Working with them was professional. We live in a world where people are not used to face-to-face but I was very surprised that as I went inside, they greeted me with a smile and the relative social closeness of customer service was there. It was very pleasing to know that we are not all AIs doing customer service yet and there are still some humans that will greet you with a smile and a handshake.

The people from TitleMax have been polite, very professional, and had a clear understanding of the agreement. I walked in, did the application and the rep inspected the vehicle. I told her how much in the application I was trying to get, and she told me what they can do. I was there no more than 30 minutes, and that was mainly waiting on the process of the papers. Working with TitleMax was good. I was able to pawn my title to do what I had to do.

The application process was not hard at all and the staff went above and beyond to help assist me, get me what I needed, and explained the process to me. Their rep, John, really took the time to explain what the process was and how I need to do my payments. I appreciated that because I've never done a title fund before. He really was very welcoming. I have referred two or three more people and I told them to talk to John and see what he can do for them.

I wasn't able to complete the loan because I didn't have all the money for the title transfer. But I had told the rep that beforehand. They were gonna help me get the title transferred, but it came out to more than the check that they would give me. He said that he was only able to give me so much.

I'd recommend TitleMax to anybody. The rep was very kind, helpful, courteous and answered all my questions. I was happy with it. I got a car title and I was allowed $800 on my car. The only thing is, I hate that my interest is so high. But I was married and had some credit problems in the past.

TitleMax was convenient for me but now, I wish I've never done it. I will be paying forever for my own truck to be released again. My rates are so high, it's ridiculous. But not every situation would be the same. I got the max amount which put me in a different ball game for my payments. It depends on the person. So, I would recommend it to somebody who desperately needs it. It was a good experience.

I had a name change in between the process of me purchasing my vehicle and the time that I put in the loan. I needed ID, the bank account that the money was gonna be sent into, and the title of the car. But on top of that, I also had to bring my divorce decree to show that my name was changed. Both of the reps that I dealt with were great. The first one started the process but unfortunately, it was time for her to clock out. But I understand because I’m a parent too, and she had to get her kid from after care and it was starting to run late. Because of the divorce decree and the name change, the process took a little bit longer than it normally does. So I was absolutely fine with her passing me over to the second young lady that helped me. But they were both very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. They did what they needed to do to help me secure the loan.
When I was sitting down, they were telling me all the options that I had and how much I was able to get. They gave me tips to be able to use this loan to better my credit. At first, I was just gonna take a very minimum $700 out but ended up doing the full amount because as long as I make that monthly payment to renew the loan, it was gonna build my credit, based on what they said. So it went from being a very short term to I’m gonna use it as a little bit of a longer term. In the long run, it’s gonna improve my quality of life because of the fact that I’ll have a better credit score. So the loan is gonna help me a lot.

The rep was very nice. She was really, really helpful. She did everything she could to help me. She was really cool. The whole process went really fast, except for that the computers had to reboot us up the time I came. We were in there talking and laughing, so it was fine.

Everything was done on the computer. There were a couple of pieces of actual paper to sign, but that was only because something happened with one of the pen signatures. But it wasn't that big of a hassle at all. They worked pretty quick. The lady that was working with us was very knowledgeable.

The application was easy. The only problem I have with TitleMax is how much money they make people pay back. I'm paying back almost $400 a month. I took out a $3,000 loan and I would pay $21,000 back. I told TitleMax it wasn't right. When I'm only taking a $3,000 loan out, I should be only paying back $4,000 or $5,000 like every other title store goes by.
All the other title loan stores I went through, if I skipped a payment, they worked with me and helped me make a payment. If I could bring in $50, I bring in $50 to put against the loan. The way TitleMax put everything, if I skipped one payment, they would come to get my car already. They make it 10 times harder for people.

I got a loan on TitleMax not too long ago. Their process didn't take that long. Everything went super great. The only thing was I was trying to get more loan because I was trying to get my car fixed, but it didn't go that way with the TitleMax loan.

I did a title loan and the process was simple, easy, and fast. That took about an hour or less. Customer service was good. There were two gals there. The other gal was helping another individual and the other one I worked with was helping me. She got through things pretty quickly. She had some help from the other gal. Everything worked out. We got through and I got my funding.

