    I wish I could give FedEx a negative star. They are so bad they should just go out of business. So my situation is this. I ordered a laptop from Dell. Dell for some reason prefers FedEx because this is not the first time I've had this issue with them. I've been home all day waiting on my laptop. They said it would be here before 8 pm. Around 7 I said, "Let me check the tracking." It said that my package has been sent back to the FedEx location because no one was home. I've been sitting next to my door since 10 am. The package was on the truck at 8 am. Since then no one knocked on the door or anything. Not even the little slip they give you to tell you that you messed the package. I didn't even get that.

    I called the office to see if the driver can come back. The lady tells me it's too late. The package was checked back in at 7pm. I then ask if there is a way it can be delivered earlier in the day for tomorrow. She told me, "Yes but you can only do it on the website and that it would be $5." After that I hung up. Why should I pay for your mistake? It's not my fault one of your drivers didn't feel like doing their job! Now I have to take off from work and miss money because not only the employees but FedEx as a company is incompetent. I swear if I could sue them for all the trouble they have put me through I would.

    Almost impossible to track a shipment that requires delivery confirmation. The delivery time span is five hours, and a signature is required. I am in and out of the office, so I tried to narrow down this time. However, the local delivery port doesn't receive calls. Their website is useless (a good time waster). They couldn't find the information from their website or from the door tag from the prior delivery miss. They couldn't even contact their own local delivery office. The customer service representative was not very experienced, and offered no help. Their website is also useless. They need to train their personnel properly, fix their website and straighten up their customer service. It may be that they simply have minimum wage for their service representatives, judging from my recent encounter.

    I ordered an item online 2/26/2018. 3/1/2018 I get a message on my tracking app showing the package was delivered 2:43 pm. I go outside and there’s nothing. I check my video and the only delivery trucks that came down my street that day was USPS & UPS. So the driver was either New, Lazy or a Thief. I filed a claim with FedEx. I got one call 3/2/2018 from a Rep saying they would do everything they could to find my package. I called back 3/8/2018 only to be told to contact the Shipper. The Shipper didn’t lose my package. FedEx did. I haven’t heard anything from FedEx since my last call.

    I was expecting my laptop last Friday, but they could not deliver without a signature. The FedEx online system to sign for the package in advance is broken so I have to have someone at home for the entire day before I can receive it. I arranged to have someone at home today, Monday only to get an email at 6 am letting me know that the package is not coming until tomorrow. They offered no explanation for the delay when I called. I am so sick of FedEx and I will have to drive 30 miles out of my way to the regional office to retrieve my package myself.

    I had my computer to be delivered on 3/10/18, base on their website (fedex.com/ tracking), unfortunately in a different state. I had to wait 12 hours in my day off at the house because the package required a signature. Horrible service. Will not ever use FedEx again.

    Ordered 8 items on 3/2 from Amazon. Received everything delivered by USPS and UPS 3 days ago except 1 item that FedEx is delivering. And FedEx says it won't be here till 3/15. It has went from Vegas to AZ to CO to KS to 3 places in MN. I live in SD. So totally bypassed SD from KS to MN. Ridiculous!! 3 states away and takes 13 days. Ordered from TX 3/5 received 3/8. A comforter from Las Vegas take 13 days to get to SD! 7 other separate items ordered on same day all received 3 days ago!! Even orders made on 3/5 received. Delivered by USPS and UPS. Don't ever use FedEx if you want prompt delivery. So from now on won't order from seller using FedEx. I ordered on 3/2 and shipped 3/5.

    For the second time I have had a delivery person knock and leave before I had time to reach the door. In both cases I had waited home all day to receive a signature required package. The first time I complained, the driver was sent back. The second time it was not delivered on the day indicated by the delivery email. On the next day the person knocked while I was upstairs, and when I got to the door they were gone. I called to complain and was told someone would call me back and try to get the delivery to me this day. No one called. On my second call I was told that they only make one attempt per day. Well I had waited two days for them and this was just too much. Their delivery practice makes it a waste of my time to have things mailed to me through them.

    Ordered a monitor and it shipped FedEx. Tracking said it was delivered but I still didn't have it. So I filed a request to FedEx asking for them to check if they shipped it to the wrong address, or possibly never delivered it at all. I got an automated email response asking me to wait as the case was reviewed by the "most qualified" candidate. Took them over 3 weeks to send me an envelope saying they wouldn't do anything about my package that wasn't delivered. No coupon, no apology, no human interaction. I've had 200+ items shipped UPS and not a single time did they miss a delivery. This has already happened twice with eBay after using them about 3 times over the past few years. That's a 33% delivery success rate in my books and I will NEVER be shipping or accepting deliveries from FedEx EVER again.

    I think around 98% of the time we get our packages on time or early at Lake Waccamaw if they are shipped UPS. We have an excellent UPS driver that does her best to always keep the customer happy. My packages are never thrown, crushed, wet, etc. when we get them. I definitely prefer UPS over FedEx. Right now, I have a package from eReplacementParts that took 2 days to get to FedEx, then sat in the FedEx location in Utah for 2 days before it moved. I'd probably have my parts here had they shipped UPS.

    I paid for my shipping and took 2 day off from work to wait at home for their delivery, but it turns out they never shown up. They updated the stats online and said "Customer is not available" while you were sitting at home and waiting for them. Also it happened two days in a row.

    I've had several experiences where the driver says that nobody was home and they don't even attempt to deliver. It would be nice to get at least one package on time from FedEx. Also, they are too lazy to bring packages up to the apartment door, instead they leave it in the entryway where packages have gotten stolen. Extremely frustrating!

    After calling the vendor of a critical new stove/range part, when I found that my late, expected delivery from FedEx Express had been sitting in the warehouse for 7 days, the vendor told me that FedEx Express could not find my address. In the past, the FedEx delivery driver has delivered to my address, yet grumbled about it since delivery requires driving down about a mile of well-travelled dirt road. Now, as I write this review, my package has still not been delivered, and I blame the driver who has made a personal decision to not deliver my package. Or so it seems. None other of the many vendors including UPS who deliver to my business-residence have EVER had a problem locating it.

    The directions are easily found by using Google Directions. Clearly, no effort has been made to complete my delivery. Indeed, correspondence with the vendor shows that FedEx tried to return my order the day after they got it! And I SHOULD PAY for this INTENTIONAL REFUSAL TO DELIVER? (I paid $9 on a $35 purchase for FedEx 2-3 day shipping on February 24, 2018 for "Standard 2-5 day Delivery; today is March 8, 2018). Why vendors use FedEx in the first place is mind-boggling -- just look at the multitudes of other bad reviews about FedEx Customer Service.

    I had a priority overnight package being delivered recently that contained a credit card. The driver put the package in a plastic bag and tied it to a post at ground level at the end of our 200 foot driveway. Now since we had snow on the ground and this is a white package in a clear plastic bag, you can imagine how difficult it was to see the package. When I called customer service to register a complaint, the girl on the other end of the phone said she was in Central America, we will call “Rebecca”. She forwarded me on to another individual we will call “Angela” who was in the customer advocacy group, who stated she sent a message to a manager in the delivery area. I asked for contact information for that regional manager and she told me that information was confidential. I will never use FedEx as my preferred shipper again!

    Our area is tucked away in a court but actually looks like a T court. However more than once a delivery has not made it up to us. There is a 12 Briarwood Ln and we are 12 Mulberry court.     Found out that FedEx ground delivery is contracted out (not FedEx employees) and we can tell. Different drivers show up at our work asking over and over where various businesses and people are. Most recently, a driver opted not to deliver a package that was scheduled today because of "weather conditions" -- it rained a bit this afternoon. Seriously? I called and the FedEx rep said drivers avoid delivering when it's raining so they won't get in an accident(!).

    Most my experience with FedEx has been on the receiving end of something I’ve ordered online with free shipping. I’d have to believe the vendor selected for my purchase already established its rate with FedEx directly. That being said, the Few times I had to use FedEx and pay for shipping myself was due to the fact they were the only service available at time. The UPS store and post office close earlier otherwise I would’ve selected them as the price was less than my only option at that time.     When you have something sent via them and it is marked signature required, it is hit or miss. Sometimes they will get the signature sometimes it is just left out in the open.     Well at first I thought they were great. I got online and ordered a pick up for the next day. Jan 25 2018 they picked it up and I tried to track it to see if they received it yet. No word. I called Bowflex and they said they did not get it yet. Now the Bowflex people said I have to pay the payments until they receive the Bowflex back. I called FedEx and gave them the tracking number and they put a trace on it and was going to find the driver and call me back. I have heard no word and the Genesis credit company wants $ 41.00 March 10th. So they picked it up and it is missing. I am not going to pay for a machine that I sent back in January and it is now March. Did the driver steal it or what. This is a nightmare!

    I do a lot of shipping and receive my share of packages. I use USPS most and UPS sometimes but never FedEx. In just my receiving it is always late even when guaranteed. The driver does not bring it to my door he leaves it outside the front gate. I have health issues and that matters. I receive lots from UPS and it is always on time or rescheduled earlier and the driver always leaves it by my front door.

    I like FedEx for their ease of using... fast dependable and professional. What is the negative side is their pricing is not uniform. For packages it seems always higher in person.. not just a buck or two like 5-10 higher. And their website could be more user friendly... so many different possibilities of shipping... Then if you calculate a price have that in mind and go to the shipping location it is not even close to the price quoted. They cost more than the post office but I prefer them over the post office... Maybe 'cause it is a private business and not gov't related.

    I have received many packages via FedEx; i have also had packages sent to the wrong address, I know because the person contacted me. I don't know how you messed up a delivery but what does upset me is that you now won't leave anything at my home unless I'm here to sign. That's embarrassing (I can't remember the retailer that this started with, I'm just telling you I resent it).     We've had problems with FedEx deliveries. We live by a lake and they have to drive across the dam between two lakes to our house. I think some drivers are afraid to drive across. We've had packages delivered to a house across the lake. One was supposedly left by our door, but when I called the driver had to go somewhere to retrieve it and delivered in her personal vehicle. I've forgotten the details of other instances. I think the driver on our route may have been replaced. Service has improved.

    FedEx Ground are using subcontractor which they underpay the drivers and as a result you receive the worst service ever. I have too many packages to be picked up and they were usually complain of the too much work that the subcontractors giving them. The same with the delivery they are always late and the packages comes in a bad shape and too late whoever it's a business address which according the business hours from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. To call the CS, "Oh we cannot do anything about it because we cannot track the drivers or call them." Thank you.

