It's unfortunate that you can't give zero stars! FedEx is the biggest disaster on the planet! We have a big deck box marked deliveries - UPS, Amazon, and USPS use it daily. FedEx - never... I'm pretty sure FedEx is the mastermind behind the porch pirate craze. I now avoid buying anything if it's going to ship FedEx. Astounding that they're still in business!

Let’s start by saying it was delayed due to weather, then running late. Made me nervous since we were heading out of town the next day and I needed the $400 camera I purchased over a week and a half ago. Well it finally came. Delivery instructions stated to deliver to the enclosed back patio door. Nah fam, just tossed that puppy on the front porch in the rain. But, Not before Ace Venturing the hell out of the box. Appreciate you FedEx, you’re the real MVP!

Today was my second time having a bad experience with FedEx. I place a large order from Chewy each month for dogfood, how it's handled is important to me. My delivery had been removed from Chewy box, left in driveway, bottom of dogfood was wet with something.

I opened a business in my town and was told when I called to purchase a phone that it can only be Fed-ex'd and it has to be sent to the business address, no problem, put order in and waited for my expedited 2 day shipment. It didn't arrive, called FedEx, although I had the tracking number given to me I was unable, in any way shape or form... To talk to a human! Their phone is set up to be purposefully hard to use to drive people to their site so that we can do the job. They don't want to pay somebody to do. I still have not talked to a human and I have still not received my package. Now it has been updated that FedEx believes the address does not exist, even though the address does indeed exist and there is a 4-ft sign directly next to the address on the window which displays my business name.
If I could call and talk to a human I could probably figure out where my package is, but it is literally impossible to do! I think it's grossly unethical and greedy to not have at least one phone a customer could call and speak with somebody if they're having trouble getting their package. I will never use FedEx in my business because of this experience. I still do not have my business phone, I don't know where it is, and I can't talk to someone to find out where it is, now that's frustrating!!

Delivery had no sign for package requirements or special delivery instructions yet driver would not leave my package because I was not home. No other carrier does this. This was an important delivery that I needed on time for my business. This error cost me $300 for not meeting my deadline. I called and was told they would get my package first thing in the morning. Waited till 2. Called again and was told it would be here by 5. Waited till 6 and then was told by the end of the day. I don't have time to wait around all day for a package. My place of delivery is secure with surveillance cameras and all. Yet they said the driver didn't feel the location was secure. That is not Fedex' place to say whether or not it is secure. If that was the address I gave then I obviously am certain it is secure. I will be advising all my retailers not to use this company any longer.

I ordered a package from CarParts.com. They sent my order out quickly, unfortunately they sent it FedEx. The FedEx driver delivered my package to the wrong house. Now my package is lost. I hope for future deliveries CarParts.com uses a different company. This isn't my first bad experience with FedEx.

The movie was right, everything that FedEx tries to deliver is lost, delayed, tore into or damaged. They never deliver on time and their online app is a joke. Don't trust fedex! Horrible customer service and even worse drivers.

I was suppose to have my package delivered Friday 4/26/24. I never received my heavy and expensive package. I contacted FedEx in like less than 30 minutes from when I got the email my package was delivered to let them know it was not to delivered to my address. They supposedly did an investigation and told me to contact the shipper. I never had a problem with getting my package before with FedEx. But those packages were way less expensive. I believe it was an inside job. Since on the proof of delivery it don’t even have Address where it was delivered and just says TSPOT for the signature. I will never you a shipper who uses FedEx or FedEx myself for deliveries. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to use them. So sad to have so many dishonest people these days.

Every time I have something delivered with Fedex, it turns into a mess. The company sending me my package this time specifically put instructions that the package did NOT need to be signed for. Yet fedex refused to leave it in my mailbox when I was at work.

I was expecting my package to be delivered next day after it arrived to Goodyear, Arizona. I live in Mesa, Arizona. When the package did not show up, I looked at the tracking again. They had now shipped the package to Henderson, Nevada. Now I have to wait another 2 days to get the package. This is not the first time FedEx messing up my deliveries. I will never use FedEx and this time it was the vendor that picked them. I will tell them also about the bad service.

Never ever use FedEx Smart Post unless you are shipping or receiving something unimportant that can easily be replaced when it is lost. Until now I had no idea that this service was so bad. It is one thing to lose a package, but customer service is non-existent. There is no excuse other than we don't give a damn for the total lack of competence that I have experienced! I was shipped a 1.7 pound package that went from MN to TX in one day and now has been sent to several FedEx locations several times in Houston for the past 24 days.
The ridiculously poor FedEx website can only tell me that the package is enroute and FedEx's Manage Delivery site can only tell me that it is unable to retrieve Delivery Options at this time. It has been this way for 14 days now. The phone system also won't allow me to speak to a human until tracking is updated. I also can't file a claim because that can only be done by the shipper, not the receiver. Luckily the merchant I purchased from provides excellent customer service and agreed to reship at no cost to me. You can bet the next order won't go Smart Post, and if I can avoid it it won't go FedEx at all.

FedEx as a delivery service consistently overvalues their service while maintaining the same consistency in underperformance. My packages have traveled all over the country to circle around my location. This causes the packages to be late. If they will always be late, they should not over-promise delivery dates.

FedEx was to deliver an extremely important package on April 25, 2024. The package made it to the state of delivery but not to the destination city. The following day it had been shipped clear across the country. I contacted Fed Ex and of course spoke to someone from another country because all customer support is outsourced, and all they can do really is to look at a computer screen which is no better than what I can do. I am finally told after it moves yet again even further away that the "exception" was that the bar code or delivery label was illegible. So apparently now it's just being moved around from one destination to another even though my delivery address online is correct.
I was also informed that I could have a hold placed and pick the item up, which I would have done had I known I could when the item was 3 hours away, but now it is 3 days away. I understand that 'stuff' happens, but apparently, this sort of things happens a lot with Fed Ex, and the worst part of it all is that nobody cares and you are entirely at the mercy of a huge corporation that only gets worse and never better.

Absolute trash of a shipper and knowing that they made it almost impossible to get to talk with a customer service rep. They will use that robo answering machine to keep you in a loop! And on top of that they deliver my packages to different addresses many many times and I have absolutely no way of talking with them. Man this corporations in this capitalist world need to be held accountable. I understand a mistake once or twice but constantly that's called incompetence and I have to pay for their incompetence!

Well, typical FedEx drop my package off at the wrong place, said they delivered it, showed a picture they delivered it but that’s not my house. I called. I would’ve just went to where they dropped it off to pick it up, but you can’t talk to no one. Now I have to go back to the seller who is in China, of course I needed it for the weekend, but FedEx doesn’t care about the customer. You can’t even talk to anyone. I can’t believe that their drivers are too stupid even even read the address. I wouldn’t choose FedEx, but I have no other choice. The shipper chooses them.

My tracking number ******. I had sent in my Canadian passports for renewal and FedEx informed me that they lost my package and asked me to file a claim. I followed the tracking and based on which I have driven 3hrs to reach the hub and fight there for 3hrs to get my package. As it was not delivered to the destination they asked me to file a claim for which I filed a claim **. I had to take a leave to drive for 6hrs up and down together and wait there for 3hrs. Now my claim has been denied.

I’d give a zero if I could. I’d give a zero if I could! And they don’t care because every freaking one of them is from another country and doesn’t even speak English. Zero customer service zero! I paid $200 to have a package sent today priority. That was five days ago. I called every day and every day they tell me it’s going to be delivered that day. Check the tracking number today it’s sitting at their warehouse! They’re full of crap!!! I will never ever ever ever ship with FedEx again. They are the worst company on the planet. Don’t use them to ship your stuff. This was an important package! It was the parts my guys needed to finish a job! We were supposed to finish the job three days ago and couldn’t do it without these parts. My customer only allows monthly billing so we missed the deadline. My family with three kids will now have to wait a whole month to get paid. I plan to sue FedEx in small claims court for damages.

We were at a love's truck stop and we were at the fuel line and out of nowhere a FedEx driver came up in front of me and cut me off almost hitting us. He acted like he was on drugs or under influence. He jumped out of his truck. If you zoom in you can see his truck number. He cussed me out and flipped me off. Very disappointed. You hire people who are rude and drives crazy for your company. Shame on you. All you can email my husband about this **. You all need to get him off the roads. We are in Las Vegas area. I have had this shipment with FedEx since on the 4th of April, majority of which are items for a wedding due yesterday 04/03 and 04/26. Same FedEx different person's asking for different documentation after was assured no other documentation was required that I had oversent docs. This racist Meghan despite all the details and extra that was provided, she intentionally ensures she keeps asking for already submitted docs thereby frustrating the bride and groom whose packages are still being held by her at Memphis TN. Despite the urgency, our packages are yet to be received. Final wedding ceremony is on Friday 04/26!!! Date of experience: April 22, 2024.

We have been a FedEx Customer for nearly 4 decades during which have received great service. Sadly, the quality is changing, and last year we had 2 major issues with them; The first was that an employee left a package in the street; didn’t ring the bell, didn’t call by intercom, didn’t call by phone. The package was stolen. They argued it was left in front of the door, but; we had a video to prove otherwise and were reimbursed. We were lucky, but; is scary how their employee didn’t try to reach us and how they backed him up, trying to blame us because didn’t pay for signature confirmation. For decades, their employees were responsible for the merchandise and proud to offer the best service, but; seems that is in the past and their attitude contributes.
2. The other problem was to return merchandise. When they import, they use their own brokers (and charge for their service) which is good; is easier and faster. It worked great, until we needed to return some merchandise and wanted the duties we had paid to be returned. US customs require some paperwork, which; can only be made by the same entity that imported them. They mention on their web how they will charge for that service, but in reality they won’t do it or even tell you they won’t!!!
To make a long story short; none of the phone numbers devoted to the subject (on their web or on the bill) answers; they all refer you to emails that seem to be answered by AI (not answering the questions and only giving you general information). Finally got an email answered by humans Rebilldt@fedex.com - but; is answered by a team (nobody takes responsibility) which doesn’t address the issue and evade helping in any way.
After the above experiences I can’t consider FedEx reliable (leaving the package in the street, is about the least reliable a delivery service could do). Neither are they professional; they deliver on their basic service, but; don’t respond when they are the only ones that can legally help you. Even worst is the way they hide behind endless emails, and push you to give up before it costs you more dealing with their lack of legal duties than the taxes themselves. I miss the old timers who made FedEx what it used to be!

