I got a car title loan, and their lending process was easy. They came out and assessed the car. Then they told me I'm pre-approved. The process was simple and fast, taking 35-40 minutes, overall, and it went smoothly. The lending processor was polite and very informative too. He explained everything step-by-step, including my payments, how much, if I wanted to keep renewing or if I paid the loan off. They were very thorough and good especially the workers in Madison right down Madison Boulevard. It was a fun experience with Titlemax and their service was excellent. Titlemax is a good go-to place to when you're in need or in an emergency situation.
I was behind on some bills and needed a loan really bad. I had a vehicle with a title and I had heard and seen TitleMax around town so I decided to go to them. Filling out the information took 20 minutes at the most and nobody was in there so the overall lending process was really quick and easy. The processor was awesome and really nice. We had great interactions and she answered everything we needed to know. It was simple and I got done what I needed to get done. It’s been a very good experience, I enjoyed it and they really helped me out. In fact, I would tell my friends that if they are in a bad spot, TitleMax will help them out.
I like the professionalism of the people working at TitleMax, more professional than other lenders. Everything is done like it should be done, which is what I enjoy about it. The lending process was great and direct to the point. I told them what I needed and they told me what they could give me. I got a car title loan, and the whole process was completed in 20 minutes. The rep was really good, thorough, and knew what she was doing. When I went in other places, the staff ate food while doing their work and I was talking to them. But when I went to TitleMax, it was like I was in a totally different world. This processor was very professional. Working with TitleMax helped me out a whole lot. My mother had passed away, so I needed some money, and TitleMax was a life saver. I'm glad they're around. I had a great experience and would recommend anybody to them.
I had several bills due to a lengthy medical issue. I couldn't get help from anyone. I spoke with a friend who knew my situation and suggested I go talk to ** at the Title Max located at 1901 Watson Blvd. Warner Robins, GA. 31093. ** had helped him. I was wary and not trusting anyone and did not want a lien on my vehicle. As I talked to **, I began to understand why my friend suggested **. She was patient and understanding. She explained the loan process in a way I could understand. As I glimpsed the underlying professional in front of me I was amazed to realize she also understood my dilemma. I am thankful Title Max hires professionals who also see the real people who come in for help.
TitleMax really was good to me. I really appreciate everything. I recommend anyone to come here. Customer service is 1. Thank you TitleMax for being so patient and kind with me. Everything was so professionally done. The lady that helped me needs a raise. I really appreciate how she treated me.
He was very professional and friendly, knew his job and help me a lot. The only thing I don't like is your finance charges. They are too high. Travis is my #1 person to go to. Thank you Travis for helping me out. Excellent employee. Keep up the good work Travis.
TitleMax is close to us and I got a car title loan from them. We called prior to figure out what exactly we needed to do and then we walked in with our title. They took some pictures of our car and gave us the value as of how much we wanted to borrow. We were in and out in a half-an-hour or so. We got in a bind financially and needed money quickly so working with TitleMax definitely helped us out. The only downfall is that the interest rate is crazy but it’s what we had to do at the time and we didn’t have other options. Still, it's been a nice, easy and convenient experience with TitleMax.
We got a car title loan from TitleMax. They were more known and looked like a more reputable company than the other lenders. The lending process and customer service were good as well. The guy who had helped us was very helpful. He explained everything and took his time with us. He didn’t mind over explaining and that made a difference. We received the loan in an hour. However, the interest is expensive. Making the first payment was hard too. It felt like our problem will never get taken care of even paying more on it. It brings the reality to the loan, like it’s easier said than done. I wouldn’t recommend the title loan to anyone that's a friend or family but if they had to do it like we did because of an emergency, I would recommend. It was a good experience with TitleMax.

I obtained a car title loan from TitleMax and the process took around 40 to 45 minutes. Their team was quick and efficient but they could be more clear on information. They helped me take care of what I needed to take care of.
TitleMax is close to us and their lending process is also great. We just had to bring in our title and my husband's driver's license. They then reviewed the vehicle, did paperwork and it was done. It helped us out when we needed money fast. However, it took a little while because their computer system was not acting right. Customer service was very apologetic for the process going slower than what it normally would because of it. They were very courteous, polite, and answered every question that we had. It was a good experience. It was something that we didn't really wanted to do but had to, and they made it a very smooth process. TitleMax is a wise place to go to.
