Title Loan I would say it's a great loan option and the monthly installment payments is reasonable and you definitely want to pay the loan back if you want to continue to keep your car. 🚗 Great deal. I tried going on online to apply for a loan but it wasn't very successful but I want to encourage you all if you're in need for a loan try Title Max.

My experience working Sophia in office was a very comfortable interaction. She was very professional throughout the entire process, and that was greatly appreciated. She explained the pros and cons very thoroughly without any sweet talking. I really respect her for her honesty while getting me qualified for the loan amount that I requested. Thank You Sophia.

Your website is not functioning- There is no button to pay. I have requested that the branch process my payment and they have not. I also do not get a response from them. I'm submitting a complaint to the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. Additionally, I will see compensation and removal of the excessive interest since I have repeatedly tried to have payment processed. I recommend that you forward to your legal team.

The people at TitleMax were really helpful and this time it was a lot easier than the last time ‘cause the process was smooth. The last time, the process took three hours, and I had to keep coming back.

I had a friend who went through TitleMax. I started the process online which was easy, and then went to the location to finish everything. The whole process took about an hour, and the customer service was fantastic, and that’s what stood out the most to me.

The customer service of TitleMax was good. Their application process was easy. I had a loan before with them as well and I thought it was a pretty good deal. The first time, I did it online, and this last time, I did it at the office. I hope they could lower their interest rates though.

Everything went perfectly fine with TitleMax. It was awesome. I used them before, so I just used them again. The process took less than 20 minutes. The customer service was great. I like it overall. It took me out of a clinch when I needed it.

There’s not many known lending companies but TitleMax. TitleMax is a business, so I understand why they don’t lend out the 50% value of what my car is appraised for. If my car is worth 20,000, they give $1,500 or $2,000, versus getting the max of $6,500. If I can’t pay the $6,500, they take a $20,000 car. Like, billed a suite. I get hit for that moment.

The lending process at TitleMax was easy. The rep I worked with was professional, nice, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend TitleMax to a friend. The interest rates are high, but if you're desperate, they're easy to deal with.

TitleMax made it so easy to get the car loan and it was convenient. I worked with Carroll and she was awesome. I couldn't ask for a better representative. Overall, I'm satisfied.

My family members I will tell them all. So that they get extra cash too. Hopefully they receive something that will help them out. I experienced a great time there. I am sure they will as well. They will be coming in soon I hope. I will tell all my brothers, my sister and my mom. School is coming up so they will need some cash to get school supplies.

I’ve been dealing with TitleMax for years, so I’m not new to them. The application is fairly easy. The representative, Stacy, is very professional and goes above and beyond to help you. She makes sure you are taken care of, and I’ve been dealing with her for a long time.

The total lending process at TitleMax had taken 30 minutes. The rep I worked with was very professional. She helped me and she was respectful. They provided great customer service. Working with them helped me move into my apartment.

I’ve been a TitleMax customer for almost a month now. It was June the 21st when I got the loan. Customer service was really good. They were really pleasant and gave good conversations. I was in there in less than 45 minutes. The process didn't take long at all. I also like the fact that I was able to get the money directly into my account. That was convenient rather than getting a check and having to go cash it.

TitleMax gave me the money I needed at the time. I was in a situation where I just got a divorce, and my credit was kind of bad, so I couldn't go to a regular lender. But TitleMax makes it sound so much easier than it really is. They don’t go into detail and tell you exactly how it really goes down. When I first got my loan a couple of months ago, I was told that I could make extra payments. So, what I did was I got 300 from a side job, I went ahead and paid it, and I was gonna pay the rest when I got my paycheck so it would have been paid off in the 30 days. But it didn't accept my whole $300 to my principal balance. I called them and wanted to know why, the lady I spoke to stayed on the phone with me for two minutes and then she blew me off and acted like it was nothing. She told me I was only allowed to make one payment a month, and it processed it as renewal. So, it was horrible. That started a downward spiral for me causing me to have to borrow more money just to make the $369 monthly payments and none of it is going towards my principal. I got a disabled adult son that lives with me, and we're just trying to make ends meet. I work 80 hours every two weeks, if not more, so it's been a nightmare.

I was driving by TitleMax and had seen their signs. I applied for a loan with them and their customer service was good. I had no issues. The application process didn't take 10 minutes and everything was explained to me in a way that I understood it. I knew what was going on, so I had a great experience and all in all, I would tell others to use TitleMax as well.

