I went to TitleMax to get a personal loan at a last moment and got just the amount I was hoping to get. Very good and friendly people… And I will go back after this if I’m ever in a quick need for a loan. The manager of this location is great.

Love the customer service support I have got from Ms. Felicia. She is the best. She did her thing. She deserves that seat at Title max. She sit there with me and work through the steps into I got what I needed and appreciate the team on Austin Peay Hwy in Memphis, TN. 💞💖

The loan place issued me a check, has possession of my title.. Went to cash and bank won't do it because it's for deposit only (but they stamped it). Now nobody will cash it. TitleMax says there's nothing they can do, can't issue another check (until it clears in the bank's system, bank says there's nothing to clear it wasn't cashed) or give me my title back. This is considered fraud in South Carolina and we have filed a police report.

The process from start to finish was easy and upfront. No hustle or hidden scams. I appreciate good customer service. I highly recommend this location if you are in need of a title loan or personal loan. Lily was amazing and explained all of my options thoroughly so that there was no confusion. I recommend calling first to make an appointment, but I'm sure they also allow for walk ins.

Calls, text and emails about payment that have not came due yet!!!! Very frustrating when you trying to work. Don’t need no reminder of bill until payment have not been received. Has informed them that was to please don’t call for a reminder. I keep up with my own bills. Don’t need a call.

I went in thinking I would be denied for a personal loan due to my credit, got approved & thinking I would be in and out but I was wrong lol. There were serious computer issues that day but the staff was very reassuring and patient. I would definitely recommend those who are curious to give these guys a shot!

Carolina was extremely polite, helpful, informative, respectful and did her job very professionally. Absolutely a 10/10 for her customer service. She was very efficient and to the detail. Walked me step by step through the entire process, explained the contract in great detail and was very patient. She definitely deserves a raise!

Customer representatives Aaron and Cynthia I dealt with provided negative customer service. Aaron was asked a question, and became offended. Prior to my case being transferred to Cynthia, female representatives made comments about Aaron, recapping the conversation I thought was between him & I. Cynthia began to assist me with my payments and seemed agitated in her communication. I am thankful I was able to pay off my debt and I hope their customer service skills improve in positive ways.

If you're in need of money asap and got your title take it to them and get money in minutes to your bank. Before you walk out the money is there. Pay every month until taxes then I always pay off. Never know when you will need that extra through the year.

Tristian, the customer service representative, was patient, courteous, and professional in assisting with what I asked for. Great customer service. There was a maintenance issue that was a cause for patience that was resolved, and the loan went right to my bank account in a matter of seconds. Lis was great. Very personable yet professional and knowledgeable. She put us at ease during the process. I use TitleMax all the time. It's a great business and it's doing well. I liked one representative who worked there for a long time and was really good at his job. He just walked me through it. If it takes an hour to get approved, I just sit there for an hour and never say a word while they talk to me.

It was pretty simple getting a title loan from TitleMax. I like their policy. It was pretty easy uploading documents online. The manager was really helpful and informative, told us what we needed to do, and made it happen. It took about 30 minutes. If I had family or friends who needed extra cash or they're in a bind, I would tell them to go there.

I got a title loan from TitleMax. The process was easy, and the person I dealt with was knowledgeable. I just walked in, told them what I was trying to do, and gave them my title and ID. They put it in their system, took pictures of my vehicle, submitted it to their computer, and waited for the approval. It was pretty simple and took about 20 minutes.

I had to get something taken care of, so I went to TitleMax. I did the inspection on my car. The process to take out the loan was good and took a couple of hours. The representative was good.

I called because I was going to be a little late, and she said it’s okay, that I can still come. The only issue is their high interest rate. Other than that, the customer service was really good. They helped me for what I needed at the moment.

I was in need of some extra money for rent. I lived near the TitleMax location and had passed by it, so I googled it, and then I was able to do everything online. I work during the day and get off pretty late, and most places don’t allow that option to do it online. I just took pictures of the vehicle and uploaded them. I did have to go in to show them the title, and then they deposited the funds to my account. The person that helped me made it easy, fast and was very friendly. I would recommend them going into that location just 'cause I got to know the lady that was there.

I've dealt with TitleMax a couple of times before. And the first couple times, I had pretty good experience. And this last time wasn't a bad experience. I was a little bit disappointed. After being a reliable customer for the time period that I had and the amount of money I spent, I was denied what I really needed at the time. But other than that, that was the worst experience of all, getting pennies for something that I had previously gotten a larger amount for.

