This company keeps sending threatening texts stating it's urgent that I call and my account is current. Soo I call to get issue resolved and I am then transferred Sarah in the Active accounts department. She gave me the worst customer service I have received in quite a while. She basically told me I was lying about receiving the text messages and then told me I had no course of action to make a complaint. So I regret ever doing business with this company based on this one experience. If they choose to employ people who has this piss poor customer service says a lot about their company.

Annoyed. I still can’t login to my app nor can can I see my loan. Only can see that I have a loan through my email but when I log into my account it is saying I was denied so which one one is it and then there was a cashback on the check that was issued and I can’t even see if it was applied to the loan and also the gift card that was given doesn’t even work. Can’t even use. Garbage…

I received excellent customer service from the representative at the office; however, I did not like the deal I got. If I knew this was going to be a payday type of cash transaction in which one is charged an unreasonable interest rate of over 239%, I wouldn't have wasted my time going into the appointment. I really regret to have accepted the deal so, I'm going to pay off the balance as soon as I can, as I am not going to give away my money for 24 months deal (didn't have a lesser option). I thought the government had regulated the abuse of payday cash companies. I guess they didn't.

A great person who I worked with. Very true and honest and I felt comfortable good working together although your interest is unbelievable but I need the help of your loan and I am not sure if I would go back for more money but I am responsible for the loan but again I’m not sure if I will go back.

Although I've always had good experiences with the representatives there, this time was exceptional. Marial was amazing. Her customer service skills and just overall friendliness were something you do not see anymore. It was a great pleasure dealing with her, I wish there were more like her out there. Everything went perfect. My agent was perfect. They were patient with me and trying to get me to get more money even though I didn't want more money. So, they were doing their job. For what I got, the rate was all right. But it's best to pay it off quick because you can end up having to pay back four times more if you're not careful.

The general manager was extremely helpful & kind. She went out of her way to make sure I understood how the payments & everything worked. She was also willing to answer any questions that I may have & told me if I had any after I left, not to hesitate to call her.

Hurricane Helena came through and right after the storm, my dogs were out playing and chasing a squirrel and one got a stick stuck in her eye. So, I had to take her to the vet and the specialist. I just brought my pickup truck, my title and a check of how much I made a month. One of the reps checked everything and got the miles off of it. She took pictures of it. I needed the cash right then and there and I got it in the same day even though the application took a little longer because I had to wait for TitleMax to get back to me. The interest rate is high, but that's what goes with this type of thing, although mine was not as high as others. Plus, when I came in, I said what I needed and they kept on trying to push me and sell more. If someone's not financially conscious and aware, they can fall for a trap like that, to take more than what they need. They make it sound good. I was smart enough to take what I only needed and what I knew I could pay back in the time frame. Other than that, the loan I got solved my issue and the online tool is good.

Worst idea you will ever have. They don't actually misinform you. They simply under inform you. If you are not a lawyer, you will not understand the fine print. It is meant to be that way. The only way you can prevent interest from building on your loan is by paying it off within a month. Otherwise it is that perpetual cycle of interest payment and very little going towards the principal. Don't do it.

I was very uncomfortable with Jocelyn. She was very pushy about doing online account and Google review. She took my phone and did it herself. I was perfectly capable of making my own account and review. Employees should not be leaving their own Google reviews. They also shouldn't be taking a customer's phone. Way too pushy. They also call me every single day which is super annoying. They called everyday for the first week after I received my loan. I was going to be late on my payment because it does not line up with my payday. I know there is a late fee but that's what I had to do. I was threatened by Jocelyn that they don't do extensions and they would take my car if I didn't pay.. This was my very first payment and I was 4 days late. You're really going to threatened to take my car right away without giving me a chance to pay it with a late fee?

Ryan was very helpful, although he was alone in the office. He managed to multi-task 2 clients. Somehow there could be a need for a 2nd staff member. If a clients on time payment history & their TitleMax credit score, there has to be a way to lower the interest rate on that client's loan.

It was raining outside and it was right before they were fixing to close. It's the people on Airport Thruway in Columbus, Georgia. I explained the situation I was in and they said whatever they can do to help, they'll help. They went out there with flashlights and took photos. We waited and chit-chatted a little bit. Once it went through, I cried because it's such a huge relief knowing I'll be able to get my medications for my illness. They have great customer service skills and did everything for me.

