This morning I took a small crate with a pallet to ship to one of my customers. I went to FedEx at the Kingman Airport. I looked for their office for shipping and could not find one. There were many FedEx trucks in the lot. I saw one driver get out of his truck. I went over to ask him "where can I ship my crate?" He said "you can't, you have to have a shipping label." He offered no more information as where to get one, where do I go after I get a shipping label, and turned away to talk to another driver. I thought very rude for him to not turn back and offer info. I said to him "that's OK I'll go somewhere else to ship."

I called my customer in Alabama to let him know it would not ship FedEx. For them to be as rude and uninterested as to whether I shipped my crate or not, I left. I will not ever attempt to use them again. If one of my customers ask me to ship FedEx I will refuse to do so. I went about 1/2 mile away to UPS, I got the information I needed and shipped with them. They were very helpful. I will return to UPS for any future shipping. FedEx should have a talk to their employees about customer relations. Maybe they pay them too much and they just don't care.

Incompetence on a massive scale. On 2/7/17 I ordered an item from New Jersey. Shipped on 2/20/17. Delivery scheduled on 2/25. With instructions to leave at the gate house for guards signature. 3 attempts to deliver at the home, not the gatehouse, failed. Package sent back to sender. Sender resent with large instructions to deliver at the gatehouse. Again, delivery attempted at the home. Again Failed. Multiple phone calls to FedEx and to the station with my online and direct instructions to deliver AT THE GATEHOUSE. Delivery supervisor assured me he would personally put the package in the hands of the delivery man with specific instructions. Incredibly the next day delivery attempted AGAIN AT THE HOUSE. Failed. With my 8th and last phone call the best advice I could get was "pick it up yourself at the station!" In other words this delivery company can't be relied upon to ever get it right. Amazing!

On Tuesday May 21, 2017 I was expecting FedEx to pick up a less than 5-pound package of vitamins to be returned to the vitamin company. The FedEx driver had the shipping label. I had a funeral to attend so I left the package on the doorstep with a note "FEDEX PICK-UP". At 10 am UPS delivered 6 tires (worth $600) for my husband and left them in front of my car in the yard (which was directly in front of the door & FedEx package). We get home, my husband checks the tracking on the tires and it says they were delivered. We searched everywhere, no tires.

He called UPS and filed a claim. I checked the FedEx tracking all day, called several times, just to make sure they hadn't picked up the tires. Every time I called, I was told the package hadn't been picked up yet but would be by 8 pm. There was no tracking info online either. So at 8 pm I checked again and it said the package was picked up at 11:30 am and the weight was 50+ pounds. Instead of doing his job and coming to the door, the driver picked up the first thing he found in the yard, which didn't even have my name on it, the tires were shipped via UPS in my husband's name! In my book, that is theft. We were on the phone with FedEx until midnight, trying to get the tires stopped from leaving the local distribution center. Got absolutely no help and kept being transferred to people that could not speak English.

The next morning (Wednesday) the distribution center manager called my husband and said that 4 of the tires were still there because they didn't have a shipping label but 2 of the tires were shipped because the driver put the shipping label (which was supposed to be for a less than 5 pound box of vitamins) on the 2 tires. The 4 tires were delivered Wednesday morning. The manager said he would have to intercept the truck and have the 2 tires expressed back to me. This is now day 3 and I still have not received the 2 tires yet. I don't know if they're on the way to the vitamin company in Nevada, I don't know anything. I've tried several times to call the FedEx corporate office to file a complaint, with no luck. I have had many problems with FedEx but this by far is the worst.

I have ordered a package recently, it cost me $450. It was shipped with FedEx. It was delivered and signed for (by someone I don't know). As you may have guessed, I never received it. Originally the package was mailed to a post office location for General Delivery. It turned out that USPS provided me with the wrong delivery address. The package was delivered to the location where they didn't accept General Delivery. Nevertheless, one of the employees at that station received and signed my package. USPS later admitted the mistake but did nothing to rectify.

Since that particular USPS location didn't accept General Delivery packages, they said they sent it back to the original sender (after signing for it, so FedEx has it as signed for in their system). They didn't call FedEx though to return the package. They sent it via their own service, without tracking information. Whether this is what happened. I will never find out. The package hasn't been received by the sender. When I contacted the seller to inform about the situation, I was accused of being a scammer. They said the package was signed for, hence, for them, it was in my possession. Every question about whether, at least, the shipment was insured, were met with silence. I may come to understand the sender's suspicions, but I can't understand accusations without basis.

Finally, I tried to contact FedEx customer service. I wanted to see what options I had. Five days of trying to get someone's attention on Twitter and Facebook. Finally, someone asked what seemed to be the issue. I explained the situation and asked what my options were. I felt like my questions have disappeared into the abyss. No response ever followed. I then filled out a form on FedEx. Two days later I received a response. Here's the copy-paste version of the response:

"Dear Ms. **: We received your email. Thank you for contacting FedEx. We regret address your concerns via this avenue as you may still have to contact your sender that we are unable to for more information about your package or further arrangement. Thank you for your patience, and thank you for shipping with FedEx. Eduardo ** FedEx Customer Service."

Is this a response you'd expect to receive from a professional company? I have serious doubts the person who replied had even read my message. And then the text of the response itself?? I don't even know what to make of it. I used FedEx in the past quite frequently, and luckily, has never run into any issues. As much as I don't like it, I understand and accept that mistakes happen. What I value is how the issue is being tackled. I appreciate it when a company treats me with respect even if/when the situation can't be resolved in my favor. FedEx has demonstrated a complete lack of respect for their customers, zero desire to help, and total absence of professionalism.

When I placed my order I forgot a suite number. So they charge 13.00 fee to correct this. Another time I mailed a package, put it in the box for pick up. According to them this in the wrong box so they left the package in the warehouse for a week. Instead of returning to the sending address. Went through several people to find the package. Finally the next day it was found after speaking with several people one person took the time out to help me. I try not to use FedEx but sometimes when you order something you don't have an option. And every time I get something for FedEx. I have to go pick it up from my neighbor's house. If they would read the street sign it would be helpful. I always deliver my neighbor's packages to them. I don't get paid to do that.

I had an order from eBay that was to be delivered on 3/17... It is now 3/21 and they say it will come 3/22. On 3/17 & 3/18, my package rode around all day on a truck, then was taken back to the building stating not delivered. I do understand we had 15" of snow 3 days beforehand, but there is no reason to have my package on a truck riding around all day, and NOT EVEN attempt to deliver it. I had a recliner delivered on 3/18, and UPS was at my house on 3/20 & 3/21. After talking to FedEx, they told me I could go to the FedEx building and pick it up myself... I screamed at the lady, "why would I go and pick it up myself, when I paid to have it delivered?"

I live on a private road, the end where no one lives, is not plowed. There are 5 houses at the other end of the road, and we keep that end cleared and plowed. It would take you an extra 5 mins to make a big circle to come around to the other end where we all live! It's pretty funny how these FedEx drivers can use my "private" road in the summer for a short cut, and not even slow down, you'd think they were on a highway!

I purchased a DJI Mavic Pro on eBay shopping page. The item was sent through FedEx upon which FedEx Kolkata asked me (08/07/2017) to take the delivery order as early as possible. Accordingly I went to Kolkata travelling 1500km by air to get my thing on 17th March 2017. Then FedEx gave me a delivery order addressed to the Commissioner, Air Cargo Complex, Kolkata on 17th March 2017. As the customs in India has very peculiar rules the item could not be taken as such and people at customs advised me to take the help of the a clearing agent. The matter was informed to FedEx who unfortunately gave the item as 'delivered' on 17th itself. In fact, the item is still lying with the customs Kolkata. I am not used to import rules and FedEx also knows the loop holes. They deliberately put me in such a position that I can neither take the item nor recover my money.

FedEx is the worst shipping company I ever known, I have never had the opportunity to get a package from them until last week. I ordered a package from them on Monday the 13th 2017 and they took till Monday the 20th 2017 for a overnight package. I called them about five times and because the tracking wasn't showing where it was. Their excuse was the weather from the east coast, but I got a package from UPS that took only two days from the east coast the day after my order from fedex and not only that they didn't ship it to my house. I had to pick it up, they didn't call me or notify me. I please advise to everyone to don't use. FedEx is a horrible company and the customer service is horrible as well, they don't talk or help you, they are there just to type and nothing else. There is no customer relations, you're just a number.

So about 10:00 I looked up where my package was and it said attempted delivery... what? I've been here all day so I call the company and they tell me that they will redeliver at about 3:00 and the driver has been off already and they have to try and redeliver it tomorrow or I have to be inconvenienced and not to mention I have to use my gas for a package that I already paid for shipping for and go pick it up. This company sucks. Don't use them if you can. Avoid it. They are a rip-off and they will cheap you out of your shipping cost.

We told them that the office does not open until 10am and to put it in the notes because the package was urgent. Again Monday morning driver arrives at 8ish prior to office opening. Again no package and I'm out 61.00. They redelivered Mon afternoon. FedEx refuses to give me credit or a refund.

On 3/09/17 I have sent a package to Roxbury, MA for 8 AM delivery. I was charged about $54. The package was delivered at 11:52 AM the next day (almost 4 hour delay). When I called FedEx customer service on the 10th I was asked to call after 4 or 5 days so that the billing is completed and I will be given credit/refund. I called FedEx on 3/18 and I was told the delay in delivery was weather related so I will neither be given credit nor refund. On 3/9/17 and 3/10 there were no major issues related to weather in PA, NY and MA which is route any reasonable service will take.

