As I always see TitleMax on TV, I got a car title loan from them. The lending process was excellent and it did not take more than 45 minutes. They did a good job, they did what they’re supposed to do, and they’re helping me the way that I haven’t even needing help.

My son-in-law suggested TitleMax and the gentleman I dealt with was very thorough, very confident, knows exactly what he’s doing, and he’s very courteous.

Took an abnormally long time to process. The fault they say was with the photos of the VIN. Seems there should have been an alternative to numerous photos and even more phone calls. I believe I was there for almost 2 hours.

The manager quick talked me into getting a title loan. He didn't explain everything. They used my boyfriend's income under my application. Said he was a co-signer but he didn't sign any paperwork. Horrible service. Once I get my title back I'm done with these people.

Then there was a situation where some other guy he was dealing with was asking him a question and he started responding back to him loud enough to where other people can hear the situation. It was unprofessional and if they did that to me, I would’ve been really upset. To my side, they kept saying yes but it was kind of in a rude way. They need to improve on their service.

On 08-25-2017 I contacted Titlemax to see where my title was and was told they had put the file in the wrong spot and it would be 5-7 more days. Contacted them again on 08-31-2017. Was told it was misplaced for the 2nd time and will be another 5-7 days. It’s now 09-06-2017 and still no title and the only reason I can come up with is incompetency!!! You think after they mishandled it the first time they would have pushed it through as soon as possible but that’s not how they handled it, so now a month later and I still have no title!!!

TitleMax is easier to deal with compared to other lenders. I got a title loan from them and it only took not more than 45 minutes to process. The lending processor was awesome and very understanding. TitleMax helped me to build my credit and it's been easy. I paid my loan off faster than what it was due. I like the convenience of it all.

One of the processors has an attitude but the new people that they've got are really customer friendly. They greet you as soon as you hit the door. If there's like three or four people in there they offer you drinks and snacks as you wait. So they do their people right. The loan processor explained everything. I love how they do the screen thing out, where you don't have to sit there and get writer's cramp. I like the way they got it set up now. If others need money, they should go to TitleMax because it’s worth it.

He mentioned that the tools needed to process the motorcycle loan was not yet working (?) Once we arrived at the second location, the representative handled the process with efficiency and courtesy in approximately 30 minutes. I rated this process 4 stars because of this representative. This company doesn't understand people have emergency to come up and you may have to be late. So they call and say you can't be late so I told them well if the car don't have insurance and something happens to it because they couldn't work with they will be out of luck... then see how I feel.
