    FedEx is absolutely terrible. The delivery drivers are completely incompetent. My correct address is clearly listed, yet they constantly try to deliver my packages one street over to a trailer park. It should not be this hard to find employees who can read an address correctly. I even pay extra for overnight shipping just to deal with this nonsense. Extremely disappointing service — do better.

    I made a purchase via Amazon on Sept 23. Delivery date was Sept 25. It is now Oct 2 and I am STILL waiting on my package. When I track my order it shows it has been sitting in your facility in Memphis for OVER A WEEK with NO MOVEMENT!! This is RIDICULOUS!! Normally the issues we have are your delivery people don’t pay attention to addresses and just leave the packages wherever they want! But now THIS! If I have to use Fed Ex for ANY further purchases, I will cancel my order or I will WALK to get my order wherever it is because I’m sure I’d still get it before Fed Ex would get it to me!! WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!!

    I live in a fairly new condo community. The addresses are easily seen and understood. I have no trouble with deliveries EXCEPT for FedEx. The only time I haven’t had a problem with FedEx is if the package consisted of just papers. Anything bigger than a breadbox is just not going to arrive. This is without exception.

    Two years ago, they delivered a heavy cabinet to the building next to ours, carrying it up a flight of stairs and plopping it IN FRONT of my neighbor’s door, blocking it!

    Meanwhile, the correct address - steps away - was on level ground. I’m sorry. That’s not overwork. It’s incompetence or illiteracy. We are still waiting for Christmas cookies from 2023. In March, my husband fell and broke his hip attempting to retrieve a package delivered by FedEx to another neighbor’s upstairs apartment. It’s not just “like” they’re going out of their way to make it harder on themselves, they ARE making it harder on themselves. Our buildings are well-lit, the numbers are easily understood by everyone else. What’s going on with FedEx? It defies all logic.

    I had an issue with FedEx a couple of days ago. An important express package was supposed to be delivered at my house but instead of it being delivered to my address it was dropped off at another location. I had to call, pretty much threatened a lawsuit and file a complaint with BBB, ETC to finally get someone to take my complaint seriously then about 2 days later my lost package popped up on my porch. Still I didn't get any notification. My child happened to see it. FedEx needs to do better. The drivers need to stop putting people's important packages and mail anywhere they want instead of the proper destination. Due to my recent experience I don't trust FedEx to deliver my items anymore.

    Very poor service! I would not recommend this service to anyone! My package sat in Illinois for two days! I could have went and got walking faster than their delivery service! The next time I order something if the company I order from uses them I will buy from someone else or ask to pay extra to use another shipping company even if it costs double!

    FedEx is the absolute WORST courier there is out there!!! I have had more packages lost thanks to them not being able to deliver a single package to my house correctly! I wish companies would not use them when shipping out their products. Anytime I ship things out I’ll pay more to use a different courier than their crap service. It’s a wonder how they are even still in business.

    FedEx accepted a package return and never refunded me even after a claim. I’m very upset, it’s been over two months going on three months, I have spoke with someone over and over again. It is very hard to reach them and on top of that when you do finally get in touch with somebody, they act like they can’t help you or do anything to help you with your situation.

    Pretty bad when a few years ago a tandem FedEx trailer kills somebody in Brunswick GA. And you have a tandem trailer out on the highway in Yulee Florida just before the second weigh station driving in the left hand passing lane no excuse for this. Wish I would’ve gotten the truck number but when there is no trucks allowed in the left hand passing lane there is a problem.

    Stupid delivery man couldn't wait 30 seconds for me to answer the door and left. I contacted customer support but they could be more useless saying they can't return to the same location In a day when it was barely 2 minutes since that useless worker left. The only reason FedEx is still in business is because of 3rd party companies still using them.

    Waited for hours at my business (on closed day). Kept checking the tracking. Out for delivery. I was outside waiting. Checked again. Attempted to deliver! He did not!!! The driver saw my chain up but it's always up when I'm closed. We received packages at our side or back entrance. Trying to get a hold of anybody at FedEx is absolutely feudal. Customer service is in the Philippines. The lady said she would delay the package to my next open day which is Friday. Got up this morning to an email saying that it's going to be delivered today.

    Another closed day and I have a dentist appointment so I will not be there. Got online was waiting and q for a live chat and after waiting I got disconnected. There is never anyone to talk to. They keep saying call or customer service number and that is the lady in the Philippines that is very hard to understand and she was not able to resolve my issue. The same driver last time he brought something said he would drop off a paper that I could sign so that he could leave any packages wherever I said. He never dropped the paper off either. Otherwise this could have all been avoided.

    My mom did parcel from India to US using some parcel service. I am in my second trimester now. It's been 20 days and didn't receive my parcel yet. I called to customer care and they told me to send all the product details, values, manufacturer's bills again to customs team. This is not the first time. It went smoothly last three times.. This is the first time I am facing this issue. All food items are completely homemade by my mom for me to eat during my pregnancy. By the time this issue sorts out. I don't think food items will be in a good state. The main problem is, they haven't even reached me out and told me about the delay. They just waited until I myself called them. They just doing timepass by stopping the parcel. They can happily put some charges and send the parcel. They are not even doing that. My mom attached all the bills and the money spent on groceries to prepare the food items. But these guys are again asking us to send email.

    Booked an International Priority shipment with FedEx on Sept 20 from Austin to Mumbai with delivery promised by Sept 25. The package got stuck in Memphis, TN and never moved further. Despite raising a case on Sept 26, I received no proactive updates for 5 days. Customer support was extremely difficult to reach, escalation was unavailable after hours/weekends, and the only response I got on Sept 30 was that the shipment was lost. To add to the frustration, I was told I need to file separately for a refund. This is unacceptable service for a critical document. FedEx needs better shipment tracking, proactive escalation when packages don’t move, faster resolution of complaints, and a simpler refund process.

    Terrible company, our package was stolen by a FedEx staff in Aurora, CO. Every time FedEx delivers, the package is either broken or delivered late. Many times we had problems with the FedEx either packages being broken or mishandled.

    I had a package with expected 2 day delivery from a distance of about 700 miles. My package is now 1500 miles away in the opposite direction and 8 days since FedEx picked it up. They can't tell me when it will be delivered but they say it will be another 1 or 2 days until they can tell me. They also said the packaging was damaged.

    Time-sensitive order, packed in dry ice. Driver was miles from my house, he takes it to another city, 20 miles away, and stated the package was undeliverable. It will be spoiled by tomorrow. FEDEX doesn't care, worst company EVER.

    Horrible. The shipper required a signature, so as usual I'm waiting around for FedEx to show up, and as usual, they don't make it on time and then put out one of those "will arrive by 8:00 PM" messages on my notices, tying me up the rest of the day. They do this all the time. It's hard to believe they actually think they deserve money for this crappy service. I ought to bill them for all the time they cost me.

    Delivery truck arrived at our dealership with a flat tire in July of 2024. Tire was unrepairable. They approved a set of tires and provided a purchase order for the repair. 14 months and many phone calls and emails later we still have not been paid. Very disappointing.

    The package was not delivered at my front door. The package was tossed on my driveway and it would have been damaged by the rain or sun. FedEx drivers don't know the value of the money involved in every package we receive. It's not the first time and repeating and FedEx won't take any action. The shippers might be using FedEx for cheap price but the customers suffer.

    I am sorry but FedEx has the absolute WORST route. My package was suppose to come around 2:00pm and didn't come until after 6:00 pm because they danced around my house. From going East right next to my home, all the way West, BACK EAST TO THE SAME SPOT THEY WERE AT. AND MADE A FULL CIRCLE WHILE TAKING 10 MINUTES EACH PACKAGE THEY DROPPED OFF.     My package was not delivered but they keep insisting it was signed for by O. **. Nobody here by that name. Apparently the reps don't know that's what FedEx does when they can't find an address. They keep closing my ticket. Rep told me I needed to call a different number but didn't offer to provide it. I was promised a call back and didn't get one. The reps demonstrate a lack of understanding and empathy regarding a stressful situation. I would have used UPS but it wasn't an option.

    FedEx has completely failed at even the most basic level of customer service. My package was originally scheduled for delivery Monday–Wednesday, yet the driver randomly showed up at 12:30 on a Friday with zero notice and demanded a signature. Some of us work for a living, so of course no one was home. The driver left a “delivery notice” that wasn’t even filled out. This level of incompetence is astounding.

    I called customer service and was promised the package would be delivered Saturday by 3:30 p.m. We canceled plans, sat home all day, missed my brother college homecoming football game, and missed a very important dinner just to be available for FedEx’s empty promise. Even after all that, the delivery never happened. Meanwhile, my neighbors received their FedEx packages this morning, proving that the driver was in the area and simply chose to ignore us.

    Calling customer service again was infuriating. No answers. No accountability. No explanation. Just “wait.” Let me be clear: this is not customer service. It’s laziness, apathy, and blatant disrespect. You made us rearrange our lives, waste an entire day, and miss important events, for what? Because FedEx couldn’t follow through on something as simple as delivering a package you promised to deliver?

    FedEx, your company’s behavior is embarrassing. You treat customers’ time like it’s worthless. You mislead people with tracking and delivery promises that mean absolutely nothing. You fail to communicate properly, fail to deliver reliably, and fail to care about the people who make your business possible. To the executives and leadership: this is not just a minor inconvenience. This is reputation-destroying negligence. You are failing in your most basic duty and people notice. I am done trusting FedEx. I will avoid your services entirely, and I will make sure everyone I know knows exactly how you operate: unprofessional, careless, and indifferent to the people who depend on you. FedEx, you need to seriously rethink how you treat customers because right now, your service is a disgrace, and your promises are worthless.     This has been hands down one of the worse delivery services of all time. The company itself had zero answers for the issues created during my delivery and I was constantly sent back to the original shipper to make changes to the delays with my package. I ordered a 1 pound AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and my delivery was delayed by several days, landing on a weekend, then placed on hold, where I was told to contact the original shipper to remove the hold, all so I could potentially pick up my package myself, THE NEXT DAY!

