I shipped a second day here through FedEx. It came nine days late. When I contacted customer service it was like talking to a machine. No compensation, no consideration, and would not even let me talk to a manager. Will never ship FedEx again. Don’t make the same mistake. Don’t use FedEx.

FedEx is the absolute worst not to mention their employees are thieves. I added an Apple Watch onto my plan and it was shipped on Monday expected to be delivered Tuesday and on Tuesday it never came. Checked the tracking. It was still at the second location from shipping. Next day same thing and no delivery update. Called them and apparently they had to start an investigation due to someone taking the contents out of the package. So from the first facility to the second someone got into the box and stole my watch. That was last week and still this week NOtHING. Luckily the carrier is sending another one and taking over the investigation but that is crappy. You really couldn’t go out and buy one you had to steal mine? It’s really concerning because how many other people had this happened too?

For the second time in 2 weeks I needed to drop off time sensitive documents at FedEx at Office Max in Farmington, MO. Both times they were completely out of any kind of envelopes. They had no idea when or if they would get any envelopes. I had to buy envelopes but they were not the sturdy plastic ones required by my company. Huge disservice since this is the only FedEx service in town.

Impossible to reach a human. Package from the UK kept getting delayed without explanation. I wasted time staying home to sign for a delivery that never came. From now on, I'm going to insist sellers use carriers other than FedEx for deliveries.

I regularly order food products online, because I am elderly, disabled and live 43 miles from a grocery. My packages were out for delivery on Friday. Waited all day. No show. I checked tracking and my packages were still on the driver's truck, but now expected Monday. Checked tracking Monday and it said out for delivery. Again, no show. Checked tracking, items still on truck but now scheduled for today, Tuesday. Again, no show. Checked tracking, still on the truck with no updated date. Called customer service. No help. They told me to wait until tomorrow to see if items show. Now my food has been sitting on his truck for 6 days! I have no other way to purchase food, that is why I order online. Totally unacceptable! Whatever happened to taking pride in your work? No matter what type of work that you do.
As for FEDEX, your customer service is nonexistent. I wanted to file a complaint, and was told to wait one more day!!! Do not use this shipping company if you are shipping something that is important to you. This is not a one off. This has happened numerous times over the past year. And it is only rarely that my packages come undamaged. Last time I had broken flour and sugar bags and an open box. DRIVER, CARE ABOUT YOUR WORK> OR RESIGN AND TAKE A JOB THAT REQUIRES NOTHING OF YOU. People depend on this company for important items. I wish UPS was available here.

I have been trying for 3 days to get a package delivered. I get told it's on the wrong truck, My business was closed (it was not), it will be out by end of day. I have asked to go pick it up and they tell me I can't. They won't deliver it to me and I can't pick it up.

Package arrived at local facility on Saturday. Sat in facility until Tuesday. Showed on Tuesday morning it was out for delivery. FedEx truck in front of my house just after 11 am. No package. Checked tracking. Showed it was back at a facility. Not the first time this has happened with FedEx. Wish companies would stop using them.

If it was possible to give negative Stars, I absolutely would. FedEx's Request Billing Adjustment is a complete SCAM. I paid $57.03 on 05/11/23 @ 9:36:22 a.m. to have a package shipped overnight by 1:30p on the following day. Ridiculous how high this cost was. I don't have an account so I paid by Credit card. (Tracking # ############). The package wasn't received until 05-15-23. I called the 800 number (on the receipt) at 9:20a on the 15th and Richard informed me I would have to call back on Friday or Monday as they can't "see the invoice" yet. I called back on 05-22-23 @ 8:13a and Matel told me that I need to submit the request through the website and walked me through to this link: https://www.fedex.com/servlet/InvoiceServlet?link=4&jsp_name=adjustment&orig_country=US&language=english.
As instructed by Matel, I clicked on FedEx Express and then on Paid by Credit Card. I received the following message: "Sorry, we are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later." Matel told me their system was probably "Down" and to try back every couple of hours. I tried back for 5 days SEVERAL times a day to receive the exact same message each time. On the 27th of May, I tried again at 8:16 am and received the following message: "We are sorry! Your request for a billing adjustment has been denied because of the following reason: E3 This package was shipped more than 15 days ago."
And they provided the tracking number and delivery date. Total **. I am shocked this company can get away with NOT providing the service, encouraging people to ask for a Billing Adjustment with a website that states the SAME message UNTIL the 15 days has passed. If there is anywhere else I can also leave a complaint, I will. The audacity is absolutely unbelievable.

Wow FedEx! So I ordered a part that was coming from Texas on Tuesday 5/23. On their site it gave me an option for delivery. Regular mail was showing 5/31 which was over a week later. So I paid an extra $10.99 for FedEx Ground to get it to me on 5/26 which is that friday. I needed the part for a car so that I could get rid of the check engine light and get the emissions done for the registration. The part shows up in my state a day early in Illinois on 5/25. So you would think that the part will be on time the next day on the scheduled delivery date. No for some reason there was a delay and they said it would be delivered the next day on 5/27. Ok so a day later whatever, right?! Well that day came and went with no update, still showing that it was in Champaign IL which is only 2 hours away from me. Nothing on 5/27.
Now the next morning on 5/28 two days late, why do I wake up to a message saying that my package is delayed and now it won't be delivered until 5/30 and that the package is now in HENDERSON COLORADO! Wow! You can make this ish up! So you mean to tell me that the package was in IL where it needed to be a day early and somehow you put it on a truck to be shipped to another state just for it to come back to Illinois?!?! Wow! FedEx is garbage! End Rant!

FedEx is routinely careless with packages they deliver. All packages they've delivered to me in recent days have been damaged to some degree. In a couple of cases the damage was such that I refused the shipment fearing the contents would be so damaged as to be unseeable.

I received a text message from FedEx stating that my package was out for delivery by the end of the business day. The package wasn’t delivered, I contacted customer service and was told that the package was delayed at the Kernersville North Carolina facility due to operational reasons. When I questioned why I received the message that my package was out for delivery the previous day I got no response from the customer service representative. Date of experience: May 26, 2023

I am having a very bad experience with Fedex right now. I recently renewed an official document at my Consulate and my Consulate sent this official document to my PO Box. I gave my PO Box for safety and guess what? Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes so be very careful about it. Do not ask them to deliver to a PO Box. They kept on sending my shipment to the wrong address and eventually, they sent my shipment to their warehouse in Missouri. When I call Fedex, the Artificial Intelligence they put in place to answer people won't let you speak to a representative. It is almost impossible to speak to them directly. I had to go to Reddit websites or Quora to discover the tricks to avoid the robot. When you finally can reach a representative, you barely understand what they say as they have a very strong accent. They talk fast and they are not very knowledgeable. You can see that they are not willing to help.
One of their representative just hung up on me. I asked her a simple question: 'How long Fedex holds packages in their warehouse?'' They are actually asking me to ask my consulate to contact them so they can change the address delivery. That is a non-sense. That is why I want to warn anybody who reads this. Do not give your business to Fedex because they are unprofessional, many packages are lost and you can't even reach someone who can inform you properly. Shame on them. They should close seriously. They are wasting people's time and energy!!!!

I have a nice driver for Fedex, but that is the only thing I can say about this company that isn't followed by expletives. And I'm not writing about him in this review. I bought something off Etsy a while ago, the seller decided to ship from US to CDN using Fedex, not USPS, which was what they were supposed to do. Cue the endless nightmare. I was told by Fedex when I called that there were no charges due in the beginning, but low and behold a month later an invoice shows up in the mail. A high invoice. Naturally I was surprised and not happy. I tried to pay Fedex online a few times, but kept running into website issues accepting invoice number, etc. All of this takes up valuable time. Seriously, this should be a given in this day and age.
And then the real nightmare began trying to call customer support. What customer support. No longer is there a live person you can talk to. It's some generated "Sally" or whatever idiocy they call it whose sole function is to prevent you from reaching a live person. You would think it would be easy to pay an invoice!! But no, after several maddening tries, and being hung up on by, yes, the computer "Sally", I finally tried another route for technical support and was transferred all over the place before landing at the right person to pay my bill. UNBELIEVABLE. Total incompetence. If I ran my own business this way I would be out of business in a week, and I've been in my own for 23 years. Shameful. Never again. There is no customer support, find another service provider. It was 2.5 hours of my very valuable busy time dealing with this.

I have NEVER had a good experience with FedEx. Unreliable tracking information, lost packages, and downright nasty and rude employees are some of the experiences I’ve had in recent times. In the middle of April I ordered a 10’x7’ rug shipped via FedEx and the tracking info never updated once it was in their hands and never arrived the only explanation offered was it must have gotten lost. I would love to know how it is possible to lose a 10 foot long, 7 foot wide carpet.
I ordered a pair of Vans with two day shipping recently, low and behold it was about two WEEKS before I received them. Now I’ve caught their delivery drivers in a lie. Ordered supplies for my business, it says a delivery attempt was made at 9:32AM but business was closed which is impossible since we open at 6:30AM daily today I check to see if they will be redelivering and they marked my business as permanently closed and will be returning my order to the shipper. I don’t know how FedEx is still in business, something needs to be done.

FedEx in my area is so unreliable! They send messages that they delivered our packages and yet the packages are nowhere to be found. They need to train and hire people that will take pride in their jobs. This isn't a one time issue, this happens frequently and I've called to discuss this issue, yet the problem continues.

Package was delivered to a different address. Picture they sent is of some other front stoop somewhere not in my neighborhood. I had a UPS delivery the same day and they found me with no problem. Same with USPS, they find me every day. Poor service.

There is no way this company should be in business. I will NEVER again use their service again. I shipped a package using FEDEX and the box was ruined and opened. They outsource their customer service to another country and the language barrier is horrible. Sounds like they are sitting in a sweatshop in Istanbul. Never again will I use FedEx. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Every time I order something online, I feel like immediately canceling it when I see it will be delivered by FedEx. Every time a delivery date is shown in tracking, and every time nothing arrives on that date. Then the tracking will change to delivery date calculating, check back later…very frustrating.

My package was delivered today and the person left with my package and left a sticker on my door and plus my doorbell didn’t ring so I didn’t know that she was there. Also that package costed 500 dollars plus shipping. It's my worst day and it was a birthday gift.

I order some books on 8th May and keep eagerly waiting for the package. There is no signature required by the recipient when FedEx delivers the package, so I am expecting package will be left at door. There is no prior notification on which day package is out for delivery and I suddenly get an email on 12th May that package couldn't be delivered since no one was at home. So I proactively reach out - provide instruction to call me if they need, request for text and email updates on each step of delivery. Get a notification that delivery will be attempted on 15th May.
I stay at home, be reachable on cell and they come to the door only to stick a Final attempt notice. There is no knocking on door, no ringing bell, no calling on phone to reach out. Also, on the final attempt notice, I see an amount $16 mentioned - which is unexpected, so I get back to calling FedEx and after multiple tries, manage to reach customer care. They explain that it's a pending custom duty charge because of which FedEx cannot leave the package on door. There is no email/ text/ notifications about this "pending" amount till now!
I pay the amount online, get an invoice and surprise - the custom duty charge is only $4, and it's FedEx which charged an additional $10 ROD fee - which is charged to customers with "poor payment" record. No idea on what basis/ history they assume a customer has a poor payment record. They are a courier company with very weak rules around hand holding/ communications to their customers. They expect customers to shell out unexpected pending payments at the time of receiving the package! They expect customers to telepathically understand that they are at the door, rather than using a doorbell or knock on door. They expect customers to read their mind and play along. Wish I could have a negative star. No idea how this firm is still in business.

I have a package arriving and I want to schedule it for a different time of day or day as I won’t be there. I tried to use the delivery manager but it won’t recognize my address which makes no sense because I have a package coming there. Then I tried calling customer service and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a live person. The system has hung up on me 4 times now. There is no way to speak to any one about my issues. FedEx has never provided me with a good experience as a customer and I will never use them.

Apple sent me some earbuds via overnight FedEx delivery EIGHT days ago. Each day I get a message stating that my package will be delivered that day before 8:00pm. Each day, no package and a notice that it has been delayed. I can track it and see that it has been in a truck near my home, but no delivery. We are in a gated community and I know every time a delivery truck comes for my address. No delivery has even been attempted. It is impossible to reach a person at FedEx and I mean that, literally impossible. Their automated customer service system is horrible. This is crazy. I can not believe any reputable company would opt to use this lousy service.

I had a package to track. It went from 10 minutes away from me to well over an hour. I called and found you can no longer speak to a person on the phone. They have made sure to not have a human help you at all. Like so many others they have eliminated jobs by using a automated system that is almost impossible you use. FedEx could care less what we think or write about them. They are making money no matter how they treat customers. Unless they become boycotted they will (and others with them ) continue this trend of The CUSTOMER no longer matters. Bottom line. Stop using FedEx as much as you can.

Ordered shoes for upcoming hikes from Xero. Estimated delivery May 1. That date came and went, I see via tracking the item is at the FedEx center a few miles away. Today May 7, I call as the item has not moved. They state “we don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, contact the seller” … but you’ve been holding my package there for 7 days? No one contacted me, no one contacted the seller… I guess we are supposed to be mind readers?? So I ask, can I pick it up from the site it is being held with my I.D.? The answer is no. Ok, well are you going to send it back to the seller then? Again, the answer is No and to contact the seller. So it appears that not only do they not deliver, but they keep packages they deem “undeliverable?” So glad I bought some random FedEx worker a $140 pair of shoes… I’m pretty sure they know what they are doing. Do not trust the thieves, you’re better off walking your items to the destination… if you have shoes. As I do not.

I ordered equipment from B&H Photo. Originally it stated that it would arrive Monday May 8, 2023. I then received two emails stating that it would be delivered on Saturday, May 6th between 9:30 and 1:50. I had to rearrange my day to be available to receive it as it required a direct signature. We remained at home, waiting. I then received another email stating that the delivery could not be made because I wasn’t home to receive it. That was obviously a complete lie. When I called to inquire the woman tells me that the driver made a mistake and that I could file a complaint against them. The driver didn’t make a mistake, they apparently wouldn’t let him deliver it early for some reason.
The box is on the truck, they are in the area, and it now sits on the truck for two more days. If I didn’t have to use FedEx I wouldn’t. They also delivered a package to our home that wasn’t ours. We contacted them, the driver came back and told my wife “well if it was me I’d deliver it myself “. We are not FedEx employees, and in this day and age I’m not going to be walking around someone else’s property with a box that isn’t mine. This company is horrid.

