    We have drivers that try to deliver before we open. It is in our profile and our entrance area what time we open. Usually we get them later that day but sometimes they attempt the next day BEFORE WE OPEN AGAIN!!! So you have to spend time and frustration trying to your package. Of course, all of their contact is automated, even the "return call" is an automated call that says "sorry we missed your call" and hangs up on you when you answer their call back!!! It creates a lot of anger towards a company you are giving money to. How I wish there was true competition. PS sometimes you don't get your package and they don't pay their claims either. Legalized theft?

    Liars and thieves everyone. Boycott FedEx to all our benefit. They are the worse. Always late, left packages in wrong places, wrong houses, wrong planets (if they could). They simply don't care about you.

    My package has been out for delivery now for almost a week. The note stating weather delays. Looking at the tracking it has been on and off the delivery truck 4 or 5 times now. The weather for the past week has been seasonably cold and sunny. I also see the Fedex truck going through town making stops at the local Dollar General daily. What is the excuse about weather delays about?

    These ** people have had me home for four days waiting to sign for a package. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and now Monday. All four days they've said they're coming and give a four hour window and then every night about 8pm the status changes and says it's "still on the way but we're working to get you a new delivery date." I've never seen anyone more inept at their job besides Biden.

    FedEx driver hit my SUV that was parked in my driveway. Didn't admit to it. And then when I put in a claim their insurance company refused to pay for the repairs. Because of how they treat customers, they should go out of business!!

    I ordered a snow blower. FedEx gave me a delivery date and a tracker. I waited for hours for it to show up the tracker's shoulder was in my town. And when it got close, then it suddenly went back. The other direction and told me it had been delayed by weather. It will be arriving the next day. The next day, I got the same message and the next day. The same message The weather in my area was not bad. The roads were clear. I saw other FedEx trucks in the area. On the last day, I told them to keep the package. I no longer wanted it. They said it would be at my house by 8 PM. I'm still waiting, and it's 2 hours before 8 very poor. I hope to never get another package delivered by fedex.

    So awesome when you spend 50$+ on overnight shipping just to not receive your package for 4 business days as it sits 1 state away for 3 of them doing nothing. Customer service isn't any help either just a robot that repeats the same BS.

    I ordered an item and unfortunately didn't have a choice on carrier. Fedex is always my last choice. They are worse than USPS and that's hard to do. The package was supposed to come on a Thursday but got delayed several days. Today is Saturday and it was within a few miles of me (I live in the country and it was close enough to show the map feature) it never showed up and is now saying it won't be delivered till Monday. 4 days late. I tried to call customer service but it's "after hours" so it just hung up the call. What kind of business this size doesn't have an after-hours customer rep? They have no way to give reviews because they know it will be terrible. Very rarely do I actually get a FedEx truck that delivers. Usually, it's a sketchy U-Haul rental truck going 70 mph down my dirt road. Don't use them if you don't absolutely have to.

    They originally indicated I would receive my package on Friday. I stayed home in anticipation. No package. Then they rescheduled delivery for Saturday by 1:30 pm EST. It is now 8:00 pm and still no package (and I waited home for it all day). I called FedEx and they gave me a lame reason it wasn’t delivered today was because my address is listed as a ‘Business Address’, which is not true. They have made deliveries to my home numerous times. I believe it is just a driver making excuses.

    Zero stars, but I can't select zero stars. Completely useless delivery estimates. Impossible to contact a live person via phone or chat. Going back over 12 months, I haven't received a package that was delivered less than two days late. The last package was soaking wet and half open (it hadn't rained in over a week). Do yourself a favor; explore ANY other shipping options or, if there are no other options, purchase the item (s) from someone who doesn't use FedEx. Their company founder was a Marine, and as a former Marine myself I can guarantee that Mr. Fred Smith is rolling over in his grave.

    Fedex keeps throwing or tossing my packages. This is unacceptable. The package that was delivered today says fragile and has up arrows but was dropped and on its side. I have videos of several packages that were tossed including today's delivery.

    Every time I order and they get the package it is a shit show. Funny how Amazon gets things here from china faster than they get a package 600 miles for me. I will be paying extra on shipping to not use FedEx from here on.

    9 out of 10 deliveries will be delayed from 2 days for "Next Day Air" that you paid 150% more for to 3 weeks on "FedEx Ground." On delivery, the package will be left on the ground to be destroyed, not in the designated receiving location. There will be no contact with or from a live person. They rely on an AI chatbot with extremely limited capabilities that will finally tell you, I can't assist you." Any successful attempt at reaching a live human will result in "you'll have to contact your shipper." FedEx will NEVER take responsibility for their service failure because they encourage it. I assume this applies mainly to residential recipients. No business would put up with this lack of care, however they continue to allow it to their customers.

    Three days in a row they say my package is out for delivery. Driver pulled up yesterday and then left. No delivery. Last delivery from Sherman, Tx FedEx was a pair of eyeglasses that the driver threw up on the front porch. Horrible shipping company. Many people in my town have missing packages from Fedex right now and picture of their packages on other people's front porches.

    FedEx left my package on top of my mailbox out at the end of my driveway, next to the road, instead of leaving it up at the house at the front door or garage as all other delivery companies do. While we have a long driveway, there is plenty of room to get in and out if you know how to drive. They did not send me a message to say it was delivered. I found it the next day about mid-morning. I am surprised it was still there. I went online to file a complaint and found the attached picture they posted. Based on the posts about FedEx they must not train or discipline their delivery drivers. I am surprised they are still in business.

    What a joke. Picture is a blurry mess that doesn’t show the package, the house, or anything legible. 400$ item not found and after 2 days FedEx says, “Our records indicate it was delivered (forget that the proof pic doesn’t show anything) so you need to reach out to the seller." I have every intention of leaving negative feedback in every forum I can find because Walmart said “we can prove we shipped it via fedex, it’s an issue on their end”.

    Have a package delivered today by FedEx, rainy night. 7:20pm Package marked in large letters PERISHABLE. Where did I find it? On top of my mailbox by the road where it could be stolen or ruined if left overnight. UPS drives to the house, 400ft more or less, leaves it in the garage and often ring the doorbell. Wonder why FedEx is still in business?

    Absolutely unreliable. Can’t trust a delivery date. Changes a minimum of 4 times before it arrives. Untrustworthy and wish companies would stop using them. Multiple packages that were gifts or needed at a certain time are now delayed for a second time with no update available.

    Worst delivery company on the planet! Since Nov. 17 the pkg was sent. Now 20 days ago. There is no way to find out where it is or when it will be delivered! I have been given at least 3 dates for delivery and it has never been delivered! The staff who reach out are liars and they never do their job, they never have an answer and there is still no delivery date (after 20 days). They take your money and never find where the pkg is and never get the pkg delivered to you. They give you absolutely no answers! I give FedEx a MINUS TEN for review! Still have not received delivery after 20 days!

    Horrible is the best way to describe Fedex. My company switched to Fedex to save money. However, it has been anything but a money saver. We have more lost packages which has cost us more time and money than the previous parcel service. The Customer Service is nonexistent and they cancelled their money back guarantee. I would not trust them to deliver anything, one package of checks was left in the median on the road at one of our locations. We called customer service and all they could tell us it was delivered. I went to the local office and the manager quote unquote said "sounds like you don't think I am doing my job", well obviously someone isn't or I would not be here talking to you. The people working there do not care and neither does management.

    Long story short. Booked a urgent shipment with urgent delivery fees of $74.00. Parcel didn't reach on time and was delayed by not an hour or two it was delayed by a 26 hours. When asked about money back guarantee they said we have suspended that money back guarantee due to weather circumstances and delays at hub due to shortage of staff. On top of it they want to charge me another $33.00 for parcel being not standard. Ripping off customers and its not the same service. Bad, bad, bad experience.

    Worst shipping company. My delivery required a signature. The driver attempted delivery after 7 PM without any notification of coming delivery when I was not expecting any delivery and was not home. Next day when they were supposed to re-delivery I was waiting the whole day with my front door wide open but the driver never showed up. Instead, he falsely stated that nobody was home again to sign the delivery and posted a picture of my door from the first attempt. I reached out to FedEx customer service and complained. Arrogant and not helpful. Then FedEx announced to me that they sent the package back to shipper due to inability to deliver. Terrible! They don't care of their customers at all! I don't know why shippers of goods use FedEx.

    Another very negative experience with Fedex.

    Yesterday: A package was scheduled to be delivered on 12/3 1pm - 3pm. I decided to WFH for the afternoon, and left work at lunchtime. On my way home, I got notification from Nest Doorbell. The Fedex driver came early. I told him to leave package in the delivery box at my front door. He said package requires signature. He was on schedule, so couldn't wait for me. He left door tag and moved on. That was 12:30 pm. 30 minutes before the scheduled window.

    When I got home, I called Fedex and request package to be held at their facility, so I can go pick up after hour (the typical way used to work). But Fedex said this can no longer be done. I have to wait for re-delivery attempt the next day. In my case, I should be there to sign. I was told, delivery window will still be 1 pm to 3 pm for my location, but please allow +/- 30 minutes error. In case thing changes, I also signed up for notification by email and text. OK, it is what it is.

