When I came in the lady that assisted me was very helpful and made the process almost effortless on my behalf while doing so in a professional manner. Highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future if the need arises. Usually I try to stay away from title pawns but due to having a really close friend work at your store that told me a lot of good things I always have remembered I chose to go with you guys.

These types of loans are no longer needed when you can just get a payday advance instead and not risk losing your vehicle needlessly. Once I saw the high fees and interest rate I went with Payday advance which has no fees.

Extremely irritating that I couldn't find out how much the monthly payments would be or what the interest rate would be until the time of signing. The interest rate is CRIMINAL, or worse! If I wasn't in a dire situation, I would have walked out. I'll never recommend this to anyone!

Came into the store. Associate and guard were super friendly and helpful. The application was simple and I had money transferred into my account within 15 minutes. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. I will definitely be back again someday especially when you’re in a tight spot and needs cash quickly.

The Title return policy after paying it off is not explained or mentioned during the application process, particularly the Atlanta Highway store in Montgomery, Al. Management needs better interpersonal skills. I suggest training in the area of interpersonal communication and possible modify the return policy, for it can be bad for business.

The lending officer who assisted me was very efficient, although I don't recall her name. The process was remarkably quick, taking less than an hour, which was highly impressive. I recently used TitleMax because my usual choice, Advance America, no longer offers this loan service. TitleMax was the closest option but with a high offer. I completed the application independently and only needed to visit the branch briefly, which took about 30 minutes. The staff treated me adequately during my visit. However, I found the interest rates they offered to be too high compared to my previous experiences.

The loan was pleasant and easy, I felt comfortable getting my loan. I was assured that getting my title back the same day as I paid off my loan. I paid my loan off about 5 days after I got the loan. They have not returned my title yet. I keep calling and they give me excuses about it and keep telling me to call back to check. Very very disappointed!! I am also worried that they may have lost my title, my first time here. Never again!

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location, the first time was about a year and a half ago, possibly longer but they recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. Employees like the ones at the Prattville location are the type that I would want to care for my business. You are fortunate to have such remarkable employees.

Basically, the company operates in the most illegally predatory, manipulative, and outright deceitful fashion. Despite me coming back with the same vehicle in pristine- and even improved- condition via cosmetic and maintenance upgrades upon which I could extensively elaborate and prove with extremely minor changes to mileage: the company increasingly undervalues the car’s worth. The representatives at the store are trained to push objectively false nonsense that they know are the case, citing catch-phrases they don’t truly financially understand like depreciation and constant company ownership changes as the sources for returning consumers’ experiences in this lesser valuation facet. Therefore, consumer loyalty and proof of consumer strength and responsibility isn’t rewarded from prior contracts. Rather, it’s preyed upon and exploited in terrible, foolish business practice.

Despite the fact while surrounding the two factors I came into the store during the last 1/2 hour before closing and very little was said to me about how and what I would be approved for, everyone rushed in and through in order to submit my information to the underwriters. I have good income and I should have been approved for a much higher amount but little did anyone characteristically explained to me the approval process and what I would be getting as I was very specific from our original conversation on the phone before I set up the appointment. I am the least satisfied of the outcome of this loan, #1: of the interest rate, #2: the low amount of money I was approved for, #3: running this loan through my bank account on auto pay. This is basically a PayDay loan with an attached bank account to it! Very poor resonation from the loan clerks/agents.

Very fast and easy. The lady took good care of me. She very quick with information and giving feedback on whatever question you may have. I was able to get exactly the amount I asked for. My payments are manageable. Can't go wrong with TitleMax. Very good people working there.

The overall process took a couple of hours. I first went to an office on Burnet Road and the rep who helped me had the most magnificent customer service. I had another option to do and the only reason that I decided to go further with TitleMax was him. The traditional way was everything was gonna be done online and I wasn't comfortable with that. I wanted to get a check instead of going online and requesting my money. He did a workaround and I was transferred to the main office. When the rep transferred me to the main office, all I had to do was go in there and they finished the process. They sent my money somewhere and I just went and picked it up. The only thing was the main office manager in TitleMax did not have the same level of true customer service that I felt from the first rep. Had I gone to her first, I would not be dealing with TitleMax.

Prices were outrageous, information was hard to understand and totally one-sided and against customers' best interest. The staff seemed aggravated when asked questions and still did not seem to have any ability to make experience better when they did take the time to answer. I hated everything about it but needed a little money. I am disabled and had no other options.

Loved both ladies. They worked as a team to get me in and out. Explained everything I needed to know. Let me know my options on how to pay. I would definitely recommend this location if I ever need to use them again I would. The payment plan isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be and they didn't try getting me to get more than I could handle like most places.

The experience was Good but the computer glitches slowed process down. There was only I person managing the business, which isn't a safety practice. Even though you might not carry cash on hand, that might not matter to a desperate individual.

