    This failed because of the driver. There was 10 people watching for the driver. The driver hardly slowed down, never got out of the truck. We tried flagging him down when we saw what was happening. This driver should be fired or at least reprimanded severely. I hate getting packages from Fedex. The drivers are the worst. When I called Fedex I was told the reason it was not attempted was because the driver had left my package at the office. The package required a signature so special arrangements were made for this. Now they tell me that they will try again Monday when no one will be around to sign. Our business needed the items on the promised day. Fedex is a failure. Can't understand why anyone would use them.

    The statement says delivery Mon-Fri and a maximum of 3 attempts but they have came, delivered on Saturday at the most conspicuous time when I was out doing my laundry. I missed them by with 10 minutes and was given the final delivery notice. I was upset and needed to make call to readjust things. My critique was their delivery times they didn't honour and the failure to give notice to their clients a shipment was being delivered on the day. I don't like how FedEx treated the situation unlike Amazon which everything has been smooth for years.

    At least you will know it's going to arrive in the time frame you paid for. Absolutely absurd that Usps got the job done for less and Fedex still can't tell me when they will deliver my check leaving my family in a huge bind. What's even worse the rep from fed ex pretty much told me "not our problem".

    Ordered something online on a Sunday, the next day I received a text stating I had a package on the way scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday arrives, no package then I get another text saying it will be delivered on Wednesday because of a local delay. I go online to track it and it's gone from Charlotte NC which is a hour from me to Memphis TN which is no way near me! I called and they said sorry for delay. The weather is bad in Tennessee, which I get but the package shouldn't have never been sent to Tennessee in the first place! I spoke with someone Thursday and she guaranteed it would arrive on Saturday even though it showing Fri for the delivery date. Well here it is Saturday and I got another text saying it will be delivered on Monday. Such a great inconvenience and poor customer service, what's the point of paying for express shipping if it's going to take them over a week to deliver it. I will NEVER use FedEx again for anything.

    *ONE STAR TOO MUCH FOR FEDEX< BUT I COULDN'T FIND ZERO :( I shipped a package EXPRESS to QATAR however, FEDEX shipped my package to NEW ZELAND across the global fro QATAR, I have been struggling to get my package back; I was asked to provide my FEDEX account number because they have to charge me for shipping it back to me, !!! With all that it has been 2 weeks so far and no one took responsibility to get the shipping tag to ship it back to me. I’ve spoken to tens of employees, none of took my request seriously and am still calling on daily basis!!!!

    Not sure how they can claim to be amongst the most respected/reliable companies. They're ALWAYS LATE BY AT LEAST 3 DAYS AND STEAL PACKAGES (3 truck tires+ other packages that just never showed up), they can't even figure out what a REAL door is, but instead leave packages behind the house buried in the snow and even though they supposedly took a picture of where they placed it the company couldn't allow me to have that information for some reason so the packages were "hidden" for 4 days!

    This has been going on for at least 3yrs and NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS MADE TO THEM (I'm far from the only 1 I know having these problems and complaining to no avail). They are THE WORST delivery company anyone could be stuck using!! Heck even eBay just got my package from across the country here a couple days early via email mail... We're on day 4 of a late package that was coming from maybe 1 State over AGAIN... RIDICULOUS.

    For starters, I've had issues with FedEx for years. As most people know, FedEx is completely flaky and unreliable with their delivery dates and your package can be God-knows-where for weeks before they ever give you an update. So, when I ordered my textbooks through my school's website and then later received tracking information, I was extremely disappointed to see they were using FedEx. I just hoped I could count on them arriving within 2 weeks, since classes started the following week.

    I expected the package to be late. You will save yourself a lot of disappointment if you just expect your FedEx package to be over a week late. So, it's been over a week and I'm sitting here waiting for $400 worth of textbooks to be delivered and FINALLY I get an email saying they've been delivered! I excitedly go open my front door and I don't see a package. I check my neighbor's door (I live in a duplex) and there's no package there either. I go back to the email and see the "delivery proof" picture and the picture shows my package lying on an unrecognizable, plain, black doormat that's clearly NOT my doormat.

    It also says, "delivered to back door." Why on Earth would they deliver it to a back door? They would have had to drive all the way around, find the alley, then try to GUESS which house it is because there are no street numbers on our back doors... Which explains WHY they messed it up so badly, but the logic behind it just blows my mind. It's like everyone who works for FedEx just doesn't give a crap at all...

    This is clearly a FedEx issue because you scroll down this page of reviews and they're literally all ONE STAR reviews. It's not just a handful of customers with bad experiences, it's EVERYONE. How is it that Amazon gets it right every day and FedEx just blows it so badly every day? I'm so beyond irritated, and I find it hard to believe FedEx is going to fix this problem for me. If I had any money or power, I would use it to TAKE DOWN FedEx for good because they cause people way more distress than people need. They really suck, BAD. Shippers and businesses need to stop using them as well. I'm really going to pay attention to what companies are using FedEx for shipping and avoid them at all costs. Maybe then and finally then will some change happen because FedEx either need to disappear off the face of the Earth or take notes from Amazon how you properly run a delivery service.

    I had ordered a product from DX Engineering in the United States on January 14, 2024. I was told that it was to arrive on January 18, 2024. Federal Express, true to their word, made the delivery early on January 18, 2024. I found the following to be excellent: The packaging was in mint condition and was delivered to my back door of my home like I had specified. This is what I call excellent Service. Thank You, FedEX for the excellent, fast and professional service which You have provided. Your delivery driver deserves recognition for a job very well done.

    I needed to print a banner for our humanitarian club. They did an amazing job. Thank you Pete, the impeccable manager of our FedEx, in one hour we had the best top stuff.     Every time I have a shipment sent via FedEx that is over $100, it gets delayed and the customer service shows a different status than what is on their tracking on their website. I have had to open several incident cases with them. Interestingly they say they will call me or email me back once the case is created and then the next day the package miraculously shows up on my doorstep. They are the worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with. Why would anyone want to ship with them when they are never on time? Almost always my packages come damaged and look like they have been opened. Do Not Ship With FedEx!

    Their driver left my package, a handcrafted table, on the first floor of my building, under the stairs, where it was stolen. I live on the THIRD floor, away from the street. If he had delivered it where it belonged, it would not have been stolen. He even provided proof of his own misdelivery by taking a picture of it under the stairs, 5 feet away from another apartment. BUT, FedEx denied my claim, saying that he delivered it to the correct address... Yes, you read that right. An almost $500 table that was stolen because the driver was too lazy to walk up two floors.

    All 520 units in my complex shares the exact same address; the only thing that identifies where a package should be delivered is the UNIT number, but FedEx allows their drivers to take the lazy way out. I guess he could have left it under the stairs at any of the 21 buildings in the complex because they would consider it delivered to "the correct address". They stood behind the lazy driver. I had shipped more than 4000 packages via FedEx. Emphasis on HAD. I have already switched to UPS for my small business shipping. Don't trust a company that ignores the truth so that they can deny a legitimate claim. No integrity, no honesty, and no more of my packages will ever be trusted to FedEx.

    I will be as polite as I can be. Spectrum sent me a new phone. I scheduled delivery for after 5 and paid an extra fee. No big deal. It was 5 Dollars. However they did not bring it after 5. They brought it at 1.45pm. Now I am talking to customer service to find out where to pick it up. They said it will be at Freeland Mi on Garfield Rd. OKay I elected to pick up there. Now they are saying I can't go pick it up. I have to have it redelivered. What a crock and they are not even based in the US. Horrible customer service. I asked for the facility they were holding it at so I could call them. Would not give number. It would breach FedEx protocols. WOW.

    Constant expected delivery date but not delivered. Sometimes missed deliveries on scheduled delivery dates and sometimes status changed to delivery date is unavailable. Summary: if you want dependable delivery service, FedEx is it not it. They appear not to care about their customers.

    I ordered my phone in December 30th. It’s still not here and I’ve been waiting. They keep calling to tell me a whole lot of nothing and telling me to wait, Somebody signed off for my phone and acted like it was theirs knowing it wasn’t. My phone was supposed to be here on the 3rd. They changed it to the 8th and then to the 11th and then it said it delivered and it didn’t then I called up to FedEx and they said my phone should be here on the 15th and it never came so now they are saying I have to wait until the 22nd-28th to get my phone which keeps getting sent back to the sender it says and keeps getting delayed. This is the worst warehouse to go through because they lie, they steal and etc. Do not order from Fedex, change your carrier immediately or your package will get stolen, broken, delayed or sent back to the shipper for an odd reason.

    They failed to deliver on time, constantly delayed my package, and on top of that lost my package. It's absurd how this company fails at delivery. I also called and tried to just pick it up but they didn't allow it. Ultimately I'm disappointed and honestly strongly advise to not use FedEx as the company to mail anything. Go to a different company, save your time and money.

    Delivery Driver left my package at my neighbor's house. Thankfully they were willing to bring it over to me. I felt bad since we live in the country and we both have long driveways. Mine is 150 ft long and theirs is approximately 75 ft long. A good distance for an elderly person to walk. FedEx doesn't even provide delivery notifications or proof they delivered like UPS does. From now on I won't order something if I know it's coming FedEx.

    The company driver never came to my home, and I waited all day for the delivery 2 days in a row but he reported that there was nobody at home for delivery. When I asked them if they could add my delivery to the end of the schedule they said it would cause issues for other deliveries. But they never came to my home!! The company has been holding my order for 3 days now. This is a very important product that would affect my business. This is terrible!! They are the mafia of this industry. Please don't use their services!!

    I've submitted two prior complaints to FedEx for similar infractions. The delivery drivers throw my items (heavy, light, small large) over the fence, instead of on the porch. They're the only company that does this. My last item was damaged as a result of the delivery driver throwing a propane tank over my fence and onto the concrete walkway.

    Chewy order delivered to WRONG address 20 miles away. Replacement box is now 2 days late as well as a perishable delivery from Factor. FEDEX is very unreliable. I have called FedEx multiple times with no satisfaction, and my packages still have not been delivered.

    Today, two (2) delivered parcels were left on the street. Maybe this makes it easier for the "porch pirates"? Glad I retrieved them before the snow plow passed by. Other recent deliveries have included shipping damage, extended delays, deliveries to incorrect addresses and no followup to expressed concerns and complaints. At one time this company was the "Gold standard" of delivery services. It is now the very worst example. I cringe every time I receive notification that a vendor has chosen FedEx to ship a purchase I've made. Absolutely no confidence it will arrive on time (ever?) or in usable condition.

    We live in a new apartment building accessible to USPS, UPS, and FedEx 24/7. FedEx workers during the day have no issues accessing the building. For some reason, the late afternoon drivers can't seem to find the lobby's front door to deliver packages. For two days straight, the driver canceled delivery at the same exact time. "We Tried To Deliver" How? By sitting in your truck and not entering the building? FedEx, we encourage you to sell your entire company to one of the other reliable carrier services.

