    CRAP company who will turn you over to collection in a heartbeat. This was even after showing FedEx it was their fault! They didn't even care about the proof I sent them. The collection agency dropped the collection after seeing the proof.

    I was very happy with the way my package was handled and that the driver was very friendly when he brought the package to my front door. I was also very pleased when the driver exchange pleasantries and not just shoved the package in my hand or place it on the porch or sidewalk without ringing the doorbell.

    FedEx would have rated higher except for 2 things. (1) poor website, never got back into my account. I gave up. (2) you had better be quick to answer the door when they call, or they’re gone. I’m old and slow.

    I generally use FedEx over UPS because their service is usually more reliable than UPS. FedEx also has a phone app that automatically tracks packages you send or receive once your info (name and address) are saved in an account.

    My first package, the Fedex says he tried to deliver it but I waited home all day for the doorbell to ring. It then somehow got lost in their FedEx facility hub and I had to wait at least 2 weeks for them to investigate, only to find out that it is "claimed as being lost". So the shipper resends me a new one only for this to happen AGAIN. FedEx, what is going on here? Am I ever going to get a package from you guys?

    I ordered 2 products from the same company which were shipped separately via FedEx. The first arrived with no problem; my husband was shoveling snow & was handed the package. The second product was delayed by heavy snowfall; certainly understandable. The package was to have been delivered the following day. We watched the tracking & discovered at about 4 PM that the package had supposedly been delivered, left at the front door, an hour prior. We checked & there was no package.

    We called FedEx & were told they would check on it, but we should call our neighbors to see if any of them had the package. If we didn’t hear anything by Jan. 28, we should contact the merchant. We called all the neighbors & learned the FedEx truck had been in the neighborhood. It turned out the package had been delivered not to our front door, but to the mailbox across the street. No effort was made to deliver at the door: we were home. I’m really dismayed that when I pay for shipping & FedEx misdelivers, it becomes my problem to resolve the issue. What do I pay for? Not only that, they weren’t honest about where they left the package. Perhaps they should get signatures for all deliveries.

    For the 2nd time they said they made the delivery and did not. I saw the truck roll right by my house this afternoon without even braking, then 4 hours later it says “delivered” on the tracking. Same exact situation last year with a phone being delivered, watched them roll right by without stopping and then claimed it was an inaccurate address. I will refuse to use their service in the future and stick to USPS or UPS, since FedEx can’t seem to locate my house.

    I live in a rural home and have had trouble get proper delivery from FedEx for years now. The most recent example, they brought a modest sized package and since our 1700 foot driveway was not plowed, they left the package near our gate (which was open and almost always is) and never notified us until we got a confirmation email. We checked around the garage and no package, went on chat and found out it had been left by the gate. So 3-4 hours after delivery we found out where it was only it wasn't. Apparently someone and we do not think either of our 2 neighbors have the package either. I guess someone now has a computer roller bag and I do not. Sam's Club has shipped another and hopefully they will call me when they drop it at the gate so I can immediately go down and pick it up.

    Another simple example, it was raining and they, apparently, did not want to walk up to my door so they dropped it by the garage where it sat for about 24 hours getting soaked and thoroughly damaged and had to be replaced. Have never had a problem with UPS and they will go our of their way to get the package delivered or at least protected from the weather.

    FedEx has done very well over the holidays. Get messages on tracking and delivery. Rings doorbell to inform me package has been delivered and tries to keep package out of sight so not stolen. Have not had any problems with fragile items breaking. Packages seem to be handled carefully. Have no complaints to report.

    FedEx is pricey depending on how fast you need your packages. But overall their customer service is great, service is dependable and times are almost always met. I've used FedEx a lot and have never had lost, stolen, or damage packages.

    Box showed up smashed. After opening box my table was broke where box it was shipped it was damaged. Waited 2 weeks for product then they damaged it. Every time I used FedEx it's either lost, damaged or late.

    FedEx drivers can't seem to locate the correct address to deliver packages to despite the technology that I'm sure is available to them. Not sure if they are just careless or if their technology is not supporting them. Clear house# in front of house, clear address on package - not sure what else can be done.

    Driver is familiar with my ring doorbell system and uses it to let me know when I get a delivery. He also takes care to move it out of view so nobody will steal the package. I’m very happy with my driver.

    The employees need to be more friendly and care more. I know there are bad days but I feel like every time I talk to a FedEx worker they are unhappy. Find some way to cheer them up. This will make it a better experience for everyone.

    Driver delivered to the back door of my home entering a totally off limits area... Trespassing. Delivering to the wrong address consistently. This is totally unacceptable. The driver needs to be fired or arrested.

    This is not my first bad experience with FedEx. First they lose a package meant for a customer. It was a state away from me then it got sent back to the other side of the country. Second I receive a package at home. Its cubicles a gift and it's crushed in all ends. When I passed the bubble wrap to the main box it crushed on all four corners of the box and there a dent/bend in the middle of the 4 foot back. I didn't bother opening the package completely. I just sent it back. So now they get to pick it up and return it and do double work for their carelessness.

    I can't believe how irresponsible these carriers are and the company won't do anything to help because they are just as inconsiderate of others as some of their employees. I will show pictures to everyone I know and every business I deal with and will never use FedEx again. I rather get better care for my customer's packages and my personal ones. Two different addresses same lack of care. Unbelievable. Never again.

    My orders were through the major league baseball website, I had two separate orders. One was lost and the other (a gift) came 8 days past the delivery date given. Also, the tracking site for FedEx did not show daily tracking. Terrible service.

    FedEx Freight always does a Great job of being on time, undamaged products, and delivers fast and friendly service. Their prices are good and the delivery time is great. If You want on time, fast, friendly delivery then go with FedEx Freight.

    I have had several orders shipped to me via FedEx Smart Post. The package has come within 20 miles of my location then went 100 miles the other way taking 4 times as long as it should to get here, sometimes several weeks. I am at the point if I know it is being shipped FedEx Smart Post I will order from another company.

    They throw packages in the doorway or better yet leave them outside in all kinds of weather. The last package that came here from FedEx was not for me but a neighbor and they left it inside the door and I couldn’t get out of my apartment unless I moved this heavy box. I have many bad experiences with them because I order from Chewy all the time and have made several complaints to them. Doesn’t seem to go anywhere!

    FedEx called my Mother and said someone would need to be there to sign for the package tomorrow. So I came over to be the signature person. Waited for 8 hours, because they gave her no time frame for delivery, always a good selling point for a delivery service. Finally called FedEx and turns out they have no records of the package or call made the day before. Thanks for wasting my time when I could have been making money. That should be your new motto.

    I am a business customer of FedEx and ship worldwide. FedEx added incorrect charges to my credit card. After a month of emails FedEx were forced to admit the mistake but refused to refund the charges. In more detail, if FedEx overcharges your credit card for incorrect charges you can contact customer service who will tell you that if it is found not to be their error you will be charged an additional 80 euro admin fee. If you prove your case and it’s found that the error is a FedEx error then they will refuse to refund anyway so they have created a lose lose situation for their clients. Corporate dishonesty at it most pure.

    Took 13 days including tracer. Shipping time advertised 3-5 days. Shipping history started Jan.10. History stopped Jan.12. Requested tracer. FedEx could not, would not account for whereabouts of my packages from Jan. 12 'til delivery Jan.23.

    I have the absolute worse time with FedEx in my area. They have lost hundreds of dollars worth of packages, and take zero responsibility. It's amazing that an international company can be this incompetent in performing the one task they're meant to do. And they're customer service and zero help, when I opened an investigation I was told to go ahead and contact the shipper to get the process to resend it started, so that tells me they really weren't going to look for my package.

    And look, I get it, packages get lost but FedEx should take responsibility for their lost of packages, rather than blaming the customer or the shipper. They're the ones who are failing in their duty. And, frankly, I don't even know if they're actually even trying to deliver my package. USP and USPS deliver my packages and knock on my door, but FedEx has never. I'm a housewife, so if they came to my door and knocked and left the package as they're /supposed to/ I would know. But they don't and customer service just blames you if you try and tell them that.

    We sent Christmas gift cards to family members in Greensboro from Memphis on 12-18-18. It was never delivered. We've file a claim for the $165 + shipping and it's been denied. We'll NEVER use FedEx again for anything.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They actually blame the customers for their own mistakes. The only explanation I can think of is that they are a bunch of sadistic sociopaths that literally entertain themselves by jacking with their customers. I was supposed to have something delivered today. So I planned on it. Yesterday, MLK - I was out and guess what. There was a delivery attempt. No warning, the updates on tracking kept saying the next day. So I get the famous screw you sticker on my door. Imagine my excitement. So, wanting to make sure I have some element of control as to when the next attempt would be, I paid to have the window for today from 5 to 8 pm. So I leave work early, come home and plant myself by the door for three straight hours only to find out the package will be delivered tomorrow between 5 and 8 pm.

    And then there's the phone call to customer service where the outsourced recipient actually blames me. As if I knew that paying to have it delivered between 5 and 8 would actually take 24 hours to take effect. And, the punch line - I get status updates all day telling me that the package is on its way for delivery today. The guy was literally driving around all day with the package in the truck only to be sourced for tomorrow. I am finished with this company. I will do everything I can when I make purchases to ensure that UPS or the USPS delivers the package and if the company does not use them, I will take my business elsewhere. If enough people begin to change their behaviors, it will take effect. Stand up against inconsiderate corporations and take back our status as customers are to be treated importantly.

