I have had good experiences with TitleMax each time I got a title loan. They are fast and always very helpful and willing to help me!! I recommend TitleMax if you need to get a title loan, I only recommend this as a last resort due to the high interest and you don't want to lose your vehicle if you can't repay so be sure you can pay the loan off quickly!

The rep that I worked with was the best. He was very nice and helpful. He explained everything specifically. TitleMax was great for something emergency and what I needed. But when I asked to pay my bill over here, they asked too many questions. I needed help, but they couldn’t do it.

I went online, and TitleMax was the quickest, and they came to me first. I gave them my name, address, make and model of the car, mileage, and the VIN number to make sure everything was good. When I got there, they looked it up, checked everything, looked over the car, and the process went by smoothly to me. I needed a little bit more. But what I got helped me as much as they could. Other than that, it was a good service. They were nice ladies.

The application process was fairly simple. The reps explained it thoroughly. It was nice.

I was able to pay up all my bills. So, now I'm in good standing. I was able to come in and make my truck payment, too. TitleMax is the best place to go because it's quick and professional. You get your money within an hour, and you cannot beat the rates.

My experience with TitleMax has been wonderful. I've had four loans with them and was fine with it. Paid them off and decided to get another loan to clear up some debts. Their reps were awesome. Miss Rita was the perfect lady to talk to. She made it really nice and simple. She made it very comfortable for me to make up my mind to do that. So, I went ahead and got a loan. It was an awesome experience. I will use them again if I need to.

TitleMax treated me right. The rep that I worked with likes to talk to people. Her name is April and she loves meeting with the customer. She is good. TitleMax needs more of them people. The process didn't take that long. It only took an hour and a half. TitleMax helped me get the tag on my van.

They don't even wait till the first due date to start their loan scams. I borrowed $150 in April 2026, and in about 3 weeks, I got a bill for $15.34 for a loan renewal. Never heard of such a thing so I called them. The first girl could not explain it, so she transferred me to another who could not explain it either. I said I could not pay it till the 15th and asked if my car would be repossessed, and she laughed. I screamed, "I do not think it's funny" and I hung up on the **!!! These are loan sharks folks! They do not explain their fees and have children doing the loans. Now I'm in arrears already, not a month in!!! They have really upset me! Steer clear of TitleMax! Sham and scam loan sharks!!!!

When I borrowed the money from TitleMax, I went to the initial store and the rep who assisted me was very professional. She told me it would take a couple of minutes to get the thing done and I walked over next door. By the time I got back, she had the paperwork there for me to sign. So, I was in and out very promptly. Then, I went back when I thought the loan was due and talked with another representative. She was the manager and she was very professional, too. She told me that the loan wasn't due yet and she told when it was due. But I went ahead and made a payment anyway. Also, I wanted to get more money than they would actually loan, but I know the truck is very old and I understand that the policy comes from higher-ups. Other than that, the service that I got in that store was impeccable. Every time I've been in, it has only been the two girls and they're jammed up. But they're good at what they do.

It was faster and easier to get through the whole process with TitleMax. I got in there and not even an hour later, we were out and on our way. It only took between 30 and 45 minutes for the whole process to be done. The reps were very knowledgeable. They knew what they were talking about and what they were doing that's why the experience went so fast. It was all very good experience. Considering of what I was trying to get for a loan, the price was very good as well. I got to go online this Friday and see about paying on the interest of it to where I can get a little more of an extension if I need to.

I walked into TitleMax. I wanted to try it out. I didn't know how well or convenient it would be. The lending process turned out to be easy and it didn't take long. Also, great customer service. The rep was friendly, well-spoken and professional.

The rep was nice and really knowledgeable about everything and how everything worked. It made it a lot easier on me, so I could just get out there, get what I needed, and then get out the door, which is really nice. She caught something almost towards the end. I was happy that she caught it, and I got what I needed, even though it was something different. So everything still worked out. She knew the rules. The whole process took about 45 minutes. It was really easy to do. I was very satisfied. By getting that loan, I paid everything that I needed, that I owed a bunch of bills, and I got them paid off in time. Now I have just a lone payment.

