I've been waiting for a refund check from my bank for three weeks which is frustrating enough! Needless to say FedEx delivered my check to the wrong address, Metro PCS, signed for by someone not addressed on the envelope. After a very long call with FedEx I was able to obtain the address package was delivered to and took it upon myself to go collect the package myself since FedEx was of NO help only to find out an employee working there remembered signing for the package, however, the store manager who wouldn't be returning for a week took the package with him and to further find out he actually opened the mail... REALLY!!! Mail fraud is a federal offense and I am quite angry. Simply calling FedEx to report a package was delivered that doesn't belong would have been appropriate!

My experience with FedEx is limited. However, after the past few days I am so underwhelmed by the service that I will personally never use these services again. Package promised on Wednesday. Truck runs late and misses pickup window. Promised for Thursday and the driver never even comes to the door but claims they attempted delivery at 1:56 pm. I was sitting on the couch by the door. No one came. Construction is happening outside the cul-de-sac paving the roads, BUT you can still drive through.

On to Friday, I'm thinking surely after I put in a request for delivery to the FedEx down the street they will delivery when promised. NO!! In fact my package sat in the same facility all day. After I have called numerous times I get a Customer Care Specialist who proceeds to tell me it will arrive on Saturday. I ask for a time window. WHAT KIND OF DELIVERY COMPANY CANNOT OFFER A TIME WINDOW!!! I tell him this is unacceptable, because now I'm grounded to my area after having made plans to go out of town for the day tomorrow. The Specialist tells me to just pick it up on Sunday. I wanted my package on Wednesday when it was first promised! You guys have to be kidding. Every day I called and had to repeat the same thing over and over again. Do you all not write notes into your system concerning your customers? USPS will continue to have my business as they know how to deliver on time!

We specifically requested a shipment on Friday morning so we could be ready for our patient 1st thing Monday. The office is not open on Fridays, but I am always here at the front desk doing paperwork. I have a view of the parking lot, and came in early to receive this delivery, and I even put a note on the door that I was here and to knock for deliveries in case I went into another room. When noon rolled around and no FedEx delivery had come, I called the company who was shipping the part and they called FedEx and this is what we were told: "The driver knows that you are not open on Fridays, so he didn't attempt delivery." I am so glad that the driver knows my schedule. He should have at least placed a sticker on the door that they tried to deliver-then I would have seen him and he would have seen me (I sit by the front door) or at least the note, and the package would have been delivered.

Instead of fixing this problem, FedEx says they can deliver to us on Monday at 10:30. Our patient is scheduled at 8:00-so that is not a good solution. The company sent another part out with UPS as the delivery company. They will have it here by 8 on Monday. Now I know who to always use for shipping and who to tell my friends, co-workers and associates not to use.

For a few days, FedEx claims it has attempted to deliver my package to me. According to "their" automated phone line, they indicated an attempt was there but resident never answered. Well, maybe a KNOCK on the door instead of quietly placing sticky notes and leaving would totally change the entire conversation! I think it's bad business to LIE and say an attempt was made when technically it wasn't. I feel as a customer, I shouldn't have to take time out of my schedule go take a ride to a faculty and pick up a package, that they WERE or IS still getting paid to deliver. If help carrying it from the truck to the residence is what was needed, then ask for help! Are we to sit outside all day and wait for delivery to avoid their "ninja" abilities from prevailing in the future?

Customer satisfaction should be what any company thrives for. But your reputation is starting to be tarnished. Do the right thing... Deliver customer packages to those that are doing their part by being there waiting. Knock/ring the door bell and ask for help if you need it! Just don't lie and say an attempt was made when it wasn't a true attempt!

This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had with a shipment company. I was told my shipment was going to come in 3 to 6 days of ordering but now it's been at least two weeks and I still have not received my package. I don't know if it's laziness, lack of experience or what but if something's not fixed not only will they lose money but companies that use them will too.

This package was for a re-released model of a professional USBC bowling bowl that was a gift for someone. The delivery date was for Thursday Aug 17 because the party was from 8 to 9 AM Friday morning at my place of employment. My package was not placed on the vehicle for delivery to my location at Nashville plant. Was only told it would be placed on truck and delivered following day. That would be too late to present it at the party for the person it was intended for. No effort to make things right by customer service and no genuine concern from customer service at all.

FedEx has repeatedly made errors on deliveries to my home and not bothered to compensate or go the extra mile to make things right. Your company expects us as customers to be okay with that. We rely on you to honor your commitment but it seems that means nothing to you. I will choose UPS as my preferred delivery service from now on as this company is unreliable more than it is reliable. If someone would like to make an effort to try and resolve this genuinely, feel free to contact me. I look forward to giving you the opportunity to do so.

No local contact available. I had to talk to someone in another state to try and correct. However, problem was not solved as drivers vary. The drivers are also arrogant and drive like maniacs, going thru red lights and not courteous to drivers. Too much rushing! Worse than UPS.

We are shipping a sample International Priority to Japan and so of course paid for this service! We have already shipped to this destination before so we know the address is good. The package promptly arrived in Japan 2 days later and was then released by customs. So you would expect delivery the next day? Then there is a gap of 4 days in the tracking system with NO entry. NOW... 10 days later there has been NO delivery. My call yesterday, I spoke to a manager who assured me they would put a trace on it. Of course NO one calls back today and no update on the tracking at all.

INCOMPETENT! DISHONEST. Any other good adjectives for this totally screwed-up company. I can tell you there are no federal holiday or typhoons in Japan now that could account for such a mess. Use DHL next time or any alternative. I have previously had a similar experience and FEDEX refuses to take responsibility and refund the costs. The delivery dates you pay for are completely meaningless.

I bought a car battery online and FedEx was used by the seller to ship the package. The seller put it on the original box of XP Power, as the battery was XP Power XP3000, and ship it to my address. After calling couple times, I was able to hold the package at the store for pick up. I go to pick up the package, and they give me a completely ripped off box, the battery was damaged, the box was ripped off, and the lady at the store was like, "Here you go. You can take now your ripped off box!" I contacted the customer service, opened the claim, and I did submit the claim through their website and email form.

They came and picked up the package, and after a week I called again to check what was going on with my claim, and they told me "We have not received your claim." The girl I was talking to the phone, just hang up on me. The seller told me that they shipped the battery with the original box. And FedEx has repackaged the battery with another box. The battery was damaged in the corners, apparently, the FedEx guys couldn't handle it and they dropped it off into the ground couple times. And they just put it into another box, after they ripped off the original box, and they dropped it again, because even the box they put the battery in, was completely ripped off. I am really frustrated from the way that FedEx handles this situation, treats people, and ship packages. The item was bought on Amazon.

I am the president of a nonprofit organization in Orlando, Florida. I'm also a former investigative reporter in the CBS Television Network System. This morning, at 10:35 AM, two members of our logistics team heard the sound of a crash on the street in front of our office building. When they look out the window, they saw it was the FedEx driver physically throwing packages off the truck under the sidewalk. The sound of the packages crashing on the sidewalk was so loud, they herded inside the brick office building, over the sounds of passing traffic, the air conditioner, and music playing in their office! They ran outside and asked the FedEx driver to stop throwing the packages, as they were clearly marked fragile in 8 inch high letters. He simply laughed at them and drove off. The state of Florida license number of the FedEx truck was Y73-CDW. We actually have pictures of him throwing the boxes off the truck.