    Today: Again, I decide to WFH in afternoon. Left office at noon. Make it home by 12:20 pm. Waited until 3 pm, no delivery. I phoned Fedex. They said "Sorry for the delay", and package will be delivered by 8 pm. So I waited at home. 8:45 pm, no delivery. No any kind of notification. I phoned Fedex again. They said, "Sorry, driver couldn't make it today, package will be delivery tomorrow". I was like, What?? What happened to the promised notification? I need to wait at home again tomorrow??

    I tried to suggest a few options, such as
    - Can driver to contact me when he reach nearby, so I can be home wait - NO, drive cannot contact receiver.
    - Can I contact driver to arrange time - NO, driver cannot be contacted during delivery shift, what?
    - Can I meet driver at certain known time & location at is delivery path - NO, delivery must be at the address.
    ......

    To make it worse, Fedex will attempt delivery twice, then send package back to sender. Tomorrow is the 2nd attempt if they come. And it seems I will not know for sure if they will come or not. I am speechless. In 2025, after experiencing Amazon delivery, Aliexpress delivery, Temu Delivery, this Fedex logistic handling is of last century. It is treating as if no one has to work, everyone can just wait indefinitely at home for a delivery. The worst part is the lack of commitment here, and I am not referring to drive cannot make it case. I am referring to the notification. At least let people know, so others' time won't be wasted. This should be the minimal decency for a business.

    If I could give them “0” stars I would. The incompetent driver lied about attempted deliveries. I called to complain and they don’t care. I was told to contact the shipper. I am frustrated, losing a deal and making my purchase with a gift card is making this ordeal more complicated and upsetting. The audacity of the driver lying and getting away with it is infuriating. The fact that the company (Fed Ex) has a nasty attitude about it is even worse. The shipper is trying to reach out to fed ex but they aren’t responding. I despise dealing with incompetent people, do your job or find something you can do that doesn’t impact others!

    I have had a pack that was supposed to be delivered to me overnight. They left a tag on my door to call them to schedule a delivery since it needs a signature. I call customer service and all I get is a script saying, "Oh so sorry. We can't schedule for you." They will be there again tomorrow, and tomorrow I will be working. "Please leave it at my door." "We can't schedule it or leave it. Call your shipper. We will just keep coming to your door and leaving tags and never work with you to resolve." They are horrible!!!

    I paid for a FedEx overnight priority package on 12/2/2025 and it was picked up and at the hub in Memphis by 11:07 pm. Then they say the shipment was delayed. One day, no problem. This package then sat in Memphis until 3:45 pm on 12/3. It finally showed up at the fedex destination sort facility at 8:39 am. Now they are telling me it won't be delivered until tomorrow. Unbelievable.

    I started a trace and at one point the rep talked to someone at the station in Grimes IA who said that they won't have access to my package until tomorrow. So I basically paid $60 to have a package delivered in 3 days, and got absolutely no help from anyone I talked to. And the sad part is, they don't want you to contact them. I can't even find the phone number for the local Grimes station. There were no weather issues and no excuse for not getting my package today. I do know that fedex flight 1500 did not fly Tuesday or Wednesday of this week with no explanation. This is a horrible way to run a business, but it is what society has become. Customer beware, you are at their mercy.

    It’s such a stupid ass delivery company, they did not confirm anything and just returned back my package, when I called them they said they cannot give me any solution & clue with my package because they said my address was wrong?? Ok then what should I do? It’s for the first time I use you? I’ve ordered for many times from amazon and it never happened! Then they told me to call the seller, like? You guys stupid or something?     We had a stove being delivered FedEx. Specifically told them 3 different times that you cannot get a semi-truck to our location. Confirmed they would send a box truck. Sure enough, tractor trailer calls me and when I explained he asked if I could "borrow a truck and meet him at the truck stop".

    Absolutely the worst service ever. A package that was supposed to be refrigerated the entire time has been sitting somewhere in New Jersey for the last 2 days. The only status that has been provided other than to indicate that when it starts moving again will let you know. Because this item should have been refrigerated, I'm sure it's no good now.

    We had a package delivered today. Never got notification. I just happened to see it when I took the trash out. It was out by the road, fifteen feet off the road. We have cameras, and I went back to look at the footage, and the driver basically jumped off the truck and threw it on the ground, took a picture and then left. Had I not seen it tonight, It may have gone out with a trash tomorrow morning. Very poor service in my opinion.

    Drivers are the worse. Ignore delivery notes, mishandling packages. Wish Petco would use a different shipping partner. The last 10 packages the driver has ignored all delivery notes and I am stuck pushing 30lbs back to my door.

    FedEx has horrible customer service. I was awaiting a package to be delivered on November 28, 2025. The delivery window was between 12:45-2:45 p.m. Around 4:45 p.m. I went online to track my package as it had not yet been delivered. The app said that the delivery driver was in a nearby neighborhood. At 5:20 p.m. I received an alert that my package had been delivered at 5:17 p.m. I went to the front porch where my packages were delivered and did not find it. I then went to the driveway to see if it was delivered in front of the garage - no package. I checked the app and saw a picture showing where the package had been delivered. I did not recognize the fence and white stones in the picture and noticed that there were two packages and I was only expecting one.

    The app also said that the package was delivered to a gated driveway. My driveway is not gated and there is open access to the front of my house. I immediately contacted FedEx to tell them about the error in delivery, hoping that the driver could go back and retrieve the package as it was only a few minutes later. I had to file a complaint, which I did in detail. For each of the next two days I received a single email message saying that the investigation was in progress. On the third day I received a message that my package was delivered on November 28 at 5:17 p.m.

    It is clear that FedEx did not conduct a proper investigation and I did not have the opportunity to speak to a live person. I realize that the company is so large that they are disinterested in such complaints, but they can at least try to behave like they care. I had to contact the original vendor and reorder the product at a more expensive price as the item was no longer on sale. They refunded me the original purchase price, but the inconvenience, frustration, and additional cost were not something I should have had to deal with.

    Horrible experience. FedEx needs to do everyone a favor and go out of business. Even TikTok has better shipping than FedEx. They don’t give you an estimated time of delivery until it’s a couple hours from being dropped off. I’ve also had packages just not get delivered (because of fedex). FedEx is by far the worst shipping company I’ve ever used. I will do everything I can to not use this horrible service again. DO NOT USE FEDEX!!

    I think it’s time Fedex just goes out of business. They’re completely incompetent and horrible! Once upon a time they were a decent company. Now just seems like they do not care about anything! It’s like they work off a “You’ll get it when it gets there” type of motto! Horrible customer service, lazy delivery drivers, and never seem to have a clue in how to properly deliver packages, poor scheduling. I’m beyond fed up with FedEx!

    FedEx is the worst delivery company in history. I have numerous delivery issues with them. They will say they attempted a delivery when they never did - I have video cameras. Their tracking status is always wrong or misleading. I have yet to have a delivery made correctly or a status reflecting the correct status. I would NEVER ship anything with this company and the only reason I have any business dealings at all with them is because some companies that I order from do not offer a delivery choice.

    Shipped a one page document to Germany from the U.S. It was supposed to arrive in 2 days (Wednesday). The package did NOT arrive and we were not contacted in any way. When we tracked it online it said they couldn’t find the address. (My son had received other mail there and I could see the location online when I put in the address.) I called and was on the phone for over two hours! I asked if my son could pick it up from the Fedex office to avoid their previous problem with the address. They said NO and the package would be sent out for delivery again on Friday. It did NOT go out for delivery on Friday! Again no attempt to contact us to resolve the situation. According to the online tracking they attempted to deliver it on Monday, but were unable to locate the address again! The package was never delivered! Very disappointed in the service, the lack of communication, and the poor customer service.

    If I could give this company a negative 1000, I would. Packages are either stolen or delivered to the wrong home, and nobody can find them. Customer support is a joke to call. They are all liars and thieves. They read from a generated script promising that your issue will be resolved, and you never hear from them again. I have had 7 different orders either delivered or stolen by this company.

    FedEx DOES NOT DRUG TEST ITS EMPLOYEES. I have a drug addicted stalker who works in the Arlington warehouse. Says he goes to work high and gets high at work. FedEx does NOTHING! Went to them several times.

    I paid 250$ for shipping. I was supposed to have a noon delivery. They said I must sign and be an adult. So I took the morning off of work and then delivery got delayed til 3. Then 5. Then by 8. Then I get a text they attempted delivery with a picture of someone’s house that wasn’t mine or any of my nearby neighbors. I immediately call and they said they have no way to get ahold of driver. Now I had to take off the following day of work as well. They said they would put at nearest FedEx which happened to be 45 minutes from me and I passed about five other FedExes on the way. When I arrive to get my package the guy was the rudest customer service rep I’ve ever encountered. Every time I spoke he said, "1800 Go FedEx." So now I’m wasting another hour trying to file a complaint and get a refund. It keeps saying, "Sorry our site is broken. Try later." I will never in my life ship with this joke of a company again.     3 deliveries from 3 separate companies. All 3 say delivered, I have not received 1 package. So I filed tickets/complaints. Their response? "SORRY We are unable to resolve". I have told Chewy and Wayfair and Amazon, that unless they can use someone else to ship my packages I can no longer do business with them. If you are a company please do NOT use FedEx. You will lose money and customers. Anyone else that considers ordering through these companies please reconsider. If enough people hit these large companies that use them, it will eventually hurt FedEx bottom line and MAYBE they will actually start caring about their customers.

