I went in for a loan and I was greeted and welcomed in. The staff there were very professional and courteous. They came through in my time of need. I am very grateful for their service and assistance with the process. It was very easy. I’ll will definitely be going back for sure and recommending this place to others.

I got a call from TitleMax on last Friday the 9th from a last asking me was I still interested in a personal as I couldn't remember that I had requested online but obviously I did so I told her yes I would be still interested and asked her a few questions regarding the requirements, etc. She told me the basic requirements but was rather new and that I'd probably be e better served to come in and speak with Alicia the following day which leads me to my experience I will not soon forget, Alicia called me around midday I believe it was or thereafter and asked if I was still coming by and I said yes and I'm glad she did 'cause it had already slipped my mind with me being busy with my two teenage sons but told her I'd be by around 4 or so as I believe arrived a short time around 4.

Was not feeling the greatest that day because of financial Hardship but Stephanie was able to lift me up w/ her beautiful gracious smile and assured me that everything will work out and be alright. She was able to help me out of a rut, and now I consider her like family, my little sister. She is the BEST, and makes this World of ours a BETTER Place. ☺️

My family member used TitleMax one time a long time ago and I’ve always known about them. The customer service at the office was excellent and very helpful. I was in a hurry and they rushed everything for me. It probably took about an hour because I had to go to the title office and do a title transfer.

I went in Cheraw office last week. I was helped by Allison. She very helpful and professional. She really made me feel like family. I would highly recommend cheraw branch and Ms ** any day of the week. She understood my needs and went out of her way to make sure I secured the loan. I was so happy.

I’ve been a TitleMax customer for 15 years and the service has always been good. They answer all my questions and they’re respectful.

Oscar was great. He got my loan and he always arrives to help when most needed. I went the office on 10th in McAllen Texas and it's easy to find. I have done this three times already and everything is always easy and straightforward. The office is clean and smells nice. The parking lot is clean. And the staff is well dressed. They always explain the terms to me just in case I have questions and they are friendly and courteous.

TitleMax was good. I went with them because of their pricing and the friendliness on the phone. It was 100% good. Ms. Kiana was very well. She did a great job. The process wasn’t long at all. It only took about 30 minutes.

TitleMax provided me with good service, but I didn’t get what I wanted. The process took about an hour and a half.

I did a car title loan with TitleMax, and the lending process with them was good. It was fast and simple. It just took about 30 to 45 minutes. And the representative who assisted me was polite and helpful. I just did not understand what I had to pay back. Because the representative was saying that if I came back within a week or so and I paid this, I would have to pay X amount. I got 601. I would have to pay 601 + 150. And I asked her why I would have to pay an extra 150 if I borrowed X amount.

The customer service at TitleMax was great. The two young ladies that helped me were awesome. I had to complete the application both in person and online. The only issue is that the process took a long time because the system was acting up. It didn't give me the option to put my truck. They only have four or five different ones in there and they didn’t have my particular model in there. That causes the price of the vehicle to go way down.

The manager was very good. There were some issues going on and I didn't want to have contact with my ex, but the manager was very good about working around them. She was very friendly too. The total process took an hour, but that was because my boyfriend was driving the car and he needed to bring it so they could take pictures. I also did the process online before I went. It was a good experience overall.

I’ve had a loan with TitleMax previously. Their customer service was great, and the lending process was easy and fast.

My daddy used to be the general manager when I was a little girl, so I eventually came to TitleMax. When I went in personally, I was with my kids, and you know how kids are when you’re trying to handle business. Everything was excellent, and the representative was patient and the best. The process didn’t even take 30 minutes because I did it online the night before. All they did was get my ID, take a picture of my car, look inside my car, and put some stuff in the system. This was my first time ever doing this, and the representative explained how everything works, how I need to stay on top of my payments and the interest rate. She was very honest, and I loved it.

