I applied for a title loan from TitleMax and my experience was good. I'd give them 5 stars. They were very nice and very helpful. Everything took less than a hour.

My first visit was a appointment that I made online. When I walked in the store the clerk never acknowledged me. He was busy however he could have greeted me. I left after about 10 minutes. I went back a couple of days later and the same clerk was there working no other customers were there. So I got immediate attention. His customer service was ok. His knowledge of the process was sufficient. I was very disappointed and distracted by his tongue ring. I felt it was unprofessional and inappropriate for a work environment.

Everybody at TitleMax was very pleasant. I’ve never done a title loan before and they showed me what to do and how to do it. They walked me through the whole process. It took a little while since they had some other people there too, but it wasn’t too bad. One lady was working with me and one was working with somebody else. But in between people coming in and asking questions, they tried to answer. The rates are good because I needed the loan right then. I kept it not even a whole month, and I paid $100, which was fair. And I’ll most definitely use TitleMax again.

I am very ecstatic to have went into the facility today. I was treated very politely by Mrs **! She handled my claim with high regards to my needs. I really appreciate her. I will definitely return and give reference.

Shan and Keila delivered excellent customer service. The two of them worked well together as a team to help make for a quick and smooth process. I just knew about TitleMax and it was the first one I thought of. The lending process wasn’t bad at all and took less than an hour. The rep was nice, informative and helpful. If people need to use TitleMax, they should go for it.

Was told after completing process that the first payment wasn't due until August! Today I received message stating payment was due 21 July! July is NOT August.

I did the application with TitleMax online. I filled out my information, and I just waited some time, and then they just came back, and they said I was approved. The rep who helped me was great.

I pass by TitleMax all the time when I’m riding, which is how I found out about them. Then, when I went online, they were referred to me. So, I went back in there again. I got a personal loan and the lending process went great. The rep asked me about the credentials that I needed and I presented those. Everything went quickly. It took about 30 minutes. They let you know about your loan and how much it is. They are professional, very friendly people and someone that I would recommend to someone else. The rate is high, though. But if you're interested in the loan and you’re desperate, you will go with the rate.

I had a wonderful experience with a Rep named Toni at the Olive Branch, MS location. She was very understanding and went above and beyond to make me happy in proceeding with a Title Loan. She explained everything very well. Toni also had a charming sense of humor. My transaction went well and she made sure that any concerns I had was a phone call away. Thanks Toni! I'd dealt with TitleMax at another store and this time, I went to a different store of theirs. The experience was about the same - it was good. They didn't try to pressure me into anything and gave me more than what I wanted. The rate is a little high, but it's to be expected.

I had had a loan from Title Max. 2 years ago I couldn't keep going with refinance & wrote a letter to please take my car. This was in December. They waited till April the following year then took my car at night along with things I had just bought securing them by locking my car. The following morning I asked them to retrieve my belongings as it was illegal for them to keep them. Their text reply was to come in & 'talk'. No thanks. They stole my things & I'm supposed to retrieve them. Two years later (as of now) they still have my belongings.

Lucy was amazing from beginning to the end. She has a very friendly personality that makes it feel like you have known each other for years. I highly recommend going in to see her for your financial needs.

The whole process went pretty well. It was pretty smooth. It took no longer than 30 minutes. I was impressed with how smooth the process was with the computer and the application. It was pretty fast and quick. TitleMax helped me tremendously. Because of TitleMax, I still have my house and I'm able to keep on working and keep living. They have pretty good customer service.

Absolutely horrible! I wish I didn’t even have to get alone in the first place but I definitely wish I didn’t have to come here. They make it so inconvenient to pay them. The website never is working properly to make a payment when I got a new card because my other card was hacked. The system wouldn’t even accept my card so then they telling me I have to come to the location to show them my card. By the way I wasn’t even by my location. I was in another area of Texas had to go to a location there, but I couldn’t pay them there because it wasn’t my location. Went to give them my new car. Their system wouldn’t accept my new card so I couldn’t make a payment so now I’m gonna have to travel all the way back to where I’m from to pay in person with my new card because don’t be a day late. They’ll send the repo to take your car. They don’t have a grace period if you’re late they have every right to come and get your car right after midnight.

Service was good. Was treated like family at the flappy store. They took really good care of me. Thanks again for all the help 🙂 and I like the timely and prompt service and I'm going to refer my family and friends to the store.

The process at TitleMax wasn't difficult at all. The employees there walked me through it. They thoroughly explained everything. It was very good. They did very well. It started pouring down rain, and they had to go back out there.

The funds were then loaded onto my account. It’s convenient, and I don’t mind using TitleMax. I would recommend the loan service to friends and family. If someone needs a loan, they can check out TitleMax, bring their vehicle title and ID, and provide references.
