Driver said he tried to deliver a package but we were closed, strange seeing how there are 12 people sitting in the office, about 30 people in the plant with doors wide open. Driver NEVER tried to deliver to this location!!!! Now it will come another day?? How do I know he will attempt then and not just say he was here and we were closed again??

We’ve had issues for years, even before the pandemic, with deliveries from FedEx, from the driver updating tracking stating a package was delivered and a signature was on file (once for a $700 laptop) to the driver refusing to put packages closer than 5 – 10 feet from our porch. This came to a head this past July when the driver left packages literally less than a foot from our porch and it rained. Both boxes were destroyed. One contained chemicals that, if any had been punctured, would have been a disaster.
I finally reached someone at FedEx after almost half an hour who then had the local office contact me. That person agreed that this was ridiculous and said the delivery person’s supervisor would be contacted. The next time the driver came, he put the package under the porch. I came to the screen door and thanked him. He totally ignored me. I said, really? You’re not going to acknowledge me? He continued to ignore me. I said, "Okay, if that’s how you want to play…"
He reported me to FedEx safety… said I “heckled” him. To be perfectly clear, I am a 5’2” woman in her 60th year. I told the person from FedEx (all of these workers are at the Bridgeport PA facility on River Road) that I would never praise or thank or interact in any way with the driver. The person seemed satisfied with my response.
Two weeks later, we were tracking a delivery. First, the driver said it was rescheduled “per requested”. The next two days, the driver marked the shipment as “unable to locate recipient” (these did not require signatures and he never came to the door - we have security cameras). See uploaded screenshots. I filed a complaint with FedEx and told them I no longer felt safe with the driver as he was clearly retaliating. That person assured me another driver would deliver our package (I received a case#). And I alerted the vendor who shipped them (Chewy) and they assured me they would resolve it. They sent a free replacement shipment and refunded our money.
FedEx returned both shipment saying they couldn’t deliver due to the fact they were launching a safety investigation. And FedEx has yet to contact me again. They returned the last shipment last Friday (8/25/23). I now call the local depot once a week. I am always told someone will call me back. Today (9/18) was my most recent contact.
If anyone else has had issues with FedEx deliveries, particularly witnessing drivers throwing packages (one person who contacted me reported witnessing the driver throw her package - marked fragile! - from his truck onto her driveway), drivers retaliating by falsifying tracking after recipient files a complaint and/or having to get packages at a FedEx pickup location, please email fedexdeliveryissues@gmail.com. So, I gave FedEx a package worth around $2200, and you won't believe what happened next. The package vanished in thin air right after they picked it up! No, not during its journey or at some mad busy hub, but right after pickup. I mean, seriously, theft is the #1 explanation here, and it feels like FedEx wants to ignore it! And here's the kicker – FedEx is BBB accredited! It's truly puzzling how they can have that accreditation with the highest rating A+ when they fall so short of their obligations. Now, let's talk about their response - or lack thereof. They're basically ignoring our letters about the whole thing! A whole bunch of correspondence tossed in the bin... just to add insult to injury.
I'm honestly shocked that a BIG company like FedEx can get away with this. They didn't just mess up; they broke our trust in a big way. It's just not right. If you're thinking about using FedEx, think twice! They're not taking responsibility - they're not talking to us - and they're definitely not making things right. Don't make the same mistake I did, there are better options out there, folks. But hey, let me know if you got similar stories. I would love to hear I am not alone in this E*P*I*C fail.

I live in Upper Michigan, about 2 hours north of Green Bay, Wisconsin. I'm not alone in this situation, everyone I know has the same thing happen. Most of our shipments come via Chicago's hub. However, most of them don't come after Chicago. For some reason, FedEx employees like to give our products a tour of the country first. From Chicago, it just needs to come straight north. Instead, they go to CA, TX, Or some other coastal state. Why is it so hard to hire people who can actually do their job?! I mean, one of our delivery drivers is a well known pill pusher (drug dealer)! I've heard it from several different people, same exact story. FedEx, fast help isn't always quality help. Get your ** together! Quit playing with our merchandise! Or hand it over to someone who can handle the job at hand (usps, ups, etc)! I think it's time for FedEx to hang it up and shut the door!

I have filed complaints to FedEx about their delivery person leaving my packages out on the roadway for people to steal. They don't seem to care one bit about taking care of customers. I even went as far as putting a sign out with instructions not to leave packages on the roadway and yesterday the delivery person stacked my packages on top of the sign.

I received a heavy desk & the delivery came earlier than expected. I had a back injury; I can’t lift anything heavy. My husband was not home. The delivery guys wouldn’t slide the box into my doorway even after I told them my back was broken and I can’t lift the box. It was 2 of them. They could have slid the box into the home from where they were standing outside at my door. I have a large, open, & clear foyer. I don’t ever want to use FedEx or anyone ship me anything from them. Non caring & non helpful rude employees! My Ring camera recorded the whole thing.

I had an altercation with the FedEx delivery person. First, I’ll note he has been hard to ask any questions as he has his earbuds and it’s like an inconvenience for him to take them out to answer and it’s always been uncomfortable to address him. The altercation started when he came one day to deliver a Chewy box and because I have a bad back I asked if he would drop the box inside door.. I didn’t ask him to come in. He stepped back and started yelling at me “you need to pick it up” (note: I’m wearing a back brace). I had asked him once before and he put the box inside the door and he did it but with attitude. I’m not blameless here as the ** word came from both of us and as a 66 y/o I was upset and shaken up afterwards…
Fast forward.. a Chewy box was to be delivered a week after the altercation and it never came. I got a call from the local FedEx facility and they said that the driver refuses to deliver to me because I’m “hostile”. After picking up the box I thought about it and called the facility and offered to apologize to the guy, the guy on the phone said they would call me back.., well, I never heard back so obviously the driver is not going to accept my apology. I find the driver to be immature and lacking integrity. The people that he works for are enabling this behavior and it’s one more failure of FedEx.
I asked Chewy if they could send my supplies by another carrier and they are contracted with FedEx. So I cancelled all my orders and will have Amazon do my pet food delivery and I will never buy anything again that needs to be shipped by FedEx., I filed three complaints with FedEx main office and nothing happened because FedEx doesn’t care. They are failing on so many levels.

So they did not deliver my package like scheduled and claims there was a weather delay. For the record if a few drops causes a weather delay there is a problem and maybe you need to hire drivers that know how to drive. Once I asked for a manager all of a sudden I received a notice that my package was back out for delivery. The manager was rude and tells me, "Oh I don’t know what’s going on with it. It’s says weather delay but I’m not in that area to know." Way to go FedEx. You lost another customer.

I was told all day that my package was going to arrive by day's end. The package required a signature so I had to miss work to sit and wait. Now FedEx wants me to miss work another day to sit and wait. It’s not real hard to give accurate updates in 2023. I’ll never use this service again and will make sure to steer others clear of FedEx in the future.

I ordered cat food and treats from Chewy. According to FEDEX tracking the packages arrived locally (Hampton VA) at 412 AM today. Another entry said out for delivery. Now it says delivery failure because I wasn't home. Completely a lie. FEDEX repeatedly uses that excuse when they fail. I've asked Chewy as well as others over time to consider UPS. 90 percent of packages I receive are from UPS and I've never had a late shipment that was a fault of the carrier. FEDEX IS A DISMALLY POOR COMPANY.

I remember when FedEx was a better choice for shipping. I had noticed recently that FedEx more often than not does not meet the stated delivery date. Recently had 2 items ordered both from Wisconsin 1 UPS 2 Fedex. Ups shipment came 4 days faster. What happened to FedEx.

I always ordered to same company from Japan. Delivery guy always hold and delayed several days until my release the sign. This time they send a message "delayed" every morning early time. I always wait at home my item. Never try to deliver. Delivery guy must be fired because of lie to the customer and neglect of duty and dereliction of duty. Worst customer service. Santa Fe Springs Fedex.

Customer service has become the worst in the business... Stop sending people to overseas call centers that want to read from a manual and not answer questions! Delays are only posted after customer calls to ask why package is not there at estimated time. How many days are we supposed to stay at location and wait for undelivered packages?!?! Truly need to question if FedEx is any better than USPS?!?!

The day before FedEx came to drop off my package. They didn't ring the doorbell or knock. They just lefted a note saying that I've missed them. They clearly did not ring the doorbell or knock. I am a stay at home mom with 2 large dogs. If they did any of that to alert me that they were here I would have definitely heard them because of my dogs. They just came and lefted. I called them and they said I need to pay a fee for import duties,that's why the package wasn't lefted. So I paid it over the phone and told them not to ring the bell or knock, just to drop it in the mail box. I told them I have two dogs and my baby will be having a nap during the time they will be delivering it. So of course this time they rang the doorbell and woke my baby up. Clearly they can't follow simple instructions.

FedEx delivered to an apartment not my house. Called and they can't find it asked if I checked delivery area. Didn't seem to understand that I am not at an apartment complex with a mail room. Spent 20+ minutes explaining that I am not at an apartment and they didn't deliver to my correct address. Finally talked to the "trace team" who still couldn't find where it was delivered to. I asked which address it was delivered to, they gave me an address that doesn't exist. They never actually admitted that they delivered to the wrong place. I got zero communication about the how the process is progressing, just generic emails that didn't give any info. Customer service didn't care that the driver screwed up.
Not sure how in 2023 there isn't a way for the driver's scan tool doesn't have a GPS locator for where the deliver picture was taken when every cell phone gives you exact coordinates of every picture. I will pay extra to never have to use FedEx again. Unfortunately they don't give a damn about any single person leaving their reviews or no longer patronizing their service.

Ordered next day delivery. Three days later, and has not arrived. Funny that the tracking started in Illinois, and then to Indiana, and all of a sudden went to Montana, and then North Dakota. Unorganized or just making things up. Great job!

FedEx sent me a message saying my package could not be delivered because I was not home. I was home all day sitting on my front porch and home the entire night, and FedEx never pulled in my driveway. Do the drivers just blatantly lie? Seems that way.. DON'T USE FedEx!!

I always use FEDEX and have NEVER encountered a problem UNTIL I used FEDEX from Jacksonville FLORIDA. My package was cut open. The driver propped the box up backwards to take the ‘delivered’ picture THEN pulled off as I called him to address the problem. I will NEVER do another online order in Jacksonville if it has to come thru FEDEX.

Every time I order something and I see it is to be delivered FedEx, I cringe. You see, they will claim to have attempted a delivery but no one was home, even for no signature required. They will run out attempts until they no longer have to come. Following up by calling cust service is useless. I will get a ton of apologies but no resolution. If I could give negative stars I would. They deserve to go out of business. In my opinion, they are the worst company ever.

I was expecting a package that was held for two days at the FedEx facility. On the third day it was showing that it would be delivered between 10am-3pm then changed to 8pm. It wasn’t delivered. I tried to call but the automated answer would keep saying on the truck and won’t allow you to speak to a live agent. The next day was Saturday I called and the agent said the package was on the truck then it was returned to the facility and expected to be delivered Monday. We’ll see. Horrible service and tracking system.

