    My package was delivered empty. It was visibly opened by the driver or someone in the shipping center. They removed the product and left the empty box inside. This is not their 1st time and it has happened before.

    FedEx used to be the best in the business but not anymore. For the past 7-8 years, I have been given a delivery date that is never met. When I try to track the package the next day to see what the new delivery date is, their online tracking just spins, never giving any info. I wish businesses that use FedEx would look into changing shipping companies. Sorry FedEx.

    The delivery is very frustrating. We use the tools provided for business and they are useless. The delivery dates change from one day to another in a matter of minutes. Their delivery manager service - which is constantly suggested by customer service reps -- clearly say it's for consumer only! I have stayed at the business for 2 days until 8pm and tracking still says it's on the way -- but when you look after 9pm - it's the next day -- again. The tracking gives you a driver name, why? No one seems to be able to reach driver for a more accurate estimate.

    Left my package in a truck bed at the end of my driveway. The truck is not mine. Too lazy to drive down to my house and at least put on steps. It's maybe 20 steps to my house from road. Not that hard. Well I guess it was that hard.

    Driver never attempted to deliver a package that required our signature as we watched him stick the door tag on another box he left at the foot of our driveway. He checked off no one was home even though we were home. He lied. This is the worst company for receiving and sending packages that exists. Why in the world don't they offer the same quality service as UPS offers.

    I had an important shipment that I am waiting. They are lying about they tried to deliver, I was waiting all day in my house. Also yesterday, the website was telling me my shipment is in the facility but they are telling it's not. Also I never use FedEx again, I drove more than 1 hour for nothing, because I don't know why they choose the farthest facility possible. You cannot even talk to a real person from coatomer service. You can't do anything because they don't even care about anything. So big company doesn't need any customers anymore.

    The manager at the FedEx store in Canton, Ohio was the most rude and unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. Wouldn't scan a package because I was a minute late and I had to go back to my office to print an overnight label instead of two-day. She couldn't even tell me where there was a drop box that stayed open late. Very unprofessional.

    I've been a purchasing agent for many years and FedEx used to be a very good company. Now they are useless. In 5 months I have had four packages that FedEx delivered to my house that did not belong to me, and I have had two different shipments get stuck at a warehouse and not move for several days and I've had a fictional "attempted to deliver" and I have had two packages delivered to someone else and this is for my personal orders only not business orders. And their customer service is no help. They just read from a script and don't send anyone to go out to the warehouse to look for your package and no one takes accountability. Shame on you FedEx. You are now a useless company and your drivers show no integrity nor do anyone in your company actually care about your customers.

    I really wish I could go negative stars. In the last 90 days every package shipped to me via Fedex has been delivered to the wrong address. Mind you that about once per week. Today I've lost $200 in product because it can't be in the heat or sun, and it been on someone else's doorstep for 6 hours. Hoping to correct the problem I made house numbers at 12 inches in size, black background and fluorescent orange house numbers plus 6 inch name in same set up. So the driver is either really lazy or illiterate but I'm not hard to find.

    We were notified by email that an Amazon package had been delivered to our home on 05/31/2025. We did receive a package addressed to a neighbor about 1/2 mile away on a different street. That package arrived at our home completely opened on both ends. We corrected the FEDEX error by taking the package to the intended recipient. Several hours later a neighborhood resident who also lives on a different street, was kind enough to go out of his way to bring our Amazon purchase to our home. Two packages misdelivered (that we know of) in the same community on the same afternoon.

    Showed arrived in local warehouse Friday. Delivery Sat by end of day. No package! Now says delivery date will be updated when there’s movement. So another typical FedEx delivery, had packages sit for 9 days in local warehouse waiting for who knows what. Starting to check shipping company before ordering an item and if it is shipped FedEx no thank you. I work a lot, so don’t have time to be shipping manager also!

    My signature required said 10:20-2:20 then changed to 2-4pm. Still no package, then says by end of day. Entire day wasted and NO map working on your website. Why should I trust Fed Ex in the future. I'd rather cancel my order then be forced to waste half my weekend because Fed Ex is unreliable, has poor communication and half the website doesn't work. What a terrible experience.

    FedEx is a horrible company and not dependable. When talking to representatives you get erroneous explanations why your package isn't delivered. I suggest to anyone use a different method of delivery.

    FedEx really needs to be put out of business. They determine when your package is going to be delivered and they tell you that and then they put it in a shelf somewhere in a truck sitting in the hot hot sun and don't deliver until they feel like it. My package was sent yesterday from my insurance company with medical supplies and medicine in it, granted it is over the counter medicine but it will be spoiled after sitting in 100° heat in a truck for however many days they intend to hold it.

    The people that are being paid to answer the phones at customer service are 100% useless and a waste of money. And then they ask you to give them a review of how they performed on the phone. Unless you give something better than a one, the system shuts you off and it doesn't even take your review. I have to tell you I am so done with FedEx.

    I wouldn't even accept my medications this way but I don't get a choice. It's more important to Medicare and the insurance companies to send things via FedEx ground economy rather than sending them in a way that makes sure that the customers get it when they're supposed to get it and everything is not spoiled inside. It won't be the first time that some kind of medicine or liquid like a lotion or something, exploded in the box because FedEx can't do their jobs right. If you need to get something shipped, do not send it by FedEx and don't let anybody else send anything to you by FedEx. At least if it's not FedEx, immediate delivery don't use it.

    Customer service representatives ought to be able to tell you where your things are and when they're going to give them to you but they don't update at all on ground economy. Apparently I could have driven to Ocala and pick my package up if I didn't know that it was going to sit in a hot warehouse somewhere overnight but FedEx yanked my chain and gas lit me again by saying it would be delivered today when they have no intentions of delivering it today and probably not even tomorrow. I hope like hell that FedEx is one of those businesses that has to go bankrupt and go out of business. I'm sorry for all the employees, but you guys from the inside should be trying to change this. Don't use FedEx if you want to get your package or have your person you're sending to receive a package.

    FedEx tells me a delivery time I wait all day. The driver literally drives by my house 5 times and never stops. Cost me a day's wages and mechanic fees that I paid to have the parts installed on my jeep so I could go on a trip. Now I'm stuck, lost a day and a trip.

    FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address and refuses to do anything about it. All I got was excuses on why they can't do anything about it. I called customer support, went to a fedex location and excuses, nothing but excuses. They said I have to have the address the package was delivered to. How am I suppose to know that. Excuses, excuses, excuses is all I got. FedEx is a sorry excuse of a business.

    Two people at home waiting for an expensive package. Tracking status says Customer Unavailable which is a lie because we were home all day. They did drop off a different package that didn’t require a signature so I have no idea. I’m thinking the driver missed it on his truck and just lied about customer unavailable. Try calling customer service and THERE IS NO WAY TO GET A HUMAN BEING!!! I tried 10 different ways. It gives a message saying that since I don’t have the door tag it can’t help me and hangs up. One the timing of the message makes no sense because it didn’t even ask me for a door tag but more importantly there is no door tag on the door. Absolutely terrible service. If you’re a shipper don’t use them. Now I’m supposed to sit home all day on a Saturday waiting for this delivery that I don’t even know when it’s coming?!

    Just got a notice again today. Signature required, customer not home. A bunch of BS. Seems they only make one delivery a week to me - if that. My packages are "out for delivery" for up to 7 business days before the driver actually makes a delivery. I guess he needs a full truck of my items only. Currently he has about 6 packages for me. I refer to them as FED LATE.

    Updated on 06/05/2025: Update, after waiting 10 days on a 2 day delivery, and filing a lost package complaint with FedEx, I was informed my package was returned to sender. Every day I received a delivery update telling me the package would be delivered the next day. I couldn't get a refund from the sender until I refused delivery or it was returned to them. I can't refuse if they never show up. The fact is they kept the package for 10 days, made no attempt to deliver it, and lied constantly, I will no longer do business with any who use this incompetent and indifferent alleged 'delivery company'. They need a negative stars option for this sham of a business.

    Original Review: It's now Friday and I'm still waiting for a package that was originally supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. It was shipped FedEx 2 day. Every day I get an email saying it will be delivered 'Tomorrow'. According to tracking, it is still sitting in Las Cruces, 1 hour from Deming. It is a tool I need, so I'm going to go to Harbor Freight and get my money back for the tool these incompetent fools seem to have lost.

    I used FedEx online "tracking" system. For 3 days it assured me that "Alec" was delivering my shipment by a certain time that day. No show except for stopping in front of my house 2nd day and then driving off. Since no signature was required, I sat waiting for 3 days so that my package wouldn't be stolen. Don't rely on FedEx unless you want to be fedup!

    Even their apps are behind the curve. Somehow my delivery driver couldn't get into my apartment building with the door code after trying to deliver 4 times even though I had updated the delivery instructions multiple times to say the SAME THING. Either the driver is incompetent, which I hope isn't the case, or their system doesn't work when I supposedly update my information. If I can avoid FedEx for the rest of my life I will.

    My package that is going cross country has been rescheduled 3 times now and updated, maybe, once every 24 hrs. When I call to ask if there’s shipment issues, the automated menu is so trash and never connects me to an agent no matter what I choose. Ridiculous. I don’t even think they have a customer service department. My package that was shipped from outside the country and was ordered well after the Fedex shipment was sent, has already come in. I’ll definitely never use Fedex again with the prices they offer.

    I am writing to the editor today saddened by an event that took place at my residence. One rainy evening a FedEx driver attempted to deliver a package to our home. The driver came into our property and began to ruin a place that was prepared for our a future garage to be installed in a few days. The ground was leveled and much work and dirt were brought in to prepare the site. The driver drove into the area got stuck and was forced to call for help. Then another vehicle came to pull him out and got stuck as well in the site. It made a huge mess and undid a lot of time and money put into the project. We were given a claim number and were told that someone would be in touch. That was back in November and weeks went by without a word from the company.

    I called and was put in touch with a "Bryan" who would not give me a office number to call nor an email. He assured me something would get done and their automated phone system keeps one from getting anywhere with a problem. Weeks more went by and nothing came of it even with numerous calls being placed and being passed around to other offices. Finally, I was forced to go to the local FedEx office with my work order receipt and pictures of the vehicles stuck in our yard. I asked for a manager to please speak with me and I was told by him that he would send it off. No concern or promise of help.

