I really wish I could remember the young lady who helped me in Chatsworth, GA. She was courteous, professional and very helpful. Although the Jasper office tried their hardest randomly to get me to go there her friendliness and sincerity won me over. However, it should stay that way even when people come to the office.

We had a very good experience with staff in Tifton, GA and received our money immediately in the bank. We were pleased with the persistence of the staff to make things right. The process took about an hour to complete due to a glitch in the application process. The payment plan was fair and allowed us to get our loan paid off and get our title back. Glad TitleMax was there to help us out financially.

All I can say is that I'm happy to be a title max customer. The person that attended to me was named Sath and I was pretty happy when I left. My request was granted for the loan though not completely what I wanted and interest rate high for some reasons but I got something I'm ok with.

If you make your payments alone lower and did'nt charge mafia rates I promise you will make more cause you will draw in more customers not talking about the amount we pay back. Just the monthly payments are so high. They can't afford them. Lower the monthly payments and set back and watch your customers base get bigger.

The girls were so helpful and informative. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Let me just tell you my story. I was looking for a company called Tower Loans. And I happen to see TitleMax in the same shopping center. I was impressed by how nice the office was so I said, I’m here so I might as well take a loan out here, just wanna let you know that your staff there were so accommodating to me. The process of getting the loan was both efficient and easy. I will be back here for my next loan, will also be telling all my friends.

I was excited about the approval amount but when I heard the 134% and 800.00 payment for interest only, I was blown away. Convenient and fast but too expensive for collateral in excellent shape. I needed funds right away so I opted this route. Would not recommend this those with good credit and don't have to use their vehicle.

I have a loan with TitleMax. Someone sent me to them. She told me that she owes them, but she'll pay them when she gets her check. She said they're good, so I went over there. I walked in and the process took no more than an hour. The lending processor was wonderful and nice. She was good. If I ever come into TitleMax again, I want to deal with her or Miss Cathy up in Decatur, Huntsville. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give TitleMax 100. They helped me pay my light bill and put some food in my apartment. That's good. I like how they're doing things, and I'm gonna pay them out on the 3rd to get my title back. I walked into TitleMax, the rep got my bank information, and I walked out with the MoneyGram things that they do. It took 30 minutes max. The rep was funny.

I needed a bit of help with some stuff and I was looking around, and TitleMax was the quickest place that I could go to, and they were really helpful. The lady that helped me was really nice and went over everything in detail and explained everything to me. It was very pleasant. Overall, I had a good experience there. They told me it would take up to 60 minutes to secure the title loan, and it took about 45 minutes. I took my title in there, asked them if I was able to do a title loan. The lady had me fill up the application. She took my ID and the title. And then after having me do the application and her taking my license and the title, she did want pictures of the car and to check out the car. So, she did that. After that, I was able to get the money 20 minutes later.

TitleMax was very meticulous in processing me out. They took pictures of me and the car. There was only two of them there. They were very cordial with one another. They seem like they got along with each other. They were very cordial with me. I had to sit there and wait on the voice mail because they had to deal with computer things. They had to wait for answers to come back for funds. The only thing was it created another bill. But that was my choice. Also, their interest rate is high as hell. It should be a bit lower, but the PRT is what it is. If I don't pay it in a certain amount of time, I will pay for more than what the car costs. TitleMax needs to give me a printout of everything because people can easily go in to commit fraud and change the computer number.

The funding I got from TitleMax helped me cover some things and cover a couple bills. Their customer service was good. There was a new person that was working there. She got left alone by another partner because they had quit on her and she's a little frantic, but she handled herself well. The process took about an hour. I didn't feel like it was that long. The website does have a little bit of issue. I had already signed up an account online, but they remade my account a few days later. It was all correct information because it's tied to my social and all that. I had already borrowed money after I had signed up online. So, it was weird.

The TitleMax rep explained everything really well. If I had questions, she answered them. She was polite, and she got it done quickly. The total process took about 45 minutes. The funding process was quick, too. I had to go to Walmart and cash the check.

