On the 10th of December I get notified that my package will be delivered. On the 10th of December that evening I see that it's being held for an unknown reason but it will go out on the 12th of December. On the 12th of December after making arrangements for additional people to be here to pick up the package, it's a no show. Let me explain, I just recently had major back surgery. I am not allowed to pick up more than 8 pounds. In order to pick up the delivery I must make arrangements for people to be here to be able to bring it into the house.
On the 12th of December the drivers are no show, FedEx shows that it will be delivered on the 13th so I call and I confirm that it will be made on the 13th. No, it doesn't arrive, I call FedEx, and they tell me that they can't tell me anything but it'll be out sometime in the near future. They can't guarantee a delivery on Saturday because I didn't order Saturday delivery but they tell me it'll be delivered. The delay is due to the holiday season. I understand that, but again I've had back surgery, I have to have help bringing it in because I can't pick up more than 8 lb.
Trying to explain that to a FedEx customer agent is an epic fail so what am I supposed to do? Wait till they decide to deliver it, ignore all the automated information that they tell me through the app that it will be delivered sometime during the day. It's absolutely epic fail. If I could pick it up, I would. But that's not going to happen. So I'm at the whim of FedEx to deliver this sometime in the near future. It's a gift, and it's late, again, epic fail. Thanks a lot FedEx. You can no longer be expected to deliver when you say. And oh by the way, you have a delivered on time one time in the last two years. By the way, it was supposed to be delivered as a gift on the 14th and I'll bet it is a no-show.

I receive many packages and have never had issues like I do with FedEx. Packages consistently with tracking showing they are out for delivery...only to be delayed until the next day (when I'm lucky). Sometimes showing a note that 'no one was home' when I was and no one ever showed up...if they would have there would have been a door tag. Drivers showing up in personal, un-marked vehicles. I don't have this problem with any other shipper. USPS, DHL, UPS. No problems like this at all. This has happened repeatedly with fedex.

I sold an item on eBay. I decided to use FedEx because I heard they were the most reliable shipping company there is. I made sure to remove "signature requirement" for delivery because I didn't want Fedex to hold the package. On December 8, my package was out for delivery. The truck driver didn't feel safe leaving the package there. He attempted delivery every business day since the 12th. I called Fedex on the 12th to see what was happening with my delivery. They told me that the driver did not feel safe leaving it at the buyer's residence.
So I called, and the customer rep told me the only thing I could do was change the routing address. I wanted them to hold the package at a Fedex but he said they were not allowed to do that. So I told the rep I'd call him back after I got an alternative address to ship to. When I called back (with a new address), I got a new rep on the phone to talk to. She told me I wasn't allowed to change the routing address. She said the only thing they could was hold the package at a Fedex. Funny how two Fedex employees gave me conflicting advice, and she even berated me for being confused. I told her the previous employee gave me contradictory advice to hers. So she gave me the address of the Fedex terminal where they would hold it for a pickup.
I told the buyer where the address was. The buyer called the terminal up, and he was told specifically that they don't allow people to make pickups there due to the high volume of people. So they are going to put the package on a delivery truck again tomorrow, and repeat this process. I paid Fedex to deliver my package, and they are not doing that. And they are not allowing me any other alternative except for their driver to keep refusing to deliver my package. Fedex is handling this situation terribly. This is a failure on Fedex's part to deliver my package.

I have received messages stating my pk couldn't be delivered due to weather delay at recipients home. We dont have bad weather so why do they keep saying that. Never use them. They shipped my package from Ohio to Pennsylvania (two states over) and it took over a week. After being told every day the package would arrive tomorrow. Everyday I stayed home waiting for it, only to be disappointed every night, without any notification of delay or otherwise. I called and noted my account to DO NOT DROP AND ROLL, PLEASE RING THE BELL, SOMEONE IS WAITING.
After a full week of disappointment I made a customer complaint which did nothing to help with my issue. No notification even though I signed up for text notification. At last a manager calls and says he doesn't know why my package was being held, but it would be delivered today... at last it arrived and you know what happened. They DROPPED IT AND ROLLED... If I didn't have ring I would have never known my precious and very important package was sitting on my door step waiting for anyone walking by to pick up. Besides that there was a huge note on the door saying please deliver all packaged to the back porch. But nope, they DROPPED IT and left. I called back to let the manager know. Yes you guessed it, they noted my account. What good is that. They take your money and who cares when or how you get your item. Companies should ban FedEx.

Perishable item sat in facility for over 54 hours. Ordered perishable food. Was picked up by FedEx on Tuesday the 10th at 1pm. Sat in a Delaware facility for over 40 hours. Then moved to a Maryland facility for 36 hours. Was supposed to be here on the 13th and has not even made it out of original state. They now said it will not be delivered until next week. So much for getting something edible, will be rotten by now.

In the past they delivered one of my packages to my neighbor, and another time delivered one 2 miles away on a different street. This time: An order I ordered on Friday, product was in my same state, so it's close: the following week: they promised delivery Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday. Never showed up, I've gotten minimum response from FedEx, who it looks like have LOST the package.
Yesterday morning I Called Fedex and requested canceling the DELIVERY and return it to seller, and they said they started that process and promised to call back within 2 hours or by end of today. (NO ONE CALLED). Fortunately the seller refunded the money after seeing the shipping log details, stuck at last drop off for 3 days a short distance away. It's either lost or stolen at that location? Also, from previous experience with fedex: the local Fedex store has Lackadaisical workers, chatting together, strolling around, in no hurry, hardly aware there are two long lines of customers. When I finally got to the front, another long wait, and total incompetence from the workers. Unbelievable that they actually get paid!

I purchased a car part from Rock Auto, a 2.5-hour drive from my home. I selected ground delivery and Rock Auto had the FEDEX label created within one hour, and it shipped that day with an ETA of two days to get to my house. Awesome Rock Auto!! On delivery day FEDEX had it on the truck and out for delivery. 7:30pm that night my delivery went in to pending status. The next day, day 3 the same thing happened at 7:30 at night. Day 4 same thing.
So, I called FEDEX and all I was told is that there was nothing they could do. They are busy with deliveries and I would just need to check status daily because that’s all he could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. He said he couldn’t do that. I asked if he could call the local FEDEX hub and he said no he couldn’t do that. It went on and on and on. FEDEX is such a joke. Such BS with absolutely no help from CS at all. This has happened more than several times with FEDEX and I’m done. I will no longer purchase anything from anyone that exclusively ships FEDEX.

I've been waiting 4 additional days for a package to arrive. I decided to reach out to FedEx about the delay. All I got from FedEx was to check back in 7 days. I asked where my package was, but never received an answer. I said I checked the tracking and for the last 4 days it says it's on the truck for delivery. They said it wasn't, when I said then where is it, they couldn't give me an answer. What a poor way to run a business. I will never buy from a company that uses FedEx as their shipping service again.