    Weeks later nothing has come of it and there is no reply to texts and I am not given a name or email to follow up. It has become quite obvious they are avoiding the situation and do not want to claim responsibility. I am hoping that will change with some awareness and pressure being brought to bear. All we are asking for is renumeration for the damage done and the loss we received. It is saddening to see personal responsibility being shirked and people having to take a loss by a major corporation.

    My package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 5-27-25. Then for some reason during transit it got stuck in OLATHE, KS for over 110 hours, hence over four and a half days. I'm paying for this service? Shouldn't customers get some kind of a refund when you get awful, beyond slow service like this? I also spent a long time on the phone trying to get through to a live human being on their toll-free number. You see if you can get past that useless AI. I had no success whatsoever. Best of luck, I couldn't do it.

    If I could give 0 or negative stars I would! I had ordered a kitchen pantry originally from Walmart that got shipped using FedEx. 5 days late they delivered a mangled, taped together box. Walmart did a return and I ordered the same cabinet from Amazon instead hoping they would use a different transport. They didn't. FedEx had delivery instructions to knock. My son waited all morning for the delivery. No one knocked! I checked online since I hadn't gotten any update. It was supposedly delivered over an hour before. My son went straight out front to see the package was already stolen! NEVER use FedEx!!!! They can't follow basic directions to knock on a door! And when I reached out to them they blew me off, said it's not their problem and that is have to speak with Amazon. If there is ever an option use ANY shipping service besides FedEx! Btw... I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them.

    Completely incompetent. The initial estimate of delivery time was on a Wednesday - no problem with that. On Monday I received a notice that the package had already arrived at local depot and would be delivered between 9:10 and 13:10 and required a signature. After waiting all day and no delivery, I called a customer service rep the next morning and was told that they had until Wednesday to deliver the package and they could send a text message if I wished. I thought FedEx was a reliable shipper. Not anymore!

    Update: Next day the package was on the truck and 'out for delivery'. Again I waited to receive the shipment and provide the signature. Later in the evening I received a message from FedEx that they attempted delivery but no one was home to sign. That is completely false. I sat outside with the front of the building and the front door in view expecting a delivery at any time. The only sign of FedEx was the truck speeding past the front of the building but not stopping. After speaking with 4 different agents no solution has yet been offered. Another day of waiting?

    If I could given a zero I would. A one is too high for FedEx. Never on time, packages look like they have been dropped from a plane, give you a delivery day and time and NEVER show up. I’ve had lost, damaged and even stolen packages. THE worst delivery company EVER!!! I can’t understand how they are still in business. Not one review online that’s good. I guess DEI hires take priority over reliable service.

    If I could give them negative stars I would. I am so angry right now I can barely think straight. I run a small family business in Atlanta, Ga. Each month I order musical equipment and instruments from all over the United States with one company being our main supplier. That being said as everyone knows the 2 goto shippers for any serious business are Fedex and UPS. The US Postal Service is a joke so we won't waste time discussing that subject.

    Now then, unfortunately any way you throw the dice about half the time your going to be using Fedex jiust because the company your buying from has chosen them as their shipper of choice and a lot of times they only use one shipper to ship their products and there are no options. In my case our main supplier for music products does use Fedex alone with no other option.

    For the last 18 months Fedex has made me wait for every reason in the book from having to replace a shipping label for being unreadable which can take days to fix, which is total BS, to bad weather to the semi truck the package is in is being fixed because it broke down to God only knows what. I have been lied to so many times I cannot keep track. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have something shipped by Fedex it is late. Every time I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME.

    These people should be shut down, I have lost so much money thanks to Fedex I don't know where to begin. The latest situation concerns a 12 thousand dollar custom Gibson SG Guitar. Now I have until now not mentioned damaged goods but now is as good a time as any. The last time something was damaged was a 5 thousand dollar high end studio microphone which came tumbling out of the Fedex van when the young guy driving the Fedex Van pulled to a stop amidst a deluge of blasting rap music! I mean I about came unglued on this kid I was like are you Insane??!! Do you know what is in that box? Do you have any clue what you just destroyed? And of course he didn't care, he simply smiled got back in the Fedex truck and sped away!

    So to continue the first delivery date on this guitar was Sunday the 25th. Then it was today Tues the 27th, and lo and behold now it is Thursday the 29th! So I have a 12 thousand dollar guitar sitting in a hot supposedly broken down semi truck waiting for some mindless Fedex lackey to come fix it so my guitar can be delivered. I spoke to a Fedex supervisor who just gave me every excuse in the book and left off saying hopefully Thursday they might be able to get my package delivered. I have lost so much money because of this useless fly by night bunch of losers that I have lost my temper and gone and hired a lawyer. Lucky for me I document everything and so I am going to go after my pound of flesh the only way I know how and try to sue Fedex. Wish me luck.

    Lazy drivers. Anytime you go out your way to lie and claim customer requested you to hold a package just because you too fat and tired to deliver it. That is a shame. 1 minute my package says what time it's schedule to come then the next minute it's says request made for future delivery. A request I never made, customer service help these losers co-sign the lies as well.

    If I could leave a negative star I would, have a package that is supposed to be delivered 5/25/25 I live in Louisiana. It's still in Chino California. This is the second time the delivery date has been changed. Fedex is now just as bad as the U.S. Postal Service. The package arrived in California on 5/20/25, so why is it still in California or did fedex lose the package.

    Trash customer service. Ordered 2 packages here at the exact same time of the exact same thing. They've delivered wine and said they attempted to deliver the second one but could makes no sense. How can you deliver one package, but not the other when they were ordered at the same time from the same location and were the exact same order and shipped out at the exact same time. Idk how they are still in business. Don't waste time or money with them. Use Ups.

    Dude parks in the middle of my one way street, rings the ring door bell (doesn't even knock), waited for 1 minute (literally a minute) and then left. 1 not everyone in the house has access to the doorbell app on their phone, and why would you not park and even wait a few minutes to give us enough time to get to the door. It's irritating that this is the 3rd day this was getting delivered but this time I was home. There is clearly a car in the driveway next to the door. It's giving careless and impatient.

    SERVICE HORRIBLE UNRELIABLE EVERY TIME!!!! "GRADE F". I do not know why I keep believing in FEDEX, because they let me and my clients down everytime. Their overnight service is horrible, The tracking system says one thing then the tracking number says something else. You try to call customer service, the virtual assistant is robotics (no help whatsoever). Then when get a customer service rep they LIE TO YOU!!! NEVER HONEST, NEVER. THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND THE OPPOSITE HAPPENS, TIRED OF TRUSTING FEDEX!!

    My order was suppose to be here on an overnight on Friday, It was order on Wed, a little after cut off, customer service rep said, Friday, Fed ex was a no show, then called and put in a ticket with Maurice at help desk c191602221, He stated it is going to fly out of Sc, its only one hour and 5min flight. It will arrive by 8pm Friday night 05/23/2025, no show again. Tracking #'s **. It's still sitting in South Caroline!!! AS OF 05/24/2025. Now I have to tell my client and probably lose the $800.00 sale because of FEDEX!!!!

    FedEx is the worst on service, reliability and the absolute worst on customer service. I sent a FedEx envelope to be delivered 2-day overnight (original delivery date to be 5/20/25) and they did not deliver until 5/23/25. When I contacted their customer service, I was told they could do nothing. This is supposed to be acceptable?

    I wish negative stars were possible. We are a business who has a shipping contract with FedEx (not for long). We paid two invoices. FedEx promptly withdrew the funds from our account. They took the larger of the two checks, which came in first, applied that to the smaller second invoice, sent us a refund check for the difference, then sent us to collections for not paying the first invoice. The second check remains unaccounted for in their system, despite clearing our account months ago. After multiple contacts from me, proof of payment sent multiple times, begging, pleading for them to JUST FIX THEIR MISTAKE... this has been ongoing since December of 2024. They sent us to collections in April.

    I've reported to the BBB asking for mediation. I've reached out to executives at FedEx explaining the negligence of their banking departments and requesting escalation. I've received zero responses from anyone at FedEx but the remittance team - who has been useless in resolving this issue, albeit somewhat responsive. At the beginning, they asked ME to provide the FedEx bank account number that the checks routed to... how am I supposed to know that??? I sent bank statements - you'd think that's as good as it gets. Copies of cleared checks with memos stating which invoices they were for - you'd think that's sufficient. To say that I've lost my patience doesn't come close.

    I would give negative stars if I could. We consistently have our packages delivered to the wrong addresses or get messages that attempted delivery was unsuccessful when we were at home all day with no attempt to deliver. There is no way to contact anyone to get actual help. The advice is always to “contact the shipper” even though every single time it has been their error. We even have specific delivery instructions in our FedEx Delivery manager. Clearly it is never checked. It is by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced.

    Have used FedEx and the online rate calculator for years very successfully. This AM I used the FedEx Rate Calculator and then went to the Port St. Lucie store. I was charged 24.7% more at the counter. This has never happened before. I came home and used the data from the receipt to calculate it again and I got the same results. I talked to three FedEx reps and got zero answers. I understand that the calculator is giving me an estimate, not a quote. For years the estimates have been very accurate and now suddenly there is a 24.7% upcharge. It appears that FedEx has gone woke and finds it acceptable to use bait and switch tactics to get me to their store. This is fraud on a nationwide scale and I have filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB.

    Warning - Avoid using FedEx Shipping at All Cost. We are a business in Amarillo, Texas. If you are either shipping to or having packages picked up in Amarillo, Texas, then please do not use either FedEx Package or Freight services. Both FedEx Package and Freight services that serve Amarillo, Texas are criminal organizations that steal packages and freight from their customers. We have experienced this on multiple occasions. FedEx employees have also forged our signatures numerous times for the shipments, and then marked them delivered, but actually never delivered the shipments to us. Both us and our customers have tried to reach out to FedEx regarding this recurring issue, but no help is available. FedEx only has one 800 phone number for the entire company, and it's impossible to reach a real human to complain about this.

    Don't even deserve 1 star! Packages that should take a few days to arrive, take almost a month. Tracking shows them bouncing all over and even returning back to the same facilities they had already left and then returning back to the facility they were at days ago and then returning back to the facility they were already at again. This goes on for weeks. I'm still waiting for two current packages for almost a month now!