    Within the last year my distribution company switched from UPS to FedEx, and I think it was the biggest mistake of their life. FedEx account manager lets you change where you want the driver to leave your package ie; front door, side door, patio, etc. I receive a shipment every week, and have yet to get my package dropped off at the correct spot. I've called customer service every single time, and they keep telling me the same thing, that they will talk to the local distribution center and it will get resolved. Well it's been several months now and it still has not changed. UPS however, can seem to get it right every single time without issue, and when you have a complaint they can transfer you to the local office. FedEx refuses to let you speak with anyone local, everything is done over their 1-800 customer service number.

    The only remedies they can give me are the same ones they tell me every single time 1. "We will call the local center and let them know," 2. It must be an IT issue. Well I've talked to IT and everything is fine on their end, and they call the local people every single time, but no one can offer me any proof of what was actually discussed on these supposed calls. All you can do is take their word that they did something, and obviously their word is worthless since nothing has changed. And they refuse to do anything else other than that. They really do not care about the recipient since it's the shipper that pays them and the recipient often has no choice in the method of delivery. I would never ever use FedEx if I had a choice.

    FedEx Peak Surcharges is probably the biggest shipping scam I have ever witnessed. Shipping items that over over sized (we ship hand trucks that are oversized) will be subject to a $27.50 per package surcharge during Nov - Dec. That is on top of their ridiculous fees. Here is the charge: **. We didn't get a call from our sales rep, no email, no letter...just invoice after invoice of fees. Of course during the busiest shipping time of year. FEDEX just lost our business for good. Shipper beware... Here is a list of fees they charge...because they are money sucking thieves.

    The week of Xmas, I left instructions where to leave the package and it was just left in my front. I asked for it to be brought to the back. It also said it was being left the day before and it came the day after. I also had a package delivered and it said it was coming on Saturday and it didn't ship until another day and I asked to knock on my window but they did leave it in my mail slot. For both of these packages I talked with customer service and they was no help at all.

    The biggest problem is not always being able to sign for a package. A pair of diamond earrings just went back to the sender because the driver didn’t care. Upset! It would have been easier to have any officemate sign and simply leave the package.

    Ring the doorbell. Package theft is a real problem and FedEx is facilitating the theft by not taking a second and ringing the doorbell. It is not done even when the driver is standing at the bell and all it would take is to lift the arm. This problem is especially prevalent with company drivers less so with contract drivers. They may or may not ring it.

    There is a serious lack of accountability at the highest level for repeated delays in delivery on the basis of frivolous excuses and damaged packages. By far the worst carrier in my experience. An example: despite having the same address for over 5 years, and multiple deliveries to my address during that time, deliveries are delayed or not made because Fed Ex claims they cannot find the property! The management failed and refused to do anything about the repeated failures.

    FedEx WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE Jan 21 to my front door. On Jan 21 my package was marked as delivered to side door which I don’t have one! When I called to ask where is my package they told me it would take 24 to 72 hours to find my package! This is very unprofessional. The customer service line is no help and everyone there is acting like they don’t know what to do. I will never order from them.

    I am accepting employ abroad and was sent my notice of appointment and contract of employment via Fedex. An hour before it was set to arrive, eight family members - including myself- were anxiously awaiting the knock or doorbell chime. Neither came. I checked my tracking number to find there was a problem with the delivery (it said customer/ business unavailable in Lithia Springs). As I don't live there, I figured my documents had been delayed. As a relative was leaving for work, he rushed back in with a FedEx door tag in hand that said 'sorry we missed you'. The same has just again occurred to a colleague awaiting the same papers.

    Absolute parasites. I have had many threatening letters from FedEx regarding payment I apparently owe. I have never used FedEx. I didn’t even know what it was until I got these letters. I already contacted FedEx via letters, email and live chat that said this was a scam but no proper answer given and never gave me the information I asked for such as proof of delivery, what the item was, who sent it and copy and total breakdown of this.

    Now FedEx is saying I'm not me - that it was billed to someone else. Well I have the letters with my name and address on. And have been threatened to take me to court if I don’t pay. I have paid the bill because I'm highly stress and FedEx is having an impact on my mental health. I still don’t know what I have paid for. Looking into this this is happening to many people. Just totally fobbing everyone off even saying the bill was not invoiced to person contacting them. So who’s bill is it then?? Total scum bags to treat people like this. The stress they are causing is disgusting. NEVER USE FEDEX OR ANY COMPANY THAT USES THEM. BEWARE OF THIS TOTAL SCAM.

    I live in a trailer park where mostly older people live. We have steps to walk up to get into our homes. Many boxes have been left at the bottom of the steps. The big ones are very hard to get up the steps by yourself. Drivers don't know or ring the bell to let you know you have a package outside your door. If it's raining or snowing package gets wet. Your Drivers do need to ring the bell to let us know that they have something for you.

    The latest experience I had was awful!!! I received an email from FedEx that my package would be delivered Oct. 19, 2018. It never came. I called the office and was informed they'd be trying again. Then that never materialized, either! After 3 emails, and 2 more calls, I was told I would have to call the company that sent the package, as it had been returned. No FedEx personnel ever showed up at my door, even though the door tag told me it'd been attempted 3 times. I was home and never heard the doorbell ring, and my hearing is not impaired! Finally, after another call to FedEx, the CS rep I spoke with assured me the package would be delivered. I finally received the shipment in the 2nd week of December!!! Disgraceful!!!

    I ordered something custom made from Microsoft and it was mailed FedEx. I received no notice when it would arrive so I was not at home when it did and received a notice. It said, "Call this # if you want us to reattempt a delivery." I did and was told they would not redeliver and I had to come to pickup, in a very bad area of town. They would not transfer to a location near me and would not give me the # of the location so I could call. I could not go alone to this area at night so had to cx appt. so I could go during daylight and was approached by 2 people asking for $$. Ernst did say he would escalate it but I did not want to go thru something that may take days.

    I am disappointed with FedEx shipping service. I was expecting a package that needed a physical address yet no one contacted me or the shipper so it sat for 3 days in their distribution center. Had I not called it would still be there. I try not to use them but sometimes I have no choice. Their service is just as bad as USPS.

    I would rate a 0. This is crazy. We have an overnight we scheduled for 3:30 pm. We printed the label at 2pm. This time FedEx gave us. It is now 5:00pm This is all taking place right now. The customer service will not let us talk to a manager. They are horrible, he called himself Martin. Tried to tell our office he was Vice President level. I have him on a recorded line for quality control. I told him our lines are recorded as well as FedEx. Then he said, he was not going to speak with me because he was being recorded. I told him we are all being recorded for quality control. This man should be fired.

    We will provide the recording to corporate. If this man still has a job after FedEx listens to this tape, I will never use FedEx again. We are floored how bad this experience has been. We even called our local FedEx and Sue reached out to the 1-800 number and they hung up on her. Wow. This company is horrible. FedEx is going down the tube with how they run the business. We are looking into different ways to send our business.

    I'm waiting on a package from FedEx and I haven't had any updates in 4 days now since January 18th. They have no idea where my package is at all. It's been saying is in transit. Really - in transit for 4 days with no updates and nobody at FedEx wants to help me find out where my package is after. The product in that package is over $50.00 and customer service is very poor too.

    I ordered a Nikon D5600 camera from B&H Photo. Federal Express attempted a delivery but did not deliver the shipment because a signature was required. I contacted Federal Express and requested that they send the package to one of their offices and I would pick it up there. It took almost seven days for Federal Express to deliver the package to another Federal Express office that was less than two miles away. When I finally received the package, the shipping container was ripped, and the box containing the camera was also ripped. The camera and other equipment, fortunately, were not damaged.

    I have had a ton of bad experience with FedEx, but lately all my orders have been ridiculously quick. They’ve gone to bottom of the list to the top 2. The crazy thing is when I was having problems with them it was summer and no holidays. No reason for them to be late and the customer service was just garbage when I would call. On Facebook they would respond but give you a script answer for a reply and then not say anything else just to get you off of their page.

    Lately though everyone I’ve been ordering through has gone through them, and to be honest I almost stopped ordering my favorite products because I saw they were the carrier, but they were started to get things done! I don’t know if someone cleaned house and got rid of the garbage or if they just decided they were tired of everyone calling them garbage but they stepped up their game and I’m quite happy to see them delivering my stuff. I pay for 3 day shipping, I get my stuff the next day. I really hope they keep up the good work. It’s just weird cause it is the holiday season when you would expect delays more and they are going quicker. Anyways hope it stays this way.

    Since 1995, we have tried numerous shipping firms for outgoing customer order fulfillment and have found FedEx to be the overall best solution for our needs. Getting there On-Time, reliably without damage and as instructed is our measure of quality and FedEx has performed flawlessly. Over the years, other firms have approached us, but their pricing was no better and oftentimes their overall presence (drop off locations) didn't fit our high demand, often-rush-order needs. That's why we use FedEx exclusively and intend to stay that way.

    I use FED-EX for work and in my business and they got worse by delayed deliveries and holding package at a different location for the weekend instead of delivering it. I had issues with them several times, the driver not leaving the package so I had to call and have them reroute it back to me later that day.

