    How is FedEx still in business? Twice they have lied and said that they attempted delivery and no one was home. I was home for two shipments! They never came to my door! They didn't leave a "tag" like they said they did because they did not come to my home to deliver. I think that if it gets too late in the day and the Fedex driver wants to go home they just SAY they tried to deliver and no one was home. They are a TERRIBLE shipping company!!!!!

    I received a demand letter from FEDEX, for a customs charge which dated back 3 years. No other information was on the letter other than demanding payment or the bailiffs would be instructed to collect the debt. I contacted FEDEX to ask what the payment was, having no idea what it was about. The customer service agent could not find any information regarding the debt and asked me to contact the billing team to discuss. As FedEx has no direct phone handlers, all I could do was email the billing team to ask for more information about the debt and then pay if I needed to. The generic response was, "We will contact you in 48 hours along with a CQL number." 3 weeks later, I received a bailiff's letter demanding I pay the original debt plus the interest and the bailiff's charges on top.

    I contacted FEDEX again and spoke with a service agent via their web chat. He apologised profusely and said this should not have happened. He rushed my complaint up the chain of command and promised me the billing team would contact me to discuss within 48 hours. Alas, 4 days later, I am still waiting, and I have the bailiff company on my door demanding payment or they will confiscate goods to pay for the debt plus their charges. It's nice to know FedEx treats their customers this way and promises you everything within 48 hours but actually deliver you nothing. Quite ironic for a delivery company! Customer service needs an overhaul and the billing team clearly is nonexistent or capable with dealing with any customer query. I will make sure everyone I know in business, along with social media, not to use FEDEX for any business transactions whatsoever.

    Who do I know at FedEx? Preferably someone with both authority and a functioning understanding of logistics. A medication delivery that has been successfully delivered numerous times was supposedly “attempted” last Thursday. Fascinatingly, no signature was required, no delivery notice was left, and the photographic “proof” provided appears to be a close-up study of concrete that bears absolutely no resemblance to where I live. Bold choice.

    On Friday, I contacted FedEx via online chat and was informed — with extraordinary confidence — that my package simply would not be delivered because an attempt had already been made. When I asked for clarification, the representative disconnected the chat entirely. Naturally, I was then invited to complete a customer satisfaction survey in which every rating option except “5 - Excellent” had mysteriously vanished. Subtle.

    Since then, I have spoken to multiple representatives, been promised callbacks that never happened, and was even assured the package would arrive by 8 PM Friday evening. In an effort not to miss it, I sat in my truck outside my leasing office and mailroom until exactly 8:00 PM. No truck. No package. No communication. Just me, alone with my deteriorating faith in modern infrastructure.

    I called again, was told another “escalation ticket” had been submitted, and was placed on hold for a manager for 45 minutes before finally giving up. Every single day since, I’ve been told no one understands why the package has not been scheduled for redelivery, and that pickup is unavailable because the package is supposedly located in Mesquite. Mesquite. I live in McKinney.

    Each day comes with the same recycled reassurance that the matter has been “escalated” and that I will receive an update. Astonishingly, after an entire week, not one person has contacted me. I’m genuinely amazed that a company built entirely around transportation and delivery has managed to turn a simple redelivery into what can only be described as an avant-garde masterclass in dysfunction. The original failed delivery was already impressive, but the complete absence of urgency, accountability, and basic competence afterward? Honestly, it’s almost aspirational. FedEx, do better.

    FedEx delivers my packages to the wrong house EVERY TIME I buy from a company that uses them. If I call FedEx, their automated system gives me the runaround. I called them 6 TIMES today, and I finally got to a live person. They told me I would have to contact the company I bought the items from. WHY???? FedEx is the one that keeps delivering my packages to the wrong houses!!!! The last time, my mom recognized the house in the photo, and we went to the house to get my package. This time, we do not recognize the house. For all I know, my package could be in Timbuktu. I shouldn’t have to go on a scavenger hunt to find my items!!! How hard is it to deliver a package to the correct address? DO YOUR JOB FEDEX!!!

    This company can’t do nothing right. They charge you for shipping and it get lost and misplaced then you try to reach out to them and they have you jump through hoop just to see where your stuff at. Wow. Won't ever use them again.

    Too bad I cannot choose "0" stars. They charge premium pricing but give less than service! Package arrived days late, damaged, with the end of box broken open. Bag of nuts and bolts missing that are needed for assembly. (Photos documented). Wichita, KS was the end destination of this package, but the truck drove through Wichita without stopping. WHY did the truck bypass the Wichita, KS FedEx facility? US-50 and I-35, intersects intersect in Wichita, KS where most all truck traffic runs through.

    FedEx also has dedicated flight hangers at the Eisenhower National Airport in Wichita. The pony express truck drove from California, through AZ and NM, on through Wichita and proceeded to a Cottonwood Falls, KS location. A few of the locations they stopped at are self-serve Dollar General stores, not FedEx facilities. Then the truck drove from Cottonwood Falls, KS, up to KC, MO, and then back down to Wichita, KS. THERE IS NO REASON why this package should have traveled further than necessary before arriving at its intended destination in Wichita, KS.

    There is more I could say regarding the routing, but I think this is sufficient for now. I took screenshots of the travel status timeline intermittently and have documented it all. This is ridiculous that a company this size treats its customers' packages and delivery schedules in such a uncaring, "I don't care about you or your customers" manner...We got your money!

    FedEx ex will never get my business again. They are incompetent fools with Similac on their breath. They delivered my package to someone else, hung up on me 4 times. Did not find my package and then stated it was my problem to find it which I didn't.. They don't have no supervision available. They are a bunch of idiots that don't know shit.

    My review is simple. Fedex is complete trash in my location. Never get anything on time, always late. I will say only thing so far is at least the drivers are nice. I will from here on out refuse to do business with anyone or any company that uses fedex. It could be life saving medication and I will refuse service. I would probably die anyways waiting on fedex.

    I will not long buy anything that will be delivered by Fedex. I can accept screw ups from time to time. People make mistakes. But to deal with a company that you cannot get thru to customer service? Goodbye fedex. Hope you have a shot business life.

    Would love to leave a zero star review, however you cannot. FedEx has repeatedly misplaced packages delivered packages that were missing as contents and clearly opened up by either someone at the facilities or the delivery drivers continuously change the day of delivery. Their customer service is beyond out of reach. They have zero help. They are honestly the worst shipment company ever they give you no support, no help, and the people they choose to hire for deliveries are horrible.

    FedEx Ground delivery is absolutely horrible. They clearly do not care about disabled customers. I am disabled and live on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I set up FedEx Delivery Manager exactly as instructed by Wayfair, added clear delivery notes, and called FedEx dispatch multiple times to make sure my heavy packages were delivered to my door. They ignored everything and dumped my packages downstairs by the mailbox, where I could not get them. My bed delivery was also delayed from Thursday to after 5 PM Friday, leaving me with no help and no way to contact them until Monday. Lazy, careless, and unacceptable service. I will never use FedEx again, and because of this, I won’t order from Wayfair either. Companies should stop using FedEx—they do not care about their customers.

    Worst shipping company. I paid for Express delivery, but the package was never delivered. I called customer service four times over two days, and every agent falsely told me the package was “out for delivery.” We stayed late at the office waiting for it, but it never arrived. On the third day, I suddenly received an update that the package was being returned to the shipper. Complete waste of time, poor communication, and dishonest customer service.

    I mailed a package on Saturday May 9 2026, scheduled for delivery on May 13, 2026.. It is now may 15 and no one can tell me why my package is showing stuck in Hutchins TX for 2 days... I will NEVER use Fedex EVER again.. Sorry sorry business...     Absolutely terrible. I frequently order off Temu and sometimes they use FedEx. But somehow they are the only shipping courier to not deliver just 1 package (UPS and USPS have no problem locating address) but every single package they have handled has been delivered somewhere else and I had to track it down! But only the shipper can file a claim that FedEx will issue a refund for… Absolutely ridiculous and because of how Temu handled it on their end I will never use either company again and when I disputed the matter they used the delivery photo taken at the wrong house as proof of me receiving the package which meant that Temu denied a proper refund and only gave their funny money credit.

    Buyer beware if FedEx is the shipper your order can become lost or stolen with no way to track what actually happened to it. I ordered over $3600 of professional camera gear from B&H Photo, pro level tripod and two pro level mics and FedEx failed to ever deliver these items. My signature was required and they even came the day before and left a note on my door saying that I wasn't available even though I was home the entire time. FedEx never even knocked on the door, they just left a note to sign for delivery and then left.

    The next day I waited at my door so I could catch them and they never showed up by 8:00 PM like they stated they were on their tracking site. Even worse FedEx stated the items were delivered to Fritch but they failed to provide any address. I'm curious where they left them considering the fact my signature was required and obviously no one signed for them. So I disputed the credit charge, cancelled my order with B&H Photo and they lost the sale. It's not even B&H Photo's fault, it's FedEx who lost my order and cost the sale.

    FedEx lost a $7,000 custom-built Mac after their own tracking confirmed it scanned into their facility. Before it disappeared, I received a notice claiming I had placed a hold on the package — I never did, and FedEx has never explained who did. Their automated system then reported a delivery attempt that never happened; I was home all day with security cameras, and a FedEx rep admitted the record was false.