I cringe every time I order something and it shows that it was shipped with Fed-Ex, EVERYTIME Fed-Ex delivers something to me, there's an ISSUE, they screwed up and delivered our Son's Christmas package to the wrong address, took a picture of the delivered package (with the wrong address in the background) and when I checked our security cameras, they showed a Fed Ex truck show up at our house, sit there for approximately 10 minutes (driver NEVER got out of the truck) and then drove off.
When we called Fed-Ex, we were basically told that we would have to contact the seller and order another one. Thank God we have decent neighbors and they brought it to us. Most recently, I ordered a new pair of work boots and I got a notification that my package was going to be delivered "earlier then expected" (Original del was set for a Wed, Notification email stated I would get it on Monday) when I checked the status, it showed the item was in Lewisburry PA and now today when I checked Lewsisburry, PA wasn't even on the tracking list and now it shows that it's been in Newville, PA. GOOD OLD ** FED-EX, if I could give them ZERO STARS I would.

Potentially the most useless delivery service in the history of mankind. They can't manage where the packages are going, they can't adequately keep track of what they're doing, they cannot produce answers when there's an issue, the "customer service" department is an automated system that's designed to hang up on you before you get to a person, the people (should you ever get one) are impolite and unhelpful, and the staff in their corporate-owned stores can't do anything to help at all. On several separate occasions they've gotten a package from the Midwest or East Coast all the way to California (where I'm located), only for it to mysteriously be rerouted back across the country.
My most recent delivery went from Wisconsin through Chicago to Chico California before being sent back to Arizona, then New Mexico, then Kansas, and back to Wisconsin, where it is now sitting. I live in Los Angeles. Nobody knows why, nobody can or will help. FedEx won't do anything unless the vendor I bought from opens a case, and they refuse to. Meanwhile I'm waiting for a package that is taking the grand Tour of the United States. Use DHL and UPS, avoid these incompetent fraudsters at FedEx. I'm refusing to buy from anyone who uses the service from now on.

Took 3 weeks to deliver, drivers keep on lying about the address, 1st day said zip code error, 2nd day no apartment number since it is a house and it was delivered 3 weeks ago after lot of call later, 3 they said it is a trailer park and unable to find. O really the drivers don't want to deliver because they are not work for FedEx but third party contractors. So frustrating dirty FedEx.

I really like the efficiency and reliability of FEDEX. It's definitely a whole lot more faster than other carriers especially including snail mail. What I wish I would've known sooner is that fact that FEDEX shipments are more based off of what you have listed in your FEDEX.com online account at FedEx®'s Delivery Manager versus the address you would want item to be shipped TO. This has happened to me several times in the past. Other than that, I say FEDEX needs very few improvements compared to the post office.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. If you live in an apartment do not expect them to deliver to your apartment door unless you put it on the instructions. It will be left at the very bottom steps and you may not be notified.

FedEx used to be the best when it came to shipping. They have fallen so far it's hard imagine. They have had 31 boxes they were supposed to deliver last week. All shipped at the same time from the same supplier. 3 arrived last Friday. Monday they were out for delivery and never made it. Tuesday they brought 24 more. Today is Wednesday and they did not bring them again. The virtual assistant is a frustrating mess. Each time I call them I go through a ton of steps, can never get to a live person, only to get the dreaded "please try again later". These are an event that is tomorrow. I will never use FedEx again.

After spending $142 for overnight shipping and "guaranteed" delivery, my parcel did not arrive until the 5 days later. I was given 3 different excuses as to why it was delayed and apparently none of these excuses were enough to reimburse me anything. PLEASE DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR ANYTHING THAT IS TIME SENSITIVE.

The driver drove past the address without slowing down. I got an immediate text stating no one was there and they'll try again later that day. I waited 4 hours then got a text saying "tomorrow". The next day, I stood outside for nearly 2 hours, then waved my arms to get their attention as they drove by. They didn't slow down, texting they'll try again tomorrow. I called the 1 800 number to have the driver turn around, but they aren't "dispatch". I had to go online and fill out forms to have them hold it so I can pick it up. Obviously no one at FedEx monitors their vehicles GPS system, or they'd see the screw ups and fire the drivers!

Literally the MOST incompetent company I have ever dealt with. The driver delivered a multi box shipment- and then picked up one box and took it with him. Now the package is “lost”. No one returns calls, no one returns emails, when you call you’re on hold being switched from representative to representative for over an hour to finally get one that tells you they have no idea where the package is and they will continue to look for it. Another 2 weeks and countless emails and still no response. This package has been “lost” since 01/31/24.

Okay company. Terrible customer service. Told me I was transferring to a supervisor and was not. Then this new person hung up on me when I tried to get to the bottom of why my package was not picked up. Terrible customer service. I dread calling here. I do international packages and ship almost daily and I hate hate hate having to deal with customer service. No accountability and awful humans. Just not caring at all about anyone's issues. My package sat outside all day. It was gifts for refugees and things got ruined. What did Fedex do? NOTHING! Just said, "Oh well you should schedule the pick up." I DID!!!! On the phone!!!! Awful customer service. Awful company who doesn't care.

What happened to the old FEDEX? They were the standard. Now they are at the other end of that line. They can't deliver, they can't be contacted, they won't contact the recipient if they have apparent trouble locating a house they've delivered to for thirty-five years. And they don't take responsibility for anything when you drive to the actual FEDEX facility to talk to a human. They no longer seem to care. Hard to say this after using them for decades, but I'm finished with FEDEX.

Ordered something from Best Buy they used Fedex ground (economy). The first day was normal tracking the package.. But then the updates stopped. Last thing I heard for 3 days was "On the way from Spartanburg, SC. EST delivery 'today'." I finally decide to call customer service and see what's going on as the package is a gift. That is where the experience just takes a turn for miserable.. The automated system has no way of getting you to a human..After calling and trying half a dozen time I get creative and decide to get on the line with someone that is a human.. I pick the "technical support" option. I get a human in seconds and let them know the department I am looking for.. He forwards me to said human who seems like I am inconveniencing HIM with asking where my package is (obviously wasn't from this country). So all the information I can get if "We have 7 days, it will be there within 7 days".
Still haven't got my package, but I did get the update the truck that left SC at 3am..4 days ago made it to North Carolina. Thank goodness they finally changed the status to "Delayed". In hindsight, it is probably my fault for not looking into who Best Buy uses to deliver their packages.. I should have known delivery dates were just a figment of my imagination and a company who's value is estimated at 65 billion dollars can't figure out a way to give an accurate delivery date. Anyone want to take bets on what the CEO's bonus will be this year?

I've used many shipping companies if not all being in the consumer electronics industry and over the years have had issues with most, realizing there are obstacles and unforseen circumstances which are beyond anyone's control, but lately FedEx has been one of the worst companies to use, we actually decided to never use again, I've tracking #'s that show how slow and they've even not picked up packages left for them. FedEx sorry, you've lost another customer!

FedEx may be the most unaccountable company I have ever corresponded with. They don’t know county road numbers in NJ and deliver packages at houses without matching the address and when you speak to their customer service department and report a claim their internal affairs department does a poor investigation and accepts no responsibility for delivering to the wrong address and then offers no refund or discount for their incompetence. They are the worst. My house number are numbers and my road which is county rd is also numbers. For example CR-527 is also County line rd. They are the worst.

So I ordered something from Home Depot and it shipped FedEx. It was delivered to the wrong house. I called FedEx they said, "Someone from our claims office will call you back in 24 hrs." It's been 2 days now going on 3. Like do they not care. Here's the photo they emailed me for delivery. Um I don't own a white dog. I don't own a brick house. My driveway is not concrete.

I would not recommend using FedEx as a delivery service. They are the most incompetent workers you can find. If you order a package good luck trying to get it. I’m pretty sure their workers aren’t expected to have an IQ to think on their own. If you try to reach out to customer service they are useless and will just waste your time apologizing for the workers' lack of service. Do better FedEx, you're a joke.

Tracking numbers and tracking the package is pretty much just a waste of energy. Look to see when your package *MIGHT* be delivered and give a good three-day buffer either way. The delivery dates are, without fail, always wrong. Every single time. No exaggeration. Their website literally says, word for word: “Weekends Count. That’s why we deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Yes, FedEx Home Delivery is an every-day delivery service, including Saturdays and Sundays with weekend delivery to most residential locations.” Usage of the word “most” or not is a pointless sentence enhancer (thanks SpongeBob) that shouldn’t be up for debate, but it is. Cause when your package is shown to be delivered on a Saturday or dare I say, a Sunday, that’s pretty cool, and guess who does it? UPS. FedEx SAYS they do it, but WAIT that’s only if this, this, and this and then that. Good lord.
Also, pay for 2-day, or hell, overnight shipping, you’ll get it in the same time frame as you would have for free shipping. And guess what! You’ll get no remorse let alone reimbursement from them unless you pay for “package protection” and even then it doesn’t do anything cause your package contents did not meet a criterion - price, weight, whatever. I’m telling you. It’s comical. If you have to stoop to desperate, begging and pleading to vendors to use other shipping entities, do it. They might tell their friends you’re weird but it’s okay, at least FedEx wouldn’t be apart of that problem.

I wish that I could give this company zero Stars. I have taken off of work on three separate occasions to receive a package that has still yet to show up while the customer service reps keep telling me that I have to wait another day with no reimbursement for my missed days at work and I still don't have a package after the fourth time that the date has been changed. I really wish there was a way to get this company out of business. They are thieves and cannot be trusted. For your own sake do not use FedEx ever. This has been my experience every single time FedEx has been used to deliver a package.

I know it's hard for shipping companies to find and keep good employees and we've definitely had a multitude of different FedEx delivery people in just the last year. Some have done a decent job, but many have not. The most recent one is a young man who appears to be too lazy to bother bringing packages to your front door. Instead, he leaves them in front of the garage door...right where you can back out and drive over them. We've complained multiple times using their feedback feature by tracking number so they know which person is making those specific deliveries, but the problem persists. He does the same thing with the neighbors' packages too.
FedEx even specifically states on their website they provide front door delivery and we also made sure our profile shows that we want it delivered to our front door, but apparently none of that matters. One of the main reasons we have items shipped, especially larger/heavier items, is to have the delivery left at our door to make it easier for us to get it into our house. It's what we're paying for, however, we've been very disappointed and frustrated. We don't have this problem with any other delivery service...just FedEx. We're starting to wish businesses would stop using them.

Package was scheduled for delivery on Saturday and then it changed to Friday. Great but now it's Monday. Fedex told me they don't del. On Sat. Even though it said Saturday. My package is 30 minutes away from me for fours days when it took 3 to come from other side of US.

They destroyed the box (apparently multiple) because I ended up with the wrong contents in a new box with a new label along with it being over a week late. While this is the first our boxes have had the wrong contents it's only one of many that are routinely days late. Wish all vendors would just use UPS.

This is the first bad experience with FedEx. The driver pulls up to my house, sits for a few seconds & then leaves. I get a text saying package was delivered & it was not! I call FedEx & they tell me it’s nothing they can do about it, so I guess drivers can steal packages & it’s ok with them!!

