwilling or able to transfer. What horrible customer service and dedication to assist the customer. Now I will forever see fedex is not for the people but for the CEO who doesn’t care for the consumer or their employees. In my book I would never use you again and find alternate services and never recommend anyone to use. Not even my personal business.

This is the first time I have encountered such terrible service. The managers constantly lie, postpone delivery dates. Parcels get lost. A month ago, I sent a parcel to USCIS overnight with important documents, they delivered it two days later to the wrong address, looked for it for another day, then assured me that the parcel was delivered. But USCIS did not receive it! Not only did they make my life very bad, they also blatantly lie! The second time, I sent a parcel from Connecticut to California. There were no notifications for two days, two days later they changed the delivery dates, pushing them back three days, and a day later they began to answer that the new dates also depended on the circumstances. That is, even with a three-day delay, delivery is not guaranteed! I am shocked.

Have been waiting for my package to arrive. Been 10 days now. I have received 4 notices that my package is out for delivery and each time get a notice that the driver could not deliver because no one was home or business was closed. I work from home and my job is Monday to Saturday. I'm home all week. The driver doesn't even come to the door as can be reviewed on the cameras in the hallway. I don't know how they keep drivers when they continually lie about not being able to deliver a package as no one was home to sign-what a joke.
Totally frustrating outfit to deal with. Why oh why do they send you messages saying your signature required package will be delivered between 09:10 and 11:10 (strangely specific, no?) then at 11:20 send you another message saying your package will be delivered by 8:00 PM??? An outfit that's been around for this many years really should have their act together - at least a little bit - to make accurate predictions of delivery windows. I will no longer order or purchase anything that the supplier says will be shipped with this crummy outfit.

For something as time sensitive as live animals I have totally lost confidence in FedEx. I have an animal sitting in a hub hundreds of miles from its destination. I am told that it will be another day in transit due to the fact that it missed being loaded on the plane. I don't understand how this could happen due to the fact that the content is clearly printed on the package and knowing the importance of timely shipping. I now stand a chance of the animal not arriving alive. This is unacceptable service.

This the worst experience that I have ever had with a shipping company. I paid for 2 day shipping on August 28th for the package to get there on August 30th. Then it took the package 10 days to get there and then stated that the address was wrong after I went over it with the agent 4 times to verify the address. Now it's September 23 and now the tracking is running late and when the receiver went to pick it up personally now they saying it was sent to Memphis and a unclaimed package instead of sending it back to me. So you kept my money and now you keeping my package.

We paid for 2 day shipping on a very important package, it didn’t come and customer support is a joke, they lie lie lie. It went from a delivery window from 9:40 am to 1:40 pm to by end of day. Still sitting at a sorting office 30 minutes from my house and they won’t let me even pick it up!

Urgent parcel Not delivered. Wrong false Notification says delivery attempted. Customer not available or business closed. Monitoring on CCTV. Footage recorded. Fail to understand why do they do this all the time. Unnecessary waste of time and energy. Expect more honesty from a company like FedEx. Very disappointed.

Well, the lowlights are these as there are no highlights... Called customer service number because Fedex.com is a horrible outdated website that has all kinds of glitch issues and is not trustworthy or credible, just like the customer service reps over the phone. They got my return pick up wrong 3 times and came the wrong day and never showed up on the correct day. Had to call 3 times then finally report to the corporate level offices about FedEx incompetence! They are the worst in reliability over the phone. I was return ship pick up by FedEx Express, told them 3 times and they had 2 different orders, one was ground and one express! Neither one mattered because nobody showed up to pick the package until I called 3 times!! Just a horrible company.

Awful service. I manage an 80-unit apartment complex and they always just leave the packages wherever they feel like it. FedEx Home Delivery carriers constantly leave large, heavy pieces of furniture, etc. in random places, often at the bottom of the stairs because they are too lazy to take it up the stairs and actually deliver it to your home!

I was going to order thru Amazon but their delivery times are so long now, so I decided to get it thru Walmart which on their page said it would be delivered on Tuesday. It's now Thursday and it still hasn't been delivered stating that it is a security risk to deliver to my address in the middle of rice fields. I don't know the only animals running around here are my chickens. I guess the li'l dinosaurs are a security threat. I really need this to fulfill a customer order so I had to go buy the items local to finish the order.

TLDR: FedEx Sucks
I feel like FedEx goes out of their way to hire the laziest and most incompetent drivers. About 10% of my packages get stolen because the driver does not deliver to the my mail box service which is inside of an office building. I have a mail box service so a person can receive and hold the packages for me so they don't get stolen. Ironically, FedEx often leaves packages on the sidewalk outside of the office building where my Mail Box Service is located and the packages get stolen. The drivers are too incompetent to open the door and deliver it to the office in the building where the packages are addressed to. Instead they just dump a pile of boxes in a public space on the sidewalk instead of entering the building which is open and during business hours.
I order a lot of collectible items, so although I can always get a refund, the items often cannot be replaced or they are being resold for a much higher cost on the aftermarket. It's also very difficult to get a hold of FedEx Customer Service, but really not worth your time anyway because they don't do anything to help or prevent reoccurrences, all they do is say that they're sorry and that they sympathize with you. I wish there was a way to hold drivers accountable or form them to be reprimanded for very poor service.

It's a shame that as I tracked my delivery and was given the option to reroute the delivery to another address, after typing in much information and payment then I was told this is "not available at this time". Very sorry to deal with such misleading company.

FedEx Garland, Texas is horrible. They will not leave a package even though it does not require a signature. They will not leave my package unless I put a tracking number with my signature at the end of my gate. I cannot stay at my gate 24 seven. I do not like FedEx Garland. They have not helped me at all. They are poor. Very, very poor customer service.

Must have called 10 times to verify that a local Fed Ex drop box was still available. Could NOT get through the horrible automated call system to talk to a live agent. All Fed Ex call system does is refer me to the website. Must have called 10 times and gave up. Trying to get a live person at FedEx is futile and exasperating.

Don't deliver to homes anymore, why don't they tell the people shipping stuff to others at a home. They need to just go out of business and sell their trucks. Maybe paint them brown first.

Main issue is that it's impossible to get a hold of a live person to talk to. And the automated service is horrible. Also when the delivery date says something like 11th to 16th and the package gets to their warehouse by 11th. It sit there till 16th to get delivered. Ridiculous especially when the tracking keeps telling you every day that the delivery is today. But later on changes to the next day. Seriously if the package is at the warehouse, deliver it. Don't let it sit for days.

Doctor arranged to have eye medicine for my wife delivered ahead of her eye surgery. We paid for express 2 day delivery. It’s the end of day 4 and it still hasn’t arrived. Her surgery is tomorrow morning. The doctor arranged it to be filled at the local CVS Pharmacy. Tried to cancel the delivery online.. Got nowhere with that. If it ever does arrive we will be refusing the delivery. No way to actually speak with anyone that actually works for FedEx over the phone. Web site is useless. Even after creating an account on the web site. Extremely poor customer service!

Our package was delivered to the wrong address. The "proof of delivery" photo they provide clearly shows it was not delivered to our house. Also our security cameras show that no delivery attempt was made at our house. I was unable to contact FedEx about this (other than AI text and pre-recorded phone). Never got to talk to a real person and their AI just tells me the case was closed, I must contact the shipper. Now I am jumping through more hoops with the shipper. Why do WE have to jump through all the hoops when the mis-delivery mistake was made by FedEx? Very poor customer support on this experience.