2 TIMES IN THE PAST 6 DAYS 2 SHIPMENTS ONE FROM AN EBAY SELLER Another from WALMART have been misdelivered to addresses other than my own!!!! FedEx needs to hire riders who can speak read words and numbers correctly! Tracking numbers are corresponding to homes/street addresses other than mine!!! Of course I will never see my packages! Call them get the runaround. Tracking numbers with these idiots are useless..I'd have a better chance with a crystal ball!!!!

On April 6, I mailed a package (16 lbs, $402.63) to the hotel we were going to stay at in Amsterdam. I was told the package would be delivered on April 12, the day we were scheduled to arrive at the hotel. The package contained heavy items we were going to use on our trip but did not want to carry as we traveled. On April 10, I got an email saying my package was in Holland at customs and they needed a copy of my passport and an itemized list of what was in the package so it could clear customs as a tourist item. I immediately sent the requested information.
When we arrived the package was not there. The package did not come on April 13. On April 14 the package had still not arrived. I asked the hotel concierge to call Fedex and find out what the problem was. They connected with FedEx and learned that they were not able to open the attachments to my email. My problem was, why did they not immediately contact me and tell me there was a problem? I immediately sent another set of the attachments but that was on Friday, April 14.
Unfortunately, FedEx in Amsterdam is closed on Saturday and Sunday. So nothing happened. On Monday, late in the morning, I got an email from FedEx saying my package had been delivered. Unfortunately, the delivery was made three hours after we had checked out of the hotel and were at Schipol airport waiting for our flight back to the USA. I wish FedEx would have let me know as soon as they found out that the attachments to my email couldn't be opened instead of waiting and doing nothing until I called them to see what the delay was.

Ordered a print for my students from FedEx Office online and paid with my bank card. Never even got through without a tracking number that was never given to me. I will never use Fedex again. I am simply going to use Vistaprint for now on. I can't even find out how to get a refund. I am gonna have to contact FDIC since it was used through my bank account.

FEDEX is the absolute WORST courier company in America. I was home with a flu waiting for jewelry from Las Vegas to arrive on 5/3/23 per my email confirmations. I watched the truck pull up and put on my bathrobe. I opened the door to see it driving away. A “We missed you” tag was stuck to the door. Never knocked, rang the bell…just stuck the notice on the front door and split! Then I got an email stating my package was delayed and that they would redeliver Thursday the 4th but that was a lie. This is why people HATE FEDEX! They don’t actually deliver!!!
I’m supposed to drive to their depot to pick up my parcel…which is bovine excrement. I’m too ill to drive, FEDEX is too lazy to deliver. Had the driver simply TRIED to deliver the ”signature required” package, I would have received it on time. But I guess that’s asking too much…having to wait for a signature is so inconvenient. Suction and FEDEX are synonymous and if they sucked any harder, I am certain they’d create a black hole and we’d all be dragged into oblivion. FEDEX sets the Customer Service bar so low…you need a shovel to see it.

Never use FedEx. I have used them with satisfaction over many years in business but a recent experience with FedEx online and in-person customer service left me mad as hell. FedEx does not follow its own online rules, does not support claims their customer service makes and then lies to you when you follow up on their promises not kept. It pains me to say but if there is only one shipping company in the world and your replacement heart is being shipped while you lay with an open chest on table in a surgical suite, and the shipping company is FedEx, be prepared to die. You might guess that I do not recommend them.

Sent package. Never received at destination. Fedex said tracking # didn't exist. refused to reimburse me for item sent. Thought USPS was the worst. Fedex is as irresponsible as them. That leaves UPS as our only other choice.

The FedEx delivery department has really gone down hill. I have had a problem with every delivery for the last year. I keep receiving "Out for Delivery" emails from them but the deliveries never come. I have spoken to Customer Service managers regarding this issue and nothing is done to remedy. Notes in their system are not updated, so when I call to follow up on a missing delivery we start from the beginning. Drivers are saying that they tried to deliver packages but "no one was home" or "there is an apartment number missing" from the address, so they cannot deliver. I live in a single family home, no apartment address needed, and I work from home, so I see every vehicle that passes my house from my office window at the front of the home. No excuse is valid. Not sure if they are extremely understaffed or hiring unqualified drivers.

FedEx is routinely late with parcel deliveries. The website will show the package out for delivery when it is not. Sometimes the package will come the next day, but usually one has to wait several more days. On occasion, the package never arrives at all. Fedex is by far the worst of the parcel delivery services.

Why does anyone even use this company anymore???? They never deliver on time. They always give you a date...THEN change it AFTER you have waited for your package all day. I do believe from now on when I order something if they're using Fedex I will find somewhere else to buy or request a different company. I had a delivery date of Saturday 4/29/23. Then, Sunday they said Monday 5/1/23. THEN, they changed it to 5/2/23. I finally got it today. Now I have another delivery scheduled for today and it has been in Kernersville for 12 HOURS. No movement. I am sure it will come back with another delivery date soon.
I spoke to customer service and they are beyond rude. This company needs a serious overhaul before they go bankrupt. I think it is time we all stand up to Fedex and not use them anymore. MAYBE they will learn how to treat their customers. They deliver when they want. They leave packages in the same destination for days on end. They keep delivery dates the same then change them at the end of the day.

Fedex are full of themselves, they treat customers like dirt. They leave packages on the side of the road about 1 mile from the house because they do not want to deliver on a dirt road. They never answer their calls to redirect a delivery. When reprimanded about leaving packages on a roadside, they blackball that address and then return all packages to the sender. I avoid them at all costs. I will pay more for UPS or USPS before I will use this crap company. Honestly, I do not how they get away with their shenanigans. UPS goes above and beyond, and outperforms Fedex 1000%. USE UPS and drop FEDEX.

Delivery time is so vague. They have no way of tracking the delivery, they have no guarantee of delivery, their customer help is awful, Package came damaged. I use several delivery companies and id have to say FedEx is the worst.

FedEx used to be my shipper of choice- PRE 2015. Since then, the company has devolved into the pathetic existence it is today. First, goodness help you if you have ANY problem, because getting a human on the phone (they don't have chat- they're still in dark ages and also do NOT want to hear from you...EVER). Once you do get a person on the phone, they will NOT be U.S. based (which is just "awesome" for FedEx because non-Americans do not know the logistics of U.S. packages and freight- they just read you a script and if your issue is not something scriptable, you're just out of luck altogether). Next, I was LITERALLY told by said agent today that until/unless the SHIPPER called some "obscure dept" for which the agent had no phone number, they could sit on the package "until they decide to deliver" from their local warehouses. The shipper (and only the shipper), the agent said, can request it to be delivered "at any time".
Let that sink in a minute, because I did...and NOW I realize why nearly all of my FedEx packages the past 3-4 years (ONLY because a shipper picked them) go to a "PENDING" status for delivery date. I NEVER EVER thought I'd be saying any shipper is worse than USPS, but it seems like FedEx is making the USPS look like a rock star. Now, consider that some items FedEx is tasked with delivering are medications for the elderly, legal papers, home food kits, or items critical to run one's business...and they literally sit in freezing or sweltering warehouses (depending on season/location), and they should be MUCH more cognizant of the IMPORTANCE of TIMELY deliveries and keeping packages from being damaged/spoiled. I am DONE with any vendor or retailer who uses FedEx.

Updated on 05/02/2023: There is not enough room to describe the care-free unconcern of FedEx and it’s employees that I experienced this week. Repeated phone calls to customer service just led to more and more blatant lies. In the end FedEx did absolutely nothing after promising repeatedly to remove their package from a given location on my property. The package is still there (1 week after delivery) where it will remain until someone steals it. Driver drove right past it 3 times despite my repeated phone calls. FedEx doesn’t care-all talk, no action. Oh yeah - they did manage to bill for their screwed up services on an immediate basis. Funny how that works.
Original: Package was not delivered to front porch because driver found it easier to leave it on ground level where it could be run over. FedEx policy is to deliver to front door. I requested the driver move it to the front porch and instead he returned it to FedEx. 3 days now and no package, can’t get an approximate delivery date. Still no package and no delivery date. There will be legal issues here.

Bought a product online. Unfortunately, the vendor uses FedEx as their shipping company. The product arrived destroyed. Usually I check to see which shipping company the vendor uses, but I forgot this time. If a company uses FedEx, I avoid using that company. I have had numerous products destroyed by FedEx in the past. The thing is: when the box is destroyed and you can see through the hole in the box that the product is destroyed, why would you still deliver it? Oh, I know why, because you're FedEx and FedEx doesn't care one bit about customer service. I don't know how it works, but FedEx should be required to pay for products they destroy. Better yet, require the employee that destroyed the product to pay for it. Or, even better: hire people that care.

Waited For A Package. Never received then checked online only to find out the driver who suppose stated a delivery attempt which was a lie. Because if that was the case they would have left a sticker on the door or sent me a notification via email. And sad thing you cannot to live rep.

Refused to problem solve with me/my partner. They keep insisting on trying to deliver while we are at work, and we don't want them to leave my package at the door as we live in an apartment building and there are a lot of questionable people in the area. Why pay good money for FedEx for your package to be at risk of being stolen?

It does seem amazing that there can be so many negative comments about a huge company such as FedEx, well sorry, they seem accurate. I have had 5 out of 5 late shipments sent via UPS in the last year. 4 out of 5 were totally FedEx errors. One late shipment was partially Lowe's fault since they had shipped it late. However, my biggest complaint with FedEx is that they seem to have no idea where the packages are. They text me a notice advising a delivery is arriving today between a certain time. It never arrives. When you look up the tracking number it is in another state! How do they not know it's not arriving today when it is not on a truck for delivery or even in the correct state?!
Tonight at the time of this review, FedEx has had my package for 2 days. It has passed through my city after it originated in an adjacent city. Now it is 100 miles away and they cannot even provide a delivery date! I am truly just blown away. I would never ship FedEx and I am also going to stop doing business with those who do. It is just too frustrating.

NEVER use this service for delivery to Illinois—specifically Chicago or Hillcrest facilities. They don’t care. Just thieves—ALL of them. Do they turn their technology off so they can’t be tracked. Close their doors. Use UPSIDE all the way.

By far the biggest scam operation I've ever dealt with. On the first day my package worth over $909 was "lost". It had to travel basically one state over to the southeast. I was lied to about what the problem was, which I knew was incorrect. Then when they admitted it was "lost" and not extra bar codes. I was shuffled around for 8 weeks on complete nonsense where no rep had the same answer. Then they sent a $135 check claiming my package price wasn't confirmed which it was and also proven on eBay by the sales transaction which was half of what the retail price was anyway. How these lowlifes are in business is beyond me. They are a completely immoral company with horrible F- customer service.

FedEx was supposed to deliver my order on Monday, because it's a $3000 TV I waited at home for the delivery. The FedEx truck pulled up. He looked around in the truck then jump back in the driver's seat and sped off, leaving me standing there. I called customer service. They told me it needed to be repackaged and they would deliver it on Tuesday. So I stayed home from work again, the FedEx truck is back, I am standing outside next to the truck. The man is looking in the back of the truck. I can hear him moving packages around and suddenly the truck speeds off and never said a word to me.
I called customer service again. They tell me again the package needs to be repackaged and that they would deliver it on Wednesday, I told them I can't stay home from work for three days in a row so I guess a $3000 dollar TV will sit outside all day till I can get home at 5:30. FedEx cares absolutely nothing about customer service. What will happen to a 3000 dollar TV outside all day tomorrow. Today's date is April 18 2023.

This the second time I've ordered a phone from Visible mobile who uses FedEx for shipping and FedEx took 4 to 5 days to deliver when Visible mobile paid for a two days delivery service. The first time it happened I asked why deliver so late when it was for a two day shipping and I was told my package was dropped off after hours, but still it was an two days delivery service and if there was a such thing as after hours then stop charging for a two days service. The second time also took 4 to 5 days to deliver I didn't asked why because I had already figured from the last time which was bogus. When the delivery truck came out last time no one knocked or rang the doorbell my car was parked outside and I was inside my house. The delivery driver left a note at my door saying will attempt to deliver again. What sense did that make to waste time and gas to deliver a note as if I wasn't home, but came back at a later time that day after I had left for work smh...

I ordered a desk and the vendor is using FedEx to deliver. For the past three days I keep getting messages that they attempted to deliver but no one home to accept it. Someone has been home all three days all day and we did not get any Yellowish-Lime green note on our door saying they attempted to deliver. I call at the 1-800.Go.Fedex # and after a maze of IVR prompts get to an agent some will acknowledge FEDEX is having a system issue where their system keeps on sending messages to customers deliver was attempted so just stick to the story that system says No was home to accept I but then if they were there why did they not leave a Yellowish-Lime green note on our door saying they attempted to deliver.