So I did not understand what kind of fast one FedEx was pulling on me. I was told that all express packages go to Memphis and from there they are dispatched and Memphis had thunderstorms, and hence the delay. FedEx has an archaic centralized routing system and the route planning is inherently flawed. So when you take your package to your local facility it will go to Memphis, TN or Anchorage, Alaska and hence, there will always be a chance of weather related issue. So in this case I am paying for the inefficient planning system of FedEx.

Another important issue is, currently weather forecasting systems are fairly accurate and 24 hour predictions are useful in planning. So when I am giving the package at my local facility, FedEx should be able to predict that my expected delivery, with a high probability will be off by 4 hrs. Then leave the decision to me, whether to take that risk or not. If FedEx has dummies doing the planning, should I be responsible for their lack of insights into how route planning needs to be done? Well this is the last time I will use FedEx, which not only delayed delivery but not willing to accept its lack of sophisticated route planning system and make me pay for its incompetence.

Well the FedEx guy didn't care to check on that, and he not only delivered it to the wrong address but he didn't check the identification of the person signing for my medicine. Another package of two tires was delivered to a completely different address and when the police got involved the people that had my stuff were able to blame the fedex driver. I blame them both. Who accepts a package that has another persons name and address on it. But I think the better question is, what level of incompetence does a person who delivers packages for a living, but cannot read a simple address, have? I have given my business card to their drivers asking for a call back from their local station managers. No callback. I have sent emails that were responded to: "Someone will contact you within 24 hrs." Never heard back. The latest incident is still unresolved. I believe the station manager is just holding our package out of spite at this point because I sent in an email complaint.

We had two deliveries expected this past Sat. We are open 99% of the time on Sat. One delivery was coming out of Greeley and one out of Johnstown. The Greeley package was delivered as they usually do but the Johnstown package was not. Instead the driver marked our business as closed. I read this on the tracking update as I sat in my office waiting for the delivery. Of course they promised next business day delivery which would have been Monday. Still no package and as usual still no response from anyone.

The package I was receiving was a computer from Dell. FedEx sent me updates via email, and because it was a laptop I would need a signature. I appreciate that. FRIDAY. I wasn't home Friday so they couldn't leave the package. They would deliver on Monday between 10 AM and 3:30 PM. Fair enough. I made arrangements to be home during that time. SATURDAY. I received another email that they tried to deliver but I wasn't home. I was a bit confused since they said Monday. They also have a package for me from Amazon.

MONDAY 10 AM. I receive an email that I wasn't home and that they couldn't leave the package. However, they did leave the package from Amazon. But I am home and there is no package. After a call to FedEx I tell the person the situation and they ask me for the door tag number. There is no door tag. I figure it must've been delivered to a different address, there's no door tag. She tells me that either I wasn't home or the address is wrong on the package. I tell her that I am home and the delivery address on their email is correct. She will call the driver and have them pick up the package and redeliver. I'm also told Fed Ex will call me to let me know it's on the way.

MONDAY 2 PM. I received no call and I called again. I'm told that it will be there by the end of the day. They will call me. MONDAY 4 PM. I received no call and I called again. I'm told that it will be there by the end of the day. They will call me. MONDAY 6 PM. I received no call and when I call them they tell me that it's back at the station and will be delivered tomorrow. I asked about the assurances that it would be delivered today. The person apologizes. I ask if it could be delivered after 3:30 PM. The person tells me that they have placed a note for the driver to deliver the package after 3:30 PM on Tuesday. They give me a number to use to follow the case.

TUESDAY 3:15 PM. I get home and the Amazon package is waiting at the door, and a door tag saying that the computer couldn't be delivered because I wasn't home. I called FedEx and gave them the number for my case and they said they didn't have it on record. They apologized and said the driver would be back, and that the door tag was never entered into their system. They assure me that FedEx will call me in the next hour with an update. TUESDAY 5 PM. No call from Fed Ex, so I call them, and the person gives me another case number, and tells me that the package is back at the station. Perhaps I could drive there and pick it up. I have no interest in driving 2.5 hours round trip in traffic because they have problems doing their job. I ask if they could deliver it to another address tomorrow. They take down the address and assure me this won't be a problem.

WEDNESDAY 3:15 PM. I have a meeting and have only been home 15 minutes. The doorbell rings and there is FedEx with my package. At my home - not the address I asked them to deliver at. I sign for it. I ask if he had instructions to deliver it to a different address. He says that he can't do that. THURSDAY. I get a call from FedEx asking if I received the package, because they would like to close out their ticket on my case. In short. The people on the phone were very polite, but not very helpful. They told me only what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone, and didn't follow through. I would never trust this company with something I need to send, and will ask who the carrier is when I deal with companies in the future. If Dell insists on shipping with Fed Ex this will be my last Dell Computer.

I'll tell you why: because Fed Ex made the decision to conform to normal office hours. This would be fine if, like the United States Postal Service, they were given a key to get into the apartment building to place the packages by the mailboxes. Instead, every time I order products online from a company that uses Fed Ex, I have to WALK a MILE to go PICK UP the PACKAGE DURING my LUNCH BREAK at work. Completely unacceptable. I purchased a Japanese style display cabinet over the internet which had to be shipped from Spain and the seller used FedEx. Subsequently I received a phone call from my local FedEx depot saying they couldn't deliver the item as it was broken so I had to go to them to see what had happened. On examining the item it was clear that it had been dropped and the item was completely broken so I took photos and got the manager to sign to say the item was broken on collection. I then contacted FedEx Customer Complaints Department and explained the situation to them, and asked them to reimburse me for my costs.

Over a protracted period they never denied damaging the item but tried to say it was inadequately packaged which was not the case so I was left with no choice but to inform them that I would therefore take them to the Small Claims Court which I did. I won my case but FedEx still refused to pay so I had to issue a warrant and only then did they offer me a part payment which I refused. The warrant was executed and I received the full amount and my costs. I think FedEx's approach is just to ignore complaints in the hope that people will give up and just go away, and in my view FedEx are morally " bankrupt," and if you feel you have a justified complaint don't give up as there are ways of getting a fair outcome, and I for one would never use their services.

Terrible Customer "No" Service is all I can say. I sent a FedEx Priority Overnight item from Riverside, CA to Los Angeles, CA (50 miles) and the package didn't arrive by 10:30 as promised. Client contacted me this afternoon and after I checked the tracking I too noticed it wasn't delivered. I went to the FedEx facility (Magnolia, Riverside) to ask for my refund as FedEx offers a "money back guarantee" even if delivery time is late by "60 seconds," or so they say in the website. When I went in to the facility they said that the item hadn't been delivered on time because the driver was extremely late picking up the packages (FedEx' fault), he was so late that he didn't even scan the packages before taking them. They couldn't refund me the money because they had to do an internal investigation and suggested I contact 1800-GOFEDEX (Memphis, TN).

Brittany, from Bristol, TN, was even worse and I was really disappointed when she tried telling me that the reason it was late was because the package needed to travel from Riverside, CA to the processing center in Memphis, TN. She insisted that the package needed to make a 3,400 mile trip for it to be processed in order to be delivered overnight to Los Angeles (horrible excuse) and since Memphis, TN was experiencing weather problems that FedEx wouldn't honor the money back guarantee. In addition, she insisted that the transaction hadn't posted (even though I paid $33.77 cash for the service) and that FedEx wouldn't help me out.

Poor customer service all around especially since FedEx has in writing a money back guarantee. Before leaving the facility they took my name and number, and said they would follow up but a company of this size and reputation needs to improve customer service. Can't fully express my frustration and disappointed because I was made to feel like I did something wrong or wasn't understanding when from the onset they said the driver showed up late and admitted it was their fault.

I have called and left messages for FedEx local office and nothing. No call back, no response of any sort. I call and talk to the 800 number and all they do is apologize but nothing gets done. The sad part of this story is that FedEx delivered a package last Wednesday from someone else but could not deliver this package. Bad service.

The package was shipped on Feb. 27, 2017 and came to my house Feb. 28, 2017 when no one home. I understand that an adult signature is required to receive the package. So I called in and asked to be delivered on Sat Mar. 4, 2017 since we are working during the weekdays. I also gave a contact number so that they can call me. That person gave me confirmation number of what she put in along with the package. As of 6:30 pm, March 4, 2017, the package still not be in. I called FedEx again and they said "THE STATION DECIDED TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE ON TUESDAY, MAR. 7, 2017." While tracking the package is still showing schedule 3/4/17 by the end of the day.

Will you be mad if you have been waiting all day for the package to come? They never, ever call and discuss anything when they decide to change the delivery date. The day they schedule to come will have no one home again so it will be a next Saturday again. It will be like 2 weeks to get the package! What the point of me calling in to change the delivery date if they decide to change the date they feel right for them to deliver? SO SINCE THEY DECIDE WHENEVER THEY WANT TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE THEN THAT'S IT! FedEx is SUCK... SUPER, SUPER SUCK. I e-mailed them exactly what I wrote above adding apology for those people who got yell at and hung up on.

3/5/17 they e-mail me back asking for my contact # and package information that sent out by LG. It was my cell phone that I sent in to repair. I still have no idea when I will get the package. This is very stressful. Next time I have to be involve in any shipments. I will ask them NOT to use FedEx! Their image to me seems like most reliable services but THEY ARE NOT! FedEx is the avoided list. Remember FedEx is SuckEx!

I should have got the hint that something was wrong with my package when the estimated delivery date was unavailable after it showed it was going to be delivered March 1st. After a while I thought "maybe someone forgot to scan it". Well you could only imagine my excitement when I saw that my package arrived today, unfortunately for me that was short lived. What looks like my package was ripped open and then poorly retaped to make it seem like nothing happened. A scribble on the side asking for the sending address and then a hand written sticker of my address next to it. I took a deep breath and opened the box. My dresser was missing the top piece and was completely smashed, that's not even the worst part! Turns out I ended up getting someone's medical supplies in my box!!!

