I have no problems with my deliveries. I am usually home when I receive a delivery date. They have been on time when scheduled and pretty much friendly if I have to sign. The trucks are rather loud I can tell when the area.

Very friendly and on time with medicine shipments! Well packaged and secure. Great security with shipments. Great tracking and follow up. The holiday time in December is complicated. They beat ups and USPS hands down. I ship Fed Ex if important and want dependable service.

What makes FedEx stand over and above the pack is how they handle problems and provide customer service. 2 great examples are a missed delivery once of a package we really needed and a call to the local depot and our regular delivery person said she would drop it off on her way home that evening!!! Customer service par excellence. Another example is how after a problem with missed deliveries due to holidays the local depot manager called and provided his personal cell number and instructed call when a problem comes up so we can fix it. Again customer service of a high caliber.

I've only used FedEx a handful of times but they are definitely my go to shipper. I'm in the process of starting an online business and FedEx is it. Every time I have used them they are always on time and their drivers are top notch.

Whenever I use FedEx, the package has always arrived on time and sometimes it gets here earlier than expected time. I only have had 1-2 issues. I live off the road way back. There is 2 businesses on the road front. You would never see or even think there is a road there that takes you back to where I live. FedEx tried to find me and called to find where I was. They must have put me in their computer because I have no problem getting my delivery anymore.

From a customer perspective FedEx is much better than UPS. They don't destroy or lose packages. They are speedy and seem to have more locations. The UPS customer service is awful and if there is a problem they blame it on the shipping company and make the customer drive 80 miles to pick up a package. UPS often loses or destroys packages, and shipping takes FOREVER. DHL is more of a business to business shipper and not so much to residences in the US.

Several packages that received were damaged because the driver did not handle them with care and just threw them down. Drivers need to be more patient with the delivery packages. We had a lot of trouble getting the damage packages back to place of purchase. Had to take time and deliver them to the closest Fedex distribution center. It was several miles away. This could have been avoided if the drivers would have been more careful when they unloaded the packages.

I rate FedEx as overall a great shipping company. They have always delivered on time and have been friendly. However, at one time their driver threw paper out of the truck, I called and they addressed the issue. I haven't had any issues since.

Even though Fedex is on the expensive side it is well worth price. Their transit time are very well maintained. The drivers are very well trained. They are very courteous and friendly. The company is very reputable for a reason. Top notch.

Need more compliance on delivery dates. One week later is not acceptable. Also more coordination on deliveries. Not if you are in San Bdno CA then go 60 miles away to delivery when you got deliveries in San Bdno.. Not good.

Even FedEx tend to be pricier, their service is equally competitive. Their standard of service to customer is pretty high. They do what they say. I love how you can track your shipment with their live shipping tracking app.

My account was hacked and I received a bill for $1000 for a shipment to Nigeria. Every time I got another bill, I called and spoke to fraud and was told it was credited and the acct closed. Then they sent it to collections. I had to contact the Chief Compliance Officer to get them to call me back and credit it. Unacceptable customer service and account security.

Many times my packages are left outside in the elements. I have signs up where to put them but it doesn't seem to matter. Their deleivery times are pretty good and the drivers when I see them are usually pretty nice. Overall their service is good. Just wish they would respect my signs and put items inside the drop door.

Fedex delivery has always been prompt with delivering my packages. I can track my shipments from the time it hits fedex trucks or location. My items usually arrive with fedex before the due date which is a big plus to me!!

Recently had a parcel overnighted. It then disappeared. Their answer was the sender called to have it returned. Which wasn't true. I never got a straight answer and never received the parcel to this day.

I’ve been doing business with Fed Ex for over thirty years. I have mailed packages that number in the thousands all over the globe and have never had thing one go wrong. Not one missing package, not one item ever damaged in those packages and not one item that was not delivered on time. Federal Express is a reliable company. They are efficient, punctual, courteous and careful. I have tried other carriers but have always wound up with broken packages or on occasion missed delivery dates. Federal Express is also completely competitive when it comes to price. They’re right when they say, when it absolutely positively has to be there, you can count on them.

