TitleMax in Calhoun Georgia lied to me and refuses to pay me my 50.00 refer all fee. The loan also took an extra half day to close because no one would honor their process and I had to return to the store several times missing work in order to finally get my funds.

Let me tell you, these reviews are probably written by the merchant themselves, because they do not leave a trail of happy customers, as this review site appears. Let me tell you what these reviews are not. They have a dark secret about how they operate. You are most likely going to lose your vehicle to them. So be it understood that the outcome is not in your favor. They have it shown as though your loan comes from a third party, another company that gives you a great interest rate of like 7%. But then they show themselves as the loan manager.

I saw TitleMax on Facebook, and I also know a friend who lives in Cobb County in Marietta who told me about it. I went online and looked at some of the reviews, which made me decide to go with them. The lady was sweet, funny, and personable, which made the lending process better. She understood our situation and was very informative about the information pertaining to the loan. She also let me know that we were able to get more than what we asked for. The whole process took less than 50 minutes, from in to out. As soon as I gave her the debit card, the money was put on it within less than 10 minutes. The experience helped us with our high electric bill and utilities. It was a nice experience with TitleMax. The ladies in the office were very friendly, personable, and seemed to care about their customers.

I was supposed to pay my loan for 12 months, but I ended up paying it right away. I just paid the first payment. And right away, I paid the rest of it. TitleMax told me I could pay the 700 something in the first two payment, and that's what I did, but they charged me more than what it was. Other than that, the rep was nice and helpful. The lending process took less than 30 minutes.

I got a loan from TitleMax in San Benito. Lourdes helped me. I was approved for 2k but only ask for $800. I know that I could afford to pay $800 with no problem. I left the store with $800 however the TM app showed $1200 available funds with a click of a button. My car got repoed on Monday and I was not allowed to pay and keep my car. I was stranded at Walmart and felt my life was over. I will recover mu car today for $1000. The store associates did care the stress and financial hardship this has put in me. If possible avoid Title max. The interest and late fees are extremely high. They don't care about their customers.

I uploaded the documents partially online and it was easy. TitleMax should have more transparency on loan duration, though. I would refer people, but I would let them know that it has a high interest rate of about 20%. So, if you need a serious loan with low interest, it’s probably not the place for you. But it is if you need a quick turnaround on your money.

Paid off the title loan in the amount that was due and I still after 6 months do not have my title. They're not transparent and very rude and when you have an issue they give you the runaround to different departments.

Overall it was just an okay experience since they were having issues with the Internet, what should have taken 30 minutes took an hour and a half and when I inquired about using the restroom I was informed they didn't have one for public use.

The lending process with TitleMax was quick and easy. Their representative was very professional. He helped me through the whole process. It was at the last minute. They were getting ready to close but he didn't rush me or try to push me out. It was 10 minutes before they closed. He was able to stay and still assist me and get it done before he left. It took 30 minutes. They did everything. Took pictures. And it was within 10 minutes after the picture was taken of the vehicle, they gave me a quote on what they would be able to allow me to take. It allowed me to take care of the situation I had at the last minute.

TitleMax helped me out well. It was quick and good communication. I had to have proof of my job, my ID and my card where I wanted the money to go to. I liked the way the lady who I talked to conducted herself. You might not get what you want the first time, but you will get some money if you are going through a hard time.

TitleMax was 10 minutes away from my home. Their lending process is very easy, considering I've used them five times now. Their customer service is good. I enjoy them.

I use TitleMax because it's right there where I can see it. It's quite convenient. Their lending process was great. I only got $400 and they still called me, they texted me, let me know that I still can get up to 800 something dollars, but I'm not going to do that. I just started. So, I want to get this paid off first. My representative was great. She took her time. She was patient and showed me everything that I needed to sign. Some people rushed through stuff and think you're supposed to catch it, but she took her own time and showed me every little thing at the time what it was going to be and how much everything was going to cost.

TitleMax seems more credible than these shady places. The loan process went wonderfully. The ladies behind the counter were awesome. It took us about 10 minutes to complete the process. I've been there before. She knew me by face. She made sure we were comfortable, and I really enjoyed talking to her. I've been using TitleMax off and on for a few years. They make it easy to borrow money and pay it back. They check in to see if you need anything when you're in between title bombs. Overall, it was a good experience.

If you need it, they will help you as much as they can. If you don't have the full amount to pay, they give you an extension, which is good. You have to at least have 500 saved up just in case you don't make it because they're very accepting and understanding. Making the payments was easy. They sent me a text message. I clicked the link, and then it went to it. It showed me how much I can pay for the extension or if I can pay the full amount. I got it done in less than a minute.

This is my sixth title loan with TitleMax. They have been there by my side to assist if I needed extra resources to cover expenses. TitleMax is Awesome and I will recommend them to any friend or family.

I'll be with you in a minute.” I love the environment. They gave me the good vibe as, “I'm here to help any way I can.” I took out a personal loan, and everything got approved in about two seconds. My first visit was a appointment that I made online. When I walked in the store the clerk never acknowledged me. He was busy however he could have greeted me. I left after about 10 minutes. I went back a couple of days later and the same clerk was there working no other customers were there. So I got immediate attention. His customer service was ok. His knowledge of the process was sufficient. I was very disappointed and distracted by his tongue ring. I felt it was unprofessional and inappropriate for a work environment.

It took a little while since they had some other people there too, but it wasn’t too bad. One lady was working with me and one was working with somebody else. But in between people coming in and asking questions, they tried to answer. The rates are good because I needed the loan right then. I kept it not even a whole month, and I paid $100, which was fair. And I’ll most definitely use TitleMax again.

Was told after completing process that the first payment wasn't due until August! Today I received message stating payment was due 21 July! July is NOT August.
