    I have security camera footage of my driver, Julian, whipping several of my packages onto my porch from the sidewalk over an extended period of time, a few of which he broke. This last one was a 220$ piece of furniture. I submitted the footage to the BBB when I filed a complaint last week. If FedEx doesn't respond, I'm gonna have to file a small claims case because I literally can't afford this drivers bs anymore. Users beware: FedEx does not care about their customers or their packages!!

    I wouldn’t even give it a star. Literally that’s was my lowest option. I ordered a radiator from a third party and FedEx was unfortunately my deliverer. I was said to receive it early only to receive it late and I feel like they did that because of the extensive damage they caused to it. A brand new radiator parts for my car I received destroyed not even useable. Bent and The box itself holes looked like it was as punched through and literally hanging to pierces by tape. They won’t even issue a refund and I refuse to pay out of pocket again for another radiator! FedEx is garbage!

    Fed Ex is terrible. I have had multiple issues with them in the past but the latest is; I paid 20.00 for 2 day shipping. They picked up my merchandise in Houston and sent it all the way to Tennessee. Package got to San Antonio on Friday and wasn’t delivered because they are claiming an exception with the address; today it was to be delivered but they claim I wasn’t home to accept it. Been home all day and checked ring camera; No FED EX was ever here. They just lie when they don’t want to deliver; wish I had my 20 bucks back.

    It seems that there is a trend here in the reviews. FedEx is a local American company and should stay being that, because their international service is beyond a joke. They don't arrive on the dates given... I'm still waiting after four email notifications of delivery of the same item that has yet to turn up. A parcel left the USA on 22/1 and four notifications that it would be delivered on dates that were never honoured.

    Four days taken off work, phone calls to be answered by an AI system that is useless, and finally getting through to a real person by saying "I've been asked to call" - even the helpful people were aghast at the lack of information, the wrong emails autogenerated with delivery dates, and the complete inability to believe anything that their systems told them. Even today's delivery was confirmed as on the van when I first called, a second call closer to the end of the day told me it wasn't on the van and that it would be Monday... AVOID THEM! The staff are really friendly but their systems work against them and email notifications are not to be trusted...

    As of this moment: still no guarantee that the parcel will be put on the van today, despite all the undertakings... and seems like Santry (Ireland) depot has one staff member as the Fedex help desk couldn't get through to the depot "because they are probably loading the van" Is this really a company or one man, his van, and an AI engine!

    FedEx IS TERRIBLE. Over the YEARS they consistently reschedule deliveries causing delays, lose (or perhaps steal) packages and mark them as delivered, or deliver other people's packages to me. Having lived in multiple states and cities, the same pattern doesn't seem to end. Not sure what their hiring practices or operational processes are.... But they need a lot of improvement. It's amazing they survive as a company.

    Absolutely ridiculous. Have stayed home 2 days waiting for this expensive package to be delivered. Never showed up yesterday, even though I had the time frame of 8:30 am-1:30 pm. Time kept getting pushed back to eventually “end of day.” Never came. Today, had the time frame of 10:50 am - 2:50 pm. Again, changed plans to be home to sign for my package. Got an update that my package had attempted to be delivered, but no one was home… the photo shown on my app was of the staircase in the breezeway of my apartment complex.

    It’s raining today… driver NEVER attempted to knock on my door, no sticker was left, nothing. Customer service was useless in helping me and only kept stating they understand my frustration and they’re sorry. That’s not going to fix my problem. Now I’m forced to wait at home another day tomorrow to wait for these incompetent drivers to not knock on my door to deliver my package. I wish companies would use UPS instead.

    Worst delivery service ever. Box with frozen food mailed 2/11. Received 2/14. Box thawed. Box sitting on porch in the rain next to a carport. No customer service. I have been in retail over 40 yrs and never received on time.

    Paid an exorbitant amount of money to have a package delivered overnight. Morning of expected delivery and the package was listed as being scheduled for delivery before 1:30pm and required a signature. By 2pm the status was adjusted to "by end of day." This delivery did not happen either. This was an engagement ring needed for a planned event and despite the package being listed as ON SITE 15 minutes away from the delivery location as of 8:30am this morning, it never arrived. Will be filing a claim immediately to recoup delivery costs and will share this anywhere possible until delivery and organizational issues are corrected.

    FedEx tracking had our package as in time until it reached Rogers, MN. There it sat. I wasn't informed until the day it was to have arrived. Now I have no recourse.

    Do not pay for fast shipping with FedEx, it isn't worth it and it won't get there in time. I would give FedEx 0 stars if I could. I paid 45 dollars for a package to be overnighted and delivered next day, the package was going from Idaho Falls Idaho to Utah, the package took 4 days to get there, because it went to Utah, then to Kentucky for some reason then Illinois then back to Utah. I called to ask for a refund and they couldn't give me one, so I contacted another department that said they would help me and then a few days later they said they couldn't help me because they didn't deal with anything outside of the US, last time I checked Idaho and Utah are in the United States. I have read that they do this all the time.

    I recently made a big purchase. The shipper shipped it out in a timely manor. I’ve always had issues with FedEx. When I seen my item was being handled by fed ex I was disappointed. I remained positive the first few days the item seems to be on track. But the day before my delivery date it once again was delayed. I was hoping it would be for a couple days but no It’s been sitting at the same facility for a week now. I can honestly say I haven’t received a package on time in years. It will say out for delivery but I know that it will be at least a day before my shipments get to me. I had to make preparations for this current order and it’s causing quite an issue. Fed ex you have to do better. I will now be ordering from stores that do not use fed ex. I’ve canceled in the past because of this.

    I was expecting to receive my package today, as it was critically needed. I received a delivery notification that included a photograph of the delivery location. However, the image provided does not depict my residence or any property within my immediate vicinity. I called customer service and basically told they can't do anything about it and if it doesn't come the next day to call back.

    I decided to order from a company called meati. I placed my order and it said it’s on it way with FedEx and I rolled my eyes because every single time that fedex delivers food items, it’s spoiled or melted. Sure enough this package sat are in Whitsett NC for 6 days. It was delivered smelling like spoiled meat. So they tried it again and same thing, got to Whitsett and just sat there.

    It was delivered today and I tried to get out there to let him know that I was refusing delivery and he was making eye contact but wouldn’t stop backing away, so I kicked the box back down my steps and took the other two mangled, crushed and full of holes packages inside. From now on I ask first if they use fed ex and if they say yes, then I say I won’t be ordering then because of bad past experiences with them. They even said my tracking number wasn’t for the USA or Canada.

    Two deliveries were stolen 2 days in a row. We never received notifications of a pending ending delivery. Our cameras caught the thieves who arrived about 30 minutes after FedEx dropped off. The second theft showed the thief went to the opposite house first. He then stood on the sidewalk while looking through his phone, then boldly walked up to our door to pick up the envelope. FedEx customer service was useless. Why would the drivers just throw envelopes in front of the door when there is a long porch to put it away from road view. Obviously these crooks have access to the FedEx system and tracked our delivery. In addition, their tracking system is inaccurate. It's a nightmare trying to get them to deliver medical supplies appropriately. I will never use their service again, and refuse to order from vendors who only use their service.

    I read a review that is exactly what happened to me. Photo of delivery was not my home, nor any place I recognized. I even walked around looking for the door show in the picture. Customer service opened a case, got an email within the hour asking questions. I replied with answers and a picture of my location, and after that NO reply. This was exactly what happened in another review. Drivers know they can do what they want with a package, because NO one is going to question them. It's completely corrupt.

    If I could give FedEx a zero, I would. I have never had such a horrible customer experience with any company in my life. I have had a package sitting at a FedEx location for over a week with no hope of getting my package. There is no way of picking it up. A Fedex truck showed up at my house 2 days ago. The guy searched the truck but couldn't find my package. He had no idea where it was. 2 days later - still no package and the tracking never updated. There is no customer service number. You cannot get a human on the phone. No way to email. NO way to chat. Nothing. I think this is by design. They don't want to talk to customers. They don't care. I will NEVER use Fedex again the rest of my life.

    If I could give a "0" star I would. If you need something sent overnight and they have an excuse of bad weather ANYWHERE in the US, don't use FedEx!!! I was sending an overnight FedEx envelope from Cali to Idaho and was told because of the ice storm in the southeastern part of the US everything was delayed and it was not their fault. I told the customer service guy if they would have sent it directly to Idaho instead of sending it halfway across the US to Tennessee, it would have made it there in the 24 hours I paid for; it was 3 days late. We also had techs working in Hawaii that were waiting on parts that were supposed to be delivered overnight, they were 3 days late for the same reason. We had to extend their stay to wait for the parts. Why did it have to go to Tennessee when it was going off the coast of CA??? No refund offered for the overnight payment. So frustrating!!!

    I had a package that was ordered through eBay and it was delivered to the wrong address and never forwarded to me. I opened a case with FedEx and they refused to do anything stating to reach out to the seller. The seller said reach out to eBay. EBay refused to step in and open a claim with FedEx so I’m out 120. When unopened a claim with FedEx immediately after it showed it was delivered to the wrong address. They emailed me exactly one hour later and said they couldn’t find it. This should be illegal that they know they delivered to the wrong address and won’t do anything to help me.

    FedEx is the worst shipment company I've dealt with. This is my second time that my package wasn't delivered to my requested location. They delayed my package for two days. I've been calling them nonstop complaining about my package. FedEx cooperation doesn't care about anyone's packages, they're shipping services sucks. I find it very unacceptable with their services, they don't deserve my rating.

    They are the worst shipping/delivering company. I ship all over with USPS, UPS, DHL. I've used FedEx twice and both times they were late, non helpful, rude. Their ignorance and incompetence is baffling.

    This has been the absolute worst delivery service ever.... even worse than USPS. Packages have been sitting in the S. Chesterfield VA warehouse for 14 days. Tracking information is either non-existent or mis-leading. Customer service reps are no better; "may be backlogged another week" and "we don't think it's lost". Placed an order with an out of state vendor this morning and had to immediately cancel when notified it would be shipped FedEx. Incompetence doesn't begin to describe this company. It makes sense that they lost a guy on an island for two years.

