I got into a situation where I needed a little cash. I have COPD, and I'm still waiting for disability benefit to start. I've never done a title loan before and nobody told me about TitleMax. I just happened to drive by and noticed it.

I was googling places in Victoria for a loan and TitleMax happened to pop up. It showed me the address. I called and asked them if I could do the loan online. They said no and they preferred that I came in. I ended up going over there. The process was interesting as it was the first time that I went inside of a building and had to do the loan on a computer. That was different. Other than that, the arrangement was nice. They were kind, considerate, and helped a lot. When I had questions, they walked me through it. I tried to see if they could do the loan for me and they said it was against policy and that I had to do it myself, which was understandable. I enjoyed doing it.

I've used TitleMax for a car title loan before, and it took me eight months to pay it off. I'm hoping it won't take long this time. This time, I took it out to pay a property tax because my house is important. I have chosen to use this lady named Camorra. I like her. We have a connection. If I'm going in there, that's who I'd ask for. The process took no more than half an hour from the time that I'm sitting in front of her, giving her my documents. Overall, the lending process went okay.

TitleMax have had a business here in Columbus for a while and they were conveniently located. When I was looking for a loan, that was where I went. The first time I went to them, I went in and they appraised my car. They gave me a lending option, went through all of the approval process and all of the explanations and let me know what amount I was approved for. The process took about two hours from start to finish. The second time I used them, I filled everything out online. It was halfway done when I went back that time. I just had to go in and they did my car estimate and then went through the approval process. The process took about an hour.

I went to TitleMax because I needed to pay some bills and they helped me with what I needed. The application was easy and the process took 30 minutes. Customer service did a really good job. She was really patient and calm. She had a good attitude, too.

The TitleMax location I go to has great customer service. There is one closer to my house, but I choose to go to the other location because of the people. I did a title loan with them. I did everything there and the process took 30 minutes to an hour. When doing this type of loan, make sure you have a plan on how you are gonna pay it back because the interest is high. Also, only do it if you really need it.

I obtained my title loan at the store located at 4717 E. 13th Street, Wichita, KS. There was one employee working. The young lady was very courteous and knowledgeable. She was very customer friendly oriented with a great personality. The process was a little long with constant phone interruptions, and walk-ins. This office is definitely in need of additional help that I feel will help speed up the process, thus creating a more profitable business at this location. I appreciate the fast approval process and that the funds were available in minutes. But as I stated before, more staffing is needed even if it's just part time.

Abby was great, kind, polite, patient and explained everything step by step. I was able to get in and out with an approval in less than 1 hour. I also had the convenience of loading the money on my debit card. And uploaded the web portal to view my account.

Dec 2nd I woke up knowing I wasn't going to get paid at work, knowing it has been a struggle for the company to pay us. So I drove around trying to figure out what I was going to do, I owed my rent the next day!!! I saw Title Max and drive up with all kinds of fears. I was worried about owing a crazy high amount and hidden fees and not understanding exactly what to do. But a wonderful woman named Kim greeted me at the door and immediately started to help me. I had so many questions and she answered them all. She showed me how everything works and what I'd owe. For my situation, owing a few hundred was reasonable on top of my loan.

Charge way too much for my taste. I mean I'm coming to you because I don't have any money, well do you really think that in 1 month my situation is going to change enough to pay back what I needed and the ridiculous interest 217%. I think it was for a 1900 loan. So for a period of 2 months or more, which it what it takes for most people that are coming to you to recoop and get back on track would have cost me $720 + the $1900 I borrowed for a grand total of $2120 for a 60 day loan. Talking about loan sharks I would be better off taking my chance with the mob and their interest rates. I wasn't coming to you guys because I had a lot of money coming to me in the next couple of months and thought "hey I need to dump some of that extra cash I'm a getting so let me go give it to Title Max."

- I feel as though this is nothing more than Legal Robbery, the amount of interest that is charged alone is insane. People cone to them for help and they give you a quarter of what your item is worth then charge you triple to get it back should be illegal. I don't know how they sleep at night doing that to be just looking for a little help. Worst mistake of my life and in a recovering addict there should be a law against how they do that to people. I'd like to see how many people property they take per year Not to mention they take fee out so you don't end up even getting the quarter you were approved for but bet your hind parts you're paying back the full amount you were approved for and then some. So you're paying money back you didn't even get. Wow robbery at it finest. Don't know what's worse. A lawyer, car salesman, government or these people.

I had the pleasure of meeting Johnie **. Great office manager at the 46625 store in Montgomery, Alabama. I found a friend and hopefully he’s found a good customer in me. He worked with me for the entire four hours. It took to get my old file cleared and straightened out and in the end delivered my $3000. The man is great.

They are full of s*** at the West Florissant and McLean store. My car was repossessed December the 1st early in the morning. I did not get a call or letter. Damon did not reach out. I can't even go on my account. It says I don't have an active account. Shame the devil. What pitiful store. How could you be a supervisor or manager and don't even reach out to customers. Cold as it is outside to do somebody like that cold-hearted cold-blooded people work and live in Missouri for real. That's a damn shame. You couldn't reach out to a customer but to make them suffer to get their car taken without letting them know anything.

The woman/employee who helped me, she helped me immediately get funds that I was desperately needing, she helped/guided me throughout the entire process, answered all my questions and concerns, made sure I could successfully access my account online before I left to make sure I didn't have any issues getting logged in where I can easily manage my account/make a payment, she made sure I was very satisfied with my experience and most of all, she was very kind/nice and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TitleMax to everyone because they do an exquisite job!! I've NEVER had a bad experience with them and I've had an account with them a few times over the years and I never regret my decision of going to them when I'm needing funds for ANY reason. Elsa did a great job with helping me take locate if an urgent family matter for my mother… if it wasn’t for her assistance I would be REALLY stressing still for traveling back and forth out of state to make sure that my mother’s massive stroke and getting her rehabilitation and a caregiver until I can return to get her home set up for new accommodations, I myself would probably be in the hospital for High Blood Pressure or similar… I believe in staying optimistic as possible and Elsa has reminded me that there are still good people around.