September 16th was a horrid day and I needed to gather funds to alleviate my stressful situation and although I couldn’t qualify for more, the agent aided is explaining the process and fulfilling my request even if not enough. I thought I would only get $2,500, but I got 10 times that amount. The office was conveniently located, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I applied for a loan for my Jeep and it was easy with TitleMax. It didn't take long and everything was good. I was supposed to make a payment today and but I lost my ID and my wallet. I wanted another card to come and I was told it'll be within 7 to 10 days. TitleMax hasn't called me yet about it but right now, I can't make that payment and I don't know whether they'll give me a little more time.

The gentleman that waited on me in this store was very help, patient, and kind. I would come back and borrow more. And I will recommend this company to family and friends. They use a site to verify the vehicle’s worth. The process took about 35 minutes and the representatives were awesome.

It was good that I went with TitleMax because for what it is, it’s a lot better deal. The price is understandable. It's a 25% fee of what I asked for and was more than doable for what I needed to do. I took it willingly and was not upset about it. If I have problems or issues, I've got all their contact information to keep me in the loop and for me to keep them in the loop about it all. The application was easy, simple and smooth. The ladies were helpful. The customer service was fantastic. They were very informative and direct and explained everything very black and white. There was no beating around the bush and it was a good experience.

I passed by TitleMax while driving and got the title loan from them in person. The process took less than half an hour and was handled professionally. The customer service was exceptional. But I was under the impression that this would be a longer-term loan with installment payments. I did not look into or listen intently enough to grasp that it's only a 30-day loan. I have two days to pay the entirety of the loan agreement plus the fee. So, I’m not super thrilled about that. They offer a renewal, but it is $500 a month for every renewal, which does not go towards your payment. So, it's not so much a loan as an advance. The experience was pleasant, but the circumstances and the stress that come with that loan and its rate are not great.

Fast, easy and painless. Cathy was wonderful, she explained the process to me, was able to assist in all my needs & answered all my questions. Big help was when my cellphone had problems taking the pictures of my car, she was able to use her tablet to get all the needed pics to process the request and move forward.

Quick, easy, amazing service from Star at the Eastern Avenue location. For that I give 5 stars for my experience, customer service and application process. Star answered all my questions and was very thorough. I like how they did a follow phone call as well. Although I know that duration of the loan is seven months I wish there were options for longer payback term.

My experience with TitleMax was great from start to finish. Went smoothly. Didn't last over half an hour. I went other places and didn't get that type of experience. If I have to do it again I definitely will and also will recommend family and friends because I would like them to get the same experience.

The lending process at TitleMax was simple and reliable. As far as the customer service, Elizabeth did an amazing job, just this being my first time and being so young. I'm only 24. A lot of people are trying to take advantage. I like her motivation as far as her passion for her work alone. She offered me a chance to send her my resume and grow with them. My experience was excellent overall. It took me about 45 minutes. It was a compromisable 45 minutes, due to the fact that she was working with me and one other customer at the same time. However, there is an additional fee that you have to pay back and you never know what it is until the application is completely done. My fee is an additional 179, if I'm not ready to pay in 30 days. Some people may get $80 as their fee.

I was given a card with the loan amount on it but it didn't work. Was given a second card and it was also messed up so I was given a Moneygram. It took so much extra time before I could finally get to leave. Your manager was very nice, helpful and did the best she could do under the circumstances.

I am in a new city I just moved to and I wanted to pay off all my old bills from my previous hometown. I drove by TitleMax and took out a car title loan. I had good help from Mimi who was in the office and I worked with her so the lending process was fairly easy. She was very knowledgeable. She told me how I would wanna pay as far as making more payments during the month than just my normal payment and was very upfront. She told me what she would do if she were taking a loan out. So, transparency was the big thing. TitleMax needed my car title and Mimi took pictures of the inside and outside of my vehicle. But I'm getting ready to go into TitleMax and pay off the rest of my loan. It hasn't even been open for a month yet, but $12 a day is extremely excessive. I borrowed $3,000 and pay 450 a month if I were to make pay my payments regularly. So after three years of $16,000, that's unfair and I'm not impressed by that at all.