It blows my mind that FedEx is even in business. I wish I was exaggerating, but EVERY single package that has every attempted to be delivered to me by FedEx has never actually made it to my doorstep. It’s to the point that Nordstrom now knows to only ship items to me via UPS, because of the obscene number of claims filed for lost packages. I’ve gone out of my way, paid more, flat out not ordered if I saw FedEx was the shipping provider, but unfortunately I placed an order without knowing the shipping provider and prayed it wasn’t FedEx. Sadly it was.
That said order was supposed to be delivered today, and no surprise, it didn’t arrive. When I called I was assured it would get to me by 8pm, however, it’s now past 8pm and the online tracking has changed to say they can no longer provide me with delivery data. And their customer service is even more of a joke than their delivery... Manager after manager can’t provide me with a solution. I'm sure this is just another one of those packages that I will never see...

I was sitting and looking out my window to the street for 2 hours waiting for the Fedex truck which never came when, much to my surprise, I got a text saying my package was just delivered to my address. Never happened. Calls to “customer service” are a lesson in futility as you get no help from their reps. Finally had to call company that shipped the package and they opened an investigation into the latest fedex incompetence. Things like this are common with this so called delivery service. They have screwed up numerous shipments in the past and are unworthy of anybody’s business! Wish I could give ZERO stars!! If you have an option don’t use FedEx—ever!

I live in Jonestown, TX and I purchased two items from a large company in NY. The tracking number on FEDEX.COM showed that the item arrived in Pflugerville on the 10th and was scheduled to be delivered to me by end of day 11th so I stayed home waiting for the package so I could sign for it. At 6pm, the package still hadn't arrived so I called FedEx. The lady said it was on the truck and would be delivered before 8pm. At 7pm I received a text update that the package failed delivery, delivery not attempted and would be rescheduled for delivery on the 11th. The 2nd package also arrived into Pflugerville on the 10th and was scheduled for the 11th. So now, both packages are scheduled for delivery on the 11th. So, I had to stay home all day, waiting for the packages... which NEVER ARRIVED. I called FEDEX twice during the day checking for updates and was reassured they would be delivered. But they never came.
Today, the 12th, the tracking numbers show they are still sitting at station, not on truck. I called Fedex again and they said they could hold it at the station and let me pick up but it would take 24 hours for the hold to go through so since it was nearly noon, this meant I wouldn't be able to drive 45 minutes to the station to pick up until next Monday. They are now saying the packages will be placed on a truck and delivered tomorrow. I'm beyond angry at this point. What a joke FEDEX is. Complete waste of my time and incredibly poor service. CR

I checked the tracking again and read "To deliver on Friday 5 at the end of the day." They didn't it.
I looked at tracking FedEx page and found this note: "Customer not in place to make the deliver". I called to customer service and the girl answered told me, "Go to FedEx warehouse tomorrow in Mesquite, TX between 8-10 a.m. to pick up your item." I arrived that office at 8.15 a.m. Called by phone in site. The girl said my package is inside the truck. The driver will looking for it. I called three times and always got the same answer. I wait for my package till 10:30 a.m. 2 hours! I called fedex customer service and the told me the package was inside the truck and ready for delivery that day. I had to change things around even having my neighbor stay at my house until I came home from the doctor. I waited all day and after 8pm, still no delivery. Now on the tracking it states pending delivery. 4 calls to customer service and everyone stated that it was out for delivery. How difficult would it be for them to say that the delivery would be on Thursday instead of lying to me. I think my package is lost. It would be very nice if someone would email me or call me or text me. I don't want to waste another day waiting on Fedex. When we went through the process of arranging to pick up our wine a local FedEx store we kept getting messgaes that our wine we was scheduled for delivery the following day. After five days of that, we notified the winery we were refusing the order. Currently we have six e-mail messages from FedEx each telling us a package is to scheduled for delivery "today" some of those emails date back to the previous week. The tracking number and delivery date are absolutely meaningless with FedEx. Late in the day of the scheduled delivery date, the status suddenly changed to "pending". After spending 35 minutes trying to get information from their customer service rep (and the majority of this time was waiting on hold), I was told there wasn't an answer, and they would request an investigation and someone would get back to me with a response by 5:30 PM the next day. Of course, that time came and went with no call back. I again called FedEx to see what was going on. The woman assured me my package would be delivered the next day. I asked her how that was going to happen when there was nothing to indicate it was even in my state, let alone my local city. She couldn't answer that, of course, and became defensive about how busy FedEx is during the holiday season.
Again, the next day there's no change in the tracking status, no scheduled delivery, so I call one last time and request to speak to a supervisor. The rep tried several times and said he couldn't get through to one. Okay, I believe he tried. However, he now told me that because in their system it shows delivery scheduled by end of business this day, no investigation can actually be opened until that point had passed. I lost it. Three calls, over 1.5 hrs. of my time trying to get a reasonable answer, and they expected me to call again? NEVER! This situation could continue ad infinitum.
Instead, I called the company I ordered from and they are now investigating the situation. My warning to others: Calling FedEx is about as efficient as talking to a wall. They are utterly useless, and their online "virtual assistant" is also useless. Personally, I will never use FedEx to ship anything to anyone after this experience. I don't understand why anyone would use them with this kind of service.

She told me that my package was “lost” and I needed to contact the company I purchased items from.
According to the tracker my package made it about ten minutes from my house at one of the distribution centers. When I called back, I demanded to speak with a supervisor after being hung up on. She told me I needed to contact the company and there’s nothing they can do about the package, they have “no idea” where it’s located. I contacted the company I made the purchase from who reported that FedEx never reported the package lost. That it is still in transit. If any company tells me they can not send it through a company other than FEDEX I will cancel my order and find somewhere else to buy it, even if it costs more!. Know that if you use FEDEX you will NOT receive your package on the date it says. Instead you will be at the beginning of a daily, weekly, or maybe never, NIGHTMARE regarding receiving your package. Customer Service is just as bad. Talk to a recording that makes it very hard for you to speak to anyone. The driver supposedly left a tag and returned our item to their depot. Per customer service, the driver left a tag as no one was home. I checked while still on the phone with customer service. Customer service rescheduled our delivery while I was on the phone for today, 12/9/19 with a 10:30 am to 11:40 am window. That didn’t happen either.

Now I have to drive all the way home to get my package because the driver is too stupid to leave the package like my account states. Takes the 35 min to get home and there is the note on the door...The package is an "indirect shipment" meaning a neighbor can sign for the package. ALL my neighbor are home including one with her door open. He was too lazy to bother one of them. For a Shipping company they need to do a better job. Amazon does a way better job and that's not their job! I will be telling every company I work with not to use FedEx. I truly hope they go out of business one day.