    In the past they have delivered my packages to address that are miles from my address! Not even a similar street name or number! Not even in the right town! They have left packages out on the road instead of even bringing them to the porch! I won't order from any company, vendor or seller that wants to ship with Fedex! PLEASE STOP USING THIS COMPANY!! Use USPS or DHL or UPS or even horse and carriage or just throw it up in the air and let the wind deliver it because it has a better chance of getting there on time! 12,000+ complaints in the last year says it all.

    If they deliver to wrong address they will show the driver’s picture of the delivered package AT WRONG address, then claim it was delivered. They then will make you fill out forms online and the form wants pictures of correct address, pictures of the items in the box or pictures of receipts. After 30 minutes of working on the forms the uploads go into infinite upload circles. If you try to go back, all is lost and you must start over!

    I mailed my daughter’s car title with Fedex and paid $87 to be delivered the next day so she can sell her car before moving back. First they lost the package for over a day, then when they found it still took 48 hours to be delivered. I had to resend everything with UPS again and she received the second package before fedex. Now after 30 days they refuse to give us a refund!!! When they delivered the package, my daughter had already moved out of the state. They took no responsibility for their horrible service. I don’t even know where the package they delivered is right now.

    I would give it zero stars if I could. This company really sucks.. Don't know what happened somewhere along the line, but I can guess. I've never encountered a FedEx driver who wasn't rude, incompetent, disrespectful, a complete reckless driver & all-around dull-witted. I realize this is a big generalization, but if I didn't know better, I'd think a prerequisite for being hired by this company is to be short-sighted & incompetent. I try to live by the old adage "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all".. But sometimes something is so blatantly bad with no one seeming to give a damn, & you just have to speak up! And this is not a snap judgement, but an observation over the course of many years.

    Recently someone had shipped to me very important documents containing sensitive info. I had no control over which shipping company they used, & unfortunately they used fed ex. The delivery was delayed repeatedly, was several days late, & when it did arrive, they just threw it down on the ground several feet from the doorstep in the rain; also, the envelope looked like it had been run over by a tractor a few times & the document was pretty beat up. When a company gets so big & they performed so badly with no accountability & many complaints, & yet they are able to stay in business, it's pretty evident nothing is ever going to be done about it, because so many huge companies have gone to the devil.

    I have repeatedly complained to FedEx about their delivery drivers. My FedEx profile has delivery instruction to leave the package at front porch only. One company I purchase from has placed delivery instruction on the shipping label. The packages are left at my garage door and even at my mailbox in plain sight for anyone to drive by and take pick them up. The drivers either can’t read or are willfully disregarding delivery instructions. I have complained to FedEx and am collecting complaint case numbers like trading cards.     Delivered item to the wrong house for the 5th time in as many years. The label had my address, but the door in the delivery photo wasn't mine, nor was it any house on my street. FedEx then closed my inquiry after two days, saying their investigation showed that it was correctly delivered. No investigation was done, because that's not my door and I still don't have my package. Their GPS tracking is bad and/or their driver lied. They said I should contact the shipper, but the shipper paid them to deliver the item to ME, so this is really not the shipper's issue. I'll likely get a refund, but I purchased the item on sale, and the refund amount will not allow me to re-purchase it. FedEx is an absolutely terrible company with terrible drivers. I'll never buy from a seller who only uses FedEx again.

    I have a box sent from my seller with phytosanitary certificate. I also sent my IMPORT permit with labels, and I had been required to file a DocuSign with the permit name and send copy of the ID of the person on the permit. Even when I sent all the required documentation the pack was sent back to my provider so I lost time and money. The pack was complaining with all the legal requirements to IMPORT so I have no clue why the custom agent at FedEx sent back my pack. Do not trust this company.

    Absolutely a joke of a company. My item is supposed to be delivered today, it has said at latest Friday evening for the entire week including last night when I went to bed. I awaken to find excuses for why it won't be delivered today but instead tomorrow, Saturday. The bar code is unscannable. They have to print a new one. Being of average intelligence and knowing how printers work, this should be a 5 minute fix at most. Get package, reprint bar code, put new barcode on and scan and continue on its way. Not set to the side and worry about later when it's convenient for you. There is zero reason to delay orders because YOU messed something up.

    Even more maddening this has happened to EVERY package I have got through you, and NONE show any new labelling or torn or unreadable barcodes, not even smudged. How hard is it nowadays to do one's job? You would think a delivery service could actually deliver a package by the LATEST time they predicted. When they notice they can't, they simply lie to cover up their faults. So from here on out I will never go through FedEx, ever. If someone is shipping FedEx don't buy from them as the odds are you will not get your package anywhere near the estimated delivery date, if at all. I could have driven to the East Coast and back TWICE and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE! I wouldn't trust FedEx to deliver a grain of sand to my neighbors house within a year. Absolutely the most absurd shipping company, and beyond baffling that you are still in business.

    It is unbelievable how this company now operates. They've always had trouble with lost packages, but now the outright lying from their (clearly) overseas customer "service" has me at wits end. Pay for expedited service from France, and 3 weeks later it is still a 20-minute drive away, and no estimate on when they will get around to delivering it. Oy vey. Mind you, no customs hold-ups, no tariff confusion, everything in order, except FedEx. I'd switch right now to UPS, but they are even worse.     FedEx assessed me $8.66 for a package they claimed weighed 12 lbs when it only weighed 12 ounces. Since I bought the label through my eBay account, they will not speak to me about it and referred me back to eBay. However, eBay will not dispute any cases with Fed Ex that are under $10. Shame on both of these companies. I have no recourse to dispute this case. They are stealing customer money!

    After placing an order on 01 May 2025 and paying nearly as much for "expedited shipping" (FedEx 2-day delivery) not only can the company providing my product not tell me where it is, FedEx only has "Label Created" on their website, and the people who constantly speak over me in broken English on their customer support line cannot provide me with any information and refer me BACK to the shipper who says the item left their facility on Thursday of last week, quite literally, the same day it was ordered.

    Not only will I never do business with the original company I ordered from, but I will also NEVER use FedEx for anything again. Their "Customer Service" is a joke. Never had a better advertisement for Amazon and the United States Postal Service than working with FedEx, guess I'm just out $95.00 USD. Lesson Learned.     Once again they delivered it to the wrong address. On their site now instead of just showing you where your order is I to be sent a code to my email. Put it to see the map. But being bounced around I was told I tried too many times and come back later. Meanwhile it's 9:30 pm. I go out to the garage and looked down the street, there was a truck sitting there. So I thought this must be Fedex. A few minutes later I looked and it was two houses down. A few minutes later he drove past our house. I go to my email and Walmart said it was delivered. I had the porch light on and our address is underneath it. I walked two houses down, we live in the country so they're not right next door. It wasn't there, coming back home I look at the house next door and sitting by their garage was a box. Their porch light wasn't on. It was mine. Not very happy, kind of screwed up my evening.

    At this point, I don’t even think FedEx cares about their business!!!! FEDEX SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS!! How is it possible that five packages, five different deliveries get delivered to the wrong address! Countless tickets submitted, and my packages are still getting delivered to the incorrect address! The homeowner turned the driver away and said the package was being delivered to the wrong address. I call FedEx they assured me that my package was gonna be delivered to me, only for them to turn around and deliver it again to the homeowner of the address that my package keeps getting delivered to incorrectly.

    At this point, FedEx, what are you going to do to rectify this issue with me and the homeowner that’s being inconvenience with all of these deliveries. She is an older lady who cannot move these packages. And these packages are being left in her front porch, leaving her unable to use her porch or stairs. I’m thankful that the homeowner found my phone number. I’m one of my packages and we’ve stayed in contact. However, this last package is too big for her or I to move! If I could rate FedEx a -100 I would! Terrible company altogether! As a company, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

    I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from FedEx regarding a highly sensitive priority package of medicine that was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. This isn't just a minor inconvenience—this package contained critical medication and personal data that I needed urgently.

    From the moment I realized the package was missing, I reached out to FedEx multiple times, hoping for a swift resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference and a shocking lack of urgency. It felt as though my situation was dismissed as unimportant. After numerous calls to their corporate number, I finally managed to get a supervisor involved. However, this too was a waste of time; they promised to escalate the case but ultimately sat on it while providing me with a ridiculous conclusion: that the package was delivered correctly.     On Feb. 28, 2025 I underwent enucleation surgery to remove my right eye which had cancer. I paid $1,000 to the Perelman School of Medicine to do uveal melanoma genetic testing. They sent me the report on April 25, 2025 via Federal Express. To date I have never received the report, which Federal Express has lost. I have spent an entire week sitting by the door, since the package requires my signature, but it has never come. I have dealt with their Customer Service, which is outsourced to somewhere in Southeast Asia and they have not been helpful. I have been a nervous wreck waiting for the report, but these people just don't care.

    FedEx is unethically fleecing consumers. Yup, I said it. One of America's most trusted business institutions refuses to assume accountability for the inability of their employees to do their jobs. You have video footage proving that a driver lied about delivering your package, it should be easy peasy to get your hard earned money back, right?! Video footage is indisputable, right?! Nope and Nope because FedEx drivers are allowed to cover ineptness with lies and are never called on it. "Sure I delivered that package at 11:15 even if you, who was working on your porch all day, or your ring camera, that shows the porch, road, and mailbox, never saw me or captured me on film." Maybe he was wearing Harry Potter's invisibility cloak, you say? That would be more credible than FedEx.

    After giving me the runaround for a week, putting the onus on me to do a ridiculous amount of jumping through the hoops of submitting and resubmitting claim after claim, picture after picture, and forced to speak to hardly understandable customer service reps for hours on end, I still have been denied a refund. In conclusion, do not trust FedEx, they will take your money and run and you will have zero recourse, thus, my rating would be zero if possible. Zero rating for zero performance. Thumbs. Down.

    I ordered a 4 person dining table set and a rug from WAYFAIR. Day 1-3, all of my items were delivered on the bottom of my steps and not at the door. There’s 7-8 steps to the door and they didn’t leave it there. The table combined (top and bottom pieces) was 300 pounds. The two large boxes with my chairs in it were also extremely heavy and I had to take those packages to the top of my stairs and inside the house when it should have been delivered at my front door. Very disappointed in the delivery standards. I will be filling a complaint with FedEx today. I ordered a 6” rug pad from Amazon. It came in a big box and it was delivered at my door. Not understanding why FedEx couldn’t do that. This was extremely frustrating 3 days in a row.