I recently experienced a disappointing delivery service with FedEx. Despite the importance of my parcel, the delivery person failed to ring the bell or call, opting instead to leave a door note. This lack of communication left me frustrated, especially as I had to endure bad weather to retrieve the important package myself. Such disregard for customer convenience is unacceptable and requires immediate improvement. FedEx needs to prioritize better communication and service standards to ensure a more satisfactory experience for its customers. Promised delivery dates and actual delivery dates are two different things to this company. Use another company if your item is important, and needs to arrive on time. Their service department is a joke. Unlike other companies they don't know where their driver is at any time and the driver can never be contacted. In 2024 I just don't believe them. They lie about everything and provide no help whatsoever. They said the package was on the truck again and again for over two days. I guess the driver, who they have no idea where he is, took the packages home. Hummm.

It's nice to know their employees steal your packages, and relabel them with a totally different item in it and they basically do nothing about it. I bought an iPhone and they sent me a Google thermostat. Such a great way to run a business....NOT! Watch out people!

My package was supposed to be delivered by 12 noon on 4/11/24 and waited all day for package to arrive. Had to get my son at 3 so as soon as I left at 2:50 they came at 3:02. Then package was supposed to arrive the next day 4/12/24 before noon and hasn't arrived yet. I called and was told it would be here by 1:40 and it didn't arrive. My meds are now two day late. I don't recommend using FedEx to deliver anything on time.

FedEx was supposed to deliver my package on April 10, 2024... The status showed out for delivery. However, it was not delivered, but taken back to their center. It was put on the wrong route and is now delayed until April 12, 2024.

Paid additional to have package delivered in 2 days. It's already been 6 days and it is still delayed. Package came from California to California and it says on tracking it is held up in Kennesaw Georgia. And the worst part is you paid extra for this stupidity.

They are lousy, unhelpful, rude, liars, they lie to you and claim false reasons for missing the delivery date and for being late by days and if you say something to complain they punish you and you never receive your order. For years I thought that FEDEX was a company that would get things done no matter what. And for sure they have. For my birthday last year, I received an empty box after mailing out roughly 800.00 worth of perfume from FL. Considering the package is weighed during the shipping process, many items don't reach the customers, as intended. I mailed off three medication pens to Florida, asked for a signed package for the items and the pens nor the packaging have been compensated for. I had an investigational team contact me with nothing more than their sympathy. Where are these almost 10,000 dollar pens. Better yet, where is my compensation. Per Covid, your items are not safe to be shipped by this company and no one seems to know anything. No matter how much you pay for insurance or ask for all the bells and whistles to ensure safety, Nothing is to be said or done. Shipper BEWARE!
There is no confusion to the packaging considering I packed the items in the store, on their camera surveillance, as additional security. They have been as quiet as tumbleweeds blowing through town, nothing to be said. You could walk your items to your state of choice and It would be better than waiting for a mid-February package to be delivered in April!!!

Actually one star is too much, they delivered my furniture from Wayfair late, not when I requested. I had 3 very large items a a small box! The driver left my items downstairs and drove off and said they were delivered! I had to by myself no one available to help at this particular time, morning people work so I had to drag a heavy box mattress up 3 flights of stairs and 2 large chairs and a box had to be removed from downstairs blocking walkway! Messed my back all up due to negligence of someone not wanting to do their job correctly! This matter is going to be dealt with, no one should ever use their services.

If only I can give them a zero! Such thieves are milking my bank account without even providing any receipts or justification after I paid every fee on the planet to send "2 Epipens" for my 70 years old mother! Their branch in Egypt is acting with such impunity hiding under the phrase "Our branches worldwide act according to different regulations". They asked for several arbitrary amounts of money claiming it's for "communications" then "release from customs" then after I sent two different transactions from here, and even got confirmation from Egypt that a broker released it from customs and even gave it to Fedex and I was on a video call with that person!!! They are still claiming I haven't sent anything although I sent them photocopies of the transaction and the bank account they asked me to send money to using WHATSAPP!!!! Such a fraudulent thief company, I will 100% sue them and start taking legal action against them.

I was waiting for a delivery. The FedEx website showed delivery by 5:00 pm with reminder that a signature was required, but the tracking information showed no movement. I called the customer support number and I got a recording with the same information. The system will not give you access to a human who could explain the mixed information. If you keep asking for an agent or the operator the system says good bye and offers you an option to take a survey. Really?

Never, never again! This is the 3rd time that something of mine got shipped by FedEx and I live in a rural area so the driver is a flex one! Yeah the first time he was supposed to deliver a Amazon package and because he didn't like my dirt roads. He stuck it in my mailbox and my neighbor's he just left on the ground by our mailboxes and keep in mind this was 4 days late!
The 2nd time, again a package from Amazon 3 days late and the FedEx flex driver leaves a voice mail for me to meet him down at the mailbox, yeah NO! And when I didn't meet him there he asked my 76 yr old neighbor to bring it to me keep in mind his age and it's a mile and a half walk up hills, he told him a small box and after my neighbor agreed he pulls out this huge box! The FedEx driver is lucky my neighbor didn't have a heart attack!
3rd time right now 3/4/2024! My Amazon package again has been out for delivery for 4 days! I didn't know this item was being shipped by FedEx because had I known, I would have not ordered it! I called numerous times to his supervisor and she claims she can't do anything about it. So I guess FedEx will just keep losing customers because of this crap!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!@

I got a shipping adjustment for my eBay item. They charged again for $17.34 just because my weight is 12.9lb, and FedEx's weight is 13.25lb. See the difference? .35lb. Jesus Christ. I would suggest eBay to kick out FedEx as one carrier. Junk company. Will never use it.

FedEx is the worst shipper in the world. They can't outdo USPS or UPS. They are hit or miss on delivery. Then when you call them when their drivers say they can't find address, they ask if your address is new. I have been at residence 45 yrs. Their tracking updates are terrible. Just plan on a long wait with very little results. Just amateur company. I have been in foreign country with military and I get more nervous when a company tells me they're going to ship something I ordered with FedEx. That's how bad of a experience I had. I have a GPS. I would give them so they can find my address and others people too. A sad inexperienced company that should not be in business. Leave delivery of packages to USPS or UPS because we never had this problem with these companies

Fedex is the most criminal worldwide shipping service that has ever existed. They advertise cheap rates and then back charge more than double the original cost. They deliver consistently to the WRONG address. At my house they put packages on the front porch with no cover IN THE RAIN when I have a carport that is 2 more steps. How can a international company who rates so low by its customers stay in business?!?! They charge you so you can be aggravated and have so much of your valuable time wasted!!!! Packages stay in limbo for so long, days, and when you are expecting your delivery it changes dates!!!! Take a day off or make arrangements for someone to be around for your delivery, so that porch pirates don’t get their greedy hands on your package, for what???? Then they tell you that you have to pick it up from some authorized FedEx location! What are we paying for? Delivery to our business or home, not to some out of the way location wasting my time!!!!! FedEx delivery just out right sucks. I have two doors one that everyone one can see in front of and another off to the side behind a fenced in area and easily accessible just a couple steps away. Instead of putting a package that could have a 300 dollar jersey in it behind a fence. They decide to leave in the front for anyone to take. They’re the only ones that leave items there. UPS or USPS puts it behind the fence. Guess they know how to use that lump 3ft above their **.

I have a business that constantly shipped. I use FedEx. It has to be the worst decision I’ve made. I have a lost business that ends up being late. The issue usually occurs with them scheduling my pick up office hours. The driver often goes there after office hours. They also mess up the suite number even after I have them repeated it to me, then they tell me they did not have the full address. This is despicable.

I wish companies would stop using FedEx to deliver items purchased online. Ever since changing residence, I’ve had problems where FedEx drivers would leave my packages at random places leading up to my front door. I purchased a furniture during winter of last year which was left by my mailbox. Mind you, my driveway is long and the house is situated on top of the hill and the mailbox is at the bottom. I had to push the furniture up the hill and into my house, I would’ve appreciated it if they left a slip of paper for me to pick it up rather than this. 2nd incident occurred not too long after. I had ordered a floor length mirror which they left propped up on a random tree halfway up my driveway. I should probably mention that I’m 5’3” and can barely lift 25lb. If they left a slip for me to pick the item up, I would’ve gotten my boyfriend to do it.
The most recent incident happened today. I was expecting a delivery from Torrey Burch which was not cheap and it was intended to be a birthday present for my mother. FedEx left the package propped up against my mailbox & on the damp soil. I was lucky enough to look out the window to see the truck drive away and went out immediately. It was drizzling then but as I am typing this review, it’s pouring. It’s been raining all week and the weather forecast shows a high chance of rain throughout the day.
If I wasn’t home sick today or if I would’ve have looked out the window at a later time, this package would have been soaking wet or even stolen. Again, my mailbox is located at the bottom of my driveway, a good couple of mins walk down the hill from my front porch. I’ve never had UPS leave things propped up against my trees or mailbox, deliveries have always been made to the front porch. I’ve called and submitted complaints with FedEx before but they have done nothing about it. I’ve resorted to complaining to the companies who have used FedEx as their third party carrier instead. Not sure if this will do much but worth a shot.

I do my best not to write bad reviews because life happens, right? Unfortunately an exception had to be made for the Los Angeles branches of Fedex. I have never had a positive experience with them in any of my deliveries and will be exclusively using other vendors now. Their website and app are effectively useless, if you accidentally hit the “hold at location” button while trying to get some form of customer support that isn’t a useless automated system, there is no way to cancel it AND when you call customer service TO cancel it to have it delivered as normal… they will still hold it at the location after saying they’ll fix it. All of which happened because the original delivery driver just… didn’t deliver my packages. I have a coded gate that’s linked directly to my phone, the instructions for my gate are very clear - UPS, DHL, USPS, and Amazon have no problem following those instructions. But saying “attempted delivery, no one was home” when my literal phone number is attached to the gate? You’re lying and you should be ashamed. 0 out of 5 if I could.

Please please please do not use Fedex. They are the worst at delivering packages small or big! They deliver your package anywhere, incomplete and/or not at all. March 11 they delivered my incomplete couch due to the missing piece having been damaged by them! They did not offer to reorder or replace the damaged couch. Today they lazily delivered my bookshelf to the wrong address.
Now waiting for an "Investigation" to be done because despite the picture that the incompetent delivery person took clearly showing an apartment that is not mine, I still have to wait a total of 2 weeks now for my shelf to arrive because Fedex delivery people are lazy and incompetent. Please please please do not contract with them! I will not order from any vendor that uses Fedex to deliver their products because this is the worse delivery service. I remember in the '90s my mother would have these same issues with Fedex! They just don't care!!!! Then speaking to a supervisor doesn't make any difference because they don't care either.