I had to take out a loan from my 401k to cover an emergency expense. After jumping through hoops with the financial institution for 13 days, the payment was finally sent on 4/13. I requested it to be sent Fedex overnight at my expense because after the delay getting the funds withdrawn, I NEEDED it to get here next day. The institution did send it fedex overnight, and I received a text and an email stating that it was leaving Austin, TX (I live in Dallas, TX - about 3 hours north of Austin), and it was in route to be delivered on time on 4/14 by 8:00pm. The envelope never came. I pulled up the tracking # online and saw that the envelope had been through both the Dallas and Fort Worth shipment centers.
I then received a second text message stating that the delivery was delayed, and the package was now in Witchita Falls, TX, but not to worry, and that the delivery had been updated to 4/14 by 8:00pm. This morning (4/14) I pulled up the tracking info, only to find out the envelope had been sent to Memphis, TN, overnight and a delivery date/status update could not be provided. I was furious. I called FedEx and attempted to speak with a guy with a VERY strong language barrier, who was not only unhelpful, but EXTREMELY rude, shouting over me while I was asking why in the world it was sent to TN, when it was literally IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD the day prior.
I was told that due to a "mechanical failure" it was delayed, no elaboration beyond that. I was then told that since it was a standard O/N delivery, that I would not get it until Monday because standard does not cover weekend deliveries. I was floored! Here I spent money on THURSDAY to have the envelope sent overnight to arrive on FRIDAY - why would I think I needed to pay extra for weekend delivery if I was supposed to get it BEFORE THE WEEKEND? Then, it gets delayed thru no fault of my own, but because of a "mechanical failure" on FedEx's end, and they want to tell me that I will now be waiting a total of 4 days to get the envelope on Monday because I didn't pay extra for a weekend delivery I didn't know I would need?
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If packages are delayed due to an error on FedEx's end - guess what FedEx? YOU NEED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND EXCEPTIONS TO DELIVER THOSE DELAYED PACKAGES ON THE WEEKEND DAYS AT YOUR EXPENSE! Unbelievable and unacceptable! I even offered to pay extra for the "weekend service" out of my own pocket while on the phone with the agent from FedEx, just because I needed the check YESTERDAY, and was told that I didn't even have that option. The most frustrating thing is that it went to TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS within a few miles of where I live, and then it was shipped off to TN. Why???
I will NEVER use FedEx to ship anything ever again, and I would advise anyone that reads this to do the same. They cannot be trusted to stand by their promise to deliver, even though they charge ridiculously high rates for their services. I hope they go out of business - and if this is how they handle customer complaints, I would imagine eventually they will. Shame on you FedEx - if you ask me, this qualifies as "Theft of Services" - which is a criminal charge here in the state of Texas.

I was expected my package on Thursday 4/13/2023. At the end of the day I received an email saying, "Your package has delayed and will be delivered next day." On Friday, I was waiting all day. At the end of the day I received a message saying "a second attempt made, we will try next Monday 4/17/2023". I was at home all day! Nobody knock my door or left a notice!! This is not the first time. I had similar situation before and I had to drive 30 min to pick up my package from the closest location!

So today, April 13th, I was in my car about to leave and I saw FedEx pulling up on the side of the road in front of my house. So I waited to see if I had a package but it was for my neighbor. The female driver walked up to the house stopped about 6ft from the porch and threw the package onto the porch, threw her arms up like gesturing "touchdown", then took a picture and left. I was so appalled. I have read about this company having drivers do that sort of thing but never in my have I ever witnessed it until today. I will never use this company and I hope it goes bankrupt and shuts down. It sad that there are hardly any good reviews about them.

I Ordered $349.00 car parts from a dealer, unfortunately it shipped FedEx.. it NEVER arrived!! Their tracking info said it was delivered, but it also stated "barcode unreadable, label unreadable, label reprinted." (If it was unreadable how was the information reprinted??) I was home on the alleged date and time of delivery, I live in the country with a 1/4 mile long driveway. I also have 7 dogs so no one gets close without us knowing it! The package was never delivered! I checked with my neighbors, nothing!! I filed a complaint with FedEx. They said it was delivered and blew me off. A few days ago I received another package from FedEx (this one was delivered) so I asked the driver. Explained the situation, he asked if we received picture confirmation. I said "No". Told him about the website saying the labels were unreadable and reprinted. To which he replied "That's suspicious".
He also stated that he was the regular driver for my route and he is only off on Tuesdays, my package supposedly arrived on Saturday. The driver said "Well I'm the one that would have delivered it and this is the first time I've been to this house." He said he would speak to his boss. Again contacted FedEx. They said they'd investigate. Just received a letter saying, "Our records indicate the package was delivered, your claim is denied!" They obviously never spoke to the driver. There is no way to verify what address was put on the label when they reprinted it during shipping.. and I am just out the money I spent to fix my car.
We are everyday hardworking people. We do not have an abundance of money and these car parts weren't a luxury. They were a necessity. I do not have the money to replace them! FedEx should be ashamed!! The billion dollar corporation keep getting richer while the little people just get taken advantage of!! They messed up yet I'm the only one in the situation losing out. Completely unacceptable!! I'd hire pack mules or carrier pigeons before I'd trust FedEx! Again!!

I wish I read these other 1-star reviews before ordering with FedEx. I ordered a chocolate pretzel pizza for my son at college for his 21st birthday. It was supposed to be delivered on his birthday, April 4th. It is now April 8th and I can't get any information as to why it still hasn't been delivered. Tracking shows it's been sitting "on a FedEx truck" an hour away since April 5th!!! I can't get through to a real person to get more information.

For some reason, every other delivery company including Door dash can find my house, but FedEx sure knows how to leave your package at any old address. To make matters better, customer service can't help you and says, "You have to contact your shipper for any help..." Lol, what a joke.

We use Chewy for most all our dog care needs. They have been 5-star all the way, unfortunately, they only use Fedex as their standard shipping method. Every delivery from FedEx has had one or more problems. Most often it is damaged contents or damaged containers or both. Complaints to FedEx customer service has never yet been resolved the way a reasonable person could expect. One delivery the driver drove or backed over a large Rubbermaid trash vac destroying it and customer service lied and said they would reimburse us for the damage.
No action was ever taken by Fedex even after multiple calls and complaints to customer service. All the damaged content has been reimbursed by Chewy above and beyond what is required. Today the delivery notice stated an attempt was made at 4:30 but was unsuccessful. We were home and outside for the period of time spanning 1/2 hour before and after delivery. We live on a country road and no Fedex/Budget or other rental trucks even passed during that time period. Unless Fedex has begun renting farm equipment for deliveries it is just another Fedex falsehood.

Recently I sent something from Philadelphia to France for a client. The charge was about $50, fine. But something was wrong with the address and apparently it was undeliverable and they actually called me and we gave them information but it could not be delivered. Okay my fault. So what does FedEx do? They literally sent the document back to me in their own envelope to the tune of $100 - if they called me I would have told them to throw it away but of course they didn't. They refuse to give me any concession on this. I will never use them again. Stupid policy. Stupid way to deal with customers.

FedEx "delivered" an expensive diabetic replacement device by tossing the package over the locked gate of the wrong house - which is not occupied - where it lay on the ground exposed to freezing temps that rendered the device useless. $400 down the drain. Where do they get these drivers?

Got a door tag saying they had a package for me. Was not expecting package. Called to schedule delivery. NEVER SHOWED UP. Said they would attempt again next day. Never heard back from them. Try to contact FEDEX, they want tracking number. I don't even know who shipped the package, don't have tracking number! Want door tag number, but since they NEVER ATTEMPTED TO REDELIVER THE PACKAGE, THEY NEVER GAVE ME ONE!
Called today, "it's been three weeks!" "After this time it was shipped back to shipper." The shipper they charged for delivery but never bothered to deliver my package. Is this an acceptable way to run a shipping company? Charge the shipper for delivery, but never deliver the package, send it back instead. Fedex is the most unreliable shipper out there! Can't ven begin to comprehend anybody worse! Tip for consumers: The only thing worse than their reliability is the incompetent and rude customer service agents you will reach if you tell them you want to file a complaint!

I made a purchase from Adidas and it was never delivered. Of course Adidas referred me to FedEx and I filed a claim. They denied the claim saying that they had delivered it. I asked for proof of delivery (like maybe a photograph the way Amazon do it). They basically said "it was delivered because our records say it was delivered" LOL). No further discussion, end of story. Adidas said they cannot refund or replace because FedEx said it was delivered. It's like the chicken and egg scenario. So frustrating and you feel completely helpless and ripped off. Well I will be buying Puma from now on I guess. Thankfully it was only $200 and not more.

Fedex drove their box truck on my lawn, got stuck, spun out, destroyed my lawn, and then cracked a huge chunk of my driveway asphalt off when they tried to rock their way out of the ditch that they dug themselves. I have video footage of the incident. The driver did not stop or apologize. I called customer service and they told me that someone from claims would be reaching out within the day. It has been 6 business days (8 days total) since the incident and no calls yet. I also filed a claim online which has been ignored. There is no accountability for this organization and they should be shut down. Customer service is useless and the drivers are clearly inept. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have video evidence of the event; you think that Fedex would want to do the right thing and repair the damages. I will be uploading the video to every platform that I can think of to spread awareness of Fedex's TERRIBLE service and lack of moral compass. I am livid.

My delivery was supposed to have been delivered on April 1,2023. I received a text message stating my package, actually a box had been delivered. First of all, I live in an apartment upstairs. I looked out the front door. No box. I looked out the back door. No box. I looked downstairs, there's my big box. I had to go and get the big box which was a little heavy, and bring it upstairs. I don't understand. The door numbers are clearly on the front doors. How can a delivery driver mistake a number two for a number three? This isn't the first time. It's actually the fourth time. Each time I complain a supervisor has not contacted me. It has gotten to the point that I hate having my deliveries from FedEx! I don't know if my delivery will be delivered to the correct address/ door number. I don't trust FedEx at all. But thank God I took pictures.

Fedex received a shipment from the USA for a product that came to $123 USD. I signed a GENERAL AGENCY AGREEMENT giving Fedex the permission to be my broker and pay the GST owing. That was a huge mistake. Later I got an Invoice showing the following:
Disbursement Fee $11.00
Ancillary Service Fees $16.00
GST on Disb/Ancillary Service Fees $2.73
Clearance Entry Fee $27.50
TOTAL CAD $63.93
Yeah, $63.93 to pay GST of $6.70, and then another $2.73 in GST on the "Ancillary" (Pirate Services fee) which at 5% (GST) works out to be over $50.00 in services, not including the $6.70 GST. Bottom line: I will never again get FedEx to act as my pirate, er, I mean broker, to pay my slave master's Gauge Servants Tax, which works out to be 40% all in. Organized crime at its finest.

March 23, 2023 I schedule a pickup for the next day. The next day a FedEx driver picks up my 2 identical boxes. Today (March 27th) one of my boxes is delivered but online it shows the other box was never picked up. I call. Let's start with the fact that the FedEx automated system does not work properly. Next, you have to understand that under no circumstances does anyone at FedEx want to talk to you.
Then, when you get a supposed customer service rep on the phone they cannot help you and do not know how to do their job...you cannot talk to a manager, they cannot file a claim, they cannot contact facilities that are messing up deliveries and they cannot locate your package or start the process to do so. What they can do is pretend they cannot hear you, put you on forever hold, hang up on you and NOT help. At this time I KNOW FedEx does not care about their customers and it appears as if they have zero management! What they should be doing is locating the box they lost and delivering it!

I can't understand why anyone would want to use Fedex as their delivery company! Just finished having 2 failed deliveries in a row again! I called the company a couple of times only to be told that they couldn't help me. They continue to try to tell me that my standalone house has an apartment or a suite number. FINALLY after asking for a supervisor several times they tell me they can get me to technical support.
Very frustrating being told over and over that my house has an apartment or suite number and that is why they can't leave my package. My house has a big sign with my address on it, as well as my mailbox. The final gentleman that I talked to was able to let me change things to where hopefully in the future, this won't happen again. It took quite a few calls to finally get to technical support which they should sent me to from the very beginning. Also once I did get to the place to write in my delivery instructions, you were only allowed 8 words! What is that?!! So to tell them to leave package inside gate to the left when I'm not home and tell them there is no apartment or suite number, I only had so many letters/ words to do it in! Ridiculous!

How is Fedex still in business? This is a large company with absolutely no regard for quality of service or customer relations. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being and get assistance. I took a day off from work to receive a large package containing furniture. Need to be here since I live in a coop and cannot allow the package to be left in the lobby. The only information I can get by calling or using tracking number online is that it will be here by the end of the day. It is 7PM and most people would consider that the day has ended. Last time it was tracked was 1AM - no information since then. No way to reach a human - recording says they have no further information. This company should be out of business. It is highly stressful to have anything to do with them! So bad that I just want to cancel this order and forget the whole thing.

I couriered the important document for my visa to the consulate to SFO for overnight delivery on 11 March. When it did not reach to the destination by 13 March and could see the package is in Memphis TN by tracking the tracking number I called the customer service to know when it will reach as it has the monetary impact for me. The Customer support did not had any clue on where the package is and opened a case to check on when it will get delivered. The case is open since then. By the time I am writing this review on 20 March, there has been no update on it. I have been calling them daily but the only answer they have is they are working on it. This is the worst service I have experienced from anyone. Would not suggest anyone to rely on FedEx for important document delivery.

Whenever I have something shipped I do everything possible to NOT use fedex. As an example, I purchased a $200 watch on eBay. The seller requested a shipping fee, which was $49 CAD. When it got here these were the charges: Disbursement fee $11, HST + Anciliarry service fees $8.45, Clearance entry fee $54, Canada HST 31.56. In total, I paid $122 in FEDEX fees not including the HST. How is this possible?

Ordered a mattress in a box weeks ago, it has sat in two warehouses, Stockton and now Sparks Nevada. That is an hour and a half away. Already long overdue Fedex assured I'd receive the package by 4:00 pm 3 /20/23. Waited as the driveway is wet from winter snow storms wanted to put the box in garage. Nothing, delayed again why, they say weather, it was sunny nice day. No updates bedroom ready with new frame, no mattress. Nothing, no service, no contact, no idea when it will arrive from a warehouse sixty miles away. Hope FedEx goes out of business. Don't care if that leaves just UPS; they deliver.

I need to speak with someone who can do something more than someone in customer service overseas. My couch was delivered to the wrong address. This person who is living at the wrong address then accepted my couch. I haven’t heard anything back from Fedex other than that they have filed a claim and are looking into it? It’s been 24 hours! Why didn’t the driver go back and pick up my couch, I notified them right away. I’m 7 months pregnant and I have 2 young kids and the 3 of us have to sit on the cold hardwood. Why is this not being resolved? I am absolutely furious. I want my couch and I want it by the end of today!!!!

They have tried to deliver my package 2 times. First delivery they left me a notice and the second delivery they said it was a bad address. How can it be a bad address when the notice was left the day before. And I requested to have the package delivered early and right away and they said they would. It is now estimated to be delivered between 9:40 am and 1:40 pm but not guaranteed to be there except by 8. I will not be here. They do not believe in customer service at all as I could not even reach a person on the phone. Had to call a local store to have them transfer me. I will not use FedEx ever again and I will request any shippers to use the post office or UPS.