    I have been trying to add my apartment number to the delivery instructions in the delivery manager section of the website. When calling them to get help with this, If you call them, you cannot get through to a customer service person. I tried over several days to see if I could get someone to help me just add my apartment number on their website, but no help is to be found. I live in a gated community. When they tried to deliver the first time they left a sticky note on the code box. When I called the number on that note, they said to leave the note in the office, which I did. Then they called and said they could not leave the package at the office because it was a commercial address. The whole situation was a nightmare. I finally got the package as the driver went to the office, got the gate code and was able to deliver the package. Very poor performance. Amazon comes by and delivers the packages to my door. No problem with them.

    If you value your time, belongings, or basic accountability—avoid FedEx at all costs. I recently had a custom wall sculpture shipped to a client, only to have it delivered to the wrong address. The delivery driver even sent a photo showing my correct address on the label, yet the package was nowhere to be found. Instead of taking immediate responsibility, FedEx funneled me into a frustrating loop with an AI assistant. After several days of silence, I received an email stating that they had "exhausted all avenues" and that I should ask the shipper to file a claim. That’s it. There is no genuine apology, no meaningful resolution.

    Imagine if this were a time-sensitive delivery like vital medication. FedEx's cavalier attitude toward misdelivery is alarming and unacceptable. Competent customer service has gone the way of the dodo, and FedEx is leading the charge into extinction. Following this debacle, I’ve instructed all my artists and dealers to use UPS or any other service that still employs people who can read an address label and care about doing their jobs properly. FedEx has lost more than a package—they've lost my trust permanently.

    FedEx Fredericksburg VA is worthless. They mark a packaged delivered when it wasn't. Then they send it back to the shipper. FedEx has gone to the dogs honestly. They throw packages anywhere behind your mailbox on a busy road toss it up on the porch. I have even found a package lying in our wooded area recently. This was for a neighbor and not even ours. We had to deliver it to her. So I started delivering to my Po box with a street address. They won't even deliver my packages there. They say it is a incorrect address when UPS delivers there 15 times in 2 months and all of a sudden it is a incorrect address when FedEx tries to deliver there.     This is the fourth... FOURTH... time they have been late on a delivery in the last two months. My package, an item I need for work, has been in "We have your package" status for almost a week now and has not moved from its origin point.     FedEx is horrible, the driver delivered a package to my neighbor but refused to deliver my package on Saturday 4/26. The driver put it to deliver at a later date, I did NOT request that as I was waiting for my ESA's food to be delivered. Today again to be delivered after I called about this. Today when asked for a supervisor the rep Martha lied. She said no supervisors or manager were there then said she did not have one. My pet has not had food since Saturday. Now I have to get a ride to the Vet due to she has not had food and I can't find a store who sells their special diet near me.

    FedEx reps say my package may be delivered some time later this week. I needed it Saturday and the delivery driver Michael B just would not deliver it today. This is the worst company ever as often my packages are delivered to another neighbor or placed somewhere than at my door and no one can find it. There is no way to contact Corp Office for more assistance on such horrible service. If my ESA does not make it I will say FedEx will have a price to pay.

    I ordered a bookcase from Sauder industries approximately two weeks ago and FedEx missed delivered the shipment to a person in Sumter, South Carolina. I notified Sauder and they were good enough to send me a replacement. Unfortunately, when FedEx delivered the package to my door this morning, they dropped it on the concrete and more parts were damaged. Now I have to go back to Sauder and get them to send me a replacement parts. I specified that they not use FedEx because FedEx service in this part of North Carolina has been horrible since hurricane Halloween. Packages get delivered to their facility in Arden and from there there is no coordination no communication, just sloppy service.

    FedEx drivers have been putting our packages (large boxes) on top of our 6 ft. tall stone pillars (in the rain). I called to complain, but no one followed up as promised. On other occasions, I have seen them on security camera footage, ignoring the sign "Deliveries Here" and purposely throwing my boxes into my horse stalls or into a crate I had in the barn. When I complained, I witnessed the driver throwing my next package out his window onto my lawn. At that point I asked FedEx to ban the driver from my property because I was worried about what he'd do next.

    Purchased a recliner from a seller on Amazon. Tracking through FedEx showed chair was delivered. Absolutely no sign of the delivery being made. Opened a case with FedEx and provided all requested information including a photo of the front of my home. I live in a very small town of 400 people. I had two deliveries this week my house number is 4022 and plainly displayed in very large numbers. First package delivered to 4020 made a call to customer service letting them know photo wasn’t my house. Thank goodness my neighbor is honest and brought my package later that evening. Next day package was delivered to 4018 again, notified customer service photo wasn’t my home. Again thank goodness my neighbors are honest and brought my package to me. The only thing customer service did was send a text if you don’t find your package notify the sender, how is the sender responsible for the incompetence of the delivery driver? I did file a complaint on the driver, however haven’t heard anything back as I was assured by the customer service agent that I would be contacted.

    Every time we have a weekend delivery Fedex reports via the tracking info as "business was closed". Seems rather odd as someone is onsite here 7 days a week 24 hours a day. It's hard to express just how much their service sucks. We order supply items from Amazon regularly and they always use Fedex and this problem has occurred many times in the past. I don't know who manages the Fairfield California carrier facility but it seems like he/she needs to find another job. An utterly incompetent company.

    I live in the panhandle and I order from FedEx on Wednesday. The wheels showed up on Friday from New Jersey and showed up on time but my lugs nuts was in Tampa FL and I have to wait 4 days to get lugs from Tampa. That's not but 5 hours and New Jersey probably 10 hours from.

    I order from Chewy and they use FEDEX, if the shipment is over (20 lbs) they seem to throw the box down which tears the box then I’m dealing with moving a torn box. Sometimes the product inside is destroyed because of their handling and I have to contact Chewy for replacement (Chewy is excellent at replacing). My neighbor has had problems where they deliver packages and they leave them in the middle of his walkway where anyone can see. It’s a good thing they let me know so I can move them so they are not visible. It’s still at their door but not visible from street. You can tell drivers doesn’t consider trying to put in area where it can’t be seen, just drops it off wherever. I’ve never had problems with UPS.

    Ellenwood GA site is always delivering my packages to my neighbor instead of me. They don't pay attention to addresses. Mine is clearly on the mailbox stand. Last time had to call the Henry County police to go to my neighbor to get my package back. I don't want this to happen again and have to contact Consumer Protection.     This is a review of FedEx SmartPost Dallas Texas. I try to be careful on purchases online if any seller uses Smart Post. And from now on I will have to message these sellers to confirm they are using USPS or a service that is not SmartPost. It is a terrible service. Should not take a month to receive an order that USPS can deliver 3-7 days. Dallas has the worst hub and complaints and issues. No one would complaint if jobs and service was done properly. A few days late is one thing but weeks. Please stop this service and allow USPS to do their job without 3rd party interference. I have unfortunately a seller that shipped on April 7th and still no package at today’s date of the 25th of April 2025.

    I purchased a 2-day prepaid label to collect my iPhone from Singapore Airlines at LAX airport. To FedEx credit, they sent me a tracking number. That is the end of their customer service. After several days, the iPhone is still at the SIA office. The officer at SIA said they called FedEx many times, but FedEx has not responded. SIA said that was quite unusual for FedEx. The fact is, my business is dependent on the availability of my iPhone. I am very frustrated that there is no way I can communicate with FedEx. They must have a good reason for tardiness, but this is abysmal customer service.

    I had a prepaid FedEx label. I tried to ship the package today and it was not accepted by FedEx at 260 SW Port St Lucie Blvd Ste D, Port St. Lucie, FL 34984. The package was in a shoe box wrapped in a very strong kraft paper and taped with shipping tape. This type of package is always accepted by USPS and UPS, but not by FedEx. According to the attendant, it was against FedEx shipping policy, because the paper could tear. THAT IS ABSURD AND MORONIC. Then he said, they could repackage it for me for about $12. THAT'S A RIPOFF. THEY WERE TRYING TO FORCE ME TO BUY ONE OF THEIR OVERPRICED BOXES. Soon after, I took the same package to another FedEx location where it was accepted without any problem.

    FedEx has been totally crooked and unacceptable today in the delivery of my package, tracking No. **! When I first checked the delivery update for this package today, 4/21/25, it showed the package was loaded on the delivery truck at the Cypress, TX facility at 06:49 AM, and said, "out for delivery". then at 09:43 AM it shows, "Future delivery requested", the package was taken off that delivery truck!!! Later I noticed a note saying, " a vacation hold was placed on this package" Which was probably done by someone at Fedex themselves, for sure it wasn't me!!! I called Customer Service and checked, spoke to a Nika, who said she had contacted the Fedex facility at Cypress, TX and told them I did not place a hold on the package, Nika said the package would be delivered today 4/21/25, by end of business. She gave me a Ticket#, **.

    I had a second package delivered today, 880636529709 at 03:20 PM. The driver Noberto, who delivered the package ending in 9709, was asked by the person at my house receiving the package, "where is the second package?" Norberto didn't say anything, he made hand signals saying he'll come back to deliver the other second package!!!

    I then checked on the other package, 880636514496 again at about, 04:30 PM and spoke to JL at CS, who said he was escalating the situation and there was still time, as the last delivery was at 08:00 PM CST (TX). JL gave me a ticket# **. I did not receive the package by 07:30 PM, so called CS again, spoke to a Katy, I asked Katy if I could speak to a Manager. Katy connected me to Fatima. by this time it was 08:00 PM, Fatima said she was going to contact the Cypress, TX Fedex facility, and then spoke to me again, saying the package will be delivered tomorrow!!!!

    Is this the great Fedex Courier/Freight company? FedEx has totally screwed up and been totally crooked in changing the delivery of this simple package to me today! they took the package off the delivery truck, (after it was already loaded to be delivered!). Then Fedex put the note in for the package to be put on vacation hold!!! Then after me talking with three different CS Reps. and A Manager, Fatima. They simply, "played me around"!!! This is totally unacceptable, and I need an explanation for all this crookedness, lying, etc!!! I will never use Fedex again!!! FedEx sucks!!!!