0 - stars! Ok before I start, I'm not one of those constant crybaby complainers or 'nit-pickers'. So... on Monday I ordered a fireplace / tv stand on-line which Walmart showed would be delivered Wednesday by Fed-Ex. Okay, great. Tuesday to early Wednesday morning It took FedEx less than 12 hours to delivery it from another state to my home state. Wow!! I thought cool it might be delivered today. It arrived locally at the Fed-Ex location at 5:30 in the morning. I got an e-mail stating it would be delivered by end of day. Checking later that day, the FexEx website showed it would be delivered next day Thursday. Ok, I get it, their busy.
Well, Thursday afternoon the web-site said 'Delivery exception. - package taken back to depot.' Ok, what is a 'Delivery exception'? Upon calling FedEx, I was told they tried to delivery it but no one was home and my package would be brought back to the FexEx. But wait, I WAS home!! All day! I had the front door open (with my security camera's recording the whole time.). NO DRIVER STOPPED AT MY HOUSE !
Ok, I get it - someone screwed up. Let's try again. Now Friday morning I called again and was assured my package would arrive. NOTHING by that afternoon!! On the web-site it said 'On the way to Fex-Ex.'. Wait, it was on the way back to the depot YESTERDAY. Now the next afternoon it's still on the way back to the local depot? Then that night (Still Friday) - the web-site read, 'On truck for delivery'. Then when I called they said they don't deliver on weekends? REALLY?? Ok so now it's coming Monday.
Now Sunday morning I get a text stating 'Delivery estimated on Monday by end of day'. Now Monday morning I look on the website to see 'On way to depot.' WTF. If it was supposed to be delivered today, why is it on the way to the depot? Calling AGAIN, I'm told "It WILL BE delivered today!". One hour later I get yet another text message saying it will arrive TUESDAY end of day. Ok, nothing Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and now Monday!! It took less than 12 hours to be delivered from another state, but in 6 days, they can't deliver it 30 miles????
Now (Monday late afternoon) the website shows - "On way to depot" - AGAIN!! WHY??!! I've taken off work 6 days now!! I'VE BEEN HERE!! Now MAYBE it will be delivered Tuesday?? Writing this their website now shows 'On truck delivery expected EOD' but what day?? Today, Monday or Tuesday?? I just called FedEx and after 12 minutes waiting, I asked to speak to a Supervisor. After complaining she said "Here's a complaint number. I'm going to check into this and someone will call you back soon." Now I see 'On way back to depot'. REALLY??!! I give you. You win!! FedEx... Never again!!!!

Two packages on same day went MIA. On one, no attempt to deliver was made, though the package was supposedly on the truck at 4 am. The second, was sent from Ct to NH then back to Ct rather than being delivered in NH. Even when they do deliver, they leave packages in the snow in the driveway, rather than on the porch or in the garage like UPS and USPS. Customer service is a joke. You have to play any number of games to actually get to someone to answer your problem. All you get is a recording that tells you precisely what you are seeing on your Computer Monitor. If there's a problem, then it is your problem.

I was sure they would get it to me on Saturday, around 3:30 a FedEx truck went by my house, no package for me me. I contacted the service center and they were very helpful. I let the gentleman know I needed this part so I could fix my car so I could get to work on Monday. About 30 minutes later a kind gentleman called me from the Jacksonville sorting center, I was told all the drivers had finished that route, however he had a driver that had just finished his shift and would see if he could bring my package.
The driver in his own personal vehicle brought the package to me. Outstanding service to go above and beyond to help me out. I hope this get back to the employees involved. They didn't go over and beyond like UPS to make sure I received my order. The item that I order are for my gender reveal on December 14th and this was the bulk of the decorations that I needed. Very, very poor customer service and delivery processes. Unfortunately a package requiring a signature for delivery was sent via Fed Ex. The first email I received told me the package would arrive the next day with no time frame given. I made arrangements to be home all day. At about 2pm still no delivery so I called to see if they could be more specific about the time. I was told they knew several days before they sent me the email that my package would be a day late! So why the email? Because it is automatically generated! Well why not another email letting me know if is going to be delayed? Answer: We don't do that!
I was assured my package would arrive the next day between 8:10am and 1:55 pm. I verified the time frame the next morning. At 2:30 pm the next afternoon - still no package. I spent the next 1 1/2 hour on hold and with various unhelpful rude customer service reps and lastly a "special customer service rep" who would call the station my package left with driver this am. She tried for 40 min and the station did not answer. She said she could not try again. I asked for her name and she promptly hung up on me! Still no package. Still don't know when it will come. The item shipped out Tuesday with a delivery date of Friday. At 7:00am I call Fed Ex because the package showed no movement for the entire three days. The agent told me it would be in my local warehouse in 1-2 hours. Someone will call me to let me know if they can get it on a truck or I could pick it up. I do not heard from anyone so I call again at 12:00. The person on the phone tells me that the package is out for delivery and will arrive by 8:00 PM. No one is in my store from 6-8 so I ask for a specific delivery time and he cannot provide one. I then request a supervisor.
I am transferred to another person who immediately tells me it wont arrive till Monday. I explain what the previous two agents told me and she states that she is not responsible for those people, she really did not seem to care that I was lied to. I asked numerous times where my packages were, and she could not say. I asked her to provide Saturday deliver and she refused. She then transferred me to another department, who told me a total of 8 times she could not hear me and then said I was yelling and hung up on me. I still do not have the packages, the company cannot tell me where they are.
The failure to deliver on time is very common with Fed ex and happens on 90% of the shipments I receive from them. The customer service department clearly has no interest in serving the customers and the customer advocacy team appears to be a useless department because they cannot fix any problem. I would recommend using another shipping service.