I immediately called the FedEx number. I had to press nine separate numbers to finally be connected to a human being rather than a machine. The gentleman I spoke to, who gave his name as Marvin but would provide no other identification whatsoever, barely spoke understandable English. After we provided him with all the information including the tracking numbers for the four packages, he continued to not understand what we were calling about after we had clearly explained the problem to him multiple times. As Marvin was obviously a combination of incompetent and unwilling to provide us with any assistance, we asked to be transferred to the manager of a local FedEx delivery office. Marvin told me he would put me on hold for just a moment. 5 min. later he came back on the line and explained that he was not able to connect me with anyone local as they did not answer the telephone!

He then connected me with "Arlene" in their supposedly-customer service department. As with Marvin, the ability to understand Arlene in her heavily accented speech was very limited. I understand America is a very diverse country, inhabited by people of many cultures, but is it too much to ask that the people you speak to at a major company speak readily understandable English? The only real difference between Marvin and Arlene was that she was even less willing to help. The only thing she was really able to do was communicate her delighted indifference and her unwillingness to help resolve the problem. You could tell from her speech patterns that she wasn't even reading her "corporate-approved excuses", but had memorized them. Between Marvin and Arlene it was probably the most frustrating and disrespectful 10 min. I have ever had to endure in my life.

When all I could get from her was just the standard "all we're so sorry… but in reality we could care less" answers, I then demanded a call from the local station manager prior to 2 PM Eastern Daylight Time today. I told her that if I did not receive such a call I would be in touch with the local television stations and newspaper to share our video and photographs with them. She, of course was also unwilling to give any more identification than just the name "Arlene". When I asked for employee number, she refused that as well, on the grounds that would "compromise our security." Knowing from my broadcasting experience that the purposeful idiocy as described above is often not really corporate policy, I attempted to contact FedEx headquarters in Memphis in order to speak to someone in Media Relations. The Media Relations department at large corporations can often fix corporate idiocy.

The only telephone number I could get was a regular toll-free number. After seven "button pushes" to get to a real human being, a woman who would only identify herself as “M J” refused to give me the telephone number of FedEx corporate headquarters. Of course anything further than the initials M J were far too secret to give me! No, I'm not kidding, she actually admitted she had the phone number but refused to give it to me. People… what are you trying to hide? The bottom line is; FedEx purposely screwed up, all the contents of the boxes are damaged beyond repair, and worst of all FedEx clearly indicates they could care less about customers. If you watch television in Florida, check the six o'clock news. You never know; I may be the lead story. Television is picture driven, and trust me, the pictures are great! FedEx, I'm willing to stand behind my work and give my name and phone number. Are you?

There are two different FedEx's under one all encompassing name and a lot of people don't realize that. There is Overnight or Air FedEx, not exactly the same (they can be), but they are at the same level and standards in a review, they are the ones that make the first delivery in the morning. Then there is the afternoon or ground delivery, they are a completely different crew. I am giving you a view from an entirely different angle than what you may think, I used to work in a State mailroom and we received and sent items through the FedEx services. I am not really sure of their pricing other than it is higher, but it is competitive because of faster times and more delivery drops.

The Overnight FedEx delivery people, and there were women too on both shifts, were very efficient. They were company drivers and their trucks have Overnight painted on them. They delivered fast, talked little, extremely polite, and were out the door as quickly as they came in. I don't think they even stopped. We had to sign for everything that came in, but they hurried us along by kind of dancing in place. Usually overnight type deliveries were things like contracts to be signed, architects drawings, light, unbreakable items so the drivers were in and out and handled the packages with confidence. The morning drivers in all the time I worked there, even when they had large packages on occasion never damaged anything. We never had to note it on the form as we signed for it.

The Ground FedEx delivery usually arrived while we were trying to eat lunch, so we had to stop to check in whatever he or she brought us that day, if we were lucky it was just a small thing like the morning and the driver could be in and out, but we weren't usually lucky. When I first started the Ground drivers were company drivers too. We had a regular afternoon driver who had our route and I felt sorry for whoever's packages fell into his clutches. He would announce his presence, breaking up our lunchtime, by kicking whatever package he could determine was fragile into the midst of us and yelling, "FedEx Delivery!" at the top of his lungs. If he heard a satisfying crunch or shatter of glass, then he would smile. We would duly note the damage and how the driver clumsily dropped it out of his truck.

Occasionally, one of us would get fed up and write that he kicked it, many times sometimes, then lecture him. He would just smile and laugh, sit down with us, and join in our conversation. FedEx changed the way they ran their Ground program. The drivers were forced to buy their trucks from them, on easy terms to continue to work for them. They had to become owner operators with their own insurance. It seems there were too many damaged items in the Ground shifts, maybe because there were so many more items. Not only that, the deliveries had slowed down tremendously. FedEx decided with this change it would prove to be much more positive and lucrative for their company. Come into businesses yelling that they are with FedEx even though you might be on the phone with a customer.

Delivery date is often different than the estimated delivery date. I don't know if it's the training but for some reason UPS drivers always seem a bit friendlier and I've lived in several different states. I went into the store @ 1016 E Fort Union, Midvale, Ut., last week, to have blueprints scanned and, NONE of the 5-6 employees were helping customers. I am significantly and very obviously disabled. First, I had to get their attention to get help opening the door, because the doors are all manual, not disability accommodating. I stood in front of the glass doors for several minutes. Any semi - or moderately observant person would have seen me before I even approached the doors, as the handicapped parking is directly in front of the wall of windows at & close to the front of the building, and they would have seen me struggling to get my walker and transportation aid device out of the car, then seen me getting on.

Then, most people would also have seen me approach then stand in front of the doors waiting. And, they would have come running to open the doors. Not their employees, however. The employees do at nearly every single business I patronize, EXCEPT FEDEX. After a clerk finally opened the door for me in response to my knocking on the doors to get help entering, he returned to the desk/table behind the counter, instead of offering to help me. Employees at most other businesses I frequent, typically ask if they can help me. If they are busy, they at least acknowledge my presence and say they will be with me in a moment. Not your employees. The lady who appeared to be a supervisor was talking to employees, behind the counter, rather than acknowledging me and offering assistance, she continued explaining something to 2 others, for several minutes, while other employees were doing something at the table behind the counter.

I stood at the counter for several minutes, while being ignored. Finally, I said, "excuse me, can I get some help." The woman who appeared to be the manager, hesitated, then said, "oh yeah," and caught the attention of the young man who opened the door and directed him to help me. He took a minute to finish what he was doing, then came to the counter. I was appalled at the apparent disregard for customers, especially by the supervisor, who could not even bother to acknowledge my presence.