My delivery was delayed then the next day it went out for delivery it was marked as "delivered and given to customer" on their tracking page when I never received my package because it was not really delivered as my cameras can verify. I could not contact Fedex since they only have a bot chat that does nothing to solve the problem. No wonder why so many packages are stolen and nothing is ever done about it. Fedex gives thieves an incentive to steal because nothing is going to happen to them. Fedex is a horrible service.

I have been having issues with FedEx deliveries for years now. The customer service assistance has always been horrible. FedEx just cares about it's revenue, that's all. It's very obvious, from day one. The customer doesn't matter, and at all. I'm sure if you had to deal with FedEx about an issue, I'm very sure it wasn't a positive experience. That's why it's very important that we spend our very hard earned money, with business that has our best interest at hand. This last offence happened today. I was expecting a packing to go to my PO BOX it was marked delivered this morning at 7:49 AM. The post office doesn't open until 8:00 and as we all know, that FedEx does not deliver to POBOX.
The item didn't have a USPS tracking number, and the last location was 1 hour away, a couple of days ago. So I called FedEx to get the USPS tracking number and the automated system told me it was delivered and that no other information was available and disconnected after my persistent, to talk to customer support.
Customer support once I was able to get to them after convincing the automated system it wasn't about the same tracking I had previously called about, was less help. I asked the rep. for the physical address that the package was delivered, since the USPS tracking number was not available. She kept telling me it was delivered to the POBOX address (which isn't an actual address).
I asked to speak to a supervisor, so that they can give me the information. I needed to know if it was delivered to my correct post office, because I have two post office that service my area. Packages usually go to our main post office, then sent over to my POBOX. I didn't want to waste any time going to the wrong post office. But customer service didn't care, she said that the supervisor will tell me the same thing, that she already told me.
I was able to convince her to get a supervisor, after telling her that she doesn't know how to do her job. After waiting approx. 3 minutes she came back and told me that she isn't going to let me speak to a supervisor for this, that I should contact the post office. I don't have a USPS tracking number, there was not one provided by them nor the online system. So how was I going to contact them about the item?
Previous bad experience is they never got a signature confirmation and said that they had one, but never provided it to me, even though I paid extra for the service and the package was $400.00, customer never filed a claim. Another bad experience was they left my brand new computer valued $1000.00 at the house next door. They said that they would retrieve it or if they can't file a police report. They made 3 attempts that was not successful and never contacted the police, said that they don't get involved. BTW computer only had $100.00 insurance on it.
Again they delivered my NUTS.COM package with about $100.00 purchase in it. Me and my next door neighbor isn't friendly, the cuss their children daily, so I wouldn't want to create a problem with them, for something FedEx created. It's FedEx problem and not mines. They did put the package over our gate, but it had scotch tape on the package, they did open the box. So I believe, the food had been compromised. I put in a claim with FedEx and the claim was denied. FedEx claimed that they don't pay for spoiled food. I kept telling FedEx that their HPS had to be wrong, and I spoke to someone their telling me completely off and being really rude, instead of trying to get to the bottom of the wrong deliveries. I have had 5 wrong deliveries with FedEx, to the same house. Please don't tell me that FedEx cares, it's evident that they don't care.

FedEx did ship my picnic table in four days from its Arkansas factory to Hagerstown, MD, an hour from me, Then it made a mysterious U-turn to Indiana. Customer Service said it was bound for Chantilly, VA, a half-hour away, but couldn't say when. After two days it was leaving Indiana; another two passed before it actually did leave, again for Hagerstown. A tracking note appeared about an unreadable bar code label. It finally reached Chantilly with a 10–2 delivery that never happened. (I was home all day, and weather's been fine.) Instead of a local hold and reschedule, it went back to MD with no delivery date. This is Day 13 and I requested a trace and callback and offered to go get it myself. Since Managed Delivery requires an enrollment code that FedEx snail-mails, I'm not sure if or when I'll be able to do that.
When calling Customer Service, the automated system first matches your shipment to your phone number, but will only say that it's headed to the location serving your area, without saying where that is, and that CS has no further information. Basically you're dissuaded from staying on, and if you don't think to say "agent," you probably won't reach one. Some C-suite idiots have the agents asking you to complete a one-question survey on how friendly there are—hardly the problem. FedEx doesn't look like they've been at this for 52 years, and I will try to avoid doing business with anyone who uses them exclusively.

Horrible experience - Have been calling since 9:00am on Friday to stop a delivery, was told numerous times that the package would be stopped, was told that the label was cancelled. It's was all inaccurate., They still tried to deliver it despite confirming with me multiple times that they would not deliver the package but it would be returned to the sender. Just awful company to deal with it! I no longer believe anything they say! Terribly disappointing.

I ordered a package through walmart.com. The package was scheduled to be delivered on March 8. By the end of the day FedEx put on their tracking management that my package had been attempted to be delivered three times. They never scan in the package to a door tag. Every time I try to call now to check on my package and it is March 13 no one is able to tell me anything about my package. This is the second time I’ve ordered these packages. The TV stand with fireplace, the first one they claim got damaged and had to be returned. Now with the second one again should’ve been delivered on March 8 and is the 13th and I still haven’t received my package nor will they tell me if it’s being held at the location for me to pick up. When I call customer service, the only thing they tell me is that I have no other choice but to wait on my package. They are very rude and inconsiderate.

Secondly, if you did, you'd just leave it on the porch like usual. They just don't give a damn and I don't understand why anyone uses them anymore. There are better choices.

I have ordered a mattress to be delivered to the new address to the new house. I have bought it from Walmart on 3rd of May. Walmart was saying it would be delivered by Friday, May 10th. Walmart sent the shipment information FedEx only on Monday 6th of March at 8:44 am. So, Walmart wasted the whole weekend to send the information to Fedex. So, it is a minus to Walmart. Anyway, Fedex picked up the item on Tuesday, May 7th at 1:39 PM. SO, it took the whole day from mailing/packaging company to pick up the package itself... The final delivery date hasn't been changed on neither Walmart nor Fedex tracking systems.
On Thirsday, May 9th the package was delivered to Saint Paul, MN at 10:42 pm which is 3 hours away from the final delivery address. I was thinking great, it definitely should be enough time to deliver the mattress on Friday. The final date and time still hasn't changed on Fedex and it was saying I would get my mattress by the end of Friday. So, me and my wife started to move to our new location. We moved most of our furniture and were planning to spend our first night in a new home on a new mattress. It was 6 pm... 7 pm... 8 pm... 9 pm... The final date and time still hasn't changed, however it was also saying that the item is not out for delivery from Saint Paul. Approximately at 10 PM the final date and time changed to 11th of May and it was saying, delivery is late. Wow, that is awesome guys, now we have spent 130$ on the hotel.
Next day, May 11th Walmart connected me with fedex representative. They said the mattress will be delivered on Monday, May 13th. Three days later from the initial delivery date and we would have to spend about 350$ on hotels now. Thank you so much Fedex. I am expecting refund for hotels because of you and I am not going to do business with you anymore and I will never recommend you to anybody!

Never ever ship with FedEx though they "seems" to be the giant in the industry. Totally irresponsible employees and managers who has no commitment to their job. They treat customers as "jokers". They never value customers' time and money. All they want is making more money from customers by exploiting customers' time and other appointments. I don’t think I have ever received a package when it is stated that it will arrive. I’ll get a notice saying that it is out for delivery…in my town, and then every single time around 5pm I receive notice that it has been delayed. I may get it the following day…or might be the following week. I never have this issue with UPS or the post office, just FedEx. And they can’t follow my simple instructions to leave packages in my postage bin on my porch (that has a lid) and instead leave right in middle of my porch for anyone to take.

I ordered an iPad for delivery on 3/1. Package was delayed in the FedEx Sanford, Fl warehouse for 5 days. I called FedEx and opened a case to locate my package on 3/6. My package was “found” and delivered to me on 3/8/23. I opened the huge package I received and I was shocked to see 2 large dish soaps and a rug! The items were dirty and it looked like these were items just sitting around at the warehouse. I ordered an iPad which weighs 2.5 lbs. This package was huge and weighed at least 10 lbs.
My package was tampered with, the shipping label was ripped off the original shipping box and taped poorly on the new box. Some internal fraud is going on with FedEx. This isn’t my first horrible experience with them. Last year, I purchased a 55-inch TV that I never received. They even marked the order as package delivered. It’s so unfair to the hard-working consumer to have to spend hours with customer service to argue our case just to be told to contact the shipper. FedEx never takes ownership. Ever. Please hire employees with integrity. This is not right.

I have never got a package on time. There are delays every time someone uses this service and as a small business owner I get better prices and on-time packages from USPS. Do not use FedEx. It need to go under. It is an eye sore to everything and working here must be nice because you apparently never have to do your job.

Sent out a package on 2/27/2023 containing important documents. They assured me it would be delivered by 3/2/23 in Mexico. Yes I know it has to clear customs. It's travel documents for an employee to work for us. Still has not been delivered it is 3/8/23 and I can't even get documents back to personally deliver them, can't make copies as must be legal documents

The regular driver that handles my neighborhood listens to music so loud it can be heard in my home from the street where he blocks our drive way. He is also infamous for tossing our packages onto the porch from 8 feet away like he is playing frisbee golf. They [FedEx] also have no real sense of obligation when you pay extra for overnight shipping, and when the package inevitably goes missing and you call customer service because your package has been sitting at the origin facility for 3 days, they admit that their internal scans show more information than the website... WHY?? Then they tell you it has been sent to the wrong STATE, and they're not sure when it will be to you. I wish sellers would use UPS more.

FedEx changed the delivery date 4 times so far, one time to move it earlier by 2 days. Then held it at one location over the weekend, Monday it was moved to Kansas City. That was the day it was due to be delivered originally. They kept it in Kansas City, so here I am on Tuesday still don’t have a chance of getting a delivery until tomorrow. At which case I’m at their mercy as to whether they decide it’s important enough to actually move it to Wichita so it can be taken to my house. I have previously delivered for another national carrier, this type of service would have been incredibly embarrassing and not allowed to happen. And the customer service, even talking to a manager was not helpful whatsoever. They didn’t offer to call the terminal that has the package or do anything at all for that matter.

I ordered a perishable product that was packed with dry ice. This product was supposed to be delivered on March 3, 2023. Today is March 6, 2023, that product will now be spoiled. The product was on the truck for delivery then FedEx sent a message saying they could not deliver due to weather. There was no weather on March 3, 2023 in my area. I am sorry that this happened as I had to cancel my subscription because the carrier the vendor chose was Fedex who DOES NOT DELIVER anything but disappointment. Why call yourself a delivery company when they clearly don't deliver.

I am so over the lack of competency of delivery drivers across the board. I had a $300, 75 pound package delivered to the wrong address and signed for by a persons unknown. The address is plastered in 3 places that are clearly visible on my location. And Fedex just says "oh we will have some call you".

I have had an ongoing issue with FedEx. The last time they "delivered" my medication, I waited outside the day before Christmas with my brother, only to have them lie about attempting the delivery. The time before that, for 3 days in a row, they marked the package as 3 hours delayed, but "Attempted Delivery" 30-45 minutes after the original window. The second day, I randomly went to let the dogs out, saw the FedEx driver leaving, waved as he stopped and looked at me, I put the dogs away and came back to see him speeding down the road. I call and get told "because it's a medical emergency, he will come right back." I say thank you and that I will wait outside for him. I waited 3 hours and there was no show.
I call first thing in the morning, and get a manager that tries the distribution center 7 times while I wait for 45 minutes, and can't get an answer. He states he doesn't know why, it's a non-public internal number that they are supposed to answer, but promises me it will never happen again. At the end of the delivery window, I call, explain the above to the service representative, and get told it's 3 hours delayed, and there is nothing she can do. For 45 minutes, she's trying to convince me to hang up while I'm standing in front of my front door. Until she goes silent. He just attempted delivery and left. He snuck on my property, and left a door tag in a place other than my front door, where I was standing, that he had placed the previous two.
I was forced to quit my medication cold turkey because of them, which I'm told isn't something that is considered possible, and can leads to mental issues including suicide, suicidal thinking, seizures, psychosis, delirium, visual and auditory hallucinations, and mania. This incident helped lead to me losing one of my 3 Jobs at the time, which is what I use to support and care for my elderly mother with vascular dementia. She was not doing well, was not responding well to me freaking out from not having my medicine, and unknown to me, I'd be calling 911 for her in less than a week. Walgreens has informed me all of their customers have been having similar issues, yet have not done anything about it. They currently like to leave my packages in random places and mark them as delivered.

In the last 3 months I've lost over $200 worth the product that I've ordered. It says it's been delivered not to my house. They're putting it on the outside of the gate by the road. I saw in the picture @ Lowes. no one will help me. They're blaming it on the person I bought it from. Which is Lowe's ... lowe said I need to get in touch with them? Maybe I just need a attorney. I was rushed to renew my and my family's passport for an urgent reason. So I found FedEx passport renew and provided all of the information including SS, mother's maiden name, and family's date of birth which was more than the required information. Paid $246.95 and $208.95 but after paid, the system said you can ready to make an appointment at the post office and bring the payment for the check of $208. Post offices never be able to make any appointments available. So I visited Library then I found passport renewal is just $130. And library passport center explain this is fraudulent, FedEx and RushMyPassport charged me for free service of the library and charged 380% higher than the government price.
So library suggested reporting ConsumerAffairs and the Credit Bureau. My travel has been damaged because of a passport delay, missed flight schedule for our urgent travel. More than that, all of our family identities gave to the system (RushMyPassport). They never pick up any phone, FedEx never answers my question, blocked my credit card, and replaced it. A lot of damage in my business and daily life. More overused a lot of time for recovery and fear and anxiety symptoms toward ID theft. I need to report this to stop other victims.