Updated on 09/09/2023: This marks my second day of waiting for my FedEx delivery, which has yet to arrive. Despite my repeated calls to customer support, I've been consistently given false information. Just an hour ago, a support representative assured me that my item would arrive by 11:00 PM tonight, only for the delivery status to change to "pending" a minute later. This same situation occurred yesterday after speaking with a different representative. FedEx's reliability is deteriorating, with their continuous provision of inaccurate information and failure to deliver on time. I strongly discourage any company using FedEx as a shipping method. I've personally experienced a loss of $4,000 for my projects due to FedEx's lack of responsibility in managing deliveries.
Original: I purchased an item from B&H and opted for one-day delivery service. B&H fulfilled their promises impeccably; their customer service was outstanding, and their shipping service was exceptionally accurate. However, I had a dreadful experience with FedEx, the shipping company. Their customer support was abysmal, and my item, which was supposed to be delivered on time, didn't reach my door as scheduled. This delay resulted in a $4000 loss on a project I had paid for, solely due to FedEx's lack of reliability and great service. I'm deeply disappointed and would strongly discourage other companies from using FedEx for their shipping and handling needs.

This is the second time in a week FedEx states tried to deliver a package but I had been home all day listening for the door and no delivery slip to tell me they even tried. I found out because I was checking online all day. First package I ended up picking up at facility but the ground package they won't allow me to pick up. Now I am worried they will say they attempted again without knocking on my door and send back. This is work equipment I need. No business should trust Fedex.

Several times now we've lost packages. The Memphis TN hub seems to be a black hole where packages go to die!! Customer service reps only look at the computer screen and leave notes. No one who works at the hub is actually able to help you.

I get an email that my package is going to be delivered and if I am not going to be home I can leave delivery instructions! I do that, telling not to deliver before because I am at work. They either just don’t read the instructions they said to leave or maybe they can’t, either way they show up at 10 am this morning. I’m really pissed because it was supposed to be here yesterday. I put the instructions on there 2 days ago!

Fedex has now for the third time in week said my package was out for delivery. I live approximately 11 miles from the shipping facility. When I tried to call and find out what the issue was I was first met by a bot that hung up on me 6 times. I finally got to a real person that asked me my name and then when I started to tell them about my problem also hung up. Fedex is not what it used to be. Don't use them.

I bought 2 steam cleaning vacuum belts from Bissell for my small business. FedEx left my package at a neighbor's. Not everyone is honest and people shouldn't have to track down their packages. Trying to get customer service on the phone to answer questions was ridiculous. The only helpful part was the picture of where they left it or I wouldn't have found it. So I guess thanks for that but maybe next time try to get the right house. This has happened multiple times but this time I was on a deadline to have this product and when facing a deadline the last thing anyone wants to do is have an Easter egg hunt to find what they ordered for their business.

I was authorized a return by Wayfair. They sent me a QR code which I cannot use locally. QR code use must be used at a FedEx store location. The closest is 65 miles from my location. Have been unable to get a barcode instead of QR code. With a bar code, I could ship locally or schedule a pick up.

I have multiple bad experiences this 12 years alone with FedEx. One time the delivery guy delivered a package to another City. How can someone one deliver to a wrong city? Thank God the receiver called me with number on the parcel. And today, they left the package a heavy item to near by my apartment. And they are not helping me to recover. It’s like do it yourself. Why do I have to do the heavy lifting for their delivery driver not doing their job 100%.

Shipped package across Canada with insurance and signature required. Package was not delivered and signature was faked by the delivery person. Package stolen internally and FedEx does nothing. Lots of poor reviews so another doesn’t really make a difference but I needed to say something. Customer service horrendous and claims department worse. Get your act together and take care of your customers or quit.

They did deliver the package 2 days later, and I have to say that the driver was absolutely amazing and helped with the delivery big time (unlike their customer service). I wouldn't have minded the delay if I was told immediately that this was going to be the case. Happy that this was resolved.

Good luck if FedEx attempts to deliver anything to you. The worst customer service in existence: They are like AI robots reading the same script. Delivery dates changed arbitrarily and nobody knows what's going on.

I have been trying to track a package all day, getting the same status information. FEDEX shipped if from Ocala to Tampa (completely passing my location - Ocala is closer, btw). It has been in Tampa since 9:13 this morning with no additional information available. . . and when you try to call customer service - all you get is a robo call stating that the information provided on their tracking site is all there is. . . This is ridiculous service from what use to be a decent company.

I had product shipped from chewy by FedEx and my product is stuck on Olathe shipping facility. I receive notice I supposed to get it Saturday Sept 2 but some reason FedEx holding because a holiday on Monday. Which doesn't affect them to do their job on Saturday. Lazy workers and if my product is spoil and taking legal action because this is dumb. How you only have auto machine for customer service. It just shows that FedEx in the wrong. Facts show it.

Fedex called me a liar. The delivery actually was done to another house. The picture clearly showed. I happen to order 2 watches, one of them arrived. One of them did not. The 1 that arrived shows a red house where I live and the blue house. Was the one the other house other watch was delivered? And the FedEx blamed me saying that the GPS showed the driver was on the right house. How is this fair.

Last three times I have had a product delivered through FedEx they have always been late. Sometimes a day. Usually more. The last two have also been damaged on top of it. I would not use this company ever.

FedEx express overnight package, should be delivered to non rural location by 10:30 next morning. "Scheduled" delivery time then changed to 12:00 noon once 10:30 passed and after 12 passed changed to end of day. When trying to call in to find out information about the package, due to the now altered "Scheduled Delivery time" having not passed the automated system refuses to let you speak to a representative. The package was shipped with the more expensive express overnight service as it was needed for work the scheduled delivery day and an entire days work was lost.

2x in a month my package has been dropped off at random houses. I never got my last item & nothing was done about it. FedEx is the absolute worst, it's the only business that will drop my package at a random house. They take a picture, and when you notify them and send them pictures that the house they drop it at obviously isn't yours and isn't even in your neighborhood, they do nothing. I may have to quit shopping with companies that use FedEx completely.

I am writing this review in my car in my driveway, awaiting a FedEx delivery. I was home all day yesterday, and this morning when I walked out of my front door, I saw the FedEx notice telling me they couldn't deliver because I was not home. I checked my doorbell, and it is working. This is the 5th time this year this situation has occurred. Had I known that my order was going to be delivered by Fedex I would not have completed it. It is annoying being told by neighbors that they saw the FedEx guy with the notice and NOT the package. It makes me believe they are deliberately doing this. I have complained in the past to FedEx and all I can do now is eliminate any products that delivered by them.

Requested to deliver to Walgreens but they deliver to Dollar General. These people suck. Couple years ago had ordered a projector. Tracking says it was delivered but I never got the package. These bums just do whatever they want.

Over the years I have had multiple issues with FedEx and they just seem to get worse. About 2 weeks ago I paid for 2 day shipping, they made "3" attempts and never left a door tag, if they had I would have gone to pick it up. I called customer service to tell them they never left a door tag or made a 3rd attempt and that I have Ring camera footage to prove it. I was told since my delivery date was the next day I couldn't make a complaint yet, mind you the next day would have been a week since I ordered it. The next day I get a call from my local FedEx telling me they're holding my package since they made 3 attempts but their website said it was on the truck for delivery.
I made a complaint. The manager called back and still insisted they made 3 attempts. I had the package sent back. I placed an order last week Wednesday was told it would be here by this Wednesday. The tracking showed the package would be delivered yesterday (Thursday) but it was in IN. I live in CT! Of course it wasn't delivered. Now I'm trying to stop the package from being delivered and go into the local location and pick it up, one phone number says it's on hold. Another said it's scheduled for delivery. You can't get anyone on the phone a total waste! Any company that uses FedEx needs to rethink it because they will continue to lose customers.

Not only in the last 3 months have they always been more than a day late but never do they update their tracking information so we know where that driver is anymore. And when you tried to contact them they could care less because you can forget about reaching a person anymore. You will always get a recording.

FedEx facility received my package and put it out for delivery on Tuesday. The facility is only a hour and a half away. 3 days later and they have still not delivered a package less than a pound. Unacceptable.

I was supposed to get my package on Sunday between 10-2. I canceled plans to be home to sign for it. At 2:45 tracking was updated as delayed till Monday between 10-2. It didn't show up till 5:38 when I had left for work. They left a door tag. I called and was told to sign it, put instructions on the back as to where to leave the package, and the driver would leave it today. They didn't leave it.
I called again and was escalated to Akeem in the resolutions department who was most un-helpful. I was told it had to be signed for in person now rather than indirectly. He wouldn't make sure it was here tomorrow morning when someone would be here. He told me I could pay them more money to guarantee it. He also wouldn't send it to a pick up location. Rather, he told me I have to call tomorrow and schedule that myself. This, of course, is going to delay the package another 48 hours. So I won't be able to get my package until Friday at the earliest when I was supposed to have it Sunday. Do not use this company for anything. They don't care about you, your time, or making a wrong, right. Worst service I've ever experienced.

I have had multiple horrible experiences with FedEx. They are NEVER on time, leaving you stuck in your home for days waiting to sign for a package. The driver today didn't even attempt to deliver, just marked that I wasn't home. I have a dog doorbell that never lets a knock go unanswered. Upon calling to complain I got a rude and disinterested CSR who pretty much got the FedEx attitude down in a nutshell. Businesses need to start using other carrier services. I am about to quit a job because they use FedEx to deliver equipment and I refuse to deal with FedEx from now on. I will drive their equipment back myself.

Been a loyal customer for many, many years. Always get an estimate on Rates & Delivery and they ALWAYS match up within a few cents until this week. Shipped a package from NH to NJ and got a rate of 128 BUT bill came in at $154. Called and confirmed the package size and weight were as entered and yes all was correct but got some mubble jumble from their rep that it's only an estimate. Again every shipment I do an estimate and EVERY rate is spot on what I actually get charged. I'll be moving my business to another carrier now.

I shipped a package from a Fedex location on a Monday. Local delivery so they said it will be there Tuesday. Tuesday it is out for delivery, then it can’t be delivered, then the address was changed. Delivered to an address they changed it to. 5 days and 4 calls later, they disconnect me and my case is no more. I lost the tracking number so now I’m screwed. They were very good 25 years ago and keep getting worse.

These drivers make mistakes and this company doesn't hold them accountable. They care nothing about the customer getting their package. If they deliver to someone else then it's oh well. If you can help it go UPS or postal service from post office. They damage your products or lose them and you have to prove shindig they know they did. I will not deal with anyone sending thru FedEx ever again. I will spend using Amazon.

I've had my groceries delivered by FedEx for over two years. I had to let my account go with my grocery company because I have had too much food that has to be thrown away because FedEx continually says it's out for delivery and yet one week later I still do not have my groceries. Either they do not arrive or they arrive in very bad shape. I even had one day that they told me a supervisor was going to personally bring my package, then the next day, interestingly, the package showed up as lost in transit. We live in a rural community and I am the finally the last one who said I'm done with FedEx. No one will order anything if we have to have it delivered FedEx.

My package that required signature was given away to a stranger. The Fedex Supervisor claimed a man walked up to the driver at a nearby business, and not at the residence, asking for my 2 packages. My signature was falsely signed as receiving the packages when I had been home all day waiting for the delivery. It is alarming to know strangers can just walk up to drivers asking for packages and it is given to them. The driver lied about seeing my ID as I still have my ID with me, not only that I am a female and the driver claimed a male asked for my packages. I have yet to hear from FedEx regarding my claim. It is unfortunate that you can’t even receive your packages anymore and FedEx is not taking any responsibility. I am at a standstill while all parties are conducting “an investigation” that will cost me and my family. I am disappointed to say the least.