I've done business with TitleMax 10 years ago. They didn't have computers then. Everything had to be written down. So, I had to explain everything. Now, I go in there and it's guys and girls working together. They just show that they're there to help me try to get my money and get me out of there. They got a lot better. It feels good because I know that I can go there, borrow money, get out.
They got to take the pictures. It's understood. Because if you bring a wrecked vehicle in there, you would not get what you want. They would offer you so much amount of money. And you either choose it or go on about your business.

I did a title pawn and it was very quick and easy. The rep worked the numbers and said, "“Hey, we can get you approved.” It was good that she didn't try to force me to take the full amount. Even when I walked out, they went, "Bye!" Working with them helped me do what I needed to do. It worked out well for me. I got excellent service.

The lady that helped me out was awesome. She broke everything down to me. So, I left there satisfied. It took 15 to 20 minutes. It would have been less time, but we were engaged in a conversation. But great customer service. We were going on a trip and we needed the extra money. It helped us out, because I'm a family of five. I would recommend someone else to go to TitleMax. Give them a call. They're understanding.

The rep I worked with was great. Her attitude was all calm. She understood that I was the type of customer that was going through something and that I needed a loan and I needed to do something positive. She was talkative and she was asking questions correctly and she moved the loan pretty fast. The whole process took an hour.

I don't like the whole ordeal where you got an option to make a payment to pay off your interest or pay more to see your principal go down. But every month, you have to pay off your entire balance. And it's not a set schedule, a plan of you're going to eventually see a payoff on it. I also thought there was going to be less interest rate and I was not really prepared for what was going to happen until after I already received the money. Then it was explained to me how it was going to work to pay off my loan with TitleMax. So, I decided that I'm just going to pay it off whenever I have money whenever it comes up due. I can only afford to pay interest and I'd never see my principal go down. And every month I only pay interest.
As far as the process went, it was great. I told their rep that I was on a time constraint and we knocked it out really quick. But that might have been some of the reasoning as to why I didn't find all this out until after I got the loan. But she explained to me that, at first, the interest rates were going to be like nothing I've ever seen or dealt with some other places. It stresses me out now because I got to come up with a full amount to pay off the loan in one month or I'm going to get screwed with a lot of interest. I also don't plan to apply again with TitleMax.

I had a bad debt and when I reached out to TitleMax, it was a quick experience and customer service was really nice. TitleMax helped me get some debt down a little bit and I also just had to have some money at the time. Go with TitleMax if you need fast cash.

The process at TitleMax wasn't difficult at all. As long as I had all the paperwork, they put everything in, and they just waited for someone to come through to see if I was approved. Everything was fine. They were also all nice in there. I would definitely recommend them.

TitleMax treated me well. I didn't get approved online. And they said, “Come on in the store. We can see what we can do.” Because it would work better through the store. I did. And they gave me a loan. So, everything worked out. Everything was good. They seemed to know what they were doing. TitleMax got us through what we needed. It's convenient.

TitleMax did everything that I could ask for. It was quick. Great customer service. They explained everything before the process was completed. They were prompt in answering questions as far as interest, how long it would take to payback, answering questions and concerns that I had before actually going forth with it. They also gave me a call a few days ago just to check and make sure everything was good. That was awesome. I was behind on a few bills, so TitleMax gave me the opportunity to catch up and start paying off some credit cards that I was behind on as well.

The guy from TitleMax that I worked with treated me fairly well. He was a good guy. He was funny and down to earth. He didn't make it strictly about business. We just talked and cracked jokes and talked about the weather. If you're gonna go with TitleMax, just make sure you have everything that they would possibly need as far as some statements and check stubs.

The rep helped me quickly and got me everything I needed. The approved amount was a lot more than what I asked for. And being a referral, I didn't read the fine print on the referral thing, so I didn't know that you had to get at least 1,000 before you could do the referral. I only needed 500 but I went ahead and took the 1,000. The store manager said he was from a different store but he explained to me how I could bring it back on my recent period. So, he gave me the information that I needed to get the referral That helped a lot.
I have a payment due on March, but I'm not sure if it's the full amount or if it's just like monthly payments back to pay it back. I gotta call because I don't know if it's a one-time payment or if it's monthly payments. Other than that, working with TitleMax took a lot of immediate financial stress. I was $1,300 behind in my rent. I had a few other bills I had to get caught up on, so it helped a lot. It was quick, efficient, easy, and very helpful.

