    I purchased a BISSELL CleanView Compact Upright Vacuum. The package was delivered by FedEx Home Delivery and there was not a knock or doorbell ring. The was taken from the front of my apartment door.

    Dumped 130 pound package 50 feet from house at end of our driveway next to the main road instead of the normal practice of putting it on the porch or against the house/garage door out of the weather and safe!

    4 days shipment shows on track for delivery and still can’t get info or delivery date. Medical supplies literally can’t rely on this company when your life depends on it. Nobody in customer service knows anything and are of little help.

    Ordered a play pen for my baby twice at Walmart. The first time Fedex said it was delivered and nothing was there and it was a picture of some random house while I live in a neighborhood. The second time I got the completely wrong item which may not be on Fedex but I ended up ordering from Amazon. Then I ordered a crib and toy chest and the delivery has been delayed so many times but says it’s out for delivery. :( At this point my baby is about to be born with no crib. I am not happy at all. When I try to talk to customer service they tell me to contact the seller which has nothing to do with the shipping when the package is in their possession.

    Placed an order which was shipped in 2 packages via FedEx. Two different tracking numbers. Packages were "delivered". Not to my house. The picture of the delivery was taken in very close up mode so that it was nearly impossible to see the actual property where the packages were delivered, but a blue rug was visible, and there is no such rug on my property. Numerous calls to FE customer service, case opened, "research completed" by FedEx resulting in statement "the package was delivered". Yeah, but not to me. That doesn't matter to them. No way to speak to a supervisor, nor find out how to contact local delivery supervisor.

    Must be nice to be able to "deliver" items to just any location and call it done. Must be nice for CS reps to be able to say "we have no way to connect you to a supervisor or even send a message to anyone else who might be able to help you". This is not the first time this has happened. It is a persistent issue. I am done. Over it. Not only will I never use FedEx again, I have begun notifying every company I do business with that if they do not offer options other than FE, I will not do business with them, either.

    I sent Christmas gifts to another state via FedEx. Having used them in the past but it has been awhile. Took the large box the day before Thanksgiving to have it shipped from Wisconsin to Tennessee. They told me it would arrive that Sunday. Because it was the holiday weekend I gave it a few more days. On Friday a week later the package still had not been delivered. I kept getting updates saying it was delayed. I called customer service and was told they are behind because of the holiday. It was finally delivered that Saturday but the condition of the box is totally unacceptable. The box was crushed. Thank goodness there was nothing fragile in the box. But I can guarantee I will never use FedEx again. I would rather pay extra than go thru this again.

    In the last 3 weeks, FedEx has destroyed and lost 5 shipments. The box clearly labeled as "FRAGILE", but they toss them around like footballs. Had $800 of livestock meds crushed, then the company sent a replacement order only for FedEx to destroy the replacements. Another $800. I called local Fedex terminal only to be ignored and saying they "contract out delivery drivers" and they aren't responsible for their handling. Fedex doesn't want to be informed of such as they make it nearly impossible to contact them to report any problems. If you are not the "shipper", they don't care. If they would do an audit of the amount of merchandise destroyed by their company, it would be astounding amount. I also have video of the delivery driver carrying the dripping wet box of meds to the porch, turning the wet side to hide it. Confronted her on next delivery and she denied it.

    I ordered a Sofa on 11/25/22. The delivery date was 12/1/22. Upon tracking my package it said it was in Alabama 11/30/22 (where I live). I had my husband take off from what he was doing to receive the package, it never came. I tracked the package again (12/02/22). My package is in Georgia. Went to 2 different locations in Georgia when my home is in Alabama. This do not make any sense. Every time Fedex ship my order it’s always late or lost.

    I spoke with agents multiple times on a package delivery issue. On 11/25 I called and said I was not home to sign, and please deliver on 12/1. The rep put that in my record...Then on 11/30, I called to confirm it was coming, and they said the record showed it would be delivered on 12/1. I called on the morning of 12/1 and confirmed that they would deliver the package on 12/1. It did not arrive by 3PM so I called again and they said due to volume it would be delivered on 12/2. I called in the afternoon of 12/2 because it had still not arrived and when I called AGAIN they said they returned it to the shipper!

    They did not check my record where all the notes indicated to deliver on 12/1. There was no manager to talk to and no way to retract my package which is now headed back to the shipper. I have never worked with so many incompetent 'customer service' agents in my life. Someone should not have to pay twice to have this package shipped again! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE TRACKING SYSTEM, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    Ordered shock absorbers from EBAY! The seller shipped via FedEx. The parts made it to a facility 2 hours away and were held there because my address would not show in their computer???? However the same day I found this out the Fedex truck made a delivery to my neighbors! UPS also has made many deliveries to my address! Also Fedex delivered my refrigerator bought from Best Buy 3 months ago! I signed up for the delivery manager and was a waste of time and effort! I called the customer service 800 number and was told I could do nothing if not the shipper???? Yet I was supposed to correct my address? How? I told the seller to return the item and refund the money! However that part was never given as a choice! Instead I had the package sent to a store 25 miles from me! Not sure at this time if they can accomplish that task! I wish to never have the Fedex company deliver any more packages!

    We ordered $300 in gift cards on Nov 12. From Sam’s Club. Tracking said delivery by Nov 17th. Nothing came. I called Sams club. On the 18th we got a text saying “delivery was delayed, and they’re working on it“. Okay Then on Nov 23rd FedEx says package was delivered on the 17th. My doorbell camera shows no delivery. FrdEx is just lying to cover their asses, and have given us no help. Sams club has also failed to help us. We have notified the Mn Attorney General's office. FedEx should get no stars

    The past 2 weeks they have been leaving my packages at the end of my driveway. Get notified that it was gated (NEVER). Tracked the driver down and found out someone put a note on my account to do that. We never did! I figured out how to get that changed. Later the same day we were expected an overnight package. Saw the truck while eating dinner go to the next door neighbors, across the street neighbor, then left. Received a notification an hour later saying they tried our house but nobody was home (needed an indirect signature). LIARS! I wish ALL companies would stop using them. If your company only uses FedEx, I will stop purchasing online from your company! They suck and need to be sued then out of business.

    Please be aware this Holiday Season. Fed Ex delivered a package to my home that was to suppose to be mine. The delivery was clearly in a different zip code. I called them to make them aware of this and they did not call me back. I waited 5 days until I decided to call the shipper. When I called the shipper they told me it was a back brace for someone who had broken their back. Fed ex was suppose to call me to come and pick up after talking to the sender who was from Oakland CA.

    After not hearing from them, I decided to deliver the brace myself. I could only think about someone with a broke back, in pain and Fed ex not having the decency to respond. We all make mistakes but when there is no care about the mistake that was made and that is not acceptable. Someone lingered longer in pain and agony because of the laziness of Fed ex. Fed ex is very careless. Two years ago around this time of year, Fed ex delivered my laptop to another place. It took much discussion for me to prove they never delivered to me. Thank God for the Ring Doorbell!.

    I gave a Fedex driver 4 packages on September 14, 2022. Only 3 were scanned in. I was returning auto parts. The part they lost was worth $132.86 and FedEx claims I only gave them 3 packages. I filed a claim and it was denied so I started a case after the claim was denied. It too was denied. (Case# ** Claim# ** opened on 9-20-22.) Tracking# ** (lost) The other 3 packages that were given to the driver at the same time (9-14-22 at 9:46AM) as the one missing was Tracking # **. I then was told I needed to send an email to 'file.freightclaim@fedex.com' so I did on October 24, 2022. With 2 signed affidavits (Notarized) of witnesses that saw me give them the 4 packages and video evidence of giving them 4 packages. They of course ignored my email. I even included some executives in that email to make sure that people in charge knew what was going on. They just don't care!

    I signed up for updates on my delivery since I had to sign for it and can't see my mailbox from my house. I received an email stating delivery would be delayed for a day. Later went to check my mail and had a paper stating I missed the delivery and they would try again tomorrow. I needed the package today because I planned on being out of town tomorrow. Now I have to change all my plans and so do the people I needed to go see. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. FedEx always drops the ball. Useless. Just plain useless.

    I sent something from New York to Michigan and I paid $225 for delivery day before Thanksgiving. My package was delivered the day after Thanksgiving. I called FedEx five times and I got five different answers. I will not recommend it. Don't ever pay cash. They will put you to hell. They are a ripoff and they lie. They don’t stand behind their words. Please use USPS. And they will stand behind the word.

    In the past 2 weeks I've had two deliveries dropped off at the wrong address and pictures were taken with my packages laying in a yard after tracking States it's on a porch. I've contacted customer service twice on this issue and I'm told I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for their drivers to go back and pick up and redeliver my products we pay services for delivery to our homes.

    I have seen many reviews of the same thing happening repeatedly with the FedEx company. They claim they are taking care of it but when it takes 24 hours and they have pictures and addresses of where things are dropped off it should not take that long to pick up and where you drop off somebody's merchandise. We the People that order need to demand that company stop using this delivery service. I will make it a point when ordering my products from Amazon, Chewy and anybody else that if they continue to do business with FedEx I will discontinue spending my money at their establishments.

    Third time I’ve had a package sent overnight. Third time it’s been delayed by days. This time it sits at the facility thirty five minutes away for the third day after delivery was to be made. No reason. No answer from the company. Nothing. It’s not cheap. I understand it’s a busy time. But you pay a premium price for a premium service and it’s not sufficient nor worth a single penny that is charged. The USPS far surpasses any service offered by FedEx. What. A. Joke.

    I never expected fedex to fail like this!!! I ordered a XFINITY IPhone and the expected delivery date failed! Then I called customer service and the supervisor named William was very disrespectful! I will admit that I was aggravated! I took my entire day to get this IPhone for my son’s birthday today!     I'm highly upset I sat and waited for my delivery to arrive, I get a message stating that my package arrived with a picture. I walk out to check and see and nothing is there. I have called them so many times and they have not resolved the issue. I hope I never get another package from this horrible company. They don't care about the customer. It is evident that the package was delivered to the wrong address or the carrier stole it. This is just so unfortunate to spend money on a product that you haven't received and probably never will.

    Omg…I wish there was a class action suit I could file against FEDEX for robbery. They are the absolute worst! Their drivers are boldface liars who never show up. I paid $80 for an overnight package only to be told twice they “attempted delivery.” Lies Lies!! I’ve been waiting all morning. UPS and Amazon miraculously found me but not Fedex? Gmab! Nobody showed up and how is it 2022, and Amazon Drivers can call customers but 100 year-old Fedex can’t? Ridiculous!

    Fedex delivery drivers are absolutely lazy and unreliable. I have had 3 supposed attempted deliveries in 3 days and 1 package I've been waiting on!!! I have it on camera for each of those days that these supposed delivery drivers haven't even gotten out of their vehicles to come into my building to deliver my package. Twice the drivers just sat in their trucks for 30 seconds out front of my building before driving off and the third time the driver "didn't even stop". He just drove by. When I called Fedex after the second "failed" attempt the excuse I got was "there was no buzzer number". Well normally the buzzer number is the same as the unit number!" Well attempt number 3. I phone again and this time they supposedly put in a complaint for me; how much good that'll do I'll never know! So I offer to send my hubby to go pick it up tomorrow "Monday". Well that'll cause an even bigger delay. Why?! I'd sure like to know!!! Will I suggest Fedex to someone or use them again? NO CHANCE! THEY'RE USELESS!!!

    Much as per other reviewers it seems every time a package is sent via FedEx to me it has a greater than not chance of being delayed or misdelivered. I frequently get status showing out for delivery only to see status updates around 10pm saying it has returned to the warehouse. In one recent instance the package was marked delivered (with a delivery time and everything). Outdoor and driveway cameras showed no delivery around the supposed delivery time or at all that day. I filed a tracking request and was told I had to go via the shipper, the shipper was in turn told they had to wait (FedEx likes to give everyone the runaround). The next day a FedEx truck shows up mid afternoon and delivers the package. The 'delivered' status from the previous day is replaced with a new one showing the new date/time and with picture this time. In my experience trusting FedEx is a mistake.

    FedEx refuses to deliver to my building because they don't have a code for the door. They will not call me for the code, and when I call the main office to give them a code they said "they can not take a door code over the phone." So thus far I am unable to receive packages from FedEx. They say they will continue to attempt delivery....But it is futile since they don't have a code to the building. Ridiculous!!!!

    Paid for 2-day shipping for an item that was time sensitive. Guaranteed delivery by 8 PM. Get message at 5:20PM stating that my item has been returned to warehouse and will arrive 2 days from now because I guess the driver decided he was done for the day. Website will not allow me to file a claim and the customer support hotline has no one answering. This company does not care about its customers.

    I ordered a bookshelf to be delivered to my apartment. The original delivery date was scheduled for the Monday of the following week, but through tracking I was told it would be delivered Saturday, to my delight. Come Saturday, I opened the tracking app to find that it was last located at a warehouse not far from me-- but for some reason was not being shipped until the original Monday date. Odd, but I figured I would pick it up myself and called customer service to arrange a hold.

    What followed was the most infuriating four days of my life with four incompetent customer service members. The first representative on Saturday explained that my package was still scheduled to be delivered that day. I told them that the tracking information stated otherwise, and I'd like the package to be held at the warehouse for me to pick up myself, as I did not want to wait the two days. They *told me* that they filed the request and that I would receive a notification in the following few hours when I was able to pick up the package. This never arrived, and it was still up in the air if it would actually be held for me.

    On Sunday, I called again, and explained my situation. Once more I was told that after supplying my information to a separate service member, I would be getting a call as to the status of my package and where it was I could pick it up from. I told them at this point, if it was being delivered Monday it might as well happen. Yet AGAIN I did not receive any kind of acknowledgment that this conversation happened or status update as to my package-- and if it was actually being held, or sitting in a trailer somewhere waiting to go out Monday.

    Monday morning. I call a THIRD time. I am told that in fact, my package will be shipped today! I ask her for a WRITTEN receipt of this confirmation in some way, as I am a working adult and cannot sit on my hands and wait for this to come to me. What was the time frame of delivery? When? Is it still being held, and is that going to interfere with shipping? Etc. I receive NOTHING, despite her promising that she would physically message me within the next few hours. It does NOT arrive on Monday either.

    It is now Tuesday, and the fourth time I have called a service representative. I am beyond frustrated and explain the following events as such to the person on the line-- who tells me that THE PACKAGE IS STILL BEING HELD. And if I 'would have just picked it up yesterday' I'd have it by now. I just about lost it. I was at no point told that my request to hold it was even processed by FedEx, and was given information that at some point it would still come to my house. Despite giving my contact information to FOUR SEPARATE PEOPLE, I never received a call, text, email, or any scrap of solid information actually telling me where this thing was.

    His explanation? That since it was on the trailer at the warehouse, and not on someone's desk within arm's reach, they could not send any current notifications about it. Let alone the fact that this tidbit of info was NEVER stated to me by any of the prior three persons-- You can't simply scan the barcode on the package? It's too much trouble to have a single person walk out to the trailer, grab it, and put it within the front pickup station and send me a quick message?

