    Had a new toilet tank shipped via FedEx from a supplier. Had the tenant waiting all day. At 4:19 pm I received a text that said a delivery attempt was made at 4:03 pm. I knew from past experience to "let the games begin". I have done nothing for the past week but chase the package. FedEx is horrible. I do not believe they attempted delivery. I have now had a tenant without a toilet for over a week. Luckily this is a commercial property and there are restrooms located in another part of the building. DO NOT USE FEDEX! They are horrible at their job. This shipping service is a waste of time and money. I will be asking the supplier to reship the toilet tank via UPS.

    FedEx has promised delivery from over a week ago everyday. Started a claim 5 days ago. They have had my package in their possession for 10 days. 7 days at the same facility. I call 3 times a day. They won't overnight it. They lie when it will arrive. Promised me return phone calls and have not received one. Pony express in the old days could of done better! Will always request a different shipper from now on when purchasing items online. FedEx Sucks!!!

    Dozens of late shipments. Tracking is poor. They lie about attempting dropoffs. Currently I have yet another package lost that was supposed to arrive yesterday. No information exists now lol. They are adept at wasting the time of their clients. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these **.

    Providing today's broken promise: FedEx ground shipment from Brooklyn Park, Mn. to Batavia, NY. First promise was for delivery yesterday 5/17. They moved it up to 5/16, then back again to the today the 18th. This is an very important small box shipment of samples for a customer. I have to postpone 2 appointments due to no samples. Absolutely stinks. They have consistently broken delivery promises. It's 4:30 PM Eastern time and no FedEx truck!!! They used to be great, I will ask my suppliers to never ship Fed EX again.

    I paid a lot of money on Friday for second day service and it's now Tuesday and my package has been sitting in their Omaha facility for two days now and is still just sitting there. I was hoping they would be better than UPS but they are just like them. After they get your money they don't care.

    Every time I am expecting a delivery over the past couple of years my delivery status turns into "pending" and my delivery ends up being 4-7 days later. I get messages saying they attempted to deliver but no one was home. LIE. I have been home every time and have a Ring doorbell. They have not attempted. They suck and I will NEVER use them to ship my packages. I'll use UPS.

    I recently ordered a cell phone that was being delivered by FedEx. The first delivery date by FedEx was May 13. Upon tracking the delivery the next day it was changed to May 14. I spent all day on the 13th and 14th waiting patiently by the front door. I had been without a phone for 6 days. Shortly after 1:00 pm my wife receives a text that no one was home to receive the delivery. That was an outright lie. Even if one of us went somewhere for a while we always made sure somebody was by the door. Not only does FedEx not deliver on time they lie about skipping your house when it is inconvenient to their route. Another time FedEx left the delivery right outside the garage door with no notification. Of course I ran it over backing out. We'll see if the third promise is delivered later today.

    These people are liars and deadbeats. They NEVER deliver on time and what they do deliver is often damaged. Companies should drop them. They have become so awful at what they do that I hate it when they deliver, if they deliver at all. I was home the whole day, and there is always someone at reception, so there was literally no excuse for not delivering my parcel. They are just lazy. I would give them zero stars if I could.

    I seldom have deliveries from FedEx but I've had 5 instances that gives them at the most 1-Star.
    1. Claim they delivered a $500+ fire pit but I never received it.
    2. Claim they delivered a $800 flat screen TV but I never received it.
    3. Delivered several packages to a neighbor down the street, that neighbor brought them to me.
    4. I had a delivery of live vegetation - trees and bushes. The driver was throwing them off the truck onto my driveway. They were well packaged, the only thing that saved them.

    5. I reported a driver who thought our short street was an Indy racecar track. She was out of control and even ran the stop sign. This was a daily occurrence.

    Fed Ex has become the worst shipping company in the nation. They used to be the 2nd best behind UPS. They send bogue delivery attempt messages! I was expecting a package that required a signature, so I had to make sure I was home to sign for it. I was home waiting the first day, then I received a message that they attempted the delivery and no one was home. Wrong! They never came. My security cam is proof. I called the customer service and she said that she would send them back the same day for another try. You guessed it, it never happened. The next day, again the same thing. Got a message that the attempted delivery wasn't successful. What a bunch of lies! Now, they are supposed to make a last attempt tomorrow. If they do the same thing, the package won't be delivered. Avoid them! Management needs to be fired.

    Let's just start by saying, this is why huge companies shouldn't be allowed to be this bug. FedEx is typically always the company that people use to ship online international goods. And every time my order is being shipped from them, I've had an issue. Recently, I ordered from a company and once it got to FedEx, the product stopped moving (I was tracking it). It was in Memphis for 9 days. I inquired about it for multiple days by calling them and kept receiving the same response from workers- it's being looked into.

    I had to BEG the gentleman for them to be honest and just admit they lost it so that I could get my money back from the vendor I ordered from. Honestly, there is always an issue with this company. They don't care how they speak to you, they don't actually resolve any issues, they don't take accountability, you never get anything on time. Now, I will not order from anyone who uses them for shipment because the anxiety of getting my product isn't worth it.

    I was supposed to receive a package from FedEx which I never received! Just because the delivery person said that they delivered it doesn't always make it true! They wouldn't even listen to my side of the story and made it seem like I had gotten the package and done something with it, which is wrong. I've never had any package come up missing before now but I'm never using them again just outta gp, one disappointed senior citizen!!

    Today is Wed. My package was supposed to arrive last Friday, when I looked it up, it said it was coming Monday instead, then Monday came and went, update now showed that my address was wrong and they could not deliver (**). I called and confirmed the address was correct and was told that delivery Tues. So late Tues night I called again and they said it will absolutely be here Wed before 8pm. She said that was the shipping deadline "so it WILL be there." So I call today, Wednesday, and I'm told the same old "I'm sorry for your inconvenience, but it shows delivery tomorrow".

    I'm so mad I could spit (it seems apparent that they train their employees at the same place AT&T trains theirs), but it shows my shipment as delayed once again, they suck, I asked for a supervisor and none are available, as I found out that operator is working from home in the Philippines. So I'd be really interested in who owns this company today, how much they are paying those employees (if it's a fair wage), since they're outsourcing for a reason, and now I understand why the purple and orange colors, glad it wasn't red white and blue! This company has gone to the birds, I'll never trust them with a shipment again and I'm requesting that shipper not use them either. Whoever took over for the amazing folks that used to run it, really lack the quality and reliability it once had. You could let it go to FedEx and you knew it would be there...Those days are gone!

    Chose FedEx to ship the body armor to NY. I said that I need this package to be delivered in 2 days and it is very important because the volunteer was flying from NY to Poland and was supposed to delivered this body armor set. I paid 400$ for 2 days delivery and no one warned me that delivery could potentially be delayed, moreover, I was told that it would be delivered. As a result, the delivery was delayed for 24 hours and missed the flight. This package could have saved the life to one of Ukrainian defenders, but it didn’t, thank to Fedex. Not only they failed to deliver my package on time, but even refused to refund my money for this express delivery. This is a fraud! Worst service ever..

    A simple 2-yard piece of linen fabric leaves Lithuania on March 22, 2022, shipped via FedEx. It moves quickly through Germany and France, then half-way around the world, and arrives in Memphis, TN within two days. Great! But after a week or so of sitting in Memphis awaiting customs clearance, I begin to track this package and call FedEx Customer Service to find out what the delay is. They tell me customs is really backlogged and there’s nothing they can do to speed it up.

    This wait – and this same response from FedEx – continues for… wait for it (pun intended)… SEVEN WEEKS! I call every few days and get the same answer. No one at FedEx can tell me what the delay is. Finally, after the sixth week, the company where I ordered my fabric in Lithuania contacts me with an apology (though this was absolutely no fault of theirs) and offers to re-ship my order via a different carrier at no cost. Yes please!

    The second package departs Lithuania, this time via DHL (halleluiah!), on a Tuesday and arrives on my doorstep in Washington State TWO DAYS later on Thursday! So thankful for DHL and for the company, MagicLinen, that re-shipped my fabric at no cost! I am still waiting for my original package, which is still in the hands of FedEx. Interestingly, they created a duplicate tracking number and contrived a new “ship date” of May 3 – I’m sure to cover themselves from having a record of a 7-week delay. The package arrived today, finally. The box looked like it had been runner by a freight train. Completely destroyed, crushed, filthy dirty. Oh, and the original tracking information and shipping date have been deleted and only the duplicate tracking number and new "ship" date is now visible. Unbelievable.

    Mailed a package from DE to Washington DC on 5/03, and paid extra for 2 days delivery (Scheduled delivery on my receipt: 5/05). Tracked the package on 5/04, it was transferred to a FedEx hub in MD. Tracked again on 5/9 (after I became aware that the package was not received) and found out that the package was still seating in the MD hub since 5/4. Called the FedEx corporate, they couldn't explain why the package was not delivered, just saying that there was a request for future delivery, request that I didn't make. The USPS would have cost less and would certainly provide a better service. Conclusion: FEDEX CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

    I don’t understand why I keep failing for the okie dokie. I order through Amazon a lot because they have really reliable shipping for pretty much free if you have prime. But every once in awhile I order special things that doesn’t use prime. Always happens to be FedEx who craps on me. My package always gets delayed. The last 4 was delayed at least for 3 days. Even have overnight that moves to on fedex truck for deliver. Then delayed and never moves for 2 to 3 days. Their excuse is, "Sorry. We was busy." But it never makes it to the truck the next day even though it was just there. I really believe these packages never leave the warehouse and it’s just a tease so we won’t call them the day off. I hate these guys.

    FedEx is a real scam. FedEx is a real scam. I paid $109 of shipping from Florida to be delivered in Gréolières France. The Truck never came to the client. The client stayed home waiting for the package for 3 failed attempts from FedEx. Not even a text message or an email explaining what the issue is! Nothing!!!! Worst, their site has only useless web pages allowing you to do nothing! Only adding to your frustration. A button to manage your delivery allows you to do NOTHING!!! Now my client has to spend $10 for each phone call to local FedEx at NICE to recuperate the package herself. Why would you charge additional $10 for each phone call?? Really? Not even scammers in third world country are that bad!!!! This is going on since April 26 2022. The worst rating shouldn't be ONE star!!! Should be - 5 Stars!!!! I am furious.

    My FedEx package is inexplicably missing. They made a delivery "attempt", whatever that means, then said it would be delivered the next business day. It has been multiple business days and the status has not been updated. I went to fedex.com which was zero help so I tried customer service. They have an automated chatbot which is less than useless. Apparently paying actual humans to chat is too much for them. So finally, with no other choice, I call the dreaded customer service phone number. I am once again greeted by a robot, as is usual, except this robot inexplicably does not register the 12 digit tracking number I type in; instead I have to speak the entire number. That goes about as well as you would expect.

    First try, the robot gets the number completely wrong. Second try, it immediately tells me that "FedEx offices are now closed, please call back later" with zero information on when they open, and then it hangs up on me. Maybe try starting with that next time instead of making me recite a 12 digit number multiple times. Or how about paying actual humans for 24/7 support.

    Always lost my package and I can't make a claim because they says is delivery but in wrong address, USPS and UPS is better services. Even Amazon is a very good sales and delivery company because they do take responsibility for their packages even if they lose them, not like Fedex

    I ordered a small item from a company in the U.S and it was shipped by FedEx. The tracking indicated it was delivered and signed for. Yet I'm at work all day and never signed for it and the security camera footage in my condo showed no indication of a delivery being made. Clearly the driver was unable to access my building and lied about dropping off the package. I called FedEx and was told they'd be launching an "investigation" but nothing happened. I'm at work all day and am not at home to receive packages. FedEx never offered me an alternate pick-up location like other couriers do. Because it was "signed for" the company is now refusing to refund my money or send me a replacement. Avoid this sleazy company if you need to ship by courier.

    Every time I have a package delivered to me by Fedex I get a text saying they attempted to deliver and customer was not available. Every time I have been sitting in front of my front sliding glass door waiting for them. They never attempt to come to my door and just send the message. When I call Customer Service they say there is nothing they can do except try again tomorrow. This takes days from me being able to do anything else. And these are packages that don't even require a signature and could just be left on my doorstep! The worst customer service!

    Federal Express did not deliver as promised. Their tracking site reflected that two attempts had been made to deliver the package, however, they had not which was confirmed by their representative. Apparently, due to their high volume, they extended the delivery date by 3 days but instead of showing that on their tracking site they kept stating that it was on its way and then that an attempt to deliver had been made. Delivery times are reflected as up to 8 in the evening which means that I sat home for two full days waiting for a package to be delivered and will again be waiting all day tomorrow. They should treat their customers better.

    These lazy idiots just dropped off a $1400 package and instead of wheeling it around to the entry door where it would not be as visible from the road and then MAYBE ring the bell to let me know it was there, NO they just dump it 12 feet from the street in my driveway? WTF has happened to FedEx? I have reported this same issue 5 times and it still keeps happening. I wish I could post all the pictures of where these deliveries have been placed it would blow your mind.

    Estimated delivery on Saturday. Shortly after midnight: Product arrives at my local Fedex facility.
    Saturday Morning: Out for delivery on a FedEx vehicle.
    Saturday Night: Delayed.
    Sunday: Delayed.
    Monday: Delayed. I call customer service 3 times. Tell them the package contains a live tree. It'll die. I beg them. I offer to pick it up from their facility. They say they can't do that. Rude agent keeps interrupting me.

    Monday night: Still not delivered. Not even an estimated delivery date.

    Folks, if you don't want to have the same experience, use UPS instead.

    Even USPS is better. Fedex would not knock on doors or ring the bell, and yet they would say they attempted to deliver. I recently had fresh fruits delivered and because of Fedex all the produce were rotten before they finally made the delivery. They left a note in the mail room on another person's mailbox saying they attempted delivery, but they did not even bother to come to the apartment door and try to knock or ring the bell. Even when the delivery box clearly said it was fresh and to be delivered on the same day. I work from home and would have easily received it. They have customer's email and shipper's contact, they could have sent an email on expected delivery and I would be on the look out. They are notorious for doing this, and this is not the first time it happened to me. I don't ever use them and I would avoid vendors that use them.