I order almost everything I purchase online and have generally had excellent delivery service. I have never had an experience like my most recent with Fed Ex. I was told I’d have the item in 2-3 days. On the fifth day fed ex notified me it was on its way and I could expect it by 8 pm. Nothing showed up and no notification was provided. I called Fed Ex who informed me that the driver was unable to deliver due to weather. It happened to be raining that day but there was absolutely no reason why the drop off could not be made. I asked the agent if it could be dropped at my house the following day and was assured it could and that I did not need to sign for it. No problem.
So the next day, I get another notification it will arrive before 8 pm. At 7:45 I get a notification that the package (you guessed it) once again could not be delivered. No explanation this time. Now I’m really pissed. So today - Friday- I get yet another notification that it’s on its way. At 11:56 am I get a notification that the driver attempted to drop it off but because I was not home I’d now have to wait until Monday. WHAT?!? I call Fed ex immediately to seek clarification as to why this happened.. and I proceeded to get the scripted response. I spent my entire afternoon chasing down my package.
Fed ex refused to deliver it and now I can wait for a re-attempt on Monday or go get it myself. I spoke with 6 different customer service agents... not one of whom gave me any indication that they even gave a **. I am not sure how Fed ex is even in business anymore? Worst delivery service with the worst, most robotic customer service agents I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely not even concerned or remotely interested in trying to help. I will purposely refuse to purchase something online in the future if Fed ex is the delivery service. Just a total, unprofessional and incompetent band of fools. I called Fed Ex immediately to tell them that they must have delivered it to the wrong house and that they need to go back and get it only to be told that they were too busy and that the delivery person had already left the area. They explained that they had 48 hours to look into it and that they would not be retrieving it tonight. They also recommended that I call the company that I ordered it from and see about having another one sent to me.
Plus they let me know that the delivery people don’t actually work for them. They work for a third party company. Even though they wear fed ex uniforms and drive fed ex delivery trucks they don’t actually work for them so they can’t make them go pick it back up. So now I have a gaping hole in my wall where the fireplace goes and no fireplace. Oh and let’s not forget that fed ex has 48 hours to look into where the fireplace is because we all know a 600.00 item will just sit and wait for them to find it. I recommend that you use any other company besides fed ex, if they can’t stand by the fact that they made a mistake nor stand by the delivery process because they don’t actually employ the delivery people what can they stand by? Fed Ex hung up on me multiple times. I was calling about getting a refund because they lost my package. They dropped it off at the wrong location and let a random person sign it knowing that person wasn't me. This is because they are too lazy to care and want to get rid of the package quickly. Recently I was going home and there was a fed ex worker at my apartment building door, he said "is this package yours". I was honest and I told him "No".
It was my neighbors package whom is a complete stranger to me. He was like "Can you give it to your neighbor", I didn't feel comfortable doing so but I feared What would happen to the package given my history with fed ex so I took it and he had me sign for it. I quickly ran up to my neighbor's door and gave them the package. Had I been another person, however, a liar, a greedy person, I could've taken that package as it was handed off to me and my neighbor would never know. Just like me, my neighbor would've called fed ex and they would've told her 'we're investigating, we'll call you back" but they DON'T CALL BACK... EVER.
As far as my refund goes, not only did I get hung up on me twice but they first told me I would get one in about 24 hours. I waited two weeks, nothing. I called again and they prolonged it to 5 weeks. I feel like they're just lying to me and I'm never getting the money for my order which they have lost for being lazy. So I waited. Did they ever show? Nope! I spent my entire day waiting for this package. At one point the automated Fedsux package told me “commitment times of this service are not time specific but DAY SPECIFIC” - mind you delivery at the end of the day 11/30/2019. I called again, only to hear excuses, and that it would be delivered by the end of the day Monday, which of course, is not possible with my schedule. Now to fix their problem, I have to go pick the package up to fix what mess they have made.
Why say one thing and then do another? If I would have known had Fedsux works, I would have chose to pick it up in store. I will never get back that time wasted... Thankfully there is DHL, USPS, UPS! In reading other discouraging posts online about FedEx and their shoddiness I wouldn't recommend them for anything, they are completely undependable. It's their policy that the drivers aren't required to ring a doorbell or knock to notify a resident of a delivery unless it's Signature Required and ours is, no knock whatsoever, obviously since he never got out of the truck. I find it appalling they allow their drivers to blatantly lie to get out of having to do the work they're being paid to do. I was at my house at that time and there was no indication of a delivery attempt nor was a door label left. I have 4 dogs in this house and not a sound out of them to alert me someone was at the door which normally they are my alert system. I phoned the customer care center immediately after receiving the text that the attempt had been made. They sent a message to the dispatcher requesting the delivery be attempted again.
Since I had a 3:30 appt. she requested it be done before 2:00 pm. I waited in my living room until 2 so as not to miss the delivery. When I had no delivery by 2:15 pm I again called the customer care center. The gentleman told me that the request was in the record but that the driver had not responded. So now I have no package and will have to go pick up my package in order to get it today. Are the drivers not required to respond when notified? What a poor way to run a company.
On top of that I have a second package, tracking number **, that was scheduled to be delivered today that was postponed until tomorrow. When I asked about that package I was told that it was still scheduled for today even though I had the text messages and checked the web site and both indicated that it had been rescheduled. I was told that Fedex had until 8 pm tonight to deliver and that I could call after 8 if not received to lodge a complaint. I have just now received a text message once again telling me that the package delivery has been reschedule to tomorrow. I'm caught in the middle. Walmart did nothing. When they say they will it’s complicated for the customer and you get charged double if there is a delay in exchanging item instead of waiting for return or something. FED EX is opening (literally opening) and damaging my product I’m buying. Can’t get to the store as I use to so shipping is essential for some things. They refused to do anything about any incident. I have to file a claim. (extensive complicated, intrusive claim) I shouldn’t have to do that. Walmart or fedex should.
Fed ex doesn’t need to know everything you are buying either. It’s all legal stuff the retailer is allowed to ship! Wonder if fedex is opening to see for valuable items to steal. They are stealing already when they damage my stuff and don’t replace. This is not once but most of my items are opened or damaged. Don’t even know who is at the door no identification of anything. I tell Maria I don't know if I will be able to pick it up tomorrow and it came down to either having to wait till Friday OR for the driver to attempt a second stop, and there's no way I'm going to do either of those (no guarantee in the "window" of time - anywhere from 9:30 am -5:30 pm) so pick up at 8 am it is.
The main complaint in all this is I lost $ and wasted my time today by taking a day off of work based on FEDEX's Delivery Day.. The fact that the package arrived at the HUB TODAY meant that the package was NOT READY and was NEVER going to be delivered TODAY IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I don't know who or what department is AT FAULT for misleading me (mind you, FEDEX DID NOT give me an ESTIMATED delivery date; no they gave me confirmation of the DAY along with a vague timeframe) but something has got to change. Again, Maria was very professional in being the voice of a lackadaisical unprofessional company (at least that's how I am viewing THIS experience).

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE; LOST TWO DAYS AND COST ME THOUSANDS. Been waiting 2 days on a ring I had resized. FedEx came by first day and did not knock or ring bell, but left card for re-delivery or sign off of package. As ring is expensive, I did not want to sign-off for package and have them leave it at the front door. I have a locking mail box and they could have just left it in the mailbox, but NO as the dumb policy states they need a signature and do not take special instructions for placement in mailbox. So on day two, I put a note on the door with the original sticker they left from day one at 7:45 AM. At 12:44, I get an email which said they tried to deliver again! That was **, I am 10' from the door and no one knocked or rang bell and no new note or removal of note I left.
The driver is flat out lying about delivery attempts in order to get me to drive 45 mins to the nearest facility. Meanwhile I have lost 2 days labor waiting on the package to come. Called their customer service line and after 15 minutes wait and the rigamarole of their answering service, I reached Dan, who listen to me vent and then said he would not help me or get a supervisor to talk to. Had to recall and go through the 15 minutes again and finally reached Shronda and Dan, who are supposedly having the driver redeliver; after the first hour or so they said it would take to have the office here reach out to him. The service is Non-existent with this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND NOT CARE IF IT AFFECTS YOUR LIFE.

