    This is my third time doing a title loan with TitleMax. I used them because I am able to get the loan amount that I need and then get another loan whenever it’s finished. The lending process took about 35 minutes. I filled out the application online, then went into the office and brought the title in. The representative had me fill out the paperwork, and I waited for them to respond to the offer, payments, and interest rates. Once everything was agreed on, I signed off. The funds were then loaded onto my account. It’s convenient, and I don’t mind using TitleMax. I would recommend the loan service to friends and family. If someone needs a loan, they can check out TitleMax, bring their vehicle title and ID, and provide references.

    I looked up “Title loans in Pasadena, Texas” on the website and they brought up title loan companies. I called about six of them before I decided which one was the best for me, which was TitleMax. My experience with them went well. Both Elizabeth and Frida are good PR persons. They're very respectful. Frida was the one that did my application. She was an amazing lady. I came in and they acknowledged me. They were busy but they stopped to take the time to tell me they'd be right with me. I like that. They make you feel at home. They make you feel welcome, and they're very professional at what they do. TitleMax did a good job when I needed it. It was something that I needed within a couple of days, and they did it to me in a day. The response was amazing.

The application process was simple, quick and easy. I thought it would take about an hour but it only took about 20 minutes. My interaction with the TitleMax representative was perfect. If everyone were like her, a lot of businesses would be thriving right now. Funding only took a couple of minutes as well, and it was performed well. However MoneyGram at the retail next door didn't have details and refused to pay. I contacted TitleMax next day who then told me it wouldn't have an issue. I went and they gave the cash next day.     The overall lending process at TitleMax has been all right. I got a car repoed by them before, but they keep giving me the same max every time I go. The second time, they let me borrow 800, and then I paid that one off, and then they only let me borrow another 100. But the lady said if I do it a third time, then I could probably ask them for a larger amount. The processors I worked with were good.

    They don't even wait till the first due date to start their loan scams. I borrowed $150 in April 2026, and in about 3 weeks, I got a bill for $15.34 for a loan renewal. Never heard of such a thing so I called them. The first girl could not explain it, so she transferred me to another who could not explain it either. I said I could not pay it till the 15th and asked if my car would be repossessed, and she laughed. I screamed, "I do not think it's funny" and I hung up on the **!!! These are loan sharks folks! They do not explain their fees and have children doing the loans. Now I'm in arrears already, not a month in!!! They have really upset me! Steer clear of TitleMax! Sham and scam loan sharks!!!!

    When I borrowed the money from TitleMax, I went to the initial store and the rep who assisted me was very professional. She told me it would take a couple of minutes to get the thing done and I walked over next door. By the time I got back, she had the paperwork there for me to sign. So, I was in and out very promptly. Then, I went back when I thought the loan was due and talked with another representative. She was the manager and she was very professional, too. She told me that the loan wasn't due yet and she told when it was due. But I went ahead and made a payment anyway. Also, I wanted to get more money than they would actually loan, but I know the truck is very old and I understand that the policy comes from higher-ups. Other than that, the service that I got in that store was impeccable. Every time I've been in, it has only been the two girls and they're jammed up. But they're good at what they do.

    It was faster and easier to get through the whole process with TitleMax. I got in there and not even an hour later, we were out and on our way. It only took between 30 and 45 minutes for the whole process to be done. The reps were very knowledgeable. They knew what they were talking about and what they were doing that's why the experience went so fast. It was all very good experience. Considering of what I was trying to get for a loan, the price was very good as well. I got to go online this Friday and see about paying on the interest of it to where I can get a little more of an extension if I need to.

    The rep was nice and really knowledgeable about everything and how everything worked. It made it a lot easier on me, so I could just get out there, get what I needed, and then get out the door, which is really nice. She caught something almost towards the end. I was happy that she caught it, and I got what I needed, even though it was something different. So everything still worked out. She knew the rules. The whole process took about 45 minutes. It was really easy to do. I was very satisfied. By getting that loan, I paid everything that I needed, that I owed a bunch of bills, and I got them paid off in time. Now I have just a lone payment.