INTRO: In a world of evolving business exemplified by Amazon and UPS, Fedex is a slow and inefficient dinosaur which is offensively inadequate for the modern world. They continue to eek-out market share against the alternatives only through the price modelling of "you get what you pay for" directed at distributors rather than recipients in which I can only imagine the distributors must be paying pennies on the dollar compared to alternatives. The only occasions in which I have any dealings with this company at all is when online venders decline to use the obviously superior UPS or (dare I say it) USPS to deliver. Thus, any vendor who selects Fedex as a shipping service is immediately receiving a negative review for bad shipping as they selected a service with a well-earned reputation for terrible customer service and an atrocious recipient experience.
DELIVERY & SIGNATURES: Whether it is Fedex "Express" or Fedex Ground, these services will attempt deliveries between 8AM - 5PM when the entire world is at work and often require an adult on location to sign for the package if the shipper selects that requirement (as the recipient you have no alternative, even if you wanted to immunize the merchant and courier from liability--it is not even an option). Failing this they will leave a "Door Tag" on your door giving you five days to come pick it up (longer for ground 10-15 days) or they will send it back to the sender. Sometimes they will attempt to deliver a second time while you are at work.
If you think you might be able to schedule a 2-3 hour window in which you could be home to wait for this package, like leaving late or arriving early from work, no good. Their delivery windows are 24 hours, so it takes up your entire day just waiting for your packages to arrive and hoping that you'll have some time left over to do something of value. If you are gainfully employed and know that you will not be home when their delivery driver randomly arrives, you can customize the type of terrible customer experience you will have with their "Fedex Delivery Manager App."
THE APP: Fedex's website will under no circumstances allow you to control your delivery or the terms and conditions of said delivery through their website. You must create a login, download their app, link your phone and email to the account, and only then will you discover that as the package recipient you cannot customize anything of substance. Your only option is to have them hold your package at their facility so that you, after you get off work or on your weekend, can be your own delivery driver and go pickup your package yourself at your expense and at no discount to you as the recipient.
As mentioned above there is no option to assume the risk of having the delivery driver just drop the package at your door, immunizing from liability the merchant, Fedex, and driver. This app is a transparent attempt to farm personal data from recipients and distributors alike, and while it is polished no amount of polish will change the nature of this company and what it is. If you are bothered and wish to file a complaint, save your time unless you like talking to a repetitive interiorly-looped answering machine.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Nothing says cheap and "we don't care" like a robotic answering system that never sends you to a human being. I have spent 10-15 minutes on these things, trying every option. You will get nowhere, and eventually the system will terminate the call. If you drive down to your local Fedex store (honestly, at this point why even have a phone number for your business?) the representatives will play hot-potato about the issue you have, eschewing responsibility for the problem and leaving you frustrated and minus the gallons of gas it took to drive to their store.
SUMMARY: I think the only solution is primarily in the hands of distributors. If you care about your customers and their experiences, avoid Fedex at all costs. The amount of money you save by posting with them instead of UPS, USPS, or anyone else honestly, is not worth the frustration and hassle your customer will feel. If I am checking out and I see Fedex is the parcel service selected by that vendor or merchant, I look for the product from someone else--even if it is at a higher price.

I am waiting the delivery of 2 E Bikes. FedEX sends a text that my package is to be delivered yesterday and I need to sign for it, then they no show. 5:30 am today, they send another text and say it will arrive between 12 noon and 4pm and I need to sign for it. They no showed again! 2 hours on hold so far to talk to a freaking human and I am putting up with some God awful ** piano music in the background that I am 100% sure is intended to make you hang up! So I look up their reviews, and they do this all the time! This is the norm! How do they stay in business?

I gave my package to a FedEx driver who said he would take care of it for me. I had already bought my mailing label from eBay for a sale I had made. The driver either stole the package lost it as it never was scanned into the FedEx system. It was a Ground package and local FedEx officials think I must have given it to a Express driver. Even so, within 24-48 hours it should have been received by FedEx Ground for processing yet it never was after 96 hours. My buyer is demanding a refund which I will give. I asked FedEx Customer Service to mark the package (tracking #) so that if it is found I will get it back to resell. They said they would yet when I checked it was never so marked and it was marked as to be denied by Mary Beth. I guess I'm the guilty party and all of FedEx drivers are saints.
I'm an elderly person who has been selling his toy collections to try and make ends meet. I cannot afford to lose a $95 sale. I'll refund the money to my buyer, get no refund and basically be out of $95 while FedEx keeps a questionable driver. There are witnesses that saw me give the driver my package on Tuesday morning around 9:45 at the Ingles store in Lenoir City, and FedEx Express knows who the driver was, but who cares? I'll never use FedEx again as my shipping service. I will say that most of the local FedEx Ground and Express people have been helpful though one has not been. The lesson learned is never give a package without getting a receipt for it, and FedEx and UPS are notorious for not giving receipts.

I am in the process of receiving 2 shipments from FedEx.
Shipment 1 - requires a signature - valuable item - driver comes up to door, taps lightly, waits for 30 seconds, sticks attempted delivery note on door then flees - then we struggle to arrange an alternate delivery that takes a confusing site contact & a protracted difficult phone call. Not easy - item not in our possession yet.
Shipment 2 - item ordered from Cabela's site on 2/28/23, then on 3/3/23 I use FedEx tracking number provided by Cabela's - FedEx tracking tells me item will be delivered on 3/3/23 but FedEx tracking site indicates label created but item not received by FedEx. Cabela's tells me that they are working with FedEx to fix the problem - that is FedEx might have the shipment underway and I might be informed of delivery just before delivery occurs - not good - "porch pirates" should we not be home to secure the delivery.
Efforts to find status using FedEx AI or "virtual assistant" revealed FedEx is into AI vs. adequate customer service. AI logic is flawed & fails to address simple inquiries with a response like - we have received your item for shipment on (specific date & time) and our updated estimated delivery is date & time. This failure indicates FedEx does not have a clue about shipment status. FedEx's IT section needs to be replaced or receive competent direction from qualified IT personnel, established routines used by FedEx creates frustration & waste & FedEx does not know or care to change them.

If I could leave a review with a rating of negative, I would. We’ve had the most horrible experience with FedEx lately…Still missing 3 packages out of our 6. One package has been in the next city over for more than 7 days. Tracking says out for delivery, to delayed, to operational error, to weather delayed, to out for delivery over & over. Absolutely infuriating. FedEx is so incompetent it’s unbelievable. Items we are missing are important to us. We’ve contacted all the businesses to let them know our issues, I’ve even contacted FedEx directly to file complaints, each time initiating an investigation. That would be fine if we’d get our stuff.
One of the orders is from Chewy. They’ve been a great company, but I told them I’m going to think long & hard about keeping my auto ship based on the fact they use FedEx as their delivery company. Something needs to be done by FedEx. They need to get their heads out of their ** and improve or they’re going to be in serious trouble because the more people complain to the different merchants that use them for delivery, the more business they’ll lose for ** poor service.

FedEx are contracted by Chewy to deliver to the front door. The shipping label states DLVR Front Porch. The majority of FedEx drivers out of Middletown PA, I'll say it again Middletown PA are absolute liars. Their so-called Proof of Delivery photographs show parcels left by the mailbox 50 yards from the house yet clearly states 'Left at Front Porch'. I've complained to Chewy, I've complained to FedEx many times, weasel words and empty promises is all you get from both Chewy and FedEx. Amazon, Giant, UPS and USPS all deliver to the front porch. Not FedEx because they must employ drivers who just don't care.

I wish I could dictate the use of shipper when I purchase items online. I would NEVER select FedEx. I am so tired of items being "out for delivery" and they don't show up! They then make an excuse - such as weather - when there is no weather issue. I thought a driver couldn't return back to FedEx with packages still in the truck! I ordered an item on a website and they were supposed to send it to me FedEx Ground. I was signed up for their tracking updates and they sent me a text telling me it was out for delivery last Sunday (Feb. 26, 2023). I wasn't home at the time so I tried to rush home to receive the package since it had sensitive contents in it that couldn't be left outside for too long. It was delivered about 10 minutes before I got home. I pull in the driveway and it's nowhere to be found. I knew at that point they delivered it to the wrong address so I pulled up the delivery info and the picture they took of the package was so close up that I couldn't even make out the front doorstep let alone the house. What little I could see was nothing that looked remotely close to our front doorstep.
I then asked my neighbors and literally went up and down the street of my whole neighborhood looking for my package since it was just delivered. I found nothing, not even a front door step that looked the same from what little bit of doorstep I could see in the picture. I then called them to report it missing and of course you don't even get a human on the phone so I had to file a claim online to try and locate my package. I didn't hear anything from them until the next day and all they could tell me is that they are investigating it. I had to ask them how long it was going to take and they told me they would have a resolution by the next day. They did tell me that if they couldn't find the package that the shipper would need to file a claim so they can get reimbursed and then I could get reimbursed.
The next day I receive an email from them saying they couldn't locate the package and to contact the shipper and that they are closing the case. No apology, no nothing. Then they had the nerve to text me today asking me to take a survey on the phone call I received yesterday from the customer service rep. Needless to say, I didn't take the stupid survey. It doesn't make sense since the main issue was about the lost package and they didn't seem to care about that as much as their customer service quality which would be fine normally but to me, the main issue is the package going missing and will the driver be reprimanded for this or what?
I am complaining mainly because the website Nextdoor.com has so many complaints about FedEx losing packages and someone even commented on my post about how bad Fed Ex is about that. (I put out on Nextdoor to hopefully be able to locate my package). Fed Ex used to be a good company but they are failing miserably. They don't even care about whether the package gets to the correct person. They care more about micro-managing their customer service reps on quality customer service. The person I did talk to was nice and helpful even if I had to ask questions to get basic information from him. It's just stupid that they have their priorities mixed up.
I am getting the package re-sent to me but I chose the U.S. Postal Service this time and that is saying something since they are no better but I trust them more at this point than Fed Ex. I can at least ask my Mail Person about a missing package when I see them. Although, this time I am requiring a signature instead of them just leaving it at the door. Do better Fed Ex!

Hello! So as some people may not know, FedEx is one of the few carriers that reptile breeders around the world used to ship animals. I had two snakes shipped to me back to back each of a few days apart. Each one was delayed due to the fact that they got stuck at the airport BEFORE my local hub could open. Despite the fact that each animal is sat for four to five hours at a hub a few hours away before being put on a plane too late to arrive to the local airport early enough for morning pick-up. The first one was delayed until 4:00 p.m.
The second one. I was unable to pick up a till after 2:00 p.m. The thing is this was stuff that isn't valid. They said that they just couldn't get the items there before opening or sooner in the day which doesn't make too much sense. The hub is around 15 minutes away from the airport and after talking to other people in the reptile-keeping industry they have seen time and time again where they are no matter what able to get them to the hub early in the morning. But doing some searching we are thinking about putting this hub onto the blacklist of ones that we shouldn't ship animals to. This is the third time I had the animals stuck at the airport, until they could do another sort In which I'm typically not giving a time estimate and I'm told I may not get the animal for a little while with no urgency in the worker's voice.
A friend of mine who also shipped out animals in the last two weeks has two geckos delayed and they have been delayed to the following day. This is absolutely ridiculous. It wouldn't be a huge deal if it was like a car part, but a living BREATHING animal that is ectodermic meaning that they get their body temperature from the surrounding areas and they need heat but not too much. It's unacceptable. Animals NEED to make it there early.

I've never encountered ANY company as dishonest and incompetent as FedEx. NOT ONCE have I received a package by the original scheduled date and, in many instances, package delivery has taken more than two weeks (and NOT during the holiday season). When I buy merchandise, if I have a choice of the shipper I say "anyone but Fedex." I don't know which federal department is in charge of regulating these bozos but they should be severely fined and/or put out of business. They're a disgrace.

Now I see the delivery is again postponed to Monday. They said on their website is it's postponed to Monday with an exception that customer was not available. Needless to say no delivery was attempted. I was very much home actually waiting for this package every day. There is actually no signature signature required for this package. It's sufficient for them to leave it at the front door. FedEx is not honest and they don't care for their paying customers. Never again with FedEx as I have other options.

If you are reading this, please listen to your consumers. STOP using FedEx and Lasership as your courier. Because we don't always have the option to choose who delivers our package, we are hoping you will listen and do it for us. When it comes to these two companies, I never receive my packages on time or at all. FedEx is fine when it's my regular driver, however, when I don't receive my package, I know it's because it's not my everyday driver. I had a package delivered to the wrong apartment, building, and person. That's right, the carrier, gave my package to a stranger. The carrier called and apologized, saying, he would try to get the package back. The person you gave it to took the package that did not belong to them, to never give it back.
FexEx opened a claim and told me they would investigate. I received a couple of calls then it STOPPED! I called back after several weeks and was told the case was closed and that I would have to reach out to the shipper. WHY???? Everyone did what was to be done, except for the driver. I paid my money for the items. The company shipped the items. All the driver had to do was deliver the items to the name on the package. Anytime I receive a tracking number and it's FedEx or Lasership I get anxiety. I wish these online sites would start reading these reviews. We are giving money for a service that should be delivered. My daughter and sister pay for fast shipping, not because they are in a rush, but because they know it will be delivered by UPS... the company that actually delivers.

This is the 8th time they said they delivered something and nothing. They said they were here at 7:11 pm last night and there was snow on our walkway and no footprints and absolutely no package. $280 motor vanished and no proof of delivery like the other delivery companies do. Why is this company still in business. Never on time and lies about deliveries. Unbelievable. Just shut down if you can't do what u say. Everyone I talk to says the same thing. FedEx is the worst ever!

Twice now Fed-Ex reported a box as delivered. They included a photo of it sitting by my front door. Only thing. It's not my front door. It's someone else's. To make matters worse the photo of the first delivery at the door is not the same front door/home as the second photo for the second delivery. In other words they delivered two of my packages at two different homes.
Now I'm expecting a delivery again, via Fed-Ex. I'm living in fear I'll see it notified as delivered but the photo will show a third different home. Fed-Ex is either stealing deliveries, suffering from total incompetence and management breakdown and/or full of people who have been pressed so hard they just don't care anymore. If this delivery isn't right I'm done ordering from any company that uses Fed-Ex.

I had the worst experience with Fedex on my package dropped on Tuesday and still showing pending after 5 days. Customer service said already delivered 2 days ago but can't update pending status for some strange reason and some insisted on verifying on delivery address on my FedEx QR code which was intended by IT not to show address to senders. Made 6 calls from customer service and got no help even though they said to email confirmation of package delivered but still got nothing. Feel very frustrated now and never has this problem with U.S. Postal service or UPS. Hope FedEx to address the delivery issues and my urgent request soon,

I have yet to receive any packages that I have ever ordered using FedEx on time. I have had two packages damaged by FEDEX upon delivery. How does this company still survive when there are better options out there, UPS is way better. FEDEX tracking page is terrible with little to no information/updates, their sms system is also terrible - sends out notices hours after the fact.