I have never had a good experience with FedEx but this one is special. First, I receive notice signature is required for my package. Knowing I work all day, 8a-830p, I go online and set up to pick my package up from the FedEx center inside a local Walgreens. Minutes later, I get a call from FedEx explaining I can't pick up my package due to "shipper restrictions," and the only way is to have them call and lift it. Mind you, the shipper is SAMSUNG (huge electronics Corp). And by some miracle, I got Samsung to call FedEx. The poor Samsung rep told me he was having "an extremely difficult time" with the FedEx rep to work around the restrictions (even though FedEx's rep told me all I needed was Samsung to call). Samsung advised based on the FedEx rep that I could now go online and set a specific delivery time to ensure I would be available. Surprise, I go online and that is not an option.
Call back and spoke to Daniel, who stated he submitted a request for me to get a Time window so I could get my package from my porch during my lunch break. Case manager calls to tell me what the internet says, it will be delivered before 8 pm. I explained (again) that I needed a specific time and it would be easiest and most secure for all involved to allow me to pick up my package at a FedEx center (they require ID). He attempts to get his supervisor and after 15 minutes of holding for Willie, they disconnect the call and didn't even bother to call me back. Mind you, it was an inbound call to begin with. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and I hope people consider this experience before utilizing FedEx as a shipper and causing frustration to their customers. FedEx is a HORRIBLE company.

After 2 years of getting a home delivery service for a food kit meal, it seems that FedEx has dropped the ball monumentally. Every order I have placed in the last 2 months has been a day or more late, food has been spoiled, boxes have been dismantled and put back together improperly, boxes that look like they were drop kicked from the door of the vehicle or worse missing in action.
When they have arrived when I'm home, they come in a Budge Rental Truck with no person that has a FedEx shirt or any sort of ID. I get texts when the box is picked up and each time that the carrier "beeps" it in, but more than once I've had no delivery even though it says "out for delivery". This is not my food vendor's fault, but since FedEx can't seem to get it right, I've had to cancel my service because I don't feel it's fair to have them keep replacing my boxes when it's not their fault. My vendor has gone so far as to give me a free box, so you get one more chance FedEx, let's see if you can get it right this week. I'm not holding out hope.

I get packages delivered almost weekly. Ebay and Amazon are my credit card's best friends. Never have any issues with UPS and USPS. On the other hand, my experiences with FedEx have never been good. I live in an apartment complex. There are 8 separate buildings. Each one has a very large letter on it saying what building it is. My packages have been delivered to each building. I ordered brakes for my car. Not sure where they were delivered. Then this weekend, unfortunately my father-in-law unexpectedly passed away. I was having a package delivered and we weren't home. I had a door tag on the door. I checked the tracking and it was being delivered the next day. We had an appointment with the funeral home, but were home the rest of the day. At about 1:45 I got an email saying my package couldn't be delivered because I wasn't home. I checked the door and there was nothing. We were sitting 5 feet from the door.
I called FedEx and was told the driver attempted delivery. No. They didn't. I was pissed. The tracking number said it would be delivered on the day of the burial. Completely unacceptable. I told the guy on the phone that they attempted delivery 10 minutes ago. Have them come back. Of course they couldn't. So I told them I wanted to talk to someone from the office where my package is coming from. I was told I would get a phone call back. Surprise! No phone call! 3 days later and still no package either!

In my case, scheduled deliveries never show up but FED EX vigorously argues that delivery was attempted by no one was home. Lies. I have spoken with many of my neighbors who recite the same story. FED EX claims they tried to deliver the package but, strangely, no FED EX truck or delivery person is recorded on our property surveillance cameras. Then, we all discover that ALL our deliveries were attempted at exactly the same time. Hmmm...maybe FED EX has perfected time travel...too bad they a traveling backwards rather than forward. When one calls customer service all you can expect is an apology and a vague statement that the package is "on a truck for delivery".

FedEx shipped a package I purchased through Amazon. Other mailing services had not required signatures of packages of similar value. FedEx did. However, I was not present to sign for the package. They re-attempted to deliver a package to my apartment at 2:00pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Shocker, they didn't even make an attempt on Saturday. Big hints if I'm not home Tuesday at 2:00pm, I may not be there Wednesday.
Each time they left a door tag. At the very bottom of the door tag, beneath a barcode and in size 8 font, there is a message saying see back of tag. If you turn to the back of the tag, there is writing in light font color detailing out that you may leave a signature on the back of the door tag to forfeit liability if you aren't there to sign in person and they will leave the package. This was very poor design from a billion dollar company. You would think they'd make the most critical aspect of the door tag more visually distinguishable and wouldn't hide the note to turn over in size 8 font underneath a barcode.

Update on 11/17/2019: An update on my FedEx First AM delivery. FYI, the delivery was received on Saturday at 2:30 pm.Just to make clear, the FedEx delivery was in the Baltimore area. Since it was marked for Weekday delivery, we expected the pack to be delivered on Monday now and not Saturday afternoon. Because of this, I had to fly back home, and then fly back on Monday too complete the job. This mistake by FedEx has cost both companies at least $10,000 and most of all, cost medical patients proper medical diagnosis in the delay in treatment.
Original: Arrange for medical parts to be shipped overnight for First AM delivery. FedEx reported no one was available on site to receive the package. Got a notice stating the package was going to be re-delivered by 10:30am. By 11:30, no FedEx driver. Called three more times. It’s on its way. It’s on the truck. Then I got an email, It’s not on its way, it’s not on the truck. Called once more and informed FedEx, the package contained medical parts, and the delay will delay medical test results needed by the doctors for their medical patients diagnosis. I got the impression, that they didn’t care. There’s nothing I can do, was what I was told by FedEx. "You’ll receive the package sometime this afternoon." Now I have to change my return flight and get a hotel room so I can complete my job. Way to go FedEx, profit over customer care.