I am disgusted with FedEx. I have complained before about the fact that, for years, I have let them know I am disabled and usually at home when packages arrive, and have asked them, via phone and notes on the door, to NOT just leave packages on the doorstep, but to ring the doorbell and wait 30 secs for me to answer. In the last 10 yrs, I have only had one single delivery driver bother to comply. If he is not the one delivering a package, any others who deliver, refuse to cooperate by ringing the doorbells and waiting 30 secs for me to answer the door. Moreover, I have left explicit instructions to please leave packages on the chair outside the front door, rather than on the ground, because it is extremely difficult and excruciatingly painful to try to bend over and pick up a package off the ground, as I am disabled.

If the package is heavy, it is impossible for me to bend and lift it. Despite the multiple signs on my door, when the driver delivered a BBQ griddle last year, which was heavy, he left it on the ground, off the porch, alongside the side of the house. It was impossible for me to lift it up onto the one porch step, much less carry it in. I had to call my neighbors later, to ask them to bring it in and into the backyard. The same thing happened with the grill top that subsequently arrived. The package was left on the side of the house, near the front door, but off the porch step on the ground, making it impossible for me to even drag it indoors.

The signs on my door specifically ask that drivers RING the doorbell AND KNOCK, and WAIT 30-60 secs for me to answer, and that deliveries NOT be placed on the ground, as I am significantly disabled. Because I am disabled, I am home 98% of the time, so I will answer the door and accept the packages. Leaving the packages, vs handing them to me, make it very difficult and burdensome, even painful for me. And yet, until this single driver started delivering to my current address, every single home in which I lived, I've had the same experience (4:2 in exclusive neighborhoods, 1 in an upper middle class neighborhood, and none were in high-risk or questionable neighborhoods that would make a driver feel less than comfortable waiting. I would call the problem sheer laziness, inconsiderateness, and lacking in regard and patience).

The only thing I can say is that their employees are consistent, though not in any positive way. Most never even bother to ring or knock, and if one, on very rare occasions, DOES ring the doorbell or knock, they never wait. Instead, they just dump the package and run. They are ALWAYS (with the exception of the one previously mentioned driver) gone before I can open the door or at best, on rare occasions, I might see the back of the truck tearing down the street. It would not kill them to ring and knock and wait less than 1 minute. The one driver who now delivers most frequently to my house, is capable of cooperating, so I know it is possible.

Furthermore, it is not inordinate or extraordinary a request. It is, in fact, quite reasonable to ask such a simple thing as to ring doorbells and wait seconds for me to answer. I am not asking for drivers to wait minutes and, the one driver seems to be able to cooperate, so why can't the others. And, why can't their store employees treat customers civilly and with reasonable, decent customer service? Clearly, FedEx has little, if any understanding of and concern with decent customer service, much less good customer service. It is obviously of no importance to FedEx.

We had two packages supposedly delivered by FEDEX on the same day, neither made it. They both contained phones. One was apparently delivered at 12:48 and one was apparently delivered at 1:42. Unfortunately, this is not actually the case. We had someone home all day because we were told by Verizon that we needed to sign for one of the phones. I came home around one, there was no package. So, according to FEDEX, someone got very lucky and lifted the 12:48 delivered phone and hit the jack pot by coming back to get the 1:42 phone. Not to mention that making it up to our front porch would consist of them going by our neighbor who has a German shepherd and who works in his garage building cabinets.

Their investigation into this incident was them calling the driver and asking him about our house with him verifying that we had a yellow jeep in front of our house and we have a two story. Investigation complete. I'd like to mention that on this same day we had three packages delivered by UPS, which surprise, were actually here and were not lifted. I brought a package from South America that I needed to drop at a FedEx location in Las Vegas between flights. I had prepared the package online, researched the facility, and determined the cost (which of course ended up being more than quoted online), and printed the label. It turns out the "FedEx" location is inside a hotel, and they slap a $30 "handling fee" to turn over a package to FedEx, even though they claim to be FedEx. FedEx, needless to say, takes no responsibility for these FedEx charges, referring to the "FedEx" location as "them."

The real issue, though, is how two separate customer "support" agents handled this. Despite my explaining in detail how I had prepared the shipment online, how there is absolutely NO mention of handling fees anywhere on the fedex.com website — which is referenced on the "handling fee" receipt -- both insisted that I had advance notice of the fee because there was a sign on the wall when I walked in from the waiting taxi. They were both defiant and defensive, and I ended up hanging up on both. I got the ID of one and realized that these are not FedEx employees, but third-party call center operatives.

I've had a FedEx account for at least 25 years, and have always had some respect for the company. But here they have a receipt from FedEx Office, referencing their website, and they insist it has nothing to do with FedEx per se, because FedEx in Las Vegas is "them," not "us." To add further FedEx incompetence, the receipt for the "handling fee" references a feedback web page that does not exist, and an 800# that will allow you to comment only if you have a number from a survey invitation. So instead, FedEx, I give you feedback here, along with all the other disgusted FedEx victims.

This is the 3rd time in one month that FedEx claims I refused shipment on their tracking site, which is untrue. Instead, their packages are always delayed, late, misdirected, and rather than own up to it, they blame the customer. I receive packages 3 to 4 times a week and never have problems with UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon (AMZL). Yesterday, FedEx tracking site was down nationwide and I can understand they were having a delay in delivery; however, once again, the tracker claimed I refused shipment. It's rescheduled to be delivered today, but it was supposed to be delivered Saturday, then rescheduled for Monday, and now rescheduled for Tuesday, with the false claim that I refused shipment.

This has happened with the last 3 FedEx shipments and once they even shipped the package back to the seller, claiming I refused it even though I took a day off from work to sign for the package and was waiting patiently at home for it. The seller then tried to charge me a 20% return fee, using the FedEx claim that I refused shipment. I am getting so sick of FedEx and have written to several merchants to request that they not use FedEx.

I work for a large organization that uses FedEx exclusively for all their shipping needs. However, I have been sorely disappointed by FedEx twice now. FedEx claims they have already investigated and found my claim to be invalid. So I just want to put in my two cents. While shipping our materials and giveaways to a conference in Kansas City, MO, we realize upon receiving the package that 98% of our contents were missing. This has happened twice already.

When I tracked my package via their website, it showed that the weight of the box had changed at one point during transport. If things weren't taken out, why would the weight change? Also, I was told by FedEx customer service that my box was repackaged as well. Why would FedEx repackage my box? Is it normal practice for FedEx to repackage their customer's packets without notifying the customer? Needless to say, we did not have any brochures, pamphlets, pens, table covers or anything for our conference.

I had also spoken to the hotel manager who accepted the boxes and he claims he did not open the boxes when he received them. If FedEx had not repackage my box and the weight did not change from start to end, I would have investigated it more with the hotel but this leads me to believe that someone working for FedEx took our stuff out and repackaged it. However, FedEx would not take responsibility for what their employees did. I will just assume that whoever took our stuff really needed it and will considered it a service on our end to the needy. I will put in a request for our company to change carriers as I cannot have to happen every time I ship something out.

