Delivers destroyed packages of frozen food with crushed/ripped/soggy/ruined/and unfrozen with no mention on the tracking updates. Puts fraudulent info into tracking notes. Takes photo from 25 feet away to hide damage.

Delivery 8:30-12:30. Then updated to by 5:30. Now 7:30 and no delivery or update. Wasted all day for a signature required delivery. Guess I’ll do the same tomorrow. You allege to be a global logistics expert. Amazon smokes your delivery a$$ and only uses you for money losing deliveries. And FedEx clearly shows us that they don’t care. Delivery personnel is NOT at fault. This is systemic corporate negligence due to lack of leadership near/at the top. FedEx needs a clean sweep at the C-level or they will die, just like Fred Smith’s vision. On the positive, great job supporting PGA communities last week in Memphis

We normally have decent service, but on Tuesday we came home to find our Sam's club delivery in the middle of a mud puddle. The paper towels were destroyed. In the past packages have been left on the front porch.

The combining of these 2 divisions might have saved the company money but it only added to the LACK of efficiency for which they were striving. Twice now in as many weeks my packages have been delayed at the hubs for several days. What once was a 2-3 business day delivery time has now increased to 7-8. Customer service can't tell me anything other than what I see online for myself. All they can do is "open a trace ticket" which takes several more days to resolve. I depend on these deliveries to be timely and based on the delivery time estimate. Sadly, they're approaching their 3rd strike with me as a shipping company. Other companies may be slightly more expensive but they deliver when they say. Whomever at FedEx made the decision to combine these 2 divisions should be fired immediately and without their golden parachute.

Never ever use this so called company for any, I mean any, type of delivery. Pathetic. They use other couriers that will never show up. Take a picture that they dropped it off and then take it. Out of business soon.

Sometimes they're great and other times not so much. They will leave a medical supplies package on the public sidewalk in the rain. But will set something else on my porch and even ring the doorbell sometimes. They also will deliver my packages to the wrong address.

Fed Ex is the worst, year after year. I have Signature Required packages sent and this time I forgot to tell the sender DO NOT USE FEDEX, and the package was sent FedEx. Fed Ex is the worst, year after year. Year after year, time after time FedEX never even stops at my house, never leaves an ATTEMPTED DELIVERY notice, but they click the box that they attempted delivery. I call Customer Support and get bla bla bla. Fed Ex is the worst, year after year. The FedEx guy always drives past my house so he can use GPS to help support his deviant behavior, he drives past my house, never stops, drives down the next street to make a U turn. No Attempted Delivery Notice so I can know, marks the Attempted Delivery Notice internally so his boss and anybody looking at the Package Tracking is deceived. Liar!

This morning I got him on video, had to take a day off work because lackluster FedEx refuses to provide even a 4 hour window, FedEx guy drive past my house, looking at me standing on the porch, keeps on going, he gets to the other street to make a U turn then realizes I have my camera in my hand so he came back and gave me the package. From my perspective I would give the -9 but the lowest score I can give is 1, FedEx does deserve a 1 so I feel bad deceiving you by rating them a 1.

No sense in calling Customer Support because all they have are canned responses, preworded nonsense that sometimes doesn't even relate to the reason why I told them I called. I don't call to listen to bla bla bla, if I was that dumb I could sit in the bathroom and listen to the noise the toilet makes when I flush.

On top of all this previously when I figure out the FedEX guy came by and left no ATTEMPTED DELIVERY notice, I call FedEx so I can pick up the package from their location and what am I told?. Sometimes "you can't pickup from our location, we don't allow that". Sometimes "you must call the sender and get them to authorize you to pick up from our location". Sometime "sure, no problem, you must have proper ID that matches the package, stop by anytime during work hours". Fed Ex is the worst, year after year. So what do I think? I am extremely irritated with my FedEx deliveries lately. Packages are being delivered next door when the instructions clearly state duplex on the right looking at the house from the road, Packages are popped open & items missing. One package was signed for by some C BONDS who I've never heard of & when I called the rep was rude & didn't seem to care. The large boxes are pushed out of the back of the van in the middle of the driveway, sometimes in the rain, Just move it inside the carport.. That would make more sense! I don't know what's changed but I'm at the point where I'm looking for ways to block any shipments where FedEx is involved, Please do better, It's ridiculous that the drivers (many of them) just don't care.

FedEx picked up two of my packages on July 7th from the supplier and one has been sitting in a warehouse in Ohio for over a month. The tracking number shows it is there and I called their customer service department yesterday and a woman who barely speaks English kept telling me it was delivered. Ugh.... so I called the company I ordered from because customer support for FedEx is clearly a waste of time and they are resending my order with a two day delivery from a different carrier! This is not the first time FedEx has messed up a delivery!! Terrible service and even worse customer service!!

I placed my order on the 1st of Aug. Here it is the 12th. My order had to be split into two separate orders, I received the first order on the 7th and still have yet to receive the second order! I’ve called everyday and everyday they tell me a different story from it’ll be on truck tomorrow to it is undelivered because of incorrect address! You can deliver one package and not the other??? It was all ordered on same day! I just had them refund me my order as I had to have them for school related items! Poor service and customer service from FedEx. Don’t be so lazy!

I do quite a bit of shopping online and have determined I may need to avoid shippers using Economy FedEx. In the last month I have had at least 5 purchases delayed in shipping for days and when I contact FedEx Customer Service, they are hardly able to provide the details available online and in reality have absolutely no idea where or why the shipment is delayed. Sunday I had a package out for delivery and using the "map your driver" service could see my package was within 7 blocks of my home. I checked a little later and the app said exception, should be delivered tomorrow by end of day; today is Tuesday and it's still not here. I currently have another package that shipped on 8/4. The shipment has transited 4 FedEx facilities and as of Friday an exception, the barcode was unreadable and replaced.
Now 3 plus days later the package is still sitting in the same facility. When I called FedEx Customer Service I was informed I need to contact the shipper and have them pay an additional charge to expedite.. My brain is spinning as I type this; you can't make this stuff up... What happened to companies providing a service actually delivering the service??

FedEx is worse than USPS by a long shot. Any time I see FedEx is delivering my package, I IMMEDIATELY know I will not see it in time. The last two packages they have handled have showed up ridiculously late. I'm talking like the first package took two weeks to get here, while FedEx kept putting out the same update that it's "on the way" from Kernersville, NC facility. How can it be "on the way" with no physical update for a solid week? How does someone's package just sit in a truck at your warehouse for days before you decide to handle it? Why can't you do your job, effectively, if USPS handles more mail than you and does better? Maybe you guys should take some notes from your competitors, rather than holding people's mail on site for extended periods of time.

I paid extra for overnight delivery of an envelope. I paid still more for early morning next day delivery. FedEx did not deliver the next day. They told me there was a delay in the van picking it up which was a lie. Then they said it was stuck at the local FedEx center. That also was a lie. I later found out it was at the main hub and did not get distributed to its destination hub. They delivered the envelope more than a day late. There were no weather issues. I checked the website and it did not show any restrictions on the delivery due to weatherand that the guarantee was in effect.
Despite all this, FedEx refused to give me a refund. They told me I had to wait a few days to apply for it, and it was immediately rejected. Their justification was weather delays, which was absolutely not the case. That was another lie. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with FedEx in the past, and this, however, was the worst ever. They repeatedly lied to me and then refused to refund that was part of their guarantee. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company, which in fact was granted.
FedEx should be ashamed of themselves. There was one it absolutely positively has to be there overnight. They need to change that motto to be “when you want it to be late, use FedEx. I find it to be despicable behavior to offer a guarantee and then not honor it. Do yourself a favor and never use FedEx. They’re not the company that used to be.

I was given a ETA of 9:25-11:25 by FedEx for a signature required delivery, at 11:30 they send me a message saying to expect my delivery by 8pm. Called support and set up text and email alerts and got confirmation texts back from FedEx and was told I’d be notified 20/30 minutes before driver arrived. Of course they never alerted me and the driver just randomly showed up, thankfully I was home. Also it was incredibly hard to speak to a actual human being, what a joke.

I've consistently had bad experiences with FedEx Ground. Packages are rarely delivered on time, and the tracking info is often inaccurate or misleading. They’ll mark things as “out for delivery” for days, and then suddenly reschedule without explanation. When my packages finally do arrive, they’re often damaged. It's incredibly frustrating, and it feels like they just don’t care about providing decent service. This isn’t a one-time issue — it happens every time. I now avoid using them whenever possible.

I have had a very frustrating day. This morning FedEx called me and told me I needed to be home all day as my package was going to arrive and I needed to be home. I then checked the online order status under their tracking and it showed a deliver of 10:20 - 2:40. At 3:15, I called their customer service number and was guaranteed by Davis, that my package would be delivered. At 4:45, I called again and was told that the package had not even been on the truck...I asked to speak to a manager...waited 45 minutes and she said well I'm sorry, but you'll now have to be home the next delivery day, I guess we made a mistake. I asked her to call me on that day and let me know so I could run home from work to meet the truck and she said "no we don't do that."
I see so you make mistakes and who cares about the customer...I asked to speak to her boss and she told me know that there was nothing else I could do...she did not care at all. I will be reaching out to Blundstone about this and also asking them why they are using an American company that shows the same attitude towards people as their president...in Canda, chose Canadian...there is way more respect. Shame on you FedEx!!!

