I made a call and was directed to my local TitleMax office. My application was completed, pictures were taken of my truck and my funds were sent to my bank. Terenaja discussed with me the amount that I wanted to borrow. Then she copied my driver's license and checked my title. Once my application was completed, she went over the details of how the payments were to be made and when I needed to make them. Quick, friendly and completed.

She is an amazing person, 👏🏾 salute to this woman, mother figure ❤️. It was a hard time and we happen to show up and seeing about a loan and save us a headache. Thank you so much, perfect time to build credit for the long run. You are the best. One love.

They were very nice and awesome people that I had ever meet and they knew what they were doing. They were very helpful. Very satisfied on the work they did trying to get me out of there with the amount that I want but there was nothing they could do to change their mind on the amount they gave me.

Employees were very friendly. It’s not as smooth as my first experience (computer glitch) but overall service was very efficient. The place was organized and clean. The process is simplified and no extra unnecessary questions. The only not so comfortable for me is when they take a picture of myself from their iPad. They already have my identification card so what’s the point.

Was a little embarrassed, having to go in there in the first place. But both the lady and the gentleman working in there made the experience, painless and stress-free. It was like they knew me my whole life. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a business in a long time. Their customer service is outstanding.

TitleMax had good customer service. They treat mewell. The only part that I don't like is that they charge me high interest. I think that I being a customer and me making on-time payments, the interest should be lower than what they get it to. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.

The process took a little bit longer than expected because there was some sort of computer problem network-wide for TitleMax. It ended up taking about an hour. But normally, it would have taken about half an hour. Customer service was excellent. If you need some money in a pinch, TitleMax is not a bad place to go.

The other day all my options fell through, I called and TitleMax has helped me before. I just need a little help!!!! And my girl did her magic and I got my help. I went to the Shelbyville office for a Loan/Line of Credit. The staff there was so professional and respectful. I had a very good experience and when "between a rock and a hard place" I highly recommend going to Title Max Shelbyville. They care and will try their best to help you out.

I have used TitleMax a few times. This is the first time I did the application online. The service was great and fast. I have kids and having the option to do the paperwork from home helped out big time. When I arrived, they were waiting on me. My son and I spent a total of 20 minutes from start to finish. I have always loved working with you guys. You are down to earth and always polite regardless of the situation when someone comes in and it's obvious that they are not having a good day. I am able to joke and be honest. When I walked in, I was greeted and I responded honestly with a smile, I said "Well honestly I would be better if I didn't have to come here, but other than that great." I explained that I would rather work with you guys then try someone new because of the way I have always been treated here.

Friendly, interest rates are way too high, but the loan accomplished what I needed it to do. I would recommend this service if you had no place else to go and having difficulty getting funds. If you have bad credit this may be the only alternative available for you.

The young lady to help me have great customer service. She was able to help me get what I could get for my car. She was real respectful. She also did the best that she could. She went above and beyond to help me out. I also think that she deserves a raise for the type of work that she did for me.

For the most part until today it has been good. They are having technical difficulties is what I was told is the reason why I can't access my account like I should. I Was told I could visit any Titlemax locations in any city for help, but my travels to Ga proves differently. Leaving me in a predicament to get home. And the office is closed until Monday.

Plzzzz give that Lady a raise :) because when I thought all has failed she really did come through. The people at this location are great. The lady that helped me was nice and so sweet. She was very helpful. The cost is quite high, but if it is something that is needed then you have to do what you need to do. They do offer personal loans as well, just not as much as the title loan.

The guy there I assume he is the manager, but he is rude. I’m not sure if that’s his personality or what it’s definitely not for customer service. They also don’t believe in privacy. Thank goodness the person I put down as a contact is trustworthy because they told her all my business.

I was helped by Nayani at your location on Golf Links and she was incredible. Very polite. Very respectful. Explained everything to a T. Ask questions as well as answered them and the service was amazing. I’ve already recommended people to that location. I appreciate her service and professionalism.

Customer service was great, but the interest rate of 221% is just crazy. People get these loans and put their vehicle up for collateral, usually because of a financial emergency. This is absolutely predatory, greedy and quite disgusting. PLEASE DO BETTER!

Customer service was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable about her job. She made the process very quick and easy. I went there having a tough time financially. Not only did they help me by giving me a title loan, she also helped me by just listening and being friendly.

The ladies at this location are very professional and friendly. They know how to adapt and overcome any obstacles the must be military trained. Theses women deserve a pay increase due to all the electronic navigation and course correction they must complete just to approve a loan. Please have the GM contact me because they are many other problems that may their jobs impossible to complete. Which are IT driven or AI depending on how upgraded your systems or third party operators are working to improve Title Max overall performance. Thanks for the loan. I never signed a contract with Titlemax. Stop stating I owe you money. I'm coming into the Horam location to pick my title up. I dealt with Shauna on my SUV and your company only wanted to let me borrow 250 on my vehicle worth over 3500. No thank you!