    This situation could have been so much simpler. I wanted to make it easier in fact, by picking up the thing myself, which I will now have to do! After receiving the most sub-par customer service from four people who clearly spouted the same 'guideline service 101' information to stop me from complaining without actually trying to assist me, I will neither be using FedEx nor shipping with companies or brands that use FedEx. After seeing similar reviews on here I am not surprised by my experience in the slightest.

    Fedex Tracking Number ** missing. It is expected to deliver 8 days back on 14th Nov 2022. This is having very confidential original document, if it is missing it will be huge loss. Fedex Brand is losing now because this kind of carelessness and insincerity, I recommend NOT to use Fedex for shipping and to use any other shipping.

    I brought the package to 50 Park Plaza One Boston where my closest FedEx office is. With the prepaid label I paid 20$ extra for the box and "handling". I asked that very unpleasant guy should I pack it by myself or wait until he does. He said you can go. The package with the new Gucci boots arrived today, the box was empty. What more to say?     If there is 1 thing FedEx can ever guarantee it’s that they are late on your shipments every time!!! Always delays or pending or errors. When a company ships with FedEx I immediately know they have no concerns for their customers. USPS even comes before fedex and they suck too. Please if you run a business use UPS. FedEx is horrid!!!

    I just witnessed one of their drivers in Walton, KY speed by another driver, who was in the process of backing into a spot. He clipped the driver's back end without hesitation and kept on going. That is not professional at all. Their driver was going too fast in a parking lot. That is how other drivers are getting hit and killed in these lots. FedEx needs to teach their drivers to slow down and have patience. Product can be replaced. A life cannot.

    I purchased a very expensive bottle of liquor that was to be delivered via FedEx. On the day of delivery, I received a text telling me a signature was required and the package would be delivered sometime today. Needless to say, absent any warning on the delivery, I wasn't home when the delivery was attempted. I called the number on the Door Tag and was told electronically, a second delivery attempt would take place tomorrow, sometime before 8:00pm. Since this too was unacceptable, I requested a representative, and after providing the order and door tag numbers, was told that I could go into the FedEx system and set up an appointment. I attempted this and after being provided with a texted code number I entered the code number and was informed the system was unavailable and to try later.

    I again called the number on the door tag, went through the electronic minefield, and finally spoke to a representative. The representative transferred me to IT Support and no one picked up the call. Finally, the representative came back and informed me I could not set up a delivery appointment because the package required an adult signature. (This information was on the order and the door tag, so it wasn't breaking news.) I explained that setting up an appointment to ensure an adult was available to sign for the package seemed incredibly logical, as opposed to open-ended, no warning, 12 to 15-hour delivery windows.     I then told her to keep the package and that I would contact the vendor and cancel the order since FedEx could not deliver the package when I was home. She then apologized and told me the package would be part of a delivery attempt tomorrow. I told her again to keep the package but to no avail. A horrible system, completely illogical. Terrible company. Too bad there wasn't a no star rating.

    I have a live animal currently late for delivery on an overnight package. FedEx has told me there is a delay on a LIVE ANIMAL!!! And that it will now be end of day for a reptile in 50 degree weather. They never have people you can actually understand speaking and they prioritize their packages clearly based on nothing.

    I had a set of Bilco doors being delivered by FedEx. They called several days prior and set up delivery telling me that I needed to be here when delivered. On the day of delivery, I heard a truck outside and when I went to the door a FedEx truck was pulling away. No driver or delivery person approached my door or rang the bell, but instead dropped a 200lb. package right in front of my garage doors rendering it impossible to get my car out. I immediately called and told them that they needed to come back and move it; 6 hours later the package still sits in front of my garage doors. Not only did this decision to place it here lack any common sense, what company would deliver something this large and heavy and not ask a customer where they wanted it put? If I could rate them with no stars that is what I would have done.

    I have called FedEx almost 10 times to have a delivery time scheduled for a package that is dangerous goods (perfumery supplies). I asked for a time afternoon and was told it was possible, but that didn’t happen for over 3 attempted deliveries. I asked to have it dropped off, I was told they could do that, then the package wasn’t left. So I called, turns out they can’t leave a dangerous goods package (makes sense). So I asked if they could drop it off at a FedEx location, I was told they would do that, then again, that didn’t happen. The next day I asked what happened and it turns out they can’t do that either.

    The shipment has been returned to the factory twice now. I think FedEx is avoiding setting up communication with the delivery people so that we have to set up ‘Manage your delivery’ and pay FedEx to schedule a time. FedEx would rather pay their drivers to repeatedly go back to a place to not deliver, pay the customer service reps to do nothing, piss off the customers, have their employees be frustrated with angry customers for what, 5-10 extra dollars for the delivery management that the client has to pay for? I wonder how much they paid the driver to not deliver my package 10 times, the customer service reps to be on the phone with me and by the 10th phone call, I am livid.

    Just as the dinosaurs went the way of extinction, FedEx should, too. One of FedEx's primary functions is to receive and deliver packages in a timely manner. My package was overnighted. More than a week later, I still have not received my package. My experience with FedEx is they are incapable, offer lip service, and are unable to adapt. Accordingly, I have reached the conclusion that FedEx does not have a core competency, cannot be trusted, and I will not be using FedEx from hereon. I am the owner of a law firm that represents parents of students with special needs and provides other legal services to parents that have conflicts with their school districts. FedEx's inability to do its job has negatively impacted me and my client.

    As I was saying, a very important package was overnighted to my firm. FedEx tracking continually indicated that my office was closed. No door tag was left the first day. To ensure that I did not miss the package the second day, I was at my office before 9 am and I stayed until approximately 5:30 pm. Our lights were on, blinds were open, and our door was unlocked. One person came into the office and I was able to immediately hear and greet them. No one from FedEx attempted to make a delivery. The tracking information indicated that my office was closed the day that I was at my office from morning to evening. The tracking information indicates that FedEx attempted to deliver the package at 3:52 pm. No such attempt was made at my office.

    Because I am on paternity leave and had already spent a full day away from my family to receive a package that was never delivered, I requested that the package be delivered to my home. FedEx was unable to accommodate my request, apparently because I am not the sender of the package. It is my understanding that the sender of the package then made the same request that the package be delivered to my home. I spoke with FedEx this past Friday and they had continued to attempt to deliver the package to "my office". This time FedEx agreed to deliver the package to my home, which makes me think that they had received the request from the sender.

    FedEx promised that the package would be delivered to my home this past Saturday but they could not provide a time window other than 9am to 7pm. We had someone at the home at all time to receive the package. We also have home security. FedEx did not show. Today, Sunday, November 13th, I watched a FedEx truck come up my bloc, circle around the cul-de-sac and then pass my home to deliver a package to a neighbor. I'm thankful that my neighbor received their package given how demonstrably poor FedEx is at their job, i.e., delivering packages.

    Because FedEx is unable to figure out how to deliver the package, first to my office and, then to my home; they have offered to allow me to come pick up the package in Everett, Washington, which is approximately 25 minutes away from my home on a good day. The thing is, the I-5 for Seattle/Everett is known for having some of the worst traffic in the United States. I cannot post a link but you can google the prolific Everett, WA, traffic.

    I have told FedEx that after they took me away from my newborn for a day and caused me to spend a number of hours trying to resolve an issue that was wholly created by FedEx and can be fixed by FedEx, I'm not interested in making, what could end up being a two-hour trip, to obtain a package that FedEx has yet to deliver to the correct address.

    Lastly, after seeing FedEx's incompetence on full display, I pleaded with them to send the package back to the sender so I can regroup. Thus far, FedEx has refused to send the package back and has instead paid me lip service like they would deliver the package to me at my home over the weekend. I will not use FedEx again so long as the decision is in my hands and I hope everyone will do the same. FedEx either needs to adapt or go the way of the dinosaurs.

    I sent some documents to the main office of a large Bank in India by FedEx. For 3 consecutive days the documents were not delivered because, FedEx said that the office was closed. I contacted the Bank and they said they have been open. But there is nothing I can do about it because FedEx does not have a working Phone Number of the people that are tasked to deliver their package. So who knows what's going on there, because you cannot communicate with the FedEx facility in India. Maybe the driver has been going around 4 o' clock, whereas the bank closes at 3:30. Who knows. But it was a loss of 104.22 dollars and the time and effort in putting all the documents together with photos, etc. Photocopying everything and notarizing everything, a complete waste of time, effort and money.

    I am on Day Four in my journey trying to get my FedEx package. It was scheduled to be here on November 8, and it’s now November 11. I signed up for text messaging and each day. The message indicated that my package is on the truck and on its way but never showed up. I was finally able to get a hold of customer service, and was told that she spoke to someone who assured her that my package was on the truck, and on its way, however, when I called later on in the day to speak to a second customer service rep, they denied that that was possible. When you try and contact FedEx by phone, they use every trick. Possible not to connect you to a live person.

    I have a package I need to sign for, I reached out last week and left instructions I would not be home until after 5, 11-8 package was attempted delivered at 12:37pm. I called 11-8 at 6:52pm and requested package be delivered 11-9 after 5pm, package was attempted delivery at 11:37am. I called 11-9 and was told I could drive to the FedEx location to pickup the package in the morning, well I get a notice that the package was loaded on a truck at 7:37am. WHY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, if they are not able to communicate with the local distribution centers. So now, I have to contact the sender (another ordeal to reach) and then get FedEx on the line (OH BOTHER) and get permission for the package to be delivered to a local vendor. I have no confidence this will happen. Date of experience: 07 November 2022

    I ordered mattress from Sleep Country Canada, and it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx. For three days in a row I took time off work and waited for the delivery and all three days apparently they "attempted to deliver but missed me". Even though I was there in the house, with my cellphone, ready to answer the door. But no one. They wouldn't even try to arrange a time to come back when I wouldn't be working after those three missed attempts. They asked if they could just drop the mattress off without a signature... absolutely NOT! Why would they even consider asking that? Horrible horrible company.

    The delivery time from FedEx is a joke and it gets worse each time. I ordered from Walmart with 2 day shipping. I received confirmation of order shipped by Walmart. FedEx said it was on the way, then sent another update stating the customer was unavailable or business was closed. It was an entire county away from me. I needed this item the day it was set to arrive. They keep getting worse each time. I wish businesses would stop using FedEx all together. The drivers also like to throw packages on our porches from 10ft away.

    On the first day of November, I placed an order with Target. Target Chicago fulfilled it and sent me an email 2 day delivery. I live 3 hours from Chicago, IL. I got my tracking email from Fed Ex saying same thing, 2 day delivery. I was fine with the timeline. I ordered 1 box of cleaning products and 1 small bottle of cleaning products. Total weight --7#. Less than an hour away at a Fed Ex shipping site, I get an update that the address label is incorrect and corrected. When the day arrives for delivery-no delivery.

    The update is marked delayed. Then I was sent an email that the package arrived at that first site out of the store, damaged. I am informed by both Target and Fed Ex that replacements have been ordered. Apparently, the original box returned to Target. Once again, the order fulfilled Chicago Target and it arrives at a Fed Ex site approximately an hour away and is damaged. This time I get an email directly from Fed Ex stating items once again damaged and they will not be delivered to me. By this time I am quite irritated. The weather has been great and we're not yet in holiday shopping mode, but Fed Ex is unable to get a 7# package farther than an hour from the store not once, but twice, without damaging a box containing two items?

    Now for the last three days, I have received updates from Fed Ex about the last package that was damaged, also returned, and never to be delivered. The updates tell me my package is out for delivery. The updates show me that the package that was returned to Target in IL has moved closer to me and is now an hour away. I've received 9 emails from them with package updates--delivery exception, delay, address corrected, damaged, delayed, operational delay. All of the emails stating that the package is still in transit, but delayed. Why on earth would they continue to send these kinds of unsolicited updates about a package no longer in their possession?

    Target is now the fourth company I've decided to stop doing business with because their carrier is Fed Ex. Fed Ex lies about whether packages are on the truck, lies when they say you were not home for delivery yet you were standing at the front door, doesn't just have 24-hour delays but often 2-3 day delays while carrying perishables. Every order I received from the Misfit Market was frozen because of 2-3 day delays. How do these companies and the companies that ship with them ever expect to survive doing business the way that they do? It isn't even the Christmas crunch yet--thank goodness I won't be ordering online again until next year!! I will never do business again with a company that uses Fed Ex as their carrier.

    I am very disgruntled that my bank uses FedEx to deliver credit cards. I'm not upset so much by the fact that it takes too many days too get a delivery - as I am by the fact that I sat here with the front door open, waiting for the FedEx to come - and I was actually standing at the door at the time the FedEx driver "claims" the package was delivered. There was NO DELIVERY at MY house! Therefore, that card is now cancelled and I get to wait another 3 days for another delivery, with no access to my bank account. I am unimpressed by INCOMPETENCE and people who make false claims.

    Package lost. Reported to Fedex it's lost. Zero help. Called shipper. Confirmation package lost by Fedex. Shipper confirmed again. We then paid extra fees to overnight package. We received this package. 17 days after package lost FedEx sends notice today they are delivering original lost package. Called FedEx saying package will be refused as was reported lost 17 days previously. FedEx replied you have no choice but to take package. Um no. I called shipper which replied refuse package. We will see if package ever arrives today but communication with this company is a nightmare. We hung signs to refuse package. Hopefully delivery driver can read.

    I'm sooo sick and tired of this supposed delivery company. Waited ALL day for a rather expensive delivery that they said was out for delivery. Never arrived, nobody ever called to say it was delayed. They waited until the last minute to send me a text that it was only delivered to a local center that services my local delivery area. Wish online companies would stop using their delivery services. Shame on Walmart too for using this lousy company. I could have driven the 1½ to pick it up, it would have saved me a whole day waiting for something that was never coming. Wish I could give them zero stars.

    Just within this week I have had 2 drivers literally flat out lie. I was waiting for a package on Fri and it said it was supposed to be delivered before noon (my company paid priority next day) and at 1203 suddenly the website said "no one home attempted delivery" but my husband was outside waiting for the package because it was computer equipment. They don't do anything for you on customer service but say, "we can try again on Monday" but I needed the equipment for Sat and they don't let you pick up or anything on weekends for priority next day.

    Today we waited for a package that said "out for delivery, will be delivered by end of day" and at 123 it changed to "security issue, can't deliver due to security restrictions on property" but there is no reason at all. My apts aren't gated. There is nothing going on that would prevent them from delivering. They just decide they don't want to and lie. I hate FedEx and if you can avoid them then do yourself a favor and use USPS or UPS or something that isn't going to make your blood pressure boil.

    I call in the pickups, they give me a pickup confirm, package sits outside for 3 days, I called 2 more times during that period. Even gave confirm number which they couldn’t find.     FedEx just dropped off a package at my apartment's door when I specifically have delivery instructions in my FedEx profile to deliver them to the complex mailroom because pkgs. get stolen if left at the door! Worst delivery company! This is EVERY SINGLE time I am waiting for a package to be delivered by them. No matter how many times one calls and complains they always end up doing whatever they want. I hope my package will be there when I get back from work, and I hope companies would stop using their delivery services.

