I needed a loan and I applied for a title loan from TitleMax. I went into a location, and the process took about 45 minutes.

I have had several title loans with TitleMax, and they have consistently been willing to help when I need cash in a short time frame. I especially appreciate their online application, which allows you to complete most of the process conveniently from home. Their staff has always been kind and professional, making the experience smooth and straightforward. Overall, it’s been an easy and reliable option when I’ve needed quick access to funds. I have used their referral process which gives me and my referral money. Thank you.

I've used Titlemax for many years. I've always paid them back in a timely manner without any issues. The last time I used Titlemax with an exorbitant rate of over 140% was less than a year ago. This time it's over 200%!! Talk about being a greedy company! I'm disappointed on how they've increased the predatory business model. Instead of rewarding a perfect customer with discounted rates they raise them. The person that helped me was very professional and easy to work with. It's a shame that your representative far outshines your company.

I drove past TitleMax multiple times in my life and they are the only title company that I know anything about. Applying with them was really easy and self-informative. My rep was named Kiki and she was awesome. She knew that I was very new to pawning a title, so she gave me step by step of everything. She was very helpful. I showed them my ID and proof of address. I used the power bill that I was able to pull up on my phone. Then Kiki took pictures of the vehicle from all around it, front, sides, and back, just to get a picture of the body of it. She got the mileage on it as well. Everything was good. They came through for something that I really needed to take care of and the payments were very easy to deal with. I had to pawn the title on the truck because there were a lot of different little things that needed to be fixed on it and the loan helped me out. If a friend is thinking about getting a loan with TitleMax, I'd tell them to go for it.

I have been trying to get a loan since yesterday morning and I have to admit that I wish I would have just come here first, so I could have eliminated the other 5 sites that now have a bunch of my personal information and who knows how much of it is not already on the dark web. That's the kind of stuff that I can do without because I am sure that I have never heard of any of the prior companies that screened me and my information. I have not been able to bring my credit score back to where it was since I got my house 16 years ago, because of the things that are going on with society and the people who will not give a disabled USAF Veteran a chance to get a chance at a second chance at life. I'm hopeful that you can help me with a loan to take care of a serious problem that I have been dealing with. TitleMax has a good lending process and I was able to pay off my loan with them within two months. I did a motorcycle pawn and brought in my check stubs during the application. It took 30 minutes.

They're good people. They treat me well. The interest rates are high, but they give you good service.

If I could give them a minus 100 I would. I don’t know what kind of business is being run here. Today myself, daughter, and two kids were left stranded 3 hours from home at a Whataburger today! I never heard from Titlemax, no letters, phone calls, nothing. The car was licensed in Texas, this happened in Pueblo Colorado. For your own protection, DO NOT USE TITLEMAX EVER!!!

The ladies at TitleMax are great. They’re always really friendly. They were very helpful when it came to the computer part, and very patient with me having to pull up all my banking information. I'm set up for direct deposit and an auto-draft on my payment. So they'll call to remind me. They don’t just call and call. They just call me once to remind me, and then the day of, I'll tell them, “Okay. The check's been deposited," and they'll take my payment. It's been a great experience. I'd recommend them.

TitleMax is a good service to use when you need some money.

The company makes it difficult to pay online cause they want to collect late fees and make you go in person, it is always broken or glitching and not even loading!! They want people to get frustrated with the process and give up, not everyone can just go to the physical location to make the payment every time

I always drove by TitleMax in town and when I needed money, I went online and submitted an application. It didn’t go through, so I had to go into the store. It wasn’t horrible, but I probably wouldn’t use the online process again right now. The rep in the store was okay. She wasn’t bad. People in sales are always slightly pushy but she was super kind and friendly.
