I got a title loan from TitleMax. At first, the rep told me he wasn't gonna be able to do it because my license was different from the state in my title, but then he didn't say anything else. He was like, “I'm gonna have to check on that.” The next thing I knew, we were signing papers.

I talked with Mike and he was fantastic. We talked about personal stuff as well. He makes you feel most comfortable and he works with you the most. Whatever you need, he'll try his hardest to get for you. I had the best experience ever. The application process took about 15 minutes overall and then we went outside to take pictures. After that, it took another 15 minutes to get their approval. Overall, it was pretty quick and easy. TitleMax helped me tremendously. I went to them so I could find a place to live and they gave me what I needed. So now, I'm better.

They walked me through everything I needed to go through. They showed me everything I need to do, signed some papers, and took pictures of the car. They were very helpful. I had no Wi-Fi on my phone and the guy who was working in there let me use the Wi-Fi on his phone so I could sign up on my phone. Everything was right and smooth.

The rep was fantastic. The process took about two hours but it wasn't her fault. It was the other end. The whole process took about two hours, but we were finished with the office part within 30 minutes. It would've been spectacular not having to wait for two hours.

The process was pretty smooth. But it was a little time-consuming. TitleMax took a little too long and they can do better than that. The computer system was down. It kept dropping by birth date of birth and kept blinking out the title. But the lady that was at TitleMax yesterday went the extra mile to help me out. We had a conversation, talking about family, relationship and school. She tried to get a customer engaged and she did a good job at it. Even though the other lady was ready to go home, she told her that she would stay and help her out. So they worked together as a team and that was cool. They made me feel more comfortable.

The process was as quick as possible. It was 20, 30 minutes and I was out of there. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
I went to TitleMax and spoke with Kevin. He was a good agent. He ran some paperwork for me and was able to help me out with the loan. He got me approved and didn't mind redoing the paperwork ‘cause I wanted to do less than what I originally wanted. He was very patient. Because I'm difficult, it took a lot longer but the process took 30, 45 minutes. There's a 15-minute break for taking pictures of the car but it was very quick.

I called TitleMax and asked for a little info and the lady that I spoke to was friendly. She walked me through everything I needed to know. The communication was excellent. She broke down everything to where I understood what was happening so I was for sure that I wanted to make that set-up. It was a good experience. The process was long because we were having a little difficulty with the photos of the vehicle. But other than that, everything went smoothly. I enjoyed the staff. Everybody was nice and very educating on what was going on. I loved it. Working with TitleMax helped thus far and I don't regret making the decision.

I did a title loan and it was a good experience. The people that I dealt with within the company were great and the only problem I have is the rate through the business. The interest rate is on a day-to-day basis. Each day, your interest goes up, and the longer you have the loan, the higher the APR would be. I was caught up in an emergency situation, and that's the only reason why I got the loan. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't do it because the interest rate is through the roof.

I was in and out of TitleMax easy. I had to run a few errands for my kids and they were flexible working with me. I would rate them a 110 if I could. I see my friend every day and I told her to go to TitleMax. She's definitely going to be in that office soon. The loan helped me because I wanted to work on the car that I have. TitleMax gave me an opportunity to pursue my dream because my goal is to not flip cars, but detail them. I want to remodel the inside of somebody's car and I wanted to start with me and show people what I'm capable of doing.

Tyler, the rep, was very attentive and thorough. We're currently in the process of moving and I just needed a small loan to help for the moving expenses. The pricing is good and the APR is phenomenal compared to other places. He explained everything to me and knew what he was talking about. He was right. You should never take the full amount because you don't want to get stuck in a spot where you can't afford to pay it back. He was willing to work with me. I had a good experience and I’d use TitleMax again.

TitleMax's service is really good. The people are polite. I brought in a classic car, and the guy that helped us out tried to give me more, but I just missed it by a year. Still, he tried to do whatever he could for me, so I appreciated that. Also, I've been able to help my son out with his bills and take a few of my bills as well. This is my first ever title loan. It's like a payday loan and it's a great source to get the income and be able to pay it back. As long as you pay it back within the month, you won't see much interest. My girlfriend referred me to TitleMax and they gave us both $50 as a referral bonus.

