I was in need of some money for bills. I googled TitleMax, looked at the reviews and got my loan through them. The process was really easy, simple and very fast. The reps were very friendly. TitleMax helped me with the little jam that I had.

It took 15 minutes and it was very easy than I ever thought it was gonna be. The rep was very patient with me and she was easy going. With TitleMax, I was less stressed and I would recommend them to anybody.

But I had to come home and get something I didn’t bring up there so it took a little longer. Had I brought that, it would’ve probably been done in 30 minutes. Also, the payment was gonna be due on the 29th and I had to move it to the 1st because that’s when I get paid and they worked that out. It went okay. Then I got money right then, through a check. The process was easy and convenient.

It was about the third title loan on my car and the process was easy, which took about 40 minutes. I’m beholden to pay TitleMax back for the next year and a half or so. I just wish the interest rates were a bit more reasonable, but that’s the nature of predatory lending.

People are spending money on these cars and when we come to give up our title, we expect to get our money back and not $120. That car cost $8,000 and they were trying to give the lowest payments for the car but have us pay six months back to them. They need to fix the way they do things. When people are coming to get loans to help them out, $120 is not gonna pay half of a person’s bills or rent. That’s not even gonna take care of your kids if your kids are hungry. You gave them your title but they gave you nothing worth your car. I don’t recommend anybody to go to them.

They use a Blue Book value, which is the actual value versus the Black Book value which is what they expect the value in the book to be if it was auctioned off. No I have always done business with the girls. You stand there like Goodwill Gangster. Telling the girls "take this guy's money" while you're waiting for some girl to come in so you can tell her how much you're going above the company's guidelines to help her hoping to get laid. The company needs to check this guy up before someone else does. Keep all this in mind and go by there you will see what I mean.

The TitleMax in Metropolitan should be professional when dealing with the public. Some locations don't take cash and normally they would put the money in auto form. However, the Metropolitan location takes cash and that's what sucks about it. I was a little upset because I had been speaking back and forth with them because I was in a financial crisis. They had my car picked up and I had to scram to get $300 to go and get it out. I borrowed the money from my mom, and even when they picked it up, I told them that I had to go to IRS to prove that my identity was leaked and that hopefully, my money would be with me in two more weeks so I could finish the balance.

It’s so difficult to get out of this type of loan.