Their drivers are lazy and they leave my packages right in front of my garage so when I back out I can't even see I'm in nearly run over my purchase. They are too lazy to go up six steps and put it on my front porch and for that reason alone I have nothing good to say for them. That is their job to deliver not drop it in front of my garage where I'm going to run over it because I don't see it.     I shipped a Dyson best/cool fan to my son at college. When he received the package the box was damaged and so was the fan. I contacted FedEx and out in a claim. I also asked if it could be sent back to me at their expense since I had all the receipts and would look into repairing the $400 fan. The item was dropped off at FedEx and boxes by them. Days went by and texting said in to wait. A week went by and after many phone calls I was told the time was lost. Then I was told it was sent to New Hampshire. How did it go from Massachusetts to New Hampshire and or New York?

    I had an order that was shipped out in 2/22/2018. On 3/1 I created an account online in order to put a vacation hold, in preparation for a week’s vacation starting 3/3. Although I was able to create an account, when I tried to choose option for vacation hold, I received a number of error messages, including being asked a security question I had not chosen. After numerous attempts for the next two days I was not able to put a hold online. I contacted member services twice. The first time I was informed I could only put vacation hold online. I tried again, but still received error message when I clicked on vacation hold option. I called member services again. This time, the representative told me he would put a hold on my package. My package was still delivered while I was on vacation. This has been a very frustrating experience. If possible, I will ask that my orders be sent through a different shipping company in the future.

    I would give 0 stars if possible. Visa sent me a replacement for my lost Visa credit card, overnight delivery, marked “Extremely Urgent”, no signature required. It was shipped out March 1st with a scheduled March 2nd delivery and, according to tracking, it was on time and scheduled to arrive by 8:00 PM. I didn’t stay home because it didn’t require my signature. I didn’t see it when I got home. I kept checking but it never came. I looked for a notice but there wasn’t any. I went online and tracking showed it was in transit.

    I called FedEx the next day and was told there was an attempt to deliver it at 2:30 PM but because I wasn’t home to sign for it the person decided not to leave it. What??? Signature was not required. He didn’t even leave a notice and tracking said it was still in transit. After two more calls they said I could pick it up at the FedEx. I reached a customer advocate who defended the delivery guy explaining that it’s their discretion whether or not to leave a package. Huh??? Why didn’t he leave a notice? Did I mention that Citibank paid for overnight delivery, they required no signature and it was marked ”Extremely Urgent”?

    The next delivery wasn’t scheduled until Monday so I had to struggle through detours due to roadwork and picked it up myself. While there I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager. He took my complaint and said he would look into it and call me back. So far no call. It’s been two days. I will never use FedEx. In December FedEx delivered to my door shoes that belonged to my neighbor across the street. She called them because tracking showed they had been delivered. Then she called me. I found them outside my door. No apology from FedEx. How do they stay in business???

So we called them and we waited the next day, so that he only can put a door tag on my next door neighbor's door?! That guy didn't even know how to read. Come on.     I receive several hundred deliveries a year from all the delivery services and I don't usually have too much trouble with any of them. But when there's a problem with a FedEx delivery you can quickly find yourself in a strange world devoid of reason and hope. I made the mistake of opting for "Signature Required" on a shirt I was having shipped from a Thomas Pink store. I'm not home much during delivery hours but for some reason when I was asked if I wanted "Signature Required" I said OK. Not a good choice. I was unable to get home on time for the first delivery attempt. I figured I'd use the online FedEx Delivery Manager and have the shirt dropped off at my local FedEx Office two blocks from my home.

    But drop off was not offered as a delivery option for this delivery. FedEx customer service told me the shipper had to authorize a drop off. I called the shipper. The shipper told me they talked to FedEx. I still couldn't get a drop off. Oh well. Not a surprise. I told CS I'd be home all day Wed. to accept delivery. CS told me they would try to deliver that day. It turns out that requests for a change of delivery day or time are just that, "requests", and the drivers are free to ignore them, which they do. My driver robotically tried to deliver on Mon. and Tues. after I had told CS I wouldn't be there those days.

    After the three attempted deliveries my package was held at the FedEx facility on the south side where I picked it up after a wait of about 40 minutes. I was the only customer there. I showed a picture ID to get my package. You may be asking yourself just as I have, Why in the name of heaven couldn't I have showed that same ID at the FedEx Office two blocks from my home three days earlier to pick up that same delivery. Well... Because common sense is not one of FedEx's strong suits. They follow procedures. They are comfortable with that and do it well. Creative solutions to problems that arise? Not so much.

    Trying to work with them seems outright ridiculous sometimes. There's nothing you can do. I guess it works for them. They figure you'll forget about it in time, and you probably will. I ended up making 7 phone calls to CS. Their phone people are uniformly polite and concerned about your delivery and say all the right things. But they specialize in placation. It's becomes pretty clear they don't have the power to make anything happen when you need something to happen. I sent a letter to one of the FedEx executives one time concerning a problem I was having with a billing. The reply was more than subtly smug and defensive. I promised myself I would never again waste my time writing to a company that values its customers so little.

It only rained lightly today. Mostly just overcast for the whole day. I'm in San Francisco Bay Area so it definitely didn't snow. I'm sure they're just understaffed (i.e. mismanagement) so they just blamed the weather. Today is Friday.     Here's one for ya.. I had a package to be delivered to me from New Jersey, and for some reason it makes the Tinicum Station and it never leaves there. This crazy thing they call delivery exception kept my package in Phila. I kept calling them and they would tell me the same thing. The package is out for delivery the next day. IT NEVER GETS HERE. I have never in all my days seen anything like this. It's been a week so far. Same thing, everyday. They'd might as well just tell me that they are refusing to deliver the package for any reason at all. "I think this company is in deep trouble." If someone doesn't grasp whatever is going on here, they won't be around much longer... I had to call the sender and he had to reissue a repeat order and give it to UPS so I could help my customer who has a critical part for his appliance in that package.

    I give them a zero rating!! FedEx dumps off packages in front of my entry door which is plain sight of the street so I've had multiple packages stolen. I have a covered hidden patio adjacent to my porch which is literally one step away where packages are hidden from street view yet the drivers just don't care. I've called to complain, I've talked to the drivers multiple times but they just get annoyed and I'm signed up on their site which clearly states to hide packages on the porch. All to no avail. I can't believe this company is still in business, they are the worst. I order a lot online and tell my vendors NOT to ship FedEx and if there's no choice I don't order from that company anymore. UPS is the best and all the drivers are friendly and use common sense when dropping off packages.

    I ordered 2 small makeup products online. I had to order it directly from the brand's site (E.L.F Cosmetics). As soon as I realized they shipped through FedEx, I was disappointed and expected the worst. I have ALWAYS had issues with FedEx. Opened packages (and that's if they WEREN'T stolen), damaged items, delays that they refused to explain.So, I saw this issue coming, but I've had it. My order was meant to be delivered February 27th originally, and was originally shipped off from a FedEx location in Bloomington, CA on Feb 19. (I live in AL.)

    It stayed in Bloomington for 3 days, then arrived in AZ very late at night on Feb 21. It then made its way to Texas, and was there until the 25th, when it finally made its way to Alabama. This made it look hopeful, but I was confused as there was still many days left till the estimated delivery date. I figured it was just given extra time to be safe, and shrugged it off. I checked the next day, and my package was in East GEORGIA! It was meant to be shipped to my address in Northern Alabama. My package has now sat in Georgia for 2 days at some FedEx location and had an extra 2 days tacked onto the estimated delivery date.

    If you can help it, don't ever order anything through FedEx. They only care about you *EVENTUALLY* getting your items, no matter what the cost is. Damage, theft, unrefundable items, lost time, and even more lost patience. They don't care. FedEx is the worst shipping I've ever had to deal with, and from this point on, I will avoid them like the plague. I could've drove to the makeup store an hour away and been less upset about the wasted time. FedEx is hot garbage.

    Actually... A 1700s horseback mail delivery man could have gotten it here sooner. Okay, so I ordered something online. I picked 2-day shipping. Now 2 days later would be Sunday... So I totally expected a 1st thing Monday delivery. Anyway... The store created the shipping label and it was picked up by FedEx SAME DAY.

    I'm in Arizona, the package is coming from Texas. So if you're not geography inclined... That's a neighboring state. Takes less than 1 day to drive across both states 5mph under the speed limit. 2 day shouldn't be an issue.

    So it sat at the FedEx center for an entire day. Then they drove it to Memphis TN. Which if you didn't know was a few hundred miles in the opposite direction... Odd move for me having selected the 2 day shipping. Then I'm supposing they had a band of rogue snails pull the package on to a plane. From there they shipped it to my city. Then it sat for 34 hours a mile away from destination. Then they sent it to my FFL 5 mins before close. So here I sit. Pissed as hell.

    My package was to be delivered to a residence, FedEx delivered to a business over 160 miles away. In the package are skin care products that were then tampered with, repackaged, and sent to me used by FedEx. However, during my conversations with multiple people at FedEx, not one person would admit FedEx made a mistake, down to they can not refund me my money. The company where I purchased would have to refund my money. Also informed they would call back in two hours to let me know the "trace status", but never heard from. However FedEx says they did, I printed my cell bill, no incoming call, no voicemail messages, nothing. There are other companies to use for shipping packages, use them. FedEx doesn't deserve your business, aside from the fact they can't deliver to the appropriate addresses, they will not own their mistakes, just blame everyone else.

    I just started my business in Sept. 2017. On my third order; FedEx lost a shipment with two sample hats from Canada. I asked them for an update on the shipment around Feb 13th. It was a big snowstorm in Chicago and I thought that they was just backed up. The representative Cindy told me on 2/17/18; that the package was lost and to apply for a refund. Then, on Feb 22 FedEx is claiming the package was delivered on 2/09/18 at 9:28 pm. If this was true; why wasn't the activity noted and FedEx would have told me this before. I hate FedEx!     If you could 0 stars that is what I would be giving. There has been at no time a good experience with this freight carrier. I can only count on one hand how many times we have gotten a package ordered and shipped without any issues. There have been more problems with getting notifications that my package has been delivered AND SIGNED FOR but I never received! Tell me why is it so hard to read the address on the label and match it to the address on my door? THEN why are you letting someone sign for the package that their name is not on?!

    Trying to get answers from this company is a joke. I am not able to speak directly to my local FedEx office. And they will not call me back. I contacted them within 20 minutes of receiving the notification that my package had been delivered. They tell me they have to contact the contractor of our driver to reach out to him. Fine. Understand. But that takes (we will be generous) 20 minutes? You can't call me with an update or answer? Called back 2.5 hours later and guess what. My local office is now closed!!!

    I am beyond fed up with the carelessness of these drivers and the fact that they apparently don't have the requirement to be able to read. On top of all of that. When they do by chance locate the correct address, an apartment complex may I add. They will NOT knock and leave the package at my door! They are required by the state to take packages to the leasing office. This is just plain laziness on top of the carelessness already shown. I HATE using FedEx and always opt for UPS when the option is available. FedEx does not employ a single person I believe that knows how to do basic matching of numbers from a shipping label to an address.