I had a customer purchase an item with shipping via FedEx. The customer alerted me that FedEx attempted to deliver on Thursday of last week but was unable to because I wasn't there. This is the last time FedEx told the truth during this mess. I was out on business on Thursday. On Friday, I came in early to await FedEx. First, I noticed that no missed attempt tag was left. I called customer service to confirm the package was en route for Friday and to tell them that the driver is not leaving missed attempt tags again (an ongoing issue with this driver). I was told the package would be delivered on Friday. So, I waited all day. I even put a note on my exterior door asking the FedEx driver to ring the doorbell. The door was unlocked and the lights were on.

At approximately 4:35, I checked the tracking info for the package. The driver stated that nobody was here to take delivery! I had been here since 11:30 AM and hadn't left at all. I did, however, use the restroom for a few minutes. The driver did not ring the bell. I doubt he ever exited his truck to even attempt to deliver the package. If he had, he would have seen the note asking that he ring the bell. I immediately called customer service back. I told them that their driver was lying. There was also not a missed attempt tag left on Friday. Basically, customer service told me it sucks to be me and I'll have to waste another day waiting for him. I told them that since their driver caused all this inconvenience he should be told to turn around and deliver the package. Wouldn't you know, they wasted enough of my time to make this impossible.

Today, Monday August 7, 2017, I had a series of medical tests and appointments to attend to, I told customer service this and was assured that something would be worked out so that I didn't have to miss my very necessary medical appointments to wait for a package. This did not happen. I was told this morning that if I wanted the package today, I would just have to wait for the driver and miss my appointments.

FedEx doesn't care about holding their drivers accountable for their laziness or lying. They seem to be following a business model of "let's see how much the recipient will tolerate before losing their cool." So, I missed necessary medical appointments to wait for this package to arrive because far be it for FedEx to have the integrity to make the situation right. My issues are at the bottom of their list. Their drivers are never to be inconvenienced or held accountable for their lack of job performance. They offered no solution except for "be there and get the package we lied about on Friday, or waste another day waiting for it tomorrow."

That's not a solution, that's just business as usual. FedEx will not be getting any of our business. Not as a shipper and not as a recipient. We are done with FedEx. Nobody on this planet should have to skip necessary medical treatment because a driver is lazy. I've reached out to them numerous times via different avenues and no resolution was offered. Terrible business practices.

I was behind a FedEx delivery truck that was trying to make a left turn from the right lane. Other cars passed the truck on the left - in the proper lane to make left hand turns while the drive blocked the entire right lane. I flashed my lights to the driver who became enraged and put the truck in reverse and tried to back into me. I was able to get out of the way as the driver threw it in drive and sped off through the intersection. I was able to get a picture of the truck and filed a complaint with the local FedEx Station. The Station Manager blew this off and completely swept it under the rug and advised me that the driver was going to continue to be allowed to drive. If you are in the Charlotte, NC area and see a female FedEx driver, get out of her way as she is a horrible driver who will road rage and claim she didn't do anything wrong.

I ordered 3 bags of specialty dog food from PetSmart. I expected it to arrive in 2 days as Petsmart boasted, but after tracking my pkgs, I expected the pkgs on Friday 8/4 from FedEx. I had enough dog food at home to last for my dogs through Thursday evening (When I have ordered from Jet.com it is here in 2 days). My husband was working in our garage 25 feet from our latched, but not locked, gate, with the garage door open. We wanted to watch for Fed Ex, as the pkgs were needed so my dogs could eat - our large dog is allergic to most everything.

Shortly after 11am, my husband looks at the gate and saw a tag. The tag was from the FedEx driver. If the driver would have made his presence known, by merely talking aloud, my husband would have greeted him, as he was within 25 feet and could be seen, from our gate. The DT tag had merely the date and no. of pkgs written only. No other boxes checked on the slip, reason why he didn't leave the pkgs or information on how to now get my pkgs. I called customer service of FedEx and they would not give me any clear information on how to get my packages or why the driver made NO attempt to leave my pkgs. I was told that they would call the driver's manager, and give him a message, and that the driver COULD come by again, or choose NOT to, the driver came from the Tacoma service center, but is allowed to take their truck with people's undelivered belongings to their personal residence.

I was not allowed to call or be given the driver's manager's number. The computer just gave a delivery date of the next day. There was NO special instructions that a person even had to be home, though my husband was within talking distance but with back turned. There was no signature required. There was no c.o.d. due. The customer service was beyond horrible. I waited at the end of my driveway until 7pm in over 90 degree weather, hoping that the driver would CHOOSE to return. He did not. I called FedEx several times with the same runaround. I got so angry, I was to the point of tears and begging for help on my 5th call, as I was told there was no way for me to get my pkgs Friday so my dogs could eat.

The manager finally called my husband, as my husband's phone number was on the pkgs. that the driver refused to deliver. The manager gave my husband the driver's number to get an address to pick up the pkgs himself. The driver ended up living about 2 miles from our home. My husband drove to his residence and got our dogs food. The driver lived so close that he could have come here on his way home, but "chose not to". When the driver was asked why he did not deliver the packages, he had no real answer, but did mention he saw the tv on in our garage. The lack of concern, customer service AND communication is beyond horrendous. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life! I will avoid any company that used FedEx as their form of delivery from now on.

One job! Two page Important document to be moved from the UK to Turkey. How difficult can this be? Clearly for the dedicated transportation company, FedEx, the answer is impossible. FedEx picked up the package from UK Consulate on Monday 24/07. Delivery guaranteed for Friday 28/07, although expected that delivery would occur much quicker, as premium international priority service chosen. The package didn't arrive as expected and for some reason was held in the FedEx facility in Paris (France). My emails to query what was causing the delivery delay went unanswered.

On Saturday 29/07, my package left France and arrived in Turkey at the FedEx Istanbul facility. Delivery status was updated and delivery was now expected on Monday 31/07. Not a total disaster, as the purchaser agreed to delay the transaction for a few days. As you guessed, the package was not delivered and the delivery status was changed by FedEx to indicate no delivery date.

Emails to identify the problem were sent to both the UK and Turkish FedEx customer service department, which went unanswered. I spoke to Customer Services (which appeared to be a call centre outside the UK), and they were very unhelpful. The representative was polite, but provided no insight into the problem. My contacts in Turkey also attempted to move delivery forward, but were also unsuccessful. If my documents do not arrive in Fethiye tomorrow, my hard negotiated property sale will fall through and I will have significant associated costs. FedEx clearly do not care.

My advice to anyone thinking of using FedEx, is simply "think again." I am sure that on occasions they keep their delivery promises, but based on my experience, when anything goes wrong, they simply don't want to know. Customer service is frankly appalling, either due to them having poor processes, or more than likely because they are inundated with queries from unhappy customers. Anyone with any advice on how I can resolve this issue and how I can start the process of claiming compensation, please detail.

Why pay the extra money for 1 or 2 day delivery and if it doesn't arrive who takes the responsibility? Not FedEx, again they will just have you contact the seller. They will not do anything to compensate for any inconvenience. I would rather drive 14 hours to retrieve my own package on time than rely on FedEx to bring a package to my doorstep. I purchase a new vehicle and I wanted to protect it with WeatherTech Floor Liners. I ordered the items on July 27, 2017. The company sent the items via FedEx Ground. The expected delivery date was July 29th. After waiting all day, at 7:00 pm I check with FedEx and it states that the package was delivered to "an address other than recipient". FedEx tells me that the door tag should say the location, however there was no door tag. I then ask for the address and find that it is does not exist.

