I had dealt with TitleMax, but I paid out my loan and went back to them. Someone called me, and I took out a personal loan. They were fair and understanding. I made my payments on time. TitleMax treated me with courtesy and respect, and I keep coming back to them. They are very fast. They helped me out financially good. I never had a problem with them, regardless of what everybody says. Don't believe what you hear. Go and experience it for yourself.

Overall it was just an okay experience since they were having issues with the Internet, what should have taken 30 minutes took an hour and a half and when I inquired about using the restroom I was informed they didn't have one for public use.

The lending process with TitleMax was quick and easy. Their representative was very professional. He helped me through the whole process. It was at the last minute. They were getting ready to close but he didn't rush me or try to push me out. It was 10 minutes before they closed. He was able to stay and still assist me and get it done before he left. It took 30 minutes. They did everything. Took pictures. And it was within 10 minutes after the picture was taken of the vehicle, they gave me a quote on what they would be able to allow me to take. It allowed me to take care of the situation I had at the last minute.

I had a great experience with TitleMax. My representative, Olga, was very kind, talkative, and most of all helpful. She walked me through the whole process from start to finish and without her help I wouldn’t have understood the whole title loan process. She is an asset to TitleMax. Thanks Olga!

I liked the way the lady who I talked to conducted herself. You might not get what you want the first time, but you will get some money if you are going through a hard time.

TitleMax was 10 minutes away from my home. Their lending process is very easy, considering I've used them five times now. Their customer service is good. I enjoy them.

I use TitleMax because it's right there where I can see it. It's quite convenient. Their lending process was great. I only got $400 and they still called me, they texted me, let me know that I still can get up to 800 something dollars, but I'm not going to do that. I just started. So, I want to get this paid off first. My representative was great. She took her time. She was patient and showed me everything that I needed to sign. Some people rushed through stuff and think you're supposed to catch it, but she took her own time and showed me every little thing at the time what it was going to be and how much everything was going to cost.

TitleMax seems more credible than these shady places. The loan process went wonderfully. The ladies behind the counter were awesome. It took us about 10 minutes to complete the process. I've been there before. She knew me by face. She made sure we were comfortable, and I really enjoyed talking to her. I've been using TitleMax off and on for a few years. They make it easy to borrow money and pay it back. They check in to see if you need anything when you're in between title bombs. Overall, it was a good experience.

It took around 15 minutes. I worked with a polite young lady. I would refer TitleMax. The experience was black and white. There were no tricks about it.

If you need it, they will help you as much as they can. If you don't have the full amount to pay, they give you an extension, which is good. You have to at least have 500 saved up just in case you don't make it because they're very accepting and understanding. Making the payments was easy. They sent me a text message. I clicked the link, and then it went to it. It showed me how much I can pay for the extension or if I can pay the full amount. I got it done in less than a minute.

This is my sixth title loan with TitleMax. They have been there by my side to assist if I needed extra resources to cover expenses. TitleMax is Awesome and I will recommend them to any friend or family.

I love TitleMax. The girls at the location I went to are so sweet. They are wonderful and very pleasant. When I first walked in the door, they said, “Welcome to TitleMax. I'll be with you in a minute.” I love the environment. They gave me the good vibe as, “I'm here to help any way I can.” I took out a personal loan, and everything got approved in about two seconds. It was fast.

Mr. ** was very professional in explaining the loan process. Also very clear and concise with the information. Made obtaining the loan a good experience. He also explained loan process and repayment plan in full.

My first visit was a appointment that I made online. When I walked in the store the clerk never acknowledged me. He was busy however he could have greeted me. I left after about 10 minutes. I went back a couple of days later and the same clerk was there working no other customers were there. So I got immediate attention. His customer service was ok. His knowledge of the process was sufficient. I was very disappointed and distracted by his tongue ring. I felt it was unprofessional and inappropriate for a work environment.

Everybody at TitleMax was very pleasant. I’ve never done a title loan before and they showed me what to do and how to do it. They walked me through the whole process. It took a little while since they had some other people there too, but it wasn’t too bad. One lady was working with me and one was working with somebody else. But in between people coming in and asking questions, they tried to answer. The rates are good because I needed the loan right then. I kept it not even a whole month, and I paid $100, which was fair. And I’ll most definitely use TitleMax again.