    Pretty much on par with everyone else’s complaints. I cannot speak to other locations but the Fed Ex employees in Honolulu are the laziest, most entitled, unhelpful and unfriendly customer service representatives I have ever encountered. If I could choose never to ship with Fed Ex again I would. Unfortunately some organizations offer no other service. Fed ex has damaged items beyond repair that I didn’t even know could be destroyed in such ways. My waterhousing ports that cost $1250 a port were shattered upon arrival. Keep in mind there were securely packed with bubble wrap and foam.

    Most recently their customer service phone reps told me that a request I made to pick up a package of high value was ready for pick up at their distribution center. Upon arrival the older customer service rep, who wasn’t friendly or helpful, merely said we can’t do anything, our commitment time is 22nd. In what world of customer service is this acceptable? On the track on their website it says it will be delivered Monday. Which I’ve encountered this issue before. The package has been sitting in Honolulu since 6am the morning of the 19th. Clearly there is not enough competition in the shipping industry and the fact that fed ex has managed to survive all these years with this amount of customer complaints is clear evidence.

    Ordered two chairs from a company. Wednesday I was told it was on the truck and out for delivery by FedEx. Same thing Thursday and Friday. Multiple calls customer service and supervisors in Caribbean. Was told that local manager would receive complaint and request for callback but “may not receive” as managers busy on docks.     They are the worst carrier, especially in my area. There is no customer service or integrity. No communication or status updates for deliveries or pickup. They give a time of delivery/pickup and keep changing it every two hours - they have no clue what they are doing. The only have one truck in the area covering 60-70 miles and they overload the drivers. The website has no updates and the 'Driver Map' does not work at all.

    I have never seen a truck come here before 3 pm for FedEx ground, yet they give a time slot of 10 am-12 pm then keep on changing it through-out the day, pretty bad. They were scheduled to pick-up something yesterday and gave me a slot of 9 am-6pm, they never showed up nor provided any update or apology. I called the merchant - a big retailer and they have no clue either, they told me that FedEx is having a 'system glitch', they could not give me any definite answer or visibility into what is going on. This is my fifth such experience in the last 4 months. They just don't care about their customer and their time!

    A Fedex driver misdelivered my medicine and I called FedEx and they totaly lied to me. The driver left my package against a random wall on the 1st floor and I live on the third floor. I called FedEx about not being able to find my package. They sounded if they were sincere. However they made absolutely no effort to try and locate my package. They told me to look for it. A few days later I received an email say my package was delivered correctly, which it was not. In the first photo is my door and the second is where they left my package.

    I paid for an overnight delivery of a personal check. It was not delivered until four days later. I received no detailed communication from Fed Ex during the process of delivery, filing of my claim and the issue I had. I was never told why my check was not delivered at the time promised and paid for.     The FedEx Austell, GA location is an absolute joke. FedEx should be ashamed of the service they allow this facility to provide to their customers. This location deserves negative stars or any ratings worse than 0. I’ve not had a single package deliver on time for years because of this location. It’s a black hole and nothing is ever done to fix the problem. Customer service is no help and simply provide excuse after excuse. Their tracking system is useless as half the time a package is out for delivery isn’t actually on a truck and is still at the facility. At this point, FedEx would have to pay me to use their service. I always choose other carriers (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) whenever I have the option no matter the cost. When I don’t, I always request to ship any other carrier besides FedEx if possible now.     Every package I receive from FedEx… no matter how it’s Shipped (Express, Ground, Home) it is delivered the next day after it was supposed to be delivered. Delivery exception, weather, issue, undeliverable one day, but shows up the next day. Even refrigerated goods. I have to now make sure my medication is not shipped by FedEx or it will not be any good by the time it does come. I’m sick of it and my whole neighborhood is starting to complain about it.     I have dropped off several packages to FedEx from my business and never received this service before. I dropped one that I had the store personnel measure and check dimensions and then get charged 5 times the amount from my eBay account, then on the same day I brought in a package of bulbs that were fragile so the person said they could double box it for another $20. So I said great to be sure. Then they charged me another $64 for the dimensions that the person at the counter NEVER said was not part of new box but NEVER thought another bow would cost over $20. So they are scammers to say the least. I send out about a thousand packages a year and guarantee NONE of them will ever have the FED-EX logo on them again.

    Fedex is the absolute worst delivery company on the planet. It starts with tracking, which is horrible. My package shipped from Georgia to Ohio in one day. Then did not move to out for delivery in Ohio for a week. I called 4 times on 4 business days to be told it would be delivered that day. Customer service is staffed with liars. When the package arrived the item was damaged and unusable. The vendor agreed to replace and sent me a printable return label. Pickup was scheduled for yesterday. No one came. I called today. Pick up is scheduled for tomorrow. I won’t hold my breath. Pony express was quicker and more reliable than Fedex. I do not think this horrible excuse for a company will exist in 2026.     As a multi billion dollar corporation we will not utilize FedEx under no circumstances at all. I have sent out a mass email to all of my companies, sister companies, organizations that we financially back including non-profits to cancel all business with FedEx and to show proof they have done so after seeing these to poor gentlemen fired for standing their ground as human being no one deserves to be mistreated and disrespected and then get fired for standing their ground.     Twice, FedEx left my package at the wrong address, leaning up against a fence door outside, and stated they left my package on my doorstep. FedEx even took pictures PROVING they left my package outside an incorrect address, with the wrong address in the picture. Their complaint process is a joke. I got the run around both times I called their 1-800 number. When I finally spoke to a human, they slurred all of the words together, making it difficult to understand. FedEx obviously farmed out their calls to another country. And, when asked to speak with someone else, or for the FedEx customer service representative to speak slower or more clearly, they refused.

    I’m pretty good with accents, but this was absolutely ridiculous! Imagine a drunk slurring their words but at a very fast, sped up rate. THAT WAS HOW THE FEDEX EMPLOYEE SOUNDED. It was very frustrating!! The website also puts you in a revolving door of “how to file a complaint” that never goes to an actual link to file a complaint. FedEx is HORRIBLE!!!

    1 star is way too generous - FEDEX is horrible. I never have problems from UPS, USPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart grocery delivery.... But if I have something coming from Fed EX, I know I'm going to have a problem with late deliveries, frustration... I'll pay more not to use FEDEX. Just recently, the shipper chose FEDex delivery, shipped from Florida to NC, was suppose to arrive Friday, I live in a large home and have a very large front yard with a long concrete driveway, address on MB.

    The driver pulled into my driveway Friday, I saw him, motioned for him to pull down, Nope he pulled out and 10 minutes later put incorrect address. then it was rescheduled for Sunday - nope, no package on Sunday, then no activity for Monday... I call 1800fedex and it's painful to try and get someone to the phone.... Maybe one day they will go out of business and since all the other players seem to get it right... BTW this isn't the 1st time, this is going over well over 15 times.

    Was expecting a trampoline to be delivered, I didn't realize FedEx was allowed to touch our own personal property trash can we pay monthly for, that only gets picked up once a week, to out their own boxes in, the guy took up our whole entire trash can to where we can't even fit another bag in there, still having 6 days to go until next trash pick up, then to make it worse our package was propped up against my SUV.     In the last year only once has FedEx delivery made it to my house. Yesterday’s delivery was a now dying tree left at the side of the road 1/4 of a mile from my house. FedEx says it was delivered to my front door. The package was run over. The package was clearly labeled. I am a live plant deliver ASAP. They left it on the truck for four days with two of the nights in 20° weather which will kill an avocado tree. I called customer service three days in a row to get this tree out of the cold at night and delivered to my address. FedEx says they’re gonna call me back and they never do. The company that I bought the tree gave me credit but not refunding the shipping fees after review of the pictures I submitted. They could not offer me a replacement due to they are out of stock for the season. Fast growing trees has been nothing but wonderful, but it is not their responsibility to force FedEx to do their job.

    Every shipment that I have with FedEx is delivered to somebody else’s house and I spend an excessive amount of hours trying to find where they put it. A good Samaritan found my tree by the side of the road by a closed down business and brought it up. The picture on the FedEx tracking shows that the box was in good condition at some point before somebody ran it over. The FedEx tracking also states it was delivered to my front door with a picture of the road. Thanks FedEx because now I’m out the $20 of shipping and I do not have a living tree. I have made sure my Google address was correct. I have installed address signs and yet Fedex still can’t find my house.

    When FedEx feels like calling me and we will discuss making it any easier for them to find my house I guess we’ll talk, but I’m not holding my breath because I’ve already tried calling numerous times. So I’m going to be the biggest pain in Fedex’ ** for every delivery until they get it right. And if they don’t like my language, they should’ve corrected themselves a year ago when I started having to call them multiple times for every delivery. Unfortunately businesses don’t tell you how they’re going to ship on their websites. It is the luck of the draw and even the post lady states give it to her and she’ll get it to me.

My road is under construction, mind you there are other ways to get to my residence my packages cannot get delivered there because of this!     FedEx, your driver is a disgrace. No moral compass, no decency, no sense of basic humanity. And if there is any justice in this world, that pathetic excuse for a person will never be allowed to deliver another package to my home—or anyone else’s. This didn’t have to happen. All it took was paying attention. A little care. A little human decency. But apparently, that was too much to ask. FedEx, do better. You failed us, and you failed Dixie. And we will never forget it.

    I got bad experience with FedEx. I ordered perfume Tom Ford online from Fragrance.Buy and they sent it for me via Fedex. The deliver guy leave it in front of the door and directly I got my shipment.. It was not labelled and the delivery guy stole the perfume and left an empty box for me. I tried to contact with fedex and after I did claim they response that the shipment was delivered. I know shipment was delivered..     I live in a little subdivision in Ohio. I can’t even tell you how many times FedEx has delivered my package to the wrong address. Of every FedEx delivery. Legitimately only about 60% arrive at the front door. One time my Dad had ordered material for his business and the sender mailed the materials via FedEx. When it said “Package Delivered” my Dad checked the photo. The driver had dropped it off at the end of a 50 yard driveway directly next to the road. Not even near a mailbox! Luckily. The owners of the house took a picture and posted the photo on a local Facebook forum for lost/ missing things. Thankfully someone saw it and recognized my Dads name and let us know. Ready for the punchline? They delivered it 22 miles away in a completely different city. They’ve delivered my packages across the street, by the road, next door and even as previously stated, random houses nowhere near my actual address.