I quickly contacted FedEx and explained the situation, the representative told me they will contact me back about the situation. They did and I answered to a rude person who after hearing the situation told me "just throw it out" and then hung up. I couldn't believe it not even a "sorry" or "we're gonna look into how any of that happened." So now I feel extremely guilty having to figure out what to do with this very expensive equipment that someone somewhere needs badly but due to this company's lack of professionalism I'm stuck with.

That said, UPS and FedEx Ground have never had any difficulty delivering to (finding or accessing) my residence. Even through the winter. We live off the County road, which is plowed and we use a tractor to plow our own road into our place. We have a published telephone number. Of the numerous (10+) orders shipped, FEDEX EXPRESS has never delivered one to my residence. I have called numerous times and placed complaints and his answer has been to put the package in a plastic bag and hang it on the USPS mailbox 11 mi. from my residence with no notice of its existence.

Between trips to the mailbox my neighbor has taken it off the highway and placed it next to the mailbox. My letter carrier has been kind enough to put it inside the mailbox (which is illegal) and also has placed it in a lockbox at the post office (25 mi. away) leaving me a key in the mailbox to pick it up when we go to town. The last time I made a complaint, I was assured that his manager would contact me within 24 hrs. I'm still waiting, that was 6 months ago. My neighbor called me again this morning and told me my package was again at the mailbox, but was actually in the highway this time and had she not stopped on her way to work and moved it, it would likely have been run over! Is there nothing that can be done legally with these idiots? How do you stay in business when you’re such a poor excuse for an operation as this? Even complaints go nowhere and do nothing!

At noon, I went out to put gas in my car. When I got back, there was a delivery notice on my door. I called FedEx, and after ten minutes of computer prompts, I spoke to a person with such a thick accent I could barely understand them. They said I could pick up my package at the FedEx facility a half hour away after 6:00 pm.

Using the address provided, my GPS led me to a spot a block away from where I needed to go. There was no sign for customer pickup. I had to park in the street with my flashers on. Then empty my pockets and go through a metal detector just to stand in the waiting room while the security guard called about my pickup. They said, "Your package didn't make it back from the truck." They would attempt a second delivery on Saturday. I work until 3:00 on Saturday. The pickup facility closes at 3:00. This is typical of my experience with FedEx. At least it's not 'Home Delivery', which is completely closed on Monday, my next day off.

Every time I get a shipment notice from FedEx, I think, "Oh God, this is going to take days to straighten out." I actually avoid internet businesses that use FedEx. Granted, this is a signature-required package, but I'm not going to let FedEx leave an expensive package on my front steps where it can be stolen or rained on. (I sent instructions to leave the package at the SIDE door. The notice was on the front door.) Their motto should be, "If it's FedEx, it's Fudged Up."

Even after speaking with several (8 to be exact over this time period) Customer Service Personnel (Even 2 at the Local Terminal), the drivers (I am told sub-cons) will go directly to the Office and drop off my packages; No Door Tag... nothing. Only an email stating that it had been delivered to the Office.

In one case, the item was perishable and was left at the office over the weekend. I was not aware at that time to check (now I know) and the item had to be thrown out. This seems to be an issue with FedEx Ground. I have not had this problem with FedEx Home Delivery. It is sad (if not funny) that the representative will go on a speech about leaving a signed note the door accepting the package to be left. When I explained that the Driver had to COME TO THE DOOR FIRST, there was silence on the other end. So beware. If you are expecting a package to be delivered to your Apt Door via FedEx Ground, it is best to check at the office the day that the delivery is scheduled. This is a HUGE Issue and very Poor Customer Service.

My regular driver that knew the area was laid off, and the replacements do not know the area. Recently a regular driver who was making deliveries properly has gone MIA. A new driver was smart enough to be in the correct area, but could not find my house as he drove by twice. I had to run four blocks to catch him and retrieve my package. It is not the drivers fault, it is your fault and FedEx hierarchy. The drivers need GPS and a steady area, and you need to retain good workers.

I called customer service consistently for 9 years about this very same situation, so it is clear that you are at fault and not the driver. Moreover, I received a neighbors package in 2008, called customer service, and left it on the porch for pickup for three months. Multiple calls to FedEx had fell on deaf ears and the package stayed on the porch for a full year. However, it is 2017 and the package was not picked up. I am sure that same things would happen to my packages if I did not run after your drivers. Very often the drivers are across town trying to deliver my packages in the wrong neighborhoods, and your customer service has no means to contact the driver to make corrections or help them out. You need GPS in your trucks, and or map books! You need to give drivers a regular area and try and maintain a steady workforce of regular employees.

I was initially told that the box was not with Fedex since their driver did not scan it. When I informed them that my building had camera footage of the driver picking up the box, I was asked if camera footage showed the tracking number on the box to prove Fedex had it, instead of asking me any details to help locate the box. Ridiculous.

I have made several calls and stressed just what significant issues this was causing me, since the box contained a product sample, let alone the fact that it was a $325 item. No representative made any reasonable effort to assist, telling me that it could have been any NY Fedex driver, who could have taken the box to any of the numerous NY Fedex locations so they can't help me. What kind of operation is this?

I started an online claim with Fedex. Nobody contacted me from Fedex to get details or try to assist further. I simply received an email stating that my claim was over and that I should expect an answer by mail, which never came. I contacted Fedex again via their website and was told: "The claim filed for this shipment has been denied. We sincerely regret that we did not resolve your claim to your satisfaction." Of course, I will never use Fedex again, as the damage they've done is possibly irreversible and this attitude is absolutely crazy. The small USPS post office here in Deer Lodge has been cut back to only open a half day and closed completely on Saturday. FedEx and others have been given the lucrative package delivery while the USPS has been left with envelopes. Thanks to our thieving politicians. If FedEx and others had to deliver all the mail, they would raise their prices to the moon or go out of business. The little post office here has been in business for many years but it may be closed for lack of funds. Why have the politicians allowed this to happen. The answer is certainly not efficiency. Okay first of all I stated in my comments do not leave my package at my door and require a signature. Second I never even seen FedEx on my block so number 1. They either were too lazy to deliver it. 2. They left it at the wrong house. 3. Or they took it home. Because when I called FedEx to make a complaint someone from customer service told me my package was delivered at 11am. This is all lies and if my package was supposedly be ''delivered'' at 11am how come when I checked the tracking number at 3pm it stated still out for delivery. I made a complaint so someone was to contact me in 2 hours that never happened the next day.

No one still never got back in contact with me so I called FedEx back again. Now it's an open investigation. So I contacted the company I bought the item from and they stated that a lot of customers haven't been receiving their things from FedEx. And that they will replace my money if they can't get any clarity with FedEx. This is sad because FedEx never ever take responsibility. I hate FedEx. My fault. So I have contacted customer service to give them my apartment number. I spoke to guy named MICKEE **. He told me that they can change my address but they will charge me for that. I told him that I am not changing my address, that the location is the same and I am only adding missing apartment number. He keeps saying that in order to change my address I will be charged. Anyway, I was not even planning to be home. Our super normally receive all the packages and store them for all the tenants in the basement. So I told the gentleman to forget about the whole "changing my address" because anyway, our super will receive the package. He said no problem.

Next day, I am tracking my package and I see it has been delivered. Excited coming home, my husband is asking our supervisor to give us our package and he is claiming that he haven't receive anything for us. Make long story short, FedEx has changed my name to completely different name and add wrong apartment number!!! The package has been delivered to our neighbor based on apartment number. On top of everything, the furniture was damaged. I was so upset. I couldn't believe that someone would change my name and address on purpose! I am 7 months pregnant and I am trying to prepare our house for the baby. It was such a terrible and disappointing experience. It couldn't even sleep last night. Me and my husband own a small business. Every dollar made is a blood and sweat. It is so frustrating to give that money to someone for such a terrible service. I will NEVER use FedEx again.

Called again on the Jan 18 and the agent said the the package should be delivered tomorrow. Called again on the 24th, 25th, and 26th to follow up, the agent reported the item has lost. Received a call on the Jan 31 from the claim dept and said that I have to get the refund on the shipping from the UK company. I told them that they are creating one inconvenience after another. I requested to be refunded for the total of the invoice for the package that they lost it, not giving me inconveniences from their incompetency. Tried to call the 800# to reroute to the FedEx store near my residence. Was patched through to call center in India. Had to give the rep my tracking number twice, due to language BARRIER. I took a day off from work and stayed home the whole day since it was a signature needed delivery. Around 9:15 am the tracking showed delivery exception for customer not available which is a LIE because I was home the whole day and nobody came to my door. I called the FedEx representative and they told me that they will send a note to do the delivery on Monday.

Monday again I had to take a day off and stay at home for this package and guess what?? After waiting the whole day again delivery exception and now they say wrong address which is also a LIE because I confirmed the address on Friday when I called their representative. I am really frustrated with this situation and will take action against this irresponsible behavior of FedEx. This behavior has really let me down and I will never again use FedEx for shipping and I will tell this story to any of my friends who want to use FedEx for shipping purposes.

The above rating should be zero stars. I have never rated a company or posted a complaint prior to my dealings with FedEx, but my experience was so bad, that I opened an account here solely for that purpose. Absolutely, hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with any company, period. The below, brief description cannot possibly convey the frustration and anger I have for this company.