I drove by and kept seeing TitleMax all the time. So, I decided to use the Decatur on Covington Highway for a pawn service. The lending process was good, in less than an hour from start to finish. And the representative was very nice, she answered all my questions. It impact my life because they helped me out when I needed them.

I’ve known about TitleMax for a long time, mostly because their name is so well known. I actually started getting loans with them about seven or eight years ago when I was going through a divorce. As a single mom of five, I needed some extra help to cover bills.

Alma and Christa were awesome.... Helped me get the money I needed, went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the process and payback, made me feel like a valued customer. After I get title back if I need more I will definitely go back here! Thank you for everything!

I was treated very well when I went into the office in Brownwood Tx. Everything was explained completely. She was very helpful. She also explained that I could come back at anytime and extend my loan. She went over all of the options available to me. I had a great experience with my visit.

Kendra immediately greeted me with no attitude first thing in the morning when they opened, gave me full attention, talked to me as a person and not a customer, let me know exactly what I needed to know, shared some laughs, very patient and understanding. I got a title loan on February 18th this year. I paid it off exactly a month later. It is now June 11th and my title is not in my possession. I called and was told by Tatiana that a worker quit and she can't go to the DMV to check on my title. This was weeks ago. I spoke to another worker there named Andrea and was told that she hasn't been to the DMV and that the DMV is busy? How would anyone know this if they haven't been? I was told I'd get a call from Tatiana and that I was a "priority". Another week has gone by and no call at all. Andrea called me back after about another week and said something like "sir I know it's been months and you still don't have your title but would you like to start another loan with us?" I find this to be very unprofessional. Y'all have made the money off of me that y'all should have and I've been a patient customer. I would like what is mine.

The Ladies in the office were very very helpful. It took me a minimal amount of time to get what I needed. I truly appreciate all the hospitality that these ladies gave me. Please give the young lady that gave me this loan a raise. She was amazing.

The application process was smooth; however, I had started the application a couple days before, and somehow it was deleted at the store level. It would have been nice, to have all that information already. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience for me.

My experience was quick and courteous. Your location was close to home in this town living in poverty. I will recommend to others your services when they need their electric bill paid to avoid disconnection of their electric or other utilities. Across the street was a Vietnam Veteran Selling pecans and watermelons of which of which we proudly supported.

The lady that was working the day I came in was so sweet. She was funny and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain and make sure that I understood everything. Even though it was 29 minutes to close she was respectful and kind as if I was the first person.

Our funds were available immediately and were put directly onto our debit card. We still have the option to take more out if needed. They even stayed past closing time to help us. She explained what my payments would be and when they were due. She was kind, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this place to any looking for a title.

My experience was positive except with the option of the payment amount. There was only one amount given to you that you could pay. And only one set of months that you could pay. You should have more of a selection to help the customer with repaying their loan and not making it a hardship for your customers. Other than that the experience was very good.

If I need for any reason to redo this type of thing I will come back to the 35th Ave and Glendale location. I thought the location on 43rd Ave and Olive was good but this location on 35th was much better.

I'm incredibly thankful for Tiffany's help; she's truly exceptional. TitleMax helps a lot when you need help. I've been to the same TitleMax office before. I did the title loan with them. The lending process was straightforward and easy to understand, and it took 45 minutes at the most. The representative that I worked with was very pleasant and professional, knew what she was doing, and got me in and out of there easily. She was wrapping up with somebody else when I first walked in there. So, that included a little bit of waiting time. I know you can do the process online. I hadn't tried that, but I didn't have any problems with it.

I've used TitleMax three times. This time around, the process took about an hour. It was a little different last time. The system was a little slow that time. The interest rate is really high, but I needed the money, so I had no choice.

I have always done high amounts on loans and have gotten good rate on interest. I always pay before so I don't pay as much interest. This time was terrible. My interest was super high and the amount I took out was half of what I usually borrow. I was shocked that being a return loyal customer this happened to me. I will pay this off in 1 or 2 months and I won't be back.

To start the person in the store was awesome. We got along great for the 6 hours I was sitting across from her. The problem was with the computer and the service tech that couldn't get the system working in three hours on Saturday May 17 2025. Day two was the following Monday May 19th 2025. I returned to finish what had been started the Saturday before. Mind you this wasn't my first loan from you, more like the 5th. So imagine my surprise when I had to go give you more personal information than I should have needed to. The previous loans did not require the paperwork you wanted this time. After 3 more hours waiting on corporate to remove their heads from their rear orifice you only give me $300 when I have gotten $1000+ the times before and never a late payment. It shows you do not value return customers. I will be going to a different place when this gets paid off. It's a sham, the office was so nice to only get shafted by corporate that didn't care or remember it is the interest from loans that their pay comes from.