I am very satisfied with TitleMax. I googled them first and I went down and talked to them. I’m a traveling person and I got sick and was out of work. Now, I'm going back to work and I needed to catch up on some things before my first payday on the 21st. Since you have to be in the store to do transactions, I went to their store, for a payday loan and they suggested the line of credit. The process took 20 minutes. I also like that there are more than one TitleMax stores, and you don’t have to go to the assigned one that made your loan in. You can go to another one if it’s closer to you.
I have to see if I could qualify for a loan or how much I would get and went to Titlemax for pawn. I was able to come in, filled out some paperwork and they asked me how much I was getting a loan for. I told them the amount and they were able to tell me yes or no. Signed some more paperwork, we discussed and figured, made sure I understood the loan and the terms including what was to be expected and required plus the fees. It was quite fast, took only less than 30 minutes. The lending processor was very friendly and knew how to get in touch with anybody for any reason. He was real friendly and explained to me how everything was and the process. It wasn't like most places. I'm glad I was able to get in touch and TitleMax was able to help me out in my time when I needed the loan.
I applied for a loan. This TitleMax location where they made me feel as if I were at home. Very nice sale persons male and females. My loan was handle by employee ** a very nice, respectable young man. Treated me with due respect. Took his time to explain everything and I was out and back to work within an hour time. Great place for title pawning. 3096 Deans Bridge Rd Augusta GA.
For a car title loan, the process took 30 minutes. They did their work, and the rep was understanding and gave us a lot of different options to choose from. They were great! Working with TitleMax helped us out a lot to pay it off. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
I called another title company and they said that they could give me a certain amount, and that wasn’t gonna do any good. Then, the co-owner of the vehicle told me to contact TitleMax. So I called and they helped me out. They were awesome and they didn’t look at me like I don’t need to be there and that they're only gonna tell me what they’re gonna do but they wouldn't do it. They’ve been real straight-up and good about everything. I got a title loan from them. I had to fill up an application and then they went out to the truck and did a little overall view. The process took a couple of hours but, for the first time, it wasn’t that bad. Our loan got us out of a really tight spot and made breathing a little bit easier.
The lady at TitleMax tried to explain everything she possibly could and was wonderful. They know what they’re doing and they know how to treat people. I used to deal with some company that was just there for the paycheck and they’re all snotty like I was an inconvenience to them. You get a day behind, they want to tell you on the phone how behind you are. TitleMax has not once called me to settle my due payments. I only received the paper in the mail and because it was my first time paying them. I called them Monday and said that I don’t get paid ‘til Friday, so I can’t get the money on the Wednesday due. She made an exception and I appreciated her doing that for me.
And yesterday I made my first payment and I talked to her about letting me pay $100 every week. She said that it would be best to put it on a money order or put it into another account and then all I’ll do is call in with the card and they could take the money out. I was in a hurry and she told me to sign things. She ran my card for me then she told me that her computer’s slow. I said, “I understand that. You know, computers do that." And I told her, “I’m going to work because if I’m not, I’m gonna be late.” She said, “Well it’s in your file. You just come right by today or you can come right by tomorrow or the next day.” I said, “Okay. I’ll pick it up Monday next week.”
Have auto loan. Was told in May I have 2 & 1/2 months payments left. Each payment is $201 Paid May. Paid June. Should have only $100 left to pay July. WRONG. I have $750 left. They charged my bank $501 in March (my fault for not checking my bank statements. Guess I trusted them). When I called to make April payment was Told I didn't owe anything. No explanation why. Don't trust them. Gonna call financial advisor to see what I should do next. Take to other auto loan. Call BBB.
TitleMax is right at the end of the street I live on. Their process was good and it only took me 20 minutes. I just went in, asked a couple of questions, processed the loan and we digitally signed the paperwork. However, they didn't give me paperwork when I left, so I e-mailed them and they gave me a link where I could log in and I printed the documents at work.
The TitleMax rep was very friendly and helpful while the overall lending process was convenient and fast. They were able to help me out, but they’re not willing to work with any situation. My due date was on a Wednesday and I didn’t get paid until Friday. They still took my payment on Friday, but they made my first payment more than what it was supposed to be. I also had to start my contract over, so now I have a different due date for the next month. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. Once I get it paid off, I will never do it again.