My package along with others delivered to a wrong location 2 miles from our location. 7 days later, still no package. After many calls with Fedex, I am being told it might be 1-2 weeks and they closed my claim. Try and call customer service and was hung up two times before I even got to talk to someone. When I finally did speak with a real person, I could not understand them. Now I have to start the process of getting refunded for a $1000 worth of test equipment. Awful communication and organization.

Do not ship with this company. They charged me over $110 to pick up a 5 lb pre packaged box for shipment from California to Maryland. They did not let you know how much it was before the pick up and did not let you know why they charged you what they charged you after. Terrible company and customer service.

I am extremely disappointed. I am mailing a visa application, which was very time sensitive and had to include my passport. The visa agency had pre-paid for a FedEx priority overnight label, but after putting the package into the nearest FedEx dropbox, it never got picked up! Then I had to speak with six different customer service reps, some of whom just pretended the problem was resolved when it wasn't, before I was able to file an official report. Still no sign of the important package, and will likely need to cancel my travels. Ugh.

I had spent a few hundred bucks on place settings, which were delivered via FedEx. The box arrived destroyed. Six out of the eight plates inside - there are two sets - were shattered despite being packed tightly. The wear and tear on the box itself was evidence enough this was purely a delivery quality issue. No amount of bubble wrap could have avoided this: The tape is ripped in multiple places, and the edges of the box were blown open. It was pancaked. If the contents weren't destroyed it'd be comical- It's like they played baseball with it! Other delivery services seem to get the job done properly. I recommended to the merchant that they use either UPS or USPS for the replacement.

If I could give FedEx no stars I would. They do not deserve 1 star. I had a package I needed to sign for. They are working on my road at the corner. You can access my road on both ends except at the corner where they are replacing the bridge. Yesterday, the FedEx driver came down the road, through the barriers, stopped in front of my home, turned around, and left. I tried calling support to have them notify the driver I am home, he can get through, he turned around in front of my house yesterday. I have been stuck in my home yesterday and today from 8AM-8PM which is interfering with my job.
Do you think anyone could help me? Do you think anyone would put me through to the hub closest to my home so I could talk to a person? NO. DO NOT USE FEDEX. Their customer service is poor. A package I ordered from Amazon went to some small town 62 miles away from where it was supposed to go and it appears it is stuck there. Fedex has continued to tell me for 5 days now that it is out for delivery but tracking shows it is still stuck in the town 62 miles away. This is unacceptable!!!! Worst experience ever. Rush package is now 5 days from shipment and still no delivery. And this is flying in the summer from Juneau to Anchorage, with multiple flights a day. To make it worse, it is 100% impossible to get someone on the phone. Never use this sham of a company that is a shadow of what it used to be. The sooner they fail the better. UPS much better, and even USPS would have arrived days ago.

Ordered and had delivered broken 3 televisions in Florida and the super said they were *having problems* with drivers there. So we moved to WV and I placed 3 Walmart orders, got notice one was delivered but we didn't get it. Turns out the label had transposed numbers on it and the address doesn't even exist, so he left it next door. I called Walmart and told them to change the address on the ones coming because FedEx won't let the customer and he said he would. Today I get notice 2 items were delivered, again to the wrong address. Son went next door, again not the right address and we put a huge cardboard sign on porch for said wrong address. Again he took it next door, to an address not remotely close, and she told him it goes here and since he had taken it off the truck, he refused to back up 100 feet and deliver to the correct address, and not only that he told her to *just keep it since it's Walmart*.

I have signs "All" over my door, "Do not knock!!!!" I am a veteran that is sleep deprived and I have rescue dogs! Evidently the driver can "Not" read! He left my package in front of my door where I could not get out of my home! Imagine if I had a fire and the front door was the only way to get out! I would not be able to! We ordered a recliner and a loveseat. It was shipped by FedEx unfortunately and they will not deliver it but out in the yard. We are both 75 years old and they will not bring it in the house. The station manager needs to be replaced. The operation of this station is out of controller. Ordered an item from a vendor last year but never received it. Fedex kept giving updated and excuses. I had another package sent April 2023 from a mail service and after a week delay and a lot of Fedex excuses I had to drive 60 mile one way to pickup the package. The station manager is never there so I could not talk to him but I was assured by the person behind the counter the station manager would call. Did not happen. I just had temperature controller medicine sent next day delivery. Shipped on Tuesday with scheduled delivery Wednesday. Never made it.
The FedEx travel log said it was on truck to be delivered. Then they said it would be delivered Thursday and then Friday, but never made it. When I took a closer look at the Fedex log wording it suggest the station was closed down Thursday and Friday. The latest delivery Monday. It really does not matter now because cold pack in 90 deg weather will not last that long. Medicine is no good. Calling Fedex is just a waste of time. Their agents are mostly in Manila and can hardly speak the English language. Recommend do not use FEDEX EXPRESS IF YOU ARE SERVICED OUT OF THE MERIDIAN, MS STATION.

FedEx is untrustworthy and very difficult to deal with. In the past 2 years, they have delivered my package to the wrong address. Today they delivered my air conditioner to the wrong address. The picture furnished is not my house. Within 20 minutes of delivery, I let them kow they made a mistake. I phoned and finally got a representative; the representative told me 24 -48 hours I would get reply. I requested a supervisor. I spoke to supervisor. Sympathetic, said they would try to contact driver, find package and deliver to me. Supervisor said she would call back in 10 minutes. 2.30 hours later, no reply, no package. DO NOT USE THEM.

I paid to have my package re-routed because it required a signature and was supposed to be delivered at a time when I was at work. All good, paid the fee. Rerouted the package. This was day 1. Day 1 delayed to day 2. Rerouted back to my home. Day 2 delayed. Will be here day 3. Day 3 delayed. Will be here Day 4 which is a Saturday. It is home delivery however it is still showing as being on the truck in the neighboring town. Same place that it has been since day 1.
I call customer support who assures me that it is on the truck and will be delivered today (day 4) however I know it will not be delivered today because the guy that delivers to this area does not deliver on Saturday. It will be day 6 of my package being on his truck not being sent. FedEx I will never use you again. You need retraining! BTW I can't even get the 5.00 and change that I paid on day 0 to get the package sent to my office less than a mile from my house back. SHAME ON YOU!

I used FedEx to ship my computer FROM Texas and it was smashed. It was not properly packed. They refused to replace a 9mos new gaming computer system. It took them 16 days to pay my claim. It took me texting messenger, calling AL and emailing different locations to get a response. If anyone read this Please do not use FedEx. I used UPS to ship my computer TO Texas. If there was a negative star, that what I would give. For the past 10 Fedex deliveries, they could not find my house and when I started requesting that the delivery is held for pickup, they are unable to delivery it to their own authorized pickup locations. Paying for overnight shipment/delivery and receiving your package a week later seems pointless and customer service is never helpful. This is the worst company to deal with, I would personally never chose to ship anything with Fedex, I would rather travel myself and get whatever I need myself.

Without question FedEx is historically the foremost fast dependable freight solution. I have used them personally and professionally since the 70's. However in recent times reliability and service has suffered including tracking, lost shipments, customer service and perhaps even the use of "Third Party" transportation. Hopefully they are on top of these issues and will rebound soon. I remain a faithful customer.

I have been waiting for a laptop from my employer since I will be working from home. I was told that it would arrive between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. However, it never arrived as promised. I tried calling, but getting a hold of a representative is practically impossible! You just get the runaround from a robot until you’re forced to give up. When you indicate that you were calling about your package, it gives you updated ETA but does not give you the option to talk to anybody. It just tells you that representatives do not have any updated information. When you say representative, it keeps asking you why you are calling. You cannot get a hold of anybody online either. Just another corporate machine that would rather use robots to save a quick buck so they can fatten the golden parachutes and six or seven-figure salaries of the CEOs! I would not recommend doing business with them.

I paid $84.30 to ship an envelope from Phx to a Houston hotel, for a guaranteed Saturday noon delivery since the person was checking out on Sunday. I called all day Saturday and could not reach anyone, Monday I called and was finally able to talk to someone who advised me that the package was delivered today Monday. I explained to the lady on the phone that the person had checked out and I need the package returned to Phoenix. She explained I would have to pay another fee to have it returned to me. Updated on 08/16/2023: "Attempted" delivery canceled because I "wasn't home", and four days later they still haven't even made a second try. They have managed to bring 4 other smaller packages in that time period though. The packages I'm still waiting for are each 60 pounds, so I'm assuming that FedEx delivery drivers are either lazy or weak.
The day they say I wasn't home, btw I was! And me not being here wouldn't have been a problem because I live in a controlled access building with a call box at the front door that rings on my cell phone. But they didn't have any problem getting in for the other lighter four packages. I actually get a package almost every day from these people, because the company I work for uses them to ship parts from the warehouse to me.
So my suggestion to you is that if you need something big or heavy shipped, DON'T USE FEDEX, because they really don't seem to be able to handle heavy things. I think they are mad at me for complaining too, and that might be making them delay my packages petulantly, because I've been calling them and posting bad reviews. SO - Don't use FedEx because they are apparently weak, lazy, and easily insulted crybabies who will actually retaliate against you if you complain about them not making their deliveries on time.
Original Review: My boss paid extra for an overnight delivery for some equipment I needed to repair a medical device in a hospital. My building has a call box at the front door, so if you buzz my name it rings on my cell phone. I don’t even have to be home to let you in, but in this case I WAS HOME. I got an email saying that the delivery wasn’t made because I wasn’t home, and I immediately called the office to tell them that I was, but “FedEx doesn’t guarantee ReDelivery”. I ordered a Shark vacuum. Item delivered at 10:24 am. Got home at 2pm. No vacuum. Originally thought someone stole off my porch. Went back to cameras only to find FedEx was NEVER at my home. Best is a PPost signed for it. Filed complaint with video footage and was denied. 2 weeks prior my Dicks package was ripped open and sneakers were gone but left the box. Again checked cameras. Box was delivered like this. I have had several packages opened prior to delivery. I will no longer order from companies who employ thieves. It's a shame because I am sure most drivers are honest, but the few bad apples are ruining the bunch.

Time after time (I most assuredly don't choose FedEx, they were chosen by online stores) they make little to no effort to locate my house. One time the truck was literally right in front of my house and they asked my friend who was doing some yard work if this was my residence and he told them yes. They drove off, citing "incorrect address". They make zero effort to reasonably contact me even though they have my phone number on the packages. While filing a complaint with one of the retailers the agent on the phone told me they get a large number of calls about FedEx.

I waited all day for a package that we needed for the weekend. My husband paid the duties, so the package should have been able to have been safe-dropped. I had to leave at 3:55 to pick up my husband at work. The package arrived at 4:10 and was not safe-dropped, but returned to the depot across town because the delivery person didn't know or didn't care to check that the duty was already paid. We phoned customer service, but after getting past their automated system (which does not work at all), and speaking to two agents (who didn't have the power to do anything), we were no further ahead. Now, we will not have our needed package for the weekend and there is nothing we can do about it, except to complain.