    Generally, I don't have much to complain about. Most packages they ship for my online orders don't require signatures, so the package is left at the door, and that's fine. This time, however, a signature was required for the delivery to be completed, and someone needed to be available to receive. It was a phone upgrade from Verizon, so it was moderately important that nothing untoward happen to it. However, the delivery driver didn't even knock on the door, and there is no doorbell to ring. There are, however, dogs at the residence. Understandably, when someone knocks on the door, they bark. There was complete silence. The driver merely left a door tag indicating a "delivery attempt" had been made and no one was available. Quotes are for their terms. The door tag was found a mere ten minutes after the "delivery attempt."

    A complaint was submitted to them within that hour describing the incident, and, as the package was indicated to be available at a physical location later that day, it was decided that it should be picked up rather than risk its loss in another "delivery attempt" the following day. If it hadn't been properly delivered as scheduled, it was unlikely to be the next day, and there was no guarantee the delivery driver in question would be the same or different. That night, an email response was received whose basic tone was "You picked it up. It's delivered. No harm, no foul. Nothing more to be done on our end." This completely ignored the fact that the delivery was not made, nor due diligence executed to determine that a signature could not be obtained and the package delivered. As of this writing, FedEx has apparently completely blown off the complaint and the issue it pertained to.

    Ordered an item 16 days ago from NJ (I live in NC). FedEx picked it up and sent it to Sacramento, Cali, then shipped it from there to Las Cruses, New Mexico, I called and complained as I was watching the shipping and was told it would be fixed immediately and I would have it in 24 hr. Three days later it was sitting in Austin, Texas, they found it and sent it to Miami, Florida, and then to Augusta, Georgia, it finally made it to Concord, NC where they shipped it to Charlotte, NC and the next morning put it on a plane for St Petersburg, Florida.

    They corrected the error and it is now in New Orleans, Louisiana where they are holding it until they can deliver it to the post office on the 24th because they now tell me this is their procedure when there is shipping problems they give it to USPS to handle but NOT until the 24th and when I asked why are they holding up my item I was told it is FedEx policy to wait until they've done a shipping review before sending the package on its way. I absolutely HATE this company they are the worst shipping company in the world!!!

    Let’s start by saying every time I order something online FedEx is the delivery method and are constantly late. I pay extra for fast shipping through many websites and they still manage to screw it up. I will check location and it will be less than an hour away from my location with a delivery date 3 more days out to find out the next day it is 2 hours in another direction in another state. Same thing with all my shippings. I don’t know if they go from a special hub to another but they need to get their stuff together, hell I would have meet them that distance the first time to pick it up myself. We now live in a world where 80% of shopping is done online and we can’t count on getting it on time. Glad I don’t wait on medications or checks.

    Boyfriend sent me candy and flowers. FedEx said I refused delivery! I never saw anyone. No one knocked on the door. No one rang the doorbell. I have two very active dogs that bark if you just park in front of my house, let alone approach it. I called them and they said they were refused (lie) and were in transit but no one could tell me what that meant. No one cared. It was like, "Oh Well." If I put in the tracking number it still shows them in transit. This was three days before Valentine's. I checked the address and it was correct. They are lost in the FedEx black hole.

    Every time I order something online and the item(s) are shipped by FedEx, I can count on FedEx to delay the original scheduled delivery. I don’t understand the system that the SmartPost is using to move packages from point A to point B. Their shipping methods are very inefficient and aren’t up to the new standard set by the USPS. I can always count on my USPS package to arrive the day of or before the day set.

    Well let start by saying FedEx is a joke. I had left a pair of shoes at my in-laws and they sent them to me on 2-14-2018 and they dropped it off on Saturday to the wrong address. So I called and they said that they would get to me on Monday 2-19-2018 so I called them back that day. They someone would call in the afternoon and no call. So I called them back and they said that they would not be able to get to me until the next day or two. Do not use them. I will not ever use them again.

    If there was a possibility of giving zero star to FedEx, I will wholeheartedly do it. Their service is so bad and the people at the customer service even worse than the service itself. Losing a package is treated as routine and no biggy, part of the business. Our package was shipped as high priority overnight shipment, since it contained slides from patients who donated their tissue, yet they managed to misplace it and were unable to find a package as unique as this and showed no remorse whatsoever.     I am DISGUSTED with this company. FedEx now lies about a delivery so that they meet their shipping obligations. With Chewy any order over $49 dollars gets free 2-day shipping. So FedEx decided that it is acceptable to scan my package and say that it was delivered on 2/14/18 at 1106am so that way it was well within that 2 day time frame when the package wasn't actually delivered until Saturday 2/17/18. My house was broken into on Monday 2/12/18 so thanks to the dishonesty of this company I thought my house was being stalked because according to all the tracking information my package supposedly shipped and was delivered and then NOT THERE at my doorstep (like FedEx tracking and "verify" option stated).

    Thanks to this dishonesty Chewy has sent out a replacement order to me and I filed a police report. A FALSE REPORT. I can't even comprehend how disgusted I am with FedEx and these acceptable practices. They have made me dishonest because as far as we could tell (Chewy Rep and myself) my package was delivered and then stolen.

    Took a CD loaded with 41 pictures of a elder abuse case to have the pix prepared for court. The lady behind the counter took my disk, inserted it into her machine and formatted the disc. She looked up at me and said, "There isn't anything on this disc, sir". I held composure and replied, "Because you don't know what you are doing and you just formatted the disk". She replied with a smile, "Oh well, sir. Human nature to make mistakes". She expressed absolutely no remorse whatsoever and was upbeat and condescending with a smile the entire time.

    Test complete for me. Findings: I am not homicidal! I went corporate to complain because her manager decided to take the day off and this was way too important to delay. This nincompoop, free to run around putting her hands on everything back there totally unsupervised and unchecked can totally ruin a customer's needs with absolutely no remorse! Her KARMA will be being severely abused in a nursing home when she has a stroke and becomes trapped in her head with no way to communicate her abuse to anyone.     I am in the midst of yet another fiasco involving FedEx. I was told that the package was at their facility in my city and would be delivered the next day. As I work and cannot have a mattress delivered to my work, I paid a fee to have it delivered after work when I would be home to receive it. It was supposed to be delivered between 5 and 8 p.m. At 7 p.m. I got a text saying to attempt to deliver would be made and it would be delivered the following day. Well, I had to go through the whole process of contacting them to make sure it would be after work. They agreed to use the money I paid for the first failed delivery to cover it. I do want to state that this is my regular experience with FedEx whenever they deliver anything other than books or DVDs. Those arrive. Anything bigger, and there is always some hassle of them not coming when they are supposed to or in leaving a door tag that says final attempt when this is the first indication they have been there.

    Honestly, when possible, I will choose a different place to buy from if there is more than one and one of them uses FedEx. I do not understand how they stay in business. The last three times I was to receive any big package from FedEx, it cost me vacation time on two days per delivery. This one is no exception. One day to be there when they say it will arrive, and then taking more vacation time the next day after they failed to leave it the first time. In San Francisco, their facility is far away and not easily accessible by public transport. So, if you aren't home and don't drive, you are in a real bind if you miss them. Just a consistently bad experience. My last three have all been like this. Why? Shouldn't they have to provide some level of reliability?

    I have just received a delivery from Wayfair Canada, I was totally skeptical of it getting to my place as lots of people do not understand a "country" address! I have a Bed and Breakfast and Spa and I am off the better trail to those used to the city, pavement and street lights. I do however give good directions and my business is on Google Maps.     I ordered a Ghost Bed and it was to be delivered by FedEx. It took an extra day because of the weather they say. The total weight of my shipment is 184.1 lbs in 2 packages. They delivered it to the rental office instead of my apartment. They never even tried to get it to my apartment. The customer service excuse was he may have had multiple packages. I told her that is no excuse. When a package is that heavy an attempt should be made to deliver it to the apartment it was assigned to not the damn rental office.

    The driver was simply being lazy because it didn't require a signature for delivery so he did the easiest thing he could do for himself. I am sure there is a protocol for heavier packages when it comes to deliveries and rental offices. Now I have to figure how to get the packages to my apartment from the rental office. I can't just pick it up with one hand and carry it out. I am sure it was a man with a couple of muscles that carried it into the rental office. I am pissed and very disappointed in FedEx. They need a complete overhaul of the delivery practices. I know not to order anything else big if FedEx is the delivery driver.

    I have spoken with several different people who claimed they would get back at me with an updated regarding my claim. I never did. Until I got an Email from the shipper (Adidas) stating that FedEx had just denied the Claim. The package original arrival date was supposed to be Friday 12/22/17. They pushed it back Saturday 12/23/17. On Saturday Morning Around 7-8 I went on online to request for the package to be held at a nearby FedEx onsite Walgreens but the driver never did so. Instead left the package on the front door after the FedEx system had Approved my request and also allowed me to select the Address at 2011 N Riverside Ave Rialto, CA.

    So now after almost 60 Days and 100 calls they still can't help me out. I have a screenshot that has the address I gave FedEx (but I wasn't able to attach it here) and after all this customer service are still trying to give me wrong info. Honestly I expected something better from a big corporations like FedEx. (IF WE GUYS READY WISH TO HELP ME OUT) I will glad to sent you the Tracking #. But please stop lying to me.

    If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I've had issues with FedEx for a couple of years. It started off with them not knowing the difference between a "2" & a "3" (apt #s are clearly on the apt door) & delivering my packages to my neighbor. I'd get them back from my neighbor, but that's not the point. More recently, on 1/25/18, they claim to have delivered a package to me & I never got it. I contacted them shortly after the time it was alleged to have been delivered & they had someone call me back. That person told me they'd look into it & call me back in a few days.

    It never happened so I called back on the evening of 2/5 to be told I should have been contacted & told to contact the sender for them to file a claim, requesting a full refund. I knew I had a package from a different sender en route for 2/6 delivery & expressed my concern about receiving this package, which contains my prescription medication. The guy apologized for the inconvenience several times (typical customer service canned apology) & told me that package was indeed en route.

    Well, it turns out my concerns were legit. On 2/6, there was a delivery exception because FedEx claims I wasn't home. I was home & neither my apartment building buzzer or door bell were rang & a delivery tag wasn't left. Once again, I called FedEx & got the usual canned apology for the inconvenience & the promise of a returned phone call. I haven't received a call back, as of yet, and don't expect to, but they'll continue to hear from me & I'll continue to leave reviews until these issues stop & are resolved. I'm not sure where they're supposedly going, but it's not my apt, or even my apt building. If I could avoid FedEx forever, I would. Never had any issues with their competitors...