Was told after completing process that the first payment wasn't due until August! Today I received message stating payment was due 21 July! July is NOT August.

I did the application with TitleMax online. I filled out my information, and I just waited some time, and then they just came back, and they said I was approved. The rep who helped me was great.

I pass by TitleMax all the time when I’m riding, which is how I found out about them. Then, when I went online, they were referred to me. So, I went back in there again. I got a personal loan and the lending process went great. The rep asked me about the credentials that I needed and I presented those. Everything went quickly. It took about 30 minutes. They let you know about your loan and how much it is. They are professional, very friendly people and someone that I would recommend to someone else. The rate is high, though. But if you're interested in the loan and you’re desperate, you will go with the rate.

I'd dealt with TitleMax at another store and this time, I went to a different store of theirs. The experience was about the same - it was good. They didn't try to pressure me into anything and gave me more than what I wanted. The rate is a little high, but it's to be expected.

I had had a loan from Title Max. 2 years ago I couldn't keep going with refinance & wrote a letter to please take my car. This was in December. They waited till April the following year then took my car at night along with things I had just bought securing them by locking my car. The following morning I asked them to retrieve my belongings as it was illegal for them to keep them. Their text reply was to come in & 'talk'. No thanks. They stole my things & I'm supposed to retrieve them. Two years later (as of now) they still have my belongings.

Lucy was amazing from beginning to the end. She has a very friendly personality that makes it feel like you have known each other for years. I highly recommend going in to see her for your financial needs.

The whole process went pretty well. It was pretty smooth. It took no longer than 30 minutes. I was impressed with how smooth the process was with the computer and the application. It was pretty fast and quick. TitleMax helped me tremendously. Because of TitleMax, I still have my house and I'm able to keep on working and keep living. They have pretty good customer service.

Absolutely horrible! I wish I didn’t even have to get alone in the first place but I definitely wish I didn’t have to come here. They make it so inconvenient to pay them. The website never is working properly to make a payment when I got a new card because my other card was hacked. The system wouldn’t even accept my card so then they telling me I have to come to the location to show them my card. By the way I wasn’t even by my location. I was in another area of Texas had to go to a location there, but I couldn’t pay them there because it wasn’t my location. Went to give them my new car. Their system wouldn’t accept my new card so I couldn’t make a payment so now I’m gonna have to travel all the way back to where I’m from to pay in person with my new card because don’t be a day late. They’ll send the repo to take your car. They don’t have a grace period if you’re late they have every right to come and get your car right after midnight.

Service was good. Was treated like family at the flappy store. They took really good care of me. Thanks again for all the help 🙂 and I like the timely and prompt service and I'm going to refer my family and friends to the store.

The process at TitleMax wasn't difficult at all. The employees there walked me through it. They thoroughly explained everything. It was very good. They did very well. It started pouring down rain, and they had to go back out there.

My experience with them went well. Both Elizabeth and Frida are good PR persons. They're very respectful. Frida was the one that did my application. She was an amazing lady. I came in and they acknowledged me. They were busy but they stopped to take the time to tell me they'd be right with me. I like that. They make you feel at home. They must be writing their own reviews because they are a bunch of rip offs and will steal your data information. Don’t trust them.

However MoneyGram at the retail next door didn't have details and refused to pay. I contacted TitleMax next day who then told me it wouldn't have an issue. I went and they gave the cash next day. The rate of interest seems quite high. And I would prefer a print out of date of payments and installments.

I went to my bank and asked them for $900. I've been with them for years. And they turned me down. And it just amazed me. I just went over to TitleMax, and they wanted to give me $1,600, but I didn't need but $900. So, they paid me the $900. Then I went back two weeks later and paid them up. The second time, they let me borrow 800, and then I paid that one off, and then they only let me borrow another 100. TitleMax treated me right. The rep that I worked with likes to talk to people. Her name is April and she loves meeting with the customer. She is good. TitleMax needs more of them people. The process didn't take that long. It only took an hour and a half. TitleMax helped me get the tag on my van.

