I had a major repair bill that I had to follow up for my vehicle. TitleMax's approach is their approach to want money paid back within a 30-day time frame. It's straightforward. If you don't have the resources, don't do it.

My sister suggested TitleMax. I didn't even know it existed or the opportunity was there, and it's only like a mile away from my house, so it seemed very convenient. Going through their lending process was great. I really liked and enjoyed the representative. She was very professional, helpful, explained everything, and considerate of my needs. It was exceptional. I was required to bring in my identification and proof of ownership to get the loan taken care of. Then they answered my questions and took me through the process step by step. You're in good hands with TitleMax.

I drove by TitleMax and became familiar with them. When I used them their service, their process was easy. The representative who helped me was very good and helpful. I was happy with the experience overall and I have no complaints. They get 5 stars from me.

TitleMax is a good company and they looked out for me. I have gotten two loans with them and they were decent. The one I got on my truck, I worked with a lovely young lady and we had a good conversation. Then for the other loan, the rep I had was professional. Their loan process wasn't long, though I could’ve gotten more money for my truck. I've been offered 10,000 for my truck two months ago and I should have taken that. TitleMax gave me 1,200, but I needed the money right then and here, so I couldn't complain about it. Besides that, everybody at TitleMax was professional, nice, and sweet.

TitleMax helped me greatly. I have been with them before, and the experience was great. I couldn't apply for a loan online, so I went into the store. It took a bit longer, but it was okay. It took us 45 minutes because we had a problem in the beginning. When the rep was taking the pictures of the car, my driver's side window was down a little and wouldn't go through. We couldn't figure out why the pictures were not going through. Other than that, it went smoothly. The reps were friendly and explained everything where I could understand it easily. They treated me as a person and not just some random person off the side of the road. I liked the experience. I got my finances back in order. Try them because the application is easy.

In most lending places I go to, people are normally rude. But at TitleMax, they were very welcoming. Everybody was so nice, polite, and helpful. When I first walked in, one person asked me if I needed help and everybody that was there greeted me. As I applied for a title loan, I provided my car, title, and driver's license. Then, they did everything for me at the location. It was a great experience and I would recommend them. Their rates were decent, too. I needed it, so I just had to do what I had to do at the moment. But they don't overcharge you like most places.

TitleMax was awesome. Their rep made it easy. She was very thorough and upfront with everything. She was eager to help me and was the nicest person. Everything was perfect, other than the high interest rate that I got on the loan. I have to pay three times of what I borrowed. But I was desperate. I went in, did the application, and it didn't take long. Maybe 20 minutes at the most. I had to bring my check stubs and bank statement, showing proof that I have an actual job. As soon as I got my paperwork done, I had my money in my account within minutes.

If I could I would give 10/10 to Anna. She helped me so quickly. Walked me through everything and got me the help I was looking for plus more. I truly appreciate it Anna.

TitleMax is a good place to get a loan from. My neighbor told me about them. The lending process was quick and easy. I went in person. It took a good 30 to 45 minutes. Everything was smooth and fine.

I saw TitleMax online, then I went into the store. I previously had a loan with them many years ago, too. So, I was familiar with them. For my recent loan, the girl who assisted me was new, but she acted like she'd been there for years. So, she really did a good job. It was a nice, clean place, and they were very friendly at that location. If any of my friends needed a loan, I'd encourage them to go there.

My experience was superior. Tracy told me what to bring in, it took less than 45 minutes. This was my first time, everything was explained thoroughly. I highly recommend this business.

I was looking for loan services and I found TitleMax through Google. They approved me for the loan and the application process was very easy. The agent that helped me out explained everything and made it very easy to understand. I'm not that smart, and she explained it to where I could understand. The whole thing was done in 30 minutes and she was very helpful. She was the manager there.

I went in last Saturday. I had an appointment at noon and I am disabled. I have stage three kidney failure. I have extreme lymphedema and COPD. I do take a very strong diuretic and while I was there talking to Carolina, who is the person I had my appt with. I needed to use the restroom and she said they didn’t have public restrooms and she was not about to let me use the restroom even though it was just me her another person that worked there She told me that I could walk to AutoZone or across the street to H-E-B. I normally use a walker or a wheelchair, but since I was able to drive right up to the store that short of distance I was able to walk. I told her if I had to leave because of this that I wasn’t coming back and I had to leave because I couldn’t stand it anymore and I never went back.

TitleMax provided money that I desperately needed at the time. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. Their location is the reason I chose them. Also, the lending process was quick and easy. It took 45 minutes. I was pleased with the gentleman that I worked with. He was top-notch. I liked his level of professionalism and his knowledge concerning TitleMax. He was thorough in explaining everything and was friendly without being pushy.

I'd pay to do business with TitleMax. They were very professional and very detailed. I worked with Quita and she was at the location on Park. They walked me through how everything would go with the upcoming payments. Their lending process was smooth and took about a hour. The customer service was great and the annual percentage rate was pretty reasonable.

The application process with TitleMax was good and easy but the customer service can provide better communication. I still haven't got my title back and it’s been a while that I’ve paid the loan off.