Went into store. Was greeted by both ladies that were there. Explained what needed and they went right to work getting me what I needed. She explained in detail how the loan works and what to expect. I went into the store in Cordova on Germantown Pkwy and the lady I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and got my money immediately. I would definitely recommend them. This is my second time using them. 10/10.

The office in Alcoa, Tennessee was very helpful and made everything very easy. Pamela was new but did very good and Lin stayed right with her in case she needed help and he was very professional and knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions. I went in with my grandmother for a loan. One of the ladies walked out to hold the door open for us. Allison was the one that did the loan for us. First time going to this company, the 2 ladies were very nice and teamed up to help me. Very thorough on the process and explained every step with no questions asked. Helped me on getting a loan, but only thing was that it wasn't the amount I wanted to borrow. Yes, I understand it was the bank's decision and not the agents, all good.

I have used TitleMax twice already. During my first loan in a different location, they clearly explained what I needed to do, and the process was fast since I already had the title. The second time, at a new location, the process took a long time. I had to make four trips before they released the money. The problem was that they got skeptical because I didn’t have the car title in my name, so they wanted me to change it. I spent my money to get the title changed, and once I did, I still had to wait two to three more days to receive the funds. I was trying to handle this before work each day, so the delays were an inconvenience.

Customer Service at TitleMax was good. The process took less than an hour. No problem. What I didn't really get the straight up was my payments, the breakdown of everything, or when the payoff would be.

Went in and didn’t expect to be approved but wanted to try anyways, Claudia was so helpful and was very nice and patient with me. Claudia sets the example on how customer focus and relationships should be! And by my surprise I was able to get a small short term loan.

My sister had used TitleMax and she told me good things about them. She said they were awesome and it was a smooth ride, so I went to get a title loan. The customer service was great. She was friendly, and I didn’t have any problem with her. The process took 30 minutes, so I was in and out. The annual percentage rate is a little high, but that’s what I have to pay, and as long as I pay it off early, it’s okay.

The associate was professional, kind, and friendly. The whole loan process was quick and relatively painless. Had a good experience. I was carefully walked through the whole process and they explained everything to me very well. Very thankful for their assistance.

I had a lovely experience with TitleMax. I got the car title loan for which I had to bring my proof of income and my titles. The lending process was 100% excellent and the rep knew what she was doing. She took pictures of me and the mileage and walked around my vehicle. I was out there for less than 15 minutes but she was having problems with their computer technology system which wasn’t her fault. So, I was there for almost an hour this time and she did everything in her willpower to help me out of there. Go to TitleMax. They will help you out.

The office staff was great, very efficient with good people skills. The online application was not good. Never got a response so had to go to the office. The response to the application from the main office seemed overly long. Then there was a computer glitch that caused the application to be rejected. Took at least half an hour for IT to respond and correct the problem. In the end what is advertised as a 30 minute process took two hours!

The girl was great! She was very helpful and explained things thoroughly, she helped things great and was very kind and funny. She did a very welcoming. He made me comfortable and I will definitely return. I will refer all of my friends and family.

With TitleMax, you have to be pretty sure if you wanna go put your car title up. The application process with them was no problem. The problem is paying it back. There’s too much interest and there's no room to work with what you got.

Good company for fast loans for car titles. If you are in need of a fast loan the title for the vehicle is going to get you the money that you need at the time when you need it most. You still need the money to help with whatever you need. This is the same as same day loans if you just need it. Quick when you need it. I say use it.

I used Title Max one time a few years ago…. Their interest is so high you can’t ever pay your car off, you end up losing it…. At least that’s how it is in Delaware…. You all have awesome stories but mine wasn’t as good as the rest of you but you live in a different state too…. They keep trying to get me to get another title loan but I’m not out to lose my car & they woo blow your phone up…. I really need a loan but can’t bring myself to go to title Max again…. We have another title place that’s awesome that we’ll work with you if you can’t make your payment but they tell you they are not out to take your car from you they rather work with you to get your loan paid off…. Title Max doesn’t work with you if you can’t make your payment if something like an emergency comes up…. Too bad for them not wanting to work with you in Delaware if an emergency comes up…. Well I have a $6,000 truck and y'all only gave me $750 like come now. But I really needed the money that day but I’m coming back for my title asap. But in a good note y'all have an outstanding employee. Majesti is a wonderful person to work with. I would work with her any day but y'all need to come with some more money.

The store manager took care of me fast and efficiently. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable choosing my options. I would definitely recommend her for a raise or just for a friend or family member to use her personally. Her name was Gina or Jenna I believe.

