    We have always received packages on time and in excellent condition. We have never had issues with what we ship or what we received. UPS is our first choice always when we want to send parcels inside the USA and even abroad.

    Throughout the years of using Fed Ex I would rate them as a Superior delivery service. Especially because they deliver the packages at the earliest times of the day. You are not left inconvenienced with waiting to handle a business matter the next day because the package was delivered late in the day. I have found their tracking information to be exact and have never had to call their customer service for more clear information. Thanks Fed Ex!

    They are not predictable about time of delivery. They love to sneak in and put a note saying you have to pick up delivery. They do not give you time to answer your door for a package that needs a signature. Most of the time they don't even ring or knock at the door. They put a sticker on and run!

    FedEx drivers that I have interacted with were very friendly and polite. They answered the questions I had. They helped me with the heavier items to move them to the front of my doorway. A couple of deliveries were actually ahead of schedule.

    ** Fedex. Ordered in two parts. First arrived on Tuesday, no prob. Second--I find out, cannot be delivered for three days because they said I put in the address wrong and they won't deliver on weekends. Weird, given Tuesday's delivery made it. At no point did they offer explanation for that. They were Valentine's flowers. Perishable. Was told they were contacting the manager. They literally, left me on hold, for 90 minutes. 93 to be exact. They left me on hold instead of actually doing something. This is not the first time I have had a problem with FedEx. Their customer service staff will actively lie to you, ice you out on hold, do ANYTHING to just get you off the line. I am so beyond frustrated and cannot understand how this company is still in business. I work with a law firm in upstate NY and refuse to do business with anyone who ships via FedEx. The shipment, will go wrong.

    Package was delivered when it showed it would be and also was delivered and placed in neatly where it could not be taken by porch pirate very easily. I will continue to use FedEx when possible again.

    Their drivers have no respect for items they deliver. Company doesn't pay when their drivers break or steal the items, when you file complaints with the company they do not answer you back. They pretend that the incident did not occur. They never give you a direct answer. They blame everybody else for their mishaps. It's a shame.

    I live in a rural area in Arkansas. When FedEx delivers here, the driver is always professional and polite. I use the FedEx Mobile App. for tracking any packages arriving. Great service. Keep it up FedEx.

    Best delivery service without a doubt the past decade in Sierra Vista, AZ. Drivers courteous, helpful and will go out of their way to assist handicaped seniors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Packages always delivered in a timely manner.

    Most reliable carrier. FedEx delivers worldwide. Used in business as well as personal. Usually ships my luggage when I travel. I trust them that much. They never lost my luggage in over 20 years!

    Consistently in rural area where I reside the ground FedEx substitute driver consistently fails to deliver packages to the address on the label but leave them miles away at a FedEx drop off location without my authorization. When complaint filed the ground FedEx office refuses to have the driver pick up package and deliver as paid for to the address addressed. Recommend using other shippers.

    I ordered a laptop from HP on Cyber Monday. They told me I should expect it in 3 to 5 days. I received an Email from FedEx notifying me the package would be delivered on Friday and would have to be signed for. My old laptop failed and I was in desperate need of my new laptop. I took off work Friday and waited all day. By the end of day an Email said it would be delivered Saturday. Saturday my family got together to see my new born granddaughter, I couldn't go because the package was coming. Again no show but an Email said Sunday. We skipped church Sunday to wait for my laptop and again no show.

    HP tried to contact FedEx but they don't work on the weekends. Checking the tracking stated there was no date available. On Monday I pressed HP to find my laptop or ship another. They made sure the package would be delivered the next day. And it was. This same experience has happened to me too many times when FedEx is the shipper. I now demand that any of my online purchases be shipped UPS. When they say it is being delivered on Friday, it is delivered on Friday!

    FedEx ground has major issues. In one month I had 3 parcels going to different addresses in different states “lost”. The packages were never delivered, never found and one was not replaceable. Totally unacceptable.

    FedEx usually does a pretty good job. My last two packages came a couple of days earlier than I had been told. Not a problem if I was going to be home. I wasn’t for one and received a text saying my package had been left at or near my mailbox. That was a Saturday. I was expecting the package on Tuesday and wouldn’t be home until late Sunday. It was raining and I didn’t want my package ruined. Our mailbox is approximately 40 yards from the house. Luckily when I returned home the package had been stuffed into the mailbox. Not ideal but it was okay. Wish they would have told me it was coming early.

    All the different drivers and places I have worked they always seemingly never try to put packages under a porch, try to open a door or anything to put them out of the weather especially when it obvious what is in the package like electronics. Poor attitude of caring.