    Until now I would like so many others rate Fedex as a delivery service as 1 star. But now it's gone to another level. I had a guitar shipped via Fedex to my shipping address which is a UPS store. The package was marked delayed for 7 days and the trace dept. could not find it. Then suddenly after 7 days it gets marked delivered at 1 pm and "left at the front door". So the driver claims they left the box outside the UPS store at 1 pm on a weekday when they are open. And Fedex then says, "Oh well it's marked delivered, case closed." So no wonder why driver theft is such a problem, they practically say to them "Go ahead, we don't care if you steal a package just mark it delivered at the front door!" Wow a pathetic way to operate. I will never ever buy anything again online that gets shipped FedEx. Do yourself a favor and skip this company.

    Fedex delivery driver lied and said he tried to deliver. I have 3 cameras facing front street in sync when motion is detected in any of them. Never came and my entire family was aware of package that required signature. I understand if they got busy but do not lie considering I made myself available all that day to sign for package. I called customer care but quite frankly they do not care. If given a choice I would not choose FedEx.

    I sent two packages to my son for his birthday and ordered "signature required" for both deliveries. The cost for this service was an additional $6 per package for a total of $12 for the two of them. When the mail carrier delivered the packages, he signed for them himself (as proof, he misspelled my son's name in both instances) and threw them into the general mail delivery area. When I tried to be refunded for the total $12, I was told there was no dollar breakdown on the invoice for the required signatures, just an indication that they had been requested. I told FedEx that was an error on their part and I shouldn't be penalized for their bad bookkeeping.

    Plus, I noted they know how much they charge (a standard $6 for obtaining a personal signature) and they know I wouldn't have been given this service free. They said they were sorry but no credit would be forthcoming. Of course, all of this took place over a period of weeks, with FedEx taking down all kinds of copious details and informing me I would be contacted, first, by phone the following day (NEVER) and later by e-mail within 72 business hours (again, NEVER). The company is guilty of bad bookkeeping, dishonest delivery service, and then shirking their refund promises and responsibilities. I say far better to use the general post office, which charges half the price and offers just as (bad!) service. I know I will never use FedEx again.

    Fed-Ex used to be the go to company when you needed to ensure delivery. Now, they're worse than the post office. I have a package that requires a signature. Fed Ex tells me at 8:45 AM that my package will arrive by 8:00PM. I'm supposed to wait around all day for my package? Even the Cable company will give you a 4 hour window. I'm done with them. Service is bad enough that I'll check if a company uses them and shop elsewhere if they do.

    I work for a company that regularly uses FedEx. I am accustomed to dealing with their total disregard of customer concerns. In this instance, I sent out a new laptop to one of our branches that was delivered to the wrong address. After several calls, they refused to retrieve the package and deliver to the correct address. Many days had gone by with no action from FedEx, so we decided to see if one of our employees could try and locate the package on his own. Long story short, the laptop was found. Thank goodness we were dealing with honest people. Ultimately, we received a bill for this shipment, that was paid. I called multiple times to request a refund for services that were not rendered.

    I spoke to numerous people that took my info, gave me case #s and promised someone would call me. Never received a call. Called them back a few more times and this back and forth went on for 2 weeks. Just found out today that the case was closed due to the fact that I went over the allotted time to put in a request for a refund. Mind you, I started calling about this invoice the day it was posted online. I have dealt with FedEx for close to 30 years and I have witnessed this company when it was at its best. So sad to see what it has become. It is now at the bottom of all shipping companies. Unreliable and uncaring. What a disgrace.

    I have to say that I literally cringe whenever I see something is being delivered by FedEx. Nine times out of ten the package(s) are late in arriving. Usually be a number of days if not a week or more. My most recent order had an original delivery date of 4/26. I got an email saying that it was early & I'd get it by 4/24. This actually made me laugh. I told my husband it would never happen. Well today is 4/26 and I don't have my shipment. I haven't gotten an email or a text but the FedEx tracking page now says delivery by 4/27. It also shows that the package has been sitting in Charlotte NC (5 hours away) since the 23rd.

    This is the story on almost all of the packages being delivered by FedEx. Yes, I know, you are going to blame the pandemic. Everyone has had 2 years to make pandemic adjustments. How hard is it to update your tracking software to take the pandemic into consideration. I must say it also does no good to contact customer service because those poor folks are clueless and being beat up by folks like me who are completely frustrated.

    Fedex Shipment: ** Unable to do custom clearance. This is in fact a rerun of shipment ** which took 3 month for customs clearance, and was only delivered after intervention from Valdemiro **. The current shipment is now on a least 4 weeks. It took them 3 weeks to ask for clearing instructions, and the initial entry was done without authorization. However Kgotatso ** got the VOC wrong so we are back to square one. Sad to see that Christiel ** is still employed despite poor client experiences. As last time the we only got our goods after the HelloPeter complaint, we are now going the same route. The issue is that Fedex management seem to be unaware of serious management issues inside the company. In similar cases with UPS and DHL we were able to resolve issues by addressing the CEO which does not seem to work with FedEx.

The first time they outright lost my item and it was a workout bench, not exactly small. Today again my order was delayed. I'm so sick of this company and their inability to deliver anything on time.     I understand that "estimated delivery time" means estimated, but still.... Fedex sucks. A package that requires a signature on delivery was sent to me a week ago. Throughout the whole transit time (7 days) the delivery date was set to today, so I made myself available to receive the package. The day before scheduled delivery, the package was already in my state. However, at night it was sent to another state and the delivery date was changed to tomorrow. It wouldn't be a big deal, if not for the signature on delivery. I won't be able to receive it tomorrow, meaning more delays etc. The Fedex representative said that the package was sent to another state for "more efficient route". Total **.

    The lady who came down my 2500 gravel driveway around 40 to 45mph was extremely rude also backed into my yard and drive through a drainage ditch at my house. FedEx is nearly as bad as Amazon drivers. Really wish when you ordered items you could chose UPS. My driver is awesome. Keep hiring nasty drivers in their 80s FedEx way to go.

    A horrible company! It is a mystery to me as to how they stay in business with the choices the consumer has in competition. I will never use them again; I'm telling my friends and their businesses to avoid this service entirely. They lost my package and lied about it for two weeks and strung me along with a multitude of different stories from one customer service agent to another, never telling the same tale. Fedex should be ashamed of the quality of service they provide, but they are without ethics, never use them.

    Please don't send FedEx. It's a nightmare if they can't retrieve your tracking number. The system of FedEx is totally failure. Not good in my experience. Used Purolator instead. It is my very important document and just trying to ask them to retrieve my tracking number because for some reason I misplaced it but FedEx said to me they can not backtrack on it which is very crucial point if it is really important thing. FedEx is a failure.

    Fed Ex should be ashamed at how they do business. They are just like the American government - they could care less about the people that they serve. After paying for shipping charges and signing a document that said I owed $0, Fed Ex sent me a bill. The representative who set up the delivery, never mentioned I would incur an additional charge. The company that I ordered the flooring from stated that it is illegal for Fed Ex to charge me. Fed Ex representative won't help or provide proof that I agreed to the charge. Worst company EVER! I will NEVER do business with Fed Ex again. It is obvious that they don't care how they treat their customers. What a shame!

    I hate to complain basically about anything. But FEDEX isn't all it's suppose to be. So far over 3 years they've lost my packages and also delivered them blocks away to where a person actually delivered to me in person. Anyway this time is even worse. I ordered a section of HVAC duct work which was a 14 inch diameter and 5 foot in length galvanized pipe on the 14 the of March 2022. Here it is a month later and still not delivered. How do you lose a box that size? I'm sorry but in my own opinion "FEDEX SUCKS" customer support sucks as well as complaint dept. Their support numbers are bogus. And honestly I feel FEDEX owes me money plus the the HVAC pipe. It put me in a bind for cutting my utility cost because was a big factor during cold weather. So no thanks to FEDEX my heat bill still remains almost $ 500.00 a month. I will never say that FEDEX is a good company again or refer them to anyone I know. I want my "DAMN PIPE" ASAP.

    On January 24th I shipped a package to my sister, who lives in Colombia but was in Mexico for 4 months. Apparently, customs detained my package, they don't think is normal to send clothing or months' worth of facial lotions to a relative but ok. Four months later, my sister has returned to Colombia and the package was never delivered to her or returned to me. I attempted to file a claim and was told I can't because the package was held by customs. Worse service ever, they charged my FedEx account for the delivery even though the package was never delivered and I can't file a claim yet. Feels like I've been professionally ripped off/stolen from by an international corporation.

    We were traveling in Ireland and my cell phone was damaged and we needed a new phone. We had our son purchase the phone and ship it via FedEx priority ($230). The package (new cell phone) reached Ireland only to get stuck in customs. We were tracking the package and immediately reached out to FedEx to find out what additional information was needed. We were actually only 20 minutes from the Shannon airport where the package was stuck. The FedEx customer desk was of no help, we were told we needed a Federal ID number. We explained that we are not a business perhaps they needed our passport information. Filed a claim and explained we were only there for another 8 days. Called every day and was given the same information by different reps.

    We asked for the customs phone number and were told there is no way to get a hold of customs. We found that odd and tried to google it and found nothing and also spoke to our Hotel personnel they told us the same (no way to contact customs). The end result is FedEx never delivered the package. Still in customs and no one has yet to contact us for whatever information they need. The U.S. Fedex customer service line was of no help as well. We were told we needed to pay for return shipping and that we would not be reimbursed... We were also told if we did nothing and the package was left at it current location that it would go into their "lost and found" and I the customer would be billed for the return shipping... If I refuse to pay they would send it to a credit agency...

    Now that was just a ** moment and the rep from the Revenue office was just "oh well" you should have done your homework on international shipping and should have known that sending a phone to Ireland was going to be an issue with customs and that we didn't provide all the information we were suppose to? Go figure the experts in shipping didn't ask us for the required information just took our money. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from FedEx at all costs because if they lose your package the sender is and receiver are out of luck...

    This past December I wanted to send a small package of U.S Products to Germany as a Christmas gift to my sister. After reviewing all the products inside the package with the local FedEx branch I paid the fee of 230$ and away it went. Then on Dec 24th, I received an automated phone call telling me that I needed to email an exact list of what was in the package. Three hours later I sent an email with the exact title of each item and quantity, honestly just copied and pasted from the amazon order I got them from.

    Six days later the package was returned to me without notification with a bill of 323$. I have called customer support numerous times and all agreed that I was in the right, but that only the billing department could help. After a 15 email long-chain spanning 2 weeks, most of which had large grammatical or spelling errors on the FedEx side, they turned my "bill" over to a collections company damaging my credit. I will never use FedEx again for any of my shipping needs. I would rather pay a higher shipping fee and drive 5 miles out of my way after this.

    I regularly make purchases on Walmart.com since they have great deals online. There have been 4 separate instances that FedEx has marked my order as delivered but it is nowhere to be found by my door. I live in an apartment complex and FedEx delivered one of my packages at a different building but the same apartment number. I have received other orders delivered by FedEx so I’m not sure what going on. What I order isn’t expensive at all. I work hard and deserve the right to get what I pay for. It makes me angry that FedEx is being careless and not paying attention to where they are leaving packages, someone is potentially stealing my packages or one of my neighbors not having the common decency to return the package if it was delivered to them by accident.

    I have submitted several claim but the useless customer service just closed them out stating that the driver delivered the package. I have contacted Walmart each time as well but to wait 48 hrs for them to refund my money. I’m not even able to get a replacement since the item that I purchase usually sells out pretty quickly. This is very frustrating and I’m debating getting a Ring camera. I don’t really associate with my neighbors at my building or know when they're so it's not like I can ask them to watch for my packages. I was home during the time my last package was supposed to arrive but it updated to 2 days later during when I would have been working. I always sign up for the delivery notifications and a majority of the time there isn’t the option to pick up the package from a FedEx location. I’m to the point where I don’t want to order anything if FedEx will be doing the delivery.

    I ordered a cell phone yesterday 3/28 and was told it would arrive probably Wed. This morning at 8:02 am FedEx express telephoned me to say that my package would arrive today before 8p and I would have to sign for it. So I signed up for text message and got none. Have sat here all day waiting and at 7p called 8004633339 and was told it would not be delivered until tomorrow. Well then why the call this morning for me to sit here all day & now when I can't be here tomorrow they "said they will text me". Well I will be at a funeral. So MAYBE if I sit here all day Thursday the rep said they will bring it back on Thursday. Very poor customer communication and service. FedEx you are making this very difficult and it doesn't have to be. USE the USPS as they are much more prompt.

    In the year 2021 when there was a lockdown and all the shops are closed in Germany, I decided to bring some of my needy things which included some dresses for my family as you can find in the invoice list. The price total amount of all the materials is sent is 15791 INR (188.63 Euro today date) and paid 6685 INR (79.85) as shipping cost. I was not informed regarding any extra cost which I need to pay after shipping the material here in Germany.

    But in December 2021, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, I receive a Bill of 122.02 Euro to pay which is not expected. The items are worth 188.63 euros but shipping (79.85 euros, paid in India) + extra payment + late payment charges come to 211 euros. Had I any idea before that the shipment cost would be so much higher than items worth, I would never have thought to get items from India. As a customer, I feel completely cheated and humiliated by FedEx Express Deutschland GmbH. Being such a high-class service provider, I was not aware if this is what customer satisfaction in your terms means.

    Don’t not use FedEx if you are ordering valuables or limited edition items. This is the second time a Volcom package has mysteriously disappeared or was allegedly delivered according to their driver… When you try to call them to speak to a rep, they send you in circles and then make you reach out to the shipping company directly. Unfortunately (for the driver) the security footage from my apartment did not show anyone from FedEx deliver a package. My manager checked up to 48 hours after the alleged delivery and still no one from FedEx showed up. The same thing happened with a different package months ago and fortunately the company was able to send out a replacement. However, this time they are making it more difficult and frustrating. I would trust USPS over FedEx honestly. That’s how terrible the whole experience has been this time.