Generally I find Fedex to be very good. But do NOT use their economy shipping where they hand the package off to USPS!!!! Neither will claim responsibility for insurance coverage!!! Cost me $125.00 damaged return for a smashed item.

I primarily am a receiver of packages shipped via FedEx. The drivers, when I see them are always very nice. My packages are always received in good condition and if I can't make it to the door the package or packages are left at my backdoor and protected from the weather elements.

I love FedEx because they always deliver my packages in perfect condition and they usually are early when they get to my home. I've never had to even track a package through them because they are the best trustworthy shopping company out here today.

The Federal Express drivers in my neighborhood are wonderful! There is one who delivers cases of wine from my wine club. The box is heavy and he always offers to put it inside the door so I don't have to lift it. The drivers are all pleasant and friendly.

Very good service. Quick and dependent. Very friendly. Wish though they would ring the doorbell and or knock on door. Very safe drivers and polite.

My FedEx driver is always the same guy. He’s so friendly and my dogs love him because he brings them treats. He knows their names and also knows at least one of their friends name and usually where they live also. I enjoy the driver and his bright outlook.

I am pleased with their business ethics and responsibilities; the carriers are polite and accurate with correct addresses. When I order any products, this is the company I prefer to use, and I will continue to use FedEx in the future.

Fast service. Care of packages. Item shipped to me was suppose to take 5 Days, instead got it in 2 Days. Really happy about their quick, careful service. The item shipped had high value. It was handled very careful with no problems.

Great customer and quick and a easy process and provides you with a tracking number to ensure the package get to the designated area the company is. Great way to ship and receive packages I do use other option however this is one of the best.

We order items often and more often than not Fed Ex delivers. They always meet the time frame for delivery and we never have an issue. The only problem is some times the packages are damaged (though not the merchandise) from bumping and getting tossed around. When keeping a schedule, I suppose that is to be expected to some degree.

They are great and never disappoint on receiving my packages and when I get my package or packages I be full of smiles. So if anyone ask me I would put in a good word for FedEx. So I thank you and appreciate you all.

Their drivers are very poor drivers in my area. They will run you over. When they deliver thrown or dropped package???? Leave peel out ruts in driveway when they leave. Parcels are mostly on time.

FedEx service is really good. Good pickup & drop-off service. The FedEx ground service is what I usually prefer for its minimal charge and best delivery option. Also if you have prepaid label printed, the packaging would be usually finished/sealed up by them. Whereas in UPS/USPS, they always asks to pay extra for packaging supplies like tape.

Had a package delivery date and 8 times they changed the time/date or reason about delivery. The thing that bothered me the most is that the excuses they made were out and out lies. Like 'bad weather', which was ridiculous because during the days of excuses it had been in the 30's and 40's (great for MN) with no rain or snow or any kind of bad weather. If you run late at least do not think the customer is stupid and make up lies that are obviously false.

I truly believe that this is the best delivery service. The employees are professional and helpful. The shipment is fast, and the tracking system helps very much. If there’s a problem, too they’ll solve it.

Prices for shipping boxes are insane. They like to throw your boxes around too. Seems like if the box is heavy they just kick it around to move it instead of carrying it. UPS is the same way as Fed Ex.

I get packages several times each week. Fedex has never once lost or damaged an item, more than I can say for other carriers! I have also used them to ship and my shipments have never been late!

If I have something important to send and it needs to be handled perfectly from beginning to end, and arrive on the day that is promised, I feel safest sending through FedEx. Also, the employees are always patient and informative. I have never had a negative experience in my dealings with FedEx.

I really appreciate that fact that you can sign up for the mail update which gives you a visual notice of what you are receiving in the mail. Their delivery drivers are professionals and deliver packages as scheduled.

This company my opinion is great. The drivers are so polite. They even knocked on my door today and handed me my package! Very highly recommend this company, especially because of the front line people.