    They keep sending my packages to the wrong house. They have my correct address but they are say that the house they delivered to was my address. I've lived here for 47 years and I'm just now finding out I'm in the wrong house. If they delivered to the correct house that means I've been I have been living in the wrong house for 47years. FedEx knows my house better than me. Mm they couldn't have made a mistake so it has to mean I'm in the wrong house. Maybe I should just FedEx myself so they can show me where they brought my packages then I will know what my house looks like and where it's located. Good thing they know everything otherwise I wouldn't know where to sleep at night.

    They insulted me and basically called me a liar. They dismissed me without looking into it. I'm out of a lot of money because I can't get a refund because FedEx said they delivered it to me. I can't replace those Christmas gifts, I spent all of my money on the gifts they stole from me. I consider it stealing when you take my property and you give it away for free. Those dishonest thieves at the mystery house where my presents are. Thieves. They have my packages which are considered mail. If they open my packages that is mail tampering which is felony.

    I would have thought the driver stole my packages if they hadn't taken a picture. A picture of the mystery house with a garage. My house doesn't have a garage. It looks different from my house so don't tell me you brought it to the right house. That isn't my house. The only thing I can do is warn others about their shady evil deeds.     If you are a business owner, I BEG OF YOU NOT TO USE FEDEX FOR YOUR DELIVERIES. I have lived in my current home for 12 months now. I have packages and groceries delivered on a weekly basis without issue from: USPS, DHL, Amazon, UPS, Instacart, Doordash, etc. and yet, somehow, Fedex cannot find my home for ANY package being delivered to it. This would not be that big of an issue if 1.) They allowed for me to correct the address to what “They” recognize it as (a entirely different city and zipcode) via their app or website or 2.) Their customer service department wasn’t complete and utter GARBAGE that refuses to assist, even when logic clearly shows that this is a FedEx issue and not a recipient or shipper issue or finally 3.) allowed me to schedule it from one of their pickup locations alternatively (with many packages, they refuse).

    I would simply just not use their services ever again if I had a choice, but when placing an order from a company, I do not get the luxury of specifying what delivery service they use to get it to me. Now, it is Christmas time and I am placing gift orders for my loved ones. I currently have three different orders from three entirely different companies, all from different parts of the globe, and FedEx has taken it upon themselves to change my address, but to an even MORE incorrect one. When I attempted to call their customer service, I was told this must be the shippers mistake and I can only fix it by reaching out individually to each one, to have them submit a request to correct it…again, THREE DIFFERENT COMPANIES, that I checked the purchase receipts for and each one had my delivery address correct, but FedEx’s reasoning is that ALL THREE must have submitted the EXACT SAME wrong address to them.

    The improbability of that is as staggering as their refusal to problem solve or assist in fixing this problem. These gifts or going to end up in the arms of a complete stranger, and there is nothing I can do about it, but FedEx absolutely could, yet they simply refuse. I nearly didn’t even write this review, as their customer service rating is so atrocious, they clearly do not care how their customers feel, but I am left feeling completely helpless so I do not have any other course of action in my control. This is so disheartening. I do not have the money to replace these gifts.

    Worst shipping company ever!!! I am beyond frustrated with FedEx. I called them multiple times to make sure my address was updated, and all they kept saying was that the address was “not matching.” They gave zero real explanations and absolutely no helpful solutions. What makes it even worse is that I was supposed to get my package in the morning, and they just kept delaying it again and again. Every time I checked, the delivery time changed. No updates, no effort, nothing. A simple delivery turned into a nightmare because FedEx can’t get their system or customer service together.     This is the first time I have to write a review of FedEx. I was very disappointed in the speed that my package arrived. I had to order a new bank card because the one I had was hacked. I explained that I needed my new card BEFORE December 1, which was one week from reporting the incident, because I will be leaving town for ten days on that day. I was assured by my bank that I would get the card by then. They sent the card by FedEx, using and paying for OVERNIGHT EXPRESS delivery on the same day I reported the hack, which was this past Monday, November 24. I did not receive the package until today, which is Friday.

    Yes, I received it in time for my out-of-town trip, but my bank paid FedEx for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY, but it took FOUR DAYS to arrive, and I ended up worrying about if I would receive it in time. I did receive notices that the package was delayed, but there was no real explanation and no date for delivery mentioned until this morning, Friday, November 28, when it was delivered. The bank could have used the post office and paid for a first-class stamp, and I would have probably received it in the same amount of time. I am also including the photo taken at delivery. It's a picture of the ground outside my house.

    FedEx customer service is a joke! I ordered something from Amazon and FedEx supposed to deliver them, but my package was put on hold and rescheduled on a different day than estimated date. I called FedEx twice, the first time I called I asked if my package still gonna be deliver on the said date and the guy I spoke to said “yes ma’am it will be deliver at 8 pm”. 8:30 still no package. I called again and the girl who I spoke to which I can say very unprofessional informed me that my package was put on hold and rescheduled for delivery. When I asked who put a hold and rescheduled she cannot give me any explanation other than the system did. She keep on interrupting me speaking while I’m still talking. Still cannot give me an explanation on why and who. When I asked for a supervisor she responded with “ma’am unfortunately we do not have supervisor at the moment” which I call BS!

    When I called out how unprofessional and stupid their system is she hang up on me. Let just say my package never arrive on the said date. But it’s funny when I called Amazon customer support they were able to give the explanation the FedEx CS couldn’t give me. The deliver driver scanned the package to reschedule the deliver, but I guess instead of fixing it they just let it be. Here is my advice to you FedEx, you guys need to retrain your employees from CS to your delivery driver. They need to be more professional with their job especially the “Customer Support” department.

So, Because UPS, The post office can find me I called for a complaint. ** lady said she could see my business and the address they had been delivering to just fine. She would escalate this and have a manager call me ASAP. 2 days later (today) They have closed the complaint without any correspondence or resolution. Appears this is why this company is so bad, the management Is as bad as their supervisors and drivers! AS CUSTOMERS WE SHOULD NOT TOLERATE THIS AS DOING BUSINESS!!!

    CUSTOMER BEWARE - FedEx has scammed me twice. Most recently, I shipped a package from a FedEx store. I have the printed receipt for $18.25. I am then charged $33.00 when the fee hits my credit card. I thought it was a fraudulent charge and canceled my credit card. It was FedEx up charging me with no warning. How can this even be legal?     I would never use FedEx. Unfortunately when I buy items from certain companies, they use FedEx to ship items to me. I always warn the company to use UPS instead. Sometimes they do. FedEx employees are incompetent to ship packages with out damages. That's includes warehouse employees, and drivers. I have never received a package from FedEx with out damages. Never had a problem with UPS.

    I would rate this experience as zero if I could. FedEx continue to get my package delivered to the wrong place three or four days in a row. The person that delivered it the last time just set it on any random porch. I've called and complained. I've called and submitted a report. I've called to check to see even if they have my information correct which I know is correct because I have a account with them. Their delivery drivers don't care where they're putting people's mail at. They're lying about even coming to the correct address saying that I wasn't at home and I've been at home every single day waiting on my package. They don't know what's in my package. They don't know how important it is to me. I've called and nothing was done. Terrible. I'm not ever going to give a good review. Be careful if you're using this service.

    I have had several packages over the years delivered by Fedex and not one has ever been delivered on the date that they are place place suppose to be.     Feel like I've won an award, five straight deliveries by FedEx that have failed to show up on time. Paid extra for the latest package to arrive before a trip, if I had know the seller was using them, I would not have made the purchase. The last package I received through them consisted of two identical packages, shipped from 30 miles away.     The FedEx’s team member at the store location added wrong dimensions and weights for my packages and billed me excessively for the whole shipment.

    Since the packages were picked up within 30 mins of dropping off, I was unable to cancel or verify the details. After learning about the incorrect information, I tried to cancel the shipment and have it returned to the location so I could pick up and reship from a different location. But I was not allowed to check on the status of my shipment and having the tracking details with me did not help me even a little bit with locating the packages.

    Being unable to reach the appropriate customer support department due to highly inaccurate responses from the IVR agent on the phone left me with no choice but to cancel the whole shipment, and the shipment ended up being returned to my temporary address in NJ when I wanted to ship the packages to TX from the store in NJ. I was informed by an customer support agent that there would be a full refund issues since the packages had not travelled or been shipped on the way to the delivery address. However, after the packages were dropped off at my temporary address, I was told a claim would be filed for the refund and I was not given any details about the claim, including the claim amount which was $500 instead of the original payment of $819.75. I ended up paying over $820 only to have my shipment go back to where it was taken from in NJ to the store in NJ, to be shipped to the delivery address in TX.