    FedEx is a really good company. They take care of your packages and they ring or knock on your door to let you know there is a package waiting for you. They make sure your packages are delivered to you and in good shape. They try really hard in rain or snow to deliver packages on time.

    They are not as fast as UPS and for the past 10 years, my families have always received an item with a dent, or an actual type of hole where they slammed or dropped something heavy on it or they slammed the item on something else and put a big hole or gouge in it. Or sometimes they are half open and they don't care to take the time to retape anything!!! But there is a driver that is the most awesome Happy Guy! And not bad looking, some other ones are nice, and some just don't care to even look at you.

    Horrible, I have always had a negative experience. They leave packages at your door without knocking or ringing the bell. I have gone to their facility to pick a package up, the employee was super rude. Then when I told her I was calling customer support she covered her badge name and walked away while the other employees covered for her and wouldn't tell me her name. I paid for overnight delivery, my package was supposed to be here Saturday, nope, then they tell me Sunday, nope, now it's Monday. I JUST got done with customer support with Amazon, apparently you can have a form filled so they will stop shipping your items through FedEx. If anybody is interested and reads my review. I hope to never have to deal with FedEx EVER again.

    Received notification updates from FedEx. Was tracking my package perfectly at first. Yesterday morning, I was told that my package was on the vehicle and out for delivery. It was supposed to arrive between 8 and 11 AM, but it never showed up. At 5:00 PM, I tried to re-track it and the notifications said it has no delivery updates available. Waited until the following day before contacting FedEx. Neither the automated system nor the customer service rep was able to tell me where my package might be. They told me that they saw that it was supposed to be out for delivery yesterday, and then said just to wait, and that in three days they will have trucks out for more deliveries, and then I can see if it’s possibly delivered then. Not exactly the news I want to hear about a $600 snowboard. Terrible delivery communication, delivery accuracy, and non-helpful customer service.

    FedEx offered a incentive discount on new account. We decided to used their 45% Discount offer. They have created a account. On the second shipment the invoice was received. They charge over $3300 for freight service COD. We contacted them several times and was told because it was sent COD and freight service there is no discount offered. They have told us to contact the store we purchase the item and have them to reverse the charge hoping this would be adjusted.

    The store location wouldn't help us because they don't deal with FedEx. After 2 months of trying we have filed with BBB hoping to resolve the overcharge issue. I was told by our company to used other service that can resolve simple issues. My conclusion is if I would have received the COD invoice on arrival for $3300, I would have told them to discard or return the item. The purchase price of the item for $800. Would have been a better lost. And after contacting the store we purchase the item, they explain they would have shipped the item 4x cheaper. What should I do. It doesn't make sense?

    If I could give this company zero stars, I would. First off, I was supposed to receive a package from my brother for my birthday. It was from Apple, so unfortunately they used this awful shipping partner. He had paid extra for one day shipping, so my item was out for delivery the next day on 1-17. The day went by and no package. Then it was updated to 1-18. No package. Now it has said pending since then, and still nothing. I’ve contacted customer service twice and no one could tell me anything about where my package even is or what happened. I’ve received no updates on delays or anything at all.

    Even now on the 20, it still says pending and I have no package. They are the absolute worst shipping entity I have ever dealt with, and terribly unprofessional. I understand sometimes packages are late, but I’ve received nothing about delays or anything. The least someone could’ve done is check in and actually see where my mail is at, because it’s obviously not been out for delivery for three days.

    Every time I shop on eBay or Amazon and I see FedEx is delivering I usually don't order. But if I have to it is horrible shipping speed and every time they shipped my package to Ohio my state then to another state then back to Ohio then sometimes back outta my state again before finally giving it to USPS which finally gets it to me 3-4 days late. If you need to ship something use USPS or UPS not FedEx.

    They throw your packages anywhere and boxes get beat up. They hit and knock down tree limbs and do not let you know. They have had my Amazon packages on 3 different occasions and did not deliver the day they were suppose to. If it happens again I am cancelling my Amazon account.

    My packages always come as scheduled or earlier. Occasionally I'll have a package that is slightly damaged on the outside but the product on the inside is fine. I wish the company would tell me ahead of time there is damage to the packaging.

    They have a hard time following directions. They don't give their employees dollies for heavy packages so heavy ones get dropped and damaged. Their employees worry too much about being quick and not enough on care with delivery. I'm sure that's a company created problem.

    Recent deliveries have been late and the driver on the last Chewy.com delivery damaged my lawn by driving off the driveway, spun his tires and left deep ruts in my turf. A FedEx/SMARTPOST package mailed to me from California on 11/25/18 arrived on 12/6/18 and was routed through: AZ, NM, KS, IL, OH, PA, WV, and VA. That is simply RIDICULOUS!

    The major issue relates to package theft. FedEx allows easy direction of a package to a FedEx store, which is good. Other services don't do that except for a fee.

    I was waiting on my new Discover card to come. It was delivered to the wrong address, the envelope had been torn open on one corner. When I called to complain I got the run around then was hung up on. If the woman had not been honest and drove to my home to give me the package WTH?     HORRIBLE! I have gotten 5 packages from FedEx recently (not my choice to ship with them). Three of them got lost and it ended taking a few more WEEKS to get here. One of those packages was actually lost for good and I had to get a refund from the seller. This last time I needed a signature for my package and the delivery person didn't even come to my door or let me know that they were there in any way (I was home and waiting). I guess they assumed everyone was at work? They just put the package slip on my door that said they will return in 3 days or I can pick it up 40 miles away.     I paid for door to door service internationally and after the package reached my receiver was instructed to pick up package. FedEx knew the area did not offer door to door service but still accepted the premium pay and put me in a situation where I paid double the money I would have paid a different courier for pickup service.     FedEx is quite honestly the worst shipping service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. When I order something online and see that it is being shipped FedEx it genuinely ruins my mood. It is my opinion that the Pony Express would ship an item faster than FedEx. I have ordered hundreds of items online and can without a doubt say UPS is light-years ahead of FedEx. I will never understand how a normal human being would ever willing choose to ship something through FedEx. I would also like to point out that their shipping routes are the most indirect nonsense routes that could possibly be taken. You honestly may never receive the item you purchased and if you do it'll be like two weeks later. In summary FedEx is the devil of shipping.

    I remember when I knew FedEx was shipping my product I was very very happy. I knew I would get my product fast, on time and not lost. I do not know WHAT happened? FedEx cannot keep up with all the internet packages now. I think trying to make more profit there are fewer delivery trucks to make all the stops. I notice UPS brown trucks everywhere. I have not had an error from UPS yet. If you use them they will hold package days longer so you can receive the package on that expected date. Kinda weird.

    Had a 2-day Perishable priority package to be delivered, it showed up a month later. I refused package and they took the plastic wrap off and redelivered the next week total of 40 days to receive perishable product that was 2-day delivery. Also 3 other packages didn't show up for over a month, refused because company had reshipped using UPS. FedEx changed address to one of our other locations and delivered it there since I refused it at the home office. Poor service all around. Will never use FedEx again and companies I purchase from will now only ship UPS.

    FedEx continues to deliver my packages to my old address even though the shipper had my correct new address. Because Fedex’s maps and routing are outdated, they cannot find my new address so they continue to drop the packages to my old address. Unfortunately I do not have the option of selecting who my shipper should use for shipping so I continue to suffer with this issue.

    FedEx is the worst experience me and my husband had to go through. We shipped a package to our home address from our work address. We are the sender and the receiver. Well, we kept tracking the package that said in transit/then damaged/then returned to the sender/then no one seemed to know anything. We have been on calls for weeks and customer service was terrible, they always gave us wrong info and confused us so much. In the end we filed a claim that was denied saying: “we investigated and found that the shipment was returned to the shipper.” Lol. It was never returned to our work address! Anyways, we then called the Cargo Claims and again a waste of time as they can’t really help... It’s frustrating that FedEx charges people a fortune but has such a poor customer service! NEVER AGAIN using FEDEX! You are a Mafia that steals from people. What comes around goes around!

    I sent a packet for India from Edison New Jersey through FedEx, the place which I am sending the packet is not in the range of FedEx office, so they are delivering through 3rd party agent. The packet was not delivered in time, and I called technical support every day, and they are lying me and trying to make fool. The packet was stuck at 3rd party agent, I asked the technical support to give the details of the place where the packet was stuck, so we can pick it up from the respective location, it will be easy for us because it contains important papers that we need to submit to someplace, but the technical support is saying that they don't have any information about 3rd party agent.

    I don't know how they are doing business without the information of 3rd party agent. They are explaining silly reasons to me and sometimes they are saying that it is not cleared by the customs, I don't know how it went to 3rd party agent without clearing customs. Every time they are playing with me with different answers. I suggest them to stop their business if they can't do their work properly. Finally, papers were not delivered at the right time and lost a lot of money because of them. Technical support was the really bad experience in my life.

    I've been home all day waiting for FedEx to deliver a package, seated about fifteen feet from the front door reading a book. At about 2:30p I looked out the front door and found a door tag, placed around 12:20p. Never knocked. Never rang the bell. Nothing. I called and was told the driver would return today. At about 3pm I was called and told the driver would return today. Over an hour later FedEx app sent an update that delivery would be tomorrow. I again called. Now delivery won't be until tomorrow. Happens all the time, but only with one carrier...FedEx. Worst delivery service available, guaranteed to never be on schedule.