I do most of my shopping online and FedEx is usually the carrier. I can always depend on timely deliveries arriving in perfect condition. I also use FedEx to ship and they have never failed me. Highly recommend! They put other shipping services to shame.

As a very frequent shipper of gold and silver bullion, coins and bars I have found Fedex to charge almost double that of UPS and if you insure a package over $1000. They have to open and inspect the contents. Keep in mind it only takes ONE disgruntled employee to view and steal thousands of dollars in gold and/or silver. My last shipment and I do mean last the process was the same, inspect my gold to insure it and yes I was pissed and then I had to wait and watch to ensure my package was closed and resealed because the young lady just left my OPEN BOX laying on a table in back.

I have many packages delivered to my home. I live in a rural area and it is easier for me to shop online. I use all the shipping companies. I have noticed that FedEx gets my deliveries here faster. Their employees are professional and friendly. My packages arrive in great condition.

They always seem to be in timely fashion. Drivers all seem very friendly. The trucks are always clean. Whenever I come in contact with a driver out on the road even seem very friendly.

FedEx is a #1 company in my eyes. I can Always count on my packages the day they are supposed to. Very reliable, I recommend FedEx over any other parasol company always. Come rain or shine they are on the job no matter.

I’ve been waiting for two weeks to receive a package from Walgreens. They damaged the first package and Walgreens had to resubmit my order. Now my order have been “on FedEx vehicle for delivery” for the past two days and I still haven’t received it.

Have never had an issue with lost or damaged packages. Fastest shipping and delivery times of any carrier. If I can’t use Fed Ex I have to depend on postal service and take a chance. Fed Ex has very few delays most of which are due to extreme weather conditions.

I really hate that the drivers do not knock on my door to let me know when my packages are here! I don’t know that they have arrived unless I check the delivery status. Luckily I have good neighbors who will knock to see if I am home, if not they hold on to them until I arrive home.

The delivery drivers NEVER knock on the door when I'm home, and even then, with my car in the driveway, they THROW packages over the fence and into the yard. My dog is in the house, so there is absolutely no danger, just lazy drivers who don't care. Even when I give them excellent directions to my home and where to put the packages, they still throw them over the fence, instead of putting them on the nice, covered front porch. Jerks.

It was easy for me to use the provided tracking information for my purchases. The information for delivery was accurate and I was able to track my purchases. When they arrived the driver brought them to the side door and rung my doorbell so I would know that they were delivered.

FEDEX has always delivered packages on time and undamaged. I cannot say that any other delivery service can come close in comparison! My packages are left right on my front porch or the back patio door where they are safe from the weather and where no one can see them. Great company!

FedEx has been in the shopping business and does excellent job. However sometimes the transit information is not updated as it should be as customer have to guess where the parcel would be without any idea.

I have never had an issue with this company delivering my parcels. The one time I asked the driver to put the parcel somewhere else because I wouldn't have been home to answer the door he did upon my request. I trust them, and know I have nothing to worry about. Great job guys.

They show up to deliver and pickup items when they say they are coming. The pkgs. come and go worry free. Very dependable..Would recommend. Hope that manager that stole that sole millions of dollars in merchandise from the Co. goes to jail for a very long time.

Always very happy with the shipping service I receive from FedEx. Our regular driver is great. He knows we have dogs, so unless I happen to have to sign, he will now leave the package on the deck, and not knock, as to set off the barking. Seems minimal, but when kids are napping, it is a Godsend to have that one small courtesy!

I have not had any problems with FedEx. They are excellent. If a package is too heavy, the drivers will help to get it where I can handle the weight. If I call for updates they are always very helpful. They also have email updates as to the arrival of your packages.

I like Fed. If I am at home they are always pleasant. They try to get to know who lives where and they try to connect with you so you can feel comfortable about receiving packages from them. I usually get the same delivery person and he is very particular where my package is left. I have made arrangement with Fed where if I am not home they have a neutral place to leave my packages.

Can count on my package arriving when scheduled. I use it at work quite often. The process is easy to set up and understand. I can easily charge my dept code to the FedEx shipment. I can also track where my package is.

