I’ve never gotten a loan before. I had the opportunity to go to this location and work with Ms. **. She was extremely knowledgeable, she explained all the details, she had answers to all my questions. Even during the period we had to wait we had great conversation. The process was truly easier than expected. I appreciate them for all their help. Will return if I’m in need.

Libby is the woman who waited on me. Was very good. She waited on me right away and really knew what she was doing. She had a very good response to my needs and I would recommend her to any one that is looking for a title loan. She was very helpful. Titlemax has always been good to me and very quick service.

The young lady at Campbellton road location don’t need no help. She handle about 5 customers at one time. She was like family. Kept all of us smiling. I didn’t get the amount I ask for but her spirit what kept me in order… Can’t remember her name but she was Beautiful, kind and helpful.

I'm incredibly thankful for Tiffany's help; she's truly exceptional. She played Gracie's corner to help keep the kids busy and even allowed them to play with balloons that were going to be taken down from Memorial Day. This was a peaceful and easy experience. She is very great all around and deserves a raise.

Everything was great. They treated me like a family member. They're there for you. Everybody smiles whenever you walk in the office and greet you like you're somebody. They call and check up on you with a phone call and yes l would recommend a friend to come and see y'all.

TitleMax helps a lot when you need help. I've been to the same TitleMax office before. I did the title loan with them. The lending process was straightforward and easy to understand, and it took 45 minutes at the most. The representative that I worked with was very pleasant and professional, knew what she was doing, and got me in and out of there easily. She was wrapping up with somebody else when I first walked in there. So, that included a little bit of waiting time. I know you can do the process online. I hadn't tried that, but I didn't have any problems with it.

I've used TitleMax three times. This time around, the process took about an hour. It was a little different last time. The system was a little slow that time. The interest rate is really high, but I needed the money, so I had no choice.

The lady that was helping me was wonderful, friendly, courteous and efficient. I forgot her name, but I thought she was the manager of that branch. Thank you, I highly recommend to try them out if you need cash fast for temporary, and they have many different locations as well.

I have always done high amounts on loans and have gotten good rate on interest. I always pay before so I don't pay as much interest. This time was terrible. My interest was super high and the amount I took out was half of what I usually borrow. I was shocked that being a return loyal customer this happened to me. I will pay this off in 1 or 2 months and I won't be back.

To start the person in the store was awesome. We got along great for the 6 hours I was sitting across from her. The problem was with the computer and the service tech that couldn't get the system working in three hours on Saturday May 17 2025. Day two was the following Monday May 19th 2025. I returned to finish what had been started the Saturday before. Mind you this wasn't my first loan from you, more like the 5th. So imagine my surprise when I had to go give you more personal information than I should have needed to. The previous loans did not require the paperwork you wanted this time. After 3 more hours waiting on corporate to remove their heads from their rear orifice you only give me $300 when I have gotten $1000+ the times before and never a late payment. It shows you do not value return customers. I will be going to a different place when this gets paid off. It's a sham, the office was so nice to only get shafted by corporate that didn't care or remember it is the interest from loans that their pay comes from.

Very friendly, informative & welcoming. As a new customer I was nervous, skeptical and unsure how title loans happen. Being my first time as TitleMax customer and representative that day was new as well we both asked and answered each other's questions allowing me to get comfortable and become a TitleMax client. I used TitleMax years ago when I was in a crunch. The guy who assisted me was great. He was the only one in the office and assisted multiple customers effectively without having people wait a long time. I was in and out within 1 hour. I didn’t get much but it was enough for what I needed it for.

The lady that helped me was really good and made it an easy process for me. She was very helpful and nice. She probably had us in and out of there in less than an hour. She was excellent.

TitleMax was on the street that's not too far from my house. They had good customer service and the process took about 20 to 30 minutes. The amount of fees was atrocious, though.

My best friend went through TitleMax before, and she was trying to get me not to do it because she ended up getting her car repossessed. But I didn't have that experience. This is my second time going through TitleMax and I know the process. I try not to get to the repossession part. I like the fact that I can renew it if I don't have the full balance during the due date and just pay what I can. The ladies that helped me both times, they were very helpful and nice. I didn't have that vibe where they had the attitude.