I don't think I have ever ordered something that was delivered by FedEx that was ever on time. Their "tracking" is ridiculously unreliable. Currently waiting on a package that the tracker shows sitting in New Hampshire for the last 5 days, but tells me it will be delivered in California today. Representative asked me if I wanted text message updates for my package? I asked if it would tell me anything different than the tracker? She said no.

I ordered two packages from two different sellers which were supposed to be delivered to me the next day before 12pm. One of those packages is still in Memphis TN while the other one is in Indianapolis IN. I don't know when they are going to arrive and I paid a lot for overnight shipping. This has happened before and they don't even provide an explanation. Two different packages held up in two different states. I will not be doing business with any company that uses FedEx as their shipping company.

If I could give negative 1000 stars I would. I will be sure to cancel anything shipped through FedEx. I had an order placed to be delivered on 3/29. They did not even attempt to deliver it, and told me I could pick it up on Saturday at a location an hour away. I called Saturday morning they said it could take 24-48 hours to update. I told them if I can not pick it up Saturday to have it delivered to my residence. HOME OR NOT (mind you I ordered through amazon which I have no issues with amazon or the individuals shipping the item).
Monday comes around and I get a notification it will be delivered to the pick up location an hour away. It then changed to be delivered to the address I requested to begin with. Hours later I get an email that it is at the pickup location!!!! When I had spoke to someone on Saturday to have it delivered to my home MONDAY. Call the wonderful customer service and they say the address on file is wrong and it is the shipper's issue. When I have proof of where it is to be delivered to from FEDEX and AMAZON! Morristown, TN. So how is the address wrong? Was it wrong on Friday when you "attempted" to deliver it? I have given my information on Saturday and nothing was said about it being wrong. Now I have to wait another 2 days to get my package that should of been here last week. They have done this before and me and my husband WATCHED them not attempt to deliver a package then get a notification that that they did. They suck, and they are liars. UPS would never do this. Get it together.

While coordinating with a vendor as to where to ship my merchandise; I only needed to know a FE location, in my area, where I could have a FE Ground shipment sent to and held for my PICKUP. I didn't have a tracking number because I needed this info before coordinating the shipment. I learned through a prior experience that all FE locations do not necessarily accept FE Ground. Getting help was impossible without a tracking number. Even the online help experience would not answer my question. Finally went with UPS. FedEx used to be topnotch. USED TO BE. Very frustrated with Fed Ex.

The drivers lie. Two weeks ago I called and assured them I'd be here for the pick-up on a Friday afternoon. I was here until 6 pm with the back doors open waiting. When they didn't show, I called and was told the driver had been there and no one was there, we were closed. LIE!!! Yesterday, we needed an early afternoon pickup because of the 6 pm baseball game nearby. When we checked on the pickup at 3, we were told the property mgmt folks would not let them on the property. LIE!!! Please! Somebody go into competition with them!!!

Driver at one time threw a package on top of of my dog house instead of delivering to the door and I didn't find it until 2 weeks later!Next time the driver pulled up to my house and never got out of the truck to deliver package that I was expecting that day and then left. FedEx is apparently using fake photographs for their proof of delivery. I got a notice that my package was delivered on March 22. The photo shows some other residence or doorstep. I reported the misdelivery but got no feedback. On March 27, I got a notice from the supplier that the replacement for my missing order was delivered. The exact same photo from March 22 was used! I was about to report again that there was a second failed delivery when a driver showed up with not one, but both packages.
First, how could I have gotten a delivered notice 10 minutes prior to the actual delivery? Why was a fake picture in my notice? Why was the driver rude when I asked what happened with the photo and said he didn’t work for FedEx and this wasn’t his problem? Why didn’t FedEx follow up with me to let me know they found the March 22 package? Why do suppliers have to eat the cost of FedEx mismanagement and unethical practice of using fake proof of delivery photos?

The driver throws my packages in the yard anywhere he pleases instead of letting me know he is out there to control my dog. Another package left in rain on garbage can 0.2 miles from house. Chewy packages from FedEx never make it down the driveway to the house although they have the gate code. Last month our recliner was pushed out the back of the truck and left by the road!

Every time the sellers send me a tracking number from FedEx, I said “oh no” to myself. 90% of the time they are delayed by at least a day but they don’t tell you until that day. They are lazy: The driver drove his big truck up to my steep driveway and took a big chunk of concrete when he went down. This morning, they left my package on top of the mailbox in the rain for hours. Sellers should stop using them before they lose their customers.

It's a shame that FedEx used to be a good, reliable shipper. My experience is that they have a subcontractor (marked on the FedEx-branded truck) who just refuses to deliver or even show up and then mark "business closed" or similar. Shipped a week ago, out for delivery four times, even though video shows only one appearance, and that is a drive-by. And their tracking information just reflects lies.
Delivery attempted at 1:10 PM - no truck visible in surveillance. Next day, different time, same thing, Day after, repeat, day after, truck speeds by the address. I'm sorry you have a tough job, but those are your life choices, not mine. I need my goods. So, now I have to reorder from a local supplier at a higher price and pay rush delivery fees while the original vendor will get the parcel back and have to reship at his expense. Everybody loses, except for FedEx, who will get paid for not delivering squat.

Very disappointing services. Second in a row, package stuck at Memphis. Supposed to be delivered this morning 03/22/2024 in Indianapolis, IN. The reason given is VOLUME!!! Overnight package with perishable specimen with dry ice, delayed. Very frustrated and tired with this practice. First package something stuck at Memphis with Specimen with dry ice. They just want your money for overnight and deliver it on the 3rd or 4th day. When the product is unusable. Don't use FedEx.

Could not receive my last package until 5th attempt as it seems their drivers in Cheyenne are not too intelligent, now again we are waiting to see if the package will arrive on the 5th attempt again tomorrow, their customer service reps are completely useless, I got absolutely nothing resolved and am just hoping at this point they have someone with at least a little common sense who can actually find addresses, I'm not counting on it and will be demanding my money back if it does not reach me on the 5th try, Worst package delivery company by a landslide, have absolutely no issues with Amazon, Ups, Usps only issues are always with Fedex.

I try to avoid using FedEx as a rule but sometimes companies don't offer any other options. Out of the past 3 experiences with FEDEX 2 were delayed and ended up being late and one was "lost". I suspect stolen by an employee. They say their delivery dates are guaranteed but then do refuse to do anything when they are late or "lost".
They also force you to be present to sign for packages that have no legal need to be signed for and no way to opt out of the required signature. Anyone can sign for it so it's not like they do it b/c they care about it getting to you. So you have to sit at home all day missing work and anything else you needed to do just to be told at the last possible moment that your package is "lost" or delayed even though you had a GUARANTEED delivery date, and you have to do it all over again. If you have any other option for shipping chose the other option every time. The USPS is better and more reliable than FEDEX. Avoid using FEDEX period.

I ship a lot of packages. Heater parts so people need them quickly. I can no longer rely on FedEx 2-Day to get my packages there. They do not guarantee this delivery timeframe even though they are glad to take the money for the service. I had one package going 108 miles total, the customer would have driven and picked it up if we had known.... FedEx did NOT get it there on time and would not honor the so called "guarantee" because they said there were "high winds." This package was going from NC to VA????
Now another example: Package going from NC to AK - same customer, same shipping addresses to and from. Early in March 2024, this customer ordered using FedEx 2-Day and it got there on time (really 3 days, but when they said when I printed the label). Customer needed more parts - ordered with same shipping on 3-12-24. The package sat in Memphis for 2 days, the 13th and 14th and then on the morning of the 15th, there was an alert of bad weather delay. If they had moved the package out of Memphis on the 13th like they should have, it would not have been affected at all. Today is 3-19-24 and the customer still does not have the package. FedEx will not refund even though they have had a 2-day package in their possession since 3-12-24 at 4:34 pm Eastern Time. Totally unreliable and will NOT honor guarantees.

I had a medication that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday March 14th. They sent me email said there was a delay it would be delivered March 15th. I received another email later that day. Said it would be delivered March 18th. I called on 15th. They told me they apologize it was in pineville and that it would be Monday said they needed to confirm My address. I did. Well today it's March 18th and I called. They said it would be delivered tomorrow on the 19th. I am so mad. It’s not like I ordered pillow shams I ordered. It’s a medication and it only stays good for 48 hrs in room temperature. I tried to explain this. They did not care. This experience is awful and I am so angry. This medication cost me 150 dollars which I will be out of because I know if they don’t care about getting medications to people then they don’t care if it’s at room temperature.
I’m so disappointed. Not everyone just has 150 dollars just to throw away. I have been hearing I am sorry for 5 days now. Keep your apologies if you are not gonna make it right. I would have gave zero stars if I could have. Also why couldn’t someone hand deliver it. They were paid to overnight ship my medication and here we are 5 days later and still no medication. What if it was something I could die from if I did t get it. The more I write and think about FEDex the more FED up I get. Absolutely ridiculous. We've been receiving packages at our business location for over 20 years now, from UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon & FEDEX. For the past 3-4 years, FEDEX has been by far the most unreliable and least timely. We recently ordered a shipment of wire, as we do every 3-4 months. Unfortunately our supplier ships via FEDEX as it's cheaper. For our 3rd wire shipment in a row, FEDEX failed to deliver on time - not even close. They claimed to attempt delivery 3 times last week. Once was at 4:20 last Thursday, when the driver claimed the business was closed. Our 3 cameras showed that our employees were outside the office from 3:40 - 4:50 cleaning and organizing work vehicles. No FEDEX truck showed up in our parking lot at all.
For 15 years, we have also had delivery instructions to deliver inside our unlocked garage door if nobody answers the door. But they simply will not follow those instructions any longer, and I get a different reason every time I make another pointless call to their "customer service" line. In short, we will no longer allow shipments to our business via FEDEX. Period. We stopped using them to ship our products years ago. Our best experience with shipping, believe it or not, is the old USPS. But Amazon, UPS and DHL are all much, much better and more reliable than FEDEX too.

We closed on our out of town home and the attorney was weird about wiring funds and wanted to send a check (overnight by FedEx), against our judgment we ultimately agreed. It immediately went wrong and two days later we are without our home proceeds. Updates are delayed and incorrect when you get them and promises of callbacks from managers are lies. They never deliver even normal packages on time, even when it tracking says the package is on the truck for delivery, it is often at least the next day before it gets here. Beyond frustrating! I will never willingly use this company again.

FedEx is the worst run company I have ever dealt with. Fed Ex offers "delivery manager" to add special instructions for your delivery. They have consistently ignored my instructions for delivery and I have spoken to customer service six times. I will be sending pictures to the Executive VP of Customer Service of where the delivery people just THROW my packages, not even on the porch but thrown and DROPPED on the steps! Aside from the careless handling of the packages, this is visible to porch thieves. Each time I call customer service to complain and they tell me to "use the delivery manager." (I do.) I have also been promised a phone call back "after looking into it." They don't care who they hire or how careful their drivers are. Several have not spoken English! I recommend using the USPS or DHL!