Every time Fedex delivers there are problems. I wish there was a way to know when the delivery we will be by FedEx because I simply would not order it. I ordered an expensive and heavy package that was supposed to be delivered within a day of shipping because it was coming from a location close by. The delivery guy lied about attempting to deliver it multiple times. I was only even notified of an attempt the third time, saying he attempted but I wasn’t home. I was home. I was not called and my gate code goes directly to my cell and no hang tag was ever left during any of the “attempts” so I could sign and say just leave it even if you’re too lazy to call.
I called FedEx about this multiple times and each time they assured me he would actually do his job and deliver it and call me and leave an hang tag if there was an issue and each additional time he didn’t. Then they told me I could go pick it up from one of their locations. Clearly this is what the lazy driver wanted in the first place, not wanting to deal with a heavy package. The fact that I call and all they say is the system says he attempted it is ridiculous. They have a broken system where they do not properly monitor their drivers to make sure they are not lying through their teeth about doing their job. Once more they don’t care because I’m the one that has paid for the package and it’s not their product so they don’t have to worry about refunding me when I don’t get it on time or at all. I hate this company. Truly the worst!!!

This company does not care about its customers. Their IVR is extremely hard to get through even to talk with a rep when I had a question. When I finally go through the customer service rep was abrasive and rude. My package was not delivered due to a light snow that happened yesterday. During the day was my original inquiry.

So I sent a package on the 1st of Feb to Ireland at a cost of $93 with a guarantee of 1-3 days, and it arrived today the 16th of February. During that period FedEx had no idea where it was. I called more than 12 times and every time I was told a supervisor would call me back, and they even told me a case officer had been assigned and he would call me, I never got one return call, or a mail. The staff are very clever. They promise to help and then ask you to fill in a survey about them after the call, and then you never hear from them.
This level of total disrespect and dishonesty towards customers shows the moral bankruptcy of the Company and its culture. I was frantic to get my document on time within 5 days, and the fact that Fedex willfully misled me is shameful. If they had the decency to say "we have no idea where it is" I could have tried other options. Instead, they led me on daily, and shame on me I believed them. A sorry tale but I can see I am not alone, I wonder does anyone from FedEx actually read these posts?

What do I say even though it's not going to get nowhere!! FedEx workers sadly are a bunch of thieves.. FedEx really doesn't do any background on anyone? Or have cameras on the trucks? Last year we lost over 50,000 in products.. Just recently 10,000.. We have a case on last year products we have a lawyer but it won't get nowhere sadly.. How do people just steal and not think people have families to feed and kids in school and bills.. My heart is breaking. This is too much to take.. I have had nothing but problems with FedEx for years. They deliver to the wrong address. They deliver boxes that are broken open. You can see sometimes they have tried to tape them up but other times the box has been open. One time they dropped the box in the middle of my front yard. That was after a complaint that I filed. I have filed many complaints with them over the last 10 years. They always say they will call within 3 days. 1 time I received a call.

I was supposed to receive a package with signature required on a Friday. I work two blocks from my house and left a detailed note to call me with my cell phone number as I cannot take vacation days to wait for a package that will be delivered between 09:00 am and 1:20 pm. They did not call. They instead left a note stating package cannot be delivered and I could drive 30 miles to the center to pick it up after 6 pm. So I drive the 30 miles to pick it up at 6 pm and they then tell me that the driver will not be back before they close at 7 pm and I cannot get my package tonight.
I then ask if my package will be delivered tomorrow (Saturday) and they tell me that it will be delivered on Monday between 09:00 am - 1:20 pm. Ugh!!!! I ask if I can drive to the center on Saturday and pick it up, and they tell me now as the package cannot be held at the center. This is completely ridiculous at this point. I am not sure I will ever get my package unless I use a vacation day (which I did use last time) and they didn’t even show up with my package and ended up delivering the next day leaving it with my neighbor. I’m not sure why they are never consistent with the package delivery and rules.

Always deliver at wrong addresses. Initially thought my package was stolen, but then a couple hours later my neighbor thankfully brought my package to my front door. It's funny this same thing happened to a relative of mine as well. Also big shout out to Spectrum Mobile for using this subpar shipping method. My phone had to be returned to the sender because Spectrum doesn't allow their packages to be picked up at FedEx hubs, like any other normal business would. Do not recommend either company.

Virtually every package delivered here by FedEx in the last 2 years has been late by at least 2 days, even when overnight, or second day shipping paid for. They are never on time & customer service operators are no help whatsoever. Even when they tell you you can pick up your package after 4PM, it's not there & you get told to come back another time. From now on, any company shipping via FedEx no longer gets my business.

Expecting a delivery at my office, a 12-story building and they are saying could not find it, ridiculous, receive packages here all the time. Tried to see if I can pick up across the street because we have a FedEx Kinko's but ZERO. I mean ZERO customer service. Shipped 3 boxes of personal items from Naples FL to Oakville ONTARIO. They 1 of them within 20 miles of receiving them. They 'settled' the claim by refunding $8 more that the shipping charges with no consideration of the $740 contents. Apparently the FedEx employee who took the order had indicated the value as $100 even though the cost to ship was $92. He also was too lazy to enter the detailed list of contents required at customs so we received several phone calls from other staff trying to process the correct the documents.

Honestly, I have no clue how this company remains open. We do about 70 grand a year in shipping services, and I refuse to use FedEx, I can tell you out that out of 10 packages sent 3 at best would get to their destination on time, the other 7 were either late or were lost in transit. I have since switched to UPS haven't had any issues so far.

I recieved notice on the first that a leather jacket had been delivered, but no package was on my doorstep and the photo on the delivery notice was not my porch. I filed a missing package complaint with FedEx. Nobody contacted me in the last week, so I called FedEx today. After spending almost an hour on the phone I was told that the complaint was closed, it's not their problem, and that I have to follow up with the shipper in Pakistan.
I just don't understand this. The pizza guy finds my house every time. I can put my address in my car's nav system and it will get me to my driveway from across the continent. This is what FedEx does. They've invested billions in systems to make sure things get where they're supposed to go. The manager I talked to promised to talk to the driver and get back to me. That is not very reassuring. I expected better customer service.

I live and work in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I've had issues with FedEx for a long time with unexplained delivery delays within Florida. I sent out four envelopes for delivery last Tuesday, February 2, 2023 within Florida and two other states. Today is February 6th and only one of the four has been delivered. You cannot reach a customer service rep on the phone. You're told by a bot voice that there is no further information on the delayed package. I'm thinking of advocating at my company for a change in overnight delivery service. FedEx is just not reliable at all; it's been a very long time since they were. Standard overnight is $97 for Small envelope sent Feb 1st. Delivery around noon Feb 3rd., a day late. FedEx customer service said nothing they would do. FedEx no longer stands behind their service. I would have done much better with a USPS stamp and still had $96 in my pocket!

FedEx is a horrible business and it is a travesty that this is the default shipping option in the USA. They will only deliver during working hours, when customers are not at home to sign for packages, and once the delivery is missed they do not make it easy to arrange to pick up the package at an alternative location. Additionally, many drivers will say they "attempted delivery" without even knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. If you try calling customer service, you will not be able to speak to a human without a tracking number, and if they don't have your tracking number in the system then the automated line will hang up and refuse to let you speak to a human. Their system will say that packages are delivered, even though a handwritten note from the FedEx delivery person says that they made a delivery attempt and will try again tomorrow (when again the customer will be at work and unable to sign for the package).
If I had the power to never patronize FedEx again I would be thrilled, any other delivery company would be better than this one. FedEx needs to allow customers to talk to a human, even if there is an error in the tracking number, because the drivers often make mistakes and the website will say a package is delivered when there is proof that the driver did not complete the delivery. Physical FexEx buildings (where they are holding the package) often won't list their phone number, so you have no way of contacting them directly without being rerouted to their automated phone line, which refuses to connect you with a human representative. If I could give this company 0 stars I would, I have had too many bad experiences with FedEx and I will never trust a package/delivery to FedEx if it is in my power to use ANY other option. Avoid using FedEx at all costs.

FedEx is inferior to UPS, and even USPS, in every way, They lose packages, takes days for a ground pick-up and then days more to deliver the package when UPS will pick up the package the same day and have it delivered the next day at ground-rates. We only ship FedEx collect to the customer’s account, Express (because they seem to lose fewer package with Express collect shipping). And now even that is totally messed up. We are continually billed for shipments that are CLEARLY labeled collect with the recipient’s FedEx account-number, and it takes an hour or more on the phone being transferred from on extension to another (and sometimes even back again to the original extension) to get it straightened out. (We’ve even been invoiced for late charges on those incorrect-billings.)
I’ve called FedEx, going up the ladder, to get it straightened out, but it never is. I now believe FedEx does it on purpose thinking that someone in the shipper’s accounts-payable department, not knowing the billing is incorrect, will just pay the invoice. I’m notifying our customers that we will no longer ship FedEx at all, even collect to their accounts, and they will have to use UPS or USPS. I also think that some companies switch over to FedEx simply because some FedEx rep has taken one of their bean-counters to a free lunch and eighteen holes. Fed Ex is inferior to UPS in every way. (And b/t/w… I’m no big flag-waver for UPS either.)

Fedex care not for its customers and users, I had called to cancel a package that was sent out as it was later discovered as "Fraud" -- as the buyer for whose order was being shipped out turned out to be an internet scam artist. When Fedex was alerted of this they stated they would be in urgent contact with the driver and put a pause on the delivery, only to find out an hour later then went forward and shipped it anyways.
The amount of negligence and untrained staff is quite despicable really, I'm beyond disgusted with the service I received, the failure to communicate, even now - no follow ups have been made, and management was just as rude. I don't understand how these people can be allowed to run a business, I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN. Please beware to all, I hope this situation never happens again, but knowing Fedex it will and they could honestly care less, because at the end of the day you're a number and they know they probably aren't getting paid enough to even pretend to care, if your package is lost or gone, you're on your own.

On January 13th of this year I had my friend pay $80 to overnight my wallet that I forgot at home while I was on vacation. She sent it to Universal Orlando Endless Summer Resort. We both figured since it is a hotel that is manned 24 hours, including their receiving dock, that there should be no issue with the package arrive by noon on the 14. On January 14th at 11:26 am, according to the tracking information, the driver was unable to deliver the package because the "business was closed". From what I have gathered from taking with the hotel is that the drive came into the hotel to deliver the package and was directed to receiving, where he did not go and instead claimed he couldn't deliver it. The package was finally delivered on the 16th. Two day after what I paid for.
I filled out a claim online, as directed, for a refund or at least some compensation since the driver refused to deliver the package on time. I also talked to customer service twice trying to resolve this issue and was told too bad, there is nothing they can do. Or more accurately, there is nothing they will do. Save yourself the time and money and use anyone else. Fedex doesn't care about their customers or even trying to make things right.

Those people cannot read the street signs. They don't pay attention at all. They delivered my new credit card to somebody I don't know who. The recording from Fedex says I should walk around in the subdivision and ask the neighbors if they have it. Most men hate the stones speak English. I would have to hire a translator, Besides that my subdivision has 1000 houses. Why would I have to walk around to find my delivery? Absolutely disgusting service. Ringing your customer support to seek help in delayed delivery. Blatantly false claim of no access. Your system claimed Fedex driver tried to deliver a part of the order today at 10h45 at the delivery address.
-No contact with front desk or receiving office made
-No one in the receiving office of the condominium informed resident of a delivery attempt.
-Residents waited all day to receive the packages - two scheduled - none delivered.
-Condo has about 5 to 10 valets on Duty at entrance to the 600+ units.-One front desk at WTower is always manned and ETower likewise
-Additionally receiving office manned from 10am to 5pm Weekend days, 8h30 am to 10 pm weekdays.
- Even then, the front desk always rings up to let residents know of delivery or attempted delivery.
- CCTV 24 hours a day checks entry and exit movements. Easy tracking.
- 2 calls made today to your customer service - none could do more than read out what is on customer site - delay and and reattempt to deliver next time. Blatant assertion condo was "closed".-Guaranteed delivery for next day and that they cannot divulge name or reg number of delivery truck or advise internally. BTW next day has a Marathon with street access closed to roads/avenues around building... none of the agents aware of this on call until pointed out.
- Escalated to supervisor (S) on Customer service gave me address for filing customer complaints - customer service email address - abuse@fedex.com. Weird choice of address!
Essentially designed to escape any responsibility, or any real attempt to help solve issue, with either automated bots, IVRs leading to nowhere, agents with no power to solve any issue except record annoyance and move on to next. What a pitiful service. Zero worry about clients, much less the wish to be of service. Very sad, very annoying only resource left is enough complaints might create some loss of business so others a little better can step in.

Several times now they show “out for delivery” on Saturday but instead of delivery, I find a note online saying no one was here. We were here and we were watching. We have an indoor dog that always barks. We always check when the dog barks. Weekday delivery, no problem. For some reason, Saturday is a problem. I can’t depend on them to deliver on Saturday.

A few days before Christmas 2022, a FDX driver knocked on the door and gave me a $100 gift card due to he had damaged the decoration lamp placed at our front door. He had reported that incident to his supervisor, and the company handed over a gift card, and since then we could replace the lamp with the gift card. He surprised us with his honesty; we even forgot to ask his name...! God bless him, and he could be a great asset for the Company.