Once again I had a package that I paid to have here the next day not show up and another lame excuse was given. I own a business and supply water to people's homes and businesses and now people will be going without until I receive the parts that are in a box at one of their facilities. I had a text message sent to me from FedEx stating my package would be delivered today and would need to be signed for so we paid a employee to be at the office from 8-5 and no package was delivered. This is the last time I will allow my shipper to use this untrustworthy and unprofessional delivery company. Looking at their 1.1 review score I completely understand why this happened.

On August 4th of 2025 I was supposed to get a pair of $160 shoes delivered from On. At 4:05 pm I got a notification from FedEx that my package was delivered and a link to see a picture. I clicked the link and it was a picture of a box on a counter inside a store of some sort. It’s clear from the picture that it’s not at a front door. FedEx has finally responded saying after trying they can’t find the package contact On and deal with them. Washing their hands of the matter. It’s clear the shoes were stolen. There’s no way that driver is being honest. FedEx ground sucks and I don’t know why anyone would use it over UPS.

Package from HD delivered 8/6. Package thrown out van door onto driveway entrance at road. Delivery notice stated "left at front door". When I got home and did not find it at front door, I checked the camera playback and discovered how the driver treated my package and lied about delivery. Still don't have package. Fedex customer service is a joke. Incompetence throughout company. Driver should be fired.

I just shipped a vintage Ham Radio that was well packed from Michigan to Missouri and it arrived on time, dropped and basically destroyed. I now have to go through FedEx insurance. And all that bullshit to make a claim for the $800 I put on the radio and actually it’s worth around 1400. I don’t know where they get these people from they hire but I will never do business with FedEx again ever.

Very disappointed with FedEx. I’ve had repeated issues with careless handling and dishonest delivery practices. Packages have been thrown from trucks, left in random locations, and tracking updates are often inaccurate or misleading. It feels like the employees just don’t care about doing the job right. Multiple times our mailing address has been changed to a different delivery address when leaving the Mills River NC Warehouse. Drivers have told us this will not be fixed. There are not consistent drivers on our route, so it happens often. I have run after the delivery truck, chased it with my car and waited in parking lots for it to pass. I have begged vendors to deliver using another carrier but they only use FedEx. I can't call the local warehouse to straighten this out as the number is for "internal use only". What now? The photo proof of delivery has never been the same photo, always different locations. I have filed claims without follow through. What else can I do?

I received a notification that my chemo drug had been delivered to my Oncologist office on July 31, with the tracking number. I went to pick it up on Aug. 1, and there is no package. No one in the office cold find it anywhere. This drug is supposed to have someone sign for it, and the person they list as the signer is not someone they are familiar with. I end of having to contact the company who shipped it, who then had to notify my insurance for a lost/stolen package. Mind you, I was 6 days away from running out of medication. A new order is placed and UPS delivered it overnight on Aug. 6 after insurance approval. Guess what ends up arriving that same day - you got it, the FedEx package that they say they delivered on July 31 - 6 days later when the shipping label states it is an OVERNIGHT package.
I found that even IF someone signs for a package, the name they use doesn't match who signed it. Example: If John Smith signed for accepting it, it could show in print that some other name is entered who accepted it so there is no way to track who actually signed for it. Very frustrating as this is my cancer drug and it's needed to be delivered in a timely manner. This was not acceptable.

I wrapped my shoe box in brown mailing paper, taped it, and it was secure. They wouldn't accept it but they wanted to sell me an expensive box. I HATE FEDEX. I was so upset in the store, I had smoke coming out of my nose.

What has happened to FedEx?? FedEx used to be a top notch and reliable delivery company. The service has declined significantly within the last year. My packages have been delivered to the wrong address and ridiculously delayed over and over again. Customer service is almost non existent and the consumer is dismissed as if the company could care less. I suspect a majority of employees aren't able to read English. Is FedEx trying to boost their profit margin by hiring unqualified applicants and paying them less? It's time to get your act together FedEx because your reputation is tanking big time.

Today, I tried to leave this comment at the FedEx website and I got a message that said: " We were unable to process your request. Please try again later". This is the comment: "This package was delivered to the WRONG BUILDING. My building is 5648 and the package was left at 5646. I had to go check in five surrounding buildings until I found it. The contents is very important and extremely EXPENSIVE medication that requires REFRIGERATION and had been going around in TEXAS HEAT for 12 hours, after being picked up YESTERDAY. This is very irresponsible behavior and totally unacceptable.
On top of that, the Customer Service rep informed that the driver would come TOMORROW to retrieve the package and redeliver it to me. That is absolutely the worst possible delivery I have EVER had with any and all carriers. I am also reporting this issue to the pharmaceutical company that contracts with FedEx, and I will leave a SCATHING review in every possible site I can!!!!" Not reliable at all. They came by when no one was home. Received an email that no one was home and they would be back the next business day. I then receive an email that the package was delivered the same afternoon. It was not delivered to the correct address and was signed by someone who no one knows. None of the neighbors have that name. I called FedEx and they opened a case for me. While I was on the phone with them, I received an email that the case was closed and they asked me to do a survey. Sheez! I had to call again and re-open the case. Now I get to wait 24-48 hours for a call to let me know what is going on. What an embarrassment of a company!

Fedex is the worst corporation I have ever seen. They have screwed up my deliveries 3 times in the last 4 and a 1/2 months. Today they left a $325 package. Leaning on my front door.. There is a mail hub in the mailroom. Where they usually put packages. My package was stolen from the front of my porch.
The lazy driver did not wanna go put it in the mail room. And generate a number for the hub box. They left my niece's PS5 player PlayStation.. right in the hub under the sign. That says do not leave boxes outside the hub over a five hundred dollar package. They certainly charge you enough money and there is no Service. If I order anything else and they only use FedEx. I will find another company to order from. All they said was when I went down to fedex were sorry. They are a garbage company.

I have had multiple frustrating experiences with FedEx and feel I need to share. My first bad experience was with a Wayfair order. FedEx kept sending me updates saying my package was delivered when it wasn’t. Several days went by with no package. One day, I was sitting in my office looking out the window and watched the driver get out of her vehicle, as if she was going to deliver my package, then get back in the truck and leave. Later, FedEx reported the package was delayed.
Most recently, I ordered from Walmart and received an email saying my package had been delivered to my front door. The problem is, the “proof of delivery” photo clearly showed my package sitting on a desk or counter somewhere that was NOT my house. In the photo, you could even see papers with information on them and a green ink pen that the driver forgot to crop out. This level of carelessness and repeated false delivery notifications is unacceptable. I’ve had deliveries with other carriers and never experienced this level of frustration. FedEx truly needs to do better.

They seem to be the most inept delivery company out there. They put packages on the truck for delivery and then they take them back and bring them back a couple days later. You cannot count on this company for nothing except to not deliver your item on time.

I received notification that my package had been delivered. The picture that was taken was someone else’s house, not mine. Called FedEx & HP. Terrible experience! I am very disappointed with FedEx. A recent purchase was not only delivered to the wrong address, but it was in Georgia, and I am in Illinois! The package showed up a second time in tracking and seemed to be going in the right direction. It has now been "out for delivery" for three days and keeps getting extended. Now I am questioning if the package even exists. If not, someone is entering bogus scans to the tracking to make it look like there is nothing wrong. This is still ongoing but, given a choice, I will no longer use FedEx in the future!

Fedex has made improvement on tracking some lost packages and redelivered. The company has did a lot to assist with redelivering reordered mail that I’ve lost through USPS negligence. I now have more faith in FedEx in DC than DC USPS which is highly unrecommended.

Please start hiring people that can count and actually read addresses. We’ve missed so many packages at our company that it’s ridiculous. At this point what is going on with this society? We’ve had multiple packages delivered the wrong addresses. The last one was the last straw. I don’t think I’m gonna deal with many companies that deal with FedEx going forward until they can figure out the issue. It’s either uneducated or the company just doesn’t care anymore.

Scheduled deliveries are never accurate. You will receive a scheduled delivery date then receive a notice that it is scheduled to be delivered early then on the day of the new scheduled arrival date it gets pushed to the end of day then rescheduled days later and often delivered to the wrong address.

Terrible. FedEx said package delivered. It was not. I call them, and was told the shipping company had to request a refund before they could investigate. Well, the shipping company got their money, I didn't get the product so why would they waste their time? Long story short, they make it so hard for you to do anything when they make a mistake, that you just blow it off. Then since they got away with it, they keep doing it. It's wrong and they know it, but don't care.

FedEx is not good company. Just taking money and losing the stuff. Not willing to pay the money for claims. They talk in rude way and did not answer my calls properly. Package is not coming and they are telling lie. Package will come but it never came. Not giving money back. They charged 500 dollar for one box that did not have much wait. Very expensive. They are not willing to pay my extra money. Don't use this service.

FedEx is not doing a good job right now. I have a shipment coming in three different parts. The FedEx driver informally tonight that things are a mess and FedEx right now they are contracted out and they do not have their shit together. My package that says it was delivered was not delivered. When I got on the website, it told me it was delivered at 1:30 a.m. in the morning which is completely untrue. I also have two more packages coming that say they will be here tomorrow and I am doubtful. Please, FedEx, get your shit together.

Delivery dates are constantly moved, I have never received a package on time. Every time I call, they say they are elevating and someone will call, no one ever calls back. Random delivery exceptions are put into the system everyday so they don't have to deliver and can keep pushing the order out. Every time someone ships FedEx we have had issues, it has gotten to the point that I have had to drive 45 minutes to their distribution center to pickup in person because of their incompetence on several occasions .