I go a location next to where that address should be and It turns out to be a High School only to find that no FedEx package has been delivered there. I call FedEx the next day and I am told that the driver doesn't return until Tuesday, August 1 and will retrace his steps in order to find the package. I truly believe that the driver stole the package. He signed for the package himself, put a bogus address to make it look like it was delivered. This is what these drivers do on The Bronx, NY. They steal things to then resell them for personal profit. I am so disappointed with them. I would never use them, EVER!

FedEx. Generally considered synonymous with good work ethic, good customer service, and the best at what they do. Right? That's what you MIGHT have thought before you arrived here. I recently sent a maximum 10 page letter to Windsor Ontario from Traverse City Michigan. Had I known then what I knew now I would have just drove the letter myself. Yes the letter got there. Good work FedEx. You did your job. You do realize this is only PART of the equation correct? I paid for the letter in full at the time of sending. No mention of an additional payment was made at the time of sending. Had it, I would paid on the spot. Only several months after I changed addresses did I get an additional bill for $43.40. FORTY FIVE pathetic dollars. No call from FedEx. No call from anyone. Just another bill.

I immediately contacted FedEx to find out what EXACTLY the problem was. I was told it was a clerical error on their part and the matter was settled. THANK GOD I kept a confirmation number. Fast forward several months down the road. Not ONE SINGLE BILL FROM FedEX. Then I find out that more bills were sent to my incorrect address AFTER the date the matter was settled. Not only is this company intentionally lying to customers, it appears they are taking part in a credit destruction plot. Or, perhaps they are just THAT bad of a company. Never get a hold of you by phone or current mailing address. Instead, they ruin an 800 credit rating with a pathetic $50 bill. I bill my clientele more per hour than this stupid bill and should be entitled to bill FedEx for my time that they have wasted.

As a small business owner and consumer in this country, I will N E V E R again use Fed Ex. Please, for the love of God, take your business elsewhere. One online search and you will see what you didn't realize. A pathetic mega company that cares nothing for its customers except to give them false information twice then destroy their years of work establishing credit. I am inclined to file a class action law suit for everyone. It may cost me a lot of money, but I believe It would be worth it. Hey FedEx... ** you. DHL, USPS, UPS. One less player in game. I suspect they are failing significantly. You can't run a business this way and continue solvency for the long run. Kiss my stock investments goodbye.

So, if I can I will avoid using FedEx from now on. First, there's a package left at my door "accidentally", and even after I call for them to get it, a week goes by and still no one comes. A manager then called and said this info "got lost". At that point, I delivered the darn thing myself because that’s what I would have wanted if that were my package. Next, I order a large safe which was delivered to the wrong house. FedEx claimed they were doing an investigation, and still knew nothing.

An honest neighbor of mine lugged it to my house 3 days later. Now I find a heavy box containing my mattress laying on my lawn next to my car a far distance from my porch, where packages are normally delivered. This box clearly states team lift and can't be moved without a dolly. It's too heavy for me or my husband to drag way up to my door, and the box looks beat up and scribbled on! I assume the damage is from the driver kicking it out their back door and taking off. I have never had my items handled in such a negligent, destructive way. I called FedEx, and until or if they come back, this box is stuck on my lawn!!

I was scheduled to get my package on Friday, since I was not home they did not leave it (understandable), I had requested my package be held at a certain location, called and was told it would be ready Saturday. Saturday comes around, my package is not at the location, come home and there is a note on the mailbox stating they tried to deliver the package again!! I called and was told they do not have the request that I put in (of course, typical). Luckily I took a screenshot of the request I put in. Then they told me they could put in the request and my package will be there on Monday, I told them ok fine. Then they said or I could have them hold the package at our main facility and you could pick it up there if you want your package today, I said I would rather do that and asked them to do that. In the middle of transferring me the line got "disconnected."

I called back and they told me that since I had gave the other person the ok to request my package to be held at the original location I had requested they could not hold my package at the main facility. I told them "well he did not give me the two options at once, he gave me the second one after I told him it was ok for the first option", and I asked them why would the person not give me both options at the same time knowing he could not undo the first one once it was done.

They basically told me there was nothing they can do and could not help me. Monday (the day my package is suppose to be there) I call the location and they inform me that my package is not there and will not be in until Tuesday! I keep getting "it will be in tomorrow" over and over, I have been hearing that since Friday, it is now Monday and I still have no package!! And I am still hearing the same thing! I will never be using FedEx again. My purchase is from Apple, and I will be informing them of how awful this experience was with FedEx and hopefully they will take it into consideration.

To Madison WI where it sat at a FedEx facility for 3 days, missing the deadline and my gf's birthday. I called them and their answer was simply "That just how it is sir."

Story 2: I ordered a drone for my work at a university. I had accidentally kept my old dorm address but was assured that it would have been sent somewhere I could grab it (this was this summer). Well, the delivery driver was not told where to go and went to the closed dorm, found it closed, and said "Well I'll put it back and not even attempt to figure it out." Then I had to make several phone calls and I can only pray I can pick it up in one piece at a local pickup point, 3 days after I was suppose to have it. I need it for work, and their laziness is setting us back. I have already told everyone NEVER USE FEDEX and I pray the package is intact. That thing was $700.

I ordered a critical piece of equipment for my small business. This equipment was required to fulfill an order with my client. It was guaranteed by the 18th of July. The package showed delivered, but it was not delivered to my address. After multiple phone calls I was told that the package was delivered to the wrong address and that the place of the mistaken delivery called them and made them aware of the mistake. They then assured me that they would pick it up from the misdelivered address and redeliver to me the next day. This did not happen.

Instead, I was on the phone with both customer service and the local home delivery hub at least once a day. I was always told the same thing. That it would be delivered the next day. Finally, on the 27th it showed it was delivered. But instead of delivering it here to me, they delivered it back to the shipper with the message that it was refused. This is not the case, as it was never even attempted at my address. I have since tried to speak to the manager who informed me that it was my problem since I refused it, and that he had no knowledge that there was ever a problem in the first place.

When calling the customer advocacy line I was rudely told to contact the shipper and she hung up on me. At this point I am losing this new company due to this mistake. I had told them that I know that they are not going to actually fix the issue, but that if I had to lose my company over the driver's mistake I think that it is only fair that the driver get disciplinary action up to and including the loss of her job since I am losing my company over this. Instead all I am told is that it is my fault and hung up on. I am told by FedEx that the only responsibility and guarantees are to the shipper not the recipient. I do not think that it is out of line to expect that the driver be disciplined for her actions and laziness.

I have my dog food (prescription dog food) delivered every month to my place of work and have never had a problem. The company I get the food from unfortunately uses FedEx and it usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive. It was ordered and shipped on 19 July and by Monday, I still hadn't received the package. I called FedEx as I tracked it and got a response that nobody was available to receive the package.