A medical testing kit was sent to my home through FedEx with a prepaid, next day FedEx return box so that I could send the results of the test to the lab. After the test was completed, I called the FedEx 800 number before 9:00 am to schedule the pick-up from my home. First, I got the automated system on which I provided all of the information requested. At the end, the auto system said that it was having trouble scheduling my pick-up. I was put through to a live customer service rep who took all of the same information again.
I was given a confirmation number and was told that my item would be picked up by 5:00 pm that day. By 5:00 pm, no one had showed to pick up the item. I called their customer service center again and found out that the pick up order had never been processed. Then I was told that someone would be out to pick up the item even though it was past 5:00 pm. Still, no one showed up. Fedex has one job: picking up and delivering packages, and they can't do that right.

FedEx has been horrible with delivering my packages. Three times now they have left my packages in an unsecured area that anybody can steal them from. Even after having to put in a claim on missing packages and explaining that they need to ring to get buzzed in building they still do not follow directions. When I call customer service they are very unhelpful and state they see my packages were delivered. Well if a package is not placed in a secure area per a customer's instructions then how is it the customer's fault if packages go missing? I will never buy a product that has Fedex as its only delivery option. I do not recommend using FedEx, ever!

Packages LITERALLY never arrive on time if shipped with FedEx. Excuses range from weather delays, impassable roads, items marked as delivered that were never delivered, and my favorites; "refused delivery" or "request for future" delivery that are completely made up. Delays have been up to a month and have impacted our business on countless occasions. On top of this, their drivers drive like maniacs, driving over twice the speed limit through the middle of our small town, and finding where they left packages is often like an easter egg hunt.

I received a message which stated that my order would be delivered on Monday, March 11, 2024. About 2 hours after that message, I received a second message about my order. The second message said, "Great news, your order will be arriving early. Your order will arrive Sunday, March 10, 2024, 9:10 a.m. -1:10 p.m." Now, it's over 5 hours past the delivery time and still no delivery. I've been waiting for this FedEx delivery for hours. At this point, I'm very annoyed by this situation. I'm tired of speaking customer service to tell each company about their unacceptable business practices.

FedEx no matter what is always late - foreign or domestic. I bought something expedited for my trip. It's still delayed and 2 days late. I won't have it on time. I also was getting overnighter a check a few weeks ago, and it took 5 days to get here. I have no idea why people still ship with these atrocious services.

I ordered 2 kits from 23andme. It cost me almost 250. They were delivered through FedEx. When I got the email that it was delivered the picture provided was absolutely not our house. I made a claim and was ran around phone calls after phone calls. Finally my husband tracked down the house it was delivered to and it was two blocks away. Fedex refused to do anything for the inconvenience and said because I got my package that was it. There is no reason my package should of been 2 blocks away. The numbers are clear as day on the houses. This has happened more than once. I would never use FedEx on my own. Terrible company.

I had not used FedEx for eBay shipping in years due to a blatant incorrect $30 overcharge on a small package. I decided to try them again for a heavy item. Well I received an additional charge after the package was delivered. They said my package was 3.4 lbs heavier than I stated and 3 inches wider, 3 inches taller, and 1 inch longer. They absolutely lied to create additional revenue. I have a precision scale calibrated to the hundredths of an ounce and there is no way I measured 3 inches short on 2 sides plus 1 inch short on the other as I always round up and I know how to measure! I shop on eBay regularly and will NEVER, NEVER use them again. They used to use bogus surcharges as their additional revenue stream. Now they are just lying about package weight and size! They are crooks!

My six month old grandson suffers continuously with head congestion, so I ordered a nasal aspirator which was en route over the seas for 53 days, but it made here only to be delivered to the wrong address. My grandson is still enduring the head congestion. This is the second time FedEx has delivered my package to the wrong address. I really hate to business with a company that doesn’t provide live customer service care. I am not a machine and I do not like being treated as one. I am hurt, disappointed, and angry. I pray to God Almighty that I never have to receive anything through FedEx delivery again. They only care about their bottom line that’s why everything is virtual.

I bought a TV stand with fireplace, delivery was scheduled with FEDEX. Package 1 of 2 was supposed to be delivered today. I have been waiting all day, now it says it is in New Mexico, delayed in shipping, a delivery date will be listed as soon as one is known. My second time buying from Wayfair and lo and behold another shipping crisis. Wayfair gets enough crappy reviews, a lot of them shipping and from what I gather, they only use Fedex. I was going to buy other items from Wayfair, but not if they only use Fedex. Maybe enough bad shipping reviews and they will find another carrier. If Fedex has no competition, why would they deliver on time, if at all. I personally use USPS or UPS, they are lousy also, just not as lousy.

I was trying to reach a real person at Fed Ex headquarters today and it is impossible to do so. Their automated system has NO CLUE what I am asking. According to their automated system they have been sending me texts about an order. I DO NOT text or even have a cell phone, just my home phone through my PC which is what I prefer. Besides not having ANYBODY real to talk to I could not even leave a message.
I wanted to find out why my order is going 100+ miles in the wrong direction? Talk about who is raising our fuel prices! Shouldn't they be sending it the shortest way possible? Since I am on disability I rely on deliveries. The USPS beats Fed Ex most of the time and they know how to ship. But every business should still have a real "LIVE" agent for customers to talk to.

We ordered our blinds from Affordable Blinds to be delivered by FedEx. The scheduled delivery date was 28 Feb 2024. We got FedEx confirmation email that the blinds were delivered. However, they were delivered to a wrong address and the delivery pic taken by the driver did not confirm where they were delivered. The driver’s hand blocked the actual picture. The delivery picture taken by the FedEx did not show where the products were delivered. We contacted FedEx about this and they directed us to the shipper (Affordable Blinds) without trying to locate the items via the tracking number. After talking with Affordable they requested a fee for rerouting which we paid. However, we were told that FedEx couldn’t reroute. I suppose because FedEx couldn’t find the products. As at the time of this review, our products are missing and may not be found.

The idiot driver left my package in a puddle on top of my trash can! It was raining hard and the puddle was there before I left for work so in no way was it ever dry there. FedEx is the worst. I've had nothing but issues with their drivers! They say your package that requires a signature is out for delivery, you change plans to wait around for it, and they they update your info online saying no one was home to accept package when they didn't even come!!! DO NOT USE FEDEX!!!!

I now need to cancel my business FedEx account because of your poor customer service and I want to share my experience with your fine company to all who are out there and I will continue to do so until the day I die. I forgot my dive bag at home on Wednesday, January 24th while going on a vacation to Roatan Honduras. I live in Idaho. I had another friend who was coming to Roatan from Ohio on Saturday, January 27th so I had my son ship the dive bag to her via FedEx on Thursday, January 25th for delivery by NOON on Friday, January 26th. I plugged all the dimensions into the system and it said the charge would be about $170 for the overnight. I called the local FedEx store and they said it might be another $30 or so because of special handling. The package went out as planned and as I was checking the tracking info the next day, it looked like the package never got out of Memphis, TN despite getting there at 4AM on Friday.
FedEx later updated the info to say delivery would not happen until noon on Monday, January 29th. I called and tried to get it delivered on time but to no avail. Now, since my friend who I shipped the bag to was leaving on Saturday, I asked to have the bag returned to me at home since they couldn't get it there on-time. That was one issue, but it gets sooo much better. I looked at my FedEx statement this month and noticed that they charged me $541.88 for the shipment to Ohio and $82.92 for the return. So, I am expected to pay over $600 for a package that they couldn't get there as promised and I was quoted less than $200 to send.
I called FedEx today and they claimed that all the charges were legitimate and wouldn't reverse or lower any of them, despite my $82.92 return getting delivered in less time than my $541.88 priority overnight. As I said earlier, this will be my last FedEx shipment that I ever send and I will be closing my business account as well since I won't do business with such an unethical company. Wow, just wow! I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company as well.

FedEx should train their drivers to ring your doorbell when they make a delivery at your house not just throw it down on the ground and take a picture and call it good. That’s what just happened at our house today 2-27-24, most of the drivers will ring the doorbell and drop your package so you know that they’ve been there, but there are a few and hopefully FedEx will train those drivers to ring the doorbell.

Fedex NEVER delivers on time and systematically provides false tracking information and false delivery estimates. Many online sellers use Fedex because they are cheap but their performance is abysmal compared to USPS and UPS. If you contact them they will just make up excuses like "there is a weather delay in your area" even when UPS and USPS are delivering on time and there is no weather related issues in the area. I am sorry to see this. I have been a Fedex fan since the movie "Castaway" but it turns out Tom Hanks was right... "pretty soon you're the US Postal Service" except Fedex is a lot worse than USPS. If you want your customers to hate you, use Fedex to deliver their purchases!

I order products from pharmacies, which I need in a timely manner. Our driver left info that the business was closed/unavailable on several attempts - however, we were absolutely in the office, and no sticker to inform us of a missed attempted delivery was made (no sticker placed). Made a request to send to a local store for pickup, which I verified on phone with FedEx on their customer support. No updates since then, so called and they instead decided to send package back to the sender, which will now have to be destroyed. This company is total crap.

FedEx has me on one today. I got an email saying my package was delivered...I checked my front door, back door and my mailbox...Nothing. So I check the tracking, my address was correct, but the picture of the door with my packages was not my door. I called FedEx Customer Service to let them know that they delivered the package to the wrong door and the woman said "You have to call the sending companies and let them deal with it" ...Why? They didn't deliver my packages to the wrong address, FedEx did!!! So now my packages are at some stranger's door and gets to keep them, while I have to call companies and get the run around of what needs to be done with a mistake FedEx made...So frustrating!

Ordered a mattress (large box). Promised delivery to my door. Delivery notes say "Delivered Left at front door. Signature Service not requested." FLAT OUT LIE. No knock. Package left at bottom of stairs. I cannot move it the rest of the way due to health, nor should I have to. Fed Ex dragging feet getting resolved. Meanwhile my expensive mattress is out where it can be snatched by pirates and I cannot leave home.

I am currently waiting for a package that requires a signature. The delivery company notified me that they would be arriving at my home between 12 to 2pm, so I stayed at home to receive it. However, when they attempted to deliver the package, they did not knock on my door or only knocked very softly for just one second before leaving. They repeated this behavior for two days, causing me to have to change my schedule and remain at home. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my package. I've had enough of this BS, if they just want to hold it and let me pick it up, it's fine; then just give me a note sticker like what USPS will do all the time. Now, I manually changed the package to be held at the FedEx office on their website, and I will try my luck tomorrow.