Can you imagine placing an important order with strict deadlines all to find out that overnight shipping means multiple days?! If you want additional stress, headaches and nonsense FedEx is for you. On multiple occasions, after scheduling a pickup of multiple shipments, our driver selectively decides what he/she will take and what he/she will leave behind with zero note as to why it was left. The online portal is even worse, with excessive effort required to navigate to the right page to get done what is needed and excessive "clicks" to finalize bulk shipments (if there are multiple pages for large bulk shipments, you have to do each page separately). Shipping Internationally is also a game of chance, and you never know if you're completing the commercial invoices correctly. If I could drive packages to their destination myself, I would, simply so I didn't have to deal with FedEx.

Bravo UPS. I ORDERED A GIFT TO BE Sent to Florida and it was sent to Illinois. I phoned customer service and finally reached a so-called representative which shall remain nameless. I was told the recipient address was incorrect. I said, "How did you get ILLINOIS OUT FROM Florida." He should be done? After MANY MINUTES HE SAID he could not help me as he explained the situation to me, and he was finished. I am also finished with this horrible company.

FedEx ignored the invoice value of the product and charged me the incorrect amount of taxes and fees even after I provided all the documents and invoices and clearly indicated the error. Their "convenience fees" and tax collection methods are nothing short of a money grab. Avoid FedEx.

FedEx has lost my package. I had promotional items ordered for a client last week. My package went from Georgia to Dallas (Hutchins) in 2 days. Hutchins TX is 20 minutes from my house. It arrived at Hutchins at 9:40 pm Saturday. FedEx sent me an email notification Saturday night that package would arrive on Sunday. The 27th. Nothing came, It still showed in Hutchins when I checked the system Sunday night. I waited around all day yesterday (Monday) for package to arrive. Checking in almost hourly for it to show out for delivery. Nothing was updated in system all day. Today I get up to check and see package is now over 800 miles away in BFE Louisiana. In the middle of a swamp. I can see that it went through the system in Grosse Tete, LA and evidently no one there is smart enough to know where Dallas TX is and sent it further in the wrong direction.
Funny how when things screw up that no notification are sent. I signed up for all notifications. Especially Delayed Arrival. I called FedEx for a reason and they take no accountability. I was now told package should arrive on July 31st. That is too late for my client who needed it tomorrow. I then asked to speak to a manager and they sent me to the escalation team. What a joke. The agent told me technically the package is on time. I said no, today would have been day 5. Plus no one can tell me why they would ship my package 800 miles away when it was 20 minutes from my house. Also, it is 3 days late because you told me it would arrive on Sunday and I made an appointment with my client to meet to delivery their items. I have had to me that back 3 times now.
What really gets me is no one and I was told no one can assure me that my package is in a bin to be sent back to Hutchins (Dallas). They offer no compensation and can provide no guarantees that my package will ever arrive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FEDEX! If you ever find yourself ordering products from a company that only offers FedEx shipping, call them and ask for other arrangements for shipping. If they can't or won't, take your business elsewhere. They will eventually figure it out that is not worth the lost business. It is far better than you being stuck with a bunch of useless product, if it ever shows up at all.

This is the second time in four weeks that a FedEx driver has failed to follow the delivery instructions clearly printed on the package label, which states to leave the box at the front door of our home. We live in a rural area on a farm road and do not have visibility of our mailbox from the house. Two weeks ago, a package was left at the roadside and subsequently struck by a vehicle, resulting in its complete destruction. Fortunately, Factor Meals kindly replaced the damaged items. Unfortunately, this week’s delivery was once again placed at the incorrect location. It’s disappointing to consider switching meal service providers—not due to the quality of the meals—but because of ongoing issues with FedEx delivery. I hope this matter can be addressed to prevent further occurrences.

Waiting for delivery from Apple thru Fedex, got delivered to someone else’s property. The photo they took is not my place, the delivery person left it at what looks like a picnic table outside then took the picture as proof of delivery. Called FedEx to report that I don’t recognize the place, they have the exact address of where they left it at but won’t tell me. They created a ticket for misdelivery and promised that their guy will try to retrieve it. They were calling me everyday to ask if I found the package! So Ridiculous! They expect me to find out where they delivered at and expect me to retrieve it for them. Since they are not getting answer from their delivery person, they are expecting that I will give the update/answer to the problem that they created.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I definitely without hesitation would. I have 2 monthly deliveries that are consistent. I have to call customer service after every delivery, due to unsatisfactory service. They do not follow FedEx manager delivery notes, nor do they follow through with their complaint files. They are full of nothing, but empty promises by saying "we assure this will never happen again," but I have to call twice a month every month with the same complaint. Nothing gets done to fix the issue... TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY DISABLED!!

Everything was to be coming the next day then says it's delayed hours later and then at the time it was supposed to come the second promised time, it's saying now will come tomorrow instead.. I ordered a part for my car cause I needed it to get my car running so I could get to work and missed going into work tonight.. Now they are making me miss work tomorrow also because instead of it being a priority to be delivered in the morning since it never came today as promised... it's not a priority and will be the last packages of the day behind all the other packages for tomorrow's promised deliveries... I went to the store at 3120 S Kirkman, Orlando, FL to send my sister her birthday present to her house in Boca Raton. I paid for it to arrive in two days. FedEx lost my package. It's been 20 days. I went through the entire process to try to find it and also filed a claim to receive a refund. To this day, I haven't received a response. No one can answer my questions exactly when I call. It's unbelievable that a company like this can lose a package on a short trip from Orlando to Boca Raton. Not to mention the lack of consideration and disregard for the customer. I paid 100 dollars for an important check to be overnighted to Illinois from California. When the delivery driver got there, there were contractors installing a new roof. The driver knocked once quietly and left. Didn't bother to ask if the homeowner was home. Just ignored the workers and left. A 100 dollar overnight delivery became a 3 day delivery.

So I work for a very large retailer in their shipping/receiving department. I get a good sized shipment from FedEx and UPS every day. A very large portion of everything that comes on FedEx with a weight over 20lbs., it's about a 50% chance that it is damaged. This is a professional observation that is job related. Now on a personal note. My phone company paid for 2-3 day shipping on a new phone order. That phone goes from Charlotte NC to Pilot Mt. NC. About a 2.5 hr drive. It shipped Friday 7/25 and is estimated to arrive at my house Tuesday 7/29. I have received packages from CA on standard shipping with UPS in that amount of time. My dislike for FedEx has gotten to the point that it affects my online purchases. If it ships with FedEx I back out of the order and find it another way.

FedEx can no longer be trusted! Each time during the past year that I have used FedEx for critical documents, they are lost. When I check tracking, the information changes daily, they state one day that it went from Palmdale CA to Chino CA, then the next day they say it never left Palmdale. My latest shipment was sent six days ago and I can't trust them to provide an accurate status.
Now I must pay a notary $75 to notarize new document copies and my $200,000.00 transaction will be delayed or possibly canceled. Tried to get a FedEx refund, even though I don't really care about the shipping fee (not worth my time), I contacted FedEx and managed to get a live person; I can only say they were not helpful at all. The inability to get a refund has motivated me to write this review in the hope that FedEx will be exposed for the corrupt practices that they employ.

Horrible experience! Do not go here, go to UPS! From the second I drove into the Parking lot, there were problems. They say there is space reserve for customers, but it is all filled up by other people and they claim their hands are tied. They can do nothing. Walked in the door no one greeted me. No one paid any attention. I had to get their attention when I did this. Very condescending. Woman named Majestica or something like that was rude to me from start to finish. Very, very unhelpful and treated me like I was a stupid kid. It took forever. And it gave me error messages even though it was absolutely correct. It was more expensive than they claimed over the phone. They said it was $4. It turned out to be five.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and the car dealership sent the car title and registration to my house via Fed Ex. A signature was required for delivery of the envelope. I received an email indicating that the envelope had been delivered. However, it was not delivered to my house. Thankfully, the email listed the actual address where it had been delivered and provided the name of the individual who had signed for the delivery. I went to the address where the FedEx envelope had been delivered. The address was a car leasing business office and not a residence. The individual at the business denied that they had received my FedEx envelope and that no individual with the name provided by FedEx had signed for the document or even worked there.
Fortunately, I located the FedEx envelope when the individual at the business stated that they had only received one FedEx envelope and that it had their address on it. She pointed to the envelope on her desk and when I leaned over this person's desk to look at the envelope, I noted that it had my address and my name on it. And yes, it had been opened. When I was later able to finally get a copy of the so-called signature for the delivery, the signature consisted of two initials and the initials did not match the name provided by FedEx.

I am yet another senior male with another sad factual story of how inept this place really is. I am also a retired truck driver and only took a live load in my van once from this trashy ass company. That is because they have long wait times. Aggressive rude loaders. I never took another one knowingly and that is a fact. Whenever I did have a few dry van loads that were to help out a friend and I realized that I was pulling into one of the FedEx DC's I immediately lost my dudeness easy-going status and regretted sitting there for hours on end watching clock go straight to HELL!! I have a phone coming from Charlotte 4 hours away by car going 50! That was 3 DAYS AGO. WTF IS GOING ON???!!! If I can get back my money and cancel the phone that will be the way I go.
Every delivery comes here fine. There have been 2 FedEx deliveries so far this year to come here from separate shippers. Both very large clients of theirs and they have both been very late and nobody cares with FEDEX!! This entire company is trash and I know I sound like an idiot for such a basic description. I am trying not to show all my anger and get this post flagged!! I am no longer having anything shipped until I know who the shipper is and if it's FEDEX!!!! It will never have the chance to even start!!! They never even told me they weren't coming and that's after waiting twelve hours. I called them. They told me they scheduled it for the following day. They never told me that either, important to know since someone has to be here to sign for it. Now it's the next day. The representative has cut the phone connection twice making me start over with new representatives. All representatives have foreign accents, can barely understand them. FedEx should be avoided at all costs. It's not just the mistakes, it's that they cannot fix the mistakes and it's dumped on the customer. Horrible service.

