I live from Edinburgh, and TitleMax is in the middle of the town. I pass them all the time. They gave me a loan in exchange for my title. When I first walked in the door, I was greeted, and the place was clean, and there were not that many people but one of them told me right away that he would be with me and I didn't wait long. He did everything really quickly, and he was very courteous. They helped me out. We did some stuff through my phone since it was easy.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with TitleMax. The whole title pawn thing gets a bad rep for most people because they don't know how to pay their bills. But going through it and experiencing it myself, I very quickly realized that TitleMax isn't there to try to get over on anybody; they're there to help people, and how everything was explained to me, it was a really great experience. The application process was good. I know what the car is worth, but most of the time, in situations like that, during a pawn situation, they want to give you a value that's way under what your car's worth, and they did not do that. The number they came up with was pretty close to the number that I know the car is worth. The lady who took care of me was a great people person. She explained everything. She made sure I understood stuff. She didn't just blurt it out and then be like, "Okay. He'll figure it out." She took the time to explain everything and let me know all the different options.

If you're in need and you need help, TitleMax is the right people to go to. They work with you. With any other company, if you’re late on your payments, they come and get your car. So, I recommend them. They were very professional, nice and fast-paced, and they got the job done. However, I should have asked more questions about the payment because I thought it was $17 a week, and now it jumped all the way to 500. That's why I'm behind because I was school shopping, I've been paying my bills, and I thought I would be able to do the $17 a week. I told the rep, “It's 500 for me to renew it. I can't afford that right now.”

I live in Conroe, so I drive past TitleMax all the time. The rep laid out the process and at first, you think it’s going to be difficult. After they explained, it’s not difficult at all. You just have to stay on top of your payments. The rep articulated it very well for me. She made it where it was easy for me to understand and to say I can handle it. She sent numbers and I told her when it was too much and when I could work with it. She made me feel comfortable doing business with her and was very understanding of my situation. I tried to get a personal loan through TitleMax, but I wasn’t able to do it. I explained that I was in a bad spot and on disability, and she told me she understood and would see what she could do to help. She explained they offer title loans, and I told her I have a title. I explained my situation with the title, and she walked me through everything step by step. It was taken care of quickly, and I felt comfortable moving forward.

I have an old Toyota that's registered in Virginia and I live here in Houston now. I will have to transfer the title over to Houston. It was just a lot and that's just to see how much I could get. I was so discouraged at first, but the lady told me they do personal loans as well. They were very informative. I didn't even know that they did personal loans. I thought it was just titles.

I got a loan from TitleMax in San Benito. Lourdes helped me. I was approved for 2k but only ask for $800. I know that I could afford to pay $800 with no problem. I left the store with $800 however the TM app showed $1200 available funds with a click of a button. My car got repoed on Monday and I was not allowed to pay and keep my car. I was stranded at Walmart and felt my life was over. I will recover mu car today for $1000. The store associates did care the stress and financial hardship this has put in me. If possible avoid Title max. The interest and late fees are extremely high. They don't care about their customers.

I selected TitleMax because I needed money right at that moment, but it was explained to me totally different during the process than when I went to make a payment. It was kinda reassured to me. The explanation process of getting the loan could be improved. Other than that, the representative I worked with did fine. She made sure I was able to get the loan, and she assisted me and got me taken care of. I was trying to get a bill paid, and working with TitleMax helped me get a few of them paid with the amount that I was given.

TitleMax is amazing. Their reps are friendly and professional, which means a lot to me because I work in a professional world. They're not making you feel bad because you need help. In this day and world, the way people treat you sometimes makes you feel less because they know you need the help at the moment. I didn't get that feeling. I was shocked. I was enriched in the process. Overall, my interaction is a professional business agreement. It was a good experience. I see TitleMax every day when I go down Memorial Drive. I did a title loan with them and their process was good. It took about 30 minutes, and the rep was very kind.

My sister told me about TitleMax and I did a title loan on my pick-up truck. The process took 30 minutes and I had an excellent experience. The rep explained everything and was very helpful on how everything worked.

I've used TitleMax about 15 years ago on a title loan. They have a building right across the street where I work, so it was very convenient. I went on there again. Their customer service team was very helpful and knowledgeable. The process took maybe 45 minutes. They took care of everything right then. I don't do computer stuff. So, anything they needed, they took care of it for me. My experience was fantastic.