The Box did not even have a crease in it, the tape was in place the way should be, did not look like anyone kicked it like it was a soccer ball or through ground like it was a basketball or football.     I order a product from unnamed company. They'd said product would be shipped today beings I got it order really early in the morning. My product was being shipped FedEx. Got an e-mail from FedEx say product would be delivered on January 15. So I took a gander and FedEx website bunched it tracking order and well it says in transit. So I call FedEx. Wanted to know where about my package was just so I go get it sooner. Maybe get it off the truck a little sooner. Lady tells me it won't be here till tomorrow. I said, "My tracking number says today." She said, "Well it was wrong." Was told someone else must have sent me that. Ummm there is another FedEx company that has my tracking number I don't think so. Sorry but this isn't the first time I have had this run in and well if I have to pay more from now on not to use FedEx I will. What a ** company.

    This is the second time they have left an item at the bottom of my uncovered steps which lead to my covered porch. The first time the entire box was destroyed because it was left in the rain. This time they left 2 boxes by my steps. If they can’t carry the items up the stairs to the porch where they are protected they shouldn’t work for a delivery company.

    Email from FedEx Jan 13 saying package to arrive Jan 14. Afternoon of Jan 14 FedEx email said package to arrive Jan 16. Morning of Jan 15 FedEx email said package to arrive today Jan 15. When I called to make sure package was arriving today Jan 15 and explained the emails received, rep said no other dates but today (Jan 15) had ever been scheduled. I told her I had emails from FedEx saying 3 different dates. Rep said it must be a scam email. I told her I also checked FedEx online and they had the same dates posted on each of the days. FedEx does not want to resolve issues, they just want reps to read from scripts. FedEx takes no responsibility for the information they send.

    Every single time I've had a FedEx package on its way to me, whether from international or domestic (I've done both) it's always been a nightmare. My shipments are always late. Once again I just got off the phone with the terrible customer support and they couldn't even tell me why my package was pending for 2 days when it was supposed to be delivered.     I spent an entire hour trying to create a shipment and still getting nowhere. The website keeps telling me this error or that error. I corrected the shipping address of an "account", but wasn't able to correct the billing address, because of "Server error". That's fine. I tried three credit cards before it accepted one. That's fine. I was in the create shipping page and finally I wanted to find the rate. "Server error!!" How much will I be charged? I don't know! Goodbye FedEx, ** off!

    Whenever I see something is being shipped by FedEx, I know it's going to arrive much later than expected. The most ridiculous time was when I had my passport shipped PRIORITY NEXT DAY. Was promised it would arrive by 8am so I could make my 1pm flight, and lo and behold, it didn't arrive until the next day. I had to change my flight, and was not even offered a refund for the wasted next day shipping cost. All companies that offer shipping should immediately cease service with FedEx. I have been given free express shipping with several dependable companies and FedEx has always ensured that my package is delivered extremely late. Even within the same order, one part of the order was shipped with DHL and arrived SOONER than expected, and the portion of the order delivered with FedEx was one week late. Ridiculous.

    I ordered an auto part from ROCKAUTO for $15 and paid $33 for express shipping and the delivery was for Friday, the 11th with the tracking # **. I waited at home all day Friday only to get an email at 7.35pm saying unable to deliver, no access which was a lie because the main gate to the apartment is under construction so it is permanently open. After complaining, I got a case # ** and someone called and told me the package will be delivered on Saturday, the 12th. That did not happen as I got another email saying the package will be delivered on Monday, the 14th. I called FedEx at 4.30pm to inform them I will be home all day waiting for the package and at 8 pm, the package did not arrive and the driver again lied that he attempted delivery.

    Lied about delivery. Said delivered one day actually delivered a week later. Package got to FedEx on Sun and sat there for 4 days, original delivery for Thursday, changed to Fri. Only thing they needed to do was take to post office who actually made the delivery. They need to be shutdown.

    I’ve never experienced a challenge shipping or receiving with FedEx. FedEx, like most others, provides tracking on packages, and when FedEx delivers packages outdoors, they’re excellent at sealing those in plastic bags to avoid damage. From day one, FedEx has offered the best experience among all its competitors.

    I live in rural CT. My driveway is a quarter mile, which I share with another home. The feed driver delivered my packages to them and on one occasion throw it in to the bushes! I will never use them and try to have any packages sent to me to use UPS or USPS.

    My package has been in transit for 11 days now and I haven't received an update on it. I paid to have it shipped within 5 days. I can't get a response from the company as to why my package has been delayed or why I haven't been notified of its whereabouts. Guaranteed they have lost the package and won't admit to it. I always seem to have problems with this company. I wish less people went through them.

    While on vacation, I sent items home using FedEx. I didn't want to carry my items back home on the plane so I decided to sent them ahead. I went into an Office Depot and shipped my item by FedEx. Because the Christmas season is the worst time for Porch Pirates I requested to have the package signed for so it wouldn't just be left at the door. I had to pay extra for the signature confirmation. Somebody would be there to accept it. The day before delivery I received a text message stating that a legal age adult needed to be present to sign for the item. On the day of delivery I ran the tracking number and was upset to find that I had signed for my package. The driver left the item at the front door and signed my name and left. Funny thing was that I was still on the other side of the country on vacation. The person at home should have signed for it. There was somebody there. I called them and they went outside and retrieved the box.

    So my experience with FedEx is that I paid for a service that I didn't receive (fraud) and my name was forged. But the fun doesn't end there! Trying to make a complaint to a supervisor turned into a real joke. I was disconnected, left on hold for a long time, given the runaround, Etc. Etc. Next I wanted my money back for the service that were not rendered! I was given the runaround here also. They were happy to take the claim information over the phone, but I was told that since I sent it from Office Depot that I would need to return there to get a refund. Well as you guessed they are not going to return funds for a FedEx screw up. So I began to do some research. There is really no agency that oversees their activities or enforces any type of regulations on them. The consumer is not protected using FedEx or UPS. When you pay money it is a gamble. If your package is insured both companies have an almost 90% claim denial rate for claims.

    If you have stuck this long through my complaint, the only advice I can give is to use the USPS only because they have oversight. Do your own research. The internet is full of video of both company's drivers abusing packages and also full of complaints about poor customer service, denial of claims, Etc. If you value your shipping USE USPS only because they have accountability.

    I left instructions for the driver to ring my doorbell on a delivery on a Saturday. The driver failed to ring the doorbell and now I have to wait for the delivery on a Tuesday. I looked on my security camera. The driver knocked on the door. Waited 2 seconds and left a door tag. I called customer service and nothing was settled. I still have to wait. I'm disappointed because the driver did not follow my directions. Because of his failure to follow directions I have to wait.

    I was suppose to receive a package yesterday. The FedEx guy rings the doorbell. I send my brother down while I watch the window for the FedEx guy only to see that the FedEx guy doesn't even wait one sec to just walk back to his car and leave with my package. Mind you my brother took no more than 2 min to reach the main building lobby yet the FedEx guy leaves a door tag in front of my building saying no one answered the doorbell therefore no one was home to receive the package. Are you freaking kidding me. Then I call FedEx and request a reattempt to deliver for today only to find out that FedEx ignored my request and sent my package straight to a facility that is not even near me. Now I have to waste another day to call out at my job to have to go pick up my package. Seriously the worst service ever.

    I don't understand why people even use this service. FedEx is the absolute worst shipping company to exist and I'm surprised they have not gone out of business yet. I have never had a single decent experience with them and I've ordered so many things online. Their drivers are absolutely horrible. I don't normally write reviews unless something is either really good or really bad.

    In this case, FedEx disappoints me every time. When a company is this bad, it makes you wonder if ordering items from online are even worth it because you can't even assure yourself that they will receive it. When I order something from online and it says it's being shipped by FedEx, I literally panic. I have a very time sensitive package that I paid express shipment for and released the signature THREE times and left THREE signed door tags and still the driver decides to not even come to my door. I have security cameras that I review and they really need to train their drivers better. It's not even peak season. Please go out of business FedEx.

    I had to order a stroller on January 6 because the store didn’t have the stroller that I wanted. The estimated delivery for this package was suppose to be on Thursday. January 10. Thursday comes no stroller. Fine. Friday comes, you expect them to deliver the following day, oh was I wrong. I call to track my package. Now they’re telling me my package won’t be here for another day, they don’t know what time but they just know it’s going to be delivered Saturday. My package is three hours away and they refuse to get it to me today. SOB.

    I know my package is going to be late since they've shipped it 200 miles in the opposite direction and claimed it's at a destination facility. This is a common occurrence with this company and I would strongly advise anyone to ship with ANY OTHER CARRIER. This is a very time sensitive order and I can already write that 12 hours before this order is due, I am sure it will arrive late, as per usual with FedEx. I'll be more than happy to change this review to 5 stars if the package arrives in time, but you will never see that 5 star review and you can safely assume why.

    They might be cheaper than UPS. But they suck. I ordered a lot after Christmas and both packages are delayed for some reason. They couldn't tell me why or when it will be delivered and FedEx waits till 7 or 8 at night to tell me it's delayed. Every time they ship my furniture there is always a piece broken and stuff is scratched or broken and packages go to the wrong address a lot. I hate them.