I received notice that my package was on a truck, out for delivery since 5AM this morning. The delivery window was between 1030 and 2:30. It never arrived. Attempted to call customer service, it was nonexistent. Only a computer giving me the same information that was texted to me early in the day. I have to sign for package so I am being held hostage in my home hoping my package will be delivered at some Pont today as it is very important. I do not know how late they deliver. When I asked their chat box it just kept saying they deliver until the end of business day. Very helpful. I have things delivered thru other carriers regularly and have never had an issue where I could get no information at all. This is very disturbing. I would not recommend using FedEx to anyone.

Had a customer ship an envelope next day on 8/1/23 from GA that should have been received the next day as we are about 3 hours away. The package arrived in Athens on 8/2/23 and sat there until today, 8/10/23, when my boss picked it up. No one could explain why, just that it was delayed and would be delivered "tomorrow". Package was to be delivered by a certain date and postage fee was paid for by me. I get a message at 5 am saying it was on the truck for delivery and would arrive by 10pm that day... Apparently, the delivery guy decided to return my item to the warehouse and not deliver it. When trying to call FedEx about it, they don't care at all and refuse to do anything about it. Now it's been 2 days past delivery date and still shows being on the truck and put for delivery. Just somehow doesn't show up... 9 times outta 10 my packages show up either smashed or completely opened up with items missing. And like always they really don't care.

We met a driver on a road that is in a small community. Signs everywhere that says, "Please drive slow." We tried to wave them to slow down. This was July 8th about 6:30 PM around Pvt Rd 8647 Broaddus TX 75929. Dust was flying like crazy. Someone needs to tell the driver to slow down read the signs.

I have several times now expect a package to my business and they keep trying to deliver it after hours. You can never talk to anyone. All automated and when you do get to talk to someone they can't do anything to help. Always say out of their hands and system won't let them. I am not stay at work for 3 hours to wait for a package that they should be delivering during business hours. By far the worse customer service to date I have gotten from 1 company.

Hi FedEx team. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated by the agent yesterday regarding the issue I had. I was told by one of the agent whose information like reference id and name is what I have in records told me that once I get the invoice I can apply the promo code. And now when I am calling to apply that code I was asked to change the account from personal to business. Why was this thing not confirmed or enquired during the time when I first called if I am eligible to apply the promo code. I had repeatedly asked her if it's possible and I was assured by her that you will apply the promo code all I need to do is to call back once I have the invoice with me. I don't understand why it is now becoming hard for you to do it for me. I need an answer or else I will escalate it because I would have never shipped it for the price that is charged by you I would have preferred to go with some other service if I knew that the promo code will not work.

This is the 4th time I've had a bad experience with FedEx. I ordered a computer that per Amazon would be delivered 8/2-8/4. Of course, it's not here, in fact, they have no idea where it is. Hasn't updated since the 2nd. It is signature required and now supposedly being delivered Monday the 7th. I won't be home because I work out of town. When I called customer service, they told me it's the 3rd party that shipped it at fault for doing ground and not 2 Days like Amazon said. Basically said, "Screw you" when I asked where I could pick it up because I don't have faith in receivers (have to wait until it's found first). Told me that they will hold it at location and call me (heard that before).
I'll come home to a note on my door saying they couldn't deliver. I filed 2 complaints and claims previously for the same type of issue and basically nothing was compensated, not even an "I'm sorry." If I had the choice, I would never use them. I called Amazon as well and told them and asked if I could insist on another shipper if a 3rd party was involved. I will never knowingly use, have used, or refer them to anyone. 4 times is too much. Use USPS or UPS!

The last thing I will do is to encourage anyone to use FedEx! Delivery man is a pure liar! They treated me like "I can go to hell, they don't care!" Paid for express delivery, no signature required, postman didn't deliver, rather tagged an apartment with more than 50 people "Unsuitable", didn't reattempt delivery, when tracked said "Delayed". Never said out for delivery and they expected me to send a request for redelivery when the tracking said not yet out for delivery, needed my package for an occasion, paid for express delivery, contacted them very early but the employees made mockery of me. Worst company, never use them, I better use order agencies than FedEx! We will meet in court and you must pay all the damages I will claim, then next time you will behave well! For the fact that you have the right to deliver to people does not make you to treat people as trash!

FedEx delivery problems continue. I have lost 4 deliveries so far and the 5th is about to happen. The truck with the GPS location that I was tracking today's delivery suddenly stopped less than 4 miles from my home. Now I am unable to see where the truck it is at. At 1:20 pm it was almost to my house which was the scheduled by time. Now It shows 8:30pm which means the package is heading back to the city 30 miles from my home. The next thing that happens is that the package is "lost". I have called numerous times today and can't get past the automated phone system that is in place. As soon as it rings to an agent the call disconnects or the automated system ends the call. I can't even file a complaint. This is the vendor's choice of delivery. I have complained to them also without any luck.

After ordering very expensive frozen dog food for my dog, my shipment specifically had a delivery date on it so that this food would not spoil. My order is now delayed, meaning the food will be spoiled. When I called to speak to a representative she was less than caring or helpful. “Uh huh, uh huh… just file a claim when the food gets to you.” How is that helpful for any customer to be that nonchalant and almost snarky? You can do better FedEx. Absolutely unacceptable to have a package that was expedited for a reason to be delayed. This happened another time with some diabetic supplies for my bonus daughter. Delayed three days- they were supplies she could not live without.

My order required MY signature (direct signature) on it in order to be delivered. The website and instructions stated that if I couldn't sign for it I could send a QR code to someone and have them sign for it OR it would be sent to a location where I could receive it. Why was someone allowed to sign for my package without checking ID or verifying that I had given permission for someone else to sign for it for me? I will never willingly deal with FedEx again. This is careless on FedEx's part and it's obviously the workers are only there for a paycheck.

Well ordered a mattress from Nectar and it was shipped to me by FedEx but somehow FedEx has lost my mattress and they just keep on dragging it on that they are trying to locate. Well people it's an 81 pound mattress how do you lose a mattress!!?? This is the worst experience ever and it's not helping Nectar either.

On multiple occasions packages have been lost. Sat on a truck riding around for weeks or damaged. We try to avoid ordering anything that will be shipped via FedEx because of the numerous problems. Avoid them if at all possible.

My package with important documents was sent from Jamaica to be received the next day by noon. That didn’t happen and no explanation was given as to why my package was delayed. The morning of delivery I got a text to say that my package was delivered. I went to my front door there was no package, I viewed the picture they had as proof and that was not my front door. I called FedEx only to be told I would need to file a claim and that it takes 24 hours and that I would have to let FedEx in Jamaica file the claim on my behalf.
Remember this package consists of all my important documents coming from Jamaica. I hang up and started crying, I then decided to search around my community and it was discovered that the delivery person just left my package at the wrong house. I doubled checked the package when I collected and it had the correct address so obviously this person was not paying attention to what they were doing. This is their job and they are inefficient and unreliable. After such a scare, how can I use FedEx again knowing that I am at an extremely high risk of not receiving my package.

I ordered a part for a vehicle, the part was estimated to be delivered on Friday July 28th. The emails I received said my package was on their truck in Kennesaw, GA at 08:15 Friday July 28th, was out for delivery, which mind you Kennesaw. Ga is at the most 30 min from me. At 2200 7/28 I get a message from FedEx saying package delayed, it is now 08/01, I've still not received my package, which once again I get another message on 8/1 today that it will be here, 09:50 to 13:50 on 8/1 today. That's another lie. I never have this type of problem using USPS for my online business. I thank God for that, or I wouldn't have a 100% on time record. Fedex is a joke.

I'm fed up with this company, 2 day shipping is 5 to 7 days, every delivery from them is late, today I track a truck around the corner from me on their website, delivery was supposed to be between 10am and 2pm, the truck never came by my house. Now it's says by 8:30 pm. Do they use routes or just drive around by whatever package they pick. CEO should resign immediately.

For years now I have avoided companies, whenever I can, that use FedEx as a shipping service. Sometimes, you don't have a choice since places like Walmart, make their own choice on how it's delivered after you order. Well, the ONE time my order came from FeDex, it's the time the delivery failed. It is amusing actually to see. It's a good chance that your delivery will not get to you when scheduled EVEN when its on its way. And their incompetence doesn't even allow them to properly label the delivery failure. They have something called "customer unavailable or business closed" label.

My dad had my certificate delivered from Bangladesh to NY, USA. When the parcel arrived it was completely destroyed and looked like someone ran over it. My certificate is completely wrinkled. I would recommend everyone not to use FedEx anymore. It is the worst service provider.

Horrible service. Customer service reps don't know what planet they're on. They sat on my package for a week. No reason given for delay, but the package was sent 600km each day from the depot to my hometown then back again without a delivery attempt. Each time I called I got a different excuse. Nobody knows what they're doing there. Horrible service. I'll avoid buying from online retailers who use only FedEx as an option.

100% of my deliveries from online orders are never on time. They take more than a week to get to me from the estimated time I was given when I place an order. FedEx takes days after the online business labels my package for shipment just to get my order in their possession, it’s absolutely ridiculous! Companies need to stop using FedEx till they get their act together. We all used to complain about “snail mail” by the USPS, well, FedEx is by far worse. Get your act together FedEx because we are all FedUp!

I have moved to a new place and waiting on my furniture for almost a week. FEDEX first did not get the address right, then sent spurious or fake updates saying no one was home - I was homebound the entire week waiting for them. You cannot even call the GO-FEDEX customer service number because voice enabled will not take you anywhere near a human. IT IS impossible to speak to anyone. The only automated agent can do is give you an update on a tracking number. The only irrelevant update is that the delivery is delayed. Can't talk to a human anymore to understand why furniture is sitting in the local FedEx facility for 5 days and not being delivered. Or why updates are fake and saying that delivery was attempted but no one was home which is untrue. STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX!! WORST company and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - definitely no humans here!

Don't understand what their problem is. I never have a problem with Amazon deliveries. Fedex on the other hand are always delayed although the packages would get on the truck and circles around the whole day and then returned to the hub and is posted as delayed every time with a different reason. I received a delivery from my CVS otc and my Petroleum jelly was liquefied. I received my Ollie dog food and the dry ice was melted. You really need to do something about your trucks cooling. A product that has to be on a truck all day in Arizona in the summer is unacceptable.

Your motto should be "where is it now?' The Barrington NJ location is a joke, for the past few years the packages are delayed for various reasons that are straight out lies. One package they said was put on a vacation hold, another was attempted delivery. None of this happened. It has taken up to 3 weeks for me to get packages. I am currently waiting of one now and Barrington keeps saying they will look in to it and get back to me but never does. I will no longer be ordering from companies that ship through FedEx. Btw you also can't contact anyone above a CSR.

FedEx service has deteriorated over the past few years. They are consistently late delivering packages, do not take responsibility for delays, have incredibly arrogant and ineffective customer service, and negligent delivery people. Use UPS or DHL instead.

The FedEx driver evaluated an ID presented to them as fake and refused to give the packages to the criminal who had my name and address on an ID on their phone. This took place a one street away from my address while the driver was making other deliveries. Then the criminal waited at my address. The driver saw him and decided not to attempt delivery. I was able to call the customer service who connected me to the warehouse. I brought them multiple forms of ID. It is clear that someone in the Verizon company is stealing personal information and package tracking numbers in order to STEAL. If they aren't in Verizon, then Verizon has a major hack going on. I really appreciate the astute driver for their actions and the warehouse manager who took care to verify my identity.

FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address on July 3rd. I called them within hours of realizing the package was not delivered to me and filed a complaint. They told me that someone would get back to me in 48 hours. Since the next day was a holiday - 4th of July - someone would get back to me but the 6th. The 6th came; no call. I called on the 7th, only to be told that they are still working on it and again, someone will call. On the 11th & 15th I called again (since no one called) and still got the same respond - they are working on finding out where the driver delivered it to.
Today is July 20th and no one from FedEx has called or even sent an email. This is the worst delivery company. I live downtown Brooklyn, and I see FedEx drivers leaving packages on stoops where anyone can steal the packages. Whatever happened to door-tags? Companies should stop using FedEx for home deliveries because THEY DON’T CARE and their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I made a purchase online from Dick's Sporting Goods on 7/9/23 and they used their shipping partner FedEx SmartPost to deliver my packages to my PO Box which is one of the worst and slowest companies to ship packages, etc. through, so it's now 7/21/23 and it's almost two weeks later and I'm still waiting on my packages from FedEx SmartPost as they continue to reroute my packages from Florida where I live to Georgia repeatedly.
Over and over constantly changing the delivery date and sending my packages to Georgia out of my state, but not to my PO Box, and my packages haven't been delivered to me as of yet, and every time I checked the status on FedEx website it will say out for delivery in Jacksonville Fl or it's on the FedEx truck to be delivered, then when I check it again I'll see where they've shipped my packages back out of my state to Georgia again rerouted. What a pathetic useless unprofessional dead end company who always hire drug addicts, criminals and thieves that doesn't know how to perform their job title.

For all Vendors and business owners DO NOT USE FEDEX. Every time I order something online and Fedex is delivering, my packages get stolen. The drivers are so lazy and incompetent that don't take their time to leave a note if the main door of the building is lock, they don't care and they don't want to return. Today 7/20/23 they deliver a package worth of $250.00 (2 pairs of Boots) and the incompetent driver left my package on the side walk of a busy main street and the package was stolen. I have called several times trying to talk to someone on Fedex but since the package was delivered the machine keeps hanging up the call. When UPS delivers all packages get to me. DO NOT USE FEDEX, it will save you money.

I will NEVER use FedEx again. Had a delivery today and as usual lazy driver can't get in. I gave delivery instructions a child can follow, and he/she too lazy or can't read, or just plain dumb. Gate was open for them and others. It's amazing how Amazon and UPS drivers are able to read and follow instructions whereas FedEx drivers can't. Said I wasn't home, came home early to receive item cause I know how incompetent their drivers are. Called customer service and dumb lady transferred me to a survey instead of whom she was supposed to transfer to. FedEx needs to do better with their hiring. It sucks. Every review I've read is bad, one would think it would tell the company something. I've seen not one good review. It pays me to stay with Amazon a way more reliable company.

I won't ever use FedEx again in my life. Shipment picked up late, then no up-to-date info on website, then website "manage delivery" not working, then no human to talk to via chat or phone call, then no package showed up on delivery date and signature was required. I stayed home all day to wait for it. Then I go into to "schedule deliver" and they want to charge you for it. I tried to have "Held at location" and their website says no locations near me in a metropolitan area. Can't think of a worse company I have never dealt with. Clearly, their CEO is trying to put them into bankruptcy.

I ordered a set of tires about two weeks ago, after watching them be moved all around the country, I finally received them. Once I went out to get them, they only delivered 3 of the 4 tires. I went to FedEx website and it showed that all 4 were delivered, when I started looking, I saw the photo that the driver uploaded and clearly there were only 3 tires. I then called them, spoke to several that I couldn’t understand and then finally understood that 1 was lost. They are investigating it now and said that they will contact me when they figure out where it is. How do you lose a 35x12.50r20 tire? That’s a very large tire. Now I really don’t know what to do!

I received no notices of delivery except the "final" notice. I saw the driver at the gate make no attempt to come through the gate, he just slapped the notice on the gate and left even though he saw me. When I called the number provided, I got a terrible automated service which took me in circles. The whole experience was utterly frustrating and a waste of time. If I see a seller using FedEx, I think I will do all I can to avoid buying from them. Do not use FedEx. There are other better options. Canada Post is a much better choice in Canada. I simply pick up my package at the post office and don't have to deal with this annoying phone service which FedEx chose to use.

I have ship an item to my customer at MN. I have protect it for to avoid any damages then at the mean time when were ships the packaged we insured it for less than the value of the item. This is a Server electronic unit Equipment, after FedEx make damaged my item I have to reimbursed my customer the amount paid for it, plus back charges for the wasted time spend on it. I enter a claim to FedEx for to recovery at least some portion of the money I have paid back to our customer, but after 3 months back and forth a lot information they requested and I have mention to FedEx to I still have the packaged the customer returned, FedEx told me, there are not protected for to get it damaged then Because the customer use another carrier for to return it, they not paid nothing. I never know when packages will arrive. I’m not sure what the purpose of showing online when something will be delivered if it never is there that day. It just keeps updating until the next day and heaven forbid you try to reach a person on their customer service line. It’s not happening. FedEx is awful.

I have had several instances over the course of the last 4 months where any package that contains sneakers has been opened and sloppily taped back closed. In one instance a pair of toddler sneakers was stolen out of the box and it was retaped shut and delivered as if nothing happened. I have reported this to FedEx but this continues to happen. With all of the technology in the world how is it that they cannot catch whoever is doing this. This only occurs with Fed ex. Vendors need to stop utilizing Fed Ex if they cannot protect the items that are shipped via Fed Ex.

I ordered a book From Assouline that was shipped with Fedex. Surprise! Fedex does not deliver their own packages. Instead, they used a third party contractor who was not capable of understanding how to use a simple condo buzzer. The delivery company (contractor) admitted that they have numerous complaints about their drivers. Fedex offered me two options: wait for them to send it to a pick up location which I would need to get to (who knows when it would even arrive there) or send it back to the shipper. They hold no accountability for the contractors they use! HORRIBLE COURIER. This is not the first time that I have had issues with Fedex. I have not come across such horrible service or lack of accountability with any other courier. Carlos (a supervisor) was complacent and did not even care to solve my problem that was created by Fedex!

My package shipped Thursday, from 75 miles away. I received notification that it would deliver Friday 7/7/23 between 10:40am and 2:40pm. I sat in my Apt all day waiting for Fedex to show as a Signature was required. Fedex location is 2 towns over from where I live. Get a 2nd notification that it's Running late. A couple hours later a 3rd notification that Delivery is delayed until Saturday. A 4th notification that A delivery attempt was made and no one was home., LIE!!! I call Fedex Customer (Chris, I don't give a **) service and get the run a round. Requested a Supervisor and told they all went home for the Weekend, **! Now I wake up Saturday morning to another notification, delivery delayed till Monday!?!? Again 2 towns over, 14 miles, Oh, The contents of the package can be sensitive to excessive heat!!! Going to see if I can pick-it up BUT, my gut says I'll get denied!!!
**Update** 30 mins after writing this review I receive another Notification from Fedex that my Package is on the truck for delivery Today between 10:10am and 2:10 pm? Do I sit home again waiting? Can I believe the package is on the truck as per the last notification or believe the 1st notification received this morning (7/8/23) that delivery will be made Monday 7/10???? FEDEX needs to get their Act together FAST. 6 notification in less than 36 hours!! Completely confused and frustrated!!!
**2nd Update** Sat here in my apt again for 5 hours looking out the window waiting for Fedex to show up so I could sign for my pkg, at 2pm I receive a Message from Fedex that they attempted delivery and no one was available, again, LIE!! I call customer service apparently somewhere NOT in the US and was told by "Joe" the Customer solution person that he would contact the Fedex Whse and get my pkg delivered today AND guaranteed a call back within 30 mins. That was 45 mins ago....
**Update 3** Sunday 7:30am. NEVER received a call back as promised. I contacted the Seller and told them to "Recall the shipment" as the joy and want of the item is gone! Seller messaged back stating he has recalled the shipment and as per the seller's message "Fedex stated they were backed up from the 4th of July Weekend and just couldn't make the delivery"! Fedex twice blames me for not being available and admits to Seller that it was their (Fedex) issue.

I received a text message informing me that I had received a FedEx package that I was expecting. It went on to say that the package was signed for at 8:58am by Dave **. When I went to the front porch to retrieve the package, it was not there. I searched around and did not find it. I contacted FedEx and told them about the text and non-delivery. Also about the fact that the "signed for" information was not even my correct name. A case was opened and their "search" began.
Later in the afternoon, the USPS postman knocked on the door and told me that "this package was in your mail box". He did not deliver it; he found it stashed in the box by the FedEx driver who did not do his/her job and basically dumped the package in the easiest manner and then added that I had signed for the package (but they couldn't even copy my name correctly from the address label). I tried to notify FedEx about the entire situation but there seems to be no way to actually speak with a representative so I let FedEx continue the search for another 24 hours. They contacted me again and said that they could not find the package and that I should contact the shipper for a refund or a resend. FedEx is a joke! It could have all been settled quickly if the driver had just done the job and if a human was reachable on the Customer Service site. Perhaps FedEx should really call the site Customer Disservice.

If I were allowed to rate them zero stars, I would! Their delivery people constantly miss delivering my packages to my neighbor’s house! I was home when the delivery person “attempted” delivery of a package requiring a signature. When I called their customer service number (5 times!), none of their representatives spoke English fluently, I was guaranteed redelivery by 8:00 pm, the same day, and was hung up on twice!

I ordered cantilever umbrella from Best Choice product. First I'm happy because they shipped same day July 1, 2023 from Ontario CA and package on the way to Chino CA to Tracy CA, delivery is on Monday July 3 then waiting, no package delivery then since July 6 on the way to Tracy CA then July 7 status change. My package is on the way to another state going to Oregon. Is that ridiculous? I am very disappointed for Fedex service. I am not using this company anymore. Very disappointing. Not reliable company.

FedEx didn’t deliver my shoes today so I missed work for nothing. Called and found out they switch delivery to tomorrow after I already missed work. One of our business clients sent a rather large business check via FedEx. They paid FedEx to have it here by the 3rd of this month. Well, This clown company decided it would be fun to take the check on a little tour of the country, disregarding their promise to have it delivered a few states away from where it was sent. Not kidding, check was sent from California and coming to Colorado. As of today the check is in MARYLAND. And it even said the check was in Colorado on the 3rd. What a joke of a company and will not be using FEDEX ever again.

Tracking number: **. Ordered a fork truck attachment which was shipped in three shipments: back and each fork. Shipped from Mississippi on June 21, 2023 to Bradenton, FL. All three shipments made it to Ocala, FL on the 22nd and two shipments delivered on the 23rd. Now this is where the fun starts. Delivery date was for the 24th. Never came. Later that night I saw it was heading to TN. **? In the morning I saw it was going to Illinois!! There it say for three days before making its way back toward FL.
It made it back to Ocala, FL on the 29th where it sat again for a couple days. OMG. I figured well, at least it’s going to get in a truck and get delivered. Not much I can do with one fork of a fork truck attachment. Well I was wrong. It left Ocala and was in limbo for a day and a half until it showed up in freaking TX. I kid you not. As of tonight, July 3rd, it’s supposedly on its way to Alabama. However, I’m not hiking my beer that once there, it’s not going to be routed somewhere else.
FedEx absolutely sucks balls!! These people hate their lives, hate their job, hate the people who pay their salaries, and hate lifting anything over 2lbs. I think this is deliberate. Been on their customer service hotline all week and these ** could care less. I had to rent a skid steer all last week and again today (Monday). Thanks FedEx. You suck! I will never ship with you again and will not do business with a place if I know they intend to ship with you clowns.

