I got a title loan from TitleMax, which took about an hour, and the customer service was up to par. It was how it was supposed to be. It was a good experience. The rate was not so high and I’d recommend TitleMax if people need them.

I had a good experience with TitleMax but the process took too long. I had to go down there two days to be able to get it done. They had somebody new there and the other lady was trying not to help her. But I told her, "Well, when it gets packed and you got people coming in, you gotta step in and go ahead and get stuff done." So TitleMax could improve on their processing time.

I've been going to TitleMax for the last few years. Their process is little lengthy as it would take a couple of hours, but it's okay. They've always been very nice and professional. They've helped me quite a bit because I needed the money to help me out, especially during the pandemic. I would tell my friends that if they needed a loan, TitleMax would be the place to go.

Customer service started with Precious who was the representative who made my appointment with the TitleMax located on University in Denton. She answered questions I had regarding my concerns that I might not qualify for a loan. Whereas she couldn’t guaranteed that I would qualify, she let me know the process would be like. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. After that, I met with Francisco at the Title Max location. Francisco was amazing! Very pleasant demeanor and was very knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me into anything and made sure I was comfortable about the amount I was getting. Explained to me the amount of each payment I would be making each month and the date to make the payment. Very pleased with Title Max and will definitely be making referrals!

Would not recommend it. They quote my vehicle for 800. I asked for 500. Three days later I came back to see if I could get more money then they said I only could take out five altogether after they quote my vehicle for eight. So in three days my vehicle lost $300 in value. I came back and give them $300 and ask one more time how much can I get out and they said only $100. So I took out $500 after they said I can get $800 paid them $300 within two weeks and only $100 went to the vehicle. I think this is be and I don’t plan on paying anything no more. I’ll drop off the vehicle in front of the building tomorrow. They can have it.

I was with Titlemax a year ago, and when my car got hit, I got my car loan paid off. I ended up getting another car and needed another loan. So I went back to the same location because that location, to me, feels more comfortable. It feels like home. The customer service is always good, and I have no complaints at all. Ms. Dora and another rep are sweet. I like how easy it is to apply for a loan with Titlemax. I just show my title and my information, and all the collateral they need is the car.

The loan officer didn't know that I needed to provide some pay stubs because I share the account. So I had to travel home to get those pay stubs and then travel all the way back to the office. That sucked. She didn't let me know that ahead of time. But I don't fault her. They should know these things ahead of time. But she was very patient and worked with us. So I'm not mad. I would use TitleMax again if I ever needed money.

TitleMax gladstone a number one blaze was best and courteous. Things things went smooth and everything was just as he explained it. If you need cash fast go to gladstone TitleMax. Be good. I think I'm going to take my other vehicle down since I am in a little dilemma.

As a repeat customer to the Sam Rittenberg, Charleston, South Carolina, TitleMax store, I found it after nearly 10 years between the first time I used the store, and last week, the staff there has just proven once again, how great they are. From the beginning of last weeks conversation, I was speaking with Traci And she was very professional, understanding, with a flare of southern hospitality. A couple days later I went to the store to meet with her and take out a loan against my vehicle. It is at the store that I met with Tiffany for the first time who is new to the company. She had the same qualities as Traci.

Quick, easy application. Would recommend to anyone. Very simple process, just a few documents and money goes right in your bank. Friendly efficient happy to assist. Payments are really low and affordable. Sometimes there are even customers appreciation days with food, drinks, and candy. 😉

I like that you can fill out an application online, it saves a lot of time. It was a little difficult for me, I'm not very computer savvy, but once I figured it out, it saved me a lot of time and I plan to use it in the future. It's a little high, but it sure helps when you really need it. So it's something to be very careful with.

Your underwriter and loan decision maker need to experience life and perhaps walk in other people's shoes one time. The amount they offer compared to the value of my car is offensive and inhumane. The money is to help my son pay his insurance and tuition fees for UNLV. I had to take what was offered because bills are due .. makes me feel like they are there to steal from the poor and the hardworking people. I am sorry. The manager and staff that helped her were so good and the underwriting people are just bad.... So disappointed and sad....

I went to TitleMax to get a loan, and I was there for a little bit over an hour, but it was Saturday and he was by himself. The man was very friendly and helpful, but TitleMax charges too much to pay it back. I pay $100 every month and it’s really hard for me because it’s literally taking food out of my mouth. But I needed that money, so I went and did it, and I was satisfied with everything except for the amount.

The manager was very rude and dismissive! She kept saying she couldn’t help me and didn’t know what to tell me when I was simply trying to go through the steps again with her on setting up an online account. This was very heartening. The gentleman that was there tried his best to assist me and was asking her questions but she kept shutting him down as well. I was very disappointed in the way I was spoken too.

I had a wonderful experience with TitleMax because of Stephanie being such a great character and the professionalism she had with me. She broke everything down for me, made it all very clear for me. If I were to have to do this again, I would have no problem doing this again.

Very smooth, quick and easy process. I handled my appraisal online which was very easy and they had it available upon my arrival. Funds were dispersed upon approval and they even had me check my bank account to be sure they got in there. Persia was amazing!

The clerks was nice and polite and eager to help you in any way they could so TitleMax is where you should go for a quick affordable loan but make it a short-term loan because it's a 30 day loan so if you receive $1000 your payment is $200 a month. You should pay $250 so $50 goes towards your loan $200 goes for interest on the $1000 you borrowed so the morals of the story don't borrow more than you can pay in 30 days.

Stephanie at the Bessemer branch was awesome. I got there about 45 minutes before closing time and bless her heart, I know she was ready to go home. But she helped me get everything done and approved. Although I feel for the condition of the vehicle and lower mileage that it was not a very fair offer. But I know that Stephanie had nothing to do with that part.

I made a call and was directed to my local TitleMax office. My application was completed, pictures were taken of my truck and my funds were sent to my bank. Terenaja discussed with me the amount that I wanted to borrow. Then she copied my driver's license and checked my title. Once my application was completed, she went over the details of how the payments were to be made and when I needed to make them. Quick, friendly and completed.

Employees were very friendly. It’s not as smooth as my first experience (computer glitch) but overall service was very efficient. The place was organized and clean. The process is simplified and no extra unnecessary questions. The only not so comfortable for me is when they take a picture of myself from their iPad. TitleMax had good customer service. They treat mewell. The only part that I don't like is that they charge me high interest. I think that I being a customer and me making on-time payments, the interest should be lower than what they get it to. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.