The TitleMax offices here have to have your proof of income. I lost my job a few months ago and I just started working again. I haven't gotten my first paycheck from my new job, so I don't have that proof of income yet. I was really scared and discouraged when I went to the first TitleMax office. The rep said, "No, ma'am. Don't fret. We have another office. It's right outside the city limits. They do not go by proof of income because that's only because we're inside the city limits." Once she told me that, it was like a weight was lifted off my chest. My rent was due before I get my first check, and I was really concerned about whether or not we were going to be able to cover rent this month. The rep sent us out to the other office that's just right outside the city limits, and they helped me a lot.
I try not to get my hopes up because I've been told no so many times lately. We're struggling and we wouldn't take the title loan out otherwise. When I went into the office, the reps were very friendly. I had to take my ID, and we had to bring the vehicle so they could get pictures of our vehicle and the title. They're holding my title. The lady that helped us was extremely informative and it went very smoothly compared to what I went in there expecting to experience. It was a breath of fresh air and I was very pleased. The process was almost an hour but the paperwork was very speedy. It took 20 minutes tops. Most of the time we were there, the lady was getting pictures. She had to get a lot of pictures of the vehicle. I would tell my friends to go to TitleMax and to go to the one we went to.

The lending process was easy and from application to approval, it took 20 minutes. I did the title loan. I presented my title, ID, and driver’s license. The rep I had was really polite, nice, and personable. He was very knowledgeable about the process and really worked to make me feel comfortable. He took pictures of my vehicle, explained what the process was and how it worked then walked me through step by step. TitleMax put me at ease by helping me pay some bills and giving me the funds that I needed. They're very personable. The computer was buffering when I was at TitleMax so the process took a lot longer that it would normally do but other than that, it was good. The rep was nice, very straightforward and considerate. She kept apologizing due to the machine being down and she offered me something to drink. She was trying to keep me patient. The rate and terms of the loan were a little too much than I can chew but that’s the way the cookie crumbles. I needed a loan because I was having money issues. I had come across some trouble paying my bills. My friend recommended TitleMax and told me, “If you're gonna take a title loan, there's no place better than TitleMax.” Since I had never done any kind of business with them and they didn't have anything on file for me, I had to do all of their bookwork. It took about half an hour. We started out with Kim as our rep then we waited for the approval. I went outside and while I was outside, somebody came in and Kim started taking care of them. Harold then started taking care of me, which was fine. They were both very qualified, nice, and personal people. I had a really good experience.

The application process with TitleMax was simpler than a lot of other places. It wasn’t a three day wait and as soon as it was done, the money was on my card before I even left the place. It took an hour and a half. I worked with a man and a woman, and they were both very nice and sweet. We were joking around and had a good conversation. People should go for TitleMax.

I've been with TitleMax for quite a while. I had gotten two title loans and got them paid off. I'm going on a vacation so I needed some extra money. That was why I reached out to get the loan. I did the application online, which was maybe five minutes. The next morning, someone called me and I was on the phone with her for 10 minutes at the most. This time around, I didn't have to upload my income. It was maybe because I have the same employer I had the last time I applied. Also, they did a verification of my bank. I had a good experience on the whole.

Everything went smooth and great until I went to put the tag on my car. TitleMax had already put a lien against my title and I couldn't get the tag put on my car. They are supposed to call me back to let me know that I could go and purchase a tag and put the tag on my car so I could drive it. But if I don't get the tag, I can’t drive the car. The rep was trying to tell me that I needed to take the matter with the DMV about my tags but the DMV told me I couldn't get the tags on my car because of something about the process of the title. So, I told her. I don’t know if I can purchase these tags and put them on the car if TitleMax got a lien against it and I don’t know what kind of lien they filed against it. They didn’t tell me anything.