Proof of delivery is a good thing to have for customers. When you see a location that is not your house, proof of delivery is upsetting to see that items you purchased are sitting at some random person's house and Fedex suggests looking at neighbor's houses. No thank you. I didn't order products for delivery to have to go searching my community to find out where the delivery driver felt like dropping it off. It is ridiculous in this day and age with gps and other advancements, people can not find the correct address. I would have given 0 stars if this was a possible option.

I purchased a bed frame for my parents in Florida. The bed was shipped to card billing address from an online order. Fedex delivered the original package (king headboard and footboard) with a weight of 46.8 pounds with a delivery fee of 348.00. I called Fedex who quoted to pick up in NJ and deliver in Florida would cost an additional 387.00 assuming 5 day freight rate. The day of pickup, I brought the head/footboard to the truck carrying it myself. Placed it on the truck. The delivery guy advised the form I filled out needed to show the combined weight which was 46.8lbs. adjusting the form.
The piece was delivered two weeks later and was billed 1700.00. First how can a firm deliver the first shipment for one fee and triple to a different address. I disputed the charges and seven months later they changed the weights of the packages and held firm on the charges. Keep in mind it was in the original packaging and was never opened. FEDEX IS A SHADY FIRM AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

I sent a parcel to the UK on the 11th December 2023. They left a voice message on 14th December asking for the purpose of the parcel. They were called back and informed it was a gift, a brand new laptop. They called the recipient in the UK and asked her to pay taxes of 163.28 pounds. She made the payments the following day. The package was not delivered. I called Fedex asking them why there was a delay, a lady picked the call answered me arrogantly and hanged the line. This was on 27th December 2023 at 9.33 am.
I called later, a gentleman picked the call and informed the parcel was still at the customs and he didn't know how long it would take for clearance. I have been following without success. Yesterday I called Fedex office inquiring the status of my parcel only to be told that the parcel will be sent back to me at my cost because I delayed relaying information on the purpose of the laptop which was not true. When I checked the dates I found out information regarding the parcel was clearing relayed the following day.
I called the office today with facts on all the dates and payments. The person I spoke to changed the story and told me there was delay in paying taxes. When I counter checked I found out the taxes were paid a day after requesting for the payment. Fedex is now forcing me to open an account to charge me the return cost because the delivery was not done. I had already incurred a cost of $343.15 for sending the package. They again want me to pay the same amount for a mistake which is not mine. They should instead apologize and even compensate me for what they have put me through.

No problem ever receiving UPS or USPS packages! This is so stupid! Big black address numbers on our homes, but insist on delivering packages meant for #43 to #45 instead, which is 2 doors away. SO STUPID!

Fedex is the worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with. I own a business and get multiple deliveries a day. I do whatever I can to avoid getting anything delivered via fedex. The last thing fedex delivered was a 2000 dollar generator part that they left at the end of my driveway. We had gotten 3 inches of snow so they did not go down my driveway. The same day UPS, Amazon, the US Postal Service, the garbage truck and DHL made it down my driveway just fine

Ordered a simple delivery of golf balls. Though the delivery was quick it was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily I knew that neighbor and he was able to get the delivery to me. The customer service was atrocious, the automated voice support was just bad and annoying. I would never buy from a company that uses FedEx if I can help it.

Bc actually calling customer support is useless. They lie and will say anything to you to not be held responsible for their actions. They don't even attempt my deliveries. No door tags but attemps were made? How and when the driver never showed up? I never seen him on my cameras so he does not make an attempt to deliver the packages just redelivers them when it's convenient for him to deliver it.

So my $500 robot gets shipped from CA the original delivery date was 5 days after crapex got it. Then crapex said weather delay in KS for snow. Mind you I looked up the weather. It was in the 50s the whole time it was delayed for snow. Then finally starts moving on my delivery day and now says from Indianapolis to NH will take 5 additional days even though it's already halfway. This company gets worse and worse year by year. Everybody should boycot this crap FedEx shipping and let them go bankrupt.

I was expecting an order to be delivered. It had to be signed for. I specified that it had to be delivered after 3 pm as the adults in the home work and no one would be home. I spoke to several people. Every one of the people I spoke to said something different about my order. “It is on now on hold”, “it is scheduled to deliver tomorrow after 3pm.”, I have to “contact shipper to have it released”. Eventually “management” (I use that term loosely) assured me it was to be “delivered tomorrow between 3pm and 8pm”.
After getting home a few minutes until 3pm, I waited. And waited. Checked the tracking, “scheduled for delivery between 3pm and 8pm”. Waited some more. 7:00pm checked the tracking. Same thing. Ok no problem. 8:10 check the tracking…. Delayed in Cookeville. Huh. So I called FedEx again. It has been sitting at the fedex pickup in Cookeville since 10 am waiting on me to pick it up!!!! I was told that FedEx “was unable to cater to an individuals shipping needs”! What?!? It should have been noted on my ticket every time I called and what was the conclusion.
Every person should have a basic knowledge of what was accomplished on the previous call. Not one person had any clue what was going on and every one had a different solution. In the end…just send it back to the shipper. I’ll reorder and pick it up myself. FedEx…. Do better. Today’s technology more than allows for better communication between staff and more direct instruction and protocols to follow in this situation. If you were unable to “cater” to your customers that should have been made clear and the whole situation would have been avoided..

In the past 6 months, I've ordered from 2 companies that used FedEx as their shipping provider. The first was at a new employer who shipped my laptop and office equipment to my home (I work remotely). FedEx couldn't be bothered to come up my driveway and left them at the end of my driveway where any passer-by could have grabbed them. When I checked on the tracking number and saw that they had been delivered, I looked on my front and back porches but couldn't find them. I walked to my mailbox, which is roughly 100 yards away, and sure enough they propped the expensive computer equipment against the mailbox.
The second time happened today when I ordered cosmetics that were shipped from France. Sure enough, they left the package at the end of my driveway again. This time the box looked like it had survived a war and half the products were missing. I will NEVER willingly do business w/ FedEx. Besides taking a much longer time than other shipping providers, they can't seem to find drivers that aren't lazy and do the bare minimum.

Package shipped, was notified of delivery date, no delivery, date pushed back, contacted customer support and went into a physical location but no one seems to know where my package is nor can they confirm a delivery. Contacted customer service to see if pick up was an option and was told my package never made it to the site that the notifications informed me it had been sitting at for 3 days. Next time I'd order by carrier pigeon. I'm sure communication and promptness would be much better.

Shipping FedEx is a guaranty the product will never arrive as scheduled. There is always some delay or another excuse for failure to deliver in a timely manner. I have yet to receive anything from FedEx as promised.

I get a number of deliveries via FedEx. Some were supposed to be a 2 day delivery and my packages being delivered are almost always late by a couple of days or more. Also, handling of packages are terrible. They delivered a package and sent a photo that was supposed to show me the package, but there was NO package in the photo. It was extremely odd. Luckily, I had gotten the package that I was supposed to receive because I was standing at the door when it was being delivered and I had opened the door, gotten it off the porch when he rang the doorbell. It's just all around constant poor service.

Each time I place an online order and USPS isn't used, and Fedex is -- something always goes wrong. I end up having to wait 3 weeks longer or I've had my purchase not arrive at all. The thing I cannot understand is while I'm patiently waiting for MY delivery, I see FEDEX trucks everywhere! The other thing that is simply ludicrous and leads me to believe that FedEx needs organization, is the travel log of my most recent non-delivery. It was coming from Memphis to Northern CA. It went like this: 1/25 it's in MS, then 1/27 it arrives in OK, then on 1/28 AZ, then onto Stockton, CA onto South San Francisco, then onto Sacramento, then BACK to Stockton, CA where it has been sitting since February 3.
I anticipated a 2/6 delivery which changed to 2/8. 2/8 came and went and then the tracking said it's on its way but no delivery date is known at this time. BTW Stockton, CA is 200 miles from where I live. Why they didn't load it onto a truck when in Sacramento I do not know. It's supposed to go Smart Post and the tracking USPS number was never given to me; I got it when I placed a call to FedEx. When I punched it in, it read that USPS was waiting for the package. Everyone is waiting. ALL THE TIME. I could have picked it up quicker if I rode a horse!

Multiple times since moving to this area, I've had FedEx mark packages as unable to deliver when no delivery attempt was made (I'm literally sitting near window and front door all day). Recently, a larger delivery has had the same marking done for 2 days in a row with no ATTEMPT even made and I cannot really complain to FedEx by phone because the agents say "It just said they tried Sir and no one was there". Seems like FedEx delivery quality is dropping and if the people need help with dropping off the package, just knock and let me know.

So I live in a city area that has porch pirates, so I bought a Eufy security delivery box and a sign over it telling all deliveries go into the drop box. The only delivery service that doesn't use it is FedEx. Why? Because they are lazy. They don't even walk up the three steps on the porch. They just throw the packages up on to the porch with no concern if they are fragile or not. I have several cameras that show them throwing them and showing the drop box. So I still get packages stolen because of FEDEX workers' laziness and incompetence. And sometimes broken items... Thanks FEDEX! You guys make the world a crappy place. Keep up the crappy work **!

FedEx has a new scam going on. I shipped a package this November and was quoted $66 and change for a small 5lb box from NH to TX just regular ground. I dropped it off at the FedEx terminal it was weighed and measured and I agreed to $66.08. When the charges came through on my credit card they charged me $178!! DO NOT USE FEDEX! You've been warned, they will rip you off. You just lost a customer for life, and I will be sharing my experience.

I came home today to find a FedEx truck parked in my handicap spot. When it finally left and I was able to park and go to my house, I found my 3 large boxes of medical supplies had been thrown over the railing and left in the middle of my ramp. Needless to say it's a bit difficult to get past boxes in a wheelchair. This is an ongoing issue and fedex has done NOTHING to correct it.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with FedEx's handling of my recent package delivery, a laptop purchased on Cyber Monday, which was allegedly delivered and signed for, yet never received by me. Despite being home all day, working from my apartment, there was no knock at my door, nor any attempt made to ensure the package reached me directly. FedEx claims a signature was obtained, supposedly mine, under the name "Wsant," which bears no resemblance to my actual signature, and fails to provide any tangible proof of this supposed delivery.
This situation is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on FedEx's commitment to customer service and delivery reliability. I have contacted FedEx at least 5-6 times seeking resolution, only to be met with unhelpful responses and no evidence of the claimed delivery. This lapse has not only caused significant inconvenience but also financial loss, as I was compelled to purchase another laptop due to the non-delivery of the original item which was delivered by UPS with signature and I did not have any issue. Furthermore, Walmart, the vendor, insists the package was received, based on FedEx's inaccurate delivery claim, leaving me to pay for an item I never received.
This issue underscores a recurring problem with FedEx's delivery practices, particularly in apartment settings like mine in Alameda, California. It is expected that packages requiring a signature be delivered directly to the recipient's door, yet this protocol is consistently disregarded, resulting in packages left in shared mail areas without any attempt to secure a proper signature. My building, with its mere three floors and an elevator, does not pose logistical challenges that justify such oversight.
FedEx's failure to adequately train and prepare their delivery personnel has led to this unacceptable situation. It is imperative that FedEx addresses these systemic issues to prevent future occurrences. I demand a thorough investigation into my case, immediate proof of the supposed signed delivery, or a full refund for the undelivered laptop. It is high time FedEx takes full responsibility for this mishap and provides a satisfactory resolution. Multiple deliveries to Delaware were "attempted" come to find out the driver didn't even get out of the truck. No actual attempts were made (we have video evidence) and first shipping attempt disappeared for 9 days before being returned. Customer service doesn't care, failed attempts were made at my expense and if I wanted reimbursement I needed to "file a claim aka We don't care, good luck." Absolutely do not ship FedEx if you run a business.

