When I went to TitleMax, they asked me a bunch of questions and I had to fill out on the screen. Then they came out and took pictures of my car. They gave me a price for what the value of it would be. In a nice way, they said, "You ain't gotta accept this but this is what we offer." The service was real wonderful. They were considerate and real nice. They didn't give me any hassle. The value was a little worth more than what it is if you go to Craigslist. But other than that, everything went wonderful.

I needed some quick money and TitleMax lent it to me. The process took about an hour. They were having a couple of glitches but they got it straight. The rep that I talked to was nice and patient. She kept on trying until we got it.

When I went in the office, the rep said, "You're the first person that ever did this online correctly and made everything accurate." When I pulled up, she went outside, observed my vehicle, and saw that everything that I said online was the same. I asked her how much I could get. Online, they told me they were gonna give me $900. But when I went in there, she only gave me $400. She gave me a month to pay it back and I only gotta pay $483 back. She told me, "If you don't pay this back, we're coming to get your car." She's good on business. She looked me in my eyes and talked to me for at least two minutes about it. She was polite. TitleMax came through for me. When I go pay them, I'm gonna give that girl a card and a flower. She didn't have to do what she did.

TitleMax was more than helpful. I didn't have my title when I went to them. The lady gave me the paperwork and told me everything I needed to do as far as getting a copy of it. Instead of waiting the 10 days to have to get the title in the mail, there was a shortcut that I could take and the title would go to them.

My rep was there step by step. He explained everything to me. It took an hour and a half because I didn't spell my name right so we had to start all the way over. He was very patient. He wanted to make sure I got my funds as well as my $50 referral fee. My sister also got one for referring me to them. Once I got approved, it only took five minutes for the fund to go on my card from the time that the rep put in my card information.

It's been stressful and TitleMax has helped alleviate that. The interest rate is a little harsh, but we deal with it because we appreciate their service.

If I paid this payment off quicker with this or put extra with this payment, I would pay it off quicker. She walked me through how to stay in good standing. She didn't just say, “Hey, you need service. I'll help you and you go about your day.” So, I would recommend TitleMax to a friend.

It was a little confusing at first because I didn't do stuff like that, but when it was explained, it was a little bit easier. Everything was fine. The rep was good. She did everything she could to help us get the loan that we needed. We went to a different place and they wanted to charge us way more. So the rates from TitleMax were a little bit more affordable to pay back.

They charged me 100% of what was supposed to be 17% and I don't know how they do their figuring. I borrowed 600 and I'm paying back 1,200 and something. Also, they didn't tell me that it was a title loan. I thought it was a regular loan where I would get some credits on my credit. So, I'm not happy with them. I'll be glad when I get them paid off and I'll never borrow from them again. At that stage in my life, dealing with them made me miserable. I'm on disability, I don't get that much and I needed the money for Christmas.

All in all, TitleMax is a great business to go to, and I would refer friends to the exact location that I went to and let them know that it would be a quick and easy process.

I've always had wonderful experiences with TitleMax. The process is easy and convenient, and the reps are friendly. The girls I’ve dealt with are super nice and always calling to see if I need anything. I always pay either before due or on the day it's due and they’re not blowing my phone up and bugging me about it. TitleMax has always been a good environment and a good experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a loan. It's as wonderful from one time to the next and they've never disappointed me. My only problem is my phone number has changed and when I go online to try and make a payment, it's still got my old phone number in there and it won't reset it. So, it's trying to send me a code to my old phone number, which I no longer have. I was fortunate today to be able to make a payment by phone. I hate taking up the rep’s time doing that when I could go online if it would just cooperate.

In three months I paid over $3,000 and it shows no reflection in loan at all. The online app has stop working for me. Says error in uploading. I have gone to branch three times and called 6 times. Lady keep telling me she working on it. It's been almost 30 days and it's nothing she said she would do or fix.
