To start the responses from customer service takes way too long to even call it a service and calling in gives no resolution. As a commercial customer got VAT charged when shouldn't have been.. Fair enough a supplier will cover the issue but now I get a letter. Control accounts wants money too since the issue been on going for a long time?? Terrible business FedEx. Terrible business.

This is after multiple cases. I use to prefer FedEx over anything else but since few years it service shipping/delivery is getting worse. Once they lost my shipping order and very frequently now they don’t deliver on scheduled time. Most most recent one from OK to TX they were scheduled to deliver on Tuesday which got rescheduled to Wednesday and then Thursday and then Friday and now Saturday. It’s not only FedEx I am getting shipping from I get from UPS, USPS and Amazon. All of them are very accurate and on time of scheduled delivery date but FedEx is the only one who cannot keep the schedule.

I sent three items from Canada to USA. Two the items were returned to Canada, as FedEx said they could not deliver them across the border. One item (golf clubs) were damaged by Fedex. They are not sending them back to Canada - I get $300 for damages but no refund on shipping even though Fedex damaged the package and could not deliver because of the damage. Ridiculous customer service. I resent the other two packages via UPS - zero issues and they arrived in USA quickly for half the price. Fedex sucks on many levels and I will never use them again.

Walked into a Fed Ex office on Monday morning with a box 30" x 16" weighing 11lbs of frozen perishable goods. I was sending to my friend in Minnesota and I am from Illinois. I asked the Fed Ex guy what he recommended as I did not want to pay $220 to overnight it. The next thing he said was "Two options. One we can ship Fed Ex 2nd day and GUARANTEE it by 1pm. Or We do Fed Ex Ground and GUARANTEE it by 8pm". Fed Ex 2nd day was $114 and Fed Ex Ground was $44 (ish). I decided since it was frozen and we had a GUARANTEE by 1pm, I spent $114. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. It arrived at a sorting facility 1.5 hours away from her house at 12:55pm on the day it should have been delivered.
I made 5 calls into 800-GOFEDEX (which really should mean 1-800-GO-**) - to ask if there was a problem. They said, "No, no no" and that there was NO MONEY BACK for paying for a guarantee and it comes late. REALLY?? Had I known better, I would have spent $44 and not $114. Now it is 9:30pm and the status of the package says "Will deliver by end of TODAY". LMFAO. I am positive Fed Ex doesn't deliver at 9:30 at night. What a SCAM. It's as if there is nothing you can do about it -- they won't refund (heck, I DON'T want a full refund - I just want what's right - the difference between GROUND and 2nd DAY AIR) nor will admit that the package is delayed by a day. They spent all day telling me it would arrive by 8pm.
At 8pm, I had a representative try to convince me it was going to be delivered by 8:30pm. I stopped her fantasy, by asking... "DOES IT SHOW OUT FOR DELIVERY ON YOUR SIDE?" And in which case she replied... "No, it's still at the facility." I then asked her to Google map the facility to my friend's address .... and it was 1 hour and 40 mins away. IF THE DRIVER LEFT RIGHT NOW (AND STOPPED FOR NOBODY ELSE), HE WOULDN'T DELIVER THE PACKAGE UNTIL 9:40PM!

My wife ordered a package from Ebay and it was sent through Fed-Ex. It took longer than normal to get here. We watched the tracking the whole way and watched it go out for delivery and then get scanned and it said that it was placed on our front porch. No Fed-Ex driver ever showed up at our house. We instantly called the Fed-Ex robot number (1-800-Go-Fedex) and filed a report. We got in touch with the seller who also looked into it and was told that "Fed-Ex lost the package and can't find it". That Hermon, Maine facility has the same scum that works for the USPS. If this was me "losing a package" I would be fired! That Fed-Ex driver gets to keep on delivering packages. I'm sure we will get a warm Indian apology in the next week and a sweet ol' "Better luck next time" speech.

Really mad. My packages from your distribution center located at 3402 Ellen Trout Drive in Lufkin Texas was delivered to the wrong address. The people told the driver it was the wrong address, but he didn't care and left them there anyway. It was not the address listed on the packaging. I contacted customer service for driver to pickup and redeliver. Tried to get number for center as I want to put in a formal complaint to a manager. No number to reach.

How is this company in business. I worked for an online retailer and FedEx is just undependable. Now I am waiting on a computer server that is needed on emergency. It's 3 days late. The website is not updating and you can't talk to customer service. This is ridiculous. If I knew the shipper was using FedEx I wouldn't have agreed. Plus it costs 55 dollars which I already lost 5x by not getting the shipment on time. All their reps are overseas and can barely speak any English. WTF.

I placed online orders with Target and they use FedEx for delivery. Out of 4 deliveries, 2 went to the wrong addresses and one order with 2 boxes were left at the end of the driveway! Perfect for theft!

Last yr during the holidays, I shipped out a pair of tower speakers worth more than $800 and they claim that it was lost. How can you lose a 5ft tower speaker? That thing is huge. And since it was not insured, obviously the driver took advantage and stole it. And of course FedEx denied it. I went to their factory 3 times and no one ever really cared enough to help. That's FedEx.

Explain to me why without letting me know Fedex can just charge my account for more shipping when I used shipping scales and measured package 3 times. I was only notified 2 days later after they charged my account.. No explanation, just saying they charged more. To me that is stealing and very crooked. Will never ship with Fedex again. They have no right to hit my account w/o out letting me know.

I sent a package from Eastern PA to Cincinnati OH. The recipient missed the delivery. I requested that it be held at a specific location. It was not sent there but to Loveland, OH instead. The recipient tried 3 locations (suggested by FedEx). No one claimed to have the package. It is now being shipped back to PA so I can send it back to Ohio instead of them delivering it to the correct location. When I requested a supervisor, they said that was impossible. When I asked what they can do for us, the answer was nothing and then they hung up on me. Because of their negligence, our new staff member is losing a week of employment, or more. Needless to say I am going to use a different service from now on.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every day my package status has said it would be delivered by end of day for about a week. Out for delivery on a truck. Now it just says pending update. NO ETA. Call Fedex, they are clueless so they "open an investigation" and will call me. That's been over 24 hours ago and no call. Guessing my package is lost. Thanks a lot. In the meantime I get another package delivered from Fedex and they just left in my yard by my mailbox 100 foot from my porch where my packages are normally left. Surprised someone didn't steal it.

I would never order thru FedEx ever. They stole my package, it said it was delivered at 1:25 but I didn’t get a text till 1:27 and my package wasn't at the door. They need to do something about that. I tried to file a claim and was told I was gonna get a callback but I never got one..UPS would never.

This company has got to be the absolute worst in the history of parcel delivery!!!! They never can get your deliveries to you they never update tracking, they lie to and stick it up your ** with condescending CS reps apologizing for the delays by blaming it on too many packages. This company has been ripping off the consumers for years yet they stay in business due to their millions they pay in political contributions, in other words they pay off politicians for protecting them. Ship elsewhere don't buy from sellers that use this sloppy company for shipping.

Fedex is THE WORST shipper in the US. They are almost always late. Their Eastaboga drivers take very little care to be on time and never even so much as knock or ring the doorbell when they make deliveries. They are too lazy to do much as do that much. They would rather drop it as soon as they can and run off. And now the discovery of HUNDREDS of packages dumped in a ravine not far from Eastaboga. I will NEVER use Fedex and when I have things shipped to me, I demand that the seller not use Fedex. They are a horrible company with zero quality control and have a garbage business model. I would give it minus stars if it was possible.

FedEx is the absolute worst. No other delivery company compares to them in continual poor service. And interestingly enough, when reaching out to customer support and notifying them that you’re recording their ineffectual customer service responses they hang up on the call (as well as refuse to transfer you to a manager which after repeated callbacks I never got to a manager). And I do have recordings. I really hate that when ordering from a seller we don’t have the option of choosing which delivery company the seller will use for delivery. FedEx shouldn’t be in business. I wish sellers would stop using them. I would give FedEx negative stars if it were possible.

Each time my packages are sent through FedEx, there is a problem. Today I had a delivery from FedEx. I was in my apartment when I heard a loud noise outside the door. I ran out and find 2 boxes at the door. The agent was already gone. This an ongoing situation. Either FedEx agents lie about coming to the address or lose your packages. FedEx agents don't treat packages with respect. I think some actions need to be taken against FedEx.

Every single time someone ships using FedEx my shipment is either lost or delayed! When will FedEx catch up with the high standards of UPS? So frustrating because some companies still insist on working with this low standards company!!!

In the movie "Cast Away", Tom Hanks portrayed a dedicated Fedex worker who kept and delivered a package after his ordeal stranded on an island for years and basically losing everything important to him. Delivering the package was the last purpose in life he could hang on to. The movie was great. His portrayal of a Fedex worker was, alas, fictional.
Today's minimum-wage minimum-intelligence Fedex employee puts in minimal effort and couldn't care less if a package is correctly delivered. The computers actually track their whereabouts, but it still doesn't matter. If your address is not convenient enough, the driver will likely skip you and/or drop your package some place else. A "full day's work" means getting rid of a truck full of deliveries as quickly as possible. GPS is such a nuisance. Anywhere will do in a pinch if the driver has better things to do that afternoon. He can go home and let someone else fix any problems. Shucks, the packages are insured, right?
Which would be bad enough if the managers at Fedex cared at all and would actually fix problems. But they are no more than semi-organic bots who read the lines the computer tells them to say. If the computer says "the package was delivered", there can be no other answer. Never mind that the driver dumped it at an address near his favorite bar.
Fedex "managers" no longer manage. They are hired to tell customers anything that will keep them from calling again. They don't want people pestering them asking where their package went. "We'll call you" is another favorite line. It appears Fedex has successfully fought its way to the bottom of the barrel when it comes to delivery services. They are now only a small step above handing your package and a dollar bill to a kid on the street. I see I am not alone. It appears that the odds of successful delivery by Fedex is now 50:50.

This review is based on MULTIPLE experiences. The FedEx website offers the ability to create an account for use of a Delivery Manager feature. After capturing your time and data to set this up, the feature is unusable and only generates error messages. You cannot chat with a live person, only an AI bot which is poorly built and provides zero help other than giving you the option to call customer service. There is no way to contact FedEx via email, as the link only tells you to call customer service.
Calling CS at FedEx only leads to an even worse AI bot that refuses to allow you to speak with anyone until you play 15 minutes of phone labyrinth games. Finally, when you do get through to India/South America or the Philippines you must explain your problem multiple times and try to decipher what the representative is saying. They will literally say anything to get you off the line. After getting inconsistent information time and time again, I asked to speak with a supervisor and the call always drops at that point. If you call back, the next representative will also refuse to allow you to speak with a manager and you will be hung up on again. There is no way to file a complaint or provide feedback to anyone at FedEx because they apparently don't care.

They were always lousy, but now they are useless. They lie that they attempt delivery and drop it off at Walgreens down the street because they are trying to make up for lost time. They keep delaying shipments. They tell you it is on the truck but it never gets here. Their employees are rude and insolvent. They have always been the dog patch of American shipping but now it is so bad they should sell out to DHL and go out of business. My medical needs have been delayed by their sloppiness. They operate at two speeds: dead stop and slow and operate completely unethically. They cannot be saved. They need to sell.

Let me begin by saying that my review is based on multiple FedEx deliveries, not a single bad experience. 1. Their tracking system is crap, don't believe what their app/website tells you. 2. Their representatives are either forced to lie, or they only have the terrible FedEx tracking system to rely on. They were sending me texts all day to let me know my package (2 wedding rings) would be delivered by the end of today!! They never showed. When I called FedEx they claimed the rings were at my local distribution center and would be on the truck and delivered to me the next day. They didn't show. I called them back, this time not so nicely. The rep says they are on the truck so I asked where is the truck? She claims that she doesn't know so I asked when the truck made the last delivery or check in, and at the very least what city the truck was in. Again she didn't know.
I get a manager and after repeatedly asking her why FedEx was lying to me about the location of my package, she tells me it is still in a container at their facility in Indiana. This is the same day they were still sending me texts stating it would be delivered by the end of the day, in Chattanooga TN. I finally get my rings 3 days later. Yesterday FedEx left package 2 of 2 on my doorstep but did not leave package 1 of 2 under the same tracking number. So I call FedEx and they assure me that my package is at the Chattanooga station and will definitely be delivered today. It was not delivered. I pull up the tracking data and it tells me the package is in Nashville, TN... not Chattanooga, TN. FedEx is the worst. I never have this issue with UPS.

Lazy, refused to follow delivery request. I live in Preble New York. The FedEx delivery service here is terrible. One day I came home to find stacks of packages in the middle of my driveway. They look like they had been kicked. I wrote to corporate and they addressed the issue. Unfortunately now the driver has an attitude… He/she will deliver packages especially on rainy days, only on the lowest step so that it is not under the covered portion of my porch. One more step and it might make it. Another day they put my boxes on the soggy rug that was soaked by rain, before my porch steps . The box was completely wet by the time I got it. I feel like this delivery service is the worst out of any service I’ve ever had. If I had a choice I would definitely cross FedEx off my list. Terrible attitude, lazy loafers, won’t go a tiny bit above to help please customer.

