I've dealt with other title loan companies, and I didn't have a good experience with them. When I called TitleMax, I asked some key questions about how the process went and what was what, and they pretty much answered the questions that led to my decision to do business with them. The loan process was simple. I was impressed with the person that helped me out. She was very knowledgeable. She was very upfront and told me ways of being able to maximize it and being able to make it work for me. After they evaluated my vehicle, the process was very simple and quick. At the time, I needed the money that I needed to do some things that I was doing, and it came in handy right at the time that I needed it. It wasn't a lot of hassle. The process was very, very painless versus other places that I've used.

I live from Edinburgh, and TitleMax is in the middle of the town. I pass them all the time. They gave me a loan in exchange for my title. When I first walked in the door, I was greeted, and the place was clean, and there were not that many people but one of them told me right away that he would be with me and I didn't wait long. He did everything really quickly, and he was very courteous. They helped me out. We did some stuff through my phone since it was easy.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with TitleMax. The whole title pawn thing gets a bad rep for most people because they don't know how to pay their bills. But going through it and experiencing it myself, I very quickly realized that TitleMax isn't there to try to get over on anybody; they're there to help people, and how everything was explained to me, it was a really great experience. The application process was good. I know what the car is worth, but most of the time, in situations like that, during a pawn situation, they want to give you a value that's way under what your car's worth, and they did not do that. The number they came up with was pretty close to the number that I know the car is worth. The lady who took care of me was a great people person. She explained everything. She made sure I understood stuff. She didn't just blurt it out and then be like, "Okay. He'll figure it out." She took the time to explain everything and let me know all the different options.

If you're in need and you need help, TitleMax is the right people to go to. They work with you. With any other company, if you’re late on your payments, they come and get your car. So, I recommend them. They were very professional, nice and fast-paced, and they got the job done. However, I should have asked more questions about the payment because I thought it was $17 a week, and now it jumped all the way to 500. That's why I'm behind because I was school shopping, I've been paying my bills, and I thought I would be able to do the $17 a week. I told the rep, “It's 500 for me to renew it. I can't afford that right now.”

The lending process with TitleMax was short and sweet. Their customer service stood out to me. Their rep explained everything and made it easy to understand. The application took a little longer only because I messed up on my end. She just told me that I was approved and I got a text message, too. So it made it short and sweet. Her personality was top tier. She was funny and great and she explained everything down to the T. I understood everything. I applied for a title loan, and they required the title and then my ID. I had the title on my phone. She was great with that. Normally, when I get a loan from somewhere, I don't understand it. TitleMax helped me understand what I was getting. The rep also helped me understand the interest process and to get it refinanced if I wanted to just in case I get in a bind. Overall, I enjoyed the experience because it didn't take too long and that's what I didn't want to happen.

Juan was the first one to help me. He made everything easy. I'm not sure the second person's name was but she was great. Made everything easy. I would recommend, if you are wanting a good place to get a title, note or a personal loan. Yes, it just may be high, but they are very helpful. You don't get penalized for paying the loans off. Early and they are very, very friendly.

My experience with TitleMax was good. They explained everything. The lending process went smoothly and easily. It took 35 minutes to complete. The rep I worked with was nice as well. TitleMax is a good way to get a loan.

I was referred to Titlemax by a friend, and I used to hear the infomercials on the radio. It was convenient and very close to my home, so it made more sense to go with them. The lending process was simple and it took about 45 minutes. Overall, I would try it again. I would definitely rate my Titlemax experience 5 stars.

You'll walk away with some cash on the same day. I walked out of TitleMax with $300 for a 2016 Chevy. The rep said he would put in some numbers, and they would come back, and they could go up throughout the day. But right now, he can offer me 350. I was in a tight spot with my kids, so I did it. It took 20 minutes. The rep said he was the general manager. He was good. I got along with him. We can talk.

This Title Max has the best customer service. Miss Charlotte is so personable. She really cares about her customers. It's not just a job. She takes it personal. TitleMax in Calhoun Georgia lied to me and refuses to pay me my 50.00 refer all fee. The loan also took an extra half day to close because no one would honor their process and I had to return to the store several times missing work in order to finally get my funds.

Let me tell you, these reviews are probably written by the merchant themselves, because they do not leave a trail of happy customers, as this review site appears. Let me tell you what these reviews are not. They have a dark secret about how they operate. You are most likely going to lose your vehicle to them. So be it understood that the outcome is not in your favor. They have it shown as though your loan comes from a third party, another company that gives you a great interest rate of like 7%. But then they show themselves as the loan manager.

I saw TitleMax on Facebook, and I also know a friend who lives in Cobb County in Marietta who told me about it. I went online and looked at some of the reviews, which made me decide to go with them. The lady was sweet, funny, and personable, which made the lending process better. She understood our situation and was very informative about the information pertaining to the loan. She also let me know that we were able to get more than what we asked for. The whole process took less than 50 minutes, from in to out. As soon as I gave her the debit card, the money was put on it within less than 10 minutes. The experience helped us with our high electric bill and utilities. It was a nice experience with TitleMax. The ladies in the office were very friendly, personable, and seemed to care about their customers.
