Great customer and quick and a easy process and provides you with a tracking number to ensure the package get to the designated area the company is. Great way to ship and receive packages I do use other option however this is one of the best.

My FedEx driver is always the same guy. He’s so friendly and my dogs love him because he brings them treats. He knows their names and also knows at least one of their friends name and usually where they live also. I enjoy the driver and his bright outlook.

The Federal Express drivers in my neighborhood are wonderful! There is one who delivers cases of wine from my wine club. The box is heavy and he always offers to put it inside the door so I don't have to lift it. The drivers are all pleasant and friendly.

FedEx service is really good. Good pickup & drop-off service. The FedEx ground service is what I usually prefer for its minimal charge and best delivery option. Also if you have prepaid label printed, the packaging would be usually finished/sealed up by them. Whereas in UPS/USPS, they always asks to pay extra for packaging supplies like tape.

Prices for shipping boxes are insane. They like to throw your boxes around too. Seems like if the box is heavy they just kick it around to move it instead of carrying it. UPS is the same way as Fed Ex.

I get packages several times each week. Fedex has never once lost or damaged an item, more than I can say for other carriers! I have also used them to ship and my shipments have never been late!

Had a package delivery date and 8 times they changed the time/date or reason about delivery. The thing that bothered me the most is that the excuses they made were out and out lies. Like 'bad weather', which was ridiculous because during the days of excuses it had been in the 30's and 40's (great for MN) with no rain or snow or any kind of bad weather. If you run late at least do not think the customer is stupid and make up lies that are obviously false.

Their drivers are very poor drivers in my area. They will run you over. When they deliver thrown or dropped package???? Leave peel out ruts in driveway when they leave. Parcels are mostly on time.

I do most of my shopping online and FedEx is usually the carrier. I can always depend on timely deliveries arriving in perfect condition. I also use FedEx to ship and they have never failed me. Highly recommend! They put other shipping services to shame.

I really appreciate that fact that you can sign up for the mail update which gives you a visual notice of what you are receiving in the mail. Their delivery drivers are professionals and deliver packages as scheduled.

If I have something important to send and it needs to be handled perfectly from beginning to end, and arrive on the day that is promised, I feel safest sending through FedEx. Also, the employees are always patient and informative. I have never had a negative experience in my dealings with FedEx.

We order items often and more often than not Fed Ex delivers. They always meet the time frame for delivery and we never have an issue. The only problem is some times the packages are damaged (though not the merchandise) from bumping and getting tossed around. When keeping a schedule, I suppose that is to be expected to some degree.

I have many packages delivered to my home. I live in a rural area and it is easier for me to shop online. I use all the shipping companies. I have noticed that FedEx gets my deliveries here faster. Their employees are professional and friendly. My packages arrive in great condition.

I’ve been waiting for two weeks to receive a package from Walgreens. They damaged the first package and Walgreens had to resubmit my order. Now my order have been “on FedEx vehicle for delivery” for the past two days and I still haven’t received it.

As Traffic Mgr for a major defense contractor I contracted FedEx for several million dollars annually. In 27 years they lost or damaged only a handful of packages. Extremely reliable carrier. Customer service, tracking and geographic coverage world wide is top rated.

Fedex is so easy to use on ebay and ship in person. They have good rates for Fast Post and the employees are super helpful ~ I like the tracking process too!! On Ebay as a super seller I'm assured my items will be delivered on time and in great shape!!

Good sales representation, good pricing, good service. We had used UPS for a number of years and recently it seems as though they pulled back on their pricing and they are ALWAYS late getting new rate proposals to us by the required time frame.

The delivery drivers NEVER knock on the door when I'm home, and even then, with my car in the driveway, they THROW packages over the fence and into the yard. My dog is in the house, so there is absolutely no danger, just lazy drivers who don't care. Even when I give them excellent directions to my home and where to put the packages, they still throw them over the fence, instead of putting them on the nice, covered front porch. Jerks.

Most companies just leave the package. They do not ring the bell after placing the package on the porch. FedEx takes the time to let you get to the door and take possession of the shipment. With FedEx I have never had a stolen package.

FEDEX has always delivered packages on time and undamaged. I cannot say that any other delivery service can come close in comparison! My packages are left right on my front porch or the back patio door where they are safe from the weather and where no one can see them. Great company!