    After reading other reviews I'm surprised FedEx is still operating. I was due to receive an important package today (Mon) by 4:30 p.m. I had called FedEx customer service Fri. to request delivery instructions to leave my package at my leasing office because we have had packages stolen from our doorstep in the past. The woman on the phone seemed very uninterested in her job and rushed me off the phone before I could verify that the request was put through.

    I took today off from work because I had a feeling they would deliver to my door regardless of delivery instructions. At close to 3:00 I called my leasing office just to see if my package had been dropped off because I know that sometimes the system's notifications/updates take a while to update. No package at the office. A few minutes later I got an email update stating that delivery had failed because either I wasn't home, or the office was closed, and coincidentally that update had posted around the same time that I called my leasing office.

    I was upset that the driver had lied because 1) I was home all day and nobody knocked, and 2) my leasing office is open until 5:30. I called customer service back to find out why exactly my delivery was not made and was told the entry gate was locked and the driver did not realize the office was outside of the gate. Another lie because the office is very hard to miss. Even more frustrated, I tried calling corporate to put in a complaint and wouldn't you know their corporate office does not handle complaints - they redirect you back to customer service where their agents speak broken English (I'm not knocking anybody, I'm the child of a foreign immigrant whose first language was not English. However, when working in customer relations it is imperative to speak the language fluently as to avoid miscommunication). Very frustrated all the way around. Would not deal with FedEx again if given the choice.

    We had a overnight Saturday delivery for a project that needed to be completed that Saturday. I literally watched the FedEx truck pull into the parking lot and a minute later pull back out. And the driver NEVER even got off the seat of his van, he reported the package was undeliverable because he could not locate the address...the GIANT address over the front doors must have eluded him.     Ordered a package on Amazon which required a signature. FedEx attempted to deliver first day, wasn’t home. Left note could pick up at store by the airport after 4. After second day when driver attempted delivery at 2:00 went to store only to be told driver wouldn’t be back until after 7:00, said I could catch the driver sometime after 6:00 at location on East side of city. Went to store on other side of town to catch driver who had my package. He wasn’t there at 6:00 and clerk stated, "We can’t control the driver," and refused to call him because Store at airport didn’t send her my information.     FedEx has a major problem with local deliveries. We have a delivery man that has chosen not to deliver our packages on 4 separate occasions in the last week. He says he has left 2 door tags at the residence because no one was home. That is a lie! My wife was home; furthermore, we have video surveillance cameras which cover our entire home, no door tags, no deliveryman. Additionally, why is a signature required to deliver dog food? This man is too lazy to deliver packages when it's after 5:00 pm. How dare he, he doesn't have the right to decide which packages get delivered and which ones that must wait until he's in the mood! On one occasion the supervisors were notified and he was sent back out to deliver the package he failed to deliver. When he arrived it was 5:15 and he told my wife he was already on his way home and he had not seen the packages at the back of the truck. Do your job or find other work!!!

    We have had constant problems with FedEx deliveries and all we receive are apologies and incident numbers with promises of phone calls and "we will look into it". And still our packages are delivered elsewhere and almost never on time when they do make it to the correct destination. We have received packages faster from USPS than FedEx 2-day. The UPS drivers have brought us our miss delivered FedEx packages that were left at some other "front desk" almost as many times as FedEx drivers have correctly delivered to us. We have tried every avenue with FedEx to resolve this problem that we know and still all we have are worthless incident #s. All this frustration is just the packages we do eventually receive, there have been several that have just disappeared, (left on gate) somewhere on the mountain.

    I ordered a $300 Balsam Hill Christmas Tree... I was not going to be home for the Saturday delivery, so FedEx gave me the option to select a pick up location and that was very convenient to me! But to be honest... it was not. I went to go pick it up after ten minutes of it saying it was delivered to the pick up location. Funny thing is they said FedEx did not even come yet. I ended up calling FedEx asking what the hell was going on. This was last Saturday and it is now Wednesday and they said they will call me after speaking to the driver and start an investigation. Today on Wednesday I called them since it had been 48 hours and they said the driver had not a clue where he even put it!!! Signed for by "MM". This is insane! They called me back and told me they are going to close the investigation and that I should call the shipper.     The FedEx driver stole my package. The package was rerouted to my job at a charge of $13.75, but they take it back to my apt and allowed a stranger to sign for it. I received a notice a package I was expecting Friday, Jan 26th required a signature so I had it rerouted to my job "Next Business Day." I found out late Monday they wouldn't deliver it until Tuesday between 8:10 am and 6:10 pm (I know!). I called multiple times looking for my package.

    The sender Wayfair even called FedEx who assured her it would be delivered to my job today Jan 30th. After 5 pm had passed I call to provide a phone # so they could reach me in the office and I would come down and sign for the package. That's when I found out it had been delivered at 5:02 pm and signed for by C**. I have NO idea who this person is.

    I confirmed with my apartment's Manager there are no tenants in this unit with C** initials. FedEx opened a "tracing" ticket but of course by the time I got home that dept was closed. Customer Service informed me they were waiting to hear back from the driver and they would reach out to me once they had. As far as I am concerned, giving my package to a stranger equates to culpability in the theft! This gift was a Wedding Shower gift for a coworker whose last day will be Friday. The office employees chose this gift and trusted me to order it and assure them it would be there Thursday, January 1st.

    I now have no gift and what the employees spent on it will have to come out of my pocket AND I have to try and find another gift comparable to the one stolen by FedEx. I want my headache reimbursed. FedEx owes me for their sheer incompetence and stupidity of the driver and total inefficient use of my time going back and forth with them all day. It makes me wonder if this was intentional. I have filed this complaint with the BBB and I am also filing a police report! You have ONE job!.

    DO NOT USE FEDEX!! I would give FedEx ZERO stars if I could. I have had 4 negative experiences with FedEx in less than 2 months but the latest is the most egregious! Yesterday around noon, we paid an exorbitant fee of nearly $30 (for a FedEx envelope) for assured "next morning by 10:30AM" delivery to our son (some ~200 miles distant).

    DO NOT USE FEDEX. After getting NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION or status information WHATSOEVER today, I contacted FedEx mid afternoon for an update as to when they actually WOULD deliver our URGENT shipment. Foolishly, I thought FedEx would tell me it would be there later today. Instead, I was informed that our URGENT premium priced the FedEx envelope made it only as far as Memphis this morning where it is now stuck for (at least) another 24 hours! Going forward, I will be using ONLY USPS for priority envelopes and smaller packages and UPS for larger packages.

    I was promised 1 to 2 day delivery for urgent goods. My delivery date was four days ago. Each day, Federal Express sends an exception notice postponing delivery for another day. Now it claims my delivery will come next week because the driver couldn't complete his route; and the local FedEx warehouse is backlogged. My delivery will be at least a week overdue. A rep promised me someone would call me with more detailed information about my shipment, but nobody did. I might have to buy the goods again if I can't get that shipment.     I scheduled a pick up for a residential house. I called customer service to see if I could get a timeline for when they would be here to pick up. I was told I could pick a window of whatever time I needed so I choose 3 to 6 p.m. The driver showed up before 11 AM. The doorbell rang and by the time I was able to get from my bedroom to the front door the driver was gone and a ticket was on my door. I was given under two minutes to get to the door. About 15 minutes later I received a call from FedEx asking if I would like them to return and I explained that I needed them to come back after 3 PM like what was agreed in my first call to customer service. They explained that there was no notations for them to come after three and they would not be returning until the next day.

    I called customer service and they told me that they would be unable to pick up my package until the next day. I explained how I was given a window from 3 to 6 PM from the first representative I spoke with. At first they seemed to deny that I spoke with anybody because there was no notations made. After I explained that there was some kind of mistake and insisted that I DID speak with somebody that promised me a window between 3 and 6 PM. Just because that person did not do their job correctly does not mean I should be punished. And I asked to speak with a manager or someone that could account for the first conversation that I DID have with one of their representatives. After a brief hold. I was then addressed by a manager. They said that if I was misled by a representative they would pull that call and reprimand that person but unfortunately they were not going to fulfill the agreed 3 to 6 PM.

    This is not the first time I have spoken with customer service at FedEx where they have left me with empty promises. Do not believe a word they tell you through customer service. There is little to none communication between customer service and the actual driver that comes to your house. It seems the only person in control of running this company is the drivers. These drivers understand the power that they hold and will do the bare minimum required of their position. This transaction took place all before 12:30 PM this was absolutely FedEx’s mistake. I explained that this was a time sensitive item. They still had over six hours to correct the situation and yet offered no resolution. I thought I was saving money using FedEx but this situation has cost me $400 in loss. Avoid FedEx if you can.

    I'm a 75 year old great-grandmother. Ordered a mobility scooter to assist me getting out more. Order required signature on delivery. Tracking info said pkg. was in OKC on Fri. Jan. 19th and would be delivered to me in Norman on Sat. Jan. 20th. I was home all day Fri. except for about 30 min. around noon. When I returned found FedEx door tag stating attempted delivery, no one home. Would attempt re-delivery on Tues. Jan. 23rd. Obviously tracking info was incorrect. I stayed home all day Tues. When pkg. had not been delivered by 4 pm I checked tracking info again. Found delivery attempt had been made at 11:18 with no one home. This was an outright lie.     I immediately called FedEx and was told same info. Requested pkg. be held for pickup. Was told I could retrieve from Norman store Wed. Jan. 24th. When I called to make sure pkg. was there was told holds weren't delivered to store until after 2 pm. It's obvious what delivery drivers are doing. They drive by and if no car is in driveway they don't even stop. I always park my car in garage and the only way to know if I'm home or not is to come to the door. I hope I never have to deal with

    I had huge problems with 3 out of the last 4 shipments! In 2 cases, tracking information led to a dead end, because they change the tracking number in transit. They try to lock you down to a time slot, but often don't bother to be on time, or even coming on that day! Always ask them to call before coming, because my work requires me to go out very often to show clients properties. They NEVER do! Just yesterday, the helpdesk promised me that delivery will be done between 3 & 6pm. Later was told the courier "had forgotten to take my package". Today, the same person told me they will try to deliver before noon. Of course nobody came. Wasted one full day of my life waiting like an idiot!

