I had a good experience the first time I visited TitleMax. I went back and got a car title loan in 45 minutes and the lending process was quick and easy. I had friendly interactions with the lending processors and they were fast and really helpful. I had a peace of mind working with TitleMax.

TitleMax was closer to me. I applied for a car title loan and their lending process was fast and easy. It took 30 minutes to complete. And then the form was straightforward. Also, their representative was pleasant and presentable.

TitleMax is a good name and I recognized it when I googled title places. Their lending process was excellent and very easy and I spent about 45 minutes for a car title loan. I went in twice and I have never done it before but the TitleMax people were great. They had put me at ease and explained things very well. I already knew going in that it was going to be high interest to pay it back but for short term, it helped me quick and they gave me money.

I worked for a lending company whose rates were crazy high. I felt more comfortable going back to where I’ve already dealt with before which is TitleMax. I got a car loan and the process was easy and took only 30 minutes because I had my document. Plus, I liked that they didn’t have to reach out to my employer. Their staff was very nice and professional. Coming from someone who works from customer service and doesn’t deal with people face-to-face, the lady who we worked with had good customer service. Everything was good and I'm very satisfied. I'd recommend them to someone else.

TitleMax's manager and district manager were the ones helping me with the my title loan and they were very friendly. It was a wonderful experience with them. Everything was quick, easy and painless. They just checked out my vehicle, made sure it was up to par, checked my title and made sure there were no existent liens on it. They ran it through their system and it was cleared and “okayed”. Within 30 minutes, I was out the door with a check. Keep up the good attitude and that’ll keep people coming in, especially from word of mouth of people like me that are satisfied with them.

Another lender needed my credit score and my credit score is not where it should be right now so I knew I wouldn’t get approved. But I was able to get a loan from TitleMax. The lending process was fast and it was great that their representative was really helpful and friendly and explained everything. The loan I got helped me pay my rent. I would tell my friends if they don’t want someone to run their credit score and they need money fast, then they should go to TitleMax.

I used TitleMax a couple years ago. It was the worst mistake of my life. I was at a point where I had overdue bills and I felt like I could not get a loan at a bank because my credit was a little low. Boy was I wrong. I could have gotten a loan from a bank. This was a very expensive lesson learned. The interest rate was about 150%. I took out a loan for 5000.00. A loan for 5000.00 was really a loan for 10,000.00. It was awful. I got harassing phone calls and they were not sympathetic to being a day late on payment. I had to borrow money from my friends to get my vehicle out of hock with them. Borrowing money from my friends to get my vehicle out of hock was the best thing in my life. When I got my title back I had to use it to get a loan from a real FDIC bank to pay my friends back. The bank asked for the mileage on my vehicle and needless to say it was 10k less than what was on my title I received back.

I had a buddy and he had a TitleMax before. I told him that I really needed some money and he told me to go through TitleMax. So, I went up there, talked to them, and they helped me out. The process was complicated because I had to go get my title transferred to my name and then all that stuff in there. But once I had my title and that transferred over, it was like a real quick. It was an easy process because all I needed was my ID and my title. It took about 2 hours to complete, but it normally wouldn't take that long. Also, the loan person was great. He kept me smiling. He was getting around all these other employees. Everybody who was in there was laughing. It was a good experience. However, they didn't give me any tamales. They had a previous customer who came in to make a payment and they had dropped off some tamales to them. And I would just not leave them alone about those tamales.

I got a car title loan from TitleMax. It was quick and easy and that was what I was looking for. The processor was professional. She took the time to explain everything to me. She was really good and fast. The only thing I'm dissatisfied with is the interest rate. It's ridiculous but I'm going to go ahead and pay it off as quickly as I can.

TitleMax has been around for a long time and people could get in fine. They were the only company that would actually do business with me. I got a title loan for a vehicle and spent less than 15 minutes for the process. I dealt with the manager who knew exactly what to do, was quick and courteous. The terms are outrageous but when someone like me is in a situation where I'm in, then there's nothing else I could do. TitleMax should be more lenient with their payback plan. In my case, I'm going to have to pay $380 plus dollars a month and it'd be a lot easier if I didn’t have to be concerned about getting a hold of extra cash to have a loan. So, using TitleMax should be a last resort.