    I am going to just cancel the order and pick the damn thing up myself at a microcenter. FedEx literally botched a sale, a delivery, and an experience all in one fell swoop. Let me not even get into the overseas customer service handling my issue like a 9-ton mallet and just swinging it from place to place with the hopes I would stop calling. My favorite part is even after agreeing to pick my package up myself, I had to wait on FedEx to be contacted by Walmart's "back office" so my held package could be released to me, the buyer, who is clearly the person getting the delivery. Then they did not even have the decency to offer a call-back when the hold was removed. I was simply told to keep calling back and checking. Absolutely disgusting work. I hope this review is seen far and wide and people know to keep a decent distance from this company and the service it fails to provide.

    I am so fed up with FedEx. I'm pissed off. Their service is horrible. I use to love it now I hate it. I never ever go through this company again. You can't talk to no one normal. Their hours are horrible. The kid I swear never delivered my package with a Pic of a side where you can't even read. Then the next day I wrote a letter on my door then he snap a Pic of my door finally with a tag I never got. I swear he can't even write. How do these people get a job and drive. Unreal. They need to do something or it close. I won't be their customer ever again. They suck. It's joke. UPS is a lot better and they treat you with a smile. Sorry but FedEx you need to go.

    Fedex has rarely delivered on the original date, and usually doesn't update you when the delivery is late. My most recent gripe with fed ex is because I ordered 4 tires from Walmart. I got 3 tires delivered to my apartment complex on the first floor because the driver didn't want to go up to the third floor. There isn't anywhere to deliver packages on the first floor, so they were just left out in the open, and since not all 4 tires were delivered only three of them, there were zero notifications that the tires were delivered, so I am really lucky they weren't stolen. I am still waiting on the fourth tire and will have to cancel my tire appointment since all 4 tires weren't delivered together.

    This company has the worst customer service system I’ve ever experienced. I respond to emails from them and they claim that I did not. I call and speak with customer service and they have no ability to resolve anything. They have no direct line and I have to keep explaining my problem over. Today I spent 45 minutes of my life speaking with two customer service representatives. The first one transferred me to a second one based on her lack of English language skills without telling me.

    The second one was nice but he admitted that he doesn’t have the resources available to him to solve my problem. He could not even provide me with a working email address for customer service. I am no closer to an answer about the location of my package than I was when I first contacted FedEx. My review is that FedEx needs to come up with a better way to resolve problems than the current system. Or just simply state that they do not provide customer service.

    They shipped a vintage speaker for me (from Montreal to Toronto) and destroyed it. I could tell by damaged box that they had dropped it. The cabinet was severely damaged, cost me over $1,000 to repair and will never be the same. I will never use their service again!

    FedEx used to be halfway decent but not anymore. I truly believe that they arrive at delivery dates by throwing a dart at the calendar. Why companies pay FedEx more money for the same or worse service than USPS is beyond me. Start saving us and yourself some money companies and just USPS. The package will arrive in approximately the same amount of time and we won’t have the frustration of expecting a package on a specific day and it not being there. Because FedEx and USPS use the same bot for customer inquiries, you know the one that tells you nothing and then tries to make you feel stupid by saying you didn’t ask the question correctly.

    How many different ways can you ask where is my package? Just to have a bot tell you it’s somewhere, real precise right. Somewhere. Thanks a lot. I think I could figure that out all by myself! I mean just tell me it sat in Ohio for two days because someone either misplaced it or just didn’t want to do their job for two days. It’s pretty damn simple, not like the receiving party can do a damn thing about it.

    I have ordered thing a handful of times where the seller sends via FedEx. It gets lost or stolen about 50% of the time. I recently purchased a high dollar item, and of course, the seller sent with FedEx. Item was “delivered” today to an unknown location and signed for by an unknown individual. I attempted to call them about 10 times from different angles but all lines go to an automated system with absolutely no hope of talking to a real person. Absolutely criminal.

    Zero, if it were a choice....FedEx does not follow delivery instructions. They are told in capital letters to deliver package inside the mail box in the lobby, as every person has their own code to retrieve their package, and this apt complex is huge.. Twice I have had my package from chewy stolen, because fed ex simply drops it on the floor, and other residents also have had this problem.. Chewy is kind enough to replace, but why should they have to..let fed ex reimburse them, or fire the driver! If they are not doing their job, then fire them.. We never use fed ex, as UPS is far superior..they always follow directions! Would never recommend FedEx!!

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent FedEx delivery experience. The driver left a “delivery attempt” notice on my door claiming no one was home, but I was home all day. No one knocked, rang the doorbell, or made any effort to deliver. The package required a signature, and I had specifically taken time off work to be available.

    When I called customer service, instead of listening, the representative repeatedly talked over me and told me there was “nothing she could do.” I explained that I would not be home the following day either, but she refused to offer solutions or escalate the issue. This lack of professionalism from both the driver and the customer service representative is unacceptable. FedEx needs to hold drivers accountable for false delivery attempts and train customer service to actually assist customers rather than dismiss them.

    My package has been sitting at the Kennesaw, GA facility for 8 DAYS! I had another package delivered at 7:30 pm on 9/24/25 and they just left it on the ground by the road. Didn’t bring it to my door, just left it on the ground by a busy road! I rely more so on the USPS than FedEx. Always have issues with FedEx, ALWAYS!

    Fedex is so slow I have gotten 4 delivery dates sat at home waiting and it's still not here. My item was shipped 9/13/25 it's 9/24/25 and I still don't have it. This is the slowest service I've ever seen. I'm going to cancel my order with Serria tomorrow through my CC if it's not here. My first delivery date was 9/17/25 now they were way off. I will not order from serria again because this is not the first time I've had this issue with FedEx. And that is who they use. No more. I will never order from them again until they change delivery company. I spent 1000's of dollars with them each year. No more.

    Every package that I’ve received and which has required a signature upon delivery has followed the same pattern. Initial messaging indicates that the package will be delivered between 8:40 AM and 10:40 AM. Then, somewhere around 10:30 to 11:00, FedEx sends a message that the package will be delivered between 1:40 and 3:40 PM - but surely by 8:00 PM. I see this as FedEx having the ultimate disrespect for your time.

    Absolutely terrible service. Delayed by days on picking up an already prepaid package and then I get billed over $30. And there's no way of contacting a human being to discuss/correct the error. I've called numerous times over the past 2 months and never received a response. This company is horrible and I will absolutely not ever recommend it to anyone. I demand a refund and expect an apology. I may even file with the Better Business Bureau about the fraudulent charge. And for some reason, I can't even post this review.

    I have fairly frequent international deliveries and FedEx is the ONLY company I ever have problems with. If you can navigate the "AI Assistant", you'll get routed to the Philippines or India, all they do is ask for a Tracking Number and tell you the same thing you just saw on the app. Sometimes they'll give you random and changing excuses, "we don't know where the package is coming from", "there's a form that's not complete", sometimes they'll change excuses mid-conversation, the standard appears to be to tell a customer anything to shut you up and get you off the phone. I called to file a complaint and guess what..."tHank y0u siR, wHat iS y0uR tRacKinG nUmbeR?" I would rather throw my packages in the sea and trust the tide to deliver them "someday" than deal with FedEx. Absolute nightmare.

    FedEx is now charging a pickup fee and did not notify us. I was told by their CSR that it is on their website, and I told her who in the hell goes to your website and just reads it on a daily basis. FedEx sent us a bill for $170.00 for pickup fees and some of the days the FedEx worker/driver didn't even come to our location and pick anything up. I told the CSR that and she said, "Well it is like a subscription, you pay for a service even if you don't use it." I told her, "That is crap. I had items to be picked up and your driver just didn't come and get the package and you are telling me I still have to pay for those days" and she said, "Yes"! I am having to pay for a service your driver didn't even do, that is so wrong!! It is not my fault your driver was lazy and decided to not pick up our packages and went home early for the day! I would give you zero stars if I could!! We will no longer be using your service for anything!!

    I ordered a MacBook Air for my fiancé who is going back to school soon. Fed ex was supposed to deliver it. I was at home during the delivery window specifically in order to be able to sign for it. Part way through the delivery window, I caught up with a fedex truck at the top of my street and asked the driver if he had any packages for my address or if he had stopped by. He said no to both and that it must be on a different truck. Minutes later I got a notification saying it was delivered and signed for. No package was delivered to my home and I most definitely didn’t sign for any deliver. My doorbell camera has no footage of anyone coming to the door at the time the package was supposedly delivered, and my neighbors confirmed that neither of them have any footage of a fedex truck pulling up in front of our houses.

    I put in a complaint with fedex, after which they said they would ‘investigate.’ Of course, after minimum effort at best, the conclusion was that after “exhausting search options” they just can’t locate my order. I just don’t buy that. It’s pretty clear to me that one of their guys took it and corp doesn’t feel like giving any effort in the search they made or towards preventing something like this from happening again. And yeah, I should just have opted for in store pickup. If fedex is involved in any future orders, I will 100% find another way. Save yourself the trouble and do the same.

    I went to deliver instructions on their website. And told them to leave package at front door. Instead FedEx insists on leaving package in front of garage door, where It can be run over by a car backing out. I am willing to pay for another carrier to handle our packages.

    FedEx delivers simply follow their GPS, never looking at the address on the box, we get 1 out of every 10 boxes, we will NEVER buy anything from any company that uses FedEx. When FedEx delivers to the wrong house they tell us to go look for it! The delivers are rude when I stop them and asked why they delivered to the wrong address over and over, they say that their bosses tell them to follow the GPS only, so where the GPS tells them they have arrived they stop the truck, grab the box and drop it at that address, IT'S THE WRONG ADDRESS!. A monkey can do better.

