The customer service in league city was amazing. They help us get the money we needed, and they were friendly, professional, and very personable. I would recommend them to everyone I know. My experience with TitleMax was good. My interaction with their reps was very nice. They were very kind to me. They were very knowledgeable and patient. The first time I went, I wanted a certain amount of money but they didn't give me what I wanted, but they still went up more money the second time around. The rep put it back in again and they went up more money. She was very patient.

Great customer service. I always use TitleMax. They have always helped me out when I hit a rough patch in the road. Will use them every time I have to. Interest rates are a bit high but they do go down a bit after your 3rd payment. Great company.

I looked online and found TitleMax, and the reviews were good. The application process was very quick and easy. I went inside the location and everything went well. My ID was required and she checked my phone for us to verify the phone number was correct, the title and we had to bring the vehicle so she could inspect it. She checked the mileage, walked around the vehicle and cranked it up. She took some photos also. TitleMax came through exactly when I needed it to. So, it was good. I had a pleasurable experience.

The rep from TitleMax explained everything to me. She gave me a whole bunch of different options of how I wanted to do it and told me the full amount that I was approved for. Then, she gave me the total amount that I was gonna have to pay each month and asked me if it was gonna be reasonable for me or not, and we went from there. She was nice and friendly. Working with TitleMax helped me a lot. It saved me from homelessness.

TitleMax was the closest one and I got a car title loan. The process took less than an hour and everything was good.

I saw TitleMax when I drove by. I got two cars and I was, "I wasn't doing anything with the car. I might as well get a car loan." But TitleMax should have a lower interest rate.

So, I decided to get a loan with TitleMax and it got me through what I needed to get through at the time. Their process was pretty smooth and it took 24 hours. The rep I had was professional and quick. She’d done what she was supposed to do and she was efficient. She obviously knew what she was doing.

I needed some cash one time, so I applied for a title loan with TitleMax. I went to the store and they took pictures of my car. Then they made the trade for the title and they gave me the cash. The process took 30 minutes tops and it was an all-around comfortable environment. Their reps were straightforward and very easy to talk to. They told me the first few payments would be interest fees and I didn't want to have to pay all that extra, so on my next paycheck, I paid the loan in full. I would 100% go back to the location that I went to because not only were they very friendly and knowledgeable, but they were very helpful.

The reps were understanding about certain things and tried working with you as best as they could. Setting up was fairly quick and easy and it took me maybe a year to get the loan paid off. It was a good experience with TitleMax.

Ronica was awesome. Very personable, informative, and made for a very pleasant experience. I could tell immediately she truly cares about her customers and at no point expressed she was only there for a job. She seems to really enjoy what she does and it reflects in her customer experience.

The 2 ladies that helped me were awesome. They made me feel welcomed and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and made me feel very comfortable. When life is hard and you have to make tough decisions like pawning the title to your car, it's nice to know that there are companies that care enough to hire caring people. I would highly recommend the TitleMax location on Hwy 90 in Mobile AL (Tillman's Corner).

I called Titlemax, and they were a big help. They told me what I needed to take and what I was gonna need. Once I got there, they helped me with everything, and it was easy. They took some pictures and did an inspection to see if there was any damage. They also explained everything. We went through everything together, and the amount I had to pay was definitely reasonable.

When I needed some cash, I called and spoke with one of the reps at TitleMax. They denied it at first because they couldn't verify the vehicle. The VIN wasn't where it should have been. I had a piece of paper stuck in my windshield on where the VIN was and we ended up getting the paper out, so it took longer. But they were patient. They helped me get the paper out of the VIN number ‘cause they wanted me to get the loan that I needed. I'm very satisfied. TitleMax helped out very well. I would tell others to go there. They're gonna take care of you.

Our experience was excellent. All the ladies were wonderful and very kind. Took the time and Looked into what would would work for us. I was a bit nervous going into it but these lovely ladies made me feel like they cared what was best for me. I couldn't say more about the group of ladies at the Indian School Title Max. Even my Young daughter was welcomed.

This is the first time that I have applied for a loan from TitleMax. The woman who helped me was Vivana **, Assistant Manager, and she carefully explained to me the loan terms, interest charge, and repayment terms. She was also very caring facing the facts that I am handicapped and have limited mobility, which affected my sitting, transportation, etc. I admired her and wish her to be complimented for her work and sympathy.

This was my first time using TitleMax for an emergency loan, and I needed $1,000 for a short-term period of 72 hours. I met Craig at the Riverdale location after speaking with him over the phone. From start to finish, Craig kindly and thoroughly explained the entire process, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His professionalism, courtesy, and genuine demeanor made our two-way dialogue a pleasure. I chose TitleMax over other competitors because Craig made me feel like family. When I inquired about the interest rates, Craig explained that they range from 10% to 19%, depending on various factors.

The lending process at TitleMax was excellent. The rep I worked with was awesome, too. But, the interest was astronomically should be illegal.

I would recommend Titlemax. The lending rep was wonderful. She let me know what to do, and the application process went quickly. I hope I can get the loan paid off.

TitleMax was the most professional-sounding and looking company of that type. Their application process was easy. I did it in the office and it took about a half hour. The rep who assisted me was friendly and pretty straightforward. There was one thing I missed. I went back less than a week later to see if I could change it and it wasn't something that was viable. But other than that, she was able to complete everything relatively quickly and without many complications. I did the vehicle loan and they required me to submit proof of ownership. They also looked at the vehicle and she said it was in excellent condition. She also said it was top-of-the-line and I was able to get the maximum amount out against the car. TitleMax solved an immediate problem I had and gave me a way to get out of ending up in a bigger kerfuffle that I was already in. They're a good place to go if your options are limited and they will work with you to make it happen.