The whole process took about 45 minutes. The lady that I worked with was real nice. She was training the girl at the same time too. She explained everything. TitleMax helped me. The money was a big help that they let me borrow. It was a good place to go to. They were very friendly.

I came in to TitleMax and they greeted me. They asked me what I was there for, and I told them. At first, they called me and they put everything in the system. So when I got there, it was pretty quick. They told me they need to take some pictures and they took the pictures. Then they told me how much. We did the application. Afterwards, they told me everything. It's a little slow right now so we needed the cash. TitleMax helped me with it. If I had something wrong or something that I didn't like a lot, it's just the interest rate.

The lady at TitleMax was really efficient and friendly, even gave me a cocoa to drink. I really appreciated her. Then, I went to the bank, got my bank statement, and I showed my license and they were good to go. The process took about an hour and I got the loan I needed. It worked out pretty good.

I got a title loan from TitleMax. Their reps were really good people and they asked me what I needed and then we started talking, and everything was good. They asked for the key so they can check the car. Then, they asked me how much I think they cost, and then they sent the paperwork. They told me that they were waiting for them to check it. It was a 15-minute process.

It was a very easy process with TitleMax. They are good people. Every time I go there, they work with me and understand what's going on. Normally, when I'm there, it takes 30 minutes. But the system started going a little slower the last time. Even with that, it was still a good experience. They explained everything. Everything was done accordingly and professionally.

I went to TitleMax for a car title loan. I've gone by there regularly for the six years. The gentleman that I did business with did an excellent job explaining everything and a very good job of taking care of the paperwork. He did everything online and I didn't have to do anything. He wired the money straight to the bank. When I walked out of there, I had what I needed. Working with TitleMax was very convenient. They had the product that was best suited for me.

I've had a title loan and a personal loan with TitleMax. It was the same person that I worked with both times I went in. He was very helpful. They offered beverages and snacks. They had a little play area for the kids while we were there waiting. I was comfortable. TitleMax gave me the money to be able to pay the rest of my bills on time.

It wasn't a very good experience with TitleMax. I initially went there and they were gonna give me 1,500 bucks but it went down to 700 and then 400. It took me about two days being there all day just to get the paperwork and everything done. Then, I called them because I couldn't get the MoneyGram, so I had them redo it to write me a check and when I went back in there for them to redo it, they gave me $100 less.

I'm good with TitleMax's service and the process. It went easy and fast. I now have the money I needed and I did everything in one hour. The only thing that is scary is what the rep told me, that one day late she could take my car. Because other places give it to you one or five days if you call and they can do something for you. It's the only thing I don't like about this service. But I'm good because I just need the money to pay some bills. Do it, but be very wise and prepared.

There was only one guy working at TitleMax and he was cool. I had to do the application and get all my information and give them my license and title. He was great. I was irritated with how the day had gone and by the time I left, I was smiling. He was very nice and I enjoyed working with him. He was good at what he was doing.

The application process at TitleMax was good and easy. They did a good job. They answered everything I asked them. I was required to present the title of the truck and my driver’s license. Then the rep told me, he was gonna put in the loan. He called me back and verified me and said I was approved.

Since I've been dealing with TitleMax, it has been an enjoyment. The people working there are very respectful and helpful, and I don’t have to explain. This time, they helped me obtain a personal loan that took me a minute to get back in the path, and it was successful. The rep explained the process to me step by step. She let me know, "If you pay more against the principal, it will go down a little bit." TitleMax made me understand more about my credit and open up my eyes to something that I don't have on my credit. My experience with them was a good opportunity to build my credit up, and I will recommend people to try it, to get an understanding of it. People will enjoy the experience with them.

They were helpful and everything was timely. I was a little bit confused because after I put my information in, I thought that I was guaranteed to get the amount they quoted me online but it was not what I was actually eligible for and they explained to me why. I would recommend TitleMax.