    AWFUL!!! I ordered a bed frame from SamsClub online and unfortunately they use FedEx as their delivery service. FedEx stated they delivered the package on Sunday afternoon....The package was NOT DELIVERED. I have a motion activated camera at my door that records to prove it wasn't. I called FedEx customer service to get help and of course it was an automated system, it gave me a claim number. The automated system stated it would research and contact me but hasn't done so and it has been days. I have called that number to check on updates to my claim number but it continually states "We are still researching this issue, when there is an update we will contact you".

    I called SamsClub customer service and they placed a claim with FedEx and heard from FedEx instantly (funny how that happens), FedEx told them they delivered it. Well I have proof this incompetent delivery service did NOT deliver it. Apparently their delivery drivers can't read properly. Bottom line is I will never order from anyone or any company that utilizes FedEx ever again and I will let everyone know how incompetent FedEx is.

    I have literally never in my life until now, overheard a conversation between a man who called ME from 1-800-Go-Fedex Corporate office, and the Memphis Hub. And what I heard was atrocious and completely unacceptable. The Corporate guy called me initially responding to a complaint I had filed about service. And then he asked me to stay on the line while he called the Memphis Hub because he was allegedly concerned that if it was happening to me, that it could be happening to others (My package had been lost after a month of tracking and there were many days at a time without updates. So when I called a few times there was conflicting information about whether the package had cleared customs or not, and whether it was lost or found). So when he patched over to the Memphis Hub, I thought it was a three way call, but apparently they couldn't hear me commenting and they apparently didn't know I was listening!

    The Corporate guy clearly identified that he was calling from Corporate to the Memphis Hub. He told the Memphis Hub guy that I had bought "you know, those leggings that make the ** look good," and I tried to interject what I had actually ordered. And I was taken aback by his words. He didn't know what I had ordered. I hadn't told him. And if he did have my phone number to call me then presumably he had the record, at no point had I ordered leggings. And the Memphis Hub guy said something very SUSPICIOUS, that the package had allegedly been pulled to the side and "flagged" as "fake merchandise." But hold on, I hadn't told this Corporate guy that I had previously asked for a full trace not only through the merchant, but through Fedex, and a case manager for the trace had called me a month ago to say that the package had been located and that I should receive it in a couple of days.

    She said NOTHING about it being "flagged" as so-called "fake merchandise." So it sounded like a LIE. And it sounded like the corporate guy had no idea, he didn't ask me for a tracking number. And so now, I'm listening to their conversation about me and they start accusing me of buying fake merchandise, and the Corporate guy wondered aloud how I could have possibly managed to get a refund from the merchant, and who authorized THAT he said. I was trying to interject that the merchant refunded me because the package had not arrived and that I had ordered from the merchant website, and what was their point exactly, and that I had not mentioned fake merchandise. I knew for sure that they didn't intend for me to listen to their conversation because I heard the words, "let me handle this **," and then the Memphis hub guy greets me with a happy "Hello!"

    And I asked, "What was that conversation about?" And his response was, "WHOAAAAA! WHOA, SLOW DOWN LITTLE LADY!" And he claimed that he just got on the phone. So I answered, "I heard you. This conversation is done." And I had to work for a couple of hours before reporting it to Fedex Customer Service. The person who answered sounded concerned and said that the call was recorded (I had asked) and I asked if there was a way to find out of a call came to my number from Corporate at a specific day/time and also a call from Corporate to the Memphis hub at a specific day/time. She said someone from Management would follow up, I gave her the tracking number that started this whole mess.

    So far I missed a call from LESLIE from the the Complaints Support Team, she left a message asking what time this happened and if I had any names. I ALREADY gave Customer Support the precise times of day but unfortunately I don't have any names, neither one of these men identified themselves. The guy who initially called me merely said it was Fedex Corporate. I took a screen shot of the call and the number was 1-800-GO-FEDEX. I doubt this was some elaborate hoax since nobody once asked for personal information like a credit card. I sure hope they get to the bottom of this but I wanted them to know that this happened to me.

    And like the initial guy from Corporate said, if that abusive treatment happened towards me, then abusive treatment could be happening towards other customers. That would include sexual comments, a baseless accusation, an assertion that wasn't told to me by the case worker when I asked for a full trace, and overall a PUTRID treatment which was not customer care. It was evident to me that the man who called me from Corporate and the man he called at the Memphis Hub had no idea I was listening. But are you listening to me now, Fedex? I'd like to think that the Customer service people and case managers who called were nice people but after that earful, I have to wonder if you're all like this.

    If I could a 0 star I would. This has been going on for months. I've had several packages coming via FedEx and over a 2 week span. They showed up but FedEx would not deliver until they all were in holding my packages which is illegal. Then other times packages say out for delivery but they don't deliver and say attempt made but no 1 there or business closed when that is a blatant lie. No attempt was or ever is made when this pops up. And no their latest excuse is the war on Ukraine. Yes you read that correct. Using the war on Ukraine as an excuse to not deliver then corporate calls about the complaint and has the nerve to call me a ** when he thinks he's talking to just the Battle Creek driver like wow. Really shows how much they care.

    If corporate is saying these things and drivers using war on Ukraine as an excuse then try to guilt trip you but saying potential of a life saved (because apparently there's only 1 driver in Battle Creek because the other went to Ukraine to aid) what else is going on in that shady company. I have put in several complaints with the place of business I order from. Sometimes I wonder that me doing that is the only reason I get my packages. Stay away. Go elsewhere. Illegal practices, poor business ethics and shady representation. You have been warned.

I'm missing another package today! The FedEx tracking site says it's still in Ohio, their automated phone system says it has left Ohio. The FedEx agent in Mexico says it's in Ohio. Who's correct.     I NEVER use FedEx and NEVER recommend my suppliers to use it since their service is subpar. Unfortunately, two of my suppliers, one in Germany and other in the UK, sent my orders via TNT (FedEx bought them) in Germany and FedEx in UK. BOTH orders required Form 5601 for customs clearance and we promptly provided it knowing FedEx is known for sitting on documents. We got confirmation of Customs clearance for both orders. Several days passed and we did not see any changes on their tracking website. After going through hell to get someone to answer we finally found out they simply do not know where BOTH packages are. When attempting to escalate to higher levels of responsibility we were sent to "Customer Experience" desk where someone call Martin (no ID or last name) told us he is the top of the food chain and he could not help us any further.

    Days have passed and no one has called us to let us know where the shipments are. What I don't understand is why this mediocre company is still in business. Why shareholders are not holding upper management responsible. Why is this company still being trading high. They are by far the worst in the world and should never be conducting business.

    I would literally ride a mule across the country to deliver a package rather than use FedEx. I’ve been dealing with a slew of fraudulent charges (many of them from Fedex itself), and gotten nothing but open hostility. They won’t even let me speak to a manager. All I know is that packages paid by me made it to CO (I live in NY), but without the address—which I have NO way of knowing—apparently “they’re just following protocol by telling me to get stuffed”.     Went into FedEx office in Lynbrook, NY on Tuesday Morning 3/15/22 sending large sum of money in bank and personal checks to a Marine Dealership. I paid for next day delivery Wednesday 3/16/22 by 4: 30 PM. Package was delayed in Memphis, TN and it never got to the destination until 3/18/22! Fedex refused to refund the 41.20 saying "it was beyond our control"! They refused to refund my money but I have a credit card dispute going so I will try to recover that way.     So I decided to have my wife overnight, next day morning deliver my medication to me via FEDEX, and boy, was I so disgusted. Not only do the staff and employees act as if you are either bothering them when you call for updates, or they behave in a cocky fashion and you are the stupid person. After being told lie after lie, and tracking my medication to me, it finally arrived on Monday, which is not the service that I paid for, and when speaking to them about it, arrogance appears in their demeanor, and hostility erupted in mine.     I live in an apartment building where management clearly labeled the mailboxes. There are bright orange signs at every door. My package was to be delivered Mar. 15, but was apparently delivered on the 12th. I called customer service multiple times and they told me my tracking number did not exist, yet the number was sent to me from FedEx. I had to drive across town for someone to tell me they would not help me and it was the apartment's fault. Funny how that happens when you deliver to the incorrect place.

    I needed to replace my debit card as it was stolen so I had my bank expedite the replacement card. Unfortunately, they used Fedex. The driver said he/she dropped it at gf at my apartment door. This was either a blatant lie or someone stole an envelope that didn’t have the appearance of any value. I called Fedex and made a case, which is just a joke because it means they’ll look into your package being stolen or thrown somewhere that will never be unearthed again. I called my bank and shed them if there was any other option to expedite the card (UPS). This was the only expedited service available so I used the Fedex option again hoping I wouldn’t get the same driver. This time I got a text saying the package was left at the garage.

    Keep in mind this is an apartment complex with over 500 people in Los Angeles and the garage is two floors. Either the driver literally threw the package somewhere in the massive parking area or he/she just blatantly lied about dropping it off. I took a screenshot of the delivery message and called my bank (USAA). The representative laughed and couldn’t believe it. I’m hoping they look at other options which I stressed to go to upper management. I now I have to wait another 7-10 business days to get my means of bank card because Fedex can’t do their job. Absolutely horrible company. If only Amazon delivered packages.

    It is so disappointing when I place an order online, check my email and see a FedEx tracking number. Ugh!! There is one retailer I’ve stopped online shopping with because they only use FedEx, and their deliveries are ALWAYS late. ALWAYS.     Shipment was scheduled to be delivered Monday, March the 14th 2122. Haven't received it as of today, March the 16th. I contacted Telus Pharmacy (the shipper). Learned they put the wrong address.     The New York FedEx office is unable to deliver packages that require a direct signature. I live in the building and I understand that there may be difficulties with access to the inside of the building. But other companies, such as the USPS, somehow manage access to building. I never get such kind of issues with USPS. In addition, all of my packages that require direct signatures have my phone number on them. And not a single FedEx delivery man called that number, not once.

    Every time when I wait for a direct-signature package to arrive, I have to take the day off from work and expecting all day at home. This delivery never happens. Never ever from my experience.

    For three days in a row, FedEx employees just stupidly write a lie: the customer is not available. FedEx representatives which I asked by phone after failed delivery every time promise take action. But on the next day failed delivery is just repeated. Eventually every time when I receive a direct-signature package via FedEx, I have to pick it up myself at locations very remote from my address, after the so-called three delivery attempts. In my opinion, from business prospective the whole New York office of FedEx would be right to fire and hire new employees who are able to at least call the customer on the phone number indicated on the package if they occurs any issues.

Did they leave a note?? hahahaha! Nope! Their only communication was to email me to tell me my order was cancelled and technically they didn't even do that! They notified Xfinity who emailed me. Thank you, FEDEX, for wasting my time and money! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Always a horrible experience! No longer doing business with ANYONE who uses fedex.     Always horrible experiences with FEDEX, and this time Blinds.com assigned my items delivery to FEDEX, after very long and unnecessary shipping/travel time, delivery was dated 03/10/2022 and required adult to be present for just receive blinds, I needed to travel to get to delivery location. Entire 03/10/2022 waited at location no delivery, end of the day updated as exception and delivery postponed to 03/11/2022 next day. I traveled to location again 03/11/2022. All day no update except for 48 hours "on vehicle for delivery", finally again delayed until 03/14/2022, this is disgrace to customer, and indicates lack of care to whoever trusts this business. Unacceptable, disappointing and disrespectful, I wish there was 100 minus stars I could give for FEDEX.

    I have a few companies that I sometimes order through and they use FEDEX as much as I ask them not to due to they are always late or it sits at a warehouse 10 minutes from my house for 3 days or it goes out of the way to Kentucky from Ohio when I live in WI. I am tired of paying for 2 day shipping and then not getting the item for 3-5 days later. Please do everyone a favor. Stop using them so they go out of business or get back in track.

    Anything that gets shipped to me via FedEx is at the minimum 4 days late. 4 days late for them is early compared to the 2 weeks that I've had to wait for supposed 2 day delivery items. My last package which they said I would receive "early" is currently 3 days late from the standard transit date. I cringe anytime I see that an order is being sent to me by FedEx.

    Somehow FedEx has my address wrong in their system, it's a neighbor's address not mine. I'm Dr. she's Court. They always take my packages to her! She is a thief, and has stolen from me before, and I've had to make sure I'm home when the packages are delivered, chase down the truck, and try to intercept my stuff before it gets inside her house. I've called FedEx a thousand times about this and apparently THERES NOTHING they can, or will do to change it! So I've been calling customer service ahead of delivery so they can make a note to driver about where it's supposed to go.

    NOW they will not even let me make notes about MY packages! They say there's been a restriction put on my package (a pair of shoes). They say it's the store, but it's NOT, it only happens when it's FEDEX, and the stores have the right info. I am COMPLETELY flabbergasted, and at my wits' end with FEDEX. For a delivery company to tell you, "SORRY not sorry. We're going to continue to send your property to the wrong person, and there's nothing you can do about it," IS INSANE ok. I will NEVER use them again, even if I have to do ship to store, or buy from different places, never again. AWFUL. Worst company on the planet.

    Very horrible delivery service. I paid for an overnight priority express $120. I paid for it on a Tues. It was to be picked up and delivered to us on a Friday. We had a family gender reveal planned for the next day. Family coming from out of town, food, photographer etc. It was all ruined by our package not coming. We had to spend hrs and hrs on Friday night trying find our package with Fedex on phone. We would explain the whole situation and the rep would sound like a robot and say sorry for that and could never explain where or why we did not have our package. Some would say due to weather, some would say truck trouble then put on hold and drop the call! Or say transfer to someone else and drop the call!

    I even went into town to store and she could not find it as she said it was first scanned on Friday afternoon in GA! It was to be at our place by then. So they completely ruined our family reveal. We had to come up with a plan B and wasted the over $450 in products that are now useless. We can not use them and could not get a refund. The package then came on Monday 5 days later! Fedex dishonestly put another label over our priority overnight express label. We have video of us peeling their label back. So they tried make it look like it was on time. They do not let you explain on website and takes forever to get a real person. We were told file a claim. We just got that back that they denied stating we received our package!

    They do not have common fellow feeling to understand we purchased priority overnight express for a pickup on Thurs and deliver on Friday. The package was picked up on Thurs. The people we made purchase from has proof of that. Where it went from there appears did not leave GA till Friday afternoon. Fedex denies that driver must scan package at pick up and someone did not do their job and package just sat in GA all that time. No one ever is responsible and Fedex may think they are a global company this doesn't matter. But I will no longer ever use them again and I will share my story with everyone.