    Now my packages are where I packed them in NJ, I have lost $820 and already being stressed over relocating to TX, I also don’t have any of my packages or belongings with me here in TX. This is hugely unacceptable for me and I believe for anyone expecting FedEx to deliver on the service they stand for. As such, I will not lie down and take the hit, and fight back to demand what has been taken from me. I should ask for extra remuneration in terms of the duress this experience has caused me, but I might settle with the original amount.

    This is the second package that was supposed to be delivered to me by FedEx. My first package was an order from Amazon, which I never received. It was showing last location, the brows location, and upon calling the facility it said that the package was delivered there, but all of a sudden it disappeared. No one had no idea where my package had gone. Still waiting delivery of that package in 2025.

    My most recent order two days ago. Still waiting updates on my delivery, which was supposed to be a two day delivery. I called several times. Spoke with someone. They’re telling me there was a request to hold my package, which was not done by myself. Again package was put out for delivery the next day which is today 1120 2025. I am currently waiting arrival of my package. They are so unprofessional. You get no updates as to where the package is now located. It is saying it’s out for delivery since 6:25 AM this morning. Here it is 5 PM in the afternoon and still no package. FedEx you guys need to do better. I will not order another package if it is to be delivered by FedEx.

    This is the THIRD time FedEx has not delivered/delivered my items to someone else’s house. I got a text that says my 4 pkgs have been delivered. I look at the picture and it’s my neighbors back porch! My address is clearly on the front of my house, so why would they deliver it next door? The driver obviously has no consequences as this is the 3rd time! The 2nd time they delivered my package with a check in it 2 doors down and the house had no address on the front of the house!     Bad, totally bad service. FedEx returned my 3 packages back to my front door after keeping the packages for more than 3 weeks, worth $500+ shipping cost, which I paid upfront at the FedEx office. They do not give any explanation for reason of return and customer service is another bad one who told us to figure out what happened with the package and we are bound to pay the shipping cost even though the package return back to the same address.     The item scheduled to be delivered on 11/15/25, all of sudden tracking says delayed, it will be delivered on Monday Nov 17, 2025 between 11:30 Am and 2:30 PM, yet the tracking still showing the item not moving anywhere since its last destination.     FedEx delivered a package and left it at end of my dirt road, right off street about .3 miles away from my front door. Instructions for delivery stated drop off at front door. The package was then stolen. I reported this to the 1800 number and they told me it wasn’t their problem that the picture they took shows it was delivered to my address. So I said I would like to file a complaint on the driver. 1800 reported this to the local FedEx here in Houston to the manager named Scott. Scott reached out to me and was as helpful as he could be and found that his driver was at fault and notified the 1800 number and put the notes in the case. He then instructed me to call back and let customer service know.

    I called and asked for them to review it and they found that driver was at fault. They then instructed me to contact the shipper as they would have to file the claim on my behalf. I contacted New Era Caps and it is all automated and all done by computers for customer service. They discontinued customer support with a human since 2020. It stated they do not file claims on behalf of customers. They stated package was delivered and they were no longer part of the transaction. I took this information back to FedEx customer care and they stated we have agreement with New Era and it’s their responsibility and it’s my responsibility to get claim information sent to them so they could file. I've made probably 10 calls trying to resolve this and get compensation for FedEx's negligence and leaving the package in an unsecure location that wasn’t even my address.

    During all this, I reordered the same item, thinking I would be compensated for the previous one and it was delivered by FedEx to the same location. By this time, I had posted a sign stating do not deliver to this location. Please take to the front door... My son was outside and he seen the driver dropping it off and he ran in and told me the driver left. I got my vehicle and went around the corner and caught up with them. I asked him if he seen the sign and he stated yes, he did but he didn’t want to drive down my dirt road. I asked him then "Why didn’t you just walk up the dirt road" and he said he was too busy and was in a hurry. I am putting a picture in here which shows the package that was dropped off right next to the sign.

    It was also in the instructions for the driver to deliver to the front door. I'm including the picture of stolen package taken by FedEx. Including a picture of new era stating they do not file claims on behalf of the customer. This is my last-ditch effort and trying to get compensated for Fedex‘s fault. I’m not expecting anything to come of it, but I think other consumers should know if you can avoid it at all. The issue I’m having is with the customer support, not so much the package being dropped in the wrong spot or even stolen. It’s Fedex not being held accountable for their actions. And frankly, being right out rude about the whole situation. I’ve asked to speak to managers. They placed me on hold, and then it sends me to the beginning of the queue again to start my whole conversation over with another representative.

    FedEx needs to be held accountable. My Costco order was “delivered” at 11:02 AM, but the driver never delivered anything. Instead, they uploaded a fake photo that doesn’t show a package or even my door, just a random surface. This is blatant dishonesty, and my package was clearly stolen.     The most ridiculous customer service. I couldn't create an account because even when you click on the English version, which is about 4 different options online, you are taken to to the Spanish. There is no option above to change it to English. After downloading app, I tried filing in the contact info but the app doesn't allow you to type it in. A half hour later of trying, I went on my laptop. After another half hour of trying to find an English option I called customer service. First rep put me on hold, then came back with the hello, how can I help you greeting. I called again. I explained how there is no English option when I'm trying to create an account.

    After having explain yet again in repeated details how I cannot create account...I was then again told I was being sent to someone else in technical support who will help me. And you guessed it...I had to explain again how I cannot create an account and why. With this one, she asked me, "Can I have your account number so I can look into this further?" I told her, "I don't have an account because I can't find an English version to create an account." "Oh...I see", she says. "Well let me transfer you over to technical support." I told her I've already been put through technical support three and was connected to you." Then I simply left. Why wouldn't I? App doesn't work. No chat help options. And calling is a total waste of time. How bad is a company when you cannot even CREATE an account? The absolute worst, obviously.

    Ordered 1st time from timberland. They lost the package. Got a refund then ordered the same thing. Everything was good. Package was picked up. Was out for delivery on 11/15/25. Got notification it had been delivered. The picture wasn't the wrong house, drove around the neighborhood, found the house and the package but the sealed box had been opened then taped shut. The timberland boots were gone, knocked on the door of that house. A 90 year old woman who could barely walk came to the door, I knew right then she didn't do this, so someone in Fedex from the pickup to the delivery had to have stolen the boots. I'm leaning toward the driver because the house he left the box at clearly had the number on it so it was purposely left at the wrong home to make it look like the homeowner stole them, disgusting. I will never order from a business that uses fedex as delivery again.

    I never use Fedex again. (Return shipment, standard rate, fedEx envelope) 1 document (passport) each return, they charged me $41.56 and $41.39. They charged me without any invoice. They charged me how much they want even with no invoice, and different rates they want.

    Our local FedEx has gone WAY DOWNHILL from what it used to be. We're five minutes from the highway and the drivers keep reporting that we aren't home when we are, or that "the business was closed" though we are a private home. One of these reports was made from a town about 6 miles away. So whenever somebody ships to us via FedEx, we wind up traveling ten minutes to pick up the package at the nearest Dollar General store after a 3-day delay. We've reported these problems to the local office several times with no benefit. We tell vendors to please use another shipper.

    I am extremely disappointed with FedEx. My international shipment was accepted for delivery to a PO Box, and at no time did FedEx inform me that delivery to PO Boxes was not allowed for this service. This is basic information that should have been communicated before accepting the shipment. The only reason I discovered there was a problem was because I monitored the tracking myself. FedEx never contacted me or the recipient — not once — to warn us or offer a solution.

    On November 12, I provided a new pickup location (a FedEx pickup point very close to the destination). Since then, FedEx has provided no tracking updates, no email, no phone call, and no action whatsoever. Customer service offered nothing helpful, and FedEx Brazil cannot intervene because the package is already in the U.S. This situation has caused extreme stress, frustration, and loss of time. I paid for a service that FedEx simply has not delivered. FedEx needs to improve communication, responsibility, and basic customer support. A global logistics company should not operate with this level of negligence.

    My Package was late and it was severely damaged, the box has several holes in it my furniture in the box was also damaged. Unfortunately, this is the last straw. I won’t order from businesses that use Fedex. Either pay your workers better or get people who actually care about others!

    I had a package that was set to be delivered between nine and 12. My doorbell wasn’t working so I put a note to please ring doorbell. I also request that I get a SMS message when the driver was arriving, which is a part of what Fedex Offer. I sat by the window because the road was closed for construction. I sat watching the tracker and the window going back-and-forth in my living room from one window to the next, looking for the driver. However, while sitting there, I refreshed the trucker and notice a photo with a label stuck to the door. Which made me furious because I literally sat there, looking out the window, waiting to hear that knock or to see the driver. Open noticing that I called Fedex and spoke to a representative, who I explained the situation to who assured me through a supervisor that it would be re-delivered that day.