Was overall a very positive experience. I barely have any debt yet I have a very hard time getting even a $1,000 loan. Hopefully TitleMax keeps their word and makes it happen today and it can be deposited in my bank account and everybody can go home happy on this Monday afternoon.

The gentleman who helped me was courteous, efficient, and most of all very patient [I had trouble accessing all the information needed on my phone]. The loan process was a pleasant break in a rainy day. And I received the loan with few hassles of any kind. Both gentlemen in the office were friendly and courteous.

I paid off 1 loan with no problems. Applied for another one because the ac went out in house n needed extra funds. I only qualified for the same amount. I figured I could already get 400$ to buy window unit but nope. And I ALSO DIDNT RECEIVE my 50$ sign-up bonus for opening an account with y'all. So I'm not very happy. I even sent 10 people link to apply with y'all.

My experience with Titlemax wasn't a good experience the first time because I really wasn't prepared. I went back a second time and it went as smooth as silk. The staff at the Milan office are great. I went in the second time more prepared with the right paperwork and all of my stuff was still in the system so we didn't have to fill out another application so the process went smoothly.

The experience was very pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful explaining the details of the loan process, payment procedures, etc. Overall it was a very good impression and I would recommend others to come here the title loan. Facility was well organized and clean. The only little negative comment I wish to make is that the software seem to be running very slow. Perhaps it was something with the internet. I don't know. TitleMax is there when you need it. It’s more convenient going to TitleMax versus going to a bank and having to go through all that unnecessary red tape. The lady I dealt with had her stuff together. I just brought my title, she handled everything, and I was able to get the money I needed. The only thing I don't like is the high interest rate, but everything else was easy.

If somebody’s gotta do a title pawn, TitleMax is an option. I chose them because it was quick. At the time, I was in a pinch and I didn’t consider anybody else.

There’s one TitleMax locally, and that’s why I decided to use them, because it was convenient. As for the lending officer, she was okay, but she didn’t really seem like she wanted to be bothered. The process itself took just over an hour, and there weren’t any issues with receiving everything. However, I think the really high interest rate is criminal. It almost wasn’t even worth it.

These are good people to do business with, and they are ready to do business. The rep I worked with was great and the process didn’t take long.

The employee was very nice and down to earth. The process was simple and fast. I got my loan the same day and if you need more you can go back and borrow more. It's a short application. I would recommend this company TitleMax to anyone. You don't have to show bank statements or proof of income. All you need is a title without a lien. They are a referral agency. They're not wanting your car if you are having trouble making your payment. They will work with you. It's high interest but if you pay it back quick you don't pay a lot of interest.

The agent who assisted me was efficient while still making sure I understood everything. He was easy to talk to and made the process amazing. He made sure I understood everything and didn't rush, but he also didn't take too long. Getting the $50 gift was an added bonus. I needed those funds to stay afloat until I started my new job. It was a Godsend.

I had a wonderful experience when I came to TitleMax... I was greeted at my car and they let me bring my little dog in the office... They were so friendly and the process was very pleasant and easy to understand... You can pick your payment date which was very convenient... I felt like part of the family when I was done.

Parker was a great help. She explained everything to me in a way that Apple 🍎 would understand, and we know Apple's 🍏 don't have brains 🧠. The only thing is I forgot how to set up the app/link so that I can pay online. It would be great if someone could email me or give me a call and walk me through it, that would be wonderful.

The staff, employees are awesome. But the application needs to be fixed. At the very beginning, the application asks how much are you needing for the loan, then the next question is, if you were to sell the vehicle, how much would you sell it for? Ok no problem. You spend about 30 mins filling out the application and then it's submitted. After waiting for a decision it comes back stating that you have been pre approved for $$$. Now the amount I had put in the very beginning is nowhere near what I was approved for. So I asked why was it only approved for that amount and I was informed that the application will only approve up to the max amount. They need to change the application to save time. When it asks how much you are needing, and you put in the amount, it should say that the max amount is $$$, would you like to continue? That way you can decide from the beginning if you want to continue instead of spending time to complete the process only to find out the max is not what I needed.