    It’s one of the most frustrating things ever to be expecting an important parcel and having someone deliver not only nothing but nothing with no effort. If I can say anything to anyone that reads this. Please please please save yourself the frustration and annoyance of losing something irreplaceable because of a failed company that doesn’t care about you. Please use USPS or UPS.     If it absolutely positively has to maybe get there sometime but most probably not any of the times they provide then feel free to use FedEx. This review is for the Federal Express next day delivery service. They pick up packages late. They leave packages in distribution centers for days, they update delivery status slowly (if it all), and they constantly provide delivery times they fail to meet over and over again for the same package. Their customer support is less than useless (a literal waste of time) and their website provides hopeful information that is usually misleading or leads to nowhere. Why anyone would entrust this company to deliver anything is beyond me.

    On Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, I visited the FedEx office in Woodbridge, VA to send a package containing two pieces of paper: a notarized Certificate of Origin and a bill of sale. I requested delivery by 10:30 am the next day, April 4th, 2025, and paid an additional $9 for a signature confirmation to make the full payment $65.45. Despite paying the full amount, I was surprised to find the package still in a Maryland facility on Friday morning, with the delivery rescheduled to Monday, April 7th, 2025.

    To ensure timely delivery, I sent another original document to the same address on Friday, April 4th, 2025, again paying the full amount for delivery by 10:30 am on Monday, April 7th, 2025. However, the package was not delivered until I called customer service at 11:30 am on Monday, April 7th, 2025. The customer service representative blamed the delay on bad weather, stating it would be delivered later that day or the following day.

    This was a business document that needed to be at the office by 10:30 am, not at FedEx's convenience. While they were quick to charge me, they failed to uphold their end of the bargain, blaming the weather despite the package being in the destination facility in Savannah, GA since Saturday, April 5th, 2025, at 8:00 am. The weather in Savannah was not inclement during those days.

I dread it when a company sends me shipping information and it shows FedEX! I paid $43 for this latest order so that it could be delivered overnight. The order was perishable flowers and because of something, they're not arriving until 3 days later - guess what - flowers won't be good at all! You've got to do something to fix this!     At my address for 40 years, all delivery companies have always found me, given timely deliveries. In the past 4 years, Fedex can't find my address, adds delivery days, changes shipping labels as a stall not to deliver-- and I watch them go past my house with its well marked address, 2 times / day. My latest case shows my package took less time to go 3000 miles than to go the 30 miles from Rensselaer, NY to my house- 5 updates for delivery- still no package.

    If they're that confused, all they have to do is call & I will give exact route to my house (which I have had to do in the past).. Their local location (Rensselaer, NY) shows reviews of 1 star; similar complaints, and now they announce they are laying off 200 people. Complaints to them are fruitless. I will no longer do business with any merchant that only ships to me by Fedex- and I will tell them why. Their corporate model has no checks on delivery ethics- or just doesn't care- thus, a failed business model that deserves to be eliminated.

The package has been sitting in Sauget, IL facility for days and no one at FedEx knows why it's not being delivered.     I had an encounter with one of their drivers today on the highway. This driver almost caused a multiple car pile up multiple times driving excessively over the speed limit and swerving in and out of traffic recklessly almost causing multiple incidents. When I contacted FedEx to report their driver they proceeded to tell me that they knew the driver even though I encountered them on the highway and proceeded to lie to me even further by telling me that they have already taken steps to reprimand said employee. When I asked to speak to their supervisor they told me without a tracking number they could not talk to me. This company does not care about anyone's safety and hire some of the worst people you have ever met to drive on the roads to deliver your packages. If you want a company that's all about your money and don't care about nobody's safety please feel free to use this company.

    Terrible, inefficient service. I ordered live animals and paid for two day shipping. They were being shipped from Arizona to Oregon, but were routed to Memphis, TN for NO GOOD REASON and now the package will be several days late, and the animals will have died by the time I get them. Does FedEx care? NO. Why send them back east where there is bad weather before sending them west again to Oregon? That is unbelievably stupid! The customer service rep told me that every package is routed through Memphis and that is a lie.

    I pulled the tracking history for four other orders I received in the last month, and none of them took such an inefficient, stupid route. None of them went to Memphis, TN. FedEx is not only stupid and inefficient, they also don't care and will lie to you on the phone. Terrible service. I wish I had more options to choose from because I would never ship with them ever again if I had a choice. In fact, two years ago I paid for overnight, signature required medication and they left it on the front door of a business several blocks away without getting a signature. I was in a panic trying to find my medication! Terrible, terrible, terrible company.

    Have had delivery issues every time I have had a package delivered. It is a training issue that doesn't seem to be addressed. Drivers will leave a package in front of a garage door. The time of day does not matter. They for some reason will not and do not leave the package at the front door. I have had it delivered in front of the garage door, and run over the item when leaving for work. They will go into a garage and leave it on garage door. You have no idea where it is unless you hunt for. We were home and they left it in our open garage, open space and we noticed it a day later. Ridiculous, come on. Common sense should kick in but it doesn't. Has happened at our home our neighbors and even my parents. This is a huge training flaw. I have never not received a package delivered by Amazon.

    The company does not care if you actually receive your delivery. They leave it in front of my door every time instead of moving a foot to the right. I have had multiple packages stolen due to this. I have contacted their customer service and ask them to simply move the away from the door, and they refuse. Today they left a microwave box right in front of my door for everyone to see. Their excuse is they can't control crime.     I live in Urbana Ohio and feel that because it's located this far from the interstate systems that drivers are lying as I've never gotten a package on time. Once it shipped from New York to local FedEx as expected. From there it took a week or more, I forget for sure but far beyond what their expected delivery time. Now they "tried" to deliver but someone magically requested the package be delivered at a later date. Every call in to the company is met with resistance and AI then disconnected your calls.     FedEx is the most incompetent shipper out there. They have delivered 0 out of the last 5 shipments to my address, spread over the past year. At first the driver would say he can't find my address, which has existed for over 20 years and no other delivery company has an issue with. They take a picture of the package at the wrong address while claiming it's delivered. Once I actually drove to the FedEx hub near me to just pick up a package myself because they claimed they couldn't deliver it and I couldn't get any customer service on the phone. The last shipment the driver took a picture of the packages on my porch, labeled them as damaged after delivering them, and then took them back. They were not damaged, nor fragile, and I have the delivery on camera. They were expensive parts and the driver probably wanted to steal them. This is a ridiculous company that I will avoid at almost any cost, and I work in Logistics as a career.

    BEWARE!!! MAGNA UT SORTING FACILITY INVOLVED IN STEALING EXPENSIVE PACKAGES!!! I had very bad experience today with FedEx employee attempting to steps an expensive package. Package consisted of expensive display box that were displaying an ancient and authentic 17 different ninja style weapons (very rare). Custom display box was shattered by FedEx and then reported to me as damaged beyond the repair that they had to discard everything because "glass was leaking". FedEx employee also conveniently didn't take any pictures of damaged package. They were forcing me to file a claim without providing any information about the package, including its current state.

    After involving local police and threatening with civil lawsuit to my surprise FedEx supervisor that goes by name Hunter mysteriously finds the package, gives me a call, and tells me that I can pick up damaged package. All 17 ancient ninja style weapons were there, display box was pretty much intact, and the only thing was broken is the front glass. Looks like FedEx employee tried to steal my package that appears to be a pattern with FedEx employees stealing expensive customer packages. STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX MAGNA UTAH AND FEDEX IN GENERAL!!!     If I could give them a lower score, I would. We've had issues in the past, but their blatant misdelivery of my package is a new low. Yesterday, I was supposed to receive the package, but there was an"exception:" When I called their customer service, the individual said that the driver was unable to find our address. (We actually watched the truck go by our house twice.) The rep said I had to contact the shipper, because it wasn't FedEx's fault. He kept laying the blame anywhere but on the driver. I had a receipt from the shipper that showed the correct address. Today, the package was delivered to the wrong address (they didn't bother to take a photo) and had some person named "MMonica" sign for it. I have no respect left for FedEx, and will ensure from here on out, that no place I make purchases from use FedEx for delivery.

    We keep our gate closed during the day. Our regular FedEx driver will wrap a package in plastic and place it on our ledge (about 3 feet off the ground) if the gate is closed. But he will also toot his horn, and then I will open the gate. Today, we must have had a different driver because 1) he did not toot his horn. I looked out my kitchen window and could see him sitting in front of my gate, so I opened the gate. He was still there for another minute or two, and then he backed up, drove away and did not deliver my package. Instead he 2) stuck it 12-feet in the air on top of a gate pillar, teetering. I am five feet. I cannot reach that package. And he knew it, he saw the gate had opened and he said forget it, and drove off!

The next day came they said they had not received the package. Today the package was delivered but was delivered to the neighbor.     It seems my experience with FedEx is no different from many others. According to them, my package was delivered on 3/13/25. Since I work from home, I was able to check immediately after receiving the delivery notification, but there was nothing at my door. I reviewed the photo they posted with the delivery confirmation, and it was clearly not my front door. I also didn’t receive a Ring notification, which further confirmed no one had been at my door.

    I contacted FedEx to report the issue, and they created a ticket. However, just a few hours later, the case was marked as resolved without any resolution. I called back to have the ticket reopened and even offered a picture of my front door along with access to my Ring footage—both of which they declined. Yet again, two days later, the ticket was marked as resolved with no explanation.

    Despite multiple follow-up calls, FedEx has shown zero accountability for losing my package. What’s most disheartening is that the package contained my 8-year-old son’s Little League jerseys, and now his team has nothing to play with—all because FedEx refuses to take responsibility. It’s beyond disappointing that a company of this size shows such little regard for its customers.

    Why does FedEx charge a fuel surcharge still? They did that when gas prices were over $4.00 a gallon. They have been half that since then. They are like a government. They say something is just temporary until things get better and when they do, they keep the charge anyway. I think they think people are just used to them and will probably never complain. They and UPS need to get rid of them. They are transportation companies. That is their business. So, it should be part of their operating costs.

    HORRIBLE!!! Three times now I’ve had a package that requires a signature indicate failed delivery because I wasn’t home and ended up picking the package up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this is nuts. I called customer service yesterday and they assured me it was marked as being their fault and it’d be delivered. Today it was allegedly on the truck at 1 am and out for delivery, then at 1 pm it indicated failed delivery because I didn’t answer the door. Someone was home the entire time and there is no video from my ring camera of them being here. Called customer service and they said they’d get back to me. Two hours later and nothing. Never going to use a business that ships with FedEx again.