    An overseas shipment to me was at the FedEx Memphis facility, and a FedEx representative emailed me that I had to get FDA Prior Notice. Instructions from ** on how to get FDA Prior Notice didn't work, and my independent attempts to find a way to get FDA Prior Notice also didn't work. I sent a screenshot of my failed attempt to get FDA Prior Notice to paperwork@fedex.com and **. There was no way I could comply with the FedEx requirement. I am very unhappy that FedEx could not advise me how to pay whatever import fees were necessary. I have lost my product and my payment for the product because of all this.

    I am not one to ever go out of my way to make a complaint. If somethings late, lost or damaged I just take the refund or wait, however this is the 11th shipment in a 6 month time span that has had issues. The issues I've had with receiving items ordered are ALWAYS with FedEx, all 11. This past year, I receive several shipments per month, every issue I've had FedEx is responsible for. It's unbelievable honestly. I have 6 orders that didn't arrive because they were lost in transit, 2 that never came because driver couldn't locate address, 2 that were lost in transit, the current issue I haven't resolved yet. What is going on???? Never have an issue with USPS, UPS, Amazon, or Walmart. This 11th delivery I'm finally just frustrated because it's a need, not a want.

    I actually reached out to customer service. Something had to be said at this point. I just want to know what's going on, truly? On Friday (1st day late) the virtual assistant just blatantly lied, assured me my current 11th undelivered order would certainly be delivered today (Monday, now 5 days late). It is NOT here. The CSR I spoke with today said he doesn't see anywhere that it says it'd arrive today, doesn't know why he typed that. He says it's still delayed and doesn't know when it'll arrive. Says he will research my delivery? Still dunno exactly what that means.

    I could probably get a refund, but I NEED this item asap. I'm just so frustrated. I wish there was a way to refuse delivery from them when I order, that it'd be passed on to another carrier! I wish something could be done to right this. It's so frustrating. I have a feeling, even tho the status says package was received last Thursday in a city that's only 40 minutes away, I'm predicting the order/item will never arrive. It's going to be another "lost in transit", "couldn't locate address" despite the fact no other carrier has issues locating it", or the store refunding because its taking them so darn long. FedEx delivery as well as FedEx Customer Service is just plain awful!

    Fedex charged me for a package pickup for an item that was supposed to be prepaid by the company that I was shipping to. I was expecting to not have to pay for this. I scheduled the pickup and everything seemed fine. But a few days later I noticed a charge on my credit card for the pickup service. At no time was I told that this pickup would have a charge, and at no time did I get the opportunity to accept that charge. Normally when you have to make a payment for something online, you are given the opportunity to see a breakdown of any charges before agreeing. In case you think I'm making excuses for my own negligence, I went back in to Fedex's website to set up a new pickup and again, there is not a single moment when it is made apparent that there would be a charge, let alone how much that charge would be. In my opinion, this is outright theft and fraud.

    I shipped a package that was 0.9 lbs. Had to be there the next day as it contained medicines for my father on a trip to Florida whom forgot his medicine. All of this explained to the shipping office clerk whom said in order to guarantee it being there it would cost $141.74. I paid this watching her put all the priority stickers and such all over the box.

    The next day they are telling me it will not be there on time. I call customer service only to be talked over constantly and talked down to as though I am a child and not a 53 year old man whom used to be a truck driver and now teach CDL driving for the last 11 years. Ask for a supervisor only gets me another customer service agent... who again is rude condescending and talks over top of me.

    When you order something on Amazon, you don't immediately know who will deliver it. When the delivery method is updated and you see it will be FedEx, you know that most of the time it will be a day or two (at least) later than if it was delivered by UPS. This is isn't rocket science and it is very much the same every time.

    FedEx is the worst. First I get an overage charge of $10.27 charge stating my small lightweight box was 10 lbs when in actually it was less than a pound thus charging me this for nothing. This was a tiny spice pocket size tin weighing a tiny 6 ounces. Then less then a week later they send me another email thru my ebay acct. One charging me an overcharge of $12.58 saying it was 10 lbs again when package was 15 oz. Just a couple light weight empty tins. I am now out $22.58 for no reason. This is outright thievery and fraud. I am contacting the attorney general's office. I am fed up with fedex!! Beware! Never after all these years of using them will I use them again. This is causing me lots of time on phone with ebay and with them. They are messed up!!!

    The driver pressed the doorbell but nothing sounded, waited and then put a note on the door. I called customer service and talked to someone in a call center that was of no assistance. They did say my package would be delivered next day. I went on to check my tracking and it said Monday. Tried to talk to a representative by chat. They are slow to respond as they are answering multiple people. Horrible customer service! You would think FedEx would be better but not even. I am seriously worried that I won't get my package tomorrow!

    On January 4th, I placed an order with Best Buy for a MacBook Air Pro M1, paying $487.11 for the device. I received an email that it would be shipped via FedEx and arrive on January 8th. The tracking number is **. I downloaded the FedEx tracker app so that I would be sure to secure it, as it was a very expensive and necessary package. I also noted it was coming from the Kyle TX location, as that was unusual for me. My driver was listed as "Mathew." There was never any delivery window time frame provided - only listed as "End of Day," and I was never able to use the Delivery Map Tracker to track Mathew. At 6:06, while at my home, I received an email that the package had been delivered at 5:56 PM. Not only was I home at that time, I also have Wyze cameras inside and outside my home which confirm that A) I was home, and B) FedEx never came.

    In addition I received a "proof of delivery" which indicated that it had been signed for by a "M**," but no capture of a signature was provided. (Attached)

    My name is Anna **, no one resides in my home by "M**." After weeks of going back and forth between Best Buy and FedEx, I was repeatedly told that the package had been confirmed to be delivered to me which I knew to be completely false. Finally, CC from the Kyle TX FedEx Ground called me from this number ** on 1/16/2026 at 12:06 PM. I missed that call and he left me a voicemail letting me know that an investigation would be conducted to conclude what happened to the laptop.

    After that, we conversed the following times and dates, as he intermittently checked in to let me know they were getting closer to their conclusions.

    On 1/21 CC confirmed to me that the laptop had been determined to have been delivered elsewhere. They sent someone to retrieve it but were unsuccessful. He used this exact phrase "they went left instead of right." When I asked to have confirmation of mis-delivery in writing, so that I could use it in my claim with Best Buy and my credit card, CC very rudely refused. It seems strange and quite suspicious that he would not put in writing what he had just promised me to be true. I also was not asking any more than to deliver on his word that we would determine the truth. On 1/27 I tried once again to get that confirmation in writing, calling the 1800 number at 1:51 PM. The customer rep I spoke to inferred that I fabricated the entire interaction with CC, claiming that she would see it on her end no matter where the call came from.

    When I proceeded to play her one of the voicemails I have from CC, her tone changed. She then acknowledged she saw a notation in my file that on 1/15 CC had marked that the package may have been mis-delivered. She never apologized for implying I was lying or admitting error. She then proceeded to tell me that CC closed my case the following day - the 16th. As you can see from earlier, that was the exact day CC called me telling me he was OPENING the case. When I pressed her on this discrepancy, she shrugged me off saying only that the case was closed and it had been proven to be delivered to me. These are two clearly different and contradictory claims. One of them has to be lying, there is simply no other way around it. Pressing her on this, she told me she had proof of my signature.

    Knowing that A) I never signed for it and B) The signature was M** - I pushed back on that. She then smugly asked for my email, which I thought to be strange since I had already confirmed that with her at the beginning of the exchange. She proceeded to put me on hold for ten minutes, and then returned stating she had emailed the proof to me. You can imagine my shock and surprise when I opened a "Proof of Delivery" that looked nothing like the one I had received on 1/08. What I can only imagine was meant to mimic the letters of my name is now seen in the signature area, though curiously it still lists the signee as "M**." How can both of those things be true? How can they insist that I (Anna **) signed for it when they had previously told me for weeks that "M**" signed for it?

    This constitutes forgery Texas Penal Code § 32.21, and is deeply disturbing. Either the driver forged my signature on 1/8, or someone at FedEx support forged it on 1/27 - and neither are acceptable. Truly, why did this "proof" suddenly appear on 1/27 when I had quite literally begged for evidence for weeks? Furthermore, if this existed to begin with, why would CC have called for an investigation into the case on 1/15 - and later confirming it was delivered elsewhere? It simply does not logically make sense.

    Additionally I had a separate package arrive via FedEx on 1/29, also from the Kyle TX location. Because of the nightmare I have been living the last three weeks, I filmed that entire interaction. The driver, also curiously named "Mathew" was late, and I was once again not able to track him in the app. When the truck arrived I met the driver on my lawn, and he handed the box directly into my arms. Never once did it touch the ground. So I was quite literally shocked to see the "photo proof of delivery" arrive a few minutes later. Not only is it not my package, it's sitting in front of what is clearly not my house. Why would they send me this? There was no need for a photograph to begin with as I was handed the package.     I had a FedEx delivery on 4 February 26, the driver left the expensive item 100+ feet from my house at the end of my driveway in the snow by a busy highway. My neighbor saw someone stop and try and get the item, they fled once confronted. On 5 February I had a second FedEx delivery, probably the same driver, did the same thing only he left the item in my neighbor's driveway. I confronted the driver who was argumentative and unprofessional. I asked why he was delivering to my neighbor since my address is clearly marked and why he was leaving the package by the road and not the residence. Very unprofessional and argumentative.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I live out in the country and ordered a package of yarn. Super light; not that big. The driver left the package in the weeds across the road from the mailbox. The package would’ve actually fit in the mailbox. However, I when I pay $28.32 to have my package delivered I expect it’s going to be left at my front door. It was delivered at 1:30 PM in the middle of the day. There was plenty of daylight. The driver could see the driveway. The driver could’ve driven up the driveway and the driver could’ve delivered it to the front door. I love my yarn and I would love to purchase more from ICE Yarns, but if I can’t find the yarn that I paid for when I get home and have to go search for it with a flashlight there’s a problem. This is not acceptable FedEx.