I was asked to do a review before I was finished being served. In the beginning the ladies was pleasant and I'd give 5 stars. Terrible mistake. The young lady had to submit my application two or three times because of errors. Each submission took a long time. She became rude, calling her mom about something going on outside. After finally getting an approval that I rejected because the payments was too much. She said she was calling someone about lowering my payments but she said the call was dropping because who she was calling was driving. This lasted at least 15 - 20 minutes. So I just told her to give me a call to let me know what was worked out. Neither of the ladies was polite as I was leaving and one was being trained. So I called back and left a message letting them know I didn't want the loan. I asked for a return call to verify they received my message and no one has called. This was yesterday on Garners Ferry Rd.

TitleMax was very easy to deal with. They were recommended by a friend of mine, Freddie, who said that I could go with TitleMax and get anything I want. I went to the location on Bullsburg Drive at Newnan and the application process was simple. Everything was fine and I wasn't in the store 10 minutes. They know me anyway and it worked out great. I had to have the title and my driver's license. Then they took the title and gave me a receipt. They also checked the vehicle. They walked around it and they took pictures. I stayed inside because I had hip surgery and I'm not good walking. They checked the mileage, too. Then, the other day, they called and said I had a choice of having a document mailed to me or to them and they recommended let it be mailed to them because, that way, they could track it if something happened and I agreed with them. The rep who assisted me was extra nice, friendly, and helpful.

Do NOT do business with TitleMax! Absolute SCUM of the earth! The NY Mobsters are more gracious in working with Customers. I requested to go to cash only payments and told them to remove my debit card from their system. They force payment after a few days late without any warning. I’ve cancelled debit cards and they still find a way to force e the payment. Today I’m unable to pickup prescription meds and pay my electric bill due to them forcing payment for a few days late. Go to TN Quick Cash. They care about their Clients and work with them.

Initially, I filled out the information online. I had done two title loans prior. So, I put my driver's license on my application. We went through the whole process, and then I only had a copy of my ID. I didn't have my driver's license with me. The rep told me I had to come back the next day. We had to redo it all together because of that one thing. So, the next day, I went back, and the woman was even nicer than the woman before. We got along very well. She was very sweet, helpful and kind.

I've used Titlemax for many years. I've always paid them back in a timely manner without any issues. The last time I used Titlemax with an exorbitant rate of over 140% was less than a year ago. This time it's over 200%!! Talk about being a greedy company! I'm disappointed on how they've increased the predatory business model. Instead of rewarding a perfect customer with discounted rates they raise them. The person that helped me was very professional and easy to work with. It's a shame that your representative far outshines your company.

I drove past TitleMax multiple times in my life and they are the only title company that I know anything about. Applying with them was really easy and self-informative. My rep was named Kiki and she was awesome. She knew that I was very new to pawning a title, so she gave me step by step of everything. She was very helpful. I showed them my ID and proof of address. I used the power bill that I was able to pull up on my phone. Then Kiki took pictures of the vehicle from all around it, front, sides, and back, just to get a picture of the body of it. She got the mileage on it as well. Everything was good. They came through for something that I really needed to take care of and the payments were very easy to deal with. I had to pawn the title on the truck because there were a lot of different little things that needed to be fixed on it and the loan helped me out. If a friend is thinking about getting a loan with TitleMax, I'd tell them to go for it.

I got a loan from TitleMax that I paid back in full after a month instead of six months. Then I asked them for another loan with a bigger amount but they wouldn't do it. I needed more, but they gave me the same. If you get a loan and you pay it off, they should loan you more because they see you pay it off, but TitleMax will not do that.

I have been trying to get a loan since yesterday morning and I have to admit that I wish I would have just come here first, so I could have eliminated the other 5 sites that now have a bunch of my personal information and who knows how much of it is not already on the dark web. That's the kind of stuff that I can do without because I am sure that I have never heard of any of the prior companies that screened me and my information. I have not been able to bring my credit score back to where it was since I got my house 16 years ago, because of the things that are going on with society and the people who will not give a disabled USAF Veteran a chance to get a chance at a second chance at life. I'm hopeful that you can help me with a loan to take care of a serious problem that I have been dealing with.