    My experience with Fedex has always been exceptional. I always get my packages as promised and I love that I can get text notifications when packages are getting ready to be shipped, so I know to expect them. I love that they are almost everywhere that I need them.

    This brand left my two twin mattress outside of my secure apartment building for anybody to take. No telephone call to alert me. They just did not care about my merchandise. I will think three times before using this brand.

    Federal Express has a very good reputation and has maintain this image for many years for as long as I've used them with the trust to deliver my goods and packages to friends, relatives and customers. I usually get not just good but great service for pickup or delivery. They are prompt and very courteous when I need help and call for their assistance. Although not perfect, I can usually get their help in resolving issues. I only wish that could beef-up their ability to track packages that are delivered to wrong addresses which has happened a couple of times. Although this has happened, it is rare and they do try to help locate the missing items but there should be a better way to locate missing shipments.

    We live "outside" the normal delivery zone. Heavy snows, landslides, floods and drifting snows are the norm here. While our 'normal' deliveries may fail, FedEx has not failed to deliver when promised in over 12 years!

    Frequent untrackable, misplacement or loss of packages. They also report untruthful delivery comments. Stating that the package has been delivered and left on the front porch concerning the recipient, when in fact it has been put in the mailbox.

    I am on a FedEx route that is subcontracted to a private company who hires individuals that are not sufficiently trained and do not follow FedEx guidelines. A driver leaves envelopes and packages on the road at the head of my driveway, rather than delivering it to my door. Last summer a check from a bank was delivered to the road, was not found for several days. The driver lied and said he delivered to the door. He was instructed to return to my delivery address and reclaim the package. It had been rained on for several days. That delay required a contract to be rewritten, cost a week delay and additional costs.

    We receive daily shipments from FedEx Ground. In non holiday season, they are usually on time. The delivery driver is nice. During Christmas, they held one of my product shipments hostage for close to two weeks. Customer service flat out refused to help, even though the tracking showed it was at their delivery warehouse. I wasn't allowed to pick it up, and they would offer no assistance in helping me retrieve/deliver the package. In the past month, my deliveries are 'timely' however we have almost daily damage to the contents (not the fault of the shipper). They just don't seem to care as a company.

    I like to use Fedex as they are cheaper than the USPS and faster than UPS. A couple of bad experiences with UPS changed my shipping favorite. I usually ship Fedex through Office Depot as that give a 15 to 25 percent off. Fedex did a fantastic job of getting our holiday shipments to the recipients in plenty of time for Christmas.

    I ordered an item online. Seller used Fedex for shipping. I was charged for the shipping. When the date for arrival came no driver did. I received an email stating customer was not available. I work 2nd shift so I was home. No one showed up. For three days this happened. Then I get an email saying I had to go pick the item up or it would be sent back to the seller. This has happened EVERY time Fedex was the one doing the shipping. I have never had any trouble with US Postal Service or with UPS. From now on I will check to see who the seller uses before I place an order. If it is Fedex I will find someone else to order from. Anyone thinking of using Fedex I would highly recommend you reconsider.

    I live in a gated community and was expecting an expedited package. I have seen FedEx driver come through the gate with a code. But definitely not this driver delivering my package. I got an email yesterday saying unable to deliver. It did not specify the gate as the reason. But I guessed that might be the problem. So I went online to leave a specific instruction to use gate phone to call in for us to open the gate. No one called today and I got another "unable to deliver" email. I called FedEx to find out what the problem was and how they could fix it. The rep was courteous and took note of my specific instruction for the driver. I also found out my instruction left online did not reach the driver. 15 minutes later, a nice lady called and confirmed the code. She said she would text the driver to see if he could attempt a delivery again this evening. I felt a little better now.

    Since I did not receive any door tags, I went to the gate to see door tags were left there since I have seen them there before. I found no door tags and started thinking the driver might have gone to a wrong address. We have a lot of gated communities in this area and they have similar street numbers. So I called FedEx again to make sure the driver knows the correct address. The rep told me the driver went to the correct address, no delivery would be attempted this evening and tomorrow would be the last attempt.

    If not successful, I will need to drive to a FedEx location 30 minutes away to pick up. I asked the rep to tell the driver to call if there is problem at the gate and he said their drivers are not allowed to call customers. OK fine, then call your central office and have the central office call me. What's the point of using a delivery service if the driver, when reaching an obstacle like a gate, just turns around and marks package undeliverable for 3 days to get the package off his load?

    FedEx, you need problem solvers. This has been such a waste of my time and your driver's time. By the way, when I had a technical difficulty last night with online account, their website says call this number. I did and the rep told me to call a different number for tech support and they were closed. I told the rep their website has this number as tech support. The rep just told me to call this other number the next day. I guess it is good in a way that I had to just figure it out myself.