    FedEx is the absolute worst. I live in the Boston area and receive packages regularly from UPS, Amazon, USPS, DHL - rarely have any issues. Every single time FedEx delivers a package, there is an issue. They are late, their website has incorrect tracking, the drivers don’t respond to the chat feature. Then they toss boxes down the driveway or over the fence, one driver actually crashed into our fence last year and the company was supposed to follow up and of course never did. I am at the point where I refuse to order from any company that will ship via FedEx.

    They claim they tried to deliver these (important) packages, but apparently the driver did not want to carry them to the door because he never knocked. Someone was here all day. Left a door tag and then when you want to know why they didn't deliver, they won't answer their phones only to say "we will redeliver by tomorrow at 8pm". So, you can't find any information out with anyone because they say "we are not hiring anyone to answer your dumb questions and that's why AI will let you only select what they offer". They refuse to have a customer service representative answer questions.

    My son tried to send a laptop to a friend overseas - Aug 28, 2025. It was held up by FedEx security in Portland, Maine. Latressa at extension ** did nothing. Never called. I complained to every FedEx number I could call to find out how to find out what the problem was. I even filed a complaint that said - talk to Security. Angela did call my son 3 months ago later to take his credit card info and to send the package back to him. He called her back to check on the package (extension **). Nothing happened. I called February 2026. They don’t know where it is. I called Latressa - who does nothing - again. Voicemail per usual. DEAD END. I have to file a claim. Unbelievably incompetent from the start. Fedex - you deserve to go under.

    Paid $30 for overnight shipping over a week ago, tracking says my package has been on a truck out for delivery for the 4th day in a row. Out of all the times FedEx has delivered to me they have been on time with 2 out of about 350 packages and out of those 350 I only actually Ever received about 320. So out of 350 packages 318 were at least a day late. 30 never arrived at all and had 2 with no issues. If Fedex can't do any better than that then they should call it quits cause they obviously are not any good at it. I'm trying to talk any supplier I use into not using Fedex anymore and most are happy to make the switch.

    I rely on FedEx for business-critical deliveries, and this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. A signature-required shipment containing Argon/CO₂ gas (essential for my daily work) was scheduled for Saturday morning, then moved to end of day. I stayed home specifically to sign and had to cancel work. The package was not delivered. The same thing continued for several days. Tracking windows kept changing, and I repeatedly remained available. One day a notice was left without the driver ringing the bell. The following day, the truck stopped near my home for about a minute and then left without any delivery attempt. I had even left my phone number for contact.

    Later I was told the driver rang the bell and called — but no call came through, and no one came to the door. Meanwhile, I lost multiple days of work waiting for a required signature delivery. This wasn’t just a delay — it caused real business disruption. Communication was inconsistent, delivery attempts were questionable, and there was no accountability when the issue was reported. Very frustrating experience, especially for time-sensitive, business-critical shipments.

    FedEx is the most undependable delivery service. They will use any excuse to avoid delivery, and make something up if there isn't any. What the hell is a local holiday. I'm pretty sure we don't have one, and it would not interfere with delivering to my address in any case. Of course if you could make an excuse to not do your job and get away with it, you certainly would, and get paid anyway. They should be docked for every package they don't deliver on time. Maybe then they would try to do their job.

    40 years using FedEx. I have been shipping and Receiving express packages for 40 years now. What I get with FedEx is I pay over 60 bucks for a next day by noon or afternoon delivery and get an actual 2 day delivery. They will not give you the refund for the difference of services paid for and services received. Customer service is rude and worthless because of the company management. NOTE: This does not include problems with transportation due to uncontrollable circumstances.

    My FedEx driver ripped open my package, stole its contents, then left the empty envelope on my porch. I was ten feet away. When I filed a police report I was told that in my very small town the police saw reports exactly like mine, specifically about FedEx, almost every day. FedEx opened a case and closed it immediately without resolution, and the driver is still employed and stealing from my community when they should be in jail. FedEx will take zero responsibility for unleashing a criminal on my neighbors and friends. They are not the slightest bit interested in anything but making money, even if good people suffer for their greed. Zero stars. Do not use FedEx, and if you buy something from a vendor that uses FedEx insist on another courier.

    I had ordered my item on January 26, 2026 on Wayfair. It is understandable that inclement weather had created a delay with the shipping. However, it is now February 3, 2026. When I follow-up on the tracking with Fed Ex, the website would provide me with misinformation. Fed Ex would mention a delivery on the day of me checking the tracking. Subsequently, it would then inform me that the packages would be delivered the next day.

    At this point, I’ve been experiencing this delay for close to - if not - over a week. I can recount calling Fed Ex. Due to my back issues, I had called Fed Ex to request that they deliver the package directly to my apartment- with the assistance of the leasing consultants to bring the packages inside my unit or at the front door. One agent just reiterated the tracking like a robot, and before I could speak, she transferred me to the automated review line. I called again, as the male agent started with his scripted speaking points for my information, I had interjected to make him aware for the purpose of my call, he then immediately transfers me to the automated review line.

    Upon the third call, the agent was extremely helpful. However, despite requesting packages be delivered to my front door, the Fed Ex delivery driver placed one of my packages in the Luxer Storage Room at my apartment building. That particular package was ordered after the aforementioned packages that I am still waiting for delivery. I don’t know what’s going on with Fed Ex, but they have really disappointed me.

    FedEx is horrible and I wouldn't recommend them to nobody. They have very bad customer service. What I don't like about this company is you guys are liars. You make a lot of mistakes with your deliveries and you don't follow through with your customers nor do you accept accountability when it's your fought. that is very bad business on your part. I ordered a package on Amazon and Fed Ex was supposed to deliver it. Guess what? My package never got there. Its been since January 20th. Here it is February 3rd and my package still hasn't arrived.     Horrible delivery service. Anytime I had to unfortunately deal with this company, the estimated arrival date has been incorrect and horrible communication. It says a date, then gives a new date, and here we are in the third date and still nothing. I wish there was a way you could pay extra money for shipping and pick-ups because FedEx is just as bad, if not worse than the USPS.

    I appreciate the FedEx deliveries. I do have a complaint. I think the driver for locations at zip code 46540 needs to have an understanding. You don't drop off items by the road at the wrong location. This has happened not only for myself but also for my neighbors. Example tracking number ** was for **. This package was not only very important but was not dropped off at the residence but by a trash container, wrong address, by the road. This has also happened with my neighbor at 56615 County Road 33. I would appreciate you talking to the driver that takes care of delivery for the zip code 46540 to make sure delivery is at the correct residence.

    I use Fedex in my business. As far as delivery, I find that the packages typically arrive when they are supposed to. The biggest complaint I have with Fedex is when something is wrong - it is extremely frustrating to try to get through to anyone and get things resolved. I hate their customer service automated system.

    Delivery drivers are the most passive aggressive people. I've had items dent our siding after a heavy box was leaned on the house. Destroyed box was so delivered. Box put on the car hood.     If I could give FEDEX Express-5 Stars I would. Fedex guaranteed to deliver two boxes totalling $500.00 to send 3-day delivery. Boxes mailed in 22 Dec with guaranteed delivery 24 Dec. One arrived late evening on Christmas day and the Texas box arrived midday on 26 Dec. Fedex has refused to refund any part of the $500.00.Needless to say the people expecting the boxes were disappointed as was I. To send a box for 4 and 5-day delivery services (would be FedEx ground) would have cost me $75. Do not use FEDEX Express as they have deceptive business practices and is literally stealing from Americans. Don't bother going the the BBB complaint because they will not help. It was a waste of time. Buyer Beware!

    FedEx is usually the most expensive option and delivers great results but man times have changed. Unfortunately, when you have to issue with a delivery of an order the customer service is the worst. First, they are hard to understand (outsourcing your customer service is probably cheaper but sucks in quality). Second, customer support is unhelpful in resolving the issue simply saying talk to seller and ignoring all your questions as if they don’t fully understand the English language (which is possible).

    Third, they put false updates on the tracking- saying there was a delivery attempt on such and such date and time but when you call about it they say it didn’t happen which is definitely deceptive. They need better business practices because the quality of service is definitely shot. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone since it’s clear all they care about is profit. If you still choose to use them just pay and hope you never have to deal with customers service/ support.

    FedEx lied about delivery. They first promised by 1:50pm. Then by 5 pm. Then by 8pm. Only after their customer service representatives left for the rest of the weekend, did they tell me it would not arrive until sometime Monday. They did this incremental delay thing to keep customers from calling to complain. They intentionally waited until after customer service went home to tell customers that the package is not going to be delivered today… and golly gee we are sorry. My package and any other packages going to KC never left Memphis it was physically impossible to deliver a package to an address in KC by 8 pm… when it was still sitting in Memphis at 7 pm. But that would result is calls from mad customers. So they lied and continued to claim that the package was going to be delivered… until their customer service reps were gone.

    They claim it was weather issues. But my package arrived in Memphis at Midnight Saturday morning. There was not a single flake of snow fall in Memphis between the time my package arrived and 8 pm. The package was going to Kansas City. Again, no snow issues. Claiming it was weather related is BS. And, if it really was weather related, they could easily have been straight up and said they don’t have transportation available due to the storm, and taken the calls that came in. This was a birthday present. Had I been given notice, I could have sent flowers. But because I believed their lies, the florists were closed by the time they came clean.

    Ordered packages FedEx 2day.Yesterday was Day 5. Put on the truck at 6 am. Spent 14 hours on the truck and never delivered. UPS made deliveries just fine. This is the 4th time FedEx has kept my packages on the vehicle all day and never delivered them. Since they started using contractor for deliveries their service has went in the tank. DON'T USE FEDEX. There is a reason Amazon stopped using them.

    Tracking says delivered but there is no package. A customer service rep, in a language I could barely understand, was no help. Kept giving me the same answer to contact the shipper and have them file a claim. The shipper is overseas and will not be back in office until Monday the 2nd. All I want to know is where the driver placed my $200.00 valued package. I have been at my window for 10 hours and NO FEDEX TRUCK HAS COME THROUGH MY PARKING LOT. The AI assistant was completely useless as was the link to file a claim myself online. There also seems to be no way to resolve my situation over the phone

    I understand delays happen, but the inability to provide remotely accurate or timely updates is unacceptable. FedEx continually provides new target delivery dates, only to fail to meet each of them. New delivery dates are only communicated once the current delivery date has already been missed. I’ve actually now started advising companies that simply knowing they use FedeEx as a courier is enough to no longer purchase products from them. Like a malignant cancer, FedEx’s poor performance and reputation spreads to any organization unfortunate enough to have chosen to utilize their services.