They wanted me to do their work for them by contacting the seller that shipped my product(s) and following up. Wow.     I got a laptop shipped for work, the delivery was planned for a day I was working from home. It was delayed and then scheduled for the next day, which I was home for and then never arrived. It was then rescheduled for a day I was not home, at which point I called customer service to ask them to wait and deliver until the next day when I would be home. I was told they would arrive on that day and they would call my phone prior to arrival, as the buzzer does not work in my building. Instead, the package was "attempted" to be delivered the next day, and was returned to the sender. When I called customer service to ask why this is, I was informed that there was nothing they could do, the label was already changed and apparently drivers are never allowed to call customers, so there should be no reason they would have attempted before.

    This was a very, very frustrating experience, and not the first time this has happened. Last time I got a FedEx delivery it was marked delivered, though the package never arrived, and when I attempted to contact FedEx they opened a claim for me and asked me to wait 90 days to review it. When I followed up after 120 days when no action was taken, they informed that because I had waited this long they were no longer obligated to take any action on behalf of my claim. This is, maddening, and I have to be honest if I can get any other delivery company to manage my packages now I will.

    Whenever I'm considering placing an online order, unless they have other delivery options than FedEx, I will not place the order. I am inconvenienced by having to contact customer service for every online carrier to ensure they would not be shipping the order via FedEx. When FedEx approaches my four building complex, they never arrive with a package in hand. I've witnessed this when I was coming home one day and watched as the driver walked up with a slip (where to pick the package up) and placed it on the intercom that he never bothered to use. See photo. They do not call anyone, try the door, the intercom, or even enter if somebody is leaving the gate. They don't try ringing the manager, they don't try calling me, the customer.

    They intentionally leave a tag to inconvenience their customers. Their pickup locations are in high crime and very dangerous neighborhoods that require you utilize a personal vehicle or car service. If they want to pay for this car service that's one thing, but I don't see that happening. They only do this because they can get away with doing this. Their customer service and, this ridiculously titled "Integrity Department" of theirs, are completely worthless. Much like the organization itself I suspect. Their poor employees.. Their so called "Integrity Department" told me they couldn't help me and that it wasn't their job. Obviously this has nothing to do with the company's integrity?! I'm actually considering moving, because I do so much online ordering, it narrows which companies I can use.

    It's scary when a company like FedEx is so large it can dictate and/or influence what is available to you. Sadly, this is what we get when we allow the trust to become so large they no longer beholden to anyone. Not even our federal or state governments... not really even to their stockholders if they're a public company. Too big to fail, or to be questioned, or even scrutinized, is a recipe for social and economic suicide.

    I have had recent issues with FedEx Delivery. They did attempt to deliver a package on Saturday and I was not available so I received notice it would be delivered the next business day. That is no problem. The problem is that I received notice the following Monday that my package was out for delivery. I work from home so I was home ALL DAY. Well I received a notice that FedEx attempted to deliver my package and could not because no one was available to sign for it. THIS IS A LIE. I was home the whole day and FedEx NEVER attempted delivery of my package. The exact same thing happened to me the following Tuesday. I now have a notice that FedEx will attempt to deliver my package on Wednesday. It is 50/50 that my package will be delivered on Wednesday.

    I did contact FedEx at least three times and keep getting lip service. The rep. says we will put a rush on your package and escalate this. Someone will get back to you the same day. Well lo and behold, no one got back to me. Surprise, surprise. I do not like being lied to. FedEx NEVER attempted the delivery of my package on Monday or Tuesday. I would seriously think twice about using FedEx for delivery of your packages. What happened to this company? FedEx use to be top notch. What a shame!

    Still waiting for an item I bought on eBay two weeks and two days ago. The seller printed the label three days after I placed the order, they say FedEx never came to pick it up. FedEx finally admitted to having it in their possession 6 days later, 9 days after I placed my order. Then it sat at one of their facilities for another day before it began its trip across the country, which took only two days, surprisingly. Then it arrived in a town that's about a 3 hour drive from me, where it sat for another 3 days. That's where it was when they told me it would be arriving yesterday. I get my mail at a private mailbox service 20 miles from my house (I live out in the sticks) so I drove into town to get it, it never showed up so that was a waste of time and gas. Today they say it departed from a town only an hour away from me, to arrive today. I don't believe it, it's already a week late anyway. I tried to get them to deliver it to my residence but they won't.

    I recently moved to Philadelphia. I have had many packages sent to me since I moved, however I have had a lot of issues with FedEx. All other delivery services I have used are able to deliver my package with no issues, however I have had an issue when receiving packages from FedEx. The issue appears to be that FedEx does not want to deliver my packages. I get notifications about the tracking of my package so I can be in my apartment in case there is an issue with the package, however FedEx has stated that they have attempted to deliver my most recent package twice with no one actually attempting a delivery! Because of this issue I decided to look up FedEx on Google and found that in Philadelphia there are many other people who have experienced the same problem I have. I would warn anyone that if there is a shipping option not to chose FedEx.

    I placed an order a couple weeks with multiple items. All of those items have since been delivered but 1! I have called FedEx and all I hear is it will be delivered and they are experiencing higher volume delays right now. But my order has been on a truck since last week to be delivered and I have received everything else! I wish WalMart would let you choose which company to ship with instead of just using FedEx. They are horrible!

    FedEx is the worst. I was supposed to have a 2 packages delivered to me almost 2 weeks ago. 1 Box showed up and they posted that both were delivered. Keep in mind that the boxes contained a table and a bench, which combined weight over 100lbs so I know that it wasn't an oversight. I called immediately and got the usual runaround. Finally a week later they said that the second package was on its way. Every day I call and the automated system states that it is out for delivery. No package is delivered and the date of delivery changes online. I have called everyday to find out why the delay and I have spoken to several people who tell me that they are either a Supervisor or a Manager. I have been told that they don't know why the package is delayed because that's a different department. I asked them to call that department and believe it or not here is what she told me - "I called the department that deals with delivery and they won't tell me why the delay".

    Great customer service right. So I call the next day and this time the excuse was well with the hurricane in Florida, staffing issue, blah, blah, blah. At this point I lost it. My location did not get hit with the hurricane. I live on a "Dead End Street" and for the last 2 weeks I have seen a minimum of 2 FedEx truck on my street daily. One day last week there were 2 at the same time and another 5 minutes later, so all these excuses are just ridiculous. Yesterday they completely removed the date of delivery and just added "Pending". At this point I am going to ask the Credit Card for my money back. The customer services is beyond bad and then on each call they have the audacity to ask if I want to take a survey. I have asked the if they have lost the package and they say no, so the only thing I can think of is that box is too heavy and no-one wants to deliver it.

    Updated on 11/06/2022: I used to be a 1 star I now move it to a 2 star until I see if there is an improvement in FedEx delivery. I have emailed and talked on the phone to a man that said this is unacceptable and he will fix it we shall see after another shipment. Fair warning too many fedex scammers are on Facebook. It's best to start right from the fedex website.

    Original Review: My 1st package got stolen because they do not deliver to your home. You have to walk around and look at places that looks like the picture they sent you and my adult diapers was not at my door. It was left in the rain. They used to come to my door but the last 3 deliveries was thrown on the ground 1/2 mile from my home. I saved the picture they sent me after I told them on the phone I do not live behind a gate.

    I've had a number of packages Delivered from FedEx.. I have a Ben of a bin mart place packages just inside been near my front door to help prevent theft. Maybe 1 out of 10 drivers will put the package in the bin. Multiple packages have been damaged in transit. I was scheduled to have a very expensive package delivered, The delivery was delayed 2 extra days and I was not going to be home at the time of delivery. This package required a signature.. I could not change the delivery address nor could I speak to a representative for assistance.. Their automated system dumb is the worst. I do not recommend using this company.

    A friend sent a package that needs an adult signature. They tried to deliver it 4x. We have a menu in our building for delivery men to call. FedEx for some reason this gets lost in translation? I called and asked them to send the package to my office and they would not do it!!! Terrible customer service...

It gets to Memphis and sits there and then 3 to 4 days later I get my package. Recently order some tires on 10/21/2022 which was a Friday. It told me it would be Tuesday the 25th in the cart then shortly after placing order it said the 26th which was Wednesday. Wednesday gets here it says by end of day and still not delivered. Now it tells me that it will be the 28th Friday. I was suppose to travel to Mobile Friday for work. Now I can't because my tires won't get here until about 1pm on that day. I can understand if it happens every now and then but all the time is not acceptable. Not to mention my wife has the same problem when she orders and Fedex is delivering. So it doesn't matter what they deliver a sweater or tires it will be delayed.

    I was supposed to receive a package today that required a signature. All the tracking information showed me was it was going to be delivered sometime before the end of the day. I was working in another room when the driver arrived, and he rang the doorbell. Also, my phone notifies me when someone is at the door. I put the tools down and proceeded to walk from the at the back of the house to answer the door. By the time I got there and opened the door the truck was pulling off. The driver did not see me. I looked for the package and realized he didn't leave it. I know that a signature is required but the last time the delivery required a signature the driver left $2,000 worth of items by my door, so I was curious if he had left it.

    As I went back in the house, I seen the FedEx tag behind the wreath that hangs on the door. It stated that a delivery had been attempted but customer was not here and will try to redeliver the next business day. It wouldn't be that big of a deal, but I took today off of work just to receive this package and I needed the package no later than today. I called FedEx customer service and explained my frustration. The lady understood my frustration and put a request to have the package try and be redelivered today.

    As the hours passed it got to be around 5pm and I decided I would call back and speak with them once more. This time I spoke to a gentleman and explained the same thing to him. I even offered to come to a certain location today and pick up the package. He basically told me that there is no way I am getting my package today and that if I wanted to pick it up it would take up to 48 hours before I was able to pick up the package. It's just so frustrating because the driver only waited 30 seconds before moving on. I realize they are on a time crunch, but you should at least wait 1-2 minutes. Now I have to miss another day of work and possibly deal with the same thing tomorrow if I'm not right beside the door.

    Claim packages are delivered at front door, but no packages are left at front door. I search porch, under porch, mailbox, ask neighbors no packages. Home security cameras show no activity.... No deliveries from FedEx. Contact FedEx and they "do an investigation" and conclude that packages were delivered. WTF?

    Was supposed to receive a big shipment on Thursday 6 heavy duty metal shelving units. Wasn’t delivered on time of course. Arrived next day as partial delivery. Not even going into their practice of delivering items. We were missing 2 boxes. We Called Saturday, was told the boxes were crush and destroyed. Was going to the warehouse for inspection. Husband told them more than once the order would have to cancelled. These were order to be put on a trailer now and we were leaving to go out of town for over a week in the morning. Told them more than once it needed to be canceled, no one would be there for the delivery. FedEx said they completely understand and it would be canceled and sent directly back to the company.

    Well Monday 9:00 am they have them out on the sidewalk for all to see. Called immediately after fighting with the stupid automated system, finally got to talk to a human. Story now is there were no notes saying this was canceled and they weren’t going to do anything about it. Their mistake multiple times and again my problem, time and money. I hate FedEx. This isn’t the first issue with them and it is always not their problem. Just another company that can does a half ** job or don’t do their job at all.

    I have cameras viewing my driveway and front door. On two occurrences this year the Fed Ex team has reported delivering product to my front door and cameras prove they never even entered my property within 2 hours of the claimed time. After hours on the phone with Fed Ex the first time they finally reviewed the GPS location of the vehicle at time of said first delivery and they were miles from my home. Fed Ex needs to implement location fencing on their geo tags to alert their drivers of their mistakes in real time so we aren't stuck chasing replacement deliveries all the time.

    Worse company ever. Do not ship with these people. They leave your packages wherever they feel like it and when you tell them it's been misdelivered they not only do not file a claim (obviously because nothing comes up on their view claim website) and they don't retrieve your missing shipment! You talk to some 3rd party that has no info and no clue on anything so nothing gets resolved. When they take a picture of where they deliver something it would be nice if they included in this picture the actual numbered address on the house or box so we might be able to recover it ourselves but no....It obviously got delivered to probably the driver's own home. Fed Ex is a joke and obviously thieves!

    Sent an envelope Priority overnight next day morning. It was imperative to get there next day morning. Package arrived in 2 days. Upon contacting Fedex for their money back guarantee because they charged me for overnight delivery while delivering in 2 days, they claimed that the address was hard to read. **. First off there were two phone numbers. One for the business sender they could have easily reached out and clarified and one for the destination. No attempt was made, instead they delivered when they felt like delivering and refused to do anything to make it right. Good thing our business signed up with UPS. I am so done with LAZY FedEx.

    Package was picked up from seller by Fed ex in that state. 6 days later package still in that state. Online tracking shows package to be delivered on a certain day, but the package is still in that state. Updates isn’t accurate. I call the toll free number and talked to a customer service representative and still nothing she could tell me about my package other than what the online tracking shows. This so disappointing and frustrating. I order the the goods for a event that has passed now. I wouldn’t recommend fed ex to no one and I would rate them - 0 if I could.

    I take care of my mom who is in Hospice at the age of 94 and so I am unable to get out to go shopping. So I place a lot of my purchases to be delivered directly to my house. I live in a townhouse complex and we have had numerous situations involving porch pirates. In fact I have had deliveries stolen off my front porch. So I went as far as having a sign made asking that all delivery people please ring the doorbell when placing deliveries on my front steps. Yet, the FedEx delivery people don't feel that they should follow a simple request such as taking a minute to ring a doorbell and so they just drop the boxes and leave. Half the time I think it's because the boxe(s) have been damaged and there's hole(s) in them and they don't want to be confronted. When I speak to a supervisor regarding these issues, I get told that there is nothing they can do about it. So POOR service from FedEx, yet they continue to raise rates. Disgusting!

    Once again disappointed by FedEx. This company couldn't deliver a package on time if they tried. This is exactly why I do not use FedEx. They are the most unreliable unprofessional delivery service on the planet. Every time I use them I always expect to get my package late. I don't know why I expected any difference this time. They will send me notifications that my package will be delivered on a certain date between certain hours but they can't send you a notification saying that my package isn't going to be delivered on time the day they specified.

    They don't care that I am out $300 because I took the day off from work. They could have notified me that they couldn't deliver it on time when they said it would be here and I could have picked it up from them so at least I didn't take the day off for nothing. I mean I took A-day off work because FedEx said I needed a signature so I had to be there to sign. How unprofessional. I hate FedEx unfortunately I buy and sell and ship and receive items every day.     My wife shipped 6 boxes from Mexico to Dallas 3 month ago and we received one all broken and 5 have been declared lost by FedEx, we have contacted just about everybody, even went to the corp, but nobody really helps, this were heirlooms priced up to 6K, and most likely, it must have been divided among the warehouse. They told us it was in customs, but tracking the packages they show up here, nearby and in customs, but they care very little and no one at fedex takes responsibility or even tries to get it thru customs or find them at the warehouse.     Don’t get your passport photos taken at a local FedEx Office. I paid an outrageous $18.50 – almost $20.00, for 2 crappy digital photos at my local FedEx Office (both of which are the same photo – 1 is normal, 1 is a cropped close -up). Walmart charges under $8.00 for 2 passport photos and has a dedicated photo booth. The FedEx Office had an employee with shaky hands holding a handheld camera who asked me to stand against a wall in a tiny crammed space between some computers and a copier.

