I'm new to It's Just Lunch. So far, the process has been easy and user-friendly. The contacts I have communicated with (Jennifer, Bianca, and Andrea) have each been very professional. While I was a little apprehensive to register with It's Just Lunch, the contacts explained the process well.

Andrea ** and I had a facetime session that went well for us to prepare for the upcoming dating and get a firmer grasp on myself and my background and also the characteristics of what I hope to find in a partner. Overall the session was very informative and helpful. I look forward to starting the dating process.

I have been interviewed, and I look forward to meeting quality Dates - it's my time and I'm looking forward to having a wonderful experience with this agency. Their interview was with several advisors - to get a good idea about me & what I'm about - so the "good match" can happen.

Ever since my new Dating Coordinator, Debbie, took over, she has been very helpful and quick to respond to my questions/concerns. She is "my person" to go to and I really appreciate having that one person I can count on to respond and understand what I am looking for in a significant other. The first date was a total mismatch!!! The second date, that I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her and hope to go out with her again. Jas and Stephanie did a good job and very nice time talk with! Problem was that I only had 1 real dates in 6 months!!!

Very quick and able to find a suitable date within 48 hours of me registering with IJL. Staff have been polite and easy to work with. Hoping it works out well! IJL staff spent time to understand my likes and dislikes. We reviewed them a couple times to make sure we were on the same page.

Contact rep phoned on time and process was quick. She was polite and concise. The process was relatively simple and involved reviewing and confirming data provided at the initial sign up stage. There were no surprises and the rep was very professional.

Aleisha has been amazing through the process, she knows what I want even when I'm rambling in circles trying to say what I really want without coming off as a shallow B*. Trying to be politically correct is so frustrating today, it's so hard to say what you want and mean without people taking offense. However, Aleisha gets me, it's like she's in my brain. Thank you Aleisha!! Please ignore previous posting, I thought it was about the service and not about the matches.

Honestly, I am skeptical about the process. Everyone has been courteous and nice but it feels impersonal since you don't meet people face to face. In general the service has been great. Aleisha has been amazing, it's like she's in my head and knows what I want.

Great experience so far. Have been on two dates and have a third lined up. The communication and care IJL has shown makes me feel its going to work out eventually. Dalia and Aleisha have always returned calls and they are both extremely nice. Would recommend IJL for sure for those who can afford it.

Lisa and Monique listened to my input, did not judge my personality or interests, and are very professional. I was skeptical heading to my first date, turned out to be going out with and meeting a very wonderful, intelligent, and beautiful person! We shared proclivities that showed the IJL team pays attention and does their best for their clients. They have earned my trust.

I think the people are nice on this service especially Kim. She has helped me find matches. I would recommend this to my friends. I think it's a great way to meet other people. It is pricey but worth it.

Just the facts? OK: it was June, I was tired of dating men who just wanted to get laid and expected same after they bought you a drink. So I gave up and called IJL--stands for "it's just laughable"...Got a really great snow job on how they care and have a great database of like minded men who wanted a real relationship. As I did some modeling in my youth and am considered attractive, I explained I had no lack of dates, just couldn't meet quality men who wanted a serious relationship. The counselor was shocked that I could actually get a date and told me she would find someone fast who was compatible and A-B-C-D...none of it was true.

I had a very pleasant conversation with Andrea. Andrea re-reviewed my answers provided to Stacie. Andrea was professional, smiled, and is well spoken. Andrea made me feel comfortable with the process. Andrea complimented me and wished me success in the dating process.

The encounter was very brief but very professional! I appreciate that the company is conducting this to make sure that the person they have as a candidate is who they say they are. They've also provided me with some opportunities to ask questions or make any corrections on my profile that I found inaccurate.

Overall I have been pleased with IJL. Hard to find the true compatibility with someone but enjoyed conversation with 2 matches. Initially I thought too many staff involved but ok now with one contact. Staff take input and pleasant to speak with.

My experience with IJL and Obed, my dating specialist, has been excellent so far. They do seem to dedicate time and effort into finding people that are compatible with each other. Even if in person things aren't always perfect, the quality of the two matches I've received so far have been far superior to the random dates I've been on before.