Ordered online delivery from FedEx. Package was shipped quickly until FedEx in Pooler GA received. Status update for delivery was out for delivery two days in a row and no delivery. Contacted FedEx customer service who submitted a ticket. Today FedEx status says they tried to deliver yesterday but unable and customer requested delayed delivery. I was at home all day and never received and I did not request a delay delivery. Called FedEx again and told they are putting in another ticket. Reordered from supplier- sad.

I cringe when I make a purchase online and then get the delivery and tracking information for FedEx. I wouldn't have placed an order knowing the shipment and delivery was coming from FedEx! I'm a senior lady at 71 years of age. FedEx has been the only shipment company that I usually have so many issues and problems with their service. They must know how bad they're doing because their website sends you through a forever loop of runarounds to avoid your feedback or complaints. They make contact through their website, phone system, and contact information an impossible feat. They have it set up so that you can't communicate with them, in any way. Yet, they make it look as if they're providing the service to contact them with delivery instructions or voice complaints. BUT you'll find, when you try, that you can't get through to those so-called features.
There is NO customer service. When you try to use their website links, they set you up for a runaround. The drivers leave your expensive packages exposed to public view for theft... and out in the open to get ruined by heavy rain and weather conditions. They seldom bring your package to your door! If you're an elderly woman, living alone, your heavy package... 50 to 80 pounds have been left outside in my front yard to carry up the steps myself. That's if it's still there and not stolen!
You can go back and forth all day checking for your package but you never really know when it will arrive. They don't have the courtesy to knock on your door to let you know your package has arrived... probably because they don't bother, in the first place, to bring it to your door! And if they deliver your box in the pouring rain, they don't let you know it's outside getting soaked. The notice that your package was delivered comes hours later by email. Just like their useless website, their tracking information NO HELP! They don't give you a reliable time frame to expect your package...
FedEx must be well aware of these substandard and irresponsible delivery practices leading to damage and theft of your package. I get upset whenever I find out my online purchase is being shipped and delivered by FedEx. Don't let their website fool you into thinking they're reputable and supplying safe, courteous, and careful delivery. Your box will be left exposed to theft and weather besides beat up by their careless handling!

I have had more delivery issues with FedEx than any other service out there. Can't wait for AI to take over their jobs. I have lost packages or had them shipped all over the US before making it to my residence. One package was from AZ to AZ and ended up in Georgia! Ordered a part last Wednesday. From Atlanta, Georgia. They said at first it would be the weekend for delivery. Then Monday we get a email saying Tuesday. Then Tuesday afternoon, get a email saying Wednesday. Now within a hour of last email, we get another email saying it won't be here til Thursday now. We have cancer and need this part for our truck. We tried calling Fedex but as usual, no one to talk to but a robot. Filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission and also notified attorney general's office. No one should take this long to deliver a package. I've gotten packages from further away than Atlanta in a day. 8 days or longer is ridiculous.

FedEx logistics are the worst in the business; The US Post office does a better job at a much lower price. In the past month I have had three late deliveries and packages left at the wrong address. Too much dependence on AI and virtual assistance, they need to hire some people with brains and human communication skills. I'm sorry. We'll write out a discipline slip." "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it. I rather use UPS. At least they delivered to the door. Your drivers are sloppy. Lazy. Been waiting on a delivery for 3 days, [been doing this for 16 years] Fedex tracking showed, delivery 8:00am -12:00am [about] got there before * and waited for 5 hours, then checked tracking and noticed, driver tried delivering [to an office complex] at about 6:30am? The next day, same thing, tried to deliver at about 7:30am. I tried to file a complaint against the driver but fedex won't give me any info on drive, said they would send info on filing a complaint but never got email. Delivery is non existent. They don't bother going to your office. They leave notices on the building outside door without describing who it is for. Then when you don't realize it is for you they send it back. And try calling customer service. If you can get past the automated system no one answers the phone. Got a date and time frame for delivery and stayed home all day. The package didn’t arrive. No communication about new date of expected delivery. There was contradictory information in the tracking information. After many aggravating attempts to get a new delivery date, FedEx indicated they did not know when the item would be delivered! FedEx doesn't feel it needs to deliver to the recipient's address. They just drop it off anywhere in the general area. You have to go search to try to find where they left it. And they are inconsistent about where. Where they dropped off the last package may not be where they dropped off this one. They are totally unreliable at delivering to the right address. USPS is the only major shipper who reliably delivers to the correct address. FedEx and UPS are unreliable.

I followed our package for 4 days. It was in the same state and city I lived in for two days. Status never changed from location and expected day/times of delivery. The day of expected delivery it changed to end of day. That was still good because we were leaving in the morning to travel out of the country and had been waiting on the solar panels for our generator. Then after 8pm of the due date of delivery my tracking turned orange and no more information. I called customer support and was told I could pick up our panels at 8am in the Columbus office. I arrived at 8am only to be told my panels were locked on a trailer and no idea when they would scan that trailer but it for sure was not going to be today. So, after all the wait and frustration from the vendor I purchased from now FedEx is the reason we don’t have our panels. I can not understand how FedEx can be 8 trailers behind and can offer no explanation. I expect better!!

In the past month, when having a package shipped via Fed Ex to my house, the driver based out of Tacoma, WA failed to deliver my package. The first time, he actually pulled down our driveway, then drove off without dropping off my package. Then about 15 minutes later, he reported it as a "missed Delivery", and wrote that it was dropped at a gated driveway. I checked my neighborhood's gated driveways, no package. Was on hold for 20 minutes with the customer service, a very woman ss aid driver had a missed delivery, left our community and would re-deliver the next day.
Driver came at noon when I was home with my partner, met him outside, asked why he lied about delivering my package the previous day. He laughed, was still chatting on phone with a Fed Ex buddy, said he had a "missed delivery". He put a package on our front doorstep, when my partner noticed it was for our neighbor, and brought it to his truck. He said, "Oops, sorry. Here's your package". Unbelievable Fed Ex is hiring such incompetent drivers who are too lazy and cannot read. I saw him a few days ago to make sure he knows to deliver all packages for everyone on our street to a neighbor's house, since now our street is closed for road work. He said he knows this, and I heard him report it to his buddy driver on the phone.
Today, I was waiting for another package, and it was reported as "unable to be delivered'. I immediately called customer service, was given the run around by a non-English speaking rep, who had no clue what to do. I contacted the shipper, who apologized that Fed Ex is so incompetent, and will send another pkg, but takes 3 days. I called Fed Ex customer service again, and the guy wanted the "company's acct number" who was shipping it. I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor.
A rather rude, non-English speaking female supervisor got on the line, asked same tracking info, my name, phone number, etc, then wanted to know new temp address while our road is under construction. She couldn't understand me, was too slow, finally inputted all info into her computer and said my pkg is"guaranteed to arrive next day" to temp address (our neighbor). I told the shipper they need to use another carrier other than horrible Fed EX. What has happened to this company??!!

If I could give FedEx a negative zero I would. A rating of 1 is way too high. Item was ordered on July 4 with delivery through FedEX. Received email FROM FEDEX stating it would be delivered on July 9. It wasn't. It is now the 17th, my package is several states away, there is NO expected delivery date and it is impossible to talk to a human at FedEx. FedEx used to be a good, reliable company. They can no longer make that claim. They are not timely (obviously), they do not supply any customer service, and they don't care.

I placed an order for a pet medication on ** and had to pay for 2 Day Express shipping with FedEx which Hardy Paw charged me $37 for. Hardy Paw said that it would hopefully arrive on Saturday, but at the very latest, on Monday. It did not arrive on Saturday or Monday. On Monday, FedEx said that the order was delayed and would arrive on Tuesday between 5 and 8 PM, and then on Tuesday, they said the order was delayed and would arrive on Wednesday between 5 and 8 PM, which it did, but that is not 2 Day Express shipping. This was for my dog’s medication that if he doesn’t have can cause deafness, and it must be refrigerated or on ice at all times, but once it arrived so many days late, the ice packs were at room temperature which was 71°, and the expensive medication had to be thrown out.
Now I’ll have to buy a second time, this time from my vet and bypass the nightmare that FedEx is. When I called their customer service the first time, somebody picked up right away and asked for my first and last name, and then it just went silent, and I kept saying, “Are you still there? I can’t hear you at all.” This went on for over 3 minutes. Eventually I said, “I’m gonna hang up and call you back, but also here’s my phone number, so please call me back if I can’t get a hold of you.” I hung up and immediately dialed back and was on hold for 32 minutes before I gave up.
Then to make the experience even richer, I went online to file a claim, and FedEx requires you to create an account, which for some reason you need to enter your credit card information just to create the account even if you’re not paying for any service, and then when I clicked to file a claim—multiple times—the page just read “System Error.” Complete lies about their shipping times and nonexistent customer service. They are crooks who could care less that their highly delayed shipping times could cause irreversible and permanent damage in my dog.

I have ordered a package that’s coming from Boston Mass. It’s been 7 days now. It sat in California for 4 days. Now it’s slowly coming to me. FedEx used to be pretty fast. Now they SUCK. DON'T USE FEDEX ever. I ordered another package from further away and it came through regular mail 3 days ago. I like regular mail delivery service way better than FedEx. I strongly advise EVERYONE to use a different delivery service. Don’t waste your time and money on FedEx.