Hurricane Harvey Victim/Grieving Mother Penalized and Charges Fees without assistance. There are charges being added to the original amount which is making very hard to see my way out of this. Due to lack of funds to bury my daughter, this bill was created to finish burying her. Then to further complicate thing, Hurricane Harvey happened without me having the time to grieve. Hurricane Harvey devastated my life by delaying my daughter's burial by a week, causing a lot of damage to my home and totally destroying my 4 Runner. I've been living from my son to my sister house because of the mold/fungus and the home isn't safe.

We went to your Centralia, Il location. The staff there were being very difficult. No matter what they asked for, We brought it to them and it wasn't good enough. We went to the Duquoin, Il location with the same stuff and was done within 30 min. They were extremely nicer.

My TitleMax experience was painless. Everything went so fast, it was unreal. I needed a little cash to take care of a few things and my birthday came up and we got Christmas around the corner. So, I wanted to do a special event and true enough, they offered me more than what I wanted. I live across from the VA so I see TitleMax all the time. I never thought I'd use them for anything but it's convenient. Their overall lending process was no more than 15 minutes, it was really fast. I went online first and I looked them up and then I put in a little information and I got a call within minutes. Their rep coordinated with the local office here and then within minutes, they called me from here in Dublin, Georgia. And then all of a sudden he said, “Well, when can you be on there? They're waiting for you.” It was 11:00 then and I said, “I'll be there at 1:00.” But I went down there before 1:00.

Last December 2016, I had an emergency to travel overseas. I inquired getting loan from this company. The gentleman I got there misled me by not explaining me in detail. Anyway I ended up get the loan but it was interest was so high that at the end of the loan I had paid double what I was loaned. The other associates who were there did not want to listen to what the previous associate had done. That was the worst decision I ever made. Advice to those who want to get a loan from this company “before you sign or take the cash read the contract.“ Do not be duped.

Ash, the rep who did my loan, explained to me about how title loans work, made me feel comfortable, and even gave me a detailed understanding of how the interest works and why some people run into problems when paying off loans because of their lack of understanding about the interest. I went on the internet and looked up title loans and it's not too good. I found a couple of companies but they didn’t call back. I was referred by someone I know to TitleMax and I got a title loan from them. Their rep explained everything that I needed to do when I came in and from there I just did everything he said, came back and met with him and sign the paperwork. I also had to go to the DMV and he called me. The lending process took three hours to complete. The manager was thorough and charming. My credit, my rating and everything was bad so he helped me get a loan. He did his best and he told me once I do this, he'll have another emergency where I may get more money if I need it.

My experience went smooth and the staff was great. This is my first time so maybe everything afterwards goes great. I hope if I run into any hardships they are very understanding and work with me. They gave me the right amount I need but the payback interest is extremely much. I would not get one unless I could pay the loan off very quickly.

Went to get a loan from this company because it was good but I'm very disappointed got a loan for 2000. Have made my payments in time. Have made almost 4 payment of 311 and instead of going down is going up. I owe 2045 like wtf so now I owe more than what they borrow me. Instead of helping people they ** them. Will never go again and hope people don't go neither.

Getting a loan from TitleMax was really quick and easy. I was probably only there for about 30 minutes. They were very knowledgeable and working with them was convenient. It met my needs at that time. Great experience overall.

I got a car title loan from TitleMax and had a very good experience. It was convenient. I went into the store and they walked me through the process. They let me know what my better option would be as far as payment. They said that they would let me know if I want to do a five-month pay-out plan. That’s the better way to go about it because then you’re not worried about it, you’re not stretching over it. So, I chose that option. The people there were friendly and they helped me understand the questions that I asked. They weren’t able to get me exactly what I wanted but they were able to get me as much as they could for me because they understood that I was in a problem. I was in a bind and they helped me get out of it. They care for their customer a lot.

I have used TitleMax before so I went to them again to get a car title loan. Their process was fast. You just go and they get an estimate, and then they check out your vehicle. And then they go about your business and say if you’re approved or not. I did an estimated approval over the phone and that took overnight. They called me the next day. And then, I went online and it took 30 minutes to complete. Their rep was cool and awesome. He was the manager of the business location I went to. I had asked for 1,000 but they only gave me 700. I guess it all depends on the car or whatever. Nonetheless, they had good customer service. They’re excellent at their job.