    Every time I have had deliveries by Fedex, I have stayed home to receive the package. I live in a Condo building and they have the usual access to enter to my building (As all other delivery companies, have with no issues). But, every single time, I receive a notification on the delivery day, that "Customer was not available" and it has been dropped off at a pickup location. I am not able to P/U, hence why I have these items delivered. I then have to call the customer service # and it is just so very frustrating talking to a Chat Bot before I can talk to a human to get it straightened out. When I do talk with a human rep. my problem is solved and they are very helpful. Why does it have to be such a pain to have to go through this all the time? If I had a choice of delivery companies to use for online shopping, it most certainly would not be Fedex, but unfortunately I have no choice. Something has to change.

    Was expecting a package that never got delivered. Friday an initial delivery attempt was made and a slip was left stating they needed a signature and they would attempt again next day. Next day came and received a text an attempt was made, but I was home waiting all day and no one came to my door and no slip was left. They said they would attempt again the next day. Same issue, waited all day, received text that an attempt was made but no one ever came to my door or left a delivery slip.

    When I called for support call I was informed they are not allowed to send the driver back again after 3 attempts. I explained an attempt was only made on 1 time, on Friday and I waited the last 2 days and no one came or left a slip. They refused to make any attempt to help correct the situation. They insisted upon believing the actions of the driver and not the consumer. They offered to hold the package at their facility for me to pick up. I told them, "You were paid to deliver it to me, if you can't fulfill your customer expectations and allow your drivers to to as they will with the deliveries, then no, send my package back to the shipper and let them lose the sale because of your incompetency."

    Fed Ex lost 2 packages within a week of each other. Both contained the majority of my Christmas product. $35,000 in retail value. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and within 8 hours of The BBB contacting them Fed Ex “found” one of the packages that had previously been deemed closed, with a “contact shipper to file claim” attached. I exchanged emails with the Fed Ex rep that said that one package had been located, she said it would be sent to their Recovery Center, assigned a new tracking number and then sent out, that correspondence was a week ago today….Still nothing.

    I am seriously considering filing in small claims court. Their customer service is terrible and their once reliable service is not trustworthy. Also, on a side note, after receiving an email that they had “found” one package, I saw a Fed Ex truck pull up at my house, I was so excited thinking it was my package that I opened the door only to be disappointed that it was something I’d ordered. The driver then asked if I had any snacks, I went into my kitchen to grab a variety of protein bars and realized I had left my door open and really didn’t know the driver’s intention. Thankfully nothing happened, but Fed Ex should not have their representatives asking their clients for food!

    $89 Billion dollars is a lot of money. It’s how much FedEx made last year. It’s for sure enough to afford to pay customer service agents so when a simple misdelivery happens it can be corrected. I was on the phone with UPS in 30 seconds when they made a delivery mistake and it was rerouted to me in 1 hour. A package containing over $10,000 worth of film equipment was delivered to the wrong address and received by someone who was not me. I requested proof of ID and signature upon delivery. Neither happened because it was given to someone completely different that was not at my house. I found this out immediately as I had been monitoring the progress of the package's journey to me all morning.

    If I had been able to reach a person they could have easily contacted the driver and within minutes this could have been corrected. But, instead, I was forced to “file a claim” with an automated service, never received any word back and cannot even call again as my number is recognized as already having filed a claim. I start class Monday. I have been waiting for this package for like a month. I have projects waiting. This was so important to me. I know that there are so many things going on in the world, but this was important to me and all you had to do was bring it to the right place, and if you couldn’t do that, at least pick up the GD phone and send someone who can. All I can hope is that the person who received this really really needed it. If I could give zero stars I would.

    I had been waiting for weeks to get my package and I called FedEx to find out why I didn’t receive my package and I was told that they tried to deliver it but I was unavailable. That’s wasn’t true because I’m currently on maternity leave and I’m home every day because my baby can come anytime. My son is also home on winter break and nobody can’t or attend to deliver anything to me. I called FedEx so many times and was told that I would have to go to Don Mills to pick up my package or else it would be send back to the sender. The package contains something that I cannot live without and I explained to FedEx customer care and was told that they were going to reschedule a delivery for Wednesday January 3, 2024 between 9 am - 5 pm.

    At 9 am on January 3, I went to track my package and it says that they tried to deliver it at 8:54 am on that same day but I was unavailable. The delivery driver lied saying that they came to my apartment and knocked but no one answer and left a note on my door. I checked my door and the main door of my building but no note was left anywhere. My son was sitting inside the living room do school work which is right in front of my door. I was told that they was going to drop it by a the closest FedEx location close to where I live but unfortunately, that was not true either. They don’t even deserve one star because they are unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent.

    My FedEx delivery was marked Signature Required. At 8:42AM I received a text that I had signed for my delivery. The driver did not ring my doorbell or even knock. After checking my RING doorbell camera, I saw the driver just leave my unsecured, unsigned for delivery. After contacting customer service, I found out that the driver FORGED my name. Unacceptable.

    I used FedEx to ship 2 boxes to Louisiana in advance of a work meeting. Paid for them to be delivered 2 days ahead of the start of the meeting. One box arrived -- and the New Orleans FedEx office held my box "hostage" until I paid them an additional, unexpected handling fee. That is their standard practice--shake you down for more $$. The second box went missing in their system. It didn't get delivered until 7 days later -- when the meeting was over and I had already flown back to my state. FedEx customer service is terrible. You get into an automated loop, and trying to call either FedEx office directly (the one I shipped from or to) just puts you into that loop.

    First---getting my property back was a nightmare. Few people in FedEx know how their online delivery process works. Customer service doesn't take or want complaints. Once I got my property back, I asked FedEx for a refund of the one charge (box that didn't arrive in time for my meeting) and several FedEx people said, "it was delivered" and no refund would be offered. Never mind it didn't make it for my meeting or that I paid for it to be delivered on time. My company and I will never use FedEx again. I reported their deceptive business practices to the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Too big to fail?--- not if we all unite and stop using FedEx!

    I chose to ship a very expensive item internationally and paid $240CAD for next day insured express delivery. The worker at the counter helped me and filled out all of the information needed for me. The package arrived over 10 days later and Fedex refused to refund the amount as a customs form was missing. You'd think FEDEX would know which forms were needed when I shipped the item from their rep at the counter... What a terrible company with even worse customer service. I mentioned the money-back guarantee and they said they cannot honour this as the customs form was missing. I would not trust this company again for my package to arrive on time or help me if something went wrong.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FedEx, and if there were a way to give them a zero-star review, I would. My frustration and anger have reached a boiling point as I write this post. I am anticipating the delivery of a crucial package from Lagos to Atlanta, and it was supposed to be delivered by December 21st. However, as of January 2nd, my package is still stuck and delayed in France. The reason provided? A nonsensical operational delay that nobody at FedEx can explain to me.

    Despite numerous calls and emails seeking clarification and assistance, I have received no response from FedEx. This lack of communication and the unexplained delays have caused significant inconvenience and stress, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of my package.     Package was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Driver lied saying no one was home to receive package while I'm waiting near front door all day. I call FedEx to tell them to hold the package as I'll pick it up to avoid this again. Holiday weekend so can't pick up till Tuesday. Tuesday morning (6 am) I receive an email saying the package has been loaded on the truck. I call FedEx to tell them it's supposed to be held for pickup. They call the facility and tell them to take it off the truck and that I can pick it up anytime after 8:30 am. Now 9 am I receive an email it's out for delivery after telling them twice on two separate days it's to be held for pick up, and no one will be home to receive it. Now I have to wait till tomorrow (Wednesday) to pick up the package I was supposed to have the previous Friday.

    Yesterday I ordered a part for my car. Was to be delivered today. Got a message, "Oops we are sorry. Delivery date changed." I only ordered the part from this place. Because it was supposed to come today. Next day delivery. Package was shipped from Arizona. Arrived 27 miles away from me. Is going to sit on a pallet until Tuesday. It arrived at 845 am. I called to see if I could go get it. Before they close today at 2. They said no it's sitting on a pallet. It is a part for my car. I have Doctor appointments on the 3rd. Due to the late delivery. I have to get a ride elsewhere. Because I may not have my car running the day before my appointment. Am highly disappointed. It's like a slap in the face to get my package 27 miles from me and to have to wait 4 days. I understand holiday hours. But it is before the holiday hours.

    Fed ex leaves the package at the end of my drveway and next to the public road. They will not bring it to my house. They should just put a sign on the package that says free. My driveway is 900 yards from the road. It is a wide paved $40,000 driveway with a turn around area for a tractor trailer. I'm disabled and can not walk and they think this is OK. FUBAR

    Awful company to deal with. You pay for a service but they don’t deliver - it’s truly criminal. I paid an extra fee to have it delivered today since I won’t be home tomorrow - was home all day and they said they tried to deliver the package but they didn’t ring the bell - nothing.     FedEx is terrible!! The last 2 packages I have had delivered have been lost. The first package lost, it was delivered to the wrong address but I don't know who from the picture, was never made right by FedEx. I filed a lost claim, FedEx never got back with me and the original company replaced my item. Today I had a rather expensive package coming. I received notification that it was delivered, but once again the picture is not my house! I immediately called FedEx. It took me 25 minutes to get to talk to a person and he just kept saying that someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. Not acceptable as this never happened before.

    As I was on the phone with FedEx, the driver pulled into my drive. He tried to play it off like he never delivered the package anywhere else??? It's a very abnormal box with very distinct labels. The box he handed me is definitely the box in the picture at the wrong address!!! Why lie??? Apologize and move on. What a ridiculous company!! They are a joke!

    FedEx is not good to do business with. I went there I asked them are you sure they are going to delivery my package same day? They said yes I paid extra for same day at 9am. Now it’s 11 am 2 days now still haven’t received my package.it’s was an important package that I must receive the same day.     I had my husband ship a box full of food to someone across country. The box clearly said PERISHABLE AND THIS END UP. When the recipient received the box, it looked like the box had been rolled over and over and over. All the contents inside were ruined. Never again will I use FEDEX to ship anything.     Needed a package signed for, waited all day on the day it was to be delivered. It was not, updated tracking said next day between 11:00am and 3:30 pm. Checked again at 10 and it shows attempted delivery at 9:30. I have work. Not delivered day it was supposed then gets delivered before tracking even shows, I have work and was expecting 11 so arranged for that time frame. Then they say I can pick up at their facility after 5:45 pm or wait around till the next day for them to try again. It's one thing to expect a regular package and have it delayed, but a signature required that gets pushed really is crap, they need priority, sorry.

    I ordered an expensive watch from Movado, they used FedEx as their carrier. FedEx never sent a correspondence email or delivery time. After three weeks I call Movado asking for my watch, and they informed me the watch was delivered two weeks prior. After calling FedEx they told me they delivered it and it was signed for. After some investigative work I found out they delivered it to an Amazon hub and not my house which was in their records. FedEx knew this and took no responsibility for my missing package. The most disgusting experience I have ever had with any delivery service. Unprofessional is an understatement.

    Genuinely wish that I could give FedEx a -8,974,503,927 star. I paid $38 for a 2-day delivery, but each time they've tried to deliver, it fails and I can't even understand why. I called customer service after they first failed to deliver to ensure that they would notify me when they arrived. What happens? Nobody notifies me. Of Course. They said I could pick it up from a location 20 minutes away from me after 6:50, but 1) I work almost every day at that time and 2) WHY did I pay for shipping then?? I could have saved $38 for a gallon of gas in LA. like from someone please tell me. I've had way better experiences with UPS and USPS, and they've given me no issues delivering right to my door. I don't even understand why FedEx is still in service, considering the amount of negative reviews they have from customers. At this point, I'm just praying that my package gets here before Christmas. I ordered way in advance so really this should not be so problematic.

