I got a title loan and the lending process was easy. You go in and show them your title, they look at your car and they will tell you how much you can borrow. The process will take between 20 and 30 minutes. In terms of pricing, it’s extreme but when you need it, you don’t have anywhere else to go.

When I walked in, I spoke with a TitleMax rep and she got right on it. She wasn't talkative, too. It was quick service, about 15-20 minutes, and she gave me cash. I was able to do what I needed to do for my baby's school. I would recommend TitleMax. Go try to apply and you may get approved, if you need the money.

It was a very pleasant, wonderful experience with TitleMax. Everybody was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Nowadays, in the world that we live in, some people could care less. They just want to do their job and get the day over with. But everybody in there was very pleasant. The application was simple, we did it on the computer at the location. So, now, I'm gonna pay that one off, and hoping they can help me with my credit. They're very upfront, very attentive and organized. I definitely recommend them.

I left him my title and then I stopped by after work and picked up some money. The process was not like I thought because I figured that I would have to have a bunch more paperwork. They just take your title and keep it, and the annual percentage rate and the terms were good. Their website was kind of tricky to navigate, though, it took me a minute to get used to it.

My overall service with TitleMax has been good. Lily was taking care of me. And she was great and sweet, and she went through everything. The only issue was that she said she had set me up for autopay through my checking account, because she said the first payment had to come out through checking. But then they called me and said that I needed to make a payment. So, I was a bit confused because she said it didn’t come out for some reason. So, I had to end up paying with my card to clear it up. I didn’t have any other issues besides that.

Using TitleMax was difficult, but they still managed to give me the loan. I went to the location, and the customer service there was good. Their percentage rate was high, but I guess it has to do with bad credit, because they work with your credit.

I’ve just known about TitleMax for so long. Customer service is 100% wonderful, and Rex is a big part of the reason I use them. He is so wonderful that I repeatedly go to him whenever I need a loan.

Each time I have a loan through TitleMax, there are always technical errors. Using cheap tablets that are full of bugs and errors and coupling that with a mandatory system when you must be in the office to handle the loan only means that you'll spend 3 to 4 hours in each office. The payment portal is also always down or erroneous for some reason. And the interest rate is so high that it should be illegal.

When speaking with the agent she was very kind and securing to me that all was well and she would make sure that I would be satisfied with the service that she providing to me and she did exactly as she said. I was really pleased with the service that was provided.

HOWEVER, YOUR INTEREST RATE IS ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE LOAN -- I guess you can do anything because most people who come to you cannot get cash any other way. The amount of your monthly installment wipes out almost 1/3 or more of my monthly income.

Make sure bring title if 2 people both must be present, valid ID and of course your vehicle for appraisal at locations. They do have a online portal where you can make an appointment.

Your website is not functioning- There is no button to pay. I have requested that the branch process my payment and they have not. I also do not get a response from them. I'm submitting a complaint to the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. Additionally, I will see compensation and removal of the excessive interest since I have repeatedly tried to have payment processed. I recommend that you forward to your legal team.

Your store manager is very rude and threatened me 2 times then said she would call the police on me. Your whole place is a scam and I will make sure I tell it from the roof tops after how I was treated after I didn’t want your loan with 226% interest on it. That you would not tell me after I kept asking you over and over and after you put the money in my account without my knowledge of the rate yet. Very sly and unhonest then lie that you can’t give me your district supervisor number. It seems like you two lie a lot to swindle people out of their money. I don’t need service like you ever.

Rudy was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me get my money in no time. I was in and out. I recommend Rudy to everyone. The computer was giving him problems but he called his boss Kim who was equally professional and courteous and knowledgeable and walked him through the process to finish the application for me to get my money

The people at the East Ridge location in Chattanooga did a great job explain the pros and cons of getting the loan and I was able to comfortably make my decision. However, while trying to make a profile via QR code it did give me a little trouble. Even still it was good customer service

Del was fantastic. She went out of her way to help me at a very difficult time and situation in my life. She was very specific, thorough, and professional. Del makes sure you understand all instructions before she allows you to sign the papers. I would recommend anyone who is really in need to go to Title Max and ask to speak to Del.

I have had an account with you all for about a year. I have no issues when I shop in the store or make over the phone payments. I cannot access my account online. I have changed my username and password several times. I continue to receive "network error". Can anyone assist.

I went to the Oakridge office to pawn My Blazer title to pay some bills. I got there approximately two hours before they closed. There was only one employee working but no one else was there at the time I arrived. She was one of the worst people that I have ever met in my life. I'm 47years old and I have dealt with a lot of people over the years. She was having some personal issues and took it out on me and the Lady that came in after I did. I mean I understand it was a bad Day for her. And truthfully she made My Day worse. She yelled at the Lady behind me because she was going to have to stay later after closing to finish up the loans.

