I went to the 7527 Riverdale location on February 11,2026... Upon walking in I was met with a warm welcome from Hareem. He was patient and explained the whole process of what he was doing in order for my title funds to fall through. What really impressed me was that Hareem took the time to accompany me to get a money gram in order to get my funds.. I lost my bankcard and so that was the next option. I really appreciated that.. I didn't want that type of money on me and it really meant a lot that he accompanied me...Gm in store was a sweetheart also... Great customer service from both.

One of the heaters broke down and I didn't have a spare. Then, I had to go buy two of them, one for the kids, and one for the kids' room. I passed through TitleMax and I walked in to apply for a personal loan. They treated me well and they told me what I needed to do. Everything went smoothly and the process took about 30 minutes. I had to do the paperwork in there until it could be processed. The rep who assisted me was really helpful, and I liked her when she was doing her work. All in all, TitleMax helped me out pretty good and I have no complaints. I thought I was going to be denied, but thank God, I wasn't.

They always make sure you understand the payments and how the title pawn works. If you only pay the payment and not over the amount you're only paying the finance charges and nothing towards the principal of getting your title back.

The lending process at TitleMax was great. The rep I worked with was really nice. She went out and took pictures of the vehicle from the outside and the inside. I had to have my title to my car and proof of residency. She helped me understand a lot of the stuff about the loan, all the payments, and everything. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful as well and I will refer a friend or family member. To let them know that the service is extremely helpful and the wait isn’t too long. The staff had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and she explained everything to me so that I could understand it better.. like I said earlier I would recommend others to come in if they need emergency funds to get by.

Title Max is a good place to get help. They've helped me so much, first with the title loan and then with the personal loan. I build my trust, I trust them, and so they are a good place to go to get help when you need help.

While moving through the steps to get the loan, the ladies' happy attitude rubbed off on me. In about a half hour, I had the money I needed for my truck! I WAS thrilled when I left Title Max.

I went to the location on college street in december. They did the application and offered me $298.00. Went back a month later. It had decreased because of other loans he stated. To $199.00. He told me if I paid it off cash it would increase. I was disappointed but understood the process.

Started off with a welcoming phone call from Armando. When I showed up, the first one I saw was Genesis and her smile and greet. Genesis helped me get through the whole process and even with the system glitches, she was smiling and making the process less stressful. Armando was helping her with the transaction since it was Genesis's first personal loan and he explained everything. The process was smooth once I got to the store. The online appraisal picture taking wasnt the best. I couldn't get the title in focus due to the camera the site makes you use. Also I felt like I should've gotten a little more than I got, especially since I desperately needed it.

I can't help but be in total shock of the interest rates. 600% interest on a $3000 loan and if decided to carry the loan out, it will be $19,000. That is way, way too much! That is way more than what I paid for my car brand new. We were in a very tight spot and needed the cash. I'm just stressing over the interest and payment plan. Though I can afford it, it's just way too much. I just wish that we would of have went somewhere else. Once this is paid off, we'll never go to TitleMax again. There ought to be a law against this kind of interest rate!

A friend of mine referred me to TitleMax. I went for a loan, and the process wasn’t difficult. It didn't take a long time. The rep was very courteous and, overall, everything was good.

I've done business with TitleMax years back, and I remember it. That's why I chose to do business with them again. This is the third time I'm going with them to get a loan. I've always had a great experience with them.

By word of mouth and seeing the signs on the stores, I was familiar with TitleMax. When I went to their location, I had a nice experience. It was quiet and professional. I was looking for a title loan at the time and they were able to give that to me. The interest was really high but I paid it off early. I would recommend them to friends if they're in a pinch and they had the ability to pay back.

TitleMax was the only company that would pick me up. The rep was very nice and friendly. If I had any questions, he told me to call or stop by.

I saw TitleMax across the street from where I live and I went up there so I could get some money to pay some bills. Their process was very easy and my title loan was processed in five minutes tops. They did everything for me. They took me step-by-step on how to do it because it was my first time around, and they explained everything in full details. I'd tell my friends that TitleMax has really good hospitality and they go out of their way to explain to you how to proceed with the documents if you don't know. I would highly recommend it to a family member if they needed that extra money.

Overall, the lending process through TitleMax was good. It was a great experience. This is the first time I've ever done anything like this. They were able to help me and they went out of their way. The workers, Sandra and Brittany, definitely were knowledgeable. The whole process took about two hours. The only thing I didn't like about it was I was really lowballed.

I was involved in an accident and the Insurance company sent me a check in my name and TitleMax. I informed Title Max who informed because it is not a total loss. They are not involved and so I thank got my attorney involved. Now they have illegally locked me out of the portal. And refused my payment indicating that I need to contact corporate. There is no resolution with Corporate. They just let Vicki their Employees run their business unethical and illegally.

Worst experience ever. At this point I've paid more than the loan I received and at some point you wouldn’t think the company would return the title instead of demanding more money & or taking my vehicle even though I've paid more than what is owed and what the car is worth.

Good service, but I will not be going back to borrow any more money. They charge me entirely too much to pay back on a $2000 loan, which is ridiculous, after I borrowed money from them in my 2016 Dodge Charger I just purchased, which I paid $16,000 for. Never again will I ever go back to Title Max, $300 a month is absurd! And outrageous! They lost my business for good!

They were good. They told me I would get 950 but I really didn’t get my full amount but I still have to pay for the full amount. That’s the only thing negative I have to say. Would I refer a friend or family member? Yes but I will let them know. They may not get the full amount but will be charged for the full amount. I would be very honest with my friends and family. It would be on them if they choose to do business or not once I pay my loan off. I hope and pray I don’t have to go back.

I stopped into the E Broadway/Kolb location. I was a little apprehensive to take out a tile loan. However, after meeting with Denise, she put me at ease allowing me to shed the “feeling of failure” feeling I walked in with The process was easy and rates…..considering, very reasonable. What I appreciated was I was not pushed or encouraged to take out more than I needed though I qualified for 9’s the amount. It took be several days to muster the energy to stop in but, glad I did.

It was a bad experience. The point they charge me twice. They want me to pay monthly fee and add the same amount to the principal. That is double jeopardy. You charge me twice for the service. The agent act like she was giving me the best deal but really was scamming me. The other title place would gave me a better deal. The point you only will only give me 3100 max on 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe. I can't wait until I pay y'all. I'm sending a complaint to the state. I didn't receive my paperwork or receipt. It was the Stone Mountain store.