    And yes, in Singapore, they OUTSOURCE their primary function, which is to deliver parcels, to some useless no name company, whose couriers seem to be students, odd jobbers, part-timers, and the like, no uniform, no discipline, no sense of responsibility! Being here all day called FedEx. Got a Indian that I could not understand and all he could tell me is that they would notify me if you not going to show up.     FedEx is the worst shipping experience I've had. My package was large and left outside uncovered and wrapped. The box had a hole in it and was wet and tape on box was raised. I contacted the company I purchased the item from. The item was a birthday gift for a 4yr whose party was the next day. The Item was shipped to be delivered the next day. As of 5:15 PM the item has not been delivered. Very poor delivery practice. I had to give my grandson the defective gift to have something to open since the gift was from a group of people and he wouldn't of had anything to open.     My package was sent on a Monday for Tuesday morning delivery. When the recipient reported nothing by noon, I called GOFEDEX and was advised it would be delivered by 4:30. When it wasn't delivered then, I called and was told due to weather it would not be delivered until next business day. Next day, Wednesday, it was in Memphis. I was told the airport was unable to get flights in or out, which was false - only FedEx had significant problems and 80% of commercial airlines got their flights out.

    Then they admitted they couldn't even give an estimate of anytime soon that it could maybe be delivered. On Thursday, I was told it had left Memphis and arrived in Mobile early in the morning, where supposedly it goes to the local delivery station. Finally! 12:30 came, no delivery. I called. "Won't be until tomorrow, weather delays in Memphis." I pointed out the 'fake news" in that it was in Mobile.

    Story shifts to "backlog from weather delays in Memphis." I pointed out roads are perfectly clear, package in Mobile already...nothing. In the past two years we've had several late and mis-delivered issues besides this one. It is fair when there is bad weather - but how can it take an overnight package FOUR days, when the delay was for TWO (maybe, being generous) days? Since snail mail was getting to recipients with only a day delay, what gives? After using Fedex reliably for years, I think their service has definitely declined.

    I live out in a very rural area and FedEx drivers claim they can't find my house. On the day that my order should be received I get an email saying I wasn't home. There is always someone at my house. The last shipment that this happened with, last week, I was standing in the front of my house on a 6 ft. sand dune and watched the truck drive by. There are 11 houses on my street, 5 on the east side and 6 on the west side, yes there is a lot of space between the houses. I have informed FedEx of this problem several times and told them that they are causing their customers to lose business.     Our clinic closes daily @ 2:30pm. Yesterday I tried to send 3 packages containing medical specimens that could not be placed in the outside drop boxes.     I have repeatedly had my packages misdelivered and it is next to impossible to find out where they went and why they were delivered to the wrong place. 100% of the time, it is FEDEX delivery drivers who don't pay attention and deliver it to the wrong address. When you run a trace on a package, it takes 24-48 hours just to hear from the driver who made the mistake. By that time, the vendor could just ship it via another carrier, and FedEx can admit failure and return the package they lost, whenever they get around to finding it. I recognize that online stores don't always give you a choice of shipper, but, I recommend NOT using FedEx. If they lose your package, ask the original seller to ship again using a different carrier, it WILL be a more efficient use of time.

    On 12/16/17 I took a 4' tall x 5' wide and 4" deep FedEx box containing a painting of a Madonna and Child to one of their offices in Santa Fe, NM. It was a reproduction from the Cuzco school of devotional art from the 18th century that was framed. I paid $47.03 to have it shipped FedEx ground to Denver. I said the painting was only worth $100 as I never expected FedEx to lose a box this big. The actual value was $500. The package was picked up by a driver on 12/18/17 at 12:31 PM. It was never seen again. I called FedEx on 12/21. They told me it was lost. I then emailed Fred Smith, the CEO of FedEx expressing my concern. I told him the actual value was $500. On 12/22 I drove to FedEx Ground warehouse in Santa Fe. I spent an hour there. The only scan they had on record was the pick up here in town. There was no record of it arriving at their hub in Denver. They believe the package was lost as well.

    When I came home I had a telephone message from Tanya ** with the executive offices of FedEx in Memphis. She told me she would try to find the package for me. She asked me to email her a photo of the painting which I did. I told her the actual value was $500 as well. On 12/26 I filed a claim with FedEx. The claim requested receipts. I faxed them the receipt for shipping the package to Denver. I couldn't provide them with receipts for framing and the purchase of the painting because I bought and framed the painting in 2000. Eventually I found the canceled check for the framing of the painting. I sent a copy of the check to Fred Smith.

    Tanya ** told me they couldn't reimburse for the $500 for the painting because I said the painting was only worth $100. She and their director of claims that they were only liable for $100. I have received a check for $100. Today they sent me a check for $11.74 which isn't the amount I paid for shipping. I asked their director of claims to send me a report of the investigation. He refuses to forward it to me.

    I can only come to the conclusion that my painting was stolen by the driver who picked it up on 12/18 as nothing else makes any sense. I have told FedEx that I consider this theft since they won't explain how this huge box disappeared. Under these circumstances I should be reimbursed $500 rather than $100. I can't believe they can't reimburse me the full amount for shipping when company netted nearly three billion dollars last year. I will NEVER ship with FedEx again! This is the worse customer service ever!!!

    Package was supposed to be delivered by 8pm today. At 9pm I check the online tracking to see if there was a weather related problem or a delay. Package states it is in transit from Tennessee so I figure probably a weather delay and I could call and get an updated estimate on arrive date and time to make sure someone is home to receive the package. I finally gave up and hung up the phone.

    HOW ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS. I understand delays. I understand things happen, but for the love of Pete you have a tracking number for a reason. It tells you things like the package hasn't left the last destination it was scanned. How does your system not have an algorithm to automatically change estimated arrival dates. Why have a customer service center if all they are able to do is read me the same information I can see with my own eyes. So irritating. I waste an entire day waiting for a package you knew would never leave your facility that day. How is it okay for your company to inconvenience people because your staff is either too lazy, or your system is so archaic that a new ETA can not be calculated. That is unacceptable.

    Two packages sent to me from overseas were held at a FedEx location at Houston, without either the sender or recipient requesting for this. Therefore they never attempted to deliver the package to my home address as I was expecting. Because I was NOT notified that the packages were held at Fedex, I did not come to pick them up. The packages were sent back to the recipient and now I have to pay AGAIN so that they can be delivered to me. This is outrageous since we DID NOT request the packages to be held at the Fedex facility and we were not notified that this was the case, even though they had my email and telephone number. On top of this customer service has been useless. I have called more than 10 times for somebody to be able to help me.     I had a terrible experience with FedEx. I took to expedited delivery on Jan 10th and spent extra money for this, so that my package would be delivered on 12th Jan 10.30 AM. It is Jan 15th today, and still my package has not been delivered. When I tracked my package it said, that due to winter storm, it could not be delivered on time and that's it. No whereabouts of my package, which also has a huge check inside it. Obviously, I am anxious about it. I can understand that weather plays an important part in timely shipments, but FedEx did not send me any sort of notifications.     The customer service I have received while trying to send an international package through FedEx has been awful. This was my first package I have ever sent via FedEx. Basically, I was trying to send a little gag gift to my good friends in Canada full of little dollar store junk, some little funny things and some serious gifts. When I went to the FedEx location I was pleased to hear ground shipping from Ohio to Conn, Ontario was only $32 for two day shipping. The guy at the counter put in the system that the items were MISC and said that description would be fine. Lo and behold my package gets stopped before even leaving Ohio with a delivery exception stating there was not correct paperwork for it for customs.

    I then called customer service. I spoke with a woman who informed me that what the man in the store did was wrong because I needed to provide an itemized list of every item in the box with values and countries of origin. I said there was no possible way I could do that because I didn't have those receipts any longer so I became frustrated and had her make a note to ship it back to me so I could send it through the USPS which I have never had these problems with. She said that was fine but there would be a fee to have it shipped back and that I had to make a FedEx account. Whatever, I did it. I just wanted my damn package back. THEN later that same day a woman called me saying that it was no problem to have the package sent to Canada. I just needed to give a few examples of things that were in there so customs could get a feel for the kinds of things I was sending. Cool. I was glad someone went the extra mile to help me.

    She said she'd prevent it from being sent back to me. Well wouldn't you know, I checked the tracking the day it was supposed to finally be delivered. It was in the correct town just a bit away from the destination, when the next day it said it WAS BEING SENT BACK TO ME. So of course I called customer service yet again to have it resolved. The gentleman on the phone said it was already back in the US and there was nothing anyone could do for me and that I'd have to pay to have it shipped ALL OVER AGAIN. I checked the tracking again today and it still says it's going to Conn, Ontario by the 16th and I'm just 100% done with this BS. This was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of January. I'm all around disappointed in the lack of organization with this company.

    Waiting tonight for a large check to be delivered from my mutual fund to pay for home repairs. As is (unfortunately) usual, FedEx has let me down AGAIN. Still "in transit" at 9:15 tonight, whatever that even means. I can't even call Pacific Life to tell them to take the overnight delivery charge off until Monday. This is Friday night. Obviously I won't get the check in time to have in my bank account for next week to pay my contractor. FEDEX, THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The thing is, that this is not the first time that this has happened.

    On 11/30/17 I dropped off my Legacybox full of irreplaceable videos at the local post office. It had a Smartpost label, so I was to drop it off at the post office, and they were to transfer it to FedEx. I tracked the package a few days later. The USPS tracking information showed the package being transferred to FedEx, but when I tracked it on the FedEx site it did not show receiving the package.

    I called FedEx customer support, and they assured me the package was not lost. They said someone would contact me within 48 hours. Two days later I received a call from FedEx. They told me they were still looking for my package and asked what the contents were. After I told them the box contained irreplaceable videos I did not get another call from them. They were supposed to call me back with 48 hours, but did not. I gave them 4 days to call me, but I finally decided to call FedEx back.

    I called FedEx two other times as well hoping to speak to someone different who could help me. All three times I was told by the Smartpost division they did not have the package. I went to my local post office (in my small town), and they assured me they transferred the package to FedEx on 12/1/17. I believe that the post office did indeed transfer the package. Their website shows it being scanned as it left their facility. However, the person at the post office said when these packages are picked up by FedEx they are not scanned as they load them on the truck. Her assumption was that they are scanned as they are unloaded from the truck at their facility.

    A month and a half later the package is still lost. I emailed Legacybox as soon as I found out the package was missing. They have not been able to help. At first I received a few emails from them, but I'm no longer receiving emails from them. They also have not refunded my money. If this was an item that could be replaced I could handle it being lost. The fact that these items are irreplaceable leaves me heartbroken. I'm also shocked by the lack of response from FedEx.

    We have always had problems with FedEx deliveries. Never any problems with USPS or UPS deliveries. The latest was yesterday, we had a package delivered to us that was addressed to a totally different street name and a different house number. How can the driver be that far wrong??? Our house number is large and on the front of our house. I guess they cannot read.