DO NOT USE FEDEX EVER. You have been warned. 20 years ago FedEx was amazing. Track packages down the minute, they were like clockwork. Fast forward 20 years to today and they are circling the drain. Don’t believe me? Try calling their customer service with a simple question. Impossible to talk to a person. An AI algorithm will give you basic options with answers you already know and no matter how many times you request to talk to someone, it won’t let you. Then hangs up. Here is the question. I tried to ship a package for pick up. But when I printed the receipt it said FedEx drop off, so I was trying to find out if they were going to pick it up like I discussed when ordered the service. Answer is no, but they didn’t tell me. I gave up and went and picked the package up from the drop off point and delivered it myself. They are truly worthless.
I preferred pick up and it sat there for 2 days with label created status until I gave up and drove 5 hours and picked up my own package and delivered it. You Might think I am overreacting but this is just one example of the constant issues I have had trying to use FedEx. I will never use them again and I will not do business with companies that ship with them. Sorry I am a patient person. But I have my limits. My package has been out for delivery since 6am this morning which requires a signature. We have been home all day. Been checking the status throughout the day, stating delivery before 10 pm tonight. At 10:20 pm, I check and it said out for delivery. At 10:30 pm, it said delivery attempted at 9:36. Both doors to my house have cameras on them. Video shows no one approached either door and neither door had a missed attempt notice on it. Attempted delivery is the go-to reason for our packages always being delayed by FedEx. Same result every time.

If you want package late and damage we get deliver almost everyday and if our shipper did have to have ship their product then would defiantly use UPS or preferred. If would deliver or product on them self it would better than getting broken stock from FedEx after they football with my delivers. 2 times FedEx will not deliver my package when there is construction on my street, even though UPS has no problem delivering for the past 3 days. I even gave FedEx instructions on how to deliver around the work on the street they still didn't. Never use FedEx, use UPS, the guy will get your package to you even when it's not easy.

They lied about delivering a work laptop two days in row even though I have cameras and a sign that says to ring the doorbell. I didn't get my package until after I complained 2 different times. 2 weeks later they updated another package as delivered.... They delivered it to a mall in Canada...I'm in the US. My address was correct yet they still messed it up again. A K. ** signed for me and that's nowhere near my name. Why do they allow random people to sign for you anyway? This is my house not a facility. They lie about delivery and when my shipper contacted them they lied again and told her it was delivered. They suck.

Fed Ex was once a very reliable company but has become a complete disaster. They provide an estimated delivery date that occurs before the package has even initially shipped, and the package just sits at various locations. 4 days to make the 3 HOUR DRIVE from Lexington KY to Indianapolis, where it remains in limbo, with a "We'll add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving" status? I shudder to think how long it is going to take to get from Indianapolis to NY. Anything not shipped at their exorbitant overnight rates is basically a throw-away to them.

I have been given the runaround on yet another package supposed to be delivered by Fedex. I've already had the same issues but here we go again. I was to receive a package last Friday. Today is Monday. Late on Friday they changed the tracking to show it was going to be here. I could tell them that because the plane hadn't left the last town it was in. So, they update to say it will be here on Saturday, but it's not. Sunday, nope. Today, it says it'll arrive between 12:05 and 2:05. So, it's 2:53, and the tracking shows that I'll receive it by the end of the day. Well, I very seriously doubt that. It took a refresh and getting a new code each time I tried to access their driver location. The worst website ever, and not being able to file a complaint online is ridiculous. When it absolutely has to be there by even 3 days late, I still would never use this company.
I'm writing to the places I purchase from to request that they not use FedEx. The post office is better, and so is UPS. Additionally, I attempt to log in to manage my delivery, but I enter my email address, only to realize I've forgotten my password. I click that and have to go through several screen refreshes. When I ask for the code, they say they already have someone with this email address. Well, no kidding. They will not allow me to redo my ability to get into the site, this is how uncustomer focused they are.

FedEx programming does not work and customer service is EXTREMELY POOR 😡‼️ A Home Depot order of two items was shipped with an address that doesn't exist. When the first part of the order didn't arrive, tried to prevent another issue by using FedEx's Manage Your Delivery. By their claim, you can change the delivery address. That didn't work and FedEx hung up on me when I tried to explain the issue. They also wouldn't allow Home Depot to change the delivery address. What POOR SERVICE!!!!

I had a prescription for my cancer being delivered by Fedex. Typical fedex, they don’t deliver it on the day it is suppose to arrive. I call them and get a story about an issue in Tennessee. I explain this is both time sensitive and that it has an ice pack inside to keep it from getting hot. After talking to a couple people I am assured it will be expedited and arrive Saturday am. So I wait at home again another day and miss my granddaughter last t ball game and it doesn’t show up.
Reach out to CEO and others at FedEx multiple times over the day Saturday and into Sunday with no response. The CEO and his 14 million dollars he received last year could care less about a customer and responding. Not sure why anyone uses them for delivery. So who knows she. This will arrive and at this point it is worthless as it has been in the temperatures that will make it worthless. So while I lost sleep over not having my drugs needed that come from a specialty pharmacy rest assured the CEO and team at Fed Ex don’t give a crap about my issue or my illness. Hope they someday have to experience what I just have and maybe then they will care.

Fedex always throws the blame on "You should sign up for updates" like you're bothering them to get an update. #1 I am sign up for your fake app, it doesn't work when someone steals or loses your 700 order! It's been missing since July 10th, I ordered it July 4th. It's been stuck on, "Well, we will update you when we have a delivery date", so Amazon is trying to not refund me til they have the product back?
Fedex employee has it, why should I have to wait when I never had it to begin with! It needs a signature supposedly. That's why you cannot just leave it on my porch, (I waited around for 2 days when they lied about when it was coming), but I have to be here though you have no idea with the item is? I’ve never experienced such consistently poor service from a major company as I have with FedEx Canada. From top to bottom, their customer service is completely unacceptable. Every step of the way — from package delays, lack of tracking updates, to rude and unhelpful support agents — has been a disaster. Trying to get basic information from their customer service is like shouting into the void. You’re transferred around, placed on hold forever, and no one takes ownership or offers solutions. Agents read scripts, avoid accountability, and often disconnect without resolving anything. It feels like they genuinely do not care about your package or your time.
Packages are delayed without explanation, held in warehouses with no updates, or marked “out for delivery” for days. And when you call, no one can tell you where your package is or when it will arrive — just vague, robotic answers and false promises. At this point, I will actively avoid any company that uses FedEx as their shipping provider in Canada. They are consistently unreliable, opaque, and indifferent to customers. FedEx, you seriously need to overhaul your operations and customer service in Canada. This is not just a bad day — This is a broken system.

I ordered a remote on Thursday July 10 and paid $40 for overnight service. I was given a date of Saturday as constituting overnight service. FedEx informed me by email that I would be receiving the overnight order on Monday, July 14, roughly 5 days after I purchased the overnight delivery service. Five-day delivery seems a bit unusual for an overnight purchase of $40. I think I should be given a refund that reflects a five day period purchase.

They threw my package containing sensitive electronics over the fence, I said it needs to be left under my porch to open the gate manually. They ignored it. Customer service is horrible. I ordered a part for my boat that took me three months to line up a mechanic for Friday to install. Here we are Saturday on their fourth attempt to leave the package at our residence. Someone has to sign for it. This is why and I know Amazon would use FedEx for a delivery. I never would’ve ordered the part through them. My past experiences multiple experiences, Have been horrible with this company. Reliability is out the door. FedEx is completely incompetent! Yesterday I scheduled a pickup from my house for two frozen lab samples. I gave the woman all my information. I spelled my address and city twice for her to be sure she had it correct, as we are in a rural part of Ky. We had the pickup scheduled for 230, no later than 4. At 4:15 today, the driver had not come so I called to see if there was a problem. The girl asked my address then told me the pickup was cancelled because the address didn't match what I told her on the phone.
She said the girl I spoke to yesterday wrote the address wrong! How the "**" can that happen when I spelled it out twice! And if the driver couldn't find a correct address, FedEx has my home phone number, why couldn't they call me? To ask the correct address? No, they just cancel it and then not even inform me that it was cancelled! I have to call to inquire to find out it was cancelled! Now these samples have to sit in the freezer for 3 more days before FedEx can come back. If these samples go bad, FedEx will owe me $600! Such incompetence! They certainly are NOT UPS!

FedEx had my cancer medicine to be delivered before noon. At 2 pm, I start calling them asking when it will be delivered, they pretend to "escalate" issue and promise delivery, although late. 20 min after hanging up, get email stating not Friday express by noon, but I don't care, it might be there Monday by noon. I did that twice over course of two hours. It is sitting in FedEx since 8:07 am before the noon delivery time.

Funny, we set the drop off area at the request of a FEDEX EMPLOYEE and changed it in our online account MONTHS AGO. After so many failed deliveries, I had to say something. I have yet to receive a FedEx package on the scheduled delivery date. You have consistently delivered my package 2 to 3 days late, whereas UPS NEVER delivered after the delivery day, they will drop it off late at night sometimes. My question is, how are you still in business if all you do is deliver packages and definitely not good at it. I won't comment about your drivers and how careful they are with people's packages.