First note that I have previously set up countless accounts online with numerous companies and never had issues. The FedEx website is completely unusable. I've had to call customer support every time I get on the website, which has amounted to a minimum of 5 phone calls over the last week. Every new thing you do on the website requires a new registration (e.g. you have to register an account, then register to view or pay bills online separately). It is impossible to find anything on the website as well because everything is under an obscure drop-down menu under an unexpected category. When I tried to enter information into the website, I would clearly see my information typed into the box, but would get an error message telling me I needed to enter the information. After numerous attempts, the website expired.

Calling customer service will get you an automated message asking you to select from inapplicable categories and ask you for information you don't have. I had to spend several hours on the phone with them talking me through the worthless website, which begs the question: if this much input is necessary for the website, why even have a website? Note that they can't do any of the stuff for you over the phone. Additionally, while I was on the phone figuring out how to ship a package to Canada, they never mentioned anything about printing off customs documents. Nor did the individual who picked up the package. Thus the package was returned the following day and I was billed for it. I believe the phrase "going postal" was in reference to dealings with FedEx. For your own sanity, avoid this company at all cost and especially avoid their website.

This FedEx company way of doing business is a joke. I would never use its service. Unfortunately, there are some sellers/merchants that use this company's service (I buy stuffs from Ebay, Amazon, Newegg, DJI, etc.). I bought a drone from Newegg, been on waiting list for 2 weeks, finally shipped by DJI. However, DJI used stupid FedEx and required signature & over 21 years old. FedEx attempted to deliver during business hour, Mon-Fri only due to ground shipment. Of course I work during the day and they returned drone to shipper/seller. This stupid company do re-deliver per customer's request, or different time such as after 4;30 pm, and they don't hold the merchandise at a local FedEx location for ground shipment. I think this FedEx made $ this way by returning to sellers/shippers so that the merchants will spend $ shipping again. Bad business model and unethical. SMH.

I ordered a computer the same time I ordered the other package that was stolen and I called Amazon to alert them that my neighbor was stealing our packages and I needed to have all deliveries signed for because of this. Amazon told me that they cannot make any changes to packages for third party sellers. So I told them to cancel the order mid-delivery because it's gonna get stolen and there is no other option given to me through Amazon Customer Service. After canceling it took 7 business days to receive credit.

At my work there are Amazon lockers. I reordered but the Amazon lockers were not a option for delivery for the reorder and Amazon reassured me that they will get the package to me. Now FedEx is sending package updates to me saying they attempting to deliver the package but there are no stickers on my door. There are other stickers from FedEx outside on our call box but none for me. I talked to my apartment manager and they stated that they give the code to the gate to the FedEx and UPS drivers and they are supposed to put the visit stickers on our doors and not on our call box.

UPS, FedEx and Amazon are liable for the drivers so they give time windows of delivery and really think it works. I always prefer to use USPS and we have lockers on our mailboxes to lock our packages up to 3 feet wide. Amazon, UPS, and FedEx just seems to not know the customers they serve. Too bad... This just inconveniences me and Amazon is going to lose a customer today. Amazon needs better customer service.

I received a phone call from a FedEx dispatch stating that I need to call customer service and have them change the zip code from 51305 to the correct zip code of 51503 otherwise my shipment will not be picked up. I did call customer service and straighten it out... so I thought. I then received a call on Jan 13th telling me my address doesn't exist in the zip code area of 51053. So again I call the 1800 number to straighten it out. On Sat Jan 14th I received a call confirming pickup at my address with the wrong zip code again. Once again I straighten it out. Come Monday Jan 16th I received a call stating pickup will not be that day due to weather it had been rescheduled for Jan 17th.

At 3pm Jan 17th I called customer service to see why my packages had not been picked up. I was told the driver could not find my address at zip code 51053. Still incorrect zip code. So I straighten it out again giving the correct zip code and was told pickup was now scheduled for the following day. I then immediately call customer service back just to make sure they still had the correct zip code. Turns out they had the wrong zip code again even after all that I'd been through with correcting customer service. How can this be? This is crazy. So I asked to speak with a manager and told her how many times I've corrected this zip code issue. She assures me they have the correct zip code in their system now for my address and that pickup is now scheduled for Jan 18th.

If you've actually read this far you have to understand my frustration and know you have a serious communication issue within this company's customer service and network... To say the least I am very disappointed and frustrated with FedEx service and will never use FedEx again as well as tell everyone I know and everyone I meet to never use their services.

The delivery date never changed but FedEx delivered my package to the post office that is literally a block and 1/2 from my home AFTER my mail already ran for the day so I therefore won't be receiving my package until 1/18/2017. This has happened numerous times before where my packages that come via FedEx don't arrive until minimum 2 days after they're stated delivery date. FedEx is HORRIBLE and not good on their word of the correct delivery dates.

I'll also mention that this package is a subscription package that will be coming monthly so when I contacted FedEx to see if they could flag my address and have my packages delivered right to my door instead of the Post Office (then the post office delivers it to my door) a block and 1/2 from my house the customer service representative was rude and continued to tell me it's no longer FedEx's problem and that I should contact USPS. Um... what?!?! My package was sent via FedEx. FedEx is responsible for giving customers correct delivery dates and if they're going to use USPS then they should factor in the potential time it will take USPS to deliver the package as well so the delivery date is accurate!

To follow true to my word I will gladly leave a review of FedEx's service every time I have a package come through them which will be at least once a MONTH until FedEx steps up and takes responsibility for their horrible shipping and service, changes their business ways to put their customers first and FedEx stops giving FALSE INFORMATION to its customers.

Let's forget about customer service and instead - as easier options have already been put in place because you botch up deliveries - now offer customers the option of coming to the facility and breaking down the freight for you too so customers can receive their property within the time frame promised. If you want to passively deny quality customer service, I definitely recommend FedEx.

I ordered a product off of eBay and it was shipped via FedEx. Everything was going well, then I checked my order status and it showed the product had been dropped off at my front door and did not require a signature. Firstly, this item was being shipped to my motel. My motel is open 24/7. There was no way the FedEx driver would have dropped off my package at the front door. The lobby is always open.

Before I filed my complaint, I wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed before I called. I have a security system installed at this motel. There are a total of 32 cameras on this property. I checked eight hours before and after the drop off time listed with the tracking number. There was never a FedEx at my property at all during that period.

I called FedEx to let them know what had occurred. After taking down my information, I was told someone would be calling me within two hours. That would never happen. I called FedEx again a few hours later and they told me the same thing. I explained to the employee that I have a security system on this property and there was no FedEx driver on my property the day in question. Again, I was told someone would contact me in two hours. No one called me back again.

After this failed, I went on their website and filled out a question/complaint form. I sent that to Fedex and never got any response within the allotted time. The site states to allow 48 hours for a response to the inquiry. Again, no response. During this time, I contacted the eBay seller and told him of the situation as well. He stated, he would contact eBay the next morning.

I was about to contact FedEx again the following day when a person showed up in my lobby and dropped off a package which was delivered to him. It was my order. The FedEx driver had delivered my package to the wrong address. I notified the eBay seller and told him everything was fine. I told him that I would wait for FedEx to contact me to let them know what had happened.

I have never received any communication from FedEx, verbal or written about this matter. I have cameras. I can verify everything. I saved everything to a flash drive if they are interested in knowing what happened. I guess they just don't care that their employee made a mistake. Maybe they thought I would just go away. Maybe, because I had cameras, they knew I wasn't lying, so they would have to actually fix a screwup. No one at that company ever stepped up to find out what happened.

I ordered a package on 1/6/17 through FedEx and was promised a delivery date on 1/10/17, but it got held up in Troutdale Oregon due to weather conditions. This package is a computer case that is very essential to my new college computer for online school. When left Troutdale last night, I said departed at 8:46 pm, so I am jumping up and down saying "yay, there is hope yet that it will appear before next Monday" which is when my motherboard, the last component, is due to arrive. So I am waiting for my tracking info to get updated to tell me where my item is. I waited until about 11 am, then I went on chat and talked with a person who was helpful and they told me the package was in Bend Oregon and that was their last known location. I look back at the tracking info and it still says "last known location was Troutdale".

Now I am thinking to myself "are they really just too lazy to give me, the buyer, the info where my package is that I paid for?" Now when it comes to a company shipping my product that I pay for out of my pocket to have an item I want, I expect when they give me a date they are bringing the package, I expect it to be delivered on that date. I have about 6 more items. 5 are due here tomorrow (huh I guess we will see), and another due here by Monday (I guess we will see there too). At least UPS getting their big boy and big girl pants on and puts chains on their vehicles and makes those deliveries to the person no matter the weather. I don't too much like FedEx, but the site I ordered from doesn't give me the option to pick UPS (or else I would have choose them).

Now have in mind, YES, I am very angry because my computer is borderline frying and I need a new computer, and yes maybe I am a little obsessive and impatient, but I was given a date and time my package would be delivered and when they stopped that then they shown they pretty much run on their own time despite the customer's plans. Which mine are very important since I doing all my college online and I have a live video chat for my math that requires specific computer build requirements. I like to relax and enjoy life, but when I am waiting for a package I pay for that has a tracking number and they just stop updating it because they are lazy, then that makes me wonder and say to myself "if I do this are they going to just stick a door tag on my door after just standing there for 10 seconds and say 'sorry we missed you'?" As I watch a UPS truck drive by my house thinking why couldn't my package be on that truck.

Now I don't mean to complain. In a way actually I do. But when I PAY REAL MONEY for an item I PAY for, THEN I DAMN WELL EXPECT that when they say they are getting it to my house on a certain date, THAT I DON'T HAVE TO CAMP OUTSIDE MY WINDOW wondering if I wasted my day away and if the package will ever appear. I will make sure that I use UPS from now on and I will use people I know to jump through those hoops because this is **. I expect better service from a company that gets paid to make people happy. Happy customer means they use you more. Unhappy customer usually means lots of lawsuits.