    The package required a signature, so I stayed home for two weeks while FedEx told me daily it would arrive "tomorrow." It never did. I filed roughly 8 tickets, and a claims rep hung up on me mid-call. They never admitted it was lost until two weeks in — by then I'd lost two weeks of work and taken real damage to my business partnerships. This is the second high-value package FedEx has lost on me. An unauthorized hold, a fake delivery scan, and two weeks of stalling is not a service failure I'd wish on anyone shipping something that matters.

    I was ordered a new medical transport device for mothers day. It was to be delivered on mother's day but didn't really stress it because of the holiday. Monday came and went still no delivery. Checked tracking stated Tuesday a delivery by end of day yet Tuesday came and went nothing. Mind you I need this to live a normal life. Called no help. Package lost is all I got and hung up several times. Wednesday no package. Spent 3 hours on phone with FedEx for them to tell me to just wait nothing they could do.

    Here were are Thursday package states will be delivered by 350pm yet here I am writing a review and I have nothing. It's really hard to stay positive and live what life I can when these shippers have no compassion, professionalism or any care to do their job and making my life hard for no reason. As a handicapped and disabled person to be treated like this and talked to like trash is unacceptable. Nowhere in my life would I ever treat someone the way fed ex has treated me. 3 escalations 12 supervisors and hung up on 22 times and spent 14 hours on the phone to no avail. Pretty sad how this company is still allowed to operate and screw the American people daily.

    FEDEX delivered a package addressed to a former resident. When I called FEDEX to pick the package up and return it to the shipper, they refused. They said just use it or throw it away. It was an estate plan from and attorney and had a trust and will included. Do not trust this horrible company with your important documents.

    I had a set of tires delivered in Forrest City AR and the driver was very unprofessional. The tires were thrown from the van. He damaged my plants and yard decor when he unloaded the tires. I have a concrete drive that is right next to my porch. He could have easily backed in and stacked them at the end of the porch but decided to just throw them in the front yard on top of the decor and plants instead. I definitely would never recommend FedEx. They do not care about other people property. I have a video but it will not let me load the video.

    I've asked for several months not to just throw my packages on the ground. I'm a 72 year old wheelchair bound woman and I almost fell out of my chair just trying to get my package and I have a stand right by my door just for packages. Very disappointed with this company.

    I have a tracking number for a package that I shipped to a repair center. The tracking number shows that the shipment is at a FedEx location and has been for 6 WEEKS. I called customer support to initiate a trace and they needed the shipping address. I found it and they told me that the address matched but the recipient did not (it's a repair center). Unless I gave them the EXACT match, they cannot initiate a trace or escalate further. (For security reasons???) I will not use FedEx EVER in the future based on their ludicrous policy. I'm shipping a broken stand mixer. No security issues here. . .

    Do not use FedEx for shipping. The drivers don't read the address and over the last two years have delivered my packages to the wrong address that has a similar street name. This has now happened more than two dozen times. The homeowner of the wrong address has even stopped them and pointed out that they were at the wrong address that is only 1/4 down the road but they take a photo and mark it was delivered. Take the package but never deliver it to me at the correct address. Their customer service always send me the photo of the package as proof that it was delivered and closes the case without resolving the issue. They have no way of filing a complaint against the driver so corrective action is never implemented. There is no way of talking to a real person to resolve the issue. You get caught in an endless loop of generic issues which never gets to the root cause of the problem.

    If you're using FedEx to get a guaranteed delivery date for a package going to a residence, you may be disappointed. On Wednesday, May 6th at 12:51pm, my son in Grass Valley, CA went to a FedEx store and sent my Mother's Day card in a FedEx envelope, 2nd Day Air to me in Miami, Fl. Delivery was guaranteed for Friday, May 8th, by 8pm which would clearly be in time for Mother's Day on May 10th.

    Apparently FedEx was just kidding about when the package might be delivered. On Friday, 5/8 at 9:03am it arrived in Homestead, FL FedEx facility, a 25-minute drive from my house. The package sat in Homestead from last Friday until this morning, Tuesday May 12th. It arrived from Homestead at the FedEx Miami facility at 12:28pm today. BOTTOM LINE: Let it be known that when using FedEx to send a delivery to a residence, you are paying a high premium with no guaranteed delivery date. Save your money and use USPS.

    I’m 65 years old, & the driver that delivered in the Valley Mills, Tx at 5:35 pm on May 11, 2026 pitched our new window unit out the side of the truck on its side in the middle of the driveway and backed out the driveway as fast as he could. What happened to handling packages with caution and setting them on the front porch?

    If I could give a half star, I would. I canceled my appointment just to wait on a package that was supposed to be delivered today ( 5/1126) from 11:20 am - 3:20 pm. I stayed here all day. Waiting with a no-show. They didn't even show up. Cameras caught nothing of them pulling in. And now it's going to be tomorrow before 8 pm for it to show up. Mind you, SOMEONE has to be here to sign for this package. Yet again. I have to be here ALL DAY.

    If I could give negative stars I would, I ordered from a very reputable seller a item that contains 3 separate boxes, the first time they shipped the item from New Jersey to Dallas Ga. It made it to Austell Ga and they said it was too damaged to deliver and sent all 3 boxes back to the seller, the second time the seller shipped all 3 boxes again. I did receive 2 highly damaged boxes. The third box was sent back to the seller, the third time the seller sent the missing box only and once it got to Georgia it was deemed too damaged to deliver and was sent back to the seller, the 4th time the seller sent the missing box again and it made it to Austell Ga and it was deemed too damaged to deliver. So it's being sent back to the seller, this is the worst shipping company and if you read reviews Austell Ga is considered the black hole where packages go and get lost or damaged.

    FedEx claims to have delivered my package but it was not delivered to my correct address. When I filed a claim it was suggested I walk around the neighborhood looking for it and if another member of my household had received it. Well I’m the only member of my household and I will not walk the neighborhood looking for a package an incompetent or dishonest driver didn’t deliver! I re ordered my items or most of my items and guess what they were delivered correctly. FedEx refuses to take ownership of their mistake and keeps saying it was delivered, they are correct, it was but not to me! I have photo evidence to prove it.

    I ordered 4 new truck tires. 3 showed up. The FedEx driver said this happens often and the 4th tire will be here by tomorrow morning. 2 days later I'm told 4 tires were delivered. That's not true. It messed up my delivery job for pulling a trailer and I'm still not getting any support from FedEx for my missing tire. Who delivers only 3 tires? Incompetence from FedEx is beyond words. I'm going out of my way to never use them again.

    Our experience with FedEx has been devastating. We are an aviation company, and recently shipped two cargo loading systems for an Airbus A330 — critical aircraft components valued at over $100,000 USD. The package was never delivered and simply disappeared within the FedEx network. We acknowledge that we made the mistake of not purchasing additional insurance, but we never imagined that a company of this size could lose a shipment of such importance and value without providing a serious investigation or meaningful resolution. After everything, the only compensation we received was a $100 check. The frustration and helplessness we feel are immense. For companies handling expensive and sensitive aviation components, trust in logistics providers is everything. That trust has now been completely broken.

    As a result of this experience, we are now exploring smaller logistics companies that, surprisingly, offer far more accountability, lower prices, and even faster service. We honestly did not realize there were better alternatives available, and now we keep asking ourselves: why didn’t we use them before? We sincerely hope FedEx takes greater responsibility in situations like this and improves its internal processes so other businesses do not experience the same devastating loss.

    The delivery drivers are lazy. I have very specific instructions because I am disabled and cannot go fetch my package if they leave it downstairs. Which they do, almost exclusively. Complaining doesn't help, at all. FedEx is always late as well. UPS, and other less well known companies bring my packages to my door. Walmart and Target do. But not FedEx.     Had a signature required delivery. I was given a day, they came the next day. I didn't hear the Fed Ex person, the dog didn't either! So, the product was scheduled for the next day... There was no time window given, who stays home until 8pm waiting all day? Customer service is completely computerized now, one can never talk to a real person. I will never agree to use FED EX. I finally contacted my vendor and told them to have it delivered at my closest FED EX location since we kept missing each at home. Customer service is a zero. Delivery time is a three. Sad that so many companies short change us on customer service.

    Fedex is horrible when it comes to having to sign for packages you purchase. They give you a window of 8am to 8pm. Day one I missed the package due to me being at work and they came at 1pm on a weekday. We all know everyone is at work and school. Day 2 I'm off Saturday and it’s 4:42pm and they are still not here. So my whole Saturday is wasted. If you have an option choice DHL.

    Today I was told by FedEx customer service that I would not be receiving full reimbursement for my shipment. I explained that the buyer witnessed the FedEx driver deliberately dropping the box from the truck onto the pavement, and this damaged the expensive item inside. We did not purchase insurance because it was so well packed- but FedEx managed to damage it anyway. Since I am not getting full reimbursement, I have begun a personal campaign to reach as many people as possible with the message that FedEx damages packages on purpose.

    I have ordered a car magnet and a lot of stickers with that simple message, and the magnet will be on my car every day. The stickers will be on every package I ship. I addition, the message has been sent via Facebook, Instagram and X, and Yelp reviews are next. The message is also going to be in every one of my eBay listings going forward. I'm a drop in the bucket, I know, but I am going to be as damaging as I possibly can be to FedEx. Truth is a defense to libel, and FedEx sucks.