Never felt so compelled to write a review until today. Ordered a package that came from California to Florida. Delivery showed it will be arriving Monday with a time window between 10AM and 2PM. We waited as long as we could until 3 with no new updates coming from Fedex. Not sure if Fedex is aware that most people are not home during normal business hours. So trying to deliver at 4pm doesn't make a lot of sense. Regardless I tried calling them. Finally got through to someone and they told me they will try to deliver next business day. I said when again in the middle of the day when no one is home?
*They said that, "Well that's our only option."* I asked, "Can I pick it up from somewhere?"* They said no.*I then asked, "So what is your plan? To attempt delivery 3 times and send it back to California? When you know damn well no one is here?"* They then told me to hold on and finally said, "Oh you can pick it up from this location in Gainesville, which is 45 min away." * I asked if there is any location closer.* They said no. *I said, "There are 3 branches within a stone throw from here, and the main hub is down the road, how does any of this make sense."* They tell me there is nothing they can do. Wonder if fedex will credit some of the shipping fee since I now have to go so far to pick up something. That's my rant. I do not like fedex.

I'm in Ohio, ordered a tool that was being shipped from Kentucky, one state away. It was shipped on Tuesday, initial delivery was supposed to be by Thursday. Then got a notification delivery was changed to Friday. It's now Saturday and no package. Per FedEx tracking, delivery has now been changed to "still calculating", and shipment history shows it's still in Kentucky. So obviously they've lost it. This is the second time in a month this has happened. If I can at all help it, this is the last time I allow a company to ship to me by FedEx.

One simple action as a change of the shipment address - has turned all week to a headache and nonsense customer service responses.
Monday - Sent a priority overnight shipment.
Tuesday - Found out the office has moved close by. Changed the address with the help of customer service, as there is not an option to do it online, the option simply doesn't work despite of automatic response saying - you can easily change the address online, go to Fedex.com - Ridiculous and frustrating.
Wednesday - Received a notification still showing the old address that the package is delayed and tendered at the office again. Talked to customer service multiple times. Each representative assured me that the address has been updated in the system.
Thursday - Received another notification always showing the old address about another unsuccessful delivery and delay. Called 5 times to Fedex customer service, verified the address and again each representative nicely assured that the delivery was made to a new address but nobody was at the office and they could not leave the package. - A total lie. Nobody explained the reason and took any action of why the old address was still shown in each notification update.
Friday - Called customer service again in the morning and finally was told that the change of address request is still pending in the system while the package was already in the vehicle out for delivery. Still not resolved. It is not clear whether all customer service is totally damn and incompetent, or simply liars and do not care about the business. Or their system is totally messed up and not getting updated. Tracking is not transparent, you cannot change the address and get an instant confirmation online. Takes an eternity to get a hold of a representative. Nobody takes responsibilities and truly look into an issue.

I check and saw that my package was delivered. I then saw "Left in mail room. Signature Service not requested." I live in a Condo and there is no mail room. Apparently taking elevator to 4th floor and leaving at door was too much. I found my wet package laying on top of the outdoor mailboxes for anyone to take. Left in mail room HAHA. Will notify company that I purchased product from that I will no longer do business with them if they continue to use 'FedEx' for delivery. Updated on 07/02/2023: Fed Ex is a JOKE! If you want your packages delivered don't use Fed Ex!!! I have been told my boxes (4) would be delivered on 6/28. Then it was 6/29, then 6/30. 3 out of 4 made it a week late and now one is missing and they told me that there was nothing they could do and follow up in a week. Every time call I get a difference story. It is in Perrysburg OH, then get told it is is Bowling Green OH, now I am being told 'check back after the 5th/6th July'. I asked for management and now I am getting told there is no management available. And I was denied a # to call to speak with one, and an email to get in touch with management. My box is lost and I have proof of what I paid for this package and I will be taking that to the attorney so he can sue for the $$ I paid for the packages that they said would be delivered on 3 other days. Don't use Fed Ex unless you never want the packages you paid for. Customer Service is not something they have.
Original Review: Had multiple packages shipped - the 1-800 # is a joke, never get a real person unless you try to ship a package that is weighing a lot - that is the ONLY way I finally got a person. He was a **. Four packages were supposed to be to me on 6/28 in Maumee Oh, as of 6/30 at 7:28 am still NOT delivered. Then I went to FedEx portal AGAIN and 3 of the 4 are 'in transit,' the other one is 'delayed,' the whole thing has been 'delayed' since 6/28 when their site said it would be delivered on 6/28 by COB. Now the guy said, "We have no way of knowing why there is a delay, call after 9 am." FedEx is a 24 hr operation and he can't look in his computer to see what the problem is? OMG!!! He didn't care one bit. And it is a week late and still don't know if it will even deliver on 6/30!! Took me 4 calls to get a person and he was a waste.
Their customer service is a joke, they have no reliability. I think UPS is 10 times better than Fed Ex and companies should stop using Fed Ex - 1/2 the time their portal is wrong. #'s are not uploaded right (where I work I find this out daily) and you never get a straight answer. I was told I couldn't pick it up in Perrysburg OH because it was on the landing dock. If it is, I was told I could, so now I have to wait til FedEx gets their ** together for a package that cost me $1300! They are gonna lose it like everything else they handle. I don't recommend FedEx for hauling dog poop - don't trust FedEx to deliver - they never do!

Is FedEx Logistics fake news? I get notified package arriving 10-2, then 4:30, then by end of day as I sit here awaiting my new computer. Customer service cannot even help. This is a reoccurring type event from FedEx. Not the first time. Sometimes off by days if not a week. How is this possible? No ethical work ethics at FedEx. The package was placed on the vehicle for delivery this morning only 4 miles away, Ridiculous, no integrity. Only excuses. Sad sign of the times.

Package was signature required, originally to deliver on Monday was delayed. Day 2 I watch gps tracking as the driver spends over an hour at one location time frame delivery 10:10-2:10 missed, went to work, he finally arrives at 6:30, leaves no door tag, reschedules for the third day.. Day 3 I watch gps tracking missing work as the driver goes to locations all around me "even driving past my location twice" as the delivery window once again closes. Do not use this company, customer service is impossible to reach, always going back to the virtual assistant.

I had to disconnect the call because the support couldn't escalate my question and also couldn't help me with it. Had to explained on average 5 times where I am on the form and why am I getting error. This repeated 8 different FedEx support line personnel from around the world! FedEx doesn't give proper training or employs people who don't pay attention or try to help. I gave up after opening account and spent half a day with FedEx stuff.

FedEx has lost my package. I bought an Apple Mac Book on eBay, and the seller unfortunately selected FedEx for delivery. A driver left a door tag without even ringing the doorbell (the doorbell is connected to a smart home system). After that, the package was returned to the FedEx facility in Cypress TX (at least that's what the tracking page showed me), the status was changed to "In Transit", the delivery was never attempted again. I had to contact FedEx, open a case and wait for about a week. And then I got the following response from them: "After exhausting all search options, we haven't been able to locate this shipment." No apologies, nothing else. After reading other reviews it seems to me like a pattern when packages are being lost or stolen.

My 100 dollar carpet cleaner I saved a year for was left in a public space and I never received. I'm out my 100 dollars. FedEx doesn't care because they took a picture of it outside. So either the delivery guy stole it back or someone walking by did. Horribly treated. Fought bank, Hoover. All saying fed ex had package. Fed ex won't take responsibility. All my deliveries always put by my door on 7th floor except this one. I'm just out money. Do not recommend fed ex ever!!!!

I was to receive a package on June 16 that I never got. Fedex said they delivered and it was by my rear door and took a picture. Problem was that was not my back door. I don't know where it ended up and FedEx refuses to help find it. I first contacted my local fedex facility and they wouldn't help since it was not an express delivery. The 800 number then just gave me the runaround and claims only the shipper can request a trace since it was delivered by smart post. They will not accept responsibility that was their fault. Simply incompetent driver not paying attention to address and evidently can't read. Fedex is scum. They take money and run. Not a reliable company.

Bought an item on eBay. They used FedEx to ship. Product was faulty. They provide from FedEx a return QR code. The QR code is no good. All local drop offs for FedEx does not accept this QR code. Only FedEx headquarters accepts this code for returns..2 hours away. Sad deceitful failures of a shipping company. Never use these people to ship. Now I have to use my own money to ship back a faulty product losing 17 dollars per FedEx. Never again will I deal with Fedex from a seller, as a buyer or in any way. Beware!

Once again, they state they FAILED to deliver my packages due to incorrect address. I checked their website and they have the CORRECT info. Also according to the tracking info, the truck NEVER left the facility in Dayton NJ. How can you attempt a delivery and never actually deliver the package. The rep Joseph didn't even bother to help me. I gave him the APt # and he didn't want to bother to send it out. I contacted my employer who is sending me the equipment and the correct info was given to FedEx. They have done this in the past and "misplaced" a package of mine and actual stole it. I had to cancel an order and get money back. This time this issue will affect my ability to work and provide for my family. HORRIBLE company.

FedEx has gotten packages here in time except they leave them outside and they get stolen. I am disabled and live on the 6th floor and by the time I can make it outside, my packages are stolen. 4 in a row now. I don't hold them at fedex because I have a hard time making it to the location. I have complained and it keeps happening. Why can't they ring my bell to get it in safely? Are they just throwing it into the building and running?

Fed up with Fedex, This is the last time I deal with them. Too many issues, too many times. This time I had a scheduled delivery on an especially important item. Waited 4 days, as expected, then I got an email saying delivery will be a day early. Great ...I thought. So I wait, all day, then the next. Then it disappears off the map. No shipping updates, no progress, no information whatsoever for 5 days except that it left California and now after the early delivery update and no further progress, there was a shipping exception! Try to get an answer to what happened..nobody knows anything other than what is online and nobody takes responsibility for a damned thing. Just one excuse after another but not a single answer as to what happened to it or or where the ** it is. A Warehouse? The driver's house? Are you kidding me? In this day and age??? How are they still in business?
So now it's up to the seller to start the long search/refund process and they have to deal with this FedEx mess. I am out an irreplaceable item and I have to wait for what could be weeks for a refund. The item can't be replaced and I am furious with the FedEx incompetence and their line of **. I despise this company and their ignorance and their piss poor excuse for service. What a joke! What a sad JOKE! Never had an issue with Amazon!!! Good riddance FedEx!

Worst delivery company ever. It is literally a scum. FedEx takes responsibility they do not want to fulfill. We have been waiting for delivery for 4 hours. There were no phone call, no text messages. On FedEx website using tracking number we constantly monitored status. Anyway, delivery status turned to 'delivery failed'. Go to the FedEx facility and pick up your parcel. Awful service.