I was most pleased with my Lisa, my dating coach. She had matched me very well, as far as what I am looking to achieve in a partner. We had a great date, chatted about many of the same interests, jobs, and life in general. What a great and fun time. My only wish given the the 2 1/2 date, would have been to have another date on the schedule with this guy! The vibes I received were great and we were most comfortable together. At the end of the date, I was left uncertain as to if there may be another one? He commented that he was busy for the next two weeks, holidays upon us. Makes sense! Lisa, had followed up with me first thing on Monday am. I shared the entire date with her. She commented that she actually enjoyed hearing the details. Lisa is very caring and compassionate, instrumental in follow through.

I have had a very positive experience with IJL mainly because of my dating director, Pilar. I appreciate her "hands on" approach to getting to know me and what I am looking for in my dating search. She has taken the time to learn about my specific relationship goals based on past experiences. She has made a lot of effort to hand-select suitable candidates. After each initial date, she always calls me to get to know what I liked and didn’t like. Throughout my experience, Pilar has fine-tuned my dating experience. This fine-tuning process has allowed for me to consistently meet high quality ladies that meet my relationship goals.

Pleased with match-ups provided to date. Lisa seems to have spent time finding individuals with common interests and goals. I will be taking a break as the holiday season and work have been more demanding but the last gentleman I met through Just Lunch would be someone I would like to continue to see.

I've only had one date so far, but good communication with both dating coordinator, Mike, and initial contact, Sharon throughout the first several weeks of being a member. IJL has an enthusiastic staff and I'm excited for what's to come!

I'm fairly new but very satisfied with my experience so far. My schedule can make it hard to get in touch with my coordinator occasionally but they do a good job of always getting back to me or providing someone who can help in a timely manner.

My experience so far has been just wonderful. From the minute I called in I was called back within 24 hours and everyone has been very professional and nice. The staff and Pilar have been extremely helpful and encouraging. I am very happy and will be sure to recommend to a friend.

Getting back into the dating scene after 35 years can be a bit scary. I'm so glad I looked to IJL for a helping hand. Debbie is my consult person! She has the best personality and sense of humor and makes me feel comfortable sharing with her, things I don't usually speak of... like, why he turned me off! I am the person who finds goodness in everyone, but... Debbie has reminded me that it's okay to be raw and honest because it's a safe place! This is unlike any other group I have worked with for dating. I have had verbal interactions with 3 different people so far, and I really get the feeling that they are truly going to help me. My experience with IJL started out well enough - Heather ** was the sales rep and she was very fun and bubbly. I was hesitant but she ended up winning my business and I signed up for the $** dating service for the new city I had just moved to the month before, so that makes this time period the first week of July 2016 for those of us that like timeline.

Andrea was willing and eager to reschedule my appointment to get my Skype working correctly. In our 2nd meeting she was clear and concise in going over my profile. She was very affirming and supportive of my desires and requests especially in the changes I chose on my profile. She was extremely focused with awesome eye contact. It was helpful to me when she said it takes 4-8 dates before you really get to know someone and how she encouraged me to give my phone number out if asked on first date. Thank you!

Andrea was very friendly, made me feel very much at ease and was a pleasure to speak with. It was clear that she was keen to know more about me to better equip my dating director to find suitable matches for me.

Company cannot fulfill dates. No follow up. Not one date was decent. Sales misrepresents the program. Follow up calls are a joke. My dates were free to the men to try and get them to join. My one stylish date was two drinks in when I arrived once and had a gut over his pants and popping buttons. I'm not sure how this met any of my requirements. Another showed up with a dog. The next told me it was also a free date and asked if my hair was fake. Not one date lived close. Each over 30 plus minutes with no traffic.

I had never done anything like that before, so was nervous, but Sheri was very kind and made me feel at ease. She gave me some good suggestions for my upcoming date that I hope I will be able to use!

I definitely feel I received some helpful tips in this process. It made me stop and think a little more. The questions asked were thought provoking. Sheri had good solutions for my questions. She also covered things I hadn't thought of. Thank you.

The session with Sheri was helpful. She gave me some great tips and ideas as well as was very encouraging. I enjoyed meeting Sheri and found the session useful. It was fun to do a live session on the computer where we could see one another's expressions. That is much nicer than just speaking over the phone and not being able to put a voice with a face.

It's Just Lunch arranged a dinner date for me with an interesting, engaging, well educated classy guy. So glad I joined so that I don't have to wade through the screening process on my own. The restaurant was upscale and set just the right mood for getting to know someone.