The delivery guy is seen on our surveillance footage shaking our parcel and walking away with it even though he leaves a door tag (written by him) that item was delivered at back door. We tracked the package and it also says delivered at the back door. This is unbelievable!

    I was at home waiting for the FedEx shipment to arrive today with all my windows open and all the lights on. The driver maybe stopped for ten seconds, didn’t see a convenient parking spot and drove off saying the customer wasn’t available. I was running after the driver trying to flag him down but he took off going at least 40 mph on a residential street. I was already on the phone with customer service when I got the text message saying I wasn’t home as I stood in my front yard. I’m terribly disappointed in the lack of follow through and ethics in this company at this point.

    I shipped a new cell phone I bought worth $700 using FedEx. My package never made it to the recipient as it was stolen by a FedEx employee while in FedEx's Perrysburg, Ohio Facility. My package was in FedEx's Perrysburg, Ohio facility for 5 days before the online tracking information stated the package was damaged and could not be delivered. I was never notified by anyone at FedEx regarding the missing package/contents and spent a lot of time trying to understand what happened and getting FedEx to help me find my phone.

    FedEx customer service provided no help and pushed me from department to department. Going through their customer service was exhausting and very time consuming as they have no organization and professionalism. I was eventually able to obtain a damage report, there was not much information given other than the box was found with its contents missing in their facility. No photo evidence was provided to indicate that the box was damaged and the condition it was in when it was found in the Perrysburg facility.

    I have repeatedly asked for my phone to be returned no matter what condition it is in and for it to be tracked down within their lost and found department. Unfortunately as of today my phone has not been found by FedEx. Given all this I strongly believe my phone was stolen by a FedEx employee while in the Perrysburg facility. Going through this ordeal gave me insight to the way FedEx treats their customers, by far this was the worst treatment and experience I've had dealing with a company. Please avoid doing business with them.

    Worst delivery system ever. A driver just comes and leaves a note where to pick up the package. Doesn’t even attempt to ring the bell of try to call the phone number. I was waiting for my package, this package has a check with big amount that I am supposed to pay for my surgery. Now because the job wasn’t done right, I have to cancel my surgery and still be in pain.

    When I called the customer service, they lie to me just to get rid of me. They said the check will be delivered by noon. It was a lie because another coworker proved that when I called back. The worst people/company I have ever dealt with in my life. Try to use other ways of delivery if you can. It will save you a lot of time and headache. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are all unprofessional people. Starting from customer service to the drivers that are not even humans. Because humanity Doesn't work this way. SHAME.

    Delivery is always late, and if it is wet no delivery at all. Waiting on a shipment that was shipped on 12/26/18, now 1/9/19, still in FedEx Center. Weather has been wet, so they won't drive thru a water puddle. Have gotten shipments from UPS and USPS, no problem. This is a sorry shipping service, don't use them if you want to get your orders. This shipment is only covering about 200 miles. I could walk there and back in this time, besides this is a prescription dog food shipment, that is needed for my pet. Really don't need it anymore, but I have already paid for it. Can get from Vet. for about $2.00 more. Why do business with a sorry ** service like FedEx?

    I have had two packages from Amazon to be delivered by FedEx. Never came and driver says “delivered on front porch”. Then I ordered a swing set for my grandkids. Delivery date said Jan 8th 2019. Never delivered and no call from FedEx. Had someone go to the house to wait for the delivery. What a bummer and a waste of a day. Had to call the place it was purchased and they are trying to track down what happened. Last year I mailed a check with overnight delivery for a donation. FedEx said they delivered but cameras at the house tell a different story. Driver even swore they went back to the house to verify that is where they delivered. Haha. 3 days later a man brought the envelope by and he lived in a totally different neighborhood and no similar name for the streets. Getting help from FedEx was absolutely worthless. I wish Amazon and online stores would let consumers pick which delivery service - it would NOT be FedEx.

    Many times the driver does not even bother to buzz me, he just leaves a tag for a pickup location which is a mile away, in this rainy cold weather it feels like 10 miles. Why can't FedEx management train their drivers to be better when in such very competitive market. I had no choice of what the seller chooses to deliver their products, but I will never myself choose a FedEx.

    I live in zip code 10001, and don’t understand why the FedEx in my area is so poor. At least 3-5 times in the 3 years I have lived in this building, I’ve gone downstairs to find packages on the ledge with a completely different street address. Once I ordered perishables from a meal delivery service; the driver delivered it to our counterpart address number - one avenue across town. By the time their doorman figured out how to get a hold of me and ask if I wanted to walk over and pick it up, it had been at least 2 days and the items were spoiled.

    For “FedEx Ground”, twice the driver has stuck envelopes underneath my apartment door addressed to a person who to the best of my knowledge, has never lived in my apartment; and once when I tried to walk it back to my nearest depot, the counter clerk de facto refused to take it and told me to walk around and find the driver on the street where he was making deliveries (!); another time, it was some stranger’s Costco-branded Visa card (that time around, I learned my lesson and went to a FedEx outpost closer to my job, and skipped the slackers in my neighborhood).

    Yesterday will mark the second time I’ve been looking for a shipment “scheduled to arrive today” where, if one believed the tracking information, the driver just reached some point in time where he or she decided to draw a line in the sand – “that’s it! No more deliveries today!”, and turned around and went home with whatever was sitting on their truck come end of shift; because the package “got on the truck in Maspeth”, never to be seen again. At least they could give you real-time non-boilerplate reasons for the delays, if they're not going to be on time (i.e., "I decided this package was too beat-up to give to the recipient"), etc.

    FedEx used to be slightly better than United Parcel Service (UPS)! But year after year they prove to be getting worse. I haven't had a package delivered on time or without an issue in past couple months! Horrible delivery times and they keep sending to the wrong hub which delays my package but 3 days! They can't get it right for some reason. I'm going back to DHL and UPS at this point. Their loss.

    In the first place, I am unhappy that Sam's Club moved 50 miles further from my house, so instead of driving to the store and picking stuff up, I am forced to have it delivered, at extra cost. Unfortunately, Sam's uses FedEx for their deliveries. I have requested at least 5 times that my orders be delivered to 2ND FLOOR, REAR, (as it states on the shipping label) since I have arthritis and have a lot of difficulty negotiating stairs, especially when I have to carry something. ALL of these requests have been ignored, and my orders are delivered to 1st Floor, front porch. (Fortunately I have nice neighbors who will carry things upstairs for me when they can.) The driver ignores the instructions, including the phone number (also on the label) to call me and alert me that the package(s) arrived.

    If it continues, I will no longer do business with Sam's unless they change carriers.

    My profile specifically states to not leave packages at the doorstep of my apartment, but to deliver them to the leasing office. If the package doesn't require a signature, they continually just drop the package off for anyone to steal. The leasing office is easier to find than my apartment, so I don't get it. I need to change it to deliver to one of their satellite pickup stations. Complaints don't do any good. And apparently neither do bad reviews.

    11/30, package says delivered while I'm home but I cannot find it anywhere. 12/3, I report package missing, trace started, told I would hear something in 24 hours.

    12/5, 48 hours go by, no call. They say to check with neighbors and a claim can be filed if need be. 12/8. I try and initiate claim and I'm told that I cannot while an investigation is ongoing. 12/12, I call to follow up on the investigation and I'm told nothing is going on. I need to have the seller file a claim. I contact seller to file claim. 12/20, after 6 business days no news. 12/21, supervisor tells seller they are still investigating. 12/28, FedEx tells me a letter has been sent to seller. They can call if they would like info sooner. 1/4, I call seller to follow up on the outcome of claim and they tell me it has been denied. FedEx refuses to give them a reason why! Nobody has taken a statement from me during this investigation. I also have not been given any information.

    Twice for the past two weeks I experienced what a nightmare FedEx can be! Considering how much they charge, I find it unacceptable! Last week they came up with an excuse that my area was under the so-called delivery restriction, which was not the case. They just didn’t want to deliver since some businesses in the area might have been closed. However, it was not a holiday. That’s how they save money, I guess. This week another package, another issue and more blatant lies from them. They simply decided to mark it as “business closed or customer unavailable”, while my office was wide open with both receptions working as usual.

    Clearly, they didn’t even attempt to deliver. I’m making my call to them to complain about it and the first representative just hangs up on me. I’m making another call and this time I’m given a case number. Also, I’m told that they’re going to give me a call in an hour or two to help me receive the package, which doesn’t happen. I’m appalled with their work ethics or, should I say, the lack thereof. Why would you even bother to update/indicate your online status notifications if they don’t represent reality?

    Received 2 emails stating my packages would be here by the end of the day January 2nd. I called 1-866-393-45852 spoke with Russell, who transferred me to Brenda who did not understood English. Who advised me to call back tomorrow if I wanted to speak to someone in the USA. I went twice on chat the second rep Shaina ** was unable to help me and was a little reluctant to give me corporate phone number and who to speak with. No more FedEx.     I had ordered from Best Buy a gift. My home has cameras set up for alerts and such. Fed Ex stated my packaged was delivered at 10:30am on doorstep. I called to complain that I had not received my package on doorstep. They said they needed to set up a claim and had 24/48 hours to respond. I called back so I could get claim number and they did not even show a claim. At that time the representative set up a claim number and gave it to me. I called back 24 hours to see what was going on as to no one called me. Said it was still under investigation. I asked for supervisor at that time. She said someone would call me tomorrow. They were off that day. I put up a post on my neighborhood Facebook to ask if anyone saw anything.