    Large companies have gone under by lack of customer service. Then they had the nerve to be calling me every day to try sell me business shipping since I had to make an account. No I don't want that. I would of liked my package delivered on time, instead they ruined our family gender reveal and threw out over $575 of our hard earned money right out the window. With fuel and groceries at record highs we can't afford to waste this. We were trying to help throw a nice gender reveal for our kids who have been thru a lot.

    What good is a claims department that doesn't do anything. I'll never use them again. I've had 3 packages not show up and they don't investigate nothing, I've watched them and the last one I was supposed to get I even stopped the driver and he said he didn't have anything for me. Then I get a delivery notice so I go back and nothing.

    Bought something from Bestbuy and they chose to use Fedex...Terrible experience. First, they made it a mandatory "Direct Signature" so I needed to be home and wait for it. Their driver didn't speak proper Eng and so is their CS...They used non-local numbers to call which I would never pick up coz they're usually scam, driver left of course. Called CS, useless, no info and asked me to wait for 2nd attempt.

    I placed a request for delivery after a certain time and the driver CAME around same time again, called, told him I'm not home, but I knew he would never follow instruction and my place must be his "1st stop", so I asked to HFPU (pickup at service pt), he said it'll be left somewhere that I couldn't tell where coz his poor English. I phoned CS again, another guy with bad Eng...Totally useless and asked me to just wait for the update coz he doesn't know where the package is atm....Wtf.... I'm a courier myself, but this is totally unacceptable. FEDEX is simply bad.

    I ordered 2 items from the same business and 1 came and the other 1 FedEx claim to have lost. I spoke with customer care and asked about me picking up my item since they said it was in Newark, (after they said it was lost) the rep ended the call and sent me over to a survey. Once I gave them a 1 star, that ended the review. No one wants to accept responsibility, their next excuse was covid, I told them that the mask has been lifted so what about it??     My husband was supposed to receive a package on a Friday by noon that was overnighted. This is as a company laptop for work purposes so it was extremely important to receive on time. That is why it was overnighted. The tracking was not updated and it was not delivered. I called Fed Ex and now they said it would not be delivered until the next day on Saturday. Later on Friday the tracking was still not updated so I called again to make sure it was still not going to be delivered on Friday because I was going to have to sign for it and I needed to leave the house. They now said it was not even going to be delivered on Saturday. It was not coming until Monday. It would have been so nice if the tracking was updated instead of me having to call. Keep in mind the sender paid for overnight delivery. Horrible customer service. They need to take notes from Amazon on how to keep customers happy!

    Bought a coffee table from Amazon. It weighs 75 lbs stayed home all weekend waiting for it. Saturday March 5 Received a phone call at 12:11 pm from the first delivery attempt driver lied and said he had no where to park?!! And he would try again Sunday went to the tracking on Amazon and it said the business was closed! It’s a appartement building it’s open 24 hours a day!! I sent him a text and basically said if the package is too heavy I would help him with it when he got here and left a pin drop for him. He replied back with (I’m not working today).

    Sunday received a email from Amazon stating their was a problem with the delivery, went to the tracking app and it said the same thing business was closed! It was also location stamped in Langley! And considering I was in the building parking lot washing my car at 10:51 am no FedEx vans entered my buildings parking lot all I can think of is the package weighs 75 lbs and the drivers are too lazy to get the dolly out of their truck and walk the thing up a wheelchair ramp and buzz the apartment number!!! Basically just do your job! As a construction worker if I worked like that I’d be unemployed!

    On the site of Federal Express, I have requested that I want all deliveries to be delivered on the front porch as I have with UPS and other delivery companies. Fed Ex can not follow instructions or respect my wishes. They keep leaving my packages in front of my garage. Today March 6 2022 is the 3rd time they delivered in front of my garage and I called them before and was told it will be corrected. Well it has not. Fed EX is to me the worst delivery company out there. They do not follow instructions.

    After being charged twice for the premium service, my package has still not arrived, almost three weeks later. Never mind the week it took them to receive the package from the individual I bought it from. Customer service's answer to EVERY query seems to be "download the app and track the package". No email contact. Basic customer service number takes some digging to find. I paid for the premium service because I was on a time constraint and thought 3 weeks would be AMPLE time since they promise delivery in DAYS. Today is the day I need my package and it is "out for delivery" so we'll see. I'll drive across the country and receive myself before I ever deal with Fedex again. GARBAGE!

    My business, Cereijo & Associates, Inc has been a loyal customer of Fedex for over 17 years. We were sending Cancer medication to a small child and the package had to arrive in Texas next day. We called Fedex and confirmed with the company and the driver the shipment would 100% get to Texas next day if we paid for FedEx First Overnight. Because it was urgent that the package get there on time, we didn't take any chances and paid for the service. The package, due to weather conditions, didn't arrive in Texas until a week later.

    I understand these things happen but I called and made a simple request for Fedex to charge me for the standard rate of shipping since the package was delivered late. Fedex refused and insist on charging me for the First Overnight rate. It's fine, that is how they retain customers I guess but as a business owner, if it were me, I would have adjusted the charge and kept the customer. They chose not to and now I am canceling my account and moving to UPS for all future deliveries. It's not a money issue, it's best practices issue and they failed me and they failed the boy.

    Useless customer service. You have to keep up yourself with making multiple calls over weeks for a lost package that FedEx lost in transit. In order for them to possibly reimburse you they would ask you to wait for a week or two before they come to a conclusion, even though everyone on their tracking website can see that package was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago!

    In my experience, there is absolutely no reason to ever pay for the premium delivery service with FedEx. In ten years, I have had ONE such delivery arrive on time. Every other (dozens) have been downgraded to Ground and delayed with no refund, notice, or explanation. One of the times this occurred, FedEx has been paid to rush delivery of medication so that it wouldn't spoil. It took seven calls to customer support before they could even find the parcel a full day after delivery was due.

    I never select FedEx for shipping -- much less their express service. What happens is that I pay for upgraded or expedited shipping, and the merchant stiffs me by going with FedEx. It is solely and only due to Federal Express that I say merchants should allow customers to either choose their carrier or at least forbid a carrier from being used.

    Maybe in some locales, it isn't this bad. I wouldn't know. It seems reasonable that my experiences won't apply everywhere. But I certainly wouldn't advise choosing FedEx for any delivery address in the ArkLaTex region of north Louisiana, to include Arklatex, Shreveport, Bossier City, Benton, Haughton, Minden, Plain Dealing, Mooringsport, and Dixie Inn. I've seen articles where a FedEx shareholder has blamed the United States Postal Service for their company's financial troubles. FedEx problems begin, end, and rest square on the shoulders of FedEx. Their company struggles because they can't be trusted to provide the service they sell, at the standard it is sold.

    Had a customer purchase and item from me on Feb 15th, a Monday, in the evening. He needed the item for an upcoming lengthy out of country trip he was taking. He paid for overnight shipping which was scheduled to show up on Wednesday the 17th. He was leaving the morning of Thursday the 18th. The package was delayed and didn’t arrive until Thursday afternoon. While he was on a plane flying over the ocean. I had called Thursday morning at 10:00 to redirect the package to his location overseas and was told it had already been delivered. Once the system updated it showed the package wasn’t actually delivered until 2:35 in the afternoon. They could have still redirected it but they lied about it.

    I set about asking for a refund. It took me days on the phone getting transferred to different departments and given different phone numbers to call (which is total crap) before they came up with this response. Keep in mind it’s shipped from Washington state to San Francisco. “It looks like your package was routed through the Memphis TN location and that location declared a state of emergency while your package was there so we are denying your refund.” I said, “Wow, so you can just come up with any arbitrary excuse to go back on the agreement and your guarantee”? He said, “It is in the terms of the contract/agreement sir”.

    Be warned. FedEx is not a company that is truthful or will stand by their promises that they make. They will steal your money and do whatever they want to do. I will NEVER do business with fed ex again. I have heard many stories of similar experiences with this company. Boycott fed ex!!!! This cannot continue to be allowed!

    FedEx has ALWAYS been my go-to delivery service until the last few years. According to tracking, package arrived at FedEx center on Feb 18 and has gone out for delivery everyday with daily report on website "Weather Delay, Delivery not attempted." Utter nonsense. My daughter has faithfully watched for the truck -- no show. Yep, it's been cold, but not icy or snowy. Best I can tell, it's because we're rural and they just don't want to drive out. A call to the hub got the response, "Our drivers won't deliver in inclement weather." Then admitted that the weather hasn't been bad. He said my best recourse would be to have the package routed to the Walgreens in town and I can pick it up there with no problem. Further, he was happy to give me the web link address to set this up. Really? *I* get to drive into town for shipping I paid for to get the package to my door?

    The university I work for dropped our FedEx contract about 8 years ago in favor of UPS. At the time, I didn't support the decision. I used to hate UPS because of cost, but they have consistently delivered source-to-door regardless of weather except once when the snow was too deep to get down the road. The FedEx brand is truly tarnished when the premiere shipping service is being dropped by companies in favor of the once inferior service. They have become unreliable in my direct experience. No more FedEx for me unless required by circumstances.

    I ordered a poster for my job of a township map. I need it to do 70% of my job. I ordered, paid, was told I would get a confirmation email with tracking #. It never came! But, my card was charged. Several phone calls later (I was hung up on twice, lied to about receiving a return call that never happened) My payment can be verified by FedEx, but there is no record of the print job!! They won't send a poster, even though they can see my payment. This is out and out theft! I have to dispute the charge with my card myself. They won't even send me a statement that the order was lost and never made!! I was given the run around, lied to several times, hung up on, and told that they are going to keep my money even though a poster was never made or sent.

    I was scheduled to have a package delivered by FedEx on Sunday, February 13th. The package never arrived and the website for FedEx had the status as being "On FedEx vehicle for delivery". I contacted FedEx after five days and they opened a ticket based on the status listed for the package on their website as being out for delivery. On February 22nd, the status mysteriously changed to "Delivered on Sunday, February 13th." I called them and informed them that the status is not correct and I still had not received the package.     **. BBB complaint against Fedex. A simple and high priority mail (Fedex tracking number: **) containing a Visa card that was sent to me by American Express Canada through Fedex took 3 days to arrive to Istanbul, Turkey. This simple mail has been sitting for over 20 days at Fedex facility in Istanbul then sent to Izmir another city than my city for no apparent reason. On another hand all the mails that have been sent to me through Canada Post arrived in record time even before the expected arrival date.

    What is the reason Fedex Turkey gives for this incredible delay: wrong address! The same thing happened with the previous mail (Fedex tracking number: **) sent to me by American Express and the same reason given to me again and again. When I received this mail I found it has my exact and complete address. Worst it has been opened by Fedex, they breached my privacy and compromised my Visa card (another complaint will be lodged for this tracking number). Despite the fact I contacted Fedex Turkey and Canada multiple times and this is since the mail arrived to Turkey, provided them again the delivery address and my phone number in addition to request an immediate and quick release of the mail, they still hold the mail and spend their time calling and harassing me to provide them them the delivery address.

    On February 17th and February 18th I confirmed to deliver to the address mentioned on the label yet on February 21st I received a first call from Fedex Turkey asking me to give them my address again and she tells me they won’t deliver today and the letter is still sitting in Istanbul/Izmir and they didn’t even send it to my city Didim.

    I received a second call from Fedex Turkey telling me that he is calling to explain to me the shipment process. Incredible! my letter has been sitting in Istanbul for close to a month they never attempted to call me to explain the shipment process nor there is a need for this type of cal. I asked him to deliver the mail today without delay whether I am at the address on not and leave the mail on the door. I added there is are highly efficient cameras recording everything around the house OR leave the mail with a neighbor and I gave him the name and the phone number of this neighbor. He didn’t seam to have any issue with leaving it at the address mentioned on the label nor he said we don’t give to the neighbors.

    A few minutes later, I received malicious emails from Gina at Fedex Canada again talking to me about the address and telling me they won’t give it to the neighbor unless Amex tells them. In addition, she kept asking me to advise her how to deliver my letter. It is highly irritating to see that Fedex ignores that I said leave it at the door of the address mentioned in the label OR with a neighbor. These are repugnant business practices. The entire time my high priority mail was sitting in Istanbul/Izmir and Fedex Turkey and now Canada employees have been spending their time wasting my time and energy talking again, again and again about the address, and I kept telling them again and again deliver it at the address mentioned on the label.

    I have been subjected to:

    - Constant harassing calls to provide an address that is already on the letter in addition to provide a complete address in an email and through a phone call to Fedex Canada as well as my phone number.
    - Constant harassing emails to give them again a delivery address that is already on the letter and provided in its complete form.

    - February 21st, various misleading, malicious and deceptive calls and emails.

    Today is 1 or many times FedEx was used to deliver different items to me and never showed but many days later. So I never get the option to pick whom I want to deliver my goods and it's 90% always the business that makes the decision. There is has gotten extremely horrible. Within the last year deliveries for 2 days take 5 days on average. So from now on, I will check before I purchase anything to see if they use FedEx. If that's all they use I will not use the business. They are horrible at updating anything on the website tracking. 2 commercial delivery services and one government service. Where the hell is the competition. This needs to be looked at. They say less regulations but there is nobody checking to see if they do their job when it's a monopoly.

    1st I always avoid using FedEx at ALL costs but for some reason, a few companies insist on still using them. Baffles me tbh. Every delivery, no exaggeration, is delivered. Home every time & says nobody to receive or equal lies. Half time they don’t even leave tag, when they do it’s blank. Won’t even bother to push door bell or knock. The funniest part is instead of taking to fedex 2 blocks from me, I have to drive 30 mins to get it. Embarrassing how bad fedex is.

    Recently I booked a trip to take my daughter to Europe. I realized that my passport had expired and coincidentally saw an ad that FedEx had partnered with Rush My Passport to expedite your renewal. STAY AWAY! After trying to call to get more information about how it works - to no avail - I walked into a local office to get some help. The staff pointed me in the direction of some computers and let me know I was on my own. I muddled through, gave the staff my documents, my old passport and my new photo and they put it into an envelope and sent it on its way.