I have used FedEx many times and never had a problem. They always handle my package care, I can't speak for everyone else. When go and ship they make the process very easy, and if I am not sure about the rules of the package they make sure all is well and give me the best rate possible.

I have used FedEx at least 100 times and they have always been very consistent. They always take very good care of the packages and I’ve never had an issue with the handling. Anytime I get the option to choose who will deliver my package I prefer FedEx. I would highly recommend them anytime.

Most companies just leave the package. They do not ring the bell after placing the package on the porch. FedEx takes the time to let you get to the door and take possession of the shipment. With FedEx I have never had a stolen package.

I get my packages in good shape and on time. Great service So call FEDEX and get your packages delivered on time and the gentlemen are all nice that has come to my house and polite and even carry the package inside your house if you ask them to.

Cheaper than USPS and much faster. Took over 2 weeks to send a package priority mail 1,000 miles by USPS and very expensive. Sent another package through FedEx & it was received in 4 days for much less cost.

FedEx never disappoints, not only do they knock on the door when they deliver your package they also put your package as close to the front door as they possibly can to try and deter thieves in case you're not home when they deliver. They also send you an email letting you know your package has been delivered so you can get home if you're not already there. Love FedEx.

I've always been impressed with FedEx in general. The drivers are always very kind and high energy. I've always been able to track my packages easily and never had any issues. I've also used FedEx for shipping purposes and have been pleased with both pricing and customer service.

Christmas 2019 was the first and only time I had major problems with FedEx. I had three packages at Jacksonville FedEx Facility, then delivery was pending, then lost, Sam's Club replaced the lost packages, then FedEx delivered my original lost packages. Worked out in the end but what a nightmare!!

I have had my share of good and bad with this comp[any. Sometimes, they deliver when they promise and other times, they don't. But they seem to be better than the United States Post office and that is why I will ship with them.

Fedex is so easy to use on ebay and ship in person. They have good rates for Fast Post and the employees are super helpful ~ I like the tracking process too!! On Ebay as a super seller I'm assured my items will be delivered on time and in great shape!!

Cost of shipping has become a deterrent for me, I am buying less and less because of shopping cost. I have even talked with some of the vendors I purchase from asking them to stock products that require shipping.

As Traffic Mgr for a major defense contractor I contracted FedEx for several million dollars annually. In 27 years they lost or damaged only a handful of packages. Extremely reliable carrier. Customer service, tracking and geographic coverage world wide is top rated.

I have VERY mixed feelings about FedEx. MOST of the time, they deliver small packages to me on time with no problems. But this week we were expecting delivery of 6 large cases of furniture and I had scheduled a vacation day just to take delivery of this shipment. But FedEx really disappointed me this time. FIRST, after I signed up for text updates, FedEx provided very vague information saying only that all 6 cases had been loaded on a truck and were "out for delivery", with no delivery time estimate; SECOND, around 1:30pm, the FedEx truck pulled up to our condo, stopped for a couple of minutes and then left, with no text update on the status, and no driver stopping by the front door to tell us what was going on ... they just left. So we continued to wait, calling their customer service number several times to find out what was going on, only to be told "it's out for delivery" and "we can't say when beyond before end of day".

FEDEX hub in Kernersville, NC does a horrible job of moving packages from their facility to the local district points. Three times in a row I track my package through Kernersville, NC to only see “bar code label unreadable and replaced”. This then allows this facility to deliver my package as late as they see fit. As I wait at home on promised delivery days only to see updates later in the day, often 5 and 6 days. Customer service does not help, email complaints are ignored, I even emailed the CEO!! Nothing, so my next step is to refuse to purchase items where FEDEX is the shipping method.

FedEx has always been my go to shipper. Most of the other do not show the package care that FedEx does. My packages have always arrived on time, and with no damage. I have tried the other and have always had ripped, broken and missing items. FedEx is top on my list of shipping companies.