    Service was great. The company gets 2 stars because of billing and customer service. The company's billing system is a mess. I paid for a shipment on 4/28/2026. Delivery was on time. On 4/30/2026, the company debited my account again for the same shipment. Now I can't get a refund. Customer service is worthless and getting past the chatbot is near to impossible. After 1/2 hour of trying to get a real person, I had to call a local office to get past the chatbot. I'd rather use USPS than Fed Ex in the future!

    Notice to all Shippers, please stop using FedEx. They miss deliver 50% of the packages they attempt to deliver and the other 50% are thrown out of the vehicle at the end of my 50 yard driveway just waiting for a drive by thief or for rain to soak the package. I’ve filed multiple complaints and fedex does not care… the worst delivery service continues. I’ve gone as far as to ask sellers who they ship thru, if they say fedex I buy from someone else.

    Updated on 04/28/2026: I left one already, but just got an update on my package that is a supposed 2-day weekday delivery. I confirmed with Morgan and Morgan (the sender) that it was dropped off by their runner on Friday. I got a notification finally, late Monday afternoon, that they had recieved my package and it would be delivered by 8 pm Wednesday. So a 2-day service is now a 4-day service. Terrible service, and they should be more accurate with things. When it's dropped off Friday morning and you don't check in till late Monday afternoon close to 5 pm? Do yourself a favor and use USPS or UPS as Fedex is garbage and doesn't do things on time like they say. Don't waste your money with them.

Shows nothing moving and screw your automated system that won't let me actually talk to a person. So sick of this AI nonsense and lack of human touch. Funny you are rated only 1.1 stars. Must be because others have had the same terrible experience with you. What's the point of a tracking number if it doesn't track anything and 2 days service and it's now been 2 days and you don't even show you have the package.     I would actually select zero stars. Fedex is the worst delivery company I've ever seen. They said they have my package but couldn't deliver it and couldn't tell me why, told me contact the seller, the seller asked them to deliver it again, next time I talked to them they said they didn't redeliver but now don't have my package. And this isn't my first incident with them. Terrible.

    I’m only giving one star because I have to but FedEx is the worst shipping carrier there is! Every shipment I receive from them has been delayed and it’s a major inconvenience!     I actually receive only about 50% of the shipments I receive that are shipped through FedEx. I receive notices that my order is out for delivery. Then I receive a notice that my delivery is complete, but the "proof of delivery" photo is not of my gate or house. In fact, it usually isn't even a gate within the community I live in. There is zero customer service. Even when you get a "live agent" they know very little. If you try to ask the "virtual assistant" you keep going in circles. It tells you it has been delivered, and if there's any problem, you must notify the shipper that your package wasn't received. WHAT A RACKET! FedEx takes absolutely no responsibility for their error. I have no idea why stores/vendors continue using FedEx for delivery; they have to ship most items, twice!

    Unbelievable. We paid $203 to ship something of sentimental value from NM to CA. FedEx driver Daryll ** delivered the heavy package to our home. He obviously just threw it onto the stair landing, crushing an edge tile on the landing and breaking the contents in the box. His employer KDO Logistics, Inc., is a subcontractor for FedEx. After reaching out to FedEx multiple times, through their horrible voicemail system, I finally made contact with "Connor;" who left me a voicemail with a phone number that did not work. So we drove to the FedEx office in South San Francisco which was attached to the area code and prefix of the phone number. We asked for the manager of the FedEx operations there, but were told that he did not "speak to customers."

    We then spoke to an employee of FedEx who took all of our information and said the someone would get back to us. Jonathan ** of Gallagher Bassett (which purportedly handles all FedEx claims) called me today. I was informed the KDO Logistics, Inc., (CEO and CFO Kirk D'Orazio) was the subcontractor for FedEx that handled our delivery and that they were denying our claim for damage to the steps "unless we had video" of the incident. Will never use FedEx again.

    If I could give zero stars I would.... Had three furniture deliveries through FedEx and only one arrived on time. The second one, I requested a vacation hold through customer service, an actual person, who didn't actually put the hold in because they didn't do their job correctly and then I had to call back to escalate the issue and was told I had to put in more legwork to fix their mistake. The third package updated with a late delivery time and had to request another vacation hold but had to go through customer service yet again and it took six times calling to actually speak with a person.

    The automated system sucks and can't do anything correctly, I had to trick it to speak with a person and it not hang up on me. Rep was supposed to put a vacation hold on the packages but could guarantee confirmation of hold other than some arbitrary confirmation number and when I accessed my account, the delivery date was not changed. This company is the worst and the fact that they think they can do better than USPS is so laughable I could die.

    Their drivers never bother to use my building's security code, which I've provided to them through my account profile and to their phone representatives.     (1/5) My experience with FedEx was one of the worst shipping experiences I have ever had. I sent a medium-sized package containing clothes and personal items that had significant sentimental value, and unfortunately it was lost due to their negligence and lack of responsibility. Even though I had a tracking number, the company failed to provide any real solution or proper follow-up. It felt like my case was not taken seriously at all. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and the only compensation I received was $129, which is nowhere near the actual value—both financially and emotionally—of what was lost. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and accountability in handling customer shipments. A company of FedEx’s size should do much better, but my experience was the opposite. I do not recommend using their service, especially if your shipment contains valuable or meaningful items.

    FedEx dropped a large package - est 300 lbs in front of my garage that was not mine. The address and tracking were facing down and package, which said locker was too heavy to turn over. Calling FedEx was a waste of time, as they can only help if you give them the tracking #. Several days later, I ordered Chewy.com items so that FedEx would drop them off and give me the opportunity to get the FedEx person to take the package.

    Luckily, I caught "Steve" coming up the driveway with my Chewy package and told him about the erroneous package. He turned the package so the info could be seen. He said he didn't have room in his truck and would pick the package up later. Based on his disinterest, I had my doubts he'd return and I was right. I was able to contact the addressee on her fb account and she stated her maintenance man would pick up on Monday - 2 days away. Bad experience with this company and of course, nothing will change, but felt like venting. We package.

    0n 4-15-26 I was receiving 2 packages via FedEx. When the driver just delivered 1 I tried to ask where was the other package. He politely told me he did not speak English and only spoke Spanish. I knew better and he was trying to be smart a—. I know FedEx weren’t hire someone who doesn’t speak some English. If he didn’t speak how did he get his driver’s license.     The service and communication at FedEx is very poor. They don't seem to care about their customers. They missed their delivery window today. No Call-No Show, and I was signed up for text message alerts. I had to sit and wait at my house all day because they required a signature at delivery. Imagine, paying for a service, and then the company tells you you have to sit and wait at your house to sign for a delivery. The original window of time was somewhat reasonable, but the missed their window. I called customer service and they now say tomorrow before 8pm. So, I paid for a express service and now it will be 30 hours late by 8:00pm tomorrow evening. They still expect me to wait and be present to sign for the package. Can you imagine that.

    Shame on all consumers, we have allowed this to happen. They know where their drivers are every minute of they day because they are managing their productivity and keeping their labor cost down by demanding that the consumers waste their time/productivity waiting on them. What would happened if the paid equal attention to where our packages? Then again, why bother, I am sure company earnings are growing because they dominate the market. The arrogant customer service employee hung up on me when I told him I needed a tighter window than, before 8pm. You can't make this stuff up!

    I've been waiting for a package to be delivered for several weeks now and they keep coming up with more bullshit excuses, fees and charges than it's worth dealing with them. I'm not sure which hub it's coming from in Cincinnati Ohio, but their customer service is an actual disgrace to the customer service industry and their cashiers department is a complete and utter joke and pathetic example of a cashier. Their whole damn office management is full of liars who tell you something and then don't keep their word on anything they say to you as a customer. They need to be turned over to the Better Business Bureau, the state and local authorities as well as the federal government and be labeled and investigated for fraudulent activities as well as anything else.

    Their management and cashier department is an absolute disgrace to what the FedEx brand supposedly stands for all these years now and is slowly destroying the fedex worldwide reputation little by little as well. And those employees need to be fired from their jobs because they're all a bunch of liars and hypocrites and don't stand behind anything they tell you as a customer especially when you have emails to absolutely prove every single thing they claim to actually agree to but then completely go back on their word on anything they say and it's completely ignored. They also have 4 employees currently stuck in Jacksonville Florida that need medical assistance and then they try to charge me late fees to help that driver when it's their company responsibility to take care of their own people doing their jobs on a multi state delivery from Cincinnati to NW Florida when it's not my responsibility for that.

    Their customer service is absolutely disgraceful and so extremely disrespectful and pathetic to a point it gives fedex worldwide a completely and utterly bad name in that industry and their cashier department (Elena) are some of the most useless people you unfortunately will ever have the displeasure of ever dealing with regardless of the situation simply because they don't listen to anything I've said, all they wanna do is argue with me and come up with more ways to completely screw me over and absolutely ignore everything I've ever told them about.

    And that includes a 13yr old little girl's life being in danger of losing everything and they show absolutely positively no heart and soul whatsoever and they don't show any kind of care or compassion for her as a human being in this world and that's absolutely heartless, soulless and a complete and utter embarrassment, disgrace and a pathetic joke to the fedex brand and what it actually stand for all these years.