    Sadly, although I asked them to copy my docs, they did not provide me with a copy of the label with the tracking number. Of course the package is lost and I'm told to check my receipt - I didn't get a receipt. I've been told that there's nothing they can do to help me. My passport and my application with my social security number is lost. Yes, I should have checked that I had a tracking number but FedEx should not advertise that they offer the service when all they offer is a bank of computers. Do this at home and use the post office.

    The Redmond WA FedEx ground shipping office delivering home delivery routinely falsely claims they have delivered packages when they have not. They also say there are delays due to weather when there are no weather issues. They claim the shipping address is incorrect, when it is correct. There are multiple similar complaints about the Redmond WA FedEx shipping hub that you can read online. Customer service, when you can contact them, says that you will get a callback, but that never happens and there is never follow up of issues. Generally the shipping companies take these as losses. Two suppliers changed shipping companies over Fedex issues this past year and shared similar experiences with me.

    I sent a box to Trinidad & Tobago on 1/6/22. It is now 2/14/22 and the box has yet to arrive. Track it you say?? I'd love to but that doesn't help because FedEx.com shows that's it's been sitting at the Aguadilla facility in Puerto Rico since 1/9/22!! Call the facility you say?     FedEx lies about delivering packages. Even their own tracking site shows contradictory evidence. We were also home and have a door camera. Guess what? It doesn't matter, if they say it was delivered and it wasn't you are out of luck with no recourse. According to them, if it says delivered, it was. They play god. You cannot win.     Hello All, I had worst experience with Fedex. AT&T shipped mobile to my address, initially in tracking it showed the delivery is delayed and later after its showed delivered on Feb 9th. When I went to tracking leaf level details, I saw on Feb 10th that the package delay but overall status it showed as delivered. Also it's showing signed by some office but usually in our apartment no one sign for any package. I had raised the case with fedex using chatbox and the case is closed saying contact shipper and ask them to file lost package claim. Tried multiple time to speak to customer care agent but chatbot or automatic call is not allowing to route to agent. Overall I had worst experience. Never send any mobiles or costly items via fedex.

    To be honest, I wish I didn't have to leave a star rating at all. This company is an absolute disaster. Shipments that are "2-Day FedEx" deliveries are taking well over a week so far to get to me. Three packages are "Delayed" and have been delayed for 3 days now within the city I live in! With (what they claim) attempts to deliver packages to my place, are completely false.

    I literally just received a text message stating "Delivery attempt 02/14/2022 Time 10:31AM" and "A final delivery attempt will be made on the next business day". I am at home! There was no attempt whatsoever! Unless the driver drove by and made his/her own judgment that no-one was home. This is absolutely ridiculous! FedEx would be better off just dropping packages off at a holding location near you for pick-up. Their delivery services do NOT work. I have had no issues with other courier services (UPS, USPS, Amazon, DHL..etc). FedEx needs to step aside and get out of the industry.

    Apparently no one at FedEx reads a map, nor knows where two Florida locations are! Of all perishable items, fresh flowers would certainly be near the top of any list. The gift arrived at the FedEx facility in Miami, Florida on a Saturday. Instead of delivering the flowers gift to their location near Orlando, which is only a 3 hour drive away, FedEx sent the fresh flowers to their facility in Memphis, Tenn. which arrived there the following day, a Sunday. The Memphis facility then sent the fresh flowers to their Orlando facility to be delivered the following day, a Monday. Thus, instead of FRESH FLOWERS arriving at their destination on a Saturday afternoon, they did not arrive until Monday afternoon... an additional two days later. I'll leave it to your imagination what the condition and appearance of the flowers was when they finally arrived at their destination.... I have a print out of all the times and days mentioned above.

    This is the third time I have ordered something being shipped by FedEx and they have delivered it to my old workplace!!!! I haven't been there for almost 3 years and I never previously had anything sent there so how do they even have that address? When you call they always say they will "fill out a ticket" and address this but it does not seem to get addressed. Where they are delivering my packages is a 70 mile round trip for me. Our street is a new development so they do not seem to be able to find it but UPS and USPS find it. Horrendous service!

    Every time a package is delivered by FedEx, it is left out by the roadway instead of being delivered to my house. Even when I'm home, the delivery driver will leave the package at the roadway. I am not receiving the service I paid for. When I have a choice, I choose another delivery company. FedEx delivery service is very poor, in my experiences.

    Not only are the FedEx 18 wheeler driver the rudest drivers on the road. Never expect to get your delivery on time. And when you don't get it forget trying to get an answer out of them.     FedEx system said item delivered rep kept saying. I said, "Then we have a problem. It's not here." I feel driver either stole item or left somewhere. Customer Service said they can't get ahold of drivers. They can only send a request. Someone would contact us. No one did. I had to keep calling. The 5th day they closed the case. No one called me. I had to hear it on the automated system. This is not the first time. I was asked to check with my neighbors. I did. What did FedEx do? NOTHING! AMAZON is better. They take a pic of item where it was left and pic of house.

    FedEx is now the worst shipping company Period!! FedEx used to be the best shipping company and now they are the worst. Our company receives 3 priority deliveries a week from Ohio to Los Angeles, Ca. They are late every day for 6 months and in the last 4 months they are over a day late. These are priority overnight shipments. They keep offering the service when they can't get it here on time, ever!! When I call customer service they don't care. Because they need to hear from the company that is shipping it not the receiver. I don't control that company. The customer service now is the worst ever, They are short, unapologetic and they blame every late package as a weather advent, Every time they take that shipment for priority, before 10am they are committing fraud.     So first thing first is I ordered from medix some gummies. Around the 23rd of January an was supposed to get my package on the 26th which 3 day shipping and didn’t receive them until the 1st of February. I got a notification that my package was delivered on the 26th of January and when I got home from work the package was not there and I had even spoke to my mail carrier to see if he had the package.. I have been ordering from them for years since I was in another state and never had this problem So I contacted fedex. Via email and I also contacted medix as well and the guy from fedex called me and said my package was delivered when it was not and he claimed he was gonna get the driver to come back by my place that same day and didnt.

    I spoke to the rep from medix and he was nice enough to resend me another order after I didn’t receive the first batch. Then one day I came home and saw a package on my door and it was from guess who Fedex smh. This is flat out ridiculous and not up on their business. More companies need to try other solutions when it comes to deliveries and keep their options open. But I was so. Upset that I didn't get my package on time and they lied about it with the dates So the next time I order anything I'll ask to make Sure it’s not fedex.

    I have been printing to this business for over a decade. Every time I send them prints via their online service they have the default set at color. Color prints are 5 times as much as black and white. They know this, and they do this on purpose. They hope that a quarter of the people who send prints won't change the default print paper and send their black and white documents to be printed at 5 times the costs. I went into the store to get a simple 24x36 drawing printed for a template for my woodworking project. It is simply black and white. They charged it as a "color" print that was $12 for one simple black and white print. They know their 24x36 drawing size is expensive for a color copy. They didn't change it to black and white which would have been much cheaper. FedEx corporate does this one purpose. This is such a shady practice for FedEx Kinkos. This business is shady beyond belief.

    Orders I place and are shipped with FedEx seem to have "delays" in shipping. Seems to happen more and more. I placed a couple of online orders, one with Lowes and another an online retail store that sells craft beer. The beer order requires some one there to sign for it to make sure you are a legal age. The order from Lowes was some LED grow lights for my hydroponics. I got a text that my shipment was delayed. No biggie was running a couple of days behind. Then I got a text it was on the truck and out for delivery. I took a day off from work to make sure I was there when it arrived. I was sitting on my couch, 10' from my front door. Around 2:36pm I get a text that they attempted delivery but no one was there. A bald faced lie. At the very least, they could have left the grow lights behind.

    I called, they gave me the run around, they are going to redirect the driver and have him come back. Someone will call me. He never came, no one ever called. When I called back they said it was too late, FedEx was closed, nothing they could do. They said they would re-attempt delivery the next day and that I did not need to be there. Next day, same thing. They said they tried to deliver, but no one came by. My wife was home, no over ever showed up. I called, same scripted **, they will redirect driver, someone will call, blah blah blah. Nothing. Called again, they apologize and said it will be delivered tomorrow. You would think I would be their first stop at this point.

    Next day I am home again, waiting for my package. Sitting 10' from door. 2:00pm I get a text they tried to deliver, no one was there. My blood is now boiling. I called to find out what the hell is going on. SAME scripted **. Going to redirect driver blah blah blah. At 6pm, I called to check up and they said they were closed and there is nothing they can do. I called him a liar, told him, "You're not closed for another 2 hours." They said, "It isn't happening tonight." I asked why? He repeated it isn't happening tonight. He finally gives me the option to come there tomorrow and pick up the package myself. I asked why I should spend money to have a package delivered and then have to pick it up myself. He just said that was an option. I said ok, I will do that, so I can rip that manager a new one when I arrive.

    Bottom line. FedEx are just horrible. I have other bad experiences with them. This is the most recent and worst of all. There is no way to email anyone. It is a HUGE pain in the ** to get anyone on the phone. All they do is read from a script andare not helpful. They lie and jerk you around and just tell you what they thinking you want to hear. I don't write too many reviews, but I am going to do all I can to make this go viral. FEDEX YOU SUCK!!

By 1/24/22, we were starting to get concerned, so we called. FedEx promised that the packaged would be delivered that day. Nope.     FedEx lost my package after it was shipped from Fort Worth, TX to Louisville, Tenn. It was ordered on a Friday morning using two day shipping and should have been delivered Sunday, or Monday if they’re closed on Sunday. Package arrived in Louisville at 3am Sunday, (Louisville is 25 minutes from my house). Monday came and no delivery. Checked the tracking and it showed Tuesday before 8pm. But, still no package.

    When I called to inquire I was told it was delayed due to hazardous snow conditions, but the weather was beautiful and we hadn’t had snow in weeks. Finally they agreed to investigate it further. Received a call Wednesday and was told that they had “misplaced“ my package and couldn’t find it anywhere. I was told that I had to wait 10 days before I could file a claim and then it had to come from the seller of the merchandise because they were the ones who sold it and shipped it. I asked why it had to wait 10 days since it was already now on day 5 and they already knew they had lost it? I was told that was company policy; 10 days from the date investigation was opened.

    I explained that my business could not handle 10 days without this replacement, I would lose thousands of dollars. Was told I would have to contact the seller but that was their policy and nothing I could do. Then, of course, I learned the seller wouldn’t do anything until they were able to file a claim. So I, the customer, have to wait even more time for my merchandise all while losing more money and business because a company’s policies are designed to make the customer pay for the company’s mistakes. My business is basically shut down over this.

    I ordered medication for my dog on January 13th, which was shipped via FedEx on January 14th and scheduled to arrive January 16th. On the Website, Fed Ex claimed to have delivered it on January 16th, 2022. It was not delivered. I have been told I never ordered anything, don't live where I say I do, there is no such road, there is no house where I say and they have closed the claim because I gave them false information. I called and reordered the medication and it was again shipped and again the driver claimed to the Website it was delivered and set in my garage. I don't have a garage. Again Fed Ex closed the claim stating I never ordered anything and was giving them false information.

    I have filed a bad report against them with the BBB and plan on calling the Sheriff's office tomorrow reporting the medication stolen as I have the proof that the medication was ordered and Fed Ex states on the Website that it was delivered. The driver has apparently decided to steal the packages and keep or sell them, not sure which they have done.

    On January 18, 2022 I took some pages to be bound. There were three employees behind the counter and one other customer browsing. I told Mia what I needed done and she put it all into the computer and then said it would be ready in 24 hours. I thought this was odd because none of the other employees were doing anything. I told her I would be on a plane in 24 hours (this was about 2:00p). She then told me to come in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't argue.

    My husband took in some things to be bound today (1/26/22), with similar circumstances and he was told it would take 24 hours. He ask why as there were no other customers in the store. She put her hands on her hips and said, "Our boss says we have to do everything at night." I loved going to Kinko, but this FedEx has lost my business.

After speaking with the girl, no information could be found and I was transferred back to Canada, where I live! They couldn't help either and said all their systems were down.     I stayed on the phone after a call to FedEx regarding a lost package to do the survey and the first question was "How was my overall experience with customer service?" Of course I chose 1 Very unsatisfied because of the automated **. As it turns out that was the only question and now the person I actually talked to will get a 1 from me when I was ready to give him a 10. The automated system is terrible! It is very hard to talk to an actual person. When I finally reached someone after extreme frustration with their answering system, the person was very nice and helpful in coming up with a strategy regarding a lost package. The employees I've talked to at FedEX have been great! Unfortunately management has made bad decisions with a terrible answering service and with shipments being lost which unfairly reflects on the employees.

    I've ordered 100s of items online and have them delivered and have used basically every delivery company in Canada. FedEx is consistently the absolute worst of those companies and it’s not close. Most recently I had to use FedEx and I paid for their express shipping so like $30 1-3 business days. We’re now on business day 4 and it’s not expected to arrive until after the weekend on Tuesday so that will be business day 6. Why am I paying extra just to have it delivered in double the time as a regular order. I typically always find the packaging looks like it’s been beat with a stick when FedEx drops it off, as I had ordered a desk about a month ago and the packaging was falling apart. This company is a joke it’s a shame we have no power to change anything.

In this company consistently bad experiences flow from top to bottom. I had many bad experiences with customer service agents for more than 10 days after calling many times and talking to many different agents. In this company, left hand does not know what right hand is doing. I even took the matter to senior management office and left many messages with Executive rep but she is completely ignorant. There is absolutely no accountability in this company and customer service is not a core value. There is definitely a lack of management and management is sleeping somewhere. I will never use Fedex in my life and would recommend anyone to use. Fedex may think that this company is too big to fail but will definitely fail one day. Shame on Fedex management.

    I had a problem in the past with them leaving parcels in the lobby of the building. I am disabled and cannot carry heavier packages up the steps. I put a note in the FedEx system "manage account" feature adding delivery instructions that I am disabled and need packages brought to my apartment door. They continue to leave them downstairs. I called today after another 35lb package was left for me to try to figure out how to move, and was told that the shipper would need to request 'signature required' in order for them to do that. So if you are disabled, don't have anything shipped FedEx unless you want to have them pay for the additional service. Seems discriminatory that you have to purchase this additional service because you are disabled and cannot carry heavier packages up steps. This should not be legal!

