Everything went perfect. My agent was perfect. They were patient with me and trying to get me to get more money even though I didn't want more money. So, they were doing their job. For what I got, the rate was all right. But it's best to pay it off quick because you can end up having to pay back four times more if you're not careful.

Really easy and pleasant experience. Process was quick and painless… The entire process was made simple and painless by the representative. Very detailed outline of my loan and the payment expectations! Overall, a great, simple process… I was in and out within an hour… The referral process was explained in detail and how to reap those rewards!

The general manager was extremely helpful & kind. She went out of her way to make sure I understood how the payments & everything worked. She was also willing to answer any questions that I may have & told me if I had any after I left, not to hesitate to call her.

The gentleman who tended to me was very knowledgeable. It's nice to go somewhere and be treated like somebody who knows some of what's going on, but at the same time, take the time to go through it because that's their job. It was a very good experience. I had a friend who went to TitleMax and he told me about them. I did a title loan, and there were no issues at all, which was very good. I brought my identification and the title of my vehicle. They took some pictures outside and inside of the vehicle, and they checked the title. The rep was very polite and she treated me well. I'm still having financial difficulty and it's great when I can go somewhere and loan some money to get things right in my life and then pay it afterwards. I'd tell people to just go to TitleMax. It will be quick and they can work with them and they explain the process. There's no hidden information. Everything is on the table.

Hurricane Helena came through and right after the storm, my dogs were out playing and chasing a squirrel and one got a stick stuck in her eye. So, I had to take her to the vet and the specialist. I'm not one for taking out loans because I don't like owing people. But if someone asked me and they needed help, I would suggest TitleMax to them. It’s not something I would do all the time. It's just something I had to do.

TitleMax has good people. I liked all three of their reps. The process took about 30 minutes. They did well in most of it. I just brought my pickup truck, my title and a check of how much I made a month. One of the reps checked everything and got the miles off of it. She took pictures of it. Going with TitleMax helped me pay adding a bedroom with a bathroom and remodeling a bathroom.

She was very nice, respectful, and helpful. Once I came in, she had to get the approval, and it took about 30 minutes there, then she added the funds right on to my Cash App card. It was quick. If someone needed to do something like this, I would tell them to go to TitleMax. It relieves a lot of stress and it was easy and very helpful.

The lending process was easy. I needed the cash right then and there and I got it in the same day even though the application took a little longer because I had to wait for TitleMax to get back to me. The interest rate is high, but that's what goes with this type of thing, although mine was not as high as others. Plus, when I came in, I said what I needed and they kept on trying to push me and sell more. If someone's not financially conscious and aware, they can fall for a trap like that, to take more than what they need. They make it sound good. I was smart enough to take what I only needed and what I knew I could pay back in the time frame. Other than that, the loan I got solved my issue and the online tool is good.