Wendy was the best, friendly, and answered all my questions!! Great job! Need more like here in the service industry! Looking forward to seeing her every month to make my payments. She needs a raise!! Maybe $50 an hour? Take good care of her. If she leaves, I do too.

Do not use this company no matter how desperate you are. I got 1400. Year in half still paying on making more than my payment. I feel they are the biggest rip-off company I have ever seen. Avoid using them at all cost. Other loan companies are much better and you can actually pay the loan off.

Kia and company have made this process easier than going into the grocery store, I’ve used then over 10 times. This location is on point they deserve whatever the next pronation may be! Keep up the good great work! I name everything but they do everything perfect from calling and letting me know when my child comes back to keeping me informed every step of the way on numbers and everything.

If you don't take good enough pictures the first time, they won't let you do the loan. The second time, you have to bring the truck down. It was because of my stupidity that the process took so long. But once I got everything done, it took probably about 30 minutes. I only wish they could lower their interest rate.

I knew more about TitleMax being like a big name. It only took 10 minutes to complete the loan process, so it was good, and the ladies there were sweet, funny, and we were laughing pretty much the whole time. They were fun to talk to. I will say TitleMax could have more stations open versus just one station that does it all.

Both old ** women at the locations we're rude absolutely unprofessional and don't want to help you get a loan all they want to do is automatically tell you no, and hassle you, don't greet you totally unprofessional they've been working there too long and they both need to be gone, I've had multiple loans with this company and they've all been paid back but for some reason they automatically just want to tell you, "No we can't do nothing for you" while being rude about it and unprofessional.

I heard about TitleMax online. And my experience with them was fine. I like how quick and easy it was. The process just took less than 30 minutes, and they worked out a payment plan that I was comfortable with. So, it’s been great.

Endurance customer service is great. The process was quick and easy and the reps are very friendly. They let me know what it is I have to pay and if I need to extend it for 30 days.

My experience was ok and new to me. I did not know your first couple of payments do not go towards your actual payment of getting your title back. That those not make any sense to me. Anything you pay should go towards your actual you getting your title back as fast as possible.

Getting the advance was smooth and easy. Getting on to your website has continued to be a problem. It was suggested your site is Safari friendly, so I tried Safari after Chrome failed. Verification of my device is the failure. How about a user friendly app for my phone. This is annoying.

They were very understanding and I enjoyed listening and understanding. I had no problems and I enjoyed being there and I appreciate them being where they're at in a good location. Thank you. The building was cleaned. Atmosphere was beautiful. The people that were coming in were very understanding and it seemed like that they love the individuals and they are doing a beautiful job.

So I think people who are a financial position for borrowing may not know where to turn and I was a little reluctant to take out a title loan. But I visited the location in St. Louis on Gravois and worked with Cortez **. I believe he is a real asset to your company. I feel like I was talking to a knowledgeable employee while he was also very professional. It was a good combination of personality with him also alleviating any concerns or issues I had. This is the first time I have gone to any TitleMax location and taken out a loan this way and will eventually come back because of him specifically.

The online experience was very easy. Going into the office to complete my paperwork was easy as well, but the office was super clean and very nice while there. There wasn't any rushing and the environment was calm. I would recommend this place to family and friends to go to for a short term loan. The pricing is better than other places.

I had the most thorough experience with a young lady at TitleMax off of Independence Avenue in Kansas City. She was so thorough and experienced. She made the business comfortable and easy, she is a young lady who is on top of her game at TitleMax. I will not be surprised at any time shortly that she would be regional manager or even further. You want to be there where the name of TitleMax represents, you'll see it in those two young ladies who direct and run that operation. I enjoy walking into the place TitleMax. The people are so friendly. You have a great staff there. You have a very proud of him. I think they need a raise. I don't know what they make but they're fantastic people. Great customer service. I have not got one bad thing to say about him or her!