    My most recent experience is as the destination for a Fedex package. I ordered an item through Lowe's. A full 17 days later, it is still bouncing back and forth between NC, PA, IN, and IL. Pages and pages of tracking entries indicate they have scanned this thing dozens of times. They bring it all the way to the distribution center where it is supposed to delivered, and they then send it back to the origin, who sends it back here. They quit talking to me after 4 calls and now are giving the shipper the runaround.

    I will never use FedEx again!!!! EVER. I will use any other service except for it. My partner lost his wallet on a flight so couldn't board. We had a family member FedEx his passport. We called FedEx and looked online and it stated we would receive the shipment the next day, a Friday, when in fact FedEx DOES NOT ship to Vancouver Island on the weekend. We paid the most expensive expedited service. The shipment did not arrive until Monday so we missed our flight had to change flights as most people know that is at your own cost.

    We filed a complaint, it did not get correctly filed. We had to go in IN PERSON to file the complaint. We heard nothing back so went back in. We filed a complaint online, they said because it was over 15 days from the delivery date that the complaint was made that we were not eligible for a refund. NEVER USE FEDEX. Extremely disappointed. Positive or negative word of mouth they say will spread to at least 9 other people. I use this as an example of corporate greed and mismanagement now when I teach my students so poor this customer service hopefully costs them more than the cost of a refund.

    Would leave 0 stars if possible. Always had bad experiences with FedEx delivering damaged packages but my experience yesterday and today takes the cake. I ordered a package over 2 weeks ago and finally got the email yesterday from FedEx that it was out for delivery. A few hours go by, and I get another email saying they couldn't deliver the package because my address was incorrect. So I check the tracking page, and see no wrong info anywhere, and decide to call them. Had to call 3 times, because my first 2 conversations were with their automated customer service system, in which I tried talking to it for 15 minutes, and both times had the system hang up on me before helping me at all. 3rd time immediately ask for a customer service rep, and thankfully get transferred. He tells me the address I'm giving him is exactly what's on the package, and that they'll send it out again in the morning.

    Well today I wake at to an email I received at 7am saying it was out for delivery again. 10am rolls by, and nothing. Then 11. Then 12. So I finally decide to check the tracking page and see that there's been yet another problem delivering my package, so I call again. But this time, the automated system tells me they've already sent the package on its way back to the seller. So now after waiting 2 weeks for it to get here, I have to wait 2 weeks for them to send it back (which the seller will probably just ship it right back through FedEx) and another 2 weeks for the seller to ship it back here, and then I'll just have to deal with all this again. Definitely never using FedEx ever again if I can avoid it.

It was the original box that the item came in and of course, the box had writing on it telling the Hepa rating room size and dimensions of the cleaner. FedEx charged me $23.40 for a plain box and said that they would put the original box inside the new box.

    I started getting Emails from the buyer telling me that the item arrived but the outside box and the inside box was damaged in shipment. The buyer claimed that the outside box from FedEx was oversized with no packing material and the original box must have been bouncing around inside. Fed-Ex used the largest box that they could and did not cut the box to match the size the size of the original box.

    I called eBay and they gave me the dimensions that FedEx gave them for the overcharge... These dimensions and weight of the box was ridiculous. The package was under 40 lbs and they claimed that the box weight was 87 lbs. They also charged me for the oversized box which was huge, and did not have to be that large. Another $49.82 was tacked onto my bill by FedEx and Ebay. I'm disputing the overcharge as I write this.

    I am disappointed with FedEx and Ebay as they are giving me the runaround in refunding the additional costs by Fed-Ex. I have been selling on eBay for 26 years! I do my best to give my customers great service. My feedback is at 100% Positive Feedback. I pack my items and do correct measurements and weight and FedEx puts in incorrect dimensions and weight and robs me. Check out all of the 1-star reviews that they have and the review of another eBay seller that this has happened to.

    My packages are on time but delivered under a tree rain or shine. My telephone complaints provide response that it must be another division of FEDEX and not their fault. I have never filed an official complaint or sent anything back because fortunately the shipper has always wrapped in plastic first but that is no excuse for FEDEX to leave at the top of our driveway under a tree. Post Office, Amazon, and UPS deliver to the porch out of the weather.

    I am an eBay seller. I also have a FedEx business account. I have been shipping FedEx for years with good results. However, I recently sent a set of boat oars to Ma and was charged an additional $300 for shipping. I called FedEx and because I purchased my label through eBay they wouldn’t talk to me. I called eBay and they gave me the dimensions that FedEx gave them for the overcharge... These dimensions were impossible.

    There was absolutely no way that was the truth and the real kicker was I had 2 weeks prior set a set of boat oars to a different location with maybe a 1/2 inch difference so pretty much same measurements and no overcharge. My boat oars sold for $139.99. I paid the $68.56 shipping and extra insurance & they tacked on another $300. There is no way to fight this. I am disappointed that they can do something like this. I have been selling on eBay for 23 years! I do my best to give my customers service. I pack my items and do correct measurements and FedEx puts in incorrect dimensions and robs me.

    FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. The delivery confirmation on their website showed a Picture and GPS location that was not the delivery address. I am not someone trying to commit fraud. FedEx's own delivery confirmation system verifies what I told customer service. Their customer service hung up on me multiple times. I told them it was an emergency as the package contained a prescription. I won't be purchasing from companies that use FedEx as their delivery company. They need to update their technology to flag deliveries to a wrong address.

    I have had two frustrating experiences with FedEx for the same order, both due to poor handling and lack of customer service. The first shipment was marked as “Damaged – handling per shipper instructions” while in Kyle, TX. The tracking system advised me to contact the shipper, but when I attempted to reach FedEx for clarification, I was met with an automated system that provided no option to speak with a real representative. As a result, I had no choice but to report the issue to the seller, who promptly sent a replacement.

    The replacement package was marked as delivered, but the proof-of-delivery photo showed it placed on the side of the road—not at my location. After searching my area with no success, I had to file a missing package report. FedEx’s handling of both shipments has been completely unacceptable. Their lack of customer support and poor delivery accuracy make for an extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend using FedEx and strongly urge them to improve both their service reliability and customer support system.

    FedEx continually delivers our packages to the wrong locations: 1) wrong address; 2) drops package by a rural mailbox out on a public street; 3) places it in the woods; 4) leaves them in the rain, leaning against the house; 5) placed on top of a car in the driveway. I've talked with them numerous times about the problems and am told they will place delivery instructions into my account. The time that the package was left in the woods, it was leaning against a tree in the snow and the one left on a car was at a time that it was raining. I have two covered porches and my only request has been to have them put packages under one of them. They are completely inept in their ability to use common sense and/or follow simple instructions.

    Horrible Customer Service - if you can even call it that. I had guaranteed shipping at 8pm. 9pm rolls around and still no delivery - my package was still some 500 miles away. The shipper wanted a signature on delivery - I called FedEx and asked what their ETA was and they couldn't tell me and kept transferring. Zero English. I told them I'm not opening my door in the middle of the night and they would have to reschedule -- they still didn't comprehend and kept trying to send a text to my phone even though it was well after 9pm that my package was guaranteed delivery by 8 pm.     I tried to get a package that needs a signature delivered. Called customer service, got a person named Jessica, who tried to sell me a medic alert necklace?? This being FedEx I wasn’t interested. Wouldn’t do her job and help redeliver the package, talked over me, cut me off, then hung up on me because I refused to listen to her sales pitch for above said necklace I had no interest in. Then I found out they put a hold on the package and expect me to drive 45 minutes each way, out of my way to pick up the package that Jessica refused to help me with. I work so I can’t sit home and wait for an up in the air “we’ll deliver before 8:00 pm “random supposed delivery schedule. Then they sent an email March 9 saying they’d redeliver March 10, they didn’t because no note was left on the door. And because FedEx put a hold on it already. I didn’t put a hold on it.

    Why would any company doing business think a customer can sit around all day waiting for a package delivery?? No specific day or time. And why when I call FedEx customer service am I forced to listen to a rude, psychotic customer service person i.e. Jessica force feed me a sell job of a medic alert necklace I neither want nor need?? Nor did I expect to have to deal with that. There was no option to skip it. So she hung up on a customer trying to simply redeliver a package that needed a signature and a specific day/time?? Further, FedEx is AGEIST assuming if you’re over a certain age, and by the way how would they know how old you are?? To assume you need a medic alert necklace! Bet you didn’t think I could text either! How am I doing? Getting my relevant points across?

    FedEx needs to stay in your own lane. You’re either a delivery service or a medic alert provider, which is it to be? And if I had an employee who supposedly was customer service, remember that’s the department I called, and instead of providing respectful customer service to her customer, she talked over me, cut me off, hung up on me and blocked me, her stupid blank would be fired so fast it would make her head spin. As of March 11, 2025 I still don’t have my package that I’m waiting to sign for…. FedEx has earned their bad reviews. Every last one.

    Sent a package at a FedEx Office on a Friday to be delivered Saturday and paid the price. In more than one way. The package was delivered 3 days later. Why? Good question. It's their policy not to do weekend deliveries. Despite receipt indicating Sat delivery, FedEx does not acknowledge that contract. After numerous communications, untimely and simply incorrect notifications, robotic salespeople, NO SATISFACTION. Thus, I am no longer using FedEx. This was not my first rodeo.     Still waiting on a part I ordered. FedEx took possession of the item in California 9 days ago. It hasn't had an update in 6 days. It was due to be delivered 3 days ago. California to Illinois.     Always late. They never communicate or update status in in real time. The package always leaves a warehouse in my city early in the am and is 'out for delivery' with an end of day promise that does not materialize for sometimes more than a week or more. I always have to submit a case requesting follow up and communication. FedEx has truly become the most unreliable and abysmal delivery channel ever. I will NEVER use them if I need to ship anything.     I ordered a mattress, and the company opted to ship it via FedEx. Usually, this is not something I have an issue with, but a weather delay caused it to be routed to a state and city that does not normally come to my town. It was placed on one of that town's trucks, where it has lingered. For 3 days, it drives around St Joseph, MO, with a driver we will call Z for short. He then returns to his warehouse and lists why it was not delivered as a weather delay for 3 normally weathered days... It has been in the 40s both here and there for the last 3 days. It has not been delivered. I understand he does not want to drive the 2 hours round trip to drop off one box. I understand that it was shipped to them and left to them to deal with.