    This is the very first time ever dealing with fedex now and I'm personally guaranteeing it will be the very last time I ever deal with fedex for any reason whatsoever regardless of what is happening. Deal with them at your own risk and be extremely careful on how disrespectful, negative and extremely shameful that office is where my delivery is supposedly coming from in Cincinnati ohio and now currently stuck in Jacksonville Florida now due to their driver getting sick and they expect me to provide his medical assistance when it's their responsibility, not mine in any way shape or form ok.     I have not had one single good experience with anything involving FedEx. Packages always dropped on the ground floor in a pile of other people's packages so I have to go all the way down with my kids to retrieve them after digging through looking like a crazy person. Gives me expected delivery dates that never hold up. Always days later than intended. Glad I didn't pay for expedited shipping or I'd be even more angry. Now I'm waiting for a somewhat expensive (to me) piece of equipment that was supposed to be here Saturday. Here it is, Monday and no updates.

    I've been watching the tracking info like a hawk in between having a life with a family. I'm seriously disappointed in all FexEx interactions I've personally experienced. I'm tired of it. If I can't request a different shipping company, at this point I'm done ordering anything I need and just learning to live without. It's just not worth the stress and anxiety of my packages being days late or lost and had to be sent replacements.

    I want to register a complaint. First of all, I need to thank your delivery driver, I believe that her name was Sheena, for being a very accommodating and cordial person. Now, I need to complain about FedEx, management of deliveries for Amazon, and lack of support and concern by you for your delivery personnel. My name is Isadore **, and I have been an Amazon customer for a very long time, and have never witnessed such inappropriateness as I have seen yesterday when I had a huge delivery. The tracking ID was ** and the delivery of four very heavy and large boxes were from LECANGES LLC 1900B River Rd Burlington, NJ US 08016.

    Sheena, your very nice delivery person, struggled very difficultly to get these very large and heavy packages off the truck all alone. It is shameful that FedEx sent this one person alone to make this delivery of such large and heavy packages. There should have been at least two individuals on the truck to make this large and heavy delivery. I felt very sorry as she struggled because I was not capable of assisting her. She was very cordial and accommodating, but you could see that she was struggling to extract and move these packages by herself. I hope only, and sincerely, that this message is seen by the right individuals at FedEx, and some appropriate considerations are extended to FedEx delivery people. Deliveries of such large items need to be completed by more than one person.

    FedEx is allowing lazy drivers to lie about the delivery of packages. I purposely stayed home yesterday to receive a package for my wife yesterday. No driver ever came (I have cameras). My wife calls FedEx and she was told the business or home was inaccessible. I received two packages from UPS that day. So the real problem is the driver for our area is lazy and shouldn’t be delivering. My wife calls FedEx back to make a complaint and they asked her to wait until tomorrow. This makes no sense.

    To start. If I could put 0 stars I most definitely would. I don't understand how a delivery system so popular can fail to deliver 3 packages, one had to be resent by the shipper, because that 'try three times then return to sender' policy is complete bullcrap, SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADRESS THAN MY OWN as per the sender policy AND STILL MESSED IT UP. How do you screw up that bad? Customer support consists of a teleprompter with very little access to people, was told I'd get a call back if my package would be sent back to sender and it got ALL THE WAY BACK before I CALLED and they showed no signs of care.

    The U.S. postal system can do better than you. You know that's sad. It's insane that I cannot look at positive reviews without scoffing because I have not had a good experience with FedEx at all. I have to get a refund on my item that I purchased because I have NO OTHER ADRESSES TO SEND IT TO! That is causing more stress than it needs to. Do it right the first time, it's not that hard to find a freaking house. Just saying.

    Worst service ever. 1 in 4 of my packages shipped to me from same shipper gets delayed by 4 days and seem to have misleading tracking information. Their delivery drivers for ground service don’t seem to care and when you talk to the overnight people it’s like conversation about cast system in some medieval era.

    Typically wasted my whole day for a delivery time set 8pm being the latest. 8pm arrives no package. 1017 pm no package. Wake up in the morning you guessed it. No package yet.

    They tried twice to deliver a package to my business when we were closed. They left door tags with numbers that didn't go anywhere when I tried to track them. They could not help me when I tried calling their "Customer Service" number - they could not find the door tags either! The last door tag said that it would be delivered the next day, so I waited for half a day for the package to arrive, only to look up the tracking online (after asking for the tracking number from the sender) and it said it would be delivered Monday. I waited all morning Monday, checked the website only to find that instead of delivering it Monday, they returned it to the sender. I called Customer Service, only to find that I had to do several backflips and reverse pikes to get to talk to an actual person, who also couldn't help me. You don't treat businesses like this.

    I was a victim of fraud. Someone hacked my card and made charges from/to FedEx. I have never ever walked in their business and was out of the country when this happened. I reported it to my card and they took care of it. Now FedEx is harassing me for payment and reported it to TSI for payment. I have received no service from FedEx. They and TSI won't stop harassing me to pay for something I didn't receive. They are complete **.

    I am extremely frustrated with FedEx and their repeated delivery issues. My package has been sitting in Kansas City since Tuesday, yet somehow it still hasn’t been delivered correctly. We have a locked, secure mailroom for packages, but instead of delivering it properly, the driver keeps throwing packages outside at the wrong building.

    They claimed they attempted delivery twice, yet there was no door tag left either time — which makes me question whether they even attempted delivery at all. For the last three days, I have waited around all day for this package, only to receive a “delivery delayed” notice at the end of the day, pushing it to the next day over and over again.

    This is unacceptable. If there is a secure mailroom and clear delivery instructions, there is no excuse for leaving packages outside in the wrong location or falsely marking delivery attempts. This level of service is unreliable and incredibly frustrating for customers who are doing their part to be available for deliveries. FedEx needs to do better with driver accountability, accurate tracking updates, and actually delivering packages to the correct, secure location instead of tossing them wherever is convenient.

    I ordered something that is shipping via FedEx Domestic. It was shipped from Tennessee to Indiana and it has now been 10 days and it is still at the Memphis Hub. After Fred Smith passed away and his son took over the company both FedEx Domestic and FedEx International have went completely downhill! Their priority was always the Customer and their Employees, that is no longer the case. They only care about $$$$. It’s a shame and I know Mr. Smith would be devastated to see what his company has become.

    We were waiting for a package for three weeks and I found out today that the package has been send back to the sender. What a disgraceful company this is. They didn’t even try to contact us. We filled up a sheet regarding delivery information. This is the worst courier company. They should at least let us know that the package was been returned.

    Terrible service. Consistently, due to FedEx, my packages are delivered to the wrong address. It’s really confusing why this keeps happening only with FedEx, as literally NO other courier (UPS, USPS, and even the Walmart delivery drivers) has any issues with finding my house…Because they all type in the correct address into their GPS before making a delivery. Whereas, with FedEx, my address is consistently inputted incorrectly. Most of my issues seem to come from one driver in particular. I’ve never personally met Jaymela from the Madison AL location, but after having MULTIPLE packages delivered by her to the wrong addresses, I sincerely hope I never do. It’s genuinely baffling how someone can type in the wrong address when it’s very clearly listed on the package. Jaymela, I wish you well in life..But PLEASE find a different job. Delivery service is NOT the right fit for you.

    I arrive home 27 Mar 2026 at 3:30pm and right shortly afterwards I get a FedEx notification that my package was delivered. The picture taken by the FedEx driver is not my porch. I call customer service and report this, and FedEx does nothing to get that driver to go pick up the package from the wrong address and deliver it to the correct address. Furthermore, FedEX does nothing to correct this error but send meaningless emails saying they are researching this this and then I have to contact the shipper and get them to ship the product to me again. No excuse Fedex, you are at my house at least twice a month, and last week, you did two other deliveries, and you get the third wrong????? Again, No excuse for this lackadaisical performance. FedEx also does not take care of the customers package like they should, I continuously get dog food orders in every month that are damaged and FedEx in a whole just doesn't care.

    This latest delivery is horrible and unacceptable. My pharmacy overnighted a prescription for my husband on Thursday to arrive Friday between 9am and noon. The very important medication sat in their hub all weekend and now they say it's being delivered today, Monday - 3 days later!! How could they be so irresponsible especially with medication! They should be ashamed of themselves - will never use again.

    I was expecting two separate deliveries that never arrived. There was no knock on the door, no photo taken and no door tags left by the driver. The customer service rep said someone signed and picked up the package at the warehouse which I never did. This is the third time an expensive package to be delivered was stolen by FedEx employees. Raj needs to do a better job hiring a trustworthy workforce who can deliver a package from point A to point B with zero issues. With one ratings for reviews from Consumer Reports, the BBB and Trustpilot Raj should do something right the ship before FedEx is out of business.

    I can’t tell you how many times I’ve purchased items on the internet and these companies use FedEx to ship packages that always get delivered late. I am now requesting that they use another carrier because the service is horrible. In addition, their trucks constantly speed through our neighborhood with the drivers driving on the wrong side of the road. Just today, I was on a two lane highway and one of their box trucks pulled right out in front of me, I had to swerve into the other lane to avoid hitting the truck! The driver didn’t care, he had just picked up his coffee from McDonald's and had no care in the world.

