I had a great experience with TitleMax. The lending process went well. They provided a speedy and great service. It was really fast. It took only 25 minutes at the most. The rep explained everything to me. I was a returning customer, so we just talked about it. I will recommend them.

I shopped around online and ended up calling TitleMax. Their application process didn't take long and it was easy. The rep I talked to was very nice and the customer service I received was excellent.

The process with TitleMax took about 30 minutes to an hour. Everything was all right. However, a lot of things could have been improved, like the money could have been a lot better.

I went to a TitleMax location to apply for a title loan and it was good. They recorded the mileage, looked over the vehicle, and submitted it somewhere. They got me through easily. That's why I went back. Make sure you’re gonna pay this thing back because the interest rate is high. You got to bring a certain amount and make sure you pay it back when you can.

My experience with TitleMax was phenomenal. I have absolutely no complaints. They were the closest to me. I did a title pawn, and it was very straightforward and easy to do. The process was completed in about 45 minutes. My rep was very polite and very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure she could be able to help. I’d refer the company.

I've worked with TitleMax before and when I got behind big time with the payments, they came and got my truck. I talked to somebody else at TitleMax that was up in management and he knocked a significant portion of the payment off. So, I was able to get my truck back. A couple of weeks ago, I was in a crunch and I went out there again. I didn't think I was going to be able to get anything because of what happened before, but it seemed not to be a problem. The rep who helped me out was excellent. Her name was Asia and I was impressed with her overall demeanor. She was professional but personable. It was refreshing.

I like TitleMax because I could get quick money when I needed money. Their lending process has been fine, except for one time when I was a little bit disappointed. I've been a customer with them for a while and they sent me all these things so I could get $25,000. Most of the time, I borrow 10,000 to $11,000 and I pay it back within two months. I had an issue come up where I needed some quick money and I had just gotten a loan, and I told them that I was coming back in to do another one. We were trying to do a down payment if it didn't go through. But when I went back, they would only give me $4,000. I didn't take it because it wasn't what I needed. I was a little bit disappointed because, as long as I've been doing business with them, I never defaulted on loans and I always pay them back.

Back in 2018, I had used TitleMax. I was looking for a title loan at that time. Then, a couple of years ago, I did it again. My first experience with TitleMax was pretty decent. I had fallen behind on some payments, and they worked with me. I was comfortable going back to them. I got a title loan recently, and the process took only 30 minutes. They're always really friendly in the office that I go to. Something else that stands out, usually, after I pay my title loan, they'll reach out and let me know, "We're here if you need us." Also, one time, I hadn't picked up my title for a very long time. My loan was paid off, but they held my title. It was safe. I appreciated that. It was months later that I was like, "I gotta pick that up."

I read about Titlemax online, but everything online didn't end up going anywhere where it should. The website didn't lead me anywhere. I'm not sure why, but it seems like scammers are ghosting it so a lot of people don't realize what's a scam and what's not. By the time people start realizing that it might not be a scam, it doesn't go anywhere. They do that because that's what their job is, so people end up getting a bad taste in their mouth and then they put it off. I didn't know my experience with Titlemax was gonna turn out to be a positive thing until I had to pay fines at a local court in Pacific. Thanks to Titlemax's local offices and the company putting advertisement out and me seeing it, which is unusual, I realized there was a store in my local town. I thought it was an online-only thing. I didn't realize Titlemax had local stores until I accidentally came across the address when I searched and the Google thing came up in Maps.

I saw TitleMax's signs out over the city, TV commercials, and different places and I did a title loan with them years ago. This time, I applied for a loan again. The location was very convenient 'cause it wasn't that far from my house, about less than 10 minutes, and the people that worked there were very professional and friendly. When people walk in, they say, "Welcome to TitleMax." They provide service as best as they can and I really appreciate that.

I Googled a couple of title loan places. I decided to go to TitleMax. And the reason for me getting the title loan is because I am homeless with my two kids and we are in a hotel. So I needed money to keep staying in the hotel. The application process at TitleMax was good, fast and easy. It took only 15 to 20 minutes. The rep at the store was great. She was just very nice and sweet. She made sure to tell me all the details and all the information. It was my first time getting a title loan and TitleMax really helped me out in a situation I needed. I'm very pleased. Everything was great.

I went with TitleMax, and the total lending process didn't take long. It took 20 minutes. You just go in, complete a form and then they let you know if you can get the loan or not. It was a great experience with their rep. The person I spoke to was really great, informative, professional, and kind. I'd rate the person I spoke with a 100, but TitleMax overall, I wouldn't give them a good rating, because I wasn't aware that the payment would be due in a week or after I got the loan. And the interest rate is too high.

If people are in a financial emergency, TitleMax is a great place to look at.