    Either FedEx is the most incompetent delivery company ever or they have lost pkg. Yesterday system said I should receive pkg by end of day despite it showing it never left Memphis. I can't get past the automated system to speak to a real person. It was expedited delivery and should have been here last Sat. I understand the weather delay but it was sent last Thursday. It's a new cellphone and if it doesn't come soon I have to pay for another month of service from my existing carrier. Don't their systems talk to each other so I can get a real update? This is the 3rd time in 6 months my expedited package has missed delivery date by DAYS.

    Fedex Logistics Managers need to change careers. 5 DAYS to deliver from Boston To Denver. They are inept, and have NO CLUE what TIMELY LOGISTICS ARE. Direct signature required needs an ACTUAL DELIVERY WINDOW and NOT END of DAY GARBAGE. Delivery says by End of today, then NOTHING, updates at MIDNIGHT to 3 DAYS LATER. FEDEX IS A JOKEASS DELIVERY COMPANY RUN BY MONEY AND NOT BRAINS. My company just pulled a $6MILLION$ annual delivery budget from them HELLO UPS. At least they are Reliable, and give ACCURATE INFORMATION.

    I am awaiting delivery on a new cell phone. Because of this I must be present to sign for the package. I understand all of this however I am unable to contact them to give them a time window when I will be home, I unable to contact them to find out where I can pick it up in person. I have signed up and downloaded the app to manage this. I have also attempted to contact them by calling the 1-800 number, a local number and on the customer support on the website. Everything is an AI bot that makes it impossible to speak to a live person even when asking for a representative and answering all their questions. I waited around all day only for them to say they "attempted to deliver my package" when they did not. I was home at the time and no truck came into my neighborhood. I believe it never left the local facility. I am going to go to a store on my next available time to speak to a live person and find out my options.

    FedEx is deceitful. Had a package pickup residential ground scheduled. Said would be here between 8:00 and 1:00 p.m. Call them back after that then they said they'd be here by 8:00 p.m. Never showed up. Call them at 8:00 p.m. They said they still might attempt to pick up the package. I explained to them that I had a label that was on my phone that needed to be scanned when I made these arrangements.     Paid $111 for FedEx letter to Portugal. It is 2 days after the delivery date and the package was mis-sorted - then left for 2 days in the wrong place. Customer service could not be worse. First person saw the problem and said she would call the location where the package was right away -- she did NOTHING. Another call, they said, "We'll work on it tomorrow." I have an enclosed porch and have delivery instruction that say "please open door and place packages inside porch". There is also a sign on the door that says the same.

    Saturday 3 packages were left out in the yard and I didn't find them until 24 hours later. I called customer service and put in a complaint. This morning I received a call from Steve, his number is ** who said he is a coordinator and that they don't have to do that for liability reasons. I then called customer service back and the lady put me on hold while she "checked something". When she came back she claimed she couldn't hear me, that it was "muffled". I kept saying that the problem had to be on her end because I could hear her clearly. Every time I said something she kept repeating it was "muffled". I think this was just an excuse to get rid of me. I finally hung up. I will do my best to avoid FedEx because of one lazy driver.

    Updated on 02/23/2026: In Jan 2026 my diabetic medication was delivered to wrong house by FedEx employee. I had to pay $594 to my pharmacy again to get the medication. I filed complaint to FedEx and they denied my claim. I am on Medicare and living off Social Security. It is hard to survive by paying for medication twice to to incompetency of FedEx employee. These big corporations should be held accountable for their mess up and horrible services!

    I’ve always known that FedEx has been horrible, but they seem to be getting worse. I’m out of town and have been waiting on this delivery for a month! Never got an estimated delivery time or any correspondence about it. It showed up while I was out of town and this is the delivery notice I got. I have no idea whether this is my package or even my porch it was left on. The level of unprofessionalism and laziness is mind blowing. Their website and virtual assistant was also useless for getting such kind of real help.

    Horrible company, untrained customer service. Untrained drivers, with no disregard or respect for the items they are delivering (that can be priceless), they dumped in a very unsecured area, when the package get lost (3 in one months). They refused to put the manager on the phone, saying it sent “economic ground and there's no a manager for that type of package” seriously they told me that. Zero accountability, that's why they will continue dumping your package anywhere, who cares! Nothing will happen to them—disgusting company.

    Rural delivery. Winter. Unless it’s a sunny day, over 40 degrees, and road has zero snow FedEx will leave a package on their truck for several days. Each morning saying it’s out for delivery and each afternoon using weather delay as an excuse - even when the roads are totally clear and it’s sunny. Same route UPS delivers daily. And their system is such that you cannot speak to a live person. Fedex is terrible.

    Every time the same thing happens. They leave my package by the road or at the neighbor's gate. My delivery instructions are clear. Leave at front door, my driveway does not have a gate. The site gives you the runaround and then when you end up calling they say you have to contact the seller. WHAT!!! WHY!!! This is your fault!

    The FedEx driver assigned to our route in North Haverhill must not know how to read along with being a slacker. The shipping labels are addressed to the proper address with Front Porch as the 2nd line. The FedEx app does not have a front porch option but a front door option, which is off the front porch, yet the dolt leaves the packages on the state highway at the mailbox. Mailboxes are there per the USPS but FEDEX should be delivering to my home as per the address labels and their application not leaving on the side of the state highway. Hence why I believe the driver does not read and/or a slacker. I do know he is liar as he said we lived in a gated community that is blatant lie. There were never any issues until they swapped drivers around until late Q4 2025.

    I received notice that my package was delivered. It was not. The picture shows a snowbank and said left at gated driveway. I don't live near any gated driveways! Also I posted on my community Facebook page and there were three other people that had lost packages saying the same thing.

    I have had issue after issue with the delivery of packages that come from FedEx. I even specified instructions for where exactly in my apartment building to leave packages that don't fit in my mailbox and time after time and every time they ignore instructions and carelessly leave packages on the doorstep of the wrong apartment which has lead to multiple packages being stolen. The delivery person leaves packages basically on the sidewalk of a busy road which anyone walking along can snag it up considering it could be confused as discarded trash just by being left at wrong address in middle of the sidewalk.

    It's so frustrating to continue to get this type of service from this company. I have been plenty patient and have made it known on app and on phone with my concern and complaint and they have done nothing to resolve the issues. Ending up burdening the companies that sent the package to replace it due to carelessness of fedex drivers. I don't suggest anyone ship using this company!!

    I paid $153 for FedEx Priority Overnight delivery from Colorado to California on 12/20/2025. The package was not delivered until 12/31/2025. I filed a claim online and it was denied. I called customer service and spoke with Christina - quite possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with on a customer service call. Bottom line: FedEx suspended all money back guarantees as of 12/01/2025. Had I known this, I would not have paid such an exorbitant price thinking that it would be guaranteed delivery.     STAY FAR AWAY!!!! This company is the worst of the worst. Driver completely lied about making attempts to deliver. Driver tried using a pic of some road that wasn't mine as proof and lied that he left a tag. This guy is an absolute ** that thinks I'm an idiot. Then I had to spend over an hour tracking the package down myself. Was left a message to pick up the package on Saturday. We showed up to a closed delivery hub on Saturday. Inexcusable to lead a customer on a wild goose chase. You have one job - TO DELIVER A PACKAGE!     I've only received 3 shipments via FedEx in the past 8 month and all 3 have been nightmares to get. FedEx was once the premier delivery option, that time has passed. The first shipment was supposedly going to be available for pick-up at the warehouse after 6pm on a certain date. I arrived at the warehouse at just about 7pm to allow for any delays. I then had to wait 45 minutes for the parcel to actually become available. SO basically 2 hours late. The next shipment was delivered the wrong address - the building next to mine even though both building numbers very clearly marked. I had to hunt the parcel down when FedEx alerted me the parcel had been delivered.

    Parcel number 3 had a delivery window ETA of 12:05-2:05PM. It's now 5:25 PM and no delivery. When the initial ETA passed the delivery status changed to "by the end of the day". I've been sitting in a vacant building (my business) for 6 hours; unable to leave or even move around the building to do anything because I have had to sit near the door get the delivery IF it ever arrives. I've been online; on the app; and called customer service trying to get and ACTUAL update - no luck. While I can't control other vendors shipping to me, I will personally NEVER use FedEx for my business shipping needs unless the is literally no other alternative.

    Updated on 02/12/2026: The company I ordered from was good enough to replace my lost items and unfortunately only use FedEx. The replacement package was delivered to the side of the road across from my house. Luckily undamaged, but I have been keeping watch for it, or else I wouldn't have found it because the snow plow would have hit it. (Package is in a bag in lower right of the picture provided.)

    Original: Driver left a package on the side of the road way below my house. Foxes tore it up overnight. I filed claim with pictures and FedEx denied it "due to lack of evidence of loss"! Must be the reviewer needed glasses. Don't use this company. They reward incompetent delivery drivers.

    It took 8 days for a supposed 2 day delivery. I think they lost the package for a time. Fedex tracking system is bogus. Four days after shipped the tracking said in Reno ready for delivery. No delivery. Two days later tracking said package in Nashville, TN. BUT, DECEPTIVELY ERASED RENO FROM TRACKING SEQUENCE. I opened a support search ticket. They didn't know anything and were unresponsive. Three days later, tracking showed package in Salt Lake, Ut. BUT, DECEPTIVELY ERASED RENO AND NASHVILLE FROM THE TRACKING SEQUENCE....WTF!?