    One of the pictures he took has half of a giant plaque in it that was on the wall next to me with instructions on how to use the copier. Then they added on a $2.50 fee for taking the picture....a fee they made sure to keep secret the 3 times I called them on the phone and asked about passport photos and the entire time I was in the store before they took the picture. And this was the Manager of the store who pulled this scam/bait-and-switch - not some low-level employee. They used no resources – no printer, no paper, no toner, no nothing, and put the 1 picture – which I got 2 pictures out of (1 cropped close up and one normal picture), onto my own USB device. $18.50 for that!?!? Walmart prints out 2 pictures for you on full color glossy photo paper for $8.00 out the door…. What a ripoff. I’ll never go to the local FedEx Office for anything again.

    Worst service and I would like to give zero rating. Express delivery to India took more than 2 weeks time. Even after 2 weeks, my family member has to go to the location and wait for 6 h for the pickup. They closed many FedEx locations permanently in India and have no phone number to contact except the customer service number which is very hard to connect. I am not going to use this service and would recommend people not waste their time and money. The customer service agents are rude and don't even have a reason for the delay. They simply said due to a local delivery delay in the location they can't issue the refund.

    It’s Monday at 2043 - I’ve been waiting for Fedex to pickup a package sitting by my garage door since Saturday. Box is 115 lbs - so I can’t move it. They said they showed up at 6pm today to pick it up but did not see it. It is a 4 foot long brown box with a fedex label on it right by the garage where I told them it would be… Also, I was sitting outside at 6pm playing with my dog-so they were obvious lying.     Unbelievable the incompetence of FedEx... Ordered from a third-party seller on best buy... item shipped ok... Told Friday (today) delivery... Received word Wednesday it would be early so Thursday (yesterday) it would arrive.. Waited home all day.. No delivery.. Called CS.. They said Friday.. Ok then... Now because my buzzer is broken at the main entry doors I added everywhere I could that I needed a text or a call when he arrived to meet him at the door... Told CS also... Figured np right?

    So all day today I wait.. No delivery.. Call CS.. Am told they were here but the buzzer didn't work so he left. I said I had instructions to call or text as my buzzer is broken. Told suddenly drivers don't call or text upon arrival. At all. They are not issued phones nor use their own. So... I wasted 12 hours waiting Thursday, 9 hours Friday, not knowing I'd have no chance to get my delivery anyway... and there were multiple chances for FedEx to inform me drivers can't, don't, or won't ever call...even if there's a situation a customer has that absolutely requires it. But not once was I told no call or text is possible.

    So now I have to pick it up and since my car was written off in an accident I will have to use transit an hour each way to a depot. I will never order from any business that uses FedEx again. FedEx should be ashamed at how pathetically incompetent they have appeared in my experience with them. I will be notifying the company I purchased from and also the BBB about them engaging a deliberate policy of no call or text capable delivery drivers. No phone availability inevitably results in an inability to provide the service they profess to offer.

    I truly dislike FedEx. I have an account with them and inside my account I have instructions to deliver all packages to "front door". However, they like to leave all my packages, big and small, by the street, which is 90 feet or more away from my front door??? Why would they do that? I wonder why FedEx even has the option for delivery instructions inside one's own account if they "do not" pay attention to the instructions? Packages can get stolen that far from my front door, and have been! I used to work for UPS and they have instructions to follow the customer's requests, something FedEx doesn't do. Highly disappointed with the FedEx company and do not recommend them.

    I have had 2 incidents of my packages being delivered to the wrong addresses. The first I actually watched them deliver my package to my neighbors and then got a notification that my package was delivered and this second time I got a notification my package was delivered and when I seen the photo seen it was not my house it was delivered to. The worst part is is that I have 2 very visible places to see my 911 house number. One on my house and one on a very large sign in my front yard. I called about the second package and had to use a automated service to file my complaint and now I am waiting an investigation. Which more likely will lead to nothing. So I called the company where I ordered my product and they are sending me a new one to replace the one the incompetent people at FedEx lost.

    AT&T uses FedEx for shipping! I had 2 iPhone 14 pro's ($2k retail value) that were scanned into their St. Louis location that never left their location for delivery. Over the course of 4 days, the website tracking said a delayed update was pending so, an internal investigation was opened. Oddly on the 5th day, the website indicated the package was delivered on the original date 10/1 @12:43 pm. Here's the catch, my front door is monitored 24/7 and time stamped. No FedEx Truck, No Package, No One person was at my door. So how was my package delivered and left at my door? I will never use/trust this service again! They Lied!

    I purchased a two-day express delivery for a very small object on Friday 9/9 to be delivered by the end of the day Sunday 9/11. The package did not reach its destination (from FL to VA) until Wednesday. 5 days. I paid 37.00 for two-day service. When I asked for a refund, I was basically told "too bad" by the FedEx representative that sold it to me and also by the Fedex employee on the phone just now at the complaint department. So, I am out 37.00 for something I could have paid 3.50 for that would have gotten there faster. This is theft!!! Misrepresentation and theft! The employee said that they only offer refunds to the 200.00 overnight packages. So, they lie, they cheat and they steal. Just my experience.

    I can't say how disappointed I am now with FedEx. Prior to COVID I always considered FedEx to be my Gold Standard, the one I would pay extra for if I needed to get something to someone on time or receive it in a timely manner. Lately however, it seems that FedEx will hire just about anyone to be a delivery driver (Signs in front of the Menomonee Falls facility in Wisconsin are for 'Drive Through Interviews', ALL DAY!), and there seems to be zero repercussions when the drivers outright lie.

    Here are 3 different examples in the last 30 days. Package is on the truck for delivery, at the end of the day get an 'exception notification'. Driver states recipient isn't home to sign, will attempt tomorrow. Contacted FedEx, they agree, package does not require a signature and should have been left, driver lied (and never attempted see camera note on the next one). Next package, was on truck for deliver, at the end of the day, exception notification. Delivery 'Attempted?' However the tell tale that they were lying again was no door tag (ohh and FedEx, I think you are forgetting how many people now have cameras and can easily tell if you 'attempted' delivery which you didn't). Contacted FedEx again, they agree, driver is lying and did not attempt delivery, would have to have left a door tag if they did.

    Again this week, package on truck for delivery, end of the day, exception notification. New one, Incorrect Address. OMG here we go again. Contact FedEx, initially they say they can't even re-attempt to deliver due to the Incorrect Address code, only hold at a FedEx facility or send back to originator. First, I ask if the address of the package matches my address, reluctantly, customer service says it does and the driver LIED again! Then we picked a local Walgreens to hold it at the next day. Well isn't it my luck, its on the truck for delivery the next day and the driver misses that stop and it heads back to the warehouse AGAIN.

    Customer Service at this point is useless, they can't even make up an excuse anymore, the guy I talked to said he agreed looking at the delivery that they are pretty much incompetent at this point. So at this point, I will use any other shipper but FedEx, it's incredibly disappointing to see how far down they have come from their pre-COVID performance. This kind of thing will sink a company whose sole purpose in life is to get things to their destination on time.

    TNT / FedEx Tracking No. **. Our supplier had despatched material from UK to India. It was received by FedEx on 18-Sep-22 but no intimation came to us. The status indicated on the website falsely claims that "Intimation was sent on 19th" and that "it was mutually agreed to return the consignment to Sender on 22-Sep-22". None of it true. There is no record of communication from TNT/FedEx to us nor any proof that we had agreed for the return of the item to sender. We are still struggling to get the item from TNT/FedEx as of 29-Sep-22.

    I have had an ongoing issue with FedEx. We live at the end of a right-of-way - a long, but easily traversable driveway, which is actually our neighbor's property. Everything is level and there is plenty of room for most trucks to turn around easily. From there it is only a 15' walk to our front door. I'm not sure if it is one driver or several who consistently dump our packages in the neighbor's yard, in clear view of the road so that anyone can grab them. We've also had food and frozen food left in the sun because they were never delivered to our doorstep and we found them too late. UPS and USPS always manage to find my doorstep; it's only FedEx who employs lazy drivers who can just toss my packages out like trash. We've even almost run over them. I have complained several times, but the issue is never rectified.

    UPDATED 10/10/2022: This is a follow-up of my one star review sent a few weeks ago for my lost package. Claim was placed by a sympathetic CS rep. But, it was incorrectly placed. So, it was denied.. Now I have redone the claim and they are now not responding. My calls keep getting transferred from one person to the next, each with the same.. or no.. knowledge about the process. It seems this once iconic company has dissipated into the third world. Very disappointing.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW: 3 packages sent. 2 arrived. The third is missing. Sent to some distant location. What is so strange is their inability to track its location. The customer service is very 3rd rate. I doubt if I'll ever see it turn up. Putting in a claim is not too easy. UPS would have been a better choice. FedEx is definitely a poorly run company.

    In the last 2 or 3 months, FOUR deliveries have not arrived at our home, but in fact were delivered to neighbors, blocks away from our home. One was at least the same number as ours, if not the correct street. Another was blocks away with nothing anywhere close to our street address. Fortunately, these kind neighbors brought the deliveries to our house. It comes down to a person in a truck making the right delivery. I thought it would be useful if I could report that and his/her supervisor advise the person to pay more attention, but of course FEDEX does everything possible to block you from real contact with real people who work for the company that might be able to help. I ask all my vendors now to please use a company other than FEDEX. It's sad to see a once great company in the tank.

    I ordered a new laptop and paid for priority shipping with FedEx. The day it was supposed to arrive I ensured I was home to receive the package. It never showed up.     I am submitting a formal complaint. I was scheduled to receive life-sustaining medication that is temperature sensitive today 9/21. Once I arrived home from work to see no box, I looked at my tracking that said "unable to deliver" at 3:18 according to your driver there was no one to receive my package. I live in an apartment building with the leasing office (open till 5) just next to the entrance and a call box with every resident's name on it (accessible 24/7). Additionally, my phone number is listed on the container to call with any issue due to the fact that it is life-sustaining, temperature-sensitive medication. Once I called your customer service they said the FedEx driver wasn't able to get into the gate, there is NO gate here. The rep then instructed me to go to the location, where drivers return undeliverable packages, between 830 and 9 to pick up in person.

    I arrived just before 8:30 and was turned away and told they were closed and they would not be able to give me my package. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed in the lack of service. I then called customer service again as I was instructed by the person at the shipment center. That customer service agent proceeds to tell me that FedEx drivers aren't provided a phone, so if they don't want to use their personal device to contact the customer, they don't have to. This is unacceptable, especially transporting medication. It's literally life and death products, not a pair of jeans or shoes lost in the mail. The customer service was nonexistent and the lack of caring about a necessary medication is completely unacceptable. I am disappointed and disgusted with the treatment and FedEx as a whole.

    I have had the unfortunate experience of receiving around 6 packages from FedEx this year. Why anyone would willingly chose them, I will never know. Every single time the original delivery date given is never when the package arrives. There is always an "unforeseen delay" that pushes it back a day or a week. The packages that I receive usually contain $200-$600 worth of goods, so it isn't something I want to leave laying on my porch all day. I purposely make sure I or someone I trust is at my home the day of the delivery and every time it never arrives.

    I call the customer service number and the automated system tells me the same info on the site (the it is supposed to be here today but yet it shows in another state). The automated system then tells me that a real person will have no more information. FedEx needs to do better. It is literally the worst. I'd rather have my mail delivered by a turtle. Kidding but it would be nice if someone competent could run their site and upgrade their systems to accurately display the information. For the price they charge, you'd think they could find smarter people running it.

    I have come to the point where I will never buy anything again from anyone who ships via FedEx. They have never gotten a delivery right. The most recent was an $1,200 electric scooter. I live in a condo community, but we all have porches and private entrances. I received delivery notification on Tuesday, but it never came. I filed a case with their virtual assistant and no one has contacted me. Turns out they delivered it to a different condo community in the area, which is on a completely different street, with different address numbers. I mean completely different. The delivery person was either illiterate or a complete moron, I don't know how he/she thought they were at the right place. Thank goodness for honest people who called our property manager about it and they sent our maintenance guy to go pick it up and bring it to me. Still haven't gotten any contact from FedEx on my case.

    Another time I ordered chairs. I had them shipped because I have a small car and would have had to make multiple trips. They delivered them 1/2 mile down the road from me. I found them because I walked around the neighborhood checking porches. Called FedEx to come get them and bring them to the right address. They said it would be a couple of days. It was a terrible snow day and the boxes were exposed so I ended up going and making multiple trips to get them home.

    Another time my package was lost in Chicago. It was souvenirs from a trip to New Orleans that I didn't want to carry home on the plane. The store promptly replaced the order. Then 5 MONTHS later FedEx delivers the original package which was so beat up and opened, and missing 90% of the contents. They should have been ashamed to deliver something like that. These are just a few examples, there are several more. I just don't get it, the following businesses have never had an issue making a delivery to my place; UPS, USPS, Amazon, Instacart, Grub Hub, Uber, etc. None of them have ever had an issue, yet FedEx has never had a successful delivery.

    Placed an order on Home Depot's website for 2 pet gates which are not available in any of the Home Depot stores. The total cost was $42.38 for both. I paid for the order with my PayPal account. So far, no problem. Home Depot gives my order to FedEx to make the delivery, and this was the beginning of a big headache for me because FedEx delivered my package, but they delivered it to the wrong house and would not take responsibility. I know they made the delivery because after several phone calls to FedEx customer service, one of their reps said to me "I checked your order and have confirmed that your package was delivered because the driver took a picture of the package at your front door". He said that "the picture clearly shows the package in front of a white screen door on a house that has some brick".

    I responded "my house does not have a screen door nor does it have any brick anywhere on my house so clearly the package was delivered to the wrong address" so I asked for a copy of the picture to hopefully find the house that my package was delivered to. I assumed the package was at least delivered to the right neighborhood. The rep stated that he could not send me a copy of the picture and just asked me to contact the shipper. I said the shipper has nothing to do with this issue but he didn't want to hear it.

    So I called Home Depot and then I was told to open a case with PayPal. Obviously no one wants to take responsibility for this issue which is understandable for Home Depot and PayPal because they did their part without a problem. It was FedEx that pretty much admitted that they delivered the package to the wrong house. By the way, I opened up investigation cases with all 3 companies which went nowhere. FedEx is entirely at fault here but they completely dismissed my issue without taking responsibility for their mistake. FedEx has no interest in customer satisfaction and does not stand behind their service. It appears they are now too big to care about their customers and the quality of the service they provide.

    We paid for overnight delivery of our packages, which had our family passports. The following night we had a flight to catch. We were home all day long waiting for the package. The status update kept showing “in transit” and later after 5pm we see “failed attempt”. It was an obvious lie, as we did not get a door bell ring, neither phone call or door notice about failed attempt. The following day was Sunday, and the offices were closed. We missed our flights, and no one was hold accountable for it. The company should change their name to fedUp.