When I came in to make a payment the lady that worked at TitleMax told me, "We really don't care for the way you answer your phone." I said, "Well, this is my phone. I make my own payments on my phone. You don't make my payments. I can answer my phone however I want to." I've been dealing with TitleMax for three years. But she disrespected me as a human being and tried to handle me in a disrespectful manner. She told me she feels very uncomfortable with me. I told her from that day forward, I would never be back in the store. She's not gonna tell me how to answer my phone and tell me what I can and can't do when what she talks about doesn't have anything to do with business. She got business and her personal feelings mixed up. That one lady with that experience in that office rubbed me the wrong way.
I've always made my payments. I've never been late. Whatever I need to do, I've done. I did several loans with TitleMax. But when it comes to getting personal with her and her trying to dictate to me as a person, I don't want to do that. Prior to that, I was treated fairly. TitleMax is a good company. They've always tried to help me when I went in there, and I've always paid them.

Working with them was fast. They were also courteous. However, the rep said they wanted to try for just an 800. Then went to 900. But they ended up dropping it down to 700, which disappointed me. I wonder why she didn't tell me there may be a chance that you might get less. But that was the only downfall. I ended up having to take it anyway because I had no other choice.

I stopped by TitleMax because I needed some money to pay some bills. The loan process was pretty easy. When I went in, I gave them my info and they took pictures of my truck. The process took around 30 minutes. The loan rep was good and she got things done fast. TitleMax helped out with what I needed and it's a good spot to go.

I decided to do a title loan with TitleMax. I had to bring the vehicle in with the title. They went over the vehicle and then discussed how much they can give me. The rep took a bunch of pictures and just submitted it. I got what I was looking for.

She had to wait for a response, but she had me practically in and out. She was conversational at the same time. She explained to me and at the very end, she asked, "Do you understand?" She wrote down how I should do it, she gave my options how I should pay it back, and what would best fit, the protocol. I couldn't ask for much more. She was great.

TitleMax explained to me that I could do a personal loan instead of using my vehicle as part of the loan agreement, which was great. I had no idea. When you hear the word TitleMax, you assume automatically that you have to use your vehicle as collateral, and I did not have to do that. The staff was awesome. They were very patient. They explained everything to me. I go to the app on my phone for the payments. I just got my first payback this pay period. My intent was to pay it off in full, which I still plan to do but they explained to me that before I do any payoff, I should let the first payment clear, which makes perfect sense. If I would have paid it off, it's gonna still automatically take something from the account. So, that was explained very clear. My customer service experience would keep me coming back to that particular location.

I called TitleMax and the reps I worked with were cool. There was an older lady and then a younger lady that started out my application. They both were very pleasant. They took care of me. They got me in there and my experience was good. Taking pictures of the vehicle was probably what took the longest. I had to start it up and park it a certain way. They took pictures all around. I recommend TitleMax hands down. If somebody ever was in a situation that I was in, I would tell them, “Hey, go to TitleMax. And they'll take care of you.”

The application process was very simple. I like that TitleMax had a little screen where I can look at it and do it instead of doing on Facebook, so it was all okay. The loan officer explained everything well. She was nice. She told me how long everything was going to say. She was very quick and accurate. She knew what she was doing. She looked at the inside of the vehicle, she also got in and drove it to make sure that it was working. She also checked the mileage and made sure everything was okay for me.

TitleMax charges a lot of interest for a small loan. And they give you less than a third of what your car is worth. They had no grace period whatsoever. So if you're a day late, you lose your car.

When I went in to TitleMax, I was immediately greeted and serviced. The process was less than an hour. The rep was very friendly and professional. She explained everything to me thoroughly. She was really helpful with the overall ease of the process. She thought of things that I probably would have asked about later. She came straightforward with all of the questions I had, and she answered them very well. She also inspected the vehicle. She walked around and looked at the physical condition on the exterior and the interior, and she also took down the mileage. I was very happy when I left TitleMax, knowing that I came there and someone actually offered me a solution for my problem, and they didn't add to the stress of already being in that situation.