The process of doing the loan was easy. I just went online and did it. I didn't know I was approved but the lady told me I was approved for so much.

I had an easy experience with TitleMax. And I had also used them before. So, I just walked into the location and told them what I wanted, and they helped me out. And it took 30 minutes for them to process my loan. They have a high interest rate, which is ridiculous. And even if you pay it back on time, you still accrue the interest, and it goes up every day. But it’s a good place to go to.

My experience with TitleMax was good. I kept getting denied, but the representative kept trying till it got approved. The process, from the initial phone call, was excellent. Nikki was very knowledgeable and professional. She made sure I understood everything, as it was my first time. I would be back and refer a friend. I really had a smooth and fast process. I couldn't believe how fast the money was in my account, that was a big plus.

I was told after making 5 payments it is paid off and never told anything about some balloon payment, 1200 loans, told would be total to pay in full 1400... However now this 5th payment it wants me to pay over 1500 in one month?? Excuse me, also I was never sent as promised the documentation. What is this really?

When I walked in the establishment, i immediately felt the warmth. I just wanted to get a little information, but with the talking and big conversation like been knowing each other all our lives. The experience started well with the first phone call but I was lied to and left with questions unanswered. I got on the phone. She said if I paid it back in twelve months it would be double the amount. When I got there and did the application I owe three times what I borrowed. I ask how could I pay it all off quicker than 12 months to lower how much interest I am paying she said she doesn't know and has to find out.

It was very pleasant, welcoming to walk in and have customer service. From an agent that take pride in what they do. Also feel I received outstanding rate and value of my car. It was my first time trying title pawn and I understand everything about the loan. I am not in fear of default to paying off my loan.

The ladies in the office were super friendly at the Chatsworth location! They were super helpful with any questions I had and great to chat with all the way around. My only problem with anything, was that the app for my portal didn't work, and kept getting a failure to identify my device notification when trying to log in. They told me to give it twenty-four hours and if still didn't work then to call and they would help. They're awesome. I enjoyed my visit and would absolutely do business again. The portal needed some tweaking, but they're actively trying to get me fixed up.

The woman who processed my loan forgot to give me my ID back. I luckily I caught it in time. Was able to return to the store in five minutes.. Also I'm confused as to why on a secure loan My annual percentage is 250%. I need to renegotiate with you On this, after I make my first payment, it's not feasible to make all my payments on time for the first six months and wind up owing more than the original one, especially when it's secured with my title.. Also, it would have been nice to get a heads app ahead of time cost of this loan. Or what the proposed APR was instead of just the loan amount.

When I went to the TitleMax office to get a title loan, at first, I felt a little disrespected when the lady there asked me an inappropriate question, and I wanted to walk out and go somewhere else. But the gentleman who assisted me went out of his way to help me. He did his job well, and I appreciated that.

My loan was approved in record time. The new General Manager, Fely, was amazing. She efficiently managed the process and made sure that I was ready to go. She was also very friendly and welcoming. I’ve gotten two loans with TitleMax: one was a title loan, and the second was a personal loan. Neither time was difficult. They were friendly, accommodating, and did their best to address my concerns and work with me. Every time, they give you a very personal experience. They have the ability to do loans in person at multiple locations in my city, and the online access makes it easy to make payments. They also have decent hours of operation. They’ve probably been one of the easiest companies I’ve ever dealt with, and their process is quick compared to any in-person type of business.

I heard about TitleMax online and that they treat people better and with respect. I got a title loan. I went in there, asked for an amount, they looked it up, and their computers crashed. I was there for 2.5 hours. I've been through TitleMax before on another bike that I had, and I got more than what I did on this one. It’s five years newer, and I wasn't really too happy with the amount. I was like, “I'm not gonna leave here now with nothing.”

I got a call from TitleMax on last Friday the 9th from a last asking me was I still interested in a personal as I couldn't remember that I had requested online but obviously I did so I told her yes I would be still interested and asked her a few questions regarding the requirements, etc. She told me the basic requirements but was rather new and that I'd probably be e better served to come in and speak with Alicia the following day which leads me to my experience I will not soon forget, Alicia called me around midday I believe it was or thereafter and asked if I was still coming by and I said yes and I'm glad she did 'cause it had already slipped my mind with me being busy with my two teenage sons but told her I'd be by around 4 or so as I believe arrived a short time around 4.