Firstly, the shipping address is to a church, so naturally no one is there on a Saturday when it was supposedly delivered. I called Tuesday to be told it had been delivered. I checked on the website and or was delivered in a different town, not even a suburb in my town, a totally different zip code. I explained I didn't receive the package and that where it is delivered was not my town. I even drove to that town to see if there was an address similar to mine but to no avail.

FedEx had said they will contact the driver and call me back. Eventually I got a call and was told they are trying to get hold of the driver but will call me back later and that he will go collect it from where he dropped it and deliver it to me. Well, a day later still no call so I called again and was told the driver will go collect it, same story. My situation is a dog with severe allergies and the vets around here don't carry the food, but it can be ordered. So I have been rationing my dog's food and by yesterday she was out of food and I resorted to feeding her tuna because she can't have meat or chicken products, her good is hydrolyzed. Now it's more money again for antihistamines, cortisone and ear drops to dirty out the allergies.

I have to feed her so I am stuck. Never mind the fact that the order totals $103. So FedEx is costing me not Judy money but unnecessary inconvenience. They are totally useless and incapable. I can't see how this type of thing can happen when the items get scanned on delivery. Let's how I will get my dogs food some day soon.

Let me tell you a story about my very frustrating experience with FedEx. I ordered a package on Friday afternoon, a very important necessary package, and I paid for overnight shipping for FedEx so that it would be here by Saturday, or Monday at the latest. I needed it on Monday night. I went to bed rest assured that I would get my items by the deadline.

The next day, there was no tracking number emailed to me, no confirmation that it was in transit, nothing. I was mystified, but went along with it. My order may have come in too late to ship out Friday night. Okay. Fast forward to Monday afternoon. I finally received my tracking number and the assurance that it would be delivered Tuesday. TUESDAY. I PAID FOR overnight shipping on FRIDAY. I had ordered a different package from Amazon with Prime on Saturday, TWO DAY SHIPPING, and it was going to get there on Tuesday as well. Overnight shipping ordered Friday -- delivered on Tuesday. Two day shipping ordered Saturday -- delivered on Tuesday.

I should've known things could only get worse. I don't use FedEx much, so I am unfamiliar with their policies. They come by Tuesday, like promised. I come home from working two different jobs, exhausted and just want my package. Instead of my item I needed the DAY BEFORE, is a tag on the door, saying a signature is required from someone in the household and you can go pick up your package when it returns to the FedEx facility. They knocked on my door at 1 in the afternoon. I’m a working adult; I have two different jobs to keep me afloat. I can't take an entire day off to wait for a package.

So I investigated. Turns out, at the bottom of the FedEx page, in a very obscure place, almost as if they were trying to hide it, were the words "signature is required". Well, FedEx you could've made that more obvious, and put it up next to the tracking number and estimated time of delivery. No. This VITAL INFORMATION is HIDDEN at the BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.

I notice a button up at top that says "customize your delivery." Okay, I can just have them deliver it tomorrow at a time that's more convenient, or sign digitally. There's options I can work with this. Surprise, surprise, none of their customizable options are available for my delivery. I either have to go pick up my package from the facility *after it returns from being on the truck* or stay home all day and wait for a flipping package that was supposed to be here on Monday (We're on Tuesday right now).

I look up where the facility is -- IT'S AN HOUR AWAY FROM ME. Near where my first job is. Okay, I can't go tonight, but let's see if I can call them and see if the facility will hold it for me so I can pick it up on my way to my other job. I call the 800 number and I get transferred to a supervisor because my crappy connection (did I mention that the package they're holding hostage is my new cellphone because my old one is broken? Yeah). I ask if it's possible for the facility to hold the package. He tells me no. Their policy is that they have to attempt to deliver three times, before they will hold the package at the facility during hours that I can actually be there. Which means Friday, A WEEK LATER FROM WHEN I PURCHASED IT, is the day I can pick it up at a time more convenient for me.

I then ask if there's any possible way I can customize it. Perhaps the unavailable customizing options can be changed on their end. My hopes die a terrible death -- no customizing for this delivery. I can not sign for it online. I can not pay money for them to deliver it when I'm home. I have two options: be home when they deliver it or go pick it up in a small window of two hours. (The time they drop it off at the facility and the time the facility closes.) According to the slip they've left on my door, they attempted to deliver at around 1. I can maybe manage coming home in the small window between my two jobs around that time. I am now very ticked off at FedEx.

It is now Wednesday. I came home during that window to another stick on my door, saying they came around 11:30 and would try again tomorrow. I am beyond pissed off right now. It seems by best course of actions are to either: repeat the same actions I have done today, coming home between my two jobs, actually drive to the facility in SLC when they have my package, adding another 100 miles, wait until Friday to pick up my phone when I am in SLC for my job and the FedEx facility has it. This all could've been avoided if I had known they needed my signature and if they'd let me have the option of signing for it before hand. FedEx -- change your policies. They're doing more harm than good.

Thanks to tracking I got notified that after about 3-4 days the package entered the country and I was positively surprised. After all, the high shipping costs seemed to have been worth it. But after about 2 weeks my package was still at the local FedEx office, not at customs, but the FedEx warehouse. Since I got no notification and the FedEx tracking system informed me every day or so that a new delivery date was being programmed just to not be delivered at the end of the day I decided to write FedEx.

After about two days I got a dubious response from FedEx telling me that I'm supposed to pay to their bank account 90 Dollars more for customs and storage in their warehouse. No invoice, no nothing. The only reason I signed up to this website is to let other people learn from my experience. Please, never ever use FedEx again if you can avoid it, free shipping from dubious Hong Kong online shops is more reliable (and cheaper) than FedEx.

I ordered a package off of Amazon which, to my dismay, was shipped via FedEx. Now, FedEx and I started our rocky relationship early. They constantly claimed they couldn't find my house, I had to hold their hand and teach them how to get there numerous times. At one point, I had to give them GPS coordinates so they could add me to their system. But not even that prompted me to write this review. This package I recently ordered was due for delivery on 7/25, after it traveled a grand total of 7 miles in 4 hours on 7/24. Without any contact from FedEx; no email, no phone call, nothing, they marked my package as undeliverable and marked it to be sent back to the shipper.

Fuming, I called FedEx to help them with directions, only to be told that the driver wasn't coming back out today. "Okay, I'll just come pick it up then" I said. To which the reply was that they cant hold it without the senders permission. Understandable, I'll just call the sender and have them hold it, so I asked for the location of the FedEx office it was being held at. To which she gives me an address that doesn't exist, and the closest match is about 45 minutes further away. So I ask her for clarification and her response is that "once you get it held by the shipper just call us and we'll tell you where to go."

So long story short: Your delivery driver is incapable of finding my location, doesn't bother to ask for directions (which have been given numerous times) and then tries to send my package back to the shipper. Then to top it all off, you don't even know the address of your own offices, nor are your reps willing to actually determine what the proper location is. Now I will have to do YOUR job for you, drive out to YOUR location to pick up the package that YOUR DELIVERY company was incapable of delivering. Absolutely useless company, cannot wait for the day they shut down.

