TitleMax has a good lending process and I was able to pay off my loan with them within two months. I did a motorcycle pawn and brought in my check stubs during the application. It took 30 minutes.

I first heard of TitleMax some years ago. I had some bills that I needed to catch up with. So, I went to them to get a small loan. The lending process at TitleMax was quick and easy. They were really knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their reps. Working with them allowed me to take care of what I needed to take care of. I was funded right away. It went straight to my bank account. If others need fast cash, TitleMax is the way to go.

When I went to TitleMax, I was greeted kindly and talked to with respect. They explained everything to a T and everything got processed in about 45 minutes. I'd refer them.

She was transparent, clear enough for me to understand the process. She would make you want to come back to her to do business. She explained the process as she went along. The ladies at TitleMax are great. They’re always really friendly. They were very helpful when it came to the computer part, and very patient with me having to pull up all my banking information. I'm set up for direct deposit and an auto-draft on my payment. So they'll call to remind me. They don’t just call and call. They just call me once to remind me, and then the day of, I'll tell them, “Okay. The check's been deposited," and they'll take my payment. It's been a great experience. I'd recommend them.

When you're in a bind, TitleMax is a place to go. I passed by one and lending from them was easy. They gave me the most money. The rep was very polite. The process took 40 minutes.

We've been living in this home for 28 years, and this TitleMax has been on the highway for a long time. I went in to the store when I tried for it. The lady over the phone was nice. Amy is the original manager. However, TitleMax had another girl from a store to fill in for the manager. She gave 750. She said, "Because you never had loan with us, we're gonna start right there." I knew the car. It was worth more. But I went ahead with them.

I also like the fact that when your payment dates come around, so about to be due, they send you a text reminder in advance. My experience has been good so far. I'd recommend them.

The company makes it difficult to pay online cause they want to collect late fees and make you go in person, it is always broken or glitching and not even loading!! They want people to get frustrated with the process and give up, not everyone can just go to the physical location to make the payment every time

I took out a loan from TitleMax, and my initial contact, Salma was very nice. Unfortunately she is no longer there and I am forced to deal with Lilly....I have already reported her to Jesus, the area Mgr., and he said he would speak to her. She is rude, condescending, unfriendly, antagonistic, obnoxious, vicious, intentionally combative, belligerent, intimidating, frankly dangerous and has a nasty attitude to name a few. She has no place in or around Customer Service. When Salma was still there, it was very interesting and educational to be the recipient of both of their chosen & different approaches to a Customer. Today I spoke with "Diana" at the Jupiter location and she mirrored Lilly's qualities; I imagine she is following Lilly's orders and management style, always putting me on hold, and I believe she was co-ordinating her belligerent responses after talking with Lilly each of the 6 times she put me on hold.

I see Titlemax's business in town all the time. I had an emergency situation come up and I really needed money. They made sure I got it. When I went in, their customer service was wonderful. There were two people in the office, and they were sweethearts. They treated me with respect. They were very knowledgeable and they explained the different loans to me. I did a flex loan instead of a loan where I have to wait till I pay so much before I can redo it. With a flex loan, if it comes to a time that it's an emergency situation and I need some extra money, I can go back and get it. It's really good and the lady said that's what she would have done too. If you need some extra money, you can go to TitleMax. It's a quick and easy process. Also, they don't require a lot. Just my license and the title of the vehicle. The rep asked if I work and I told her, “Yes, ma'am.” She didn't ask me for proof. She was very good and professional. She reminded me of being with family and friends. She was very nice and helpful, told me everything that I needed to know, and answered questions for me.

Title Max is alright with me. I visited the store in Austin Texas on Springdale road. I was lucky to have the district manager and assistant at this location that day. They were patient enough to let me pull up documents and statements via my phone, also had a charger to boost my energy while waiting. Also the amount I could of received versus what I actually needed, I was surprised. Great customer service and I sensed no bias, just business.

I needed a set of earplugs for my ears, and we just didn't have the money. We figured we'd just see if we could get the loan off of TitleMax and do it that way, which worked really well. I'm still waiting for my earplugs to come in, but at least I know that I don't have to worry about them. The process at TitleMax was really simple. The store located in Riverdale Utah. I got a loan with minutes, and was treat fantastically by the lady that works on the front desk. The only thing that I would suggest is refreshment water/soda. Maybe even a treat of some sort. Candy/pastry.

From my experience, they’ve treated me fairly and explained everything clearly. I’d use them again. I’ve worked with them before and never had an issue. Their staff has always been respectful and easy to work with. As a customer, I feel they follow the rules and are upfront about terms and costs. That’s why I’m comfortable going back.

My husband's been out of work for a couple of months, so this was a short-term solution to something that will be fixed after the 15th of this month. It is very punitive to do this, but it served a need and fortunately, we'll be able to pay it off after the 15th. All in all, my experience was easy and efficient.

The recent one was two weeks ago and the gentleman I worked with was great. His name is Jose and he's just the one on East Speedway in Tucson. He was helpful and the company should give that man a raise. The process was also easy and quick, and I didn't feel any pressure or any issues. That particular set of circumstances was pleasant. My only concerns are the policies of the company itself. TitleMax is predatory. They have a 200% APR and they're quick to foreclose.

It took a little longer than expected because of a glitch in the system programming but the agent was patient and professional as she contacted the different departments to work through the problem.

I don't like the fact that knowing how much I made per month and living on a fixed income. Oh how could you loan a person a great amount of money knowing they could not pay it back and IN one month a greater amount than what they even make??? I'm not And I CANNOT! That does not make sense to me because I am on a fixed income. I am on disability and I sure don't make what the required monthly amount is and there's no way I can pay that much money so knowing that fact and going through everything and first basis why were you allowed to give me that much money knowing all this information from me as I said before, being on a fixed income and a fixed amount of SSI and not even making $1,000 a month? That's not fair to me and believe me that's not fair to other customers too. Now I have to get another loan just to pay you off because you allowed that to happen and I want my title back.

The location was very convenient 'cause it wasn't that far from my house, about less than 10 minutes, and the people that worked there were very professional and friendly. When people walk in, they say, "Welcome to TitleMax." They provide service as best as they can and I really appreciate that.

I Googled a couple of title loan places. I decided to go to TitleMax. And the reason for me getting the title loan is because I am homeless with my two kids and we are in a hotel. So I needed money to keep staying in the hotel. The application process at TitleMax was good, fast and easy. It took only 15 to 20 minutes. The rep at the store was great. She was just very nice and sweet. She made sure to tell me all the details and all the information. It was my first time getting a title loan and TitleMax really helped me out in a situation I needed. I'm very pleased. Everything was great.

It was a great experience with their rep. The person I spoke to was really great, informative, professional, and kind. I'd rate the person I spoke with a 100, but TitleMax overall, I wouldn't give them a good rating, because I wasn't aware that the payment would be due in a week or after I got the loan. And the interest rate is too high.

But she did great. She was very nice and helpful. She answered every question that I had. I left there with no doubts. The process took 15 minutes, the longest was waiting for the approval. But that wasn't even that long. They went over the amount. I was only asking for 1,000, but the lady offered 3,000. And we usually get the income tax of around 6,000. I said, why not? They also did better than the pawn shop. The pawn shop wanted to charge 26%. But they're at 16%.