    The next day a neighbor delivered my package to me that had been dropped off at their doorstep. Still no call 48 hours later from FedEx. I called today to let them know I was very unhappy and anyone could of kept my package and they were doing nothing. I did report to Best Buy as well so they could look at other options for shipping. With a company as big as FedEx you would expect better customer service and response. Very disappointed and I will not be using FEDEX for personal or business use again. I feel as though they were just hoping I would go away. No one was willing to take responsibility.

    Without getting into the full backstory, I have been waiting on a FedEx delivery for two days, partly because of the New Year holiday. Finally my package was rescheduled for delivery today, by 10:30 AM. The apartment buzzers in my building have been nonfunctional so I left a note on the vestibule door, asking the driver to call my cell.

    At around 10 AM, a driver called and announced that he was in the vestibule. I went down only to find that the delivery was for my neighbors. I signed for their packages. I mention this only to make the point that this driver saw and read the note, which was pretty noticeable. About an hour later, I tracked the package again and saw that the driver had noted an exception due to nobody being home to sign for the package. When I called FedEx I was told that they don't issue drivers cell phones (which I knew), and that many drivers don't want to use their cell phones (!). Delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow.     January 2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. this happened. I do not have a FedEx account so I used "new user create one time shipment". I plugged in all information, including my debit card. Gave me three errors messages when I clicked submit. FedEx deducted money from my bank account even though I did not receive a label because of error message. So after 20 minutes of talking to 3 different people, I was told to call the revenue department which I did. Turns out debit cards are not allowed as payment, but yet they put holds (the cost of the shipment) on my bank account which will be credited back within 2-3 business days. What if I didn't have that extra money?

    Bottom Line: FedEx doesn't allow debit card payments but they do allow you to enter your debit card information, submit the payment, get CHARGED for the shipment, then get an error message (only to have to call to figure out what happened which is debit cards aren't allowed as payment, even though your bank account has already been charged). That is shady business.

I was at home in front of my house at the time of the delivery on a phone call walking my dog right in front of the house. There was no FedEx truck on my street.     Package shipped Dec. 20th. FedEx emailed me that it would arrive Dec. 27, and we waited for it, then they sent email it would arrive Dec. 28, and we waited. Then they sent email it would arrive Dec. 29, then email it would arrive Jan. 3, then email it would arrive Jan. 7, then they shipped it away to the wrong province. The package was here in Toronto area of Ontario, and then they actually shipped it off to Calgary Alberta.

    The program keeps thinking I am someone else. FedEx says it is run by a third party but will not identify that party or how to contact them. It won't reset password. It won't recognize username and password. It asks wrong identity questions. It asks me to identify people that I don't know and places I have never lived. There seems to be no way to fix it. NO ONE AT FEDEX CAN HELP WITH FEDEX.COM.

    I was expecting a package last Thursday 12/27/18. The delivery guy came and left a note on the front gate saying he wasn’t able to ship it. I called same night and rescheduled the delivery for next day Friday 12/28/18 and authorized to leave the package outside next to my apartment door. The next day comes and I’m AT HOME waiting for my package. I went out to the store around 12 pm and I see another note on the front door as there was an attempt to ship the package. No one called. No one knocked on the door. NOTHING. I’m calling FedEx customer service again letting know what happened.

    The rep told me they will send the delivery guy back same day. No one came no phone call from no one. Calling again around 4 pm, they transfer me between people. Everybody says the same thing. Someone will reach out and will set up time for today. NO ONE CALLS. On the tracking number I see that the delivery was scheduled for Monday I tell the rep. They say it’s a mistake.

    Today is Sunday 12/30/18. I STILL didn’t get any update/call or anything from FedEx and my package will HOPEFULLY will be delivered Monday. So because of the lack of communication and horrible delivery guys of FedEx my package is delayed 4 DAYS!!! And no one cares. No one do nothing about it. Funny thing is I got 5 other package in the last 3 days including Friday and Thursday where they got on time with no issues while FedEx “couldn’t” deliver the package. Why? No one knows. The reps keep saying they have no way to communicate with the delivery guys. How the hell that makes ANY sense??? So why are you there??? That’s outrages and I would NEVER use their service again. Will make sure all my packages come thru all other carriers but FedEx.

    The lack of utter respect and integrity is out the window and has gone beyond measure. I've been waiting for a delivery that required a signature since Thurs., Dec 27, 2018. The driver came and left a tag on the door while I was here. I'm not even sure if they even knocked on the door. I didn't know that they even came until I opened the door for some air later that afternoon, when I saw the tag on the door. I called and was advised that they will be back tomorrow between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. They would not give a shorter window of time. I also signed up for a text message and email notifications (for status).

    I waited all day Friday, Dec 28, 2018, but decided to call later in the day as my package had not arrived as scheduled. I did receive the text message and an email advising that the package has been loaded on the truck and was in transit for delivery. I called to check for status. They told me that it was in transit on the truck. They said I just needed to wait for the delivery. I called later that evening and was advised (with another apology) that they hadn't put the package on the truck (by accident), as they had stated previously. The Rep further stated that he had spoken with the driver's manager, whom advised that it would be placed on the truck last (this evening), so that it would be delivered as one of the first deliveries. I missed a beautiful 56-degree weather waiting on Friday. I did file a report/complaint and got a case number.

    I woke up this morning and waited with both the front and back door open, so that I wouldn't miss the driver. I sat right in between the front and back doors (literally) all day. It was just over 32 degrees outside today. Needless to say, the driver did pull up to the back of the apartment and sat in the truck for less than a minute. I went to the door, with the door open and waited for him to get out. He NEVER got out of the truck, but sat for a few moments and literally just drove off.

    I ran out the back door, whistled loudly a couple of times and ran down the parking lot, chasing the FedEx truck. He flew out of the parking lot and down the street. I could not catch him, and I didn't have enough time to go back to the house, grab my keys before he drove out of the complex. He HAD to have seen me running after his truck and heard me whistle for him. I was unsuccessful and went back home. I sat for a couple of minutes to calm myself before calling FedEx once again.

    The message machine stated that there was an update regarding the status of my delivery. The message continued to state that they attempted to deliver my package, but no one was home or available. WHAT??!! That was an absolute LIE! Beyond livid, I asked for customer service management once again. I described what the driver looked like, that he just drove up, didn't even get out of the truck and literally drove away. I also explained how I was standing in the open (sliding glass) doorway at the truck arrival and had run down the parking lot to try to try and catch the driver, but wasn't able to.

    What I got from this last FedEx Rep (AGAIN) was "I apologize..." blaa, blaa, blaa, with the added bonus that they would have to wait until Monday 12/31/2018 to get in contact with the driver's manager again. As it is the end of the week and day, nobody would answer the phone, "and messages would probably not be heard until after the weekend." I got a second report/complaint number, which at this point are absolutely useless.

    I feel that at NO point did FedEx even try to do the right thing, at all. They lied to me repeatedly and stated empty promises on top of endless apologies. They showed no remorse in telling me what they thought I wanted to hear, seemingly just to get me off of the phone. I feel that they showed absolutely NO respect for my time or time with my family. My son is here for a few short days prior to going back (out of state) for school and I wasted three entire days waiting for this company to deliver my package.

    Additionally, this is an order of wine from California. I live in Columbus, Ohio. I have a Christmas dinner party with family and friends TOMORROW, as that's the ONLY time this holiday season that I am able to get everyone together at one time. That order of wine is actually for this social event with my family and friends. To tell me that they won't even address this until Monday (12/31/2018) is absolutely appalling and reprehensible! I will absolutely go out of my way to not only tell everyone about this horrible ordeal with FedEx, but also use ANY other means for delivery moving forward.

    This is THE MOST horrific experience I've ever had with a delivery company! I will research who will be the delivery carrier for everything that I order moving forward. If they use FedEx, or there is even a chance, I promise I will NOT order from that company. I can't tell you my level of disgust! FedEx, the entire company, has completely lost my respect and my business.

    What a joke. Unfortunately, LuLaRoe switched carriers from UPS (which was awesome by the way) to FedEx. I can only assume they did to save pennies because they certainly didn't do it because of their stellar customer service because it is the worst I have ever seen. I am surprised this company can continue to stay in business.

    We have had so many issue with FedEx delivering our packages. They have lost several and took weeks to deliver a package from South Carolina to North Carolina. I literally could drive to pick up my package 3 hours away and FedEx takes weeks. No exaggeration. Forget about talking to a supervisor, it is a total waste of time. I have spoken to multiple supervisors and they simply lie to you. Rudolph, Cheryl, are just a couple that come to mind. If you ever speak to them, don't trust anything they tell you. They have done nothing but lie to me and they NEVER do what they say. This company is the worst. If you have to ship anything anywhere, do yourself a favor and use UPS or USPS. Do not use FedEx.

    I paid extra for the 2 day business shipping. The package was 3 hrs away. So I'm expecting 2 days but no after 2.5 days no big deal I figure they will deliver it on Saturday. Nope apparently the package is in a city 20 minutes away and they don't deliver on Saturday. However their cheaper option when they give it to the USPS they deliver on Saturday. So if I paid less money I would probably already have my package by now.