    For other reasons, I had to be in St Joseph's today and went to Home Depot and the Restore to buy things, but I could not get an actual person on the phone to get the box pulled and held. If they do not want to offer customer service, they should, perhaps, get into a slightly different business. They have instead opted to keep my money and my sleep wrapped up in a likely overworked employee's truck who does not want to do all the paperwork required to get it routed to the proper town to be delivered appropriately.

    Let’s begin with FedEx refuses to deliver anything to my front door. Always an Easter egg hunt, and if it’s windy or raining, destroyed. So recently a delivery of (2) 6.5 ft x 28” x 12” 110 lb packages holding furniture. Aside from changing the delivery times and date over several days, the driver elected to drop the boxes off in my driveway leaned up against my garage door. No notice drop off. It was raining. A wonderful thing for press wood. Fortunately I happened to look out the only window that faces the garage door. Otherwise, I would have hit the opener and the two heavy wet boxes would have slammed down onto the hood of my vehicle. As luck would have it, the boxes contained the wrong items. The vendor assured me FedEx would return to retrieve the erroneous items right away. Been two weeks.

    Next I had ordered an item requiring my signature. FedEx notified me they were “on the way.” At 9 am. I waited until midnight, when the website status changed to delivery the next morning. Never happened. Again I waited all day watching the times get updated until “ the end of the day” popped up; I’d like to ask, whose day? The package never arrived. 3rd day we began with the same promises, but this time I used the vehicle tracker map. I watched the FedEx truck arrive on my street, come to the end of the cull de sac turn around and drive away. I actually watch this from my front window as well. I continued to track the truck for hours as it moved further away.

    I called customer support to share my recent experiences. Didn’t get a very warm - we care. But ‘customer insistent’ assured me to be ready by 5pm. Still trying to determine what date. To carelessly waste my valuable time waiting to sign has led me with ‘screw it.’ Keep the item. I’ll go to Amazon Prime and pay perhaps 2% more, but at least it arrives and my experience with Amazon, to date, is hassle free customer support.

    Hello. My experience with FedEx in the past two years have been terrible. Packages have been stolen because they are being left outside. The idea of taking a picture doesn’t help at all. Depending on where you live in the city, packages are always being delivered in my area late. I’m just so fed up with fed ex. I have to miss hours of work just to make sure I’m at home when the packages or packages are delivered. I can never get a morning delivery. I’ve noticed these carriers are getting younger and younger with no care in the world. Some of these companies need to get their own delivery service. I am so frustrated. Packages are being stolen everywhere, some areas worst than others.

    The package was marked as delivered with a picture that was not my front door. My street is less than a quarter mile long. There is literally no way to mistake my address for another. The driver was clearly incompetent and just randomly picked some house to leave my package at. Creating a complaint issue with them is pointless as they never get in contact with you.

    I consistently receive a delivery date and time but when that day and time comes the package isn’t delivered. I then receive an email several hours later that the package will arrive the next day. And for me that comes late in the evening. This time I will not be home on the next day. Looking into delaying delivery for a couple of days requires a $5+ charge to do that. If I did this in each episode this has occurred I’d be up to over $15 in fees. A one time event I can see but this is a regular occurrence. Seems to me a way to make additional income. I have not had this problem with UPS. And if there is a delivery problem I get a full day notice before the delivery day, not the night of the day the package was to be delivered. Such bad business.

    Received a delivery today at my residence. The delivery vehicle was a box truck. Instead of backing up and turning around, the driver backed once and then pulled forward on my lawn. We had rain this morning and she almost got stuck. Now I have some deep ruts in my yard that will require some work to repair. This is not the first time this has happened. This will be the last!     I had a package with the correct address on it delivered to the wrong location, their picture taken of the delivery was in a mail room and not the front porch of my house. It was aggravating to get through the computer block response online to talk to a live human being, only to speak with someone in India. They put the responsibility on the shipper who had done nothing wrong.     FedEx is notorious awful in delivery. I've had constant issue of delivery issues. Again, cannot use them since my vendor's delivery is only through them. In terms of delivery logistic from the vendor to last mile facility, that was good. They projected delivery time (and that was good). So I stayed home and waited for the delivery. I checked on the delivery status and it stated that it was delivered. Checked and no package. Checked the photo and that is clearly not my building. Tried to get the phone and get to the FedEx driver but he drove off.

    Fedex only gives you case creation and reach out to afterward (15 mins or longer) and that is where I am at... Why can't they just deliver as they stated will happen and do it right end-to-end.. This is the 7th mishap I had with FedEx in the past year... Never seen so much problems in delivery and the support/customer service stinks.. So again, wasting more time to get a package that was stated as delivered... Can people not read the package label and see which building is which?

    After the snow melted off my garage roof this last week, I see a huge dent in my less than 1 year old gutters. These gutters are 8 ft high and a regular vehicle comes nowhere near the gutters. Just had FedEx delivery and watched the truck back partially into my driveway. The rear corners of their trucks are the exact angle and height of the dent. Amazingly the gutter was hit right on a hanger and it was bent back over an inch. Very hard hit. No note, no message, no anything from FedEx. Amazon vans are rounded and wouldn’t make a V shaped dent. We have only gotten one UPS delivery in the last 6 months. I don’t have proof but enough circumstantial evidence to know a FedEx truck put a huge dent in my gutters. I am about done with Walmart Plus and Amazon Prime since they use FedEx for shipping.

    FedEx is by far the worst delivery company in existence. I receive multiple shipments throughout the year and nothing frustrates me more than when sellers use FedEx to ship. It seems as if 80% of the packages are delayed. I’m always surprised when packages arrive on the scheduled date. Also, pray that there are no issues with errors in delivery when customer service needs to be contacted. The reps appear to be trained to deny before investigating. The first response from the reps on delivery errors is “Did you check with neighbors?" Next, comes the callous response, such as “we have a tracking system that shows when packages are delivered.” There’s usually a call back after their investigation from a different rep with no apology; just the rep saying that the package was accidentally left at all the wrong point and that it will be delivered. I consistently request that sellers use competitors when I can control.

The latter is what I'm believing, they're just plain lazy. If I could give them zero or even negative stars they wouldn’t deserve that. 9 times out of 10 they never follow instructions. They always leave packages next to the road so it can be stolen. Only thing I can do since FedEX won’t correct this problem is to purchasing products from companies that use FedEX as a shipper. Companies get smart and use someone else besides FedEX!

    FedEx is the worst carrier I've ever used. Literally 50% of my packages either never arrive or arrive more than 5 days late. A perishable order arrived after the holidays covered in mold. My Starlink system was "out for delivery" more than 2 weeks and they lied and said customer not available when I was sitting on the porch waiting and watched the FedEx speed right past the driveway. It's beyond ridiculous at this point. I no longer order from Walmart or Costco because they use FedEx.

    FedEx used to be great, but now they are the worst. I bought something on 2/10/25 from a company that uses Fedex. Today is 2/25/25 and I still don't have it. They use all sort of excuses, "they tried to deliver your package" and claim that no one was home when I was home the entire time. Weather delays are used a lot. We did have a lot of snow, but 2 days later the roads were clear and dry, but still they said weather delays. The Post office and UPS had no trouble delivering packages. Now it has been marked out for delivery for 3 days. From now on I will not buy from companies that use Fedex as the shipper. UPS and the post office are much better.

    I’m sorry to have to write and inform you that I will never do business with Scanpan again due to the behavior of their business partner FedEx. My set of pans and lids went out for delivery as two separate items: three frying pans and three lids. (I did place the orders separately, first the pans and later the lids). Fedex delivered the lids, which were ordered second, a few days ago. Since then the FedEx driver, Mohammed (that’s all of the information that I have), has played games with the package containing the frying pan set. He has never asked for a signature but has thrice marked the package in their tracking system as "Customer not available or business closed.”

    This, while I was waiting inside for the delivery. I’m a patient man and I understand that things go wrong, but Mohammed has been studiously avoiding us and seems completely uninterested in collecting our signature, let alone delivering our product. My attempts to provide delivery instructions that amounted to “please knock on the front door for a signature” had no impact. This evening I complained to a FedEx customer service agent, Manuel, and his supervisor Valerie, who were both polite, integral and professional and promised to get the package unlocked from Mohammed’s truck in the morning and hold it for me to come pick it up. My delivery of my own package is the best resolution they can provide. They understand that my exceedingly negative public reviews of both FedEx, and their employer Scanpan, are true and they are appropriately apologetic but can’t actually do anything to resolve the situation.

    This is my first experience with Scanpan and the lids look nice. I haven’t unboxed them yet and it makes me sad every time I look at them. I do hope that I get the pans to go with them someday, though what Mohammed. Obviously, I doubt that I’ll purchase any more products from you, given the sketchy nature of your business partnerships, which makes me very sad. I was hoping to replace all of my kitchen equipment this year, and much research led me to Scanpan. But regardless the quality of your products, I can’t cook with them if you are unable to deliver them to me with any reliability. I see it as an enormous missed opportunity to improve my kitchen.

    I will, of course, write about my negative experience with both your company and FedEx shortly and post those experiences to my social media, to Google search, to Fedex.com and to scanpan.com. I’m sorry that we cannot do business together. Your nearly sixty-year-old company seems amazing and I am crestfallen, but I have no choice. As a business you are, as I’m sure you are aware, responsible for the company you keep. I urge you to reconsider your use of FedEx with other customers in the future.

    Worst service I have seen, the package was supposed to get deliver today to my address, first it was showing to deliver by 1:30 PM, once time crossed it shows as will get deliver by 8:00 pm. Now it's showing it will get deliver end of the day, current time is 8:34 pm and I am sure it will not get deliver today. If you are not able to deliver please don't give false promise, I am waiting for a important document and not sure when it will get deliver.

    Do not use Fedex. They are highly incompetent especially the back office. They seem to be doing nothing all day and putting customers on hold. The customer service manager I spoke with didn’t apologize for my package coming back to me instead of making it to the receiver. They will not issue a refund for mistakes made. They will delay taking to you and resolving issues. They will make excuses for no manager availability. Worst courier ever! Don’t use!