    Had an Apple laptop delivered a day late. I waited around until 4:30 pm only to get notice it was delayed. A signature was required for delivery. The next day it came. The box looked crushed and had a large gap in one side. It was wrapped over and over with tape. The internal bubble wrap was one deflated, folded over piece. The laptop box had two significant dents as well. Bottom line, they destroyed it and they don’t care. Customer service is unable to obtain by design. It should be noted in the past they leaned a delivered package against my outside car garage door. Backed out as you would and ran over my new router. They were no help then either.

    I was forced to download their app several years ago to manage “Delivery Instructions” because they wouldn’t allow me to do it on their website. So I added my Building Access Code for them on there… Lo and behold, I was supposed to receive a package yesterday & the driver (Albert) stopped by, took a picture of the building door, reported it was undeliverable, & will attempt again today.

    Today, same issue. The SAME DRIVER (Albert) reported “Your package is impacted due to events out of our control e.g. dangerous weather or other local restrictions.” Um, this is Southern California & it’s currently March 27, 2026. There are no snowstorms here. It’s currently not raining. There is no lightning or thunder. It’s not even windy. Current weather is 71 degrees cloudy. Please explain to me how it was undeliverable?

    So I call customer service & asked why he was able to stand outside the building to take a picture but not enter the building and explain how it was, once again, undeliverable today. She said they are no longer providing the driver with access codes to the building due to safety but he is going to attempt to deliver again on Monday. Ok, how does that make any sense? So I ask, & she responds with, he can call you to open the door. Is it not normal for people to be at work on Mondays that I am just expected to be at home to wait on his call to open the door? What kind of delivery service is this? They offered to hold the package at an address. I asked her to email it to me & she said she can only provide a verbal response, not email.

    So I asked, if I didn’t call to make this complaint, how would this be addressed? Undeliverable on Monday & then how would I be notified to pick it up? She was unable to answer that too. So I told her to go ahead & attempt another failed delivery again on Monday, then & figure out the rest, then hung up on her. This is RIDICULOUS. By the way, she said they aren’t being provided access codes but my last SUCCESSFUL delivery from them was on February 6. Yeah, that sounds to me like the customer service rep is lying to cover for the driver.

    Of the last four deliveries from FedEx 3 missed their delivery window by a full day. No update on status until late in the eve. (8:00pm to 12:00pm). Very sad that a once great, dependable company has decayed into an unreliable disaster. The USPS is now more dependable.

    FedEx has no one to speak to when you have issues with delivering packages. Even though you put your address it seems like they deliver your package wherever they find a previous address. Fed ex sucks.

    FedEX has some or the dumbest drivers. My package was due to be delivered today, 3/23, between 11:55am and 1:55pm, but it is 4:15pm and the truck pulls up in front of my house. One minute later, he leaves, with NO DELIVERY. Then I get a notice that my package has been rescheduled for a later date and they appreciate my understanding. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. WHY WAS THE DELIVERY NOT MADE? WHY DID YOU SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE AND NOT MAKE THE DELIVERY? This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the past 3 months. FedEx is very unreliable.

    I am a small business owner and next to ship time sensitive legal documents on a regular basis. Three times within 2 weeks FedEx let me and my clients down. After paying for overnight flat envelope services, the packages did not arrive. In one case the person working behind the counter in the Federal Express office did not input the information into the computer correctly. In the last instance I dropped the package in a drop box that said pick-up is at 6pm. The package literally arrived 4 days after I dropped the package in the box. I had already driven the package to the client 2 hours away. TYou cannot talk to a person at federal express and get any information. You either talk to someone in the Philippines or someone in the US who knows nothing. I refuse to ever use this company again and do not recommend them.

    The driver went to the wrong door, claimed I wasn’t home! I was home. Then they make it impossible to reach a person on the phone unless you have a lot of time. They redeliver it today and I'm working in the office today! I contact customer service after saying the word representative about 20 times and then get someone who is not able to help. They are so sorry, but can’t fix the problem!!! Now I have to be inconvenienced to go pick up my package somewhere!

    I rerouted 2 packages to a FedEx location because I wouldn't be home to sign for it. Not only did they delay it until they weekend when I would be home, they said no one was there to sign for it at their own location. The second package has been marked as out for delivery for 3 days, customer support says that "it's on a truck right now and no one works on weekends." If you or your small business ships through fedex, you've lost a customer.

    The worst receiving and shipping company, FedEx dropping packages in front of people doors, drivers opening the packages and stealing the merchandise on top of everything taking false pictures of packages that they delivered, Dropping the packages on the wrong address.     FedEx is clearly not the company it used to be. I purchased an item which is traveling from NC to MO. Having purchased it on 3/11, I was surprised to see that they showed it as being delivered 3/12, when it is traveling by road. It only got worse. FedEx tracking indicates it has spent 5 days at various locations in OH but will be delivered today. No chance. This is not the first time that FedEx has messed up. I am transferring all of my business to UPS, which hopefully will result in better service. I have no idea who designs FedEx IT programs, but as far as I can see they couldn't organize a ** in a brothel!!!!

    We had fairly good experience with Fedex in past but now we are getting lot of problems with shipments to USA, even lost parcels. FEDEX USA is cheating US customers and charge lot of extra money on tariffs. For example order of only $95 value they charge $68 on fees. 50% instead of 13% or max 15%. They even add extra broker fees, what are supposed to be included in shipping. Bad company cheating customers!

    Almost Impossible to reach a real person. When you call them, the only way to get through to a person is to use the super-secret password. “ACCESSIBILITY SUPPORT”. That is a loophole to get in (I found it, so the glitch is probably "fixed" by now).

    They have thrown multiple packages on the side of the road and just left them about a mile from my house. I have a drop box and they have put the packages beside it or on top of it instead of in it. Today there were 2 packages on the side of the road a mile from my house with someone else's name on it.     I put a box outside to put my packages in so the neighbors dogs can't get them and chew them up (like they always do). 1st, the driver did not put package in box. 2nd, it was not my package. This is the second time in a few days, but it has happened several times before. They continuously bring the neighbors' packages here and mine there. All they have to do is read the mailbox number. 6650 and 6550 are similar but different. Just pay attention! And put packages (that will fit) in my box, please!! It shouldn't be that hard.

    I had a package overnighted to me. It was delivered without the important financial contents in it. The package arrived sealed. Someone at Fed Ex stole the contents of my package. Now the thief has checks, made out to me and other important financial information, and I am left with financial loss and other serious problems.

    Fed Ex - I purchased something from Apple online weeks ago and I just want to report that using Fed Ex to deliver their products has made the whole experience terrible. Fed Ex mocks customers by sending fake delivery updates, and then, at the last minute, delaying shipments for days and days after the initial estimate. At this point, I don't believe the product will arrive at all and I hope I won't have to request a refund.

    Delivery driver continuously attempted to deliver package to the wrong address--even the doortag was left on the wrong door (4 numbers off from my address). Then the automated systems FedEx uses are blatantly designed to misguide, disrupt, and disserve the customer. It's the stupidest and least responsive AI that I've ever encountered. I gave my doortag number 3 times and each time it hung up on me. At the end of the call, the AI said: "leave a review" and then cut me off, didn't take the response and hung up. Clearly, from their terrible 1-star ratings, FedEx knows they have customer service issues, but are totally unserious about fixing them.

    To be an effective delivery service one has to have follow-through; delivery drivers unwilling to take shortcuts (like walking up to the clearly wrong address and then walking away). It seems as though their drivers have no training whatsoever. And if regular people working out of their Honda Civics can figure out how to leave Amazon packages at the correct address, you'd think FedEx with their uniforms and fancy trucks would be able to figure this out. I wouldn't trade my FedEx stock; I would burn it.

    They are the worst. I was waiting on a package that required a signature from my job. Delivery time was changed twice and then by 1:30 pm I was told it would be arriving. Delivery man knocked on my door instead of ringing my doorbell and at first I did not hear it because I work with headphones on as I work from home. So I rush to the door and I am screaming coming, as soon as I come out he speeds off. Take the attempt delivery picture from a mile away from my house. Every single time I have to get a package delivered by this company it is always an issue.

    My overnight package took three days. Not helpful. When I mailed it, there had been a snowstorm, but it had passed. There was nothing on the website about delays nor was I told there might be one. I would not be so upset if there was ANYONE I could talk to about it. The first person who answered the phone said there was nothing she could do and there was no mechanism to send my concerns up the ladder. It's basic customer service to at least listen.

    Once again Fedex failed to deliver complete package promptly. I received half of merchandise and the other half is in limbo around the destination area. Items were shipped at the same time at same location. Tracking system and customer is unhelpful. It's a waste of time communication with them, all they do is reading from what I can see.     Terrible service. I ordered a cell phone and was hoping to receive the new phone before the old phone died. I did not receive a delivery date from FedEx, nor did I get a heads-up that someone needed to be at home to sign for the package. My husband and I were out of the house when the 1st delivery attempt was made. The FedEx driver left a door tag on our door that did not have any information about the next delivery. There was no phone number to call, nor was there any explanation regarding why the package was not left. I used the tag number to text a question to the text number that was provided; I got an automated menu with very limited options. It was impossible to ask a question and get an answer.