    How is it faster shipping if they don't deliver on Saturday? What a ripoff. And they have the arrogance to show my package has been sitting 20 minutes away last night and all day today. If I knew how I would just drive down there and pick up the package myself. And the website said you should receive the package by Friday, then changed it to Monday. I probably still will use FedEx but I'm never going to use 2 business day shipping again. They take the business days to heart and take their sweet time delivering it to you even though you paid extra money. 4.5 days, 5.5 counting Sunday for "2 day shipping" for a small package in the same State as me Ridiculous.

    I had a package from Mercari ordered. FedEx takes it to the wrong house. I call them, they say the sender has to open a case. I tell them I have 2 more packages coming, will they tell the driver/delivery person they took the last one to the wrong house as one of the packages coming is an antique and not easily replaceable. They tell me they will only contact the driver to inform them of their mistake after the sender of the item contacts them to open a case. I evidently do not matter. Terrible service. Hey FedEx how about you change your name to FugUps, it fits you better.

    I had a package on my doorstep that UPS was supposed to pick up. The FedEx driver delivered a package to my house (that was not even mine) and took my package that was clearly labeled UPS. After many phone calls, they first claimed that they had my package and they were waiting for UPS to pick it up. When I asked that they send it back to me, they said it wasn't there anymore and UPS must have picked it up. (Of course I called UPS and they said that they didn't, and they wouldn't do that). When I asked to file a complaint, they said they couldn't because they didn't even have a record of the delivery that was made to my house! Long story short, their driver stole a package from my front porch, and they are covering it up claiming they have no record of a driver even coming to my house. I would never use them to deliver any of my packages.

    In the past several months I shipped a $3, 000.00+ Telescope that FedEx packed and they STILL damaged it. I shipped two identical oxygen pumps, FedEx damaged BOTH of them, ignoring the CLEAR instructions on the box, finally I shipped a coffee grinder with a metal base. THEY BROKE THE BASE! I filed a claim, they write the check to the wrong person and here I sit 35 days later still waiting on settlement. FedEx executives hide behind their minions, the CEO has NO TELEPHONE, NO FAX MACHINE, NO EMAIL, and NO ADDRESS... Imagine that. NEVER AGAIN!

    FedEx sucks!!! They charge you overnight delivery fees and when they can't make an overnight delivery they don't give you a lesser shipping rate! Too many times. To make matters worse they don't tell you that your shipment isn't going to arrive as scheduled! Just changed to pending status. Had to call and talk to someone to find out what was really going on.     FedEx LIES! First their online rates are way less than what they charge you if you take the package in. Secondly their customer service states that ALL prices are subject to change once it arrives at its destination. All supposedly stated on the site somewhere- but certainly not obvious nor was I told this in the store when I took the package in. On top of that their rates, shipping & email support sites don’t even work consistently &/or without crashing on an iPhone. These people are slimeballs!

    I left door tag so package could be left twice, didn’t happen. Spoke to representative told they received door tag but driver wasn’t comfortable with leaving package. Spoke to manager at FedEx center via phone and I was told my package was attempted 3 times for delivery and he asked the delivery driver to deliver my package and he said no. I’ve never heard of a worker refusing a direct order for a manager. If I refused a task from a higher up I’ll be terminated from my job. So now I have to pick my package up from Walgreens due to miscommunication amongst your company. Total disrespect and lack of customer service on all levels. I’m dissatisfied with FedEx, I’ll never ship with you guys ever again.

    I usually use FedEx thru eBay or Reverb when shipping guitars to my clients. I decided I needed my own account and signed up. I made sure the amount it was worth was listed on the form but they now said I didn't ensure it. I REALLY DID! I Shipped my first package from my office then brought it to the FedEx here in Thousand Oaks to drop off. My customer called a few days later and says he didn't get it and a week went by still no guitar. FedEx gave me a case # and I thought all was done by them. IT WASN'T! When I called again they said their contracted driver doesn't recall what happened to it! (The driver stole it!) File a claim. OK.

    I did file a claim!! They freaking had my guitar, then lost it! And now believe it or not - claim denied for $700 guitar! People, don't ever use FedEx again (only use UPS & USPS who's honest!). If it's ok with you for FedEx to lose your stuff - then they say it's your problem - not theirs! No one ever called me at FedEx to help me! Sucks! A worthless company I will never support again!

    I'm so disappointed with my FedEx experience. I tried to have a package delivered to my apartment complex and they left a note at the door of the leasing office after one attempt saying they already tried three times. Since I don't usually walk by the leasing office, I didn't see that note until it was too late. They then sent my package to overgoods, and when I tried to call to get it back, they said shipping would be $30. Mind you, this is a small package with nothing but a used jacket inside, which I had bought from someone for $20. So this wasn't even worth the price of what was in the box, and eventually I had to just throw up my hands and say I'm unwilling to pay that price. So I lost the jacket, the original cost of shipping, and all the time trying to talk to them. Most companies will cover shipping back as a one-time courtesy or have something similar, but not FedEx. I will never use them again. :(

    We were waiting for medication for patients. The company only uses FedEx. One of my dogs is recovering from eye surgery. All my dogs are trained service dogs. This one is the youngest and not yet certified. I am still working with him. Since surgery he is in a cone that extends several inches beyond his snout (protecting his eye etc).

    The driver claimed as he was leaving that the dog bit him (witnesses say that did NOT happen and physically impossible with the cone). He yelled he was never coming back and slammed the door so hard that the whole building shook. Now FedEx claims to have done an "investigation" and will no longer deliver to my office. No one has shown photos of this supposed 'bite', no one has asked me for the dog's immunization records, all of which clearly would be needed. The driver is lying, and is rude and FedEx instead of providing customer service is harming PATIENTS.

    The service center is 3 hours away. I cannot just go pick the medication up. Clearly I will not be able to use this company again to order medication. We even offered to FedEx that we would go outside etc but they said no that the driver does not feel safe. This is absolutely absurd. UPS meanwhile comes in with dog treats.

    Just like thousands of other people telling their story online, I've had a couple reports on package delivery statuses falsely claim "customer not available." It sounds like they do this when they can't attempt delivery for being too busy. But then no one can dispute it and attempt refund, and it looks like a very common practice in FedEx across the country. Pretty shady, in fact it pretty much qualifies as fraud.

    I sent Christmas gifts to my friend in California on Tuesday, Dec. 19th. They said it will be delivered on either Saturday the 22nd or Monday the 24th. I paid $39.

    My friend in California mailed a package of the same size to Pennsylvania on Thursday, Dec. 21st (2 days later) using USPS Ground. It arrived on Monday the 24th just in time for Christmas. She spent $13.95. She has yet to get my package. It says that it will be delivered on the 26th. After Christmas. This was my first time using FedEx. And my last. I wish I had read the reviews before using them.

    I have purchased a gift and the company uses FedEx for delivery. Ok, fine. I live in NJ, the item was set to arrive late on Christmas Eve. I have tracked the package and it arrived in Newark on Sunday night at 9:30pm. I said ok should be out for delivery by tomorrow night, it's in New Jersey so that's good! I just looked and the tracking updated that it left Newark at 11 pm and it's now in Memphis TN!!! Are you nuts FedEx?!!! You had it so close and now it's in a different state which makes it deliverable after Christmas!!! I wrote to the company and will never buy anything from anywhere with FedEx.     I placed my order on the 12/16 for express delivery. Right now is 12/24 and I still didn't receive my package. FedEx just keeps saying that the customer is not available when I am at the shipping location the whole time 7/24. When I contact the customer service representatives they work like robots, repeat the same useless words all the time, not offering a solution or anything - just repeating that the delivery should be made on the 12/26 when the package suppose to arrive four days ago.     Through this experience I learned that FedEx has two types of drivers, those that are employees and others who are home delivery agents acting under contract. These drivers have no benefits and are temporary. This is likely the reason my family's Christmas gifts have been lost. The driver signed that the package was placed in a locker, yet no locker is large enough to hold a box 20x20x20. The office at the apartment complex logs packages that are delivered and the gifts never arrived. If you open a claim, the agents will ask you to allow them two days to investigate. I learned that if you honor this request they close the case and refuse to talk to you. Never, ever use FedEx.

    On 12 4 2018 FedEx driver delivered my Walmart PS4 approximately 1/2 mile away from my address. He left it somewhere in the "900" block of "water Street" per the local FedEx office. I live on Market Street, as was marked on box from Walmart. Walmart required a SIGNATURE, he allowed someone to forge my initials. We notified the local FedEx office of the nondelivery to my address and told us it was on Water Street, however no effort nor any contact was made about our package. I am still being billed for the PS4 by Walmart and someone else has my PS4. No investigation, they tell me Walmart has to initiate from their end, but they are telling me to do it and call the police.

    Placed an order on November 27th for two shirts and two pair of pants from Academy Sports + Outdoors for a Christmas present. Received one shirt within a week. The rest of the order could not be traced after December 6th. Notified FedEx and Academy. Academy reshipped another order of one shirt and two pairs of pants. Again, received one shirt within the week. Again, unable to track the two pairs of pants through FedEx. Called and spoke to a FedEx representative. She said someone would get back to me by the end of the day. That was last week. Still haven't heard. I have not had a problem with UPS or USPS shipments. Why do companies continue to use FedEx to ship? I will be inquiring from this date forward as to which carrier the company uses before I place an order with them. If they are using FedEx, I will not purchase from that company. Delivery and customer service is unacceptable and unreliable.