    The last two times I was suppose to receive packages, FedEx tracking said been delivered, well wasn't to me, don't know where they delivered them to. One did finally show up and the other never did. Plus we have a driveway that goes beside house to a parking area and a sidewalk that leads to our main door, but the drivers always goes to an off door that they have to walk through grass and mud to get to, which also has a larger sign that says, "Use Other Door".     A friend ordered me a loveseat from Walmart for my birthday. It was supposed to be shipped in 2 packages and both would arrive on Jan 9, 2018. While tracking it all I had was the master tracking number, and tracked it to the local warehouse, on January 8, 2018. It showed both packages being scanned in within 5 minutes of each other, and said not due for delivery. Later that evening I was checking my email at about 4:30 pm and had a notice from FedEx that they delivered my package that day. I live in an apartment building, I went to my front door and discovered they had dropped the package at the bottom of a flight of stairs that I can't use because of a disability. Furthermore the driver never came to the door to let me know it was here.

    Several attempts to talk to customer service resulted in hangup calls, and rude people that lied to me. They claim the apartment number was not on the shipping label and they had also put my phone number in wrong. I'm now out $20 to have someone finish FedEx's delivery for me and customer service refuses to refund me the $20 I shelled out to have someone finish their work. The box was too big and blocked outside door making hard to get through in an emergency. As of now I will refuse to use any of FedEx's services. Call Me Fed UP!

    FedEx contracts drivers so they don't have to take responsibility for what happens to our packages. I had two day shipping starting from Jan 2, it's now the 9th. I had multiple packages, one got delivered today and they lost the last one. I have been on the phone multiple times because the first delivery attempt the driver just drove by. He didn't stop. I guess it was his Friday so he blew off his deliveries. I called immediately to FedEx. I told him to have him come back and I wanted to speak to the manager. No call no packages. Two days later... one package and they lost the other one. This time I got the manager... they said they would call right back... that was hours ago. This is the Burlington Wa FedEx Ground. They should be ashamed of themselves. The driver should be fired. The manager needs to be held responsible. The worst customer service on the planet. Incompetence. A monkey could do a better job with a blindfold on.

    Ordered live animals, to be sent FedEx priority overnight by 12 noon delivery. Asked for notifications. Did not arrive and no notifications from FedEx. Called twice. Was told they were two hours away and would be delayed until the next day. At 5:15 pm, shipper emailed that FedEx said they were sitting at the FedEx depot 1/2 hour away. Called FedEx again. Depot had closed at 4 pm, doesnt reopen until tomorrow at 0930. Animals likely are all dead. I could have driven to get them if FedEx had told me where they were before they closed! Cannot get off work during their open hours tomorrow to pick up the box that was to be early am delivery to my home today. Lost $70. Plus the poor creatures. FedEx just made excuses, didnt do any requested email notifications. This is the third time this year. For shame!

    I ordered something that is not sold out and cannot be re-ordered. They marked my package as “delivered” although I was home all day and the FedEx driver never came! After numerous back and forth phone calls their answer was the “driver cannot find the package“ and to “call the company you ordered the item from.” This is totally unacceptable!! You cannot mark something as delivered when clearly it was not! It seems to me the drivers are keeping the packages as there is no way someone could be this incompetent!! Businesses... do not use FedEx!! Consumers... do not use a company that uses FedEx. You Will Never Get Your Package!!!

    I have been notified by email of scheduled delivery 3 times. Each day I wait for delivery and each day FedEx changes the date. I have rescheduled appointments twice waiting for my package. My advice would be UPS. They deliver on time. Worst delivery service around.

    On 12/08/2017, I shipped out a brand new white iCloud locked iPhone 8 plus 64GB in the original box along with a case and sim card to my friend in Upstate New York so he could bring it to my mom overseas for Xmas. I didn’t want to take the chance for the package being stolen so I chose to have it shipped to a FedEx location for my friend to pick up. The package was about 1.5lbs. I specifically asked the employee at FedEx store how to insure my iPhone inside because I can’t afford losing it especially because it is a holiday gift. Therefore, I ended up buying $800 insurance through FedEx as it is the price of my iPhone before tax and I didn’t remember the tax amount.

    Due to the snow storm, my friend wasn’t able to pick it up until 12/13/2017. He opened the package and the iPhone was gone. The back of the package which was sealed with Amazon tape was tampered and taped with clear tape. Someone opened it. Only the silicone case and sim card were in the package. My friend notified me right away and told the store employee in Upstate New York. I called FedEx immediately and filed a claim. The rep told me someone would call me within two hours to tell me what to do next. Nobody called. I called FedEx the next day. The rep told me someone would call me at the end of the day. Nobody called. I called FedEx the day after, they transferred me to the voicemail of an “agent” so I left a voicemail. Nobody contacted with me.

    The following Monday, I called FedEx again and was transferred to a supervisor. She listened to what I said and transferred me to the claim department. After being on hold for more than 20 minutes, they just hung up on me and took me to the phone survey. I called again and the rep then tried for 15 minutes and couldn’t transfer me to claim department again. I searched for the claim form through google and found a form and sent six emails of evidence I had along with the claim form. The documents include the pictures of tampered package, items left inside, full conversation with my friend and my mom, iPhone purchase confirmation, locked iCloud and marked lost information, conversation with Apple rep regarding locking and locating lost phone and etc.

    I don’t get what’s the point of filing over the phone then. Some of the documents (screenshots) were in Chinese which I stated in my email hoping as a big company, FedEx should have someone who is able to read it. About five days later, I received a letter saying FedEx couldn’t verify some of my documents and needed additional documents but didn’t say what couldn’t be verified and what I could do to help verify the documents. Two days after that I received the same exactly letter again. I gathered other information related to the phone and emailed it over. So far, no response. When a 1.5 lbs package arrived weighing less than 0.5lb, isn’t it obvious enough someone opened the package during the process? If FedEx wanted to treat the claim seriously, they could have communicated with me and maybe pull up the camera record at the FedEx store to catch the guy.

    My package was delivered by FedEx on my front doorstep at 4:32 pm. Opened up my door and surprise, no package. I call FedEx and explain the situation, the guy was nice and gave me a case number and said someone would call me in 2-4 hours. That was last night and I have not received a phone call from anyone. So I did some research and read hundreds of horrible reviews about packages being delivered to neighbors, thrown in bushes, left on streets etc. so when it was light out the next day (today) I looked all around my house and took a walk around my cul de sac looking to see if it was dropped at a neighbors. No luck in my circle so I continued up the street in my development to the next street over.

    Walked past a house with my house number but a different street name. Paused, and decided to go ring their doorbell. A man came to the door and I said, "Hi, did you happen to get a FedEx package delivered here last night?" Before the sentence was out of my mouth he was nodding and reaching for my package. Handing it to me I checked the address and sure enough, it was my missing package. He said he was going to send his daughter down to my house to drop it off for me that day. I thanked him grateful it was delivered to an honest family. Way to go FedEx. If not for me or my honest neighbors I probably wouldn't have gotten my $90 sneakers I ordered for work. I will check from now on where my vendors are shipping from and steer clear of FedEx.

    I ordered a item and the delivery driver brought 15 to 20 packages into the rental office. Not exactly sure what happened to set the driver off but she had scanned all the packages. Words were exchanged and the driver decided to take all of the package back on to the truck and drove off. Cursing the office clerk and her supervisor on the phone and drove off with all the package never to be seen again. Completely unacceptable and unbelievable.

    We have lived in our home for 20+ years. UPS has never had an issue delivering our packages. However, FedEx is the worst delivery company in the US. They misdeliver, and always (if the package is delivered) leave it at my neighbor. This is unacceptable especially since all my boxes at marked not to deliver to houses is a certain location. I have talked to 1800 FedEx, the station manager, and the companies I get deliveries from. Nothing has worked. Whenever possible I request only UPS. This is a terrible company with lousy drivers who obviously cannot read. I would rate this company a negative stars if it were possible.

    My experience with FedEx has been a nightmare... I know the conditions are bad with the snowstorm but my development was plowed and UPS and USPS made delivery... FedEx never even attempted it... I called after 8 pm once I realized my package wasn’t being delivered and was told it would be redelivered Saturday 1/6/18. I call back Saturday 1/6/18 for an update only to find out they don’t even deliver on Saturday. I will never use FedEx again. They obviously do not take it seriously.

Customer service does not care at all because, they make no effort in really finding what happened. My package was said to be delivered when it was not. It has been two days now, I have to call in order to get updates on this so called "investigation." I want my package or a compensation.

    I guess, sadly, business is scrounging for every possible penny, so they cut corners in every way possible, and the total GARBAGE this company has become, is a clear indication of this in effect. I placed an order from X company (name is unimportant), which promised overnight shipping. I ordered after 4:00 p.m., so I understood they could not get the package out that day. The next day however, I received a message on my phone that I had a FedEx package. Not knowing it was a message about this package in particular, and thinking that FedEx was trying to deliver a package, I PHONED them to please "knock" because our doorbell had stopped working.

    It turned out, according to the FedEx lady I spoke to, to be only a notice "advising" that the package I had ordered the day before was shipped with them and giving me the tracking number. I thought: Great. I then told the lady to please add a notation to "knock", and that this was very important. The next day I get home at 5 and see a notice that they attempted delivery at 12. I asked my family if no one opened the door and they said no one had knocked. I called FedEx to see if they could attempt re-delivery and they said, "The driver had gone home at 3:00 p.m.", and the next delivery would not be until the following Monday (it was Friday).

    I asked why since the package sender clearly paid for OVERNIGHT delivery, and their "end-of-day' was clearly marked/denoted as 8:00 p.m. They said FedEx was only paid to make a delivery "attempt." I said, "Wait, wait" - so FEDEX (and let's just incorporate EVERY job on the planet, such as lawyers defending people, and doctors saving people, and restaurant chefs who cook) is/are NOT paid to actually deliver (or do their jobs), but to "ATTEMPT" to do their jobs. She then suggested I actually go pick up my package because it wasn't "too far away" from me. I said, "Sure, I'll go do half of what FedEx was paid to do."

    This is the 3rd time I have had packages suppose to be delivered and they failed to delivery. It was suppose be delivered on the 4th, they changed it to the 5th and now they say the 9th. They also refuse to ring the door bell. So they just throw packages on the porch. This is the reason I will not purchase or ship anything through FedEx. It is the worse delivery system of all. I have better luck with UPS, the post office and DHL. With such poor service how do they stay in business. Beware shipping or receiving anything through FedEx!!!

    UPDATE: Correction: the dates should have been 2018. Fedex contacted me, explaining they ship to businesses and consumers through separate divisions/locations. While I'm glad they contacted me, it still means the business customers were important enough to receive deliveries that day, but consumers were not. It doesn't change my review. Other carriers are able to give both equal importance. If you're a business who sells to consumers, or a consumer, you might want to avoid this company until that policy changes.