    FedEx driver delivered our package to the wrong address. Customer service refused to try and locate the address where it was delivered and instead told us that we need to contact the shipper to have a claim opened. I do not agree with this policy. Every driver's scanner sends out a GPS location every time an item is scanned. They should be able to verify it was misdelivered and at the very least get an employee out to try and recover it for re-delivery. All I wanted was for FedEx to correct their mistake.

    Then the customer service rep tries to tell me the problem was that the shipping label was blank! What???? How did the package get a delivery scan if the driver didn't have a name or address to deliver it to???? Either they are lying or they don't care about the quality of service their employees provide. Either way, I'm avoiding FedEx at all costs.

We put a vacation hold on our address and lo and behold they still delivered the package. We took a screenshot of the vacation hold (thank goodness!) as after three days of waiting for them to do something they now say there is no vacation hold. The last person we dealt with about this issue (54 hours ago) said they would have the driver go back and pick it up. Never happened and she even gave us a confirmation number but did not put anything in the report!!! Just so you know the first two did confirm the vacation hold so not sure what has happened to it now. We now have lots of case numbers and no package.

    I ordered an item December 2021, unfortunately the seller chose FedEx to deliver the package. It never showed up and there was no way to track it except the statement "we showed it was delivered". Fast forward 2.5 months later and the farm manager from a large farm down the road called and said I had a package on his office's front porch. FedEx delivered it to the wrong place, then would not return it to the original sender without charging full price.

    Now I have another order coming and was disappointed to find it being sent by the seller via FedEx. I chose the option to pay extra on the FedEx website so it would be delivered between 5 and 8 pm as my wife would be home that date and time for the required signature. I received a text stating delivery was attempted at 1:45pm and no one was home. The driver went to the side door where there is no doorbell and didn't attempt to ring the one on the front door as my stepdaughter may have been home to sign.

    I called and spoke with someone from another country (service representative) who stated they would try again tomorrow. Again, I explained I paid the extra fee to chose a time window for delivery, but they obviously only use this a ploy to milk extra money out of the consumer. I have chosen to have it dropped at a FedEx drop point in town and will pick it up later if they manage to drop it off correctly. This will be after I have written a letter to the Ky Attorney General's office notifying them of this scam to rip off receiving customers by having them pay for a service that is non-existent. I can only imagine how many people have been taken advantage of by this company using this tactic. It bears further exploration by a prosecuting attorney.

    I had ordered a pick up from my home. I bought the shipping label online from their website (2 day mail). The day FEDEX was supposed to pick up the box with the shipping label I printed they did not show up. I called that late afternoon and was told that they could not come that day anymore but they would come the next day. I said I that I had a ordered a pick up with a 2 day delivery and that it was going to cost me $ 58.00 dollars and that I did not want to pay a penny more. The guy I spoke with said no problem. So the next day FEDEX came and picked up the box. But here is what happened someone took my label off the box and put an overnight label on for $ 137.00 dollars. I did not authorize this and to make a long story short they charged my credit card $ 137.00.

    I called and spoke to several people and no one cares. That was not the label i put on the box. I did not authorize the 137 dollars. I still have copy of my original label and emailed it to them with an explanation but no one cares. FEDEX is a scam! I will never use them again. No matter who I talked no one cares. They said that there is nothing they can do about it. FEDEX you are a scam!

    I use FedEx every now and then because sometimes they have the cheapest shipping costs. Well, this last time I used them I found out why. I dropped a package in one of their drop boxes in the neighborhood. By the way, these drop boxes are impossible to locate. The majority of the time they are nowhere near where they're supposed to be. I drove around a parking lot trying to find one, and the GPS brought me to a dumpster pad. The box ended up being on the other side of the lot. Another one I went to first wasn't even there! Yet there was a picture of it on Google Street view.

    I finally found the box, and the package was dropped off on a Saturday, with the next pickup being Monday. The buyer contacted me 4 days later because there had been no movement. Sure enough, the last information in tracking was that a label was made it was dropped off to FedEx on Saturday, but never scanned in. So I filled out a claim. The package finally began moving on the day it was supposed to be delivered. My claim was denied, understandably, but the package ended up being delivered a week late. Where's the accountability here? What if it was a time-sensitive package? Nobody cares anymore.

    Why have a tracking number if the info is never correct? I have a tracking number that tells me my package will be delivered on Tuesday, then on Monday evening, the package is "pending" and I get no info for two days, then the package arrives on Thursday. Just tell me the package is going to arrive on Thursday! This latest instance, I have a tracking number that tells me the package will be delivered on Sunday. Has said that for three days, but there had been no tracking update for three days. I call, clearly knowing that package isn't coming on Sunday, and I am told it was coming on Tuesday. So, they updated the tracking saying it was going to arrive early, it was that way for days, and then I have to call to find out that it's coming on Tuesday?!

    The person I got through to on the phone could update my tracing via email, but NOT on their website. So the customer service person had my current tracking info, but I didn't and couldn't get it via my tracking number. How does that make sense? Out of the last ten packages I've had delivered via FedEx, about 2 of them arrived on time based on their tracking numbers. The rest are three to four days past the delivery date of the tracking number. Not to mention the number of dented, bruised and broken things that have happened to my packages. They also have the worst automated phone system I've ever experienced in my life.

    First: I bought my product on 08/23/22, on 08/24/22 it was shipped and I got a post from FedEx stating I should receive it on 08/27/22 by end of day, it did not make it. So since the 27th was on a Friday I gave them until the 29th for delivery, (end of day for FedEx is 8 pm EST) so since my shipper is CST I called them at 8:15 pm on the 29th, a very nice woman helped me out and the next day I got another post from FedEx stating I should have my delivery between 10:45 am and 12:15 pm on 08/31/22 but guess what no delivery, I called FedEx up just to find out where my box was, (it's been in Ellenwood, Ga. since the 29th according to the delivery schedule) but the call center said "it was not at the shipping department" so I asked "then where is it ?" They could not tell me. Now what kind of shipping company does not know where the product is at, I mean they have a bar code on the box and it should be scanned any time it moves, should it not????

    Second: I am starting to believe there is a little boy with a banjo on his knee in the rafters of the FedEx office and I happen to be with the canoe crew from the movie "Deliverance" on the ground floor.

    I have had several packages delivered over the years. I’ve lived at the same address for years. I use all delivery services and FedEx is by far the WORST. Why do they have a section for delivery instructions when the drivers don’t even pay attention to it. I have a package container on my porch directions say, "Please place my packages in container." No no that’s just too difficult. It’s either right in front of the door or today topped it right on the step to my porch. I watched him on my Ring just throw it and leave. Having no idea the contents you just throw someone’s packages. Are they really getting that lazy. Too lazy to care about customer quality. If I could pick my delivery service it would never be FedEx. They do have some decent delivery drivers but they are FEW and far apart. DO BETTER FEDEX.

    My wife and I joke all the time about who the carrier is and when, or if we'll get it. We have now lived in semi-rural North Florida about 4 miles out of town. UPS has yet to lose a package, the mail seems pretty reliable, but FedEx has lost 5 packages in shipping. When you track the packages the responses range from; "Your package seems to either be lost or misplaced," to "We are having troubles finding your package in delivery," to "Your package has been returned to the distribution center and will be attempted again (we're retired, have a ring doorbell, and are always working around the property, so we never miss a truck coming down our private drive)."

    Now I'm waiting on a package twice shipped from Samsung, and while it is due today there is almost zero chance it will arrive today, possibly not even tomorrow. The package will be damaged in some fashion, and the driver will be haggard from the relentless delivery schedule and expectation. I'm guessing any one of them would have gladly traded places with Tom Hanks for a little peace and quiet?

    Yes, I understand that working for UPS or FedEx is no day at the park, let alone a mail carrier. And while I seldom blame the driver (there is one driver that every time they come says, "I could not find your house" for the fifth time?). The blame falls squarely on FedEx for their delivery guarantee and posted dates. I did notice a recent change though when tracking, and that is in the verbiage. It now says "your expected delivery date is **/**/****." I give them 4 stars because of their drivers, and 2 stars for package delivery.

    We have had several experiences with FedEx, none of them positive. Yesterday evening we had a big formal affair to attend and I had ordered an item I needed for that affair, expecting it to arrive on time. I was given a date of arrival, which was yesterday. Yesterday came and went, no package. I get a text saying the address is wrong, which it is not. (I reached out to the company to see what address was used). We have a bunch of condos behind us, but we are a house on a main street, beyond the driveway for the condos. The condos are 7746 and we are west of there at 7726. They returned the package because the driver said it didn't have a condo # on it. WE ARE NOT A CONDO. They do not even look at the address, they just sent it back. Now I have no idea when or if I will receive the item.... This has happened multiple times. I would never use FedEx again....

    Twice I've had to file a police report for grand larceny due to the employees who work at FedEx. I had my computer stolen once, and received an empty box. The resent item was driven to my home, where the driver never left the truck, marked my item as delivered and drove away. Not once did they reach out to me from the time I reported it stolen. I reported while I watched the driver drive away from my house, as he never left the truck and was around the corner before I could even hit my front door. I received a call this morning. It's absolutely abhorrent that this rep would tell me they investigated the item and determined it was "lost". Don't use FedEx. The employees are opportunists, and could care less they destroy your life by stealing your means of making a living.

    It saddens me to see supposedly educated appointments running the logistics at FedEx. Obviously theorist and not practitioners, picked up in Martin-Nashville-Memphis-Dyersburg, for delivery to Covington. Another coming from China - Anchorage - Memphis, 4 days, then taking over 3 days to go 50 miles for delivery. I believe FedEx needs to stop equating a degree with intelligence as these individuals are costing the company millions in labor-fuel-fleet management repairs-customers due to the inability to apply commonsense.

    I had a positive view of FedEx and remember their commercials as a start-up "When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight." When I desperately needed that type of service, and FedEx completely failed. The 50 gram letter would have arrived faster with a normal postal service for $2. I had forgotten my driver's license when I left for a long trip to the USA. Lucky to have a great friend, he posted it already on Tuesday with a "Priority Service" of the Swiss Post which partners with FedEx, paying $85 for a "3-day priority" delivery. Swiss Post assured him it would arrive Thursday or Friday, so I could rent a car on Saturday. Following the tracking carefully, the shipment was passed off to FedEx at Charles de Gaulle airport on Thursday 03:46 AM. Certainly FedEx could then live up to their "absolutely, positively overnight" promise... What followed boggled my mind.

    Nothing came on Thursday or Friday. On Saturday it was not possible to rent the car. On the following Tuesday 08:46 the tracking claimed "26 July 2022 08:46 Consignment will be delivered UNITED STATES EASTERN". But still nothing arrived. On "26 July 2022 09:58 Incorrect address - please contact TNT Express UNITED STATES EASTERN" (TNT has been recently bought out by FedEx)." I called FedEx by phone and the agent said only "you are right, there is something strange about this shipment". She claimed the address was incorrect, but I confirmed that the address they had was exactly correct. She promised an agent would call within 24 hours. Nothing.

    24 hours later I called again: this time the agent claimed the tracking number indicated a shipment from "Belgium to Poland" and the letter had been rerouted for reshipment back to Europe. When I told her no agent had called in 24 hours, she said the time limit was actually 48 hours. I mentioned that Swiss Post had promised "3-day service", to which the agent said "they really should not promise that". I waited yet another day (now Thursday, 9 days after it was posted). Still no shipment, still no call from an agent investigating the case. Another call to FedEx, and again I was again told that the was "something strange" about the shipment. I again confirmed that the address was correct. The letter was finally delivered on Friday, a full 10 days after it was shipped, and by then I was by then 3000km away from my license. Another fine friend shipped it with UPS, which took the requisite 3 days to arrive there.

    There are several bottom lines here: (1) FedEx for $85 took as long as a normal air-mail letter for $2 (airmail Switzerland to USA takes 4-10 days to arrive); (2) FedEx could not figure out what the problem was, claiming the address was wrong (it was not) or that the shipment was mixed up with another one -- the agents were totally confused; (3) The agent who was supposed to investigate the case never bothered to respond, but rather I always had to contact them; (4) A refund would be in order, but FedEx's refund policy only applies for US domestic shipments. In short absolutely, positively abysmally poor, slow service. FedEx might claim that their partner Swiss Post was the problem, but their own tracking information proves that FedEx received the shipment after only 48 hours.

    Many such anecdotes are circulating on the internet. Trustpilot rates FedEx with a score of 1.3 out of 5.0 (TrustPilot no longer accepts reviews because FedEx has since refused to receive them). The word is that FedEx is overloaded and is not meeting its own goals or those of its clients (like Amazon). My advice is that you never rely on any FedEx promise or the information that their agents give you on the phone. Finally: use other shippers which promise less, but probably get your package to you faster in the end.

    The worst! I import from the UK to the US often and 99% of the time I use UPS, which has always been a good experience, sometimes a bit slow, but solid. The few times I've chosen FedEx were when I needed expedited service, and I paid extra for that. But each and every time I've done that FedEx not only doesn't deliver on time but the tracking info typically shows the package being held up in Memphis or another hub due to a "customs value discrepancy", which is FedEx's way of not having to reimburse you for their inefficiency. Blame it on US Customs. Of course, the customs forms were filled out properly and FedEx gives you no way to re-submit the paperwork anyway. Their excuse seems to always go away without further input from me and the package finally gets delivered - sometimes 3 weeks late. And then they refuse reimbursement.

    Another FedEx scheme: in order to charge extra they send a bill 10 days after delivery that states that the package was slightly oversize, by as little as one inch, which then doubles the price. Of course you've already thrown out the box by then and can't prove anything, except that you measured it accurately before shipping. They refuse to send a picture of their measurements and the burden of proof is 100% on you. This company is nothing but crooked.

    Weeks ago, I opened a case to find out what happened to my DELAYED package being delivered to me. After days, I received a call and was told it was being taped and I would receive it the next day. After weeks and several more calls (at this point I had a Case Number), I was finally told it had completely disappeared, was never being taped, and that the scan that showed it had been on the delivery truck was not accurate since scans are AUTOMATED (which I kept saying, You mean faked?). Seriously, FedEx employees can help themselves to your purchases and there is no trail or consequences. Their solution... make the store send you another one (via Fedex, I suppose... Another way to make more money?)

    Terrible customer service. I received a delicate part in the mail from the shipper. It was packed well and there was not a single issue. It was shipped not via FedEx. I changed my mind and decided to return it (it had to be shipped at my cost). The closest place to me was FedEx so I went with them. It was packaged the same way as it came to me. I even put more packing paper so it didn’t move around. I get an email few days later from the company (that I shipped the part back to) with pictures of crashed box. Very clear that something heavy fell on top of it. Filed a claim with FedEx in 4/2022. Included detailed pictures of the damage and packaging and protective packaging. The claim was denied with 48hrs.

    Called and spoke to a supervisor who was not very helpful and said it was not protected enough. I tried to explain that the damage is obviously caused by improper shipping or securing of the packages at the facility or on the truck. There was not convincing him. I offered to send more detailed pictures from the receiving business proving that the package was in fact well packed and part was protected. He stated no problem. So I obtained the pictures and submitted them. No answer for almost 1.5 months.