We needed something quick, simple, and easy. TitleMax was a blessing and they helped me. Their process was quick, simple, and easy. They were also truthful and honest. Our rep was an awesome dude and he made everything understandable. The total lending process took 20 minutes or less. I was asked for a valid driver's license and a clean, clear title. He also wanted to make sure I had a bank account and proof of residence. They thoroughly took a bunch of pictures of the vehicle, went around it, and checked the mileage.
TitleMax helped me move forward for sure. I was in a bind at the time and needed to get by. They managed to make it to where I could get even further. Instead of just to next paycheck, they made it to where I could clear out and pay off a lot more than where I was trying to. It worked out well. TitleMax is a good option but it has a high interest rate. I probably wouldn't have taken it but it is what it is. As long as you pay the loan back quickly, you don't have to worry about the interest as much.

I requested a loan from TitleMax a few years ago and everything went so well. I decided to go back and make another loan with them. The process was easy. I was asked for two to three pay stubs but I only had the previous one and the rep helped me out with the rest. She was really nice. She was somebody you could feel familiar with through the situation you're going through. It was a great experience and working with them has gotten me out of the hole that I was at the beginning of this year. It has made things a little better.

I thought the process was gonna be difficult, but it only took 30 minutes. It was in and out. The reps were very knowledgeable and answered any question that I had in great detail and were very precise and efficient. They got it done quickly, which goes a long way with me, because those things aren't quick process. So, if I get everything done and filled out and explained properly, it’s 10 out of 10 for me. I needed a short term and TitleMax helped me out. The rep was awesome. I was a little nervous about doing it. I thought it would be high interest. It was, but it wasn't out of reach. He sat me down and was helpful. It was easy and quick, and the guy was friendly. That money was in my bank in 45 minutes at the most and we were good to go. I was satisfied. If you need a short-term loan and it wouldn't affect your money situation, do it.

Worst experience ever in history… they repo my car Friday January 6, 2023 only to be paid in full on January 6, 2023 … then told me I had to wait 2days so they could process my car for pickup… why? Why do I have to wait to pick my car up after they were paid in full? I’ll tell you why. So they can run through your car and steal any items of value or that they can use … here comes Monday.. I come to pick my car up … my tire rods on both front wheels & rack and pinion are damaged from when they snatch my car …
I proceeded to look inside my vehicle .. my car's a mess. Shoes, clothing tossed around like someone was searching through my personal belongings… only to find my PS5 Bluetooth headphone was missing as well as my 50 round shell casings registered to a firearm that were in the glove compartment were taken also … the level of disrespect TitleMax employees gave me when I told them about the situation is unbelievable. Basically telling me it’s not their problem. Go figure it out … this business need to be shut down … how do you rob or steal from a client that paid you in full the same day you took the vehicle? This is unacceptable. I will be filing a police report… for theft under TitleMax supervision. Selena ** needs to be fired as well. The level of misconduct of my case unacceptable and actions need to be taken.

I recently got a title loan from TitleMax, and I wasn't expecting to get the less amount that I got from them. Also, the way that the rep was on the phone was completely different from the way he was in person. He was really professional on the phone, then when we got there, it was just a rush. He told me one price, then he said, "Oh, well, if we run it, we'll see what they'll give you." He claimed they were only giving me 700 and something, then he said, no, they were giving me 900 and something. The application was a 20-minute process, but if you have a debit card right then and there, it goes right away. When the rep took in my information, he said, "Oh, check your account." I checked my account, and there was nothing.
The rep said, "Well, that's weird. I did three accounts today, and they got their money." I left out of there mad and told him that if I didn't get my money by the next day that I would be back in there to get my title back and to cancel everything. The money ended coming, and I needed it right then and there. My first payment is coming up, and another thing that I don't like is that I only got 900 and some dollars from them, but I'm paying almost double that back. After I pay the loan off, I won't do another one with TitleMax. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either.

The rep I dealt with was a great dude. He was welcoming and let me know the good things about the least interest, dealing with other people, and the way he quoted himself to me. Also, the application form was easy to fill out, which is what I was looking for, and the process was excellent. The reps took pictures everywhere, the side, the back, the inside, and the VIN number. They got the right kind of pictures for my application to be accepted.
I'm gonna go back and see Titlemax again. They have great services, and it's something that the person can really deal with and don't have to worry about losing something that they own. The interest is really reasonable. They got you set up with the pay-it-back type, versus with other places I have dealt with previously and their interest is overwhelming.