    I purchased a rather expensive piece of jewelry and the seller opted for Fedex Express. First the name does not reflect the service. A direct signature is required for this package, so I sign up for delivery notifications, well I get that the package will be here by 2:00 pm so I am sitting at my mailbox waiting for 3 hours and no show. So I go to my house. Even though the driver is supposed to come to my house instead he leaves a door tag in the bottom of my package delivery box and leave. So here I am AGAIN, so far waiting for 5 hours now because their updated information says delivery will be between noon and 8 pm. With this kind of service how do they stay in business. Amazon has a better informed delivery service. This company's delivery service is a joke plus not being ugly but when you have a driver you should be able to communicate with them but not this company.

    FedEx is absolutely ridiculous. They are always at a minimum eight days late with an order. If you get it I ordered an item from China the same day I ordered a local item. The item from China came USPS and I have received it. My FedEx delivery has not yet been delivered, I would definitely not use FedEx as a delivery service. If it were my choice, they are awful!

    What a huge disappointment! Several items I ordered this month, some as early as December 9th are not arriving till 12/26-12/28. I will no longer order from businesses that use Fedex for delivery. UPS blows them away. I don't know how Fedex is still in business.

    They never deliver items on time. Stuff I order is always lost in their unreliable system. Companies really should ship with UPS. I’m not ordering from companies that use Fedex and others should follow suit. Come on fedex.     I ordered a product online and I received notification that it was delivered. I received no package. I looked at the delivery picture and it was not my house. I called Fed-ex and they said they would look into it. I told them it was not my house which they delivered the package. Fedex kept closing my case because they had a picture showing it was "delivered". They told me only shippers can file claims. I called the shipper and told me there was a picture of the package delivered and told me to call Fed ex. The customer support is based overseas and there is no manager to talk with. They do not even publish the corporate office phone numbers in Memphis. Worst customer service ever.

    FedEx is the most unreliable delivery service now. They promise delivery and even say it is on a truck. But NO DELIVERY! They then LIE and say they attempted when they did not. I was waiting for the delivery and never left my house! Now they say it was on a truck at 3:25am to be delivered today. Their facility is 2 miles from my house and it is now 2:30PM and still no delivery. I know it is Christmas season but they need to be reliable if they expect to stay in business.

    I moved to Kansas in November to move into a place more affordable. I wasn't able to bring my computer and all my stuff so I thought I could have it shipped to me no biggie later when I could afford to. I'm on fixed income. Disabled veteran. Enough said. My brother and mom went to our favorite shipping place in Meredith NH. The lady is pretty familiar with shipping and packaging so yeah WTF did FedEx do from there to here? The box looked fine but inside something happened. The lady who ran the authorized FedEx told me she was having issues with insurance with them so I just insured it for half of what I paid this year to build the computer. I put in an insurance request with pictures and an explanation of what happened. Denied without explanation!     So I ordered many gifts, as many do around this time, some to be shipped via FEDEX. No problem, until there was a problem. I see the FedEx driver walking towards my house with TWO boxes. I grab those boxes and see that a THIRD box was marked as delivered, but not delivered. Okay sure, let me go check my mailbox and my neighbor's house. Nothing there. I call and open a claim with FedEx and find out that the proof of delivery only shows the TWO boxes that I actually got, but the proof of delivery was used for all THREE orders.

    Fast forward to the next day. I get a notification that they "have my box" and it's out for delivery. FedEx driver backs all the way up to my front door and leaves my box. Wonderful news right? Wrong! That box was EMPTY!!! The original packaging tape was ripped open and reclosed with clear packing tape. I immediately call FedEx with lots of anger. Someone stole something I paid for and had the nerve to bring me the empty box resealed. Absolute worst type of thief. It has been 3 days since that and I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me.

    From reading reviews on here, it's clear how they handle or have handled situations like this in the past. They hire thieves as drivers and do nothing when a complaint is filed. I wish I would have known that I was supplying the delivery driver's friends and family with Christmas presents this year. The worst part is, I take that loss. No present for my family and I was stolen from- with nothing done to compensate me for this inexcusable piece of trash thief FedEx hired.

    FedEx has not cared that our deliveries have been being delivered to our door but on the tree by our driveway. We are elderly and handicapped! We can not deliver our own boxes. We have complained and spoken to management with no change for over a year. We try not to order from companies that use FedEx but that is different. We have pets that we order from Chewy and they only use FedEx. UPS walks up to our house to deliver but FedEx drivers are lazy and don’t give a crap so just dump our boxes on the beginning of our drive. So frustrating to have to deal with this with no change!

    The worst shipping company to not only ship with but deal with. Any time we place an order and see it has been shipped with FedEx we start planning for problems. There is an 80% chance you won’t get your order and if you do 75% chance item is broken. It’s not even worth filing a claim with FedEx. I spend more time trying to contact FedEx and prove to them it was broke or lost in shipping with FedEx than it is just to place another order and pay more to guarantee it is shipped with ANY other shipping company than FedEx. I’m still waiting on an order that has been out for delivery for 2 days with a city population of 7000. DO NOT USE. You will regret it.

    FedEx insists that the address I provided is incorrect, even though it is accurate. The address belongs to a government agency for retirement in France, a fact confirmed both by the agency itself and Google. Despite this verification, dealing with FedEx's U.S. customer service has been exasperating. The automated system disconnects after 10 attempts, and speaking with an offshore representative involves navigating through a robotic series of questions. Although the French team, stationed in Morocco, has acknowledged the correctness of the address, the local branch continues to insist it is wrong. They even have a decency to tell me that they refuse to return my package unless additional payment is made and after 100 days, they claim they will destroy the package! They deserve a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

    I had two shipments sent to me by FedEx. FedEx had my package until it arrived in NC, which is where I am. It was supposed to be delivered 12/8/23 and then it was changed to 12/9/23. It is still in a delayed status. I have called several times and have placed many "cases" with them. NO HELP AT ALL. They just tell me it is delayed and is in NC. I told them it has been in DELAYED for 6 days now (after calling several times previously) and they told me to wait until 7 days and to contact the seller to do a "case".

    I have already contacted the seller which is not much better, but they did tell me they opened a case with FedEx also and I should be contacted by FedEx. (I'm not holding my breath.) I wish from now on I could choose who ships my orders that I make because I would definitely choose/recommend UPS. I have never had a package lost or delayed with them. FedEx just sucks. They do not have any good customer service. I do not recommend using them ever.

    Ground and express deliver for other companies like Walmart, Amazon etc. They will not enter a gate code or deliver where deliveries are accepted. If you live in a gated community or have deliveries coming to a small business that has coded access, you're out of luck. You have to guess when they will be there. This is the year 2023 Fed Ex... Get with the program. I have had so many packages returned to the sender when there is a 18x24 sign at eye level where you pull up in drive specifying where to leave my items that I pay for. Their customer service dept is no better. I just do not understand why this company is in business. It's an issue every single time they come to our residence and small business.

    Delivery driver shows up with two boxes, then LEAVES with the same two boxes (I know this because I have it all on Video). Our daughter states that they shipped a Large bottle of wine and a Box of Harry and David’s. Tracking shows that delivery was attempted. Driver never left a tag that he attempted delivery, but he did as we have it on video. Next day, ONLY the Harry and David’s box is delivered,,, Soo, where this the second box (the wine)???? Daughter tracks the package and tracking states states it will be delivered between 10am-2pm. When she called, then they told her the package was damaged! Interesting, the video I have shows the package not damaged.

    FedEx is a joke, always has been and always will be. Amazing that a company like Fedex doesn’t require drivers to take a picture of a delivery as Amazon does. I gather it’s because they also have thieves working for them, especially over the holidays. Here are screen shots. Driver delivering, then leaving with the packages. Note that the small box was the Harry and David’s which was delivered by itself the next day. Well, apparently I can’t post pics or video here.     FedEx can never leave your package where it's supposed to go. This has been long going with the FedEx drivers. In my instructions it says deliver to back door. They can't seem to do that. What makes it so bad is they deliver to my front porch at the very edge of the porch, so anyone coming down the street can easily grab it. I called and was assured that they would deliver to my back door and again the package was in the same place they left it before but this time I didn't get home fast enough before someone stole it. I have two more packages to be delivered. Maybe they will put them at the back porch but very doubtful.

    FedEx employees doesn't seem to care whether the delivery reaches the customer or not. Something that I had ordered was left outside my building in spite of mentioning my apartment number and I wasn't even contacted. Of course someone else took it! When I raised a claim, they denied it saying they had delivered at the right address. This is morally incorrect. It should be their duty to ensure that the package is delivered properly.

    Driver keeps leaving packages by the road instead of placing on porch. Two weeks ago he left a 3500 dollar solar generator with big letters on the box, reading "Jackaby" printed on the box, right by the road. It is a miracle it did not get stolen. I hurt myself and my 12 year old daughter hurt her back as we struggled to get it in. The supervisor of FedEX in Braselton GA promised they would not do again after I contacted BBB. They did not contact me until I contacted BBB despite repeated calls to customer service and repeated promises they would call. To get me to remove of of BBB they promised the moon and one week later did it again.

    Worst company in the world for service. Horrible. This time they blocked my steps and I can not go down and no one can come up. Heavy rain is moving in. I am under lift restrictions and getting ready to have surgery for a complication. I would not have ordered anything else if FEdEX had not promised me this was resolved.

    Packing was last scanned at 4 lbs. When the driver delivered the package it was empty and ripped open as the shoes were missing in it, was delivered empty as of the lbs. It was obvious the shoes had been taken in on my blink camera as they are required to take a picture the driver did in. It's also obvious he tried to take a incorrect picture but it was cought on his photo to be seen the box as in cardboard from the shoe box sticking out of the sealed plastic from the shipper. Bottom line the driver stole the shoes

    I ordered an item through eBay, the seller did everything they were supposed to do except choose FedEx delivery service, it was delivered to the wrong location, even though my address was printed very clearly on the front of the package, they never notified me that it had been delivered, I had to go back and notify the seller that it was never received, they had gotten an email from FedEx with a picture of the package and it was not my front porch.

    I immediately called FedEx, and trying to talk to a human is a joke, but I finally got through, the person on the other end had an accent so thick, I could hardly understand him, but he said that he would open a case for me to find my package, when I called customer service back about a week later, I could only get a recording saying that they recognized my number and the case had been closed, so I notified the seller, and the seller graciously offered to refund the money, FedEx never called or sent me a text, or sent an email, please whatever you do, don’t use this company, they need some sort of traceability for their deliveries, so they know where they delivered the goods to!

    This delivery service is a piece of crap. My dog may die because I couldn't get the medicine in time. Was supposed to be delivered today, but was not. Won't be here until Friday!!!! REALLY???? Why anyone would use FedEx is beyond me. Paying all that money for quick delivery service is really a waste of money. I ordered the medicine on Monday. It shipped out and was supposed to be delivered quickly and promptly. That didn't happen.