I called just to confirm a delay because tracking says it's still 5hours out on a truck somewhere as it was in transit from a stop. The last stretch of travel was 5hours away. But no one could tell me where the package was or if the package was delayed from the posted time of delivery which had already past. That said I called just to ask where the package was they said it is scheduled for delivery on the 26, but I said yes that was the original time, but that was updated and the new delivery date was the 24th between 10:30am and 2:30pm. They said no the scheduled delivery date is the 26, I said again that was updated and changed to the 24th today. It was like going around about. They took me around in circles no matter what.
I finally asked for a supervisor and his answer was I need to know the reason and of course I said that reason is private I need to speak to a Supervisor and he said he couldn't without a reason. So I said, "Fine I want to speak to a supervisor to file a complaint on you" and he turns it around and says is it about the package delivery. I was livid at that point and I raised my tone and called him an idiot and more. He tried and tried to bust my chops with question as to why I need to speak to a supervisor. After 10min he comes back on and transfers me to another person. Who wasn't a supervisor who is an answering agent as they call it for the supervisor and we went around and around again.
People rely on Fedex because of their overprice shipping, lack of care for packages. They try their best to have calls go unanswered by outsourcing cheap call centers to handle calls to people who can barely speak the language from which you are calling from. The fact that if you require speak to someone whom possibly may speak the same language and interpret things that are asked and not have those people go out of their way to stop you very mind blowing. These corporate business are doing exactly what the 60s was warning about corporate America. Always a scheme to intervene which puts all these customer service (Contracted Cheap Customer Service Groups) at the bottom and they could care less because they could even say that they have customer service at a call away. More like miles away.

I have a FICO score of 850 and this moronic company sent a Government duty charged to my product to collections instead of making attempts to reach me. I am furious. The first letter they sent was never received by me for some reason. The second letter that I received was a warning. So, I called and paid in full. In the interim, they sent the $50 due to collections. SO, it took them 60 days to send to collections. They never called or tried to reach me in other ways to have me pay. I will NEVER use FedEx again. This is a horrible company and there are much better options.

FedEx is known for destroying packages during shipment. USPS loses packages, and UPS (more expensive, generally is good). FedEx does not honor insurance claims. They deny all claims and then you have to fight them tooth and nail on the phone to get them to reverse their decision. I will now use UPS. Bye FedEx.

Delivery was NOT made. Photo of package showed a house not even on my street. FedEx told me they would get back with the following day after an attempt would be made to have the driver reacquire my package - this did NOT happen. Tried calling FedEx customer service, I was on hold for an hour with no answer. Their automated system is horrendous, their virtual assistant does NOT assist. A package was sent to me via FedEx. On Monday, FedEx made an attempt to deliver the package. I was not home. They then attempted everyday after for the next 5 days, so far. I was home each time they claimed to have made the attempt. Like so many of the other reviews, the tracking site claims that I was not at home when I have been. When I called Fedex, I was told that the package was passed off to the local postal service but they would not tell me if it was USPS or a local courier service. They could not give me a phone for the courier/postal service because they didn't know the specific carrier. I was told that the seller used FedEx's budget service and that after FedEx passed the package to the courier, FedEx is no longer responsible. I was told to contact the sender who referred me back to Fedex. Neither would take responsibility for the package. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My package is to delivered three days ago and I have yet to receive it. On first day of promised delivery date I found out my package never left distribution center. On second day again never left the center. On third day it was put on the wrong truck. The whole times I received tracking with misinformation indicating I should receive it by end of the each day. Fedex is so unreliable and worst company to deal with. I will never use them again and will ask all my shippers to use different shipping company for my future shipping needs.

I caught the driver blasting music and sending no alert about the delivery arrival. When I opened my car door to ask WHY he didn’t place the place where it can’t be viewed from the public, his ignorant response was “you have cameras”. As if thefts don’t occur in front of cameras. He clearly did not come on the porch to see the messages or bin to place for safety. When I called to place a complaint after several of these incidents and leaving my gate cracked (but did not find that way), the service representative was just as ignorant and didn’t want to escalate to a manager after asking several times. Do YOUR BUSINESS with UPS, if possible.

My tracked shipment was held up in transit, things happen, I understand minor delays. Then on the new delivery date, while working the front counter at my open business, I receive an alert that they had attempted to delivery the package but the business was closed and no one was available. The 50+ customers and employees who have come and gone from the business for hours seemed to be able to open the door just fine. The customer service line is just a voice activated loop that does not provide much information or help.

Do not use FedEx or FedEx Canada. Not only are they slow and massively disorganized but if you have a disagreement with them they will screw with your future shipments. Stay away from this company!! Every day this week they said they attempted delivery but did not. When I called to have them hold it, they said they had it done but they kept it all week, over 7 days, saying it wasn’t available for pick up still and would continue to attempt delivery, which they never did. I called and cancelled the shipment because I don’t ever want to deal with them again. Extremely unprofessional!

I was getting my medication delivered from the Iowa City River Landing Pharmacy on Thursday. They, FedEx lied and said nobody was home yet I was home all day to accept my medication that I needed desperately. So today, Friday, I waited all day. I get a text message saying they tried to deliver but nobody’s home. I’ve been in the house this whole time so again they lied.
So Thursday when I called and said how important it was that I get my medication I was lied to by the customer service saying that they will contact the driver who, according to their records and text messages, that they just left within the last five minutes so they were in the area and I could’ve received the medication I so desperately needed but Yet again they failed & lied saying that they were going to contact the driver so I can get my medication. I will not be using them in the future and if you care about the safety of your loved ones do not have them deliver anything other than a doormat because they can’t handle delivering medication. Customer service will blow smoke.

Do you folks have issues with missing mails/packages? For us it is a daily thing. One or more homeowners in our neighborhood post messages in our neighborhood WhatsApp group asking if anyone has received their mail/deliveries. I missed one SUV tire in the month of November. I received a message from Walmart, that the tire will be delivered that day with FedEx tracking#. FedEx tracking website showed that the tire was out for delivery from Braselton, GA at 6:16am. But it was not delivered until 3:00pm the next day. Then asked for an update on the FedEx website because my tire was flat and local tire shops did not have that tire. Interestingly, I got the text message that the tire was delivered on the previous day at 8:30pm within the next few minutes of my update. Now I saw the FedEx website also showed delivery time of 8:30 pm the previous day which was updated after 19 hours. I have not received the tire, though.
I went around my neighborhood to check if the FedEx driver had dumped the tire on any driveways in our neighborhood. I could not find it anywhere. I called FedEx. They asked me to wait for 48 hours and then open the case. I opened the case 2 days later and after a couple days I got the message that it was delivered. They closed the case. I called Walmart and asked them to refund my money. I ordered a tire from Costco and installed it. Today UPS delivered my Macy's order. But no package. I see this in our neighborhood almost every day with FedEx and UPS. They seemed to be using third party drivers and so delivery is not guaranteed; but you pay a high price. I have not experienced this from Amazon orders yet.

FedEx is so terrible, that if I see something I want to purchase online and FedEx is my only shipping option, I literally won't buy the product. I know I will either never get it, or it will be absolutely destroyed. Cases in point:
1) I ordered a watch to be delivered right before a trip I was taking. It was supposed to arrive almost a full week (5 days) before I left (at the latest!). The day I had to leave for my trip I was disappointed that my watch hadn't arrived and the tracking just kept saying "in transit." I was about to give up when the FedEx truck pulled into the driveway and the driver handed me a VERY large box. I was a little perplexed since it was just a watch.
Upon opening the box, I discovered another box which was completely smashed. It looked like it had been run over with a truck. When I opened the interior box, there was ANOTHER box, this one from the manufacturer. My watch had shipped in a METAL BOX to PROTECT the watch and EVEN THE METAL BOX WAS ABSOLUTELY SMASHED. There is NO WAY that this didn't get run over with a truck! Unbelievably, my watch was in one piece and still works to this day-a testament to the product quality (G-Shock) and to FedEx's incompetence.
2) I sold my car in a private sale and had to get the title to the purchaser. I sent it FedEx. The purchaser never got the car title. FedEx representatives had ZERO answers for me as to what happened to the car title and because of differing state laws I was not able to obtain a copy of the title (the car was too old) The poor purchaser had to go through heck and back to get the vehicle registered under his name.
3) I called to change the shipping address on a package that my boss had ordered. The automated system did not recognize my tracking #. I had to say it 3 different times (no option to enter the #, speech only.) When I FINALLY got through to a representative they put me on hold and then the call just ended. The prompt to take a "survey" came up but when I entered the corresponding # to my opinion, the automated system said it couldn't recognize my choice. Called again to try to change the shipping address and go through the same rigamarole with the tracking #. Finally get to a representative again and they inform me that I cannot change the shipping address. (Fine, but I wasted an HOUR of my day to figure that out when they should just have that information available online!)
4) I called today to get a freight delivery time window and was disconnected from customer service. I hate this company.
FedEx is the absolute WORST.

I had a package that was to be delivered today. Received a text saying delivered. I get home and no package anywhere. I got on the FedEx app to see what’s going on and I had two deliveries listed both saying delivered. So I click on the delivery that should have been delivered today. It has the info from the other delivery which was last month with the picture of the last delivery… ok, so I click on the past delivery and it just drops me from the app.. I can't click On proof of delivery either. So I go to Google and go through FedEx that way.
I opened the proof of delivery and it’s just a letter with info etc. No picture at all. Something is fishy about this…. I called FedEx customer service and it was hard to understand the person helping me, he opened up a case. I’m so so angry right now.. I will be so mad if they don’t find my package. And how can just a letter be proof of delivery? And no picture. That’s wrong. This is Completely annoying. We will see what they come up with when they decide to call me regarding my claim.

I had shipped a box to BC Canada as a Christmas gift, 2 packs of chocolate, baby clothing and some adult used clothing, I paid $112 took it to fedex office with 3 documents for customs, it arrived to Canada, got stuck in customs because there was a snow storm around Christmas, they said there was customs issues even though I filled up all necessary documents, so they shipped the box back to me and charged my debit card without my permission additional $66.05, I called them. They were rude and did not negotiate or feel sorry that I had to pay close to $200 and the box did not arrive to the people that I sent them the package as a Christmas gift, sooo disappointed and I will never use them or trust them even to ship a bag of potato chips....

So I was told my package would be delivered this past Saturday so I stayed home all day and eventually checked my email around 8 pm to see that they say they tried to deliver it at 5 pm. Mind you I’ve been home all day waiting. I check and no door tag so I checked my security cameras for that timeframe and they had in fact not been to my house at all. They lied. I did a little research and found that they do that a lot. Say they delivered the package when in fact they haven’t. Sucks for them to do that.

We purchased art at an art auction in November and was looking forward to having it delivered today (January 8, 2023). We received an email stating it was delivered this morning at 9:29AM. It was not at the front door as the email stated. Further, a photo showing "proof" was attached. The photo was blurry and showed concrete with a small object on the corner...Not sure what it was, but not our package. The driver clearly was lazy. I immediately contacted Fedex to get them to message the driver, but they refused...saying they're not allowed to contract the driver. I completed the report and will contact the Art Dealer Monday. We live in Land O' Lakes, Florida. Fedex clearly does not care. They used to be a really great company, but no more!

Ordered products to be delivered 3 times from two different venders, each time Fedex was to deliver, Each time delivery dates were days after the original scheduled date. With no bad weather in any of the states they were traveling through. One item I had to return, so packaged up item with label supplied, dropped in drop box. Sign on box said will be picked up at 6:00 PM every day. It was three days before it was picked up and entered into their system.

I ordered wheels and tires. Tracking said for three days it be delivered 1/6/23 between 12 and 5 pm when loaded on the truck for delivery at 6:30am. So I waited all day. I watched the truck drive by. At 6:08 pm the tracking showed it returned back to Lebanon. Now I'm ready to cancel. I can't miss work for multiple days. Even a heat or plumber give you a call with two-hour window and show up. Guess only FedEx workers at the Lebanon Ohio location don't give a damn about customers or service. What's funny is I never signed any contract. That was the business that hired them.

A package was shipped mid-Dec, from Harry & David, by FedEx #**. The information on the packing slip contained the correct name, address, and phone number for delivery. The package arrived at the Palmetto, FL center 21 Dec, and began the 14-mile trek to our apartment. The tracking details show 14 failed attempts between 21 Dec 22 and 6 Jan 23, due to "customer not available or business closed." We were home every day except 2 Jan 23, and by the way - a hang tag was never placed on the door showing an attempted delivery. I noticed on 26 Dec the tracking details annotated "incorrect address." So, I called 1.800.463.3339, and after what felt like an hour of following system prompts - I actually got to speak to a live person. I stated the address on the Harry & David label was correct, and the FedEx lady was kind enough to open a case (#**) to ensure it matched the H&D label.
Fortuitously, on 6 Jan 23, a neighbor was waiting for a package, spotted the FedEx driver, waved him down and managed to get all our packages for the apartment complex. In discussing the issue with the driver, it appears he does not deliver to individual apartments and only makes deliveries to the mailroom. Now for the frustrating fact: the mailroom is locked with only residents having access - meaning this driver never delivers to our apartment complex - much less uses hang tag to notify residents of attempted delivery! Now the funny fact: UPS & Amazon drivers deliver to individual apartments. Moral of the story...you guessed it...don't trust or use FedEx. Sad!

I was not able to be with my daughter on her birthday, and I wanted to surprise her by sending her something at her school. FedEx decided arbitrarily not to ship the item to arrive today her birthday, but decided to ship it and arrive on Monday. FedEx did not notify me nor the company with whom I purchased the product by 5 pm so therefore I had no idea that there it was not going to be delivered today. This is completely incompetent. I have a divorced dad trying to connect with my daughter on her birthday and FedEx is now blown that chance. I will never recommend FedEx again nor ever use them again and have many times over the years. This is completely unacceptable and even just getting a full refund is not compensation enough for the damage this has done.

It’s my belief my box was stolen from a FedEx employee. I sent two boxes. One got to its destination and the other is in the wind. The box in the wind had valuables inside which I’m sure they scanned and knew exactly the contents. I’m beyond upset. These were gifts for Christmas and cannot be replaced. Someone needs to do something about the stealing of packages. We trust these companies. Not anymore!

We have had nothing but trouble with FedEx Ground & Freight. They will not pick up anything the same day, even if you have it scheduled by 8 am. (We've never had this problem with UPS, Speedee, or our other freight companies). If you actually need your parts picked up, find a different company. They rarely accomplish what they say they will over emails or phone calls, and their website is a joke for scheduling.

Every time I have Fed Ex deliver anything, they will put it outside my gate, throw it over the gate, or put on the driveway. Our front door is thru the gate then about 6 feet past the gate. Today it's pouring rain, I had a heavy box delivered from Costco with sugar and other items, he left it in front of the house, 3 feet from the gate. Good thing my son saw him or the box would have been too soggy to pick up and the sugar would have to be replaced. They all have poor customer service, and lazy drivers.