    I called three times, explaining that it was medication that I needed that day, which was Friday. 7:52 PM, the rep I spoke with told me that the medication would no longer be delivered that day and would make sure that it was delivered first thing Saturday morning. It was about 10:15 am and I noticed that I still haven’t gotten the medication/package. So here I go again, making another call only for the supervisor again to tell me that the package cannot be delivered today because the driver is already out even though my medication needs to be refrigerated and it’s been out since yesterday. And the only way for me to get the medication is for me to go to the Fedex center. UNSAFE!!

    Which I explained to him is not safe for me to do he still insist that’s the only way for me to get the medication/package today or the package will be delivered on Monday 1:30. So I should wait three days to receive not just a package but a medication which needs to be refrigerated, which I know is not in a Fedex warehouse in refrigeration.

    This is unacceptable on every level because each time I called. I spoke to a supervisor. It is absolutely useless speakinh to a supervisor because they give you the same information. Regular customer service agent would give. The other part that was absolutely ridiculous. Within five hours, the supervisors couldn’t get anyone on the phone from the distribution center! FIVE HOURS!! This does make sense. Priority is not priority at FedEx and even when they don’t deliver your package on time, they don’t refund your money. The money is not even an issue. It’s the lack of importance, even though I called so many times and explained to them it is not just a package. It is my medication. People do not use Fedex if your life depends on it!!

    This is the second package this week that was delivered to the wrong address. There is a picture of item and definitely not my mat. I wish they would look at the address to confirm before they take the picture. Customer service is of no help either. I have to call the company I bought items from for a replacement, but sometimes they are out of stock for the item I ordered. This is very frustrating. I wish the companies would do something about this. This dampens the experience of the company when I have to hunt down my package.

    I see my son only one month out of the year, and during our last visit, I bought him a Razor MX350. As shown in the photos, we restored and upgraded the bike together. He was extremely excited about it, but shortly afterward, he had to return to Washington State. He asked if I could ship the bike to him, so I decided to send it through FedEx.

    I packed the bike securely with foam to ensure it would not be damaged during transit. The tracking initially showed that it was scheduled for delivery, but it never arrived. For three months, I contacted FedEx to find out what happened. During this time, Tia from the Security Team was assigned to my case. I left multiple messages over the course of three months, but I never received a call back.

    On November 3, I called again for an update. I was informed that Tia had noted she attempted to contact me on October 24, yet I have no missed calls or voicemails from anyone at FedEx. Additionally, she documented that the box was reportedly empty. I do not understand how this could be possible, considering FedEx has had possession of the package the entire time. I am requesting clear information and resolution regarding the disappearance of my son’s bike and the handling of this shipment.

    I requested a package be delivered to my PO Box in Washington State - they did not deliver it the first day - they said they needed a physical address, so I gave them my physical address. Today I am waiting for my order and I see that it has been delivered - to the correct PO Box number but in a different CITY and STATE... How does a driver FAIL so badly that he ignores the CITY/STATE/ZIP CODE and just drops it off at a post office with the same PO BOX number. I am baffled that the driver was smart enough to operate a vehicle but unable to read a label - you do need your drivers to be able to read labels right?

    I ordered 100 4x6 custom handbills for an upcoming tournament I'm hosting. They finally arrived today and the person who cut them managed to cut the time and date off of 96 of the 100 handbills, making this purchase completely useless. I burned $40 for this hack job. Did anybody look while they were cutting? How did this go by unnoticed? Completely ridiculous.

    Today FedEx delivered an expensive package I have been waiting for to the wrong address. Mouse house number is "502", I found my package on a porch down the street at "509". The sign that says "509" was located about six feet off the ground next to the door frame and the numbers were about four inches tall, so either the driver doesn't care or can't read numbers. Either way I was unable to call fedex and speak to a human and have the issue corrected. There appears to currently be No phone numbers listed to find a human representative or an active online link for a real time Chat. I guess Fedex's New motto should be, "We Deliver it in your neighborhood then it's up to you to find it!.... That's provided that the people where it was wrongly delivered are good and honest people. And they wonder why profits are down.

    I cannot say enough good things about the FedEx delivery from Columbia, Missouri and the driver Daniel ** on Friday, November the seventh I received a telephone call from Daniel. He had tried 2 days in a row to deliver 2 packages to me. These packages required signatures and they were important packages that I needed for my work. Instead of just taking the packages back to the Columbia station, Daniel called me on the phone, and we were able to coordinate with a neighbor to get signatures.     FedEx has delivered my package multiple times to the wrong address so I now have them to send my package to one of their hubs in which I have issues picking up there. They are very unprofessional even speaking to reps on the phone. I've spoken to 5 reps on the phone. I spoke to 5 reps in less than 24 hours and they all tell me something different. I can’t pick up my package even with supporting documents because of my name change. I’ve presented tax documents, invalid license with maiden name (not expired) utility bill, marriage license, and current license with correct address.

    It took me six weeks to receive this package and now it will have to be shipped back to shipper and who knows how long it will take to retrieve it. I will request that they do not ship through FedEx again and hopefully they will honor my request. Truly sad!!! If I could have given them a 0 for likes I would. Most of their drivers are not attentive enough to deliver packages to the right address. I had to once return my neighbor's package which came to my house.

    The FedEx associated with Walmart, Crestwood. IL is not reliable. They will say they attempted delivery, when they never did. They will say they came to your home for repeated deliveries, but you were not home, even if you are. They will track you & come to your house when you leave, then try to force overdue packages on your family. They will try to get you to sign for a package you do not have. They will even harass you about returning to your home to deliver a package that should have been delivered days ago, and now you don't want it. They will put lies in the tracking system & keep real facts from you. They will promise you a refund, but send you messages that they are now delivering your item that you don't want & will deliver it without a signature now by leaving it at your door without your permission. NASTY, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE & WALMART allows this to happen.

    Recently I had a FedEx pickup scheduled. The driver came, picked up the package and also grabbed another big box that was not intended for pickup. I know he did it assuming it was for him, but if he scammed anything on the box or did anything with it he would have known it wasn’t intended for him. Regardless, that was for someone else and I was out the money for that item and out the item. I had to turn around and let that person know I no longer had the item for them, causing an issue as a seller myself, making me look bad.

    I called FedEx customer service and they put me on hold for 10+ minutes. He said he would need to get with the seller if the item I was returning and then escalate it. He said “once we hear back we’ll escalate it.” Brief pause not long enough to talk and then “at the end of this call will be a short survey.” CLICK. He didn’t ask if there was anything else he could help with, didn’t even get my contact information to follow back up. So I was hung up on with no resolution. Horrible experience. FedEx has gone downhill bad.

    I used FedEx for an international shipment and had an extremely disappointing experience. I paid almost as much for the transportation as the value of the package itself, expecting reliable service — but the opposite happened. The shipment arrived over a week late, and when I finally received it, the package had been opened and was dirty. Even worse, once it was released from customs, FedEx did not deliver it to my home as promised — I had to personally go and pick it up from their facility.     Never deliver when I'm home which is surprising since I work from home and are impossible to contact. Use AI for their customer service and it's a waste of time as it's completely unhelpful and then you have to go through the whole process again once you get an actual human.     FedEx is no longer the most reliable carrier. Now deliveries don't show up when expected. Or they place your delivery on hold and lie and say either the shipper or the recipient put it on hold. Well neither one placed it on hold. And now I have to wait another day for a delivery I needed today. Just say the driver didn't want to make the delivery today and put a hold on my package. Because that's exactly what happened. How can it be out for delivery then at 5:16pm, all of a sudden it's on hold.

    FedEx has really gone downhill and their customer service sucks. I should really say lack of customer service. Twice now a store I purchased items from due to not being in stock in store used FedEx to ship the items. The package was sent from original location to CO where I live and then from CO halfway across the country to NC then routed back to CO. The first time after 2 weeks my package arrived damaged. This time after a week they are saying it will arrive tomorrow. Not gonna hold my breath because it says it is in MN and I am in CO. When I call they give me their little rehearsed speech that it is on the way. No care that someone screwed up and put on wrong truck. They tell me to call the merchant who mailed the package. I wish places would stop using FedEx. They are horrible.

    We live off the road, by a half mile. Our mailboxes are down at the end of the road. We rarely get our packages at our house. They have even left our packages half way up the road, on the ground.     WORST delivery service, I have a rural mailbox roadside at an intersection and the residence is about 1/4 mi down one road, FEDEX balances packages (45#) on top of the mailbox, leaves them in the weeds, partially in the road. FEDEX is the only service that doesn't deliver to the residence, USPS, UPS, Amazon all do.

    I can't even comprehend the lack of service from this company/location. It started when I ordered off Amazon. The sender used FedEx. I was apprehensive from the start after hearing they used FedEx. What should have been delivered in a few days took 3 weeks of constant calling. Fast forward to now. My auto ship showed delivered. It was not so, another was sent. Ordered from Chewy again, another item. It didn't show up. They sent a replacement. Both kept showing "out for delivery," neither showed up. So I cancelled my autoship and other order. It's not unreasonable to expect delivery when stated. I even waited patiently further only to be lied to and deceived. What should have been delivered in a few days never came. I will no longer use anyone that ships via FedEx. And I might add....all the apologies from customer service just doesn't help when it doesn't change anything with this company.