    So FedEx somehow misplaced my package from Swiss Colony. So, my cookies and candy just vanished, into an employee stomach and nothing is being done able it. I've called every number I can find and am not able to get a real person. So I guess I'm just out of luck. What a terrible company that there is no real human customer service.

    FedEx uses AI to answer their calls. If your problem doesn't fall into to their scenarios that AI can answer you are in for a hellish experience. I have a package that needs to be signed for and made arrangements for someone to be home (all day) and they never came even though they said they made an attempt. I have that happening again today. Why any shipper would use them I do not know. They are not customer service oriented and quite frankly deserve the reputation they have earned. This is not the FedEx of ten years ago.

    I think I am losing my mind. Fed Ex left a voicemail to call them back. They need some additional address delivery information that they did not get from me when I dropped the package off to them. The message said that without this information the international package will not be delivered and returned to me. I called them back and cannot speak to a human no matter which options I choose! Two hours later, I still can’t figure it out!! I think in the future I’ll use DHL or some other less frustrating means. There must be better options out there.

    I have had so many problems with this company to the point I don’t want to order online because I’m scared it will use FedEx for shipping. I cannot believe a company of this magnitude would be so incompetent and utilize such poor ethics in dealing with their customers. I have attempted to make 3 purchases in the last three weeks, and have not had a successful delivery with any of them. The quality assurance personnel even called to verify my address was correct and they still failed to deliver them (all separate occasions).

    One package I was fortunate enough they didn’t dump somewhere and say it was delivered like the others. So I picked the item up from FedEx in Pearl, Ms and the female employee advised me to put hold on packages using FedEx delivery manager..so I did. Then I wanted two days to make sure request could be processed before ordering the item again. Why did my tracking show they were going to attempt delivery yet again when they’ve been failing this far? This has to be illegal, because I’m having a hard time believing they can just get away with this without so much as a fine, a slap on the wrist, something!!?

    FedEx is consistently awful. They drop at my door boxes (containing furniture) that are not mine. The last one I had to call the person myself and they came to pick it up. Now today they say they delivered something I ordered but it’s not correct, they didn’t deliver my package to my house. I tried to contact them but it’s useless. FedEx drivers drop packages anywhere. It’s really awful.

    I wish no one would send my packages through FedEx again. I was supposed to get my package yesterday. For whatever the reason for one day delay I can live with. However the next day when they show up they try to give me someone else's package and couldn't find mine. I'm trying to contact customer service and speak to somebody is a joke. Which doesn't matter anyway because they can't tell you anything either. They need to shut their doors.

    I had an order that I needed to sign so I printed out the form to put on my door as well as waited for them to arrive. I got a text update while I was waiting saying that they tried to deliver my package but that I wasn’t home so they couldn’t get my signature. No one ever even came to my door and when I went outside to double check the form with my signature was still there and there was no notice that they tried to deliver. Driver just decided to not to. I don’t usually use FedEx, but I definitely won’t from now on. Audit your drivers. They don’t do their jobs.

    The shipping and customer service with FedEx is horrible, near impossible to navigate, incorrect information, dishonesty with delay causes.     I ordered a ebike off Walmart's website on 11/24 and it still hasn't arrived!! They sent it from Sacramento to Indiana, to Lind, WA and Troutdale. Anywhere but my address. Sacramento is 8 hours away yet my ebike went to 8 different states. Why? I hope it's not damaged. Order ebikes from the company website, don't screw with Walmart or FedEx.

    FedEx is the worst shipping company. My husband and I have both had issues with them this year. Their customer service is a joke! When you call they can't tell you anything useful. The tracking they provide is not even remotely accurate. Whoever is in charge is stealing money from hard working people as far as I'm concerned. This week we've had not one but two packages lost and when one finally arrived we got the driver on camera throwing our package at the door.

    They have changed their policy. So weird. No justification for this practice except to steal money and not return it if you have any left in reserves. Which they have done 2 times. It’s only 10-40¢ - but imagine hundreds or thousands of customers losing 40¢ or even a dollar? FEDEX is a disgusting company to do this practice in a time like this. It’s the ultimate low.     FedEx used to be the gold standard when you needed to get a package quickly from one place to the next with reliable tracking and delivery. Well it seems that is no longer the case. In the last 2 weeks I've had 2 completely different shipment get completely botched. Last week I ordered a shipment of wine from a company 50 miles from the delivery destination. Day after day I received texts that my shipment was out for delivery and would arrive between 10am and 2:30pm but it never arrived. Called customer service said they would look into it but never returned any calls.

    After nearly 2 weeks, I received a notice that the package was damaged in shipment and would not be delivered. FedEx instructed me to contact the company I purchased the product from to have them file a complaint. So I'm out hundreds of dollars since I had already paid for the wine, the vendor already has my money and has little interest to resolve this and FedEx is of no help. This now takes us to a shipment of an ebike I was supposed to receive yesterday. FedEx said it would arrive between 10am and 2:30pm. I waited around all day but nothing ever arrived. What has happened to FedEx? No person or company would/should do business with a company that has such poor performance and charges so much for their services.

    I'm not sure who's at fault but when two separate addresses for presents somehow become the same tracking number sent to WV...and was to be sent to NC and MD. I can see Walmart being the corrupt one but Riddle me this batman...The FedEx delivery Man has the same picture of packages with two time stamps of 7.35 am and 3.43pm. I would like to see if the person in Parkersburg WV was a friend of his. NEVER MIND these were cyber monday prices and No one cares they were watches identical for my extended family I think of as sons. They understand corruption even at Christmas...They may not care but I still do.

    I've had an ongoing problem with my Fedex driver, i.e., item supposedly delivered but nowhere to be found (he likes to dump deliveries in a busy parking lot in spite of my delivery instructions stating *INSIDE BUILDING HALLWAY ONLY*); delivery picture with NO pkg in the picture, pictures of someone else's patio, etc. After going through the motions and making many calls to countless foreign customer service agents telling me I'll get a call back, I NEVER DO. With a sign on my patio door saying DO NOT OPEN DOOR, DELIVERIES INSIDE BUILDING ONLY, I found my patio door lock broken (my pets could've been gone forever) and a microwave in a box wide open like he cut it himself. They have NO work ethic there, and FedEx has NO customer service, at all.

    I ordered a TV stand with a fireplace from Walmart. I received a text message from Walmart at 6:34 AM stating that the item would be delivered today via Fedex. At 9:34 a.m. I saw a FedEx truck back up in my driveway. The driver didn’t get out of the truck, he/she sat in the driveway of my home for about five minutes and then pulled off. When I I called FedEx customer service later this evening to inquire about the delivery, the automated service stated at 3:24 PM that delivery was attempted, but no one was home. I was home all day waiting for my package to be delivered. There was no delivery attempt. There was no sticker left on my door. I filed a complaint, but Now I have to deal with the risk of the driver mishandling and damaging my item and/or someone taking my package while I’m at work.

    I have spent the last 30 minutes attempting to reach a customer service representative about a package. Everytime I provide the tracking number, the bot continues to provide the same updates I see online with no additional support. It appears FedEx is preventing customers from reaching a customer service representative and mentions this is all the information that can be provided at this time. I was looking for reassurance from a customer service representative who may be familiar with the shipping process as, my package was across the country but set to arrive the next day. FedEx provides a horrible customer service representative as there is no experience at all. Do better.

    My order was supposed to be FEDEX second day delivery due on 11/28/2023. I received notice that it had been changed to FEDEX ground. Using the FEDEX tracking system the package was reportedly going to be delivered on 12/04/2023. I continued to check on this package as my signature is required upon delivery. I check it again on 12/02/2023 @ 0700 and the tracking system stated the package was put on the truck at 0319 to be delivered on 12/02/2023 between the hours of 1130 & 1530, "OUT FOR DELIVERY" so I stayed home all day waiting for delivery. No package by 1600 so I hit tracking again only to discover that now it states "NO SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME". I have absolutely no idea when this package will actually be "OUT FOR DELIVERY". I do know, given my choice, I will never use FEDEX for any shipping if it can be avoided, even if it costs more.

    A simple delivery from Ocala to Satsuma about 50 miles. Package was supposed to be here on Friday and I got a delay notice it was to come Saturday between 10:00 and 2:00 p.m. The driver finally shows up on my door about 6:00 p.m. and tells me he cannot find the package on his truck.     FedEx delivered my package and took a pic for proof of delivery... The pic was not my address or even my building! Spent hours being sent from chat bot to a phone number- also a bot. Opened a case- this got me a daily text message to let them know if I located my package. Day 3 case closed with a text determining that the package was delivered. Lol but where?! They do not let you speak to a person ever and clearly don't investigate. Meaning the problem will continue to happen as they don't care. Incomperence or criminal fraud?

    Now FedEx has outsourcing customer services only. Basically whatever problems you encountered can't be resolved by them, or they just lie to you. I took a day off to get my package, TV. I waited the whole day and they delivered at the 10 minutes I stepped out in the afternoon, so I missed the first attempt. I called the customer service, and she told me I just waited for the 2nd attempt tomorrow but I had to go back to work. I asked another customer service later if they can tell them to deliver later on the day and she told me she had notified but on another day, the fedex driver delivered earlier in the morning and never called me as the customer service said he will. When I read all the reviews below, I would say forget it, they can't do anything like used to when the local fedex customer service can. They are basically a dummy outsourcing customer services. Think about it, it's a TV they can't deliver for so many times, do you still want it?

    I am currently trying to contact phone with FedEx as I write this. I have made 12 calls at this time and still calling trying to reach a real person about a general question about a shipment I am receiving. I can not get a real person. Their virtual agents just go thru certain questions and then disconnect you. Horrible service. They won't answer if you say you don't have tracking number. I keep asking for agent or press 0 and nothing works. Very frustrating. Has to be the worse service I have come across.

    I HATE FedEx! This is how they deliver a $500 generator! Too freaking lazy to ring the doorbell, which is right there on the door, to let us know a delivery has been made. Instead, it sat there on the outside step for THREE hours until we discovered it. Any porch pirate driving past could have grabbed it. They have done this before and that time the package was stolen.     If I can give FedEx zero stars I would. I have a package addressed to my P.O. Box address, they decided to deliver it to an old address on their system which I don't live there anymore. So unprofessional, they should hold the package and contact me first or even send it back to sender.     They don't ring the doorbell, they leave a "We missed you" note, though nothing is checked on the tag to tell you if they will attempt redelivery or not. They don't have any agents available to talk to in customer service. I tried to look up the tracking number and it shows a completely different delivery in a state across the country.     My husband had a check sent via Fedex priority overnight delivery we received the delivery notification with an image that was not our location. Within 5 minutes we contacted customer service and then again 2 more times. The first agent said they would contact the driver to pick up the package and redeliver. The second agent confirmed the third agent was the worst customer service experience we have ever received.

    The agent advised it was sent to the claims department it could take days to locate the package when requesting to speak to a supervisor the request was ignored as there was no supervisor available. They also were not able to provide any information as to the actual address of the delivery or any additional information for the package. So not only was our not met but the service provided by the agent was not up to par nor empathetic of the situation, reassuring us that our package would be located. FedEx can do better all other shipping organizations provide maps of actual delivery with GPS coordinates and true customer service empathy.

