If somebody’s gotta do a title pawn, TitleMax is an option. I chose them because it was quick. At the time, I was in a pinch and I didn’t consider anybody else.

There’s one TitleMax locally, and that’s why I decided to use them, because it was convenient. As for the lending officer, she was okay, but she didn’t really seem like she wanted to be bothered. The process itself took just over an hour, and there weren’t any issues with receiving everything. However, I think the really high interest rate is criminal. It almost wasn’t even worth it.

These are good people to do business with, and they are ready to do business. The rep I worked with was great and the process didn’t take long.

I needed some support since I got two little kids and I just moved here. I googled, and TitleMax came up. The lady there in Cordele, Georgia is excellent. I love her. The company hired the right person for that job. She went out, went around and inside the car, and took pictures. It was a pleasant experience, and it didn’t take long at all to get the loan. I got a loan with them the first time, and then I came back to deal with them again. They helped me both times. I love them. Every time I need them, they’re always on time. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The lending process is easy. I didn’t understand it but the lady explained a lot to me. I had a lot of questions so the process took a little bit longer, which was 30 minutes.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Ms. **! From start to finish, she was amazing. Her positive attitude is truly contagious and made the entire process so much smoother and more enjoyable. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a dedicated and upbeat professional! From our very first interaction, her professionalism and genuine care were immediately apparent, setting a positive tone for the entire process.

It was a quick and easy process. I did what I needed to do on the app, went to the TitleMax store and signed off on the paperwork. The lady there was pleasant, took care of it immediately and I got the money. I was there for 15 minutes.

I would like more information on how things work, because TitleMax didn’t give me a lot more information. The customer service was good, though, and my lending process with them was just a quick, easy process overall.

I’ve used TitleMax before and I went back and used them again. The overall process took about 30minutes and the customer service was great. I felt comfortable knowing they weren’t going to lie to me.

TitleMax helped me over a hump in my finances. To pay off some bills, I went to TitleMax where the process was short and simple. The representative was very nice, very engaging, and she broke everything down to where I can understand it. She was very kind and honest.

I got a title loan from TitleMax, and that helped me pay my rent at the right time. My father also used it years ago. The woman there was very helpful, and the process took less than 30 minutes. I just needed a copy of my driver’s license and title. The only appraisal made it easy. It’s a lot of interest, but since I’m back working full time, I’ll be able to pay my loan off quicker. I would recommend it to people who know they have the means to pay off the loan quickly.

I’ve known TitleMax for years. I needed the cash and I knew they would lend me the money using my vehicle. The entire process took about 35-40 minutes. The representative I worked with was nice, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The people were friendly and the process was smooth.

I’ve been using TitleMax for quite a while. The customer service has always been very good every time I visit. The only thing I’d like to see improved is lower interest rates.

The customer service was great but I do believe the company that took over could do a better job at offering better money for people pawning the title to their vehicle. I have used this company before and had better loan options than what I was offered in the past

The employee was very nice and down to earth. The process was simple and fast. I got my loan the same day and if you need more you can go back and borrow more. It's a short application. I would recommend this company TitleMax to anyone. You don't have to show bank statements or proof of income. All you need is a title without a lien. They are a referral agency. They're not wanting your car if you are having trouble making your payment. They will work with you. It's high interest but if you pay it back quick you don't pay a lot of interest.

It was fast and easy. It was a pleasant vibe. They made me feel very comfortable. And the conversation was very clear and understanding. The entire process made me feel like I would definitely go again. I highly recommend it to my friends and family. And to mention the lady’s there were very beautiful and made the experience at ease. The location was very easy to find and easy to get into and out of.

The agent who assisted me was efficient while still making sure I understood everything. He was easy to talk to and made the process amazing. He made sure I understood everything and didn't rush, but he also didn't take too long. Getting the $50 gift was an added bonus. I needed those funds to stay afloat until I started my new job. It was a Godsend.

I had a wonderful experience when I came to TitleMax... I was greeted at my car and they let me bring my little dog in the office... They were so friendly and the process was very pleasant and easy to understand... You can pick your payment date which was very convenient... I felt like part of the family when I was done.

Parker was a great help. She explained everything to me in a way that Apple 🍎 would understand, and we know Apple's 🍏 don't have brains 🧠. The only thing is I forgot how to set up the app/link so that I can pay online. It would be great if someone could email me or give me a call and walk me through it, that would be wonderful.