Thu morning, FedEx tracking said out for delivery & phone agent said arrival that day, despite expected snow storm, changed after storm to delayed. 1/5 morning: Tracking said arrival by end of day. 2 hrs later, tracking said tomorrow. Phone agent said they weren't delivering today, while they were saying that, I saw FedEx delivering to business next door. Thanks for 2 parents and 2 children being stuck in house with no net/tv/etc. Obvious business comes first. A similar situation occurred with UPS, but Customer service made sure package arrived that day. Too bad FedEx doesn't realize all businesses have regular people as customers. If you have a business which deals with customers, I suggest you use someone who cares about customers, not just corporations.

    I took off work to sign for a package that required a signature to be delivered. I got a text from the sender of the package that said a delivery attempt was made but no one was home to sign... I feel very satisfied that multiple people have had this same problem because all FIVE of the people I spoke with at FedEx tried to suggest that they didn't believe me and acted as if this were a circumstance they'd never heard of.

    The first time I called customer service, the man I talked to said the driver couldn't come back out because he can't make 2 delivery attempts in one day. I told him that was unacceptable as the driver hasn't even made 1 delivery attempt today. I was transferred to someone who was supposed to be a supervisor but she was even less professional than her subordinate. She acted as if my issue was an extreme inconvenience for her (let’s not forget, I took off work to sign for a package that was never delivered to my house). She told me she would call the center near me and try to get the package delivered today then hung up without confirming that the package would, indeed, be delivered today. So I called back to make sure my package would be delivered as scheduled.

    The 3rd person I talked to was very nice and very helpful. He did everything in his power but ultimately could not guarantee me that my package would be delivered by end of day. (Still claiming that the driver could not make the same attempt twice in one day... No one seemed to understand that NO ATTEMPTS HAVE HAPPENED YET TODAY! <--- this is the point that frustrates me the most. No one could acknowledge that him "coming back" was not him coming back as he hasn't even been to my freaking house yet... so there is absolutely no reason for me to not get my package as scheduled). So that's when I jumped on Twitter. I wrote a really long complaint and someone from FedEx responded (4th person). I gave them my contact information and that's when someone from FedEx (5th person) called me.

    I explained to him that not only has no one been out to my house today but no one left notices when they had come to my house on previous days. He acted very surprised by this (although when reading these reviews this does not seem to be an uncommon occurrence) and was very understanding of my frustration. He told me he would call the driver and make sure he delivered my package today. I was extremely satisfied with his response until he called back and started asking me questions that suggested he believed the driver had been by my house earlier and I hadn't been home. I was home. I even have a doorbell camera that records when people come to my door. The 1st 2 attempts were recorded. (although no notices were left so without that recording I would never have even known the 1st 2 attempts were made) There was no 3rd attempt. I was downstairs listening for the door. There was no knock or ring.

    At this point FedEx, you've completely lost my trust in you. And it sounds like this is a situation that has happened to multiple customers. So don't treat me like an anomaly. You guys clearly lack a system that holds drivers accountable for making deliveries when they're supposed to and properly notifying customers. Had my first interaction with customer service been "I'm so sorry, we'll get that taken care of today," I would have been happy, and the 4 other people I talked to would have had a much better day as well. Get it together purple and green. This is the worst customer service experience I've had in YEARS. Ultimately, after much unnecessary stress, I finally received my package. At this point, I just want you guys to acknowledge that this is an issue and work to fix it. This is a reflection of poor upper management and lack of care from company leaders. Your customers and your staff deserve better.

    The last time I will ever use FedEx! They lost a package with a document that I desperately needed. After checking everywhere and not finding the package the last check is to call the driver. However, the driver is on vacation and their policy does not allow any calls to drivers when they are on vacation. So the driver who was so anxious to go on vacation lost my package and now I am supposed to wait for 10 plus days before they will call him. This is absolutely unbelievable. This loss has caused irreparable damage to me. FedEx accepts ZERO responsibility and their concern is not to disturb the driver's vacation. They could care less about their customers. Time to use DHL or UPS. I warn anyone with a document they actually must receive NEVER use FedEx - if they lose your shipment you will not receive any help.

    I purchased a sterling silver ice cream serving set from an online auction in California. The packaging company only uses FedEx, and I had to pay a whopping $84 to have a 4 pound package shipped to me in Georgia. But I had no other choice, so I paid up. I'm really looking forward to receiving this, so I've been following its progress across the country using the tracking number. Yesterday morning, the updated tracking info showed my package's location as Kennesaw, GA, less than ten miles away from my workplace. Great, I thought, I'll have this by day's end.     Tracking info last night showed its current location, still, as Kennesaw. Same thing this morning. Feeling incredibly ticked off by this point - the delivery date reading FRIDAY, January 5 (today is the 3rd), I called (foreign) customer service. The CSR said, "It will be delivered Friday because that's when we promised it would be delivered by." But it's less than ten miles away, I responded, and the CSR said he'd get me to a supervisor who'd tell me the exact same thing. I then found a local number. This person was no more helpful, just said the package had "GPS'd" in the Kennesaw area but she didn't know where it was. She then graciously suggested that I pick it up myself. OK, before I start my 35 mile drive home, I'll fight traffic for an extra 20 miles to fetch a package that I paid $84 to have delivered? No. Do your job, and get me my stuff. Ridiculous.

    Sent diabetic test strips to my mother who is 85 years old and who lives down south of Morocco. The Moroccan customs called my nephew who also lives down south to travel to Casablanca and bring "a doctor's prescription" to release the shipment. Basically diabetic test strips do not require a "doctor's prescription" and it is an over the counter product. While my nephew couldn't leave his job, the package disappeared. Even I requested my package back to be returned but with no luck. Now, I lost $900 value and my mother is out of diabetic test strips. I don't know who to blame either FedEx or Moroccan continuing corruption. But something has to change!

    I looked at my tracking and it said it was to be delivered by end of day 12/30/2017 then It was changed to 1/2/2018. Now today I have the same issue. It wont be delivered until 1/3/18. On 12/29/17 the package said it left Grove City OH. When I checked today to make sure I was still getting it today and it showed it left Grove City Ohio this morning. This is the worst company I have dealt with.

    I was expecting a delivery today from FedEx and was home waiting for their driver. I received an alert over my cell phone stating that my package was not delivered because no one was home. I called the 800 number and was advised by an employee. That I would have to wait 4 days for another delivery. I then asked for a supervisor who informed me that he would have the driver contacted and return with my package. I never received a second call advising me if the driver was returning or not, and if I was going to be able to pick up my package at Walgreens approximately 25 miles away. Their customer service is outsourced and is totally unsatisfactory. The item shipped was purchased from Amazon and shipped from California. I am a Prime member and had to pay $35.00 shipping. This is not the first problem I have had with FedEx delivery... They are just substandard as compared to UPS or even the USPS.

    I called customer service and the First Lady I spoke to had a accent and I couldn’t understand her. I told her that or maybe it’s cause she was talking too fast. I guess she got offended because after she talked to me like I was stupid. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor. I asked why my package has changed estimated shipping days 3x. He said they tried dropping it off and nobody was home. I said false because I have been by my door on the couch all day. Nobody ever knocks on my door. He then asked me if they left a door tag. I said, "No they never ever leave door tags." So apparently it’s up to whoever is delivering if they want a signature and if they don’t get it your package won’t be dropped off. So supervisor was just as bad as representative honestly.

    I live with my husband who’s very ill and 99% of the time I’m in the bedroom that’s located in the rear of my home. I can’t hear the doorbell or knocks on the door. My house was struck by lightning and I needed to replace my TVs. AAFES had a great deal on TVs. A week or 2 ago I ordered 2 and was expecting them to be left on my porch. Checked online and found out delivery was attempted twice, that one last delivery would be attempted the next day and that the TVs had to be signed for.

    I called the 800 and was told to place a note on the front door stating that I couldn’t hear the doorbell and for the delivery person to call my cell phone number. I immediately did as I was told, but the next day things went wrong. I waited, but happened to go to the door to check on things and found 2 packages of health food for a different address. I called the 800 again and told them that I had to have delivery that day as they stated on the shipment status left on my door because the next day I had to go to North Carolina. I was put on hold while they contacted the local warehouse here in Columbia, SC. The message relayed to me by the 800# customer service rep from a female worker at the warehouse was the only thing they were willing to do was to attempt delivery again the next day, for the 3rd and final time.

    The customer service rep stated he told the warehouse that I would be out of town the next day, that the status on my door stated my delivery would be today and that the packages received were the wrong ones. The warehouse refused to cooperate with me. The rep told me they’re not allowed to give out telephone numbers for the warehouse, but he give me the address. I drove to the warehouse and demanded to talk to the woman who the rep had talked to. The man at the desk refused and told me I had to talk to him. I let him have it, but his attitude was no better than what was relayed to me over the phone. With a nasty tone he asked me what exactly I wanted him to do. I told him I didn’t care if he had to bring my TVs to me in his car, but that I wanted my TVs delivered that day! He finally relented and talked the driver into bringing the TVs to me after he made his last delivery that night.

    I finally got them, but the TVs are so nice and the price is so good that I ordered 3 more. This time I decided to be proactive and place a note on my door days prior to delivery hoping that everything would go differently this time. I heard a truck outside today, but by the time I got to the door the FedEx truck was gone and a status message was left on my door saying another attempt will be made tomorrow. As I said, there was a sign on my door with my telephone number on it.

    I called the 800 number and was told to expect a telephone call right away from the locals. I waited. No phone call. I called again and was transferred to a local office. I recounted the entire story and was promised that a special message would be sent for the driver to call me when he attempts delivery tomorrow. We’ll see what happens tomorrow, but I won’t be surprised if I have to make another visit to the local office next week to get this straightened out again. I’ve always thought FedEx had an exemplary reputation. I’d never heard anything negative until now. I must say I’m shocked that they treat customers this way. I hope my story somehow helps someone else.

    Would give no stars if possible. I received an open (flaps outward) box delivered to my doorstep today, missing the order's packing slip/paperwork and half of the packing material. The delivery person did not ring my doorbell to explain the condition nor did they leave a note. Luckily the company I ordered from wrapped the two boxes of dishes extensively in bubble wrap otherwise, it would have been more of a disaster. I have no idea how FedEx even knew if they delivered a complete order - since there was no information what was supposed to be in the box. I contacted their customer service dept who said "they will look into it" and nothing more. They take no accountability for the damage or the irresponsibility of leaving the mess of the package at my doorstep. I will never willing use their services again.

While speaking with a representative they mentioned "this happens a lot" and especially beyond their control if the package appears to be from China, since most of what is sent to Amazon is from China (i.e., Chinese Logo whatever on the carton). REALLY? Why isn't FedEx checking the shipping label if they know this happens A LOT?