My mom had used TitleMax years and years ago, and it really helped us out, so I went to them. They were a big help when I really needed money and worked with me a lot. The lending process was very easy, taking about 30 minutes from application to approval. I only had to bring my title and ID, and funding was loaded on my debit card within an hour. Don't be afraid of title loans. The interest is high, but if you pay it off quickly enough, you get to really choose how much interest you pay based on how fast you pay it off.

The customer service of TitleMax was good. Over the phone I spoke to Robin. She was very kind. Then as soon as I walked in, she and her manager were both sitting at the front. They were very helpful even to other customers who walked in. I had issues with the card, though. They had just rolled out a new form of a Green Dot card. So, that took a while. I was in there for 30 minutes, but it went pretty smoothly. I had a good experience.

I've been a previous TitleMax customer, and they have always been the most customer-friendly, very fast, and responsive that I've dealt with so far. Their lending process was super simple and easy. It was fast. Within less than 10 minutes, I had my money. The total process took about 35 minutes at the most. I had a very great experience with them.

Your store manager is very rude and threatened me 2 times then said she would call the police on me. Your whole place is a scam and I will make sure I tell it from the roof tops after how I was treated after I didn’t want your loan with 226% interest on it. That you would not tell me after I kept asking you over and over and after you put the money in my account without my knowledge of the rate yet. Very sly and unhonest then lie that you can’t give me your district supervisor number. It seems like you two lie a lot to swindle people out of their money. I don’t need service like you ever.

Rudy was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me get my money in no time. I was in and out. I recommend Rudy to everyone. The computer was giving him problems but he called his boss Kim who was equally professional and courteous and knowledgeable and walked him through the process to finish the application for me to get my money

The people at the East Ridge location in Chattanooga did a great job explain the pros and cons of getting the loan and I was able to comfortably make my decision. However, while trying to make a profile via QR code it did give me a little trouble. Even still it was good customer service

This was the first time we’ve gotten a TitleMax loan and Jessica made our transaction very smooth!! She was very thorough, explaining everything and she had wonderful customer service!! She was a delight to work with and to continue to work with as we pay off our loan. We will definitely share our experience with friends and family!!

Del was fantastic. She went out of her way to help me at a very difficult time and situation in my life. She was very specific, thorough, and professional. Del makes sure you understand all instructions before she allows you to sign the papers. I would recommend anyone who is really in need to go to Title Max and ask to speak to Del.

I have had an account with you all for about a year. I have no issues when I shop in the store or make over the phone payments. I cannot access my account online. I have changed my username and password several times. I continue to receive "network error". Can anyone assist.

I just want to say thank you to Roxanna for taking the time to help me. I work in customer service and have so much respect for her, and the overall experience she provided. Having humble people like that makes the experience so much better and I would definitely highly recommend.

I went to the Oakridge office to pawn My Blazer title to pay some bills. I got there approximately two hours before they closed. There was only one employee working but no one else was there at the time I arrived. She was one of the worst people that I have ever met in my life. I'm 47years old and I have dealt with a lot of people over the years. She was having some personal issues and took it out on me and the Lady that came in after I did. I mean I understand it was a bad Day for her. And truthfully she made My Day worse. She yelled at the Lady behind me because she was going to have to stay later after closing to finish up the loans.

My car was reloaded this morning on July 23, 2025. I’ve been calling all day long to find out where my car is and they mean nothing on where it’s at. All my personal things are in the car and I need my personal things but they will not tell me where it’s at and how I can get my personal stuff. TitleMax is a scam and fraud. Would love to sue them. I’ve never gotten a loan from this company. They need to get this straightened out and give me my car back undamaged and all my personal property back.

If you are desperate and have no other way then used Titlemax. Their payment portal never works so one is inconvenienced to have to go to their store and make a payment. This is a predatory loan company only legal in a few states. Yes they will loan money on your title but it is expensive and making payments is inconvenient because the portal never seems to work.

TitleMax was professional. They greeted me and accurate. I got the change I was trying to get. They were so helpful. They opened the door for me, they provided drinks to me and everything. The building was clean. The only thing that was time consuming, the printer wasn't working. They to go to two terminals to try to get me a check. I left to grab my debit card from the house because they couldn't get any help from help desk.