UPDATED ON 01/16/2017: I ordered a package on 1/11/17 that was supposed to be here on Friday the 13th of January 2017 and never showed. When it didn't show I was watching the tracking number and it said not available for an estimated delivery window. Now here's the bad part, I paid $20 in my money to get it here in 3 DAYS, that means it should be here today right. Well I called up FedEx asking them if they can update me as to where my package is and I had the same issue with my case except it updated me and arrived on the 13th. And they said "we will look into where it is at and will open an investigation."

A lady calls me back saying that the label may have fell off and is still in the facility in California. Now get in mind I live in JOHN DAY OREGON. Now I said "what, and you guys didn't have the respect and time to call and let me know this so it could be resolved." They said "we didn't know about this," now get in mind I am speaking to one of the administrators who handles shipping for FedEx, and she said she will watch to see if any movement happens and will contact me again on Thursday. And if nothing happens by the 24th then she will call the shipper.

At this point I am furious and she can tell, I told her "I don't have until Thursday or the 24th, I need these parts NOW because I am an online COLLEGE student who does a live video chat for math that requires higher upgraded parts and right now my computer is on the verge of complete failure". Now she say "I am sorry for the issue of this" and she can't do anything with the shipping company over there. I said "really," I told her "I don't mean to be rude but I was told by YOU (as in her) that you are an ADMINISTRATOR of the shipping company so that means you can do something about it. These parts I paid $20 for shipping to be here in three days and Monday the latest because it is required for my college computer build that I paid over $500 for."

So I end the conversation with her and go straight to one of the administrators who shipped my package which would be Newegg. And I tell them my situation and the person said they can't do anything regarding the FedEx shipping department but my packages should arrive today. That put a little ease in my heart but then he asks me to contact FedEx to find the package and I told him they said It's still in California and he said "well I don't know what to do there because he can't see what FedEx is doing as in when and where they ship." So I am thinking in the back of my head that he doesn't even know if that package is sent.

By this time I am panicking and very furious, I will never use FedEx again after this incident because they just are not that reliable anymore. About 5 years ago I ordered my first PC and they rushed it here super quick and so I thought, maybe they are still reliable and can do I again. Man o man I couldn't be more wrong. At least UPS gets my packages to me on time and I actually know one of the UPS shippers because he is my dad's friend's son's best friend and knows who I am and gets things shipped despite the weather.

Frozen biological samples were shipped International Priority from Seattle, WA to Tokyo, Japan in DRY ICE on Dec 19, 2016 with an estimated delivery on Dec 21, 2016. Samples arrived on Dec 26, 2016. SIX DAYS LATER! Obviously, frozen biological samples were destroyed! Called FedEx to get shipping charges removed for a shipment that was not delivered on time and getting my samples destroyed and was put in touch with DANIELLE **. Danielle ** did not understand the issue at hand and repeatedly pointed out FedEx terms and conditions, where money-back guarantee was not available during Dec 19 to Jan 3. She then went further to point out the fact that because the package contained DRY ICE, the money-back guarantee would not apply anyway even if sent on different dates.

Next, she pointed out that the terms and conditions were available to me online 24 hours, 7 days a week and repeatedly tried to get off the phone by saying, "is there anything else I could help you with". I asked her multiple times to please stay on the phone with me while I read over the terms and conditions. Her reply every minute was, "was there anything else I could help you with". My issue is, if I am sending a sample with DRY ICE and shipping it international PRIORITY, there should be a pop-up or a warning letting the sender know the POSSIBILITY of DELAYED shipment! That way this problem could have been avoided by NOT SENDING THE SAMPLES!

I am writing this review because this is the second attempt at sending my frozen biological samples to collaborators in Japan and FedEx not delivering on their promised date! This is the second time my samples have been destroyed and no compensation has been made. FedEx shifts blame on customs. However, then WHY promise a date that can't be made?! They should underpromise and overdeliver! Lastly, they need to train their customer service representatives to be more patient and understanding even if they do not want to be! That's part of the job description as a customer service rep! Danielle ** of FedEx should be given a performance review and previous calls re-examined.

Over the last month, I have had several deliveries utilizing all 3 primary methods of postage/shipping/receiving including FEDEX, UPS, USPS. FEDEX delays delivery until the very last listed delivery day within the scheduled delivery time frame listed by each corporation after making a purchase, rather than the earliest delivery date. FEDEX customarily delivered earlier than most other forms of shipping in the United States. That is no longer true. Moreover, storm notices are often listed at the banner atop their website, of course especially during winter months.

However, if consumers track deliveries, sometimes trucks are not near the storm path, but are within a few hours or closer to the consumer address. Drivers sometimes wholly failing to update customers that request tracking notices on their electronic devices, abandoning all communication to conceal their location. With a shipment history that FEDEX has enjoyed for generations, this new activity is frustrating customers but the excessive delay impedes progress for United States business. Delay also creates a greater risk of theft.

One recent experience with Wayfair.com resulted in my delivery product sitting on a FEDEX truck throughout the weekend, which was but an hour away from my home. Anyone could have broken into that truck and stolen all of the goods he had stored undelivered in his truck from Friday evening to this afternoon on Monday when the item was finally delivered. I received no notice from the FEDEX driver until Wayfair.com escalated the search for the FEDEX truck. Authorities were contacted. Suddenly, I received a slew of tracking notices from the driver as to where the item was and when it would be delivered.

Another delivery from Jet.com - FEDEX driver made through most of the top tier states in the nation... snowstorms and all. Then sat in Kent, NY from Friday until this morning when he decided to drive up to Connecticut. Still only 4 hours from my home, with clear roads today on the East Coast. No excuses. He did not go very far from his weekend location in Kent, NY. Taking his time, this FEDEX driver, too, is waiting until the very last scheduled delivery day. Bad business practices by shipping handlers require new legislation.

Therefore, I urge all that experience similar conditions with FEDEX to contact their members of Congress and senators to set new guidelines for delivery services within the 48 contiguous states so that the consumer is protected, and unnecessary delays do not result in theft. If shipment by a FEDEX driver is excessively delayed, close to your location, but is being withheld by the driver who is not communicating with you, call the state police to find the truck and determine what is going on. I worked for FEDEX as a supervisor in Durham, North Carolina in 2006. This consistent delivery delay activity is wrong.

I called on the 3rd and they said that they had attempted delivery 3 times while I on vacation and would not deliver again. I mentioned my previous phone conversations and they said that they would put it on the truck again. Looking at the tracking, the parcel sat on the truck for 2 days and we did not get the delivery. I called again on the 9th only to be told that I need to either pick the parcel up in Delta, get the parcel returned to sender or get another address for the parcel to get delivered. UNBELIEVABLE. Was assured that it would be delivered after 4. Wrong. For three days I called. Finally on Thurs, the trace dept. told me that I could set it up for Sat. Then on Friday, email stated it would not. Called again. Assured again that Saturday delivery was setup.

Got up early Saturday as not to miss delivery. Waited and waited. At 10:44 am got an email stating a delivery exception. Called again. The rep said no one was home. I stated no door tag, no knock on the door, no delivery attempt was made. The rep then told me that the driver could make the decision on whether to deliver or not. WTH. Three day delivery has now turned into a week and half. I have to go pick it up on Monday. I hope that it is at the location and not sent back. Bad service.

Then they say they can't guarantee a certain time. Some of their customer service people don't give a hoot about the customer and I can call back and talk to a different person and get a different answer. Then they want to argue with you when you ask for a credit because the delivery did not arrive on the day it should have arrived.

These are payroll checks, I cannot allow an employee to get paid late because FedEx doesn't have procedures in place for delays, etc. I know it rained in the city I sent the package to, but it did not snow so I'm not sure what caused the delay. They told me it got on the truck late, which is not my fault. I'm just done. Worst delivery service I've ever dealt with and they don't care.

I went to the front door to find no package. This is on December 31 2016. I was expecting this package as it was a gift to a dear family member that I was to give it to that evening at a New Year's eve party. It was a very big event that was basically ruined due to FedEx in their process. I called immediately to speak to their tracking and recovery team which was basically useless. They told me they have no way to track their drivers or to know where the package was delivered.

A multi million dollar company and they don't know whether drivers are at? I find that fascinating. It's hard to believe. They told me they would call me back in two hours and they did not. So I repeatedly call them two other times for the same runaround and virtually no help. They did not send the driver back out to retrieve the package as they promised, and our evening was ruined. Today is January 2, 2017 and my neighbor brings the package to my front door. The package was clearly marked with my address yet in a hurry was delivered to the wrong home. Thank goodness they're still good people in the world. In the end, buyer beware. If I have any say so I will never use FEDEX shipping company again. My package ended up going from Kearny, New Jersey to Livonia, Michigan. Over 600 miles away from where I live in Vermont. When I called FedEx to get the package sent to the right address, the CSR told me the only thing she could do was hold my package at the Livonia, Michigan facility for me to pick up in person. On the 28th I received another notice. Yes once again I received the notice the day after it was supposed to be delivered to my door. I looked at where the package has been. OH to Chino to Los Angeles to Chino to Los Angeles. I live in the mountains about 50 miles east of Chino, and a bit further from Los Angeles.

I called Fedex. I was told they would deliver to USPS on Saturday December 31. I explained to the lady, a bit rude she was, that the USPS does not deliver to homes in the mountain area. She then began talking again how it would be delivered to the USPS and they would deliver it to my house. I was explaining again and she started talking and would not stop. When she did finally stop I tried again and she started talking over me. I asked her to quit interrupting and to please listen to me. I told her of the way the USPS works in the mountains. She then put me on hold. She might have been having a cup of coffee or reading the newspaper. About seven minutes later she said the same thing. I said the USPS would not accept the package and it would be returned to sender. She said the same thing again. I said speaking to her was pointless as she would not do anything to help Fedex do its job. I said goodbye.