    Fedex attempted a delivery we missed on Tues 1/13. Said they would reattemp on Wednesday and NEVER showed. Then on Thursday, claimed they attempted- sent a pic of someone else's driveway and said we weren't home- we were. I called and complained stating we have cameras proving they never arrived. Called AGAIN on Friday- filed a ticket with a supervisor. The supervisor said they attempted 3 times and couldn't guarantee a redelivery. I explained how their facts were inaccurate. Still no delivery. I will also file a complaint with QVC. I understand mistakes but FedEx should make it right. Deanna

    FedEx consistently fails to meet expectations. Their support teams make a difficult case for not being outright replaced by AI given they will only give you information on their website. In my case, this was overnight temperature sensitive medication. I will no longer do business with any institution that forces me to use FedEx.

    As of today, I will not buy anything from any company that uses FedEx as their shipping option. They 'delivered' a package to someplace that was not my house. I contacted the company I purchased from and they could not find any locations that looked like that anywhere near me. I didn't got a hold of an agent at FedEx and said I had to 7 days to file a claim. I said they lost my package in 1 day, why do I have to wait 7 days.     Fedex is the worst. I've had many problems with the service. Marking packages delivered when they are not. Promising a certain day but arrived 2 days later. I paid for 2 day shipping. I know my fedex runs on Saturday around here. But my 2 day drop is now going to be at least 4 days. I won't use them to ship anything. I just wish we had a choice when purchasing on who we use to have it shipped to us.

    We run a business and have restricted items delivered to us. New Haven, IN Fedex regularly will take it upon themselves to delay delivery and change delivery dates.     I live in a residence, the mailbox is about 8 ft off the road, big #25 on the mailbox, next door my neighbor has his mailbox on the curb, big #27 on his mailbox, how is it my pkg's from FedEx wind up on his front door, do you have people who can read and write delivering, I mean this is totally ridiculous, your service has gone down the toilet and UPS isn't any better, I'll use the post office whenever I can, total disgrace!!

    January 2026 - Absolutely HORRIBLE online customer service. Nothing but issues trying to ship a package. Tried to update the address for a package, but package came back to me 10 days later despite talking to a supervisor and receiving a case number. Tried to overnight ship the same package the next day, was told by the retail agent that if I paid X amount, the package would arrive by 12pm the next day guaranteed. The package did not arrive until 5:30pm. After multiple calls to customer service and trying to file an online claim for reimbursement for the difference in price, my claim was denied but no reason was given by the automated phone bot.

    Called back to talk to a live agent, after 15 minutes on hold, the call was dropped. I called back, finally got thru to another agent who said that the claim for reimbursement due the package arriving late, was denied because there were no guarantees at that time due to the holiday DESPITE the retail agent telling me it was guaranteed to arrive by said time. Not to mention this was 1 week after the new year. I will never use FedEx again and will be telling others on social media NOT to use FedEx. I have also filed a complain with the BBB.

    I ordered gold about six weeks ago and never received it three times. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and we’re informed but continue to do it regardless.     I recently used FedEx to ship a small 3 oz envelope containing noise-suppressing earphones back to the US for a warranty claim, as Canada Post was on strike at the time. I dropped it off at my local Home Hardware, which serves as a FedEx authorized drop-off point, and an employee there kindly assisted me with preparing and filling out all the necessary paperwork and labels. They were unable to provide an exact quote for the shipping cost at the time. Based on my past experience receiving lightweight car parts from the US (often $30 or less via RockAuto), I assumed sending a small envelope to Utah wouldn't be excessively expensive. Unfortunately, after delivery, I received an invoice for $270 CAD, which was far higher than I anticipated. Had I known the cost upfront, I would have considered other options, such as discarding the item and simply purchasing a new pair of earphones for around $99 with free shipping included.

    I contacted FedEx customer service several times to explain my situation and request any possible adjustment or refund, but the charge had already been processed to my credit card, and no relief was provided. One customer service representative was helpful and suggested I check with the receiving company on their end for any assistance, but I wasn't able to follow up with him further.     It is so hard to believe Fed Ex used to be a stellar delivery company. I absolutely hate when I have a package coming through them. Expected before 8PM which means I have to sit in my house for the entire day waiting on a package that at this point may or may not show up (because it has happened in the past where I waited all day only for them to say it was undeliverable and I was AT HOME). They need take a page out of Amazon's book and use the "Your package is 10 stops away" or give a window of time. And actually make the attempt to deliver!

    Federal Express indicated I was not home for a delivery on 1/2 but I was. Driver never attempted the delivery. I waited outside for him on 1/3 and received the email I was not home while I was outside waiting. Then I received an email it was out for delivery on Sunday 1/4. I called Federal Express to confirm and was promised it was out for delivery that day, Wasted 3 days on this delivery. After I filed a complaint not only that delivery but one not needing signature was not delivered. Customer Service a complete joke.

    Yesterday, my order with the for delivery as I received a notification from FedEx. It's a large item – an armchair. I checked the tracking and saw that the order had been loaded onto a vehicle and sent out for delivery. At 9:35 AM, I received a message from FedEx stating that we were not home, therefore the order was not delivered. My husband and I were very surprised because we were home and waiting for the delivery. I went outside to look for the delivery slip that couriers usually leave if no one is home, but there was no slip. I took a picture of this. This is called customer deception.

    According to FedEx's logic, people who place orders have nothing better to do, so they can just not go to work and wait for their order every day. I understand that the FedEx delivery service exists simply for show, not to actually deliver packages. I will demand a refund from Home Depot and file a complaint against FedEx with the BBB and consumer protection agencies, as well as everywhere else where people can learn about the work of this worthless delivery service.

    For thirty years I’ve received my FedEx packages with very little trouble. In the past 12 days, SEVEN (7) packages have been left by a gate, on a county road, EIGHT (8) miles from my house.     When I see who it is delivering my package and Fed up is the way.. My Blood boils cause I know they are never on time, and it’s useless to sign up for updates cause that doesn’t happen.     Once again, awaiting a shipment promised overnight. Consistently receiving "your package is on the truck scheduled for delivery today by 8 pm" -- change to "9 pm" and cannot track at all. The truck the package is on -- is still sitting at the facility where it arrived yesterday. They put it on a truck, but the truck hasn't moved from the facility. No answers by phone, just AI loops, same with chat. Contacted shipper (Apple) and they have no way to provide any answers either, nor do either of these companies actually care. Apple got paid, FedEx got paid, but I have nothing. I wouldn't use FedEx to ship anything I have a choice about for the duration of my days. Lies and more lies.

    Worst delivery service. Pickup service is even more terrible. I've been waiting 2 days and they didn't pick up the return package yet. I even took it to Norridge. They wouldn't take it so they sent me to FedEx on cargo rd. They wouldn't take it so I scheduled a appointment for pickup. A driver came by. He wouldn't take it because it was in back yard under the patio because it was raining and that's where they put it when it was originally delivered by them. Now I put it in the front porch and they have not came yet when they said in the morning and it's going on 4 pm now. I am disabled and now I hardly can even walk now because I have been moving around this 50 pound box for 3 days.

    Awful company… In the past I had ordered a part to fix my fridge compressor.. Paid extra for overnight delivery so I could make the repair the next evening the latest and to ensure I wouldn’t lose food in the fridge. It took this crappy company 2 days to pick up the order from the appliance repair parts warehouse… 2 days… Lost everything in the fridge… Last week I had a small treadmill delivered… It was a birthday gift for my MIL… It was delivered on the day I was supposed to gift it… Box went 15 rounds with Tyson… holes all over the box, ripped and destroyed… Tried filing a claim but they make it so difficult and I was too pissed of and late to the party.. as I type this amazing review, I’m waiting on yet another Fedex delivery that’s over 2 days late … and needs a signature… Joy…

    FedEx should not be allowed to to continue damaging people's property. They should not be allowed to do the things that they do in December. The FedEx driver drove into my yard backed into my tree. I was being nice. It was the holidays. It was an accident even though the one fled the scene after hitting my tree so I called FedEx, went through the process and now they're denying my claim.

    I am deeply unhappy. My package required a signature and I released the signature through the app. The driver clearly didn’t look at the release and just drove back to Salt Lake City. The package had attempted delivery at 230. When I called Fed Ex customer service, clearly in the Philippines, the rep said, "Sorry, you need to drive the five hour round trip to go pick up your package." I said this package is perishable and needs to be kept cold. I needed the medication delivered when it was expected.

    This is not the first time this has happened. Clearly the driver could have turned around as I was home by 2:40 pm but the rep said he had to continue on his route. He clearly also didn’t have anywhere on his route left to stop as the rep told me I could drive the 2.5 hours and pick up the parcel by 5 pm. This is unacceptable on any level. I am a lawyer who works full time and now I have to stay home to wait for this package. I am telling my pharmacy not to use fed ex anymore. This has never happened with UPS. I will never use fed ex again.

    FedEx always delivers my packages to the wrong address, even though I include specific instructions, which the drivers never read. Customer service is not helpful at all, either. I'm tired of dealing with FedEx.

    Fed Ex has to be the worst, most unreliable delivery service in the world. Let me start off by saying that the driver took a picture of my package at a business that wasn't my residential home. Next, how the items that I purchased were for an upcoming event and they can't be replaced, because I received the last of the items. Then it's impossible to reach a live agent to even track your items, and I don't believe that they employ any live agents at all. The whole ordeal has been severely mentally draining. Leaving me stressed and unable to attend a very important event. We need to file a class action law suit against Fed Ex for punitive damages for, loss, pain and suffering.

    We ordered the package of a gaming keyboard for our 11 year old son at 15th December for Christmas. It said it would come 23rd December. 23rd December comes by and they just noticed it and picked it up, whole christmas ruined for my son, at 24th they were in Indonesia and so was it stuck there for 6 whole days before finally getting to France. Then after a day it went to my country, Germany, and I was very happy. I thought that it's just a matter of 2-3 days as they promised but I was very wrong. I waited 4 days till it finally arrived in my city, I was very happy. Then I had to wait 2 extra days till it finally got delivered right? Well wrong because they said they tried but they couldn't deliver it at 5th, what was understandable because there was 1 digit off. We called support to change our address. It went back to the Fedex local in my city. Now I've waited 2 days. Still no updates.