The first time I had problems with FedEx I'd placed an order on eBay and and FedEx showed it as delivered on 5/28/2021. I walked around the house and didn't find it. I contacted the eBay merchant and he had them run a trace. He wrote me back saying the package had been damaged and was undeliverable. I couldn't get any satisfaction from him so I asked eBay for help. After a reasonable period of time they closed the case saying the package had been delivered. When entering tracking this tracking # on FedEx website it shows two different and contradictory messages. One says delivered 5/28/2021 and one shows - Damaged in transit - Unable to deliver shipment - Returning to shipper 5/30/2021.
The next one occurred 9/25/2021. Another eBay order was listed as delivered and again nowhere to be found. I contacted the eBay seller and he issued a refund. Then on 10/16/2021 another eBay order was listed as delivered and again no package on the premises. This time I contacted FedEx and the next day a lady from FedEx that could hardly speak English called me. After repeating several time I finally understood her to say "If I don't receive the package by 10/17 I should contact the seller." Imagine that, first it was delivered and then if it's not delivered on the 17th call the seller. The seller has been very unresponsive but after several tries he finally told me file a non received complaint with eBay and they will make the final decision.
Now there's one of my orders from Sam's Club. It was supposed to be delivered on 11/7/2021. I've contact Sam's and am still waiting for a reply. I installed a security camera a little over a week ago and actually got a FedEx person recorded on camera Saturday 11/6/2021 delivering a package and a UPS driver delivering on Sunday 11/7/2021 but no FedEx on that date. Hey, guys, we've got a problem. I was thinking it was just in my area but apparently it's all over. We need to find out how we can unite and give them some well deserved publicity. I called a lawyer and was told this isn't a legal matter and they can't help me. I think I've covered everything.

3 times in the last 3 weeks, tracking says on time, on time, then at last minute, "Oops we don't know when it will arrive or where package is." Definitely does not mean the same to them as everyone else.

They showed they have tried two times on my door but it is a lie. No drivers showed up at my door. It is not a trusted company. The history shows that the drivers have tried two times but it is not true. They are using self-employed drivers and they took as much as they can and return back to the depot on the end of the day and say they were not at address.

There claim that on one was home to sign for package is a lie sat and waited all day. The truck pulled up in front of my house the driver went in the back looked around go in the driver seat and left because they didn't load my package in the truck and now it seams lost. It a very expensive limited addition Guitar. WTF.

Absolute nightmare is how I would describe my dealings with FedEx. The delivery driver delivered my expensive package to the wrong address, with a completely different street number and different street name. Luckily, the person living at the address contacted me to let me know FedEx mistakenly delivered my packages to her.
I call FedEx in the morning, explain the situation, and I'm told they will pick the packages and deliver them correctly that day. This never happened. I call the next morning and explain the situation again, and I'm told they will pick up the packages and deliver them correctly that day. This never happened. I called a third time, and I'm told they may pick it up the Friday and might deliver it the following week, even though the package is less than 2 kilometers away. I asked to speak to the manager and I'm told they will call me back in an hour. Guess what? Never happened.
FedEx failed to deliver my packages and failed to fix this issue with me through their customer service, which I had to call multiple times. How can FedEx call itself a transportation/delivery company when its drivers can't even deliver a simple package to the correct address? The worst part is thanks to Fedex's incompetence my plans to move into my new condo are completely ruined. So, thank you FedEx for one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, for ruining my week, and for ruining my plans to move. You are worse than Purolator, and they really suck.

In the last 2 weeks Fedex has failed to actually deliver a package. The original item the first week and the company that order was placed through replaced the item and once again Fedex failed to deliver package but mark in their system as being delivered. Several witness was able to describe the type of three vehicles that in and out of my neighborhood on the day they lied about delivering package. Fedex is the absolute worst delivery company ever and needs to be shut down forever.

Drivers are rude, insulting, and belligerent. Drivers are unable to conduct themselves with the scope of professional conduct. Drivers are often unwilling to perform the functions of their jobs to reasonable standards. Drivers have refused to bring packages to front door or porch, have failed to get signatures when products were sent Signature Required, and have refused pickups after becoming belligerent and confrontational. FedEx Customer Service is a waste of time, often unable to reach anyone, and even when able, being run in endless circles repeating the same information and not having issues addressed or resolved. Their customer service center refuse to assist or cooperate and asking for and insisting on a supervisor results in being argued with or disconnected. This amounts to willful negligence, fraud, and abuse.

I pay $15 for "expedited" 2 day shipping of my package because I need the computer part to do my job. By the end of the first day, tracking the package shows that it is sitting in a hub 4.5 hours from my house..."expected" delivery the next day...Wednesday. I come back Wednesday evening and it says "possible delay" with red all over the screen....It's still sitting in the hub 4.5 hours from my house. No bad weather in the area nothing!
I call 800 number and they have no idea what's going on but can "open a case". I tell them to just deliver the package instead. 4pm on the 3rd day and tracking screen has not changed...still sitting at the hub 4.5 hours from my house with "expected delivery" the day before. I call 800 number again and guy very calmly tells me "Sorry, we've had some delays with packages due to high package volume." Wait...what?! You're a shipping company and it's October and you can't handle the volume?! "Sorry for the delay. We'll update the screen when we know when your package will arrive." And why did I pay $15 for 2 day shipping with standard was free in 3-5? Oh yea, because I needed it urgently and am losing money by the hour! I get dozens of packages from UPS and not once has this ever happened to me with them. I get a handful of packages from Fed Ex and this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!

I had a shipment that was due to be delivered Oct 16, then 18, then October 19th. They claimed they couldn’t deliver (this address has been here for over 40 years). Still don’t have it 27th October. I had a shipment coming from FedEx today from another company. Checked my tracking. On the truck for delivery today. Guaranteed by 8 pm. Checked the status and it’s been put off until tomorrow. FedEx doesn’t even stand by its guarantee and it’s impossible to reach anyone there. Moving forward, I will not place any orders that are going to be delivered by FedEx. Not worth the frustration and stress.

I recently wanted to mail a cheque to Puerto Rico through their International First in a emergency situation, which costs over 200 dollars on 19th. Here is thing, I prepared documents to their custom brokerage on the same day to clear customs. There were no response since then. Today, 25th, I finally get response. They claim that custom clearance failed and my package will be either destroyed or returned. It will cost me 60 dollars to get my package back. 300 dollars are wasted. I will admit my mistake if there's anything I am doing wrong. However, when I asked them if there are any problems with my documents. There is no response or someone told me to wait. After 7 days, they tell me they can't do it. What's wrong with you? What did you do in a whole week? What did you do when I ask you if there's anything else I can do? Attitude matters. Well done Fedex and keep going.

I missed the delivery of my shipment because it had to be signed for. My son called and Fedex said they would do what they could to get it redelivered that day, Friday or if not, it would be delivered the next day, Saturday. So No phone on Friday. Saturday morning I looked up delivery tracking online, it said it was still at the facility. I called at 9:30, was told it would be delivered Saturday, but to wait 4-6 hours for the tracking update. I waited 6 hours, called back, was told that it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday. Asked to speak to a manager, was hung up on. Called back to speak to a manager, was hung up on again. They had told me I could come and pick it up. I didn’t want to but really needed this item. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up, only to find out they were closed. The representatives at this company lie and tell you what they think you want to hear. I will not buy an item again that has Fedex delivery.

My package has been stuck at my local FedEx smart shipping facility but 20 min away from my house with no eta in near sight. I am not allowed to drive down and pick it up. It has been well over 3+ weeks since my package has shipped from origin. Well over 2+ weeks since it arrived at facility. Fedex said to contact shipper. Shipper is the only one that can file a claim against fedex. I contacted shipper and they told me to wait for delivery. I tried filing a claim with fedex but because it is in "transit" I can file nothing. This is not the first time my packages has been stuck at this smart shipping facility for well over a month or more. They promised 7-10 day delivery. Even during 2019 they were able to honor this.
I am going to boycott ordering from business that utilize fedex. Fedex is a joke of a company right now. I was told they were short on workers. No that's not true. This facility is ironically part of my commuting route and dozens of trucks come and go from this location daily. I filed an FTC complaint and a BBB complaint regarding this issue. It should not take 3 months to deliver a package within 20 minutes of my house. If they allowed people to drive to site and pick up their packages I would do that. But alas they do not. Fedex is failing to satisfy their shipping quota time frames. Sorry fedex but Amazon won my business. I know they partner with fedex but they do not ship their packages to clients using fedex. It's only returns the customer chooses to do. Once client drops it off it's amazon's issue after that not vice versa.

I ordered a 5 cubic deep freezer for my daughter and her family of four. It was delivered via FedEx from Walmart scheduled for October 21,2021. Yes, it was delivered but the driver who delivers in the area has ALWAYS shown blatant disregard and disrespect for products he delivers in this area. I reside in DE and although the package was scheduled to be delivered up to 20pm the package arrived early and was left on the ground for theft. I reside in DE and had to risk the chance of the package being there as I raced to her home in Upper Darby, PA to retrieve the 5 cubic freezer before it was stolen.
Shame on FedEx! When you try to speak with someone and because of outsourcing you speak to a robot and someone in the Philippines. The package delivered from Walmart routed to **. I am sixty/one years of age trying to bring a deep freezer from the ground to the top of the stairs. All of this footage is caught on the “RING”. Mr. CEO Smith who graduated from Yale doesn’t have this problem and NEITHER should his customers regardless of where they reside.
Customer service is horrible and a joke. I will not stop until something is done about FedEx business practices! This driver I have watched in the past visiting my daughter and I have watched him throw someone’s 55 inch television up the stairs and when the woman came out he drove off. It’s a shame. He should be fired. People cannot easily register a complaint and I feel this is why situations such as this continue to reoccur. The neighbor across from my daughter was looking for what she stated “did you see a package delivered from FedEx?” I responded no and had my son in law check the Ring and although it said delivered it was not. I have notified the BBB and provided visual footage.

We received a shipment of mattresses that should have been delivered to our neighbor. These were large boxes. They blocked the door. After 14 phone calls we could not get them moved. Because they were so bulky they were difficult to move but because the FedEx idea of service is to wait until people are mad enough to do it themselves, that is what happened. The neighbor had been calling them too. The numbers are clearly displayed on both houses so there is no excuse for the mix up. There has been no apology and every person I talked to lied and said they would get back to us which they never did. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ship with some else. FedEx is incompetent, unresponsive and completely inept at fixing an inexcusable error.

I've had many deliveries disappear and had to have items reshipped over and over. I've submitted 13 complaints about the driver here and nothing has been done. Last week the driver rang my intercom door, I buzzed him in and he never came to my door or dropped the package off. The same exact thing happened Saturday and today. I called to complain on Saturday. I called again today when this other shipment didn't make it. Their customer service told me the driver said he couldn't get in so he left it outside of our security gate on the street in Downtown Chicago next to Wrigley Field. So if it didn't get stolen I would be shocked.
They refuse to talk or reprimand the driver and told me it's the sellers fault and they won't do anything. The two packages that he lost or stole himself were on a deep discount and fanatics is out of stock. All these thefts have caused me time on the phone trying to reship and searching around my entire apartment complex. I work for $35hr. I've contacted the BBB. For 3 months packages have been arriving normally but previous to that I lodged 10 other complaints because of food delivery being thrown over our gate, lost packages, and damaged items. I hope you go out of business!

Don't use Fedex...just don't. I paid nearly $20 to have Fedex ship a package to OR...that was a month ago. Fedex tracking shows the package doing laps (I'm not joking) between OR and WA. I've called Fedex several times, and while I can't understand most of what they say (I'm pretty good with accents, but what they're speaking isn't even real english), the overall message is that they passed the package off to USPS at some point, and now claim they have no responsibility to me as their customer.
USPS tells me (in perfectly intelligible english) that they never received the package from Fedex, but will be happy to help if/when they ever do. All told, between the refund I owe my eBay buyer and the lost item, I’m out nearly $200, and Fedex, the company with whom I made a contract for delivery, says “Not our problem”. The moral of the story is: Buyer Beware...Fedex has loopholes by which they can take your money, lose your package, and take no responsibility.

We had a firepit delivered, this was the second shipment as the first time it came damaged. When they delivered the first one the delivery driver graciously helped bring it to the backyard. (I gave a nice tip). The new one was delivered today and the driver said he will not help my wife bring it 30 feet to the back yard. HE left the firepit on the front driveway, did not help check for the parts and left. Very unprofessional.

I received 6 messages about a Sunday delivery and then I called FedEx number and was told, "Well we will deliver Monday. Monday sometime." Wasted my whole day waiting for the delivery. FedEx used to be a good company but well they need some new leadership to get them back on track. They rarely answer the phones. Called a 24 hour number and it rang 6 times then it hung me up.