I went to TitleMax years ago when I was in my early twenties. I had a white Dodge Neon, and I was able to borrow 200. I had a good experience back then. They didn't do me dirty back then. This time I had a newer car, a Toyota Prius, and income taxes are right around the corner. I thought to try them out again. When I went, there was one lady at the office, and she was multitasking. But she did great. She was very nice and helpful. She answered every question that I had. I left there with no doubts. The process took 15 minutes, the longest was waiting for the approval. But that wasn't even that long. They went over the amount. I was only asking for 1,000, but the lady offered 3,000. And we usually get the income tax of around 6,000. I said, why not? They also did better than the pawn shop. The pawn shop wanted to charge 26%. But they're at 16%.

I did a title loan with TitleMax because of the way I was explained by my sister, that it was an easy process and it was quick to get the loan, and that was accurate. Maria, the rep I dealt with, was good, but I didn't get the full information from her and I feel like I'm tied into something now that I wish I would have asked more questions. TitleMax had her on a conference call, so she couldn't answer too much stuff because she was trying to help me out plus do a conference call at the same time. I was helped, but before Maria could try to answer my question if I can pay the loan off in the next two or three months without having to pay for the next three or four years, the conference call that she had on the computer was also asking her a question at the same time.

I was thankful that they did what they did for me, but I wasn't able to get what I wanted, and I wasn't getting the breakdown of how or why they came up with that amount. I wish I could have gotten more and I feel the rates should have been a little better. Other than those, everything was good.

They took pictures of my vehicle and then they told me to pay the loan back within 30 days, or pay the interest to roll it over to the next month. If you don't have any other options for a loan and you need something in a pinch like that, TitleMax is a good backup or to keep in the back of your head and know that you could fall back on if the time comes that you need to do that.

It was ok. I felt like not the greatest feeling for getting my title loan. Felt like a number, especially since there was a meeting going on on 2 computers and my rep saying they were number 3 in growth in the area. Way to make a customer feel secure.

They went out and took pictures of my car, and the whole process took about 20 minutes. It was real nice. TitleMax helped me a lot. They let me have the money when I needed it, and anybody else wouldn't have done that.

And at the last minute, they gave me a call and said they were gonna take 300 out and that it was what I owed. I paid it, and I thought I was done. But I just went to a new TitleMax here in Baytown, and they took care of me. They explain everything in a way most places don’t. If you don’t understand something, they break it down clearly, and they’ll keep explaining it until you do understand. They made up for the first one I went to. The only reason why the process took me so long was that I was asking a lot of questions because of my first bad experience with TitleMax in Pasadena.

They gave me money and it helped me out. I don't care for the $3.11 a day interest rate, but I had to do what I had to do.

I went to the 7527 Riverdale location on February 11,2026... Upon walking in I was met with a warm welcome from Hareem. He was patient and explained the whole process of what he was doing in order for my title funds to fall through. What really impressed me was that Hareem took the time to accompany me to get a money gram in order to get my funds.. I lost my bankcard and so that was the next option. I really appreciated that.. I didn't want that type of money on me and it really meant a lot that he accompanied me...Gm in store was a sweetheart also... Great customer service from both.

The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful as well and I will refer a friend or family member. To let them know that the service is extremely helpful and the wait isn’t too long. The staff had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and she explained everything to me so that I could understand it better.. like I said earlier I would recommend others to come in if they need emergency funds to get by.

Title Max is a good place to get help. They've helped me so much, first with the title loan and then with the personal loan. I build my trust, I trust them, and so they are a good place to go to get help when you need help.

I wasn't thrilled with having to get a title loan, so I wound up going into the office with a crappy attitude. My truck needed repairs and I needed money to get it fixed. The credit union had already turned me down. The ladies there were very nice and walked me through the process. While moving through the steps to get the loan, the ladies' happy attitude rubbed off on me. In about a half hour, I had the money I needed for my truck! I WAS thrilled when I left Title Max.

I went to the location on college street in december. They did the application and offered me $298.00. Went back a month later. It had decreased because of other loans he stated. To $199.00. He told me if I paid it off cash it would increase. I was disappointed but understood the process.

Started off with a welcoming phone call from Armando. When I showed up, the first one I saw was Genesis and her smile and greet. Genesis helped me get through the whole process and even with the system glitches, she was smiling and making the process less stressful. Armando was helping her with the transaction since it was Genesis's first personal loan and he explained everything. All in all, this Horizon location would be highly recommended, very good vibe setting and great people working there. Big kudos to Genesis for how she helped me.

The process was smooth once I got to the store. The online appraisal picture taking wasnt the best. I couldn't get the title in focus due to the camera the site makes you use. Also I felt like I should've gotten a little more than I got, especially since I desperately needed it.