Typically in these situations people already feel low, to have someone seem genuinely nice and encouraging helps the human side still feel human versus another number. I typically don’t recommend places simply because my experience may not be yours but I’m confident that anyone that visits this particular location will have a great experience.

This is the most friendliest store to get a loan the people that work there and train there are very nice, polite and I love going there if I have to borrow any money. My first time using a title loan company. I first met Ashleigh who helped me with all my questions about the process. She was above and beyond giving me the information I needed. After consideration I returned an hour later and met Cynthia who was amazing. She walked me through the whole process and assisted me in my application submission. I wanted a loan and gave TitleMax my car title for the money I asked for. The process took an hour and the customer service was excellent, but I don't agree with the policy. None of the money that people pay back comes off of the loan. It just holds it for 30 days, but they have to put over that amount that they have to pay to hold it. That's an extremely lot of money, and for that reason, I may not come back once I pay off the loan. They have a high interest rate on the loan. One more thing is I'm old school and I'm used to having some tangible paperwork. When the rep said they went paperless completely, I could understand that for a lot of stuff. I could understand for them destroying the paperwork if they want to and just keep it on a floppy disk, but as a customer, I would like a paper. They still have my car title, and I don't like the idea of not having any tangible paperwork.

I was able to get my loan I needed really quickly. The whole process took about 30 to 40 minutes. It was not too long. I was able to pay my bill that same day.

If you want to pay a crazy high interest rate and lose your car because they will Not work with you no matter what then go to this loan sharks.... yeah the folks are okay but the business itself SUCKS.

Great time applying for loan on my car title. I will tell a friend. However, it took a long time for a response to see if I got the loan but otherwise friendly customer service. The interest rates were very high in paying back the loan but I am glad I received the loan to help pay my bills. Like I said great customer service. I enjoyed the time spent.

TitleMax offered same-day cash on a title loan. I have a vehicle that I own, so I went ahead and tried to see what I could do with that. But I was there for over two hours and I didn't go through with the loan. The vehicle that I have that I was trying to get the title loan on, the title was signed over to me, but it was not registered yet. The vehicle just has been sitting in my yard. When I got to TitleMax, I was told that I had to put the title in my name. Then she had to cut a check to the DMV. When I got to the DMV, they told me that I had to pay.

The people at TitleMax were great. They were friendly and assistive. I couldn't ask for much more than that. The overall lending process was also great. I was very satisfied in my experience with them.

I had a quick experience with TitleMax. The whole process took 15 minutes. The rep I worked with was nice. However, I thought it was like a traditional loan that you paid off until it was paid off. But it was like, "Oh, no, it's due back in 30 days." I was like, "30 days? That's not helpful, but okay." My experience was fine. It just wasn't what I expected the loan to be about 'cause I had never had one before.

The whole process took about 45 minutes. I did the application and stuff online. I just went into the store to go over some things. The lending processor was weird. TitleMax has a number of locations and people drive by them. They're very popular and self-explanatory, and when I looked up the nearest location, it said 5 stars. I thought, "Wow. There's a lot of people walking out happy. I don't even need to do my homework. I'd just go there." I was impressed. The rep was thorough as well as helpful, and the process was smooth. It took under an hour and it was my first time but it was really cool. TitleMax deserves the 5 stars and I see why everyone's going with that rating.

When I borrowed $2600 on 8/26/2024 I was told I had over $4000 available to borrow. I paid the loan balance of $1876.64 to access a new loan for $4000. Unfortunately, the loan available was only $2800. I would not have paid off the loan if I had know there was going to be a much smaller amount available. The car had 4 new tires since the August loan, had a small number of additional miles and was in the same overall condition. I have never had this happen before with Title Max and would like to understand what happened. Thanks.

This company keeps sending threatening texts stating it's urgent that I call and my account is current. Soo I call to get issue resolved and I am then transferred Sarah in the Active accounts department. She gave me the worst customer service I have received in quite a while. She basically told me I was lying about receiving the text messages and then told me I had no course of action to make a complaint. So I regret ever doing business with this company based on this one experience. If they choose to employ people who has this piss poor customer service says a lot about their company.

Annoyed. I still can’t login to my app nor can can I see my loan. Only can see that I have a loan through my email but when I log into my account it is saying I was denied so which one one is it and then there was a cashback on the check that was issued and I can’t even see if it was applied to the loan and also the gift card that was given doesn’t even work. I received excellent customer service from the representative at the office; however, I did not like the deal I got. If I knew this was going to be a payday type of cash transaction in which one is charged an unreasonable interest rate of over 239%, I wouldn't have wasted my time going into the appointment. I really regret to have accepted the deal so, I'm going to pay off the balance as soon as I can, as I am not going to give away my money for 24 months deal (didn't have a lesser option). I thought the government had regulated the abuse of payday cash companies. I guess they didn't.