I work at a company that receives multiple deliveries from various carriers and Fed ex is the worst I’ve tried. Telling the driver and their dispatch to only deliver to our loading and to the 36”x30 sign that states shipping and receiving only to find packages in delivered to multiple areas around the building. And their dispatch is worthless. You're better off talking to a 2 year old about the weather. You will get better response.

I been having issues with FedEx more than once but never had time to write review. My previous problem I had with delivery that they refuse to deliver to the porch, because they didn’t want to drive up to the house which is 1000 ft from mailbox. So, instead they leave a slip “sorry we missed you “ in the mailbox, attached to the tree next to the mailbox, or my car while I was home and saw their truck down the hill. When I called to complain, to the customer service they told me I have to pay another fee for redelivery. I was in rage.
Today, is another issue. I came home from work and there is tag attached to my door. I called them up and they said it’s scheduled for delivery tomorrow from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. I said can they come after 2 pm because I will be working and the woman said I would have reschedule and pay for that. I told her I already paid for FedEx shopping and I wasn’t even notified. I shouldn’t be paying for the service I already paid. That’s insane. She said to avoid that I would have to download app on my phone. I tried to explain her that my iCloud storage is full and I cannot do more downloads. The customer service wasn’t helpful and I would even say rude. She sounded like she cared less and hang up on me.

First off I read a bunch of reviews here and was suprised at how many people have exact same experience as I did. Putting that first so you don't think this is isolated experience. I was suppose to get a package on Saturday according to the FEDEX Tracking system. It never showed up even at midnight it said it would be delivered by EOD. Then Sunday they updated and said it would be delivered by 1:40PM. When it not make that I checked it again and it changed to say it was at a HOLDING facility. NO information of where or what to do. Looked everywhere and could not find information on it.
Tried calling them but as expected nobody available on late Sunday night. Monday I get up and it now says again it will be delivered by "6/19/2023 by end of day estimated between 9:20 am - 1:20 pm". Since I had seen similar message on Saturday I tried to call fedex to find real status. They have their system configured in such a way it is impossible to get to a human. Kept either sending you to same "customer service will not have information to help you" until it just hangs up. I will remember this and try to buy things that are UPS shipped in the future. Again if you read other reviews you will see this is now the common thing with FEDEX.

FedEx does not follow simple instructions like to ring the doorbell. Had to have a package delivered twice because the first time they didn't notify me by ringing doorbell. I have a Ring security doorbell and can answer it from anywhere. My package was stolen from my front door. Had I been notified or they had ring the doorbell I might have been able to request they bring it to the main office if I was not home. The package had to be resent by B&BWs, and FedEx delivered, the delivery man slammed the package labeled fragile on the ground right in front of me. Delivery man did not even wait a few seconds for me to answer the door so he can hand the package to me properly.
I find their company lacks customer service and is unprofessional. If delivery people cannot follow simple instructions like ring a doorbell or deliver to main office. It shows that they are not trustworthy or ethical. Company is a serious liability if you cannot trust them to handle shipping instructions. If delivery man is so impatient to get on to the next person that he slams a fragile package filled with glass products, they cannot be trusted to do any shipping and handling affairs. I do not trust them. Poor customer, unethical practices, and overpriced services. I will never use their shipping services again! I had two horrible experiences with the same package.

I sold a painting on ebay. I chose FedEx for shipping. I put in the dimensions of the art to calculate shipping. Ebay calculated shipping at $51. That was okay. I bought a shipping box for art from FedEx. Took painting to store. They printed the ebay shipping label, and insisted on packaging the art. They said it's all good and wanted me to leave it up to them. I've been waiting for money owed me from eBay for over a month. I was finally able to talk to a person at ebay today who said that after costs and fees. I was to receive $365 since Fed-ex "upcharged" ebay $304 for a shipping label and shipping without my consent or knowledge!!!
I am now due only $61. I am devastated. At no time was I aware of any of this. Between ebay's suspicious practices and Fed Ex who told me nothing, I have been totally robbed of all money I thought I would get. Much needed cash that went to corporations instead of me!!! How do you make decisions if you don't have the information? How do you authorize if you aren't aware? Beware of ebay and all its affiliated corporate liars!

Fedex promotes a business that they work in conjunction with called govworks or rush passport. Fedex promotes them on their website, helps schedule time for passport photo and to send all documents WITH SSN via FEDEX to get your passport rushed and IT'S A SCAM, COMPLETE FRAUD. THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING. I don't know how they get away with it legally. I spent time at the state passport office in Utah and the entire thing is fraudulent, I will never use Fedex for anything because of this.

This happened again. This time the package required a signature and the status showed out for delivery today. So, I took today off from work so that I could accept the delivery. It never came and is now showing pending. If they promise a delivery on a specific day, and it needs a signature, then they need to do their fricking job and deliver the package. I cannot take off work tomorrow so at this point I have no idea how I will get the package. This has happened before. Had a package show "out for delivery" then it never came, went into a pending state and wound up at a Fed Ex station in Troutdale, OR for 3 days before they attempted to deliver it again. Never have this issue with UPS or Amazon deliveries. Horrible Service!!!

Customer service is horrible. They aren't knowledgeable to assist at all. I received my shipment with a ton of damage to my breakables. They couldn't inform me how to check the status on the claim. They had no problem billing my order but they didn't put the discount on. The website has no information regarding my invoices and after now two weeks they want me to wait another 48 hours for an account executive to return my call. The tracking was totally erroneous in showing that my packages literally sat without movement on certain days and was not precise with the delivery time. Was called to pick them up when tracking was not showing they had even been delivered. I would not recommend them for your shipments or the coveted JD Powers award for excellence in customer service. If I could do a half star I would.

I ordered a tank for my business. The driver delivered to the wrong location!!!! All I got from FedEx was, "We are goin to look into it," after 4 days they texted me saying, "Your package was delivered," yes it was delivered to the WRONG LOCATION!!!! All I got from them is, “Contact your shipper so they can claim a lost package," at this point I don’t even think I’m getting anything back!!! 100$ down the drain and no way for me to get my item!!!! Do your self a favor and do not order from places that have FedEx. More likely you won’t get your order and they won’t do anything about it!!! Pathetic!!!!

This is not the first package lost with FedEx. I never received my package, but received an email saying it was delivered on June 1st and left in package room?? There is not package room!! I made a call and online report that it never came. I got a text back from an ugh virtual assistant saying they're researching it? Nothing else. How can a person who delivers via FedEx not read an address? There is a front desk to leave it out and a front desk person? Really pathetic service the majority of the time.

Fedex "lost" my medication. It is a scheduled narcotic. I was told by the resolution department that they'd call me back with the results of the investigation. They called back the next day and said, "the package is lost." Mind you these meds are handled with tight security measures in place. This type of package does not get "lost." It disappeared after Fedex received it from the sender.

Monday, they said they tried to deliver it but no one was there. I called and told them we were there, gave them two phone numbers to call to help facilitate delivery for Tuesday. Tuesday, they said they tried to deliver it at 9:44. I called and was told they had not tried to deliver it but would before end of day. I left phone numbers again. Later Tuesday, they said they tried to deliver it so I called again and was told they did not try to deliver it Monday because their records showed the school was closed on Mondays. They said they did not deliver it Tuesday because they could not find the location.
I spoke to the actual delivery center and gave them two phone numbers again and they said they would deliver it on Wednesday. On Wednesday, they claim that they delivered it and it was signed for by Church but Mrs. Church was not even there Wednesday and no one who was there knows where or to who they would have delivered it. This is not the first time that there has been an issue with deliveries with FEDEX so I don't know where or to whom they dropped off the shipment.

Just for one example, I checked my package only after 10 minutes after its status changed to delivered at the package room, but there wasn't and waited 3 hours and still didn't find and chatbot and support phone work very stupid. It is impossible to connect with someone. But my other three packages were there fine; only the FedEx package was missed. There is no proof of delivery, and the support bot says that "We only have information your package has been delivered;" that is it.

After what your driver pulled off Yesterday 06/05/2023 on ** I will no longer allow him to step on my property. If I catch him one more Time on my Property I call the Police and have him Trespassed. If you hire unprofessional driver like him who drop packets out of their Trucks on the side of the road in the grass and takes blurry pictures so that they can say it was left at the front door and laughs at the Customer when they tell them to bring it to the front door that is what you get. I will no longer order from companies who use your delivery service. Because no Manager was willing to talk to me I tell you here on Google reviews that your driver is not allowed on my Property on ** any longer.

I am not sure how they are even in business. I do have a package that was scanned 6 days ago in California and nothing more, no update, not scanned even once. That 1800 numbers are like the one you are calling in China. they are all getting to nowhere. there are no employee who can assist you. They have no proper customer service and they are charging one of the most expensive services carrier. I do not get it, how they can even exist with this type of customer services. there is absolutely no one, I mean no one on the other side. I will be talking about it all around and will give them as much as possible the negative feeds. Use UPS and USPS, at least they hire humans around and pay some of what they collect.

FedEx has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I have a packed being delivered that needs a signature and every time they drop it off I am at work. They left me a note Thursday 6/1 letting me know I can track this package using a barcode. No customer service number or any link with clear information. I had to wait all weekend for today 6/5 for the second delivery attempt that was again made when I was at work around 3pm. I got no notification on my doorbell camera that anyone came by and no note was left with no number to call or anything. My FedEx tracking app tells me it will be delivered by the end of the day which means 8pm for FedEx. I wait until then with no delivery so I found a customer service number to call. They give me an address to go pick it up because apparently this is the third time FedEx has tried to deliver this to me when the app tells me this is the second time.
So this means they have to return it to the dealer. It also turns out that this FedEx location to go pick the package up closed almost two hours ago and the customer service representative was supposedly unaware….. I asked him, "Well what now???" And he tells me, "It’s your responsibility to contact the dealer…" I’ve never had any issues with UPS or USPS so in comparison I am very unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and with no attempts to help me in anyway…. Why would the app tell me there has been three attempts when the app only shows me two with them on the way today before 8pm? Super unprofessional… Now I’m going to head to the location tomorrow morning to hope and see if I can catch them before they ship my package. No guarantees.

I had difficulty breaking through the automated systems of FedEx, but once I talked to real human beings in my area, they were committed to solving the problem. Two FedEx employees in Fort Worth, Texas, went to extraordinary lengths to track down my lost package and deliver it to me. I am grateful for their help.

FedEx delivered my package to SOMEONE ELSE and left me a package that belonged to a neighbor. And because they had left a package (even an incorrect one) on my porch, they considered my package "delivered." It took me hours of rage and frustration to break through their online system, their phone system, their customer service bureaucracy, to explain the problem. But the worst part? Even when FedEx came to understand that I didn't receive the correct package, they told me it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to contact the shipper and work things out. I am APPALLED.

FedEx is the absolute worst not to mention their employees are thieves. I added an Apple Watch onto my plan and it was shipped on Monday expected to be delivered Tuesday and on Tuesday it never came. Checked the tracking. It was still at the second location from shipping. Next day same thing and no delivery update. Called them and apparently they had to start an investigation due to someone taking the contents out of the package. So from the first facility to the second someone got into the box and stole my watch. That was last week and still this week NOtHING. Luckily the carrier is sending another one and taking over the investigation but that is crappy. You really couldn’t go out and buy one you had to steal mine? It’s really concerning because how many other people had this happened too?