    Their tracking system is completely a joke - It picks random delivery dates and then ignores them. They report packages as delivered when in fact they never arrived. When you call their Resolution Support Team 800-463-3339 they just lie and tell you it's on the way and it never arrives. I believe the government should get involved and press charges for gross misconduct for their systemic misrepresentation to the public.

    I ordered a package that was suppose to be delivered early on 1/17/22. Instead of the weather being terrible around this time period I was expecting the package on 1/18/22. FedEx decided to pick a delivery date and deliver my package on 1/19/22. This is crazy to me because I had to log on the site to see this information. I’m really upset because nobody was going to be at my apartment on the day they chosen to do a drop off. My package requires a signature and I was going to get my boyfriend to sign if I could not but he had to work also. I done called FedEx lord knows how many times about my package. Also, my package went from a state that was three hours from me to a state that was eleven hours from me and back to the state that is three hours. I’m so so upset and hoping that something is not wrong with the product. I usually don’t do bad reviews but this one really had me upset. This delivery team need to either communicate or instruct things better.

    I have a well in my house and my well pump went bad so I ordered a pump from Houston TX and was scheduled for delivery to Hampton Georgia on the 16th of January, I waited all day for my package. It wasn’t delivered and was rescheduled for a delivery for January 17th. I waited all day again on the 17th and didn’t get my package so I checked my tracking number and found out it was scheduled for the 18th, my patient grew thinner and I called them not to worry about the delivery. That they should just hold my package for me for a pick up, I needed an address for my package pick up, they couldn’t give me a pick up address but rather persuaded me to wait another day. I made them understand the importance of my package and agreed to wait for one more day and hung up the phone.

    10 minutes after our conversations I got a text that my package has been delivered to my front door. I opened my door and found no package so I called them and let them know that I didn’t get any package. They said they would be opening an inquiry, I went to PayPal website to let them know I didn’t get the package and filed a claim for a total refund of my money, I vowed moving forward never to buy from any company that ships with FedEx, thank God for Amazon, I have received over 10 packages at my address from Amazon with no problem, I honestly don’t understand how a “big for nothing” like FedEx are still relevant in transportation industry, I will never deal with them ever again and I will advise my worst enemy to stay away from FedEx, by far they are the very worst.

    I've read several reviews on FedEx service in the past two years and I can only echo all the negative experiences I read. They have fallen to the bottom of the list of delivery services available today. I usually insist that anyone I buy from "DO NOT USE FEDEX" or I won't buy. Recently I had to send my computer back to Dell for repairs and when I found out they use FE I was furious. The computer was fixed in one day and shipped over a week ago and everyday FedEx posted "It will be delivered today". Lies, lies, lies. It is still not here after a dozen phone calls. I need the computer back. NO MORE. I'M DONE WITH FEDEX.

    I wish I could give a minus 1 review. I have had a problem with a Fedex driver who does not want to work after 5:00pm and a hub in Arizona which does nothing most of the time unless a complaint is filed. This driver waits until 5:00pm and makes up stuff so he can get out of delivering the rest of the packages. He will say that there is something wrong with the address, even though he has delivered with the exact same label within a week or two.

    Fedex outsources their evening calls to foreign countries, and people do not even have enough grasp of the English language to understand a specific question, so the so-called answers never make any sense. One rep did not even know that the package was in the state it was supposed to be in! So when the driver does this, there is a change on the due date, and it is ALWAYS just after 5:00pm! Suddenly he has too much work. But I think the truth is that he is doing other things during the day, and the result is that he cannot get the work done because he has not been working all day. So, I cancelled the delivery, so he and Fedex would get my message. I am in charge, because it is ME who paid for the shipping, NOT the merchant, and I will not allow Fedex to play in my face, absorb my time, and abuse me as a consumer.

    FedEx told me yesterday that they would deliver a package before the end of the day. I sat at home all day and there was no delivery. Today, Sunday, they sent me a text at 7:00 am saying they would deliver the package between 10:00 and 2:25. I've been setting in my office 10 feet from the front the front door. I got message at 1:25 that they attempted to deliver the package and no one is home. This is an absolute lie. They are absolutely the worse delivery service there is. Do not use them!

    FedEx is useless. I cannot get them to deliver any packages to my home address. I think that their system is messed up and automatically shows the incorrect zip code for my address. There is no way to contact them directly to straighten this out. Their customer service is in a third world country, and they only read what their computer screen tells them. If you try to explain this to them all they say is that "the package is rescheduled for tomorrow". Of course, it is being rescheduled every day, but they can't figure out something is wrong. I finally got the first package delivered to a fedex drop off at a Walgreens. The second package they won't even deliver it to the drop off. I am trying to have all packages sent UPS when I can. They deliver to my front door no problem. Meanwhile the item I need is stuck in fedex limbo.

    I have been doing business with FedEx for over 20 years and in the last 2 months I have had more problems than ever before. Every Friday, I receive a package with very important documents inside that are scheduled to be here by 10:00 a.m. 5 out of the last 8 weeks it has been seriously delayed and arrived after 4:00 p.m. The other 3 weeks it did not show up at all until Monday. This is not due to weather delay or holiday. I understand that they are short handed on staff but you would think that the 800# would try and be helpful. This is not the case. They are unprofessional and hang up on you or put you into a survey you never asked to be on to get you off their line.

    I do not understand how you cannot facilitate a customer driving to the station to pick up their package because you can't get anyone from the station to answer to help with this. A company that operates this way should not be in business as they act like we have no choice but to use them. Take your business elsewhere. If Amazon can figure out how to get packages placed on time maybe FedEx (who has been doing it longer) should figure it out as well. It's not the employees fault, it is the corporation's fault for overworking them, not compensating them enough, and treating them poorly. SHAME ON YOU FEDEX, but I am sure your CEO, PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT and CORPORATE OFFICERS are all getting paid. This is unacceptable.

    Bought a kitchen appliance from Home Depot, picked up by FedEx 12AM Jan 5th. from Tacoma, WA to be delivered on Jan. 11th in Eastern PA. Never arrived, BUT between the 5th and the 12th it has visited 12 different cities in 6 different states not including looping back into Washington, and landing in Chicago, IL. It is now lost. I called and asked for a trace twice and never received a reply. I finally asked for a supervisor who contacted Chicago and they can't find the package though their system says it's there. I was told "it's PROBABLY IN TRANSIT to another depot" for the past three days, and we'll have to wait until it gets scanned in again. Are these people kidding me??? I have shipped packages via UPS and USPS and NEVER had this kind of lack of interest or care about a customer's shipment. This package has been to TWELVE different cities in NINE DAYS, one twice, none of which were where it should be!

    I sent a letter through Fedex and paid $180 to have it delivered via International Priority. The packaged was delivered a week late which caused me to spend extra money on hotel and miss an Embassy appointment. I called for a refund or credit as new paperwork needed to be sent and I was told that even though I paid for "Priority" they deliver when they can, not when they say. So, I didn't receive a credit or refund I was just told that paying for "Priority" doesn't mean anything. I will never send again with Fedex.

    I'm waiting on a water heater part for a rental house. It was ordered on Friday and was supposed to be 1-2 business days. Go the rental house Wednesday and it's still not there, Call the company that shipped it to get tracking information. Find out FedEx delayed picking up so delivery was pushed to Wednesday by the end of day. It didn't get delivered. I called this morning, Thursday, and was told it would be delivered by noon. Drive to the rental house and it's not there. Call again and get told it will be delivered by 2pm (supposedly delayed due to traffic). Wait until 2pm and still not there. Call AGAIN and am told there is no way to give me a time and they sent the driver a message that it is urgent but after further questioning that means basically nothing.

    Customer service is some call center with awful connection breaking up, NO way to contact anyone locally who could actually help even after all of their failures. FedEx is supposed to be a package delivery company but it is clearly completely incompetent at doing this. They act like there is no way to contact the driver, as if this employee does not have a phone - they can only send him (I guess via magic) a message that something is urgent (which, again, means nothing as it doesn't change his route at all).

    They also pretend that no local facility has a phone number that can be reached. 2022 and nobody has a phone in the entire Cincinnati area, amazing. Of course that's just another lie so that the local facility never has to actually be held accountable in any way and can continue not doing their jobs). I realize place are short staffed right now but that's no excuse for lying repeatedly and being such a disorganized mess that you have no idea what's going.

    FedEx's incompetence and flat out lies have now cost me two trips for nothing, several wasted hours of my time in driving, waiting, and phone calls, my tenant now being without hot water in winter for 3 additional days and I still have no idea when the package will arrive. FedEx demands to be paid for their time and expenses, are they going to compensate my time and expenses that they cost me?

    Just when we thought they couldn’t get worse after claiming packages were delivered and then delivering them a week later! This week we received tracking emails for 4 days stating that we had to be home during a 5+ hour window and then that the delivery would be by the end of the day. It finally came after we made sure that we were home all day each day and then did NOT have to sign for it. We understand they and the companies they rely on probably have issues due to Covid and staffing but not giving us more timely, accurate and HONEST updates is inexcusable!!! You should be embarrassed FedEx!!!

    I have two orders that were shipped via Fed Ex on Jan 4th, both have been in transit from Oregon to Wa for over a week with no updates. Trying to get any information leads to sorry no updates. I have had several deliveries for items shipped via other carriers that shipped just last week that have been delivered with no problem. I doubt I will shop with business that ship via Fed Ex again.     They need to add 0 stars as an option. I’ve had 5 packages go missing at the Burlington Wa. hub. When calling they’ve disconnected me 5 times. They also gave me a number that was supposed to be a supervisor and if you didn’t have an extension number they disconnect you. They gave me a number that when I called it sent me directly to an automated voice sales person from Medical Alert like it was a special prize. They told me I could come pick it up if I wanted them to hold it there. When the person went there it wasn’t available. It was on the truck for delivery. I’m still waiting for that package which was due Dec. 21. Burlington is over an hour away. I’ve never been so frustrated with a company. I’ve probably received over a hundred packages this year the only ones that never arrived are from FedEx. They are literally the worst at shipping, customer service, and business ethics.

    On 12/29/21 went to local FedEx loc to return/ship a Christmas gift. (The gift was only valued at $62 so had decided that I had a $25 threshold in mind of how much I wanted to spend on shipping.) The rep at FedEx weighed/measured the item and gave us a price of $21.63. The item was shipped/delivered to recipient on 1/4/22. On 1/10/22, received an email that stated there was a rate change of over $24, so the shipment now costs $50.07 to ship - not $21.63 that we were told at the FedEx loc. Called FedEx customer service and was told that the $21 was an estimate. Asked to have a supervisor call me to discuss. On 1/11 (no supervisor has called) called customer service again and was transferred several times and spoke to someone in technical support. (Again, not a supervisor.) He stated that he would not credit the difference - all customers are billed that way.

    If I had been told of the correct shipping charge, I would NOT have shipped it. As a customer, I have no recourse. If the FedEx loc made a mistake, I should NOT be the one to pay the difference. If indeed this is an estimate, then the FedEx loc should give customers that info so that we can make a 'smart decision' - not be charged more than 2 weeks later when we cannot change our minds. NOT customer friendly at all. Thank goodness we only ship a few times a year - and will NEVER use FedEx again due to their shoddy tactics. Seems almost illegal...

    I have endured years of dismal service from FedEx - deliveries left on the main road (I live 3/4 off the road on a private lane); deliveries left tied to my trash cans or recycle bins also at the main road; deliveries left on our bridge a 1/4 mile from the house; deliveries thrown out their windows and left in my yard in the rain, etc. even though I have not one, but TWO covered porches. BUT... THE WORST HAS NOW HAPPENED, AND I AM DONE WITH THEM. My 14-year-old dog had just shuffled out to do her "business" on our front yard "island" (the only time she ever goes out anymore), when a FedEx driver came up our drive, turned onto our lawn (instead of staying to the drive) and ran her over. While she was peeing. ON THE LAWN.

    It was about 3:30pm (with almost 2 hours of daylight left, though the accompanying picture was taken at night after we returned from the emergency vet visit). The driver was actually so casual, detached and unconcerned that he couldn't be bothered to get out of the truck. He simply said he bore no responsibility, and continued filling out his paperwork. He drove his truck ONTO MY LAWN. My dog was so mangled we had to rush her to the emergency vet, and ultimately she was so broken we had to put her down. And the driver couldn't be bothered to even check on her as she screamed from the broken bones. He did, however, say she was under his wheels, AS HE SEARCHED FOR OUR DELIVERY. (The irony: he was delivering a BarkBox of dog treats and toys).

    I will NEVER send a package FedEx again as long as I live, and will certainly relate our experiences WHENEVER the opportunity arises. I have little doubt that FedEx could not care less, but someday, this company is going down the tubes. Do a good job and people are likely to tell three other people. Do a bad job, and millions will hear. And sooner or later, FedEx's customer "service" tin ear will ruin them, as now it isn't just botched deliveries they don't care about, killing pets isn't important either.

    I had a package scheduled for delivery on 1/7/22. I received notification that night the delivery had been delayed to 1/9/22. I contacted FedEx on 1/8/22 to make arrangements for delivery after 12:30 pm on 1/9/22 as we would be at church. The representative assured me delivery would happen after 12:30 pm and also signed me up to complete the signature for this delivery via text so I didn’t have to be present. The morning of a 1/9/22 I received notification that my delivery had further been delayed to 1/10/22. Mid-morning I then receive another notification that delivery had been attempted but not completed because no one was home to sign for the package. I immediately called FedEx and confirmed there was a note for delivery after 12:30 pm for 1/9/22 and asked why the delivery was attempted earlier. The representative could not answer that.

    The delivery was rescheduled for 1/11/22, and I stated this was not unacceptable and I needed my package today as it was already delayed and it wasn’t my fault that their driver could not follow delivery instructions. She agreed the delivery should have occurred after 12:30 pm. She finally told me she would ensure the driver came back by and delivered the package on 1/9/22. At 4:30 pm after still not receiving this package, I call FedEx back and requested an update. I was told my package was scheduled for delivery on 1/11/22. I went through the whole explanation again, and requested to speak with a supervisor but was denied. I also asked to file a formal complaint and was told “this isn’t a complaint” and was denied access to talk with anyone about making a formal complaint. I was magically then disconnected. I called back again, and talked with another representative.