The loan process was quick and easy. Jasmine was professional and kind. Easy to chat with, quick to explain the paperwork and wasn't pushy or anything. Quick and convenient in and out. Set up auto pay on my loan and let me know I had options if I needed the extra funds.

First of all customer service at 211 W. Camp Wisdom the lady that helped us her words where well pay it or leave it like that... not concern about the main issue we had. Second the app TitleMax told us to used the worst thing ever. First payment we received a call saying we didn't sign something and we got overcharged. We received the call a month later than when it happened. Second time with the app it changed us from stores and supposedly we refinance with the other store like we have the credit to go to that we explain everything and still they didn't give a thing of what we said. Our loan went from 2,500 to 3,000 saying we did it thru the app when we only made a payment and guess when we found out about that a month later when we where doing our monthly payment. TITLE MAX you did us wrong. For that I give you nothing. You need to check that app before more people go thru this issue. Thanks.

It was very fast after I did the online photos of my vehicle and made an appointment to go down to the office immediately. Even the money was in my account before I left the store. The girl who helped me was very efficient and very nice. The interest rate on the loans is super high though, just be aware of that. But in a pinch, and if you can make your payment it is a very good resource to have.

Titlemax is a good company. I always get a loan from them when I have some stuff to pay then I will close it up in about two weeks. I use it when I need it and I deal with a guy whose name is Blaze. They are really nice and have good customer service.

I used TitleMax before they were bought out and it was a decent experience. But now, it sucks that it's structured in such a way that it capitalizes on people in desperate times. This is the second time I've used them with a totally different truck. I'm in a bad spot. I have the title to my truck. I take it in there and I get a loan and they charge 500% interest. It's ridiculous. We can't make a living off of other people's demise. But essentially, that's what it is. I got $2,400, and if I go full term, I'm gonna end up paying $11,000 back. How is that good business? How is that even right? Why do they even do that? All in all, I love TitleMax. They're a good outfit. They know me by my first name. So, it's always pleasurable. There's no penalty for paying early, but it's still a daily accruing interest loan.

Hell the agenda is a heartless loan and prey upon the desperate and will not admit liability or their absence when everything could be resolved if they functioned properly! Everyone accepts money electronically but not you louses! The representative was very helpful. I made a few mistakes but she pulled it through and helped me out. She was pretty nice and went about her business the way she should. I had needed some money that day to pay some bills. TitleMax helped me out for that day and time. It was a good experience that I learned I can go somewhere and get some change for the money.

And if I saw her in there, I was gonna turn around and walk out. But this time, Casey made it very welcoming and explained why he was there. He is a wonderful human being and TitleMax made a great choice. The lady who’s there now and Casey have great chemistry, so it’s a very pleasant atmosphere.

If you need some help and you need it quickly, TitleMax would be the place to go. Through the years, I've heard their name and gone by some of their offices around town for years. When I went to them, the rep who assisted me was a really good girl and she was so smart. She was running the whole office and it was on a weekend. She was handling everybody that was up there. She was bilingual and she really talked to people. There were two other people there at the same time and she was really efficient. None of us was ignored and I was there for less than an hour. I got a title loan and the interest rate was way off. But I needed some help and that was what I agreed to.

My experience with TitleMax has been great. Customer service has been great.Everyone has always been good. In my case, I have a problem because I have an older car that my VIN Number isn't in the window, it's on the door. So the process took a little bit longer because it's not in the window. They had to get it off the door. That was the only little problem that I had, but it never stopped TitleMax from working and helping me and making sure I got what I needed. Overall, the experience I had was 100%. The people were very polite, respectful, and offered us water. So I wouldn't change it for the world.

The gentleman at the TitleMax store and the manager were awesome. When I filled out the application, the gentleman took all the pictures and sent them over. Then, my documents were sent back and they were saying that they needed the gross pay, not the net pay. So, I refilled out all the documents and sent them with the gross pay. But then, something else happened. My application was sent back and they were saying my date of birth was wrong. So, I filled out the application and did everything again. The guy from the location sent the documents over, then they were sent back saying that they needed the net pay, not the gross pay.

I'd recommend Titlemax. I saw an advertisement for them and when I applied for a loan, the process took about 15 minutes. The reps were friendly and they explained all the services. I'll give their customer service a 10.

I went to Google and I looked at some of the reviews for TitleMax. I never had a title loan, so I was looking at different companies. I decided to try TitleMax and their lending process was good. They required my driver's license and my title to process my application. The manager had stepped out for lunch the time I went in and there were three clients, including me. There was one lady that was in there, but for her to just be one person, she got through with all three of us pretty good. She broke things down, let all three of us wait, and we all got to the crib at the same time. I was there for almost three hours, so it took a long time. It would be better for them to have more staff. But even when the manager came in, he felt right in.

The customer service at TitleMax was great and the process in getting a personal loan was very quick. It took maybe a bit longer but only because the system timed out and she had to take pictures of everything all over again. But the reps were very nice and went far and beyond explaining to me how the payback goes as far as paying interest. If you just pay your interest and it doesn't go down, you have to try to pay a little bit extra if you can and when you can. It'll make the principal go down. I appreciate them taking that time to do that.
