The lady that took care of my title loan was very kind, considerate and very patient. Thank you however I feel that the finance charges are very high but at the time I needed it so I guess I'll try to pay it off early so I can beat some of the finance charges. I had a good experience, I was on the tail of closing and Mike stayed to help me out. He wasn’t hurried or put off he was very professional and easy to communicate with. I recently encountered an issue with payment limits that I was not aware of, and I would like some clarification. After making two payments, I reached my limit and was unable to make an additional payment to cover the remaining balance. Unfortunately, I was also unable to transfer funds between accounts because the bank was already closed by the time I finished work. As a result, I had no choice but to make multiple payments online to ensure my balance was covered as best as possible.

Listen, this was hands down the easiest, most hassle free loan I have ever gotten. I would highly recommend the Troy location for all you title loan. Now, the outrageously interest is another story. A $70,000 profit over a $35,000 vehicle feels like highway robbery.

The customer service was professional and they time spent approving the transaction was fine. Took longer to underwrite the matter than computer input. Would definitely use the service again on an as needed basis.

I pawned my title with TITLE MAX in Phoenix City Alabama on 13th Street. My loan providers name was "Mica" and she was very nice and professional. I will continue to go through her if I need to do another loan. Thank you Mica!!!. They are very fast and very responsive. The payback rate was low and they have great incentives.

Bridget was phenomenal. Great personality & has the sweetest down to earth demeanor. Despite having to starting the application process over from the very beginning due to some hiccups with IT and the computer system from the beginning, she never got discouraged, handled everything with great humor, remained professional, was patient and still so kind and upbeat! She was very informative and answered all my questions. She explained all the paperwork in detail before I signed. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience with TitleMax and issued me a $50 card for the IT delay which what she felt was an inconvenience to me (it wasn’t because she good company).

It was really fast, quick, and everyone very friendly. Really helped me in a time of need to get of my situation at the time. Will definitely pay it off very soon due to the interest. People were nice and friendly. Very helpful. Convenient to my home, fast and expeditious. Thanks but I wish the interest rates were much lower. I feel that you guys take advantage of people in need. 25% interest between broker and other fees are very excessive. God is going to see what you guys do and when the time comes to leave this earth, I hope you are forgiven.

Very unsatisfied my first loan. I was approved for 1500 and pay it off on time less than a month. This loan y’all only approved me for 650, not happy, will not get loans from y’all again and couldn’t give me reason why my loan was lower this time

On 01/21/2025 I visited TitleMax on Winchester in Memphis, TN to apply for title loan. I must say the customer service was so professional and pleasant. I really enjoyed being there. They went above and beyond to get me the best loan and they did. I will be referring other customers, because it really helped me.

My wife and I sold our home and are purchasing a new modular home to downsize due to our age and health. We did not want a mortgage anymore and wanted to pay cash for our new home. I recently went to the TitleMax location on Sunset in Henderson, NV. I worked with Cherry, she’s amazing to work with. Not only does she address each person as they walk in, she continues to make you feel important. Wow can she multitask! Each time I have been at that location Cherry and Ashley have been amazing and wonderful to work with. Hands down the best customer service!

They were fast, friendly and acted in a professional manner. I arrived there. Though it was almost closing time they acted very fast. We cooperated and the process went smoothly including inspection of the car with the other custom service member. Upon waiting for 15 minutes for confirmation from the bank, I signed the documents and finalised everything. Though I didn't cash the same evening due to the closure of Money Gram stores I managed to do it in the morning. I really recommend someone who wants to get a loan from Title Max.

Anna is superb. She welcomes everyone in with warm arms and walks them to their car to say thank you. I have been at this TitleMax for years and she is the best I have ever had service me... efficient, fast, right on... I have seen her handle 3 people at once. I will continue to go to this office as long as Anna there.

I would not advise taking out a title loan, as the interest rates are the most predatory lending I have ever come across in my 7 some decades on this earth. On less than a $4000 loan my monthly interest payments are over $500 a month, and that's not reducing the principle. After being ill for a while I find myself struggling just making the interest payments. I fear that I may never be able to pay off this loan.