My car was reloaded this morning on July 23, 2025. I’ve been calling all day long to find out where my car is and they mean nothing on where it’s at. All my personal things are in the car and I need my personal things but they will not tell me where it’s at and how I can get my personal stuff. TitleMax is a scam and fraud. Would love to sue them. I’ve never gotten a loan from this company. They need to get this straightened out and give me my car back undamaged and all my personal property back.

If you are desperate and have no other way then used Titlemax. Their payment portal never works so one is inconvenienced to have to go to their store and make a payment. This is a predatory loan company only legal in a few states. Yes they will loan money on your title but it is expensive and making payments is inconvenient because the portal never seems to work.

Lisa was great helping me obtain loan. I am very satisfied with her on Friday. It was easy and did not take a long time to process it the loan, I had a good experience, she is the person to see for a fast efficient loan, very helpful and efficient. Thanks.

TitleMax was professional. They greeted me and accurate. I got the change I was trying to get. They were so helpful. They opened the door for me, they provided drinks to me and everything. The building was clean. The only thing that was time consuming, the printer wasn't working. They to go to two terminals to try to get me a check. I left to grab my debit card from the house because they couldn't get any help from help desk.

I had ALEXI help me with my loan after heading to get loan and got hit and the driver didn't stop..I was in a panic. ALEXI assured me it would ALL be OK and it was with her hard work and dedication. ALL I can REALLY say is if you're in a tight spot and need money in (my case) was under an hr..She got me $$$$ than I asked for..THANK YOU ALEXI...I don't know where I'd be if it wasn't for YOUR HARD WORK AND DETERMINATION...I FEEL LIKE I GAINED A FRIEND/ "FAMILY" MEMBER....I OWE YOU A LOT!!!!

The gentleman in Columbia MO store was awesome, very friendly, and professional, treated me really good. He answered all questions I asked, never once any signs of negative. He is very professional. I would recommend Columbia store to everyone. He was the best, friendly customer service man I have had in long time.

I was a little upset when all I could borrow was $250 for the sake of my car being on the line, but maybe it was best that way. I was extremely nervous at first, but Chad on volunteer parkway in Bristol Tennessee made everything so easy for me, I really appreciate him walking me through the process!!! I went to TitleMax a few months back and had the most discouraging response from them. I felt lost and defeated, my fiance said, "Do you want to try it again?" I said, "Why not?", so he called and spoke with Ms. ** and she walked us through everything just fine. Ms. ** sent me to Ms. ** and she did an Awesome job as well, let's just say I am HAPPY.

I do believe it was a low ball offer when the car is worth way more then 350.00....but I will pay this loan off and never deal with this title loans period... The ladies was very nice and was happy.. and they was a joy to work with on the loan...other than a low ball offer.

I went into TitleMax in Corpus Christi, TX last week and was treated with the utmost respect and dignity by Alex and Alma. They went above and beyond to make my loan experience as painless as possible and even entertained my 7-year-old grandson that accompanied me. Miss Lola that work on University was very nice and very respectful and came to my every need. I wish they have more people like her in the world because she was very understandable about any and everything and answer every question that I had. Also, she was very fast and everything she was doing and was the only person up there, and it was not only me but multiple people there and she got us in and out very respectfully and nice even though I know she probably was overwhelmed, but she didn’t show it whatsoever without no break

When I arrived into the office, I had my service dog with me. The general manager walked out and told me I was not allowed to have her in the office. I advised her that it was a service dog, and she said because the dog did not have a vest on She was not allowed in the store. I advised her of the ADA laws and that she was not required to wear a vest, even though she did have a leash wrap that stated service dog. The general manager said that did not matter, and she was not allowed in the store and I would need to leave. I asked her to look up the law because she was incorrect. She went into the back and several moments later she did call the agent that was in the front office and let her know that it was OK for me to bring my dog in. I do suggest that you have your agents research ADA laws. Once we got that straight the agent that assisted me was great.

When I walked into the door the lady had greeted us. But as soon as I sat down she was talking real like it was. She was from the ghetto. You don't nobody doesn't want to hear that. Especially the doing customer service and the whole nine yards. I'll keep not getting frustrated because she said she was from the hood. She didn't get ghetto to me. That's very unprofessional. But after that she realized that I wasn't having it no more. I was getting real frustrated with her attitude. So they had to move me out to another woman. That lady was very professional. She helped us out. But like I said that other lady. Yeah, she don't need to be working there. She's talking to you to talk about unprofessional stuff.

Agent very pleasant, service great and prompt. Didn’t take too long. Maybe about 30 minutes. Everything went smoothly. Everything was explained in detail and exact amounts from beginning of loan to the end.

The representative ( LaRaye ) was friendly, helpful and professional. She also was supportive in guiding me through the loan process. Afterwards, I was educated and felt comfortable in going through the loan application. I also could have asked for more funds but I acknowledged that my payments would be more than and I thank LaRaye for the help.
