I live in Conroe, so I drive past TitleMax all the time. The rep laid out the process and at first, you think it’s going to be difficult. After they explained, it’s not difficult at all. You just have to stay on top of your payments. The rep articulated it very well for me. She made it where it was easy for me to understand and to say I can handle it. She sent numbers and I told her when it was too much and when I could work with it. She made me feel comfortable doing business with her and was very understanding of my situation. I tried to get a personal loan through TitleMax, but I wasn’t able to do it. I explained that I was in a bad spot and on disability, and she told me she understood and would see what she could do to help. She explained they offer title loans, and I told her I have a title. I explained my situation with the title, and she walked me through everything step by step. It was taken care of quickly, and I felt comfortable moving forward.

I have an old Toyota that's registered in Virginia and I live here in Houston now. I will have to transfer the title over to Houston. It was just a lot and that's just to see how much I could get. I was so discouraged at first, but the lady told me they do personal loans as well. They were very informative. I didn't even know that they did personal loans. I thought it was just titles.

A long time ago, I used to buy cars that needed a little work, fix them up, and then sell them. I realized I could use the car as collateral to get the money to fix it, pay the company back after the sale, and make money off it. I had used another title loan company at first, but it was a low-class place. I drove by TitleMax in West Ashley and I stopped in to let them know what I was doing. I didn't know if I could do that with a car that needed work but I didn't wanna be dishonest about it. The rep told me that that was fine as long as the car ran and that the condition was good. So, I continued to do that. I try to pay it back as fast as I can. But it is great to have relationships in places like that whenever you need them.

Initially, I filled out the information online. I had done two title loans prior. So, I put my driver's license on my application. We went through the whole process, and then I only had a copy of my ID. I didn't have my driver's license with me. The rep told me I had to come back the next day. We had to redo it all together because of that one thing. So, the next day, I went back, and the woman was even nicer than the woman before. We got along very well. She was very sweet, helpful and kind.

I previously had a loan before TitleMax and this is my third time with them. Initially, I noticed them around the area and decided to stop by. So far, I have gone to three different locations and each location was pleasant. They are very good with keeping communication and providing all the information that you need moving forward.

I had good communication and conversation with TitleMax. The application process was pretty effortless. I was in and out. The rep was really helpful and did everything she needed to. I'd recommend them. TitleMax is a good company to work with. Anything with a title loan, you just have to be careful because it draws daily interest. But it’s part of the game.

When I first walked in, the lady went above and Beyond to get me a loan. Get my title. My payment was 163... I had emergency surgery, and one month late and they were fast to repossessed my car. They didn't work with my situation. I suggest Lone Star Title Loan. They go Above and Beyond to work with people harsh times, and offer way more than Title Max.

There this lady named Leah **. She was so nice. Helped me with everything I needed super-fast. I totally recommend Mrs. Leah.

The process with TitleMax took about four hours, which was long, but it was alright. The representative was cool. TitleMax is a great company to use and go through.

The lending process at TitleMax was quick and simple. It didn’t take more than 20 minutes. It was an easy process. The rep I worked with was great. She was very patient. She was letting me know everything that she was doing on the computer and the process. She took her pictures. She opened the door, and she checked everything.

I had a good experience with TitleMax. We sat down, did some stuff on the computer. They checked and make sure I had a clear title on my truck. And that was it. They took pictures of my truck. It was professional. I borrowed 600 bucks. If I paid the whole thing off tomorrow, it will only cost me $770. If I only make the minimum monthly payment, I don't pay it off until I've paid almost $4,000.

Go and get TitleMax because it's an opportunity. If you need the money, you can get it. I had an excellent experience with them. I love the ability to get the money right away. The people who work there are good with customer service. They answered my questions. That moment was the perfect time that I needed the money, so TitleMax gave me the opportunity.

I had dealt with TitleMax, but I paid out my loan and went back to them. Someone called me, and I took out a personal loan. They were fair and understanding. I made my payments on time. TitleMax treated me with courtesy and respect, and I keep coming back to them. They are very fast. They helped me out financially good. I never had a problem with them, regardless of what everybody says. Don't believe what you hear. Go and experience it for yourself.

Overall it was just an okay experience since they were having issues with the Internet, what should have taken 30 minutes took an hour and a half and when I inquired about using the restroom I was informed they didn't have one for public use.

The lending process with TitleMax was quick and easy. Their representative was very professional. He helped me through the whole process. It was at the last minute. They were getting ready to close but he didn't rush me or try to push me out. It was 10 minutes before they closed. He was able to stay and still assist me and get it done before he left. It took 30 minutes. They did everything. Took pictures. And it was within 10 minutes after the picture was taken of the vehicle, they gave me a quote on what they would be able to allow me to take. It allowed me to take care of the situation I had at the last minute.

I had a great experience with TitleMax. My representative, Olga, was very kind, talkative, and most of all helpful. She walked me through the whole process from start to finish and without her help I wouldn’t have understood the whole title loan process. She is an asset to TitleMax. Thanks Olga!

TitleMax helped me out well. It was quick and good communication. I had to have proof of my job, my ID and my card where I wanted the money to go to. I liked the way the lady who I talked to conducted herself. You might not get what you want the first time, but you will get some money if you are going through a hard time.

TitleMax was 10 minutes away from my home. Their lending process is very easy, considering I've used them five times now. Their customer service is good. I enjoy them.

I use TitleMax because it's right there where I can see it. It's quite convenient. Their lending process was great. I only got $400 and they still called me, they texted me, let me know that I still can get up to 800 something dollars, but I'm not going to do that. I just started. So, I want to get this paid off first. My representative was great. She took her time. She was patient and showed me everything that I needed to sign. Some people rushed through stuff and think you're supposed to catch it, but she took her own time and showed me everything little at the time what it was going to be and how much everything was going to cost.

TitleMax seems more credible than these shady places. The loan process went wonderfully. The ladies behind the counter were awesome. It took us about 10 minutes to complete the process. I've been there before. She knew me by face. She made sure we were comfortable, and I really enjoyed talking to her. I've been using TitleMax off and on for a few years. They make it easy to borrow money and pay it back. They check in to see if you need anything when you're in between title bombs. Overall, it was a good experience.

It took around 15 minutes. I worked with a polite young lady. I would refer TitleMax. The experience was black and white. There were no tricks about it.

My experience with TitleMax was good. The worker was willing to work with me. The total process took a little less than an hour. Everything is good. Working with TitleMax helped me learn how to save. If you need it, they will help you as much as they can. If you don't have the full amount to pay, they give you an extension, which is good. You have to at least have 500 saved up just in case you don't make it because they're very accepting and understanding. Making the payments was easy. They sent me a text message. I clicked the link, and then it went to it. It showed me how much I can pay for the extension or if I can pay the full amount. I got it done in less than a minute.

This is my sixth title loan with TitleMax. They have been there by my side to assist if I needed extra resources to cover expenses. TitleMax is Awesome and I will recommend them to any friend or family.

I'll be with you in a minute.” I love the environment. They gave me the good vibe as, “I'm here to help any way I can.” I took out a personal loan, and everything got approved in about two seconds. It was fast.