You never get a damaged packed and the driver are wonderful. They are very reliable. I find everything about FedEx to be reasonable and they pick up and delivery at the same time. The boxes are very sturdy and stones but easy to open. I use FedEx as much as possible.

I ordered many things through FedEx... They came very quickly.. Delivered right to my front door.. Knock on door when I'm home to let me know they were there.. They are very friendly people.. Can't complain at all.

My packages from FedEx always arrive in good shape and almost always on time. I cannot say the same thing for many of my UPS and Postal Service packages. The FedEx driver that delivers to us is always very courteous and respectful. He always tries to inform us our packages have arrived instead of just leaving them.

FedEx has always been on time, packages are always in perfect shape and the drivers I have felt with have ALWAYS been the most pleasant, kind & thoughtful people. I find their service to be one of the best I have ever felt with. The young man I half felt with would always bring my heavy packages right to my door since he knew I was disabled and they would be extra difficult to get up the stairs and onto the deck.❤ Who could ask for more.

WE have received a number of items from FedEx. Staff has been friendly, but several times the items shipped have had boxes that do not arrive in the greatest of shape. If we take items into the local shipping office most of the time they have people working there, that seem very unhappy with their jobs or maybe they are just not good with customers.

FEDEx has been extremely helpful. I had a major issue with some of my credit cards and the various companies issued new ones, some came the next day thru FedEx. The drivers were careful, courteous and kind to a senior citizen.

Was expecting a package that required a signature but was going to be out of town. Delivery rep. for my area told me would he would leave it at a another retail store that also is a FEDEX satellite office with instructions to hold til I picked it up. They did and it saved me a lot of time.

Fedex has very good service but is a bit pricey. Everyone is polite and they are always accurate. There is hardly ever a wait and you don't even need a label or anything. The drivers are great and always have a smile!

I've bought and sold many remote controlled (hobby grade only) cars and trucks over the last 2 years! I've not once received a damaged box or vehicle! I have been getting products from Fed Ex and have never had a problem with anything regarding anything on their part. And I have been using them for over 15 years. I have use other companies and have not had the same thing happen.

Fed Ex usually leave packages on front porch or Give to anyone in yard. Sometimes they don’t deliver and take it to post office, and when you call the company you ordered from, they say no one was at home. Even though you got security cameras, and you been looking for them watching out and you know they ain’t been by. They also throw your packages around.

FedEx gets my packages to the correct address and they are almost perfectly on time. I have had issues with other shippers, so I'm especially appreciative of this. I have also received shipments through FedEx in a timely manner with no issues regarding the condition the package was in when I got it.

My packages have always been delivered on time and not damaged. The delivery person takes care of my packages and very kind and places my packages so I can find them on my porch as requested.

Our FedEx driver is the best. I take care of my elderly parents. Since I have no one who can carry anything awkward or heavy, he always carries heavy boxes in for us. None of the other companies' drivers have ever done that!

I get packages on a timely manner and they aren’t able to get me they send it to the closest Fedex pick up location which is amazing in our current urban communities. So they are an amazing company.

They rarely put the packages where they need to be. I have a large sign saying leave packages here and they walk right past it to leave at my door instead. I have a large dog that really enjoys eating packages. Fed Ex has really cost me a lot of money.

I ordered a pair of maternity jeans from Kohl's that was being shipped by FedEx. Every day for a week I received a text saying they were being delivered, after the 6th day I called and was given the run around that I couldn't contact the local depot where the package was. Within an hour of finally talking to someone the package was finally delivered.

The FedEx delivery service has always delivered on time with no issues. Often times more than one delivery can be delivered in a day. They actually place the items at the door as required. Thank you!

I've never had good luck with FedEx. Package has constantly arrived damaged or late and customer service is not helpful at all. I've been passed by their trucks going significantly above the speed limit in residential areas.

Fedex is always on time, great tracking which give you a window of delivery. Very convenient being able to drop package off at a local Walgreens. Their Shipping manager on their site not only allows you to track but prepare shipments, print shipping labels is a real time saver. As a EBAY seller, they have the capability to pay and print Fedex shipping labels from their site.