FedEx is arguably the worst delivery service available. You have a better chance of something being delivered in a timely fashion with USPS or, probably, a horse and carriage. Just in the past month, I've had two packages that were shipped express, and spent three to four days sitting in a hub. The delivery date will stay the same when you can plainly see the package isn't moving. I'm not sure why the logistics are so subpar when they're supposed to be a shipping company.

Received an international package in Feb/24 July/25 I get calls from what turns out to be a collection agency who refuse to identify themselves but demand my info. I think it’s scammers. After 17 phone calls from 11 different numbers most of which were just recordings saying my name. They finally decide to say who they are, but won’t tell me what it’s about. I still think it’s a scam because I have never owed money to anyone in my life. Agent agrees to tell me who they collect for..Fedex. I call FedEx and they can’t help me unless I have an invoice number. I have never gotten an invoice. Now I have to call the collection agency to get the number from them because Fedex can’t look it up by the tracking number or my name. I ask why Fedex didn’t call me. “We don’t make phone calls”. Yet you can give my phone number to a collection agency.
After 7 phone calls back and forth it is discovered that the invoice and 2 reminder letters had been sent to an incomplete address. They got the package delivered to me in Feb 2025 but could not address the invoice correctly. After all this I find out I have been sent to collections for $15.85!!!! Imagine having your credit ruined over $15.85 and Fedex being unable to properly address an invoice.
Other companies show right on the tracking number that money is owing and the amount. You can then pay it online or over the phone. Payment is required PRIOR to delivery which means they never need to send invoices weeks later and try to collect. I still have never gotten an invoice, I did get an email receipt for the payment. It’s a funny story to say I was sent to collections over $15.85 but it’s not funny how this colossal mistake on their part affects my credit. DO BETTER FEDEX! I feel like you owe me for what was YOUR ERROR and no fault of my own.

When I called FedEx to ask them about the package, they told me there was nothing they could do about retrieving the package, that I would have to just trust the neighbors to bring it over. But, we don’t talk to them, so I had to go over there and try to retrieve the package putting me at risk because we don’t know them. I saw my package but was afraid to remove it from their house. It was very unsettling knowing my package was there and I had to trust they (neighbors) would have to do the right thing because FedEx told me there was nothing they’d do to fix the problem. My partner and I engaged a local shipping agent to send 6 boxes of our possessions from Australia to Canada. When they arrived at the final depot and after customs clearance, we learned that they could not be located. Eventually the first 3 were found and handed to us all 3 boxes were severely damaged. They had clearly been broken open, repacked and taped up. Many of our things were damaged or broken. The next 2 boxes were dumped on our doorstep in worse condition, the last box was also left on the doorstep damage worse than the rest. Calling this organisation to complain is pointless. Their call centre staff have no training on how to deal with issues such as this. Escalating the complaint to a higher level is met with indifference, I can only conclude that unless you are a high value corporate customer they just don't care. Every time something is being shipped by FedEx I just cringe. I know first of all it will be late and secondly it will be damaged. As you can see from attached images the box had a hole in it and parts that should have been in the box were on top of the box! When I asked the driver if he knew what happened I got a “no idea” and “good luck getting your item together.” He was hoping all the pieces were there! I have taken to requesting companies send through UPS. They are amazing - reliable and on time!

Fedex Ground has missed three delivery dates in row for the same package. One time they claimed my business was closed. I'm open 7 days a week. Never left a Tag at my store for an attempted delivery and my security camera also do not show an attempt. Customer service can do nothing. I will be instructing my distributors to only ship USPS or UPS.

I am so extremely disappointed EVERY TIME a company uses FedEx Smartpost. It is absolutely the WORST deliver service among all that I have experienced. As we live out in the country, we rely on companies shipping their products to us. In my most recent experience, Sh*tpost has taken over three (3) week to deliver an item from Texas to California... and it still has not actually arrived. I order a weekly meal kit. It is shipped with dry ice and/or frozen gel. I've not had a problem in the past receiving these meals. It saves me money and I don't have to go to the grocery. The last two shipments from FedEx have been 'delayed' for two to four days!! Obviously, I received the meal kit totally warm and unfit to eat. I then had to go to the grocery or out to eat. This is an extremely inconvenience and costly as my spouse and I are elderly. Save yourself the aggravation and use UPS - the big brown trucks that are DEPENDABLE. FedEx is terrible.

We live in Greensboro, NC, and order a lot of wine from remote suppliers. Unfortunately those suppliers use Fedex (as their trucks are air-conditioned.) We regularly are notified that the cases are damaged and returned to sender. If Fedex can do it, they will deliver the damaged case so they don't have to pay for the damage and say it was signed for (an outright lie). Today is Saturday, July 5th. Our last case of wine from Napa Valley was delivered to the Whitsett distribution center on Wednesday, June 25. Its tracking shows it loading on a delivery truck every work day starting with that Wednesday, but it hasn't been delivered yet; a week and a half later! How does this company stay in business with that much-unqualified management, unqualified delivery personnel, and absolutely no customer service!! You will save a lot of money and headaches if you find another way to ship packages. These people couldn't care less!!

FedEx Always says they’re gonna deliver something on a Saturday and I get a picture of my product sitting somewhere else except for my front door and they tell me it was undeliverable. Nobody home. Their app says this, and the driver never attempted to deliver.

FedEx has "lost" a package of mine worth $1,172.10. I have filed three complaints, all of them failed to resolve the issue and they have "urged" me to reach out to the sender. This package has been in Syracuse, NY since Thursday, 6/26/2025, was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 6/27/2025, and my third and final complaint was marked as "resolved" by FedEx today, Saturday, 7/5/2025. The package has not been located.

I paid FedEx $155.00 to deliver an overnight letter. It did not arrive nor will it before I travel 4 days late. It's a shame that a company that used to be so good can foul up so profoundly. I doubt seriously if I ever see a refund as the small print now says they can't guarantee their delivery. On top of this, I had to an an extension to my browser just to check the status. No offices are open today so no way to communicate with a live person.

FedEx has the nerve to call themselves a Delivery Company. They don't deliver to the correct address and ongoing two years they have delivered my parcels to the wrong city. Customer Service is no help and they claim to put in a support ticket to locate parcel - yet after a few days they claim they cannot find it! Seriously, even after I told them that they delivered to the wrong city, they can't find it! The delivery service I have ever experienced. I am now forced to call any online company that I want to order from if they deliver through fedex, and if they do I have to express I will not order due to that. I have spent so much time tracking packages which really should be done by FedEx, but unfortunately they do not care about their customers. This is a Zero Star review!

Subject: Complaint About Repeated Delivery Delays and False Status Updates — Tracking #**. I am writing to file a complaint against FedEx regarding my recent shipment (tracking number: **) that has been repeatedly delayed and mishandled. My package was initially scheduled for delivery on Monday. It was then postponed to Tuesday, then to Wednesday morning, and now postponed again to Thursday. Throughout this period, I have been home and waiting for the delivery, as I am traveling tomorrow for three weeks. Despite this, FedEx has not provided any option to hold the package at a FedEx location, even after I called and explained my situation.
To make matters worse, the tracking status misleadingly stated that the driver was "on my way," and then at 6:21 p.m., it was updated to say "customer not available or business closed." This is completely false. I was at home, and this is a residential address, not a business. I find this behavior unacceptable and extremely frustrating, especially since the package does not require a signature and could have been easily delivered. The repeated false status updates, lack of accurate communication, and refusal to offer alternative solutions demonstrate poor service and negligence. I am requesting that FedEx hold the package at a FedEx facility instead of delivering it to my home while I am away. I do not want the package left on my porch for three weeks, where it will be exposed to rain and possible damage.

Many deliveries come to my home and are in very damaged packages. I have witnessed drivers throwing boxes instead of placing them. Also, they leave packages at my garage door when they should be left at the people door that is inches away. Packages can get run over when backing out because when the garage door opens, you can't see a small box directly behind the car exiting. Fedex really needs to work on training the employees with these deficiencies.

I had medical supplies that were overnighted and the delivery was set between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm. With FedEx you can see if the delivery truck is on its way. It was 9:45 am and the truck was in my neighborhood and then I watched it drive past my house. I called fedex as I see the truck is making deliveries now past my house and I really needed to get to work. I related this information to the customer service agent and the agent said, “We called him to let him know but expect your delivery up until 1:30 pm. It’s now noon. No delivery. Beyond bad service. A clear disregard for my request.
I have to be home for the delivery. It requires a signature and I do not have neighbors that can sign. I would have the delivery at work but I have zero trust that it would be delivered within the promised time frame and the driver would swing up at my workplace at 8pm trying to get a signature. However, I would then be at home. I don’t think I have ever had a package delivered within the promised timeframe. As I watch the driver on their map - the deliveries are erratic and all over the map.

FedEx absolutely worst of the worst - what the hell happened to the once stellar American best shipping company?? I ordered a sofa (about 200 plus pound box) and it has a smaller box with just the pillows - the driver delivered the small box to my door and left the 200 lbs plus box at the leasing office package room! How the hell I am suppose to get that 200 lbs package to my 4th floor apt? It seems that they do it on purpose! I tried calling (the AI seems to be set so that it never connects to a real person) - I had to go to the Freight Center and request them to sent the driver to pickup the package and deliver to my door - which he should have done before!! What a headache.
Next current experience - a simple envelop is being shipped to my address from another which is 60 miles from my place (2 day shipping) and now it's third day and I am still waiting - the tracking shows update which is stuck on Sunday 7 pm somewhere in NC when I am in TX. Called the number - after hrs of arguing with AI to connect me with a real person - talked to someone (the phone connection was so bad - seems they do it on purpose so no one talks to a real person!) - WOW - what a MESS - just WOW - this company is Worst of the Worst!! I get Anxiety attacks now whenever someone says - they are delivering my packing via FedEx... Stay 1000 miles away from this most incompetent company!! (Can I put -10 stars??)