    Called back. They claimed they did not receive any pictures. Resent again. Denied. I paid extra for protection and insurance. The clerk at the desk examined the box before taping it and said nothing about “poor or inadequate” packaging or protection of the product. Of course a small box no matter how well packaged with get crashed by something bigger and heavier. The box looked like a truck drove over half of it. But FedEx won’t admit it. FedEx just lost several customers for life. I have an extensive family and friends network. None will be shipping with them over a $200 insurance claim that they would not pay.

    I have had issues with shipping companies not delivering when they said they would, but this is getting crazy. I am on a project (not expecting for them to know that) and I am currently expecting for all of my stuff to get here. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday and never showed up. I called them today and the person that was on the phone was not helpful at all. She gave me emails that didn't work and had to get a new one from her supervisor. The online claims process is a joke and to be honest, I don't think they would respond to it. At this point, if I had the choice between shipping FedEx or picking it up myself, I would choose the latter.

    Needed to return clothes to a store out of state. They sent me a shipping label, dropped off package for Fed Ex 3:15pm on a Friday at local Walgreen. Gave gal my Fed Ex box and asked for receipt. She told co-worker that the device wasn't working well. I asked for a receipt, she told me I would receive text receipt. I received a link that asked for my tracking number. I called back to Walgreens at 6pm to get tracking number and asked for manager. She told me that the box had already been picked up. She said that they are just middleman, nothing in their system to pull up information. WTH?

    Sunday I called (Connie) at 1:15 pm at Fed Ex. She asked me a bunch of questions, including the shipping street address! I had already given her the tracking number. I tried to pull it up on the fedex tracking site, but it wouldn't come up, later when I got in, the street address wasn't there anyway. Connie said that the package had an exception notice and to call back to Walgreens. She said it was "black label " but wouldn't explain to me what it was. I asked for a supervisor four times and she refused to connect me. I got Russ, the manager, who told me that Fed Ex does not pick up on the weekends, that my package was still there!! He was very nice. But there is a breakdown in communication of services that needs retraining. Make sure to take a photo of your tracking slip before you send it, or a copy of the number. Lesson learned the hard way. FEDEX does not explain instructions to customers, and then treats you like you are stupid.

    FedEx is the worst delivery company in the world. They really need to go out of business so better companies can handle what they cannot. They have a page where you sign up to how you want your delivery handled and it never get handled the way I signed up. Every time you try to go on their site they say your password does not work. Please let this company go out of business. I do not know why companies use them for delivery. When I make my order and find out FedEx is delivering I never order from that company again.     Recently I used FedEx SmartPost to ship out a package for a sale I made via Mercari. The package never got scanned or picked up, just showed as I, the seller, created the label when the package was already dropped off. A week later, already having spoken to several FedEx customer support agents, I was told to file a claim, only for them to finally advise me that I could not file a claim for SmartPost packages due to their "policy." Then they keep mentioning something about an account number or an account executive, and I have no idea what that is!

    The entire experience has been beyond frustrating and I am never using FedEx ever again to ship any of my personal items. I couldn't even speak to a supervisor. Even one of the agents awkwardly told me over the phone that he doesn't know what I can do so I hung up on him as there is zero accountability and zero resolution. This has been my last time using FedEx, period.

    I hate it when company's use FedEx to ship me their products. I can't even begin to count how many time I have had issues with FedEx losing my packages, damaged them, lost them or delivered them to the wrong address. This so called shipping company needs to go out of business because they are the worst. Right now I am fighting with them on my shipment from Sam's Club containing 8 items. Every time I call them I get a different story. The first time they said my package was damaged and they had to return it to the FedEx location to repackage it. Then the second time I called they said "we are experiencing a heavy volume of packages right now and are having a hard time keeping up. Your package will be delivered as soon as we can get it to you." Then the 3rd time I get "It was on the truck for delivery and the driver noticed something was leaking from it so it had to be returned to the FedEx location to investigate what is leaking and if it is hazardous.

    Once our investigation is complete we will ship out your package. Can you please tell me the contents of this package so we can speed along our investigation?" And now the 4th time I have called they are trying to tell me that they are looking into the issue and will turn it over to some team to find out why my package is not moving and will try to make sure it gets put on the truck for delivery by tomorrow but they can't be sure it will be on the truck for tomorrow but will try everything in their power to make sure it gets to me as soon as possible." Not one person I contacted could tell me what happened to my package, where my package was or when I will get my package. But what they could tell me was a bunch of fabricated lies to try appease me.

    When I called Sam's Club about my order they were no better at helping. They just told me they would have to send my complaint to a higher up department so they can look into it and would get back with my by tomorrow. They would not cancel the order and refund my money or reship out a replacement order. But that is another review. I never had any problems with UPS. I hate FedEx, it needs to go out of business. Almost every time I get a shipment from them there is always problems, headaches and the run-a-round game.

    If the item is being shipped that has a nice price tag on it, you can bet your item will be considered “lost!” I was expecting a delivery this month on the 4th from a resell shoe company, my item arrived in a near my city in the second, I never received the package. I contacted Fedex every day for two weeks trying to get an update on my package and the only 3 things they could advise me was they are still working on my case, the package still shows on a truck and they were trying to communicate with the local facility to have my package delivered.

    This is something that is common with fedex, my package isn’t lost, it was stolen like several other items I ordered. This is horrible especially when FedEx doesn’t help the consumer, they could care less! I’m certain there is someone wearing my $250 pair of sneakers right now! Fedex should really invest in cameras on the trucks, in the warehouses, at all of their locations and body cams should be worn on their delivery drivers. If you can’t hire honest individuals, do something about it because this is getting out of line!

    At no point should I think automatically when seeing my items being shipped via FedEx that I won’t receive it. Fedex in Austell Ga is a horrible horrible location, you will not get your packages and if you go to the location to retrieve your package, forget it! You’ll be going on empty handed. This is horrible, I don’t know how a company is still standing with a rating as such. As of today, I have not received my package and no help from the company regarding it.

    Please don’t use FedEx. Being in a pandemic is understandable but this failure of service goes beyond “not enough workers”. My package arrived at a center near me 4 days ago. According to tracking it left the facility to be delivered at 4am. Then it was “returned to the facility” around 4pm. Agent told me it would be delivered by the end of the day that day and that they delivered until 8pm. But tracking said it was returned to the facility at 4pm? No reason why. New delivery date was for end of day the next day. Never received it. Updated to “end of day” the next day. Didn’t get it. It’s been 7 days and I still do not have this package that’s been in my area, according to tracking, for several 12 hour delivery days. I may never receive it and FedEx gets rude and unprofessional with ME for asking about it. Again, go with USPS or UPS! FedEx is a waste of your shipping dollars.

    This was hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They stated that 1 of my packages, (a set of 4 rims and tires, separately shipped) has completely gone missing. The first story I got is that they hadn't left the original location. The second thing I was told is that it did leave the location and is now somewhere at the new location it was shipped to. Then told it was missing, passed from department to department, and never am able to get a straight answer from anyone as to where my package has gone. Three have arrived, and they say the last is gone and missing. What am I supposed to do with 3 rims and tires? I can't drive a car with 3 tires? They can lose them in 1 day, but to try and get back to me I need to wait days and days; up to two weeks according to them!

    Get back to me now, call me back. This is ridiculous. I want to speak to someone on the phone and stop getting the run around. What an absolute joke.     Absolutely the worst service from a package carrier. I will NEVER use them again. 3 packages arrived in Memphis one week ago, all carrying the same goods. 1 package was delivered two days later on Friday. 2 packages are still in Memphis. After 10 calls trying to get an explanation, I’ve now been told that the remaining 60 hockey jerseys have just disappeared and my boxes are suddenly empty. I have been lied to repeatedly and they still have not even performed an investigation as to why 103 pounds of hockey jerseys just walked away from their secured boxes.     Had a package sent overseas 3 day shipment. Paid over $100. Found out that customs had it because the taxid number was missing. Asked why FedEx never contacted me about the situation and was basically told it wasn't their responsibility. So I had the package sent back to sender but they instead sent it to overgoods. After finding out a week later I told them to send it back to the sender and they said I would be charged over $100. I assume they didn't send back to sender so they could find a way to charge me for the delivery they failed to complete. I asked for a refund for the original shipment and was told it's not their responsibility whether or not the package was delivered within the 3 days or delivered at all. So basically they got paid for a service they didn't complete and charged extra for their mistake. Fedex never again. I recommend everyone to stay away as this company has no accountability.

    My original document was pending to be delivered since past 6 days. I tried connecting FedEx customer care, they use to share me the update which even I can see on the portal. I asked them to search for the location, where the document is stuck. I just got the update that the ticket is raised and document will be delivered by end of the days since past 6 days. I went to 3-4 FedEx offices to track my document, they gave me few contact numbers, half of which are not reachable. I managed to connect one and then after 4-3 contacts I tracked my consignment. In the entire process, customer care didn't even care to answer my ticket. Now when I have picked the document from the warehouse, I understand on the FedEx tracking system that it is in transit and out for delivery. This is how precise is FedEx while delivering your important documents.

    Probably one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I don't think they have ever delivered a package on time. I'm convinced that if a driver gets behind on their deliveries, they just start cancelling them until they are caught up. Every delayed order has had a ridiculous and/or impossible excuse. Don't pay for any of the faster shipping options, it'll still get there at the same time as ground.

    I get a monthly delivery from another company that chooses to use FedEx as their service. Every single time, the FedEx driver just leaves the boxes by the street instead of bringing them to my porch. I have never seen a company that has such lazy drivers-in the job description it says you must be able to lift/carry a certain weight. If the drivers aren't able to carry the boxes to my porch, maybe they should find another line of work. My husband and I are disabled and cannot carry these heavy boxes up to our porch-we wouldn't even need delivery if we were able to carry it, we would just go to the store and get it ourselves. The Fedex drivers have no concern if the customer is elderly or disabled or unable to lift heavy items. This is their job but they just leave the packages anywhere.

    Amazon and UPS drivers seem to be able to actually do their jobs correctly, so I'm not sure what the disconnect is with these Fedex drivers. Everyone is overworked, not just the Fedex drivers so there's really no excuse for not properly delivering packages. If you have a choice of delivery services, do not use Fedex. If you must use them, try to be home at the time they arrive to make sure they deliver the box to your porch and not just leave it anywhere by the street.

    Ordered a Starlink kit ($600). It was supposed to be delivered via FedEx July 17, 2022. It was marked delivered at 11:38am that day. No package. Checked security cameras (I live in a rural area with just about no traffic at all). Not a single vehicle drove by or near my property from 10am to after 1pm that day. I don't know where they delivered it, but it wasn't anywhere on the road I live on. I bet the driver took it.

    FedEx claimed they were 'researching' the package and then told me that it was indeed delivered (I would love to know how they know that) and to take it up with the sender (Starlink). Starlink rocks and immediately dispatched a replacement kit - THROUGH FEDEX. Oh no. This one is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I will be watching and waiting. I will be at the driveway. They will not show up. I refuse to use any company that uses FedEx from here on out.

    So, this crazy story got real strange. I didn't sleep since the day before, because I didn't want to miss the delivery. With installation the next day, I couldn't reschedule unless I wanted this huge box in my living room until August 2, 2022. That was unacceptable, so I waited until about 4pm and still no box. Odd enough, when I looked at the status it said the box was back at the warehouse. No number to call unless it was in a retail location. Only employees could call that place.

    More frustration of trying to find numbers that wouldn't defer me without letting me speak with someone. Their options are few, and if you don't give them a tracking number, they won't respond at all. I'm yelling at a damn bot, and when it said I couldn't speak with anybody, I wished I had an old fashioned landline that I could hang up HARD.

    I'm looking all around for the local store, which that national number tells you to call. An employee gets on the line and I tell him that I don't know where the TV is. I told him I was there the day before because the driver said it would be there, but I was turned away by the guy at the counter. He asks me what guy, and I lose it again and scream at him, "How the hell would I know? I didn't ask his name, he didn't offer, and I thought everything was on the up and up!" Never assume that about these shippers. They're full of it. I then quickly tell him to let me speak with the manager of the store.

    Kibui ** gets on the line, I explain everything to him and said I don't know where the box is. Driver said it was in Norcross, clerk said it was probably still on the truck, and we need to find that TV before the last driver leaves for the day. He tells me he will make some calls and try to find out why it was back at the warehouse.

    While he's speaking with me for the 3rd time, he puts me on hold, comes back and said the TV got dropped off at the store and the driver left. WHAT? Who told him I was going to pick it up? I don't have a truck; I have a car. I can't pull a huge box upstairs without a dolly, and this is crazy. Please get that delivered to me. I paid for it and can't pick it up.

    This is multi-layered. First of all, the website is silly. That bot is dumb as rocks; the virtual assistant. I don't get options that apply to my problem, and businesses everywhere are using the pandemic to become really inefficient, confusing, and just plain bad. I live in Duluth, GA, and I was expecting a large package today. The driver tried to deliver it yesterday when I wasn't expecting it. I sleep during the day. I get a door tag that says to pick it up at Fedex down the street, but when I went there, the package wasn't there. I had no idea what was showing up a day ahead of time. The clerk said it was going to be redelivered today (7/21/22). I purchase a lot of things online, and can't keep all the tracking information straight.

    I then go onto the website to try to pick a time for this delivery, because I can't put that box in my car. I never get the option to do so, and Fedex blames it on the shipper. The shipper has nothing to do with delivery times; just dates. The option to pick a time wouldn't show up, and I have to receive that package today. Installers are coming tomorrow. Their delivery manager software never lets me do what I need to do, but it sure makes it seem like you can handle these things using that junk on their website. I've already told them in that manager, if they require a signature, don't deliver before 6pm. I changed it to 5pm, but those delivery people never look at that... NEVER!

    Fedex is very inflexible about picking times to deliver anything, and I get conflicting information about packages. This isn't the first time a door tag was placed on my door, or none at all. Running me around when he could've just said he was going to redeliver it today. I don't know why they're so sloppy. He wrote on the door tag to pick it up, then kept it in his truck and entered something in the computer about redelivery. I had to go to the store to find this out? Pulease.

    That was bad enough, but their website is crazy, and if you call outside of "normal" business hours, it tells you to call back, doesn't give the hours, and hangs up. Directs me to my local office, which took me 15 minutes to find on the website, but that 800-number has nothing to do with my local Fedex office. How confusing & frustrating.

    There is no real feedback for Fedex aside from creating these complaints about them outside of their website. I'm not calling to complain, because that never goes anywhere and nobody tells me who they're sending complaints to. They just shine you on and nobody is ever reprimanded for anything. I need to sleep, but I'm afraid I'll miss this shipment when I have to have it today. I can't reschedule the installation company on such short notice.

    I think I'll type up a note and ask the delivery guy to call my phone when he arrives; to wake me up. I'll tell them I have to get the package today, so don't go away without delivering it. All these changes because of inflexible delivery manager software and a driver who is confused & confusing. Get it together, monopolies. We don't get to pick and choose who other businesses are using to deliver large packages like that.