The office I visited was calm and quiet, and everyone there was helpful. Austell location is a good one, you should get all the help you need in a timely manner. I was in a pinch, and going through one of the toughest times in life, but kindness and some patience to walk you through the steps you need to get ahead, they have.

When I went to my local TitleMax, a store I had dealt with quite a bit a few years back. I didn’t know any of the current staff but just like the staff years before these ladies were VERY PERSONABLE & HELPFUL!!! They took care of my needs, worry-free & fast!!!!

I can't access the customer portal and haven't been able to since I was in the office so I have to drive 1 hour every time to pay my payment. I am very disappointed and it is very aggravating when I put my info in and someone else's name pops up. I wish they would fix it

The service assistant, Taylor, was very delightful, professional as well as knowledgeable of what I was there for in obtaining a loan. The difference from when I last borrowed from Title Max and the most recent borrowing is that I am given a 30 day pay in full or a high partial payment. Of the two previous times I used Title Max, I was able to borrow more and pay back within a much more extended time at a lessor cost, plus my income then compared to now was much less. I don’t understand the concept and will be in touch with your office to find out why. Again, the associate who helped me, she was perfect. No problems with her at all.

I had to go get my title from Stafford, then bring it back to South post oak. My loan was paid off. That took time, then rush back to reapply for a loan. It was my only day off so I had no choice but to do it. The title should stay in the center you originated the loan.

I can say all the perfect words to allow her to shine brighter than a diamond, but you actually need to be a person who walked in unsure of how to make life so beautiful. My first go around with TitleMax was good, but this time, there was only one person in the office, and he kept taking calls on the phone when I was with him. So, I was in the office for about an hour. But we didn’t have any issues with processing the information.

I got a title loan and the lending process was easy. You go in and show them your title, they look at your car and they will tell you how much you can borrow. The process will take between 20 and 30 minutes. In terms of pricing, it’s extreme but when you need it, you don’t have anywhere else to go.

When I walked in, I spoke with a TitleMax rep and she got right on it. She wasn't talkative, too. It was quick service, about 15-20 minutes, and she gave me cash. I was able to do what I needed to do for my baby's school. I would recommend TitleMax. Go try to apply and you may get approved, if you need the money.

The experience working with TitleMax is amazing. I just went through the process. I went in and got approved. I paid off my first loan, and I went back and got another one. So, now, I'm gonna pay that one off, and hoping they can help me with my credit. They're very upfront, very attentive and organized. I definitely recommend them.

The gentleman who helped me went out of his way to wait on me to get off work because I went down there on a lunch break. He was trustworthy. I left him my title and then I stopped by after work and picked up some money. The process was not like I thought because I figured that I would have to have a bunch more paperwork. But, it went well and it only took an hour altogether. I was only required to have the title, an ID and an active bank account.

I had a great experience with TitleMax. I had gone to the location twice. The first time, I was gathering information. And then once I found out what the payments look like, I had to sleep on it for a couple of days. And then when I went back, I had the same girl, and she was amazing.

TitleMax has been around in the community for as long as I can remember, even our parents even used them. I needed some money and they loaned it to me, and it works. The process was quick enough, it only took maybe 30 minutes.

The representative at TitleMax, Jennifer, was just the best. When I say she’s awesome, she’s awesome. She was respectful, courteous, helpful, and really knowledgeable about her job. I give her a high commendation. It was an excellent experience, and customer service. I’m a very pleased customer.

I just drive by TitleMax all the time, so I knew of them. When I went in, the customer service person was straight to the point and was able to answer all my questions. They just take your title and keep it, and the annual percentage rate and the terms were good. Their website was kind of tricky to navigate, though, it took me a minute to get used to it.

My overall service with TitleMax has been good. Lily was taking care of me. And she was great and sweet, and she went through everything. The only issue was that she said she had set me up for autopay through my checking account, because she said the first payment had to come out through checking. But then they called me and said that I needed to make a payment. So, I was a bit confused because she said it didn’t come out for some reason. So, I had to end up paying with my card to clear it up. I didn’t have any other issues besides that.

Using TitleMax was difficult, but they still managed to give me the loan. I went to the location, and the customer service there was good. Their percentage rate was high, but I guess it has to do with bad credit, because they work with your credit.

I’ve just known about TitleMax for so long. Customer service is 100% wonderful, and Rex is a big part of the reason I use them. He is so wonderful that I repeatedly go to him whenever I need a loan.

Each time I have a loan through TitleMax, there are always technical errors. Using cheap tablets that are full of bugs and errors and coupling that with a mandatory system when you must be in the office to handle the loan only means that you'll spend 3 to 4 hours in each office. The payment portal is also always down or erroneous for some reason. And the interest rate is so high that it should be illegal.

When speaking with the agent she was very kind and securing to me that all was well and she would make sure that I would be satisfied with the service that she providing to me and she did exactly as she said. I was really pleased with the service that was provided.