I was expecting a Fedex delivery to my house requiring a signature. I tracked the package and they indicated they would deliver between around 10:10 a.m. to 2:10 p.m. I am in my home office at the front of the house and I see the Fedex truck pulls up at 1:07 p.m. I get up and unlock the door and leave it slightly ajar, anticipating a knock. I go back to my desk and when I look up a couple of minutes later, the Fedex truck is gone. I get a message from Fedex that they tried to deliver and no one was home, with a photo of my front door and walkway. The Driver didn't even knock at my door, all he did was take a photo from his truck and took off. Fedex is fine getting to the destination in time BUT the majority of the drivers are just flat out lazy and worthless. Now, I have to wait for them to "attempt" delivery tomorrow but tomorrow I'm heading out to the truck and asking the Driver's name because I know who "attempted" it today.

I had for FedEx International Priority which stated my package will be here in 1-3 days which that have not happen with either of my packages and I paid almost a hundred dollars for both of them to be delivered on time. Contacted them. the first agent was rude and disrespectful and hung up on me then the second agent sent me to a supervisor which he made basically nothing and filed a ticket but never followed but both packages has been stuck in Dubai and instead of them trying to figure out the problem they are telling me it will be here on time which it’s not 'cause it haven’t even left Dubai.
Called back and was basically treated like crap and to be told there really nothing they can do. it not a problem. just be patient and wait on my packages as if I was free to ship FedEx International Priority or something and I could understand if this was the first time this have happened but this has been every package that has been shipped with FedEx and I’m tired of it. they need to be held accountable for this because this not far to the people that pay x amount of dollars to have our packages delivered on a certain date and it either show up days later or don’t show at all and we out of money. The CEO need to correct this before a lawsuit is filed against FedEx and the company pays out a lot of money just because how they treat their customers and their customers' packages.

I submitted a research request and was quickly contacted by a local representative named Shanbrial at the Garland, Texas facility. From the start, she was attentive, kind, and genuinely reassuring. I explained the situation and described the contents—two cosmetic bags I had accidentally left behind in a hotel room while on a road trip. Amazingly, she called me the very next day: she had found my missing package—or what remained of it. Despite the box being poorly packaged and missing a label, she managed to identify it based solely on my description. Her initiative and persistence turned what could’ve been a total loss into a resolved issue. I’m beyond thankful. Shanbrial went above and beyond, and her efforts meant the world to me. She’s a true example of what great customer service looks like.

I have been trying to get packages delivered for 2 weeks from Lebanon OH facility. They lie about delivery saying signature needed and it's not. Say tried to deliver and did not. Also give dates and they don't deliver. I'd never use FedEx if I have a choice. I've talked with customer service at least 5 times to date. I'm still flabbergasted by this experience. I placed my order with Lowe's and FedEx was tasked with the delivery. It was to arrive on Saturday. A four hour window was given. I received notice that it was delivered and I rushed over to picked it up but to my surprise, there was no package delivered. I contacted Customer Service and was told the driver attempted to deliver my product but because address was incorrect they couldn't deliver it. They verified my address and nothing was amiss. Then they reassured me the driver left a little note. Now, if the address was incorrect how did the driver leave a note? They didn't and they didn't even attempt a delivery.
Contacting Customer Service has been useless. I've been trying to track down my package for a week. It's been shipped to New Jersey back to Cincinnati but never to me. I was reassured yesterday that it is on its way. I have lost faith in them and have asked that the local facility hold it for me. Still waiting on confirmation that the request was approved.

These people are terrible and customer service can’t tell you nothing that you can already see by clicking your tracking number. My E bike has been with FedEx on their trucks more than one truck more than two trucks for a month. They delivered it to a FedEx location that denied the package because it supposedly way too much when it’s only 104 pounds. The driver signed it as delivered and it’s been lost ever since. This is a $700 bike. I am so upset. How do you lose a bike?

It's funny that every time and I mean every time a vendor uses FEDEX my package arrives late. I will track it and watch it sit in a hub from Friday to Monday it can sit at the same place for days. And then if you want to ship something they cost more than their competitors. I will never try to use FEDEX again. I would urge vendors to stop using FEDEX, for I will be giving ones who do and my packages arrive late a negative review. For what they get paid their service here lately has been the worse.

On May 5, 2025, I had a 45lb Tascam reel to reel delivered. That individual carried it upstairs, instead of using a dolly, then dumped it on the ground, severely damaging the unit. I sent a letter to the executive VP, along with an SDHC card that had before & after photos. About 2 weeks later, I ordered a main pcb board, to replace the heavily damaged board, shipped via FedEx. It appears that the Bloomington CA facility is mad at me, because I exposed their terrible service to their superiors. First they said I wasn't home, but the USPS managed to deliver 2 boxes. They took it back, and sent it to Hutchins TX, just below Dallas.
Mind you, this shipment originated in Arizona, coming to Fontana CA. I filed a BBB complaint going to corporate office in Memphis TN. They send it back to Bloomington CA. On June 22, I'm held hostage again in my apartment, waiting for this package. The lame driver tagged it as I wasn't home. Mind you, there's no signature required, and no door tag was put on my door.

I have had the unfortunate experience of online ordering through varying websites, discovering after the order has been placed that FedEx was handling it. They have lost multiple packages of mine and almost every time take way longer to ship than any other agency. Their shipment arrival dates should come with a warning formula that state you need to add at least two weeks to their shipping date to not be disappointed, if it even shows up.

FedEx is the worst! Recently ordered flowers...just barely missed the delivery. Called the number on the tag because it wasn't indicated if they were going to attempt delivery again or send it to a facility. Customer service lied saying they'd contact the driver and tell them to attempt the delivery again and I would get a text update. Nothing happened so I called again and the next customer service guy said they don't have contact with the drivers and can't contact them at all. Said that it would be sent to a facility and gave me their "number" to call. Called the number and it wasn't the number for the facility. Called customer service again and got a girl this time- again explained that they were flowers that I needed that day or they would die and I needed to know - was he attempting delivery again or taking it to the facility (it wasn't indicated on the note). Customer service person told me it was already back at the Facility by the airport (30 min away from me).
I asked - so my husband can go right now this second and pick it up? She said yes.... He drove all the way to the facility and it wasn't there. The guy there said they wouldn't come mid day- the driver's wouldn't be there till that evening. So she lied. Each customer service person lied - telling me what they thought I would like to hear. FINALLY my husband drove there in the evening before closing and they couldn't find the package. Took them 45 minutes of looking - it was never scanned in that the package was there. Never got a text (like it's supposed to since it's automated to send updates). Finally got my flowers. FedEx is the absolute WORST!

FedEx is extremely incompetent in shipping. The majority of my packages are grossly late and not delivered as promised. Customer service has little to offer and they don't seem to be even the slightest bit concerned that the one thing they should be able to do right is a complete failure 90% of the time. I don't understand giving an expected delivery date that is subject to change 6 times rather than just having accurate projections. Truly a horrible company and I cringe when items get shipped to me via FedEx.

They don't deliver to the correct address at least half the time (and I have the postal address numbers in plain sight on my mailbox and by my door - and they are plenty big enough to read). My neighbors and I laugh about it, but it is ridiculous. I'm just glad I have honest neighbors. Plus, FedEx has some horrible drivers. I've been road raged twice by them, including today by one when I had slowed down because I was afraid he was going to run a stop sign as fast as he was coming up on the sign, which he did and then he started pitching a hissy fit, waving his hands around and swinging his ponytail when I honked at him when he pulled right out in front of us.
Tennessee drivers are terrible anyway (and I'm from Tennessee, so I know exactly what I'm talking about), but if they can't do better than that, they definitely don't need to be working for a company like that. UPS is a billion times better. Even USPS is better, and they have some awful drivers. It wouldn't hurt to offer ratings less than one because FedEx doesn't even deserve a half point.

I’m extremely disappointed with FedEx’s international logistics team. A time-sensitive shipment was accidentally returned to the shipper despite us having submitted all required documentation (including the manufacturer name and 5106 form). I had to call FedEx every single day for updates, and each time I was told something different — often completely false.
On multiple occasions, I was assured by agents that the package was in U.S. customs and would not be returned. However, it was quietly shipped back to China, and we received no notification. The agents continued to tell me it was still in the U.S. or “in transit,” even when the tracking clearly showed otherwise. By the time I got a truthful update, the package had been in China the entire time, and our shipper was now being pressured to pay clearance or destruction fees — a cost that should not fall on us due to FedEx’s error and lack of communication.
This has cost us valuable time, added financial burden, and seriously impacted our operations. The lack of accountability, failure to follow up, and contradictory information from FedEx agents throughout this process is unacceptable. I expected better from a company of this scale. I hope this review prompts FedEx to improve agent training, internal communication, and transparency — especially when businesses rely on them for critical international logistics.