    I ordered a Printer online in mid June. I received my tracking information and a month later after following the tracking from another city to mine and never receiving the product I called the shipper. I tried contacting FedEx but that was an absolute joke because there seems to be no way for a customer to get in touch with an actual person there, I spent too much time on their website and number trying. The shipper was able to contact someone finally and found out that they had generated the tracking number but never actually picked up the printer. I am not sure what they were scanning or what the system was following when I used the tracking number and their website and phone number this whole time but it obviously was not my printer. Never again will I use them as long as I can help it and have requested that when my printer is shipped it not be through them.

    It was early March 22 when my family sent a parcel from USA to India. It arrived quickly but took six weeks to clear customs, during which time FedEx did absolutely nothing to assist. Since I had left the country I asked the parcel be returned to the USA in early May. It's now mid-July and I've just learned the package has been sitting in a warehouse in, you guessed it, India since May.

    Despite 58 emails, 37 phone calls and endless time, the package is still not moving. All this time FedEx reps had both my phone number and shippers but never failed to reach out. I was first told it was lost/damaged, followed by a ton of other excuses just to find out, no it's fine - just sitting on a shelf for 10 weeks & yes they want to charge storage fees for that time. For a company that works in logistics, it's almost comical how bad they are at their job. Do yourself a favor and switch to another courier for your shipping needs. I know many others that will after this fiasco.

    I am genuinely impressed with how awful FedEx is, normally it takes a serious effort for a company to be worse than the federal government at a job, but somehow FedEx has figured it out. The delivery date that they provide is completely arbitrary, and their drivers are beyond lazy. I watched a FedEx driver stop in my office's parking lot which was full of cars and obviously open, get out of his truck and leave a "no one home" note on the door. I ordered a welder and two gas tanks on the same day, the welder was delivered early by UPS, while the gas bottles being delivered by FedEx are late.

    Thanks to FedEx I have a useless hunk of metal called a welder sitting in my shop, can't build the welding cart because I have no gas, can't install the floor in the 1950 Coronet because I have no gas, can't build the compound turbo piping in the 5.9 Cummins because I have no gas. If I had known that FedEx was the one responsible for shipping the gas tanks I would've bit the bullet and bought the more expensive 125CF tanks since they ship with UPS. If you are considering using FedEx to ship something to a client I insist that you find another logistics provider. They are not accountable for their failures as a company, and their hiring policy seems to be hiring all the Swift drivers who get fired.

    FedEx was my go to company for incoming or outgoing shipments. I am not sure what had happened in the last 3 years, it is incredibly sloooow and changes to PENDING. Item sits at a site for 2 extra days PENDING every time it stops. Customers are complaining and it is frustrating because it’s not my doing. Then it happened to me. Wow! Now I really know how my customers feel. I stopped using FedEx now. I also avoid companies that use FedEx to send my merchandises. However, I request or pay extra for a different shipping agency.     We just discovered that FedEx subcontracts their shipments. Maybe that’s why there is no communication between the company and the shipper. Nobody seems to know what anybody else is doing. Their customer service is phony, but that’s only if you can figure out how to get through to a real person. My real person was in a Third World country with chickens clucking in the background. This is the company I trust with my belongings? You cannot call the head office for information or communication because they refuse to give out a phone number. Their tracking is a joke and tells you nothing. Our delayed box came back with a hole in it and was re-taped. When I opened it my clothing was destroyed. They made no mention of this and tried to cover it up. Ridiculous excuse for a business.

    FedEx has issues delivering packages on time even if you pay extra 2 day delivery, you will get package 5 days later. Customer service are clueless and no help. Filing a complaint will not work either because they don’t follow up with it unless you put bad reviews in the internet. I am still waiting for my package that I was supposed to receive on 7/8/22. My package was just an hour away at Edison, NJ since 7/5/22 and haven’t moved until yesterday (4 days later). Now the package is in Arizona. They also have dishonest drivers about delivering packages. Every customer service tells you something different. A bunch of liars. Don’t bother with FedEx. Go elsewhere.

    Delivery from Wayfair was scheduled for 6/5, we were not going to be home so paid additional $11.50 and rescheduled for 6/6 in morning, a day later. When package never arrived I called only to be told due to high package volume my package was delayed until 6/7 and I needed to contact Wayfair. When I asked for a refund for not providing the service I paid for I was told that I called and requested it be delivered late!     Worst customer service ever. We paid for priority overnight, but the package was not delivered to the address we put on the label by 10:30am. At first tracking said it would be delivered by end of day, then later it changed to being dropped at a Walgreens for pickup after 10:30, with no notification. Had I not tracked the package myself I would not have known to send someone to pick it up, and we would have missed our own deadline for work.

    What's worse is the customer service person I got on the phone. Jasmine (no last name because she refused to give it to me, if Jasmine is even her real name). I started the conversation nice enough and apologizing for my rant, but the more we spoke the angrier I got. She refused the refund because she said on "her side" it was delivered on time, which was insulting because I was clearly explaining it wasn't. Then she refused to transfer me to a manager or whatever complaints department is over her, stating that she wasn't allowed to and they can't help me anyway. When I asked for a valid reason why she wouldn't transfer me, she stated there was nothing more she could do for me and hung up on me.

    My blood is boiling right now, I've never been treated so rudely by a customer service person. She didn't give me my refund, which fell under the guarantee. And worse she didn't even apologize or explain why, she just hung up! Honestly I'm more upset about her than about not getting the refund. Had she been a little nicer about the whole thing and explained a little more, the conversation would have ended on an entirely different note. Because she didn't and because she didn't give me the chance to explain my story to someone else, I have no choice but to leave a review here.

    I just received my order of fresh dog food via FedEx and they actually let the box leave the terminal in Durham covered in a flammable oily substance that smelled strongly of gasoline. I hopped in my car and had the driver come back and get it and he informed me that he told them the box shouldn't go out like that. He was very kind, took it back and said it was his last day. I called FedEx customer service and while they are very sorry, because sorry of course feeds a pet, there is nothing they can do. So Fedex is a dumpster fire with values like integrity and customer care being the primary things going up in flames. Oh, yeah, and the fire hazard dog food too.

    I never leave bad reviews, but FedEx is so bad I can’t just let it slide. The package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and signed for. My daughter was there to receive it. They immediately just stuck the notice on the door and took off without actually giving her time to answer the door. She went out, saw the truck, presumably they saw her, and they took off. Then CS said they would have it redelivered by 3 pm. Then at 6 pm, I got a call saying they can’t redeliver it and they took it to a Walgreens 30 min away. This was for medication I was supposed to have 2 weeks ago.

    Now I’m wondering why in the world I would ever use this service again? Seriously. Nothing about this was convenient or simple at all. I could’ve gotten my medication last week if I didn’t just assume that FedEx was competent. I don’t actually think this review will change anything because it’s obvious they don’t care about the service they provide, but maybe it will let customers know what to expect so they know to go somewhere else.

    FedEx SUCKS!!! I would just like to say that FedEx SUCKS!!! They have had my part since what looks to be Wednesday. The vendor sent FedEx the pickup request the Saturday before. It was supposed to be at my house the Monday before they even picked the part up... Since Wednesday, when they picked my part up from the vendor, my part has bounced all over creation and back. It left Greenville NC Friday morning supposedly on its way to me and it ended up going back to Greenville Friday evening!!! It never got to me!

    I called them and after pulling teeth from a tiger, I finally reached an actual human being. Then she says it went back to Greenville instead of to me because it didn't get scanned before it left there... Then how exactly was it listed on my history and I was sent a message that it was on its way to me if it was never scanned??? I asked the CSR to please connect me with a manager so I could lodge a complaint. She resisted but finally she put me on hold supposedly to get a manager. When she came back she acted like she couldn't hear me then giggled and said "I'm sorry I can't hear you. Please call back" and hung up...

    I did manage to find out that now it will be here before 10 am today. Saturday... I somehow doubted it. And lo and behold it's 11:30 Saturday morning and it's still not here!!!! They have ruined my holiday weekend with their blatant disregard for customers, customer service, or the packages they are delivering. What if it was a life saving medication that I could only afford to get through a delivery system like FedEx?? Where would I be a week after it was supposed to be here?? Please stop using Fedex and use UPS. They are way more reliable and usually less expensive. And their customer service is top notch.

    Let me tell you a story about #FedEx. We had a package out for delivery and an independent contractor delivery driver delivered it to the house next door. This is not the first time but probably the 6th or 7th that the same drive has done this. So this time the neighbor did not bring it over or text me. I looked at our security camera footage to see the drive deliver did in fact deliver the package at 11:06 at the neighbor's house. To make a point of this lack of attention the drive has for the deliveries I called FedEx. 3 days later the local office called and told me the driver will not go get it and deliver it correctly but for me to call the vendor and get a replacement. So how is that for customer service? How is it the responsibility of the vendor to replace an item when the shipping company refuses to correct the problem. We will be shipping with UPS or USPS from now on. Spread the word if you feel the same. #FedexCourier

    Fedex stated they delivered my package. No evidence on my door cam of driver ever showing up. I tried repeatedly to locate my package with no help from Fedex. I called fedex several times and the person couldn't / wouldn't give me my local shipping center's phone number. He said he was in a call center and didn't have that information. He would not give me any details of the "investigation" that fedex was doing. Same response from their automated help. No details, just that they are researching the issue... My issue was never resolved. Either the driver stole the package or he delivered it to the wrong house. Almost $1000 worth of product missing. Poor customer service. Stay away!

    This is the worst delivery service. I have been waiting at home all day for a package to be delivered. I literally did not leave the house because I was waiting for the package. Originally supposed to be here by 4:30 pm. Then by end of day. At 10pm, I get a notification that a delivery attempt was just made and no one was home. I was literally sitting on the couch by the front door. No one knocked or ran the doorbell. There was no delivery truck outside. Nothing. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do and I just have to wait till tomorrow for them to "try again". I have never had a good delivery with FedEx and will be avoiding them at all costs in the future. Ridiculous!

    I was to receive a package Thursday the 23rd, it never came. I was then told it would be here the 24th never came. Thursday I was lied to straight out to by customer service. So today is the 25th. I was informed I would have it by the 27th which is unacceptable. I was told it was going to be delivered today since I have been lied to and misinformed by their workers this whole time. The package has yet to come today. I was told it would be delivered today by FedEx customer service supervisor. Worst company that ever dealt with. I would give this a zero if I could on the review. They need to be shut down or bought out by UPS. Their tracking is unreliable. It gives you no real information. They're just lousy all way around. Terrible company, dependable, untrustworthy.     If I could give a negative 10, I would. I will never use FedEx again. I have a small business on Etsy, and because of the size of my item, it was necessary for me to use Fed Ex. I shipped the item in a FedEx golf box on June 3, 2022, dropping it off at the Ventura Ca, facility on Colt St. on route to Woodacre Ca approx. 375 miles, costing me $111.00 plus box & packing materials.

    Fed Ex has no idea where my customer's package is, and to add insult to injury, their tracking system is worthless, For example; 1) The tracking # shows the package shipped from Brooklyn, NY, not Ventura, California. 2) The customer service, appears to be outsourced because they are unaware of U.S. geography (thousands of miles separate California and New York). 3) The tracking site showed the package as delivered to the P.O. in Woodacre on the 18th, then on the 13th, then the 9th, then the 7th, now I’m told the package is perhaps in the FedEx facility in Tracey California, but I must file a claim to be sure or have any search done. For a claim number … 4) You are given 21 days to file a claim, and you should be able to follow the link to file online… but the link is broken (I tried 3 different browsers) leaving the only option 1) print 2) mail 3) or fax, which would be fine, if someone would give you the fax number … they won’t.

    5) I was able to speak with a representative of the USPS Immediately, and file a claim on the phone with the representative, the next morning I received a call from the Woodacre postmaster, informing me that my package had never been delivered to Woodacre (1,400 population, very small town), she has since updated me and my client daily. I cannot even call FedEx in Tracey. 6) I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I was horrified to see 15,000 + complaints and 1-star ratings, very similar to mine. 7) As a small business this is particularly difficult, not only must I refund my customer, I am taking a loss on shipping and I have no idea if my property will ever be found and returned, even if I am able to file a claim, FedEx has a very poor track record on refunding or taking responsibility for their mistakes, according to their BBB reviews and all others.

    8) I will keep posting my nightmare experience, and warning every other small business, because despite FedEx customer service rep's belief, most small businesses do not have 'shipping and production managers’ to handle these issues, and Etsy does not involve itself, they only supply the group discount if labels are bought through them.

    I have video footage of not only my lobby area, but the street outside. I waited for the package that was "On the truck for delivery" until I saw at 4:26pm, "Customer Not Available or Business Closed. Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day." I watched two hours of video. A FedEx truck never came to my location. If a retail company dealing with EVERYTHING from groceries to medicine can let you track your parcels "10 stops away," why can't a parcel delivery company?

    I placed an order from Saks, signature required. I received a notice at 11:20am saying that the item was delivered at 11:07am, I don't know where because I was home at the time of the supposed delivery, I didn't sign for my package. I immediately went downstairs, I live in a big complex, there was no FedEx truck outside. Called Fedex and filed a claim, I’m still waiting for someone to give me a call.     First off they double charged me for a delivery and they said they refunded me but I never received it, they told me that the problem is on my end, I tried to tell them that if you send a refund we will receive it but my BIGGEST problem with them is I sent a package out, only to a place three hours away from me, and it was suppose to be delivered the next day and it wasn't or the day after that or the day after that but on the fourth day. My customer took off to be at home and the delivery driver pulled up in his yard and turned around, didn't even get out of his truck, and left, my customer tried to stop him but couldn't. So we both called in to make complaint. My customer even told FedEx to come out and look at his cameras but they wouldn't. This went on for 10 days the driver saying he couldn't deliver it but again my customer looked at his cameras and again no FedEx driver to be seen even trying.

    So during my calls to them they assured me that I wouldn't be charged for the package but they did charge me. After several calls to them yet again they told me that they would not be refunding me for the package. And their customer service reps. are some of the unfriendliest I've ever run across. When you ask to speak to a manager and they refuse to let you and if you open a dispute with them and someone is suppose to call you within 24 hours but you never get a phone call or email from them, this happened three times to me. I will never ever use FedEx again and I told all my distributors not to use them when they ship anything to me. If I could rate them a negative I would. Use anyone but FedEx.

    FEDEX has to be the worse shipping company ever. On more than one occasion, they have sent me notice of package being delivered when it was not. I received notice of a package delivery yesterday at 4:45pm. It was not. Getting to a real person in customer service is almost impossible. The shipper says FEDEX is telling them the delivery date is today. The post office is a much better shipper than FEDEX. In the future if I order something that has to be shipped, I'll not buy from anyone that uses FEDEX.

    I shipped a package using FedEx 2 day. At the Fedex store they said it will arrive in 2 days by 8pm. Never said anything about non-guarantee and non-refundable. The package took 4 days. I called FedEx and they started quoting their policies and said that in the terms and conditions on the little screen one accepts, declares all this. The person at the counter did not say anything. All they have to do it inform the customer, so a customer can make an informed decision. The Fedex customer service (revenue department) person on the line was rude and all he did was just talk and kept reading me their rules and not listening to me at all. My $35 or so I paid for this is completely wasted. The post office would have delivered it in the same time for $5.50. Fedex disclosure policies are completely set up to screw the customer.