    This representative said he would make a note for the package to be delivered asap, preferably today, but now it will likely come tomorrow. The delays for this package are ridiculous and USPS would have shipped it faster regular mail. The denials to speak to a supervisor and to file a complaint are even more frustrating. You cannot file a complaint unless you call customer support and then customer support denies you. FedEx needs to do better.

    I ordered my granddaughter's Christmas presents from Back In The Saddle on December 4th, 2021 and found out the company ships via FedEx ground. I didn't receive a tracking number for two weeks, Back In The Saddle takes 10 business days to process an order. Who takes that long in this day and age? Issue number one. However BITS guaranteed delivery by Christmas. No package by Christmas! I printed out photos of what I bought and wrapped them so she would have something to open, but she cried because she had no gifts. It is now January 9th 2022 and my granddaughter's Christmas FedEx package has been stuck at the hub in North Salt Lake, 10 miles from my home, since 12/28/21 and the delivery date has been changed for the third time. It is now supposed to arrive 1/14/22 a month after it was shipped out by BITS.

    Our local news did a story on a woman who is waiting for a medical device for her type 1 diabetes that FedEx has failed to deliver to her that threatens this woman's life if she doesn't get it! FedEx will NEVER get my business again and I will not shop from anyone who delivers via FedEx. Amazon delivers more packages than any company in the world and they can make deliveries quickly and on time. UPS can make deliveries on time, but the company that started the delivery industry can no longer fulfill its obligations to its customers, and must not be supported or given our business.

    Problem-1. I was waiting for my package to be delivered, but they told me they had lost it. I waited for more than 45 days and wasted 3-4 hours calling/chatting with them. Problem-2. They called me to pick up the item from their location and claimed that their driver tried to deliver it three times during the Christmas holidays. We were at home most of the time. I checked my exterior camera recordings, and none came to our property to deliver. Don't trust them to carry your essential documents.

    Fedex has gone from in my opinion a top shipper to the worst shipper in America! The partner with Smart Post and Pony Express was faster & more efficient. Regular Fedex shipping is at best pathetic. They text customers to wait on them for entire days and then don’t show. A huge waste of man hours for the paying customer. If your time is worth anything their rates and your time likely combine to the most expensive shipping you will ever purchase. They are quick to text you to wait for the driver all day but they can’t text when they know delays prohibit that delivery prior to your wasting a day. Never again buddies. I’ll use another shipper or not buy.

    I'd give this company a zero if I could. Rarely do I receive my packages from companies on time (I've actually gotten a few to never ship via FedEx anymore due to problems). Their website is never working and never updates, nor does the company believe in transparency with those they are delivering to. Too many instances of "delivered" packages only to have them show up weeks and months later proving they were never actually delivered. Often times it will be "delivered" and then actually be "delivered" two-three days later.

    After a terrible continual experience of FedEx in my area (I'm not the only one), I sought out to talk to customer service who proceeded to hang up on me after asking them to further investigate why they're not only not delivering things, but also do not have up to date or working tracking sites that continually to report errors. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of packages probably going into the thousands of dollars from them over the last 5 years. I wish I could report a complaint instead of writing this stupid review as this is essentially equating to theft and negligence of a company to deliver services without incident. I've never been more frustrated with a company before in my life.

    13 days of waiting for delivery. Still waiting. The package shipped Dec 27th spent three days in Illinois. Past my distribution center 5 days ago. Stuck in Portland now. Customer service is a joke. They actually scheduled a delivery for the January 4th by the end of the day. With the package in Portland over 400 miles away? I'm not a logistics expert but when tracking showed that I knew it wasn't possible. It wasn't. The next morning they sent me an update. FedEx received the package Jan 4th in Troutdale Oregon. After calling them they remembered they received it on December 27th. TNT trucking is their freight carrier. TNT is owned by FedEx. Yesterday they actually blamed me for the delay. The only person that's never seen the package.

    My boyfriend and I decided to ship a gift for the holidays. Our options were limited in Montreal, Quebec to have something shipped and delivered to the States by a certain date. So we ended up spending close to $150 for priority international shipping with the expectation that it would be delivered by December 27th. There’s NO WAY we would’ve spent that much on shipping something that was less than 2lbs in weight, if it wasn’t going to received on the date we paid for.

    When I called to file a claim to have some of the shipping fees refunded (because clearly it wasn’t shipped priority nor delivered on the guaranteed date), I was told that it states on their website that they bear no responsibility for delayed deliveries. That message should’ve been relayed by the representative who took our money and guaranteed the shipping date. The package didn’t even begin to ship until December 31. It’s honestly insane and the very reason I’m considering disputing the charge.

    I am VERY upset. My husband & I were home yesterday, we went outside & found a tag on our door that they couldn't deliver because no one was home at 9:30 am - we have a RING doorbell that not only rings in the house & outside but it rings on both our phones. We did not get any notification that someone was at our door. Now it's the next day at 2:50, we have waited home again all day (as we did yesterday when the person on the phone said he will notify the driver to redeliver it the same day) and we STILL have not received our package. I can't believe the service we are NOT receiving from your company.

    Hello, I ordered two-day shipping through FedEx on body armor for security work. Although they claim the armor was delivered, it is missing. Packages are stolen sometimes, and I live in an inner city. Other carrier services, however, place packages inside my apartment building's mailroom, or inside our leasing office. If the package was stolen, it was likely placed outside the building. If it has not been delivered yet, FedEx should update their tracking system, especially for customers living in densely populated areas. FedEx claimed a successful delivery two days ago. If the shipment is delayed, instead of claiming it was delivered, they should be honest about it and return the extra funds I spent on two-day shipping. After corresponding with FedEx, they have offered no recourse. To prevent future loss of potentially hundreds of dollars, I will likely refuse to purchase items now from businesses that ship exclusively through FedEx. Brom

    I had a really BAD personal experience with FedEx Express. Once sent an iPhone 13 from the USA to my family member in Russia. I was charged $241 for the package. After one month when the package was not delivered I called to FedEx and they said the package was not allowed in the country by Russian Customs and they suggested me to send it back. So, I was charged $235 again to return the package. After the package came back to US I called the FedEx and requested to refund all my money I spent to send the package. And they said they cannot do that. So, I was double charged by FedEx for their own non-delivery and I could not return my money. I recommend you not to use FedEx services for any international shipments.

    I have an urgent delivery by Fed Ex (Tracking # **) to be arrived by 12 PM (noon) of Jan 5, 2022 and it is way over the designated time now but still not delivered. The package was sent PRIORITY OVERNIGHT from Frisco TX and it was at the Irving TX Fed Ex at 8:46 AM and was put on Fed Ex vehicle for delivery at that time according to the tracking results. Irving is only a less than 10 minutes’ drive to Coppell TX where my residence is but it is hours way beyond 12 PM now and still not delivered. Apparently Fed EX or its delivery employee is not doing their jobs and are being irresponsible and failed the contract. Overall, Fed Ex should bear the blame and should reimburse to the customer in whatever form regarding this failed practice. Chai **

    FedEx Priority Overnight Tracking **. I was charged $86.62 for a Domestic overnight Shipping to be delivered next day at 10:30 am. It have been more than 24 hours and the envelope has not been delivered yet. I called FedEx Customer service for a late delivery credit. My request was denied. FedEx agent said as November 1, 2021 FedEx will not give any late delivery credit to Customers. When I sent the envelope the person at the FedEx store never told me about this New FedEx Policy.     I walked into a location and shipped a package from California to texas. The guy at the location in OC was friendly and helpful. The package was scheduled to arrive by Dec 16th according to the tracking. On or about Dec 15th I checked and it was on time. On Dec 16th the package stopped moving in Hutchins Texas. I called to check the status and was told it had been damaged and was being sent back to me. I called again after no further information and was told it was in transit. I called again and was finally told that the contents of the package had been stolen out of it. The woman I spoke to said a claim would be filed for me and they would be in touch. After several more calls and online checks I called again and was told the claim was denied because I did not give them a purchase invoice!! I never received any follow up calls, no correspondence at all. I am disappointed, irritated and will not use FedEx again.

    I made a Dell laptop purchase and was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago. No updated status on the site and the customer service agents are clueless as well, dropping my call after long waits and other agents picking up the call asking the same questions. I am not sure how FEDEX is still surviving despite the horrible service they are providing. Their business is solely to deliver packages, and to deliver them on time! But they fail miserably at it! They better just get their act together or shut down with dignity! USPS is much better, being a government entity.     Received a notice saying my package is delayed because the delivery guy marked the package as business closed. Package was being delivered to my home. I watched the cameras, driver drove by house without even attempting to get out of vehicle. I complained immediately with customer service who said they would redeliver by 8 pm, nothing showed. Three days later, same van drove up and delivered my package. I have video proof. Do not use this company if you want something delivered. Horrible! Item was perishable and is no longer good, no recourse with FedEx.

    Twice this month FedEx has completely dropped the ball on packages I shipped, the most recent one that I paid extra to overnight, only to find that it still hasn't arrived 3 days after it was supposed to be there. Still no expected delivery date. What is even worse is that when I go to track online, it shows different information than what the Fed Ex agent on the phone sees. Basically, plan on watching your package sit idle for days at a distribution center and it only seems to move if you call and complain. I understand we are all experiencing employee shortages, and in some cases weather delays, but don't quote an arrival time if it's not going to even come CLOSE to that! I will NEVER use Fed Ex again and will ask all shippers I receive from not to use them either for my shipments (wine clubs, etc).

    My shipment was supposed to arrive today. My scheduled delivery time was 5pm, then by end of day. My status said "on time" then at 7pm the status said "delayed". I called to ask for more information and the support said it was delayed due to icy conditions and bad weather. I checked the weather for the area and the was no special weather statements. The weather was great in the location for this time of year. Road conditions were excellent. They lied about this and I now have to wait 4 more days due to the holidays. Not pleased with this situation. Do better Fedex.

    I order parts for my service repair company every week. The distributor that have uses Fed Ex Ground as there primary shipping service. If you do use Fed Ex Ground One out of six deliveries will make it to the destination on time if you are lucky.. This is there company slogan shipment DELAYED. If you want to get your product on time use UPS ground or pay for Fed Ex 2nd day then you will get your product on time.

    I have consistently had issues with FED EX. I live in Elkridge and they keep delivering my packages to somewhere in Halethorpe. Marking my packages as delivered, but it was never delivered to ME. When I check the status of delivery, it always says delivered to Halethorpe, when I don't live Halethorpe. Then it's hard to get in contact with them. They want to run an investigation, which takes I don't know how long, meanwhile I am without my shoes. Do they think that someone wants to wait indefinitely for their product or a refund when it clearly was the delivery driver's mistake for delivering to the wrong address? They said that someone reached out to me. I checked my voicemail, I did not have a message from FED EX. I am sick of this. I have directions on my FED EX manager account, I called months ago and told a rep how to find my address. Still six months later, having delivery issues with them.

    Shipped a package 12/14 paid for it to arrive on 12/17. It is now 12/28 and they won't even let me file a claim. They keep saying it's on a truck to be delivered today. It has said that every day for the last 7 days. I have screenshots on my phone to prove it. The last person just hung up because I said I wanted to file a claim. Never will I use this company ever again. After reading other reviews I wish I would have just sent it USPS.

    On Dec. 1 a delivery driver backed up my driveway and hit my basketball goal damaging the pole and it now stands at a 75 degree angle... I called to file a claim. When I called to check the status of the claim I was told that the previous customer service rep had apparently filed a claim for a damaged package, even though I told him several times that it was a property damage claim not a package. So we started the whole claim over as a property damage... When I called to check the status a week later I was first told that they didn't see a claim but would start another one. Then they found that claim and she said that someone would call me. I told her that nobody had called me yet so I wasn't sure that I had much faith that anyone would call. She assured me that someone would call.

    It's now been almost 4 weeks and I've not heard from anyone. It's impossible to get in touch with someone. Especially someone who speaks English fluently. There's also apparently no phone number that they can give so that I can call directly to a property damage rep. I'm still waiting to hear back. I've got video footage that shows the delivery driver caused this damage. My husband is thinking that we should just file a police report. I've been shocked at the lack of service for this large company.

    I ordered some gift cards for Christmas. Some for Christmas Day and some for the following week when I would run into those friends. The first package arrived in Houston on Tuesday night for delivery on Wednesday. It said delivery was made at 238pm. At 240pm, it said delivery was attempted. Because it said delivery was made, I could not try to have it forwarded to a different address since it said my business was closed. (That should have been news to the dozen or so customers that were here and the Fedex ground driver who was here at the time the Express driver said he was here.)

    On Thursday, they said they tried again and we were closed. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot, but they did not even come in my driveway. (I checked camera footage for 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after.). I asked what were my options. They said I could go to the Fedex office and pick up my package. I was close so why not. I got there at 7pm. I was there until 8pm when I was told that they put my package in a secure container without scanning that it was at the facility. I would have to wait until they delivered it on Friday.

    I called the 800 number and they said they could re-route it to a Walgreens near me. I wait all day and it put an update that said my business was closed so no attempt would be made until Monday. I pay for overnight shipping and it takes nearly one week to get to me. And well after Christmas. I paid extra for an Amazon overnight delivery. They did not deliver on time either. They were 15 minutes EARLY. LOL. I had a 7am to 11am window and he was there at 645am when I was unlocking the gate.

    I ended up buying another $200 in gift cards so that I can give them out tomorrow. I will not be out the $200 since I can still use those gift cards, but it would have been nice for me to not have to venture out on Christmas Eve to buy presents. Fedex is a mess. They can not tell what is going on. Customer service promises things that the drivers do not do. Overnight shipping means a week. Not one night. At the facility last night, there were about 50 people that did not get their shipments on time. Maybe 10 of them got their packages. The rest were told that there were too many packages to scan when they came back from the trucks so they were put in a secure container and no one could access them. Same thing I was told. Amazon deliver 15 minutes early. Fedex a week late. I will never ship any of my packages using Fedex ever again.