    FedEx in Columbia SC steals packages. They are not reliable and no one can get in contact with them. When you use the automated system it does not help. The drivers takes picture of the package and not the address. Anyone can take a picture of the stairs. Do not depend on FedEx on 151 Shop Grove Rd in Columbia SC and be patient calling the customer service number.

    FedEx USED to be the cream of the crop with delivery reliability and I'm at a total loss this year of 2025 as to what's going on? My recent deliveries (products bought from another company that uses Fedex as their shipping partner) ended up dumped on the lawn at the side of my residence some 60' from the front porch-in the hot sun! Today's delivery ended up on the BACK porch-which is obviously not used. My issues? First, I'm an old retired disabled guy with a bad heart and the deliveries of the particular product is PET food in large heavy bags!

    The 2nd issue is that I have a large easy to see/read sign on my FRONT porch which has the address and is where the overwhelming majority of people have their deliveries and mail delivered! A sign (in LARGE BLACK neatly printed letters states 'DELIVERIES: PLEASE LEAVE LARGE HEAVY PACKAGES TO THE LEFT OF FRONT PORCH SCREEN DOOR (there's a space big enough) SO WE CAN GET THE DOOR OPEN. THANK YOU. (Then a black arrow pointing to the spot) Yet? Fedex drivers apparently think the sign means to carry the large heavy deliveries 50 to 60' to the left of the house and dump it on the lawn (IN THE HOT SUN).

    And the most recent delivery (today) the Fedex driver drove 150' PAST my house, then carried the large heavy box on his shoulder some 200' completely PAST my front walkway before realizing the house after mine was NOT mine, then walked a few feet up my front walkway, NEVER heading straight to the FRONT PORCH STAIRS/LANDING nor reading the sign and walked completely around to the BACK porch which is obviously not used and so overgrown around the back that anyone would REALIZE that this smaller back porch is NOT the addressee-front of the residence..and DUMPS the box on the back porch landing!

    I called the company where my products are being ordered and explained to them that if this happens again> I'll have to find someone else to order from (who DOESN'T use Fedex!) and they offered me a partial refund (refused because it wasn't THEIR fault) and sent my complaint to Fedex where HOPEFULLY Fedex will get their act together before they eventually get crushed by the competition!

    FedEx is the WORST shipping company to deal with. We go through FedEx drivers like diapers for a newborn. They are lazy and make claims of attempting deliveries but they LIE! We have received three attempted deliveries while we were sitting at home waiting for the delivery... No one attempted...No attempted delivery cards ever left. If this was the first time I could excuse for lack of knowledge of our town but ALL GPS apps can find us. This has been about the 10th time they (lie) supposedly attempted over the last two years. When you call customer service after these last (supposed) three attempted delivery notices with no Delivery Attempt tags left anywhere to be found. And the FedEx app keeps saying attempted delivery. What a bunch of BS.

    I called 3 days in a row and get the same recorded BS. If the customer service people cannot understand my anger when I finally get through to fast talking, unintelligible verbiage, (even when I asked for a supervisor, fast talking and pretty close to unintelligible verbiage) they tell me to stop yelling, mumble what's going to happen next and that the last attempt will be tomorrow...They need a course in customer service etiquette. I handled customer service for over 45 years of working and if one of my employees hung up on a customer, they were fired (unless they were cursed at by the customer.)

    Not one but two CS people hung up on me...and no I didn't curse. To each one I explained loudly that no attempts were never made. We even put out a sign on the church (our home is behind the church). Your CS personnel said things I couldn't understand and hung up on me TWICE.     I’ve noticed every time the Fedex driver comes into our development, he’s racing all the way to the end of parking lot, coming to a sudden stop 10ft or so before my gate.. I advise to not do that. It's not only unprofessional but if you miss the brake you will plow into my front gate. This needs to be addressed before something happens.     FedEx Ground claimed an attempted delivery from their Redmond, WA today, saying the customer (me) was unavailable for delivery. I was home all day, they never came to my house (doorbell camera provides evidence). They claimed they left a door tag, but there is no door tag. On-line tracking says delivery will be tomorrow. By phone, customer service says it will be not tomorrow, but the following day. E-mail from FedEx says it will be in 3 days.

    SO - FedEx expects me to be home from 7 AM to 10 PM for the next 3 days to wait for a package so I can sign for it. Based on the experiences of the majority of reviewers from this location, I can expect the package will NOT be delivered at all, they will claim delivery, and I will be left without a package and out the $2,000 charged by the merchant (FedEx will only pay the merchant $100 for a lost package supposedly). Frustrated to the moon and back. The "Delivery Photo" they provided is attached. Obviously, they never came to my home. LIARS!

    Monroe FedEx is the absolute worst delivery company out here. As far as delivery of packages they rate ZERO! I have the online app to track my package and my package went from Georgia to Monroe and has been sitting there for over a week now. I have called customer service. They can’t do anything, flagged my package and nothing. I happen to live about 20 minutes from where my package has been sitting and I’m not allowed to pick it up. Fed ex is a horrible company and would never ever recommend to anyone. If you don't want your package let fed ex help. Sorry company ever. Stay far away from fed ex.     Worst service I’ve ever seen. They mis-delivered 4 separate packages within 1 week. All have “disappeared” magically. They have 3 separate delivery address, which none were mine. Took 4 days to get ahold of an actual “human being”, who could not help as the addresses on file don’t belong to me. They also will not allow address changes as the change has to come from the shipper. The shipper can help because it’s “out for delivery”. All sounds like 1 big scam. So apparently “no one” has any of my packages, no one can track them down due to “their rules”. So I’m out a few hundred dollars with nothing to show for it. It will be the very last time I ever use their service, as either the company is inept or the drivers are or both. Either way the company has a serious flaw, that may be helped by the BBB or law enforcement.

    How does a company require a signature upon delivery but have a 14 hour delivery window. I can’t stand at my door all day to receive a package. By the time resident got to the door the FedEx employee was gone and a note was left “sorry we missed you please contact customer support for delivery options”. I contacted customer service and was denied 1. To have my package re delivered same day and 2. a hold at any available FedEx location. Leaving my only option as a new delivery date 3 days later. A day that I can not be home. FedEx needs to fix this. At least have a smaller delivery window or let customers pick a good time to ensure a completed delivery if a signature is required.

    I never received my package. I ordered a package from Chewy. It was supposed to come within a week, but they delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted customer service, but they just closed the ticket in a couple of days and never helped me. So Chewy helped me. They reordered it, free of charge. It was delayed twice, and delivered to the wrong address again. Customer service still did nothing. I am going to boycott FedEx. I’ll never order anything that gets shipped by this company again. I’m going to make sure my online retailer doesn’t ship with them before buying anything. You’ll never get your packages from FedEx.

    I have for years Praised FedEx even when friends hated them. Well now I am with my friends. FedEx all of a sudden has become very unreliable, So much so I have a package that as of this day 09/19/2025 is over 10 days late. Nevermind it has only updated a day ago from the 8th and has not moved again since and is still in the same state it was from the beginning of its journey. Then there was another shipment I had to call multiple times seeing the driver completely ignored the drop off day and drove right by my address. Then the next day did the same thing and they had to have the supervisor go get and deliver it so it wasn't late again. And even then It was still late.

    Then there is the Stupid AI chats that never work and can NOT even come close to understanding your inquiry. What happened to humans? OH I Know, corporations are greedy and AI is cheaper than paying a human to do the right work. F... AI and stupid companies that have adopted this stupid tech to save money and annoy customers. FedEx was always my go to but now I can not stand by them AT All. I wish when making purchases one could tell companies what shipping provider to use. I would say anything but FedEx...

    My review is concerning the driver of truck 403949, License Plate ** on September 18, 2025 at approx. 10:15 A.M. This truck says it is operated by R. Jones Enterprises, Inc. I would like to make you aware of how badly this driver operates this vehicle and the liability that he exposes FEDEX too. This morning I was driving west bound on the I10 access road. I was almost at the intersection of Hwy 87. There was a UPS truck in front of me which was in the process of breaking for the intersection. I saw the FEDEX truck approaching at a high rate of speed in the lane to the left of me. What I did not expect was for him to get around me and swerve into my lane causing me to stand on my breaks to avoid this accident.

    Once he turned he went about half a block and turned into a business. I turned around and went back to take the attached pictures showing the truck number and license plate. As he was parking the truck I noticed the earmuff type of headphones he was wearing. I know that this is against the law in Texas and my indicate how little he pays attention to driving. I do not believe this driver realizes the people that he comes so close to running over also have families and his reckless driving could easily effects a lot more people than just those in the vehicles.

    Very bad experience with this company today. I ordered an item which was delivered a day ahead. But since we were not at home I requested for a hold. 2 agents helped me and confirmed that the hold was setup. But the items were delivered today. Calling FedEx was useless as they mentioned the hold cannot be created if the item was ready to be delivered. Whose fault is that. Now the agent offer to create more tasks and tickets for review but asked me to contact the vendor to resolve this. Calling the vendor and they made a request to take back and redeliver it tomorrow which FedEx refused to do. FedEx called again and offered to create more tickets but no resolution offered to the customer. 4 agents later no resolution, lack of training, not customer centric and incompetency.

    I've had nothing but trouble with FedEx. I regularly order wine and so a signature from someone 21+ is required. The problem is that the delivery driver isn't doing his job. Twice now, in a row mind you, my driver left a door tag without a call, without a doorbell. I'm disabled, ironically being injured while delivering for Amazon, so deliveries are very important with my limited mobility. I spoke to a supervisor, who informed me that there is no fedex policy requiring the driver to call or ring a bell or even knock, which doesn't work on a multi family. I have no idea how these lackadaisical drivers are still employed. There's no accountability therefore no real care for their job. This ticks me off because I loved delivering and did it correctly and miss it every day.