    Delivery driver was two hours past estimated delivery time. Yet failed to even ring the door bell and left my TV in the manufacturer's box in front of my building for any passers-bys to steal it. The picture notification was ten minutes after it was left outside for anyone to take. Why is the onus put on the consumer to make sure no one steals their purchase when the delivery company has taken possession?

    Yet again has delivered a package to the neighbor's address. The neighbor is AirBNB and is generally unoccupied. Package always goes 'missing' when delivered there. My neighbor on the other side of me says she gets packages delivered to her place that do not belong to her. All the houses have numbers on them. This current package contained graduation material. This has ruined my roommates graduation day. We never have trouble with UPS. FedEx is the worst. You can never get hold of anyone to talk to, they hide behind a virtual chat interface. Absolutely awful company to deal with.

    For a FedEx Express shipment that requires urgent overnight delivery, I've been facing significant challenges over the past four days. Despite my continuous efforts, I haven't been able to receive the package. Without informing, they attempted delivery with no call, left the place, and then no update of future delivery time or place. I've spent a significant amount of time tracking down the driver, waiting at the FedEx location, and making multiple calls to customer care, updating online for multiple request to updates, but unfortunately, I haven't been successful in retrieving the shipment yet. As per customer service, the driver is aware of situation but don't care of updates or delivery. Will never forget this experience with FedEx.

    FedEx Driver scan package as delivered. Took picture showing they were placing it in the mailroom lockbox. Went to retrieve package from it. Wasn’t there. I contacted the mailroom lockbox company. They did an investigation and viewed the cameras and saw that the delivery driver left with package. Been trying to get FedEx to address issue. All I get is the runaround. Now I’m a file police report.

    They just dropped my package off in front of the door. There are ways of hiding deliveries behind a fence gate or post in the porch. A little more effort wouldn't add much time to their work. I have videos I can upload if there's a way to do so.

    Driver delivered 2 packages to my home. Placed packages on porch and scanned the bar codes. My roommate signed for the packages. The driver picked up one package, handed it to my roommate then picked up second package, got in his truck and drove away with it. After many calls with Fedex they have found my package but will not deliver it to me because it shows that it has been delivered. How can it be delivered if you have it. Can anyone explain to me how a company this large can be so incompetent. At a loss don't know what to do.

    FedEx tracking and confirmation from one of their representatives shows my package has been sitting at my local FedEx facility since YESTERDAY, Friday 11/24/23. However, it's not going to be delivered until Monday - TWO DAYS from now!!! FedEx advertises that customers don't have to wait until Mondays to get their packages delivered because they now deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. If that's so, then why is my package being delivered on MONDAY when it's been sitting at a facility close to my home, but it's going to sit there for another TWO DAYS!!!

    I have hearing aids held in Customs. Fedex told me that the required information to have them released had been sent to Customs, then the next representative told me it hadn't, after three days the information still had not been sent to Custom. Phone calls were not returned, except for one helpful agent. The final phone call was transferred to a completely unrelated department. They are unhelpful, very frustrating to deal with and pathetic as a business.

    FedEx committed to delivering my package on 11/21/23 between the hours of 10am and 2.20pm. On two occasions, the delivery time was updated by FedEx to a later time on the same scheduled delivery date. Based on FedEx's committed date/time of delivery, I decided to schedule service on my vehicle with the understanding that my package would be at the updated promised date/time. Based on my past experience with FedEx, I had little confidence that the package would be deliver as promised. However, I held a remote amount hope that FedEx would do what they promised. Of course, like many times before, FedEx neglected to deliver when promised! In fact, the package never arrived that day!!!

    It is infuriating to know that their delivery center is 10-15 away from my home but they can never deliver any packages to my address at the date/time promised. You know your service is BAD when a customer expects to not receive their packages on time. It's been this way for years now. Given how long this problem has persisted, it's obvious FedEx doesn't care about improving their delivery service!!!

    I paid for first overnight urgent delivery 114 USD and they failed to deliver it in 8 days, due to that I had to waste money on staying at a hotel as my delivery was my home keys. And when I call to claim refund they tell me to wait a week again.. hours on phone with Indians and no solution still... It was the worst experience ever, I better go drive the parcel myself. After that I am awaiting already 20 days for invoice in order to be able to do refund... This is the most horrible experience I could imagine. Avoid this company.

    My husband and I ordered a mattress and the company hired Fedex to deliver it. They notified us that it was to be delivered on Sat... That it was on their truck and would be delivered between 10am and 3pm... Later they expanded that time... They said again up til 8pm. We waited all day because the mattress company said we had to be present. My husband canceled work. We were there all day and night and they never came or called.

    The next morning they again said it was on their truck and would be there. (I called and told them we had thrown our old mattress away thinking they were coming and that we had to sleep on the sofa and really needed them to deliver.). The same thing happened... We waited all day and night and they never came or called. That was Sunday. This is Monday. Same thing happened. Now they say it will come tomorrow and I no longer believe them. We have company coming tonight and no place for them to sleep except the sofa with us on the floor. We are in our mid to late '60s and they are in their '70s. Fedex's whole job is to deliver and they obviously are horrible at it.

    Never ever have an efficient shipment through FedEx. I try to avoid them at all costs. I watched them pull into my neighbor's driveway, where apparently they tried to deliver my package to them. I expected in a couple of minutes he would be coming to my house. Look outside he's gone, I check my mailbox even though I know the package is way too big to fit in there, nothing. I come back into the house to a text message saying that the delivery attempt failed and that I wasn't home. I immediately call FedEx where they claimed to call the station and that the delivery man was still in my area and would be returning shortly. They insisted that he was made aware to come to the correct address this time, this was a little after 12:00, he never ever showed up. I called again at 5:00 only to be told that they see a case open on my account and that rest assured he would be back and I had up until 8:00pm. He still never showed.

    I call back the next morning and they see that they have an open case with me again and try to tell me that I wasn't home, so I have to explain this all over again where they then proceed to tell me that they see this in the notes, even though she just tried to tell me that I wasn't home, so blatantly lied to. They claim again that they will call the station and they assure me that the package will be delivered today, like they assured me three different times the day before. I asked them what happens if it's not delivered again today, they say to call back and they will repeat the same process again.

    Hands down the worst delivery company I have ever come across. Their delivery services are so bad that more often than not, if it is the only delivery service available through a company I am ordering from I don't order from them. I think a lot of companies need to take this into consideration when choosing FedEx as their shipper, because I'm sure I am not the only customer who's refusing to buy products from them based on their shipper being FedEx, because FedEx is notoriously bad at their job.

    Fed Ex has online signature authorization so packages can be left without someone being present (people DO work outside the home). It’s a complete failure. Don’t waste your time going online to complete an authorization because it’s completely ignored.

    Ok so I received an email of the frame that my package will be delivered. I’m home in the room when I got a text saying delivered when I check the front door my package was not there. So it’s raining, and I go look for my package in the rain to different apartments looking for my package that the driver place on someone else door. I couldn’t continue to look for my package cause the rain got even worst and I got soak and wet! I called FedEx just to make sure the address was correct for delivery and it was. A lady reach out to me to find out how the front of the door look and I told her. She said she will reach out to the courier that delivered that package. Never got an update.

    I called FedEx the next day, in which was yesterday another lady called me with the same questions the first lady ask. I was confused cause I thought they would have that information in the system! She said she will send a message to the courier about my package. No one called and gave me an update… Now this package is a birthday gift. His bday is 11/15 that’s why I paid extra for express shipping. Due the the driver negligence and not delivering my package to the right apartment, I don't have my fiancé birthday gift.

    I called back and the man said he didn’t put anything in the system about my the info of my Apt. So at this point, FEDEX GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND, NO ONE IS DOING THEIR JOB. ALL IM GETTING IS BULL CRAP!! Then after this investigation if my package not found I have to go through another investigation that takes up to a week. I told the rep that I hate FedEx and I will try my best not to deliver through them. Now just imagine if I had multiple packages at the same time. I HATE FEDEX!!!

    I own a small business and we don't always have anyone in the store available to receive packages. Often these are shipped to us via FedEx. I attempted to use their Delivery Manager system which says it will send notifications coming to your address, only to find out that this is only for your residence. It doesn't work for any business. That is ridiculous and so very customer unhelpful. Why should it only work for a residence?

    First the Delivery Manager doesn’t work. It just keeps looping between create account and log in to existing account. Hard to talk to a customer service person. All you get is the same standard answers. I tried to get a signature package delivered on a day that I work from home so someone would be there to sign for it. I have to wait for their 3rd attempted delivery instead of just listening to me and finding out when someone would be there. Every time I deal with this company I get more frustrated. I could have saved them 2 wasted delivery attempts!!

    They gave me a window between 8 am and 8 pm. Already ridiculous. Amazon gives you a tight window and is almost always on time at the time if not earlier than they promised. I can't sit there and not pick up daughter from school. It is signature required. So of course I miss the delivery. So I ask for a hold. No hold. The driver apparently is out the next day w/ the delivery. I call the 1800 and they tell me oh yeah go to the station the package is on hold there. I drive 35 mins and when I get there no package. The driver took it by for delivery. Of course I miss the 2nd attempt because I was at the station picking up the package I had requested to be held and the agent told me it would be there. 3 days later and 20 hours of waiting and driving for 1.5 hours still no package. FedEx is doomed to fail the minute Amazon figures out how to deliver worldwide not just what we shop from Amazon.

    I’ve had several delivery attempts on days other than the days they say. I’ve had texts saying they would deliver on Tuesday but came on Monday instead. Then I take off Tuesday because of two texts saying it would be there on Tuesday. They call midday to say now it will be Wednesday. There is no way to talk to anyone other than an answering system that confirms the wrong days! On my life I will never allow FedEx near my package!

    The quality of the paint purchased from Express Paint (ExpressPaint.com) - East Bangor Pennsylvania, US which is located is quite good. The colour match is also quite good. I would have given 4 or 5 stars but the reason I can only give 3 stars is because of the exorbitant cost for shipping charged by FedEx for international buyers.

    The gouging high prices charged by FedEx is detailed below. 2 cans of aerosol paint $49.50 US. 2 paint jars $28.40 US. Total $78.30 US. Freight (FedEx Ground Service - 1 Week to deliver from Eastern United States to Eastern Canada) $42.45 US. Over half the cost of the product was freight charges. There is no indication on the invoice packing slip that there will be additional charges, although it is mentioned on the Express Paint website that there could be customs and duty charges. The package was dropped off at the door of the correct address with no signature required.

    2 weeks later (In case you want to refuse or return your unused product) an invoice comes from FedEx requiring payment of $48.80 CAD which is $35.65 US at today's exchange rate $0.73 CAD to 1 US dollar. So now the purchase of paint for $78.30 US cost $78.10 US for shipping, taxes and duties charged by FedEX. This is very high. I would definitely not do this again if I see the actual charges up front before deciding to purchase.