They don't even wait till the first due date to start their loan scams. I borrowed $150 in April 2026, and in about 3 weeks, I got a bill for $15.34 for a loan renewal. Never heard of such a thing so I called them. The first girl could not explain it, so she transferred me to another who could not explain it either. I said I could not pay it till the 15th and asked if my car would be repossessed, and she laughed. I screamed, "I do not think it's funny" and I hung up on the **!!! These are loan sharks folks! They do not explain their fees and have children doing the loans. Now I'm in arrears already, not a month in!!! They have really upset me! Steer clear of TitleMax! Sham and scam loan sharks!!!!

When I borrowed the money from TitleMax, I went to the initial store and the rep who assisted me was very professional. She told me it would take a couple of minutes to get the thing done and I walked over next door. By the time I got back, she had the paperwork there for me to sign. So, I was in and out very promptly. Then, I went back when I thought the loan was due and talked with another representative. She was the manager and she was very professional, too. She told me that the loan wasn't due yet and she told when it was due. But I went ahead and made a payment anyway. Also, I wanted to get more money than they would actually loan, but I know the truck is very old and I understand that the policy comes from higher-ups. Other than that, the service that I got in that store was impeccable. Every time I've been in, it has only been the two girls and they're jammed up. But they're good at what they do.

It was faster and easier to get through the whole process with TitleMax. I got in there and not even an hour later, we were out and on our way. It only took between 30 and 45 minutes for the whole process to be done. The reps were very knowledgeable. They knew what they were talking about and what they were doing that's why the experience went so fast. It was all very good experience. Considering of what I was trying to get for a loan, the price was very good as well. I got to go online this Friday and see about paying on the interest of it to where I can get a little more of an extension if I need to.

I was happy that she caught it, and I got what I needed, even though it was something different. So everything still worked out. She knew the rules. The whole process took about 45 minutes. It was really easy to do. I was very satisfied. By getting that loan, I paid everything that I needed, that I owed a bunch of bills, and I got them paid off in time. Now I have just a lone payment.

I was asked to do a review before I was finished being served. In the beginning the ladies was pleasant and I'd give 5 stars. Terrible mistake. The young lady had to submit my application two or three times because of errors. Each submission took a long time. She became rude, calling her mom about something going on outside. After finally getting an approval that I rejected because the payments was too much. She said she was calling someone about lowering my payments but she said the call was dropping because who she was calling was driving. This lasted at least 15 - 20 minutes. So I just told her to give me a call to let me know what was worked out. Neither of the ladies was polite as I was leaving and one was being trained. So I called back and left a message letting them know I didn't want the loan. I asked for a return call to verify they received my message and no one has called. This was yesterday on Garners Ferry Rd.

TitleMax was very easy to deal with. They were recommended by a friend of mine, Freddie, who said that I could go with TitleMax and get anything I want. I went to the location on Bullsburg Drive at Newnan and the application process was simple. Everything was fine and I wasn't in the store 10 minutes. They know me anyway and it worked out great. I had to have the title and my driver's license. Then they took the title and gave me a receipt. They also checked the vehicle. They walked around it and they took pictures. I stayed inside because I had hip surgery and I'm not good walking. They checked the mileage, too. Then, the other day, they called and said I had a choice of having a document mailed to me or to them and they recommended let it be mailed to them because, that way, they could track it if something happened and I agreed with them. The rep who assisted me was extra nice, friendly, and helpful.

Do NOT do business with TitleMax! Absolute SCUM of the earth! The NY Mobsters are more gracious in working with Customers. I requested to go to cash only payments and told them to remove my debit card from their system. They force payment after a few days late without any warning. I’ve cancelled debit cards and they still find a way to force e the payment. Today I’m unable to pickup prescription meds and pay my electric bill due to them forcing payment for a few days late. Go to TN Quick Cash. They care about their Clients and work with them.

With a flex loan, if it comes to a time that it's an emergency situation and I need some extra money, I can go back and get it. It's really good and the lady said that's what she would have done too.