If I need a loan, and once I knock this loan out, I know where I can get it. I know what I have to pay after that. I can go straight to TitleMax and get it without no problem. However, the lending process is ridiculous. Because before I can pay on my principal, I have to pay towards preset interest rates. I understand interest. But to force me to pay toward them before any payment goes towards the principal is ridiculous. The loan was 2,100. If I could pay weekly and if I decided to drop 600 on it, the worst case scenario on that 600, is 150 will go towards interest. The rest go towards the principal. They need to adjust that. The rep helped me. She got right on it. She had to double back and do it twice because when I started online, it said that I tried to get a loan. I told her, “I don't know, but I'm here to get a title loan. I got my title.” She did good. She made sure I was straight.

The young lady from TitleMax did help me. She was a nice lady. She didn't do anything wrong. She understood that I was slow, so she helped me along with the process. She was a great person. The entire process was good. I needed my ID and the title. I needed some money quickly, so I was able to go there and get some money.

TitleMax solved an issue and relieved some stress. I had a car messed up and I had to get my insurance company to fix it. That took some money and it cut me short. I'm on a fixed income so I had to find a way to get caught up. That's what TitleMax did. I needed a loan on my car and they were happy enough to give it to me. I made my first payment today and I'll have it paid off within a month or two. My rep, Richard, had a good attitude. He was happy with his job and it's always good to see somebody working that you're working with. The process was confusing though. I'm old and I've never borrowed money where there wasn't any mountains of paperwork I'm walking out with. With TitleMax, there wasn't any paperwork at all. They just explained to me how the payments were made and how the principal was paid off, and it all depends on the time of the month.

The process with TitleMax was easy. But the first time, it took quite a bit. I was there about an hour. I had to go a second time because I had to get my title changed, and the second half was a much quicker. However the girl that did my application did not explain anything to me. I was so confused. She kept telling me an amount that I had to pay. She was robotic. She wasn't rude-rude, but she was not professional with it. There was another gentleman that was there. He came up to tell me that I got approved for a certain amount and that was all that they could do. Then he just walked away. It was weird. They didn't talk to me to let me know what I needed, what would happen and how much it was going to be. It was just do this and that. I work in customer service in the medical field, so I know what customer service is. I don't even know how to get online so that I can make my payments.

I have been existing customer for over a year or two and sometime I reapply after paying off my loan for another loan and I have to start the new procedure all over as a new customer. The ladies that work there was so nice. They made sure my money was in my account before I left. They called me 2 days after to make sure everything was good. They was on top of their job. Communication was not clear before and after. I was given a Personal Loan I unfortunately had to take out, I paid a couple days early within the requirements of my loan agreement and my loan amount increased, highly dissatisfied and uncertain on exactly what I am paying on! I contacted the store location I received the loan and still awaiting a response, I am still very confused and haven't had my questions answered. I definitely don't recommend!

Trying to pay off the loan but the online system won't let me. Tried calling the customer service number, talked to some lady that ignored my question then pretended to not hear me. Then disconnected the line. Absolutely worst experience. 0 out of 10. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you want to be scammed and stressed out.

My experience at the Bedford location with Kelly & Paula was exceptional. Both ladies were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The location is convenient and the office itself was warm and welcoming. I would use them again and would recommend them to others. They were very thorough in their explanations. The computer system used was also very advanced.

The company is a Rip Off. They don't tell you after you make 5 payments they will try to make you refinance your loan. Or pay more fees on interest only. So for a 300 loan I will have to pay 800 in total to get my title back. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I went over to TitleMax to apply for the title loan. They required the title of my vehicle and my income that I was currently making. They also took pictures of the vehicle. The process was very quick and the person who helped me seemed like he knew a lot about what he was doing. He seemed very professional and the application took about an hour because the system kept failing on him. They had given me an offer of about 700, but he did something and he messaged them back, then he was able to get me a bigger loan. It helped me out in the moment that I really needed it.

My experience with TitleMax has been bad. I pawned my title and they got over on me. The rep told me that I was gonna be owing them how much money for my car that's worth way more than what they gave me. It seems I can't get out of it. They're getting $275 a month which is too much.

The loan process with TitleMax was a little slow because it was on the weekend, on a Saturday, and the lady said that everybody was working from home on that day. But she was good and everything went smooth.

I went to TitleMax and borrowed money for my friend then we paid it off the next month. We borrowed $800, and it was $981 payback. It was $181 for one month which is very high. It was good, being able to do it but it wasn't as easy as I thought it’d be. It took 45 minutes which was a little long. I would think it would be less than 30 minutes if you're a prior customer because they’ve got all your info. They were very friendly and helpful but it seemed there were way too many questions.

When I first went in, the young lady that took care of me wasn't a friendly, courteous person that I wanted to do business with. But at the time I really, really needed to get that business done, so I just went ahead on with it. But I wasn't that impressed with her attitude. The process that I went through was fairly easy. The percentage rate was high. My note was about 171 and the note that I'm supposed to be paying back is 200 at a time. But overall, I'd recommend Titlemax.

So, it just wasted my time. There is a set time for payments, but they are tricky. Let's say my payment was due August 5th. It’s every 30 days. If I were to have paid July 30th, they would have taken that payment, but they would have put that to the principal and they still would have charged me my interest payment on the 5th. So, even if I paid early, they would make it difficult. There's no incentive to pay early. It would still go to want to collect a payment from me on the day it was due or it would change my payment date. But they said after three payments, my payment would drop. Don't do it if you don't have to. But the experience wasn't terrible. The rep was a nice guy.