    Is 0 stars possible? First was given a 9:30am -1:30pm window for a delivery requiring a signature so took the day from work to ensure I was home. 8pm came and still no delivery only to have the notification updated online that there was a delay and that the delivery was going back to the depot. Perfect. Had to call 3 times to outsmart their automated system that makes it almost impossible to speak to a real person. Had the lady "guarantee" delivery the next day (Saturday). Did not happen. Changed the address with the shipper to ship on the Monday so that I could get it sent to my Mother's place so I did not waste another day from work. Well Mom spent the whole day waiting and again no delivery and eventually the online notification was changed again to say it was delayed AGAIN and another delivery will be attempted tomorrow..

    So now we have wasted 3 days of waiting around for this delivery and I cannot even get an answer as to why the driver cannot seem to make it to at least one of the addresses. Absolutely ridiculous. The shipper, Rogers, is no better with their customer service in this matter. How incompetent is the FedEx dispatch where deliveries cannot be made. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The worst part is that I have heard that FedEx is terrible and did not want to believe it. It's unfortunate to hear that the rumors are true. I suggest that no businesses or individuals use FedEx. Absolutely waste of money.

    Never ship with FedEx Freight unless you appreciate being charged for services not provided, lied to and being treated with apathy and disrespect. Use any freight company other than this horrible organization. An order was placed for tile with specific instructions that an appointment must be made as processing and shipping were expected to take over 30 days. No appointment was ever made. Both our community and home CCTV cameras show that mo delivery attempt was made on the date they claim they attempted delivery.

    No call was made to the number referenced in the order but some driver for FedEx freight felt that he was justified writing that he attempted delivery to our property; which is a lie at around ~11:56am and left at 12pm. I guess that his lunch break on a Friday was worth charging me $327 for not feeling like doing his job. I have the utmost respect for delivery individuals and have worked with many over the years but have never experienced such dubious behavior before. I’ve also never seen a company that seems to condone and support fraud like FedEx Freight.

    I’m disgusted that my attempts to amicably resolve this issue have fallen on rude and disrespectful ears. I think that that I spoke to people on my numerous calls but their apathy was more in line with robots that humans. I will never use FedEx freight again for my business or home, nor will my husband or hopefully anybody that I tell my story to. I thought that FedEx was a reputable company but it turns out that they are acting like criminals and scammers and have no regards for their customers.

    I have never had a good experience with FedEx. Every single time I have a package coming from them, it magically changes to "Customer not home" even though I am, in fact, home and waiting to receive the package. Their shipping staff just change it to avoid having to actually deliver anything, and it is impossible to get through to an actual human being on the phone or through their online chat. The automated phone system will always just block you from talking to an actual human being, it is insanely frustrating.

    I have two packages that were scheduled to be delivered by FedEx Home Delivery on Saturday, Nov 11, 2023. I awoke that morning to see notices that these packages were scheduled to be delivered on Monday, Nov 13th. The reason code was "Customer Not Available or Business Closed." These e-mails were sent at 7:03 AM. When I called FedEx, the recording said that the status was changed at 6:51AM, which happens to the exact same time that the package arrived at the local hub in Bryson City NC. These jokers didn't even try to deliver it, yet their reason code blames me, the customer, saying that I am not available. I'm sure that the real reason is that they don't have a delivery driver to run our route because they don't have a driver to run our route.

    Pretty much everyone know that FedEx Home Delivery is farmed out to independent contractors/vendors, and that their employees are all contract workers who get no salary benefits from FedEx. Unfortunately, this local FedEx Home Delivery vendor is gaming the system to show that many failures are the customer's fault so they can keep their contract, when the problem is that they can't keep employees. This model is deeply flawed on many fronts, and why corporate America chooses to use FedEx Home Delivery to deliver their stuff is beyond me? I'm sure they are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

    Every time I am expecting a package and the sender sends it through this incompetent company they end up wasting at least three days of my damn life sitting here waiting for them to be unable to come through in a timely fashion and by the date they themselves set. Don't get much more incompetent than that if you ask me. It's horrible. They obviously believe that none of their clients (that pay them for botched service and wasting our time) have a life or other responsibilities and they obviously think that their time is far more valuable than ours.     FedEx, you should be ashamed! We paid for overnight delivery on Tuesday, 7 Nov to have our package arrive Wednesday, 8 Nov. FedEx managed to misplace the package and have informed me if they find the package it would cost extra to get it tomorrow on Saturday, 11 Nov. I have called several times to try and get help but the "customer service" representatives can only offer the vague assurance that eventually someone will call with an update. I understand things happen but to even suggest that I'd have to pay more for a Saturday delivery when it is 100% FedEx's fault is disgusting.     The most unreliable service ever. Their delivery window for signature required packages are literally ALL DAY from morning till 8 pm. You are stuck in the house, they keep telling you that it’s out for delivery and after 8 pm you get an update that they attempted to deliver 2 hrs ago. Well, I have a camera and it’s unfathomable that not only they make you wait all day and don’t deliver, but also blatantly LIE to you afterwards. Now I’m stuck in the house for another full day. People have lives! Provide us with a map updates on where the trucks are, so we don’t have to sit home and waste our time and be there at least within an hour window, not 10 hrs!!! And punish your employees who lie about delivering packages they didn’t deliver or lie about attempting to deliver when they don’t. Ridiculous!

    Use UPS when available. 4 times a third party company hired by FedEx has pulled up to my house and pulled away without delivering anything because it was too much trouble to dig it out. Fedex will fail to deliver your package on the promised date 100% if it is an oversized package. The drivers in actually fedex trucks with the logos complain about these 3rd party drivers when they are the ones that have to make the delivery. I'm sure this is an issue for more people then me but fedex doesn't care about customer satisfaction apparently. Use ups whenever possible. It's worth the extra money if you care when your package arrives. I called to file a complaint today. I was standing in the driveway yelling hey do you have something for me as the guy cowardly pulled away ignoring me. Ridiculous.

    I had a package from chewy.com coming from California to the Portland Oregon area. This should be a pretty simple process as far as shipping goes. On the day of the delivery, I was working from home and got a text that the package has been delivered. There was no package at my front door. I clicked on the tracking, went into the FedEx website and saw that the picture That the delivery driver attached to my tracking number was a package sitting on the front door that was not mine. I immediately filed a claim with FedEx. This package was a medication for my dog. They started an investigation. I also immediately notified Chewy so that they could re-send out this medication. I of course had to get approval from the vet again in the 3 to 4 days that it took for this process to take place and the medication to be reshipped. My dog ran out of the medication.

    FedEx wrapped up their investigation saying that the package had been delivered correctly. It obviously had not been because the picture again was not my house. I tried to call customer service to discuss the issue with them, and they continue to say the same thing over and over regardless of what I said. “Please notify the shipper of your missing package so they can file a claim with FedEx so that we can do an investigation and refund them for the re-ship if applicable.” After the third time of her, telling me the same thing I finally hung up. They are obviously not really tracking down packages that they lose and trying to get them to their rightful owners. They are not taking responsibility for the mistakes of their drivers. Terribly run company.

    We are using a triggered pickup system, so when we print a Fedex label, a pickup automatically get scheduled for the same day. I have been trying to change the pickup window several times, but there is no assistance to get. They keep transferring me around, and asking for the pickup confirmation number. I tell them a 100 times that I don't have it yet, because I didn't trigger the pickup for today yet. I ask if they want a previous confirmation number, but it's like they don't understand me at all. I keep saying that when a pickup gets triggered, I need the window to be changed from what it is currently (between 4:30-5:30) and I want it to be earlier because we have usually left our location before 4:30-5:30. Shaking my head... I'm wasting so much time.

    I ordered a package and unfortunately FedEx was the automatic delivery provider. I’m supposed to get a package on Nov 6 that needs signed for and I wait all day for this package only for them to send me a notification that they “tried” to deliver it, when in reality the package has never left the facility and it was never out for delivery. Usually UPS, USPS, or even FedEx has updated me saying it’s delayed and will come tomorrow, but never has a facility falsely reported that it tried to drop it off. The support is about as useless as their technology, provided me with only “you’ll have to wait til tomorrow” and “it was a mess up”. If I could choose a carrier any packages it would never be FedEx. Unless I’d like false updates on my package and poor customer service communication.

    I send documents to Dominican Republique with a delivery address for 137$ just a envelope. Check the delivery address everything perfect. The day of the delivery the address change for pickup at Santo Domingo at 2 h travel distance. Call them. Wait 45 min on line for supervisor, when they answer they told me no supervisor was available so he will call me tomorrow. Guess what? 1 month after I am still waiting for his call. Never FedEx. Never. It cost me a extra 400$ for my lawyer to go pick it up in Santo Domingo. Date of experience: October 12, 2023.

    I sent a Cell phone, a credit card, and chocolate to my daughter who is a student in Cyrus but the parcel was not delivered. I told them if you cannot deliver the parcel, please bring it back. Fedex wanted me to pay for the parcel to be returned to me. I said no and told them that if they are not able to deliver the parcel, they should return it to me. They did not return the parcel and have refused to reimburse the $377 that I paid. It's very frustrating. They have my money and the parcel. If you have had a similar experience with Fedex, please let me know what you did to get your money back. From reading the reviews, I can see many people have been victims like me but they are not worried about it. Very SAD!!

    They shipped my item from Las Vegas to Sitka, Alaska by way of Tennessee. The item got lost in Anchorage. Even though Alaska is geographically a large state, it's a small state address wise. FedEx customer service had no idea where in Anchorage the package was. And the customer service agent was in such a hurry to get off the phone...I don't have any idea if they understood how weird it was that it was missing in Anchorage in the first place. There are only two options in that city for it to have gone. I will eventually get either a replacement item or my money back but I feel sorry for the seller. I strongly encourage folk to use any other shipper besides FedEx.

    Your employees never return calls, even after they have promised to do so. They are not actually looking for missing packages, they are just marking them as delivered correctly and closing cases. Recently your company lost 2 packages in 3 days, claiming they were delivered to the locker in my apartment complex, but with no evidence that this true. I opened two cases for the missing packages and, other than seeming to ask the driver if they dropped it off, I cannot see that any effort was made to actually find out what happened. Both cases were closed with no visible effort made and without a satisfactory outcome. I don't know of a worse delivery company than FedEx. I do not have these issues with any other carrier. If I could leave you zero stars I would.

    I had an important package sent by FedEx from my work. We weren't home when they came so they supposedly sent it to Walgreens. I went to that Walgreens three times and they swore it was not there. Finally, on Saturday morning at 7:00 while I was on vacation out of town, Fed Ex calls me. I heard her say to the man next to her, "I don't care if I wake them up, they need to come get their package." I was told I had to get it that day and of course being out of town, I said I could come Monday. I went to the office she told me, 8210 S. Hardy Drive, Tempe and of course they could not find my package. This company has no business delivering packages.

