The process with TitleMax was great. We enjoyed who we were working with.

Everything was smooth. They worked with me and they helped me a lot with some of the questions I had. They were nice and they made me feel more comfortable there. Everything was good until the part that came for them to give me the loan. They took a little bit a while this time.

Gabrielle, the rep, was great and Becca, a girl I worked with for about three years, worked at TitleMax. I didn't know it until I walked in there. They were good people. The way that Gabrielle talked to me impressed me. It was like I was somebody she has known forever. She, Becca and I sat there and had a long conversation. The lending process took about 45 minutes because something with the pictures wouldn't upload. So, pictures had to be retaken. Other than that, it probably would have been sooner.

The application process was long. I've used TitleMax years ago and this time was different than before. I had to do it twice. Also, the rep I worked with was okay but I was supposed to get the full amount or the balance and what she told me to do on my phone only gave me partial payment. She said I'm gonna have to pay the other fee if I want to get the rest of it. Other than that, the payment process when I go online was easy.

I'm used to interest rates being 300% or 400%. But TitleMax's rate was only 176, so it's cheaper than most. The process was a little long but it was good. I love working with them. Their staff is amazing. They helped me when I needed them. So they did a good job to me. They helped me tremendously.

TitleMax have so many locations near me. So, it made things easier, because I didn't have to go looking. When I applied for a car loan with them, I had to make an application, turn in all my income, and they approved it. I gave them my title and my bank statement. They also took pictures of the vehicle and the whole process was done in about 30 minutes. Right now, I can't make a payment to them on my American Express card and I don't know why. But other than that, everything went well.

The whole process with TitleMax took less than an hour. Everything went fine with it except the rates seem a little bit steep. Also, at the office, it's like they don't communicate when they reach out to somebody. The day that I went in, I had three phone calls from them. So, it's like they don't communicate what's going on. The store manager in the location I went to is not exactly the nicest person in the world.

The customer service was great in the TitleMax store that I went to. Getting the loan got me caught up on things I was behind on.

The people in the TitleMax office were very helpful. Caroline was very informative, knowledgeable and very nice. She went through everything that I was needing to know. So, she was really sweet. The only thing is the 30 days for a title loan is crazy. I do feel like they should at least offer a month-to-month situation. Other than that, TitleMax helped me get the money that I needed to pay some of my bills off. So, it was very helpful.

TitleMax was really good. They were friendly. They greeted me, offered me coffee and water and told me to hold tight. I waited for about five minutes. The lending process was completed in about 45 minutes. The rep was a sweetheart. I got a title loan to pay my rent because I was out of work with COVID. Then, once I went back, my kids caught COVID, and TitleMax really helped me. I didn't think they would. They're really working with me and I appreciate that.

I enjoy working with TitleMax. My account is still open right now. I had called them because my wife isn't working right now and I was letting them know that I can't make the payment that they got set on right now. I had informed them twice that the most I would be able to make right now is 500. Then, as I get extra money, I'll pay more. I never got a phone call back, so I kept trying to reach out to them. Other than that, I'm okay with them. They got great customer service.

I was in a rush and considering there’s only one person who was working, the rep was very helpful to all the customers who were coming in. She did the best she could. The application process was a little lengthy. Maybe if they're able to pull up the DMV record, that would speed things up because then, everything is right there. Still, the experience with TitleMax was straightforward and efficient. I was satisfied.

Then, after signing, the first time, I waited on a card. The second time, I waited on a check. My interest rate and payment weren't expensive.

If you are in dire need, go check TitleMax out to see if you can make something happen to relieve some financial strain. I would definitely recommend them. They really helped me out. This was the first title loan I ever had and the application process was pretty easy. They handled it. They were very professional. They did whatever they had to do to make sure that I was taken care of. The service was excellent. The person I worked with was friendly, kind and very supportive.

TitleMax's terms are okay for what I needed. The rates might be a little high but it's understandable. If you're really in a bind, do it. Don't take the maximum. Take what you need. But overall, it's very helpful and it’s something that I'm really glad it was available at the time that I needed it. Their process was really smooth and effortless. Everything seemed fairly easy with TitleMax. I have never done a title loan before and they were very detailed and patient about explaining everything. They helped me really understand how to handle it and the process didn't take very long. It would have been shorter, but there were some complications with no pictures and the lighting because of the time that I showed up. Had the daylight been out, everything would have gone by faster. But other than that, they were pretty quick about it and working with them meshed into my life seamlessly.

TitleMax got me out of a bind. I met up with the lady for the loan and she was very informative and friendly. In my certain circumstance, I had to do a couple extra steps before I could get the loan, so it took me an hour or two to finish the process.

The rep was good and the service was great. They got me in and out. Also, instead of using my bank account, I got one of the prepaid cards with them. TitleMax is quick, easy and less stressful. They don't require as much as other people would.

Everything was easy. I went in late one evening, took the motorcycle up there and showed proof of insurance. I hadn't changed the motorcycle to my name, so TitleMax also helped me change the title over. They inspected my motorcycle and told me how much they could offer me. Working with TitleMax was pretty good but they didn't give me what I was asking for. I don't see why I only got $2,300 when I have a BMW and it was in good shape and all that good stuff. My boyfriend who referred me got $3,200 for a 2010 Dodge Charger so they need to improve on the amount that they're giving. Other than that, the lady was great plus customer service.