    A couple weeks ago FedEx delivered a package and left it out by my garage by the street. Usually delivery companies will place it behind my very accessible fence. The package was stolen. Had the seller file a claim. Fed ex denied my claim now I can't get the shipper to dispute the denial. Fed ex told me nothing they or I can do now. So now I am out of 300+ dollars I don't have.

    Fed Ex left door tags indicating failed attempts. When I called after the second attempt, I asked if the package could be delivered between 5 and 8pm. They gave me a ticket number and stated they will try their best to honor the request. In the third attempt, there was no door tag even though I got another message saying third failed attempt. When I called to complain where was the tag they stated they will make one more attempt. On the fourth attempt, I was told that they will deliver between 5 and 8pm again but I didn’t trust them and so left work early to get my package—to then get an email saying ‘package is at the shipment faculty due to yet another failed attempt. They never even tried the fourth time and I wasted a half day of work for false information. This is an absolute disaster and this company offers nothing but poor customer service. Poor. Never again.

    FedEx is the most inept shipping delivery service there is. The tracking on my package never updated until the day it was supposed to delivered and it has it as being 9 hours away. When I call to get a more accurate status I am told that it will not be here today, maybe tomorrow or the next day, they are not sure.     I would give them -10 stars. I booked the Premium Lugless Service that included FedEx Ground door to door services and it turned into a complete nightmare.

    Pickup chaos: My pickup was scheduled for July 29 (8 XL boxes + 4 suitcases). FedEx repeatedly failed to show up, giving me excuse after excuse about a missing apartment number on the label. Every day I was promised “priority pickup” and every day I was let down. At one point they even sent a FedEx Express driver who only handles envelopes.

    Rude & unprofessional staff: When a FedEx Ground driver finally came, she mocked me on her AirPods (“picking up boxes at some stupid person’s apt”), refused to use her dolly, demanded I carry everything outside to her (who was standing at the door), when I asked for some time till my husband came up she slammed the door in my face and left without taking my boxes. Absolutely unacceptable.

    Forced to DIY: With my lease ending, I had no choice but to rent a U-Haul and personally haul everything to a FedEx office — Despite paying for a premium door-to-door service.

    Damaged & missing items: When my boxes arrived, several were torn, taped back together, or replaced with unrecognizable boxes. Fragile items were broken, and I lost expensive clothes and bags.

    This was the worst moving/shipping experience of my life. Lugless and FedEx Ground caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and emotional strain. Save your money and avoid them at all costs.

    If there could be negative stars I would click them all. Every time I get stuck with a vendor who ignores my pleas to not use this absolute pathetic excuse of a shipping company, a total and complete nightmare ensues. So here I sit again, waiting on the vendor, who confirmed with crapex's photo that my package was indeed delivered (The photo was literally a plastic bag on the side of the road somewhere, I'll be attaching) for another two weeks... Over a $20 purchase. How is this company still in business?

    Once the argument with the vendor is over, we all know they will eventually eat the cost, because our property camera DOESN'T SHOW A FEDEX TRUCK for the entire MONTH on our road and ultimately the vendor site sides with the customer. Part has already been reordered with a different vendor, and now we wait for another two weeks for the part to be actually delivered. Then who knows how long for FedEx, the vendor, and the vendor site to all finish playing with each other. So much money and time wasted. 6 other parts were delivered successfully by USPS to our front porch on the same exact day.

    What a crappy delivery service. I bought a phone from Back Market, paid extra only to have them use this service. (1) From the get go, the shipment was delayed 1 day. (2) Then they could not deliver and now I have to wait 2 more days??!! Geez, Amazon NEVER has trouble delivering to my location and when they have trouble they call me to my phone. Whereas FedEx leaves a cowardly note: we could not deliver.

    I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received today. A package that was scheduled for delivery was delayed by FedEx until tomorrow. Unfortunately, I will not be home then, and the delivery is chocolate so it can’t sit outside when it’s hot, so I called customer service to request that the package be delivered on Monday instead. When I attempted to make this change online, I was asked to pay $7. Since the delay was caused by FedEx, I did not believe I should be responsible for that fee. However, the representative I spoke with told me there was nothing they could do, that the package would continue to be delivered tomorrow and the following 3 attempts until successful delivery.

    Additionally, I asked if the signature requirement could be removed since I am the purchaser, but I was told this was not possible because it was set by the vendor. The response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. What I experienced today makes it clear that the customer no longer matters in FedEx’s eyes. I literally had to come here to express my frustration. There should be an email for these types of situations because customer service was no help. Because of this, I will be avoiding FedEx in the future. I am willing to take my business elsewhere, and I will go so far as to verify with companies I order from that they do not use FedEx before I purchase. I am disappointed, frustrated, and frankly appalled that such a large company shows so little regard for its customers. I hope this feedback makes it to the appropriate leadership team, though based on today’s experience, I’m not optimistic.

    FedEx used to be the best delivery service, but it has become the WORST. I have delivery issues every time something gets shipped to me. It takes twice as long as it should because it'll get to Denver, and then gets sent back to the previous facility and send it back 3 days later. It's extremely frustrating. The worst.

    I had to call FedEx for the 5 or 6th time now to make the same complaint and to resolve an ongoing problem with a driver of their company. Following the Multiple reports to FedEx without any help I have now had to contact the local police department to handle the problem. If FedEx had just been willing to do their jobs but then they would have to care about their customers to do that and they don't care for anyone. Just their bottom dollar. Just be mindful of your property and your pets. Trust your gut with these delivery drivers and stand your ground with this company. I had to go as far as calling the police y'all.... That's poor customer service at its finest! What tops it all off is I didn't even get my package.

    6 weeks ago got text alert on phone package was delivered to my door. 5 minutes later checked, very small package was opened cell phone inside was gone. The driver's electronic thing said Lynn signed, Lynn wife wasn't even home. Lived here 30 years, house 1st EVER package that a problem with. Since Verizon was sending me the phone and FedEx said delivered verizon is billing me for the phone. Package being falsely dropped off isn't a delivery in my hand or by a signed by me or my wife. 100% believe driver stole my new cell phone. 5-6 calls to FedEx several hours of my time, then they asked me for photos which I did including a signature from my wife's driver's lic etc and the sig the driver had was a kind of a L made by a 4yr old and of course the L was easy to do since the package said Lynn on it.

    I've done all the legwork on this and I DON'T WORK FOR FEDEX. 6 weeks later nothing, the dreaded "we'll expedite this," or "we'll send to our customer care team" or the usual call center garbage. Even the San Diego FedEX operational mgr Anthony ** who 3 weeks ago was looking into this and of course again "EXPEDITED" AND NOTHING. Emailed him 1 week ago and he ghosted me, tried to call nothing. Normally I wouldn't care but verizon is billing me for something that has nothing to do with me. This is a FedEx problem, not my problem. You have many choices in life and please do not use FedEx for anything. Not trustworthy and dishonest. We all deserve better than FedEx

    This company is the worst!!! How do they expect you to stay at home 8am-8 pm, 12 hours for a delivery to sign ?? Ridiculous. In the modern world you should be able to pinpoint a very small window for delivery times. Every driver has a certain route and knows within and hour of when they’ll be in a certain area. Or have a texting system to give updates on the delivery. As the stupid agent I talked to said "we’ve been aro for 50 years and a billion dollar company" but that doesn’t mean shit. It just means there’s not many other choices and people accept the shitty service. Customer service sucks and could care less. They suck!!!

    FedEx need to be shut completely down for dishonesty and code of ethics violations. The FedEx in Concord NC has a bunch of illiterate employees within that facility. My last 2 packages have been lost or misplaced and no one can never give correct information. FedEx lie on line by stating your package is on the way and it's never delivered. You call customer service and that's a difficult aspect as well. Customer Service is a waste of time to call. They give information just to get you off the phone. You get the run around. The CS center don't have a clue of what the FedEx pick up facilities policies are. I was told by CS my package was at the Concord FedEx facility and I could try to pick the package up before 8:30 pm on 09/11/2025. CS informed me that someone put in the system the customer will pick package up. I informed CS I did not call or gave any one that information.

    FedEx employees are putting fraudulent information in their systems to delay deliveries or take packages one. FedEx code of ethics are being broken and their contract agreement to supply customers with honesty, integrity and trustworthiness are not in line with their policy. My packages for the past 3 weeks have been misplaced or lost. I had to cancel and reorder on one order. The second order misplaced. I was told by customer service a FedEx employee put incorrect which was fraudulent information in the system for the package to be picked up. After trying to locate the package I decided to drive to Concord FedEx to see if I could retrieve the package after CS stated I could up until 8 :30 pm.

    FedEx refused to give me the package due to a sudden change in hours due to COVID-19. I was told something totally different from CS. I have spent time running after package for almost 3 weeks with no results. FedEx is a horrible company. There need to be a new CEO and training course for the entire facility. FedEx have no integrity or professionalism. I was never offered a refund for shipping or my gas trying to locate package due to FedEx negligence. FedEx is not trustworthy. If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible experience...

    Wish I could give zero stars. I paid $75 for 2 day shipping - dropped off on Thursday, needed there by Monday morning, and they guaranteed it would be there by Saturday night. It got lost along the way, did not arrive until Monday night, and the agent told the recipient that the sender (me) could request a refund. Now I'm being told I'm not eligible because I purchased 2 day shipping, not 2 day AM shipping, whatever that means. They've wasted my time - first call they told me to file a claim online, went online and the form won't load. Tried downloading the app. Called again, was transferred around for 25 minutes with no resolution. Absolutely unbelievable. Please use any other shipping carrier!