    I had some bad experience with FedEx in the past. One time, they lost a package at their Carson facility. Another time, they claimed the package was delivered but I never received it. This is a close knit community. We all know our neighbors well and I have never had any incidence of lost or stolen packages other than when it was shipped through FedEx. If I have a choice, I would never use FedEx.

    They were nice and friendly. They put my packages where I had asked them if they could. I received my parcels on schedule and one 6 days ahead. My parcels were in good condition. The big boxes had not been thrown around or anything like that. I would definitely recommend FedEx.

    I have used FedEx exclusively for the last 4 years. I send boxes up north every few months. I have noticed that the clerks in the shipping stores like inside your local Walmart are great about giving out coupons for your NEXT visit. Problem is they do NOT give them to you when you go to ship. I had this happen with "Charlie" at a local store here. And it's happened more than just a few times. This time I sent a complaint into their corporate office and never heard a word. So, I will be changing to UPS. Not that much further away and I have had coupons in the past with them and they did honor them.

    I feel the drivers speed through neighborhoods. I know they are busy but come on. 25 mph is just that. Not 50. Not 60. But simply 25. Drivers are friendly. Seems they hang out in parking lots for lunch. Do you provide ac for these guys in the south??

    When making purchases and Fed Ex is the company to deliver they keep me aware of the movement of my pkg as well as a delay of any. My pkgs are delivered to my door on or about time given on date of promised delivery. Pkg is always in good condition, no damage. Fed Ex is very dependable, keeping you aware of the movement of your items. My family finds them to be very dependable as well. I would recommend Fed Ex over other delivery services.

    You can depend on FedEx to be on time all the time. With the tracking number, you can follow the route of the package all the way to delivery. They take care of your package from beginning to end. No shipper is better.

    FedEx gets my shipments to me on time, or before expected time. I remember one instance when a shipping partner was late transferring the shipment, and FedEx went above and beyond expectations on getting my shipments to my door on time. They must have hustled their rear ends off. Kudos to the FedEx Team, including their OTR truckers, who have to endure the harshest driving conditions, to make our lives that much more comfortable.

    Associates need to be more friendly, even just a hello with a smile goes a very long long way. Every time I have ever went into a FedEx the associates seemed like I was a bother and interrupting whatever they were doing In the back. Made me feel very uncomfortable even asking for help. On 2 occasions I actually did walk out and go to UPS instead.

    I've had more damaged parcels this past year, along delay after delay! Including seeing packages thrown. Even Amazon Prime cut them from handling their parcels says something. What is said they were the only company I only used for ten plus years, and do not have a credit return policy. They blame weather delay on their site and no weather issues in the area I shipped it to. Shame on them.

    They are normally pretty good. They had one mishap 3 years ago delivering me a package. The address clearly said my (Cold Lake) address but they delivered it to Edmonton AND then shipped it back. I never received my package at all to this date 3 years later.

    FEDEX seem to go the extra mile to get delivery items to the customer in Hawaii. They make multiple delivery attempts. They also take extra precautions against "porch pirates." Package pick-up scheduling is beyond expectations.

    Carrier consistently leaves packages at unprotected entrance, exposed to rain and snow and passers-by. Signs at this entrance direct carrier to protected entrance at rear of building. This entrance is, of course, a few more steps away from their truck. So I assume that time restraints on the drivers cause them to leave packages exposed to the elements; or laziness?

    I was tracking a package that was 20 miles away from my house and that same day the package was 120 miles away in a different state in which it had to travel on interstate 70 through my town. This seems stupid and such a waste of resources that I can truly understand.

    I sent out a large 30 lb package with Christmas and birthday present inside. It was delivered a day early and in excellent condition. Everything was intact and I was happy there were fragile breakables inside and I was told the box, even with the weight of 30 lbs, arrived on great condition. It looked like it was just sent, no evidence of being thrown around or mishandled. Good job FedEx.

    During the month of December I used FedEx to ship over 45 packages with ground delivery. I shipped a very expensive Holiday Inflatable that was valued at $850.00. I purchased insurance to safeguard the delivery. I also made sure there was adequate bubble wrap inside the box as well. When the shipment arrived to my recipient the outer box had been punctured. It was deep enough to have gone through to an area of the inflatable therefore damaging it enough that it would not hold air. I made a claim with Fedex online and attached the bill of sale for the item as requested and was told it would be reviewed and finalized within 5 days. I then received a rejection letter from Fedex stating I had not provided enough proof such as photos of the box.