I had a package delivered today, I was expecting it today and it came today. In the past that hasn't always been the case, I have waited around for hours only for them to not show. Today, the guy didn't even come on the porch, just left my package on the stairs for anyone to take. Also I am handicapped and put in the delivery instructions to RING THE BELL UPON DELIVERY, I guess dude doesn't know how to read! Or doesn't do his job correct! Either way that's a problem.

Very simply FEDEX SUCKS! This has happened several times...You get a notice of a delivery date, you wait all day and nothing! Then you get an email with a delivery exception, they tried to make a delivery "Customer not available"...This is not the 1st time this has happened with a package that I need and have waited for. I then have to go to the shipping location and pick it up myself because you can't wait all day for them to show or not show. UPS & Amazon show up. Why can't FEDEX!!! You need to do better or leave the delivery business and let the real delivery companies take over!

They scanned my package and gave me wrong tracking number which belonged to another package as well. Duplicated tracking on system. Nor the office that took my package nor the the manager on the phone have no answer for this mess up, they can't locate the package and no one gets back to me! I need my package!

Had a second day package that was pushed out to the next day because of security reasons, I live in the country, then before noon that day it was rescheduled for the following day as if I requested it which I did not because I have been waiting for it. You can not contact anyone about getting your package and if you call their number you get ahold of someone out of country that can't even contact the center that has the package. Must note that UPS delivered a package the same day that FedEx delayed for security reasons. I contacted the seller and told them to call the package back and will no longer do business with anyone who uses FedEx and they even said that the last year they have had nothing but complaints about FedEx. No matter what or how hard you try you cannot get a response from FedEx so apparently they don't care. Weather is moving in and FedEx will definitely not deliver during weather events.

I sent a package to Canada full of personal items for my Grandson. Canada Customs returned it because they said I can't send personal items. Fedex employees assure me that it was ok to send those items and now they don't take responsibility and they refuse to give me a refund or credit. I trust them since they send packages all over the world. I thought they knew and now my Grandson doesn't have his birthday package and I loose my money. BEWARE when you send a package.

I recently made a purchase, eagerly awaiting the delivery of my item via FedEx. To my dismay, regardless of FedEx's web confirmation of delivery, the package never arrived. Despite filing two claims, one through their website and another with a FedEx representative, both were closed without any notification. When I reached out to customer service, the shocking truth unfolded – the provided tracking number by the seller did not match my name or address. My attempts to obtain written evidence to support my case were met with resistance. Even though PayPal required proof, FedEx refused to provide any documentation, insisting on verbal confirmation only. This goes against their own policy and left me defenseless against a scammer. FedEx's lack of cooperation not only cost me the items but also made me a victim of a scam. I made it very very clear that my address was the same as somebody else on my street. I was south and they were north the other people… I even had to describe the color of my house and where to leave the package and the driver of FedEx still didn’t understand how to follow GPS and dumped it off somewhere on my street. Two weeks later I found my package in the ditch in my front lawn from Neighbor. FedEx could care less and now today I’m waiting for a package as of January 29 was due here by 2:30 PM and it is now 855 and no one will help me figure out where my package is. Never again will I ever ever use FedEx!!!

I ordered two iPhones and I also tracked the package the entire way. As soon as these packages got to Oak Park Michigan they vanished! Now how could that happen when scanners are used to keep accountability of all pages as they as being shipped? Horrible distribution center in Oak Park and I really hope Xfinity stops using FedEx as a courier!

I paid for two day shipping. Received 12 days later. On the same week I had a delivery coming in from American trucks. I bought a back bumper. They damaged it so bad they sent it back to shipper and still charged me shipping with no notification my package wasn’t coming. It just stated delayed. I think it still says it a month later. Do yourself a favor. Use anyone else.

I ordered a clothes dryer that was guaranteed in 5 to 7 days. I got a message from Fed Ex that it had been delivered to the closest center near me, about 50 miles Knoxville TN. It would be delivered between 10:15 and 2:15 on the 27th of January. I live in the country on a hill where it's impossible to see the road and was afraid it would be left where it could be easily stolen. When I called after 2pm I got another message saying it was delayed and would arrive by 8pm. Them another message saying by the end of the day. The online message was changed to delayed with no updated delivery. When I called on the 28th I was told due to the high number of packages they didn't have time to deliver and are not showing a date or time to deliver. How can a company give out dates and times changing 3 times in one day then go to unknown? I will never use FedEx and if a company I'm buying from uses FedEx I will not buy from them!

Ordered computer supplies from a company. The item was shipped via FedEx. It came from Tennessee and was to be delivered in south Mississippi. The first day it was supposed to be delivered and was not, they said it was due to a weather delay. This despite the FACT that I drive on the same roads their driver would take - and a very small Ford Focus - unlike their large truck. The second day it did not arrive, they said it would be there by 8 p.m. - that the item was on their truck. It did not show up. The third day they failed to deliver my item, they said they have "opened an investigation" and that they did not know where my package is.
All this time, every time I call I get some ** person answering the phones whose native language is NOT English. The bottom line is that FedEx staff are lying. They are obviously completely incompetent and this company should not be used by ANYONE for delivery of ANYTHING that they care about. At this point, I have no idea where my item is, whether it will ever be delivered, and how I can speak to someone who actually has authority in that company and speaks English as a native language.

I have had nothing but late deliveries. Around Christmas time they lost the package and about 2 weeks later after the claim, it was delivered. Then recently I had this shipment delayed three times. I told the vendor to quit shipping with them. They are unreliable and never on time.

This company lost my package, said nothing to me, and did nothing until I called after 3 days with no shipping update. When I called, they told me that my package had been in the distribution center closest to me and then somehow they sent it to an entirely different state and that they would investigate. I never heard anything from them on the "investigation," I never received a confirmation email or any updates. Then today, five days after the last update, somehow the package is back at the closest distribution center and was out to be delivered. Then they cancelled it and said it was due to weather. Meanwhile, both USPS and UPS were able to deliver today with no issues.

My package arrived at the local warehouse when expected and then was "Out For Delivery" every day for the next 12 days. It was never delivered. I called FedEx customer service every day and every day they lied to me saying that my package would be delivered "tomorrow". Every day, I had to remain home because the shipment was "Signature Required". During that period, I received shipments every day from UPS, USPS and other FedEx shipments. I finally arranged to pick up my shipment from their warehouse (35 miles from my house). If I have an option I will NEVER use FedEx again.

Tracking showed the package was delivered, my wife went to grab it but couldn't find it in the driveway or the yard. So she decided she would check the neighbours. Then she found the package down by the street. What kind of idiots drop the package off right beside the road. Not even close to the house. Makes me wonder if they do this on purpose, drop it off and get one of their buddies to walk by and steal it? I don't know, seems suspicious that it was left by the road.

If I could give a negative I would. This shipping company is by far the worst we have ever dealt with. Seems like every overnight shipment is never there on time. Priority overnight is a bigger joke. Supposed to have a package to destination last Friday by 10:30am. It finally arrive Tuesday. Do we get a refund on the extra spent...maybe if you jump thru the ** hoops. Did another priority overnight yesterday. Yet again have a crew hung up due to FedEx being a hack company. Steer far away. Only seems like their prices are getting higher and unreliability lower. We will be using other means from here forward.

I generally do not even do business with an organization that utilized FedEx based on poor past experiences. However, I have one specific medication that requires refrigeration and next day delivery and they use FedEx. 80% of the time, the delivery is late, 50% of the time the delivery comes 1 to 2 days late and the very expensive medication is ruined and has to be reordered.
I stopped using FedEx years ago at my business because of high costs, delayed packages, damaged packages, and lost packages. They have never run well and seem to get worse every day. Customer service is poor to non existent. Unfortunately, no shipping company is that great and all very expensive, FedEx is by far the worst . Choose USPS, UPS, DHL, or pigeon courier for more reliable results.

Package was due for delivery 4 days ago. Multiple delays, and the time keeps getting pushed back. It requires a signature so I need to be home, but there’s absolutely no way of knowing when they’ll decide to show up. I’ve rushed home/stayed home multiple times because it’s supposedly on its way, but it still hasn’t showed. It’s something I need for work so I’m counting on it. Save yourself a hernia and use UPS.

I purchased a waterproof heated cat house for my cat during the cold weather. The temperature has been below freezing for days. I purchased this cat house on 1/19/2024. I have a Prime membership so I normally get fast shipping and adequate tracking information. There is absolutely no shipping information. A label was created on 1/19/2024, but no information after that. I called FedEx, but can not get a human to answer. My packages normally arrive by UPS or USPS, and I always get adequate tracking information. Fedex advised that I call the seller. Our most fundamental rights of a human being is notice. I do not know when or if my package will ever arrive. Disappointed.

Mind you-I'm in tech and do tech writing so to say their instructions are ridiculous is an understatement - as is getting a damn person on the phones. Shout-out to LJ @FedEx - get a different job my 'friend'. I stealthed my way to 'new accounts' to asked my question of LJ. LJ was outwardly annoyed I didn't follow protocol, and he got more terse the more questions I asked. Nice going FedEx. By these ratings, I'd say you're on a roll.

My delivery was due 4 days ago, there is no information. It only says that it's "delayed". Prime has been delivering this entire time. I'm also writing a complaint for Sam's Club, as this is the shipping service they use. The worst part is that it only shipped from 180 miles away, absolutely pathetic service. I would give them a 0 star if possible! They are the worst delivery service around! Twice now in a month's time they’ve lost part of an order. If you track it from the company it’s with Fedex. Also they don’t bring packages to house. They leave it at the end of our long driveway in rain or snow where I can’t even see that it’s been delivered and anyone could take it. Packages are usually banged up and boxes damaged when they get here. Ups and Amazon bring all packages to the house or at least to porch of our shop where they don’t sit in the weather. I would never choose fed ex to deliver my package if I have a choice!

