TitleMax car and motorcycle title loans are available in 14 states. Unlike many other loan options, you don’t need a good credit score or a bank account to qualify for a title loan. While the loan qualifications differ by state, the basic TitleMax title loan requirements include:

Glenda and Ms ** are two remarkable examples of how courtesy and professionals should represent a brand! They both are a valuable asset to TitleMax and deserve recognition. Ms ** and Glenda took the time to explain to me what can be a complicated subject, to ensure that a completely understood my borrowing process and afterwards personally called me to welcome me to the TitleMax family. At some point, we all face difficulties. There was a point where I needed to purchase out of out of pocket meds not covered by insurance.
Had it not been for this agency’s assistance my wife could have been in a literal life of death situation. These two ladies aren’t even aware of this. It’s more than just the borrowing of money-these two beautiful intelligent women actually give a damn! That’s what matters in today’s world. Family members recommended TitleMax. I went in for a title loan and the application was awesome. We were there for roughly 45 minute.The reps are very welcoming and nice ladies that I can't wait to go back. The lady inspected the car and was out there for a good 15 minutes. We did direct deposit and the money was in our account as soon as we left the building.

I worked with Josh. A lady friend of mine Sandra ** obtained a loan on her car with your agency and was particularly very satisfied how she was treated by Josh and recommended me to use home when I was in need. Josh is definitely a company man, but he has a unique balance in respectfully assisting a new client with the entire process. He is so personal. You leave feeling you have a new friend. I hope you have your eye on Josh for a serious change in roles for your company because he definitely can expand your profit margin given the opportunity to prove it to you.
He is a keeper worth giving incentives to you. Being a former finance guy in the automotive industry given the amount of interest you charge I think there is a critical link to the pay structure that is inhibiting more sales. I was Larry Van Tyuel 3rd guy in the nation and with a bit more finance training and then incentives there are other avenues to drumming up new business than waiting for them to just know you are.

I've dealt with other title loan companies, and I didn't have a good experience with them. When I called TitleMax, I asked some key questions about how the process went and what was what, and they pretty much answered the questions that led to my decision to do business with them. The loan process was simple. I was impressed with the person that helped me out. She was very knowledgeable. She was very upfront and told me ways of being able to maximize it and being able to make it work for me. After they evaluated my vehicle, the process was very simple and quick. At the time, I needed the money that I needed to do some things that I was doing, and it came in handy right at the time that I needed it. It wasn't a lot of hassle. The process was very, very painless versus other places that I've used.
When you go in to TitleMax, the agent doesn't have to go into your personal business of saying exactly what they need it for, but let them know pretty much what you need, how much you need, and what are you trying to do, what you're trying to accomplish, and listen, and follow the instructions on your way of paying it back, and being able to maximize the loan to where you need to do what you need to do, and not putting yourself in too much of a strain where you can you can pay for it.

I live from Edinburgh, and TitleMax is in the middle of the town. I pass them all the time. They gave me a loan in exchange for my title. When I first walked in the door, I was greeted, and the place was clean, and there were not that many people but one of them told me right away that he would be with me and I didn't wait long. He did everything really quickly, and he was very courteous. They helped me out. We did some stuff through my phone since it was easy.
As far as the process, you leave your title with them, and then they tell you from here to here how much you can get and how much do you want, and then they’ll say, "It's either you pay this a month, or you can pay the entire payment by the end of the month, and we just charge you this finance charge." The only thing was, at first, they had given me a really high payment, and I told them, “That's kind of high. You're not gonna give me a chance to pay off y'all. I'm never gonna end up paying you guys if you guys need this payment." So, they kind of lowered it a little on their own.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with TitleMax. The whole title pawn thing gets a bad rep for most people because they don't know how to pay their bills. But going through it and experiencing it myself, I very quickly realized that TitleMax isn't there to try to get over on anybody; they're there to help people, and how everything was explained to me, it was a really great experience. The application process was good. I know what the car is worth, but most of the time, in situations like that, during a pawn situation, they want to give you a value that's way under what your car's worth, and they did not do that. The number they came up with was pretty close to the number that I know the car is worth. The lady who took care of me was a great people person. She explained everything. She made sure I understood stuff. She didn't just blurt it out and then be like, "Okay. He'll figure it out." She took the time to explain everything and let me know all the different options.
If people are worried they might not have enough money for their bills, or if they’re trying to consolidate a couple of credit cards, TitleMax is a good avenue to go. Because a lot of people talk about interest rates through title pawns, but the interest rate is nowhere near what it would have been for a personal loan. You’ll end up paying more interest on personal loans than I did on that. I would very highly recommend TitleMax. Once I paid this loan off, if I ever need quick cash like that again, I will definitely be going back and doing that exact same thing.