    Worst company! They will place packages on our unusable side porch even in the rain. All others put them on our glassed in front porch. When we have to sign for a package, they will walk up with the "missed you" sticker for the door with the package in their hand! They don't even knock.     We have had so many poor experiences with the Needham/Newton locations. Our company is now being told that they are refusing to pick up from our office building (Even if they come daily for other companies in the building) on any day except Monday and Friday because we don't ALWAYS have deliveries. But they come here anyway.... The woman that called to inform us of this was terribly rude and needs to be taught some manners.

    I noticed a trend with this company. It appears to me that when they exceed the estimated delivery day, FedEx will send a notification stating the parcels were delivered, then the next day or a couple days later it finally arrives. This got to have something to do with the way they record their metrics and performance.

    Interestingly enough this time, the delivery required signature. It was "signed" by someone we do not recognize and now the package is missing. I filed a complaint and the parcels appeared to be in transit again... So, was it delivered or not? Your guess is as good as mine!

    This is my third use of FEDEX for a LTL for a large and expensive e-bike. The other two were lost for several days and damaged upon arrival. This package has been bouncing around eastern Oregon for 4 days after being shipped from CO to Boise, ID. They delivered one of the two packages shipped at the same time and forwarded the large package with the bike from ID to OR, shipped to to Boise, ID, returned it to OR. It has had the label replaced twice and has sat on shipping docks for over 72 hours at various places.

    When you contact customer service they simply read you what you can read for yourself on the website tracking info (that is if the website is operational which is only 50% of the time). When finally placed in contact with a supervisor he said he would call the distribution center and get back to me with an update. I have since "turned blue and passed out" waiting for the call that has never come. This company is totally unreliable, not customer friendly and do not deserve your business.

    Again, within 2 weeks, I have to deal with another delivery company without ethic. This time is Fedex. I'm happy at least we have company like UPS in America. I ordered the club jerseys for my son and he has game this Sunday. We suppose to get our package last Friday. My home's entry point is a little bit hard to find out. The delivery guy didn't give a good try and mark my address wrong address. I gave them a call and leave the detail notes. At Saturday, I didn't see my package again. When I called this morning, they are saying I didn't leave my unit #.

    I told them there is only one unit and everybody else can deliver stuff to my address. Now , my son will miss his game. This is crazy, How come a delivery guy can delay the delivery again and again just because he doesn't want to walk a couple of more steps. Fedex please improve your service. You can't let your employee make a decision to delay the delivery. It is an issue we have a monopoly business here. Less competence cause less care to customers.

    I scanned less than $5 worth of items and the Fed Ex Office charged my card $40, each time I tried to get the machine to read my card or to add another page (had to start over 4 times). Now, I cannot use $40 on my debit card since Fed Ex Office placed $10 holds each time I logged on to use the scanner. Posting so no one else does this and is shocked to see money taken out of their checking account (you cannot use $40 for up to 7 days). I won’t be using their machines again.

    I recently moved to Tallahassee Florida and I've had 3 FedEx deliveries "delivered" but nowhere to be found. I've had to call them to retrieve my package, which last time they sent back to the shipper, causing me to repay for shipping, when they made the mistake. I have notes on all my shipments including noting on FedEx.com itself that I want my deliveries straight to my apartment. Instead they deliver it to the mailroom and it goes missing. Why can't an organization as large as FedEx follow simple instructions that they created in the first place? I'm really tired and frustrated at paying for next day shipping only to spend 3-5 days retrieving and reshipping a package.

    Our dear friends at FedEx were to deliver a package for me with 2nd day early morning delivery. According to FedEx "weather and storms" delayed the package from a Thursday morning delivery and the package finally arrived on Monday. Not a bad day and they charged me $90 and what I received was a $15 service had I chose to send regular ground. All I ask for is charge me the regular ground rate but due to "terms and conditions" which is very convenient, I'm screwed and FedEx has won the battle. I am beyond disappointed in the poor delivery and notification, and even more disappointed that FedEx has become oblivious to their customer base and would seem they do not care about business and only about making an extra dollar. So long FedEx, you have just elevated the US Postal Service and UPS to almost an equal level of performance.

    Fedex has lost a package sent to me! Package disappeared and no tracking has been available since 6/1/22. Should have been delivered 6/6 and now they won’t talk to me, tell the vendor it’s lost or do anything to assist until 6/13! Essentially I have to wait a full week for them to do nothing so that when and if they decide to admit they’ve lost the package so I can have it replaced I’ve been out the product for over 3 months from order time, shipping and then replacement if it’s still even available! They give their customer service agents the same robotic message to say “I’m sorry. The product is in transit to the warehouse”. Even though they can’t say WHERE in transit or WHEN it might be there because they have ABSOLUTELY no idea where it is! And then they have the audacity to have a message that says “weather delay” on the track my shipment message on the vendor site where order was placed.

    Last time I checked there haven’t been any major weather occurrences disrupting the airways or highways since the last update shipping date. LIARS! Horrible customer service! I’ve had several packages arrive safely that were sent AFTER this was supposedly sent via fedex. UPS and USPS seemed to be able to get packages sent here in the timeframe this was supposedly safely in transit via fedex. They are pathetic! The worse! Horrible! I would NEVER EVER use this company to ship anything!

    A stolen iPhone where the package was opened, the contents emptied and re-taped and no one notices that they are delivering an empty box? Automatic tellers have a weight recognition. Even if you put your plastic bag it detects and warns you. Surely FedEx has the capacity to stop its employees from stealing. But this is intentional. This is negligence and NO WONDER THEIR SHARES ARE PLUMMETING when online commerce is booming. A dying company. The cost of shipping was $45. They insure your contents for $100 (if they even return your calls.) What a corrupt company FedEx is.

    I placed an order in the U.S. to be shipped to Canada. It was held up at the warehouse by FedEx. I called to find out why and was told by FedEx I owed them $70.00 USD for a broker. That is $100.00 in CAD. That is highway robbery. We spent several hours trying to get to the bottom of this, precious time wasted. After the order was shipped back to the sender FedEx admitted that I was given the wrong information. We were hugely inconvenienced. FedEx obviously doesn't train their staff and couldn't care less. They did nothing to rectify the situation.

    Package was shipped from Australia to Mexico. FedEx Australia accepted the package without question. Arrives in Mexico, Mexican customs claimed there was "medicine" (over the counter healthcare supplement) in the package which needed a "special Government permit" for clearance. We requested for the package to be returned to origin but the customs broker (Sor ** - Senior Clearance Specialist at FedEx Cancun, Santos ** (Fedex), Mizael ** (Fedex), Jen ** (Grupo Aduanero), Jaime ** and Fernanda ** of Grupo Aduanero - **) claimed they could "subdivide" my package and deliver everything but the "medicine".

    Package is delivered to recipient...with 1 missing item (not the "medicine"), 1 missing document, and 16 sealed envelopes meticulously opened on the side by a slit, including bank statements. They didn't even bother placing the letters back the right way. Moral of the story: Mexicans are not to be trusted. Neither can FedEx. FedEx, you haven't lost just one customer. Guess who isn't going to be using your services for my new e-commerce store delivering to Latin America. You've lost thousands and potentially tens of thousands customers.

    FedEx is the absolute worst parcel carrier in the whole wide world, hands down! Their booking agents are fully clueless and they do NOT even have customer service, none that I ever experienced. It doesn't matter if you email them a thousand times or call, you never get a soul! I just booked a pick up over the phone, for a client, using their account number and the clueless lady that scheduled it never mentioned a bar code label, nor sent me one to our email.     We had been trying to pay for duty on a shipment for 4 months. No customer service rep would send us an email or an update or call us back. Every time we checked they would say they would send us an update via email or call, nothing. They sent us 2 invoices in the mail that we got after the final notice expired & 2 more after it was paid saying we need to pay it. Our product was sitting at our local Winnipeg depot for 3 weeks then got shipped back to Mississauga for nobody knows why. We could not get it until the invoice was paid even though it was and they kept saying “we will send you an update when the product will be ready for pick up”. 4 months of this empty promise. They just informed us that our $200 order has been disposed off because it went on too long. Absolutely a garbage way to treat people. Nobody cared or even tried. They should be ashamed of themselves.

    I started shopping at a big box store almost 10 years ago exclusively. FedEx was the carrier. Items arrived broken or damaged late or not at all. I stopped ordering from this big box store and switched to a competitor. Any issues with Shipping and delivery were rectified immediately. Not so with FedEx. I requested holds on packages due to being on vacation. Packages were left visible for days on end at my residence. Packages were left outside in the weather or not delivered period although FedEx in the app of the big box store they shipped for claimed items was delivered. I requested refunds. The items showed up the next day after each request. My driveway was wet. The drivers ploughed through it and hit a pole. Enough. I asked them to park elsewhere and to put packages in a certain spot at my residence. Last week the driver failed to deliver packages again and was rude. Done. I will not use any company using this carrier period. Enough!

    Last month I received a phone call from the local FedEx Ground office saying they needed to verify my address in order to deliver a package I had from Walmart. After I verified my address I was told that it would be delivered the next business day. I still have not received that package. Yesterday FedEx delivered a package with no problem at all. However, today I was supposed to have 2 more packages delivered but once again was told I needed to verify my address.

    I have been on the phone with FedEx since early this morning and still have not been able to get an update on my packages. I have 6 animals with no food because FedEx wants to play games with my packages. Customer Service is a joke. I have been hung up on 3 times today trying to find out where my packages are. You can't get anyone to give you a straight answer and they keep saying "I apologize for that" every other sentence. This company either needs a makeover or they need to be shut down.

    Here in Bolton it use to be great with same delivery girl over last 20 years or more. She's a little peculiar, has several cats and too much strange colored makeup but she use to be reliable many years ago. Maybe because she's been there so long she is emboldened enough to claim she tried delivering when she did not and doesn't even leave a note, delivers late half the time, and have had to track urgent packages several times. She lies. I am shocked at how MOST packages are delayed now as I have questioned why she might be peeved to do this since we did nothing to her, very strange, horrible courier now. The worst imaginable, and they are suppose to be next day which is laughable.

    I had an order, it happened to be being delivered by FedEx, said I received it, and I didn't but can't tell me where it was left at, only that it's in my city. And the lady was very rude. It may not be her fault, but try to help the customer who is paying you for the delivery.

    Just Horrible company. Now, ALL you get is someone you never spoke with apologizing for something they did not do. Or they know nothing about, I was issued pick up number, It was scheduled, and no one ever showed, It was a Friday, package to be there Monday, And yes, Was not picked up, They know nothing about it, But They are sorry, When I ask them about the pick up number and what happened, Again, "I am sorry but show nothing on my end," I am told, So they schedule it for 3 days later and give me a pick up number one digit off from the first pick up number. Years ago they would have looked into it, figured out what happened and then apologized, Now, "Sorry, We make a lot of money, We grew off your backs, TOO BAD SUCKERS, I AM SORRY," EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO UPS OR DHL, Getting to be cheaper and more dependable!!!!

    I purchased some things from PetSmart and Sam’s Club a few weeks ago. I discovered the boxes were put directly in front of my son’s car, which is at the end of our driveway. The driver placed the heavier box on top of the light one and crushed it. The delivery driver appeared to be in a huge hurry or mad about my order.

    Today, I found the item I purchased from Sam’s Club split open with the contents falling out. It is an item that needs to be put together and I am not even sure all of the parts are there. I am shocked at how careless and unprofessional the driver(s) are.

    Fed EX states my package was delivered but Not to me and Not signed for by me. A Fed EX supervisor stated they lost the package and has NO idea where it was left. Fedex is refusing to refund my cost per my claim. The case number is **, tracking number for the package is **. The company I bought it from Good Life Wholesale LLC 620 N 43rd Ave Suite 200 Phoenix AZ 85009 would do nothing to help.

    FedEx drivers are lazy, they refuse to deliver packages to the customer's door. They will leave the packages someplace than lie to the employer by stating they delivered the package. This a constant issue in my apartment complex with FedEx. The UPS, USPS, AMAZON, have no trouble walking up a flight of steps to deliver a package. When call FedEx to find a solution to the problem, the FedEx Representative tell you it out of their hand once the driver doesn’t return with any packages, so they don’t want to help the customers either. The FedEx drivers are dumping packages anywhere they want, then they call it delivered.

    Without notifying me, FedEx just dumped my over 10 boxes of sofas on the street. After they drove away, I got messages stating my packages have been delivered. We have a long driveway. Fedex didn’t even bother to try to call me and get to my driveway. Terrible!

    Ordered 2 sheds from Amazon. FedEx sent me an email saying they arrived May 16. Never got them. So in spending all morning calling Fedex and Amazon. This is what happens. Fedex delivered my sheds to Cleveland tx. Dropped them off at a gated driveway with no signature. I live in Wichita Falls Tx miles away. Of course fedex blames Amazon but fedex sent me the email. The sheds were on special. I can't get them at that price again. There is something really messy here with fedex. They either hire people who can't read or someone is making some extra money. Of course fedex takes no responsibility for this. Haven't even tried to make things right. This is a sloppy underhanded delivery service. I beginning to wonder if all of the packages that are stolen off of porches are all taken or if some are just sent to the (wrong) address. Fedex is banned from delivering anything to me from now on.

    If you pay extra to make sure your package arrives on time, the driver will make sure to just leave a "we missed you" tag on the door instead of knocking or ringing the doorbell. Then the online tracking portal will tell you the package will be redelivered on a saturday, only for it to never arrive. You could have picked it up at a facility, but they won't tell you that since you're waiting for the delivery. Then you call customer service to find out they don't deliver on saturday at all, and your extremely time-sensitive package will have to wait until monday for redelivery. They offer no alternatives to get your package on time, only empty apologies. Their online tracking system lies to you, and the delivery drivers don't actually attempt to contact you to sign for your package. USE ANY OTHER SHIPPING SERVICE BEFORE YOU TRY FEDEX.

    Had a new toilet tank shipped via FedEx from a supplier. Had the tenant waiting all day. At 4:19 pm I received a text that said a delivery attempt was made at 4:03 pm. I knew from past experience to "let the games begin". I have done nothing for the past week but chase the package. FedEx is horrible. I do not believe they attempted delivery. I have now had a tenant without a toilet for over a week. Luckily this is a commercial property and there are restrooms located in another part of the building. DO NOT USE FEDEX! They are horrible at their job. This shipping service is a waste of time and money. I will be asking the supplier to reship the toilet tank via UPS.

    FedEx has promised delivery from over a week ago everyday. Started a claim 5 days ago. They have had my package in their possession for 10 days. 7 days at the same facility. I call 3 times a day. They won't overnight it. They lie when it will arrive. Promised me return phone calls and have not received one. Pony express in the old days could of done better! Will always request a different shipper from now on when purchasing items online. FedEx Sucks!!!