On January 31/2020 around 1:56:26 pm, I decide to ship a special uncirculated special coin to an individual person. I request insurance on the item in case it gets missing or anything happens to it. The same day I call FedEx letting know that I don't approve the shipping and to retrieve it from the FedEx company. I also visit the place in which I have to send the article in the box. They got the alert and I was okay with the service. I had pay in total the amount of $95.37 in shipping and handling, so they didn't do anything about what I ask them to do. FedEx sends this special coin letting me with my money and coin hanging. I had called the company several times and they have people who can barely speak English. They just keep transferring my call from one department to another with no help.

Package has been delayed for well over two weeks and the last status update was from 2/12. "On the truck" they say. Even when packages are delivered, they're haphazardly thrown onto the doorstep without even seeing if anyone is home. I can't imagine any of the five star reviews on the this is real.

They are definitely one of the best shipping companies because they take care of the products they deliver and let you know when they are on their way. They text me all the time since the beginning of the order to the end when they deliver it. They are always nice and polite and knock on the door when they deliver the merchandise.

FedEx has always been fairly competitive with pricing compared to the other shipping g companies. The drivers are courteous and respectful. My packages have always been delivered cage-free, properly left out of the weather and out of sight from potential thieves.

Lately Fedex has improved and all promised shipments arrive stated day and time slot. With proper care for refrig packages. I would still hesitate over weekend times. Price is very high. But if you need to be sure Fedex is way to go.

They seem very reliable. I have never had a problem. My deliveries always arrived on time. The packages always came through in good condition. I also noticed when it is a rainy day they always put a plastic bag. Very courteous and always say have a nice day.

FedEx does not deliver when slight chance of snow showers are predicted. Total wusses. Sunny days and no delivery. If weather is predicted to be perfect they deliver quickly and on time. UPS delivers in all but the worst snow storms.

FedEx is the only shipping company that actually brings my packages to my door or leaves them on my covered glider swing on my large deck, the others will just toss them from the ground up unto my deck from the bottom of the steps of the deck and leave them in the elements. One FedEx delivery person had to deliver a queen size futon and it was extremely heavy and awkward but the poor fellow didn't complain and he did manage to get it into my home without incident. I told him I felt bad and he said, "That's my job." FedEx goes out of their way to deliver on time and leave items in a safe place with care.

The FEDEX drivers are always friendly and professional. When I'm not home for the delivery he always takes the time to secure my package. We love our FedEx guy! Customer service goes over the top for each and every customer.

This is the only company that just drops the package at my door and does not knock or rig the bell. I am home and it really is annoying. IF YOU DROP IT RING THE BELL OR KNOCK. Especially if it is raining.

I always had a great experience. Great customer service great fast and affordable. I live in a small town so having FedEx pick up my packages is awesome and saves me so so so so much time. Online shipping with FedEx is so simple and easy. Nothing like UPS website which seriously confuses me every darn time and their prices are so so so way more expensive.

I'm usually pretty satisfied with them. They're fast and my packages are handled with care. I wish they would knock louder and wait for me to get to the door before leaving a notice though. I'm disabled and it's hard for me to get to the door fast.

My personal results with this company has not been the best from packages left at wrong door to finding items behind bushes. Always in a rush. Have left instructions with sellers on these problem areas and they claim to have included all orders on where to place packages. Just not quite as good as other companies on following customer's requests.

Very reliable company, great customer service. I usually have the same delivery person and always careful with my items. On a scale of 1-10 I would definitely give this company a 20. They truly go above and beyond.

3 times, a package was delivered to a similar address, one other time the package was not ever delivered. A new item had to replace it. This one was delivered safely. Drivers need to pay attention! I cannot recommend FedEx.

Drivers make an effort in our neighborhood to place goods in a inconspicuous area out of general sight. This contributes to the security of the delivered goods. Thusly there has been no porch piracy reported in our neighborhood.

