No one can/will tell me where my car is or when I will get it back. The manager of the Lufkin store told me it would be in Longview (2 hours away) at 11 a.m. today. It's still not there. He cussed me saying "I don't give a damn" when I told him our call was being recorded. Just want to know when I can get my vehicle. I will never do service with this business again. Have an appointment Thursday to speak with an attorney. Lawsuit to follow.

I went into the Burleson Texas location on 01/11/25 to apply for a new personal loan. I was initially helped by Liam. He was very nice but I think he was very new. He submitted my loan application multiple times and apparently the problem was submitting my bank statements. Eventually I was helped by Selene which finally got everything taken care of. It was just very frustrating and although Liam was nice I don’t understand what the issue was considering I was an existing client. I was at the office way longer than anticipated. Selene is awesome however as when I got my first loan she has to assist the associate. If it wasn’t for Selene I wouldn’t have gotten either of my loans. It’s just frustrating that the associate was unable to proficiently assist me.

Interest rates are very high and short term loans pay off as soon as possible location is good and service is good personal finance amount is pretty low but in a pinch it is very helpful. I would recommend that the company take a look at lower interest rates and I would believe more people would take out loans and benefit the company and people taking out loans. These types of loans are no longer needed when you can just get a payday advance instead and not risk losing your vehicle needlessly. Once I saw the high fees and interest rate I went with Payday advance which has no fees.

Extremely irritating that I couldn't find out how much the monthly payments would be or what the interest rate would be until the time of signing. The interest rate is CRIMINAL, or worse! If I wasn't in a dire situation, I would have walked out. I'll never recommend this to anyone!

The Title return policy after paying it off is not explained or mentioned during the application process, particularly the Atlanta Highway store in Montgomery, Al. Management needs better interpersonal skills. I suggest training in the area of interpersonal communication and possible modify the return policy, for it can be bad for business.

The loan was pleasant and easy, I felt comfortable getting my loan. I was assured that getting my title back the same day as I paid off my loan. I paid my loan off about 5 days after I got the loan. They have not returned my title yet. I keep calling and they give me excuses about it and keep telling me to call back to check. Very very disappointed!! I am also worried that they may have lost my title, my first time here. Never again!

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location, the first time was about a year and a half ago, possibly longer but they recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. Employees like the ones at the Prattville location are the type that I would want to care for my business. You are fortunate to have such remarkable employees.

Basically, the company operates in the most illegally predatory, manipulative, and outright deceitful fashion. Despite me coming back with the same vehicle in pristine- and even improved- condition via cosmetic and maintenance upgrades upon which I could extensively elaborate and prove with extremely minor changes to mileage: the company increasingly undervalues the car’s worth. The representatives at the store are trained to push objectively false nonsense that they know are the case, citing catch-phrases they don’t truly financially understand like depreciation and constant company ownership changes as the sources for returning consumers’ experiences in this lesser valuation facet. Therefore, consumer loyalty and proof of consumer strength and responsibility isn’t rewarded from prior contracts. Rather, it’s preyed upon and exploited in terrible, foolish business practice.

Despite the fact while surrounding the two factors I came into the store during the last 1/2 hour before closing and very little was said to me about how and what I would be approved for, everyone rushed in and through in order to submit my information to the underwriters. I have good income and I should have been approved for a much higher amount but little did anyone characteristically explained to me the approval process and what I would be getting as I was very specific from our original conversation on the phone before I set up the appointment. I am the least satisfied of the outcome of this loan, #1: of the interest rate, #2: the low amount of money I was approved for, #3: running this loan through my bank account on auto pay. This is basically a PayDay loan with an attached bank account to it! Very poor resonation from the loan clerks/agents.

The overall process took a couple of hours. I first went to an office on Burnet Road and the rep who helped me had the most magnificent customer service. I had another option to do and the only reason that I decided to go further with TitleMax was him. The traditional way was everything was gonna be done online and I wasn't comfortable with that. I wanted to get a check instead of going online and requesting my money. He did a workaround and I was transferred to the main office. When the rep transferred me to the main office, all I had to do was go in there and they finished the process. They sent my money somewhere and I just went and picked it up. The only thing was the main office manager in TitleMax did not have the same level of true customer service that I felt from the first rep. Had I gone to her first, I would not be dealing with TitleMax.

Prices were outrageous, information was hard to understand and totally one-sided and against customers' best interest. The staff seemed aggravated when asked questions and still did not seem to have any ability to make experience better when they did take the time to answer. I hated everything about it but needed a little money. I am disabled and had no other options.

Loved both ladies. They worked as a team to get me in and out. Explained everything I needed to know. Let me know my options on how to pay. I would definitely recommend this location if I ever need to use them again I would. The payment plan isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be and they didn't try getting me to get more than I could handle like most places.

The experience was Good but the computer glitches slowed process down. There was only I person managing the business, which isn't a safety practice. Even though you might not carry cash on hand, that might not matter to a desperate individual.

I wanted a loan and gave TitleMax my car title for the money I asked for. The process took an hour and the customer service was excellent, but I don't agree with the policy. None of the money that people pay back comes off of the loan. It just holds it for 30 days, but they have to put over that amount that they have to pay to hold it. That's an extremely lot of money, and for that reason, I may not come back once I pay off the loan. They have a high interest rate on the loan. One more thing is I'm old school and I'm used to having some tangible paperwork. When the rep said they went paperless completely, I could understand that for a lot of stuff. I could understand for them destroying the paperwork if they want to and just keep it on a floppy disk, but as a customer, I would like a paper. They still have my car title, and I don't like the idea of not having any tangible paperwork.

TitleMax offered same-day cash on a title loan. I have a vehicle that I own, so I went ahead and tried to see what I could do with that. But I was there for over two hours and I didn't go through with the loan. The vehicle that I have that I was trying to get the title loan on, the title was signed over to me, but it was not registered yet. The vehicle just has been sitting in my yard. When I got to TitleMax, I was told that I had to put the title in my name. Then she had to cut a check to the DMV. When I got to the DMV, they told me that I had to pay.