I needed more money, so I went that route. I was having a bad day and jumped over everybody. I called and apologized. They were telling me that they understood and were very professional about it. Working with TitleMax was pretty good. It helped me pay my bills. The lending process was fair. We had to present our ID and proof of income. The rep took pictures of the car, wrote the mileage down, and they had it started, and made sure it didn't overheat or idle roughly. We had a little bit of complication that had something to do with our title from the guys who owned the car previous before us. They had a loan out through TitleMax, and then somehow got the title back and got it paid off the loan. When we tried getting our loan, it messed it up. So, it took about 45 minutes because of that.

The process didn't take long. I started the process online then Shelby called me and I went up there. I did a car title loan. I have a dent in the back of my bumper so Shelby said that what she could do was only 600. That was perfect as I didn't need any more than that. From walking in there to finishing the application, that took not even a good 30 minutes. The process was easy from start to finish. It was step-by-step.

TitleMax was good. I had an emergency and they provided the loan to me quick. The rep I worked with was awesome. She was kind and patient with me. I had to present my ID, insurance, the vehicle and the title, and she submitted everything in, but TitleMax didn't accept my ID. I have my dad's last name and my mother's maiden name, and they were trying to say that my mother's maiden name wasn’t submitted and it was. The rep had to resubmit everything, and TitleMax made everything difficult again. It was a stressful process, and I was there at their office for three hours. Still, I would recommend TitleMax. If only the corporate in Atlanta wouldn't take so long, it would have been perfect.

Titlemax gave me $50 for going with them, and $50 to my parents for recommending me. The application process was a little long for me, but the gentleman who helped me did a really good job. He was really nice. He answered all my questions and said that if I had any other questions that I can give him a call or I can call the location. He explained everything, like why he was taking pictures of the car, why he had to take pictures of my ID, and how long it takes for me to get my title back. He was very thorough. Besides that, it would be good if the interest rate wasn’t so high and instead of five payments, it would be seven. That way, the first payment isn't so much. I'll be making my first payment, and I am going to call them before then to see how much the payoff would be.

I went with everything TitleMax said and doing the application and waiting for the approval was less than 30 minutes. Monique, the rep, was great too. She helped me and answered everything I asked. The process was explained very easily, and the young lady from TitleMax had great customer service skills. She answered all my questions, so she was patient, and she helped me set up the app and get everything taken care of. It was all good, and I was in and out the door in no time. I didn't take out the full amount that I qualified for, and I called back recently to see if I could take it. The young lady said that I should show on my dashboard something to unlock the other 200 that I didn't take, but that wasn't showing on my app, so I called. She went in and looked, and it wasn't there. She said I would have to pay to refinance and start all over, then she said, "By then, if you get the 200, you gotta pay the 295." She also said, "It still wouldn't be worth it." I said, "All right. I'll just wait till later to see if I can do it." To this day, I don't know what that was about, whether I wasn't allowed to have it, or the app isn't working.

When I called TitleMax, they explained to me the situation. I needed to get a loan that wouldn't affect my credit score because I'm currently in the process of rebuilding my credit. Since I have a nice car, I could take a loan out against that, and it worked. My experience with TitleMax was really, really great. There was good customer service. It was a very warm and welcoming place. The rep was really nice and she seemed very down-to-earth.

I went with TitleMax because they don't require as much of information for your life as the rest of them do. I did a car loan. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The rep was very friendly. He had to do a lot of computer work, but he stayed talking to us about different things and not just what we were in there for. He inspected the vehicle. He backed it up, looked at all around it, opened all the doors, and looked at my odometer. He inspected it well. TitleMax helped me get through a little struggle that I had. I'm just now getting back on my feet from losing a job, so it helped me a lot.

The whole process took about three hours just because I didn't know what to do. But they helped me figure out what was the best plan for me. I was kind of iffy about doing it or not, but they got me to do it. They helped me out a lot. The down part of the title loan is that if I pay off the whole thing, I'm still gonna have to wait for eight months for the DMV.