Today is Saturday 12/31/2016. Fedex did not send me a notification. I went looking at the tracking number and it has been returned to sender because the USPS office would not accept it. UPS has been delivering packages to my home once or twice a month. The one time UPS could not deliver due to snow they called. They left it at one of their offices so we could pick it up. I receive medical supplies to my home monthly. The USPS may not be fast, but they do deliver to my PO Box and to places I send packages and letters to. Ten years ago I was working for a large corporation. Fedex was best this side of Colorado and UPS the other side. Of course UPS was for all international deliveries. Since that time Fedex has become a bit larger, but they seem to have forgotten that customer loyalty will keep your company alive and thriving.

Now I have to explain to my daughter why her sister received the gift she wanted, but she did not. I used to always prefer FedEx, but after this experience, will do my best to avoid them and have encouraged Amazon to use another carrier. They're unreliable and dishonest.

I ordered a package a few weeks ago, with EXPRESS SHIPPING. Maybe FedEx is especially ** because of the holidays. However, their email notification package tracker is inaccurate, and their service representatives all sound miserable and only read off the same information that's in the email (aka, useless). The email notifications told me 2 days in a row that my package would be delivered, but it wasn't delivered either of those days. The next day it told me it'd be delivered in 4 days.

The first time I called a representative, they told me the same thing my email said, (that my package would be delivered by 8 pm) but it wasn't delivered. Today, I go to check my front door to find that I "missed" the delivery by 10 minutes. When I was home...with a chihuahua that barks whenever anyone knocks. Needless to say, no one knocked on my door. I'm fed up with FedEx (pun intended). They're a major mailing company handling valuable items. This type of service is unacceptable.

Now, the driver has left a package not delivered notice on my front gate. I know it's Christmas Eve, I know it's raining, but I've got 2 big dogs and if he'd made any noise at all, they'd have barked. Now have called customer service, what a joke, 3 times. All have said a manager will call me back with info to go pick the package up. Exactly why I had it shipped, didn't want to drive to pick the package up. They also have delivered $30,000 worth of their 3 drugs to a neighbor and destroyed another box containing the same drug and delivered it anyway although the box said to return to sender. Halfway taped it.

If you try automated phone service on Thursday and Friday, despite it being after the scheduled delivery date, the system still says "The package WILL BE delivered on Wednesday by 5:30 pm." When you are waiting for a person to come onto the line on the customer service phone line -- no one ever came on the line -- each time I gave up after 1/2 hour. I just wanted to say that FedEx is the worst mailing company in my opinion, USPS are amazing comparing to them. Last year I had several problems with packages that were sent by FedEx, in my both worlds: personal and professional (my work has everything to do with logistics and depend on companies like UPS and FedEx). On personal level it was shipment from Wal-mart (I do not understand why they keep working with FedEx). I spoke to supervisors and managers at FedEx, and they did not even offer me to expedite the shipping of the items that they had lost. Unbelievable!

One of the stories from last year: I received damaged good and arranged the exchange. It was 100 lb punch bag kit. When FedEx picked it up, it was said that the package weight was 70 lb. How?! I cannot even imagine. Because of this I had problems later, Wal-mart kept saying they had not received the returned item. FedEx, probably, lost it. They lost my other order, did not deliver on time (and it was the supply for surgery case for the patient at work), and so on. My last drop came a week ago. We exchanged one of the goods by warranty. The label for pick up was created on Tuesday, FedEx showed up to pick that package up only on Sunday. It took them 5 business days to come to pick up the package!!! What in the World?! I personally, would never go to FedEx to serve my family with anything!

FEDEX advertise that they pick up from business and residential places. I have a label that the company emailed me and I printed out from my computer for an item I purchased that was defective to return as "Express Return" from my apt. I scheduled a pickup date and time and was given a confirmation # **. They told me that FEDEX will arrive between the hours on 11 am - 5 pm. I stayed home all day waiting for FEDEX to come to my apt to pick-up. I even called while I waited for them to come to make sure they are coming. They did call me after 5 hours of waiting to tell me that the FEDEX driver will be delayed in picking up my package and will arrive within 3 hours. When 3 hours passed, I call them again and waited a long time on hold for someone to answer my call.

When FEDEX rep from customer support finally spoke with me, I was told someone did arrive 2 hours ago and the driver filed a report stating no one was home which was false. No one rang the bell to my apt in which I live in an apt complex with over 100 apts. I complained to FEDEX that the driver filed a false report. I am appalled by how FEDEX operates and does not monitor their staff specifically their drivers. There should be consequences or fine FEDEX for false advertisement. There should be an investigation into this matter because this is definitely a rip off for the consumers who already paid for this service.

I had to call FEDEX again and reminded them that I officially placed a complaint verbally on the phone and via email to their customer support website.

Interesting to note, emailing a complaint via email to FEDEX website, no response was given as to their action plan to resolve this issue. I only received an automated email receipt that they did receive it which does not mean a thing if there is no actual response with an action plan. I did re-schedule another pick-up date from my apt. and again I have to wait all day for them to arrive... still waiting. UPS does a much better service than FEDEX but since the company chose to pay FEDEX to pick up my return package, I unfortunately have to use this service. Consumers beware, do not use FEDEX. It is better to use UPS.

I was living on a multi-unit property at the time and when the woman from FedEx pulled in and honked her horn. I went outside to meet her. Before I could even get down the stairs, she honked again. I went out in the pouring rain and then met her by the driver's side door. She then proceeded to criticize me for not putting the apartment number on the package. I told her I wasn't sure why it wasn't on there, because the label was generated from our billing address with Verizon.

She continued to complain about how she came to my property, had no idea where to go because of the address and how silly it was that I didn't put my address and how I was lucky that she didn't drive away with it and leave me with nothing. Really? She honked the horn, and I came running, IN THE RAIN!!! She literally never left her seat! And she still was complaining even after I explained to her that it wasn't our fault there was no apartment number? She was complaining for the sheer purpose of complaining. I could not have made it easier for her despite her issue. Very uncalled for.

Newest issue: order a package that was shipped out on 12/3 from NJ (I live in NY). Here's the path it has taken: Jersey City, NJ - Keasby NJ - Windsor, CT - Caladonia, MN (what???) - Des Moines, IA and (last update, 12/14) in transit to Jersey City. No new info, "pending" scheduled delivery date, not coming in time for the holidays. Awesome. What can brown do for you??? Anything better than FedEx.

They have had pretty good marks in the past, but then they decided it was cheaper to deliver mail to the USPS offices "by delivery date" to make them more money. Now they can't even do that on time. Multiple shipments from multiple companies were received by FedEx by Dec. 6, to be delivered "5-7 business days." I'm complaining now, because it's December 15, and my FedEx packages have just arrived at the USPS leg of their trip, and they "should arrive by Dec. 17."

Count them, that's 7-8 business days to USPS, +2 more if you include the day they to be delivered, on a Saturday. This Delivery Address is ATLANTA, GA, I'm talking about! If they can still deliver their 1- and 2-day shipments, I don't know anymore. But, for regular shipments like these, you should completely remove the FedEx leg of the shipment out of the delivery. You should have USPS do it from door to door since FedEx is using USPS to deliver their packages. The FedEx leg is the slow/late leg of your FedEx shipments!

FedEX has informed me that they will not keep security code information on file. Now I learn they will not use a gate code, even when it is printed on the shipping label. Surely I'm not the only person who lives with a security gate, and buys from Amazon? I have a security gate that is about 40 feet from the street, in plain sight of all passing traffic. My house is 1,200 feet away, up a hill and behind trees. I provide the security code ON the shipping label to be used by Amazon, and FedEx still will not use the code and deliver my package to my door.

This is in a very rural area. There is no pavement or sidewalk outside the gate, just grass and dirt. At this time of year, deep wet grass, and mud. The driver just left my $1,200+ Rinnai furnace outside the gate this afternoon, the carton sitting in wet grass - not covered with plastic and getting drizzled on. I didn't know they did not use the code - I thought the delivery was still on its way.

I'm a sixty year old woman, and when I learned by email that my package had been "DELIVERED" (quote, unquote) I got in my pickup truck and drove down to find it at the gate. It's a wall furnace. It's heavy. I had to drag it through the mud to my truck, lower the tailgate, get the bottom edge tipped up onto the edge of the tailgate, then lift and push this heavy box up into the back of the truck. Every time I place an order with Amazon Prime I cringe. If I'm lucky enough to have them deliver by UPS I can relax, otherwise it's nothing but stress.

How is Fedex still running? I can only associate this company to horrible customer service experience. I ordered an item online and I did not notice the shipping company was Fedex. I reviewed the tracking number and they said the package would be delivered 12/8/2016. I need to make sure the delivery date as my house was by itself and I needed to drive there on time to pick it up. I spoke the a Fedex rep and he assured me the package would be delivered on 12/8/2016 by end of the day... 3 hours later I refreshed the site and the packaged was still in a different state the delivery date was changed to 12/9/2016. If you want to avoid confusion, frustration, and anger, please avoid Fedex at all costs!

When delivering packages the person was always neat and clean. Fast but courteous of the clients ahead of him/her. During the holidays when they are so busy they still make each client as top priority. I've had to return items and the return policy is easy to follow and there has never been a problem. All in all my experience with FedEx has been fun yet professional. I would recommend this company to everybody.