Titlemax's customer service was really good. They made things sound super simple for me to understand ‘cause it was my first ever loan. Mostly, they just needed my ID and the title then they told me to take pictures. It was straightforward, and they told me the interest, how much they could lend me and how much I would pay. I got lower than what I could get because apparently, they told me I could qualify for 2,000 but I only needed 1,000.

TitleMax helped me to get rid of some things that I was trying to take care of. The application process took an hour and for the most part, the experience with the rep was okay. But after I got home and started looking over some of the stuff, I realized that the loan was a little high and it carried a lot of interest on that it accrues a lot of daily interest. I've taken loans out before but never to accrue a daily interest that high. The payback is outrageous but I'm gonna get it paid off before then. It's okay to get a loan but people should not get one as high as I got.

It was easy to get the cash with TitleMax. I didn't have a problem like in other places. They asked a lot of questions. There was a lot of paperwork that I got to do and the total process took me 30 minutes. They checked the vehicle that it was working. They also checked the inside that everything was fine.

It was within my best interest to go with TitleMax because they have the lowest interest rates. But at first, I didn't understand the car title loan process. It was rocky for me and they said they were not going to proceed until I fully understood things. They started explaining things to where I could understand them and they continued to break things down until I 100% understood. So, I was okay with everything and it was a really easy process. It took 30 minutes at the most to complete and they were patient with me. Once I pay my loan off, I could see myself doing it again because now I have the knowledge that I didn’t have before. I would also tell my friends that TitleMax would be the best way to go because of the low interest and the reps who walk you through the whole process. Everybody would be comfortable with that.

I heard that TitleMax had better interest rates and when I decided to get a title loan from them, the guys who had to approve it took a while. The total application approval took about two hours as the guys had to send papers. But for the application, they just took pictures of the vehicle. The rep I worked with was very experienced and knowledgeable. All in all, TitleMax is worth it and if you have time to wait on the back end, it will work for you.

I've got to call TitleMax today and tell them that I have a problem. When I got the loan, I got it with my unemployment. And I got several thousand dollars left in my unemployment to cover the payment. I usually get my payment on Tuesdays. I haven't got a payment for two weeks because something happened to the computer screens and they locked them up. But I got it straightened out this morning at 8 o'clock. I was up on them. And I won't get a check until tomorrow morning on my direct deposit. So, I might be a day late with it. But those people at TitleMax were wonderful.

Working with TitleMax helped me get everything my kids needed for Christmas. It's a good place. They had to restart their system, so it took a little while to get approved, but their rep was really helpful.

The initial process wasn’t kosher because they really didn't disclose anything to me till after I signed it. I was not told that it was a one-time payment. I asked how much would my payments be and what will the interest be. The rep kept telling me they got to put everything together and when they did, they said I qualify for 10,000. They were trying to get me to get the whole 10,000 and I got somewhere around 3,000. I got adjusted for more than what I wanted. They needed my initial and they did it on the computer. I didn't get a copy of it until it came in the form of an email and that's when I saw the one payment and the 144% interest. The rep knew all along that there was no payment plan and I was not told that. I would have gotten just a small amount, only what I needed.

TitleMax is a little bit more known than any other ones. We're doing okay with them. Their customer service rep was very helpful. That day we were there, she was nice. She offered us drinks and chips. I'm heading back to the office right now because the check that was given to my husband for the title has this black line. I guess the printer wasn't working. No one wants to check it because it can't be read. Other than that, I would recommend others to go over there.

I walked into the TitleMax location and the rep told me exactly how to operate it and the way the terms work. After that, I just agreed to do it with them. I applied for a reasonable amount. At the same time, I just did it to build some type of credit with TitleMax. It was straightforward and very fast. Ted was very professional. And he was able to answer all of my questions without a problem or having to call anybody. So, he was good. It took half an hour just trying to process the loan because something was going on at the back end. But they made phone calls and made it happen. TitleMax helped me a lot because I didn't come down here with a job. I took a $30 pay cut coming down here. It helped me just able to pay my mother's rent at least a month in advance, so I have another 30 days to figure things while I'm here. I'm a very satisfied customer and I have already recommended other people.

I did a car pawn with TitleMax. It was one day and they had good customer service. It's just that the payments are a little steep under the conditions of people having to do this due to COVID, which has affected all of us in such a tremendous way. It’s almost $1,200, and that's almost a rent payment. The people were friendly and they even called yesterday to check on me and make sure I was doing good. I was like, “I could be better if you could lower the payment.” But then it was such an easy process.

The representative was okay, but she didn't explain a lot of things and I was forced into having to do a TitleMax Visa card. I didn't want to do that, but she said that I had to and I thought that was odd. The loan payments are extremely high as well.

Everybody's kind of leery about putting their title or paperwork out there, but working with TitleMax helped me pay a few things I needed to pay. It’s worked out. If it’s what you need to do, TitleMax is good to work with.

