The folks were super nice and amazing! They took the time to find the right loan and did what they could to help us catch up on bills. They were efficient and friendly throughout the time we were there. The process was easy. I would definitely choose Title Max again if needed.

I visited the 5th Street Store in Reno Nevada on 11-23-2025. The experience was amazing. Mayra was professional and courteous the whole time. She greeted each customer as though they were the most important person on the planet and that their needs were job one. Great employee and person. She deserves a raise or some kind of special recognition.

I was real hesitant on getting a title loan, but when I walked in I was running late, so it was like 5 o’clock when I got there. Rose was very nice to me and she assured me that she would work with me any way possible. We come into a little computer glitch and Rose handled it very professionally. She did not get upset. The woman at the TitleMax I use is fantastic. The girls here have always been friendly, helpful, and kind. This is the second time I've been forced to use TitleMax and it's always been worth it. I think anyone who is forced to take a loan out for their car is down in the dumps. The employees never add to your depressive state. I always feel a little bit better after I go there.

Titlemax is a good company. I always get a loan from them when I have some stuff to pay then I will close it up in about two weeks. I use it when I need it and I deal with a guy whose name is Blaze. They are really nice and have good customer service.

Amazing customer service! They were quick, and clear on the loan process. I would recommend anyone to this company!! I think the thing I loved the most was the process of being able to send photos of the car. When I got the call I went in and I was maybe there 5 minute!

I used TitleMax before they were bought out and it was a decent experience. But now, it sucks that it's structured in such a way that it capitalizes on people in desperate times. This is the second time I've used them with a totally different truck. I'm in a bad spot. I have the title to my truck. I take it in there and I get a loan and they charge 500% interest. It's ridiculous. We can't make a living off of other people's demise. But essentially, that's what it is. I got $2,400, and if I go full term, I'm gonna end up paying $11,000 back. How is that good business? How is that even right? Why do they even do that? All in all, I love TitleMax. They're a good outfit. They know me by my first name. So, it's always pleasurable. There's no penalty for paying early, but it's still a daily accruing interest loan.

They only work how many hours? Why should I be responsible for a missed payment if I cannot reach them? Using a lie to repose when I bet their main agenda is what they might get inside. Hell the agenda is a heartless loan and prey upon the desperate and will not admit liability or their absence when everything could be resolved if they functioned properly! Everyone accepts money electronically but not you louses! I will spend more money cursing all of you (just an employee... don't give me that you know) and I am equally justified in cursing you lot however I do not have a fine print. May all and your kin suffer... oh wait you do becausse the only benefactors are the board and lawyers but I still curse you as employee for going along with this scheme!

The representative was very helpful. I made a few mistakes but she pulled it through and helped me out. She was pretty nice and went about her business the way she should. I had needed some money that day to pay some bills. TitleMax helped me out for that day and time. It was a good experience that I learned I can go somewhere and get some change for the money.

The first time I went with TitleMax, the rep, Margaret, was a very rude woman. I paid off my loan the very next day and she made it very hard for me to get my title. Every time I asked about it, she didn’t send it. I ended up getting my title back because she was playing games. I should never had to call above her head to the other office to get them to sign a release form for me to get my title. I was not ever gonna go to TitleMax again. And if I saw her in there, I was gonna turn around and walk out. But this time, Casey made it very welcoming and explained why he was there. He is a wonderful human being and TitleMax made a great choice. The lady who’s there now and Casey have great chemistry, so it’s a very pleasant atmosphere.

If you need some help and you need it quickly, TitleMax would be the place to go. Through the years, I've heard their name and gone by some of their offices around town for years. When I went to them, the rep who assisted me was a really good girl and she was so smart. She was running the whole office and it was on a weekend. She was handling everybody that was up there. She was bilingual and she really talked to people. There were two other people there at the same time and she was really efficient. None of us was ignored and I was there for less than an hour. I got a title loan and the interest rate was way off. But I needed some help and that was what I agreed to.

My experience with TitleMax has been great. Customer service has been great.Everyone has always been good. In my case, I have a problem because I have an older car that my VIN Number isn't in the window, it's on the door. So the process took a little bit longer because it's not in the window. They had to get it off the door. That was the only little problem that I had, but it never stopped TitleMax from working and helping me and making sure I got what I needed. Overall, the experience I had was 100%. The people were very polite, respectful, and offered us water. So I wouldn't change it for the world.

The gentleman at the TitleMax store and the manager were awesome. When I filled out the application, the gentleman took all the pictures and sent them over. Then, my documents were sent back and they were saying that they needed the gross pay, not the net pay. So, I refilled out all the documents and sent them with the gross pay. But then, something else happened. My application was sent back and they were saying my date of birth was wrong. So, I filled out the application and did everything again. The guy from the location sent the documents over, then they were sent back saying that they needed the net pay, not the gross pay.

I'd recommend Titlemax. I saw an advertisement for them and when I applied for a loan, the process took about 15 minutes. The reps were friendly and they explained all the services. I'll give their customer service a 10.

I went to Google and I looked at some of the reviews for TitleMax. I never had a title loan, so I was looking at different companies. I decided to try TitleMax and their lending process was good. They required my driver's license and my title to process my application. The manager had stepped out for lunch the time I went in and there were three clients, including me. There was one lady that was in there, but for her to just be one person, she got through with all three of us pretty good. She broke things down, let all three of us wait, and we all got to the crib at the same time. I was there for almost three hours, so it took a long time. It would be better for them to have more staff. But even when the manager came in, he felt right in.

The customer service at TitleMax was great and the process in getting a personal loan was very quick. It took maybe a bit longer but only because the system timed out and she had to take pictures of everything all over again. But the reps were very nice and went far and beyond explaining to me how the payback goes as far as paying interest. If you just pay your interest and it doesn't go down, you have to try to pay a little bit extra if you can and when you can. It'll make the principal go down. I appreciate them taking that time to do that.

He didn’t pressure me into anything and made sure I was comfortable about the amount I was getting. Explained to me the amount of each payment I would be making each month and the date to make the payment. Very pleased with Title Max and will definitely be making referrals!

Would not recommend it. They quote my vehicle for 800. I asked for 500. Three days later I came back to see if I could get more money then they said I only could take out five altogether after they quote my vehicle for eight. So in three days my vehicle lost $300 in value. I came back and give them $300 and ask one more time how much can I get out and they said only $100. So I took out $500 after they said I can get $800 paid them $300 within two weeks and only $100 went to the vehicle. I think this is be and I don’t plan on paying anything no more. I like that you can fill out an application online, it saves a lot of time. The money is to help my son pay his insurance and tuition fees for UNLV. I had to take what was offered because bills are due .. makes me feel like they are there to steal from the poor and the hardworking people. I am sorry. The man was very friendly and helpful, but TitleMax charges too much to pay it back. I pay $100 every month and it’s really hard for me because it’s literally taking food out of my mouth. But I needed that money, so I went and did it, and I was satisfied with everything except for the amount.