Document opened and protective packaging removed. Probably removed by Fedex inside facility. Medical equipment severely damaged. Protective plastic around device (factory installed) removed, plus bubble wrap removed from package.

Box was untaped and retaped before Fedex delivery. Fedex delivered to non-authorized receiver, after clearing customs. Box was not severely damaged. Device was removed from box, which was opened by Fedex, and damaged, prior to delivery. Fedex was do deliver to me, and delivered to a minor child. Fedex was sent photographs and documents from shipper and factory as to packaging. External box not damaged. Fedex denied claim and refuses to compensate for missing 2 lbs. Fedex said no visible damage. Fedex will not provide tracking of packing inside facility or en route. Fedex is very dishonest. All documents have been sent to Fedex.

First number is within the USA, second is from Oregon to Danang Vietnam. I suspect that Fedex removed 2 lbs of packaging, or something, and that the CPAP item was removed from the package by Fedex or customs, and severely damaged. Claim was filed and denied by Fedex, who wrote that they are "sorry". Sorry for what? What about my missing 2 lbs which Fedex did document are missing? Fedex held my package in Saigon for over 1 week. Surely it was opened by somebody. Damaged by somebody. I asked if the facility in Saigon was flooded, but nobody would respond to my question.

Fedex employees, 2 mails, same phone link, transferred call, said that the package was in Saigon at the same time that it was in Hanoi. I do not believe that the package ever went to Hanoi. Fedex is covering up for allowing somebody to open the box and damage the CPAP in Saigon. Fedex is covering up for the missing 2 pounds which it has documented were missing upon arrival in Saigon. Fedex is very dirty. Filthy dirty.

They tried to deliver on Saturday 12/3/16 @ 9:50 am no one was home. Then again on mon 12/5/16 @ 10:30 am and again no one was home (as we work). On Tues 12/6/16 I stayed home for the morning to sign for my package since it was the last attempt for delivery. At 11 am they hadn't come yet, so I called FedEx to see if they could tell me where in route the truck was in comparison to my house.

The customer representative said there was no way she could tell where the truck was. I find that very hard to believe. Every company has dispatches. UPS knows exactly where their trucks are at all times. My husband drives truck and they have GPS tracking on their trucks. So now I have sat at home waiting and not at work for nothing and still without my package. Very disappointed with FedEx.

I'd use Fedex over other alternatives. It's much easier, especially if a delivery is time sensitive.

I was expecting three separate deliveries. On Monday 11/28/16 @ 3:32pm, the FEDEX driver rang my doorbell. I rushed downstairs to answer the door and found that my package was left on the sidewalk up against my gate. The FedEx driver was already in his vehicle and driving down the street. On Tuesday 11/29/16 I was expecting another delivery. This one arrived at 3:42pm. I rushed to answer the door as before and found that again my package was left on the sidewalk up against my gate. I was clearly annoyed because of prior experiences so I went outside to speak to the driver about leaving my packages on the sidewalk. I did not see the FEDEX truck nor did I see the driver and I can usually hear the delivery truck if it is close by. The driver was long gone.

I also ordered merchandise from Verizon Wireless on the 25th of November, and it was set for 2-day shipping. I should have received this package on Monday the 28th of November but I did not receive it. Looking on the FEDEX delivery app it indicated that it was suppose to arrive on the 28th. Then when I look on the deliveries app later, delivery status said the "next day" or "pending". Tuesday same thing happened out for delivery earlier in the day then delivery date changed to next day. On Wednesday 11/30/16, according to FEDEX delivery information package from Verizon would be delivered. Looked on fedex delivery app later that day and found that delivery was changed to "PENDING".

I was more than angry, so I called Verizon Wireless to let them know that the merchandise that had a 2-day shipping I hadn't received yet. Customer Service agent at Verizon called FEDEX then connected my call to FEDEX. I asked the agent to explain why a package labeled two-day shipping has not been delivered within the specified time frame? Why is the delivery time always being changed to the Next Day or Pending? Why the delivery driver left my packages on the sidewalk for anyone walking or driving by could easily steal?

Customer Service agent told me that FEDEX tried to deliver the package from Verizon Wireless on Tuesday 11/29/16 @ 11:59am but I disputed that claim because I took time off work that week and stayed at home to receive the Fedex packages because I know that they will leave your deliveries outside your door for anyone to walk away with. Then the Customer Service agent told me that there was a problem with my address that's why my package was not delivered, then asked me to confirm my address. That too was a lie. My address was correct and I received other deliveries using same name and address on same days. Then he said maybe driver could not locate address.

I asked to speak Supervisor THAT WAS A WASTE OF 10-15 MINUTES ON HOLD! I explained the problems that I was having with their delivery service and also asked why I hadn't received the delivery from Verizon when it was labeled two day shipping? He just said that my package would be delivered on Thursday 12/01/16. One would think that when you speak to a Supervisor of a company with such complaints, that they would bend over backwards to accommodate you the customer as much as possible right? THINK AGAIN!!

I said to the Supervisor that it was a waste of time waiting to speak to him because he was not saying anything different than the customer service agent, and in fact he should being doing everything that he could to make sure that I received my package before the next day. His response to me was "I will receive it tomorrow" to which I said "I AM DEMANDING THAT I WANT MY PACKAGE DELIVERED TODAY!!"

Guess what! I received it finally at 6:50pm that same day. Maybe there was another Supervisor with more sense than the dummies that I spoke to, that knew the right thing to do. Has anyone seen what it said on your FEDEX packages "IT SAID LEAVE IF NO RESPONSE". Unfortunately, when you place an order you don't immediately know what delivery company a company uses. I recommend that we as consumers try some of the smaller delivery services. I have one of the apps on my phone. It is called DOORMAN.

You can also contact the company where you placed your order and let them know the manner in which your packages were delivered and how unsatisfied you are. Also call to see if someone wilI be reading and responding to your email. I did that myself about these deliveries. The first person that responded to my email, I was not happy with their reply. I then replied this person. Then I received another reply from another person. The response did much more to satisfy me as a customer and I was sent a 10% off on my next purchase.

CHECK OUT FEDEX AT THEIR BEST YOUTUBE VIDEOS!!! Showing how they treat merchandise that customers have spent their hard earned money on. PS: I have never had any of these kinds of problems when I receive packages from UPS, and I have received shipments from them for commercial and residential. FAR SUPERIOR TO FEDEX. This company has repeatedly failed to deliver packages. This will be the most recent occurrence when it comes to their failures. Their first attempt to deliver was fair, I was not home to receive this package; however on the 2nd and 3rd attempts I was sitting in silence waiting for a knock, a buzzer ring, a phone call, something! But to no surprise, I received a notification that their attempt to deliver failed because "I was not present." On the contrary, I had been waiting back and forth between a loud buzzer and the door. I then tried to rectify this problem, but can not because they have no humans to speak to (via online "live chat" and phone call). I also, paid the extra $12 to wait anyway. Sad, I know.

Online they say, "I am so and so and want to help", however when you respond to them with the issue at hand. They stop responding to you. You will sit there for hours to come to a realization, no one is actually there. Phone Calls will get you nowhere as well. They only provide you with a voice machine that spits out options to change delivery address, which will make zero sense since they will do the same thing to the other address. It will give you another option that will tell you the window of delivery, which also makes zero sense since they won't show up anyway. Another option is that will defeat the purpose of the delivery option entirely -- Schedule a Pick Up. FedEx is a joke, period. I mean come on, grow a pair and talk to your customers. Fix the problems you are creating, or stop doing business altogether and stop wasting peoples' precious time with your shenanigans. P.S. Give me my package, damn it.

I recently had a door tag left for a package that required a signature. The package delivery attempt was made at 12/2/16 12:47pm and the expected time of delivery indicated late afternoon on 12/2/16. No big deal. I will call customer service and find out where I can pick my package up myself at FedEx. Customer service tells me that I can pick up my package that evening at the distribution center between 6pm and 7pm the same evening. I drive 30 minutes to the distribution center where I am told to "wait 10 minutes and we will bring the package out to you". After waiting 20 minutes an employee shows up with no package and says "your package is not here, it is with a contract driver." The employee also said, "Your package will be delivered sometime tomorrow". So I drive 30 minutes back home empty handed.

The next morning I contact FedEx customer service to get the status of my package. The customer service rep was very polite but was speaking broken English and was unable to comprehend my questions about my package status. She did tell me that, "I would not get my package till Monday". I let her know that I would not be home Monday to sign for the package, and requested to have the package held a location closer to my home so I could pick it up. The language barrier was complicating our communication and now I am waiting for the next problem to come out of what I view as a extremely unreliable delivery service.

The idea that FedEx is unable to provide accurate information to the customer to allow basic coordination of package delivery has lost my confidence in their service. FedEx should know the status of customer packages (even between employees and customer service). When you get conflicting information from two or more FedEx associates, it tells me the company needs to improve the package status system to ensure the same information is reaching all parties involved. (especially customer service!)

All packages from them are damages as well as some of the contents. That is IF the packages/freight don't get lost somewhere and I spend hours on the phone with FedEx and/or the original shipper trying to track it down myself. And of course I've already been billed for these items whether I ever received them or not. I honestly don't know how this company stays in business. The customer service is the worst I've experienced. They just plainly DON'T DO THEIR JOB!

I don't understand why any company continues to use FedEx delivery service, ESPECIALLY a pharmacy where timing is truly important. FedEx claims that a package was delivered on 11/18 at 9:30a. This was a day and time that I was home. There was no doorbell ring or knock, which is customary for all packages we've received when at home. I took my dog out a little while before 11:40a, when I again left the apartment. That's two times I walked out the door shortly after their claimed delivery time. A package was never seen. There is no other door to our apartment. We are on the third floor of a building in a gated complex. Packages sit at doors regularly for hours and even days without incident. The package was over 40" tall and over 40lbs.