I had ALEXI help me with my loan after heading to get loan and got hit and the driver didn't stop..I was in a panic. ALEXI assured me it would ALL be OK and it was with her hard work and dedication. ALL I can REALLY say is if you're in a tight spot and need money in (my case) was under an hr..She got me $$$$ than I asked for..THANK YOU ALEXI...I don't know where I'd be if it wasn't for YOUR HARD WORK AND DETERMINATION...I FEEL LIKE I GAINED A FRIEND/ "FAMILY" MEMBER....I OWE YOU A LOT!!!!

The gentleman in Columbia MO store was awesome, very friendly, and professional, treated me really good. He answered all questions I asked, never once any signs of negative. He is very professional. I would recommend Columbia store to everyone. He was the best, friendly customer service man I have had in long time.

Hello and good evening, I took out a title loan the other day, and my first thought when I saw the offer was that it was a little low; but God worked it out. I was a little upset when all I could borrow was $250 for the sake of my car being on the line, but maybe it was best that way. So it wouldn’t be such a big deal making sure that I could pay the money back. So I just wanted to say thank you for the $250; and look forward to establishing a good relationship with you. I was extremely nervous at first, but Chad on volunteer parkway in Bristol Tennessee made everything so easy for me, I really appreciate him walking me through the process!!! I went to TitleMax a few months back and had the most discouraging response from them. I felt lost and defeated, my fiance said, "Do you want to try it again?" I said, "Why not?", so he called and spoke with Ms. ** and she walked us through everything just fine. Ms. ** sent me to Ms. ** and she did an Awesome job as well, let's just say I am HAPPY.

I do believe it was a low ball offer when the car is worth way more then 350.00....but I will pay this loan off and never deal with this title loans period... The ladies was very nice and was happy.. and they was a joy to work with on the loan...other than a low ball offer.

I went into TitleMax in Corpus Christi, TX last week and was treated with the utmost respect and dignity by Alex and Alma. They went above and beyond to make my loan experience as painless as possible and even entertained my 7-year-old grandson that accompanied me. Often the process of requesting a loan can be frustrating, but from the moment we walked in to the minute we left, we were made to feel at ease and comfortable with our choice and options.

Miss Lola that work on University was very nice and very respectful and came to my every need. I wish they have more people like her in the world because she was very understandable about any and everything and answer every question that I had. Also, she was very fast and everything she was doing and was the only person up there, and it was not only me but multiple people there and she got us in and out very respectfully and nice even though I know she probably was overwhelmed, but she didn’t show it whatsoever without no break

When I arrived into the office, I had my service dog with me. The general manager walked out and told me I was not allowed to have her in the office. I advised her that it was a service dog, and she said because the dog did not have a vest on She was not allowed in the store. I advised her of the ADA laws and that she was not required to wear a vest, even though she did have a leash wrap that stated service dog. The general manager said that did not matter, and she was not allowed in the store and I would need to leave. I asked her to look up the law because she was incorrect. She went into the back and several moments later she did call the agent that was in the front office and let her know that it was OK for me to bring my dog in. I do suggest that you have your agents research ADA laws. Once we got that straight the agent that assisted me was great.

I would refer people to come to Title Max. They are very friendly people and the service is on point and they have you in and out very quickly so thanks for your service. When I walked into the door the lady had greeted us. But as soon as I sat down she was talking real like it was. She was from the ghetto. You don't nobody doesn't want to hear that. Especially the doing customer service and the whole nine yards. I'll keep not getting frustrated because she said she was from the hood. She didn't get ghetto to me. That's very unprofessional. But after that she realized that I wasn't having it no more. I was getting real frustrated with her attitude. So they had to move me out to another woman. That lady was very professional. She helped us out. But like I said that other lady. Yeah, she don't need to be working there. She's talking to you to talk about unprofessional stuff.

Agent very pleasant, service great and prompt. Didn’t take too long. Maybe about 30 minutes. Everything went smoothly. Everything was explained in detail and exact amounts from beginning of loan to the end.

The representative ( LaRaye ) was friendly, helpful and professional. She also was supportive in guiding me through the loan process. Afterwards, I was educated and felt comfortable in going through the loan application. I also could have asked for more funds but I acknowledged that my payments would be more than and I thank LaRaye for the help.