I have never had an issue with this company delivering my parcels. The one time I asked the driver to put the parcel somewhere else because I wouldn't have been home to answer the door he did upon my request. I trust them, and know I have nothing to worry about. Great job guys.

Always very happy with the shipping service I receive from FedEx. Our regular driver is great. He knows we have dogs, so unless I happen to have to sign, he will now leave the package on the deck, and not knock, as to set off the barking. Seems minimal, but when kids are napping, it is a Godsend to have that one small courtesy!

FedEx never disappoints, not only do they knock on the door when they deliver your package they also put your package as close to the front door as they possibly can to try and deter thieves in case you're not home when they deliver. They also send you an email letting you know your package has been delivered so you can get home if you're not already there. Love FedEx.

Have never had an issue with lost or damaged packages. Fastest shipping and delivery times of any carrier. If I can’t use Fed Ex I have to depend on postal service and take a chance. Fed Ex has very few delays most of which are due to extreme weather conditions.

I like Fed. If I am at home they are always pleasant. They try to get to know who lives where and they try to connect with you so you can feel comfortable about receiving packages from them. I usually get the same delivery person and he is very particular where my package is left. I have made arrangement with Fed where if I am not home they have a neutral place to leave my packages.

Can count on my package arriving when scheduled. I use it at work quite often. The process is easy to set up and understand. I can easily charge my dept code to the FedEx shipment. I can also track where my package is.

I have used FedEx many times and never had a problem. They always handle my package care, I can't speak for everyone else. When go and ship they make the process very easy, and if I am not sure about the rules of the package they make sure all is well and give me the best rate possible.

I have used FedEx at least 100 times and they have always been very consistent. They always take very good care of the packages and I’ve never had an issue with the handling. Anytime I get the option to choose who will deliver my package I prefer FedEx. I would highly recommend them anytime.

I really hate that the drivers do not knock on my door to let me know when my packages are here! I don’t know that they have arrived unless I check the delivery status. Luckily I have good neighbors who will knock to see if I am home, if not they hold on to them until I arrive home.

Cheaper than USPS and much faster. Took over 2 weeks to send a package priority mail 1,000 miles by USPS and very expensive. Sent another package through FedEx & it was received in 4 days for much less cost.

They show up to deliver and pickup items when they say they are coming. The pkgs. come and go worry free. Very dependable..Would recommend. Hope that manager that stole that sole millions of dollars in merchandise from the Co. goes to jail for a very long time.

Christmas 2019 was the first and only time I had major problems with FedEx. I had three packages at Jacksonville FedEx Facility, then delivery was pending, then lost, Sam's Club replaced the lost packages, then FedEx delivered my original lost packages. Worked out in the end but what a nightmare!!

I have not had any problems with FedEx. They are excellent. If a package is too heavy, the drivers will help to get it where I can handle the weight. If I call for updates they are always very helpful. They also have email updates as to the arrival of your packages.

It was easy for me to use the provided tracking information for my purchases. The information for delivery was accurate and I was able to track my purchases. When they arrived the driver brought them to the side door and rung my doorbell so I would know that they were delivered.

I have VERY mixed feelings about FedEx. MOST of the time, they deliver small packages to me on time with no problems. But this week we were expecting delivery of 6 large cases of furniture and I had scheduled a vacation day just to take delivery of this shipment. But FedEx really disappointed me this time. FIRST, after I signed up for text updates, FedEx provided very vague information saying only that all 6 cases had been loaded on a truck and were "out for delivery", with no delivery time estimate; SECOND, around 1:30pm, the FedEx truck pulled up to our condo, stopped for a couple of minutes and then left, with no text update on the status, and no driver stopping by the front door to tell us what was going on ... they just left. So we continued to wait, calling their customer service number several times to find out what was going on, only to be told "it's out for delivery" and "we can't say when beyond before end of day".
THIRD, we waited at home till 8:00pm (their delivery day ends at 8pm) and then called FedEx again (for about the 4th time) and they finally admitted that their data showed that the cases had never been loaded on the delivery truck that morning (which was why the driver didn't/couldn't deliver them when the truck was at our address). FOURTH, FedEx had no explanation for why the driver didn't bother to tell us what had happened when they were at our unit or why no text update was sent, FIFTH they expressed no interest in the fact that their lack of proper updates caused us to wait at home for 7 hours after they knew the delivery would not happen as scheduled.
Having taken a vacation day to take delivery on these cases, and I can hardly express the sense of wasted time, especially since I am now spending a 2nd day waiting at home for this shipment to arrive, again with no useful updates, just "out for delivery". For this shipment, I give FedEx a very frustrated 1 star, and for their normally good service on small shipments I upgrade that to two stars, but color me highly inconvenienced and exceptionally disappointed.