I called and was told by the young lady to bring the required documents. When I arrived the atmosphere was very welcoming, and smelled soooooo good. The young lady was very good. She knew her stuff. They both were very, very helpful. I will continue to deal with this location❤️❤️

I did my application online and it was very easy and convenient fast process. I was in and out. They call me and text me to verify my appointment. I was there at 10 am and was out quick. I did not think it was so easy. I took pictures of my car on the app so everything was ready for my appointment.

TitleMax did everything the way it needed to be done. I just randomly walked in, and the lending officer that helped me was very professional. He had great customer service and completed the contract best to his knowledge. It was pretty easy, and I had no complaints.

I first heard about TitleMax in 2013 or 2014 when I was trying to buy a car from a private owner. And because I didn’t have enough money, the owner took me to TitleMax. He pawned the title, put the title in my name for the pawn, and he was paid the money for the vehicle. And then I took ownership of the loan and was supposed to pay it back. But the car that I bought just completely shut down after I drove it one time. So, I gave it back to TitleMax, and they were supposed to clear that loan. 

I found out about TitleMax on TV. I did a title loan with them for $1,500 and I would only have to pay back $1,700. Their loan rep was very kind and respectful and she got me what I needed. It only took 45 minutes to be processed. TitleMax is the the place to go. I had a good experience with them.

My agent was Carlos, and he was very helpful from the phone call to the time I stepped in the office, Even after leaving the office is called to see if I had any other questions. He has very good customer service and I appreciate all the informal information I received from him.

We went to one of the sister stores of TitleMax and they weren't very promising. Then we saw a TitleMax location and we just drove to it. The rep who assisted us was really nice, courteous, and thorough. The entire process took about 45 minutes and I got funding in that time as well. It probably would have been done sooner than that if there wasn't a holdup. But it wasn't because of our rep, it was caused by whoever she was working with on the computer. All in all, our experience was good and the loan helped us out a little bit. The rate was great, too, but we're not going to have to worry about that because we're going to pay the loan back sooner.

Business is business. I do not recommend anyone who has personal difficulties that need money to use a title pawn. Try a finance company first. Pawn interest are dangerous. I will not have Bryce come get my vehicle. I will pay off my loan that I received to purchase equipment and license's that I need for my Barbering business.

Was a speedy process to get the loan and representative was very helpful which I appreciate, but loan is very very expensive. I would use Title Max a lot more if they were competitive with their interest on loans, I have net 30 accounts so sometimes I need access to more capital.

I had a great experience with Title Max because when I needed a quick money loan to catch up on bills. They were there to save the day and I paid my bills and caught up. I'm so thankful for this loan company and the employees were very kind and helpful.

I got behind on my account. My car was repossessed yesterday. Within one hour, I had paid what I owed. It is now 26 hours later. Still don't have my vehicle back. No one can/will tell me where my car is or when I will get it back. The manager of the Lufkin store told me it would be in Longview (2 hours away) at 11 a.m. today. It's still not there. He cussed me saying "I don't give a damn" when I told him our call was being recorded. Just want to know when I can get my vehicle. I will never do service with this business again. Have an appointment Thursday to speak with an attorney. Lawsuit to follow.

Jessie made me comfortable and ensured I understood everything. I did have some issues with the deposit but it was based on my bank but Jessie checked to see if he could help fix the issue without getting upset.

I went into the Burleson Texas location on 01/11/25 to apply for a new personal loan. I was initially helped by Liam. He was very nice but I think he was very new. He submitted my loan application multiple times and apparently the problem was submitting my bank statements. Eventually I was helped by Selene which finally got everything taken care of. It was just very frustrating and although Liam was nice I don’t understand what the issue was considering I was an existing client. I was at the office way longer than anticipated. Selene is awesome however as when I got my first loan she has to assist the associate. If it wasn’t for Selene I wouldn’t have gotten either of my loans. It’s just frustrating that the associate was unable to proficiently assist me.

Michelle was absolutely the BEST! She made me feel at ease, worked me me and stayed in my affordable zone. Both her and the gentleman there was patient. She made the process so easy. Interest rates are very high and short term loans pay off as soon as possible location is good and service is good personal finance amount is pretty low but in a pinch it is very helpful. I would recommend that the company take a look at lower interest rates and I would believe more people would take out loans and benefit the company and people taking out loans.