    I recently had a very negative experience with FedEx's customer service. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. It was frustrating not to be able to get the assistance I needed, and I was left feeling very dissatisfied with the service I received. Actually (Kate) hung up while I was asking her a question.     Step daughter’s birthday was on Friday and I was last minute as usual bought her gifts and decided to FedEx them overnight to be there on Saturday. I admit I left off the Apartment number so when I called FedEx on Saturday they said the package had not been delivered because there was no apartment number.     I get charged to have a package delivered in a timely manner. I pay the FedEx's amount and my packages rarely arrive on time. Currently I have been waiting for two days for a promised delivery, as though my time means zero to these folks. The update system is broken and is not relevant to reality. My package was to be delivered yesterday, then updated late last night to today. It is not out for delivery yet, and from past experiences it will not arrive. Point is FedEx never issues a refund or compensate any dollar amount for their lack of service. I paid for a service I do not receive. Class action lawsuit is way past due for the number of customers they continue to rip off with fees and promises they can't deliver on. BTW don't waste your time trying to contact them, nearly impossible to get to a human, let alone get any truthful answer of where and when you will receive your package.

    This is a criminal company that stole over 20k$ of my server parts. They didn't apologize, they didn't compensate, they even rejected my complaint. They said it was the driver who delivered the wrong building, oddly enough I didn't view any proof of delivery and even more oddly who signed it? This package was lost the next day, I received my new Samsung phone that I just bought and it was delivered two days after it arrived at a nearby warehouse, why? I was surprised when I received my phone, who was using my brand new phone before me? Then, yes, they rejected my complaint again. For my phone I had every opportunity to leave evidence! Is this a company run by a blue anti-human organization? I will file a lawsuit! I've never had any terrible trouble with USPS and UPS.

    I ship over 1,000 packages per year, I used FedEx once earlier this year, package arrived damaged. I didn't even file a claim on it, just refunded the buyer. Now this morning 10/31/23 I received a notice they charged my account an additional 7.81 stating my weight or dimensions were wrong. I double measure EVERY package and double WEIGH every package. I will NEVER use FedEx again, they are 0 for 2 this year with me and that's it. Horrible website, and difficult to communicate with. The absolute worst delivery service available in the U.S.

    I get a lot of shipments. USPS and UPS are both pretty great to excellent. If I am having an issue, I can count on it being due to Fedex. Their website is just terrible. It is buggy, gives errors, and they actually require you to receive a code in the mail before you can change your address! If that code does not arrive, too bad, no delivery for you! If you just moved, again, too bad! Anything you ordered will be sent back or conveniently held for you to pick up in the middle of a pandemic an hour away.

    Fedex drivers are the worse. Very irresponsible. Do not follow instructions and do not care about packages. Drivers leave deliveries in open spaces like the lobby area where it can be stolen. Why not just go to the person's apartment and leave it at the front door? I just do not understand the lack of common sense.

    I did not know I was receiving a package from FedEx today. My dogs were in the yard so instead of the delivery person honking for me to come outside, he decided to just leave the $600.00 package on the sidewalk for anyone to picked up!! This is Unacceptable!!!! He should not have left the package if he could not leave it in my yard or hand it to me. Also the package was damaged.

    This is the second package that I've had shipped to me through FedEx recently and both times were terrible experiences. They're tracking information is completely bogus, It gets stuck and do not give you updated locations. I was suppose to have a package delivered on the 27th which turned into the 28th and now here it is the 29th and I still haven't gotten the package and the information has not updated as to where my package is. It's just simply saying delayed. I guarantee you that their company, FedEx, can see that truck where and when they're at at all times why can't they keep that same perfect technology when it comes to the customers finding out where their truck is or their product or merchandise is at all times. This is really unacceptable and I wish companies will stop using this crappy service.

    Every time that I order anything and it's delivered through FedEx I received the same type of service. FedEx delivery drivers always have the excuse that they weren't able to enter the property to deliver the package when in reality they're just lazy and figured they'll just do it a different day. The last 10 times that I've ordered anything that was shipped through FedEx. I had to drive all the way across town to pick it up myself or otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten it delivered to me for the next 3 days or more.

    I even told the woman at the office on Cheyenne in Las Vegas that I would like to talk to a supervisor to file a formal complaint. She didn't even have a supervisor phone me like she said she would. The employees are liars and the delivery drivers are lazy as hell. Anytime I can avoid having anything delivered through FedEx I will. Pathetic company with management that doesn't do anything to discipline their employees which is why they continue to just do whatever they want to do.

    Beware, I ordered Maine lobster from Maine to be shipped to Hawaii for Friday delivery. They shipped out on Thursday. 2 day Air. Why is it not in Hawaii on Friday for delivery? I wanted them delivered to my house on Fedex doesn't deliver perishable on the weekend. Well, it's not here. No one knows where the item is at. Now it's going on 3 day. First, they don't deliver perishable on weekends to my address, so if and when I do get the lobsters, they are all dead. Possible, they will deliver on Saturday before 8 pm. Great party over and dead lobsters. Thank you Fedex. Second, no communication on why my order is late. Third, I submitted a case file, they wrote back stating that when the package is deliver that the case will be closed. WHAT. Why what happened. If you can GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. This way you don't get dead lobsters. And better customer service.

    Anytime I see that FedEx was chosen by an online merchant to deliver a package to me, I cringe! Today FedEx "attempted" delivery of a package I had ordered on Amazon. When I called to find out what happened, the agent told me they "attempted" delivery to a prior (old) address. But yet they had the correct delivery address. The explanation I was given had to do with the address connected to my phone number which does not make sense since that wasn't the delivery address on the order and I haven't used the prior (old) address in over a year. I opted to have my package sent to one of their Walgreens location, so I can pick up myself. I don't want to take chances. Not my first time experiencing problems with FedEx. I wish online merchants would not use them.

    See that FedEx has low ratings. Would expect that as most individuals would not go to great lengths to post a compliment and I am no different. No compliment here! There has been two times that a FedEx driver has use my driveway. Both times there were tires marks found in the grass where sprinkler heads exist. When coming into the neighborhood and turning into my driveway with that size truck, either the front drivers or back passenger wheel will find yard. Sure, if was raining a little so guess they did not want to get wet.

    So, they drove up the driveway and placed package next to garage facing west (where the rain comes from) instead of placing on porch with a 6’ overhang. They could park in street and cut through front yard to porch to delivery packages. I called Amazon and UPS, and their drivers are encouraged to park in street to avoid customer damage which is the professional way to handle deliveries. Guess FedEx does not require it or delivery person failed to follow company protocol and therefore is not qualified to deliver for FedEx. I did sign up for FedEx Manager and for any package being delivered by FedEx to my residents, it will state “Park in street, not in driveway. Package at front door under 6’ overhang”.

    Have an item supposed to be delivered with 2 days expedited shipping, as I need it urgently. Delivery personnel didn't attempt delivery, but update that it did attempt. I end up needing to pick up myself due to urgency and unable to wait for delay in delivery. Also, unhelpful customer service who is not able to do anything constructively, when I said that I need to file a complaint on them, then they are panic and tried to find a resolution. They promised to call me back in hour with update, but failed to do it. Fedex should have dedicated complaint portal. B&H should stop using FedEx for any delivery unless they improve in service.

    For the last three years, I have not had a single package that was shipped via FedEx arrived on time. It has been nearly a month for my recent package that was shipped using FedEx and the package has not been delivered as of today. Originally, it was promised 4 days for delivery. I have called multiple times and multiple times been lied to with excuses that obviously a lie such as it is late due to a vacation hold. I have tried to escalate this to managers with no luck. They just don't care and much like other operators they give you an empty promise to follow up and never did.     I would appreciate any input about this FedEx problem. I live with my frail mother, and one of her bucket list items was to attend a French convention in France in June 2023. We decided to fulfill her dream together. In addition to buying her a plane ticket for her convention, my sister (who lives in France) petitioned her to travel as planned. From France, my sister sent me a large flat envelope package. She needed those documents to apply for a visa to France. The package was shipped on 04/28/2023. I never received a FedEx notification about the upcoming delivery.

    I arrived at my workplace on 05/01/2023 and noticed I had missed a delivery. A door tag slip was left on my door. I remember seeing the FedEx agent downstairs while he lived, but I did not realize he had come to deliver my package. My first step was to contact FedEx to find out whether the agent could return to the office or if I could get the FedEx address to arrange a pick-up. In response, I was told the agent would return by 5 p.m. the same day. I waited until around 7 p.m. to call the office again for the address but was told the same agent would contact me in the morning. After waiting until 3 p.m. the following day, no one showed up. Once again, I called the office to pick up the package but was informed it had been shipped back to France.

    The package was returned to the United States through FedEx when we reached the French post office. I received notification of delivery; however, the package was delivered to Tennessee instead of Las Vegas! After the mistake, I notified FedEx, but was bounced between 45 different departments and countries over five months. I was still waiting for a response to my claim. One of the representatives advised me to resubmit my claim. I did what was recommended. They promised to get back to me within 24 hours. No one called or sent me a message.

    I continued calling for my claim update. I was transferred to the international Fret department and was informed that my claim was closed. The lady reopened the claim and provided me with a new claim number. Once again, she said someone would contact me the next day. As usual, no one called me. I called back again, and another lady said, "Your package was delivered in Tennessee and discharged by Mr. James **. He is our Fraud department supervisor. The package was flagged and destroyed there. There is nothing we can do for you at this point."

    I thought I was dreaming! Why did they return my package after one missed delivery? They lost it and tried to cover up by saying, "It was flagged and destroyed." What is it about? Why had the package not been flagged when I missed the delivery? Had I been present during that missed delivery, wouldn't I have received my package? Why wasn't it flagged at that time? What is the reason for returning a package after one missed delivery trial? I want to know why I wasn't contacted to identify my package before destroying it. Without being able to open the flat envelope package, how did they determine that it was fraudulent?

    Today, I received their final verdict, denying my claim. Unfortunately, my mother did not make her trip or receive her ticket or legal documents. She needed a new passport to reorganize another trip. I took her to Washington for another passport, and until today, we have not received the new passport back. Mom has not traveled. As a result of missing the convention, she is sad, her pain symptoms have worsened, and she is now bedridden! My home became a pharmacy to try to keep her with us longer but not sure if she would make it till the end of this year. When claiming the package, I asked those agents if they had sick parents. I pleaded over and over for my package to be retrieved without knowing that I was wasting my time, How can I resolve this issue? Was FedEx's action legal? This is cruel and I feel powerless. I need your help! Thank you.

    My wife and I have been Ordering car parts for her truck. They're having several times in the last 2 weeks that we have ordered parts. Get the tracking information. Yeah, everything all set up and how? I'm dropping off at my door. Well, come to find out. That if they drop off a package or see they're going to, you can Accept the package up to a week later. And I have tried calling them and laughing and I complained and all they tell me is to suck it up and deal with it. I am sick and tired of Fedex. Somebody needs to be held accountable for the way that these drivers and their customer service is being handled. I will not accept another package from FedEx if it is late again.

    I ordered for a Samsung watch and they delivered it through FedEx. FedEx guy delivered tampered package and the item inside that was missing. Box contains label it’s from Samsung, also the FedEx guy who delivered the package placed the box near the garage in such a way that tampered part was on other side and he took the picture with out that and submitted that item was delivered.

    After carefully examining the picture noticed it was already tampered as I can see the stickers was removed . Also we have security cameras which capture anyone coming to our premises. After the feeex delivery I don’t see any one coming near to our garage area to tamper the box. I immediately called FedEx and raised the complaint but they simply took my complaint and closed it with out informing me or calling me to check the status. This is the tracking number **. FedEx team didn’t take my complaint and also I lost the watch of worth 330$. Be careful.