Fed Ex has a problem with their labeling. I have a long address with a unit number that is consistently left off their label. However, other shippers (Amazon, USPS, UPS) do not have any problem getting my complete address and unit number on their labels. I get their deliveries all the time without a problem. This happens to me only with Fed Ex. Fed Ex customer service always politely informs me that I am not able to make the correction because only the seller can do that. I keep trying though! Then I am responsible for contacting the seller to relay all of that information. This takes time away from other things that I need to do in my life and it is aggravating and inconvenient. I have not found any way to direct a formal complaint to Fed Ex. If there is a way, I hope someone will post it so I can give them that feedback.

On Wednesday, October 6, my bank sent a new credit card to my apartment address via FedEx. On Thursday, October 7, I got a voice message from FedEx alerting me that the delivery would be on Friday, October 8, before noon. I stayed in my apartment all morning so I would be able to accept the delivery. However, I only found a sticker on my apartment door in the afternoon saying that FedEx tried to deliver but nobody was present. The FedEx person made no attempt to contact me.
On the phone, FedEx customer support told me that FedEx couriers cannot call the person to whom they deliver to let them know they are approaching. Why not? This is inexplicable to me, and I know of no other business that sends employees to someone's residence without giving them the opportunity to call in advance. Furthermore, the delivery person apparently did not even try to knock on my door. My apartment is small, and I would have heard it. This is completely unprofessional and can cause damage to the recipient. I find it hard to believe that a worldwide organization like FedEx operates on such an amateurish level.

Ordered phone from Walmart. Fedex sent email said delivered. I was home all day no delivery. Called, got case number. FedEx never followed up on my inquiry. The driver stole my phone. Made two more attempts to resolve delivery issue. bBth failed. This company must steal thousands of dollars of merchandise monthly. Very pathetic service. Will not use again. Company should be investigated for theft.

I'm not going to repeat all the problems mentioned in all the other reviews. Yes, 95% of deliveries are AT LEAST 5 days late, up to a month. And, on the rare occasion they do actually deliver on-time, they deliver to the wrong address, usually several blocks away. My solution is to no longer order from any company that cannot offer me an alternate delivery service. I then notify the company's corporate office that I will be placing all my orders with one of their competitors who will ship via a reliable company. For example, I order online constantly from Home Depot, however they will not allow me to request an alternate delivery company. Even their phone reps said the majority of their calls related to FedEx problems.
When I emailed their corporate HQ, I received several emails trying to keep me as a customer. The person also sent a few emails begging to talk to me on the phone about it, which I refused since she had made it clear via email that there was no alternative they could offer me. I have done the same with several other companies I used to order a lot from. Of course, I have also asked everyone I know to do the same. FedEx isn't going to change. But, if enough pressure can be put on the companies that ship via them, then maybe more companies will stop using them, as Amazon did due to all their delivery problems. Trying to complain to FedEx or put pressure on them will get you nowhere, as they simply don't care. But, the corporate HQ's of the major retailers do take notice, especially the more they hear from customers they are losing. Just my approach and 2-cents.

Received automated call advising delivery next day, need to be present to sign. No delivery was attempted until 5th day - notice left when I was at meeting offsite - would return next day. No attempt next day or following day. Much effort to reach human to ask, if cannot determine re-delivery date, is it where I can pick it up FedEx cannot track or communicate with trucks. It's now 8 days it's been on a truck somewhere. Really needed this item. Disappointed. Note: outgoing shipping process with FedEx is very good - its receiving end that was not.

Called customer service again But kept saying the 3rd attempt will be made before 8 PM Which means I'm stuck at home till 8 PM again. Unbelievable, nobody showed up on Saturday (10/02) again. Cannot trust customer service either. Tomorrow (10/03), will call customer service and ask do not try to deliver next Monday, and I pick my package up from FedEx Portland on 10/04.

The last 4 packages I have received from Fedex in the last 4 months have been late, and delivered to wrong address in my neighborhood. The items varied in size, value, and delivery service. Fedex customer service is just as bad. From customer service to managers, they are equally bad. Fedex has become so horrible that I have stopped making purchases if I can verify that Fedex is the only option for delivery. It is sad to see such a well known, formerly dependable delivery company go down hill so bad. UPS and the USPS have been great, even with Covid. Fedex continues to use Covid as their main excuse. This along with losing Amazon contract. It is no wonder they lost it, judging by their pathetic track record.

I had a high-end guitar shipped from a guitar store in Vancouver to my home in Whitehorse. The shipper structed FedEx because he said they are good with protecting fragile items. Turns out FedEx has my 4k dollar guitar farmed out to third-party carriers who had no tracking ability. My package tracked to Edmonton Alberta and then stopped, but with a promised delivery date based on apparently nothing. I called FedEx when my guitar didn't arrive and went through 3 customer agents over 4 hours. I was put on hold for an hour with nothing but dead air so I eventually hung up and started again.
Each time I was told they have no idea who delivers FedEx packages in my city. They outright refused to tell me. I asked for a manager and was told the manager is not available. They will absolutely not tell you who has your package or when it will arrive. They don't want to admit they hand your package to anyone who will take it with zero screening of the third-party companies they use.
So the slogan for FedEx should be: When you ship with FedEx, you never know who you are actually shipping with and we won't tell you. I hate this company and I don't have my guitar. What a surprise. It isn't here and my only option is to file a claim. May Amazon ban you again and may you go bankrupt. I hate you. You have ruined what was something I have wanted for decades and finally thought I would get. But nope. It's somewhere with some company and only FedEx knows. But they won't tell!

I paid $1000 for a item that I Never had delivered. Was supposed to signed and was signed for me by FedEx, signed C 19. I have a door camera. It was never delivered and FedEx and eBay has denied my claim saying that it was. I am out $1000. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN. I will be telling all my friends and family about how I got robbed by eBay and FedEx.

Ordered a package from Vatican City to Louisiana that arrived in 2 days via DHL. When I forwarded the package from Louisiana to California, I chose FedEx Express Overnight with guaranteed delivery. Quite the cost. I shipped the package and it arrived at the FedEx hub in Memphis that same night (Monday). It's now 48 hours later and it's still in Memphis with no expected delivery date.
I opened a tracer on the package on Tuesday once the guaranteed delivery time had passed. I was assured the package was in a container ready for its flight. The next morning, it still showed as being in Memphis. I called the tracer office and again was told it was being escalated and would be on a plane shortly. 5 hours later it was still in Memphis.
I called AGAIN. I was told, actually used the word promise, that my package would be delivered tomorrow. They overpromise and underdeliver. I was told they are extremely busy. So I am. Getting a refund send harder than an act of Congress. I'm not even sure my package exists or what condition it's in. It seems their mantra is one of, "We're busy and we'll get to it when we get to it." USE ANOTHER SERVICE. ANY OTHER ONE would be better than these jokers.

The FedEx app has a section for delivery instructions for the delivery driver....mine is always "leave at back door," and I have even left notes on the door. They NEVER leave the packages at the back door. Why does the app even give that option when the driver obviously doesn't have to follow those instruction. I have a video doorbell and one time a driver even ducked down low enough that he didn't think it would be catch him on the video...wrong...it caught him. I've even complained to the company; hasn't chance changed a thing. These guys are horrible. I have started asking the seller what shipping company they use. If they tell me FedEx, I buy elsewhere. You want excellent service? Go with UPS. They are amazing!

I cannot detail the appalling experience I have had with FedEx over the last week or so...so much has gone wrong, a novel would not be length enough to describe it...I made a very expensive purchase from Lego, every time I interact with FedEx after failing to receive one of two boxes shipped from Lego, I encounter incompetence, and an astonishing indifference to the distress I have experienced trying to get the second box delivered...I still have yet to receive it even though Lego arranged to resend the missing items via expedited ship...
At this point, I cannot even get accurate, or any information at all, about the status of the missing items...what galls me most perhaps is that rather than solve the problem they themselves have created, FedEx has the nerve to tell me that I am being impolite when I cannot conceal my outrage at the ongoing inconvenience they have caused themselves...please spare yourself an ordeal, if you have a choice look at another carrier, and if you are buying from a company that uses FedEx, think twice...

FedEx only cares about money, not customers. The company clearly prioritizes businesses who are willing to pay money to ship items to customers. They do not care about recipients of packages. Many times I have had packages that are "lost" or that are delivered far beyond the "expected delivery date." Most recently, I had a package that I was required to sign for that was to be delivered on Friday morning. I had to stay home from work to sign for the package only to have said package not show up even though the website continued to say the package was "on time" and was expected to be delivered between 9:15 a.m. and 2:20 p.m.
It's now Saturday, and they only say that the package delivery date is now "pending," except I can see that the package is one state away and moving. Why can they not estimate a new delivery date? Why can't they invest in a system that ACTUALLY updates expected delivery dates based on transit rather than just giving you some delivery time that is completely irrelevant to the actual travel of your package and is never updated until after the delivery window? That wastes people's time. But it gets better. I've called and spoken with a representative who knows nothing about my package, and the representative could do nothing to allow me to sign for the package ahead of time or to tell me when the package might be delivered.
I cannot afford to take a day off work on the off chance that my package MIGHT be delivered just so I can be here to sign in person. I asked if I could leave a FedEx form ahead of time signing for approval of the package and the representative told me no. I will be writing to the company that I purchased my item from and suggesting that they switch shipping companies. I don't matter to FedEx, but I know that a company that ships 75lb e-bikes does. I hope others complain and suggest that companies switch, too. FedEx does not prioritize its individual customers, its workers, or its infrastructure. All the company leaders care about is the money they get from businesses.

I called to correct delivery hour info for our facility (local small animal hospital). We get deliveries daily based on vendors/products availability. Some products are controlled drugs, some are cold shipped and others are special order meds for patients. We have set hours Monday-Friday. For some reason our delivery drivers always show up when we are closed only. Which then delays/postpones everything. We are on day 4 of waiting for a controlled anesthetic drug, this has caused us to postpone a procedure due to FedEx's inconsistent deliveries.
When I called to ensure our hours are noted I had zero help from customer service. I was told, "we attempted to deliver a package but no one was there, they will try again." I AGAIN explained my general concern. I was then asked to hold, which I did for 17+minutes and then directed to do submit a review on my call. When I called back, I kept getting ask for a tracking number. I again explained the reason for my call. NOT just one specific package. I was then told there is no way to note business hours and they delivery when they can during their set hours. Customer service support is clearly outsourced. They do not listen (or understand) the callers issue/concerns. Their only resolution is to read a generic, pre-written response.
*I'd like to add that employees have been flagged down while in their cars or outside when our facility is closed, so FedEx may drop off a package. They have also left packages with a neighboring business. All of which have been controlled products. We are fully aware of the heavy workload, and staffing shortage, but that does not make these listed problems acceptable.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner. They charge you more for “overnight shipping” but don’t overnight it. Then when you spend an hour on the phone with customer service to get a refund you finally talk to a supervisor who tells you you didn’t pay for weekend delivery. Except I dropped off my delivery on a Thursday so it should have been delivered on Friday (which is what their computer system showed when I selected it) so that feedback doesn’t make sense as it is… STOP OVERCHARGING PEOPLE AND NOT DELIVERING! And, on that note have better customer service supervisors who can at least make things right when the customer was misinformed. I’ll be using UPS and USPS going forward.

After missing three (3) scheduled delivery dates, my package was determined to be lost. TERRIBLE & UNRELIABLE service. Shipping from Jacksonville FL to Chattanooga TN took about 3 weeks to determine the package was lost. Tracking showed that the box made it to a facility an hour from my house when it was redirected to a Mississippi facility over 7 hours away. Then it sat for over a week and just disappeared. TERRIBLE & UNRELIABLE service.

It's a fact for me, that FedEx never delivers your package when it is scheduled. In the past year, I have purchased items from shopgoodwill.com, and they use FedEx. I wish they offered UPS for delivery but they don't. FedEx is a horrible service. Never has my package been delivered on the day it's supposed to. And I have to call and complain about when it will be delivered. I sit home all day on my delivery date and they never show up. Then, around 3pm the lazy drivers they have post that no one was available, or the business was closed. They're a bunch of liars. I hate buying from companies that use this crappy carrier. Stay back there third party vehicles into our carports. They are rude. They do not deliver on time. I have been waiting 3 days for this package to come. Every day they say it's going to be delivered. The previous shipment had been broken into and only one filter left out of three. I do not trust these third-party drivers because they are not FedEx. I have explicit instructions to leave behind my grill because we have a lot of crackheads coming around stealing packages but they do not follow directions these third-party wannabes.

FedEx has consistently delayed delivery for perishable items. The most recently delayed a perishable food shipment by 2 days. This has happened 2 other times. It was in the delivery city on time. Another time flowers were marked as on a truck ready for delivery for 3 days. The flowers were brown and dead when they were finally delivered. They also make it difficult to get to customer service. Don’t use for perishable items.