No other lender would give me a chance except for TitleMax and they made the loan process pretty easy for me. There wasn't too much I had to do. They just had to take pictures of my car, send it in, then the lender approved it, and I was out the door. But the whole process took two hours because my phone was lagging. They were trying to show me how to get on the site so I could use it and they asked me to stay for that. But I pretty much didn't have to, so they just let me leave. Then, I loaded the app when I came back and they showed me. If it is the last resort and futuristically you know that you can pay the loan back, then I would recommend TitleMax to anybody because it will in the long run help you out with your credit and everything else.

They're a little more personable and resourceful because there are some things that have changed where some of them do everything, some do just the personal loan, some do different things that as a consumer, we weren't aware of. TitleMax looks at all of it holistically. It's one store. When I went into the office, even though it wasn't in the rep's location, she helped and guided me. She gave me good information to get me to where I needed to be.

My experience with TitleMax was great. Brittany was the lady that did my account, and she was very awesome. The application wasn't that hard, and she was right there to help and if I had any kind of questions. I was there less than an hour, but she had gotten busy. Then she had trouble with the picture taking the VIN. When she would take the picture, lint was in the way. She took a whole duster out there and dusted it off. When she submitted the pictures, it kept bumping it back saying it wasn't a clear enough picture. Then she had to contact someone and get the override of it. Other than that, it wouldn’t have taken so long. She was trying to help another person, too. So, she was going back and forth because she was the only one in the office that day.

Everybody's always been very nice at TitleMax. I went online this time and I got responses. I live in Palestine, and then I would have had to go to Tyler which is miles from me. So, to be able to do it in my bedroom was a plus for me. I could sign the documents over the phone. They had a way of verifying the bank account that I had the information that possibly nobody else would have, so it made it easy for me to do it. Based on my income and everything I had, it had said I was approved for 660. But then it went down to half of that, which was a personal loan, and I can understand that. It all seemed to be reasonable for me and I didn't wanna borrow more money than I needed. I would recommend them as it was pretty hassle-free.

There was money I wanted to spend, and I didn't have it. So, I just did title loans and TitleMax was the first one that popped up that was the closest to my house. Their process was really easy. Geraldine was really nice and friendly. I showed up at the last minute, and so I kept her there well over an hour after they were supposed to be closed. She was polite and didn't have a hint of attitude. I was nervous at first. Then after a couple of minutes talking to her, I stopped being nervous.

Then, when I got there, she was busy with somebody else, so Vicky got up and introduced herself and she started helping me and explaining to me. I really liked it. She even explained all my finance charges. She explained everything to make sure I was comfortable before I decided to take the loan. I really did like that because most people will not tell you what it is. Everything went great. She was very polite about everything. If I didn't understand something, she showed it to me and then explained it, and I continued from there. I would refer TitleMax to anybody.

When I talk to people in Big Spring, they're fine but I don't like the online deal because if you're applying for a loan and then you get over there, and then you find out you're not approved for it. The process took just about 45 minutes. I just took the title. Then they took pictures of my vehicle. I wound up just getting $560. Overall, TitleMax got friendly people there.

She and the office followed up on me, on another call that came in. After I borrowed that money, I lost my brother - my best friend. It was a tough minute for me. I'm not broke-broke, but I had a $5,000 payroll I had to get out. My checks were coming every 45 days, and sometimes they were late. The lady just looked at what I had to offer and said she could lend me money on it.

I have been a customer of TitleMax in Las Vegas Nevada Henderson Nevada also for 5 plus years. They have recently changed their lending practices and now pretty much force you to get a bank account from some Bank in Alabama and so you have another bank account and a debit card to withdraw your funds. That is absurd and that is unnecessary. The drama that I had to deal with my last loan was so absurd that I will never borrow again at TitleMax, especially in Las Vegas you have a title you want cash. If they cannot give you cash then they should give you a check or you could run to their bank and cash it. I do not need another bank account. I do not need another debit card. I am so disappointed in this practice that you've lost a good customer.

I wish to bring to your attention the series of events concerning the loan company TitleMax of California. On July 12, 2018 the date that the loan from TM was originated, the employee named Oscar knew two things before anything was assigned or agreed to. One: my Mother was legally blind due to an incorrect cornea implant, which means she could not see at all nor could she drive. Two: She was in severe back pain about to have laminectomy surgery just a few weeks later. The pain was so great that she was in no condition to make any sort of decisions.

TitleMax gave my husband a loan on our truck of which I am also the owner of. I was unaware. My husband’s work was sporadic due to covid and he was trying to get bills caught up without stressing me out. We had a prior loan with TitleMax on the same vehicle. I was with him the first loan as I am an owner. I asked if I should sign the loan docs. They said no, only one person per doc. We paid the loan off.

Don't go there. I just paid my title loan with my debit card and they didn't give my title. They said I have to wait 7 more days for their bank to clear that amount even though my bank already paid them. That's **.

I went to TitleMax in Amarillo, Texas to get money to help with my son's burial expenses. Title Max made me an offer but I found out quickly just how wrong I was to sign those paper.