Very friendly, informative & welcoming. As a new customer I was nervous, skeptical and unsure how title loans happen. Being my first time as TitleMax customer and representative that day was new as well we both asked and answered each other's questions allowing me to get comfortable and become a TitleMax client. I used TitleMax years ago when I was in a crunch. The guy who assisted me was great. He was the only one in the office and assisted multiple customers effectively without having people wait a long time. I was in and out within 1 hour. I didn’t get much but it was enough for what I needed it for.

TitleMax was on the street that's not too far from my house. They had good customer service and the process took about 20 to 30 minutes. The amount of fees was atrocious, though.

My best friend went through TitleMax before, and she was trying to get me not to do it because she ended up getting her car repossessed. But I didn't have that experience. This is my second time going through TitleMax and I know the process. I try not to get to the repossession part. I like the fact that I can renew it if I don't have the full balance during the due date and just pay what I can. The ladies that helped me both times, they were very helpful and nice. I didn't have that vibe where they had the attitude.

I had an easy experience with TitleMax. And I had also used them before. So, I just walked into the location and told them what I wanted, and they helped me out. And it took 30 minutes for them to process my loan. They have a high interest rate, which is ridiculous. And even if you pay it back on time, you still accrue the interest, and it goes up every day. But it’s a good place to go to.

The process, from the initial phone call, was excellent. Nikki was very knowledgeable and professional. She made sure I understood everything, as it was my first time. I would be back and refer a friend. I really had a smooth and fast process. I couldn't believe how fast the money was in my account, that was a big plus.

I was told after making 5 payments it is paid off and never told anything about some balloon payment, 1200 loans, told would be total to pay in full 1400... However now this 5th payment it wants me to pay over 1500 in one month?? Excuse me, also I was never sent as promised the documentation. What is this really?

The experience started well with the first phone call but I was lied to and left with questions unanswered. I got on the phone. She said if I paid it back in twelve months it would be double the amount. When I got there and did the application I owe three times what I borrowed. I ask how could I pay it all off quicker than 12 months to lower how much interest I am paying she said she doesn't know and has to find out.

It was very pleasant, welcoming to walk in and have customer service. From an agent that take pride in what they do. Also feel I received outstanding rate and value of my car. It was my first time trying title pawn and I understand everything about the loan. I am not in fear of default to paying off my loan.

The ladies in the office were super friendly at the Chatsworth location! They were super helpful with any questions I had and great to chat with all the way around. My only problem with anything, was that the app for my portal didn't work, and kept getting a failure to identify my device notification when trying to log in. They told me to give it twenty-four hours and if still didn't work then to call and they would help. They're awesome. I enjoyed my visit and would absolutely do business again. The portal needed some tweaking, but they're actively trying to get me fixed up.

The woman who processed my loan forgot to give me my ID back. I luckily I caught it in time. Was able to return to the store in five minutes.. Also I'm confused as to why on a secure loan My annual percentage is 250%. I need to renegotiate with you On this, after I make my first payment, it's not feasible to make all my payments on time for the first six months and wind up owing more than the original one, especially when it's secured with my title.. Also, it would have been nice to get a heads app ahead of time cost of this loan. Or what the proposed APR was instead of just the loan amount.

They have the ability to do loans in person at multiple locations in my city, and the online access makes it easy to make payments. They also have decent hours of operation. They’ve probably been one of the easiest companies I’ve ever dealt with, and their process is quick compared to any in-person type of business.

I got a call from TitleMax on last Friday the 9th from a last asking me was I still interested in a personal as I couldn't remember that I had requested online but obviously I did so I told her yes I would be still interested and asked her a few questions regarding the requirements, etc. She told me the basic requirements but was rather new and that I'd probably be e better served to come in and speak with Alicia the following day which leads me to my experience I will not soon forget, Alicia called me around midday I believe it was or thereafter and asked if I was still coming by and I said yes and I'm glad she did 'cause it had already slipped my mind with me being busy with my two teenage sons but told her I'd be by around 4 or so as I believe arrived a short time around 4.

Was not feeling the greatest that day because of financial Hardship but Stephanie was able to lift me up w/ her beautiful gracious smile and assured me that everything will work out and be alright. I have done this three times already and everything is always easy and straightforward. The office is clean and smells nice. The parking lot is clean. And the staff is well dressed. They always explain the terms to me just in case I have questions and they are friendly and courteous.