The experience was straightforward. We did the application and the rep went outside and took pictures. They did their approval and the rep went over everything that we needed to know and how I need to make the payment. They had to resubmit the application because of my ID, but it wasn't too long.

It was the first time I got a title loan and the first place I went to was TitleMax. I loved it. The application process took about 10 minutes to do and 20 minutes for approval. I was there for about 40 minutes. The rep was quick and it was easy. Everything was flowing through nice. They only wanted to see my ID and they needed to get pictures of my car inside and out. I was able to get out in time before I had to do the things I had to do and the rep had me in at a great time and out at a good time. Working with TitleMax paid some bills for me and got me a few things for my daughter. So, it helped for my family.

The process took a little longer than I expected because the other people that they had to send the pictures of the car to were super picky about the pictures. It was kind of ridiculous. If there was just a little bit of a shadow on the car, they didn't take the picture. But everything else was great.

The first part of the process was disgusting because I waited for hours and their system crashed and then it came back up. I had left and the guy had waited 'til I got down the street, called me back and I had to redo things and still wait. But the system still wasn't up properly. So, I waited two weeks and when I came back the process was fine. In 30 minutes, I was in and out. The rep was very helpful. The rate could be a little lower but it's all right.

I had a very good experience. The rep was very open and friendly about everything. But I cancelled the loan. The way those things are set up, they're such rip-offs. I pity anybody who has to get one of those. You have to pay the whole amount in one month plus 800 something dollars. A lot of people aren't gonna have that kind of money. They're gonna roll over and keep adding and adding. Next thing you know, they've lost their car.
The lady that helped me was nice. Everything was online. They were able to deposit our money directly out of my debit card. No need to cash a check, which I like. Everything was good. I would refer TitleMax 100%.

The process could have been a bit smoother. We had complications about my title with two websites saying different things. But we got everything situated out. The male rep doing my paperwork was fine. The other one though was all over the place. It seemed she just had a long day and she didn't even acknowledge me. Other than that, it was no biggie. Everything was done in a timely manner. The rep took a couple of other clients that came through but she asked if it was okay instead of just doing it without me having to say so because I was there first. The courtesy was good and I was satisfied with everything.

The rep was cool. She knew what she was doing and did what she could do. All I did was we send out some papers. They came to look at my car, and they wanted it. Then I signed the papers. TitleMax gave me the loan but they should have given me more. My car’s worth $7,000 but they offered me 1,600. They told me that if I asked for any more than what they were offering, they’d probably go down on the price.

I went in the office, sat down, took my time on everything and went on the computer. It didn't take about a minute, and the appraisal process went good. The reps are nice people, and the terms are good. Overall, Titlemax is a good place. If I know somebody, I'll send them that way.

I was at TitleMax for two hours, and the guy was awesome. He's a gentleman, and the way he dresses and talks, he's very nice. In the beginning, he was skeptical a bit, but then he saw everything and went through the whole process. Before I filled out the application, he explained what I had to do and what was going to happen. From one to five days, if I paid, I was not going to get any charges.
I had to wait while the guy did the whole process. He went outside, checked on everything and told me he was checking my vehicle. He turned it on, went around the parking lot then told me how much I could get. He said, “You do not have to get all the money,” which I was supposed to get 1,800. I said, “I just need 1,000 bucks.” He goes, “Okay. That’s perfect.” He goes, “Yeah, you could be approved.” He gave me a printout of everything. I had to pay 166 bucks for a few months, and TitleMax checked on me once in a while, “Hey, if you cannot make it, just let me know.” They've been pretty good. I had to pay my rent, and they've helped me out a lot.

I liked the service. They're friendly and helpful. Some of the other title places, not exactly. At TitleMax, everybody was approachable and explained the process really easy. You can ask any questions that you have and they’ll be more than happy to help you out and make it work so that you walk out of there happy and with the fund that you need. The process didn’t take that long. You fill out the application then they go take pictures of the vehicle, appraise it, and give you an offer instantly. You accept it and fill out the paperwork. They give you the Universal Card already loaded with the money, and you’re ready to go. I was happy with the follow up too.