I’m writing this to warn others and to hold TitleMax accountable for the damage they’ve caused. I live in Wisconsin and had a title loan through TitleMax Appleton. I paid back more than I borrowed, but on June 19, 2025, they illegally repossessed my vehicle for the second time on the same loan — without sending me a Right to Cure notice, which is required under Wisconsin law. I confirmed with state regulators that this is a legal violation.

Worker was very professional even though she was the only one working. She was able to manage several clients in a calm and efficient manner. Very friendly and customer service oriented. The application process was user-friendly. Worker was very positive and professional. I would recommend and return myself. I was made to feel welcome and she was happy to offer me assistance.

The manager at the New Road store was awesome and got me the money I needed for my 2008 Ford F150 and now I can take care of important things that I needed to handle before it got worse. So I'm real happy with my experience with TitleMax. It was nothing like I thought.

Everything was fast and easy but the thing is when I go to my account on the app it will not let me borrow more. Even now it says I have more funds available to me. I done made a payment and it still won't let me and they told me I would be able to.

Amber is a nice person to get. She explained everything to me and answer every question I had. She is a very patient person to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone. If you need to get a loan there that is a place to go. They do personal loans and title loans. It was my first time going to a place like that and I would go back. I was very pleased with Deliyah. I called before arriving which she was very informative and once arrived the positive attitude stayed the same. She was happier than I was when I was approved for loan. There was issues with the tablet but she and her manager was awesome and worked it out pleasantly until it was done.

Staff was very friendly and patient. Staff also took the time to explain payment options. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I went into the League City office of TitleMax on Main Street to apply for a title loan on my 22-year-old van. Cindy **, who was running the office by herself, juggled the three or four people who came in while I was applying with ease and efficiency. I came in with my driver's license and van title, and she walked me through the process, quickly, clearly explaining how much the loan would cost me in fees and interest. Within 30 minutes of completing the application, my loan funds were directly deposited into my checking account.

If you are in a position where you have to use a service like TitleMax, they would be the first place to go. I used them and customer service was first class. They were very professional and fast. I brought everything with me that I needed. They went outside and took pictures of the car. I was there a total of 15 minutes from start to finish. They answered all questions and did everything the correct way. I couldn't find anything to question them about before we signed off on everything and I left. Their website is very easy to navigate and use. I've already made a payment on it ahead of time.

This is the second time I've used TitleMax. The lending process depends on how much your vehicle is worth. And then they make an offer and ask you how much you need. And then they’ll see if they can make you an offer. The process took about an hour.

Interest rates are not that high at TitleMax, for the fact that they offer a line of credit along with financial loans. I needed a quick loan. And I didn't wanna go to an auto title loan or pay check cashing, the pay bi-weekly thing.

I was just trying to get some cash to pay some bills, so I went to TitleMax. I did an application, and the representative called. She was real quick and explained everything. The process went well. Everything went fine.

The customer service of TitleMax was great, and the process took probably like 30 to 45 minutes, I believe.

This place is horrible. The staff lie. I told them I was coming back the next day to pay them back and get my title. They said ok. When I went back the next day they said I had to wait. that they sent my title. to get the lien on it. Then said it may take 2-3 weeks till they come back but I can come pay anyways and wait on them to come back.

Blanca helped me get a loan. The process was easy and straightforward. Everything was explained to me. It wasn’t the amount I was hoping for but it worked for now. The apr was high but it works for the time being also. The representative was great I would recommend future clients with her and this branch.

Fortunately, I have not needed to seek a loan in over 40 years. Nervous... I drove up, got out, walked in... A friendly atmosphere. Of course, I came with necessary info so discussion, objectives, finance plan and application went smooth and fast (20 minutes for all). I would recommend. I did notice reading reviews, most complaints came from folks who, unfortunately, seem to be continuing to experience financial hardship and are unable to meet their obligation... Sad. If you need some dollar help --- TitleMax seems a worthwhile alternative!!!

The loan place issued me a check, has possession of my title.. Went to cash and bank won't do it because it's for deposit only (but they stamped it). Now nobody will cash it. TitleMax says there's nothing they can do, can't issue another check (until it clears in the bank's system, bank says there's nothing to clear it wasn't cashed) or give me my title back. This is considered fraud in South Carolina and we have filed a police report.