My coach was great. She made me feel confident and comfortable. Her tips on going and enjoying the moment without analyzing so much really opened my eyes. Also, she seemed very down to earth. I was completely open to speaking with her about my experiences. Great coach!

The dating coach was wonderful and helpful. Person who sets you up on dates is different than the person you purchase the service from. Person who set up the date was a bit frustrating to work with at first. The match was great, but she kept picking restaurants in very bad areas. We eventually settled on one with help of local person who I met with the first time. If you're in an area that has some bad places to go, ask to approve the restaurant before they send it to you and your match via email.

I would recommend a friend. I have just started but have had a good experience so far. Shari helped me with a few questions I had and I ready for my next date! Definitely a fun way to meet people even if nothing comes of it.

I enjoyed speaking with her very much. She was helpful and engaging. I was wondering a bit when she was all business at the start getting my license, etc. Then she turned to me and warmed up and coached me and reminded me how a good date goes. She gave me some good ways to say "I don't think we are a good match" while out on a date.

Tonia OKC lunch last Friday the 18th of November at Cheever's. This info is just for your use as to me personally – not to be used for marketing of IJL. I am in a really regulated field and don't want my comments or name used other than to help give you my own feedback. With that said, Tonia was lovely, tall which I really liked but much more than this she had a very real and substantive presence. You could just tell she is a very high-quality person. If future lunches with other women are comparable to my experience with her this would be some of the best money I have ever spent to retain IJL. Whether or not I have the pleasure of seeing Tonia again she was impressive. Liked her a very good deal - as much as one reasonably could over just one lunch??? Hope these comments help you as to future lunches and who I would like.

My face to face with Sheri went very well! She was very personable. She answered all of my questions and provided me with some good dating tips. I thought she was very informative about what should be done on a first date. Also, she took the time to find out a little more about me. I was also happy when she mentioned that she is always there if I should have any questions before or after a date.

Face time Interview - It was a very relaxed, easygoing interview basically just checking to ensure that all the information is accurate and that I'm who I say I am. Also explained a little bit about the It's Just Lunch process and a bit about my up and coming first date.

My experience with Sheri, the dating coach, was awesome. She addressed all my questions in such a genuine way and made me feel very comfortable. She was a huge encouragement to me as I re-enter the dating world after my divorce.

I paid $** for a 3-month membership and tried to canceled it in 3 days, and It's Lunch corporate customer service manager told me even if I am up happy It's Lunch will never return the membership money. They say the contract is strong and never will they return the money back. I have called and the people are rude and will not call you back and basically it's a bait and switch game, they say they have many women that fit what I am looking for and in fact they don't and have lied to me and continue to not call me back. I will now get a lawyer involved and have contacted me back to get the money paid returned to me. NEVER use It's Lunch. They are not a good company and do not care about the little guy or their reputation. Buyer Beware!!!

This is a high quality company and it should. People are great at what they do. They really care about the individuals they work with. I have been very happy with their service. I would recommend them to friends and family.

This company charged my credit card $**without my permission, and told me they would credit it back the same day. It seems every manager in the company called me trying to get me to reconsider and join. The things they promised verbally were not promised on the contract and I refused the service without ever having anyone look for a match for me... in writing, the same day I discovered they charged my credit card, without ever agreeing to contract. They say they guarantee they will come up with 4 people you want to meet that want to meet you. The contract does not guarantee that. They just need to come up with enough people you refuse to meet.

Sheri is a really nice person with a lovely smile face. She answered my questions with patient & professionalism. She looks at me with eye contact, listen carefully & answer me with suggestion. I will recommend her to everybody who wants this service.

I had a face-time interview with Andrea. She was very personable, kind, smart, and professional. She was easy to talk to and she was so pleasant - very good at her job!! She made the interview seem like we were two old friends catching up on life. I was initially nervous about the interview and didn't know what to expect, but from the time she introduced herself, I was relaxed and the conversation flowed easily.

My experience working with Aleisha has been fine. The date she set up was fine. She sent me a profile of the client however with everyone's schedules it took approx. 2.5 weeks to set up the date. Setting up the date was very convenient and easy for me. I just had to know the time and place to show. She contact me the day before the date to give some tips and contacted me after the date for feedback. At this time that has been my 1 and only experience with IJL, and I have not heard anything since.