Package was retuned due to FedEx saying couldn’t deliver and two door hangers left. No hangers were ever left. Called to go pick up and told we couldn’t. Said it will be returned. Called company we purchased from and while I’m on the phone the company called FedEx to have package held for me to pick up. When I called FedEx they said the company never called them. Next package left in middle of our driveway next to the road. Wasn’t even brought to our home. Good thing someone didn’t pull in. UPS will have our business from now on

This failed because of the driver. There was 10 people watching for the driver. The driver hardly slowed down, never got out of the truck. We tried flagging him down when we saw what was happening. This driver should be fired or at least reprimanded severely. I hate getting packages from Fedex. The drivers are the worst. When I called Fedex I was told the reason it was not attempted was because the driver had left my package at the office. The package required a signature so special arrangements were made for this. Now they tell me that they will try again Monday when no one will be around to sign. Our business needed the items on the promised day. Fedex is a failure. Can't understand why anyone would use them.

The statement says delivery Mon-Fri and a maximum of 3 attempts but they have came, delivered on Saturday at the most conspicuous time when I was out doing my laundry. I missed them by with 10 minutes and was given the final delivery notice. I was upset and needed to make call to readjust things. My critique was their delivery times they didn't honour and the failure to give notice to their clients a shipment was being delivered on the day. I don't like how FedEx treated the situation unlike Amazon which everything has been smooth for years.

Ordered something online on a Sunday, the next day I received a text stating I had a package on the way scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday arrives, no package then I get another text saying it will be delivered on Wednesday because of a local delay. I go online to track it and it's gone from Charlotte NC which is a hour from me to Memphis TN which is no way near me! I called and they said sorry for delay. The weather is bad in Tennessee, which I get but the package shouldn't have never been sent to Tennessee in the first place! I spoke with someone Thursday and she guaranteed it would arrive on Saturday even though it showing Fri for the delivery date. Well here it is Saturday and I got another text saying it will be delivered on Monday. Such a great inconvenience and poor customer service, what's the point of paying for express shipping if it's going to take them over a week to deliver it. I will NEVER use FedEx again for anything.

*ONE STAR TOO MUCH FOR FEDEX< BUT I COULDN'T FIND ZERO :( I shipped a package EXPRESS to QATAR however, FEDEX shipped my package to NEW ZELAND across the global fro QATAR, I have been struggling to get my package back; I was asked to provide my FEDEX account number because they have to charge me for shipping it back to me, !!! With all that it has been 2 weeks so far and no one took responsibility to get the shipping tag to ship it back to me. Not sure how they can claim to be amongst the most respected/reliable companies. They're ALWAYS LATE BY AT LEAST 3 DAYS AND STEAL PACKAGES (3 truck tires+ other packages that just never showed up), they can't even figure out what a REAL door is, but instead leave packages behind the house buried in the snow and even though they supposedly took a picture of where they placed it the company couldn't allow me to have that information for some reason so the packages were "hidden" for 4 days!
This has been going on for at least 3yrs and NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS MADE TO THEM (I'm far from the only 1 I know having these problems and complaining to no avail). They are THE WORST delivery company anyone could be stuck using!! Heck even eBay just got my package from across the country here a couple days early via email mail... We're on day 4 of a late package that was coming from maybe 1 State over AGAIN... RIDICULOUS.

For starters, I've had issues with FedEx for years. As most people know, FedEx is completely flaky and unreliable with their delivery dates and your package can be God-knows-where for weeks before they ever give you an update. So, when I ordered my textbooks through my school's website and then later received tracking information, I was extremely disappointed to see they were using FedEx. I just hoped I could count on them arriving within 2 weeks, since classes started the following week.
I expected the package to be late. You will save yourself a lot of disappointment if you just expect your FedEx package to be over a week late. So, it's been over a week and I'm sitting here waiting for $400 worth of textbooks to be delivered and FINALLY I get an email saying they've been delivered! I excitedly go open my front door and I don't see a package. I check my neighbor's door (I live in a duplex) and there's no package there either. I go back to the email and see the "delivery proof" picture and the picture shows my package lying on an unrecognizable, plain, black doormat that's clearly NOT my doormat.
It also says, "delivered to back door." Why on Earth would they deliver it to a back door? They would have had to drive all the way around, find the alley, then try to GUESS which house it is because there are no street numbers on our back doors... Which explains WHY they messed it up so badly, but the logic behind it just blows my mind. It's like everyone who works for FedEx just doesn't give a crap at all...
This is clearly a FedEx issue because you scroll down this page of reviews and they're literally all ONE STAR reviews. It's not just a handful of customers with bad experiences, it's EVERYONE. How is it that Amazon gets it right every day and FedEx just blows it so badly every day? I'm so beyond irritated, and I find it hard to believe FedEx is going to fix this problem for me. If I had any money or power, I would use it to TAKE DOWN FedEx for good because they cause people way more distress than people need. They really suck, BAD. Shippers and businesses need to stop using them as well. I'm really going to pay attention to what companies are using FedEx for shipping and avoid them at all costs. Maybe then and finally then will some change happen because FedEx either need to disappear off the face of the Earth or take notes from Amazon how you properly run a delivery service.

I had ordered a product from DX Engineering in the United States on January 14, 2024. I was told that it was to arrive on January 18, 2024. Federal Express, true to their word, made the delivery early on January 18, 2024. I found the following to be excellent: The packaging was in mint condition and was delivered to my back door of my home like I had specified. This is what I call excellent Service. Thank You, FedEX for the excellent, fast and professional service which You have provided. Your delivery driver deserves recognition for a job very well done.

Every time I have a shipment sent via FedEx that is over $100, it gets delayed and the customer service shows a different status than what is on their tracking on their website. I have had to open several incident cases with them. Interestingly they say they will call me or email me back once the case is created and then the next day the package miraculously shows up on my doorstep. They are the worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with. Why would anyone want to ship with them when they are never on time? Almost always my packages come damaged and look like they have been opened. Do Not Ship With FedEx!

Their driver left my package, a handcrafted table, on the first floor of my building, under the stairs, where it was stolen. I live on the THIRD floor, away from the street. If he had delivered it where it belonged, it would not have been stolen. He even provided proof of his own misdelivery by taking a picture of it under the stairs, 5 feet away from another apartment. BUT, FedEx denied my claim, saying that he delivered it to the correct address... Yes, you read that right. An almost $500 table that was stolen because the driver was too lazy to walk up two floors.
All 520 units in my complex shares the exact same address; the only thing that identifies where a package should be delivered is the UNIT number, but FedEx allows their drivers to take the lazy way out. I guess he could have left it under the stairs at any of the 21 buildings in the complex because they would consider it delivered to "the correct address". They stood behind the lazy driver. I had shipped more than 4000 packages via FedEx. Emphasis on HAD. I have already switched to UPS for my small business shipping. Don't trust a company that ignores the truth so that they can deny a legitimate claim. No integrity, no honesty, and no more of my packages will ever be trusted to FedEx.

I will be as polite as I can be. Spectrum sent me a new phone. I scheduled delivery for after 5 and paid an extra fee. No big deal. It was 5 Dollars. However they did not bring it after 5. They brought it at 1.45pm. Now I am talking to customer service to find out where to pick it up. They said it will be at Freeland Mi on Garfield Rd. OKay I elected to pick up there. Now they are saying I can't go pick it up. I have to have it redelivered. What a crock and they are not even based in the US. Horrible customer service. I asked for the facility they were holding it at so I could call them. Would not give number. It would breach FedEx protocols. WOW.

Constant expected delivery date but not delivered. Sometimes missed deliveries on scheduled delivery dates and sometimes status changed to delivery date is unavailable. Summary: if you want dependable delivery service, FedEx is it not it. They appear not to care about their customers.

I ordered my phone in December 30th. It’s still not here and I’ve been waiting. They keep calling to tell me a whole lot of nothing and telling me to wait, Somebody signed off for my phone and acted like it was theirs knowing it wasn’t. My phone was supposed to be here on the 3rd. They changed it to the 8th and then to the 11th and then it said it delivered and it didn’t then I called up to FedEx and they said my phone should be here on the 15th and it never came so now they are saying I have to wait until the 22nd-28th to get my phone which keeps getting sent back to the sender it says and keeps getting delayed. This is the worst warehouse to go through because they lie, they steal and etc. Do not order from Fedex, change your carrier immediately or your package will get stolen, broken, delayed or sent back to the shipper for an odd reason.

They failed to deliver on time, constantly delayed my package, and on top of that lost my package. It's absurd how this company fails at delivery. I also called and tried to just pick it up but they didn't allow it. Ultimately I'm disappointed and honestly strongly advise to not use FedEx as the company to mail anything. Go to a different company, save your time and money.

Delivery Driver left my package at my neighbor's house. Thankfully they were willing to bring it over to me. I felt bad since we live in the country and we both have long driveways. Mine is 150 ft long and theirs is approximately 75 ft long. A good distance for an elderly person to walk. FedEx doesn't even provide delivery notifications or proof they delivered like UPS does. From now on I won't order something if I know it's coming FedEx.

The company driver never came to my home, and I waited all day for the delivery 2 days in a row but he reported that there was nobody at home for delivery. When I asked them if they could add my delivery to the end of the schedule they said it would cause issues for other deliveries. But they never came to my home!! The company has been holding my order for 3 days now. This is a very important product that would affect my business. This is terrible!! They are the mafia of this industry. Please don't use their services!!

I've submitted two prior complaints to FedEx for similar infractions. The delivery drivers throw my items (heavy, light, small large) over the fence, instead of on the porch. They're the only company that does this. My last item was damaged as a result of the delivery driver throwing a propane tank over my fence and onto the concrete walkway.

Chewy order delivered to WRONG address 20 miles away. Replacement box is now 2 days late as well as a perishable delivery from Factor. FEDEX is very unreliable. I have called FedEx multiple times with no satisfaction, and my packages still have not been delivered.

This company is absolutely the worst company ever!!!! They lie about delivery attempts!!! The drivers are thieves and liars!!!! I have cameras around my home and no one attempted to deliver but they lied!!!! Run and do not use them.

Today, two (2) delivered parcels were left on the street. Maybe this makes it easier for the "porch pirates"? Glad I retrieved them before the snow plow passed by. Other recent deliveries have included shipping damage, extended delays, deliveries to incorrect addresses and no followup to expressed concerns and complaints. At one time this company was the "Gold standard" of delivery services. It is now the very worst example. I cringe every time I receive notification that a vendor has chosen FedEx to ship a purchase I've made. Absolutely no confidence it will arrive on time (ever?) or in usable condition.