    The next delivery attempt was yesterday; I was at a meeting and my husband was volunteering at a national park. We missed the driver by a few minutes. I tried texting and going online to find out if I could pick up the package. I just kept getting a message saying that that option was not available. I persisted in wading through automated menus until I was able to speak with a person. "Tina" said that she would put in an order to have the driver return to my home by 8 pm yesterday. She gave me a confirmation number. I did not get my package yesterday. I also went on the app and requested a text alert with the delivery time. I have not heard anything today.

    I called FedEx today and went through the same automated menus until I finally reached "Max". I explained the situation and stated that it is not practical to give customers a 12-hour window for delivery (8 am to 8 pm) and expect them to wait all that time. I asked for a delivery time. He put me on hold for several minutes and then told me that the delivery hub could not provide a time other than "before 8 pm". Horrible. I will never use them to ship anything. If I could give them a negative number, I would.

    Waited all day for a package that was allegedly out for delivery. By end of day, the package hadn't arrived. Only then did I get a message that my package will be delivered the next day. A lot of good that did. And frankly how can I be sure the package will show up this time? The package was a present for my child, but now I don't have the present and I have wasted a day. Sad thing is, this isn't the first time. Every time I have had a package sent via FedEx it has been delayed. It wouldn't be so bad if you could at least provide a reason, but when the tracking update says your package is out for delivery and it still doesn't show up one has to wonder why. Did the driver just give up... Was the driver in an accident... Did the driver steal my package... Did the driver get lost? Some explanation as to why the delivery was delayed would be great instead of... well, nothing.

    Well they delivered someone package to my apt. They must can't read. I call FedEx! I was told someone would pick up package. Anyway after talking to three different customer service agents I was told to discard the package or keep it for myself. I could not believe what this foreign told me to do! I will take it to a FedEx store myself. Some of the FedEx people could care less about our packages. The customer service lady was foreign and very rude. She actually hang up on me. Just wanted to let everyone know what's going on. I guess I may have to contact someone overall in charge of all the employees. Good luck.

    Deserves no stars. I have been chasing FEDEX since last Friday to get my bank card. The drivers don't bother to type in the code to open the gate of the community. They just stick a door tag on the keypad and go away. I have called 4 times and insists about typing in the code to access my home. I even left my phone number to call me so I can go open it. The agents say "Yes ma'am, no problem" but nothing happens. I would not recommend FEDEX. The quality has diminish tremendously. Drivers don't put any effort to deliver.

    They have lost items. Most of the time the item was supposed to be delivered days ago. Constantly going on the truck and back to the center and repeat for days. I'm patient but why keep scanning it for delivery just to bring it back to delivery center and rinse and repeat. For the price you pay is not worth it. Amazon in this area is 10x more reliable. Amazon should buy you out.

    My experience with FedEx has been very disappointing. I had medication shipped to me via Priority Overnight Delivery. You would think that means you get it the next day, or at least the following day. But does that happen? No. I received notice from FedEx that package was out for delivery "today". Did it arrive? No. The next day I got another notice from FedEx that it was out for delivery. Did it arrive? No! Three days later it finally showed up. Mind you, this was medication that requires refrigeration. It was packed in a cold pack, but when the package finally arrived, the cold pack was no longer cold. Come FedEx, do better.

    Fedex as usual is the worst delivery service imaginable. The LADY that delivered my box in Newark DE dropped the box in front of my door WIDE OPEN in the pouring rain with a $400 gun case in it. I’m at work and can see the box WIDE OPEN, not even taped and it’s pouring rain inside my box, GUN CASE IS ** ruined!!!! I call fedex and the guy MAX told me to calm down and be professional!!!! when your people can’t even deliver a package properly or be professional. This isn't the first time, fedex is always a DISGRACE. I will keep at this until I’m given a new one or a refund to purchase another one. DISGUSTING AND LAZY DRIVERS.

    Driver left my package in the hallway unattended, this is public housing. Anyone could have stolen it! He didn’t knock on door. Just left the box there!!! I noticed the truck outside. When I went out my door there was the box! I was in shock. Why didn’t Leron knock on my door??

    I am the recipient of a package for an important order I purchased supposedly being delivered by Fedex express service from CA. And for a day my shipment strolled around city without making it to my address. Next day, after my call in morning they loaded by 10 am which is late to leave facility and supposedly was going to make my home by 11-2 pm timeframe.

    After my 7th call latest by 5.30 pm associate told me it would maKe by 7-8 pm, most likely urged the driver to make sure he goes there and not return again not having enough time. I left a note of address of neighbor and phone number as well as a note to my door to call me when I left home by 6.30 pm. After all my attempts driver most likely came with lamenting with all this pressure to go to this address but did not pay attention to my note, only took a photo of door and stated business is closed! I will go next day to pick it up 25 miles from my home. Hope I will reach my package. Shame shame on fedex. I am really dissatisfied. This is second time I experience it.

    I don’t remember how many times I lost packages from FedEx. They either leave it downstairs where everyone from outside can grab it or never delivered by claiming package has been delivered. Very irresponsible delivery company. I got scared when I see my package is being handle by Fedass.

    Tracking information is inconsistent and does not display all info to the customer. They sometimes completely miss delivery days. The call center support staff seem undertrained and either have no real options to help or refuse to help. 0/10, avoid if possible, just use literally anyone else.

    Lost Passports - $257.55 Loss - FedEx Paid $100. Shipped two U.S. passports via FedEx for visa processing (Tracking **). Told the employee: "This is extremely important - these are passports." Employee did not mention the $100 liability limit or insurance options. Package delivered February 4 with torn/unsealed envelope. Both passports missing. Tracking shows "successfully delivered." My costs:

    Passport replacement: $257.5 (USPS receipt)

    FedEx Shipping fee : $10.50

    Filed claim with all receipts. Submitted appeal February 5. FedEx offered $100. After three weeks, still $100.

    Comparison: USPS sent my replacement passport and documents in two separate packages, both priority mail. Both arrived safely intact.

    Result: Accepted the $100 check. Not worth more time. Will not use FedEx for important items again.

    I ordered from Wayfair and my package was to arrive on 2/28/2026. At 5:27pm on 2/28/2026 I received a message that FedEx attempted to deliver my package but no one was home. I was home all day and the package did not require a signature so it could have been left on my porch like Amazon and UPS do all the time. I was expecting someone to come and put my furniture together on 3/1/2026 but I had to cancel that since FedEx made it clear they don't deliver on the weekends. When I checked on Wayfair it had a picture of a FedEx door tag with no information. I did not received this door tag nor does it come up on the FedEx website.

    Today, 3/2/2026, I tried several time to call customer support. I kept getting the automated message it couldn't understand why I was calling even thought I clearly stated "Customer Feedback". I was finally given the option to have them call me back. I receive a call within 30 seconds and the person has such a strong accent I couldn't understand them but did finally get transferred to "correct" number. Waited on hold for several minutes and gave up. I looked everywhere online to file a compliant and there are no resources to do so. You have to call customer support which went nowhere.

    I had a package to be delivered Friday. FedEx changed it to pickup with NO LOCATION listed for me to pickup. Called customer service. She tells me I CANNOT pick up at that location. Spoke to another rep. He tells me that he doesn’t know why FedEx changed it and will have it delivered Sunday. Call back Sunday to get tracking information they tell me No Deliveries on Sunday. They still cannot tell me why they changed it to pickup when they Never tried to deliver it. They called the location that has the package and NO ANSWER!!! So WHO HAS MY PACKAGE.

    My Pharmacy in Slidell paid extra (PRIORITY OVERNIGHT) to get my prescription to me. I live 21 miles to the east of Slidell, La. The package was picked up by FedeX, shipped north 378 miles to Memphis, Tennessee, then back south 368 miles to Gulfport Ms, as city 20 miles east of my location, then put on a delivery truck and traveled back west 20 miles to me.     I went to FedEx on Dimond in Anchorage, a young staff person Ellias helped me, because of the ice I asked him if he could walk me to my car! And he did most graciously!     I had a very important package that was supposed to be to me on a certain day. It didn't come that day. It didn't come the next day. It didn't come the next day and there was a specific time that the driver could drop off the package due to hours of operation. And instructions were not followed, therefore, nobody was there. I called customer support, spoke with tina. She did not help me 1 bit. She is in the wrong field. She didn't try to help me. She was very rude. At that point all I wanted was to be able to pick up my package wherever the driver was. Leave my package at some Fedex place near him. So I could pick up my package today. I needed my package today.     Paid for First Overnight envelope shipping from TX to FL on 1/27/26 ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT DOLLARS! I checked the tracking the next day... no movement. Called and nobody could tell me what was happening. "It will be delivered tomorrow, sir". I checked the over the next day couple of days and it showed that it was in Memphis. Finally got to a "supervisor". "We have had weather problems, sir. It never got on a plane." Oh, but when will it arrive at its destination? "Should be tomorrow, and when it is delivered you can file a complaint for a refund." It was finally delivered on 2/4/26. I could not file a complaint for a refund.