For the second time in 2 weeks I needed to drop off time sensitive documents at FedEx at Office Max in Farmington, MO. Both times they were completely out of any kind of envelopes. They had no idea when or if they would get any envelopes. I had to buy envelopes but they were not the sturdy plastic ones required by my company. Huge disservice since this is the only FedEx service in town.

I regularly order food products online, because I am elderly, disabled and live 43 miles from a grocery. My packages were out for delivery on Friday. Waited all day. No show. I checked tracking and my packages were still on the driver's truck, but now expected Monday. Checked tracking Monday and it said out for delivery. Again, no show. Checked tracking, items still on truck but now scheduled for today, Tuesday. Again, no show. Checked tracking, still on the truck with no updated date. Called customer service. No help. They told me to wait until tomorrow to see if items show. Now my food has been sitting on his truck for 6 days! I have no other way to purchase food, that is why I order online. Totally unacceptable! Whatever happened to taking pride in your work? No matter what type of work that you do.
As for FEDEX, your customer service is nonexistent. I wanted to file a complaint, and was told to wait one more day!!! Do not use this shipping company if you are shipping something that is important to you. This is not a one off. This has happened numerous times over the past year. And it is only rarely that my packages come undamaged. Last time I had broken flour and sugar bags and an open box. DRIVER, CARE ABOUT YOUR WORK> OR RESIGN AND TAKE A JOB THAT REQUIRES NOTHING OF YOU. People depend on this company for important items. I wish UPS was available here.

Package arrived at local facility on Saturday. Sat in facility until Tuesday. Showed on Tuesday morning it was out for delivery. FedEx truck in front of my house just after 11 am. No package. Checked tracking. Showed it was back at a facility. Not the first time this has happened with FedEx. Wish companies would stop using them.

If it was possible to give negative Stars, I absolutely would. FedEx's Request Billing Adjustment is a complete SCAM. I paid $57.03 on 05/11/23 @ 9:36:22 a.m. to have a package shipped overnight by 1:30p on the following day. Ridiculous how high this cost was. I don't have an account so I paid by Credit card. (Tracking # ############). The package wasn't received until 05-15-23. I called the 800 number (on the receipt) at 9:20a on the 15th and Richard informed me I would have to call back on Friday or Monday as they can't "see the invoice" yet. I called back on 05-22-23 @ 8:13a and Matel told me that I need to submit the request through the website and walked me through to this link: https://www.fedex.com/servlet/InvoiceServlet?link=4&jsp_name=adjustment&orig_country=US&language=english.
As instructed by Matel, I clicked on FedEx Express and then on Paid by Credit Card. I received the following message: "Sorry, we are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later." Matel told me their system was probably "Down" and to try back every couple of hours. I tried back for 5 days SEVERAL times a day to receive the exact same message each time. On the 27th of May, I tried again at 8:16 am and received the following message: "We are sorry! Your request for a billing adjustment has been denied because of the following reason: E3 This package was shipped more than 15 days ago."
And they provided the tracking number and delivery date. Total **. I am shocked this company can get away with NOT providing the service, encouraging people to ask for a Billing Adjustment with a website that states the SAME message UNTIL the 15 days has passed. If there is anywhere else I can also leave a complaint, I will. The audacity is absolutely unbelievable.

Wow FedEx! So I ordered a part that was coming from Texas on Tuesday 5/23. On their site it gave me an option for delivery. Regular mail was showing 5/31 which was over a week later. So I paid an extra $10.99 for FedEx Ground to get it to me on 5/26 which is that friday. I needed the part for a car so that I could get rid of the check engine light and get the emissions done for the registration. The part shows up in my state a day early in Illinois on 5/25. So you would think that the part will be on time the next day on the scheduled delivery date. No for some reason there was a delay and they said it would be delivered the next day on 5/27. Ok so a day later whatever, right?! Well that day came and went with no update, still showing that it was in Champaign IL which is only 2 hours away from me. Nothing on 5/27.
Now the next morning on 5/28 two days late, why do I wake up to a message saying that my package is delayed and now it won't be delivered until 5/30 and that the package is now in HENDERSON COLORADO! Wow! You can make this ish up! So you mean to tell me that the package was in IL where it needed to be a day early and somehow you put it on a truck to be shipped to another state just for it to come back to Illinois?!?! Wow! FedEx is garbage! End Rant!

FedEx is routinely careless with packages they deliver. All packages they've delivered to me in recent days have been damaged to some degree. In a couple of cases the damage was such that I refused the shipment fearing the contents would be so damaged as to be unseeable.

I received a text message from FedEx stating that my package was out for delivery by the end of the business day. The package wasn’t delivered, I contacted customer service and was told that the package was delayed at the Kernersville North Carolina facility due to operational reasons. When I questioned why I received the message that my package was out for delivery the previous day I got no response from the customer service representative. Date of experience: May 26, 2023

I am having a very bad experience with Fedex right now. I recently renewed an official document at my Consulate and my Consulate sent this official document to my PO Box. I gave my PO Box for safety and guess what? Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes so be very careful about it. Do not ask them to deliver to a PO Box. They kept on sending my shipment to the wrong address and eventually, they sent my shipment to their warehouse in Missouri. When I call Fedex, the Artificial Intelligence they put in place to answer people won't let you speak to a representative. It is almost impossible to speak to them directly. I had to go to Reddit websites or Quora to discover the tricks to avoid the robot. When you finally can reach a representative, you barely understand what they say as they have a very strong accent. They talk fast and they are not very knowledgeable. You can see that they are not willing to help.
One of their representative just hung up on me. I asked her a simple question: 'How long Fedex holds packages in their warehouse?'' They are actually asking me to ask my consulate to contact them so they can change the address delivery. That is a non-sense. That is why I want to warn anybody who reads this. Do not give your business to Fedex because they are unprofessional, many packages are lost and you can't even reach someone who can inform you properly. Shame on them. They should close seriously. They are wasting people's time and energy!!!!

I have a nice driver for Fedex, but that is the only thing I can say about this company that isn't followed by expletives. And I'm not writing about him in this review. I bought something off Etsy a while ago, the seller decided to ship from US to CDN using Fedex, not USPS, which was what they were supposed to do. Cue the endless nightmare. I was told by Fedex when I called that there were no charges due in the beginning, but low and behold a month later an invoice shows up in the mail. A high invoice. Naturally I was surprised and not happy. I tried to pay Fedex online a few times, but kept running into website issues accepting invoice number, etc. All of this takes up valuable time. Seriously, this should be a given in this day and age.
And then the real nightmare began trying to call customer support. What customer support. No longer is there a live person you can talk to. It's some generated "Sally" or whatever idiocy they call it whose sole function is to prevent you from reaching a live person. You would think it would be easy to pay an invoice!! But no, after several maddening tries, and being hung up on by, yes, the computer "Sally", I finally tried another route for technical support and was transferred all over the place before landing at the right person to pay my bill. UNBELIEVABLE. Total incompetence. If I ran my own business this way I would be out of business in a week, and I've been in my own for 23 years. Shameful. Never again. There is no customer support, find another service provider. It was 2.5 hours of my very valuable busy time dealing with this.

I have NEVER had a good experience with FedEx. Unreliable tracking information, lost packages, and downright nasty and rude employees are some of the experiences I’ve had in recent times. In the middle of April I ordered a 10’x7’ rug shipped via FedEx and the tracking info never updated once it was in their hands and never arrived the only explanation offered was it must have gotten lost. I would love to know how it is possible to lose a 10 foot long, 7 foot wide carpet.
I ordered a pair of Vans with two day shipping recently, low and behold it was about two WEEKS before I received them. Now I’ve caught their delivery drivers in a lie. Ordered supplies for my business, it says a delivery attempt was made at 9:32AM but business was closed which is impossible since we open at 6:30AM daily today I check to see if they will be redelivering and they marked my business as permanently closed and will be returning my order to the shipper. I don’t know how FedEx is still in business, something needs to be done.

FedEx in my area is so unreliable! They send messages that they delivered our packages and yet the packages are nowhere to be found. They need to train and hire people that will take pride in their jobs. This isn't a one time issue, this happens frequently and I've called to discuss this issue, yet the problem continues.

Package was delivered to a different address. Picture they sent is of some other front stoop somewhere not in my neighborhood. I had a UPS delivery the same day and they found me with no problem. Same with USPS, they find me every day. Poor service.

There is no way this company should be in business. I will NEVER again use their service again. I shipped a package using FEDEX and the box was ruined and opened. They outsource their customer service to another country and the language barrier is horrible. Sounds like they are sitting in a sweatshop in Istanbul. Never again will I use FedEx. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Every time I order something online, I feel like immediately canceling it when I see it will be delivered by FedEx. Every time a delivery date is shown in tracking, and every time nothing arrives on that date. Then the tracking will change to delivery date calculating, check back later…very frustrating.

My package was delivered today and the person left with my package and left a sticker on my door and plus my doorbell didn’t ring so I didn’t know that she was there. Also that package costed 500 dollars plus shipping. It's my worst day and it was a birthday gift.

I order some books on 8th May and keep eagerly waiting for the package. There is no signature required by the recipient when FedEx delivers the package, so I am expecting package will be left at door. There is no prior notification on which day package is out for delivery and I suddenly get an email on 12th May that package couldn't be delivered since no one was at home. So I proactively reach out - provide instruction to call me if they need, request for text and email updates on each step of delivery. Get a notification that delivery will be attempted on 15th May.
I stay at home, be reachable on cell and they come to the door only to stick a Final attempt notice. There is no knocking on door, no ringing bell, no calling on phone to reach out. Also, on the final attempt notice, I see an amount $16 mentioned - which is unexpected, so I get back to calling FedEx and after multiple tries, manage to reach customer care. They explain that it's a pending custom duty charge because of which FedEx cannot leave the package on door. There is no email/ text/ notifications about this "pending" amount till now!
I pay the amount online, get an invoice and surprise - the custom duty charge is only $4, and it's FedEx which charged an additional $10 ROD fee - which is charged to customers with "poor payment" record. No idea on what basis/ history they assume a customer has a poor payment record. They are a courier company with very weak rules around hand holding/ communications to their customers. They expect customers to shell out unexpected pending payments at the time of receiving the package! They expect customers to telepathically understand that they are at the door, rather than using a doorbell or knock on door. They expect customers to read their mind and play along. Wish I could have a negative star. No idea how this firm is still in business.

I have a package arriving and I want to schedule it for a different time of day or day as I won’t be there. I tried to use the delivery manager but it won’t recognize my address which makes no sense because I have a package coming there. Then I tried calling customer service and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a live person. The system has hung up on me 4 times now. There is no way to speak to any one about my issues. FedEx has never provided me with a good experience as a customer and I will never use them.

Apple sent me some earbuds via overnight FedEx delivery EIGHT days ago. Each day I get a message stating that my package will be delivered that day before 8:00pm. Each day, no package and a notice that it has been delayed. I can track it and see that it has been in a truck near my home, but no delivery. We are in a gated community and I know every time a delivery truck comes for my address. No delivery has even been attempted. It is impossible to reach a person at FedEx and I mean that, literally impossible. Their automated customer service system is horrible. This is crazy. I can not believe any reputable company would opt to use this lousy service.