It went really well. I really enjoyed getting to know my date. We spent a few hours together in the restaurant and I feel like for a first try It's Just Lunch really delivered with their first match. Hopefully they will continue finding good matches for me until I can find that perfect girl. I also appreciate Lisa for putting in the effort to find my match.

Obed ** has been a great coordinator. He's been very responsive and has set up some good dates for me. He's been able to work around my work schedule, which involves a lot of traveling. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Nice experience. The restaurant I ate at was very nice and staff knew who I was when I walked in. Dating director was nice, knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions. Interview process to give them background to create my profile was easy and took about 15 min.

My experience was not what I expected. Before signing up, a very enthusiastic person encouraged me to join. When I joined I was to meet either face to face or Skype meeting with a rep from the company. Due to 3 hour difference and where I work I could not use Skype so face to face was the only option. However the service sent me to the wrong address. I had to reschedule and take more time off from work. I was very disappointed in this service because there was no local office in Las Vegas, NV. I thought the service would offer advice and many dating options. Waiting for the service to set up a date was frustrating with no status updates until I would reach out to them. Although I've put my account on hold due to a great potential boyfriend, I would not use this service again.

The IJL introduced me two matches to meet so far. Both of the two dates were very enjoyable, including the arrangement of the lunches, the atmosphere, service and foods of the restaurants. The two men I met were also very good qualified.

The process so far has been really great with both the initial team and the face to face interview. I would prefer to have the opportunity to pick the dating coach rather than being assigned one, as we are supposed to most interact with. So it should be someone you feel comfortable and compatible with. But other than that it has been good so far.

I gave them a description of what I'm looking for and they try their best to find a good fit. SCAM! Consumers: Be aware of the "It's Just Lunch" trap. The contract that they have you sign doesn't say that it is non-cancelable, but IT IS! They offer a very expensive concierge / executive level dating service, but don't have the resources to fulfill that promise. No follow-through. Unresponsive to my calls/emails. You won't get what you pay for.

My experience with Kim as my matchmaker has been a good one. She has been courteous, informative and helpful. Obviously she enjoys her job because she does it well. She very efficient, always explains things well and keeps in contact with me.

I recently signed up for It's Just Lunch and have had a really positive experience so far. I've been given really personal attention, starting with a 3 hour interview with one of IJL's branch managers, Jacques, who really got to know me as a person and asked really insightful questions that helped me to clarify what I want in a partner. By the end of the call, he felt like a FRIEND, and he had nailed my personality so well that he actually knew how I was going to answer some of his questions! He made me feel really safe and UNDERSTOOD in this process. Then, I was assigned a personal dating director, Pilar, who also spent time getting to know me and what I"m looking for, so that she can tailor my matches to my personality and values...and even what I'm physically attracted to.

Aleisha has done a great job of matching me and has made it a fun experience. She's guided me through the process every step of the way and made it extremely comfortable for me. She has been very attentive to my feedback in order to get it perfect! I'm looking forward to my continued work with her.

I am very happy with the matches I am receiving through IJL. The matches meet my criteria and I am glad to be part of the program. My only issue is that I want my matches to be closer to where I live. Apart from that, everything is going well. Thanks for your wonderful IJL program.

I just wanted to let all of you know at It's Just Lunch that Obed has been very helpful for helping me find that person for me to spend the rest of my life with. She has gone above and beyond to help me & I have told her what I am looking for & she is working very hard to try & find that girl for me.

My dating coordinators were very responsive and tentative. When my date and I had trouble with the scheduling the coordinators never gave up. My recent date was awesome. She made the initiative first to give me her phone number. I hope it works out with Alexa. Peace and chicken grease.

I was ignored for the first 3 months totally - no phone calls, no dates, nothing. I backed out for 4 months and have now have an attentive supervisor. I have had 3 dates so far, very nice men. Absolutely no interest what-so-ever in seeing any of them for more than the hour meal. And in speaking to them, they too have had numerous dates with no interest beyond the hour they have spent at the meal. Seems this dating service really doesn't really work, not for the fault of the supervisor, for sure. For the cost, you guys pull in a specific stereotype man. I guess none of which interest me. I believe I do better on my own but I would have never known had I not tried. $** is certainly not worth the 3 dates I have had!!!