    I was never contacted and told this would be necessary. Since the item was damaged I informed the recipient they could just throw it away as it was unusable. I am out $850.00 plus the cost of shipping label and insurance. I believe they sell you this insurance knowing you can never collect it. This is a scam and customers need to be warned not to bother to purchase it.

    Best part of Fedex is you don't need an account to be able to pick your package up at a delivery location, worst part is how they treat your packages. Two items I recently picked up from them rather than deliver to my house were both damaged, not beyond repair but the collectible value was ruined.

    42 out of 67 times that I had to use FedEx my packages were late at least 1 day. These times the business I purchased from used FedEx. I wouldn't use FedEx if I had a choice. The customer service was nonsense. And the prices are through the roof.

    Drivers are always very friendly. If I get to the door before they leave and say "Thank you", they always reply with a friendly acknowledgement and a wave. Not so with other companies. My only complaint is that they've quit ringing the doorbell. Other than that, Fedex is the way to go.

They have always been very courteous and if it is a heavy or cumbersome package will always ask me where I would like them to put it so it will be convenient for me.     I ship a lot of important letters and documents with FedEx. Although pricey, it always arrives when they promise. They have a few options on how quickly you need your items delivered, obviously the quicker the more expensive, but if your items have to arrive by a certain time you can be very comfortable that it will.

    Fed Express handles my packages with care and delivery is prompt. I usually receive my insulin within a couple days from the shipment date. Boxes are never damaged and I have viewed through my RING device that the driver never drops or throws my package onto my porch. It is always placed carefully next to my entrance door.

    They have frequently not been in time with deliveries. Delivered packages to the wrong address.... No pickup on Saturday for important documents. I've been given the run-around several times when trying to call about a bad delivery. Was told to call the shipper when it was definitely a FedEx problem.

    They do deliveries on time but they also take packages back to the Depot and you have pick them up, and for some work I'd the same hours they make their rounds, and there are those rare occasions when they lose a package or deliver to the wrong address.

    Fed Ex ground has consistently left parcels exposed to the weather, namely rain without covering them in plastic, as their competitors do. The cardboard boxes are typically soaked through. Fortunately the shippers take the precaution to wrap the product in plastic or there would likely be water damage.

    I had 3 packages damaged and missing items. Only one was reimbursed. You have to hold for customer service for a long time. It didn't use to be that. I hope they fix this issues. The price should include some insurance.

    I ordered a very important package that needed to be handled with care as it was very expensive almost 2 thousand dollars. The FedEx driver delivered it on a day where the weather was horrible. Not his fault of course. He double bagged my package in to giant plastic bags, tied the ends of the bags and he was not satisfied with just that since he didn't think that would keep it dry since the wind was also blowing very hard. He took my recycle bin that was outside and placed it over the bagged packages and then also grabbed a piece of a cinder block of concrete and placed it on top of the recycle bin. After that he wrote a note and placed the note inside my storm door telling me where my package was and why he did that. He wanted to make sure it didn't get wet, destroyed or stolen and I certainly appreciated the job he did and continues to do.

    FedEx is usually on time with their delivery, but sometimes they just throw the package on your doorstep and don't even ring or knock on your door to alert you that there is a package. Pick up time is fairly good. They pick up within a set time frame.

    They say that the package is undeliverable more than half the time and I end up picking it up myself at one of their hubs. They get paid to deliver but don't deliver. Worst delivery service I have ever known. They cheat us out of our money for a service they don't do. If I want to order something and find out FedEx is the delivery service, I cancel my order and look for the product from a company that uses someone else to deliver.

    Over a number of years I have used FedEx for both personal and business. In my experience I have found FedEx to be a reliable company to do business with. Sometimes their prices to ship parcels are competitive other times they are more expensive. However for reliability I feel comfortable using them for my shipping needs. I find the ability to track packages and know pretty much when a parcel will be arriving to be pretty consistent. In most cases if a package is going to be delayed for weather or whatever, it is as always good to have that information. If I had to recommend a company to friends or associates FedEx would be my choice.

    I have had multiple horrible experiences where I have had to call to track down packages from FedEx! Either they don't know how to find addresses or use a GPS, or they just don't care! I cannot help it that some of the places that I purchase Items from use FedEx as a carrier service, but if you have the choice to...DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGES AND OR MAIL!

    They will mess up your address, and when you call to get your issue sorted out they will give you the run around! It's a bunch of nonsense! My most recent experience today was the least horrifying one so far. They at least were quick to believe me and get a case set up so they could send it to the trace department and find my lost package! It still remains to be seen as to whether or not it will be found. If it is not it's still on them cuz their dumb driver dropped it in the wrong place. Holy cow this company is terrible! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    FedEx outsources delivery to a third party, who rents a panel truck for deliveries. I have watched this truck travel up a hill with its back door open. Boxes are falling out of the truck on to the roadway. The boxes never make it the last 100 feet, but the driver marks them delivered. Then it is up to the receiptent to file a claim that they never received their packages. Just try to reach anyone at FedEx to file a complaint. It is impossible.