    In spite of calling FedEx ahead of time with all the information needed to deliver my package (furniture), they again delivered at some random location, in the middle of since gravel street! And this is the 4th time they repeated the same mistake!!!! Imagine Wayfair sending 6 packages instead of 2 packages! I would let Wayfair know not to use FedEx but UPS or USPS or any other reliable service! Costco, UPS, USPS, Amazon everyone delivered correctly. No one had any issue. FedEx seems to have some malfunctioning system. If this mistake of wrong delivery happened once, then they are supposed to look into this and find out what went wrong. But they not only didn't do it, they repeated the same mistake 4 times.

    Package that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday still not here on Friday. FedEx's website says it will be here Monday, which is two days after I leave for the business trip I need the package for! Don't bother paying extra to have FedEx service and don't try to contact them asking them to deliver ASAP. The website, virtual assistant, contact customer service, and Google search all send you to the same phone number, 1.800.463.3339. This connects to a snotty recording which will not send you to a human, then hangs up. There is no FedEx anymore, there is just We'llDeliverWheneverWEFeelLikeIt, ToughBeans.

But was supposed to get a call back from them... 2 weeks ago... Still nothing... The driver has no business with a license...     Most of the time I am having to call to get my items replaced. It’s being done too often and intentionally. People aren’t honest and they keep packages that don’t belong to them. You can tell that it’s done intentionally because the pictures never show the address that is right above the package. I’m so sick of FedEx and UPS delivery drivers.     For the life of me I can't understand how this company is still in business. I have ordered from them and paid for overnight shipping only to recieve my item a MONTH later. When you call to speak to them about a shipment they NEVER know ANYTHING. Today I realized that although I have every package placed on hold for two weeks they are going to deliver my packages anyways. I called them 4 times to speak to them about this but they can't help whatsoever. They just say, "Oh I'm sorry" There is NO reason for this company to be around anymore.     I recently ordered a wig from a hair company online who uses FedEx as their delivery service. The delivery driver allegedly took a picture of my package on October 17 around 10:30am. The only thing is the package was not delivered! I asked my boyfriend if he seen the package and he looked around and saw no package. He also went to the neighbors house and no package. My boyfriend was home and stated that he did not see a driver nor did he hear a knock at the door from the driver. This is the second time that I have had delivery issues with FedEx.

    My first incident happened in August. I ordered shoes from a company called Journeys. When I checked my notifications it stated that my packages were delivered and the delivery driver provided a picture of this. I didn't see any packages I reported my packages as stolen. We are now in the month of October and no one from FedEx has issued me a refund nor have they contacted me about this. I filed a claim for both incidents. I spoke to a representative on October 18 about the issues that I am having with FedEx and he stated that the delivery driver or someone from FedEx will reach out to me.

    I told the representative that because I had a previous package delivery issues the first time that I am not sure about them contacting me and figuring out what actually happened. I am disappointed in this company and I won't use them. If I decide to order anything else online and the company uses FedEx I will immediately cancel my order. I do not trust FedEx delivery services. This is the only company so far that I have had delivery issues with. I work hard for the things that I buy and I do not appreciate my items being stolen, not delivered and mishandled. I hope that this can help someone else.

    I was waiting for 3 phones from ATT. After finding out this would be delivered by Fedex I was already apprehensive and anxious because of previous orders where their driver has stolen items out of my box. So once the order was supposed to be delivered the delivery shows delay I already knew by then they just stole these phones. The complaint knows they hire thieves. The companies that use them know they are thieves. It’s called stolen in transit. They have a name for it. Why are these companies supporting them? We customers are the victims losing our money waiting to get items re delivered. There needs to be a petition started to close this company down or to have the drivers investigated and prosecuted and not just allow them to keep stealing from everyone. There is no way I will get items ordered for Christmas just to be stolen. What can be done to shut them down?

    I am very frustrated. This is 2nd time Fedex is delivering my package to SAME random house out there. They posted a picture of delivery showing the house that's not even at my subdivision or neighborhood. There isn't a similar address or number out there near me. At this point I can't stop thinking that driver is dishonest and disqualified person who is delivering all my expensive packages to their family or friend house. Especially with 2nd package they delivered to wrong address, package was initially delayed due to 'business closed' - it is residential address and you never came by, and 2nd time it was delayed again due to incorrect address (which is CORRECT address) ok Fedex, I'm so done with you guys and I want to avoid you if possible.     My name is Miss **, on 10/10/23 I was expected to receive a package from Amazon would me order in a package from Amazon. I was not aware that this package was supposed to be delivered through FedEx which is the worst company ever! I receive a notification as I'm ((I took the day off from work but also placing instructions on how to deliver the package)) I received a notification stating that my package had been delivered and someone had signed for it since I known I had already been home and no one had came to deliver a package. I in turn called Amazon. Amazon informed me that the package was delivered from FedEx and that FedEx had someone to deliver my package. I explained to them I had been home, no one had delivered the package and I needed to know where the package was.

    ((Amazon customer service)) suggested that I call FedEx to find out exactly where did they deliver the. ((The first thing issue called they explained to me that someone had signed for it in my household. ((Which I knew was impossible because it was just only my husband and I and my husband was at work and I was the only one)). Then after several other calls someone informed me that maybe I needed to check with the neighbors ((but I knew I didn't need to do that because no one could get access to the building without notifying me to get access to the building)).

    So to alleviated the hassles I went to the property manager's office to ask them to pull up the video cameras of the surrounding ((little did I know that FedEx had never)). After calling them over 20 times and being indirectly called a liar as if I was trying to scam and them telling me to contact my neighbors it was informed to me that they had went to a whole different address that is not even associated with me all the order. ((They delivered the package to a hospital which on the front of the hospital says the hospital's name and it was the emergency room)). So after being disrespected lied to hung up, treat it as if I was a criminal or a liar they had concluded that they mailed it to the wrong location ((as if that was not done on purpose)) because I am aware that you have to scan the packages and the two addresses didn't even sound the same in either way they spelled the same. The driver needs to be fired!!

    ((So on the next day I decided to call fedex back which would be 10/11/23. And still dealing with the nightmare of calling a lot of times they stated to me that they found the location of where the package was ((but I needed to wait 48 hours before someone can go and)). Like really. So you deliver my package to a wrong location but I have to wait 48 hours to receive it!!! And even as of today 10/11/23 I am still getting the runaround from fedex about a package that I spent a lot of money for!!! So the public doesn't need to worry about people stealing their packages because thanks to fedex. They give your packages away for free free of charge!

    So if anyone's interested in having packages delivered and you're in need of having someone to steal your packages ask fedex. They'll do it without a problem then blame you for their driver delivering your package not only to the wrong address to the wrong street as well! That's just how they respect the public. This is how they value your services! Not only do they treat you like trash, they talk to you like trash, they treat your property in your merchandise like trash! So at this very moment I've been trying my best to give this company the benefit of the doubt but it appears that I am going to be forced to go to the news! Because I am not receiving any type of solution and I have spoken to over 20 people and all of these people are giving me different explanations of why I am not able to receive my packages that I paid for!

    This company is the worst! At least what UPS they will give you the benefit of the doubt and going to get the package they would have their driver to go back and pick up the package or retrieve the package within 48 hours at a customer has to wait for something your driver had (((and I cannot give them the benefit of the daughter and say this was an accident))) because it was the wrong street name and it was the wrong address! How can you mistake a residence for a hospital? And I am certain this driver's scanned the package before they delivered it and still delivered my package to the hospital but I need to wait 48 hours in order to retrieve it within that 48 hours no telling what will happen so not only am I not able to do business because this is for my business ((this company is costing me money and I'm losing revenue because of their driver negligence!!

    I'm being disrespected in the same process!! So I may need to go to the news I would not suggest anyone to use this company for services! I give them a zero for their services. I give them a zero for their patience. I give them a zero for problem solver. I give them a zero for delivery. I give this company a zero because throw the entire company away!! Because this is utterly ridiculous and for you to treat the customer like trash because they're calling about something that belongs to them. Throw this entire company!!!

    AVOID BUYING FROM ANYONE SHIPPING with FedEX!!! FedEx reported delivering a package, which was a chainsaw, but it's more likely the driver stole it. I went to the location shortly after the delivery notice was received, but the package was already gone. Based upon the confirmation pic, the driver left the package next to the road at my driveway, took a photo and recorded it as delivered. The 2nd accompanying package was supposedly delivered to my front door, which was fraudulently written. This package never arrived, there were no confirmation photos and I was still talking to FedEx about its whereabouts and then all of the sudden the data base is populated with info. stating that it had been delivered.

    USPS, UPS and Amazon deliver to our house almost daily and I have not had a problem in 20 years at our rural town where only 6 other homes exist on our street. When I called FedEx all I got was outgoing rhetorical prompts, robo responses and offers to get assistance from their virtual assistant. The package that was stolen was a birthday gift from a family member and all FedEx can say is 1) it's not their fault, 2) they have proof (that their delivery driver whose only job is to make sure packages get to their destination) left it next to the road because they have a photo and 3) I am out of luck and that there is no recourse or remedy to make me whole. Avoid the same frustration by avoiding using FedEx at all costs!

    Fedex, took my package that I left at Walmart to do a return. The item was a gold ring on sale for over $500. Fedex lost the package then said they are not responsible because they signed an agreement with Walmart stating that they cannot make claims with them for items they lose or steal. This is unacceptable. I will never use their service again and buyers be aware that some companies sign agreements with Fedex so they cannot file claims, you are on your own if your package gets lost. Wish I could give them a minus 10.

    FedEx has repeatedly delivered packages to another address. There is no one at customer service that you can talk to...recently they took pictures of the package supposedly at my doorstep but from the picture it is clearly not my doorstep ...but there is no way you can reach anyone to tell them this. If I could give a lower rating I would.

    Some delivery drivers need replacing! Mine does not do what they are supposed to! Says they make attempt, shows up, doesn’t get out, and takes off! Then get a text saying attempt made! I was home!!!!

    FedEx at 739 Central Ave Scarsdale have the worse customer service worker. It truly feels like they hate their Job and take on customers whatever personal problems they have. It shows in their customer service skills. Avoid that particular store.

    They are by far the worse shipping company there is, my packages are always late by several days and that's if they even arrive. Most the time they say delivered but never show up, and the packages that do arrive are destroyed, and the drivers are rude as hell, this is by far the worse service I have ever seen from any shipping company!!!!

    We needed delivery by 4:30 to make it to License Bureau...At 4:45 he showed up. Drove as fast as we could and doors were closed when we arrived at 5:03....Really Appreciated the lack of timeliness of driver. At Least it came this time. We have Not Been impressed with past performance.

    Every single time I am awaiting a package delivery from FedEx they never fail to disappoint! They constantly miss deliveries by stating they “attempted to deliver package” and claiming no one was there. This has happened multiple times to both my home and business address. I have cameras in both locations and clearly no one ever attempted to make the delivery. It’s seriously the most frustrating thing to deal with when you are expecting important orders to go through. Complete failure of a company. UPS is honestly the only reliable delivery service I have ever dealt with. I wish my providers would use UPS instead of these useless people.