    I want to comment on two FedEx employees working out of the Madison, AL depot and delivering to Huntsville downtown area. They are known as “Murphy” and a female known as “Twin.” I was desperately looking for the most important and single Christmas present for my son. Production was delayed at the factory, but it shipped out FedEx 2-day delivery. It made it from Colorado to Madison, AL, on Thursday morning. As I was about to leave the office in the afternoon, a FedEx delivery person who goes by “Twin” was in my building but didn’t have the package. I gave her the tracking number, and she took time from her hectic schedule on December 23rd to call the main office and see if she could find it. It wasn’t scheduled on any truck for some reason. I told her how important it was to get this before Christmas. She said she would check into it further when she got back to the office. I gave her my cell number.

    I went home at three p.m. but left my outer office door open for delivery, though it was a ‘signature required’ delivery. I left a note with my name, hoping FedEx might come late, saying to leave the package and lock the outer door on the way out. I would have been off all day, today, Christmas Eve, but decided to go in about nine a.m. to wait until just afternoon when I had to leave to greet relatives arriving from out of town at 1 p.m.

    When I was two minutes from my office, my cell phone rang, and it was “Twin,” saying she had located my package and had it in her hand. Her route wouldn’t be in town today, but she had the man, Murphy, standing beside her who said he’d deliver it when he left the terminal, about 10 a.m. I said that was great and would wait however long it took. Murphy arrived at 9:30, saying that since he knew how important it was to me, I was his first stop, and it was fortunate he knew I was waiting because they don’t stop at business buildings on Christmas Eve because virtually all offices are closed. He delivered it to me. I signed and shook his hand.

    Thanks for the extraordinary effort and caring on these several workers, “Twin” in particular, I got the cherished package to give my son. It would be the only gift he’d receive on Christmas and was so much better than a photo of a similar expensive product and a promise for next week. I was told by another FedEx delivery person that they all got a ‘pep-talk’ today, Christmas Eve, to do all they could to complete all deliveries. I know sometimes package deliveries have problems, and people complain. That’s natural. But when some of the FedEx team go out of their way to make a customer happy by delivering in the ‘nick of time.’ I applaud this fine company, its management, and delivery drivers who make extra efforts that we sometimes never know about. This time, I did.

    I have been waiting on a package since Dec 6. This was part of a two package shipment. The other arrived, but this one did not. Since then I have had multiple others shipped and delivered (although mist have been late by a few days) that came from the same location. Tracking information shows that it arrived at the local processing center on Dec 9. Updates from Dec 9 to Dec 14 showed the same "in transit". After Dec 14, there are no more updates. Called FedEx and got nowhere, basically was recapped what I see on the website. Was also told that they cannot help me beyond that since the shipper must open a request for an investigation/claim.

    I am required to travel a lot so I have been gone. Upon my return I find out that I am missing this package. Calling in is a nightmare where you have to jump through hoops to finally talk to someone. Although the agent I spoke to was friendly, he pretty much did not do anything and just recapped what I am able to see on the website, so basically a waste of time. I can live with things being late (to a certain extent) but this is the second time I had a major issue with them. The first time I filed for a missing package. Their response was that it was delivered and they did nothing wrong so any claim was denied. In the end I did get my package, I got lucky because the package was delivered to the wrong address and the person who received it drove the package over and dropped it off. I will now need to look into other shipping options. I highly recommend to not to use FedEx.

    Lying, deceptive, unreliable, horrible. And those are likely the least negative things you could say about them. They hide behind a wall of crap customer service lines and have no real desire to even pretend to do a decent job. Shipping from the U.S. to the Philippines, you would have better luck throwing your package in the ocean and hoping it washed up on a Philippine beach.

    My package, at this point I've given up ever seeing. After more than 2 weeks of myself and the shipper trying to get it delivered, I'm imagining it has been stolen or destroyed somehow. My local agents phone number listed in her email is not in service when you try to call. They claim they don't have a complete address, but it has been sent repeatedly, along with written directions, and just for good measure, a Google Earth satellite image of our neighborhood, our address, and local landmarks, with Push-pins added to remove any confusion. They refuse to respond to emails, and ignore the local cell phone number sent to them. Fedex, where no one cares.

    The first package that I had delivered got here within adequate time but granted I might have been able to get the entertainment center in my car from Walmart. But even still when FedEx did deliver it there was a huge hole in the front of it and they left it in my driveway facing the street. I was very dissatisfied with that. The other thing that I got from Walmart which I couldn't have gotten in my car is a 65" television. I have no access to a larger vehicle to get the tv myself so I thought to have them deliver it. It was supposed to be here on the 15th then I get another email saying that it'll be here on the 17th.

    Alright, FedEx monkeys I will give you this it is Christmas, and you're expected to be busy. It is now Tuesday the 22nd, going on Wednesday the 23rd almost a full week past its delivery date. I had a guy show up yesterday and I told him that he can't miss it (in his truck) it's a 65-inch tv. Needless to say, he responds with it may be on the semi waiting to be on a FedEx carrier van. I told him, "NO", that the status that I had just read recently was that it is on a FedEx carrier van. This tv was coming from Chandler, Az. I could have walked there and tied it to my back and walked home with it quicker than if monkeys had delivered it.

    Losses are due to leaving packages out by the road, to be stolen or damaged by rain, instead of bringing to the “covered and secure” front porch or carport. Drivers are too lazy to do their job.     Initially the package when tracked, said Delayed, on the truck for delivery, new delivery date Tuesday. Thursday I filed a claim and the next day, it said (miraculously) it was delivered on SUNDAY! Claim Denied! Explanation being I did not request a signature upon delivery, I am shipping an expensive laptop, why wouldn't I expect a signature upon delivery?? When you are shipping a package, the representative asks how fast do you want it there, the value of item and if there is anything hazardous; then I swipe my card to pay...that's it! In my office someone ALWAYS has to sign for packages.. What really gets me though is that the tracking page said delayed for 5 days and it's only until after I submitted a claim that it changed to delivered and it took a few calls to FedEx customer service for them to look into it before even filing the claim. My brother just lost his job with 4 kids and I was just trying to help him out...Good Job FedEx!

    About 3 weeks ago a FedEx delivery driver hit my mailbox and didn't even bother to stop. The neighbors saw the whole incident. I'm still waiting on that to be fixed. Since then, my packages have been held (on truck for delivery). When I finally got fed up and called customer service, I was told the driver is doing their best. I contacted the sellers of these items and requested they ship new deliveries because FedEx is refusing to deliver to me. If I could give them zero starts I most definitely would without hesitation.

    Probably the most incompetence and service I've ever experienced from a company. This company needs to go away permanently. Everything they tell you is a lie. Don't believe the 'Out for Delivery' and tracking information they provide. This isn't the only bad experience I've had with these losers but just for the most recent example, I've had a package arrive at their facility 2 miles from my house over a week ago. 'Out for delivery' it said the next day, and the next, and the next, and the next, ....every day it says 'out for delivery'. **! I've seen FedEx trucks go right past my house at least 6 times since the first 'out for delivery'. I've never had an issue with UPS. On time every time. People can complain about the USPS but they're way better than this company. How they stay in business is the million-dollar question.     I waited for 5 hours at my office for FedEx to deliver a package that they emailed saying it could not deliver yesterday, because no one was here at the school. We are always at the school during business hours. I called FedEx after waiting these 5 hours, because I got a tracking notification that they tried to deliver today, but no one was at the office. I never left my desk...not even for the bathroom. When I called, they said that maybe it will be on the truck again tomorrow (Sat), but of course we definitely are not at school Saturdays. Now the package will be returned to the seller after tomorrow's attempt. They hung up on me even though I never raised my voice or demeaned them. I just tried to explain calmly if the package could be re-routed to the location I will be for Christmas vacation, and that's when they hung up. UGH!!

    I paid for a direct signature service for the package, so I knew it was received by my sister and not stolen. I also informed my sister that she would be getting a package and would need to sign for it. Anyway, I also signed up to receive text message updates when it was delivered. After my sister received the package she called and stated she never had to sign for it. She only got the package because she went down to her lobby of her building to find it on the floor available for anyone to steal. So, the Fedex driver just falsely signed my sister's signature to enable him to just leave the package! I called the Fedex customer service number to complain and get my money back and this person just tried to pass the problem back to me to go to the nearest Fedex site to file a claim instead of handling it right there with me. Never again Fedex!

    After several days of delays at a california warehouse FedEx never delivered my order. When I contacted them they did the equivalent of checking the tracking number. They opened up a package tracing procedure and continued to insist that it was delivered. I told them I have video evidence showing that the package was not delivered at the time stated or to any of my neighbors. They did not request the evidence. They never contacted me in regards to this inquiry. At this point fedex probably did what fedex does and dropped it in a ditch or a driver took off with it.

    We have had a recurring issue with the Macon GA office not delivering packages on the days emails and text indicating delivery times. My FedEx account indicates item is on truck out for delivery, later that evening will get notified delivery attempt was made, rescheduled delivery for the following day. Well the same again the next day, This has occurred many many times, when filing complaint, nothing changes, I try to use UPS when the shippers give an option, but with FedEx. Who knows. Worst service ever, what a joke, for a company to service customers in this no concern for their customers.

    The worst part of my experience is the tracker is a notorious lie. My package shipped 30 November, before the rush. It is now 13 December. The tracker has sent me emails that my package will be delivered 4 December, 8 December, 9 December, and today 13 December. It never shows, by afternoon the tracker says delayed, no delivery date available.

    Lost but not taking any responsibility, the phone call goes to India where the poor gal has no idea what the problem is and parrots the tracker-let's see; seasonal delay, not good enough, OK let's say weather delay. The weather has been just fine, thanks. Why did the tracker show the package sat 5 days 60 miles away. Why does the tracker show the package has been 17 miles away for a week, several times "on the truck for delivery". What a crock and sad, sad, service. I would never use them to ship my wares, sorry the business I ordered from does. No more business for Spilsbury from me unless they change shippers.

    I spent the better part of my day on Fedex.com getting error messages then on the phone trying to get a package labeled and picked up to go from NC to VA. Shouldn't be hard. It never happened. I even drove to a FedEx store to no avail. I spoke with 10 agents (they kept transferring me or hanging up by mistake, one hang up was intentional after I told the agent I was frustrated because I'd been on the phone for 4 hours by that point!!!) The accounts dept was the real problem. 2 hours into this debacle they failed to update my account address correctly, leading to more phone calls. 3 people hung up on me.

    Thanks to the 7 people that "tried." After being asked to try to attach my account # to my online account 5 times by 5 people (maybe the prior 4 times it didn't work could have been enough) I was locked out of account so they told me I'd need to wait an hour. I had already spent 6 hours on this, and they couldn't fix my address to get me back into my account!!?? I gave up. Going with USPS- never thought that would happen.

    Several times when they delivered my packages 2 times they Left them in the snow underneath my mailbox instead of delivering them to my trailer and twice delivered my packages to a empty trailer. It was the correct address when I ordered the stuff online but every time they seem to leave off the lot number and just put packages where they want. And when you call they say they are going to investigate but it doesn't happen and they still keep doing the same thing and not have any disciplinary action done.

    I ordered a houseplant from Toronto and it was shipped last Monday (Dec. 6). I was tracking it online with the tracking number provided and it mentioned there was a delay. By that time, they did bot provide a delivery date. Yesterday, I saw the package was brought from Richmond to Surrey. I called their online number at 0830, to inform them that I will puck it up in their Surrey facility since it's 30 minutes away from my place. The operator assured me of this that it is okay to pick it up. I specifically told her to call or inform the facility as it may not be there. She assured me it's there and ready to be picked up.

    When I arrived, the front desk staff told me it's already loaded in the truck for delivery. I went home and she assured me it will be delivered after 1200 but not later in the afternoon. I've waited since 1200 and it's already 1800 the truck is not yet here. It was indicated that it was a live plant/item in the box. I'm pretty sure it's going to be dead on arrival. I am officially waiting for a dead specimen

    If I could choose what company delivers products that I order I definitely would not go with FedEx. I have nothing but problems with them and my packages are coming up missing. One of the packages was delivered to the wrong address, luckily I was standing outside because I knew the box was coming. I watched the driver take the package to the wrong house and when we contacted customer service about it they said after doing an investigation they found that we were wrong and the package was delivered to our house. Today I received an alert from Target saying my package was delivered and of course there's no package. I absolutely HATE dealing with FedEx!

    I have had 3 deliveries with FedEx home delivery. First it's around the Christmas season and people's packages are being stolen. So instead of the home delivery, putting packages at the front door, where cameras can see them make the delivery, they place items outside of the garage door. Had I just backed out of my garage, I would have drove over the packages. This is really really disturbing to me. Why would someone just place your items right outside a garage door. I called to make a complaint and the rep told me that the drivers are allowed to leave packages outside the garage door. This would not and will not be the way I ship packages anymore.

    12/04/2021 FedEx Delivery Driver parks his truck at our home to go make deliveries next door and to go make deliveries across the street. When he could have parked at both of their homes. This is Louisville, KY 40228 and not New York or Chicago. Stop acting like you don't have nowhere to park when you can park where you are making the deliveries. Utilize your space and stop aggravating and being confrontational. Stop using our home as a truck stop for the neighbors if they ordered the packages then you it shouldn't be a problem to park in front of their house.

    And for my neighbors that keep getting deliveries everyday, you could have told the driver by now to to parking at our home and park at your home instead of sitting in the window watching it and getting a kick out of it. And this is just 1 occasion. It has happened several of times. I would like to see this issue addressed immediately. Please don't put it in Louisville hands because they are all worthless. I have video.

    My last 3 deliveries from Fedex I have had to make multiple calls to customer service over multiple days to get my package. 2 out of the last 3 said were delivered, they were not delivered to my address. Took 3 days to get a package because they said no one was home when people were home and Fedex vehicle never came up our drive. Fedex is the absolute worst delivery service and I advise no one to ever use them.

    I have had more issues with FedEx delivery than I care to count whether it's delivery to the wrong address, delayed delivery without an updated delivery date or delivery status saying delivered but never receiving it. I am so frustrated that many companies use them as their means of delivery. They are absolutely the worst!!