    Today at 7th of January I called again to ask where it is. It connected me to a robot and I wanted to connect to a human but right as it did support hanged up. Terrible service. So I called again and had to talk to the robot. The robot said they will not deliver the package until I update my address. That means it's one of the worst supports ever. They didn't even look into it and tried to change it. When I tried to contact a human again it asked if it could help with something else. I asked again and it said I can only contact them with messages through fedex.com. Because of that we got a delay for no reason and we don't know when the package comes. Now my son is crying because it didn't come before his winter break. He said his whole break was ruined. I would never recommend it to anyone. 1 star. Terrible service and I'm still waiting.

    I ordered a package to be delivered to a family member in another state. The package was out for delivery for over a week. I called FedEx and they investigated the issue and determined that package was indeed lost and to file a claim with the shipper. A week later, the tracking number suddenly converted to delivered on time and signed for by the intended recipient on the estimated delivery date. How can a package be called lost a week after the delivery date to now delivered on time. The signature is forged as the recipient was not in town when it was delivered. Now the shipper won’t refund the lost package because it is now marked delivered.

    This has been the worst experience with FedEx, I sent a package overnight on 12/23/25 to be delivered 12/24/25. I was charged $96 at the office in Pocatello ID, never told it would not be overnight. I was having food delivered. I did ask since the holiday would it get there overnight, never was I advised no. The package didn't arrive til a week later, when I called customer service they put in a request for a refund, I called several times always told being reviewed, I called 1/6/26 spoke to customer service (that was a joke). She did said their refunds are frozen due to holidays and mine was being denied which makes no sense. I paid for overnight & didn't receive overnight delivery.

    The representative didn't give her name said she didn't have a supervisor or corporate phone number (which I find hard to believe). I couldn't find on their website a phone number or e-mail address for corporate. I should have been advised that overnight was not guaranteed due to holidays so now I'm out $96 and horrible customer service from fedex. I will never use them again!

    I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from FedEx. My package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, January 3rd, and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been calling FedEx repeatedly, but they haven’t given me any helpful information on where my package is. I even went to the local FedEx location in person, and they couldn’t locate it either. The tracking still says it’s “in transit” even though it was scanned in at 4:46 AM this morning. This level of service is really frustrating and unacceptable. I hope this gets resolved soon, but right now I can’t recommend FedEx based on this experience.

    Didn't receive notification of delivery by text and delivery driver did not secure package in kiosk. As a result of their negligence, package was stolen. This is 2nd time this has happened when no notice of delivery should have been made by text, if not delivered to apt. door.

    By far the worst delivery company. I've experienced every possible issue from delivery date changes to late deliveries to packages left at the wrong door to theft of packages due to leaving shipments in some miscellaneous areas 2x. I tell all of my online vendors not to use FedEx for me and I will not send packages using them. Customer service is horrible and the website is not good either.

    This company is ridiculous. Every time we order something from somewhere and they use Fedex, I just cringe. This time I ordered a phone from Rogers. Unfortunately they sent it through FedEx. So just like last time. We waited for 4 hours today because it was going to be delivered by 12. We have a small place. If someone is at the door we'd know. And once again my current phone beeps. Oh look we got an email. Just like last time. Telling us nobody was home and they have to come back. Like what the actual hell. We checked outside and just like last time we have a note stuck to our door saying the delivery date is changed for next week. Are you freaking kidding??

    How do you actual get your packages from these **?? Do I have to sit outside on a bloody lawn chair and freaking wait for the ** truck to show up??? You think that's bad, try calling them. The robot on the phone you have to get though to talk to a person is impossible. It told me the New date for delivery both times I tried to contact them and hung up both times. So I guess this was a complete joke and we're waiting for our order to be returned to sender so we can talk to them and try to get our phone from an actual store because FedEx is an absolute waste of time.

    Terrible service. Packages often get stuck in delivery hubs for no apparent reason with no tracking or communications. Not reliable. UPS is much, much better. People use Fed Ex largely for signature requirements that are a hassle as well.

    The FedEx hub located in Braselton Ga is one of the worst customer service companies I've ever encountered. For three years they've been consistently delivering packages multiple days late to my address. I stay home for packages I need to sign for only to not have them delivered. My most recent delivery was supposed to be a 2 day delivery. It's now on it's 4th day and the second day in which I've stayed home all day. Their "window" of delivery stating, "before 8pm". So basically no window. Google reviews rate it a 1.5 out of 5 stars with over 1000 reviews. Nothing gets done to correct it and there's zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

    Today at 11:29 A.M. on Progress Dr. in Springfield, Ohio a FedEx truck coming out of a business nearly hit my $72,000 vehicle. He was not even looking for traffic so I had to swerve and honk to not be hit by the driver. When I honked they stopped and honked back like I was the one in the wrong. Worst delivery company in history. Man if he would've hit my truck, I probably would've gotten the insurance and a lawyer for a lawsuit because this person should not be driving at all, let alone a huge delivery truck. What if it would have been a person walking. He would have ran them over. Terrible driver!

    I normally don't write reviews, but if you need to call Customer Service, don't waste your time. AI has ruined the customer service industry and FedEx's Customer Service line is the worst I've experienced. I had the accurate tracking ID number AND Door Tag numbers that I provided several times to the AI, but she kept saying they were not correct. I tried to speak with a representative to resolve the issue, but the AI would not let me past, no matter how many times I requested - the call would just end. I spent several hours "on the phone with them" only to still be confused where my package is because there's no other option to find out. Would give 0 stars if possible.

    Terrible. Wouldn't use FedEx if it was the last resort. Only used as prescribed. Every time I order from here there's always a delay. Hasn't not been once I have a package that hasn't been delivered. And ordered the 22nd and nothing. Was supposed to be here by Christmas. Has been delayed for 3 days and now another 2 weeks like what is this. And poor customer service. Won't even do anything about it.

    Very poor customer service with all these bad reviews and still more bad reviews. Just don't understand how and why they haven't changed. Obviously the owner should face penalties since he advised don't care about his business. Sorry rich business. That's why but people count it and the people should have some kind of relief on how we get treated. We the people made this business by trusting in it. Reason why he is rich and the service workers should all be fire for the reason how they all say the same things to every customer.

    Just got off the phone again and again because they can't do their job and deliver to the right address for the 3rd time in a month period of time. How just how and all they say is the tracking number isn't correct and that where the package got delivered too. What a coincidence that they purchased the same thing with my tracking number but of course it's the sender's fault for mixing up the tracking numbers lol. These people are a joke.

    I paid for an overnight service from Los Angeles to Redding CA. Instead of the next day delivery service FedEx delivered my package a week after. My package contains a rent agreement and cashier's cash to the property manager. I was trying to get an apartment for my son who now works and lives in Redding. He is being staying in the hotel for more than 2 weeks. Because FedEx failed to deliver the package as agreed. I lost the apartment that I was so close to getting for him.

    If only I knew how bad their service was, I should have paid for a flight and flew over there to give them the cashier's check they requested for security deposit and first month rent. Please stay away from FedEx! They will not deliver your package on-time and will not give you, your money back guarantee as they advertised. I tried to file a claim and they said I do not qualify to get my money back because they had a lot of backlogs because of the Holidays and that's why they were struggling to meet everyone's deadline. So unfortunate that I used them. Please try UPS or Post office because I know they will come true. I usually don't like to write reviews but I promised myself that I must write one on FedEx. DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR ANY IMPORTANT DELIVERY ESPECIALLY ONES THAT HAVE A DEADLINE! Thank you, all!

    FedEx caused my blind husband to fall. Package was left half on entryway to front porch. Box was all wet. Filed complaint and received a call from Fedex this morning telling me driver does not read or speak English! She said I could leave signs but driver DOESN'T READ OR SPEAK ENGLISH. Scary isn't it to know they are out driving.

    It's taken them 6 days to move a package 5 hours from its original location. The entire trip to my home is 8 hours. They said the 27th, it's now the 30th and it hasn't moved in days. I live in nevada. I could have driven to new york and bought a tv and driven home by now.

    They don't deserve any stars. The worst delivery company out there. They always just through our packages from their door into our driveway, our house sits a little way off the road but there is plenty of room for the drive to drive up to our front porch and turn around, they don't even need to back up (we're on an acre). Other delivery drives have no problem. Only FEDEX. The last package was of course in the middle of our driveway by the street and the picture I received from the drive said 'deliver to front door'...not even close.

    A few months ago, our neighbor saw the drive though a package into our driveway but at the time the driveway was a small lake (No way. It was too much for their truck as my little car has no problem getting though since it's only about ankle deep but keep enough to damage a package). The 8 neighbors I know also complain out FEDEX drivers leaving packages at the roadside or just throwing them out their door. We try to not order from companies that use FEDEX.

    Terrible service. I paid over $100 for priority overnight to get my envelope which was a passport, I needed my package as an emergency since I have a flight Monday very early in the morning. I contacted customer service and the first girl told me my package was in the OKC facility so she told me she was going to personally help me with that and I had to give her my email and contact information, I never got contacted. I called customer service for the second time and another girl answered me. She told me she couldn't help me at all and much worse she sent me to the facility where my package is, telling me they will close at 5 pm, so I drove to the facility and it was closed, nobody over there who could help me.

    I called FedEx customer service the third time and one guy answered me. He was very rude and didn't want to help at all, he just said "I am sorry" and that was it. I didn't pay too much money for a priority overnight to hear "I am sorry." You have to wait till Monday to get your package. This is completely ridiculous. I had to call the airline and move my flight for Thursday and I ended up paying $600 dollar extra to be able to move my flight since I didn't have my passport on time because FedEx played me dirty and stole my money. I hope I never end up using FedEx to take care of my business, terrible service and nobody is really willing to help. Thanks FedEx!

    FedEx is not concerned about people who have disabilities or can’t have access to carrying a package or a box. All the time I’ve bought from Wayfair they leave it in the mailroom. I have requested to leave in front of my door and drivers don’t follow directions. My mailroom is in another building and I am a Parkinson patient who falls all the time. I don’t have any one available to help me bring the packages to my apartment. If they have a Delivery Manager service and I have it specified to Front door delivery, I can’t understand why they leave it at the mailroom.

    I’ve even gone in person to the Miramar station and they sent me to Medley for assistance. When you call you can never get ahold of a human, everything is AI and they don’t resolve any situation. I really don’t recommend using FedEx!!! It’s very frustrating the service for people like me that are declared handicapped and you can notice I can’t hardly walk. Hopefully now I’m only 1 delivery away from purchasing from Wayfair.