I am calling since last few days to get my parcel.
Issue No 1: You are not able to deliver to my home address which is just 2 kms away from the original address and not able to change it?
Issue 2: Not allowing me to pick up (understandable due to lockdown).
issue 3: We agreed that the driver will call me 10-15 minutes before delivering the parcel. But since last 3 days I calling FedEx and repeating same thing and getting same answer from different agent but delivery being attemped to old address and no one calling me.
I still do not have my parcel and such a waste of time. I have called 20+ times and still I have not got my parcel. This is really frustrating to waste my time and your service is so poor to handle this minor issue which is very bigger problem for me.

I started using FedEx after USPS never got better after a full year. In the beginning I was telling anyone and everyone how great it was. Fast delivery. Tracking. Ran on Sunday. Now delivery is taking three times longer. Tracking is rare. Delivery dates always pending. No Saturdays or Sundays. Bad as USPS plus now no Saturday pickup.

Never responds to my emails (going on for 1,5 months). I called and waited 40 minutes, then they referred me to another email address which also never responds (2weeks+). I got a toll fee for a package that was supposed to be free of charge. This fee is 150$ which is unreasonable for something that is supposed to be free. And they are neglecting to answer or fix this. As unprofessional as it comes, I am surprised if this company still exists by the time you read this review. Steer away if possible, UPS, DHL express, and smaller service-oriented companies are way better!

Paid for priority shipping for chocolates from the UK. Three weeks later and nothing. All promised delivery dates missed and no current delivery date. Worse, they say they cannot guarantee the state of the chocolates I spent $360 and it is likely they will be damaged and I will need to send them photos and put on a claim. A Fed Ex driver knocked on my door to ask if I was the person the package he was delivering belonged to. After telling him no, that’s not me, I saw him go to the apartment across from mine. Later that day a family member came to visit me and said there was a package in front of my door. So the Fed Ex delivery driver left the package in front of my door anyway, even though I specifically told him it wasn’t mine. The package didn’t have an apartment #. I called Fed Ex customer service and told them the situation, thinking they would send a driver to pick up the package but was told it shows package delivered. After explaining several times it did not belong to me, the agent told me to leave it in front of my door and the person who the package is addressed to will come pick it up. Really???? So I guess I will have to do Fed Ex job for them and go out of my way and take this package back to a Fed Ex office. Terrible service Fed Ex!!!!

FedEx will make it so very difficult to get your packages, it seems as though this is their thing. I am at the point of writing this review because too many times the same thing has happened. I've ordered online since the year 2000 and can tell you FedEx is nothing like UPS, USPS or Amazon. One example is, they will not come to your door and knock and will take the package back and automatically schedule a delivery the next day. They will not call you, EVER and that would omit most of the issues, especially if you have a locked apartment building. If you call FedEx, they won't offer any solution if your package must be signed for. If this type of thing happened once or twice, I would not bother to post a review, but this seems to be every time whether I order something for myself or someone else.
This last time, I even signed the note on my townhome's door and left instructions, but the note was never removed and the package scheduled for delivery again, for Monday (I've been trying to get this item since Tuesday and calling them every day). The solution was for me to cancel the order, reorder and have the item shipped to my work place. I hope FedEx doesn't figure out a way to not deliver it there.

FedEx consistently delays shipment of items. This is not an occasional issue, it happens every time I have a package delivered through them. I had a package at one location in the California desert for almost a week, before it finally moved on. What should have taken several days, took weeks. Unbelievable poor performance. I ordered a parcel that had to be directly signed for that I didn't know about and I couldn't be home at all to receive the package and they wouldn't wave the signature or send it to another address. After 3 attempts to deliver I was told that I would have to pick it up at the FedEx building that is 3 1/2 hours away. Even though I paid for the parcel and the shipping I had no power to control any of it. Only the shipper could make any changes which he assured me he did. Bottom line worst experience with shipping ever. I told them to send it back and at this point I don't even care if I get my money back. Be aware the customer service is a complete joke. They can't do a thing

Over the past 30 plus years I've tried to avoid FedEx shipping due to their poor handling of packages and freight shipping. When you really need a shipment on time I say AVOID FEDEX! Recently I ordered a product for an injured relative that would make their life just a little bit better. As usual Fedex delayed the shipment! The product was in their hub to be shipped that day and somehow it went back to the hub and is due to arrive a day later. Things do happen, in this case Fedex somehow botches the job anytime there is time crunch!

I left Palm Beach Florida on Thursday morning, 8/26 had the Hotel ship my suitcase using their corporate account with Fed Ex. I was assured that ground shipping would suffice and ETA would be Tuesday, 8/31. Thankfully I insured my suitcase, I have just learned that the bag has been sitting in the trailer in the Orlando Hub since Sunday when I initially received notification that the bag was in transit. So the Bag is sitting in Orlando Florida since Sat. with items that I desperately need. I called and found out that they had to open a claim to locate the bag and will provide an update tomorrow Thursday morning. So the bag never left the State of Florida. 1 week has gone by. DON'T USE FED EX!

I ask that all my packages be delivered to my back door where it is covered and secure. Fedex consistently leaves my packages in front of my garage exposed to the weather and unsecured. I have spoken with local management several times and always get the same response, ”I will speak to the driver.” Then they hang up on me and won’t allow me to speak. Totally unprofessional and rude. If I have a choice, I will never use fedex.

The Fedex delivery driver advised me that he is unable to bring the 150lb item he is delivering into my home. Why is Fedex delivering heavy packages if this policy is in place? Why wasn't I advised of this in advance so I can make arrangements? Am I to lift it myself? Am I the only one who sees an issue with this? This is poor service.

I placed 2 orders with a company for products I was going to test out for my clients in my Massage Business. Both orders shipped on the same day. Both packages came through Indianapolis (closest big city to me), and then departed for OTHER STATES many hours out of the way in defiance of all logic and reason when the packages should have gone up to South Bend and on to my location for delivery. Each package went to a completely different location: one went to Ohio and back and was finally delivered today 8/31, the other went up to Michigan and made its way over to the Detroit area, about 5 hours away from me and has no delivery date posted.
I have made multiple calls to actual locations trying to find out where the package is sitting. They say they cannot give me more information at this time, neither apologize nor offer to do anything, then direct me to the 800 number for customer service. I have also made several calls to their customer service number, and the one this morning took the cake!!! I was told it was not their responsibility, and to call the shipper. In all seriousness, how in the world is this not their problem when they have possession of the package and clearly have been incompetently routing it everywhere except where it is to be delivered? No one at FedEx will explain. No one at FedEx will give me information that they could obtain by simply calling the last location where the package was scanned, ask if it is still there and if so when it will move back toward South Bend for actual delivery.
This company's standards and level of customer service are so subpar that I am surprised they have not already gone out of business due to lack of people using their woefully inept services. I would encourage anyone who ships products (personal or business) to use ANY other service than FedEx. Even the US Postal Service is better at giving useful and appropriate information than they are, and I have had more than my fair share of interaction with USPS over any number of issues.
Personally, my preference is UPS. They are always reliable in this area. As a matter of course, I will not use FedEx to ship anything from my business or from my home EVER AGAIN, and I will try to avoid using vendors and companies who do use FedEx for their deliveries. I will also tell everyone I know to boycott FedEx unless and until they correct their policies and procedures to better reflect proper Customer Service, something I am intimately familiar with as I have worked in Customer Service in multiple capacities since I entered the workforce 23 years ago. If I owned this business, I would be firing upper management, bringing in new talent with a better mindset, and ordering all policies and procedures to be reviewed and modified as appropriate to better reflect the goal of expeditious and timely arrival of packages (including real-time tracking), in good condition, with Excellent Customer Service.

Fedex is utterly useless. I ordered a package that was delayed multiple times because I was not there to receive it. I contacted Fedex and told them I could not be at my business location on demand. They agreed to have the package dropped off at a local pickup location. I called this location over the course of two weeks to check on the package, yet it was never there. Finally, I called Fedex to check on this package again. It had been returned to the shipper. I was not able to reach customer service because the automated voice told me, "A representative will not be able to provide further information on this package". I will never use Fedex by choice again.

I was flat out LIED to twice by FedEx. My order needed to be signed for, which meant I could not plan a day, simply to have them cancel bbn with days. These people will Lie to you, and expect you to accept one of the coldest apologies ever. They could care less you had to mess up your days because of their inability to stand by their word.

I have had several deliveries left on the edge of the porch that had food product or vitamins in them. God forbid they put delivery boxes near the front door (a few feet away) out of the sun or possible rain. Good luck trying to get a representative or even an email address. It appears that the entire FedEx business model is to make delivery time promises it cannot keep. My purchases sometimes require a signature which means I must wait around only to find out that it is not going to meet the promised schedule. Why do they lie about every delivery? Just tell me when you are actually going to deliver so I am not waiting around all the time? FedEx: Better Late Than Never. Should be the new slogan.

Got a notification that my package was delivered. I'm standing in my doorway not even a FedEx truck goes by. I call to file a claim for 4 days straight. They kept saying tomorrow it will be delivered. Tomorrow. Tomorrow. It never comes. I call a fifth time and the customer service that they had closed out my claim even though I have never received my package. Do not send packages with them. They do not deliver. All the driver does is scan it delivered but keep the packages.

I ordered a product on Aug. 18. Upon tracking my item online the arrival date changed 3 x's. It has been in transit out of 6 cities and is now in Phoenix, 100 miles away where it will sit until Sept. 6., unless they change to a later date again. They are doing this to many businesses and FedEx tells the consumer to contact the seller which is resolved by a refund from the seller according to other reviews.

I don't understand why businesses or people still use FedEx. Nearly every experience I've had with them has been memorable, and not in a good way. Any time a service uses them, my purchase arrives late or is left at the wrong home. With UPS, everything arrives on time and has always been left at my house. It's to the point that if a site I'm looking at uses FedEx, I won't buy their products.

I ordered a mattress with shipping by Fed Ex beginning on Wednesday 8/11. It was scheduled, with a 1-5 business day window, to be delivered on Monday 8/16. The mattress arrived in Charlotte NC at 12:05am on Monday 8/16 and even though the tracking system now showed a delivery address in Seneca SC, the mattress was sent to Wilmington NC and a delayed delivery date of Tuesday 8/17th was shown. It was sent back to Charlotte late that night, with the delivery date was delayed again to Wednesday 8/18, where it sat all day and was finally sent to Greenville SC too late to be delivered to Seneca. I called customer service and was assured it would be delivered Thursday 8/19. Now I am told they “can’t find a van to take it to Seneca so it SHOULD be delivered by end of day Friday 8/20”. This is literally all Fed Ex does - move things from here to there.

Avoid FedEx at all costs. I shipped 4 boxes internationally using FedEx express international (not a cheap option). 1 of the 4 boxes is lost... The customer service has been absolutely useless and my package is nowhere to be found (27 x 27 x 13 inches at 56 lb is not a small box where it is just misplaced and it's been missing for a month a half).
My case was assigned to this FedEx employee (named Yeral). I have been expecting a call since the beginning. She finally answered an email saying that the package is lost after a month a half. I had attempted several times to get an answer. I had told Yeral that I will file a complaint with the way she's handling the situation. I called to file a complaint, I got connected to this guy name Edward from the escalations department, and after a few minutes he just muted me and left the line on. Congratulations FedEx for hiring people at this level of professionalism. Avoid FedEx at all costs. I will never use FedEx again. I will go out of my way to make sure that FedEx will not get a single penny from everyone I know.

I am amazed with the lack of competence of their staff. A whole week I've been trying to ship a hazmat package with no luck. Spoke to 15 different people from different departments over the phone, and not one gave me the proper information on how to ship that package. Right on the opposite - every single last one of them was giving me wrong information. I drove over 100 miles from one FedEx location to another in the Dallas -Fort Worth area where they were telling me to go, and in each location I was being told, I am at the wrong place.
Today after being transferred 3 times, I ended up talking for 30 mins to customer service, thinking that finally I am talking to the proper department. Eventually she put me on hold and after 45 mins on hold then I was prompted back to main menu. Outrageous. I will never EVER use FedEx again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. And forgot to mention, on top of the lack of competence, ALL of the CS reps that I asked to transfer me to a supervisor REFUSED to do so, and kept on insisting they can help me. Who does that? What reputable company in this world operates like that????