They have an app that I logged on to. Then I put in how much I needed, what I do, took pictures of my car, and then I got a loan. I got told how much I have to pay and when I have to pay. Then they wired the money to my account.

It was a good experience, but the girl there didn't have the $50 gift card referral thing. She said the one she had weren't recent, so I don't know what that story was. But it was a good process. It just took a little bit longer than I wished.

I got a title loan from TitleMax and was easy-breezy. They were good people to work with and the application process was simple. I had to have my ID and my title. But I ended up having to get my marriage license too because my title was in my maiden name. The rep I worked with very professional and nice. TitleMax is good. I went to the one in Plano. The girl there was helpful. She knew her stuff and was quick. If you're in a jam and need cash and your car is paid off, Titlemax would be a good option as long as you can pay the loan back quickly.

I went with TitleMax because they’re well known. Their customer service was excellent. It went well. But it took a while because I had my mother's name on my title as well so she had to sign off on it. It took an hour. But it’s okay. I tried to get a bit more but they didn't allow it. But they put me right at the amount that I needed. I was satisfied with what I got. It’s fair.

When I first walked in, it was nothing but friendly. The representative at TitleMax, Toni, did a very good job of establishing rapport with me. We talked a little bit and she went over what it was. She was very informative. She told me she was new, so she was gonna go a little slow, which was fine with me. They had told me at the beginning that I might have to download an app to make payments. It got to the end of it and she said, "Let's go ahead and download that app." I told her, "I don't want to do that." The manager came over and said, "No, you have to. You can't walk out of here without downloading the app." It rubbed me the wrong way because I know for a fact that it's not in the contract that I have to. He was flamboyant and liked to say, "My dear, my dear."
He walked off and sat at his desk while Toni was finishing up with me. He told her, "That's fine. If she doesn't want to, then we just can't take her payments over the phone. She's going to have to come in in person." It was retaliatory. I understand the function of that account. It's for me to be able to view my account, make my payments, etc. But all I was going to do was go home and do it because I wanted to read it. I didn't want to do it right there.
While I was going through the paperwork, Toni said, "Don't worry about it. I'm going to print it out at the end." That was fine because I knew what I was agreeing with. She explained it to me very well. I wasn't too worried about the actual fine print because it's all legalities. But in the end, all I got was the finance sheet - the one that says what the loan is, how much the interest is, what the payments are, etc. I didn't get the contract.
When I talked to the district manager, they called me back right away. She was very friendly. She said she understood. She said that the "my dear" part was just his personality and that he's a very good manager. I believed her because he seemed very dedicated but I told her that it was inappropriate because he doesn't know me and there should be a certain level of professionalism.

My experience with them was good. But the rep had trouble with the computer so the process took an hour. Other than that, she was really nice. She did the best she could do. She inspected the vehicle and took pictures of everything. She took the cover off the seats to inspect that.

I didn't get what I thought I would or anywhere close to what they quoted on the free information. But other than that, it was an easy process. My rep was professional and made sure I understood the process. He asked for help when he didn't understand something about it and he was helpful. On July 19th 2021 I needed some money to pay for auto repairs on my truck. I went into Title Max, located in Statesboro GA, to Pawn my title to my truck. Mind you the workers were very friendly and eager to help me out. They somewhat explained the agreement. The loan was for the amount of $2,769.94. The worker advised me after making all my payments, with interest included, that it would be a total of $3,212.85. That amount is also stated in my agreement. I have been making the minimum payments a month. Since 7/19 2021 to today's date, 9/24/2022, I have paid over $3,628.87. Well over the so called "final amount" to be paid.
I called the TitleMax store in my city and talked to a rep. She basically told me that when I made the minimum payment that I was restarting my agreement and getting charged another interest fee. The rep also told me that the minimum payment goes to the interest only not the principal and that I would have to pay more than the minimum due for it to go towards the principal. Never in my life have I ever heard such a thing. I am now stuck paying of $6,000 for a $2769.94 loan. TitleMax is a SCAM and taking advantage of people at a time in need. Also if I had known my APR was 194.54% I would have not taken the loan. The rep at the time of signing failed to mention my APR and hurried to turn the page with the APR on it. I will be looking into getting a lawyer to see if I have a case to go after TitleMax. TitleMax should be shut down or looked into how they practice...

