I had a very good experience with TitleMax! Everyone was very professional and Kind and Friendly! Everyone that assisted me at Title Max explained the process very clearly and understandably! I appreciate all their help! The office was very clean and there was plenty of comfortable chairs to sit in! They offered me water to drink, which I drank, and used their bathroom which had very good smelling hand soap! Overall, My experience with Title Max was Excellent! I Do highly recommend Title Max and their manager and the Employees!

I started the process by applying online which was very easy. The TitleMax team in Columbus followed that up and sealed the deal with great customer service skills and a speedy turnaround. My overall experience was pleasant and stress-free.

It is easy to get loan. They have the ability to draft the payment from your bank account as a convenient. You just have to be very visual to your payments as you pay, whereas the loan can get paid off early (within 5 months). You can do both a car loan or a personal loan.

The agent did not know what they were doing. They were preoccupied with other things such as working on their personal taxes. I was only able to get $600 for a very nice car. It took them forever to even process the application. I was very disappointed with the service.

The manager at the local store was very unhelpful. Manager said call customer service. Customer service said call manager. Customer service hung up on me. Company is very rude and disrespectful. Value is overinflated and was loaned too much based on age and title brand. Would not do business again.

Had great interaction with employees. They are very personable and professional. Helped me get approved for more than I was expecting. The company overall is good with working with people who need help and have no other options. I would very much recommend this place for people having financial hardships.

Very professional and knows her job. I love the fact that I can pay down on principal as I go along which would lower rate. 10 years ago you did not have that, so ,i was paying the interest forever. It was a better experience and to have your bank account credited right away.

I went to Titlemax on Marietta Hwy in Canton. Thomas and Pam were extremely helpful and helped me out in no time. Thomas was very good at and detailed about the process and how it works. Was very satisfied with my experience. I will say the price of credit is extremely high and I think Titlemax as a company takes advantage of the price but what can you do.

Sales woman was nice and talkative. Very helpful and I got all the information needed within a timely manner, around 1 hour. Money deposited quickly, make sure you understand that the extension fee does not go towards the money borrowed, rather it just allows you to have more time to pay off the money you borrowed. Confuses some people.

Everything went so smoothly. The office staff is so nice and informative. I like how upfront everything was. I appreciate the openness of how things work. I’m really glad that they’re all about helping me so that I don’t lose my vehicle. I would definitely refer people to them. I had the money in my account before I even left the store. Kayla was awesome. She explained it so that I knew what I would have to do to keep up with my payments. So that I would be in the Green. The other ladies that were there were very nice and also gave advice on how to pay over the 30 day payment to lessen the total amount given out.

What concerns me about Title Max is their practice of retaining the vehicle title after the loan is paid off. Title Max has an agreement with the DMV to have the title sent to them once the loan is paid off. This seems unethical—once the loan is settled, the title should be sent directly to the vehicle owner.

We were helped very quickly and he was thoughtful and patient and professional. He explained everything and we qualified. It was easy to apply. I would definitely recommend Title Max to friends and family Because not many loan places lend. It's very hard to get a loan and in title Max it was not hard at all.

Excellent service by representative. She was very attentive and professional. I have always had a great experience at the 83rd Ave and Indian School location. That is why I keep going there for my financial needs. i always get the funds I need and even though the interest is quite high, it gets me out of an emergency and I can get some peace of mind.

I had a good experience, I was on the tail of closing and Mike stayed to help me out. He wasn’t hurried or put off he was very professional and easy to communicate with. I have never done a title loan before and he openly and honestly explained the process allowing me to weigh out my decision without pressure or push back. I recently encountered an issue with payment limits that I was not aware of, and I would like some clarification. After making two payments, I reached my limit and was unable to make an additional payment to cover the remaining balance. Unfortunately, I was also unable to transfer funds between accounts because the bank was already closed by the time I finished work. As a result, I had no choice but to make multiple payments online to ensure my balance was covered as best as possible.

Listen, this was hands down the easiest, most hassle free loan I have ever gotten. I would highly recommend the Troy location for all you title loan. Now, the outrageously interest is another story. A $70,000 profit over a $35,000 vehicle feels like highway robbery.

I pawned my title with TITLE MAX in Phoenix City Alabama on 13th Street. My loan providers name was "Mica" and she was very nice and professional. Bridget was phenomenal. Great personality & has the sweetest down to earth demeanor. Despite having to starting the application process over from the very beginning due to some hiccups with IT and the computer system from the beginning, she never got discouraged, handled everything with great humor, remained professional, was patient and still so kind and upbeat! She was very informative and answered all my questions. She explained all the paperwork in detail before I signed. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience with TitleMax and issued me a $50 card for the IT delay which what she felt was an inconvenience to me (it wasn’t because she good company).

I feel that you guys take advantage of people in need. 25% interest between broker and other fees are very excessive. Very unsatisfied my first loan. I was approved for 1500 and pay it off on time less than a month. This loan y’all only approved me for 650, not happy, will not get loans from y’all again and couldn’t give me reason why my loan was lower this time

On 01/21/2025 I visited TitleMax on Winchester in Memphis, TN to apply for title loan. I must say the customer service was so professional and pleasant. I really enjoyed being there. They went above and beyond to get me the best loan and they did. I will be referring other customers, because it really helped me.

I recently went to the TitleMax location on Sunset in Henderson, NV. I worked with Cherry, she’s amazing to work with. Not only does she address each person as they walk in, she continues to make you feel important. Wow can she multitask! Each time I have been at that location Cherry and Ashley have been amazing and wonderful to work with. Hands down the best customer service!

They were fast, friendly and acted in a professional manner. I arrived there. Though it was almost closing time they acted very fast. We cooperated and the process went smoothly including inspection of the car with the other custom service member. Upon waiting for 15 minutes for confirmation from the bank, I signed the documents and finalised everything. Though I didn't cash the same evening due to the closure of Money Gram stores I managed to do it in the morning. I really recommend someone who wants to get a loan from Title Max.

Anna is superb. She welcomes everyone in with warm arms and walks them to their car to say thank you. I have been at this TitleMax for years and she is the best I have ever had service me... efficient, fast, right on... I have seen her handle 3 people at once. I will continue to go to this office as long as Anna there.

I would not advise taking out a title loan, as the interest rates are the most predatory lending I have ever come across in my 7 some decades on this earth. On less than a $4000 loan my monthly interest payments are over $500 a month, and that's not reducing the principle. After being ill for a while I find myself struggling just making the interest payments. I fear that I may never be able to pay off this loan.

I called and was told by the young lady to bring the required documents. When I arrived the atmosphere was very welcoming, and smelled soooooo good. The young lady was very good. She knew her stuff. They both were very, very helpful. I will continue to deal with this location❤️❤️

I did my application online and it was very easy and convenient fast process. I was in and out. They call me and text me to verify my appointment. I was there at 10 am and was out quick. I did not think it was so easy. I took pictures of my car on the app so everything was ready for my appointment.

I was trying to buy a car from a private owner and I didn't have enough money. So, he took me to TitleMax. He pawned the title, put the title in my name for the pawn, and he was paid the money for the vehicle. Then I was supposed to pay it back. But we had a problem because one time, when I drove the car that I bought from him, it just completely shut down. So, I gave it back to TitleMax and they were supposed to clear that loan. But I don't know what happened there.

The representative who assisted me was both kind and respectful, helping me to get exactly what I needed—a title loan. The whole process took about 35 to 45 minutes. If a friend were to ask me about TitleMax, I'd recommend it as the place to go.
