The staff at the south 14th store in Abilene Texas is the best. So friendly and knowledgeable and will to help. The location of the store was easy to find and the store itself was very clean. The gentleman that works there greeted me and opened the for me when I arrived and even when I left.

The lending process at TitleMax was simple and reliable. As far as the customer service, Elizabeth did an amazing job, just this being my first time and being so young. I'm only 24. A lot of people are trying to take advantage. I like her motivation as far as her passion for her work alone. She offered me a chance to send her my resume and grow with them. My experience was excellent overall. It took me about 45 minutes. It was a compromisable 45 minutes, due to the fact that she was working with me and one other customer at the same time. However, there is an additional fee that you have to pay back and you never know what it is until the application is completely done. My fee is an additional 179, if I'm not ready to pay in 30 days. Some people may get $80 as their fee.

I was given a card with the loan amount on it but it didn't work. Was given a second card and it was also messed up so I was given a Moneygram. It took so much extra time before I could finally get to leave. Your manager was very nice, helpful and did the best she could do under the circumstances.

What is the most important to me is the customer service I received. It's convenient for me to come in anytime when I need emergency cash or need cash. I understand it's a business trying to make money, but the interest rate is a bit high. But I guess that's what you get for convenience.

My rate increased by 2% in 2 days when it took so long. The 1st day I went to get loan I had to leave before transaction was completed. Very very disappointed as an excellent past customer. Would be very skeptical in referring any future customer. I think they SHOULD have given me rate I was quoted on 1st visit. I went in not really sure if it was a good idea getting a loan, but honestly by the end of it I was very happy with my decision. Customer service is incredible and I was treated very nicely. They are a very big help. It was very easy and quick. The explanation on how everything was very detailed and it definitely makes things very easy with the app. If need be I would definitely be returning.

Titlemax is a crooked and underhanded company. They will set you up to repo your car and try to stop you from making a payoff before that, please walk away. I have never dealt with such evil in my life.

I am in a new city I just moved to and I wanted to pay off all my old bills from my previous hometown. I drove by TitleMax and took out a car title loan. I had good help from Mimi who was in the office and I worked with her so the lending process was fairly easy. She was very knowledgeable. She told me how I would wanna pay as far as making more payments during the month than just my normal payment and was very upfront. She told me what she would do if she were taking a loan out. So, transparency was the big thing. TitleMax needed my car title and Mimi took pictures of the inside and outside of my vehicle. But I'm getting ready to go into TitleMax and pay off the rest of my loan. It hasn't even been open for a month yet, but $12 a day is extremely excessive. I borrowed $3,000 and pay 450 a month if I were to make pay my payments regularly. So after three years of $16,000, that's unfair and I'm not impressed by that at all.

I've used TitleMax a few times over the years for title loans. Everybody I've ever dealt with either in store or over the phone has all been very great. They have great customer service. I recently did a personal loan and the process was easy. I did it on my phone. I didn't have to go into a store. So, that was convenient. I did it over a holiday weekend. They didn't get back to me until Tuesday, but that was because it was a holiday weekend. The funding process took 24 hours and it went directly into my bank account.

The process took more than an hour because I had a bonded title and TitleMax had to go back and redo it again. But everything was good.

I had a loan on my car and I paid it off March of 2019. Then back in July of this year, I was going to sell my car. So I was looking for my title and couldn't find it so I went to file for a lost title. That's when I found out that there's still a lien on it. So I call corporate. They said it would take up to 7 weeks to get it back. So here it is well over 2 months and nothing. There's still a lien. I call them back. They can't even tell me why they haven't released it. 5 years and they won't release it. If I don't hear anything by next week I'm calling back and demand a supervisor and demanding they release my title back to me. Or I'll take them to court. It's paid off since 2019. I just want it back.

I heard about TitleMax about 20 years ago. My mama used to use it. I've never used it until now, and it helped me a lot. My work truck was down. So, I had to find some car to get my transmission fixed in my work truck. The lending process took about 15 to 20 minutes, and the rep was very friendly. I can see the person doing his job. I would tell people that if they needed money, TitleMax is the place to go.

After a TitleMax rep went over what the loan would be, this person came over and was trying to be intimidating about it. Also, if I would have known to bring the vehicle, the process would have been a whole lot shorter, but there was some added time for that. So it took about 30 minutes. Other than that, the process was smooth and the guy who helped me was very informative. He was answering questions I had and he was pretty spot-on with that.