I WANT TO TELL THE WORLD BEWARE. I HAVE A BUSINESS AND once tried to use Fed Ex to deliver something to a customer in Canada. Not only didn't she get it but instead she got a box of lousy looking NIKE clothing. Worst of all the process to get a refund for the mirror drove me nuts! The fed ex contact tracer was not even a tracer; he kept repeating what I already knew! And had the nerve to tell me the other person had received "the package".
Second time receiving something from Fed ex with a delivered status was today! I do not have a garage! But the delivery status was delivered to a garage! I opened a case before I even left work! Because I already know if that package isn't home I'm not waiting a second before following up with them. UNLIKE USPS FED EX DOES NOT MAKE DIRECT CONTACT WITH THEIR DRIVERS!!! IT'S A CRAZY THING. They keep saying there is a glitch in their system as to why some packages have incorrect delivery status. Well I have been hearing that tune since 2 years ago!!!! Fix it already. I would never ship anything with fed ex for my business. It would drive me nuts. However I still shop online and have to risk receiving packages from them that will never come!!

On 8/7/21, I spoke to 3 different FedEx Representatives. Each time that I spoke to a different FedEx Representative, I was told a different story as to where my package is, and why it was delayed. To begin with, the first FedEx representative that I spoke with tried to give me wrong information, because she took one look at the status of my package and tried to claim that the package was going to be delivered on 8/7/21, without taking the time to see that is not accurate, and in fact, there was a Delivery Exception on the package, and that Delivery Exception is stated very clearly on the status of the order.
Only when I repeatedly stated that the information this FedEx representative had given me was wrong, did this FedEx representative actually do her job and take any time at all to see that the information that she had given me was wrong. This same FedEx representative also claimed that the business, the sender that sent the package, had requested a change in the delivery. When I tried to make a complaint about the fact that FedEx has repeatedly given me wrong information over the past year regarding numerous orders, and when I tried to resolve the delivery issues that I am currently having with FedEx, this same FedEx representative that I spoke with hung the phone up on me.
As this FedEx representative was clearly not competent, and didn’t even seem to know what she was doing, and my issue was still not resolved, I called back to FedEx and asked to speak to a manager about the issue. The second FedEx representative that I spoke with stated that I would have to contact the business, the sender that sent my package to me, as the address on the package was wrong. When I told this second FedEx representative about the bad experience that I had had with the prior FedEx representative that I had previously spoken with, they told me that they could transfer me to a manager to make a complaint.
I was then transferred to a third FedEx representative that was supposedly a manager, and she stated that the package could not be delivered to a P.O. Box, so I would need to provide a street address to FedEx in order to have the package delivered. I gave her the street address for a business, and she stated that she would change the address on the package to the street address that I gave her, and that she would personally see to it that the package was delivered. This same FedEx representative also stated that she was sorry for the bad experiences that I had had with FedEx.
I then checked the status of my package about 24 hours later, and there was no movement at all, nor any updates which had been made to the address for the package, which was concerning. I then called back to FedEx on 8/8/21, and spoke to a fourth FedEx representative, and this FedEx representative stated that I had been misinformed, and that she wasn’t even sure that I had spoken to a manager at all about the issue, so, it is likely that FedEx lied to me about the fact that I had even spoken to a manager the prior day. This same FedEx representative also stated that the package in question had been sent back to the business, and that the FedEx representative that I had spoken with the prior day who had stated that they would correct the address on the package had misinformed me, and they didn’t even have the authority to make an address change.
When I stated that I had been lied to then, that the FedEx representative that I spoke with on 8/7/21 had not told me the truth, this fourth FedEx representative agreed with me, that I had been lied to, that a FedEx representative had lied to me on 8/7/21. So, I had to speak to four different FedEx representatives over the course of 2 days in order to finally speak to a FedEx representative who was actually competent and who actually took the time to do their job. The first FedEx representative that I spoke with hung the phone up on me and she was clearly incompetent, and she gave me wrong information.
The second FedEx representative that I spoke with also did not resolve my issue. The third FedEx representative that I spoke with blatantly lied to me and she also gave me wrong information. It was only after calling 4 times over the course of 21 hours that I finally discovered what was really going on with my package. This is a horrible way to treat customers and all around just incompetent and unprofessional service. Though this is always how it goes when calling FedEx about any issue.
You will be told different information every time you call, and FedEx will blatantly lie to you without any hesitation or conscience. This is not even the first time over the past year I have been lied to and misinformed by FedEx representatives. This is one shady business with no morals whatsoever. FedEx also outsources all of their calls outside of the U.S. as well, so sometimes you are unable to speak to a FedEx representative who speaks English well enough to assist English speaking customers.
If FedEx is going to outsource all of their calls outside of the U.S., then they need to ensure that the people taking the calls can adequately speak the English language in order to assist English speaking customers. Though it is apparent that FedEx doesn’t care about this, nor do they care at all for their customers. FedEx customer service is a joke and I will never place an order which requires me to use FedEx again, as I will not use the services that FedEx offers again, what a joke!!!

Every time a company uses FedEx for shipping I cringe. Between my husband and I this company has dragged their feet on deliveries or NOT DELIVERED IT AT ALL. I ordered clothing for my children and the part of the package coming with FedEx is STILL NOT HERE. The ONE item sent out with UPS ALREADY ARRIVED and it was shipped after the first package that went out with FedEx. UPS IS AMAZING! USPS SUCKS, FEDEX SUCKS.
I ordered the clothes on 7/31/2021 and it has been sitting in Northboro, Ma since Thursday 5th, 2021 and today is Saturday the 7th, 2021. No plan in sight when tracking this package as to when it will arrive. It has been sitting there and sitting there and sitting there. I don't have any trust that this will EVER be delivered. Stay away from this company. Any company looking to use FedEx should reconsider. They are horrible!!! Unfortunately, as consumers, we do not have a choice as to which delivery company these places we purchase from select. If there was a way to select the delivery company when placing our order I would NEVER CHOOSE FEDEX!!!

I'm going on 3 weeks that I receive a text message from FedEx every morning telling me my package is out for delivery. I've called and opened up a case and I was given a story but assured it was going to be delivered that day! But it wasn't, I called and spoke to someone else the next day and was given the same story but three days later I'm sitting here writing this review and my package has not been delivered. If you want your package to take twice as long to get to you, if it ever actually does? Try FedEx. Wanna pay more for that? Try FedEx. I had a parcel coming from Texas. Took ALMOST 2 weeks. When I called to ask why it had been sitting in the same part of Washington for almost 5 days, I was rudely told it's because it was sitting in a trailer and probably would be for another week. She said that with the border opening so many people started ordering and they were overwhelmed. Even tho the driver comes to my town with a half empty truck every day. When asked if it would be faster for me to have the shipment refused and order through someone else the girl said "Yep" and hung up on me. Now I have another parcel that was supposed to be here two days ago. Now it says "Possibly Delayed" and has no delivery date. So now it's 7 days since it left Illinois. I could have ridden here on my bike in that time.

My brother sent a used prescription glasses from Colombia for his son who was spending vacations at my house in Houston Texas, who lost his glasses. By the way we are a 5 hour away by air. To date, it's been two weeks and they say it's undergoing import review. Meanwhile, the kid has not left the house for two weeks because he cannot see well. They said, "Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity". Commodity? A used prescription glasses? The worst company in all of US history, what a shame. Never in my life, I'll ever use this junk company again.

I was supposed to receive an order the 29th. It required a signature so it couldn't be delivered. I didn't know that in advance so that's on me. I opted to have it sent to a FedEx drop off location, this one was a Walgreens. I didn't realize that was going to delay it 24 hours but it's possible that it was mentioned somewhere so I'll take that one too. On the 31st I watched the tracking updates every 15 minutes or so all day (important package). When it was getting close to end of day for deliveries I went up to the location thinking maybe the updates are just slow. It was 6:15ish. They hadn't seen the FedEx guy at all yet.
I waited a bit but figured since it was just down the road I'd wait at home. At 7:20 ish I get a shipping update notification. My package was marked undeliverable because the business location was closed. Logged at 6:29. I called the support line which was ultimately unhelpful. Not that I blame them, they were very understanding even though I was on the verge of losing my cool (again important package). They tell me the driver noted the business was closed. So I call Walgreens. Not only are they open but they haven't even seen the FedEx guy AT ALL. Gratuitous incompetence...

Had an employee called Tiffiny ** who works for express clearance resolution make several derogatory comments towards my gender identity and pushed my shipment through to (return to sender) immediately after telling me she'd have a supervisor call me (which she never did). I begged her to not hang up because I needed her assistance to fill out the form she forced on me (which turns out the company TENSO had already filled out for them that day) and she hung up regardless (knowing it was over an hour wait on hold).

I had historically been experiencing issues with slow deliveries from FedEx Austell Ga. Items were delivered 2-3 days late. Currently (July 2021) Items are far slower than before, I have been waiting for over two weeks for a single item to be delivered about very close to the Fed Ex facility. I called local customer service and was told I was behind many other people and all they could do was send a note to the station to let them know I was concerning about my shipment. Contacting corporate in Memphis Tn. provided no improvement, their efforts have resulted in no delivery to date. The same issues are being experienced by other Fed Ex facilities in the Atlanta area.
In a few days, my shipment will be a month late for delivery. There are complete horror stories about people trying to deal with this facility in West Georgia. There are articles on Fox 5 and 11 Alive news about the horrible service from FedEx Ground in the Atlanta area. Issues got so bad in 2019, Amazon refused to allow any of its suppliers to ship via Fed Ex ground. It's high time they restrict them yet again. If you are having items shipped from online sellers, verify they do not use Fed Ex ground for any reason if you live in the Atlanta area.

I have had the most issues with FedEx. First off, good luck getting your package on the day you are suppose to receive it. On numerous occasions when they would drop off a package We might get a notification via text but I guess pushing the button on the doorbell is too complicated because it is something they don't seem to know how to do. If you have a package that required a signature good luck with that too. Usually it is just dropped off on the porch also and no signature. The latest one was with a custom barrel that was about $1600.00. No signature even though the company sent it out that way.
Presently I have a package that I was notified was out for delivery on the 21st. It too was a no show. Then I get a text saying due to operational Errors it would be delivered on the 22nd. Still a no show. Then today the 23rd I get another text saying due to operation errors my package is scheduled for 7/22 which is yesterday. In short FedEx not good.

I shipped a Samsung Smartwatch back to Walmart with their return label. I kept tracking it through FedEx, it was staying in 1 location. I called them, they said they shipped it to Mississippi to a warehouse and would not be sending it back or to Walmart. They were keeping it! I filed a complaint, I spoke to corporate twice. When I spoke to both they confirmed they were keeping it and I wasn't getting my money from them. Don't EVER ship FedEx!

But here is the horrible part, our home had just burnt down and the FedEx delivery person left the packages on my front steps!!!! The house is burnt down, there is no one living there and you can tell by looking at the home. The fact that the delivery person didn't care or pay any attention just shows how horrible their service is. Then to top it off when I called customer service they wouldn't even listen to me. The guy kept asking for my tracking number, which I explained I didn't have. The guy didn't understand what I was saying. My home was gone and those packages should NEVER have been delivered.

I will not buy products from people who ship Fedex ever again. UPS gets products from most places in the US to me within 2-3 days. Fed Ex took 7 days to ship products to me in state. Not from another state but from the same state I live in. It took 9 days and 10 days for a product to be delivered from 500 miles away back to back times I ordered. I know Cabelas ships fedex so I have stopped buying from them, because I asked to have them ship UPS or even USPS and they refused.
You would think these big corporations would tell FedEx to be quicker or they’d go with someone else. It is 2021 if you can’t get a product from California to New York in 4 days you are doing something wrong. Fed Ex is worthless and I do not buy products from any company that ships with them. Like I said the post office is better and that is pretty tragic. I’ll pay more to ship UPS any day and get it on time or early over getting free shipping and having to wait 7 days for a product.

If a package is ever delivered when FedEx says it's going to be delivered I'm going to fall over and have a stroke. This company is so unprofessional and they lie about virtually everything that has to do with a shipment. From the promise date is supposed to be delivered, to the fake attempt to deliver which happens often. I have cameras outside my house and would see a FedEx driver pull up. They don't yet claim they did. That's just another excuse for terrible service. I've told every vendor I do business with on the East Coast to never use FedEx again when they send to me.

I kept receiving notifications that my order would be delivered by the end of the day only to see a status change of pending around 5 pm. I called after it happened 3 times and started an investigation. I received a couple more messages saying that my delivery would be arriving by the end of the day only to have the status changed yet again. I called again and was told they cancelled my investigation. When I asked why they told me they would call back and never did. I finally called the company and placed another order that they said would be expedited. Now I'm up to 7 deliveries that have been scheduled only to be changed at the end of the day. I still don't have either order. The worst part about it is that a signature is required for this delivery so now I have 7 days and counting of arranging my schedule to make sure I'm home all day. UPS is so much better. I will always avoid FedEx from now on.

I shall NEVER use Fedex again if I have other options: I ordered 3 ceramic pieces in a month, ALL 3 were delivered broken! Why? The Fedex delivery clerk is a "Thrower", he toss all parcels, boxes, packages from the curbside across the lawn to the front step, YES, even boxes, I witness it with my own eyes and confronted him about it, I saw him did exactly the same today and decided to leave a review for I contacted the Fedex main office regarding the issue, after a month, the same clerk's behavior never changed. To me, this reflects Fedex management's disregard for the welfare of the clients, whom trusted and paid for Fedex's services. What a shameful company.