    FedEx has an excellent reputation for the timeliness of delivery of their parcels but they are often-times the most expensive alternative especially when Ground-type of shipping is desired. Furthermore, I have had some parcels, especially larger packages, get damaged while in transit in the care of FedEx.

    I would have given FEDEX an overall 5 but, they have a tendency to leave my packages just anywhere and people can just walk away with them even though I have left specific instructions as to how the package is to be delivered. I've asked to sign for my packages and was told that if the sender does not ask for a signature then the package is just left and good luck receiving it. I wish they would give the customer the option of signing for their packages no matter whether the value is $10.00 or $10,000.00 dollars!

    I do a lot of online shopping, pretty much everything that isn’t food... and then some foods. Most packages are delivered by Fedex and some are delivered by one of two other companies. My Fedex driver is always courteous and friendly and I’ve never seen that my packages have been handled roughly. The reason I put 4 stars overall is because one day when there was a different driver and I was waiting on 2 big Walmart boxes, I stood out front and watched the substitute driver take my boxes to the neighbor’s house.

    I yelled, “I think you may have the wrong house”, which of course he did and he had to then pick them back up from the porch and bring them over... it was kinda funny and scary at the same time. I’m almost always home and I hear the trucks, so I always go out to greet them. It’s odd... Fedex & UPS trucks have very distinct sounds and are never mistaken for the trash truck or other similar trucks that drive by, just like the mailman’s vehicle... but I never hear Amazon vans pull up... they’re sneaky.

    3 times they have dropped off ammo I ordered to two Different neighbors down the road. One did not find it until snow melted a month later and I have a big steel sign at the end of my driveway with my address on it! The drivers must not be looking at the driveways or mail boxes and just at their GPS! Plus if there is any snow they will not come down my driveway ether.

    We use FedEx almost daily at my business and they always pick up our packages on scheduled time and it reaches its destination when it is expected. The drivers are always very courteous and polite. We of course have had packages that got missed or delivered late but that is always the exception and not the norm. I also use Fed Ex in my home when I am shipping items to my grandchildren in Michigan or my son in Chicago and again I have never experienced any problems with the deliveries or with packages being crushed or torn open.

    I was in Europe and needed some items, a friend sent them from New York. They were supposed to arrive on Monday and it was quite expensive. I received a notification that they would arrive on Tuesday, already annoying as we were approaching a time frame when I could just have sent them by mail much cheaper. I stayed home all day on Tuesday to be sure to get them. At night I received a note that they had "attempted delivery and no one was there to receive it" - a flat out lie. I spoke with the neighbors and they said this happens all the time with FedEx because it's hard to park in the city streets so they don't even try to deliver, they just race in and glue a sticker on the door and then race off again, and you have to pick up your own package on the following day from an inconvenient location.

    I was supposed to receive medicine last Wednesday. Today is now Tuesday. Every day I have received a text indicating that they can't deliver today because of weather. We have had a little snow in Denver but not every day. I have even went so far as to reroute my package to the nearest UPS delivery location to me and keep getting the same excuse. I am about ready to hand this to my attorney since this is medicine that I am waiting for. I am hopefully getting escalated to a manager but I have been told that in the past as well. Complete BS and will call my pharmacy and tell them never to use Fed Ex again. I am Fed UP!!!!

    Absolutely the worst carrier delivery service in the Troutdale, Oregon area. Consistently late and delayed delivery with non-existent communication. On numerous occasions I've requested SMS updates which was acknowledge but then no updates were sent not even after delayed delivery. On recent experience I waited all day by the door for FedEx delivery which never arrived. It was delivered next day without notice or SMS from FedEx by the door without even a courtesy door knock. From now on it will be USPS or UPS or I won't order at all.

    They break my desktop computer that I shipped from Louisville, KY to Trenton, NJ and when I did the claim they denied me the claim because I don’t have proof of ownership like who keeps all their receipts.     I recently received a delivery, I missed the first delivery for which they left a notice letting me know that they will be making a second attempt the next day. I received my heavy package the next day just as they said I would, I was beyond happy for the fact they even make a second attempt when most other companies don’t even bother.     Lie from top manager down to delivery person. I ordered red wines online, they never got delivered. I got emails from them saying they attempted delivery but nobody at my address or door was closed. I even got a phone call from route manager saying this is their last attempted. But my delivery address is a auto repair shop, open during business of 8:30 to 6 pm. I was always here and my door was always open, this is a big parking lot with 3 wide opened garage doors. And funny thing was their attempted deliveries were around 12 or 1 pm.