The staff, employees are awesome. But the application needs to be fixed. At the very beginning, the application asks how much are you needing for the loan, then the next question is, if you were to sell the vehicle, how much would you sell it for? Ok no problem. You spend about 30 mins filling out the application and then it's submitted. After waiting for a decision it comes back stating that you have been pre approved for $$$. Now the amount I had put in the very beginning is nowhere near what I was approved for. So I asked why was it only approved for that amount and I was informed that the application will only approve up to the max amount. They need to change the application to save time. When it asks how much you are needing, and you put in the amount, it should say that the max amount is $$$, would you like to continue? That way you can decide from the beginning if you want to continue instead of spending time to complete the process only to find out the max is not what I needed.

Wendy was the best, friendly, and answered all my questions!! Great job! Need more like here in the service industry! Looking forward to seeing her every month to make my payments. She needs a raise!! Maybe $50 an hour? Take good care of her. If she leaves, I do too.

Do not use this company no matter how desperate you are. I got 1400. Year in half still paying on making more than my payment. I feel they are the biggest rip-off company I have ever seen. Avoid using them at all cost. Other loan companies are much better and you can actually pay the loan off.

Kia and company have made this process easier than going into the grocery store, I’ve used then over 10 times. This location is on point they deserve whatever the next pronation may be! Keep up the good great work! I name everything but they do everything perfect from calling and letting me know when my child comes back to keeping me informed every step of the way on numbers and everything.

I applied for a title loan with TitleMax. I did it partly online and it took about an hour and a half because I took pictures. But the website was easy and decent. Then I went to their location and the customer service was very good. The young ladies I talked to were very helpful. I had a lot of questions, which they answered.

Kristy and Jody were amazing! They made us feel like family the moment we walked in the door. They were very knowledgeable and was able to help us with our needs. They are both a lot of fun!!! They made obtaining a loan very seamless and painless. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go to the Hazlehurst location if the need should arise. It's hard to find good customer service and they definitely went above and beyond.

It was quick to apply with TitleMax. We did it online and then went up there. It was very easy. The person I talked to and her co-worker were very sweet, helpful and patient. Honestly, I don’t see any issues.

I live down the way from TitleMax, so I chose them for convenience. I got their auto lending service, which took about 45 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second time. TitleMax helped me pay a bill. The rates could be lower, but other than that, my experience was pretty good.

The people at the TitleMax office up here were very nice and friendly. They were referred by a friend. We sat and chitchatted while we were waiting. My rep was very nice and he helped me. He didn't stop until I got the title loan. I went one time and I forgot the title. The next time I did it on the phone and I didn't take good enough pictures. If you don't take good enough pictures the first time, they won't let you do the loan. The second time, you have to bring the truck down. It was because of my stupidity that the process took so long. But once I got everything done, it took probably about 30 minutes. I only wish they could lower their interest rate.

It’s my third time getting a title loan from TitleMax. I got one before and paid it off. Then I had to get another one and paid that off too, and now I’m on my third. The ladies I spoke to were the nicest over the phone. It usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour to process my loan, and everything has always gone smoothly.

I knew more about TitleMax being like a big name. It only took 10 minutes to complete the loan process, so it was good, and the ladies there were sweet, funny, and we were laughing pretty much the whole time. They were fun to talk to. I will say TitleMax could have more stations open versus just one station that does it all.

Both old ** women at the locations we're rude absolutely unprofessional and don't want to help you get a loan all they want to do is automatically tell you no, and hassle you, don't greet you totally unprofessional they've been working there too long and they both need to be gone, I've had multiple loans with this company and they've all been paid back but for some reason they automatically just want to tell you, "No we can't do nothing for you" while being rude about it and unprofessional.

I’ve used TitleMax at a location once or twice before. The office was great and the staff was very pleasant. Usually, people just want to do their job and they don’t care who walks into their building. But the customer service girl was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. They get things done and that’s the only office I’ll ever go to. Everything is easy and self-explanatory. The rates are a little higher but we usually pay it off in one lump sum.

Getting the advance was smooth and easy. Getting on to your website has continued to be a problem. It was suggested your site is Safari friendly, so I tried Safari after Chrome failed. Verification of my device is the failure. How about a user friendly app for my phone. This is annoying.