    I made an $1800 purchase and FedEx was the shipper. My package required a signature. I received a email saying my package was delivered but I wasn't home so I immediately contacted FedEx and started an investigation. I also contacted the retailer. FedEx acknowledged I didn't receive the package and told me to contact the seller.. which I did. This has been going on for now 5 months and I have yet to get a refund. After trying to dispute it with my bank, I was informed that the reason why I kept being denied is because FedEx send them a bogus signature. I live with my 2 daughters and we we're all together. I even have the delivery driver knocking on my door and saying.. FedEx. FedEx will not take responsibility for my package and I'm out of $1800!!

    Once again I am disappointed by this company. We were suppose to do a Lab for AP Bio 105 involving the metabolism of Daphnia, but instead I am sitting here writing this stupid complaint about a company who preaches about shipping and delivering on time but can never get their act together. This is not the first time this company has messed up either. We've previously done a termite lab, where the first time the termites arrived, they were all dead because of the late arrival. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I used think of this company as a trustworthly, timely, system. However, they've made it clear that this is obviously not the case anymore. Ughhhhh.

    They are even worse than USPS for being on schedule and delivering on the stated date. I would never use them, but people do and everything sent to me is late. I don't mind so much that it always takes them longer, buy don't tell me its being delivered on a Wednesday and have me there to receive it and then tell me at 5:55 pm that's it not coming because of "delays".

    Ordered something almost a week ago that was supposed to be delivered by yesterday. Package is now delayed with no update. This company stresses me out. It hasn’t even gotten to the delivery station, as told by the automated system while trying to speak with a live representative. This company is 10/10 the worst when delivering and they’re always losing my packages. I always have this issue. Some of the drivers also like to throw packages and frequently delivers to the wrong address. They have no care in the world. I really wish companies stopped using them. They’re disappointing. I understand being delayed AT TIMES since bad circumstances do happen but not ALL THE TIME. Especially, when it has been sitting at 1 location for over 48 hours and no movement nor updates. I’m just going to do myself a favor and cancel my order. Though I really wanted what I ordered.

    I have a concerned for the FedEx drivers. Why do you sit my packages in the middle of my porch, out in the opening where people that are passing by can visibly see it. It's like you are putting the package on display. You can place the package closer to the bricks or behind the big column on my porch. Do you want a porch pirate to steal the package since you put it on display. I dislike receiving packages from FedEx for this reason. If possible, please secure customers packages in a non-visible place. Thank you.

    I’m extremely disappointed with FedEx. They lost my package, and the entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I relied on them to deliver something important, and not only did it go missing, but their customer service offered no real help or resolution. I’ve lost trust in FedEx and will be looking for more reliable alternatives in the future.     FedEx has had my package for 4 days now. Quoting on my tracking that it’s “out for delivery” but each day I don’t receive my package. The website claims 2 day standard shipping and I’m now on day 4 still waiting to see if I’ll actually receive it. I leave for the beach tomorrow and ordered these items in plenty of time if FedEx wouldn’t be so horrible about actually delivering.     NO STARS! This company is the worst. Large shipment, 50 lbs. said it would be delivered on a Wednesday. Okay, great. Change it to be delivered on a Monday. Okay, take a day off. No package. Go online and pay $11.50 to reschedule to the original date of Wednesday. The site is not updated. The shipping information is not updated. Finally, I call customer service. A joke! Seven (7) minutes to get a person, who doesn't have any updated information. I said no, I paid the fee for a morning delivery. He puts me on hold. Comes back and says it will be delivered by 8:00 PM. NO! I paid a fee for morning delivery. That means 7:00 AM - Noon. Not 8:00 PM! On hold again. Okay, we will try to do a morning delivery. I've now wasted two (2) days waiting for them to deliver a package that I had to pay to have delivered. **

    My package was scheduled to arrive on the 6th of Sept., it is now the 8th and still no delivery. Tried reaching customer service, which is a joke. I can’t get a live representative either online or when I call on the phone no matter what option I pick…terribly frustrating! Automated service and tracking ID says it will be here tomorrow which obviously I guess we will see. It’s showing it has been sitting in the local facility for two days now so I’m not sure what the holdup is. This is why I always use UPS when I have option. I would’ve paid more just to get it on time.

    I don’t understand why companies keep using FedEx. My package been sitting in phoenix for 2 days. Which by the way I live in Phoenix. It’s says, barcode unreadable and replaced. Why haven’t you delivered my package? Amazon would have had it fixed and sent out that day. My other package is sitting in CA and it says will be delivered today. How I’m in phoenix. A few years ago they were stealing my shoes I ordered from Nike. Kept saying they were lost. I never had a bad experience with other delivery companies, just FedEx.

    My last two packages were “delivered” by FedEx; however, I never received the packages. This happened two days in a row. They were not located at any neighbors, whom are mostly family and friends. The two photos that show proof of delivery is not my home. As shown in the attached photos, one home is a log house and the other is a brick house. I live in a double-wide trailer!!! Additionally, I have cameras around my home, FedEx never came down my road. One photo shows 2 packages in the back of a small, white SUV. It was supposed to be one package delivered. Plus, I have a small, gray SUV. So, FedEx is very dishonest.

    The delivery driver needs to be investigated. When I clicked “report missing package” it asked for my address. When I input my address it tells me that the address does not match their records. However, I order from this company ALL the time. All other packages arrive when using UPS and USPS; however, there is an issue with FedEx. However, what is amusing is that they produced a photo to verify delivery but it’s not my home.

    Horrible, unreliable, not trustworthy, and incompetent.. I waited all day 9/6/25 for work equipment that was being rushed to me by my employer. I downloaded the FedEx app and left directions for them to call me when they arrive as I live in a secured apartment building. Around 5-6p I received an email saying that they came and weren't able to deliver yet they never called or texted.     I have never had an issue with FedEx until now! I am totally disappointed and upset in their dishonest staff. Opening and stealing $1426.00 worth of merchandise (jewelry) as well as keeping my information, receipts etc. that I work hard to pay for. No updates in the online tracking since Sept 4th at 4am, it's now Sept 6th. Was told only the lady who created my ticket can update me on where my package is.     I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday, received an alert my unit number was missing. Called customer service, tried to have my unit number added. 2 customer service representatives said, that is against their “right policy.” Surprise, package was delivered today and my unit was on it….original label included full address. Called back to customer service the first employee would not let me speak, he spoke over me and interrupted me. I requested a supervisor, he said he would transfer me, he transferred me to his co-worker not a supervisor. She told me that customers are not allowed to speak to supervisors, it is against policy.

    I ended up hanging up, after I calmed down, I called back. I simply asked if it was FedEx policy that customers were not permitted to speak to supervisors, turns out I was lied to, you actually can speak to a supervisor. I finally spoke to a lovely woman that was a supervisor, she listened and was compassionate. I asked her to use my experience as an opportunity to help better their customer service representatives' skills. Even though the supervisor was lovely and helpful, I will never use FedEx again, any company that uses them as the shipper will not get my business.

In all the years I've been ordering things, through UPS, DHL the U.S. Postal Service and, with even a company called UniUni, I've never had a package arrive this late!     Horrible, terrible, no good company. Why are they allowed to continually treat customers so badly?! Why are companies using their services. I will no longer buy anything from a company that ships with FedEx. My first shipment was damaged but they kept saying it was on the way. Got a refund, ordered from elsewhere, unfortunately they use FedEx also, and again I’m here waiting for the package… 3 days late now and all I keep getting is it will arrive the next day. A FedEx driver turned down my road and I got so excited. I stopped him and he immediately says, “I can tell you what you’re looking for isn’t on my truck”. WTF?!!! Where is it?     If I there is a zero to choose to rate their delivery service, I will rate it zero. The carrier always placed the packages on the dirt closed to the road despite of the signs to deliver the packages to the front door. We are elderly and my husband is a disabled veteran. We have a long driveway. I have to drive down at the bottom to pick up our packages. We have no issues with UPS, USPS or Amazon only FedEx. I have complaints so many times and nothing has been resolved.

    My package was supposed to be delivered on 09/04/25, it was delivered but to the WRONG PERSON AND ADDRESS. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Been told for 2 days now that it’s getting picked up and will be delivered to me. THEY HAVEN’T EVEN picked it up yet from the person that called and told them it’s not theirs. This delivery service needs to be shut down, y'all never do anything right.     Two days in a row, I have been given a delivery window of noon to 4:00pm. Yesterday, they came at 8:30pm after I had been to bed. Redelivery was supposed to occur again today, again from noon to 4:00pm, but it is now 8:44pm with no delivery yet. Customer service was unable to provide any further details.     Fed Ex consistently delays my packages by 3-4 days with ‘out for delivery’ messages daily until the end of day updates. From major stores, this is completely unacceptable. Chewy, Costco, Walmart; Fed Ex obviously isn’t concerned about their clients or consumers. With the daily updates being inaccurate, I feel this company is actually lying to the consumer.     Why does FedEx provide a delivery window? It's so disrespectful. Delivery window says estimated between 8:10 and 11:30am, but delivery by 1:30pm. No delivery. Then, around 1:45pm, the tracking changes to "By end of day." I am sitting around my house waiting, all day. It's not 3:15 p.m. There goes my day. I literally lost half a day of work because of FedEx's disrespectful incompetence. This is pretty consistent with FedEx, too.

    If I could leave Zero stars I would. I live in an apartment building and am a disabled person. On at least a dozen different times I have had to call customer service due to the drivers leaving packages at the front community building when the apartment numbers are clearly on the package. I have even left delivery notes directing them to go to the back building where my apartment is. This is also suffered by my neighbors as well. Getting a live person is like pulling teeth, and I get "escalation tickets" that obviously haven't been resolved. It seems like a futile process.