I put the new address which didn't match the address that was on my title and it made her do the process again. I felt bad for her 'cause it's overkill, but she was really nice. TitleMax is a place that I drive past a lot but I never knew what it was for. They helped when I needed help. It's expensive, but most loans are.

The loan process took longer than I had expected, and the amount they loan you is about 10% of your total monthly income. After, I pay off this loan, I will not be returning ever again! It was not enough to even cover some minor brake repairs, that I was needing to pickup my vehicle. When I originally applied online I was approved for more.

TitleMax has two places in Clarksville. I called the first place and asked the person a question and she was rude. I just hung up and it ticked me off. I called the other place and talked to a lady. I asked her a couple of questions. I live in Kentucky. There was no sense of me driving down there if they weren't gonna be able to do it for me. I asked her what I needed. She told me. I came down but she was on break. So, I got the other young lady there and it was just great. It was simple once they sat down and explained it to me and everything went fine. My experience there was homey. They talked to me like they've known me forever. Had a good conversation.

Stay away, far away, from all Title Max locations. Do not bring your vehicles there. The Conroe Texas location will lie to you, deceive you, fabricate and formulate, all sorts of documents, claims, answers, and their stories are always the same, every three to six months. WE have been bought out, we are a new company, and you now owe us two, three, even four times what you previously owed. You can make perfect, regular payments, and never pay your loan off. They constantly lie about the interest they charge you, they constantly add higher additional interest rates, lying and calling them special fees, they even pretend you cannot pay on the principle of your loan unless they give you specific permission and a specific date, then further lie and state that they are contractually obligated not to take any payments against your principle until told so by a new company.

The customer service representative on Wednesday that helped us was a joyful soul. I would go back to her a thousand times. The reason I didn't finish is because I didn't have all the information I needed for the loan. So we went back and I got the loan. The customer service lady that helped that day was very busy and she handled her situation with professionalism.

I needed help and I had no other choice. I was not given the value of my truck considering I just paid about that much for a transmission alone. They would only go up $100 more than their first offer and I had to pay $500 back extra. Then I wanted to cry and give the money back when I found out that you shipped my title off and that it would no longer be in your office for at least 30 days. It was just a bad experience all the way around and I would not have done it if I did not have an emergency come up.

I recently changed location to one close by my place of residence. So l decided to visit the 1960 location. I believe the customer service rep was doing a bit too much for $1050 loan. Clearly, she can see that l am a repeat customer and l have spent quite a bit with your company. For whatever reason known to her she deliberately modify my loan to a reduced amount which is fine by me. She also ask irrelevant questions that l have never been ask before. During the course of my loan processing she also received a phone call in my presence, l understand things happen. The loan processing took longer than expected and l have never experienced such delays from any of your location. I just thought l shared my experience.

We had a very good experience with staff in Tifton, GA and received our money immediately in the bank. We were pleased with the persistence of the staff to make things right. The process took about an hour to complete due to a glitch in the application process. The payment plan was fair and allowed us to get our loan paid off and get our title back. If you make your payments alone lower and did'nt charge mafia rates I promise you will make more cause you will draw in more customers not talking about the amount we pay back. Just the monthly payments are so high. They can't afford them. Lower the monthly payments and set back and watch your customers base get bigger.

I walked into TitleMax, the rep got my bank information, and I walked out with the MoneyGram things that they do. It took 30 minutes max. The rep was funny.

I needed a bit of help with some stuff and I was looking around, and TitleMax was the quickest place that I could go to, and they were really helpful. The lady that helped me was really nice and went over everything in detail and explained everything to me. It was very pleasant. Overall, I had a good experience there. They told me it would take up to 60 minutes to secure the title loan, and it took about 45 minutes. I took my title in there, asked them if I was able to do a title loan. The lady had me fill up the application. She took my ID and the title. And then after having me do the application and her taking my license and the title, she did want pictures of the car and to check out the car. So, she did that. After that, I was able to get the money 20 minutes later.

TitleMax was very meticulous in processing me out. They took pictures of me and the car. There was only two of them there. They were very cordial with one another. They seem like they got along with each other. They were very cordial with me. I had to sit there and wait on the voice mail because they had to deal with computer things. They had to wait for answers to come back for funds. The only thing was it created another bill. But that was my choice. Also, their interest rate is high as hell. It should be a bit lower, but the PRT is what it is. If I don't pay it in a certain amount of time, I will pay for more than what the car costs. TitleMax needs to give me a printout of everything because people can easily go in to commit fraud and change the computer number.