Being very professional as the review indicated and about 15 miles away, which is very close to me, I went over to TitleMax with the title for my truck. They wanted to assist me anyway they can and the intention is still for customer satisfaction. More so, the lending processor was very friendly and had the Texas kind of professionalism.

I found myself in a situation where I was making and taking a very large gamble if I didn’t take care of some financial issues. I had some forgotten traffic tickets and they popped into my mind when I a buddy asked me about them. And because of that and all these other fees, I was going to pay for it now. It was money that I had to come up with or my license was going to be suspended. I work out of town so I was over the barrel to where I needed to take a high risk of possibly getting stopped. Under any circumstances, I didn't want to get a title loan for my truck. But it was one way to get the money I needed although I didn't like the interest rate. TitleMax has been around for a long time and they're more stable than other lenders that pop one day and go away the next since TitleMax has the financial backing to be here tomorrow.

Back in August of 2017, my husband needed extensive dental work done and of course our dental insurance didn't cover all of the costs and we just decided to try TitleMax and it was the easiest thing to do. We were so impressed with the gentleman in the Little Road, Arlington, Texas office! His name is Alex. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We can't say how much we appreciate what he DID for us. In fact, the entire process was so quick and Alex was so friendly that we would not hesitate to go there and use TitleMax again. I hope that this review makes it to Alex's bosses because he should get recognition for his outstanding service and professionalism!

I was a bit skeptical when going into TitleMax but I was very much in need of some help. As soon as I sat down with Thomas I felt comfortable right away. He didn't pressure me and was able to answer all my questions before making a decision. At the end of it all it's because of him I was able to take care of an emergency that otherwise could have been a disaster. I'm very grateful and will definitely go back to him in the future if needed.

I don't know about everyone else, but I wasn't happy with my experience with TitleMax at all. I felt like I was lied to and jipped from the minute I visited their lying website to the very last time I spoke with one of their phony, sideways managers. The loan amount was nothing but a tease and helped me accomplish nothing. I'm not going to smile and say, " TitleMax helped me get a new apartment." They did nothing but earn themselves about $500 or so and waste my time.

I guess the downside was selling my vehicle for $360. But every little bit helps. I'd tell others to go to the one on Fort Campbell Boulevard because they were really helpful.

TitleMax should be ashamed. They need to tell the poor people upfront of the ridiculously high interest. Too busy trying to make bonuses, and commissions, they misinform the customer. I really wished I knew how the whole loan system worked. I would've never got a loan. I lost my car because I could no longer afford the interest. I paid for almost 3yrs. and still owed 2k. I however did some research a little too late. But N. Mexico, and a several other States does not have a cap on the interest they charge the people. There should be a law! Especially in N. Mexico where the poverty level is high. Shame on the CEO's and NM lawmakers. Taking kickbacks for not making laws to prevent people from losing their cars. You could care less of the hard working, tax paying citizens trying to support their family. Greedy bass catchers! I'd like to see you walk to work in the cold!

I'm super young and I don’t have any credit. And since I bought my car with cash and I own the title, I figured getting a title loan might be the best way. They send the text messages to remind me of when I have a payment and they call only to wish us happy holidays and happy thanksgiving, so it is helpful.

I never really understood loan companies. But TitleMax takes the freaking cake. Out of every other loan company I've dealt with, I've never felt like I was just giving away money. Every time I made a payment the amount I owed lowered. With TitleMax if you pay the minimum it doesn't move. You still owe the full amount you borrowed. So basically I borrowed 1600. It's been 4 months. I have paid 250 bucks each month since, I still owe 1600 right now as I type this. It's freaking unbelievable. I don't understand how this is suppose to work. But when you borrow money from someone you pay them back exactly WTF you borrowed. That's like you asking me for 20 bucks but I expect you to pay me back 100? It's not right. It's not fair. I wish I would've understood the process better.

Hello. All I wanted to tell you please do not use this company. I went here in hope to get money to help me in a time of need. Well they did that but after me not paying them because I was not able get a job. They r ti my car from my house in the early morning after I went into the office and was gonna pay them on that Friday. That Monday they came to car. If you do not wanna pay them to get your car back pls do not use them. They after taking my car wanted me to pay them 1000 to get my car back. After me not having the money they said that they would sell me car.