We sale nails products and expected Fedex to delivery on Thursday 12/29/2022. There was no delivery on that day but on tracking information Fedex blamed our business closed but it was not true. On phone contacted with them they blamed on the weather and told us will be delivered on next Tuesday 01/03/2023, again there was no delivery on Tuesday and we tried to contact them on the phone, they said tomorrow. There was no delivery either on the next day, we called then respond was " will be delivered later today by 8:00 pm" but they also sent me the notification via email with a note" we are unable to delivery today because we need the special equipment " We called again and requested to talk to the manager ( we forgot to ask for his name) since the representative can not answer our question. The manager then said, we do not have the drivers available now then have to be tomorrow.
We disagreed with that because we are not sure how many times we have to say "tomorrow" with our customers so we requested them to delivery today then if they do not have the lift gate then we are willing to break the pallet then carry every single packages to our business (even though that is their jobs) then the manager said, if we delivery late today but no one will be at your business then we have to charge you extra, We confirmed that we will wait because we care for our customers and we want to keep our promise to the customers and then fedex manager said "if that is a case then keep in mind that we will charge you extra if you are not at the business at the time we delivery to you and it will be also an extra charge if we have to wait for you an hour to break the pallet and carry the products into your shop."
But when we asked the manager that "if you keep delay on delivery the products to us and especially if you do not delivery the products to us today so will you pay us for the lost of our business?" Then the manager laughed and said "NO MAM". For me, the way the manager responded to me was not so helpful on the customer need and also was so unprofessional. Fedex need to do a better training on all the staffs and improve to be a better customer services.

I shipped a letter (FedEx Pak) standard overnight on 12/22 to myself at another location and was charged $47.55 - for delivery the next day. I did not receive it (totally panicked!) until 12/29/22. When I called to challenge the charge, I LITERALLY was told by Diane, our account representative, that they could not guarantee it or credit us the charge and that "every other carrier has the same problem." When I said, "But I didn't use every other carrier, I used FedEx," she again reiterated the same thing. I swear I will NEVER EVER use FedEx again.

BUT IT WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!! Had to open a case with FedEx and walmart.com. FedEx is the UNreliable delivery company I have come in contact with. Called 5 times. Approx 15 min time spent on phone, have lost package and not been delivered, unable to speak with real person, kept going through loop in an automated system and then hangs up before even trying to send me over to a real person. Package cannot sit in rain and they've missed delivery date two days in a row. Have had nothing but poor relations with this company. FedEx has been providing photos of delivery. However, the photos I have been consistently receiving are totally useless. They seem to show the bottom of the FedEx truck, but they provide NO information about delivery. I have phoned *THREE TIMES* to complain about this. Each time, I have been told that they would contact the station manager, so that the driver can be instructed to provide appropriate photos. NOTHING has changed!
As I have explained, I would like this corrected for the future, so that in case a package is misdelivered, the photo can be of use. I am certain that I am not the only person who is receiving these useless photos. I would like to get this straightened out for future deliveries to me and other customers served by this driver. But complaining to FedEx has not accomplished anything.

I have called multiple times with the same result. Nothing. I have a LOOOONG driveway. At the top of the driveway is a tree with a sign on it that says, "Please Put Packages In Cabinet." At the end of my drive is a cabinet under a carport where packages stay dry. They leave my packages under the tree with the sign on it that basically says, "DON'T LEAVE PACKAGES HERE". This last delivery was left out in the middle of a thunderstorm and when I tried to pick up the box, it just fell apart. This continues to happen over and over again.

On 12/09/2022 my package was shipped via FedEx from a company in GA. Tracking shows the package in Braselton GA since 12/9. A claim for $998 was filed on 12/19 and approved for $151 with a payout for $100. The FedEx rep claimed that the company the shipment came from approved the $100 payout, which is untrue. The replacement cost for the part will be around $1000 (being that it will include having to code the part to the vehicle etc.). How does one insure a package for $900 and FedEx decides to pay whatever they see fit. This part is for my main work vehicle, which I cannot use until I receive and install the part. The customer service in this case is unacceptable and I will make certain that I will not ship with FedEx in the future. Who do I call to get this resolved?

I have a shipment from FedEx that was shipped out 12/19/2022 and still do not have it. It is now just pending where it is sitting at. No updates. You cannot even get through to a real live person when you try to call FedEx. All I read and see on social media is nightmares about FedEx. Not my first deal with these monsters. They had threw my oral chemo shipment in the bush at my house two months ago, how do you make a complaint when you can’t get through. And then the so-called fill-in driver was driving a U-Haul truck dressed in street clothes. But we are all to suck it up because yes felons do deserve jobs but I don’t think with FedEx or UPS or any sorts when you’re dealing with medications or expensive items being ordered and delivered. So kudos to FedEx. I lost all respect two months ago and I guess I won’t be getting my wig, yes I am a chemo patient so the bastard whom had stolen it, I guess please enjoy it, there’s a place in hell for you!!!

I dropped off a package at a FedEx drop off and never receive a confirmation number. I went back to get one and they said once it’s in the computer they have no record of it that I had to call FedEx office so I called FedEx office and they said they had record of it being pick up and they’re looking into it. So I filed a claim and every time I called (4 or 5 times) to find out the status I made sure to ask if it was picked up and they told me that it was picked up, but it was still being processed. Three weeks later they told me that they’re not paying me because I have no proof. Now I’m in the process of hiring a lawyer!!!! DON’T USE Fed Ex!!!

When I order a product from a company and they say it’s shipping it FedEx I can always count on it being late. This hasn’t happened once or twice but at least 4 or 5 times. One star is too high of a rating. The last 5 packages that were to be delivered by FedEx were “out for delivery“ multiple days. Getting through to customer service is a joke. Worst service ever. UPS, USPS and Amazon have no problem finding my house but FedEx can’t seem to find it even though their truck drives by my house. I got an email saying they couldn’t find my house. Ordered a gift 12 days before Christmas. I know I can expect delays around this time. However, this package has been sitting IN the distribution site IN THE SAME STATE as delivery about an hour from the address for a week now. Fedex's automated phone system will not connect to anyone to speak to me. I called the shipper, they have no updates either. How is it Fedex has been "sitting" on a package for a week an hour from the delivery address and there is no bad weather at the delivery address? I lived there for 10 years and I know even if they do get bad weather it goes away in two days because it's just too warm in general. That is sucky service. Put the package on the truck and get it there. It is literally an hour away.

I paid for overnight shipping and it has been over 4 days and package has still not budged from transit. The people I talk to from customer service keep saying they have updated the status of package as being high priority and that they will call me back with any updates but they have not done that yet. The special notes written in the tracking say it's out for delivery while the package is still in Memphis. Never use this service, have never had to go through this much stress for a package. They do not care about the customers and will lie to you just to get off the call.

I was to receive a package on Dec 22, 2022 shipped via FedEx. The package was not delivered. I checked their website and it read, "Out for delivery". From Dec 22 until Dec 26 I got the same message. I filed a claim for obvious reasons. On Monday Dec. 26 FedEx replied that the package had been delivered on Dec. 22. I tried to reply to their email but it was sent via "no-reply". I called FedEX and was told by an automated recording that they were closed for the holiday. Since when is Dec. 26th a holiday? I have video cameras by my front door and no delivers were made on Dec 22. I had also requested updates but none were forthcoming. I can only conclude that the package was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address and FedEx changed the "out for delivery" over several days to "delivered" to cover their mismanagement. I also involved the shipper Home Depot by explaining to them my problem with FedEx. I will never again use FedEx and tell others to do the same.

FedEx delivered 15 of 25 computers ordered. They gave me a phone to sign with nothing but a signature line. When I realized they did not deliver the full shipment, I attempted to contact them. When I tried to contact a FedEx Representative I could never get past their automated system. It just stated the representative has no further information. If FedEx =is making deliveries there should be a way to talk to a person, not a computer to resolve issues. Also FedEx has made several deliveries and just dropped the packages off on my driveway by my garage, not at my door. They apparently are not interested in their customers.

Recipient had moved so package was undeliverable. We called to update recipient's address and was assured package would be forwarded. It never happened. We have called 5 times to request shipment be returned to us. Instead we were told it was given a new tracking number and delivered to Olive Branch MS signed for by J **. Our case# ** was closed. . Last time we called we were told we have no other recourse than to file an online claim. When we have tried to file a claim online we keep getting an error message. Online we cannot get past the virtual assistant. We were told not to call again. No one is interested in helping us - the package contained collectible comics worth a bunch. We are not happy!

In Seattle and we have some bad weather, understandably delivery trucks may be delayed due to ice and snow. But I have seen out my window the past 3 days about 12 UPS trucks hammering around with chains on making their deliveries on time, and I've seen only 1 Fedex truck down on the lower main road making deliveries. This is Seattle not Minnesota, the streets are barely covered in anything and yet I see no Fedex trucks moving around. Even the USPS trucks and deliveries are everywhere. Very poor. I always choose UPS when I can for shipping, they are so much more reliable.

I called FedEx about changing the date of delivery on a package. The agent said she took the necessary steps to ensure the package delivery date was changed. The next day I received a notice saying package was out for delivery. I call FedEx. The agent assured me that the package date was changed and the package would be delivered on date requested. Later that day I get an email with a picture showing the package was delivered when it was not supposed to be delivered. The package can not be overnight outside in freezing cold temperatures. It will ruin. I called FedEx and the agent says nothing can be done and that they can’t pick up the package unless the shipper contacts them. This was an online order. The company is not answering their phone as their business is closed for the day.
Fedexs claims they did their job by delivering the package even though I called twice to have the date changed which I was assured would happen. I request to speak to a manager. The agent said there isn’t one but as I insisted all the sudden there was one available. They basically said that FedEx was doing their job and that I’d have to contact the shipper about the package. The shipper did their part. This is an issues with the 2 FedEx agents who did their job incorrectly and misinformed me and basically lied saying the delivery date was changed! FedEx breached their deliver commitment by not honoring the change date yet I was told it was changed. In the end they are doing nothing about and said they did nothing wrong although they will reprimand the agents who did not do their job correctly.
I ask the manger her name and ID number. She said she could not provide. I ask to speak to her supervisor and she said there isn’t one available. I ask for the supervisors name so that when I call back I can ask for them directly. She said she could not give me their name. Does this not sound shady??? In meantime I lose the money for ordering a gift that will not withstand being outdoors overnight in below 0 degrees due to FedEx’s fault. How is it okay that FedEx can charge you to ship something and then not honor their commitment they made to me and get away with it. They should be held liable for mistakes their agents make.Instead they say they honored their commitment to the original form of shipping and that to them is enough. So when they tell you that you can manage a shipping it turns out it is at your own risk.
If FedEx screws up your delivery you are at a loss and FedEx well they continue to make money no matter what. They have no liability and do not have to do anything about it. Think twice before using their service. Choose other options and only use FedEx as a last resort. This is not the first time having issue with FedEx but I’d say this is the worse experience!!

I would never use Fedex again after this experience, I was getting my new phone through that I desperately needed and it was shipped through overnight service but you know how Fedex do. They never even attempted to deliver my package when it's been at the local FedEx facility from almost 5 am in the morning my package was supposed to be delivered and when I call to ask about it no one gave any information on if I could pick it up at the local facility of where it's at or guarantee that it would be in my hand today.
Then before my vacation a week ago I also ordered clothes that got shipped through FedEx and they never even came, they got delivered 3 days into my vacation after the company said it would be delivered the day before I was suppose to leave. This company only good for either losing your packages or delaying them until you don't even need them anymore. If I honestly could, I would disband the whole company with their terrible professionalism.

Usually their sub-par delivery service is tolerable. Until my recent experience, they delivered my Christmas gift to the wrong house! Good luck trying to get a person in customer service. I have had tolerable issues with this service, such as giving packages to random people visiting my home, leaving chewy orders at the bottom of the drive, and even bringing packages up to the fire ant pile by the corner of the house. That stuff I can deal with, because I understand FedEx doesn't take care of their delivery people. But to have horrible customer service on top of that is absolutely wrong!

I had a package delivered last week. The driver flew into the shared driveway, flew into my driveway, threw my package on the porch (all glass), then flew out the driveway leaving marks!! Called to report the incident and I was told someone would call me back with a resolution. It has been 4 days and I still have not received a call. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Today was the second attempt for a delivery from their end after messing up the first attempt when I had left detailed instructions. Only today they couldn’t do their job to check for the door tag they left at my door yesterday. I was here waiting at my place and for precautions I left the signed door tag and I still received a text 20 minutes later that they could not deliver my package?! What’s the point of the signed door tag? Also I was here! I called customer service and their options were to drive 20 miles away during peak traffic (5:30 PM) or be home again tomorrow? Umm I can’t take another day off for a single package that may or may not be delivered by their incompetent driver. I blame Verizon for using FedEx…It would not happen with UPS.

So, my mom and I live on a hill in the middle of nowhere. We got a text saying our package has been delivered. We were expecting a package at our doorstep. We looked hours for the package. It was down the road thrown into the ditch.

I am having my online delivered, regrettably, by FedEx. Both, my wife and I waited at home all day after a text message from FedEx about a delivery to on 12/19 (today). Throughout the whole day NOBODY came, called or texted me. At about 5pm I called Customer Service Number asking for an update. The representative listened, offered her apologies, and then put me on a "brief" hold and ... hang-up.
I called again, but I could not be transferred to the person I just had spoken. I asked to talk to a manager ... nope, you can't. I spent a few minutes going circles "I'd like to talk to your manager - what is your tracking number? I don't have one. I'd like to talk to your manager, what is your tracking ... etc, etc". I hang up and tried calling again. The robot recognised my number and said "you cannot be transferred to a representative because you just called before".
In summary: did not receive my shipment, "customer service" rep was rather useless - both of them - just like the robot and ... no you cannot talk to a manager, you cannot complain, there is escalation path ... Come to think about it Fedex do not do anything that any courier should reasonably be expected so ... why they pretend they are in this business? My lesson: FedEx - NEVER AGAIN!