I went in person and it was pretty easy. I was in there for 15 minutes. Took some pictures and they gave me a price. The lady I talked to filled out my information and the rate and terms were decent.

The process was a little bit too long and the thing that kind of scared me was the interest part. But they told me if I pay sooner, within a week or two-week radius, I won't owe them much. They gave me 1,000 and my interest was 3,000.

I got a title loan from TitleMax. I asked them what I needed and it was simple. They told me I just needed a couple of pay stubs, proof of residency, and then bring the vehicle. I went down there and it was crazy because they knew it was us that called when we pulled up. They were greeting us, giving us bottled water and candy. Sat us down and got right to it. There were three people in the office. There was the main guy that my wife and I were talking to. He was awesome, cool and very laid back. He made sure that he covered everything that needed to be covered. There was another guy that went outside to take the pictures to get it to move along faster. They were top-of-the-line. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with a business like that.

Their process is pretty good and it was quick. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They were very friendly and the rep didn't have that bad vibe. She was pretty nice with the way she spoke. The terms were a bit expensive but they gave me good service. I use the app and it's easy to manage around.
So far, everything has gone good. I enjoyed speaking with the two people I spoke with. A guy was assisting me then the manager came in and she finished up. They were knowledgeable. The manager explained a couple of concerns that I had. She gave me some suggestions on how to make sure that I maintain and start working towards paying my principal down, and what I can do if I don't have the whole amount, or if I want to pay that balance down, I pay a certain amount then I can re-borrow the amount that I need to still kind of refinance to the next month.

The was another company that I was going to go to but when I saw TitleMax, they made me welcome and were friendly. They have an easy process. Everything was explained thoroughly and there weren't any hiccups throughout the way. Anything that was misunderstood, the rep made sure that I left with a good understanding. They do it kind of differently as far as before payment then they want you to pay the whole amount off. I didn't quite understand that part. He said you will be transferred to another part if your payment could not be paid off all the way on the fifth payment. Even if everything was on time or even if you pay more to get that price down, it'll probably be where someone will have the most problems and end up getting their car took in because they didn't prepare for the fifth.

Titlemax is a scam. I signed up and I got a 30-day policy. At the end of the month, if I haven't paid them back the full amount of $4,000, I'll be charged $800, which doesn't go towards my debt. It just keeps me from getting my truck repoed. I knew it when I was signing up for it, but if half of that end of the month fee went towards my principal, it'd be a lot better. Still, Titlemax helped me take care of some bills. It was just unfortunate circumstances that led to me needing to get that money from them.

I believed me having the title loan would have been better than Payday loans. I almost went to one. I said, "No, I can't do that this time. I'mma go with somebody who's gonna give me a monthly payment. Once a month.” And I could do that easily. Because my income is not the same as it had been. So I went to TitleMax, and I said, "Oh, there's TitleMax. I got my clear title. Yay." So, I went in and it was a very easy process.
It was pleasant when the person interviewed me. He was cordial. He had told me before I came back the following day that the process would take an hour, so I thought, "Wow." But the process didn't take longer than 30 minutes. It was very simplified. TitleMax did what they were trained to do. So, he did everything he was supposed to. That was my first-time using title for receiving money. Very little documents were required. And my actual title was handed over there. I went the very low that I could go. The rep wanted to offer a little more than-- "Oh, let's take it down to the minimum, because I want to pay this off as soon as possible." And I said, "I may raise it as I can, but I don't want to go too high." But it was a good experience. And if I need them again, I'll go back.

TitleMax was very good. The girl I dealt with seemed to be very enthusiastic that I was coming to them. She was nice. She showed me her personal attention like she was glad that I had chosen them and wanna get my business. Every question I asked her, she answered. Even with the numbers and with my pay and with other things I’ve been dealing with, she was patient. It's just they could offer some snacks because sometimes it does take a little process. The actual process itself after she got started wasn't long, but it was the getting to it. I had a lot of questions myself. After I decided to do it, she zipped right through it. She knew what she was doing.