    I would say terrible customer service, but it would be more accurate to say that customer service at FedEx is nonexistent. Got routed around and around with the online AI and then was hung up on when I said I didn't have an account number. I had repeatedly asked to speak to someone. Then I went to their website and used their virtual assistant. They made me create an account, but I refused to give a credit card number just to create an account so that I could ask a billing question. Horrible "service." I wouldn't use these people under any circumstances. I wish others wouldn't use them either.

    If I could write a lower review, I would. I didn’t write a review the 1st time FedEx ruined a delivery and should have. My brother requires a copy of our mother’s death certificate for us to complete funeral preparations. Not only was the document delivered late, they left it out in the pouring rain. I recently paid for 2-day shipping so our daughter would receive a credit card before she left for overseas. It arrived late the next day after she had already caught her flight. Both times, FedEx neither apologized nor refunded the late and damaged deliveries. As an aside, the staff at the Evanston location are great. The company is horrible and I will be utilizing other services in the future. 😖

    FedEx is the worst company for delivery service. Their drivers will put an exception in the system because they don't want to do the work and take your package back to the location and it will be three or four more days before you get it. They do this to me every time and I have asked Walmart and other companies not to send my packages through FedEx. It's sad that they allow their drivers to do this and makes me wonder who's running things the manager or the driver.

    We receive a recurring monthly dog food order. In recent months, FedEx has left this large box ON THE STREET by our mailbox, 3 times! Each time, their emailed delivery receipt states that they have left it somewhere at our house, such as by the garage, or on the front porch. Absolute lies, and deplorable service. We’ve reached out to FedEx each time, to report the lies and lack of service, and have never received a reply, nor have we been contacted by FedEx. The seller has even requested (on the shipment), that the package be left by our garage. The lack of service is one thing, but the lies have tipped the scale completely against FedEx.     This is the 2nd time within 6 months the delivery driver not only delivered at the wrong apartment but left if on the bottom floor when I live on the 3rd floor and it wasn't even my building. I understand the package was heavy but If they needed help all they had to do was come knock on my door and ask but they didn't even do that.     Two problematic deliveries in the same week, with the last one never reaching my place. I ordered a quite expensive item from Apple and FedEx sent a notification saying the item had been delivered; however, no truck came to my house, and no delivery was attempted.     The last update I received about my FedEx shipment was the 16th of this month. I check this morning and it is still saying that the package delivery information is being sought. This time, there is an exclamation mark. On the way to work, I stopped by the FedEx drop off location and was handed an empty package, already torn open to sign off on. The clerk at the drop off location said it was like that when she handed it to me when I showed her it was empty and torn. As you can see, the receipts remained intact on the outsides of either side of the package. The manager spoke with FedEx and FedEx said there was nothing they could do. To me, this is just outright neglect. The bookstore I purchased it from wouldn't send an empty package, which means it was FedEx that dropped the ball here.

    The manager as well as a FedEx rep I followed up with for customer service, stated that I need to have the bookstore I purchased to file a claim on my behalf on FedEx.com. I remember when I worked at the sort houses at Amazon, they resolved damaged products and navigated conversations with the customers ON THE SPOT when packages lost their products and would seek to replace them. I know you are trying to divest from Amazon, for profit's sake. I am trying to divest from Amazon for moral reasons. But you're making it difficult, FedEx. Never had issues with Amazon. Crappiest customer service ever. Right up there with Hertz Rental Car.

    I have experienced repeated FedEx misdeliveries, including packages left on the road or in unsafe locations rather than at my address. FedEx has acknowledged misdelivery in writing, yet no corrective delivery measures were ever provided, and executive relations eventually stopped responding altogether. This is not a one-time error — it is a pattern of negligent delivery practices with no accountability or follow-through. Customers should be aware that “delivered” does not necessarily mean delivered correctly or securely. I have lost hundreds of dollars due to FedEx's negligence. I am posting this to document ongoing issues and the lack of resolution despite extensive efforts to work with FedEx directly. I've already gone to the Attorney General's office to document additionally. Going forward, I've asked any vendors I order from to use a different shipping method, or I will cancel my order.

    I have security camera footage of my driver, Julian, whipping several of my packages onto my porch from the sidewalk over an extended period of time, a few of which he broke. This last one was a 220$ piece of furniture. I submitted the footage to the BBB when I filed a complaint last week. If FedEx doesn't respond, I'm gonna have to file a small claims case because I literally can't afford this drivers bs anymore.     I wouldn’t even give it a star. Literally that’s was my lowest option. I ordered a radiator from a third party and FedEx was unfortunately my deliverer. I was said to receive it early only to receive it late and I feel like they did that because of the extensive damage they caused to it. A brand new radiator parts for my car I received destroyed not even useable. Bent and The box itself holes looked like it was as punched through and literally hanging to pierces by tape. They won’t even issue a refund and I refuse to pay out of pocket again for another radiator! FedEx is garbage!

    Fed Ex is terrible. I have had multiple issues with them in the past but the latest is; I paid 20.00 for 2 day shipping. They picked up my merchandise in Houston and sent it all the way to Tennessee. Package got to San Antonio on Friday and wasn’t delivered because they are claiming an exception with the address; today it was to be delivered but they claim I wasn’t home to accept it. Been home all day and checked ring camera; No FED EX was ever here. They just lie when they don’t want to deliver; wish I had my 20 bucks back.

    It seems that there is a trend here in the reviews. FedEx is a local American company and should stay being that, because their international service is beyond a joke. They don't arrive on the dates given... I'm still waiting after four email notifications of delivery of the same item that has yet to turn up. A parcel left the USA on 22/1 and four notifications that it would be delivered on dates that were never honoured.

    Four days taken off work, phone calls to be answered by an AI system that is useless, and finally getting through to a real person by saying "I've been asked to call" - even the helpful people were aghast at the lack of information, the wrong emails autogenerated with delivery dates, and the complete inability to believe anything that their systems told them. Even today's delivery was confirmed as on the van when I first called, a second call closer to the end of the day told me it wasn't on the van and that it would be Monday... AVOID THEM! The staff are really friendly but their systems work against them and email notifications are not to be trusted...

    As of this moment: still no guarantee that the parcel will be put on the van today, despite all the undertakings... and seems like Santry (Ireland) depot has one staff member as the Fedex help desk couldn't get through to the depot "because they are probably loading the van" Is this really a company or one man, his van, and an AI engine!

    FedEx IS TERRIBLE. Over the YEARS they consistently reschedule deliveries causing delays, lose (or perhaps steal) packages and mark them as delivered, or deliver other people's packages to me. Having lived in multiple states and cities, the same pattern doesn't seem to end. Not sure what their hiring practices or operational processes are.... But they need a lot of improvement. It's amazing they survive as a company.

    Absolutely ridiculous. Have stayed home 2 days waiting for this expensive package to be delivered. Never showed up yesterday, even though I had the time frame of 8:30 am-1:30 pm. Time kept getting pushed back to eventually “end of day.” Never came. Today, had the time frame of 10:50 am - 2:50 pm. Again, changed plans to be home to sign for my package. Got an update that my package had attempted to be delivered, but no one was home… the photo shown on my app was of the staircase in the breezeway of my apartment complex.

    It’s raining today… driver NEVER attempted to knock on my door, no sticker was left, nothing. Customer service was useless in helping me and only kept stating they understand my frustration and they’re sorry. That’s not going to fix my problem. Now I’m forced to wait at home another day tomorrow to wait for these incompetent drivers to not knock on my door to deliver my package. I wish companies would use UPS instead.

    Paid an exorbitant amount of money to have a package delivered overnight. Morning of expected delivery and the package was listed as being scheduled for delivery before 1:30pm and required a signature. By 2pm the status was adjusted to "by end of day." This delivery did not happen either. This was an engagement ring needed for a planned event and despite the package being listed as ON SITE 15 minutes away from the delivery location as of 8:30am this morning, it never arrived.     FedEx tracking had our package as in time until it reached Rogers, MN. There it sat. I wasn't informed until the day it was to have arrived. Now I have no recourse.

    Do not pay for fast shipping with FedEx, it isn't worth it and it won't get there in time. I would give FedEx 0 stars if I could. I paid 45 dollars for a package to be overnighted and delivered next day, the package was going from Idaho Falls Idaho to Utah, the package took 4 days to get there, because it went to Utah, then to Kentucky for some reason then Illinois then back to Utah. I called to ask for a refund and they couldn't give me one, so I contacted another department that said they would help me and then a few days later they said they couldn't help me because they didn't deal with anything outside of the US, last time I checked Idaho and Utah are in the United States. I have read that they do this all the time.

    I recently made a big purchase. The shipper shipped it out in a timely manor. I’ve always had issues with FedEx. When I seen my item was being handled by fed ex I was disappointed. I remained positive the first few days the item seems to be on track. But the day before my delivery date it once again was delayed. I was hoping it would be for a couple days but no It’s been sitting at the same facility for a week now. I can honestly say I haven’t received a package on time in years. It will say out for delivery but I know that it will be at least a day before my shipments get to me. I had to make preparations for this current order and it’s causing quite an issue. Fed ex you have to do better. I will now be ordering from stores that do not use fed ex. I’ve canceled in the past because of this.

    I was expecting to receive my package today, as it was critically needed. I received a delivery notification that included a photograph of the delivery location. However, the image provided does not depict my residence or any property within my immediate vicinity. I called customer service and basically told they can't do anything about it and if it doesn't come the next day to call back.