Well I've got to say when I started looking into a title loan I really didn't expect it to work out. The truth is I my credit isn't that great hasn't been for a while and so when I call them I expected to be given a list of reasons why I couldn't get a loan. But that's not what happened when I went in. I didn't have all the paperwork I needed. I wasn't prepared because I guess I didn't expect it to work out but they worked with me. So I expected a ridiculously high interest-rate that I wouldn't be able to keep up with or that I would have to pay it back in 30 days which I wouldn't be able to do or I would not get the full amount that I needed but I got more than twice what I needed And it was a really great experience and I would definitely recommend TitleMax and I will use them.

I called about a small loan and the ladies were amazing. We scheduled an appointment time for me to come in. When I arrived, they were waiting for me. She remembered why I needed a loan and asked general questions about me. She took a genuine interest in me as a person, not just as a paycheck for her. The whole process lasted only about 30 minutes.

When I was in dire straits for a loan, my credit was not good, and I really didn't have anywhere to go to get a loan. I found a few title loan stores that were only interested in loaning me a relatively small loan for a whole lot of money, but when I found TitleMax, I knew I was in good hands. Finding employment in Beaumont from San Antonio, I needed to have my account transferred, which may not even be possible, or so I thought until I met Sequoia at TitleMax Beaumont. She was a fresh of breath air, and she understood my situation and jumped right into getting my paperwork transferred and taking my monthly payment.

It is very rare and unusual that at close to closing time, the staff and the manager still have and maintain great customer service. My applause to them. Later on, when I went to their office, I showed a proof of insurance, the titles of my car and ID and something else. I filled out the application, and then the lady reviewed a lot of information.

Got myself a car title loan, and it was fast and easy. It didn't take longer than 30 minutes. They were friendly, too -- the processor we dealt with was nice and did what she needed to do. She was also respectful. TitleMax helped me get by for a couple more weeks. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Never again will I get another loan from TitleMax. Yes it was fast and easy to get a loan. Yes they were really nice people. My complaint is I was never told about the late fee charges. Most places you pay 10 to 15 dollar late fee once, but with TitleMax you pay that daily. 15 days late and my payment goes from 422 to 622.85. I tried to pay but because I was 20 dollars short they would not accept my payment because they don't do partial payments. I am so frustrated but what can I do about it. I need my car. I only got the loan because my husband had cancer and was missing a lot of work and I needed to pay my rent. So be careful when you go to TitleMax.

While looking for a title loan online, TitleMax was the one that really got my attention. Their lending process was great, but it was really long. It was over an hour because the systems kept going down and kept having issues. But, other than that, the outcome was worth the wait. They’ve helped me a lot with just what I needed to pay off. So, I’m just living a stress-free life right now. Great customer service!

TitleMax is closest to my house. They had to do an inspection of my car. I told them how much I needed and then the processor told me that if something else came out by next week we were to need more money than what I really took the loan out for. So, I ended up looking into my finances for the next couple of weeks and ended up having to take more than I originally went in there for. But, she was very helpful. TitleMax has helped me what's behind on rent and my other bills. They're very professional and courteous. Very good customer service skills, someone that I would definitely recommend to others that needed help as well.

TitleMax was very friendly, and we had a good experience with them in getting a car title. I pass by them everyday on my way to work. I looked it up and called them and asked what the process was and then I went in the next day and the process took an hour. They looked at the car to see the value, its condition, and then I filled up an application with them in the store. Then, they got back to me and told me about how much I could get for the slot of the title or cash, and then I signed it. They broke down a monthly payment and put that on paper for me. They called me after I signed everything just to check and make sure that everything was going okay. And everything has been good so far. 

TitleMax has a convenient location and I went there to get a car title loan. I brought my ID and title to my car and the process took 40 minutes max. The representative was nice, seemed knowledgeable and she explained everything to me. She told me the amounts of my payment every month and that my payment was due on the first of the month every month with no grace period. She also told me that I could pay off early, which is encouraged. Then I asked her if I have to pay any interest if I were to pay immediately, and she said I would pay some interest but it would not be as much as if I let the loan continue to the full time frame allotted. Except for the amount that I have to pay back which is extremely excessive to me, the experience has been pleasant.

I drive by a TitleMax location everyday and then I had to use their service so I called them first and they told me what to bring in. Then I sat with a very nice young man named John and he explained everything right. They’re very patient, thorough and answered all my questions. The process took about 20 minutes and it was a good experience. I'm now getting ready to make my first payment.