FEDEX hub in Kernersville, NC does a horrible job of moving packages from their facility to the local district points. Three times in a row I track my package through Kernersville, NC to only see “bar code label unreadable and replaced”. This then allows this facility to deliver my package as late as they see fit. As I wait at home on promised delivery days only to see updates later in the day, often 5 and 6 days. Customer service does not help, email complaints are ignored, I even emailed the CEO!! Nothing, so my next step is to refuse to purchase items where FEDEX is the shipping method.

You never get a damaged packed and the driver are wonderful. They are very reliable. I find everything about FedEx to be reasonable and they pick up and delivery at the same time. The boxes are very sturdy and stones but easy to open. I use FedEx as much as possible.

Fedex is always on time, great tracking which give you a window of delivery. Very convenient being able to drop package off at a local Walgreens. Their Shipping manager on their site not only allows you to track but prepare shipments, print shipping labels is a real time saver. As a EBAY seller, they have the capability to pay and print Fedex shipping labels from their site.

FedEx has always been my go to shipper. Most of the other do not show the package care that FedEx does. My packages have always arrived on time, and with no damage. I have tried the other and have always had ripped, broken and missing items. FedEx is top on my list of shipping companies.

WE have received a number of items from FedEx. Staff has been friendly, but several times the items shipped have had boxes that do not arrive in the greatest of shape. If we take items into the local shipping office most of the time they have people working there, that seem very unhappy with their jobs or maybe they are just not good with customers.

FEDEx has been extremely helpful. I had a major issue with some of my credit cards and the various companies issued new ones, some came the next day thru FedEx. The drivers were careful, courteous and kind to a senior citizen.

My packages from FedEx always arrive in good shape and almost always on time. I cannot say the same thing for many of my UPS and Postal Service packages. The FedEx driver that delivers to us is always very courteous and respectful. He always tries to inform us our packages have arrived instead of just leaving them.

FedEx has always been on time, packages are always in perfect shape and the drivers I have felt with have ALWAYS been the most pleasant, kind & thoughtful people. I find their service to be one of the best I have ever felt with. The young man I half felt with would always bring my heavy packages right to my door since he knew I was disabled and they would be extra difficult to get up the stairs and onto the deck.❤ Who could ask for more.

Our FedEx driver is the best. I take care of my elderly parents. Since I have no one who can carry anything awkward or heavy, he always carries heavy boxes in for us. None of the other companies' drivers have ever done that!

Fed Ex usually leave packages on front porch or Give to anyone in yard. Sometimes they don’t deliver and take it to post office, and when you call the company you ordered from, they say no one was at home. Even though you got security cameras, and you been looking for them watching out and you know they ain’t been by. They also throw your packages around.

I ordered a pair of maternity jeans from Kohl's that was being shipped by FedEx. Every day for a week I received a text saying they were being delivered, after the 6th day I called and was given the run around that I couldn't contact the local depot where the package was. Within an hour of finally talking to someone the package was finally delivered.

FedEx gets my packages to the correct address and they are almost perfectly on time. I have had issues with other shippers, so I'm especially appreciative of this. I've bought and sold many remote controlled (hobby grade only) cars and trucks over the last 2 years! I've not once received a damaged box or vehicle! I also ship with FedEx and all 300 of my customers have been very pleased with the services FedEx has to offer! I've shipped with others, but FedEx is the Best!

Was expecting a package that required a signature but was going to be out of town. Delivery rep. for my area told me would he would leave it at a another retail store that also is a FEDEX satellite office with instructions to hold til I picked it up. They did and it saved me a lot of time.

I've never had good luck with FedEx. Package has constantly arrived damaged or late and customer service is not helpful at all. I've been passed by their trucks going significantly above the speed limit in residential areas.

They rarely put the packages where they need to be. I have a large sign saying leave packages here and they walk right past it to leave at my door instead. I have a large dog that really enjoys eating packages. Fed Ex has really cost me a lot of money.