When I contacted FedEx to reschedule the delivery for later in the day, they wanted to charge me money to reschedule the delivery, and would not allow me to come to their facility to pick the package up myself. However the person who was sending the letter back to me used Fedex to send it back from Jamaica (at my expense which cost me $80. Anyway they were shown a picture of the address they needed to send it to which was clearly printed and they couldn't even copy it right which made it not arrive when I needed it and messed up a very important appt with lawyers.
I called to find out where it is and they said address was wrong couldnt deliver so then they fixed it and even tried to charge me a fee for the change which I refused to pay since it was their screw up. He said that Stansted haven’t come back to him about my missing property, so I just have to wait. He promised a callback, which they all do every call and never do.
Disgusting service. I’m extremely suspicious due to the lies surrounding this shipment that my property has been stolen. Why else would FedEx lie about its whereabouts and consistently fob me off and even shout at me on the phone! I AM ADVISING YOU NEVER SHIP TO UK WITH FEDEX. The worst customer service I have received in my life. Lost or missing packages??? Not good enough. I wonder if FedEx will reimburse the losses my small business has suffered due to this??? I highly doubt it after experiencing the shocking customer service they have in the UK call centers. Not one single person has even had the decency to apologize up to now!!! Disgusting.
Original Review: FedEx is by far the worst courier company I have ever worked with - and I worked in the export industry for over 10 years! I’ve had a shipment for my own brand new and small business. It is stock from USA, that customers are waiting for. The stock arrived in the UK 08/10/2019. When it wasn’t delivered, I contacted them to be told that it had been taken by customs for analysis. Fine... or so you’d think.
After a few days I called up to ask about a timescale, a woman called Tracey spoke to me like I’m stupid saying it’s impossible for them to tell me. I left it a few more days so it had been over a week And spoke to someone called Jane. She shouted at me when I asked that they contact customs for an update or timescale. She shouted down the phone so rudely I was in shock. I tried to explain to her that I know full well they can contact customs, she refused. I asked to speak to her superior To get some answers, Jane hung up on me. I got a phone call for feedback! I complained, was told I would receive a callback about the matter and never did. Regular phone calls achieved nothing.
Until today, 31/10/2019, Scott who was supposed to call me back yesterday and didn’t bother, told me (after I called again) that the package is, in fact, missing. So they lost my property, lied about it and spoke to me like I’m an idiot every time I called. Talked to a customer rep and they said they would look into it and I would be contacted by 5:30. Contacted them back at 6:30. Had to go through whole process again. Was told it was after hours (I'm assuming this is why I was told to wait) and was told I would be contacted next morning with contact. I can only speculate why driver signed off package and why FedEx doesn't want to respond but I would not recommend shipping through them if you have the choice.

And to top it off I have to try and discuss the issues with an El Salvador person that has very little ability to articulate herself in English and clearly has been ordered to only read prepared answers off the screen - over and over. If I could, I would love to give Fedex Ground a negative score. This is a similar store to some of the others. I ordered something heavy online and was told the company uses Fedex. I have experiences with every other carrier company (Amazon, UPS, Plurator, Canada Post), but not Fedex. Now I understand why other prefer everyone else BUT FEDEX. I was first notified that my package on Oct 17, 2019. Missed them. They said they'll try again on Friday the 18th. I was home the entire day waiting for them. The driver claimed to have showed up and press the door bell and somehow missed me. What? They'll they try again on Monday the 21st. The driver said no one was home again. In fact, I was working from home. Phoned in and complained. The call center said they'll attempt again on the wed the 23rd. No show and got the email saying they'll reschedule for the 24th.
Phoned in and complained and discovered that the driver apparently attempted again the 22nd and (again at a time when I was home). This time the driver indicated that he would not try my address again. What?! Wow, I'm sorry I should have insist on using some other carrier and not bother this carrier when I thought carriers (by definition) specialized in delivering. Maybe I'm just dumb but could someone explain to me how a household with dogs and functioning door bell been able to missed the Fedex driver that claimed to showed up and not able to get her package??

@FedEx Corporate (Headquarters). I ordered a large item for my home and it was shipped FedEx ground on 10/17/19. It was supposed to be delivered 10/19 but wasn't. On the morning of 10/21, I saw the FedEx truck outside my house, got up to go to the door and before I could open it, the driver drove away. I called FedEx after that, gave them my cell phone number, then called again yesterday also. The tracking keeps saying Incorrect street address. It is a new address but UPS, USPS, Amazon all deliver here no problem.
Now a 2nd package was sent and the tracking says no delivery attempt yesterday but will be delivered today. I called and spoke with a supervisor at FedEx, who says, oh yeah, they will be delivered tomorrow, but they are trying to call the driver and he doesn't answer. What kind of business is this? I couldn't stay in business with service like this. I just want these packages delivered today and then I will never order anything using FedEx again.

I choose to ship FedEx at a premium over UPS because of their better estimated shipment time. This is a lie. They will put whatever number they need to beat the competition nor does that actually reflect on actual delivery times. They took two extra days to deliver than they estimated (Which I was better off shipping with UPS for a cheaper rate and an actual better delivery time) due to the package traveling a total of 6 miles per day from one sorting center to the next. Completely unacceptable. I felt lied to as well as ripped off since I wouldn't even used their service in the first place if it wasn't for their bogus delivery estimation.

I went to FedEx location to send a package by ground. The manager of the store was the one that did my transaction and he failed to let me know the different options (request signature for example) they have for shipping. I shipped original documents. The package was lost. I called them immediately and they said they'd open an investigation and that they would call me back. I would always call them, sometimes they said they'd call me and they never did.
They strung me along for a week, until I asked them straight if the package was officially lost, so that I would move forward and trying to find ways to get the original documents that were going to immigration again (paid $200.00 again to obtain originals again). The departments amongst FedEx don't talk to each other. When you call customer service, every person that answers mumble their name and it is difficult to understand them in English, it's almost as it is on purpose that they don't enunciate the words completely.
I have filed a claim for a lost package and not keeping my hopes up that they will reimburse me for the cost of having to reproduce originals again. It's been 6 days that I sent out the claim form by e-mail and only one response I have received only stating that they had received the claim form and to access FedEx online to find out about the status of the claim. I ended up calling customer services since when you go on line they don't have where you can click on to see the status of your claim as it says in their e-mail response.
The person that answered in customer service, once again the name mumbled over the phone he just transferred me to a recorded automated message system and after 5 minutes the recorded wanted me to rate the customer service of the call and so I did thinking that they would now answer the phone and they hanged up the call. I have learned so much about FedEx only last and this month and FedEx is a shady company all around that should not be trusted with your business whatsoever. Still waiting for a response on my claim.

I've had multiple (more than 6) packages sent to me at work and at home and not one has been on time even when paying for 2 day shipping. Their tracking system will say delivery date and then be pushed back every day until they actually decide to try and deliver the package. I have emailed FedEx directly multiple times and always get the same exact computer generated email stating that "the date on the tracking website is the latest possible day that the delivery will be there". But still that date gets pushed back at least twice on every delivery.
I've asked for refunds on 2 day delivery (that I've paid over $30 in shipping) that have taken more than 7 business day to arrive and they seem to not care. If I could pay the websites more to use literally any other shipping company I would every time. I feel that it should be mandatory for websites to tell you who they ship with before purchasing from them (some dont) because if I knew that company were using fedex I would go out of my way to buy from somewhere else.

The package required a signature so I had to be at home for the delivery but each day they tried to deliver, I was at work. The slip on the door said you could manage your delivery online so I tried that and it involved setting up an account that required sending you a piece of mail to verify your address, another 3-5 days. So I couldn't schedule a delivery that was convenient for me. I then tried to set up a hold at one of their facilities to pick up the package - because I have to work - and the local office wouldn't accept it so it had to go to the city, a long drive. All in all a terrible service. I will, in the future, check with companies I purchase from to ensure they don't use FedEx and shop elsewhere if need be.