    I was asked to do a review before I was finished being served. In the beginning the ladies was pleasant and I'd give 5 stars. Terrible mistake. The young lady had to submit my application two or three times because of errors. Each submission took a long time. She became rude, calling her mom about something going on outside. After finally getting an approval that I rejected because the payments was too much. She said she was calling someone about lowering my payments but she said the call was dropping because who she was calling was driving. This lasted at least 15 - 20 minutes. So I just told her to give me a call to let me know what was worked out. Neither of the ladies was polite as I was leaving and one was being trained. So I called back and left a message letting them know I didn't want the loan. I asked for a return call to verify they received my message and no one has called. This was yesterday on Garners Ferry Rd.

    TitleMax was very easy to deal with. They were recommended by a friend of mine, Freddie, who said that I could go with TitleMax and get anything I want. I went to the location on Bullsburg Drive at Newnan and the application process was simple. Everything was fine and I wasn't in the store 10 minutes. They know me anyway and it worked out great. I had to have the title and my driver's license. Then they took the title and gave me a receipt. They also checked the vehicle. They walked around it and they took pictures. I stayed inside because I had hip surgery and I'm not good walking. They checked the mileage, too. Then, the other day, they called and said I had a choice of having a document mailed to me or to them and they recommended let it be mailed to them because, that way, they could track it if something happened and I agreed with them. The rep who assisted me was extra nice, friendly, and helpful.

    Do NOT do business with TitleMax! Absolute SCUM of the earth! The NY Mobsters are more gracious in working with Customers. I requested to go to cash only payments and told them to remove my debit card from their system. They force payment after a few days late without any warning. I’ve cancelled debit cards and they still find a way to force e the payment. Today I’m unable to pickup prescription meds and pay my electric bill due to them forcing payment for a few days late. Go to TN Quick Cash. They care about their Clients and work with them.

    My father-in-law got a title loan from TitleMax, and they said the experience was good, so I went and got out a loan myself. The overall lending process was good. Everything was nice and professional, and I was really happy with the customer service. I went into the store and they did everything for me. I didn't have to upload anything.

    I would recommend TitleMax. I had a pretty good experience. The only downside is I was hoping and expecting to get a lot more than what I actually did. The annual percentage rate and terms are a little high, but at the same time, I understand and the monthly payment isn't bad. I'm happy with the monthly payments. I have their app. It's nicely laid out, and it doesn't make you go to all this other crap just to make a payment or see how much you owe.

    I took out a loan from TitleMax, and my initial contact, Salma was very nice. Unfortunately she is no longer there and I am forced to deal with Lilly....I have already reported her to Jesus, the area Mgr., and he said he would speak to her. She is rude, condescending, unfriendly, antagonistic, obnoxious, vicious, intentionally combative, belligerent, intimidating, frankly dangerous and has a nasty attitude to name a few. She has no place in or around Customer Service. When Salma was still there, it was very interesting and educational to be the recipient of both of their chosen & different approaches to a Customer. Today I spoke with "Diana" at the Jupiter location and she mirrored Lilly's qualities; I imagine she is following Lilly's orders and management style, always putting me on hold, and I believe she was co-ordinating her belligerent responses after talking with Lilly each of the 6 times she put me on hold.

    She was rude, would not answer my questions, etc, and refused giving my number to Jesus for a call-back conversation. I assume he is too busy managing these inefficient employees to have time or interest in playing a Customer Service role. I highly recommend not to use TitleMax for an urgent necessity loan unless you want to be treated like an unintelligent moron, and additionally made to feel like you are a criminal and lesser than them..... Not only would I urge you to turn to another source, but if you value your self-assuredness, you may very well come out of a conversation with some of their associates feeling downgraded and worthless, which none of us want to feel.