I chose TitleMax due to convenience since they are not far from where I live. I took out a vehicle title loan with them. The process has been easy and I got it on the same day. Everybody was also nice and polite. The loan pretty much made everything and it accomplished what I needed to accomplish.
I got a car title loan from TitleMax and they were really fairer over other lenders. I went online then went to the store and their lending process was simple and easy. It was fast and took only 20 minutes to process. The lending processor was able to answer every question that I may have had and very knowledgeable and caring at the same time. TitleMax didn’t put a hindrance on me and I could still do everything else that I needed to take care of without being hassled and it’s good. They’re a great and reputable company and somebody that you could do business with if you’re in need. And if I had to do it again, I most definitely would and they will be my first choice. Their people are very knowledgeable and helpful regardless of what your financial situation is.
I got a car title loan from TitleMax. I went in there with questions and they pretty much told me the process of them taking pictures of the car. They also did a generic quote before they gave me an official one, which came after the pictures. They did all of my basic living information, such as contact and work information. The whole process took less than an hour. I like that I was able to have a conversation a person versus it being a business. They were also very informative to help me decide on interest rates and everything. The loan helped me in my everyday life since I needed a few extra dollars.
I just moved in to the town and I saw Titlemax. Their sign was the biggest in town and they're the first one I thought when I needed money. I went to their office, and the representative there made the lending process easy. I filled out some applications then he went and took some pictures of the car. I was in and out within 30 minutes. And when I was sitting there, the lending processor got me something to drink, which was nice. I got a car title loan and money for food for the week, so it helped me out. It was a good deal with Titlemax and I appreciate it.
My wife told me about TitleMax. I never really got loans so I figured I’d just go and try to get one. They were the first one I went to. I got a car loan. It was easy and quick. I took my car there and my title. They looked at the car and I answered a few questions. The process took 20 minutes at the most. For a new person, I thought that was great. Getting a loan from TitleMax was a real good help. I actually got two of them. I went back and everything’s great. I’m totally satisfied.
I was looking at titles places in my area and came across TitleMax. Basing on their reviews and everyone's overall experience, TitleMax seemed like the best place. I went in and talked to them, and they did everything right. They’re really nice. The process took about 25-30 minutes and my experience went really well. TitleMax definitely helped.

TitleMax told me my loan payments would be $211 per month or I could pay it in full. What they failed to discuss with me is that $211 was not a loan payment, it was an interest payment. So no matter how much I was prepared to pay, $211 was automatically collected for the interest. There is a big difference. They completely misrepresented how the loan process would work. I asked a lot of questions about how much my monthly payments would be and borrowed an amount that I know I would be able to afford. The representative was fully made aware that I was trying to stay in a particular range per month as well.
Not one time did she feel compelled to mention, that these affordable payments that I was making my borrowing decision on, that these payments were interest only. Had I been fully aware of this process by being told the real process, I would not have gone forward with the loan. I would have worked day and night, 24 hrs around the clock to better my financial situation. I would have never agreed to this high interest only payment. But they will not get months of interest out of me. Even if It kills me doing it. My full balance will be paid next month. I cannot afford what they have tricked me into.
We went to Titlemax for a loan on my car title and the guy who assisted me was so friendly. I didn’t even care about going anywhere else after that. They have awesome employees. The guy sat me down, took in my information and that of the car. As he did all that, we basically just talked about my reason for coming in and what the purpose that I needed the loan. We related on pretty much. He asked me where I was from because I had the accent. So, we talked about my hometown and I shared some experiences with him and he related to some of the things that I was talking about. It was a hot day and he brought out cold bottles of water afterwards. He was just amazing. The process took 30 minutes or maybe even less.
At the time, the loan that I needed and the purpose for it was really, really a life-saver. And him breaking down all of the terms and my payback options was convenient, so as me actually being able to make the payments in the ways that I can make them. It’s a real helpful resource to have. We had a great conversation and an awesome experience at that location. Before I even went there, I called their customer service number and they just transferred me to a local location. I went there but it turns out, it was another location that was a couple blocks away. And so, even the manager at that particular location was friendly as well. All the way around, it was a really awesome experience, and their employees too. I think anyone else that chooses TitleMax would not be disappointed at all.