    I told the route manager that and he said he will check on it. That was 8:30 am and by noon time, I got an another email saying they attempted delivery but my door was closed. They actually never tried and my box of wines were just sit there at their warehouse. I called and talked to the manager the next day, she said the wines were on the truck out for delivery. Yet by 1 pm, I got another email saying they attempted deliver. So I called her again right away. She said there's nothing she can do about it. It on the driver's truck. I called 5 minutes later.     Starting with the fact that FedEx Ground isn’t provided by FedEx, is a contractor with whom they have an agreement but they doesn’t even fulfill the policies FedEx has. The delivery drivers are extremely lazy and liars: they looks for every possible excuse to not deliver the packages when they have to walk upstairs, they always have problems “finding the addresses” even the commercial ones. If the driver is in a “good mood” he, at least, leaves the package wherever he believes will be secured within the first floor of the building until the owner looks for it without caring about thieves or weather conditions. There hasn’t been not even just one delivery that FedEx has made me that I didn’t have some kind of situation with them before it was completed. The worst shipping company ever and expensive.

    Their shipping time isn’t too bad. I think they could take better care of the packages, every time I get a package it’s damaged in some way. I did have one bad experience with a driver. He was extremely rude. He came to my home then said the package must have been left at the warehouse. I asked him if he could check one more time. He refused. So I called FedEx. They got him to check again and it was in his truck... He had to come back and drop it off.

    My experience with FedEx has been very good. They ship on time and their packages arrive with very little or no damage. Their drivers are courteous and many times, they take the time to ring the doorbell before leaving the package. I truly prefer FedEx over USPS and UPS.

    Pricing is high. Normally the associates at the FedEx shipping center don't always give you the best option to chose while sending a package. They tend to go by the system suggested high value elite shipping rates, most profitable to the company. Sometimes time is not critical, there is no need to pay a high price.

    Fed Ex needs to look at their inefficient routes. I can watch my items pass through distribution centers, going from the Southside of Wisconsin all the way to the northside of Wisconsin and then back. Typically takes 3 times longer for delivery than UPS.

    I like when companies use Fed Ex to ship items because they are reliable and can be tracked. The con is they do not follow drop off instructions and if it requires a signature they make it hard for family who live in the same household. Pick it up if you can't because of your schedule

    I really love dealing with Fedex. Their drivers are friendly and are quick to deliver or pick up your packages. If I have a question they are respond knowledgeably and with confidence! When they deliver my packages they know our house and deliver it to the back deck because they know that I have a bad back and can't lift 100 lbs. boxes and I can't lug them up the stairs..

    Fedex usually takes excellent care of packages (as opposed to OOPS (UPS) and generally is great at maintaining promised pickup and delivery times. Where they faulted is estimated shipping costs are almost always lower than final billed shipping costs. For a small business this can really add to overhead. Not cool.

    Fed Ex has better rates for my needs than UPS by far. USPS is better for lighter weight items, but overall I like Fex Ex for ground shipping. The drivers that deliver to me are pretty nice. I have asked them to leave my items in a certain spot at my home and they have done so. Some drivers a little more conscious than others, but never had something thrown over our fence. On the other hand, a few items I have shipped have been destroyed when they got to the final destination and I have had to file a claim. They have always been good about paying the claims in a good time frame. I will continue to use them for future shipping.

    Working for Express, I was told to try shipping that way. It came to my place of work, took a few days to arrive and was $55... apparently would have been higher. Respect for packages and delivery is always emphasized.

    FEDEX is way more reliable than USPS. They're efficient in delivery and notifying recipients of arrival of packages via text/email. Drivers who serve are courteous and helpful with questions. The cost to send packages are more affordable than regular USPS mail.

    FedEx always gets stuff confused. I've had packages missing and they won't and refuse to do anything about it. They said it's because anybody at the address they go to is allowed to sign for a package. Several of my items have disappeared.

    We live in the mountains, with much snow at times, even so, not once has our packages been late. The drivers are always smiling, packages are always undamaged. We are 100% + satisfied with all that FedEx does for us. Until approx 2 years ago, our address up here wasn't know & FedEx was somewhat confused as to where packages were to be delivered. They sent someone to make sure our address was correct & our names. They never missed a package from then on. I wish that UPS would follow in their footsteps. We still don't receive packages from UPS as ordered. A BIG THANK YOU, TO FEDEX.