    Since the of State of Texas allows these outrageous loan interest amounts, we are, at some time in our lives, potentially forced to deal with these kinds of people and their personal treatment. Just because you need a loan, that doesn't make you a "lesser" person, and you should NEVER be intentionally made to feel that way. I borrowed $1500 on a 13yr old car and I have paid over that amount in interest already, as I have not been successful in finding employment in my field as a well educated Sr. Manager; my age is very prohibitive. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use TitleMax for any reason. You may feel quite diminished after dealing with them as a customer. There are many of other choices of places in which to get a loan, especially a secured one as I did. I hope this information was helpful, and it is 100% honest & factual. Good luck.

    I’ve seen TitleMax and heard about them and then, I needed it all of a sudden. I checked it out and now, I’m a repeat customer. I got a car title loan and the process went smoothly. It took about 30 minutes and that’s on the high side. One time, it was probably a little longer only because I needed a loan before I got the title back. The reps were able to do it, it's just that they had to figure out what to do and how to do it. But other than that, I wasn't upset or mad. The money was directly deposited into my bank and I’m happy. I’m unhappy when I have to pay it back, but it is what it is. It's not that I don't have credit, it's just that I have no money when I need it. And as a contractor, sometimes I need a cash advance to pay for certain things and it helps me get through to the next job we're doing.

    It’s a two-hour drive from there and one time, I left my wallet at home. I was thinking that the reps knew me and took my picture every time, so I was upset that they couldn’t rely on my photo and my previous transactions. It’s probably a safety measure, but nobody looks like me and I tend to stand out because I make myself presentable and personable. Other than that, it was just that one time. I'd recommend TitleMax to other people who wish they could get some money right now and they don’t have any money to bank. They own a vehicle and have the title to it, so they can get a title loan. It's for 30 days. It's quick, but don't go for the maximum that TitleMax could give because they have to pay it back. Don't make it to where they got to hide their vehicle because the repo guys are good and will find it.

The recent one was two weeks ago and the gentleman I worked with was great. His name is Jose and he's just the one on East Speedway in Tucson. He was helpful and the company should give that man a raise. The process was also easy and quick, and I didn't feel any pressure or any issues. That particular set of circumstances was pleasant.     I don't like the fact that knowing how much I made per month and living on a fixed income. Oh how could you loan a person a great amount of money knowing they could not pay it back and IN one month a greater amount than what they even make??? I'm not And I CANNOT! I have been scammed and I did not know I was being scammed and if I had known that there is no way that I would ever have come back to begin with because I guess I had no sense. I was negligent and thinking that I could get something that was just too good to be true and thinking that it was too good to be true, that meant that it really wasn't true at all. I had to file a police report. I had to file an FBI report. Have been scammed to the max! Absolutely to the point where I could not borrow any more money at all with the income that I make of disability.

    I believe that this company should have refused to give me any kind of money knowing that I didn't even make $1,000 a month. Nor even $900 a month. That was not nice at all! And because I can't come up with the money, I have to try to get a loan elsewhere that has cheaper interest rate. That would sure beat $194 point whatever percent financed charge! And it would be only 12% finance charge interest rate interest rate. I'm praying to God that I will have favor and God's mercy be upon me to be able to get my title back.

    TitleMax should have some kind of policy in force of refusing to give money to people that make less amount of money than they can afford to pay. The people that are on disability and SSI when they don't even make $900 a month I'll say it again. It really should have been REFUSED!! And there should be a policy law even a law government law state law it doesn't matter where or how. It should not be allowed at all!!! God Bless you all.. Sorry I was to late to even realize that I was being scammed all along!!!