The lady at Titlemax did real good with all the people that were up in there. She had about seven people up in there and she worked them all that I could see within about an hour. She was working in there by herself that day and she didn't stop for lunch. She worked from one desk to the other one, getting those people out of there. I was on the side of the road where my car stopped with a flat tire and didn't have a spare. When Titlemax loaned me that money, I bought a tire and put it on my car and got it back home.

Apache Trail Title Max is awesome. I've dealt with same person twice now. She is amazing, however the underwriters would send me text saying what I was eligible for and then not pic about my address. So I had to redo the application 3xs and title max had to do the photos of the car twice. Just ridiculous. Consider I didn't even put my space number in for my first loan.

I was really impressed with Titlemax and how easy it was to do most of it online. When I had a problem with my VIN number not scanning I drove to their office in town. The guy Kyle assisted me with getting my VIN number. Then after submitting the application, I was approved right away. I called Titlemax, and they were a big help. They told me what I needed to take and what I was gonna need. Once I got there, they helped me with everything, and it was easy. They took some pictures and did an inspection to see if there was any damage. They also explained everything. We went through everything together, and the amount I had to pay was definitely reasonable.

When I needed some cash, I called and spoke with one of the reps at TitleMax. They denied it at first because they couldn't verify the vehicle. The VIN wasn't where it should have been. I had a piece of paper stuck in my windshield on where the VIN was and we ended up getting the paper out, so it took longer. But they were patient. They helped me get the paper out of the VIN number ‘cause they wanted me to get the loan that I needed. I'm very satisfied. TitleMax helped out very well. I would tell others to go there. They're gonna take care of you.

This was my first time using TitleMax for an emergency loan, and I needed $1,000 for a short-term period of 72 hours. I met Craig at the Riverdale location after speaking with him over the phone. From start to finish, Craig kindly and thoroughly explained the entire process, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His professionalism, courtesy, and genuine demeanor made our two-way dialogue a pleasure. I chose TitleMax over other competitors because Craig made me feel like family. When I inquired about the interest rates, Craig explained that they range from 10% to 19%, depending on various factors.

The lending process at TitleMax was excellent. The rep I worked with was awesome, too. But, the interest was astronomically should be illegal.

TitleMax was the most professional-sounding and looking company of that type. Their application process was easy. I did it in the office and it took about a half hour. The rep who assisted me was friendly and pretty straightforward. There was one thing I missed. I went back less than a week later to see if I could change it and it wasn't something that was viable. But other than that, she was able to complete everything relatively quickly and without many complications. I did the vehicle loan and they required me to submit proof of ownership. They also looked at the vehicle and she said it was in excellent condition. She also said it was top-of-the-line and I was able to get the maximum amount out against the car. TitleMax solved an immediate problem I had and gave me a way to get out of ending up in a bigger kerfuffle that I was already in. They're a good place to go if your options are limited and they will work with you to make it happen.

If I need a loan, and once I knock this loan out, I know where I can get it. I know what I have to pay after that. I can go straight to TitleMax and get it without no problem. However, the lending process is ridiculous. Because before I can pay on my principal, I have to pay towards preset interest rates. I understand interest. But to force me to pay toward them before any payment goes towards the principal is ridiculous. The loan was 2,100. If I could pay weekly and if I decided to drop 600 on it, the worst case scenario on that 600, is 150 will go towards interest. The rest go towards the principal. They need to adjust that. The rep helped me. She got right on it. She had to double back and do it twice because when I started online, it said that I tried to get a loan. I told her, “I don't know, but I'm here to get a title loan. I got my title.” She did good. She made sure I was straight.

The young lady from TitleMax did help me. She was a nice lady. She didn't do anything wrong. She understood that I was slow, so she helped me along with the process. She was a great person. The entire process was good. I needed my ID and the title. I needed some money quickly, so I was able to go there and get some money.

They just explained to me how the payments were made and how the principal was paid off, and it all depends on the time of the month.

Communication was not clear before and after. I was given a Personal Loan I unfortunately had to take out, I paid a couple days early within the requirements of my loan agreement and my loan amount increased, highly dissatisfied and uncertain on exactly what I am paying on! I contacted the store location I received the loan and still awaiting a response, I am still very confused and haven't had my questions answered. I definitely don't recommend!

Trying to pay off the loan but the online system won't let me. Tried calling the customer service number, talked to some lady that ignored my question then pretended to not hear me. Then disconnected the line. Absolutely worst experience. 0 out of 10. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you want to be scammed and stressed out.