Every aspect of this company is absolutely horrible from their staff to their site to their customer service. Every time I am forced to do business with them I know I am in for a terrible time.     Had an emergency and had to send my son his passport for a last minute work trip, went to the office/facility in Lafayette,Ca. I paid extra to ensure it would be there next day by 10am. After tracking the next morning on website, the status was now 'by end of day'. I called to ask why the delay and after putting me on hold for 15 minutes they said 'actually it doesn't look like it's left the facility at all, it wasn't picked up'. So I frantically I run over to the store and they check in the back to find the express envelope had fallen behind something and wasn't sent. YOU HAVE ONE JOB. If I hadn't pushed them on the phone they would still be saying it's 'in route', I took it over to UPS and they did a great job. NEVER USING FEDEX AGAIN

    It is with great sadness to say that my experience these past two days with FedEx has been terrible. I had a 24 hour urine collection to send to a lab per my son's doctor for important test results. I scheduled the pick and they never picked up that day. We called that evening. They said the next day. I explained to the agent the importance of getting this packet to proper location, he (John), sarcastically smiled when I asked for his name - "ok, I understand."

    I called the next with confirmation # that was given to me, and they had the wrong address. This other person updated everything and promised that the package would be picked up as soon as possible yet, I called later around 2:30 pm to track the pick time, this other person tells me that the tracking number does not exist. By then, I called home and they tell me that the package is not there, but there is a sticky note stating that they missed me. I have no clue where my son's 24 hours urine collection went. This is not an object, it is something health related that will expire if it doesn't get delivered within the proper time frame, not to mention the urgency of getting my son's results. I know this is a big company/business, but wow they have a lot to work on.

    The last five packages (all recent) have not been delivered to my home. This is despite me calling and providing delivery instructions, putting in multiple tickets, sending it to the escalation department multiple times. I have spoken to so many people, and had so many different replies, it's hard to know what is the actual truth.

    I have been told anything from "Because your package was already delivered, you need to call when one still has a tracking number. If you do that, we can put instructions in the system going forward". To "You never have talked to a manager. We don't have managers here. You have only talked to other coworkers who said they were management". To "None of the local FedEx locations have phone numbers anymore. It's all done in the computer". To 'Management cannot contact the drivers when they are on the road. Only if the driver has a personal phone can he call his manager." To "I can tell you that I am telling you the truth and all the other team members you have talked to have lied to you." To "I have no record of you talking to anyone"... And so much more!

    I feel like it is an issue with the local driver and his manager needs to be made aware to address the situation. However, he clearly has not been spoken to, doesn't want to drive out here, is stealing my stuff, or just doesn't care and is throwing my stuff in the woods. If I never had to deal with FedEx again, I would choose this option... I would actually pay extra and wait longer to not have it go through FedEx! But, Amazon does not give you that option. I don't know who is in charge of this company, but there should be some way to make a complaint about customer service.

    FedEx was within a mile of our office, could not find the location for delivery, and called our office. The support person would not put me in touch with the driver, the delivery has not been completed (now hours later), and calling back is an exercise in futility. They only have bots and automated recordings, no humans available. In other words, customer service does not exist at this company anymore.

    Recently ordered a new phone from Spectrum. It was supposed to be delivered by Fedex but we missed the first delivery. They (Fedex) said that delivery would be attempted the next day. I waited around the house for the delivery but the only notice that I relieved is that they tried to deliver at 8:40AM. A photo showing our front door was attached but was actually from the first delivery attempt. This was their first lie. I have security cameras and two dogs and no one came to our door. Same thing happened two days later. Second lie! Stay away from Fedex!

    Inaccurate tracking, nonexistent support, they are consistently at least 24 hours late delivering and it is impossible to plan around their lies. Their virtual assistant is the least intelligent AI I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with, and the only way to get to a human is to say that you have a complaint, well there is certainly a lot to be unhappy about. It’s a shame the USPS has been gutted because any government could do a better job than this sad excuse for a company.

    I don't often use FedEx, but when a vendor doesn't give any options and use FedEx, I've always had issues. More than half the time, their tracking doesn't show enough detail, like no delivery window at all. This most recent time, I had a package out for delivery but "No delivery attempt" was made TWICE. They just opted not to drop off the package. One delivery attempt was made, but I watched the FedEx truck drive right by my house, leave the neighborhood and continue on.     Would rather give zero stars. I actively seek out customer service to ask whether they use FedEx to ship or not, and that informs my decision to order. FedEx cannot and WILL not recognize my address for some reason - they repeatedly try to deliver to the wrong city despite my address clearly stating a different city 20 minutes away. They will "attempt delivery" and say the "business is closed" before returning my package to sender. Their FedEx Delivery Manager is a joke - it's never working so there's no way to try to add instructions or even request your package be held somewhere so you can get it yourself. As a consumer I avoid FedEx like the plague.

    My first FedEx package in years because I try to avoid them with a 10ft pole…and it’s delayed. The last and only time I’ve ever ordered from them besides now, my package was stolen. That was about 7 years ago now. When the seller said they were shipping through FedEx I should’ve just cancelled as I knew better. Hope the company burns down, completely useless.

They so it delivered to an address of Cartersville and a picture of it in front of a door that is clearly not mine...an incompetent driver coupled with simply instructions means that I had to reorder and repay for my package.

    FedEx marked my package as delivered, but it was left in a shared mailroom — not at my doorstep. The driver placed it in a shared mailroom making it easy to go unnoticed or taken by someone else. When I went to pick it up, the package was gone. FedEx’s “photo proof” doesn’t help when items are left in unsecured public areas. I’ve contacted support, but so far there’s been no clear resolution or accountability from FedEx for this careless delivery. FedEx needs to ensure drivers deliver safely and securely to the customer’s address, not just drop off anywhere and mark it “delivered.” Very disappointing experience — I’ll be asking future sellers not to use FedEx for my deliveries.

    A Dell computer was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. Got a delay notice because there was an issue with the shipping address, it's exactly the same address Dell has shipped via FedEx several dozen times. Spoke with them and confirmed the address, promised Thursday delivery. Nothing Thursday, FedEx shows attempted delivery, there's an address issue, now delayed to Friday. This is shipping to a business but apparently their driver cannot read so he can't find the company name on the door. "When it absolutely positively make no difference when or if it ever gets there, use FedEx".

    We have been a FedEx Authorized Ship Center for 6 and a half years. We shipped a package that was 18"x18"x5". FedEx says it was 79"x23"x23" and wants $1944.22 for delivering the package. A package the size they are claiming could have been shipped by freight for about $300. They won't discuss it with us. They delivered the package and want us to provide a picture of the package with a tape measure and the shipping label in the picture. They had the package last, but can't provide such a picture either.

    The worst delivery service ever. How has this company stayed in business. I've tried many, many times at this point to get the FedEx driver to deliver my packages to my front door. He continues to leave packages by the garage where there is no protection from the elements. I've canceled several food delivery services because of this. I've had packages soaked through from rain, melting foods from the direct sunlight. This driver should have been fired long ago. Why hasn't he been fired? NEVER USE FEDEX. UPS IS INFINITELY BETTER.

    Customer Service is non-existent. All you get is AI and if AI doesn’t understand the issue then you are out of luck. FedEx will be gone soon if they do not start providing customer service. I would not recommend using FedEx if you are away from a real FedEx Office as drop off locations do not know how to assist with FedEx issues. All I needed was a label printed. Never got done. Had to wait for company to mail me a label in regular mail since closest office that can print is 60 miles. No customer service to do work around or assist drop off location to be able to print label.

    I had a treadmill delivered to my house and your lazy FedEx driver decided it would be a good idea to back up in my driveway (which I have on camera) and toss it in the front yard just in front of my garage where everyone passing by can see it. Instead of using her dolly to take it my door on the side of my house. She's lucky it wasn't stolen and I was off and able to rush home to make sure it wasn't stolen. If she can't handle the loads and the weight and delivering packages correctly, she should find a new job!!

    In the past month FedEx has delivered my packages to the wrong address four times. It seems that the drivers don’t care where they deliver as long as they drop the package somewhere because they still get paid. Fortunately, the resident of the home contacted us so we could pick up the packages. We live in a new development. USPS, UPS, and Amazon have found us but FedEx drivers either can’t read the English directions or they’re incompetent or just lazy. Customer Service is a joke! If you can speak to a real person they’re in India and their English is so bad they can’t be understood!

    I sent an important document via FedEx... I mean, you can count on FedEx, right? NOT. The document is still sitting in one of their hubs, 2 months later. Their automated response provided no help whatsoever. I tried a human. That was worthless, too. Every time I try to get more info and file yet another claim (4 now on this one issue). They keep denying it - telling me I'm not the shipper. Um, okay! I provided the info requested, and my claim was still denied. They are darned & determined not to refund any of the money you've wasted.