On January 31/2020 around 1:56:26 pm, I decide to ship a special uncirculated special coin to an individual person. I request insurance on the item in case it gets missing or anything happens to it. The same day I call FedEx letting know that I don't approve the shipping and to retrieve it from the FedEx company. I also visit the place in which I have to send the article in the box. They got the alert and I was okay with the service. I had pay in total the amount of $95.37 in shipping and handling, so they didn't do anything about what I ask them to do. FedEx sends this special coin letting me with my money and coin hanging. I had called the company several times and they have people who can barely speak English. They just keep transferring my call from one department to another with no help.
Today I received a letter stating that they are not liable for my loss of packages. I am in shock, this coin was a collection coin from my father RIP and I am in need of that cash and try to ship to a buyer in which later I had to change the destination of the coin, by alerting FedEx. FedEx makes their own decisions in getting their company off from this dispute. I went to the authorities to complain about the situation and they told me this is a civil matter situation. Right now I had lost the coin, my $95.37 plus all my efforts. I have attached the bill and the rest of the paperwork together with a picture of the coin. I hope they can do something about this situation. This is a value coin wort up to $5,000. Thank you. I won't recommend FedEx for shipping any value due to neglect by their employees.

Package has been delayed for well over two weeks and the last status update was from 2/12. "On the truck" they say. Even when packages are delivered, they're haphazardly thrown onto the doorstep without even seeing if anyone is home. I can't imagine any of the five star reviews on the this is real.

I always had a great experience. Great customer service great fast and affordable. I live in a small town so having FedEx pick up my packages is awesome and saves me so so so so much time. Online shipping with FedEx is so simple and easy. Nothing like UPS website which seriously confuses me every darn time and their prices are so so so way more expensive.

My personal results with this company has not been the best from packages left at wrong door to finding items behind bushes. Always in a rush. Have left instructions with sellers on these problem areas and they claim to have included all orders on where to place packages. Just not quite as good as other companies on following customer's requests.

They are definitely one of the best shipping companies because they take care of the products they deliver and let you know when they are on their way. They text me all the time since the beginning of the order to the end when they deliver it. They are always nice and polite and knock on the door when they deliver the merchandise.

Lately Fedex has improved and all promised shipments arrive stated day and time slot. With proper care for refrig packages. I would still hesitate over weekend times. Price is very high. But if you need to be sure Fedex is way to go.

Always on time, give frequent updates on delivery or if any problems. Responsive customer service representatives and fair pricing for top service. Try my best to use them exclusively when shipping something and use them exclusively when shipping for business/work related packages.

FedEx does great during regular business. However, during high shipping events like Christmas, they have a tendency to deliver packages to the wrong addresses in rural areas like where I live. Also some drivers like to speed thru county roads.

Drivers make an effort in our neighborhood to place goods in a inconspicuous area out of general sight. This contributes to the security of the delivered goods. Thusly there has been no porch piracy reported in our neighborhood.

They seem very reliable. I have never had a problem. My deliveries always arrived on time. The packages always came through in good condition. I also noticed when it is a rainy day they always put a plastic bag. Very courteous and always say have a nice day.

FedEx is the only shipping company that actually brings my packages to my door or leaves them on my covered glider swing on my large deck, the others will just toss them from the ground up unto my deck from the bottom of the steps of the deck and leave them in the elements. One FedEx delivery person had to deliver a queen size futon and it was extremely heavy and awkward but the poor fellow didn't complain and he did manage to get it into my home without incident. I told him I felt bad and he said, "That's my job." FedEx goes out of their way to deliver on time and leave items in a safe place with care.

FedEx has always been fairly competitive with pricing compared to the other shipping g companies. The drivers are courteous and respectful. My packages have always been delivered cage-free, properly left out of the weather and out of sight from potential thieves.

FedEx is great. Fedex smart post is horrible!! Not worth saving $2. USPS is quick too with the smart post. It’s fedex’s end that is bad. Took over 2 weeks to get a package and was stuck in transit and their smart hubs for days. I would recommend normal fedex but not their smart post. Their pricing isn’t anything that’s a wow factor either. Cheaper through Usps and only 1 day difference usually.