I looked up TitleMax's website and did an online inquiry. Someone called me back and they got me in touch with the store that’s closest to me in my area. One of the managers there called me and told what I would need: my car title, my driver’s license, and bring in the car. I set up an appointment and then I went in. I did the application online while they looked at the title, looked at the car to see how much I could get and everything was based on what I was looking for. Once I was done with the application, they told me what they will be able to give. I signed a couple of things, most of it was on the computer so it was very easy. They gave me a check and pointed me to the bank that's right across the street. The interest is pretty good and it gives me quite a bit of time to do what I need to do. Comparable to what you have to do in that situation, it’s pretty comfortable.
They also let me know I could go online and look at my loan, look at any question I had or when it’s due. They let me know all of the laws of the state and what they could and could not do, and how the interest goes on that. Then I could pay over to knock down the price so I can pay it completely off or I can pay to carry the loan onto another month. They walked me through all of those different things. My overall experience was easy, everybody was really friendly and helpful. I would do it again!
After shopping around, I went with TitleMax because they had the best rates. I took out a title loan from them. I went to their office, they took my title, and the process only took 20 minutes. The only thing they weren’t very clear on was the two-part interest on it. They charge you a fee on top of repaying the loan back, then they charge you another fee for every month to renew the loan. The fee that they charge every month to renew the loan is way more than what the interest for what you borrow is. They try to make you think that it’s like 12% interest, but then you have to pay $500 and something every month to renew the loan, which is kind of crazy.
What even made it worse is that they don’t have anything you can look at on paper. They just put everything up on a screen and zoom through it. You don’t have anything to actually read. You don’t necessarily realize the two-part interest at that time because you’re not taking your time in reading it because they just put it up on a screen, and then it’s gone. The two-part interest is going to take every penny I make between now and October to get my title on my truck back. I probably wouldn’t have done it if I had listened to it a little bit more though.
I got a regular loan from TitleMax and the lending processor was very friendly. TitleMax called to check and did what they were supposed to do. Everything is good.
TitleMax was close by, so I chose them and got a loan against my motorcycle. The lending process was good and we were in and out within an hour and a half. The guy we worked with was friendly and explained everything to us. I wanted to make sure we understood everything that was going on in the whole process. Working with TitleMax helped us achieve some short term goals.
I saw good reviews about Titlemax and a lot of people gave me a good advice for them. I went to their office and obtained a car title loan. The overall lending process was easy and it took me 30 minutes to 1 hour. Titlemax was able to help me a lot and I am happy with their great service.
When I came in to apply for my loan I asked a series of questions not only once but quite a few times. I was told that it was a 12-month loan, and my interest rate would basically be one extra payment. I also asked more than once if there was any hidden fees. I was led to believe that there was none. I was very grateful for the help because at the time it was an emergency. But when you get home and reread the contract and realize that you're paying $5,000 on top of a $3,000 loan after explaining myself that I was on a fixed income and was led to believe that this loan was only for 12 months and then come to find out it's a two-year loan. Also the day before the payment is due they like to start calling your phone two and three times a day. I pay my bill on the same day every month but if it's one day late your phone rings all day long. I placed them on block three months ago.
I don't do reviews. I feel I had to put my story out there to say please be careful because it's very wrong to mislead customers... I can't wait until this loan is done. I will never ask TitleMax for help ever again. Also want to add that my loan is 16 months old, I can't tell you which month it was I was short not by much. I think it was like $25. So I called explained my situation and they refused to take payment, it was explained to me that it was against company policy. This only happened to me twice. So they won't accept what you have. So they would rather put it down as a payment missed than just being short a little bit but the website states we're here for you we can help you but when you call and you come up a little bit short they can't help you. As a very unhappy customer I wish someone from corporate would call me so I could explain why I'm a very unhappy customer. This review is just a little why I'm so unhappy.
I went in, gave my information, and told TitleMax I was looking to borrow. The rep was personable and it made me feel comfortable about getting an automotive loan. He physically checked my car out, sent pictures to the main office and told me what the value of my car was, which I felt fair. And then, he gave me an option of how much I could get and walked me through the best payback terms available for me. If I got $1,500, it was a lesser interest rate which I went with. The lending process took about half an hour. I've used the other lender and I didn't like their attitude and they were too high-priced. TitleMax was easy to deal with stuff and I was pleased with them. Overall, it was a good experience and it helped me out.