The process was very straightforward and pretty quick. They talked me through all the different per se traps. Overall, I was pretty pleased with it. There were a few people there before me so I waited for about 15 minutes. Then the actual loan process took about 30 minutes after they approved everything. I qualified for substantially more than what I originally wanted. But I didn't take out the entire amount. If you're in a bind and you need help, TitleMax is there for you.

The girl that was helping us must have been new to the office. But she answered every one of our questions without any problems whatsoever, and she was very patient and kind. The other young lady that was in the office wasn't very nice to the girl that was helping us. It seemed like every time the girl was trying to help us and was answering our questions, the other girl was constantly contradicting her. But the girl that was helping us did really well. She knew what she was talking about. It was just the other girl that was in the office that was kind of annoying. The whole process went well. We were in there for about 20 minutes.

I found something was next to me. I called the young lady. Her name was Brittany. She was a nice, warm girl. She explained to me everything in the phone, and I went in and got it done. She was a very helpful woman. What they asked me for the title loans was my driver license, job history, Social Security, where I lived at, and how much I get paid every two weeks or weekly, and that was it. I filled out the applications in the computer. And they asked me how much I wanted, I put it there, and I would get approved for whatever they tell me that I am approved of. The rep took a lot of pictures of my vehicle, and took my title. She submitted all of the pictures to the people that she was supposed to send them. It was easygoing.
But for some reason, whoever processed it in the computer did not follow it through. It sat for almost three hours. Brittany even tried to push it through and talked to those people. But they had some kind of computer issue. And the man said he would do it manually. Because I needed it, I sat down and waited. But business-wise, they should have a faster service, so people don’t have to spend three to four hours in the office.
The young girl was nice and tried her best to do everything that she could. She was by herself. It was on Saturday. And there were two of us that she was helping. And with the two of us, none of us was approved until like hours and hours later. At the end of the day, we got it done. So, it's okay to me. The young lady said, “I apologize. Normally, it do not take this long, but I don't know what's going on.” She was a very sweet young lady. It has taken three hours out of my time on my day off, but at the end of the day, it's helpful because we need it.

It was one of the easiest experiences I've had. Russell was as helpful as could be and did his very best to help us through the process. He could not be any more accommodating. He was Johnny-on-the-spot. Even with having phone calls coming in, and this, that and the other, he took care of us. He made it very easy for us for something that we have never had to do before.
We had to get the application for the new tag and take my title, because I had just paid my truck off three months before that. So this was very disheartening. But we had to bring him where I would get my new Arizona tag and that the title was cleared. And we took those two pieces of paper to Russell. With the whole process, it took a couple of hours last Saturday morning, but with him, 15, 20 minutes and we were out of there with the cash deposited into our account. Russell said to us, “The cash will be in your account before you stand up out of those chairs." Our experience was very top-of-the-line. It was good all the way around.

My loan experience with TitleMax was wonderful. It was an easy process, quick, and it took some stress away because I needed the money. I have been getting way too many personal loans lately, and I thought, “Okay, I need to go another route and maybe it will be cheaper for me if I put collateral up.” I thought about a title loan that I had never done before, and my car wasn’t worth a whole lot in the beginning, so I didn’t think it would be too big of a risk. However, I ran into a situation wherein I was yielding, getting ready to get off, and a gentleman hit me from behind and totaled my vehicle. I plan on handling that situation by coming down no later than Saturday, paying my loan off completely, and just getting a personal loan. Titlemax is a hassle-free company if you need some cash fast, and I’d do business with them for the long run.

The rep and I had a nice conversation, and she was very supportive. She answered all my questions, did a good job, and it took less than 30 minutes to get the loan. We did the paperwork, and there was another young lady who walked out and told me she'll get the pictures. Majority of the time, we were waiting on the response if I got approved. Working with TitleMax helped a little, and everything with this experience was good. They were friendly, had good customer service, and I was in and out in a timely manner.