I went to the same TitleMax store where my friend who also works with me went to. For the type of service that they got, they’ve come and delivered nice. The lady there was really nice and she told me all the options that I got and how much should I want. I told her which that I want and she said that I qualify for a little more but I told her that I was okay with what I really need. As we were getting the whole process, she was explaining to me every little detail like how much I have to pay and what is the interest. I asked her a lot of questions like what if I want to pay early and she told me everything. I was happy with all the answers and she did an excellent job. Then she went and took a look at the car. Everything was fine and there was a quick meeting. The process took no more than an hour. I recommend TitleMax.

Since there’s a TitleMax around, it’s less likely for me to mess with them. I went through the lending process which was a long amount of time but it was all right.

They helped me get a loan so I'd get back on my feet. I hurt my ribs, and I wasn’t able to work. It was taking me too long, like a month, to get insurance, and they were willing to help me. I'm not usually one to post reviews but this place earned it. TitleMax loans went above and beyond putting my mind at ease in regards to clarify what I was getting. The customer service I received from Vilma exceeded my expectations. Not only did she fully explain to me the details in regarding my loan approval she made sure I understood the fine print.

I went online and googled car title loan. There are not that many providers in my area and TitleMax is the first one that popped up. Their rep was knowledgeable and very friendly and my interaction with him was quick and easy. The lending process was a good experience which took about 40 minutes. I had called the day before and asked questions. So when I came in the next morning, their rep remembered that I had called and I told him that I had to be at work at 10. I came in at 9, and I was in and out. If I ever have to come back to TitleMax, I will be going back to them.

I've also heard people who have used TitleMax say that they've been friendly and outgoing, and that they did what they had to do to try to make the people happy. We needed money to help with moving and I thought that I had to give them a call. The overall process for a car title loan with TitleMax went fast. I knew the new gentleman that was helping me. He's only been there for a month but if he wasn't sure about something, he called somebody else over to explain and help him through it. Did you know they can charge you 5% of the WHOLE BALANCE you owe if you're one day late? Well that's what they did to me even though Harvey messed us over. So I had to pay them my monthly balance of $1250 PLUS a $500 late fee! You heard that right! $500 late fee! I call b's! They just want my ride!

The employees were very pleasant, definitely able to answer any questions that I had before I decided to go ahead and proceed with the process. And they made it clear what I needed to do and what to expect.

I have used TitleMax's services before but I couldn’t quite understand how the interest has been jumped up so high. For me, I was treated as if I was a brand new customer or a bad customer, but I had paid off early each one of my loans. I've used TitleMax for the third time a week ago and I wasn’t put in any alternative. I was told that since the loan I was given was $2300 then my interest rate is going to be 149% at the end. I had a seven-month loan with them less than a year ago and I considered the interest rate to be pretty reasonable and I paid it off early. I was totally blindsided this time and I feel like they’re loan sharks. They catch people like in my case whose office has been shut down for three weeks because of the hurricane so there was no billing or check for anything. I went to them as hopefully a saving grace but I found out that it’s not. It’s one of those “we’ve got to take advantage of you,” and it’s not good.

TitleMax's lending process was good and seemed fairly easy but it took at least two hours to complete the process even though it said it would only take 30 mins. I had to go to another store because the one that I went to wasn't the one that did it which was annoying. The girl when I first called was nice and when I went to the store in San Pedro, the person was fine as well. But when they sent me to the other store, the other lady didn't talk to me at all. She didn't tell me anything about what my options were, how much or what the loan was going to be. I told her this was my first time. I've been sitting there for almost an hour and a half and it wasn't until the very end when she said that she was going to approve me for a certain amount. It helped but it was much less than the amount I requested.

We showed them my documents, filled out the application on the computer and waited for them to tell us whether we got approved for the car title loan or not. The lending processor was very formal-like and answered some questions. We asked about the structure and he explained to us how the payments worked.

I've always known about TitleMax and the other lenders were asking too much stuff for a car title loan. It was really important that I could have the money on hand at that time and TitleMax was the fastest so I went with them. Things went pretty good but what I didn’t like was that I told the lady that I wanted it once a month. But when she got everything, she told me I have to pay it up the same month which I didn’t like. I wish she told me that before I signed and approved everything. I'll try to pay it, but that’s not what I actually wanted. But other than that, she was really nice and everything was perfect. It helps me out and at least, I have something to fall back on.