It was a pleasure meeting with Andrea over FaceTime today. This was my first live chat with her and she immediately put me at ease with her friendly, happy and positive manner. Andrea was very thorough in reviewing the previous information I had provided over a year ago and seemed to be genuinely interested in ensuring I was well represented and that I had given all the correct information needed for the best chance of success. Recently I joined "It's Just Lunch." At the beginning I was a bit skeptical of the process. Everyone I spoke with was professional, did not oversell, no wild promises and kind. When Aleisha first contacted me about my first date she was a great coach. She has followed up with me three or four times just to check that I have received her emails, the times are correct, that I have reviewed the "Twenty Years of First Dates" and FaceTime interview. I am very impressed with Aleisha's follow through. Quite impressive. I am so glad that I joined IJL.

Although I am an extrovert who is comfortable in most interactions with others, I nervously anticipated my scheduled face-time interview with Andrea. I was, however, instantly put at ease by Andrea's warmth, positivity and graciousness. It was a pleasure to speak with her despite the sensitive nature of our discourse and I ended our conversation feeling confident that I was in good hands.

Aleisha has made it very easy to get the membership started. I loved how she got me a match right away to build on my excitement of renewing my membership. I look forward to working with her more in the future. Her professionalism has been outstanding so far.

I gave it one star because I couldn't give zero. This place is a total scam and I think it only has the high rating here because their staff fills out fake ratings. They will do a hugely high pressure sales pitch - worse than a car salesman. And they play with your heart and your feelings, which is worse. Telling you they have lots of people who are attractive and professional and fit your criteria. Once you pay the outrageous amount and the contract cancellation period lapses after three days, they start insisting you lower your standards and telling you they know better than you do what you need.

I had first joined IJL in December and did not have a great start. I got passed around by consultants due to job changes and did not feel my feedback was being heard. Then I met Debbie **! She reads all my feedback and takes it into consideration!

My experience with IJL was great. I was matched with a couple of guys and just went on dates while having no major expectations. On my second date, I met the most amazing, charming, wonderful guy who now is my bf. I think that in the end, there is a little bit of good timing, luck, and faith associated with finding the right match in a partner but IJL definitely did it for me. My previous dating coordinators did not find me the right match. I have experienced rejections after rejections in my past dates. I have never had second dates. I was very happy with all my date with IJL. They have been right on target with the type of person I want to meet. The only item I would like to see is they space the date out a little so I can get to know better the individuals they have paired me with.

This is the old adage of you get what you pay for. IJL is not cheap, but they deliver value much better than the other dating websites which can result in nothing but frustration. I've been thrilled with my matches so far... incredible.

I was extremely frustrated, disappointed, bullied, and wasted a lot of time and money. At first, my "personal" matchmaker was all about finding my perfect match. After an hour on the phone and $** later, I was very clear about what I was attracted to in a partner, my expectations and my goals for a relationship, and I was assured those expectations and goals would be met. Wrong! I was sent approximately eight pictures and profiles of men that I wasn't the least bit interested in, however, I was reminded constantly about how wealthy they were and what type business they were in, how excited they were to meet me, as if this was going to change my mind. Disgusting. I went on a date and found out this guy had been a member of IJL for four years. He was not looking for a relationship. He was looking for a hookup.

Finally fed up with online dating, and not at all interested in the bar scene. I found IJL and was excited to give it a shot! Imagine my frustration when I mentioned that I was only interested in Women and they told me they only connect straight couples! Talk about discrimination, especially in San Francisco, CA!

Sherri is Awesome in my book! Made me feel very comfortable about the process. Jessica and Alisha have great as well! When you are spending a lot of money you need people like them to make your experience a great one! So far it has been fun getting to know them! I thought Sheri was very knowledgeable in the tricky business of dating. I had a few instances on my first date with IJL and she gave me some wonderful and honest tools to use. She had a great upbeat and positive vibe, also an awesome phone voice.

I recently joined IJL so I feel it's a bit early to review my experience. However my face to face conversation was productive. I felt comfortable however it was difficult to answer the question as to what I myself need to work on.