3 times, a package was delivered to a similar address, one other time the package was not ever delivered. A new item had to replace it. This one was delivered safely. Drivers need to pay attention! I cannot recommend FedEx.

FedEx does not deliver when slight chance of snow showers are predicted. Total wusses. Sunny days and no delivery. If weather is predicted to be perfect they deliver quickly and on time. UPS delivers in all but the worst snow storms.

80% deliveries arrive damaged. Trucks are filled with damaged packages; I have photos! Drivers - in start contrast to UPS - dump deliveries in front of gates and doors limiting access to structure AND to delivery. Have witnessed heavy items being thrown over fences (damaging them); packages left out in rain when covered carport is steps away. Orders shipped with very indirect routes making delivery multiple days behind UPS. I have stopped ordering from companies that use FedEx.

Fedex never deliver packages to my home. They leave it at neighbor's home. Some packages I never received. Called them numerous times about this problem. Do not like companies that uses them. Ask if they can use a different shipper. UPS always deliver my packages. They leave it at my front door. Never had a problem with them ever. Talk to one Fedex worker and he said, "The address is 472 and that is where I leave it." I said, "Do you look at the name? There is two apartment. Here I am apt #2 not #1." He said, "I leave it at the address. I don't look at the name on the package." That is just stupid.

I order a lot of wine that is shipped via FEDEX; deliveries require an adult signature. Only one time did the box come damaged. One bottle broken and wet the box bottom so that when the FEDEX driver lifted the box all the remaining bottles fell out and rolled across the driveway. Rather than send the whole box back to the vendor, accepted as delivered. The remainder of my wine deliveries went well, with the FEDEX driver very considerate in placing the package where I needed it put.

Many times the FED EX carriers don't check address on the shipment. They are constantly leaving the package at a different address. The apartment building behind me has the same number as my home but different street name, but they constantly leave the package at my house. I give it back to FED EX when they come around.

I'm using FedEx 2-Day One Rate service and they're overcharging me for more than $1000 total for 11 tracking numbers. Customer service is terrible, admitting to their mistakes and only offering $500 for compensation. I asked to talk to a supervisor and I'm placed on hold for more than an hour, which I'm guessing they're purposedly putting me on hold until I give up. 11 Tracking Numbers has been overchaged. They're supposed to be $6.99 per tracking number (shipped via FedEx 2 Day One Rate - Envelope). Total overcharged amount equals to $1,002.80. It is supposed to be $76.89 total. Instead, they charged me for $1,079.69.

The delivery driver is always friendly and my delivery instructions are always followed to the letter every time. The only problems I've ever had with FedEx are once they hand the package to USPS (when the shipper is too cheap to FedEx it the whole way). As long as your package is in FedEx's possession, it will be treated with care and will get there in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely recommend this company - especially if you care about your packages.

The person delivering is always respectful. If the weather is rainy or snowing the package is well protected in a plastic bag. I am a senior citizen, and if a package is delivered the driver is always kind enough to ask me if I would like for him/her to bring it into the house.

I think Fedex does a really great job and in a timely manner. They are quick and efficient. However, the only negative thing or constructive criticism is that packages are literally just left in the open, no effort made to put the packages behind a bush so that it’s not visible from the road. Understanding of course there isn’t always a place available, but if able to maybe provide a bit more discretion.

Shipping from Cincinnati to Columbus, using FedEx expensive overnight shipping of media images to an organization's editors. The organization's building was being renovated and the FedEx driver, looked at the building and decided not to go in and deliver package, thinking it was unoccupied. The organization was in the building however. Driver returned package to FedEx warehouse in Columbus, that then seethe package to their lost undeliverable warehouse in a southern state, Georgia possibly. My return address was clearly on package, yet FedEx did not return it to me or contact me. After six days, the organization emailed me to ask where the photography images of their event was.
This is the first I knew that the package was not delivered. Then the Columbus editor contacted FedEx. They told him the driver assumed their organization was not in the building and did not go in to check... (organization did continue to receive their mail and package mail from US Post Office.) FedEx put a tracer on package, told Columbus they would send it back quickly. After ten days, FedEx admitted they had lost the package. I had to redo several thousand edited images onto DVD disks and mail to organization using the US Post Office two day Priority this time. Organization received package in two days. This cost me about $200 and several days of time to replace the lost FedEx package images, and impacted publishing deadlines.