Delivery driver went to wrong address and will not bring my package to me at the correct address while I'm home. They won't even hold it for me to pick up asap until the 3rd attempt to deliver even though I won't be home then and won't be back home until a week from now. It has my new phone that I'm supposed to switch to because my phone I have now is being shut off tomorrow. FedEx doesn't even care to correct their mistake leaving me completely without communication. I needed this new phone to conduct business. Horrible delivery company. Don't recommend to anyone. FedEx ruined my vacation. I lost once-in-life-time chance to see icebergs in Newfoundland, Canada because FedEx played hide & seek with my vacation laundry that I was trying to send home. Lost 2 vacation days, & drove 4 hours to faraway FedEx offices per FedEx directions to try to locate & fix problems they created with my box of my clothes I needed upon arriving home.
First, took 2 hours to simply get a label & international invoice that's required to send. Second, took 2 full additional days to figure out their tracking system lied about location of box & that they'd returned package to FedEx store I'd sent it from. Ruined our vacation & yet they won't refund me despite the epic lies their system and staff told me. Don't believe FedEx if they say: "A supervisor will call you in an hour," "Your package is now moving," "We'll open a case and the case staff will help you," or my favorite, the notification from their system that claimed "the package will be delivered tomorrow." They turned my package into Jimmy Hoffa (no one knows where it is).

From reading other reviewers this level of service is now commonplace with FedEx. Missing/lost package from Phx to SC ended up in Texas for 5 days with notifications to pick up ready. Then after 5 days of trying to get it moved/delivered to the RIGHT location we got it started on its way. Only to find out they must have drop-kicked it all the way to SC arrived with package duct taped and contents unusable. Client required refund of order, parts needed returned and refurbished so how much did FedEx offer for recompense for a $1500 loss... $178 - shipping plus $100 "maximum for uninsured/declared value". Tried calling - they gave a wrong # and extension - dead end. BBB tried and no luck there. So going forward we will not use them. Caveat emptor!

The lack of an ability to locate a package or have any care that it’s being delivered over a week late. When it leaves Connecticut coming to New Hampshire and it ends up in North Carolina, Virginia, and in Pennsylvania and sitting there for nearly 10 days with no update and they’re claiming they’re working on it…. And it’s not a small package…. It’s a big air conditioner weighing 65 pounds... and this isn’t the first time this has happened… I really wish I could tell places I ordered from to not use FedEx anymore….
Our last package required a signature and we sat around for 2 1/2 days waiting for it because they didn’t even attempt to deliver it or change it from being attempted to be delivered that day until way after the delivery window with no care in the world. And kept always saying loaded on the same person’s truck, and that person just blamed the weather from the prior weekend.

I ordered 2 tires for almost $1000. There was a BIG Drag Race Event I had planned on attending. Both tires were shipped together but I only received 1 tire. I was on the phone every day trying to find it. All I got was the run around & Lies! Needless to say I missed the event. I persisted every day calling them but no one knew nothing...Go Figure! I filled a request but they just dragged their heels. Finally I just called the supplier and they resent the tire. 3 weeks after the order, FedEx sends a email that they are investigating the matter. They never did find it & I was told why by a representative. Apparently drivers steal them, they know that eventually a replacement will be sent. I didn't get an apology or anything from them. You'd think as big as they are, that they could handle a simple order! It shows me that you can't trust you Clowns!

I received a delivery exception stating security concerns. There's no fence, no dogs at my house. I was home sitting on the couch. Never saw a FedEx delivery truck drive by. Attempt to call them were futile. When I finally did get a hold of an actual person I was told there was nothing they could do and basically they would try to attempt delivery tomorrow. I took the day off work to wait on this package because it required a signature. There was not even a door tag left on my door so nobody attempted to come up to my door the road is not been blocked in front of my house or in any way getting to my house and customer service is a joke. FedEx is delivering a Sony TV to my on 6/12/25 for my Birthday on 6/15. I took day off to receive TV and do required signature. Driver knocked and when my arthritic legs got me to door he was gone. He did not stay long enough to leave delivery sticker. Now TV was to come on Friday 6/15/25. I had to take a day of vacation leave to sit at home all day and wait for Fed Ex. Delivery system showed package on truck "for delivery today". No one came. Late afternoon I call customer service and barcode was damaged so my package was sent back to Norcross. I was told it would be delivered MONDAY.
I am off again on Sunday and work Monday. I asked for a manager and in 15 minutes got Ryden. Customer Service is not his calling! He could arrange for me to drive to Norcross tonight to get TV. Are you kidding. I would not drive to the nearest Publix to get it! He would do nothing to get the delivery to me when I was off work even though they run weekend deliveries!!! I was absolutely blown away by the lack of empathy after they had screwed up for two days they think the customer needs to adapt to their rigid regulations. I want nothing to do with Fed Ex in the future!!!

Daughter had to packages being shipped to my place as they are rural and I’m in the city. She was told they would arrive June 11. Because I was out they left a slip saying I missed them and I could pick it up after 6 pm that evening. I called the customer support line and was told not to worry that they would try another two times. I mentioned that the slip did not say that assured me they would.
Next day June 12 nothing arrived so around 4pm. I called the customer support and they said they would expedite the package so it would be delivered that evening between 5-8 pm and they would text me when it was on its way. I was confused because tracking said they had tried two times that day and I was home for most of it. Customer service said it was still in the warehouse. My daughter gets an email an hour later saying it will be delivers the next day in the morning.
So June 13 I speak to the driver and he only has the one package, and he said no one in my area works until 8 pm and the other package must be in the warehouse. My daughter calls FedEx and they said I could pick it up with proper ID. Waiting for three days for a package that I was told by their employees would arrive that never even made it out of the warehouse. It took me 30 minutes total to grab it from the warehouse.

We live in Spruce Creek South in Summerfield Fl. While most deliveries show up with no issues. It seems like every day someone has their package delivered to the wrong address. I have had to ride around looking for my package. The address of the home where it is delivered should also be photographed.

FedEx is an absolute nightmare to receive packages from. The drivers are lazy. Mishandle packages. Speed Run stop signs. Don't know their job or what is going on. Lead you on. Give you false information. Don't leave door tags when they say they do. Don't leave any information on the door tags if they leave one. I deal with FedEx at work. Have almost been run over numerous times by their drivers and absolutely cringe when anything that we order to our house is delivered by FedEx. I would rather that it be sent by snail mail if I had the choice. Pass that customer service is atrocious if you can understand what they're saying because most of them either don't speak English or talk so fast that it's jumbled they repeat the same line over and over and over again. Don't give you any real information or answers.

ABYSMAL. I will never use them again. I ship a lot with them, but given their delivery service, I will now make an effort to support USPS or UPS instead. Their delivery drivers are lazy and LIE! We work from home. With EVERY delivery, they do not ring our doorbell. They just stick a notice on the door saying we missed the delivery. Custom service is abysmal. Don't waste your time. They don't care.

The delivery time was changed several times, and in the end, the parcel was not delivered! I had to stay home to sign for it, but the delivery never came. It’s so disappointing! I even chatted with a live agent, but they didn’t do anything to help. It feels like they don’t care and are playing with people’s time.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would because their employees criminally withheld my mail from being delivered. Their customer support lied twice when I called them to see if my package was ready to be picked up and they said it was when it wasn’t. America needs higher standards for businesses and how they operate if FedEx is a representative of those standards.

I have had 8 deliveries since the start of 2025 delivered to the incorrect address in my apartment complex. The driver is either inattentive or poorly trained, I am not sure which, but 8 deliveries to the incorrect address smacks of incompetence to me. Calls to FedEx send me in a spiral of automated inflexibility, which does not help me keep my cool - try telling an automated system that the package they say has been delivered has in fact not been delivered to you. Because the packages are sent by the shipper using FedEx Ground, only the shipper can file a claim with FedEx, me the customer has no recourse with FedEx. The shipper says I need to have my packages sent to a different address.
The shipper also says I need to go to my bank for a refund in the case of a lost shipment. So I have now invested time trying to track down my shipment, contacting FedEx, contacting the shipper, and now contacting my bank, providing the paper trail to demonstrate to the bank that I tried to get my shipment and that I am being honest in my pursuit of a refund for a delivery I never received. I do not have this problem with UPS, the USPS, or Amazon Prime.

If your package matters, consider a different courier. If your sanity matters, definitely do.The consistently dysfunctional operation of this FedEx location is noteworthy. Prolonged delays extending from days to weeks have been experienced in receiving a package, despite tracking notifications indicating "out for delivery." No delivery attempt was made, resulting in an erroneous tracking update and subsequent fruitless inquiries.
Furthermore, interactions with customer service representatives and supervisors have yielded no productive outcome. A request to pick up the package was made and initially agreed upon; however, this was followed by an extensive hold and the repetition of an unfulfilled promise of same-day delivery for four consecutive days. Customer service responses appeared formulaic, lacking substantive resolution and accountability, leading to continued delays and the impression that the "attempted delivery" status is inaccurate. It is suspected that drivers are engaging in a pattern of near-delivery without actual delivery. For critical packages and to avoid frustration, alternative courier services should be considered.

Fedex has lost multiple packages, they have returned packages for no reason. They have taken more than 10 days to deliver an Oklahoma package to Oklahoma. When I call their 800 463-3339 for Fedex customer service, nothing is ever done. The USPS post office shows I provided the correct address, but Fedex driver insists there has to be an apartment number. So he won't even get out of the truck to look that each unit has our own address. It's just frustrating and the drivers' laziness is costing me money and delaying medical supplies. Fedex outsourced their customer service to India and the customer service is awful. I'm ready to quit Fedex, because the Fedex company has become so BAD.

They continue to misdeliver my packages, customer service is outsourced and awful. When you report the missing package they open a ticket, continue telling you they don’t have any updates, and on day 3 tell you to report it to the shipper. Utterly horrible business. If you want your packages to actually arrive choose UPS or the Post Office.