After speaking with neighbors, maintenance, and management, the general consensus is that theft does not occur here, but issues with FedEx have occurred. I spoke to a FedEx Ground driver (who indicated he is the regular driver for our complex) and said it must have been a FedEx Home Delivery driver as he did not see any disputed package alerts for his route. The investigating rep at FedEx informed me that they contacted the driver in question and were told the package had been delivered correctly. I was told to contact the shipper, Balsam Hill, which I had already done and from whom I'm waiting further news of their 'investigation'. So, coming up on Christmas, I am currently out $400 and have no Christmas Tree to show for it. It seems very doubtful that the package was ever at our door at any time.

It is their policy to "assume" that you, the consumer, have received the package and they refuse to look into it any further. I have had no problem with UPS and suggest you use them to ship & receive packages whenever possible. UPS has GREAT customer service! I, also, suggest that any time you do not receive a package FedEx and USPS say they delivered, that you file a formal complaint with each entity, call the store from which you purchased your item(s) and suggest the store use UPS instead. Then file a formal charge with your Police Department--even if the officers have a dismissive tone. Thievery is thievery... Even if a package is incompetently misdelivered.

This purchase was made in TN by FedEx for the amount of almost $150. Not only have I never been to TN, stopped using FedEx, and I am the only one who posses my FedEx account information.

But also after going through headache and stress because of this I came to find out through the internet that I was NOT the first one to be scammed by the FedEx company specifically in TN. This scares me in so many levels and upsets me as well especially because of how happy I was with FedEx initially. Now I don't have a reason to go back there again. I have never been so dissatisfied and upset about service given to me anywhere before. This could have potentially hurt me financially had I not caught it in time, especially because I have my credit card payment due in just a week. I think that if Fedex cared even in the slightest bit about their customers (the people who support and grow the company) that they would reach out to me, and stop this once and for all.

I was a shipping and receiving specialist for Toys R Us 8375, Wilmington, NC, for 12 years. I received shipments from FedEx on a daily basis, as well as shipped packages out through Fedex. I never had a problem with the service at any time during my tenure at that store. Fedex carriers were quite efficient and courteous. My shipments were always intact, picked up and delivered within the estimated time. It was extremely easy to track shipments which came in from a wide range of sources. I would recommend using Fedex as a carrier if you desire your shipments to be processed and delivered in a timely manner.

He promised me the driver would be back there before 8pm to deliver... 5:30ish rolled around and I called back to check, the truck was parked for the day. I asked why I was lied to and the resolution person apologized & told me Saturday they would deliver after 1:30 pm, my daughter was home a little after 1 pm, tag on door with no time or date.

I called again with case numbers from the day before and they said the driver had not stopped to deliver yet, even though I gave the door tag number to him. I told him I don't care as long as the packages were being delivered today. About 2:30 pm I called to check and got Aaron, the truck was no longer out for delivery, they had come at 10:45 am after being promised it would be after 1:30 pm. He said to sign the door tag and they would be left, which would be ridiculous with thousands of dollars between the two boxes!!! Aaron just told me delivery will be Monday and tracking says Tuesday by 8pm. I am going to call again, but I believe it won't do any good... Just one lie after another, I will avoid doing business with them again!!! I see there are thousands of complaints against them for lying... fortunately there is the Post Office and UPS!!!

You know, guarantees fail sometimes. I accept that. But when a delivery is expected by 10:15 am guaranteed, and we call them flustered at 11am because we must board the train with this check on hand, the agent really should not have said "well there's nothing I can do, it's beyond my control." This has marked my typical experience with FedEx, where employees take it personally any allegation of negligence on the part of FedEx.

We had to instruct him to call the driver, get the status of delivery, and determine what the modified time of delivery is. He agreed to do that and call us back... and another 30minutes later, we call fedex back because the driver never called as agreed. We trace the truck all over again with the new agent on the phone, she claims she doesn't know when it will arrive. This is not acceptable. We relied on FedEx to get this check to hop on the train for one of the most important business transactions for my husband, and now our lives are on hold. We can't even call Amtrak to see what options exist for getting to our destination because we don't have the modified ETA.

This agent on the phone can only promise to "place a request to try to find the package, since record shows it left the Emeryville shipping center." This is not acceptable. This is a problem caused by FedEx, and it needs to be fixed by fedEx. This agent insists she didn't cause the plane delay which delayed the delivery-- why even bother saying something like that?

FedEx as a professional company needs to take formal responsibility. The manager came on the phone because the agent simply didn't know "what else to do," that manager said driver whereabouts are unknown and this he cannot give us even estimated arrival time of the envelope, other than that by end of the day today it should arrive.

FedEx advertises its service as if it's reliable, and I'm utterly shocked that when they cause an error how incompetent and apathetic the agents are in responding and actually constructively addressing the error towards resolution. I have seen this sort of issue with FedEx one too many times and I will not patronize this business for anything that requires absolute reliability like this time.

FedEx made us jump 10 too many loops just to get the case escalated to a manager who personally agreed to look into the matter and find the damn check and give us revised delivery time lest we drive to the driver ourselves since we are desperate for this envelope. No one can even find the package now, and three agents said to us it was scanned for departure and it's our problem if that's not enough information. The first agent didn't even call us back despite verbally promising to do so. Never trust a FedEx agent, they don't train their employees, they are not committed to upholding quality and integrity for the company, they may as well be hired temps for less than minimum wage off the streets.

Apparently was missorted in Memphis. 2.) Dragon was packed into a shipping container and was never found when it was supposed to have arrived at the Milwaukee sorting facility.

Paid for priority overnight and am now on day 3 with a lost shipment. Useless employees and even useless management did not care nor could they provide support. Just reimbursement for the shipping costs and for the insured value. Doesn't change the fact that they probably killed a baby animal. And... Since it's most likely a dead bearded dragon considering the temps this weekend even with the two heat packs and medical grade shipping container, that's just sad. Should never have happened and this company has lost my business forever as well as the business of my high shipping volume retail company.

I ordered a bicycle wheel from ebay. I payed $125 with free shipping. The shipper seller shipped item via Fedex with a tracking number. Due to some mix up by the sender, the package had 2 tracking numbers. The first was never sent so that was a bad tracking number. The other tracking number showed its full tracking details from sender to me. According to the tracking details, the package was delivered on Sep 2, 2016 pm with "Left at front door. Signature service not requested". I was not in for most of the day so when I did not see the package at the front door, I reviewed my security cameras. There was no fedex truck delivering a package to my front door anytime during the whole day.

I called fedex to inquire about the package. They sent out an "investigator" to find out what happened along with the delivery driver. I was not there to meet with either but I spoke with the "investigator" on the phone and explained how there was no package delivered and I have cameras to prove it. The investigator did his investigating, taking pictures and checking parallel streets to see if it was misdelivered. He came to the conclusion that it was driver error and that he will file the report and told me to contact sender to file a claim with them. I advised the sender to file a claim but nothing came of it. The shipper replied by saying that the package was delivered according to the tracking details and his/her job is done.

I filed a claim with ebay saying that I never received the package. They referred to the same tracking information and denied me saying the package was delivered. I filed a claim with paypal and they gave me the same response. I finally decided to file the claim with fedex. The first claim I mistakenly used the first "void" tracking number and just wasted weeks with no conclusion. Filed another claim with the correct tracking number and got denied with the same response that the tracking number shows that it was delivered. So... basically the package is delivered by scanning the package no matter where the package is.

For all I know, my wheel was delivered to the wrong doorstep or the driver kept it for himself. The key evidence here is that my 3 cameras show no fedex truck anywhere near my house at the indicated delivery time or anytime during that day. If they are denying the claim and putting their sole trust in the driver's package scan and trustful word, they are without a doubt mistaken.

Even paypal, ebay and the sender are happily satisfied with their hands washed with this "false" information. Meanwhile, I'm out $125, no purchased product, and 3 months of aggravation with no happy ending. Something to think about before buying anything from ebay/paypal and having it shipped by fedex. Based on this video evidence, fedex should fire their driver for incompetence.

The investigator that supposedly filed the investigation report should be questioned as to whether the report was really filed. The claims department should be investigated as to why the report wasn't used for the judgment. Seller, Paypal and ebay should be ashamed for putting responsibility on me but they are just relying on the fact that fedex is reputable enough to provide accurate tracking information when it's far from the truth.

When speaking to investigator, he said that the device used to scan the bar code uses cellular technology so if they were to look up the log of the scan, it would only show up as coming from the nearest cell tower. My suggestion would be that the device has gps and it sends that coordinate along with the bar code and timestamp. That way there is proof that the driver was at my doorstep for their record. As for my evidence, the cameras show that the driver lied about being at my doorstep to deliver package. Screenshot is the driver and investigator trying to figure out what happened.

FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays where getting help was easier when those who I could get to help were not working. Customer service was rude and had "that's your problem not ours" attitude. I investigated and found the package on my front porch. When I checked what time it stated in the email that it had been delivered it stated it had been 12:48 pm and it had been 1:20 pm at the time. I was upset by this because they didn't bother knocking or anything to let us know that either someone was there or a package was delivered.

In my neighborhood packages that are left unattended on the porch can and will be stolen. Considering I paid for this product and expected that FedEx would ensure it would reach my hands I was angered. In the half hour that it had been on the porch it could have been taken as quietly as it arrived, considering my dog didn't even bark or make an indication someone had been at the door. I am unimpressed with FedEx and will refrain from using them for any further shipments onward.