We have used FedEx for near on 8 years and have decided to leave them. They leave packages at our door and our customer doors and falsely state they have seen the person; or they do not ring the bell and the clients have no idea the package is there. Several packages have gone missing and they refuse to compensate claiming the driver "saw someone home", when we have proven beyond doubt this is false. They then state they are looking into it and actually do not question the drivers or their contractors to identify which ones are falsifying the delivery dockets.
We're tired of being presumed liars, while their contractors and drivers are presumed innocent - even when we prove they are falsifying documents. We even had FedEx state with certainty the driver saw the person through the window and would not stand behind the claim - even though the customer had moved from the premises 2 days earlier and was in another city - the location was vacant.

The worst shipping company I have had experience with! Got a call yesterday about unable to deliver package or letter. Called them back at the number provided and no one could give me an answer. Told me I needed an tracking number. Called again the following day and spoke with the delivery driver who had called me the previous day and told me it was too late to find out about the package even though he was the one who called me. Outcome "package lost". Will not use this service unless I have no choice.

On 2 separate occasions my package stops somewhere in the middle of the shipping process and then the contents of the package could not be located. Now a third time there’s a exception and label is missing/unreadable and the package has not moved for more than a day. I call customer service and they just tell me it should be delivered in two days. It won’t be just like the other times and they won’t reach out. I’ll have to call them again and they will give me the same apology. How about you pay the employees a little better so they don’t steal shoes to sell them. Or if you don’t want to pay your employees you use that money to better track packages or set up security cameras so employees can’t steal. It should be instant catch if something is lost or not moving through the system and it should be dealt with right away.

If possible I could have given negative rating. There is no attempt made to deliver a package but in the tracking site it is told that no one is to receive the package, where no signature was necessary to deliver the same. What kind of service is this? I don't understand.

Eight times in the last year or so we have ordered products that are shipped by Fedex from Florida to our residence in Ohio. Every single time I track our shipment on their app and every single time the shipment is late (a week late!). This time the tracking stopped sending updates and is now 3 days late "par for the course!" I called FedEx customer service to get assistance and had to deal with the most awful virtual assistant who hangs up on you without any recourse after a simple question is answered.
After a long bout of arguing with this so called virtual assistant I was finally put in touch with a human. After explaining my issue and being put on hold for a few minutes I was told she can do nothing to help, I asked if I could make a complaint because this happens regularly? I was put on hold again and told once again they couldn't help me. This is the absolute worst shipping company I've ever dealt with over my 50 years... What to do? I've wasted so much time waiting on packages to arrive only to be informed a 9pm that day that the package is late and no further information is available!!!

The call this delivery by switching my address and delivery to wrong address and I live in a house. They keep thinking I live in apt so they say no apt number. So they don't deliver my stuff. Worst company.

I put delivery instructions for every shipment and a sign on my door, and still every time they ignore it and leave my packages out to be stolen by porch pirates. At this point I’m convinced it takes more energy to ignore me than put packages in the dropbox next to my door. Also they have a knack for losing packages. I’ve called to complain and they told me I’d receive a callback. Never have. Guess they’re just saying that to get me to go away.

My house is in the small road. The delivery man is lazy to find it and delivered to different address. It happened many times. I lost my fee and the package. I did call company but they don't have and ask me go to my neighbor.

As I can recall never really had any issues with FedEx up until the past couple years. I use eBay all the time now. Anytime something is synthetics I dread it because it never gets there on time. Always saying that there's delays that are on understandable. How do you have a weather delay when the sun is shining outside... Not just once, not just twice but every single time FedEx sends a package to me it never arrives when they say they is going to. When I call customer service very rude even got hung up on. Service is definitely not what it used to be...

Even though the package had extra packaging and made it through several locations, it was dropped and damaged while en route to address. FedEx did not pay the insurance and blamed the sender. Photos were taken of the packaging process, but that still was not enough proof that it was packaged well.

FedEx Freight is really bad at delivery. They held my shipment and didn't deliver on the original delivery date. I had to call in and get a appointment set. They didn't keep that appointment, the truck/trailer never left the yard. They didn't call me to set a new appointment or let me know not to waste my time waiting for them all day!!! They treat customers very poorly. It would have been so easy to call and say, "Sorry we won't be coming today," for what ever reason (truck broke down, driver out sick, etc.) Instead they want me to call in again, and make sure it leaves the yard on Monday... Of course if it doesn't then it's Friday again...

For months I have not been getting orders shipped through FedEx. They say "delivered" when tracked. They swear on their lives to the retailer that the package was delivered yet it has not been delivered. I live in a condo building with a security desk that accepts resident packages, but FedEx drivers when questioned have even said "I dropped it off on the porch," no doubt creating an excuse to later swear it must have been stolen off the porch. Did I mention condo building, security desk? NO FRONT PORCH, guys! So, I'm left with a "they say," "she says" situation, out the cash & nothing to show for it! A couple of retailers were FINALLY convinced by me after a big hassle & gave a full refund, but some still charge me a fee! This isn't just a review, it's a plea for help. Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

It took FedEx 9 days to deliver a 2-day package from UT to CA. No refund. No apologies. No one there cares. I could have delivered the check via USPS snail mail in 1/3 of the time. The office clerk at the shipping center was rude too. Never again!

Wow! I have used Fedex for over a decade and did not have any issues until the last couple of years. I usually take it upon myself to write positive reviews because so many are quick to complain. I cannot be silent anymore regarding fedex. Recently, I called to inquire why my delivery was taking 7 days when it was scheduled to take 2-3 days. About 1 hour after a call that went nowhere - no explanation as to why it was taking so long - no weather issues, etc., I receive a text that my delivery is now going to take an additional 2 more days to arrive!!! Do not use Fedex and sell your stock! They used to be a great company but now they are terrible!!!

First delivery went somewhere else. Was in the yard for 2nd delivery. They went by 3 time me standing in the yard try to flag them down. They still delivered it to the wrong house with the reordered one. My address is right on my mailbox at the road. Poor effort on delivery service.

I’d like to know why the 5 stars reviews are duplicated on this site. It makes their score higher than it is?? FedEx is horrible, they outsource to people who say your address doesn’t exist so they get paid without actually working. My house was built in the 60s and I’ve lived in it for 21 yrs., my address is registered with 911 and US post office. I’ve never had trouble getting deliveries from any carrier much less have I ever had a package returned stating invalid address.
I called 3 days ago to verify my address and gave them directions along with my cell number and I have yet to receive my packages. They have not called me back like they were supposed to yet I’ve called them 4 times. All they say is sorry for the inconvenience and would you like to pick it up???? Really FedEx??? I paid you to deliver it. If I operated my business this way I wouldn’t have a business. Maybe this will happen to them as I won’t be ordering anything if it’s shipped through them ever again. Maybe they should read all of these negative reviews and DO SOMETHING about it besides trying to get you to do their job for them. P.S. UPS is amazing, y’all need to take notes.

Package was order Monday and has been stuck in Ellenwood, GA for the past 3 days. If you have to order anything from the east coast and it has to come thru Ellenwood, GA. DO NOT.. I repeat DO NOT ship it FedEx SmartPost. Your package will be stuck in transit days, sometimes even weeks!

I chose FedEx Express Saver since it guaranteed that I RECEIVED the package on time but I did not even receive my package at all. The package was supposed to be delivered from Katy Texas to Minneapolis, MN in 5-7 business days but now it is more than two weeks and I have not received anything. I contacted back to their customer service and they said that they might lose my package in Georgia. It is quite messed up since the package contains important documents and my IDs and now I have to register all those papers again which cost a lot. The attitude of their representatives is bad too. Very unlikely that I will ever use any FedEx service again.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Why even put delivery times and days when drivers won't adhere to them? I have had at least 4 different packages delayed and one relabeled. My current 2 packages are food!! I think one is supposed to be refrigerated. One package I sent gave NO tracking information or anything. Next time I order anything from anywhere I will definitely check who the shipping people are. I will NEVER recommend FedEx to anyone.

These guys have really gone off the deep end this time. Their service was never that great to begin with and now it is downright horrendous! They are telling customers packages will be delivered in 3-5 business days, 7 business days later they still CAN NOT EVEN TELL YOU WHEN YOU WILL GET IT, WOW! So you take people's money, set up false expectations and when everything fails, you continue to keep people in the dark and just have all of your ESL employees practice saying, 'I/We apologize' and other basic language terminology aspiring to be future American capitalists. If you are out to get people, go join the armed forces and maybe you can see some real action, why work in a delivery company and harass professional upstanding people. Big business, if you are part of 'the club', producing and delivering garbage is always an option... (wink)

RUDE Fedex Driver purposely put two of my three packages in the water on my front porch. Put one on the steps where there was room enough for 10 boxes but just couldn't help himself and put the other two packages in the water which could destroy the contents!

I was supposed to receive a package on 6/25/2021. It requires a signature. So I stayed home all day. That evening I called and it went through to a non_English speaking country. They refused to tell where and refused to transfer me to someone in the US. After they hung up on me twice. I looked up FEDEX in US. I already knew their headquarters was in Nashville. So I called the only US Customer Service number I could find and I got a man in the Freight Department. He was nice, signed me up for text alerts and told me that the package would not be delivered until 6/28/2021. So on the 26th I was not home (my mom is dying and I help take care of her).
I received a text from FEDEX that said I missed my delivery. I never received the text that told me it was out for delivery on about when it would be delivered as promised. So on the 27th I was home all day. My cousin sent me something and it was shipped through FEDEX. She sent me a message saying I had a delivery. I checked and I did. It was a really big box. There are 5 steps on the stairs that lead up to my deck. The FEDEX delivery person shoved it up the stairs. Where it was sitting no one could go up or down the stairs. I have a lab_pit bull mix that barks anytime anyone steps on that porch. She never barked. No one ever knocked on the door. So if you don't come up on the porch and knock on the door how are you going to get my signature. I got another text saying I missed my delivery.
This morning 6/28/2021 was the FIRST TIME I received the text that it is out for delivery. I have a sign on the front of my house that says "FEDEX IDIOT I AM HOME. BANG ON THE WOOD DOOR BECAUSE I WILL BE IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE." Who knows maybe I will actually get the package now. I will never use this awful service again. I am putting what happened all over the internet. There is more that has happened but I am not going through all of it. I was transferred out of the US to El Salvador where they speak English. So that is 2 call centers in other countries. Americans are out of work and they can't even hire Americans or someone that speaks English.

I don't normally use FedEx but due to Amazon not having what I wanted I recently got to experience their service. So first package was a king sized headboard bought from Wayfair and shipped through FedEx. Package got lost in transit for 3 days and when it finally was found and arrived there was a hole in the box that luckily only caused minor damage to the back of the headboard. Second was a Walmart order for a car drill attachment orbital polisher. Again FedEx took care of shipping. I was supposed to get it on June 18. It only just arrived on June 23. Overall I hope I never have to use them again. I never had any issues with Amazon, UPS, or USPS shipping.

We ordered wine which was supposed to be delivered over the weekend. It was not. They then attempted to deliver it while we were at work but took it back since it needs a signature. Keep in mind, they've never actually gotten a signature from us in all the times they've delivered to us. I went online and rerouted it so it could be held at a Shaw's supermarket nearby. It said it would be delivered the next day. When I didn't get a confirmation, I called. The first person I spoke with said she'd expedite it and make sure it would be delivered that evening. I didn't hear back again, so I called.
The second woman I spoke with said that it had indeed been delivered and it was ready for pickup. We drove to Shaws and waited in line only to be told there had been no such delivery. Frustrated, we called for a third time. The man we spoke with apologized and told us that Shaws wouldn't accept packages on that size and wasn't an option. We asked how we could get our package.. He said he'd have it delivered the next day after 5pm when we'd be home. I asked for a confirmation by text or email while we were on the phone which he refused to do.
We hung up and called a fourth time.. When the fourth person couldn't help, we asked for a supervisor which was no better than the last four people. I asked if their calls were recorded so he could hear what we've been told.. Ultimately, we spent about 45 minutes on this final call, and we've yet to get a resolution. I am disgusted and will NEVER use this company in any capacity. Our wine will be ruined by the time we get it, if that even ever happens. We still don't know if it will definitely be where they say it will since they refuse to send us a confirmation.

I was expecting to receive my package today, when I read on tracking numbers that they provided it says that they just attempted to deliver it about 15 min ago, while I’m at my apt waiting, they never ring the bell, or call, no door tag whatsoever. I called their representative about this issue, they told me I have come to pick it up at their main location in specific window period times which with Uber ride it will cost me 10x from my shipping fees that I already paid, that just doesn’t make sense. FedEx not just have the worst couriers staff but also the worst customer care service people.