Our passports were only two years old and therefore had eight more years left on them. Because of the carelessness of FedEx we had to apply for new passports.

This was not that big of a problem for me but my husband has an Italian passport and in order to renew it we had to travel to another state and stay overnight in order to get it. I sent an e-mail to the CEO of FedEx and of course heard nothing. Then I sent a letter through snail mail and again nothing. The claims department did not want to do anything because they said that the passport agency that issued the label did not put a dollar amount on the package. I told them that I wanted to be reimbursed for both of the passports and all of the incidentals that involved us going out of state.

Finally after fighting with them on the phone and threatening them with getting a lawyer they agreed to pay for the passports only. About a month ago I sent them a copy of my check that I used to pay for my new passport and I haven't heard a thing. They say that their claims are settled within five days. It was not. I've called FEDEX, and they told me that my sister required another day to deliver, and this is not true. This is very serious. So, my sister called one more time and they said that could not deliver on Mondays!!! So, what is this?? This is not fine. They dont have any commitment. I'll never use FEDEX again.

My $2,000 TV was supposed to be delivered yesterday... and for absolutely no reason at all, it wasn't delivered. So today I waited for my package (because it required my signature to be delivered), which was put on track for delivery at 8 am. Now after waiting at home until 11 pm and calling FedEx multiple times throughout the day, I just found out that the delivery person was unable to deliver. At 11 pm! And the only explanation I was given was that they were "delayed!" This is inexcusable! I'm so fed up with FedEx, as I will now have to somehow put my package on hold for over a week and a half, as I will be out of town! Except I can't even do that because their website is broken and gives me an error every time I try! I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life & will never use FedEx again!

Ordered a Lifetime brand picnic table from Sam's Club. Delivery packaging damaged. Internal item damaged. Wasted 2 hours with customer service at Sam's Club. Wasted another 1/2 hour of talking with customer service at FedEx. Why would a FedEx driver leave a sorely damaged item on a person's front porch? FedEx (Guillermo) tells me that it is up to me to talk to the shipper - Sam's. And, if I want them to do a full refund and pick up on a call tag, I now have to re-package the item for FedEx. They delivered it damaged and now they want me to package it nicely. What a bunch of '**'!! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Substandard service on both companies. This is the first time I ever placed an online item for a large item. Never again!!

Time & again when a vendor ships via FedEx I just want to cringe because their delivery service to our home is terrible. Years ago when the drivers weren't making any attempts to deliver I was able to talk to the terminal manager and he got it straightened out and delivery service was pretty good after that. Recently, the drivers are again not making much of an attempt to deliver packages to our home and I believe it is because the package they are supposed to deliver is the only one on the route on the way to our house, which is 25 miles from the nearest town. They will use all kinds of excuses why they didn't deliver the package.

Once it was the package was "damaged" - one little dent in a corner of a foam filled box... no damage at all to the contents and so little to the box --- just a lazy driver. Another time the box "slipped" under the shelf in the truck and he couldn't see it. Still another time, the driver claimed he couldn't find our address... funny, UPS doesn't have a problem. Then there was the time that the driver called me at home and said he was turning around because he was having trouble with his truck. Today, the tracking said that the 32 inch by 50 inch by 2 inch box was "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" at 4:59 a.m. but it took till after 5:00 p.m. for the tracking to say it was being rescheduled to next business day (Monday). I called the terminal and was told they had to look on the dock.

An hour and a half later I got a call from customer service telling me that the driver didn't have enough room on the truck so he left the package, but the tracking information was not updated for over 12 hours. And I am to assume there will be room on the truck on Monday? It probably was not our regular driver since he always seems to get caught delivering the packages the other drivers don't want to deliver and also hearing about our frustration. The package that was supposed to be delivered today was maybe 2 inches thick and would have slipped easily standing up between other boxes on the truck like a sheet of plywood. Again, I figure he just didn't want to drive the 25 miles out to our house.

Anyway, now the representative has "elevated" the situation so that the package will be delivered tomorrow on Saturday. I told her about all of the ongoing problems we have had over the years with the drivers and how it was better for a while, but now it is back to the same old thing of not getting our packages even though they are "On FedEx vehicle for delivery". Very frustrating when you are waiting on a delivery that tracking states is coming so you wait all day and then nothing happens.

The representative told me that the drivers are not their employees but rather are contract employees. Still, the drivers drive distinctive FedEx marked trucks and wear FedEx uniforms so FedEx should have some control over how they represent the company because what they do or do not do reflects on the company and many customers are dissatisfied. If there is someone else who supplies the drivers then they need to be held accountable for how the drivers do the job that the customers pay for.

FedEx damaged shipping my incoming package which was insured for $3,500.00. Box was clearly damaged with deep dents penetrating through multiple cardboards and bubble-wraps, shattering a glass bulb worth $470.00 in replacement cost. I submitted a FedEx Claim with clear pictures, receipts of purchase of the replacement part, etc. Claim was denied. FedEx refuses to reopen the case. I submitted complaints with NYS Attorney's General Office as well as NY Department of State Consumer Protection Division. Over the years I've submitted numerous complaints about FedEx drivers delivering a "missing delivery" notes instead of packages and never ringing my doorbell. The is one of the most corrupt and nearly criminal organizations in the USA. Total shame and disgrace.

I shipped a box that became damaged. Their website was always wrong on the status and location. I received conflicting information EVERY time I called. I was ALWAYS on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, usually my numerous calls would take an hour, most of the time I was on hold, and nothing really resolved. After approx. 2 weeks of the box be loaded and unloaded on the truck it was finally delivered. Going through the claim process has now continued this nightmare... Finally paid but the wrong amount so here I go again. Buyer beware.

First of all I have been using FedEx since I started my business in 2006. The service has been top notch. Just recently the flat rate freight box has come out. This was a great idea and it will help me sell and ship the larger items we have to sell. NOW, here is the problem. NO One we talked to at the fedex freight customer service had the slightest idea of what it was. Our so called "account executive" is never in his office, out for two to three weeks at a time, on Vacation, Sick, etc. It took us six weeks to get an account set up, finally. This is after hours and hours of being on hold, talking to other executives from Fedex, and Customer service know-nothings. You have to have a special account number to use the flat rate freight box. It takes 24 hours for it to be set up... if you can get a hold of your rep.

Now try to get the "free" boxes to ship in. That took four weeks. We are now set up BUT WAIT!!! You can't use your flat rate box to ship to yourself! I traveled halfway across the country to purchase inventory. Picked up two flat rate freight boxes at the terminal. Loaded the two flat rate boxes and called to have them picked up. Flew back home. Now I am getting charged regular shipping. You are not allowed to use the Flat rate to ship to yourself. Don't even try to contact Fedex Corporate offices... It is simply an automated phone loop. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I was told that my Walmart package (a coffee maker) had been delivered to my work address at 2201 Bergenline Ave. 3rd floor c/o Catholic Charities in Union City, NJ 07087. The package was scheduled for delivery on July 19th. But When I looked at the Walmart website and noticed they said it had been delivered at 12noon, I was upset because there was no delivery for me at noon. No one had left a package at the reception desk for me.