    I have even been connected to our local distribution center in Meridian, MS and spoken to a few people there to let them know the issue and suggest making a note that anything being delivered to this complex should be left at the actual apartment door, where the numbers are clearly displayed. Two years later and no change. This company fails its customers on a massive level and I wish I could choose the delivery service that places I order from use.

    Why is this multi-million dollar company so incompetent?! I have never received my package on scheduled delivery time! Whoever does scheduling must not know how long deliveries spend in transit. They always tell you when your package will arrive on their tracking page, but it never arrives on that day, ever! First, it gives you eta, then it says "by the end of the day", and after the day ends, it says: "We'll add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving." Are you ** or something?! It just told me, "Wednesday, by the end of the day", like 2 hours ago! Now, you don't even know if ever or how soon my package starts moving?!

    Deeply disappointing and useless company. I was as told a delivery date and that I need to sign for my package, so I made sure to stay home the entire day as my time of delivery was "8am-8pm". Never showed. Got a new delivery date for the next day so I made sure I was home all day again, then got an email alert that I "missed my delivery" even though there was no knocking at my door or attempts to see if anyone was home. I checked and had a door tag, again there was never a single knock at the door.

    Called customer service, was placed on hold by the first person with no help and then sent right to the survey and call ended. Called again, was told the package would get delivered the next business day. Was transferred to a supervisor who said he would get me my package but Called back an hour later and just said that I'd have to once again wait until the next day with no concrete delivery time and now have to wait an entire THIRD day for my important and expensive package. No help, no sympathy, nothing. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

    Ordered a product and estimated delivery was Monday the 1st of September. Then it turned to Tuesday, then it turned to Wednesday, then Tuesday morning it said it would be delivered within 4 hours, after waiting around 4 hrs, check again, estimated Wednesday again. I have zero way to contact customer service as they've made it impossible to get passed the automated system. Literal garbage company. Brand new flagship electronics shouldn't take 8 days after purchasing to ship in 2025. No. If I knew it would be like this I'd have drove the hour and bought it at best buy. Any other carrier would have had it to me last week. Unacceptable all around. Stop using Fedex.

    On August 4, 2025, I contacted my pharmacy to inform them that I had not received my medication. The Technician stated that my package was delivered by FedEx and sent me a picture of the front porch area with the package on it. I then spoke with the Pharmacist, and confirmed with him that the front porch area with the package on it was not my porch and the package was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted FedEx via their website and explained the problem and their response was "Your package was delivered"! However, FedEx totally disregarded the fact and did not respond to the issue that the package was delivered to the wrong address. On Saturday, August 31, 2025, FedEx placed a blank door tag on my door. I went on the website and updated my status that all packages

    can be left on the porch without a signature. I still have not received the package containing my medication.

    On September 2, 2025, FedEx came to my door, I was unavailable to answer the door and I spoke to the driver thru the doorbell camera, because I was unavailable to come to the door. I requested the driver to leave the package on the porch and she said I had to come to the door and sign for the package. I explained to the driver and explained that I had went into my profile on FedEx and changed my delivery status to all packages because left without signature. However, she would not leave the package. This is all because FedEx driver delivered my package to the wrong address and they deliver to the wrong address way too often.

    I have a problem with FedEx ignoring the issue when customers report to when their packages are delivered to the wrong address. I do not feel it's my responsibility to constantly go to my neighbor's house to get my packages and I do not appreciate my neighbors constantly knocking on my door looking for their packages. I have had far too many heated conflicts with neighbors pertaining to FedEx Driver's failure to read the street name and street number and deliver packages to the correct address. When the issue is brought to the attention of FedEx Customer Service, they have a responsibility to respond appropriately and expedite a resolution.

    It's just such a horrible experience from beginning to end. From the horrific website to the dumb policies & procedures to talking to the lying delivery drivers The whole thing is a nightmare. I vowed to never allow a package delivered by them months ago and then I did sort of accidentally the other day (to get a super good deal on an item). Never Ever Ever Again! The item is still not delivered and this will be my third day of having to deal with their BS customer service and meaningless notifications.     I recently relocated to a new state and had a family member collect some prescriptions that were accidentally left behind and mail them to me as quickly as possible. One of those items was a badly needed rescue inhaler. It has been 240 hours since the package was shipped and it's still not here. The distance is 630 miles. Some back of the envelope math shows that the package has been traveling at an average rate of just over 2.6 miles per hour. A PENGUIN can waddle at 2.7 miles an hour. An African spurred tortoise can travel at three. Congrats, FedEx, for delivering my package at a speed that is literally slower than a tortoise.

    Left our package at someone's homes other than ours. When calling in the computer says ‘your package was left at the side door’. We live down a long gated driveway.     FedEx is the worst shipping provider there is. UPS and USPS might cost more, but you are far better off. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I would give zero stars if I was able to. I paid to have my package shipped over night, only to find out they will only deliver those packages on the week days. Instead of taking accountability for their policy, they kept blaming the shipper. I asked if there was anything that could be done to receive my package faster, and I was told I could pay more money. I was then told my a supervisor that no one was answering the phone at a local FedEx location. I went through 6 different phone calls/customer service reps and wasn't told the same thing by any of the customer service agents. I also spoke with 2 different supervisors, and again neither one of them told me the same thing.

    I was even asked what was in my package that I needed to have it the next day. It's not any of their business. However, it is a functioning cell phone that I need for work. I work with cognitively delayed children in their home, and a working phone is essential for my job. Again, this is the worst shipping company around. I have never complained about the job FedEx does with my other deliveries. Countless of times, my dogs auto shipped food has been left out in the rain. The drivers don't care, the customer service does not care, FedEx corporate does not care either. These employees are not properly trained, and most do not have basic phone etiquette. I will go on the record and say that I hate Fedex!!!

    Called for FEDEX Pickup. Did not come the first day. Said it was cancelled - It was not. I setup the second day. Called several times and checked status the moron robot told me by 8PM. 8:30 No pickup. Scheduled one for today. 3PM no pickup so far. No way to see if they are really going to show. Called the robot, refused to let talk to a representative several times. I called back and somehow got around it to talk to a representative. I might as well have stayed talking to the robot for all the help I got. Obviously an offshore support person. The American business service model sucks today.

    A package was to be delivered, I stayed home all day awaiting for the package but it never showed. After logging into my FedEx account noticed driver notes stated business was closed and that the customer requested another delivery date. All were not truths. So I contacted customer service and spoke with an agent and told me that they were putting in a support ticket about the delivery.     FedEx is terrible. They aren’t reliable at all. Every package they have delivered has taken forever or been extremely late. Most often, they change the delivery date on the scheduled day of delivery, after an extensive length of waiting time. They can’t even compete with small companies used by places like AliExpress or Temu. I’d rather see something being shipped by USPS or UPS. At least they do what they say they will. FedEx is extremely slow and they have terrible customer service, relying on AI to deal with people. Their customer service line is useless. I’m shocked they can remain in business.

    It delivered my package sent from my daughter to the wrong address, when reported, it tried to retrieve but ended up nothing. I had to ask my daughter to file a claim for the lost shipment. I could not understand why they could not retrieve, as they got a picture of the package after they put on the front deck of the wrong address.... I feel terrible about their service.     I called FedEx customer service 4 separate times to request to self-clear a package, before it ever got to my door. Once was before it got to Canada, which they told me they couldn't email the documents me until after the package gets to Canada. The other 3 calls, they all said the same thing; a 'request ticket' was made and I'll get the documents within 24hrs. Nothing ever happened. Another 3 separate phone calls to ask the representative to connect me with someone in the department that could send me the documents immediately. They refused. It was only after doing a 'Google' search and randomly stumbling upon a FedEx email pertaining to customs, so I could request the documents, that someone was able to send me the documents need to self-clear. It was already too late though, as just 2 hours later, I received another email saying the package was being sent back!

    I have self-cleared packages many times in the past, but FedEx seems reluctant or unwilling to help its customers do that. The conclusion, lack of communication, refusal or inability to assist with customer requests is downright confounding and infuriating, in equal measure. I also had another package at the same time as all the above, that I had requested to self-clear. Got the same treatment, only with this one, somehow, without my authorization, the extra fees were automatically processed through my online account!! I have never set up an automatic payment with FedEx! FedEx, you are a completely mismanaged, greedy bunch of crooks that treats its customers as nothing but cash cows. You should be shut down! I'll never be using this courier again, and I'll be informing everyone I know about this incident. -5 stars!!

Irate is an understatement. I filed a 'Customer exception request number'. I hope this nightmare is resolved before I am 70 years old.     Consistently the worst service. At best when FedEx is my carrier my package will arrive at a facility earlier than expected. But it just sits there. Then, they deliver the estimated date late in the day. Now, let’s get to my current situation. I ordered a package on eBay. The seller uses fedex as a shipping partner. My package was stuck with fedex with no updated scans for 6 days. It makes me angry. I’m not impatient. It’s just so insulting. FedEx is the only company that I would 100% avoid if possible.     It has to be the most incompetent group of people to ever be a business. The package never arrived in time and every time I get messages multiple days in a row that say on the truck out for delivery, then at night I get one that says delayed for operational reasons whatever that means, and again the next day same messages. This goes in for up to 2 weeks sometimes I am not even joking. Try calling customer service they just say it is on the truck and will be delivered today, but it isn't. And don't even try the virtual assistant, I am pretty sure it's a kid's play toy that just spits out random sayings no matter what you ask it. And I live in town one block from the main highway through the county. My house is not hard to find and I see the drive by everyday.

    Yesterday in fact they pulled in front of my house and stopped for 2 minutes then left, never even exited the truck and I am on my 5th day in a row of the message cycle saying it is out for delivery and nobody can explain what the problem is. I have not one good thing to say about FedEx, and I tried real hard to think of something but there just is nothing. Trained chimps or some random hobo on the street has just as good of a chance of getting the package here as does FedEx.