    I can’t even make a FedEx account online to file a claim because it says my address does not exist, even though it auto populates on their address line when I start typing it in. This house has been here for over 50 years and gets packages all the time from all carriers including fedex, just lately fedex has been terrible and delivering packages to the incorrect house (like whose house is in that proof of delivery photo? Cause it's not mine) or the packages just never arrive and I have to contact the merchant and they just issue a refund, my question is where are these packages going? Back to the merchant? Cause they never make it to me and when I track them they just never update they stay in transit forever. I could understand if these were packages on their plane that exploded coming to hawaii but no these are packages ordered way after then!

    FedEx continues to fail. Simplest of things can't be accomplished by the incompetent FedEx employees. First of all, we hall a longer porch with the front door being about 15 feet down one side, why is it that FedEx is the ONLY delivery that leaves every package on the steps or barely on the porch, whereas every single other company can get the packages to the front door? Secondly, FedEx delivers, they drop the boxes upside down, on their side or however they want. Literally just happened 10 minutes ago. Large box was delivered at the end of the porch with the "This Side Up" pointing to the ground, because it's upside down. Complete idiots that do not care about the packages or their customers.

    Fedex marked my packages as delivered when I never received them. I never got an email notification, a picture of where it was left, and never signed for it. I opened a claim and within 2 days it was closed saying they delivered it and to get with the shipper.

    I will never use this company again. They often deliver my packages to our neighbor's house even though my house and mailbox have large numbers indicating the address, in clear view with nothing blocking them. This causes major issues with certain orders that are time sensitive and urgent. Most recent a package was delivered last week to my neighbor and I just received it today, but the item is non-usable now and can't be replaced for another 2 weeks. A signature for my packages is always required but the driver took it upon himself to sign for me and leave it on my neighbor's porch. Horrible, unreliable, and worthless company.

    They charge extra for guaranteed delivery but do not ever deliver by the guaranteed date. Lie about packages being delivered on schedule until the end of a business day and then inform you the packages are delayed. When confronted, they admit to knowing the delivery was going to be delayed in advance.

    I shipped a time sensitive package via FedEx thinking that their brand would represent reliability - this was a huge mistake. The package was delivered late with no updates along the way and zero customer service to help work through the late delivery. When I requested a credit due to the high cost of shipping overnight because it was delivered yet late, customer service did not care nor try to help in any way. And when I attempted to escalate, got nowhere. Save your money and go elsewhere if you need reliability and any kind of service. This is the last time I'll use Fedex.

    Confronted a driver driving for Federal Express on December 23rd 2025 1:30 pm. In a twin city suburb. Came driving down the wrong side of the street as if this was United Kingdom, Australia or countries that's their driving laws. In America it's the right, no exceptions except for law enforcement, ems services. When confronting this driver he got violent and shoved, knock me to the ground in a violent rage.

    UPS, USPS drive on the right, park, walk the eight feet across the street, cross back eight feet, follow traffic laws, on to the next delivery. They're not lazy taking a short cut in order to save time. They also are not red light runners, put lives at risk on the roads all in the name of emptying a delivery vehicle. The days of on time delivery are over the packages get there whenever. The driving shortcuts driving illegally only benefits the driver, no one else. Fed Ex doesn't care about others' lives on the roads. They think they own them to. Gl but here in calling them out to dispatch to report they condone these actions and hide phone numbers for you not to report these illegal actions. If there was a way when ordering a product to select a legit carrier but you're at the mercy of the seller.

    I had 2 packages to be delivered today… I had 2 packages to be delivered today 12/23/25. Each weight 118lbs. I have 2 three foot signs at my driveway showing where my house is because there are 2 driveways close to each other. They delivered to the wrong house!! I called to have them bring them to my house. Told me they would come sometime today. I waited. Getting late. I called back. They told me it would be tomorrow before they could come back out. Well it's going to rain so my cabinet will be destroyed! This is in London Kentucky. Someone in charge needs to do something about their delivery people!! This is not the first time. You put details for them. You put signs out and they still don't pay any mind to them. Absolutely the worst delivery company!!!!

    I live in a house with a front door facing the street. But just be side the Front Door is a brick planter. The delivery persons put packages in front of the front door where they can be seen from street. Very easily they could put it behind the brick planter. But no, they put it in front of the door.     Paid for First Overnight guaranteed delivery. Driver marked "Business closed" at a federal office open during normal hours. Building was open. Driver fabricated status. Money-back guarantee is a lie. Filed claim - denied. Called customer service - disconnected mid-conversation. No escalation. No accountability. This is systematic. Drivers fabricate statuses to avoid deliveries. "Business closed" when open. "No access" when accessible. Entire apartment complexes blacklisted due to internal disputes. Missed critical deadline. Legal consequences. FedEx loses nothing. Do not use for legal documents, medical supplies, government filings, or anything time-sensitive.

    The delivery from Chewy was marked delivered but the verification photo showed a location that wasn't mine. It was also unrecognizable so despite their suggestion that 'I go find it' it was impossible for me to do this. Upon contacting customer support I, FedEx conducted an investigation based on the tracking #. Now on the form I selected "delivered to wrong address". After a few days of investigation I received an email saying the case was closed; the package was delivered. This if course was already known. FedEx then suggests to contact the seller which I did. Chewy immediately sent out another order.... to be delivered by... FedEx. I am now awaiting delivery from... FedEx.

    Fedex is a nightmare! They don’t pick up packages or deliver on time. They use old white vans and U-Haul trucks. So twice they come to my house and deliver 1 package and leave 2 remaining on truck to beat the crap out of it for 2 days. Then when they do deliver it the box is completely open and everything banged up. So I got the manager's # so I don’t have to talk to someone overseas! They have combined express with ground transportation and no difference in service, just ripping you off for MORE money for the same terrible service. USPS gets your package here in half the time for half the price. UPS is the absolute best mail delivery service. FedeX is garbage at best. FedEx is owned by a bunch of investors. Who could care less about the service or anything else. The former owner died and all the good service died with him.

    They received a package/envelope in Everett, Washington with overnight service to Portland, Oregon on Friday. Monday at 1pm, tracking shows it sitting in Memphis TN showing on-time delivery in Portland....sure. I called the customer service line. Had to go through many prompts before I actually spoke to someone. They were clueless and spoke English poorly (clearly an overseas call center). Spoke to an "escalation agent". Not much better. Lied to me immediately. I told them this was a prescription, and I was leaving the country the next day. Didn't seem to even register with them. I'm sick of companies farming customer service out to call centers overseas. It's always a problem.

    They could not even deliver a simple envelope to a bank and then you start with the call centers and everyone says they're a supervisor and they are not. You can never talk to a manager. What a complete joke. This is the cable company of the 90s. Save yourself a lot of time and use UPS or USPS

    Drop the package at "real FedEx office". After 2 hours the package arrived from East Coast to CA???? Call them up to find out where is my package. They do NOT care, and just hung up two times. I am paying for it, and the package is lost plus they do NOT want to talk about it. What kind of company is this? They should be gone from shipping business.

    I am an Etsy merchant and mail literally hundreds of boxes during the holiday season. FedEx has blown me away with their professionalism, both in their shops and in terms of delivering things quickly. USPS doesn’t even come a close second to the efficiency of delivering parcels.     Never on time, everything is a operational delay, packages constantly left at wrong spots even with directions. I wish companies would stop using FedEx. Next day service never shows up next day so I might as well pay for regular shipping from other companies that end up delivering on our before FedEx.

    Every package has been late. The FedEx in Grove City won't respond to the main store when they call. The tracking is never correct. One of my packages was supposed to arrive on 12/16/2025. The package still hasn't arrived. I have been getting updates saying it will be delivered but it never comes. I have tried to rea h them so I can pick my packages up since it is at my local fedex but no one responds. I will never ship fedex. I wish my orders wasn't shipped using them. They're horrible.

    Purchased a car and the dealership used FedEx to ship the Title big mistake. FedEx never delivered it and me as the recipient. FedEx refused to talk with me and the dealership went ignored. A expensive vehicle rare and the title is in limbo because of FedEx poor delivery management and oversight. The shipment never delivered yet every AI and response is that it’s delivered and the customer support closes the claim and says simply, "We show as delivered. Contact shipper for a refund or reship" - it’s a friggin Title to a vehicle. You can’t just reship a Title. Avoid FedEx and use a more reliable shipper for sensitive and legal documents. Guess FedEx supports Title theft. What is next Identity theft?

    If I could leave a negative review I would. I will also no longer shop with brands that ship via FedEx. Two of the screenshots are from packages attempted to be delivered this month, December 2025. One was sent via Amazon (had I known I would have never ordered), another was a gift....then you see my conversation from 2022. I cannot begin to tell you how much I detest this company.

    I have been waiting for delivery of a very expensive item since the 17th of December. FEDEX keeps saying it will be delivered by end of day on the 17th, then they updated it to be delivered by end of day the 18th, then they did the same thing for the 19th, and here it is the 20th and FEDEX still has not delivered my package. I am certain the driver stole it. Personally drivers that do this kind of stuff should be arrested. This item was a special gift for my husband for Christmas and now it's still not here. That is all I can surmise is that the driver either stole it or sold it, and of course, it will NEVER be delivered. I called FEDEX Customer Service numerous times and all they tell me is that it is OUT FOR DELIVERY. For the past 4 days now. AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL EXPERIENCE, AND I WILL NEVER recommend FEDEX to anyone in the future. Hope something like this happens to them. Sorry for being so bitter.

    I'm on my 3rd attempt at a delivery. No tag yesterday, no doorbell ring today or yesterday. The customer service associates was nice enough but one can't do anything and the other flat out lied and told me I could pick it up. Super unsatisfied. It's a great service until you need a signature.

    Just spent 2 hrs trying to let FedEx know they'd left a misdelivered box at my condo (wrong address, wrong city, wrong name), and could never get beyond the recorded voice demanding a Door Tag # (there was no door tag, they left the box). Every phone and online attempt to reach a live agent resulted in being shunted back to the original misnamed Customer Support # and I was back in the same loop. Same with trying to file a complaint. How? Contact Customer Support! Wretched, non-existent Customer Service.