When I called Walmart to inquire, they told me that the package had been left at "the front door." I was outraged. There are four doors on the 3rd floor of my work place and anybody could have picked up the package and carried it away without my knowledge. Furthermore, there was no notice, no tag nothing to indicate that a package had even been delivered. As far as I know, the package was never delivered. I have had problems with deliveries at work before from FedEx/Walmart. And I am surprised that FedEx has lowered its standards so much.

Negative five stars. 1 star is 6 stars too many. No matter what the order is, which company it comes from, where in the world it's coming from, or how it's packaged before they even get their hands it, it sure seems to me like FedEx will destroy it. In the last few years, FedEx has stolen items from inside my packages, destroyed my packages, lost my packages, thrown packages at my front door from several feet away, left them on the shared front porch to be stolen [despite the bright red written plea in the window to not leave packages on the shared front porch], sent a 70+ yr old man to deliver a 100+lb solid wood bunk bed he couldn't get out of the truck without help (gladly given), and they have delivered barely intact boxes with broken contents. My overall shopping has greatly decreased due to being ripped off by FedEx. That sucks in rural, USA, where brick and mortar stores aren't in abundance and prices are higher.

In my most recent experience with their unprofessionalism, I learned an expected package was being shipped by the offensive delivery service and there had been a "delivery exception". My package was destroyed and would not be delivered. I have contacted them via phone and via email on several occasions in the past and they have never failed to be exceedingly and unnecessarily rude to respectful inquiries. Their response is always a no-apologies brush-off, "contact the seller/distributor". Now they just put that in your delivery info so they don't have to actually say it to you themselves, as pictured. From now on I'm letting businesses know, I won't order if it's being shipped with FedEx. In my experience, they are by FAR the worst major shipping company.

I have been waiting for a box to be delivered 7/18/17. This box contained medical supplies for me. The only way I can get this medical supplies is through the mail. You can't go to a store to buy this. So I have to wait for a delivery. I try to order this in plenty of time before I run out. I usually get delivery from UPS and Amazon is the place I order from. This time I got FedEx. What a mistake. I was looking at the tracking from FedEx on 7/18/17 and it said that my box was delivered. I was here with my wife waiting for this and never saw a FedEx truck all day. The message said delivered at 1:00 pm. I checked in at 2:00 pm online and called FedEx to find out what happened. It turned out I was lied to every time I spoke with a representative. A total of 6 reps. including 3 supervisors. I was told on my first call that they were calling their station and the deliveryman and get my package today. That never happened. Every rep. after that told a different story.

Finally at around 6:30 pm I spoke with Alison someone with misplaced packages and she told me the delivery man left it at the wrong address. He thought it was a good idea to deliver this important medical supplies box which I need to survive on, to another address which turned out to be one street over from me. I guess that's ok. I guess this company thinks it's ok to screw me and leave my medical supplies at any damn address. Then I guess it's OK to lie to me so they can leave me hanging for another day so the delivery guy can deliver the rest of his packages. I am old and very ill. I need those medical supplies for my nutrition. The nerve of this crap company to leave hanging and then lie about it to the point it could cause me more harm.

Now I'm told by Alison that they would deliver tomorrow. I am left with this bad taste in my mouth. They already lied to me multiple times. I need this drink for my survival. Leaving this box at someone else's home may mean that this party may open it to see what's inside. That means that I won't be able to use this product. That means I will have to reorder and wait for my money to be returned so I can reorder. In the meantime I WILL STARVE TO DEATH!!! You can't imagine the pain this will put me through and is already doing so. All that I have been given from FedEx is, "I'm sorry." Even though they could have had someone go out and pick up that box and drive to the next street and bring it to me, I'M NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!

I ordered a portable AC unit weighing 75lbs, the Fox River overflowed so all of our mechanics are under water, and it's summer so we need AC, my husband is disabled and can't take the heat. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. I looked at my email at 12:15 pm and FedEx delivered it at 10:23 AM. So I had to walk through stagnant water up and down my street until I located it. I had to walk back home, get my car, drive to where they delivered it, and since I drive a 2 seater, I had to take it out of the box on this person's driveway, try and manhandle it into the front seat, drive through standing water, get it into my front yard, drive back to this person's house to pick up the box, wedge it into the car and drive back home.

I don't know these people and while I was trying to get it into my car, I had passers by looking at me as if I was either stealing it or had lost my mind, I am in pretty good shape for a female, but trying to wedge a 75lbs portable floor AC unit into a Mustang took all of my strength and I pulled back muscle in the process. I called FedEx to complain and the CSR was very helpful, and said a supervisor would call me back. Reading some of the other reviews, I am not holding my breath. I have another delivery from work coming this week, I can wait to see where this one ends up and since its IT equipment if I will even find it.

Worst possible experiences. Shipment 1 - The driver NEVER KNOCKED OR RANG DOORBELL. Left note on the backdoor saying retry wouldn't happen for 3 DAYS. WHAT!!! So we had to go pick it up 20 minutes away. Shipment 2 - Said it would be delivered between 8 am-10 am. NEVER SHOWED!!! So when I called they said a delivery attempt was made AGAIN. No Knock or ringing of the Doorbell and no notice for that one at all. So AGAIN we had to go pick it up 20 minutes away.

Shipment 3/4 - We have 2 separate shipments that are supposed to come in today. One showed up and when I asked about the other one and if it was coming on a different truck his reply "I don't know." I would assume the truck drivers would know this answer but apparently I was wrong and it's already been delayed. It was supposed to be here by the 10th and then it changed to the 17th. I am so glad I never chose to ship through them. With UPS I have never had a problem. USPS is actually very fast and most of my customers will get their stuff in like 3 days!!!

Friday I call cuz the tracking says delivery option selected (Not of my doing) but to make it appear that I had changed the delivery, so now customer service sees this as my doing and it would be delayed. Again the change I made was on Monday the day it ship and was for evening delivery I had to pay extra for. Ultimately they assure me and sender it's on truck for delivery for Friday.

Call off work now because they can't say when... And I have to sign for it. 8 pm comes and goes nothing. Friday call customer service. They tell me it was a mistake and it was out for delivery as we spoke for tomorrow's delivery. Again I wait 8 am-8 pm. Miss a couple jobs... Still nothing. Now they want me to call the shipper??? I guessing because it hasn't been scanned since Wednesday now Sunday it has been lost! Last time I used FedEx. They delayed it 2 days with the excuse that my address don't exist. After 4 people I find out no one to cover shift. This time is the last... bye bye FedEx.

They don't tell you that you need a "Shipper" waiver before they settle a claim. Then they deny the claim. The Shipper has no Claim. It's my item that was damaged. The shipper didn't get screwed. I did. I will avoid this company at all cost. Sure things happen when you ship, but accept the responsibility of damaging my item and make it right. Why sell insurance if you're not gonna make it right? Sounds Like Fraud to me. Sell insurance and never pay out the claims. Possible Class action I think.