    If I had another business closer by, I would switch in a heartbeat. The Post Office will get my business. I've never had a problem with something not being delivered or just sitting somewhere, just because. I've wasted so much TIME & MONEY on this worthless shipper.     Extremely awful and unprofessional. They don't respond when you email them. They changed the delivery time 4 times. They left a printer which only came with the box of the printer. No cardboard box. That's not their fault. But when I finally got it today, they just left the item (a printer) at the door and didn't ring the doorbell. If I hadn't heard a sound, which was the delivery, it could be out there getting rained on and destroyed or stolen. I did not choose FedEx. Apparently, they always do that. Maybe not.     This is the worst shopping company EVER!!! Packages are often multiple days late. UPS delivers straight to our door. USPS leaves and immediate notice. With FedEx, delivery is usually days late. I'm lucky if some packages are left somewhere on our property. Often, they are thrown into the snow not even making it onto our driveway.     This company is a mere shadow of its former self...dropped my package off on Friday for priority delivery on Monday morning. (They had an extra day over the weekend). The office the package was going to opened at 8AM. They say office was closed at 8:30AM and no delivery was attempted...they reported this at 4PM in the afternoon...now say they will deliver tomorrow on-line. Their 800 # is impossible with useless AI...finally got a live one on the phone who is trying to tell me it is a 2 day delivery order...which it wasn't....clearly air bill is checked off priority overnight...I have an account but don't use FedEx that much now, but have in the past...I am absolutely shocked at all of these bad reviews and my own personal experience..terrible, maybe I will short the stock.

    Fedex is by far the WORST shipping company to deal with. Try calling their toll free number (which is the only number they make available) to try and get simple questions answered. You can't! Their automated service is the most frustrating piece of crap to ever navigate through. I have a simple question, one that could be answered in 5 seconds! But I can't contact our local FedEx center and can't get a human to answer the freaking phone either. And when the automated Bot senses it can't go any further. It promptly hangs up! I hate this company - this has happened to me many times. I cringe when I see a provider has used Fedex to ship something to me or from me.     My shipment required a signature. They attempted to deliver it to my house but I work all day and did not realize they needed a signature. I thought no big deal. I will just call FedEx and schedule a later delivery when I get off of work. So after going through animated calls I finally got in touch with a "human" service representative. The representative was foreign and I could not understand what they were saying. I explained to them that I do not get home till after 5 o'clock and they said they will schedule a later delivery so I can be there to sign. The next day I check the status of my shipment and it said another delivery attempt to my home at 1:45 in the afternoon. So I had to go through another round of getting in touch with another "human" foreigner that I could barely understand their English and they told me I would have to pay extra for a after 5 shipment.

    I already had paid $100 for the shipping in the first place so I told them to hold it at a FedEx location and I would just go pick it up on my lunch break. The closest location they could hold it was 45 minutes away. So I left work to go get it and when I finally got there the package looked like had it fell off of the truck. It was so busted up with tape holding the holes in the box back together. When I got home and opened the box to assemble my $1000 purchase there was loose hardware throughout the box and missing hardware that had apparently fell out of the holes in the box. Very frustrated. FedEx gets 1 star for a terrible job for customer service and taking care of my package.

    I was outside of my house feeding animals when Fedex delivered package, package had been cut open on the bottom and items removed from package, there was no one else at property and or close neighbors who could have removed the items, it could have only been done by the delivery driver as box was photographed with the cut-open side down. Called fedex to report, after several attempts, I spoke to a person who said they would file a report. No attempts at all to make situation right or replace items which were obviously stolen.

This particular driver is from the Council Bluffs hub; they need to pay closer attention to the address on the package and the address on the house they deliver to it to. Wake up, FedEx.     I ordered replacement filters for my A/C, they were scheduled to be delivered on 10/19, but by 8pm they never arrived. I tracked on Fed Ex and tracking showed they were delivered. The tracking also showed a picture of where the driver left them, that was great except for the fact that the house they delivered them to was not my house. The picture showed them leaning against a dark brown stucco wall, my house is all white stucco with black doors and windows. Tracking also said the driveway gate was closed, I don’t have a driveway gate and the front door is 25 feet from the sidewalk and totally accessible. Seeing that all phones have GPS this is totally unacceptable and questionable! The next day I attempted to contact Fed ex and that was a nightmare, they do not want to speak to a customer, they want you to fill out a lost package form and they will look into it.

    Today they finally sent a response with 6 questions for me to answer, the same info I put on the form that I already sent in. What a Joke, no one contacted me by phone which leads me to believe they don’t care about you or your packages, they just care about the revenue and if one of the drivers they contract out to screws up the delivery, so what, Fed ex got their money and as far as they're concerned you can call the shipper and let them deal with it!!! In my opinion if you're smart do not use Fed Ex if you want your merchandise DELIVERED!!!!!

    I have had two recent issues with delivery. The first was an item that was pre-ordered showing up two days late, which I guess was too bad since the delivery estimate was four days late. But when my package was delivered ($500 in electronics) the driver stood about 2/3rds of the way up my yard and threw the box onto my porch. The next delivery, today, they delivered a package for someone who lives a quarter mile away from me on a completely different street and I had to chance the truck down to get my package and return the wrong one.

    I tried to call customer service to complain about both deliveries and no one answers. I eventually got put in the callback list to immediately get a call back that wasn't a person, but the customer satisfaction survey. When I tried to call back, the computer said I couldn't get a callback because I was already scheduled for one. I reached out in Instagram and asked for someone to call me and they told me to call the main number. Yeah, I already tried that.

    I'd give a 0 review if possible. I have a $3000 laptop in limbo. FedEx sent me a text that it would be here on Oct. 15. A signature is needed. I have been home every day since and they claim to have tried to deliver it multiple times. I even called with delivery instructions. No one has attempted to deliver this item. And now that I called again and basically accused them of stealing the package there is a security hold and I have to contact Dell computers. That's ridiculous.     I run a 6 figure eBay business and have done this full-time for going on 8 years now. I spend thousands each year on shipping items through FedEx, all of my items are sold with free shipping, meaning a cover all shipping fees. I have never filed a claim until now. Which I think speaks to my ability to package items safely and securely. I recently shipped a statue in its original manufacturer's packaging and then packed inside another box. The box was clearly and visibly damaged in transit through FedEx.

    I have filed a claim with them and appealed the claim. After initial denial and appealed again as well as filing a Better Business Bureau complaint against them. They continue to deny my claim with no justification. My next step is a demand letter and then small claims. Very disappointed in their handling to insurance coverage package handling and customer service.

    Every time I have received package sent to me through FedEx they came damage and dirty. Why is they so careless about their job. Don't go work for this company if you don't want to do a good job. The management need to get serious with their delivery people. Worst there are no FedEx company in this city I live.     I would pay money to give Fedex a zero star rating. Their website? Absolute shit. Their AI agent? Pointless. I had an incorrect delivery address on some flowers I sent to my friend for her birthday and fedex noted that the address doesn't exist but has given me no possible way to change it, and when I tried calling 6 times they direct me to sign up for an account to be able to correct the address but oh, after creating an account that's not an option. Fast forward 3x "delivery exception -- incorrect addresses" and multiple phone calls it turns out fedex, the literal shipper, can't fix the address. The only solution? Hold the package at the location but the ID has to match the shipment address on the package for her to pick it up. Ok.

    I have never done business with a company that cares less about its core business function or its customers. I recently had Urgent Freight packages delivered to my home for a company across town with not even a close address so it wasn’t a mistake. I tried calling CS but of course they are offshore and unable to help. I told them that these packages were labeled urgent delivery and that the driver had just left my house like 15mins ago and it was 3pm and could he come back to pick up so the Urgent packages would get delivered on time. They informed me that they could not contact the driver, I gave them the shipping number and business contact and asked if they could contact them to come pick it up, they said they’re unable to make outgoing calls CS.. really?

    I asked for a supervisor and was handed off to a guy who wouldn’t give me his name and refused to send me to his manager. i was told to hold the package and they would pick it up on Monday, this was Friday. they said because they couldn’t find the package number in their system, they would return it to the sender. I was at a loss. We drove the packages to the local FedEx and they took them but said they wouldn’t be able to deliver them until sometime next week. There are no corporate CS numbers available, and no desire to actually provide the service people paid for.

    Today, I get a door tag, completely blank other than the ticket number, no box checked that it needs a signature or that they will try to deliver again tomorrow….nothing. I call CS again, somewhere in India, and I’m told the drivers don’t really ever fill out these tags and to just sign it and they’ll deliver it tomorrow. Not a huge issue but exactly what I expected from FedEx.. terrible service and a complete lack of giving a crap about fixing the issues. These are just the most recent issues, I cannot tell you when the last good delivery experience was with FedEx… FedEx is the absolute worst company and they need help badly to fix their culture because it’s embarrassing how truly bad their Customer Service is… stop burring your corporate heads in the sand and spend some time listening to your customers. It’s shameful how little you care.