Of the 3 major carriers, FedEx is the worst. No customer support, late deliveries, delivery exceptions with no explanation or reason. I live in a rural area and yet never have an issue with UPS or USPS. They're both very reliable and in the last 6 months, I have not had a single delay receiving a package from either. FedEx, on the other hand, has been at least 2 days late on 3 separate occasions in less than a month. 2 of these deliveries were perishable goods (meal kits) that arrived so late that the ice packs had melted and the food inside was hot, spoiled and beginning to rot.
I reached out to their customer service and got no response. No apology, no explanation, not even a "we're looking into it." And now, I'm left waiting for another package that was supposed to arrive yesterday but was given a "delivery exception" status at 8:30 am, though it shows it was loaded on the truck at 4am. It says it's supposed to come today, but still says "delivery exception" and hadn't updated since yesterday morning. I have no idea if it's actually coming today, tomorrow or next week, and reaching out to customer service has so far done nothing. As usual, they haven't responded.
From the reviews of FedEx on other sites, it looks like this is a problem for a lot of people, not just me or my neighbors (who have the same problems I do). I don't understand how USPS can operate at a loss and yet STILL deliver on time 99% of the time. FedEx is a huge corporation with billions of dollars behind them and they screw up so consistently, I won't deal with them unless there is no other option.
I can forgive occasional delays, but 3 times in less than a month with no explanation is unforgivable. Not responding to customer questions, concerns or complaints is unforgivable. I haven't gotten so much as an apology from them. If you call the customer service number, they just keep transferring you or put you on hold until you hang up. If you use their "contact us" option on the website, you don't get a response. At this point, I never want to deal with them again if I don't have to. They don't care about the customer or the goods they ship. Go with another carrier if you actually want your stuff on time.

I bought a pair of running shoes and expected to get it delivered by October 1st. This is what FedEx showed on their website. Until October 2nd, then it changed to pending... After contacting the seller multiple times, I finally got parcel delivered by Canada Post in a week. The second purchase was 2 chairs. This time FedEx called 2 days after estimated delivery date, and said they are finally ready to give it to me the same day. Or any other working day, 9 till 4 .Of course, they don't deliver on weekends. I ended up picking it myself from their centre.
Finally, for the third one, they called me and asked what yeah works better for me. I took a day off to wait for them, but they just didn't show up. My wife called them, now they say the truck was full and they will do it tomorrow. I didn't want to write any review after my first negative experience with them - everyone makes mistakes from time to time-consuming even after the second one I was more or less ok, but now it seems they don't care about customers at all. They then told me the tracking number is a recycled number, but still have no idea where my package might be. They keep suggesting I file a claim, but when a claim was filed, they denied the claim using the old recycled tracking number information, saying the time limit to file a claim had expired because they were still using old information from the recycled tracking number.
Why does their system not update the tracking number info once the tracking number is recycled? Seems pretty basic, yet I continually have to deal with customer representatives that are still accessing info from a prior delivery. The customer reps are located all over the globe, and none can help. A totally inept and careless way to run a business. I'll probably have to sue FEDEX to get any satisfaction.

FedEx delivery drivers have proved to be careless and lazy in their care and prudence in leaving packages at my apartment building. They can't seem to follow simple directions and avoid any inconvenience of making sure that the delivery is at the correct location. In the past two days alone they left two heavy packages first where no one would see them and second not where they needed to be in spite of the fact that there were two men that came out of the truck who looked like they could have easily carried the large boxes to the correct location up a flight of stairs. If I didn't have some vigilant neighbors who found the large, heavy items by accident and were helpful in carrying up the stairs for us I don't know what I would have done. These same neighbors, by the way, have had a number of packages left at the wrong apartment almost having lost most of their Christmas to a somewhat shady character.
I called FedEx the next day and explained the incident and the local delivery station was to have relayed the concerns to the drivers. Well, that very day again after typical PR assurances the driver unloaded the third heavy package to the front door of my apartment in spite of a sign on the door clearly directing all deliveries be taken around to the back of the building. Not only did the driver ignore the instruction he placed the heavy box on a public sidewalk against the door effectively blocking the entrance. All this I have captured on camera. There is no excuse for this kind of negligence, lack of courtesy or concern for your constituents. Shame on you FedEx!

To make matters worse they have an automated system that makes it nearly impossible to get to a person, because it keeps telling me that my package has already been delivered. With the frequency of this occurence, they should have a prompt that says, "No! Wrong! My package was NOT delivered to ME!"
It was sent two day delivery. It was delivered somewhere, to someone, on Friday. Starting Friday late afternoon, I called Fedex to inquire. I was told the driver was not available until Monday, so there was nothing they could do until then. Well, it's now Monday and the driver is still unavailble. Now I am told it will be tomorrow before they will know anything. I asked what happens if the driver is in the hospital or worse and unavailable for an extended time. No response.
Next, my Credit Card company deserves some blame. They are also not available over the weekend once a card has been hacked, lost or stolen. Once I provide my CC # to the automated responder, I am forwarded to the fraud area and can't reach a person in any way. So it took until Monday afternoon to have another new card sent out to reach me, hopefully, tomorrow via "any other carrier". I will be avoiding Fedex whenever possible!

From 5th Oct till today we have called FedEx customer care and have spoken to a minimum of 10 executives, supervisors and managers who have yet not given us a concrete answer as to where our courier is currently or the delivery person's number.
Whenever we have asked them regarding the status after holding the phone for hours they have told us unanimously that due to Durga Puja they cannot do anything about it and it was our choice to choose them for our courier to be shipped and that they have not asked for it. They have also told us that they don't have any idea where our courier is because they have given the job to a third party vendor and that they don't have any information or contact details of them. So am I giving my courier to the topmost courier company FedEx or just a local nameless vendor?
My question to FedEx is that why have you taken the courier by PRIORITY OVERNIGHT basis and have promised a delivery by the 5th Oct? This is a real harassment and misbehaviour from their end. Neither are they telling us the status nor giving us an option for self collection from Kalitala Branch. They are forcing us to wait unendingly without handing over our valuable courier.
After reading the above issue do you feel that this is our fault to trust FedEx regarding all our official couriers sent from Happyning? How can an International courier company give an excuse of Durga pujo which has already ended on the 8th Oct as a matter of fact and not given us a chance to retrieve our courier back?