    They also offered up that it was the holiday and they were very busy so mistakes happen. FedEx mentioned Amazon's policy is to hold packages 3-5 days before returning packages back to FedEx. That was the 18th and now it's the 28th. I called today and was told FedEx had not made time yet to retrieve my package and I should check back tomorrow. Beyond livid and WHY are they not following up with me?

    I live on a street that is basically a circle, and my address is almost identical to one of my neighbors with the exception of the A that is listed behind the numbers of my address. FedEx continuously deliver packages around the corner to the other house even though there is clearly a difference in the address. Most of the time, I sit outside and flag them down on their way around the corner, or attempt to get the package from my neighbor. This time, they went the opposite way and left an exception of no one home on their door. They never ask for ID even though they clearly see there is no A behind their address (clearly an exception).

    Once my husband and I withdrew a substantial amount of money from our 401K to pay for our daughter's education and FedEx delivered it around the corner, no ID whatsoever. When I asked the neighbor about the check he denied receiving it, until I pointed out the name on the mail he was holding. And the lady at the service center was like, "Well you got your mail. I don't see the problem."

    I've been doing a lot of online sales and had been using UPS or USPS in past for most shipping. I started to use Fedex also in 11-2017. I shipped shipments with them... they scattered the knob of one packaged item.. Customer had to return for full refund. Item was packed very well, like all my shipments, bubble wrap and lots of shipping paper in all hollow areas of box. They must of slammed box down sideways or something. I filed the insurance claim, fedex denied.. I had sent 7 pics of item and packing material.. They still denied and yelled at me on the phone. These folks are real nice people, they do not pay their insurance claims and their workers are hostile when communicating with customers! I will never ship with them again.

    I have had problems most of the time when companies that use FedEx not getting delivered when the say they will. Doesn’t matter if it’s holiday season or not. Latest is a FedEx priority overnight and they just postponed it.

    Ordered perishable items from WI to AL (2 day express shipping) on the 18th. Didn't receive my order until yesterday, Dec. 23. Driver loaded my package onto my truck, and unloaded it at end of day without ever attempting to deliver it (4x). Customer Service is a joke. I had spoken to ONE woman who could speak English fluently and she helped me contact the driver and pinpoint his location. I work in fleet management, and their tracking/updating system is deplorable. You should know where your drivers and trucks are 24/7. Finally got my delivery around 4 pm on the 23rd, the driver just put it on my porch and RAN AWAY. Literally ran away, to avoid confrontation. Terrible customer service, gross negligence on package handling.

    In a little under 3 years, we had a Dell laptop going ‘missing’ @ the Birmingham store during shipping. We’ve paid for 2 day shipping on several occasions. That has taken up to 10 days, and now another ‘lost’ package. We have 3 Christmas presents ‘in transit’ that won’t arrive until 2 days after Christmas, and expedited shipping was paid for, 2 weeks before Christmas. Not what I consider last minute shipping. FedEx apparently doesn’t do background checks on employees with all of the ‘missing’ packages, and the company basically practices thievery taking money for expedited shipping and not delivering as promised. Will avoid using FedEx when I can!

    FedEx has lost two of my packages in the span of 3 weeks... Both saying left on front porch! I have had horrible luck getting ahold of a person until my local FedEx shipping office told me to hit # as many times until a person came on the phone! I have filed complaints but they never seem in any hurry to help me or respond. I live in the middle of nowhere and have checked with all of my neighbors. NOTHING! I will NOT use FedEx again!! Nothing but hassle and disappointment. I bought one package from eBay and at least there may be a way to still receive what I ordered...     I have a package that was sent on Wednesday (i.e 20/12/17) and to be delivered on Friday (i.e 22/12/17) which was a presentation from my family for my birthday but I'm not receiving it on time. None of them had given proper information and such a waste and worst service. When I called them they said it's in the transit. Will be delivered soon. Again when we track the status it says customer did not respond, none of them was here to deliver my package. I was waiting all the day. Later on, Again I called them back and ask them to send it to nearer FedEx office from my location and also given the particular address to be dropped.

    Later on, I spoke with customer support guy he said, "You can pick it up at 6:30 sharp at that location" and turned back at the time none of my packages were delivered. Then, a second time when I had a conversation with one lady she said, "It went back to transit again. You can expect it by Tuesday." They themselves don't have any proper information and making me wait for a package from days together. Never go for FedEx next time. At least, now I want to know whether I can collect it on Tuesday. I demand a proper explanation for my situation.

    I ordered a cheesecake as a gift for friends in another state. The item was packaged frozen and in dry ice. It was shipped on a Monday with a delivery date of Wednesday. The package arrived at the final delivery hub Wednesday morning and was then on truck to be delivered to recipients. By the end of the day still not delivered. Postponed until next day. On Thursday item was out for delivery. Not delivered, postponed again. Friday same deal. Now it says rescheduled for next business day the 27th. This will be one week later than original delivery date. The box even has perishable in large letters on it. FedEx advertises they are the best in shipping perishables and getting them delivered on time. Really! What a pathetic joke!

    My holiday gift was supposed to be at my apartment by 12pm. Here I am at 12:30 waiting. Still no show. I then check my tracker bar and it states that I was not present for the delivery. No one ever showed up at all. So, I call to have my package redelivered. The rep states it will be at my door by 5pm today. At this point I have little faith so I wait about 15 mins and call back to have another rep tell me that actually as soon as the first rep was off the phone with me. There was a case stating a delivery will not be available today due to high call volume. So in the end I’m going to have to drive to the facility to pick up my overnight package.

    I knew I should of went with UPS or USPS for shipping. I dropped my package off at a FedEx location drop off and the CS rep scanned in my package and said that FedEx will be by some time today to pick up. I went to track it next day and they still hadn't picked up. They are basically telling me I'm SOL about my package getting delivered in time for Xmas. They are a freaking joke.

    My package was overnighted from supplier on 12/21/2017. It was suppose to be delivered by 8pm on 12/22/2017. When it had not arrived by 9:05 I called customer service. I was told that my package was still at the hub in NJ and that it would be out for delivery on 12/26/2017. Explained I would not be here to accept package on 26th. Customer service transferred my call to a customer service advocate team member. Spoke with her she said Tracking department would call me back on the evening of the 22nd. She gave me a case number.

    At 11:50pm I had not heard from the Tracking department. I called customer service again. New representative told me that the tracking department was closed for the day and had been closed when I spoke to the first customer service agent. So there was no way for them to call me on the 22nd. I have been on the phone with them twice on the 23rd. No one has returned my call. It's bad enough that they lost my package but even worse that they continue to lie to me.

    Received notice on mailbox, "Driveway was icy. Could not deliver. Would make another attempt". Had someone sand the driveway that night. Status went to customer must pick up. Called the Lewiston Maine facility and asked why I was going to have to pick up my package. They took the tracking number and said NO ONE HOME. And hung up. I called back and asked, "Why are you so rude and why did you hang up on me." And then asked for the supervisor. She was nasty and said, "Well he’ll say the same thing." I said, "I would like to hear it." He came on the phone and went through the same thing. He stated that the driver had been to my home 4 times and placed a notice 4 times. And that it was my word against his.

    I said no it wasn’t my word against his, that I was disabled and that I hadn’t left my home all week. That I had a camera fixed covering my yard and door and could prove no one had been to my home. This person was really nasty and stated, "Well I guess you have more problems than not getting your package. Why don’t you worry about that." I guess I do. It was a Christmas gift for my family that I had been waiting for and I do not have the means to travel the 20 miles to pick it up. If this is how they treat people something needs to be done.

    FedEx was the carrier for delivery on an item I purchased from a major retailer. It was ground delivery, picking up in California, and delivering to Oregon. Was suppose to arrive by Dec. 20, 2017. They did not deliver, and stated they could not find the street number. I verified address with them, and rep on the phone stated, it would be delivered the next day. Same thing happened, they said they could not find the street number. I pulled up the address on Google Maps, and it had a perfect little map, with a picture of the house, sitting just where the address indicated.

    I called FedEx, and have been on hold now for 2 hours 7 minutes and 40 seconds...(still haven't answered.) The email they sent me said they will not try to deliver again until Dec. 26th. This is a Christmas gift for a little girl. They shipped on Dec. 19th, and tried delivery twice, (somehow the driver didn't know how to read the street signs) but now they have two more days to deliver before Christmas and they aren't going to do it. This is so unacceptable and I believe that their driver never tried delivery.

    Customer service is very bad, with these kinds of wait times. And, I sent emails, and received auto responses that they were sending my concerns to appropriate departments so they could get back to me, not soon I am sure. This is unbelievable. An item that could have been delivered so easily, and I had plenty of time before Christmas, and FedEx is dropping the ball. Well, there are other choices, and I will be certain to never use them again, and make sure everyone I know, doesn't either.

    I had a bad experience with this company ever! I was waiting my gift since 1 week that the wine’s company shipped the box. Every day I was waiting this box at home because it needs a signature for 1 week, and the next day I check my email and it said that they tried to delivery me the box but anyone was at home! I have a camera outside of my building and nobody from FEDEX show up!

    So I called the customer service and they couldn’t find the box! What they were just apologize but they didn’t anything about the box, I called a customer service or the groceries store next my door? After they found the box I requested to keep the box in the office and pass by there in person to pick up the box. I get my box. I opened (when I was still in the office because I felt something was wrong) and look what happened! But the story is not done yet guys my girlfriend and me made complain to them and they said, “Give us the wine. We gonna destroy it and call the company that they gonna sent to you a new box!” How is it ridiculous?

    I am pretty sure you need to get rid of the driver in my area. My first experience required a signature so I took the day off and waited. I noticed on my front door that there was a sticker that said they missed me (mind you my car was in the driveway and the front door was open) and that they wanted me to sign and leave on the door, they would then drop the package the next day. Now I took the day off so that I would not have a $1000.00 phone sitting on my porch and possibly taken so now I have taken a day off work and I had to drive across town to pick it up from the FedEx location myself in order to ensure it was not sitting outside all day.

    Second experience. I order a Christmas present with guaranteed delivery before Christmas if you pay an extra $27.79. Okay. I waited too long to order it so I paid the money. The item was ordered on Monday night supposed to deliver Thursday by 8pm. Sat around waiting. No package. Get an update that it will come Friday before 8pm. Okay fine it is still before Christmas not happy but understand there are lots of packages being delivered. At 9am Friday I get another notification that now it will not come until Tuesday 12/26/17.

    Call to complain. They have no idea where the package is. I sat on hold for 45minutes being passed around all over the place and still no resolution. Will not be getting this package until the day after Christmas so why did I pay the extra fee. If you can't deliver in time don't commit. I will never order anything online again if they use FedEx to deliver. I have never had issues with any other delivery company. I think your customer service sucks and your driver is lazy and should find a job he wants to do.