    The delivery map option was available for my package and was showing that the vehicle was down the street. An hour later the vehicle had not moved and called customer service. They have horrible customer support and incompetent supervisors. They'll tell you if you have a problem with their service to contact the shipper and to have them use a different provider. Obviously if the shipper provided an option on who to use, I would never select them, EVER.

    I purchased a IPHONE 17ProMax thru Spectrum and had place a HOLD on it on 10/16/25 @2:49. Was given a SFC ** #. I waited until the next next to see if my phone was at the preferred location and it was not. I had to wait 2 additional days due to the weekend. I checked on 10/20/25 that the phone was delivered again (which it should not have been due to the hold). When I called FedEx they blamed the shipper, and said the phone would be at the warehouse/facility at 6-6:30pm 10/20/25. That means they attempted to deliver on 10/20 @6:51 am and I have to wait until they finish their entire delivery for 10/20. When this could have been resolved easily by FedeX leaving the hold at my preferred location, and not blame the shipper. Shame on FedeX. I will not ever use FedEx if they are so disorganized and lying about saying there was no hold on the account when there WAS.

    Package is a week or more late and sit in the same spot for 5 days, I will never go with them if I have the option again, definitely going to go with UPS. Talked to someone from the customer service, when I asked a question I was told she was no longer responsible for my package when she called me about the delivery.

    Every time a shipper uses FedEx Ground to send a package to my home in San Tan Valley AZ it takes 8 days or more. And the app updates are never correct, for example I have two different shipments on their way, from two different companies in two different states, one package was shipped 10 days ago the other 6 days and both have showed "due to arrive tomorrow". Well "tomorrow" was 2 and 4 days ago. I would recommend, if your business needs to ship products to your consumer's home and FedEx Ground is what you are wanting to use, Don't! You will only get upset customers all due to situation out of your control due to you trusted a company with poor follow through.

    I have never had a positive experience with any package delivered by this company, whether it is packages delivered well after expected date and I am not talking a day or three, or horrible customer service. The tracking makes no sense and the website provides dead end links that provide little to no help whatsoever. I cringe every time I see a company using this joke of a company for deliveries.

    Terrible customer service!! Can not get anyone on the phone to actually talk to. Text this morning said my package was on the truck for delivery today between 9:40 AM and 1:40 PM. It is still not here. I went online and it says deliver is Monday 10/20 by end of day. Not what I asked for from the order site or what I was promised. I have tried to call and talk with someone at FedEx but can not get a real person and the automated AI does not understand anything I ask for, just the standard BS lines of an automated attendant.

    I ordered four tires for my ATV from Priority Tire. They split my order into two shipments, my first shipment I received from FedEx with no problem. But my second shipment from FedEx they delivered to the wrong address. And both priority tire and FedEx refuse to fix the problem. So now I'm out of my money and tires.

    Consistently terrible. Today, they left a cardboard package sitting in the driveway in the rain…even though people were here. Rather than honk the horn, they left a package to be destroyed. Previously, they have left a package on a hill outside of my fence in front of my house, they have left a package (medicine) on a bumper, and left packages in random locations numerous times. They just don’t care and are beyond terrible.

    My mom sent a package and paid for overnight shipping on a Thursday at 150pm PST, I live in Spokane WA and the package came from Kent WA. Watching tracking and it went from Kent WA to Memphis Tennessee (make they make sense.). It was estimated to be at my house Friday between 8:50am-12pm. Didn't make it. Tracking said then by 8pm. Still didn't show up. So I called FEDEX and they said the package will show up on MONDAY..sometime. So we paid for overnight shipping for what??? They gave me the run around and tried to explain and blame their screw up on us somehow. Worst Company ever and I will never use Fed Ex for anything nor will my family. They have zero competence..Oh and a refund was also not possible because if it doesn't show up on Monday then they will. But still cannot tell me why a refund isn't possible when a service that was paid for was not delivered. Do better Fed ex.

    Had a package coming from Florida to Colorado by Fed Ex. Package was delivered to the wrong address. Apparently their driver couldn’t read. Called customer service and got the Fed Ex auto attendant which must have been designed by monkeys. No doubt it was designed to prevent people from reaching a live person. Had to trick it to get to a live person. Agent’s ability was about equal to the auto attendant. They finally said they couldn’t help me. On a scale of 1-5 Fed Ex rates a minus 50. I won’t do business with anybody that ships by Fed Ex.

    Absolutely the worst carrier in existence. The sheer incompetence is staggering. And the complete lack of anything remotely resembling honesty makes one wonder how they're still in business.     I shipped our booth to San Diego but it sat in Memphis for 4 days and I didn't find out that there was a problem until it didn't show up. They wanted to still ship it to San Diego but it would have arrived the after the conference ended. I certainly didn't want to pay to have it shipped back from San Diego so I just had it shipped back to me. They didn't credit me 'cause ground is not guaranteed but if I had been alerted sooner that there was an issue, it might have been fixed sooner and it could have gotten there on time. I checked the status daily and it showed everything was expected to be delivered on time. PLUS I had to pay over $600 to rent lights for our booth since ours weren't delivered.

    I took a day off from work to receive my package and first thing this morning my Delivery status was automatically placed on “request received to hold,” and when I called FedEx to tell them I didn’t authorize this, they basically said the driver placed this request, they will try to deliver it ASAP. So I asked the agent that barely spoke English, “So what you’re saying is this request was a false and dishonest practice, yes or no?” And she politely danced around the question and rushed off the phone.     Fedex says my package was delivered and took a poorly visible picture of their tag on my gate but nothing else, no package was delivered and now my son doesn't have his 1200 dollar gaming computer and his birthday is this Saturday.     Have never had delivery issues until I have to deal with FedEx. Never on time, not once in all the times that I've had parcels shipped with them has it ever arrived on time. Where do packages go to die? I can tell you, check your local FedEx. Hell even the USPS is more reliable & dependable. Probably get your packages delivered faster too!!

    Worse customer service, and delivery, I have ever seen. No idea how a company this big can be so awful. My shipment was so obviously damaged, dropped, and no customer service exists, trying to make an Fedex account to file a claim and they dinged my bank 3 times for 3$. I mean really? The driver literally took only 1 photo of the only area of the paper on box not torn. Styrofoam inside box surrounding unit was obliterated from impact. Never ever trust this shipping company again.

    Delivery was scheduled by 2:50pm today. I made special arrangements to be home and the shipment has been delayed until tomorrow. The package has had PLENTY of time to be here as scheduled. Fedex no longer cares about on time delivery but instead just pushes back delivery dates and times. This is unacceptable. I have wasted my whole day off waiting for this package just to be told it is late. And forget about taking your concern to a live agent. You get pawned off to a virtual assistant. Which it really doesn't matter because neither can help or know anything.

    Fedex is a joke. They never deliver packages or listen and pay attention to notes. I think I have had a total of 1 actual delivery be delivered to my place. Every single time there is an issue and I have to call and get it figured out. Would be nice if there was an actual live tracking view so I can be out waiting for my packages. Would give -10 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible delivery service. Wish I had options to choose from where stuff gets delivered.

    Worst courier service ever. On Oct. 2nd FEDEX picked up my order. The package has remained in Mirabel PQ sorting facility and it’s now Oct. 16th with no movement. The report states the package is hazardous material. The package contains 2 DeWALT DRILL BATTERIES. The sad thing is if l hadn’t called and complained FedEx wouldn’t have done anything. So still waiting for my dangerous drill batteries. Thanks FedEx for another screwup.

    Whenever I receive a notice that an online order has shipped via Fedex, my heart drops because I know something will go wrong. Unreliable delivery day commitments, inaccurate tracking, sitting around for hours to sign for a package that says on “truck for delivery” that doesn’t arrive then getting a notice at 9pm that it’s been delayed - duh. Then just try to get any form of customer service. You can navigate their telephone auto attendant for 30 minutes before you figure out how to trick it into sending you to a live agent only to learn that the agent is in an overseas call center and can only regurgitate a script that has little to nothing to do with your question or tells you a happy bit of misinformation to get you off the phone. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Ugh it’s a dreadful service.

    I have been receiving packages for a person that doesn't live at my address and no clue who they are. Instead of picking the packages up and returning them to sender I'm expected to reach out to these businesses and let them know... I have and want nothing to do with any of this. I will not be using FedEx ever. Their automated call system is beyond infuriating as well. If someone wants to speak with someone live quite trying to force themselves on me. No is no is no. Then the customer service agent refused to offer a call back with a supervisor or even entertain getting anyone above him on the phone. I love jokes but typically they have a punchline.

    Confused: I have been receiving 4 packages a year that need an adult signature (21 +). This is not a problem, now the driver is asking you for ID, and scans it. I guess when I turned 71 years of age I look younger. Anyone have an answer for this one?

    Fedex is the worst. They tried to deliver my package on a Friday and I missed them. They tried on Saturday and said I was not home (I was). They tried on Monday and Tuesday but they didn't make it to my house. It's now Wednesday and I doubt they will make it. They also will not hold it for me at one of their facilities. If you wait for home delivery, they tie you up all day because the only estimate they give is "before 8:00 p.m." Other delivery companies give you a more precise delivery time. Never again.