    I decided to order from a company called meati. I placed my order and it said it’s on it way with FedEx and I rolled my eyes because every single time that fedex delivers food items, it’s spoiled or melted. Sure enough this package sat are in Whitsett NC for 6 days. It was delivered smelling like spoiled meat. So they tried it again and same thing, got to Whitsett and just sat there.

    It was delivered today and I tried to get out there to let him know that I was refusing delivery and he was making eye contact but wouldn’t stop backing away, so I kicked the box back down my steps and took the other two mangled, crushed and full of holes packages inside. From now on I ask first if they use fed ex and if they say yes, then I say I won’t be ordering then because of bad past experiences with them. They even said my tracking number wasn’t for the USA or Canada.

    Two deliveries were stolen 2 days in a row. We never received notifications of a pending ending delivery. Our cameras caught the thieves who arrived about 30 minutes after FedEx dropped off. The second theft showed the thief went to the opposite house first. He then stood on the sidewalk while looking through his phone, then boldly walked up to our door to pick up the envelope. FedEx customer service was useless. Why would the drivers just throw envelopes in front of the door when there is a long porch to put it away from road view. Obviously these crooks have access to the FedEx system and tracked our delivery. In addition, their tracking system is inaccurate. It's a nightmare trying to get them to deliver medical supplies appropriately. I will never use their service again, and refuse to order from vendors who only use their service.

    I read a review that is exactly what happened to me. Photo of delivery was not my home, nor any place I recognized. I even walked around looking for the door show in the picture. Customer service opened a case, got an email within the hour asking questions. I replied with answers and a picture of my location, and after that NO reply. This was exactly what happened in another review. Drivers know they can do what they want with a package, because NO one is going to question them. It's completely corrupt.

    If I could give FedEx a zero, I would. I have never had such a horrible customer experience with any company in my life. I have had a package sitting at a FedEx location for over a week with no hope of getting my package. There is no way of picking it up. A Fedex truck showed up at my house 2 days ago. The guy searched the truck but couldn't find my package. He had no idea where it was. 2 days later - still no package and the tracking never updated. There is no customer service number. You cannot get a human on the phone. No way to email. NO way to chat. Nothing. I think this is by design. They don't want to talk to customers. They don't care. I will NEVER use Fedex again the rest of my life.

    If I could give a "0" star I would. If you need something sent overnight and they have an excuse of bad weather ANYWHERE in the US, don't use FedEx!!! I was sending an overnight FedEx envelope from Cali to Idaho and was told because of the ice storm in the southeastern part of the US everything was delayed and it was not their fault. I told the customer service guy if they would have sent it directly to Idaho instead of sending it halfway across the US to Tennessee, it would have made it there in the 24 hours I paid for; it was 3 days late. We also had techs working in Hawaii that were waiting on parts that were supposed to be delivered overnight, they were 3 days late for the same reason. We had to extend their stay to wait for the parts. Why did it have to go to Tennessee when it was going off the coast of CA??? No refund offered for the overnight payment. So frustrating!!!

    I had a package that was ordered through eBay and it was delivered to the wrong address and never forwarded to me. I opened a case with FedEx and they refused to do anything stating to reach out to the seller. The seller said reach out to eBay. EBay refused to step in and open a claim with FedEx so I’m out 120. When unopened a claim with FedEx immediately after it showed it was delivered to the wrong address. They emailed me exactly one hour later and said they couldn’t find it. This should be illegal that they know they delivered to the wrong address and won’t do anything to help me.

    FedEx is the worst shipment company I've dealt with. This is my second time that my package wasn't delivered to my requested location. They delayed my package for two days. I've been calling them nonstop complaining about my package. FedEx cooperation doesn't care about anyone's packages, they're shipping services sucks. I find it very unacceptable with their services, they don't deserve my rating.

    They are the worst shipping/delivering company. I ship all over with USPS, UPS, DHL. I've used FedEx twice and both times they were late, non helpful, rude. Their ignorance and incompetence is baffling.

    This has been the absolute worst delivery service ever.... even worse than USPS. Packages have been sitting in the S. Chesterfield VA warehouse for 14 days. Tracking information is either non-existent or mis-leading. Customer service reps are no better; "may be backlogged another week" and "we don't think it's lost". Placed an order with an out of state vendor this morning and had to immediately cancel when notified it would be shipped FedEx. Incompetence doesn't begin to describe this company. It makes sense that they lost a guy on an island for two years.

    An overseas shipment to me was at the FedEx Memphis facility, and a FedEx representative emailed me that I had to get FDA Prior Notice. Instructions from ** on how to get FDA Prior Notice didn't work, and my independent attempts to find a way to get FDA Prior Notice also didn't work. I sent a screenshot of my failed attempt to get FDA Prior Notice to paperwork@fedex.com and **. There was no way I could comply with the FedEx requirement. I am very unhappy that FedEx could not advise me how to pay whatever import fees were necessary. I have lost my product and my payment for the product because of all this.

    I don't want to give them one star. FedEx is terrible. Before ordering I would definitely ask if they use FedEx. If so don't order. Customer service is terrible and the on-site company is terrible. Need to shut down ASAP.

    I am not one to ever go out of my way to make a complaint. If somethings late, lost or damaged I just take the refund or wait, however this is the 11th shipment in a 6 month time span that has had issues. The issues I've had with receiving items ordered are ALWAYS with FedEx, all 11. This past year, I receive several shipments per month, every issue I've had FedEx is responsible for. It's unbelievable honestly. I have 6 orders that didn't arrive because they were lost in transit, 2 that never came because driver couldn't locate address, 2 that were lost in transit, the current issue I haven't resolved yet. What is going on???? Never have an issue with USPS, UPS, Amazon, or Walmart. This 11th delivery I'm finally just frustrated because it's a need, not a want.

    I actually reached out to customer service. Something had to be said at this point. I just want to know what's going on, truly? On Friday (1st day late) the virtual assistant just blatantly lied, assured me my current 11th undelivered order would certainly be delivered today (Monday, now 5 days late). It is NOT here. The CSR I spoke with today said he doesn't see anywhere that it says it'd arrive today, doesn't know why he typed that. He says it's still delayed and doesn't know when it'll arrive. Says he will research my delivery? Still dunno exactly what that means.

    I could probably get a refund, but I NEED this item asap. I'm just so frustrated. I wish there was a way to refuse delivery from them when I order, that it'd be passed on to another carrier! I wish something could be done to right this. It's so frustrating. I have a feeling, even tho the status says package was received last Thursday in a city that's only 40 minutes away, I'm predicting the order/item will never arrive. It's going to be another "lost in transit", "couldn't locate address" despite the fact no other carrier has issues locating it", or the store refunding because its taking them so darn long. FedEx delivery as well as FedEx Customer Service is just plain awful!

    Fedex charged me for a package pickup for an item that was supposed to be prepaid by the company that I was shipping to. I was expecting to not have to pay for this. I scheduled the pickup and everything seemed fine. But a few days later I noticed a charge on my credit card for the pickup service. At no time was I told that this pickup would have a charge, and at no time did I get the opportunity to accept that charge. Normally when you have to make a payment for something online, you are given the opportunity to see a breakdown of any charges before agreeing. In case you think I'm making excuses for my own negligence, I went back in to Fedex's website to set up a new pickup and again, there is not a single moment when it is made apparent that there would be a charge, let alone how much that charge would be. In my opinion, this is outright theft and fraud.

    I shipped a package that was 0.9 lbs. Had to be there the next day as it contained medicines for my father on a trip to Florida whom forgot his medicine. All of this explained to the shipping office clerk whom said in order to guarantee it being there it would cost $141.74. I paid this watching her put all the priority stickers and such all over the box.

    The next day they are telling me it will not be there on time. I call customer service only to be talked over constantly and talked down to as though I am a child and not a 53 year old man whom used to be a truck driver and now teach CDL driving for the last 11 years. Ask for a supervisor only gets me another customer service agent... who again is rude condescending and talks over top of me.

    When you order something on Amazon, you don't immediately know who will deliver it. When the delivery method is updated and you see it will be FedEx, you know that most of the time it will be a day or two (at least) later than if it was delivered by UPS. This is isn't rocket science and it is very much the same every time.

    FedEx is the worst. First I get an overage charge of $10.27 charge stating my small lightweight box was 10 lbs when in actually it was less than a pound thus charging me this for nothing. This was a tiny spice pocket size tin weighing a tiny 6 ounces. Then less then a week later they send me another email thru my ebay acct. One charging me an overcharge of $12.58 saying it was 10 lbs again when package was 15 oz. Just a couple light weight empty tins. I am now out $22.58 for no reason. This is outright thievery and fraud. I am contacting the attorney general's office. I am fed up with fedex!! Beware! Never after all these years of using them will I use them again. This is causing me lots of time on phone with ebay and with them. They are messed up!!!

    The driver pressed the doorbell but nothing sounded, waited and then put a note on the door. I called customer service and talked to someone in a call center that was of no assistance. They did say my package would be delivered next day. I went on to check my tracking and it said Monday. Tried to talk to a representative by chat. They are slow to respond as they are answering multiple people. Horrible customer service! You would think FedEx would be better but not even. I am seriously worried that I won't get my package tomorrow!