    Shipping time is good. Not much damage. Wish they would ring the bell. I dont ship as much as I receive, but they are way better than UPS OR USPS. NOW UPS using the Postal Service to deliver, and this service really sucks. They throw packages around. Damage a lot. And also dont ring the bell!

    Fed Ex is one of the most dependable companies there is. They work hard to deliver packages in a timely manner and it's rare that a package arrives damaged. The drivers are polite and courteous. I prefer to only use Fed Ex if possible!

    The majority of my orders are always FedEx. They are kind, friendly, fast and careful with our packages. I would always suggest them if you want something in a timely manner. I had one package not due until the 10th of the month and it arrived on the 5th.

    Absolutely horrific service. This is the second time that on the day of delivery I get notification that not only will my package not be delivered on that day, but that actual delivery date is unavailable!!! At the moment, The FedEx app shows my package will deliver today, while the virtual assistant says it will deliver tomorrow. Save yourself the headaches and use UPS. Never had such issues with UPS.

    My building doesn't allow deliveries to be left in the lobby, they must be taken to the addressee's apartment. There is a large notice at the building entrance noting this. UPS, AMAZON, USPS almost always follow the rules. FedEx usually doesn't: even though their delivery confirmation may state LEFT AT APARTMENT, packages are left in the lobby. One left there for me disappeared, it is not a very secure lobby. Perishable deliveries packed in ice in foam containers are left in the lobby, where they might remain for days.

    We have filed formal complaints with FedEx, which has the local dispatcher phone and say it won't happen again; in fact, my address (perhaps the entire building) is noted in their database to leave packages at apartments, so drivers know it. For a while after the phone call deliveries are not left in the lobby, but it doesn't last long. I avoid merchants who use FedEx, and have informed my regular sellers to use UPS for shipments to me. The sheer number of complaints against FedEx on the internet is astonishing, leading to the conclusion that FedEx doesn't care.

    As long as the shipping company can keep the list of irresponsible driver to a minimum there should be no problems. I have seen videos on Fed Ex and USPS and UPS who are not the best delivery people, the way they treat people's items and the damage they cause, plus it cost the company million a year in claims.

    I ordered my dog's medicine through Chewy.com and expected in 3-5 business days, after 8 days I called FedEx and was told it's in transit, but I should contact the company, I did and they were sending me another bottle. Long story short, it 13 days for the first bottle and 19 days for the second. I complained and got nothing, no apology at all. Glad my dog wasn't dying. ☹

    I set up my account with Fed Ex to have all packages delivered to my front door. The delivery driver ALWAYS ignores the instructions and leaves my packages by my garage door. Since I don't know when the packages are delivered, I have had packages stolen from my driveway. It is VERY frustrating!!!

    I was very surprised to see my package would be delivered on a Sunday. Indeed it was. The driver even rang my bell to notify me that the package has arrived. I wished him a great day. And he replied, "Thank you." The only thing I saw was a small dent in the outer package. The inner package air bags on one side were deflated. The other side were still inflated.

    FedEx's downfalls are their user-unfriendly website and their customer service. It's a crap shoot when you call them for help if you will get a competent CSR or not. Generally, if I can tell within a few sentences if a CSR doesn't know what they are doing, I will hang up and call back to speak with a different one. Sometimes it takes two or three calls.

    Fedex seems to have the most accurate/useful/informative package tracking, even when it's the service that goes through the U.S. postal system. My only complaint is that they seem to be more inclined to drop off a package without ruining the doorbell. It really helps me if they do, because I know to go outside and grab it (or if I'm at work, I get an alert from my app).

    FedEx is suppose to deliver parcels to our home but they continually deliver them to the base of our driveway which is not even visible from the house. If it is a small parcel they sometimes tie it to a tree branch. We have received all types of parcels at the bottom of our driveway in rain, snow & hot weather.

    No matter what time of day the Fed Ex truck arrives at our house, I can always look forward to a convention knock on the door or a ring of the doorbell letting us know something is out there.     I think FedEx is the best and most reliable shipping company on the planet. It keeps me updated while my parcel is coming/going (better than the others companies), which is very important to me. The only thing I'd like FedEx to do is raise the amount of insurance it offers - which is why I gave it a 4 rating on pricing. When I need more insurance, I'm forced to use USPS.

    We have 2 doors into our home, both coming from the main driveway, the sidewalk splits 2 ways, one to the back (side) door and one to the front. The back entry does not have any protection from the weather and is easily seen from the driveway, there is no covering or awning to protect the packages that are also visible to a passerby. The front door has a large covered but open front porch, it is protected from the weather and packages are not easily visible, it is by far the best place to leave our deliveries. The only thing that is a bit more difficult is there are 2 steps up to that porch, maybe driver is too lazy to climb 2 steps.