    FedEx fell down on customer service. Was suppose to get a package delivered on Sunday Aug 24,2025 between 10:30 and 2:00 pm.     I have a package to be delivered overnight and signature required instructions. I received the notification from FedEx that it will be delivered on Saturday by 12 pm. Around 11:30 am I received new notification stated “we tried to deliver” and it’s absolutely 100% false. My husband and I were at home all day long and can say for sure that there was no delivery at all. As a result, delivery was postponed to Monday. On Monday morning I found my package near front door. Nobody rang the doorbell and we didn’t sign for this package. When I checked delivery confirmation, it was no signature as a proof of delivery.

    Today I checked the delivery confirmation again and was “surprised” to find the signature. This is all terribly outrageous. FedEx people don’t do their job properly and lie to cover it up. This company cannot be trusted. We have had problems with fedex deliveries many times: we never received our packages, brought us other people’s packages, our packages were simply left on the street (we live in a private house).

    I was really looking forward to having a new amplifier delivered on Saturday that was shipped FedEx home delivery. I saw on the tracking that the driver's previous stop was one block from my house so I figured I would have delivery in the next 10 minutes or so. A half hour later I saw on the tracking the driver was now 12 blocks away, which made no sense but whatever, package was still in the timeframe for when it said it would be delivered. An hour later I saw on the tracking the last stop the driver made was 2 blocks from my house so I figured the package would be delivered soon. Looked again 45 minutes later and the driver's previous stop was now on the other side of town and since it was then close to 8 pm there was no way I was getting my package that day.

    Twice the driver was delivering 1 or 2 blocks from my house and never attempted delivery at my house. My package weighed 35 lbs and it was about 85 degrees out so it just figured this driver wasn't going to lift a finger to their job if they didn't have to. So my delivery was rescheduled for Monday by 4pm. Monday comes and it's a little cooler now, about 80 degrees outside so it should be delivered no problem. Of course not, no delivery and it was rescheduled for Tuesday. The absolute lack of work ethic in people these days is so typical and so frustrating. I'm an old dude and I remember in the '70s there was only one phone company so you had no choice in who your carrier was. I believe their motto was "We're the phone company, we don't care, we don't have to".

    FedEx driver parked in front of our house, delivered to multiple houses around us and last package drop off was us. You could tell what mood she was in when she threw the package. That’s not the worst part. She’s on the phone, gets back into her truck, doesn’t clear, she takes off, swerves into other lane and slightly goes up into curbside and hit a domestic animal and killed it. She never stopped, never slowed down, nothing. She didn’t even report it. 3 neighbors including us have it on camera. School was let out around this time so 2 younger boys saw it happen as well.     In the last year 90% of the packages I've had delivered with FedEx are late. It's like they intentionally estimate the delivery date a day or two before it will actually arrive. I will pay more for shipping for the vendor to use USPS or UPS.

    I receive monthly deliveries from Chewy and Pretty Litter. THE BOXES ARE DAMAGED, 21 of 24 cans in case of food dented, mishandled, not delivered to the resident & they don’t follow delivery instructions. This is an ongoing issue!! Please switch services. I’m not the only one complaining about FedEx! If you don’t want to lose customers, you will get a company to deliver your product that cares! I’ve complained to FedEx 3 times this year & still incompetent. They don’t seem to read English either, I have a sign on both my doors front and back stating to ring the bell or knock on the door and hand the delivery box to the tenant. I am an elderly disabled woman living alone, and need the packages handed to me. Instead, they leave it outside the home where rain, and snow in the winter damages the boxes as well. How lazy can you get?

    FedEx "delivers" my Chewy.com autoship orders and I have received nothing but lousy service from Fed Ex. The driver(s) consistently leave my packages at the bottom of our front steps by the street rather than delivering them to our front door as specified. Chewy even included instructions on the shipping label to deliver to our front door and the driver totally ignores those instructions. To add insult to injury, the driver leaves a photo of the package at the bottom of the steps while at the same time reporting that the package was delivered to the front door! The packages are in danger of being stolen by the street and also end up so soggy from rain at times that the box is falling apart. While heavy, the packages are not so terribly hard to carry up our steps.

    Hate FedEx. Despise FedEx. If my packages do actually arrive they are destroyed, bleach & chemicals leaking from broken containers, boxes falling apart & leaking, chemicals all over everything. Just cancelled my order from Sam's Club cause my Clorox bleach bathroom cleaner was broken & pouring chemicals. This happens every single stinking time. I'm tired of chemicals, strong outdoors, unusable product, being on hold for hold with Sam's to get refund for damaged product, migraines from being so pissed off, just decided I will not be ordering from any company that uses fedex.

    This is not one time issue, this is constant & continuous. And they do not care. Therefore the companies they deliver for will not be getting my business ever again. Period. Never had a problem with UPS-ever. Only ** up fedex. Soon, the companies you deliver for will stop using you, as others will be smart & decline to buy from them. What good is your company fedex when you cannot do the 1 thing your job is??!! Pick up a package, deliver it undamaged, to the address on the box! What part of that is so difficult? If you cannot do your job you need a different job! Why should I order product from a company when it cannot be delivered or delivered correctly? You are useless. Buh-bye!

    Of all delivery companies, FedEx has always been a pain!! Was supposed to get a delivery that I sign for today before noon. Stayed awake (work overnight) so I don't miss the guy. Check the map during delivery window and he is very close. Check again 1 hour later, still South of me and very close. An hour later, he has driven past me (I live on the main road he has been on) and is now about a mile north of me. He comes 4 hours after the allotted times while I'm getting my kid which means a missed delivery. Called CS and said they would call the station, second call was "Yes, he will be back today." 3 hours later, 3rd call "no tomorrow". I told every CSR I will not be home tomorrow. Hopefully, the last CSR put that in her notes. They love to lie. I wish we could ask the senders to use a specific courier company when shopping, because FedEx would never be on my list.

    I purchased furniture on August 15th was given a delivery date of August 20th. I checked the status of my package and learned the driver put that I requested for future delivery twice. I DID NOT REQUEST a future delivery date. I have been on the phone several times with the customer service representative and have not had the issue resolved! I support ticket was submitted but no one has reached out to resolve the delivery issue.

    I have screenshots of the delivery that was supposed to happen today August 22nd. At first the tracking page said 11:00am to 3:30pm. Then at 3:33pm the message changed to 8:00pm. As of now 8:09pm the message reads 12:00am. I asked if the customer service representative could reach out to the delivery driver, she claims she can’t! HA! BULL! Every delivery person carries a scanning unit and messages appear all the time in the FEDEX trucks!

    Was supposed to receive my package 8/21/25. Did not receive it. Called the number and talk to record voice who no help at all if anything if you weren’t mad enough about getting packages after dealing that crap you will be. When did get to talk to somebody their English wasn’t very good so couldn’t understand what they where asking me. Them what could make out they I change delivery date till next day which I did know such thing so I was told that would be delivered 8/22/25 so once again it was four o’clock, they didn’t arrive.

    I calls back to talk once to machine which hung up on me severe times. Then I finally got to talk to somebody this here English wasn’t very better who told BS the time the was given delivery they 24 hour to deliver. In response I told her I paid extra to have delivered on 8/21/25 and going refund my money. She told I would talk shipper. I them told it isn’t their fault. They were ones supposed deliver on time. So anyway my girl friend called, informed that it was delivered. So no text no email that this was done. Will not do business with any company that is uses Fedex.

    They blatantly stole my package and then wanted to tell me that they delivered it. I called and I called and I called and all they wanted to say to me was it’s been delivered to the wrong place. There was nothing wrong with the address. The address was correct in the system, but where they placed it was wrong. I live in an apartment complex. They dropped it off at someone’s front door, to some random person's house, like a complete house, not an apartment at all.

    The last several years I have called South Point Office, spoke with supervisor, Brad re driver Kyle. Packages left at unllocked gate, in the middle of my driveway, now in my mailbox! Pics of yesterday's delivery where my mailbox is now broken due to shoving a too big package into it. Call Brad and was told driver's notes said once again I had signed for it. Why was it then finally found in my mailbox? My package was also torn apart trying to get it out. Our driveway is long, but in good condition. We are seniors with health issues and this is very stressful. Last time he left over $300 of medicine in the rain at driveway bottom at the opened gate. No other deliveries do this... Supervisor is now just blowing me off. Anyone have any suggestions? Plus now I have to get a new mailbox!! This is so wrong. Plus, it's illegal to use a USPS mailbox for anything other that mail!!!

    They keep bringing packages to the wrong address. It happens more often than not. That might not be too terrible if I could just send them a message and tell them, and get it worked out. But no, I can't just do that. They are very hard to get a hold of, and impossible to communicate with for somebody like me with verbal communication issues. I don't understand how such a big company in this day and age doesn't have alternative methods of contact. I can't even leave feedback. Their VA is beyond worthless. I keep seeing examples of how AI is getting so advanced, and then there are VAs like the one Fed Ex has, which seems to have everything mixed up. Probably, they are ready to accommodate people who don't speak English, but not people who need to speak by writing. But I don't know. I've heard even if you do manage to call, it can be difficult to get it worked out.

    Is it possible to give less than one star? That would be what FedEx deserves for their ridiculous policies and procedures. It is impossible to reach their 'team' to straighten out shipments. I work with several Fortune 500 companies and have made it my top priority to persuade them to stop using FedEx.     Hello Friends, I signed up with FedEx for my international shipments in and out of USA. Since May 2024 one of the new rep was assigned to my account who messed up my agreement and lowered the discount rate. He realized that and tried to get it fixed and finally after 6 months he got it done but, in the meantime, I have been asking for the credits which mounted in thousands.