Was not feeling the greatest that day because of financial Hardship but Stephanie was able to lift me up w/ her beautiful gracious smile and assured me that everything will work out and be alright. She was able to help me out of a rut, and now I consider her like family, my little sister. She is the BEST, and makes this World of ours a BETTER Place. ☺️

My family member used TitleMax one time a long time ago and I’ve always known about them. The customer service at the office was excellent and very helpful. I was in a hurry and they rushed everything for me. It probably took about an hour because I had to go to the title office and do a title transfer.

Oscar was great. He got my loan and he always arrives to help when most needed. I went the office on 10th in McAllen Texas and it's easy to find. I have done this three times already and everything is always easy and straightforward. The office is clean and smells nice. The parking lot is clean. And the staff is well dressed. They always explain the terms to me just in case I have questions and they are friendly and courteous.

I did a car title loan with TitleMax, and the lending process with them was good. It was fast and simple. It just took about 30 to 45 minutes. And the representative who assisted me was polite and helpful. I just did not understand what I had to pay back. Because the representative was saying that if I came back within a week or so and I paid this, I would have to pay X amount. I got 601. I would have to pay 601 + 150. And I asked her why I would have to pay an extra 150 if I borrowed X amount.

The customer service at TitleMax was great. The two young ladies that helped me were awesome. I had to complete the application both in person and online. The only issue is that the process took a long time because the system was acting up. It didn't give me the option to put my truck. They only have four or five different ones in there and they didn’t have my particular model in there. That causes the price of the vehicle to go way down.

Yes I have recommended Title Max to several friends. The people at title max in Commerce Ga was very helpful and understanding on explaining every part of the application and explaining each part of signing the contract on the title loan. When I went in personally, I was with my kids, and you know how kids are when you’re trying to handle business. Everything was excellent, and the representative was patient and the best. The process didn’t even take 30 minutes because I did it online the night before. All they did was get my ID, take a picture of my car, look inside my car, and put some stuff in the system. This was my first time ever doing this, and the representative explained how everything works, how I need to stay on top of my payments and the interest rate. She was very honest, and I loved it.

I even sent 10 people link to apply with y'all.

My experience with Titlemax wasn't a good experience the first time because I really wasn't prepared. I went back a second time and it went as smooth as silk. The staff at the Milan office are great. I went in the second time more prepared with the right paperwork and all of my stuff was still in the system so we didn't have to fill out another application so the process went smoothly.

I would recommend this company TitleMax to anyone. You don't have to show bank statements or proof of income. All you need is a title without a lien. They are a referral agency. They're not wanting your car if you are having trouble making your payment. They will work with you. It's high interest but if you pay it back quick you don't pay a lot of interest.

He made sure I understood everything and didn't rush, but he also didn't take too long. Getting the $50 gift was an added bonus. I needed those funds to stay afloat until I started my new job. I had a wonderful experience when I came to TitleMax... I was greeted at my car and they let me bring my little dog in the office... They were so friendly and the process was very pleasant and easy to understand... You can pick your payment date which was very convenient... I felt like part of the family when I was done.

The staff, employees are awesome. But the application needs to be fixed. At the very beginning, the application asks how much are you needing for the loan, then the next question is, if you were to sell the vehicle, how much would you sell it for? Ok no problem. You spend about 30 mins filling out the application and then it's submitted. After waiting for a decision it comes back stating that you have been pre approved for $$$. Now the amount I had put in the very beginning is nowhere near what I was approved for. So I asked why was it only approved for that amount and I was informed that the application will only approve up to the max amount. They need to change the application to save time. When it asks how much you are needing, and you put in the amount, it should say that the max amount is $$$, would you like to continue? That way you can decide from the beginning if you want to continue instead of spending time to complete the process only to find out the max is not what I needed.

Do not use this company no matter how desperate you are. I got 1400. Year in half still paying on making more than my payment. I feel they are the biggest rip-off company I have ever seen. Avoid using them at all cost. Other loan companies are much better and you can actually pay the loan off.

Kia and company have made this process easier than going into the grocery store, I’ve used then over 10 times. This location is on point they deserve whatever the next pronation may be!