80% deliveries arrive damaged. Trucks are filled with damaged packages; I have photos! Drivers - in start contrast to UPS - dump deliveries in front of gates and doors limiting access to structure AND to delivery. Have witnessed heavy items being thrown over fences (damaging them); packages left out in rain when covered carport is steps away. Orders shipped with very indirect routes making delivery multiple days behind UPS. I have stopped ordering from companies that use FedEx.

Fedex never deliver packages to my home. They leave it at neighbor's home. Some packages I never received. Called them numerous times about this problem. Do not like companies that uses them. Ask if they can use a different shipper. UPS always deliver my packages. They leave it at my front door. Never had a problem with them ever. Talk to one Fedex worker and he said, "The address is 472 and that is where I leave it." I said, "Do you look at the name? There is two apartment. Here I am apt #2 not #1." He said, "I leave it at the address. I don't look at the name on the package." That is just stupid.

I order a lot of wine that is shipped via FEDEX; deliveries require an adult signature. Only one time did the box come damaged. One bottle broken and wet the box bottom so that when the FEDEX driver lifted the box all the remaining bottles fell out and rolled across the driveway. Rather than send the whole box back to the vendor, accepted as delivered. The remainder of my wine deliveries went well, with the FEDEX driver very considerate in placing the package where I needed it put.

Many times the FED EX carriers don't check address on the shipment. They are constantly leaving the package at a different address. The apartment building behind me has the same number as my home but different street name, but they constantly leave the package at my house. I give it back to FED EX when they come around.

Have always been satisfied with their delivery personnel and their delivery times. I would prefer that they waited until the client opened the door for the package before leaving due to porch theft in the area.

FedEx does great during regular business. However, during high shipping events like Christmas, they have a tendency to deliver packages to the wrong addresses in rural areas like where I live. Also some drivers like to speed thru county roads.

Always on time, give frequent updates on delivery or if any problems. Responsive customer service representatives and fair pricing for top service. Try my best to use them exclusively when shipping something and use them exclusively when shipping for business/work related packages.

FedEx is great. Fedex smart post is horrible!! Not worth saving $2. USPS is quick too with the smart post. It’s fedex’s end that is bad. Took over 2 weeks to get a package and was stuck in transit and their smart hubs for days. I would recommend normal fedex but not their smart post. Their pricing isn’t anything that’s a wow factor either. Cheaper through Usps and only 1 day difference usually.

Always on time, great communication and packages are never delivered damaged. I highly recommend this company for all your shipping needs. The prices are very good for the services and value received.

I use Fed Ex for all my packaging shipments, I do a lot of shipping for my personal use and have never had an issue. They always arrive to their destination on time and in good condition. They have a great tracking system also.

I'm using FedEx 2-Day One Rate service and they're overcharging me for more than $1000 total for 11 tracking numbers. Customer service is terrible, admitting to their mistakes and only offering $500 for compensation. I asked to talk to a supervisor and I'm placed on hold for more than an hour, which I'm guessing they're purposedly putting me on hold until I give up. 11 Tracking Numbers has been overchaged. They're supposed to be $6.99 per tracking number (shipped via FedEx 2 Day One Rate - Envelope). Total overcharged amount equals to $1,002.80. It is supposed to be $76.89 total. Instead, they charged me for $1,079.69.

The delivery driver is always friendly and my delivery instructions are always followed to the letter every time. The only problems I've ever had with FedEx are once they hand the package to USPS (when the shipper is too cheap to FedEx it the whole way). As long as your package is in FedEx's possession, it will be treated with care and will get there in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely recommend this company - especially if you care about your packages.

They will go beyond their job & that's great. I appreciated their help every time they deliver my packages & they are so wonderful that the company I use from Walmart & they trusted them. Thank you.

I've used Fed Ex for years. Never had a problem. Packages are always on time and in excellent condition. The website is very helpful and generally answers any questions I may have about shipping, package size and cost.

Overall I have had a good experience with FedEx. Shipping time has always been fast. There have been a few times I've gotten a damaged box. They have also delivered an item to the wrong door and it ended up raining on the package.