I really have enjoyed my experience with IJL. Everyone I talk to on the phone has been very friendly and pleasant. They are inquisitive about who I am and what I'm looking for. I would enjoy more communication with my personal coach. I've been a member for a month and have only had two phone conversations. Follow through is important especially since the "sale" was so detailed. I feel like the follow through should be equally detailed.

The corporate IJL is horrible. I had used IJL 7 years ago when it was privately owned and had a very good experience. This is why, when I read the negative reviews I didn't take them too seriously. I believe all of them now. IF YOU READ THIS AND HAVE ANY RESERVATIONS ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY YOU WILL ONLY HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME. I dealt with seven people with my recent experience, seven. I had a sales rep (Jenifer) that will say anything to get you to join but when I referenced back to what she said, I was told she is no longer is with company and it doesn't matter what she said because it is, he said, she said at this point. Again I had used IJL before and had a very good experience so this hard sell was not necessary and I should have looked at this as a huge red flag but didn’t.

The sales staff at It's Just Lunch promoted a program that would vet potential matches for the active individual who can't find the time to find a suitable match. It's Just Lunch made assurances that they have not been able to deliver on. Two months, and not one of the four matches they committed to happened. Not one lunch. Not one coffee date. Although the staff stay in touch, the staff don't seem to communicate well. Professional courtesies such as please do not disturbed during the work day, were not always followed. When contacted to request a refund because they were not delivering, front line staff indicated that I could speak with a supervisor, but there would be no refund. I heard a version of that paraphrase more than once in a conversation. In conversations staff were distracted by other activities and I had to question them to stay on my file.

Dating Advice Call. The information that I received from Sheri was really good, she answered my questions in a professional manner and is very responsive whenever I need anything.

Sheri interviewed me via FaceTime, and was amazing. Very professional when we had technical difficulties with the connection. Very insightful and patient as she coached me. Helped me find better ways to describe what I'm looking for.

Had a good experience so far. My director Aleisha was very accommodating with scheduling times around my busy schedule, and my coach Sheri was extremely friendly and gave excellent and practical advice. Look forward to working with these guys.

Because I am fairly shy, I reluctantly joined IJL. Their initiation process went fluidly, and helped me graduate from shyness to a point where I was champing at the bit to get started. And what they committed to doing...to intelligently and purposefully choose women for me to consider meeting who had more in common with me than "we both like long walks on the beach". I've learned to trust my contacts at IJL, who have treated me sensitively, and who seemed to take my dating experiences personally, as if they were a family member who wanted me to find my soulmate through their efforts. And I will miss them... because that's exactly what has occurred. And she's wonderful...

They are both very nice on the phone and in e-mails. They are patient and helpful toward me with finding the location of where to meet Anne, my in-person interviewer in Atlanta, the first time. I got lost in Atlanta traffic and Monique helped me with directions. I was not able to keep my first meeting with Anne, but Lisa listened to my explanation and seemed patient with me, and then re-scheduled it for a few days later.

Dating Interview - Professional and well spoken. Questions were clear and concise.

I am enjoying the experience. All of the people at IJL that I have had contact with have been very nice. Clari, my dating coordinator, is great. She is very easy to talk to and is always encouraging.

Once I started working with Debbie ** at IJL things have been great (matches, date location, scheduling, etc.). Being single and not wanting to be can be frustrating. I think the dating coordinators at IJL do a great job but finding one that really cares like Debbie ** is what sets her apart from the rest. My dispute concerning It's Just Lunch deals with the company negotiating a contract with me in bad faith and knowing that they could not perform on their promises. They promised me 4 handpicked dates within 6 months (but assured me it would be more) and/or 6 profiles to review that would be professionally evaluated and match up to my criteria specified after an extensive interview process. They sent me one who didn't meet my criteria remotely and another one that didn't either but I went on the date anyway, and of course it did not work out. He said he has just joined. I was so surprised that I wasn't getting more opportunities. I'm attractive, fit, smart and fun. I asked Meisha **, my dating director about the availability of men for me and she said, "They are available, but none I would send to you." I asked her why, and she said I was attractive and these just wouldn't be a fit.

My interview with Debbie was good. My delay in responding is based on my hectic travel/work schedule. I also learned a lot on my first date--and Debbie's original questions now make more sense to me. If possible, a follow-up to update her and all at IJL on my more specific "wants" in a date may be helpful to my future success in being matched to what I am looking for. I provided much of this "new" input in my feedback on my first date. Thanks to Debbie & all for your assistance.