They were very understanding and I enjoyed listening and understanding. I had no problems and I enjoyed being there and I appreciate them being where they're at in a good location. Thank you. The building was cleaned. Atmosphere was beautiful. The people that were coming in were very understanding and it seemed like that they love the individuals and they are doing a beautiful job.

So I think people who are a financial position for borrowing may not know where to turn and I was a little reluctant to take out a title loan. But I visited the location in St. Louis on Gravois and worked with Cortez **. I believe he is a real asset to your company. I feel like I was talking to a knowledgeable employee while he was also very professional. It was a good combination of personality with him also alleviating any concerns or issues I had. This is the first time I have gone to any TitleMax location and taken out a loan this way and will eventually come back because of him specifically.

The online experience was very easy. Going into the office to complete my paperwork was easy as well, but the office was super clean and very nice while there. There wasn't any rushing and the environment was calm. I would recommend this place to family and friends to go to for a short term loan. The pricing is better than other places.

I had the most thorough experience with a young lady at TitleMax off of Independence Avenue in Kansas City. She was so thorough and experienced. She made the business comfortable and easy, she is a young lady who is on top of her game at TitleMax. I will not be surprised at any time shortly that she would be regional manager or even further. My experience with her was so professional. Very few words can describe but I tell you I would recommend anyone and everyone everywhere no matter where they are or where they coming from. I will recommend them for the Independence Avenue Kansas City Missouri TitleMax. You want to be there where the name of TitleMax represents, you'll see it in those two young ladies who direct and run that operation. The regional manager, the district manager, or the corporate manager should all come down and see these ladies in action. They are the epitome of TitleMax.

I enjoy walking into the place TitleMax. The people are so friendly. You have a great staff there. You have a very proud of him. I think they need a raise. I don't know what they make but they're fantastic people. Great customer service. I have not got one bad thing to say about him or her!

Vicky was very friendly and professional. Very unusual for Laredo. Appreciated this attitude so much. Both ladies in the office were very friendly. The office and atmosphere was inviting with no pressure. Was delighted to find out from Vicky that we can make payments via electronic. Making that trip monthly may not be very convenient at times. It is easy to get loan. They have the ability to draft the payment from your bank account as a convenient. You just have to be very visual to your payments as you pay, whereas the loan can get paid off early (within 5 months). You can do both a car loan or a personal loan.

The agent did not know what they were doing. They were preoccupied with other things such as working on their personal taxes. I was only able to get $600 for a very nice car. It took them forever to even process the application. I was very disappointed with the service.

The manager at the local store was very unhelpful. Manager said call customer service. Customer service said call manager. Customer service hung up on me. Company is very rude and disrespectful. Value is overinflated and was loaned too much based on age and title brand. Would not do business again.

I went to Titlemax on Marietta Hwy in Canton. Thomas and Pam were extremely helpful and helped me out in no time. Thomas was very good at and detailed about the process and how it works. Was very satisfied with my experience. I will say the price of credit is extremely high and I think Titlemax as a company takes advantage of the price but what can you do.

Sales woman was nice and talkative. Very helpful and I got all the information needed within a timely manner, around 1 hour. Money deposited quickly, make sure you understand that the extension fee does not go towards the money borrowed, rather it just allows you to have more time to pay off the money you borrowed. Confuses some people.

Everything went so smoothly. The office staff is so nice and informative. I like how upfront everything was. I appreciate the openness of how things work. I’m really glad that they’re all about helping me so that I don’t lose my vehicle. I would definitely refer people to them. I had the money in my account before I even left the store. What concerns me about Title Max is their practice of retaining the vehicle title after the loan is paid off. Title Max has an agreement with the DMV to have the title sent to them once the loan is paid off. This seems unethical—once the loan is settled, the title should be sent directly to the vehicle owner.

We were helped very quickly and he was thoughtful and patient and professional. He explained everything and we qualified. It was easy to apply. I would definitely recommend Title Max to friends and family Because not many loan places lend. It's very hard to get a loan and in title Max it was not hard at all.

I recently encountered an issue with payment limits that I was not aware of, and I would like some clarification. After making two payments, I reached my limit and was unable to make an additional payment to cover the remaining balance. Unfortunately, I was also unable to transfer funds between accounts because the bank was already closed by the time I finished work. As a result, I had no choice but to make multiple payments online to ensure my balance was covered as best as possible.