    After 1 year I finally complaint to fedex and had a new rep assigned to my account who seemed like he cared and said he will look into it. I sent all the detailed information to make it easy for him. Now I am again getting the run around by a new rep as he is not responding to my several email and phone messages. I had a perfectly good relationship with DHL and never had a problem as the rep used to come to my office if there was any problems. Friends this my advice that if you are thinking to sign up with FedEx then please don't as they have been very unresponsive. The government should never let companies become too big as they just don't care for small customers anymore.

    I had a delivery from Factor Meals and it was supposed to arrive on Monday but didn't come until Wednesday, well I believe my box of meals had sat in the truck for 2 days and when my food came, I believe it was spoiled. I contacted Factor and they told me that there was a problem with the courier. This wasn't my first time ordering from Factor and usually the they put ice packs in the box of meals and it was almost like the ice packs had thawed out and made the outside packaging wet and the food was not cold upon the delivery that was supposed to arrive on Monday. My wife ate one of the meals and immediately got sick after consumption.

    Absolute garbage interactions with little to no help or understanding on their end. I ordered a 3d printer the other week and unfortunately the company I bought from switched to using this joke of a delivery service. The package was supposed to arrive Monday but got delayed to Tuesday and now it's Wednesday and still no package despite being "out for delivery" since yesterday. Now I fully admit that originally they didn't have the full delivery instructions (unit number and buzzer) but I did download the app to update the instructions as soon as I noticed (last week) but the app and the AI assistant is essentially useless and a waste of time. When I created an account to update the info it told me I would have to confirm my address by getting a slip with a code on it in the post and would take up to six business days which is longer than my package was supposed to take.

    Despite having my phone number they still failed to contact me when the delivery "failed" yesterday at around 18:00 four hours after the original expected delivery time and after I had called them trying to figure out what was going on. Now onto today Wednesday the 20th the app and the website both say I "requested" a hold on my package despite not doing so. I called them to find out what is going on and they seemed confused and kept asking if I wanted a later delivery which I clearly stated that no I want my package asap which seemed like a alien idea to the person I talked to. In short if you are buying something make sure they aren't using FedEx literally any other service is better and they actually allow you to update instructions on the fly and give Windows of delivery time instead of "just be at home all day".

    Same old story, paid for overnight on a large 8 figure deal, 4 days later still not delivered. Paperwork included documents that cannot be reproduced. Went back to the drop off location and found the package still there. Waited on the FedEx truck and took pictures of the driver scanning it. So, overnight means 5 or 6 days if it gets to the destination at all. Filed a complaint, no one ever called back and to make matters worse FedEx blocked my phone number. Had to call them from another phone.

    Fed Ex is terrible!!! I had two packages of the exact same contents from the same company being delivered on the same day, Fed Ex delivered one but not the other because of what they say was security issues! Fed Ex say they made 3 attempts which was not true because I have security cameras and I have to pick it up from them, well that’s 35 miles away and a 40 min drive from where I live!! I made the drive only to find out they put it on a truck to be delivered to a Dollar General store in my area to be continued because who know if it’s even on a truck or going to a Dollar General store. This is absolutely unacceptable!!

    I shipped a package, paid for overnight delivery. Next day when I checked there was 3 days delayed and the package was still at same location. I called to cancel the delivery. They charged me $15 for cancellation and still mailed the package to the sender. Long story short I called, spent hours on the phone for the last 3 months until I give up. 5 to 6 months later that’s when I get my package back before that the owner offered me $100 off a $500 cellphone. I didn’t take it, not a great location for people to go. Very disappointed.

    Fedex (and other delivery services) have excessive built in delays in the delivery of packages these days. It's like a bad restaurant that simply expect you to put up with poor food and service. Here on the Oregon coast a package will sit in one spot for several days before any movement. The website updates are slow to come which leads to more inquiries and frustrated customers. One would think that actually delivering packages on time would be something to strive for from a package delivery service. As a customer of Amazon Prime and other online retailers that offer "free" shipping there is no recourse. You get shoddy service with no chance of any resolution other than to suck it up. The folks answering the phone for tracking are equally inapt. I call this lop-sided scenario "consumer terrorism". If fedex had to refund all of the late delivers that they cause because of their poor service they wouldn't be in business.

    Package was 3 days late to New York. I called several times to cancel the delivery and have my Water Filtration System sent back to office but it was still left on the porch with a forged signature and now my $6000 unit is sitting on the porch with the customers out of town. I'm so disgusted with the script-reading customer service people. Really don't care. They just stick to the script. 2 weeks ago we had to hunt through a a 9-story building to find a package that was left at a random office with a forged signature.     Absolute ** company. The vendor driver, Teddy, has purposely driven by my house many times, on different occasions, and refused to deliver my packages. He then lies about attempting delivery. Now, I've had an expensive package not delivered for the same reason. It was out for delivery. He never attempted. And now it's gone. No one knows why my package is. And Fedex hasn't helped at all. The station--also shitty--never answered the phone. So we have absolutely no clue where it is--$1300 lost. Guys, if you live in Montgomery/Prattville, order your stuff through UPS. Fedex, and its drivers, are absolute piss tier in the shipping business.

    Update: The Fedex driver either stole or dumped my package. Customer service failed me. Corporate failed. BBB failed. And the pissant driver still has a job. Been almost a month, and they simply closed my customer support ticket without finding the package. Guys, don't use Fedex. They blow, and they don't support/care about veterans.

    I had good service one time from them and here lately they have been telling me that my order will be arriving today. I've heard arriving today for the past week! I am currently trying to cancel with the retailer because I no longer even want the package. They have taken so long to deliver it! They say a package is out for delivery. I cannot have any faith in that because I've heard it before and it never comes.

    I'm not expecting any package from FedEx to arrive on time and I'm not staying around the house to wait for it because they are pretty much liars about their delivery times from what I see. I hope someone doesn't steal the package because I will not be here if and when it does arrive because I've waited long enough and I don't trust them to deliver today... I do not trust them when they say the package is out for delivery. BS!

    Their remote jobs where their employees travel is horrible, it ruins families, marriage of 17 years because it tears families apart.     I have a labeled package for pickup. I tried to schedule one through their automated (AI) voice and after completing all the information I was told I would have to speak directly with a representative. I was connected, eventually, and the representative had to take all my information again. After putting me on hold twice and total time on the call about 17 minutes I was told the pickup couldn't be scheduled on a Sunday. Total time wasted: more that 30 minutes on a beautiful day to be outside. I will avoid FedEx whenever possible in the future.

    Package shipped from Charleston to Cumming, GA Friday. Received notice from FedEx that delivery would be by end of day on Saturday. I knew there was no possible way for them to deliver that quickly. Called customer service on Sunday, (today) and recording told me “That’s all the information they have on my delivery" (Now in Kennesaw, GA, another Atlanta suburb). And customer service hung up. It’s insulting that they don't allow you the option to speak with a live person to express your concerns about this practice before they abruptly hang up.

    This is not a time-sensitive delivery, I don't need or want the item on any particular day so that's not the problem. The problem is FedEx consistently overpromises and underdelivers (literally...). They unnecessarily create customer expectations knowing they cannot possibly meet their own delivery schedule and then the customer is disappointed. This practice only creates an unnecessary, self-inflicted, negative customer service experience. Pretty stupid that a company this large and sophisticated seems to have no self-awareness of the negative consequences of their “over promise/under deliver” policy..

    FedEx is the absolute worse! The deliveries are NEVER on time and when they do deliver it's at the incorrect address. I stayed home all day (due to signature being needed) awaiting a package only to find that delivery options changed by 6:59 pm and I haft to stay home from work on Monday because the shipper doesn't allow for package to be taken to nearest FedEx for pick up, you talking inconvenient. I would never use FedEx for any reason at all, EVER.

    Driver stopped in front of my house. Sat for a moment then stopped at another address a couple of houses down. I was expecting my package on that day as the FedEx app said it was out for delivery. So, I stepped out my front door and shouted at him asking whether he had a package for me. He responded that it was not on his truck. Had to be a lie. Either FedEx is so inefficient that they have multiple trucks making deliveries to the same neighborhood or he was lying. I believe it's the latter. Needless to say, later in the day I got a text saying my package was delayed due to "Operational issues" and would be delivered on the next business day. This has become almost normal with FedEx. They could care less about making deliveries on time. This isn't the first time nor my only bad experience with FedEx. I shudder every time they are the carrier for my purchases.

Today I received a very expensive Ruggable ordered that was just shipped on Thursday (today is Saturday). The box looks like it has been through the civil war. No one along they tried to fix this either. Not one person at FedEx tried to make sure the package arrived in good condition.

    Fedex is possibly the most evil horrible company in America. They made two attempts to deliver to my address. Other attempts were made at 5:59 pm. The last minute they are allowed to show up. And it was on a Saturday and a Sunday. Of course I was gone. On Monday I receive NO call and I call Fedex only to hear that my attempted delivery package was Damaged on the Truck. So the Driver smashes my package and they won't deliver that broken package to me (it's my package) and then repackaged my damage rare glass vase and say they will deliver it Wednesday. Nope, they made an attempt on Tuesday when they said Wednesday. I've never in my life experienced such poor logistics and behavior. I was told by Fedex that I would get a call. No call. Nothing. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

    Their parcel delivery service has declined immeasurably in recent years: when shipment and delivery are delayed or nonexistent, they make up BS reasons, rather than giving their incompetence as an explanation for why a package only travels 30 miles (from the shipper to their depot) in five days. Then they claim to have attempted delivery to a business office address at nearly 7 PM. Then the status becomes "Future delivery requested". What does that mean? No way to call and talk to a human being except during their "business hours" (don't they operate 24 hrs?) and the only options for more information are their useless phone tree loops that spew the same garbage as online if you're lucky, or their "virtual assistant" - bots who understand even less than the phone tree dead-ends. They honestly could not care less and it shows.