I love the ease in tracking my packages. I know where things, when the projected delivery date and time are and the fact I get a delivery confirmation. Drop off locations are local and at some stores they will help with packaging. I'm impressed they confirm my returns with the seller prior to the delivery so I can get a needed replacement.

I’m not very pleased when I find my shipment is coming in on FedEx. I live in a rural area that is fenced and all other carriers have no problem setting packages over the 4' high gate. FedEx will leave a note saying I have to go to Whouse to pick up. 25 miles one way! Many times I’m home and never heard them.

From my experience FedEx is very consumer oriented. The people who deliver my packages make sure they are as hidden as possible, or close to door. They always knock, so you know something has arrived. They have been very accommodating when returning things.

My experience with FedEx is most often as a recipient of a package. That experience has generally been positive with parcels being delivered promptly and being placed in safe locations ie within the porch area (not on the stairs). I dont often use FedEx for outgoing packages mostly because it is sometimes hard to find a location and hours haven't been as flexible as Canada Post.

Absolutely the worst customer service. We have gotten many packages through FedEx and every single time, They always take them to a neighbor's house instead of to our house. We have told them many times that our neighbors are known thieves and not to leave our packages there. But to leave them at our house. They also know my place of business and have been told they can leave them there and never do. I do not recommend FedEx at all. We have since switch to UPS and we have had no problems.

I've always preferred Fedex for fast delivery. With their new drop ship to finish with USPS though, I'm not so happy. I also DON'T recommend their Smartpost. That delivery actually took 3 times as long as USPS regular mail. So stick with regular Fedex service and you'll be fine.

Recently I signed up for a produce subscription program and they chose FedEx as their delivery company. Only once has the package arrived on the day it was supposed to. It's not the driver himself, it's coming from their warehouse. One package spent two days in a warehouse 25 miles from my house. I could have driven over to pick it up. By the time it got to me most of the fruit was destroyed as it took three extra days of travel time over and above the time it took to get from Chicago to the Metro Detroit area. So much for the subscription company making any profits as they chose to refund my payment three times due to the shipments being late or withheld altogether after they discovered the boxes were still stuck at a warehouse.

I have been using FedEx for quite some time. Most of my shipments are overnight live cargo. They have NEVER missed a delivery time deadline, never have I received Cronin poor condition, always get notification of shipment in transit, with constant updates. They are just as competent with my other shipments which are residential ground shipments. Now more convenient ship locations any Walmart has a shipping, copy, packing location within the store, great move. Would consider them to the best for oversized items & high value item shipping. If I have a choice of shippers I take FedEx over others.

FedEx doesn't handle any packages with care. I have had multiple FedEx packages damaged during shipment. Even got a call one time from someone reporting my company had multiple packages fall off the FedEx truck on a main highway where they were left and I had to go pick them up off the side of the road. To make matters worse the packages contained goods all valued over $5000.00 per package and up.

Package not delivered as recorded as recorded. On 1/28/2020 FedEx recorded package to my address delivered around mid-day. Three days later I started checking for the package. First calling the 800 number at FedEx. They said it had been delivered at my address. I replied no it had not, and told them that I believed it had been taken to the townhouses around the corner with the same number and similar street name. I was told again that it had been dropped at the proper address. I then filed a claim for a lost package, explaining again the home with the same number and similar name around the corner. 15 days later the people in that house bring the package to me, telling me that FedEx had dropped it off at their house.
The next day I received a claim letter from FedEx stating their records indicate the package was properly delivered to the correct address and that the claim amount for the package was declined. They never took any consideration that it had been delivered to the wrong address (again). They were wrong as the evidence shows. This has been an on going problem for me the twenty years that I have lived here. I pay for delivery to my residence and will not be tracking the neighborhood for my packages.

Once again FedEx claims they delivered something but nothing is here. Last time, they never found but thankfully the product company sent a new one! This time, they claim my package was delivered, while I was home, but there is nothing here. Checked my neighbors as well, nothing. Yet now I have to wait at least a day to hear what they're going to do next. Instead, why not contact the driver (there's new tech that's available to contact someone real time - it's called a PHONE) to see what he did...or didn't do in this case. The company is a joke - for a global logistics company, I think they need some help...say from the UPS or USPS.