Today we were eagerly awaiting our couch to be delivered. After being given false update from FedEx that it would be delivered early on Thursday, we patiently waited until Friday the scheduled delivery date to receive the package. There was no signature needed, and nothing at all specified needing to be home to receive the package. After running a quick errand, I received a notification the package was attempted to be delivered but since nobody was home they took it back. I immediately called customer service and the nice gentleman contacted the driver so he could come that same day to deliver again since we would be home. Again, nothing specified needing to be home for this package to get delivered, and we have received many FedEx packages simply left at our door previously. The customer service rep even added a note for the driver, so specifically instruct him to leave it at the door.
After being told the driver was coming back, we patiently waited a few more hours. I then called customer service again and a woman contacted the driver only to find out he already returned to his station and could not come back out to make the delivery. After asking her to please do something, she said he can make an "attempted" delivery tomorrow, Saturday, but this is only an attempt and not guaranteed. Even though our package did NOT require a signature, FedEx decided we can't have our couch yet. If your drivers have the authority to decide last minute a package should not be left, THEY SHOULD HAVE TO NOTIFY THE RECIPIENT that they are making this ultimate decision. Even though the package is not theirs and no longer in their care, they are in control of my products and when I get them, despite delivery dates and guaranteed shipments.
If this is how your drivers deliver, then this needs to be an open line of communication between driver and recipient. If the drivers are going to decide last minute not to deliver packages, the recipient should be notified that their shipping terms are being CHANGED. That fact that your driver can change these terms without any prior consent or notification or communication, is absolutely absurd. I was home the entire week waiting this package, and ran to the store hoping it would come because I was told this package would be delivered with or without me home. But I guess your driver liked our couch too much or they simply didn't want to bring it up a flight of stairs before their weekend. I am extremely upset with how FedEx has handled this delivery.

A package was supposed to be delivered to my business on Wednesday with some parts I needed for a project we are working on Friday for a client, but instead showed up at my office on Thursday when I wasn’t there. I Contacted their customer service within the hour, trying to get them to hold it in their distribution center in Myrtle Beach for me to pick it up. I was told that the shipper has to give permission. After getting the shipper to call them and give that permission, FedEx representative informed me that the package was back at their distribution center in Florence, which is another town over an hour drive from me, and that I can drive there to pick it up or wait till the following day to receive it! I left instructions for the driver to drop off the package early in the morning between 8 am-10 am.
Today, Friday, nobody showed up, so I tracked the shipment by 11 am only to find a message that my package will be delivered on Monday instead!!! After calling FedEx customer service AGAIN and talking to a representative, she told me that my package never went out today because my business was “closed”!! I asked her where they ever got that from, if we clearly asked them yesterday to deliver the package early in the morning! Our website even clearly states our business hours and that we’re open on Friday. That was one of the lousiest excuses I’ve ever heard! I asked to speak to a supervisor and file a complaint. My call was transferred to a supervisor, whom I had to tell the whole story from the beginning. I explained to her that the excuse of “their business was closed” have been used falsely multiple times before and many of our packages were delivered on later dates than they were supposed to.
She told me she will attempt to contact the local manager and get back to me. She called me back only to repeat the same lines, which make you feel like you’re talking to a robot, saying that the drivers are all out already and if I want I can always drive to that other town or wait till Monday to receive my package! When I asked her if she was a supervisor she didn’t confirm and told me that they are all “equal” at the customer service department! I filed the complaint and asked that someone follows up with me to let me know how that is going, and she replied that their policy forbids sharing the progress of internal complain handling with customers!
I made sure to let her know that we will be taking our business elsewhere! We have paid thousands of dollars in business with FedEx, yet, their service was horrible, the deliveries weren’t on time, their customer service is awful and I would rather drive across the country and pick up my shipments than having to deal with them again.

FedEx drivers here are among the worst. Some just leave packages right inside the gate where someone can just reach from the sidewalk. That's if you're lucky enough to get it inside. They are great for making flying projectiles out of your packages. No matter if it's labeled handle with care they stand outside the fence and fling it over the fence to land on lawn, bushes sidewalk. One even made it to the roof. But what sent me over the edge was the latest driver refuses to latch the front gate. He just walks through and out again not bothering to close it. I have a small dog and if I open the front door he has a straight line to run out into the street. Why do people have gates..just for decoration? Totally unacceptable and irresponsible behavior.

First, it took 5 days for FedEx to pick up the package. THEN it was in Chicago, left Chicago, went back to Chicago, now has left Chicago AGAIN. Not the first time for this to happen. I took nearly 3 weeks to get a package from Houston. In Houston, to Fort Worth, to Dallas, to Fort Worth, to Houston, etc.... Wish every company would switch to UPS or USPS. USPS has improved and even delivered the last package on a Sunday!

I ordered a package and the delivery date was for the 3rd of October. The package got to my area the 27th of September. They just keep bouncing the package around and not doing the delivery. Unlike UPS which deliver my packages way faster. The package is within minutes of my house and they keep moving it to other locations within the same area instead of making the delivery. The also keep moving the delivery date to a later day. So far they done it twice. What a waste of time and money. Never using FedEx again.

Horrible service, I was expecting a delivery and when I got an email stating it was delivered I called customer service. The first two people told me it was delivered to my address, were extremely rude and told me to check behind bushes for the package. The third person told me there was a mistake and my package would be delivered the following day. The next night I call again and the fourth person told me the package was delivered and signed for the day before.
I requested the signature know very well my husband nor myself signed for the package and they refused and told me they would have the driver contact me the following day. Several days pass and I have missed a call from an unavailable number leaving a message apologising for the inconvenience, but no call back number. My package was over a $80 purchase and I told them I wanted them held accountable. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone worth knowledge or answers. The company I ordered from knows FedEx is to blame and at least their customer service has been helpful and upfront.

My last two experiences with FexEx have left me wanting. First, I paid some $200 to courier a package overnight and it finally arrived a week later. Seems FedEx passed my package off to Canada Post and didn't deliver it at all. My second experience is recent. I paid almost $300 to courier a package to the States. Again it was overnight. That was five days ago and it still has not been delivered. My advice is, don't use this company. I know I won't use them again.

Delivered my chemotherapy medicine to the wrong address. Nobody from customer service was helpful. Excuse after excuse. They asked me to go look for it and call them back if I found it All because a delivery driver wasn't paying attention.

I never go out of my way to write reviews, but this time it warrants writing one. I ordered a 25-pound bag of cat food about a week ago. As a first time customer, I did not know that I needed to indicate my buzzer number on "Address Line #2". I have never had any issues with deliveries in my building where I have not listed my buzzer number.
Apparently they tried to deliver 3 times (did not notify me at all that they attempted) - would you not attempt to call the recipient and get the buzzer information? What's the point of attempting three times without a buzzer? So I called customer service to see if what was going on and the lady proceeded to A) yell at me when I was trying to tell her that I didn't know that you had to list your buzzer number B) tell me it was my problem, and that they wouldn't attempt to deliver again C) told me I had to pick up the shipment myself and was extremely rude when I tried to reason with her. As someone who doesn't have a car, and cannot pick up a heavy shipment myself, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the services provided by FedEx. I will not be a returning customer.