Sheri was very helpful and informative. She asked pertinent questions regarding my aspirations for dating. She clarified any questions and concerns and remained unfazed despite our technical difficulties during the interview. She was also friendly and accommodating as an interviewer.

I feel that there are too many people dealing with me = 6. How can 1 (Marie) know me very well to find a good match for me? I don't feel that Marie and I have had a long enough conversation for her to REALLY know me. I've talked to several = my information is not being passed on correctly.

They misrepresent their services. They do not set you up with appropriate individuals. They go long periods of time without contacting you despite requests for updates. Waste of money.

There are several staff, but mainly Debbie, that have provided dating matches for me while with It's Just Lunch. Debbie is kind and cordial over the phone, when arranging dates for me, and works to research matches based on my preferences. She is informative when I ask questions. Thank you, Debbie, for making my experience with It's Just Lunch a good one.

I was excited about this whole experience but the penny has tarnished more as time goes on. You are well outside your 3 days of requesting a refund when the things happen you aren't pleased with. Now let me state upfront I take full responsibility for sending my signature without reading their contract, but when I did try to open the document, I never could and told them that. I take full responsibility for not digging deeper about all of my dates being local, because they list Huntsville as a hub; they DID NOT ever tell me in the course of the SALES CALL/PITCH that it had been closed, which I think is pretty important.

My experience with It's Just Lunch has been good. The staff has been very open to my needs and seems to care quite a bit with trying to find me a person whom I'll feel comfortable with. They get to know you not as a customer but as someone they can help and to me that's a great feeling.

I paid approx. $** CDN in good faith to It's Just Lunch International August 2015 as they represented themselves over the telephone and in person as being a matchmaking service for busy professionals, who had a membership pool in Calgary, Canada. However, when I ran into issues with this company (dating coach who could not be bothered to keep appointments, inappropriate matches, discovering my profile was completely incorrect/inaccurate) and asked for a refund less interview fees. It's Just Lunch personnel informed me they were a recruiting service and matches could only be presented on who had joined the service.

Obed helped me find a woman that I am attracted to and compatible with. I am so happy she is my girlfriend!

I have just signed up and have had an interview with Sheri. She could not have been nicer and as I am somewhat nervous about this venture, she was helpful and easy to talk with. I can't offer much more yet, because I have not had my first date.

I met my now fiancé during an introduction through IJL, and I couldn't be happier that I took that leap of faith and went ahead and paid for their services. My experience with the quality of my match was excellent. The level of communication proceeding the date was spot on. For a busy person such as myself is a no stress way to meet a compatible partner.

I love the venue that was picked for my date. It was very unique in respect to allowing for privacy; which gave myself and my date the opportunity to share information with one another. I signed up for It's Just Lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. By Friday I was regretting my decision. [Wrong time, wrong decision for me.] I emailed my account coordinator Heather **, telling her I was not right for the program today and wanted to cancel (before we got started). I also called her on Monday AM. She assured me she would have someone call me back. Two days later and no one from It's Just Lunch has called me. I call each day, leave voice mail(s), but no one calls. I am STUNNED by poor customer service by a company. This is SUPPOSED to be all about customer service. Wow.

Job well done! Attentiveness, care taken in selections, response time and professionalism has been awesome.

I signed up with IJL in January and was so excited about the program. IJL took so much time in the beginning with me to understand what I'm looking for. However, since that time I have been extremely disappointed. Not one date!!! I'm a tall confident woman who likes tall men. The 1st two men they sent to me are the same height as I am - not interested. They sent one more that doesn't even live in the same city... NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE and want my money back.

It's Just Lunch is a national and international franchise. I cannot comment on their operations outside of the US. However, this company has been successfully sued in New York for fraudulent claims to clients. I personally had a horrendous experience with them in San Francisco. After I began reading very negative YELP reviews of It's Just Lunch from all over the US, I understood my experience was far from unique. I am a public interest media professional now at work on a national expose of this fraudulent franchise. I have requested that Yelp reviewers send me their stories. There are MANY. I urge anyone considering giving money to this business to read YELP reviews in dozens of US cities. They tell the story, over and over again, of the ongoing fraudulent activities of this business. Do not waste your money!