    I've worked with TitleMax before and when I got behind big time with the payments, they came and got my truck. I talked to somebody else at TitleMax that was up in management and he knocked a significant portion of the payment off. So, I was able to get my truck back. A couple of weeks ago, I was in a crunch and I went out there again. I didn't think I was going to be able to get anything because of what happened before, but it seemed not to be a problem. The rep who helped me out was excellent. Her name was Asia and I was impressed with her overall demeanor. She was professional but personable. It was refreshing.

    From the time I went in and to her coming out there, taking pictures of the vehicle and getting the VIN number, and all the other stuff, it took 30 minutes. And the funding, she asked me, if I had any type of debit card that I could have it put on. If not, I would have to go to a Western Union or some other company. They charge you for cashing the check. So she was able to put it on my PayPal card and I got it in no time. The service was on point, too because at the time, my power got turned off and I needed it back on. I went to them, thought I needed more, and they couldn't give me more, but it turned out, the amount that I got was the exact amount that I needed. That was amazing.

    TitleMax is like a pawn shop. So if you need to go with them, do it. But when it's time to pay them back, you need to pay them back because there are no surprises. Everything that you pay, if you pay the minimum payment, you ain't paying up the interest, and you still hadn't paid on the loan. So that's what it is, and as long as you know what you're getting into, I’d recommend anybody to them.

    I like TitleMax because I could get quick money when I needed money. Their lending process has been fine, except for one time when I was a little bit disappointed. I've been a customer with them for a while and they sent me all these things so I could get $25,000. Most of the time, I borrow 10,000 to $11,000 and I pay it back within two months. I had an issue come up where I needed some quick money and I had just gotten a loan, and I told them that I was coming back in to do another one. We were trying to do a down payment if it didn't go through. But when I went back, they would only give me $4,000. I didn't take it because it wasn't what I needed. I was a little bit disappointed because, as long as I've been doing business with them, I never defaulted on loans and I always pay them back.

    My loans are considerable because they're like $10,000, $11,000, and the most I've ever paid has been two months, so they make good money off of me. I didn't understand why, when I was seeking 10 thousand more, they wouldn't give it to us. My vehicle values that. They said it was because I had just taken out a loan, but I didn't think that should have mattered since I am a good customer there. I have a good record too.

    The rep I worked with was very good and knowledgeable. She was really trying to tell them that I am a good customer. She couldn't believe that they would not give me the money, because when it came up, she called somebody on the phone, and they were going back and forth. She was like, “This car is in pristine condition.” But I would still tell others if they've gotta have some money, TitleMax is really a good place to go.

    Back in 2018, I had used TitleMax. I was looking for a title loan at that time. Then, a couple of years ago, I did it again. My first experience with TitleMax was pretty decent. I had fallen behind on some payments, and they worked with me. I was comfortable going back to them. I got a title loan recently, and the process took only 30 minutes. They're always really friendly in the office that I go to. Something else that stands out, usually, after I pay my title loan, they'll reach out and let me know, "We're here if you need us." Also, one time, I hadn't picked up my title for a very long time. My loan was paid off, but they held my title. It was safe. I appreciated that. It was months later that I was like, "I gotta pick that up."

    However, I wish that I were allowed to pick my due date. Because I get paid twice a month, it always ends up falling at the beginning of the month. And all my other bills are due. I end up having to pay a month early so that I don't have to pay it at the beginning of the month. I wish they would give that option to pick a date that would work best for financial reasons. Their service is good. But it's very expensive too. So you have to be really careful about the amount that you take.

    I read about Titlemax online, but everything online didn't end up going anywhere where it should. The website didn't lead me anywhere. I'm not sure why, but it seems like scammers are ghosting it so a lot of people don't realize what's a scam and what's not. By the time people start realizing that it might not be a scam, it doesn't go anywhere. They do that because that's what their job is, so people end up getting a bad taste in their mouth and then they put it off. I didn't know my experience with Titlemax was gonna turn out to be a positive thing until I had to pay fines at a local court in Pacific. Thanks to Titlemax's local offices and the company putting advertisement out and me seeing it, which is unusual, I realized there was a store in my local town. I thought it was an online-only thing. I didn't realize Titlemax had local stores until I accidentally came across the address when I searched and the Google thing came up in Maps.