    I ordered a package on 12/18, scheduled delivery 12/21 then for no reason 12/22. I was at home in my parking lot. My mother inside the house even. I got the text "unable to deliver". I saw no truck and there was no tag left. I asked them to GPS their truck. No! Allow me to pick up my package. No, I can't even pick up my Christmas present until 12/26!     Wow, skimming through this page, I failed to notice a single review above one star. Except, not so much WOW, because I'm not really surprised. I received an email yesterday saying my package was delivered, except it wasn't. I called yesterday and was told the delivery agent left the package at the front door, then took it back for fear it would be taken; he also said the delivery person wasn't sure of the apartment number, except there is no apartment, I live in a single family house with a single doorbell. The representative told me they would attempt to deliver the package today, except they don't deliver on Sundays apparently. I called again today and was told the reason my package was being held was that FedEx needed to confirm my address. I don't even know where to begin with any of this. But it is inexcusable. The service is simply AWFUL.

    Updated on 01/26/2019: I was told FedEx attempted delivery but no one was home. I have video surveillance. No delivery was attempted and 3 people were home. No door tag was left. When I told customer service about the situation, I was told that they would deliver the next day. Surprise! A no show and a second "delivery exception." I called the merchant, cancelled the order, and ordered a similar item from a store that uses UPS. My order was delivered 2 days later. I will no longer patronize any merchant that uses FedEx.

    Original review: I have had 4 (four) unsuccessful deliveries within the past 2 months with FedEx. The reason? According to their drivers I provided an "incorrect address". Amazing that UPS, Amazon and the postal service can all find my home. My Wife sat in the recliner awaiting the package. She saw 2 FedEx truck pass our home, but none stopped. When I called customer service and requested that it be delivered next day to a FedEx pickup location, I was "assured" it would be there. Surprise!! They can't even find their own drop off stores. It is now Sunday, and I have to leave town without the gift that I paid for. The original delivery day was Thursday, then FedEx pushed it to Friday. I would give them negative stars. Send your packages by a pack mule or Pony Express before using FedEx.

    I would give no stars if they would let me. I ordered a Christmas gift from Walmart that was suppose to be delivered on 12/22/18. The status showed my package was on the FedEx truck out for delivery at 4:47 am on the 22nd. The Humboldt TN FedEx station is about 25 minutes from where we live. I waited all day to receive my package, about 7 pm the tracking status showed my package was now pending, no delivery date. I called FedEx and was told that there was a glitch in their system and I would get my package. Guess what?? No package was delivered.

    Called FedEx again Sunday, the customer service person told me I would not get my package until Wednesday, the day AFTER Christmas. Then I asked for a supervisor, he told me they would deliver my package Sunday the 23rd. I said why did the customer service person tell me you don't deliver to homes on Sunday or Monday. He said she didn't know that they extended their deliveries due to it being Christmas. So now who is telling the truth.

    Still the fact is FedEx drivers seem to choose whether they want to deliver packages or not when they are scheduled to. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. At least every other time I am expecting a package from FedEx, they don't deliver on the date they are suppose to. They even make up excuses why they didn't deliver, like nobody home (was home and I didn't need to sign for the package anyway, business was closed (I am NOT a business), or just no delivery attempted, etc With so many people having trouble with FedEx, you would think the CEO would do something about it. They don't care, I know because I wrote to the CEO and they did contact me and said it would never happen again. Well guess what, it has happened many times since then. FedEx just doesn't care.

    I sat in the house all day waiting for the delivery of a wrought iron mailbox - at 5:30 p.m. I called FedEx - they told me driver attempted delivery no one was home. Not true - not only was I home - I left car in driveway - waiting all day ----- if he was here where was his card. I offered to go to pick up my package - at Ortiz (which is notorious for a bad area) - driver came in 6:15 p.m. I was told the office was closed. I now told them to deliver my mailbox on Monday to Walgreens at 4 PineIsland Rd. Gave Walgreens the ** number. I'm livid because this is the 2nd mailbox not delivered to my home. I was told they left said mailbox --- hiring drivers without integrity is not a good thing - I wonder if my mailbox was sold. How rotten can people get. This company just doesn't care about customer satisfaction - or their lying drivers. How they can employ such men is beyond my wildest dream.

    I place an order with Walmart 12/19/2018. Delivery date 12/22/2018 I was waiting on this package. I check the status this morning. It said it was out for delivery. I got a status update saying exception customer not available business was closed. I called FedEx customer service. She was trying to say they attempted delivery, I told her there has not been any attempted delivery at my address because I’ve been here, and no FedEx trucks been out here. The Customer Service Agent has supposedly contacted the dispatcher, the customer service told me that the dispatcher would contact the drive to have them come back to my address for delivery. I confirmed the address with the customer service agent.

    I waited until 5:30 pm, still no FedEx truck, I called customer service back. The customer Service Agent told me it’s nothing he could do, because the FedEx station where that package come out of is closed, that they closed at 1:00 pm. I told what the previous Customer Service Agent Told me, Customer Services Agent told me there is no way for him to even confirm that it was even done. Now I must wait until Wednesday to get this package even if I get it then. FedEx is a bad service. I wish when I placed the order, they gave you an option either FedEx or UPS.

    I purchased a TV from Walmart because I was convinced about their 2 day shipping scam. I ordered it on December 12 and it was supposed to arrive on December 15. However, when it didn’t arrive last Saturday I requested it be delivered between 5-8 pm because it had been rescheduled to arrive on 12-18. I would have been at work and I wanted to be at home to receive my package. I’ve been wasting my time rushing home every evening and rearranging my life around package that has yet to arrive. I called today and now they have “a case” to investigate the whereabouts of my package. My package has been supposedly sitting inside a FedEx vehicle for days. I guess the ??? will be right on time for Christmas??? 2019. Thanks FedEx.

    I order an item from Walmart to be delivered by FEDEX. Was notified that package was delivered but that was false. No item was delivered since I was home and no one from FEDEX came to my home. I contact FEDEX and am told the package was signed for by someone other than me when it was delivered to a local Walmart. FEDEX says they will retrieve package & redeliver. After several days, online chats and hours on the phone, still no package. Then FEDEX said they delivered it to me again. Still no package. I ask for proof of delivery & there isn’t any. I ask for a direct number to call & follow up so I don’t have to go thru 3 reps and waste more time. Told the 800# was my only option. Still no package. Poor customer service response. Why should I be out the cost of my purchase when FEDEX delivered to the wrong address?

    Called the Amherst St., Nashua, NH, office to report that a very large package was erroneously delivered to me. Dialed "9 for all other questions." Got a recording. Was on hold for a moment. Got Kristin who told me that she is in the print shop and couldn't help me. Transferred me to another number. Held for 5 minutes. Hung up. Called back. Went through the same process. Politely told Kristin that I didn't want to hold again. Asked to speak to someone who could help. She turned me over to her supervisor, Helen. Explained my situation.

    Helen wanted to transfer me to the same number. I politely refused to be put on hold again. Asked her to help me resolve the problem by connecting me directly to a customer service rep. Told me that she was in the print shop and couldn't help. She insisted that she transfer me. I insisted otherwise, explaining that I didn't want to be put on hold again and that this problem was dumped on my doorstep by the company that she represents, "Please help me resolve the matter by connecting me directly to a customer service rep." She copped a belligerent attitude, opting to argue with me rather than help resolve the issue.

    I hung up, then called the Londonderry office. Got a "thank you for calling" recording, then a sales pitch recording -- that I couldn't opt out of -- for a hearing aid (can't make this stuff up!). Hung up and called the Bedford office. A pleasant lady (Shirley, I think) answered and immediately wanted to put me on hold. I politely said no and explained why. Her tone changed from polite to miffed, insisting that I'll have to wait because she's waiting on someone at the register, who came before me, but she'd listen to what I have to say while doing so.

    After explaining my dilemma in more detail, I was grateful to be connected directly to a customer service rep. who pleasantly and apologetically helped me to resolve the problem. The actual resolution took all of 3 minutes. The time invested to get to that point took 25 minutes. Please teach your employees that no matter their function, they are all customer service reps, and then train them to behave accordingly. Lastly, while I know that no one is perfect, your driver, in order to get to my address, had to drive by the address where the package was rightfully to be delivered. That address is very clearly marked.

    If I could rate a negative 5 stars I would! I have yet to get a package on time with FedEx. They will give you delivery dates and times and never show. Wasting your time waiting for it. NEVER had a issue with USPS or UPS, just sorry FedEx service. Do yourself a favor and choose anyone but FedEx if you want something delivered on time!

    We live in rural Missouri and our home is 1 mile from the state highway on a well maintained but gravel county road. FedEx has just now decided not to deliver to our residence even though they have done so in the past. UPS always delivers as does e.g. large orders from Lowe's. So the decision is not based on the difficulty of the road - just FedEx not wanting to fulfill their obligation of home delivery. Instead they now leave our packages in the dirt on the side of the state highway 1 mile away.