I ordered a breast pump thru my insurance and it got shipped thru Fed Ex in the matter of five days. My package changed cities that's 30 minutes apart. When it finally reached Ohio it again changed cities that are not even 30 minutes apart in 2 days. The last bit of updating on the package is a city that's an hour away. It's been like that for 3 days. It doesn't take 3+ days to deliver a package that is one hour away from its location. Not to mention my delivery date was a week ago. Now my delivery date is “pending”.

FedEx damaged the package, relabeled the barcode, now they cannot find the package. It was completely damaged/lost. The first thing they asked was, "Did you buy insurance? If not, Fedex will only give you $100." I was like, "This was $1650.00 package." No insurance, FedEx doesn't care!!!! I guess I've learned my lesson.

My mother died suddenly not long after taking the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. I packed some of her belongings, including beautiful glassware, very carefully and professionally as I have moved many times and never had anything broken in transit. The packages arrived at my Malibu address split all the way along two sides, with glass broken inside all over the place. Someone must have THROWN these boxes or worse... it sure looks like someone abused these boxes and some of my neighbors wonder if it was the Malibu address and stereotypes re: people who live here. I ship via UPS all the time and have never seen anything like this. The local FedEx driver is a very hostile man who seems deranged, so that could be it as well. Either way, FedEx is out of control and doing a terrible job.

Fedex decided to use an adult signature for my Xbox series x during the Xbox shortage. I'm going to miss my delivery because I'm going to be working. Had Walmart told me fedex was the default, I would have changed the delivery location. Fedex apparently has this special code that they give to their partners to talk to fedex on behalf of the purchaser. So walmart tells me the terms are the shipper, and I can't do anything about it. Fedex tells me to talk to walmart. See the problem here? It's an infinite closed loop. Neither one of these places want to help me. They just want to get their hands on my Xbox.

Then I call and after 40 minutes of waiting finally talk to someone who clearly lied when she said they would call me back. Because I have yet to get a call back. Worst company!!! As I was sending a valuable and much needed item, a very small package, I shelled out $ to use FedEx rather than the USPS. Big mistake. 1. On the printed receipt, the delivery date was a full week from send date, already longer than the 1-5 business days you are told. 2. Package failed to arrive on that date. 3. Online Tracking info showed nothing after initial FedEx receiving center near my location, one day after sent — so nothing for 9 days.
4. Over the course of 4 phone calls by me and 1 from the intended recipient, customer service reps told us a range of contradictory things, all uninformative and unhelpful. For example: that the address abbreviation was wrong (it wasn’t, and had been generated by the computer at the fedex location where I mailed the package, not by me); that they would investigate and call us back (they didn’t); that there was no investigation request on the file, just an “address correction” request (Kafkaesque); that investigations are not done after this much time, that the recipient had to file a claim; that the sender had to file the claim...
5. As I was attempting to file the insurance claim, I was jumped to the tracking page, which now showed the package at a new fedex location in the recipient’s home state — hallelujah! — with the delivery date as the very next day. 6. Package was not delivered. New date is now listed. IF the package arrives in that date, the total delivery time will have been two weeks.

I had a package that was suppose to be delivered today at a certain specified time and they change it at the last minute. I called FedEx yesterday and spoke with a representative that said it would definitely be delivered today. This has happened several times. Before FedEx use to be the best. Now they are the worst. I purchased a beautiful pair of earrings on eBay and they were mailed to me on May 27. According to FedEx tracking something happened to them that caused the package to be relabeled on June 3. There are tire treads on the package so I believe that they were run over. Rather than notify me of this blunder, FedEx sent a dirty, opened package on to be delivered to me on June 7. The driver left the package on my porch and literally ran for the truck. I called FedEx right away after taking pictures to find out what to do and was told how to make a claim. I did so and my claim was denied. My suggestion, DO NOT TRUST FEDEX. They do not take responsibility for your goods!!! I have lost earrings money and wasted time.

Fedex agents know nothing. They always tell me they can get a late packaged delivered or held at a location the same or next day and it NEVER happens. I always ask for a call back, they NEVER call back. I avoid like the plague.

My package arrived and was kept instead of being delivered or returned. There is no communication with partners about what should be sent. It is only after paying a a chunk of money, and sending the package that they say it is supposed to be accompanied by manufacturer documentation. Why doesn't the shipping office know this? What fairness is this?
The expectation is that there is proper communication between the sender, the company and the receiver but none of that happened. I had a pressing need and I was kept suffering for almost two months, till I called and then the package was sent back. No communication with the shipper from the other end either. My suffering was unwarranted. Every customer requires effective service, that is why they entrust their packages to the company and so need to be informed about the status of the package at all times. Thank you for poor service. There are other options.

Someone sent me some paperwork through FedEx the other day and the lazy driver happened to come by while we were at the store. Since I don't drive anymore it is very inconvenient to go out and in any case I do NOT go to Walgreens because the employees at the store in my area are incompetent and rude. Since the package did NOT require a signature it should have been left at my front door but the FedEx driver decided to divert it to the Local Walgreens leaving a notice to pick it up there instead.
I tried calling FedEx "customer service" but in addition to having to fight my way through a really crappy voice recognition program (newsflash big corporations some people these programs don't work with for some reason and I am one of them) I talked to someone who had no idea how to do her job and told me I had to pick it up. I told her they can send it back and I hope it was something that would rot. In short using FedEx for a delivery service is not advisable unless you really want to go out of business...

My humble opinion and I believe the following: I WILL NEVERRRR use Fedex again, hopefully a more reliable Amazon takes them over some day. Fedex suppose to deliver a package by 12 pm. I do text updates and get a text at 124PM saying the package will be here by 12PM. How idiotic and useless is that! I had a delivery two weeks ago that was a day late and needed to be kept refrigerator so it was no good had to be sent back and now getting it again. Its a must signature and still waiting. This company is a disgrace.
I called spoke to representatives and no one can get me answers when package will be delivered and I see why the company is a disgrace when they have bad attitudes at the customer advocates office. I spoke to Angie who should be fired. Then I spoke to Priscilla who said dispatch can speak to him through his phone contrary to what Angie had said earlier that they don't have phones to communicate. They only have a device to send messages. What a HORRIBLE COMPANY customer service, tracking, slow delivery, etc. Spoke to Grace on Facebook was no help. Spoke to Jena customer service was no help.

Everything I order from a certain company that uses Fed Ex as their shipping needs Fed Ex keeps denying my package promising it will come by a certain date when it doesn't especially when needed by a certain date. My recent one said definitely by yesterday end of day and no package. Still stuck at last destination. And now saying shipment pending. And last time this happened I had to wait another week to get my important package. And whenever you call customer service it's a miracle if you get them on the phone. I unfortunately am discouraged in buying from the company that uses fed ex because of every time I have issues it's been at least five or more times every time I have had issues with my deliveries from them.

Driver was driving fast. I wasn't dressed so I asked my son to ask him to slow down. My son was very polite but the driver snapped at him and claimed he wasn't driving too fast. I yelled from my door that he was and said I should shut my racist mouth. He ran into his truck, turned up his music and raced off even faster than before. I called the customer service but she claimed without a tracking number, she couldn't identify the driver. I told her I had the address and time but she didn't care to try to figure it out. The driver knew no one would care so he was able to do whatever he wants.

FedEx has been very unreliable. Every time something ships via them I'm nervous. For example two shipments from the same company disappeared after departed status and the same exact spot Indianapolis. Where do these packages go? I am on the second try of the same product which both times ended up out of stock when I wanted my order reshipped. The seller let me know three months later it was again available. Now it's lost again. How can I trust a company that continues to lose packages?
Another example is a perishable item sent to Atlanta shipped two day. It was loaded on the truck four times before it was delivered. I was told that when the driver quits for the day packages are left on the truck for the next day. That meant my package was in the back?? Not sure. Anyway after 8 days it arrived spoiled. Both of my shipments that disappeared were also perishable. Other items may take longer but it is less annoying when they might show up spoiled or not at all.

A package I was expecting, was to be delivered on Saturday May 22, 2021 according to FedEx’s tracking site. It got be later in the afternoon and I checked again only to see it was going back to the facility for inspection. I called their customer service and was told that someone would be calling me back shortly to give me an explanation. No such call came. Then Monday May 24, 2021 in the morning I called again and was told someone was definitely going to be calling me that day. No such call. So I called again later that afternoon and was told that the package was definitely be delivered on Tuesday May 25, 2021. 10:45 pm now and still no delivery. Is this any way to do business?

FedEx is the absolute worse delivery company. Over the past year I have had multiple packages get lost. Some arrived open with missing content and even repackaged! Businesses should use alternative Co.

My wife and I, 71 & 72 respectively, are both handicapped so we order from Chewy, this by no means reflects on Chewy. Unfortunately Chewy uses Fedex as their delivery service. While we were out I received an email stating our order had been delivered. There was no order waiting when we arrived home and no door tag. We called fedex and explained the situation to them. They had delivered the package to the wrong address roughly 2 blocks away. Their suggestion “since it’s so close why don’t you go and pick up the package yourself.” I explained that we are handicapped and that’s why we have our pet supplies delivered.
Their reply “don’t you have anyone who can help you?” I replied, "We had just moved to the area and really don’t know anyone yet." Their reply “it would be an inconvenience at this time to send the driver back out since he’s left the area.” In what world is it an inconvenience for the driver, who didn’t do his job correctly, but not an inconvenience for my wife and myself. I was given a case number and told I’d be contacted in a couple hours. Fast forward 24 hours, no phone call or follow up. I called back only to find out the case had been closed because the fedex driver could not locate the missing package. How could he not locate the package? We gave them the address to which they wrongly delivered it. Their solution “we should contact Chewy for a replacement or a refund.”
We investigated deeper and found that although the trucks belong to fedex the drivers are hired through a third party, Allied, and have nothing to do with fedex, they just drive. We have only been at our home for 45 days, upon first viewing the house our GPS brought us right to the house. I would think the GPS used by the drivers would be far superior to the GPS on my phone yet they still delivered to the wrong address. Fedex refuses to accept any fault and expects us or Chewy to assume responsibility for their lackluster service. We have had three deliveries to our new home, one from UPS, delivered correctly and two from fedex both to the wrong address. We will never, under any circumstances, use fedex as a delivery service and suggest anyone else do the same.

I was expecting a package via FedEx. It was scanned as being delivered to my address. I have that receipt. FedEx never stopped by my home. I have outside cameras proving that. In addition to that, I was at home watching all day. A claim has been filed, numerous calls made with promises by FedEx to investigate and return call within 24 hrs. Not a word from them. I am thoroughly disgusted with FedEx but I am not giving in. I want to know why my shipment was marked as being delivered to my address when it most definitely was not. I want answers and compensation. FedEx, get rid of your drivers who steal and lie.

On May 10, 2021 I was advised by FEDEX that I would be receiving my package that contained frozen foods on May 11, 2021. I waited all day because of the frozen food but no package then I received an email stating the package would arrive May 12, 2021. Again I waited all day and no package and only to receive an email stating the package delivery date is not been determined. It’s May 16, 2021 and the package arrived today and all the food had defrosted and spoiled. Lucky for me Nutrisystem gave me a full refund. It’s not Nutrisystem's fault but I cannot order from Nutrisystem again because I cannot count on FEDEX. Very poor delivery service.

This is the second time I didn’t receive a package. First time I ordered $200 sneakers and never received them. So I had to wait a week or more to get my money back. This time I ordered $70 worth of supplements and I have been home all day looking for it and went to FedEx tracking and it said it was delivered. I believe someone is stealing packages in this area. I sent the company I ordered from to let them know to file a claim to get my money back or they can resend post office, but by all means do not ship FedEx. Customer service is a joke a few other people stated that and it is true they don’t even care. I checked outside, downstairs, everywhere no package in site and I’ve been waiting for it. I will not use them ever again period. If a company uses them I’ll pay for overnight or they use snail mail or they won’t see my dollars. This is ridiculous. You should not have to worry about someone taking your things from a company that is suppose to be legit.

They lied claiming they tried to deliver my package when no one ever showed up, now they keep giving me bogus delivery dates that keep getting pushed back further and further. This company is unethical and are thieves. The customer service is useless and the delivery drivers are liars. Beware. Now I check with companies to see if they use Fedex as a delivery service and if they do I run. I refuse to put up with drivers who steal packages.

Paid for 2 day delivery, called, told "be there tomorrow," next day told same thing, next day told same thing, then told today and still nothing. Talked to a supervisor today and told they have it sitting in a trailer and might unload it in 4 more days. What a joke. I would give negative stars if I could. Every time I use FedEx ground they are always late. They will give a delivery time and never meet it. They will give excuses such as "the business was closed" even though it's going to a residential area. It will sit in your state for several days only to find out it has now been shipped across the country and now needs to get back to you. The incompetency is insane. It isn't even like they're saving money by sending your package around the country several times over so I don't know why this keeps happening. Doesn't matter who I order from, where it's coming from. This always happens. A delivery was supposed to arrive yesterday, later that day I find it's several states over and now they're expecting it to be delivered in 5 more days. One day to mess up and 5 days to fix it? Whenever I have the option I will ALWAYS pick something other than FedEx even if it means paying more. I would avoid them like the plague.