    Had four packages held at the local FedEx facility for days and never delivered. The most urgent one was a thermostat for my heating system that had quit working. I ordered a new one from Amazon on December 6th, was shipped via FedEx by an Amazon seller on December 7th and the package arrived at the local FedEx facility in West Chesterfield NH (35 miles from me) on December 9th, and I received a notification on December 9th that package was out for delivery, seemed good. However, FedEx never showed up, and I continued to receive the same notification from FedEx everyday for the next 9 days. According to the FedEx tracking site, the package was loaded on a local delivery truck every day for 10 days in a row, but returned to the local facility at the end of the day, with reason provided as, "Local weather delay - Delivery not attempted."

    Tracking system was showing the same for the other three packages. There were no weather issues where I am at during this period, it is Vermont in winter so is cold and have a little snow, but no storms and in fact a number of days were clear and mostly sunny, so citing local weather as the problem is a complete misrepresentation. UPS came to my house at least twice during this period. I called the FedEx customer service line, they put a ticket in, said I would hear back. After two days I called again and asked for a supervisor, was told that a supervisor was not available until the end of the month (it was mid-month at the time), on third call they told me to call the shipper's and report the packages as missing. My impression with customer service was that they just try to end the call as quickly as possible.

    When I finally did get a response to the ticket that had been put in I was told that delay was due to "severe weather," and that they would continue to monitor the progress of my packages. Appears no one actually did anything to investigate the problem and resolve the issue. Finally, on the 11th day (about a week on the other 3 packages) I drove to NH to retrieve my packages. When I arrived at the Fed-Ex facility I was told trucks had already been dispatched but I gave them the four tracking numbers and the woman said she would check on them. To add insult to injury they would not let me in, I was standing at the gate in the rain (talked to the woman on a speaker). After 15 - 20 minutes someone brought out all 4 packages.

    I called the woman on the speaker again and asked why the packages had been held, and she told me they did not know, was being investigated. Really! I used to think FedEx was a reliable delivery service but no more. From my experience they don't appear to even be monitoring what is going on. You would think that multiple packages supposedly being loaded on a truck and then returned each night would raise red flags, but apparently not. Not even when issue reported to customer service. I will avoid using FedEx at all, but can't control what service shippers use to send me things.

    Watch your items once they hit Rockford! 3 packages of mine have been lost as soon as it hits Rockford! I would strongly suggest using a different company for shipping needs! FedEx better check into your Rockford site!!!!! Complete BS!

    What absolute dog sh!t. They said they were on their way in a different city then suddenly shows up as attempted to be delivered in my city. Ask them to put it as a facility, go to facility next day. Not there. Leaving today and can’t go back to the store to get it and they say they can’t hold the package. I will never use FedEx again. They never even left a note at my door like they said they would either.

    I navigate the web site and wonder what 3 years wrote this. It is horrible to navigate and nothing works. Very bad for business and frustrating to the customer. Get a real coder or web site programmer. This one does not meet the standard.

    FedEx lost my package. They insisted that it had been delivered to the locker room in my apartment building, but I checked with the leasing office, and we opened every locker— it was not there. They also reviewed the delivery log and confirmed that there was no record of the package being delivered. I contacted FedEx to report the missing package, and they told me they would follow up with updates. I waited a week with no response. When I checked their website, I discovered that they had closed the case without notifying me at all.

    I called FedEx to find out what happened, and the customer service representative essentially hung up on me. I explained, “I understand it’s a busy season, and if the driver misplaced the package, I can understand that. But it’s unacceptable to close the case without providing any updates after saying you would. I’m very disappointed.” The representative replied, “Sorry, can’t help you with that,” and then hung up. I find this extremely rude. I paid a shipping fee only to discover that they don’t even support customers who are trying to locate a package that was lost due to their own mistake. I used to trust FedEx completely, but not anymore. This experience has been very disappointing.

    Absolutely useless. I could have resolved it speaking with someone in 2 minutes, yet here we are several days later and nothing. Mistakes happen, it's how they address them that is important. If you are a vendor and shipping says FedEx, I will not purchase from your site.

    Fedex failed to deliver an Amazon package repeatedly. The third time the tracking site said the package was undeliverable. I called customer service and the representative said the driver entered the wrong code and that they were positively going to have it delivered the next day. I even got a call from some representative saying it was on the truck and would be delivered today. I received an email stating the case I had opened was closed. The package never arrived. Now when I try to call customer service the auto attendant will not connect my call and takes me in circles because it will only give me updates for the tracking number it has attached to my phone number. So I get the package when they bloody well feel like they want to deliver it.

    Shipment was supposed to arrive between 12 pm and 4 pm. When it was clear that they weren't going to arrive in that time window, I tried to call their customer service number. I was unable to speak to a human, after at least 15 minutes of trying. The driver arrived at 4:30 pm and was very rude.

    FedEx has a deceitful practice of paying import duties ahead of time without notifying you. They will then deliver the package to you before demanding payment for these fees. If you do not pay these fees they will send your case to debt collection. There is no simple way to contact them to correct this type of issue nor do they have any interest in doing so. If I ever have the option to avoid this company I will do so for the rest of my life. I encourage you to do the same.

    Worse shipping company out there. Been waiting over a week from expected delivery date and each day it says it's on the truck with my driver Anthony. This is after days of sitting in Ohio and then Wisconsin. Would NEVER recommend them!

    I am writing to let FedEx and the world know about my FedEx driver. My FEDEX Trudere Logistics drive name was Mr. **. He came to my house to drop off a package. Unfortunately I was not home to pick it up. He was nice enough to go the front office to drop the package off. Because you had to sign for the package he couldn't leave it. Mr. ** was nice to leave his personal phone number in the office to allow me to reach out to him to get my son package from him. That wasn't all. I reach out to Mr. ** to inform him that I was at work. He said that no problem. He said, "What time do you get off." I told him. Then, "Let's do this. Call me when you get off. I will tell you my location then you can meet me there." Thank you so much Mr. ** for kindness that you showed to me on 12/9/2025. FedEx I just wanted you to know that this sweet man love his job. He goes way above his call of duty for every package that he have to drop off. Love You Mr. **.

    FedEx continues to lie and lose people packages still. My package has been sitting in some sorting facility for two days and no movement. As a person who have prior experience, your package is lost or stolen. They don't read the reviews because they don't care. I begged the shipper not to use FedEx because I knew this was gonna happen. If you can use someone else, please do so. Do not trust them because their integrity is -20.

    Package wasn't damaged. Delivery Guy was very friendly, he did his job and more. Good with the animals. My 📦 arrived on time, very happy. Item was very big. I couldn't handle by myself. He took care of everything.

    I have personally never liked FedEx and their services. They never deliver on time nor is their tracking accurate. When you call customer service, they say anything to get you off the phone. They have had me waiting 2 days for a package, that needs a signature, still nothing. I will never recommend any business to use this service. It's awful.

    I sent a parcel with gifts for ** children by FedEx, and I was promised that it would arrive on time for an international flight. The package was two days late and missed the flight. Now, the package will be in stock for a week until the next international flight. ** children who are suffering from the war and deserve Christmas gifts, like all children in the world, will not receive Christmas gifts on time because of fedex.... Shame on you fedex ... you do not care about your customers...

    I ordered a couch, December 2nd 2025. The delivery date was supposed to be December 05 via FedEx. Their tracking system state it was loaded on a truck and out for delivery on Friday, December 5th. It didn't show up Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I called FedEx Monday, December 8th. They insisted it was it for delivery. I talked to a FedEx rep, she said it was delayed due to weather. The distribution center delivering this couch is 30 minutes for the receiving address. There hadn't been any bad weather for a week. They made excuse after excuse about losing the couch. It was scanned to the distribution center and to a truck. They probably scanned it, but didn't load it. How does a couch that weighs well over 100 pounds, 83 inches long, and at least 30 inches tall get lost? FedEx tracks every second of every day for their associates. My biggest concern is the excuses, horrible customer service by their reps, and lackadaisical approach.

    Incompetent drivers who never follow delivery instructions. My i stole tons say to leave at my door. They are either left at the office, or just dumped near the mail boxes. Last year I lost $2000 worth of medicine due to delivery instructions not being followed. Customer service can barely speak English.

    Let me point out that there are over SIX THOUSAND 1 star reviews on FEDEX and well LESS than ONE THOUSAND 5 star reviews. You couldn’t even add up the 2-5 star reviews to equal all the 1 star reviews. Let that sink in. More than twice we have had our packages lost by FedEx totaling over $1,000 in lost/ stolen products. Luckily the companies we purchase from aren’t scum of the Earth like FedEx is and will work it out to ship us new material, I would just suggest that if companies want to save money they go away from FedEx and use a far better, more accredited service such as UPS or even DHL.

    FedEx recently lost 2 of my packages which I have been waiting patiently for. They contained parts to a car that I am working on. Because of FedEx not only is a small business hurt, so is the customer. A package that was (shockingly) delivered today 12/10/2025, was dropped off in the middle of a shared driveway. This driveway is the only way in or out for 3 residents. This was not a small package and is for my daughters for Christmas. I am tired of holding back on these worthless, lazy, good for nothing DEI, DEFECATION birds that work for FEDEX. FedEx is no longer what they used to be. They no longer take responsibility, no longer have integrity, and no longer care for what they do. They just want to hurry up and be done so they can get their money and go home. It’s time they are held accountable.

    If I could give FedEx less than one star I would. First, I have a long driveway and the drivers are lazy. When I actually do receive my packages from them they are thrown into the trees at the end of my driveway. Currently, I am awaiting a couch I ordered. It has been "on delivery vehicle" for 5 days! I have watched FedEx drive past my house. Why is my couch being held hostage on a delivery vehicle? As well, I currently have another package that supposedly arrived at a FedEx location 6 days ago and has not shown any movement since. The customer service is an absolute joke. They offer no real solutions. I will literally avoid ordering from companies who ship via FedEx going forward. Do better, FedEx.