I was satisfied with both the lady and the man that helped me. The lady that I dealt with was very prompt. She knew what she was talking about, and she was a very good sales person. The car loan application took 20 minutes, and it went very smooth. I had to show my ID and proof of residence, and they also took pictures of the car and turned it on. It was a good experience.

I wasn't allowed to get the loan from TitleMax unless I agree that I knew somebody who would do their services. I wasn't also able to get it unless I did like a review right at that moment, which had made me really uncomfortable. I was at the end of the process, and it was time for them to hand me the paper. I've already signed everything. The rep's manager was behind her, and she looked at me and said, "Now, before I let you go, you have to do a review." She was saying it loud enough so the manager can hear her. She asked me, "Do you know somebody?" I said, "I actually don't know anyone." She looked at me, shook her head, and said, "No, that's not what you say." I said, "Well, that's the truth. I don't know anyone."
She said I could use my kid's telephone number. I had to send a text. I had to do something. I did whatever, and then she gave me the paper and I left. I tried to read a clause of what she gave me to kind of see if I had to do that part. I saw they're asking you to do certain stuff. Still, it seemed like I was at the right place at the right time because I really needed the funds to pay my rent.

The rep was nice and took pictures of the car. The lending process took less than a hour, and Titlemax helped me get over something that just came up right quick. It was a good experience. However, it was really expensive. I only got the money for four days, and they charged almost $300. I hope I never have to do it again.

The process application wasn't too complicated. It was very smooth, easy, and even down to the finish, it didn't take very long. That's what I was impressed about. It was an in and out situation. Also, the rate and terms were something I could work with and it met my financial needs. Everything's been great. They were very helpful and quick with the process, and I have no complaints. If I know anybody, I would recommend them to Titlemax's local office.

The application process was fast, and it was not too complicated or frustrating. There were no questions, and the information they needed, I had there with me in my car. My debit card just expired and I thought I would have to get the card that they have, but since their card has certain rules, I was like, “My card, I didn’t bring it." I was needing the loan right there and then. I didn't have time to go and get my new debit card that had just gotten mailed in. I was like, “You know what? I had just went to go check my mail not long ago and I think I still have it in the car." I haven’t been needing my debit card like that, so I hadn’t even taken it out the envelope yet. I went to go check, found it and brought it in.
On top of how fast the process went, the rep was very friendly, also the other lady that was in there. They were both trying to be very helpful, and they had a lot of hospitality compared to the other title loan place I went to before that time. The very nice TitleMax lady said she had to send in the information to another office, and while she was waiting for that response, she said, “There's coffee. There's some candies, some chips. Help yourself to some while you're waiting.” I hadn’t eaten in a couple of hours, and I was hungry. The other title loan place didn’t have that. It was nice of TitleMax. It makes you feel a bit better just in case you haven't eaten in a while and you can't even think right. TitleMax is very different with everything. I would definitely recommend them.

The lady I worked with was really sweet and helpful. She walked me through the process, telling me what she was doing, and it was pretty quick. She asked me what was my reason for the title loan, and I told her I had some bills I had to pay. I didn’t quite get exactly what I wanted, but she made sure I got something at least. She told me I could get a little more than what I got, and I was a little disappointed about that. Other than that, everything was good. Titlemax was a big help.

I put my title up, and the process was okay. The rep went out, apprised the car and took some pictures. She was out there assessing the truck for quite a while, 10 to 15 minutes at least, and the whole process was 45 minutes. She was very knowledgeable, and she was good. Titlemax helped me out, and now, I just have to pay it back.

The process was kind of lengthy. The sun was shining so we couldn't see the mileage. So we had to keep retaking pictures. TitleMax could have an option to type the mileage in. But the interest rate was decent. This is a good company to go through.