Awful, awful experience. Paid for expedited shipping/Saturday delivery. Ordered item 8 days ago. Delivery date has been kicked back 3 times. The warehouse my package is at is 25 minutes away. In trying to call customer service to speak to an agent, the automated system won't let me even do that. Take my money for an expedited shipping & then do as little as possible to see thru that obligation. That's what I'm getting here. I will go out of my way to never use FedEx again.

Such a horrible experience. They lost (or stole) my package which has new Samsung phone and earphones which I was returning to samsung. They somehow "lost" it within warehouse. No notification to me. Went to their office and they asked to call customer care. Called customer care, they wasted 2 hours and still failed to file a claim. Filed it online and then no updates from them and it's been 4 weeks. Called them again and they said claim is denied and asking Samsung to call FedEx which samsung is declining to do. Again no notification about any of this. Fedex is horrible to deal with.

I have items delivered to me on a weekly basis. I also have gifts shipped to friends and family on a regular basis and just recently shipped my mother a gift of flowers with basket for Mother's Day. I was shocked at the condition of the package when it arrived to her home. She took lots of photos of the box that clearly stated the item was fragile and to keep the box right side up. Unfortunately, it would appear that the FedEx employees loading the truck and/or delivering the box are illiterate. They clearly had piled heavier boxes on top because the box was crushed. It was clearly loaded or deliver upside down because the contents were all over the place. The basket was upside down, the green foam was floating in the box and the flowers were destroyed. However, this is not the first issue I've had with FedEx and will avoid them at all costs if I can help it.
I didn't realize the vendor I used for the flowers used FedEx, otherwise I would have gone with UPS or even USPS, at this point. I had another experience where FedEx delivered a rug and propped it under the awning outside of my porch and cracked the soffit under the awning because they jammed it in there. I complained to the local FedEx department and a thug arrived at my door within a couple of days, essentially threatening me to drop my complaint with corporate. These people are unprofessional and they don't care about customer service. It all starts at the top, in my opinion, and I continue to see flagrant examples of abuse and simply not caring about their customers. Avoid FedEx if you can at all help it. UPS is far superior in service and I'd even put USPS second, although they're also pretty bad, but it's better than FedEx.

As I was pulling into my driveway at 11:10 pm I received a notification on my phone that my package was delivered -- however there was no driver, truck, or package. I walked around my house twice and there is NO package -- totally unprofessional.

I ordered a zion mattress from Walmart.com and was sending via Fedex, was scheduled for Sunday which was great because I'm home all day, I got email about my box was delivered and unable to get signature because was nobody home, I looked surprised because I been waiting for this box all day. I look at the front door and nothing was there so I started to walk to the driveway and my surprised that the box was in the middle all damaged.
My neighbors actually came and helped me to bring the box inside the garage and they said a woman in a budget truck throw the box and got in the truck and took off right away, she never even walked to my door. Now I have a damaged box that I was going to returned because I ordered the wrong item and that was the whole reason for me to stay home so they could take it with them since the box is too heavy for me to lift. This is a inconvenience and I find very aggravated all this situation, why they can't come and ring the bell to verify that some is home???? I have pictures also. If you can lift that heavy box get a cart but don't do this.

$250 package says delivered but nowhere to be found. Driveway is 1/8 mile long. We don’t have package thieves. Maybe it was left on road by mailbox? Who knows. Certainly not here. Customer service is not helpful. They say package was delivered to front door.

100% of the time when companies used FedEx, the package never got delivered the first try. They always claimed “customer not available or business is closed.” No door tags or notifications at all. I doubt that they actually came by at all! I deliberately left a YELLOW sticky note on the buzzer leaving the unit number and buzzer code, nothing. All they said was “attempted delivery.” This is your job no? As a delivery company? And you can’t just do that right?

I regularly order from a company that uses FedEx for deliveries. I consistently get emails stating that FedEx "is unable to complete the delivery" when I've been home all day waiting for the delivery. Horrible customer service.

FedEx driver drops deliveries at my roadside rural mailbox, 300 feet from my home many times! Delivery confirmation says "delivered to front door". Driveway is blacktop & clear. Package not found! Driver is either lazy or profiting from packages or they are stolen. Most of my neighbors are having the same trouble! Lived here since 1970, and never any trouble. This time it cost me almost $100.00. Received a case number from FedEx & heard no more from them [60 days have passed].

My order for the MacBook Pro M1 I bought from the B&H Photo Video Store has not reached me. The FedEx Driver did not deliver my order. The driver "delivered" in front of his delivery address, but did not deliver the order. He received the package himself with a forged signature as a signature. The name of the recipient writes the names of people I do not know. It uses the name "DIMITRI". I do not know such a person. FedEx drivers do not deliver expensive packages. It took several weeks (almost a month) to get my my replacement delivery for the one they said could not be delivered originally. I purchased 6 gallons of Nestle distilled water through the Amazon website for my CPAP machine. When I did receive the late package it was literally thrown on my front porch by the driver. The driver did not ring the doorbell but speed walked away without responding to my eldest son who asked her about why she threw the package. If she was unable to hold it properly she should have used a dolly to aid her in safely bringing the package to the front porch. My son brought the box inside my home and all he could say was that he was sorry but it was definitely not handled with care. The box was damaged, wet, and barely sealed, dented, and missing one of the water gallons in the order. The gallons I received were dented and some of the gallons were low on water.
I was shocked that they did not handle the items I ordered or this delivery with more respect. If the problem was the sender they should have returned it to sender and explained they would not deliver items not packaged properly and notified me of the problem with my delivery and offer knowledgeable guidance of how to fix the problem. This was unacceptable!

The delivery person keeps putting a doortag on the door instead of ringing the bell so I can sign for the package. I called 3 days straight requesting to pick up the package and the customer service people keep lying to me. I went to the address they gave and my package was not at 350 Preakness Ave. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to connect me to anyone. I still don't have my package and it is 3 days later.

I am waiting on a package from Bed Bath and Beyond that was supposed to be delivered yesterday! FedEx tells me it is on the way to my local facility. The last time this occurred; my package went to the local office, took a sightseeing tour of the D.C. facility, came BACK to my local facility, and was delivered two days later! It seems my packages are traveling more than I am. When I attempt to track it, they tell me it is in transit! They also tried to get me to sign up for a “fully refundable,” located service, which I declined! Aren’t THEY supposed to do this for free?

The best way to get a parcel lost is through using your company. Almost 2 weeks I was trying to get a parcel from The Bahamas. At first the sender had an incorrect address on the parcel. Subsequently, the sender changed it to the correct one. She was assured that the matter was addressed. I followed up on her action and submitted the correct address as well. I spoke with a FedEx rep today only to be told in numerous conversations that is "unfortunate" that I haven't received my parcel. To add insult to injury, the rep confirmed that the company still proceeded in sending the parcel to the wrong address.
How uncaring, incompetent and Insensitive can this company be! My phone number was written largely on the parcel. So if there was a continued issue, a simple call could have rectified this. It's so unethical that this courier service charges an exorbitant amount of money and is not willing to address simple issues. It's sad....shameful. Therefore, I have begun to advise all my family and friends to avoid using this company because your hard earned money would be thrown away.

Rip off... Crooks and completely rude as well. Wanted to send something international, so went Online to get the cost. It asks the destination, size, weight, everything needed to know the cost. Okay so far... Walk in with the price from the Online calculator printed out, and they tell us "That doesn't mean anything" and commences to try to charge us $100 MORE. Really?? $100!!! Then what is the purpose of have the Online system tell you the cost??!! Just to "Bait and Switch"??!! For decades FedEx service has been horrible, this just reinforces it.

Our family ordered from the NFL shop for our son's Birthday and after false info of a delivered package which the driver confirmed we had! We Had NO SUCH PACKAGE Delivered!!! After calling FedEx to confirm their driver's delivery they told us it was, then they said it may take an additional full business day to complete, yes that's correct! They confirmed the package was delivered and then... (so it was or was not delivered douche bags) it was not!!! After checking with neighbors it has been confirmed with all they not only didn't deliver they falsely said they did via tracking and then again on phone twice. FedEx should not be involved in any delivered goods for the NFL or any reputable organization if they not only can't perform their task (delivery) hello, they cover up and lie about simple transactions, in all FedEx is dropping the ball big time...

I was told my package would be delivered today. So I had someone sit here all day so they wouldn’t miss it, because I was told it required a signature. When my person had to leave, I came home from work early and waited myself. While sitting here with the door open, waiting for the package, I received an automated message saying that a delivery attempt was made unsuccessfully. Complete **. This is how FedEx does business. They lie. No delivery attempt was made... No truck in sight. Now I have to wait two more days for my package to be delivered to a facility where I can pick it up myself. I will be telling the international company who mailed it to me to reconsider using FedEx for their deliveries because they’re unreliable and untrustworthy in California.

My item was shattered in shipping. I filed a claim. I was told I needed a waiver as I was not the shipping party. I submitted the waiver. My claim was denied. They never told me it was denied or told me why. Customer Service was no help at all. Just a big company throwing around their weight smashing the little guy. No big deal to them. It is a big deal to me. Ridiculous business practices. I seriously hope a class action lawsuit is started and I will certainly join because this isn't right.

I have an address that can be found in any GPS yet FedEx, a professional delivery company, cannot find it. I've called, given directions, and asked them to call when they are nearby. They don't call so that I can direct them in. All other delivery companies find my house fine. Purchases from home improvement and furniture stores have no problems finding this place. FedEx is terrible. Choose any other delivery company.

There needs to be a zero star option. FedEx isn't worthy of any stars at all. I ordered patio furniture on March 24, the vendor shipped it on March 25, and FedEx was to deliver on April 1 in plenty of time for Easter. FedEx has changed the delivery date 3 times now. Today they say they 'attempted' to deliver it which is absolutely untrue. They reported that they could not deliver because the business was closed which again is untrue. We have a 24/7 security guard who has not had any deliveries yet today. And of course you can't email or chat with them directly.
If you track down their customer service number and call you end up dumped into an automated system. If you are persistent and insist on talking to a human you have to first sit on hold. I waited more than 12 minutes before a representative was finally on the phone. They try to blame their issues on Covid but Amazon and UPS consistently deliver on time while FedEx can't deliver on time even half the time. Unreliable and late delivery is a true pattern with FedEx. How are they still in business??? I am no longer shopping with businesses who ship via FedEx.

Purchased 4 tires picked up by Fedex ground. Fedex tracking number showed tires on Fedex vehicle out for delivery on a Wednesday which were not delivered to me. Then on Thursday Fedex tracking showed tires on fedex vehicle out for delivery which were still not delivered but the driver did stop at my house and told me although his computer showed my tires were suppose to be on his vehicle and delivered to me today he said the tires were not on his vehicle but he promised me the tires would be delivered to me on Friday. Friday came and went and still no tires.
Tracking number now showed tires would be delivered by end of day on Monday but of Saturday 2 out of 4 tires were put on my porch. No idea when the other 2 tires would be delivered so I had enough of the lies from Fedex and finally was able to talk to a human (Fedex gets so many complaints that they use a automated phone system that refuses to allow the customer to speak to a human customer service person) and I told Fedex to come and pick up the 2 tires they delivered and return them along with the other 2 tires Fedex has not yet delivered.
I will never under any circumstance ever purchase anything from any company that uses Fedex as its shipper. Nor will I ever allow any Fedex vehicle on my property to make any deliveries. Fedex Ground is about the same as Fedex smartpost and they both will take about 10 days longer to be delivered to you than their estimated delivery date.

This is the second time my box was delivered to another address to one of my neighbors close by, I have been lucky they bring me the box, but I don't understand why it keeps happening being that that my name and address is clearly written on the box, so maybe it's just the driver not paying attention.

The merchant promised me this package will arrive on Thursday. I did not get it Thursday. I did not get it Friday. I did not get it Saturday. I called and three representatives promised that I will get it on Saturday. I'm now scheduled for Monday. The tracking information states it is supposed to arrive Tuesday. Please just get my package here. Stop playing games with everybody's stuff.

I sent a package with FedEx from Austin Texas to Ghana and now the package has been held up in France FedEx trying to extort more money from me to deliver my package to his destination. This package was supposed to get to Ghana by March 17th. Now FedEx saying it was seized and they need more money to deliver it. FedEx is Crooks and very poor customer service.

I had an important package scheduled for delivery on 3/24 which was rescheduled by FedEx to 3/26 which was then rescheduled by FedEx to 3/29 and when I called customer service they don't know where the truck is at. How can you sell a service to deliver packages and keep telling the customer it is scheduled for delivery when you have no idea where it's at?