They just leave the package on the porch without a knock or ringing the doorbell. I never know when I have a package. I leave by the back or side door where the garage is located. I cannot see what is on the front porch. As I do not know packages have been left, many of them have been stolen.

The drivers of the trucks drive fast and are rude when sharing the road. They cut off other drivers. They speed. They put other drivers at risk with the way they drive. The company does in fact deliver quickly and the parcels are handled well.

I use FedEx once and awhile, their prices are decent, always on time, sometimes a head of schedule. Never had any problems with getting or sending packages. Tracking is simple and up to date and the employees are always friendly.

The shipment was right on time and placed carefully on our porch. FedEx never disappoints. I have used them several times and their dates are always accurate. If there is ever a problem they will let you know.

Great carrier, but I will say that prices have started to scare me a bit. I have used FedEx for both business and personal needs, and have always valued it over UPS. I have started using USPS Priority, and it is a more reasonable option.

Packages are always in good condition compared to other shippers. They actually ring the doorbell versus dropping the box & running. The price is a little higher, but it is worth it. I am happy when a store uses FedEx.

I have used many shippers on your list and Fedex is more customer orientated, with polite call centers, pickup centers. They are on time and our shipments never get lost in transit like UPS - United Postal Service does. UPS - United Postal Service is so rude and disconnected and tired of their jobs that it shows in how they treat customers. I don't use USPS because I was told that they are affiliated with UPS - United Postal Service.

When I ship with Fedex, or have received a package from Fedex my previous experiences have spoke volumes in regards to the quality of service. Each and every employee has modeled speed, courteous and pleasant demeanors, and dressed, spoke, and acted with professionalism. They have a job to do, and get it done efficiently. I trust this company with all their employees, and services. All of my dealings with them have been outstanding

FedEx seems to always have very polite personnel and knowledgeable. They have answers and answer all questions. Overall I have had nothing but good and prompt service from them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always arrives on time, we required signing for packages and they complied. Delivery person is always courteous and friendly. As far as shipping goes they will gladly come and pick up your packages. Just make arrangements and pay online. This is very helpful for those that can't take their packages in themselves.

Delivery was on time and still packaged well. I was home at the time and the driver rang the doorbell. He handed my package to me personally. It was a pretty special delivery, something that I had ordered for my sister.

I really like FedEx because they deliver every day of the week unlike the other carriers that do not deliver on the weekend. Another reason I like FedEx is because they are a NASCAR sponsor. Any dealings I have has with FedEx Have been positive and trouble free.

FedEx is the high cost option when it comes to shipping. Generally their packages arrive in good shape. Rarely do this miss their "timing" commitments. On the road, I find them to be extremely arrogant and thinking the road is only for them. Problems on-the-road have been routine for our family and border on being extremely unsafe at times. They don't give a ** about other drivers!

They lost my bed and gave me the run around for a month. Then someone showed up saying they delivered it when they didn't. No one took responsibility for anything. I had to have another bed shipped. I believe they stole my first bed.

You can make arrangements if you can't receive your package at your registered mailing address if you miss your delivery pickup. Or you having problems with your packaged being stolen from in front of your delivery address due to package thieves or someone that feels like they need a come up off your package. Or someone in or at your mailing address can just pickup. Your package and think it's there's with your name on the receiving label. Or if you feel that it's best to ship your package to a FedEx delivery address destination to avoid all negative active around your mailing address.

I am not satisfied with attitude of drivers. They throw packages. Don't let you know they are there. And don't have a lot. They don't have time. They tell you 10 minutes is all they have at every stop. Home is shorter. Good luck. Ship UPS overnight.

Whenever I order online I hope the order will be delivered via FedEx rather than the USPS! They are the absolute worst. I can always count on FedEx to deliver my orders on time and I always use the text alert and I have all the info I need to know exactly when it will arrive.

On an overall basis FedEx shipping isn’t that much different than other shippers except in their “care” and ability to follow any “specific” or “special“ instructions. I’ve had at least 3 separate packages left at the edge of my driveway or dropped at my mailbox (on the ground) without any notification to me in any way. They will leave a package on your porch and never let anyone in the house know it’s there, just drop and walk away, which is very helpful to porch package thieves!!!

I've been satisfied with FedEx. Any issues I have they have taken care of it right away and call me back. To make sure I was completely satisfied and that there were no other problems and if I had any questions give them a call.