    Titlemax's lending process was the best I've ever had, and even when I didn't realize it, they were there, making sure I had a good experience no matter what. They did great on problem solving and they made sure any problem that could happen, it would be all right and they would fix it or they would get me on the way to fixing it no matter what. I never thought that I was ever gonna have anything bad. Even if I defaulted or messed up, I was still made to think that it was gonna be all right, and I had options.

    The individual lady at the Titlemax office in Pacific Missouri is one of the company's best managers. I would have her as their spokesperson of what kind of manager they would wanna have for the best of the company because she does above and beyond on her own time. She goes out of her way personally to make sure that every customer of Titlemax feels good. She even calls customers extra. One would think, “Oh, why are they calling?” but one won't even think about that when she calls. Why? Because she doesn't even give people a chance to. People already feel good just by her greeting. I've had a lot of loans and dealt with a lot of lending companies, and that was by far the best. Titlemax is the most positive I've ever had. I would rate them the best I could give and then add a little more to it. I would also tell people that they would be stupid not to go to Titlemax.

    I went to TitleMax years ago when I was in my early twenties. I had a white Dodge Neon, and I was able to borrow 200. I had a good experience back then. They didn't do me dirty back then. This time I had a newer car, a Toyota Prius, and income taxes are right around the corner. I thought to try them out again. When I went, there was one lady at the office, and she was multitasking. But she did great. She was very nice and helpful. She answered every question that I had. I left there with no doubts. The process took 15 minutes, the longest was waiting for the approval.     I did a title loan with TitleMax because of the way I was explained by my sister, that it was an easy process and it was quick to get the loan, and that was accurate. Maria, the rep I dealt with, was good, but I didn't get the full information from her and I feel like I'm tied into something now that I wish I would have asked more questions. TitleMax had her on a conference call, so she couldn't answer too much stuff because she was trying to help me out plus do a conference call at the same time. I was helped, but before Maria could try to answer my question if I can pay the loan off in the next two or three months without having to pay for the next three or four years, the conference call that she had on the computer was also asking her a question at the same time.

    I was saying stuff twice, but I'm not gonna put the fault on Maria. She was a good person to work with. It's just the conference call interrupted us. If the conference call wasn't involved that time that I went, I'm sure she would have answered more of my questions, but I ended up looking it up. Overall, I had an awesome experience.     My first experience with Title Max was bad. They didn't explain everything to me, so I thought I was paying towards my loan, but the whole time, I was paying the interest. And at the last minute, they gave me a call and said they were gonna take 300 out and that it was what I owed. I paid it, and I thought I was done. But I just went to a new TitleMax here in Baytown, and they took care of me. They explain everything in a way most places don’t. If you don’t understand something, they break it down clearly, and they’ll keep explaining it until you do understand. They made up for the first one I went to. The only reason why the process took me so long was that I was asking a lot of questions because of my first bad experience with TitleMax in Pasadena.

    Titlemax has lots of services and I've had them before. When I previously did a title loan, I brought them a title, then they got me a loan, put it into my account the first time and the same for the second time. The process was simple. The rep was able to put everything in for me, and it was a quick process. She always answers my questions. It took roughly less than 45 minutes. I didn't wanna give up my title, but it is what it is. They gave me money and it helped me out. I don't care for the $3.11 a day interest rate, but I had to do what I had to do.

    TitleMax is popular and I decided to apply for a loan. It was my second time going to them, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. It’s not the closest location to me, but I always go to that one because the staff is always friendly. The process took no more than 30 minutes. The interest rates are extremely high, though, and they should have more options other than the 30-day term. I told them I was never coming back because of the interest. I had just dropped the money to pay it off and get my title back, and they were already calling the next day. They were good with marketing.