If you're in need and you need help, TitleMax is the right people to go to. They work with you. With any other company, if you’re late on your payments, they come and get your car. So, I recommend them. They were very professional, nice and fast-paced, and they got the job done. However, I should have asked more questions about the payment because I thought it was $17 a week, and now it jumped all the way to 500. That's why I'm behind because I was school shopping, I've been paying my bills, and I thought I would be able to do the $17 a week. I told the rep, “It's 500 for me to renew it. I can't afford that right now.”
I don't want them to take my car so the rep said she will put it in collections until I catch up. But I said, “I thought it was $17 a week or 100 something a month. I could afford that, not 500.” They never explained it to me, but whenever I was there, she said, “Your payments would be $17 a week.” I was, “Cool, I can afford that.” When I looked to make a payment, I was, “Whoa, it's 500. I can't do this. I can't do this right now.” Everything else is good.

My mom and I have been in here a couple times. We're never there more than 20-30 mins. No matter who is working. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Now if you miss payments and stuff like that I dont know how well they work with you. But just as far as the process it was smooth

Have had many loans at the other location on the East I-40 and Spur. I ended up with something I didn't really want. Launch my business is over at that store on Grand and I-40. I will never go back there. I will recommend anybody go out to I-40 and Spur.

I did not have a pleasant experience with Titlemax. While completing the transaction as I handed the woman my ID she stated, “You have BIG EYES,” they are just out there. I found that to be rude and extremely unprofessional. I did not like it and it made me really uncomfortable.

I was pleased with them when I first came to them. But now I give them one star because I lodged in and it said I owe 835.74. I made a payment of 406.15 the page refreshed then came back and said I owe 436.16. So I make another payment of 35.99 then the page refreshed again and it went back to saying once again that I owe 835.74. So now I will not recommend them anyone I know.

Got a loan for 900, not against my car. I missed a payment. I got a call from someone claiming to be at Titlemax asking if I needed a one, I said no and hung up. 5 minutes later I got a call form someone claiming to be from Titlemax demanding my SS#. I said I wasn't giving that information over he phone. She got hostile and kept repeating, "You signed a contract." I'm like okay... That doesn't mean I have to provide personal information over the phone, send me an email, a text or contact me through the portal. She called 2 more times and I hung up.
Monday she called back, I asked what this was about. She continued to say she couldn't talk about my account without verifying who I was, mind you SHE CALLED ME.... I gave her only the last 4 digits, she informed me I missed a payment, I check my bank, and I did, other stuff came in first. I let her know I'd make a payment as soon as possible. She demanded a half payment. I repeated I could not do that, and would make the payment ASAP. 20 minutes later and she's stillll talking at me saying well "Girl I can't help you, girl it's bad to let interest pile up." first off I'm not your "girl", Today she calls again and I say, "I'm not giving you my information. I don't have 20 minutes to go around in circles with you about the same thing we talked about yesterday." she gets hostile again saying, "You signed a contract," and I was like, "Yup. I sure did and nothing has changed since yesterday."
She says I am rude for hanging up on her, she is unprofessional. In the office when I opened the loan she was talking crap about another client who had left because he couldn't make his whole payment. She showed me photos of her kid.... I'm a stranger at that point. How weird is THAT! She ended saying she would send me to collections. I said, "Ok. Whatever." mind you this is my first missed payment and it's 4 days late. Calling me daily and harassing me isn't going to magically make me able to make the payment.

Om gosh, Lilly was AMAZING! ❤️ She was so helpful and went above and beyond for me. She even rushed back from her lunch break to help me get approved for my loan, and I was so happy to receive the $50 referral credit! The entire staff at this location truly lives up to their name and provides exceptional customer service. Even the general manager was wonderful. I came in specifically asking for Lilly, but the manager still offered to assist me.