FedEx delivered 2 recliners to my home. After leaving a request to have the shipment placed on my front porch, they left it in the yard in the rain. 2 other shipments were left at the wrong house. When I called them they told me that I had to go door to door looking for it.

Overall good, decent rates, good shipping speed, very rare to get a damaged package. I am disabled and if I request extra time to get to the door, they will wait for me. Very good tracking and notifications. Only problem is not enough storefronts.

Service is really bad, 1st their location of packages in transit is never up to date and when the package arrives it looks as though it was run over by the truck.

I think Fedex does a really great job and in a timely manner. They are quick and efficient. However, the only negative thing or constructive criticism is that packages are literally just left in the open, no effort made to put the packages behind a bush so that it’s not visible from the road. Understanding of course there isn’t always a place available, but if able to maybe provide a bit more discretion.

Fedex is my go-to shipping company. Precise, best rates, faster delivery, less detours of packages en route to receiver and the rates and insurance cannot be beat by any other shipping company. This is from experience comparing to all major shipping entities.

All packages left in good shape near our doors, we never have to sign for any of them, just find them there, wish they would knock on the door so we would know that they left them so we can bring inside before they're stolen.

I get a lot of packages delivered by FedEx. Most of it is medical, meds and other medical stuff. They always deliver it to the same place and ring my doorbell to let me know it's here and I appreciate that!

Shipping from Cincinnati to Columbus, using FedEx expensive overnight shipping of media images to an organization's editors. The organization's building was being renovated and the FedEx driver, looked at the building and decided not to go in and deliver package, thinking it was unoccupied. The organization was in the building however. Driver returned package to FedEx warehouse in Columbus, that then seethe package to their lost undeliverable warehouse in a southern state, Georgia possibly. My return address was clearly on package, yet FedEx did not return it to me or contact me. After six days, the organization emailed me to ask where the photography images of their event was.

Drivers are friendly. Don't like wasting time so they ring the bell and run. They are better drivers than UPS. I have gone out to the truck and noticed how evenly the packages are stacked. Their trucks seem to be in better running order than other shippers.

FedEx has performed far above its major competitor, UPS, which I had used for years. UPS's service has fallen greatly, and their prices have increased greatly. Plus their phone customer service is not good. FedEx is great on all these fronts.

We regularly receive packages at home from FedEx. The delivery time is excellent and the drivers are always so efficient. They never leave a package on the doorstep in inclement weather and return as soon as possible to deliver.

Yesterday they left a package outside in the snow. The package was wet and the book inside was damage. They just leave package on the porch. UPS always ring the doorbell. I never use FedEx and always request a different services.

I love the ease in tracking my packages. I know where things, when the projected delivery date and time are and the fact I get a delivery confirmation. Drop off locations are local and at some stores they will help with packaging. I'm impressed they confirm my returns with the seller prior to the delivery so I can get a needed replacement.

FedEx is almost always my first preference, have never had an issue regarding damaged parcels, missing deliveries or missing forecasted day/date/time regarding delivery. When not at home they’ve always placed parcels in my designated location.

Everytime my packages come FedEx they are always shipped quickly and delivered on time or before! When I ship with FedEx it is relatively expensive, but I know my package will get to the destination the quickest if shipped through them!

Had an account with Fedex for a long time. It is close to me that I can take my package to be ship. No UPS really close to me. May take 45 minutes to get there. If I receive an RA label then it goes to Staples or a drop off location.

The person delivering is always respectful. If the weather is rainy or snowing the package is well protected in a plastic bag. I am a senior citizen, and if a package is delivered the driver is always kind enough to ask me if I would like for him/her to bring it into the house.

I have deliveries quite often and I am very pleased with FedEx, I have a long out of the way driveway that is hard to get up in bad weather and they seem to deliver when possible. As a company in the delivery business I would choose FedEx over any other company out there.

I wish the drivers would spend more time reading the package instead of being in a hurry. When living in an apartment, they are so rushed and just throw the package at the wrong door. Marking it delivered and I have to go on the hunt for it.