    After many times that the FedEx driver left things on the open sidewalk in front of the door, I called and requested that there be instructions left to leave things in the front. I know that they added that information to our address because I called (repeatedly) and asked if there were instructions. We either have a delivery driver that does not check for directions or just plain does not care, it makes no sense to me why I should have had to call a minimum of 7 times since November to complain about this. I plan to request a different delivery company whenever possible. 2 times since January 31, we have had deliveries at the back door again... I wonder how this person ever passed a driver's test because reading and following directions is not happening for them!!

    I sent a package through FedEx Ground, one business day shipment on January 28th. After spending hours and hours on the phone with FedEx customer service which were NO help at all, my package was received by the recipient on February 4th. FedEx did not take responsibility and did not care. My document arrived late and it hurt me financially. Again, FedEx did not care at all. The worst customer service ever. They should not be in business.

    We ship in average 350 packages a month -domestic and global. We decided to test how Fedex preforms vs USPS. We shipped 2 boxes. One was returned to us after 12 days. Reason “hold expire”. It was home delivery. Delivery was not attempted and kept in office. Fedex refuses to accept responsibility for the failure and refund shipping charges. Second package left fedex center after holding there for 3 days and is supposed to deliver after 6-7 days. Usps delivers in 3 days.

    Had an expensive product shipped to me which the sender required Signature reciept for. FedEx went to the wrong side of my duplex twice while I was there and said just left a note saying they couldn't deliver because of Signature. I used the app, went to the store, called the reps, and they refused to tell me when the next delivery time was, couldn't schedule a time for me, couldn't leave the package at a fedex location for me to pickup and said the package would be sent back if I they tried to deliver again and couldn't get signature. So I cleared my schedule and waited at home the entire next day that the delivery was scheduled to be dropped off and they never showed up, just pushed it to the next day when I was unavailable. Absolute worthless customer service.

    I had a very horrible experience with this company. I moved some personal things from the Midwest to Las Vegas, however, my experience with FedEx reveals that the company does not have the customer at the heart of its business. If they did or do, their staff would not behave the way they did. Day 1: Delivery guys left a door tag because I was not around (simple reason: I work full-time) and I spoke to the company I moved my personal stuff to contact FedEx to drop the items at the apartment office which has the same address as my apartment and about 30 seconds walk from my apartment.

    Day 2: I came back shocked to see another door tag. FedEx refused to drop the item at the apartment office. I spoke to the company I used again and this time they got it written in several mails and confirmed with a reference number as confirmation. In addition, I had to sign at the back of the previous 2 door tags and pasted on my door for them to leave the items at the door if they refuse to leave the items at the apartment office thereby personally taking the risk of stealing and loss of the package.

    Day 3: FedEx refused to drop the item at the Apartment office again, rather I was shocked to see a third door tag, this time it was crossed at the back giving me no option to sign and they also took away the second door tag. Not the least, I was infuriated. After a heated phone conversation, I told them I was coming over to their facility at Henderson to pick my items using Uber, however, the manager collected my phone number and passed on to FedEx Ground and said they will call me and this was already some minutes past 7 pm (they close at 8 pm).

    From reading comments here, I did not need a seer or a prophet to tell me to just jump on the nearest available taxi to FedEx Ground facility. Just as I expected, the call never came. I went to the facility and picked up my items. My observation at the facility also confirmed serious and grave lapses in customer services. As somebody working in a service organization, I mean FedEx obviously has SERIOUS issues with customer service or perhaps I have been spoiled by Amazon superior and customer-eccentric service.

    I am not a seer, neither am I a prophet but a data-crunching guy. From what I read here, it appears this problem is serious and I do not know the extent to which this reflects the ethos and business culture of the organization. Failure in customer service like this gets trickled down like drops of rain and over time it gathers and becomes some clouds and over and over again, they form rain and... it takes failures in customer service to mildly affect year-end corporate results, but over time the compounding effect can threaten the life of an organization. As for me, NEVER in my life will I ever use FedEx for any reason except I don't have a choice to pick the courier company. Perhaps, Amazon may soon disrupt the logistics business model and we may not hear of FedEx again and the customer will be the ultimate winner in the end after all.

    I don’t know if this is a problem with our local contractor, but for the past couple years reliability with FedEx has gone downhill. Completely. Today is day 3 of delivery exceptions. And oddly enough, the weather is pretty great today, as are the roads. Horrible customer service as well. A half hour wasted there. Whenever possible, I choose companies to order from that do not use FedEx as the shipper. Sometimes, you just don’t have a choice..
