The customer service team a TitleMax were some of the nicest guys. It's nice to see, especially young guys, to be respectful and not to make you feel bad. They went beyond, and they were so helpful. Us old people don't know too much about technology, and they helped too. They explained everything to me. In fact, I dealt with TitleMax in the past. It's always been a decent company.

I got a loan from TitleMax. They took my title. They people in the location that I went to asked me questions and I asked them questions, and they were really nice. They told me all about it. The process didn't take that long. It took at least about an hour. The rate and terms were good as far as what they told me. I'm glad that I went in there, and I'm glad that I borrowed from them.

Everyone was so friendly and was right down to business. Explained everything, didn't make me feel stupid. They went up & beyond to help us. Great people.The woman explained the due dates and how we could pick the right one for our loan and our budget.

I went by the TitleMax store and applied for a loan. It took about an hour and the rep was friendly. I was approved, and I received the cash. TitleMax got me out of a temporary bind. If you're in a bind and you need some extra emergency cash, TitleMax is a good place to go to.

I needed money and decided to get a title loan from TitleMax. It took about five minutes and the reps were good. I didn’t like the interest rate because it was high, but I got to do what I got to do at that time. I paid it off and got out of it, and that’s what I’m gonna do again. That way, I won't owe them more. I’d just get my truck title back. They said I had to pay for the title transfer for the loan and that's not fair. But it comes out of the money they loan to me. They gotta make money somehow or another. They have their rules and I go by them, and that’s just the way it is. They're making money, so they know what they're doing. If you don’t like the rules, just slide out of the way.

TitleMax’s customer service was great. They were ready to serve me, and they helped me immediately. They were very nice. I got a title loan. I brought my title with me, and they did the rest. It went great. It took them 45 minutes to an hour to get everything done. I thought it would be faster. But it was fine. The interest was somewhere around 28, which seems pretty high. But it is what it is, and I had to do what I had to do. And I'm hoping to get it paid off before I have to pay a bunch of interest.

Her personality was top tier. She was funny and great and she explained everything down to the T. I understood everything. I applied for a title loan, and they required the title and then my ID. I had the title on my phone. She was great with that. Normally, when I get a loan from somewhere, I don't understand it. TitleMax helped me understand what I was getting. The rep also helped me understand the interest process and to get it refinanced if I wanted to just in case I get in a bind. Overall, I enjoyed the experience because it didn't take too long and that's what I didn't want to happen.

Also, I like the part where when you have to give them your information, they can do it on your phone rather than you have to get paperwork and bring it back. So it's very convenient.

You're not use this company. They are the same as Speedy Cash. They do not want to divulge this information. I got a title loan. Paid off the title loan in the amount that was due and I still after 6 months do not have my title. They're not transparent and very rude and when you have an issue they give you the runaround to different departments.

When we went there for help, what a helpful ladies. Laura and Elizabeth help us when we need the most. I will recommend them to my family and friends when they need a loan.

When I first walked in, the lady went above and Beyond to get me a loan. Get my title. My payment was 163... I had emergency surgery, and one month late and they were fast to repossessed my car. They didn't work with my situation. I suggest Lone Star Title Loan. They go Above and Beyond to work with people harsh times, and offer way more than Title Max.

I had a good experience with TitleMax. We sat down, did some stuff on the computer. They checked and make sure I had a clear title on my truck. And that was it. They took pictures of my truck. It was professional. I borrowed 600 bucks. If I paid the whole thing off tomorrow, it will only cost me $770. If I only make the minimum monthly payment, I don't pay it off until I've paid almost $4,000.
